El hotel está muy bien situado, al lado de la playa, cerca de una zona con muchos restaurantes y a poca distancia en coche del aeropuerto. Nos alojamos en el bungalow con vistas al mar y piscina privada. Disfrutamos mucho de la habitación, muy bonita, cómoda y funcional, el tamaño de la piscina un lujazo, lástima que en la época en la que fuimos (agosto) no puedes ir a la playa, el viento y las lluvias intermitentes remueven mucho el mar no haciéndolo apto para el baño.
Hicimos un par de servicios de lavandería y nos devolvieron la ropa impecablemente planchada y con muy buen aroma.
Respecto al complejo, mucha vegetación y muy bien cuidada, un gustazo pasear. Las dos piscinas muy amplias, una de ellas con bar pool, para tomarte algo sin salir de la piscina.
Termino mencionando lo mejor de todo: el trato del personal, tanto en recepción como en el resto del complejo, siempre atentos y resolutivos, una atención inmejorable.
Los cócteles que probamos en todo el complejo son normalitos, nada destacable. El restaurante principal (supongo que debido a la época el otro estaba cerrado), es muy grande, tipo buffet. La calidad es media para ser un cinco estrellas. El desayuno es correcto, ofrece variedad pero sin nada que te enamore. Hicimos una cena, buffet de marisco y no cumplió las expectativas, un precio muy elevado para la calidad y la escasa variedad que había, pagamos un suplemento por la langosta y sorprendidos nos quedamos de su tamaño tan pequeño.

중부위치고 야시장 앞이라 위치하나만 보면 너무 편하게 이동했습니다
오더를 하면 너무 느리고 팁을 놓고왔는데도 청소 요청하였으나 휴지랑 청소상태가 완벽하지 않았습니다 특히 인터넷이 많이 느려 와이파이 끄고 사용했습니다

Wunderschöne Außenanlagen, Hotel und Zimmer selbst schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war OK, müsste in dieser Kategorie aber mehr auf Gäste eingehen.
Zimmer könnten Modernisierung vertragen, Hotelbar schließt ausnahmslos um 22 Uhr, Frühstück für europäische Gäste könnte noch ein bisschen mehr Auswahl anbieten

Breakfast was decent, the property is on the south part of the island and it’s easy to get to the attractions. The staff at the tour desk are helpful and always willing to share tips and ideas on how to get around. The stay was comfortable and the beach access was a huge bonus.
The bathroom in our suite had a bad smell all through the stay and the house keeping can do a better job at cleaning. The staff are very petty for an Accor group hotel and I say this because - 1. We were running late one of the days and wanted to bring our coffee to the room from the breakfast area and the staff did not allow us to bring our coffee upstairs. 2. While checking out, the lady at the front desk made me wait 15 mins although the room cost was prepaid in advance. She showed me a picture of a broken glass cup and asked me if this was in our room which I told her was not. Not a pleasant experience of checking out.

Very beautiful territory, a pond with lotuses! The facilities are where you would expect them. No mosquitos in the location (unlike some other places on the island). Very helpful and polite staff. Nice pool (they even did a foam party once). The breakfast was good - asian dishes, fruits, pancakes, desserts etc.
The small dining square with street market is just outside. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach.
Reception is not air conditioned. The room options on booking.com make it unclear how a family of 4 ppl (2adults, 2 kids) can fit in a 2-people room. The beds are 2 single beds (as described, so no problem with that). We booked the room anyway and then we booked 1 extra bed (a fee is about 30% extra to the room price). We had to move 2 beds together ourselves (for 2a + 1 child). The room won't really fit the 4th bed (in case it is important for someone else). The extra bed was not comfortable - too hard, as it had no topper (the standard beds had toppers). My advice for the hotel - to add a specific option for 4 ppl and prepare the room accordingly (move beds, make sure all have toppers). Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! Thanks to all the staff!

Staff were friendly, check in easy. Room was clean enough. Restraunts in the resort were fairly priced. Nearby markets were nice and friendly, a lot less aggressive than other markets I've been to in South East Asia.
Buffet breakfast was good. Food was of a high standard, with lots of variety (some changing each day). Plus, busy buy not annoyingly so.
Beach was a dirty. Bits of plastic just floating along. Starts to get choppy from mid day, not terrible but a bit annoying. Bit of a walk from the main area to the main pool/beach. Swim up bar was alright but understaffed. The housecleaning didnt seem to change the sheets so that last night there the bedsheets were quite sandy.

تم السماح لي بتاخير وقت الخروج حتى الساعه 2 ظهرا "شكرا لكم"
الفلل المواجهه للشاطئ هناك شارع مشاه يفصل بين الفندق والشاطئ عكس ما كنت اعتقد النظافه ليست عاليه المستوى يستطيع فريق تنظيف الغرف ان يصل الى مسوى اعلى من ذلك .

We had a great stay at Novotel Phu Quoc Resort. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, fresh fruits, and both local and international dishes. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing during the day. The beach is clean, with soft sand and calm water — ideal for swimming. We also really enjoyed the spa, very professional service and a great way to unwind. Overall, the resort has a very comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed at Novotel for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. Kids had a very good and fulfilling breakfast.
*The kids used the gym and table tennis facilities everyday and absolutely loved it.
*The staff is very good and offer generously buggy service to rooms and the Minh was always there with the biggest smile, seeing him just made our day.
*There are direct buses to VinWonders, Grandworld & Safari.
*Worth every cent spent, true value for money.
*We had lunch everyday at the restaurant, as there were not many options for vegetarian food around. The chef did not have consistent food and every time the panini, pasta or salads were ordered, would come different. The food at the restaurant definitely lacked seasoning. *I found the location to be isolated from downtown with very few to vegetarian restaurants around. The spa and other services in this area are expensive too in comparison to Duong dong. There was maintenance issue though with the servicing of the air conditioner and the temp kept falling down.
*We had lunch everyday at the restaurant, as there were not many options for vegetarian food around. El desayuno era completo y variado con opciones para todos los gustos, reponían productos frescos constantemente y se notaba que lo preparaban con mucho cariño. La cena del buffet no la probamos pero sí en el bar que estaba ok. La piscina tenía muy buen ambiente y el atardecer era precioso, la música no estaba mal. El camarero del bar de la piscina trabajaba sin parar. Los servicios del spa también son recomendables; probamos tres entre diferentes miembros de la familia y a todos nos gustó. La vegetación del hotel estaba preciosa y muy bien cuidada. La piscina de la parte de arriba tenía bastante encanto y estaba muy tranquila. La comida al medio día en el restaurante muy recomendable también, carta variada y bastante bueno.
El servicio de limpieza era justito y tenían mucho descontrol. el suelo de las habitaciones no quedaba limpio y el de los pasillos del hotel estaba bastante sucio. La mayoría de los días pasaban a "limpiar" alrededor de las 16 horas cuando mis hijos pequeños estaban en la siesta... o los despertaban o directamente no la hacían. Otro día también llamaron al timbre muy temprano por la mañana para poner las toallas que se habían olvidado dos días atrás... el hotel estaba viejo y poco cuidado en cuanto al interior de la habitaciones, las cortinas muy sucias, las paredes y otros elementos como lámparas etc también, tenían óxido, telas de araña... los muebles se pelaban. También hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se escucha todo de la habitación de al lado, también hay un ruidio constante similar al de un motor durante toda la noche (posiblemente de los aires acondicionados) y por la mañana se ponen la música ya a las 5.30 en la zona del desayuno y se escucha perfectamente... imposible seguir durmiendo. El parque infantil era minúsculo y muyyy viejo, además tenía óxido. El kids club era amplio y los niños se entretenían si había otros niños; los juguetes son para niños muy pequeños. Las actividades guiadas eran algo repetitivas. Faltan elementos en el exterior para los niños. La piscina de al lado de la playa no estaba limpia. La playa daba pena... agua sucia y peces muertos :(

Отзывчивый персонал, хорошая чистая территория, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Местоположение отличное, в шаговой доступности магазин, рынок, массажки и тд.
Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, поверхностная… могли прийти в 8 утра, могли после 18….

Lage direkt am Strand, im Hotel oder in Bungalows.
Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Zimmer unten, also Terasse und Garten.
Ausserhalb sind viele Restaurants und Geschäfte

Wir waren im Bungalow 903 mit eigenem Pool. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett sehr bequem und die Liegen auf der Terrasse waren auch sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück ist so gut! Es gibt so viel Auswahl. Da viele koreanische Touristen im Hotel gibt, gibt es beim Frühstück eine große Auswahl an koreanischen Gerichten. Es gibt auch indische Gerichte, Süßspeisen, Banh Mir und Pho. Also sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Unser Bungalow war direkt neben dem Beach-Pool. Dort wird ab 10 Uhr morgens eine CD im Dauerlauf abgespielt. Immer die gleiche Musik zu hören hat mich wirklich sehr gestört. Ab 7 Uhr wird am Strand Volleyball gespielt, was uns täglich geweckt hat... Die Strandhandtücher haben oft Löscher und waren fleckig. Wirkten nicht sehr sauber. Der Strand ist leider übersät von Müll.

The hotel should be rated 3 star at best, yet it is priced at 5 star rates. The rooms were tired and desperately needed a renovation. The ocean/pool view room we booked looked directly out onto a dirty roof. When we checked into our room, there was a cot and other infant paraganglia in the room. After negotiating for more than 2 hours, we were eventually moved to another room for one night and charged an extra fee for the inconvenience. The next day, we were moved to a slightly better room. Every night, Russian guests would assemble at the tables around the pool and drink vodka until the early hours of the morning, keeping guests awake. Despite numerous requests to staff to address the issue, nothing was done. Breakfast buffet was one of the worst I have experienced. General condition of the property was poor. As an example, a large fire hose was permanently deployed across a major guest thoroughfare for the duration of our stay. This was a safety hazard and unsightly.

Wir harren die Villa mit Pool am Meer. Es war wirklich der Hammer. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt.
Das Frühstück war riesig aber auch unglaublich viele Menschen die dort abgefertigt werden. Das Essen war ok - aber es war purer Stress in der Früh. Das Personal war ganz nett aber nur auf mehrmaligen Bitten wurde dann auch mal das Zimmer gereinigt. Also es war nicht herzlich und einladend leider. Der Strandabschnitt war leider nicht gepflegt und sehr viel Müll lag rum leider.

Very nice property and the grounds were well maintained. The two swimming pools were very nice also. We enjoyed our spacious one bedroom unit with 1 1/2 baths and a double wide balcony. Lots of people stayed at the resort, yet it didn't feel crowded, except at breakfast time. Very convenient location to go to the night market across the street from the hotel.
No electrical outlets in the bathroom. Hotel is a little dated and so was our room. Could use a refresh. Breakfast food variety was good, but the quality was alright, nothing to rave about.

Just about 15 minutes from the airport, they do have a free shuttle. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Nice swimming pools. Buffet was decent. Room service was awesome.
The computers in the library are pretty outdated considering that this is a 5 star facility. They should've had very fast computers and the TV in our room didn't have enough channels so it was boring to watch TV.

Очень хороший отель с двумя бассейнами и собственным пляжем с большой волейбольной площадкой. В одном из бассейнов были стульчики у бара. Можно было искупаться и, не выходя из бассейна, попить коктейль. Очень красивый пруд с кувшинками и рыбками, расположенный по пути к морю. На территории много кокосовых пальм с висящими на них кокосами. Сервис прекрасный. Уборка была каждый день. Мы снимали 2 номера, т.к. у нас семья из 5 человек. В день заселения один из номеров был с видом на парковку с мопедами. Я попросила поменять. На следующий день нас переселили, в итоге 2 наших номера были рядом и с прекрасным видом на один из бассейнов и пальмы. Завтраки были с 06:30 до 10:30. Выбор большой, но не все вкусно. Выпечка очень вкусная. Были даде пончики на завтрак. Дети ели их с удовольствием. Через дорогу от отеля находится продуктовый магазин. Там было все - перекусы, напитки, алкоголь. Еще рядом находится ночный рынок с множеством кафешек с местной кухней. Вечером можно было покушать свеже приготовленные морепродукты. Конечно же, тут же продавались фрукты. Отель нам очень понравился - хорошая такая пятерка. Очень много зелени на территории, включая цветущий франжипани. На все просьбы персонал очень быстро реагировал. В одном из номеров не работал холодильник. Его поменяли в этот же день.

We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, services, and food. The private pool villa was extremely comfortable and close to the beach, which made it ideal for staying with our child. The buggy service was excellent and made getting around the resort very easy.
Everything was great; however, the beach cleanliness could be improved. There were many cigarette butts, which was not ideal for barefoot walking or for children playing.

Big room, tasty breakfast. Very kind, helpful and nice staff. There was possibility to play pickleball in the hotel. Around the hotel a lot of small restaurants, small shops and fantastic Mini King Kong Mart. Highly recommended !!!

Had the private pool bungalow with sea view. The bungalow was really nice.

Wir hatten eine Beachvilla und daher war Zimmer und Lage super.
Essen war gut, aber halt recht auf Pauschaltourismus ausgelegt.
Housekeeping war sehr schlecht. Meist war alles innerhalb wenigen Minuten erledigt u d immer etwas vergessen. Bsp. Tücher oder WC Papier.

Breakfast buffet
I booked a 120-minute combo (60-minute body massage and 60-minute facial). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. During the massage, the staff were laughing , which felt unprofessional and disrupted the relaxation. During the facial, the therapist used only one hand for most of the treatment, which did not meet professional standards. Overall, the service did not match the quality I expected.

Большая площадь отеля, мало людей, супер завтраки, свежайшие устрицы и рыба. Отличные спортивные активности.
Столики рядом с лежаками у бассейна всегда грязные, под лежаками у бассейна не прибираются, полотенца для лежаков грязные выдают, в номерах после мелкого ремонта не убрали краску со стен и пола, в номерах прибираются безолаберно - оставляют грязные поверхности мебели, забывают воду принести, салфетки. На пляже песок грязноват, ни разу при нас не чистили его.

The location was superb. Breakfast was delicious and there was a huge variety of food to choose from. All staff were very helpful and the majority spoke English which was very appreciated.

Location on the beach , nice rooms , good buffet breakfast and dinner . Staff was helpful and polite.
It was too noisy, room cleaning was nocking doors at 8 o’clock in the morning, common areas of the hotel were dirty , the kids club equipment was old and broken .

Positiv zu erwähnen sind lediglich der Pool, das Meer und die Poolbar, die wirklich schön sind.
Dieses Hotel war für uns eine große Enttäuschung und wird dem beworbenen 5-Sterne-Standard in keiner Weise gerecht. Das Personal war überwiegend unfreundlich, und eine Verständigung auf Englisch war kaum möglich. Obwohl glutenfreie Optionen angeboten werden, bestand das Angebot lediglich aus ein paar alten Brotstücken – trotz ausgeschildertem „gluten-free corner“. Für Gäste mit Unverträglichkeiten absolut unzureichend. Eine Erklärung oder Einführung zum Campus gab es überhaupt nicht. Zudem ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig: Abends hört man regelmäßig den ankommenden Bus, was die Nachtruhe massiv stört. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte entweder sehr früh oder sehr spät am Tag, was äußerst unpraktisch war. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt insgesamt abgewohnt – ein echter 5-Sterne-Standard ist hier nicht zu erkennen. Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir, dass Gäste ohne Halbpension das Abendessen vorab bezahlen müssen und Getränke sofort beim Servieren beglichen werden müssen. Das nimmt jegliches Urlaubsgefühl. Wer Wert auf Service, Ruhe und echte Erholung legt, sollte dieses Hotel besser meiden.

We stayed in a private villa with its own pool and sea view, with direct access to the promenade and the beach, which was a great highlight of our stay and made the experience feel very special.
The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, and very clean, making it an excellent place to relax. Breakfast was very varied, with some items changing daily, and the Vietnamese coffee was especially aromatic and enjoyable.
The private pool was excellent, and we also tried the floating breakfast one morning, which was very good and well presented. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including a strong selection of seafood.
The location is another strong point: it is very easy to reach all the main attractions in the south of the island, and you can also walk to a small nearby town where you’ll find shops, restaurants, street food, and massage places.
While some elements of the villa showed signs of wear over time, these were minor issues and did not affect our overall experience. The locking system of the door leading to the pool was slightly rusty and difficult to open and close, we had to ask for the shower head to be replaced as the original one was broken, and there are a few spots around the shower area where small lizards or insects can enter. However, these were small inconveniences and did not take away from our enjoyment.

年末年始に5泊しました。満室のようでしたが、プールもビーチも混んでいませんでした。
プライベートビーチは綺麗でしたが、水質はあまり良くありません。

早朝のヨガクラスはおすすめです。
朝食ブュッフェの質はまあまあです。フォーは日替わりで楽しめました。フルーツ、パンの種類は豊富です。
パンは美味しくはないです。

『眺めの良い専用バルコニーがあるお部屋』を2部屋予約しました。 が、一部屋は1階のプールが見えるお部屋、もう一部屋はその向かい従業員駐車場が見えるお部屋でした。 眺めの良いお部屋ではありませんでした。 プール側ではない裏側のお部屋を眺めの良いお部屋とするのはどうかと思います。裏側のお部屋はワンランク下のお部屋として金額を下げて販売して欲しいです。2部屋をなるべく近い部屋でとのリクエストは受け入れて頂けました。 バスタオルが不足していた事が2度あり、受付にお願いしましたが、持って来て頂くのにすごく時間がかかりました。 お部屋の掃除が雑でした。シーツは毎日交換ではないようです。

Boli sme ubytovany 4ia na izbe a davali nam stale iba dva uteraky. Slaby tlak vody v sprche. Cistota je pre Europanov a 5hviezdickovy rezort proste nedostatocna. Chodby k izbam neupratane. Casnici neodnasaju pouzity riad a ten sa vecer kopi po stoloch. Zo 4 objednanych veci v Bare pri recepcii zabudnu minimalne 2. Na plazi je malo lehatok, ludia si vypytaju uteraky skoro rano, odnesu ich na lehatko a poldna tam nikto nelezi a iba zabera miesto. Nasa izba bola orientovana na vedlajsiu stavbu kde permanentne buchali robotnici od 7 rana do 10 vecer. Toto miesto ma zial nicim nenadchlo…

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a tengerpart szép és rendezett, szomszédban a sétáló utca jó esti program vacsizni, maszíroztatni, sétálni. A szoba tiszta és rendzett, a személyzet kedves, bár nehéz velük bármilyen nyelven kommunikálni. A konyha kiváló, a reggeli és az éttermi kínálat is finom, bőséges és olcsó.
Ideális pár napos tengerparti lazításra.
A szomszédoktól néha áthallatszott a hangoskodásuk, de nem volt vészes. Mások fegyelmezetlenségével nem tud mit kezdeni egy szálloda.

Nice beach, great (but very expensive) Christmas Eve buffet, good range of food for breakfast.
Thao at the pool bar was an awesome guy, worked so hard every day.
This is not a five star standard hotel. The building is looking shabby. There is no pool side food and beverage service, unless you get up every time and walk to the bar / cafe to order, and then it can take 2-3 hours for anyone to wander by and clear your glasses and plates. Sun lounges and tables are in disrepair, towels - esp at the bottom pool - are stained and frayed. A couple of times when our room was cleaned, towels and robes that we left on the bathroom floor were collected and not replaced. Smoking is allowed everywhere outside, including at food and beverage venues, at the pool, at the pool bar. This means families and children are surrounded by cigarette and vape smoke even if they don't want to be - this could be simply fixed with dedicated smoking areas outside, so that people who don't want to be choking on smoke can also relax outside. Overall we weren't impressed at all given the price and five star rating. Many better hotels, I'm sure.

Great facilities and comfy beds. There is enough stuff near the hotel even though it is very far away from the main strip. Pickeball and pools are great.
The lobby floors were very dirty- so much hair and dust floating around. Suana and steam room don’t work as you have to turn them in. Since the steam room isn’t always running, it never gets hot enough to work. Very limited options for a vegeterian at breakfast and no effort to offer vegeterian options in the evenings buffets.

Beachfront location, good pools and gym. Across the road from Sonasea night market, mart and laundromat.
Several issues in the actual room such as exhaust fan not working, toilet seat wobbly, wardrobe door off its track, poor water pressure in shower. Some of the issues were resolved during the stay.

The facilities, the people, the beach, the pool, and other services were very good. The food and variety of restaurants were very good.
Some services didn't work well, such as the lack of towels for the pool/beach, and the room cleaning. We had to call almost every day to get them to come and do our room (clean and make the beds). We had to ask for extra towels every day of our stay, as there were 4 people in one room and we only had 2. We noticed that the hotel was full; it was Christmas, and this time of year is always complicated.

The location is good, though not perfect. There are a few local spots nearby for dinner or a massage, but for more variety, you’ll need a 10-minute Grab ride.

위치가 소나씨 지역에서 좋았습니다.
가격이 비싸고 시설이 노후화된 부분이 있으며 풀바에서 결제하는 방법도 불편하였습니다.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Novotel Phu Quoc, mainly due to the terrible soundproofing, unresolved safety concerns, and overcrowded facilities. I booked two rooms: one in the main building for my son, and one in the garden area for my husband and me. Unfortunately, both rooms were affected by noise. On the first night, the guests next door to my son checked in around 2:00 AM and made loud noise until 4–5 AM. My son barely got any sleep. I was more fortunate that night as no one was staying next to us, but that changed on the second day. On the second day, a family of four (two adults and two boys) checked into the room next to ours — even though it appeared to be a double-occupancy room. My husband was woken up during his afternoon nap because of the noise. We complained to the hotel, but nothing improved. Later that night, around 10 PM, the two boys returned and started making noise again. Most of the rooms are connecting rooms, and the doors are extremely thin. You can clearly hear everything your neighbors say and do. I have stayed in many hotels for both work and travel, and this is by far the worst soundproofing I have ever experienced — it is practically nonexistent. The pool area was extremely crowded throughout our stay. It was very difficult to find an available sun deck or beach chair, even during non-peak hours. This made it hard to relax or enjoy the resort facilities. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special and not comparable to other Novotel hotels or resorts I’ve stayed at in other countries. More concerning is the safety issue. I noticed that my son’s balcony door could not be locked, and the room was on the first floor. Anyone could easily climb in from outside, which is very alarming.

the view from room towards ocean was very nice, beautiful and big swimming pools, big compound and can cycle just beside beach, nice beach also. there is a good night market just nearby hotel.

場所が買い物や手頃な大きさのナイトマーケットに近かったこと。夜でも一人でマッサージなどに行けてよかった。 サウナがあったのも良かった。池の蓮が綺麗。
チェックインで立って並んだ。 座って待っていると順番に呼ばれる方が良い。後から来た人が先に対応されていたのもあまり気持ちが良くなかった。

周りにお店やナイトマーケットがあって楽しい。
時間に割とルーズ。ただ、日本人なので何時にカートが迎えに来ると約束したら三分以内に来るか、早く来て待ってるかを期待するこちらがおかしいのかもしれない。

The garden is amazing, so as the beach. The bed was veeery big, bungalow beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was very good also.

Breakfast was good alot of varieties cos.to cater to alot of nationalities.
Speedy cleanup by housekeeping.
Check in was slow & 1st night got a black out before we check in at lobby. It was funny. But when it happened for the 2nd time in when we reacb our room. Anyway the power was back up quickly.

ここにはsunset townやvin worldやgrand worldにはない静かな贅沢な時間がある。
粗探しをすれば、次のとおり。 シャワーの水の勢いが5星にしては弱い。また、お湯の温度が体感で38度くらいにしか上がらず、熱めのシャワーが好きな私には、物足りないシャワーだった。

В этом районе среди многих отелей, Новотел с самой большой территорией и уютом. Пляж чистый. Еда вкусная по меню.
Персонал не особо добродушный и приветливый на ресепшене. Нет зон где можно купить что то свое в магазине (фрукты , напитки) и посидеть отдохнуть. Только в свой номер, так как за столом на улице не разрешают. У нас был запрос на два номера соединяемых с детьми , но нам так и не дали такой, хотя я бронировала за 3 месяца отель и можно было сделать нам такой номер. Нас заселили на 1 этаж возле бассейна, там гудит и шум от насосов. Потом нам пришлось переезжать на 5 этаж . И оставленная куртка в номере так и не вернули ее нам . Просто отмахнулись что не было и все. Хотя отель 5 звезд и хотелось бы быть уверенным что оставленные вещи не заберут а вернут. И еще очень тусклый свет в отеле , в коридорах и номерах . Меня это прям напрягало.

I had the beach front view villa it was amazing the staff were very lovely and breakfast was excellent I only stayed one night wish I had stayed longer so much to do and close to night markets
We had only one towel in our room and nothing in the mini bar we never rang front desk about it just told at check out but I would be easy for them to fix that problem if we had said something

Great many thanks to the staff at the check-in counter who helped us in making reservations of local restaurants and voyages. The shuttle service between bungalows and the hobby is of convenience.
Furthermore, the location of the resort is thrilling for sunset viewing, with about 15 minutes drive from the Phu Quoc airport.
There is no anti-mosquito spray inside the room. The canoe/kayak on the beach cannot be used, which is okay but need to keep us informed.

Everything about the facility - the location, staff, room, facilities, the two swimming pools, breakfast, food, was excellent.
The beach itself is quite clean, however, there is a narrow road between the property and the beach, that is mostly empty, but is accessible to the public, and I did see some outsiders on bikes there in the evening..

공항가 가깝고 숙소가 깨끗하고 좋았다.
온라인으로 결제하고 갔는데 결제가 안되어있다해서 당황함. 나중에 본인이 잘못 알았다고 이미 결제 된거 맞다 했으나...영어를 못하거나 어버버하면 다시 결제 할수도 있을거 같음. 카드 결제내역도 다 찾고 증거를 확실히 찾아서 가지고 있어야함.

1. The free shuttle service was not enough. We have flight at 5pm and so they have free shuttle service at 1 pm and 3 pm so I need to used the shuttle of 1pm resulting to stay at airport for 4 hours. 2. Similar shuttle to pick has to be increased since we need to wait for 1 hour while we arrive at 12.30 and they have shuttle at 2 pm. 3. Driver and the travel desk staff was rude and not supporting to load and unload material Keeping material purposely and chances of broking the suitcase was observed Even smiling like they hate the Indians and talking in their language ( I have personally told the same to receptionist) 4. Beachside is dirty even though it was private beach and not able to swim or even chance to get into. 5. Overall not worthy to spend money at this hotel and you have very good option nearby with less amount

Bữa sáng ngon, không gian thoáng đãng, gần sân bay nên thuận tiện di chuyển. Sát biển nên có thể tắm dễ dàng. Nói chung mình sẽ quay lại nếu đến Phú Quốc

Resort had lots to do and was really family orientated. Rooms were great but would be even better if the sofa turned into a bed for kids

The superior-double room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. For a 5-star hotel, this is one of the cheapest room we've ever booked. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from and my children also got to enjoy a small table with kids menu. Novotel had offeres some free activites that we could enjoy with the family.
The place was very relaxing but at the same time it was very close from Sonasea night market where there were decent seafood restaurants, food stalls and even shopping. We really enjoyed our stay there and if we would come back to Phu Quoc, we'd definitely stay there again.
The only thing we didn't like was the poor maintenance of the building. There were moulds on the ceiling of the hallway, it might be due to water leaking from the pipe of the air conditions or due to the water ingress during rainfall.

Rooms were spacious. Pools were nice. Staff were friendly. It was nice to be away from the main town, gave us the opportunity to relax properly.
The food options could have been a little more reflective of Vietnam. Maybe even a special of the day. It was just a little limited (all be it mostly tasty)

We stayed at the Beach facing pool villa property of Novotel. Location was beautiful. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very well designed. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Amazing food quality & service. Free shuttle to Airport.

ホテルの目の前に規模の大きなナイトマーケットがあり、食事やマッサージ、買い物などは全てそこでまかなうことができました。レストランやスパの数が多く、４泊しても全部まわることは到底できないぐらいの充実ぶりです。
フーコックの他のホテルのようにタクシー等で出かけなくてもホテル周辺で何もかも完結できるので、ゆったりと自分たちのペースで快適なホテルライフを満喫できます。天候が怪しい場合もホテルにすぐに戻れる保証があるので安心でした。
一つ一つの部屋が独立した設計になっており、隣の物音などほとんど気になりません。プールが二箇所あるのとプライベートビーチもあるので、リゾート気分満喫で贅沢に過ごせるお勧めのホテルです。
シャワーのお湯の出具合が安定せず、弱くなったり時々止まったりするのでストレスを感じました。 朝食バイキングのメニューが毎日ほぼ同じなので、４泊すると飽きてきました。

Very good breakfast, a lot of selection. Great pools, enough place for everyone, no feeling that there are a lot of people as the pools are located 1 at the beach site, another one close to the hotel building. Beach is 2 minutes walking, clean, warm water (December).

Отель свежий. Всё на уровне. Отличный пляж, мягкие полотенца. Море разное от очень чистого до мутного, но отель никак на это повлиять не может.
Большая волейбольная площадка прямо на пляже. Вечерами наши всегда играют.

Отель расположен рядом с большим ночным рынком и большим количеством кафе и ресторанов.
В самом отеле 2 бассейна, работающие до 21:00.
В номере между душем и номером стеклянная стена, что можно мыться и наслаждаться закатом.
Напротив отеля остановка бесплатного автобуса, на котором можно доехать до Grandworld на севере острова.
Под входной дверью номера остаётся щель, через которую задувает и может пробраться в номер представители местной фауны (к нам забежала ящерица). В бассейне встречаются отколотые плитки, нужно быть внимательным. В прудах по пути к морю мутная вода.

Raňajky boli jednoducho skvelé, obrovský výber, obmieňali každý deň. Veľa ovocia, zeleniny, pečiva, džúsov, káv, sladké, slané, vajíčka, dokonca aj teplé, pre Európanov "obedové" jedlá. Hotel pôsobil počas dňa (okrem raňajok) poloprázdno, čiže sme mali pokoj, dalo sa nájsť voľné lehátka aj pri bazéne a aj na pláži. Izby boli krásne. Personál bol vždy ústretový a predĺžil nám bez problémov o 1 hodinu check out - zadarmo (1 izbu z 3). Príjemná teplota mora aj bazéna. Krásna pláž, krásny rezort. Cez cestu od hotela je vybudované niečo ako trhovisko, kde sa dá najesť či už vonku alebo aj v reštauráciách a nakúpiť suveníry (lepšie sa nakupuje v Hanoji, ak tam máte cestu). Je to vybudované pre turistov, ostatne ako celý Phu quoc, takže sa ľahko dorozumiete (Angličtina, Ruština a aj rukami, nohami :) ) Zatiaľ je na Phu Quocu celkovo málo turistov na to aké kapacity ostrov ponúka, preto odporúčam návštevu a to aj na lanovku (extrémne vysoká a dlhá, neuveriteľné výhľady) a na druhej strane Vás čaká neskutočne krásny aquapark (tiež poloprázdny) + horská dráha a vyhliadka. Je to v cene lístka na lanovku a naozaj sa to oplatí (aj pre dospelých). :) V hoteli jeden deň spravili v "Ocean pool" diskotéku pred západom slnka, prišla DJka a robili penu. To bolo super. :)
Stalo sa 1x za 5 nocí, že neupratali izby a začali upratovať počas večere, napriek tomu, že sme žiadali upratať izbu a oni boli vo vedľajšej izbe už ráno. Dokonca iba obrátili a neumyli hrnček - mala som tam odtlačky rúžu. Nebolo nikde uvedené, že ak sa chcete zúčastniť hotelových aktivít, najprv sa musíte deň vopred nahlásiť na recepcií, inak sa konať nebudú. Nahlásili sme sa teda na aqua gym, museli sme sa dopytovať ešte raz, lebo nezačal v danú hodinu a nakoniec prišiel pán, ktorý to zjavne precvičoval prvýkrát v živote, to bolo naozaj zlé. Personál v "ocean pool bare" tiež nestíhal, asi bol poddimenzovaný. Na WC v izbách chýba odvetrávanie a WC v lobby naozaj nezodpovedá 4 hviezdičkám - vizuál aj čistota. Miešané drinky v hotelovom bare sú vyhodené peniaze a to aj počas "happy hour". More bolo kalné, aj keď príjemne teplé, no občas sme v ňom natrafili na odpadky, alebo rybársku sieť. Na pláži sa občas našli odpadky, mimo hotela ak ste sa chceli prejsť po pláži ich bolo veľmi veľa (samozrejme chyba turistov) a pri tom by ich stačilo raz za deň zhrnúť hrablami a udržateľnosť by bola lepšia a zdvihlo by to aj kvalitu zážitku z hotela. Plážové uteráky aj keď prali, boli skutočne trvalo fľakaté a nepôsobili čistým dojmom, odporúčame vymeniť.

Отель уже немного устал ремонтом. Кондей в номере, без которого в такую жару жить невозможно, направлен прямую в кровать, из-за чего не очень комфортно спать ночью. Цены в отеле на все в 3-4 раза выше за его пределами. Написано, что каждый день обновление мини бара, но не обновили ни разу, только воду.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem Bungalow-Zimmer. Das Frühstück war klasse und der Pool ist direkt am Meer. 2 mal die Woche gab es eine Schaumparty im Pool. Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Der Strand war wirklich super zum laufen und auch das Meer war wunderschön.
Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr schlecht, die Bettlaken wurden nicht gespannt. Mal wurde gar nicht gereinigt bis man bei der Rezeption angerufen hat. Irgendwas fehlte immer, und das kann in 4 Wochen ganz schön nervig sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nur auf Asiaten und Osteuropa ausgelegt, hätte mir von einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Хорошее разнообразие завтраков, приветливый персонал, доступность пляжа и инфраструктуры (которая имеется в этой области)
С wifi были проблемы, покрытие не везде по зоне отеля, на пляже покрытия нет. Если вы планируете работать, то будет напряженно сигнал надо хорошенько поискать, я работал в лобби.

패밀리 룸의 이층침대가 너무 좋아요. ~!!!!!!!!!!!
아이들이 매우 만족했어요.
pool 좋았습니다.
아이들과 많이 놀았어요.
해변 수영장 bar 퀄리티가 좋아요.
룸서비스 음식이 맛있었습니다.
가격은 다른 베트남(다낭, 나짱)보다는 비쌌으나 푸꾸옥 외부 식당하고는 별차이 없었어요.
다시 가면 룸서비스를 좀 더 활용할거 같아요.
직원들은 적극적이지는 않았으나 물어보면 친절했어요. ^^
저녁 뷔페 룸서비스 퀄리티가 좋아서 저녁 뷔페 시도해 봤습니다. 좀 늦어서 그런거 같긴 한데(9시쯤 )..그래도 뷔페인데...만족스럽지는 못했어요. 별 한 3개 정도. 그냥 룸서비스 이용하는게 가성비와 만족도가 높을것 같아요. 셔틀 푸꾸옥 특성상 대부분 저녁 비행기 일텐데 마지막 셔틀이 5시에요. 6시 이후 셔틀도 있었으면 좋겠어요. 키즈 수영 교실 같은 키즈 프로그램이 더 있었으면 좋겠어요. 키즈 카페에 저희 아이들만 키즈 프로그램 이용하고 그래요. 아이들 케어하는 프로그램을 좀 더 적극적으로 운영했으면 좋겠어요. 참.!!!! 제일 중요한거 냉장고 성능이 너무 안좋아요. 냉장고인지 음료 보관함인지..시원하지 않아요. 그래서 매일 얼음 버킷 받아서 음료 넣어 놨어요. 한국인들은 너무 싫어 할듯... 매~~우 차가운 맥주 한 캔 못 먹은게 아쉽네요.

Hotellilla oma ranta ja ylempi uima-allas oli kiva. Aamiainen ihan ok. Kylpyhuoneen tuotteet ihanan tuoksuiset. Kuntosali hyvä, pihapiiri kaunis ja rauhallinen.
Siivouksen taso oli huono. Hotelli täynnä venäläisiä. Olimme huoneessa, jossa väliovi toiseen huoneeseen, äänieristys olematon. Palvelu aulassa huonoa. Hotelli sijaitsee alueella, missä ei ole mitään kiinnostavaa vaan se on rakennettu täysin turisteille.

Большой, классный номер. Брали 40 кв метров.
Много активностей: волейбол, picklball, пинг понг, теннис, тренажёрный зал.
Прекрасное местоположение, хороший бассейн, хороший пляж. Завтрак превосходный.
Для четверых в номере была одна кровать. Огромная, но одна... Дополнительная (раскладушка) - стоит 35 долларов в сутки. На четверых - всего 2 бутылки воды в сутки. Рядом с номером 663 - строится отель, с 7 утра стучат молотком. В отеле 80% туристов из РФ и Казахстана, а флаги при въезде в отель - совсем других стран. Повесьте, наконец, флаги дружественных вам стран. Несмотря на все минусы - отель очень комфортный, не поворачивается рука поставить ниже оценкк 9!

The bungalow room that we got was close to the pool by the beach, very good and spacious room. The wifi was an issue from time to time especially when I Had to download some files related to work. The staff were lovely and looked after me and my partner very well.
Just to busy of a resort for us, will not be going back for sure. And in the early evening during the sunset you get kicked out of the sea by the life guards at 18:30, this is just ridiculous. The Sun had literally dropped under the horizon, I am all for life guards and safety, but maybe consider this to be postponed till 19.30 each evening.

The bed and breakfast was somehow not too bad but the rest was definitely not a 5 stars specially the staffs. They look so done with no smile all days, maybe is contract workers or under pay.
The Hotel served many overseas tour groups hence the staff only follow KPI but there were no personal touch anymore and they really need an overhaul as the whole Building was run down and tired. The lobby was all time dirty and tired specially the lobby guest resting chairs look so down. Seem like they are running the hotel on budget so 5 stars for the brand but inside 2 stars.

The villa's private pool was fantastic! The size of the room was great. The Day Spa was wonderful.
Everything was broken. The walls of the rooms were all cracked. The lights didn't work. The sinks were blocked. The power cut our multiple times a day. The staff were rude, unhelpful and spoke very limited English. It was obvious they were significantly short staffed. They advertise many restaurants, but they all share a kitchen (except the seafood restaurant) so it's the same menu and the food was mediocre at best. A very disappointing stay.

Персонал- очень приветливые , добрые и отзывчивые люди! Всегда помогут , найдут решение. Всегда внимательные , вежливые !
В номерах и душевых комнатах пора сделать ремонт. Покрасить стены, плинтуса уже старые . В душевой обновить швы между плиткой ( они в плесени уже), поменять шторы и в душевой и в номере !

The hotel facilities are great, with a stunning location right by the beach. Staff are kind, always eager to welcome you with a warm smile. The food was tasty with a breakfast buffet similar to what you would expect from other resorts like this.
Our first two nights were spent in a room with some appearant draining issues. We woke up and discovered sand and a sewar smell in the shower, in essence making the room unlivable. Upon explaining this to the staff we were first offered an upgrade to a new room later in the day. Once we explained that the smell our current room was unbearable we were swiftly moved to a new upgraded room.
Our first two nights were spent in a room with some appearant draining issues. We woke up and discovered sand and a sewar smell in the shower, in essence making the room unlivable. Upon explaining this to the staff we were first offered an upgrade to a new room later in the day. Once we explained that the smell our current room was unbearable we were swiftly moved to a new upgraded room.

위치도 좋고, 직원들도 친절합니다.~
다만 원래 가성비 좋기로 유명한 리조트인데. 한참 비쌀 때 가서 (2~3배) 그 이점을 못 누렸네요
다음엔 방갈로쪽에도 묵어보고 싶어요

비치방갈로 이용
프라이빗 풀을 이용하여 언제든 자유롭게 수영을 할 수 있었으며 후문으로 나가면 바로 해변이 펼쳐져있어 접근성이 좋았다.
같은 건물 두 집이나 긴 복도로 나뉘어져 있어 소음 문제는 없을 것으로 보임.
리조트 앞에 소나시 야시장이 있어 굳이 즈엉동 가지 않아도 되어 편하게 푸꾸옥을 즐길 수 있음.
테니스레슨 매일 한시간씩 열심히 받으려고 라켓과 테니스화를 챙겨갔는데 기대 이상의 레슨이었다.
메인풀장도 물놀이하기 좋으며 생각보다 풀장에 사람이 많지 않아 여유롭게 수영 가능함.
직원들도 매우 친절함.
칵테일바는 특정시간대에 가면 1+1 서비스가 있으니 잫 이용하면 쉽게 취할수있다.
설연휴라 숙박 가격이 비쌌으나 비수기에 갔다면 더 합리적인 가격으로 이용했을듯하다.

The room we had this time was not great it was family room 229 (avoid this room). We had so much noise from the lobby with buses and large crowds in and out all night and morning as there is no roof between the lobby and the room (see pic). Our view out the front was into the lobby and blocked (see pics). Disappointing as last stay was so good. Having two small children this was not a good room to have.

Отличный отель! Доброжелательный персонал,завтраки вкусные,ресторан отличный! Номера чистые,ежедневно убирают. Два Бассейна,второй бассейн очень удобный,выход к морю через второй бассейн! Бунгало больше понравились двухэтажные,мы жили на первом этаже и в самом отеле последние дни. Отметили день рождение сына,от отеля был комплимент в виде торта! Мелочь,но приятно! Вернемся еще раз.
Смущал пруд с мутной водой вдоль пешеходной дорожки,обновить дорожку до второго бассейна.

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Good value.
Pool was a bit murky but this was probably due to the sheer volume of people staying at the time. Hard to find a spot on the beach or at the pool unless you got your towel on your sunbed before breakfast. Not the hotel's fault but you don't come to Vietnam for that.

Wir waren das 2. Mal hier. Sehr schöner Bungalow und neuer Pickleballcourt.
Leider hat der Service und Housekeeping stark nachgelassen (Handtücher nur für 2, obwohl wir 4 Personen waren, Klopapierrollen nicht aufgefüllt). Mein Mann hat zum 40. keinen Kuchen bekommen, unser Freund am nächsten Tag zum Geburtstag aber schon.

The hotel is situated by the calm and swimmable beach. It offers free activities like paddle board and kayaking. There is plenty to do, and we didn't even have time to explore all! We will be back! There are many restaurants just outside the hotel to explore the local seafood at the lower price.

I thought the location was great, plenty of places to eat nearby and it’s not too far to drive to main areas. The hotel itself was nice, the buffet breakfast was good and the rooms were good too.
The bar at the beach doesn’t open until 11, the staff are rude and unattentive. I asked for water at 10:15 and was told I’d have to come back at 11, I insisted that I should be able to get some water and a member of staff gave me a glass with some attitude - it’s as simple as putting out a free water station for guests. The food at the beach bar is low quality and incredibly over priced. I paid a similar price at a 5 star hotel for my lunch down the road for what I paid for a sub-par panini at Novotel. Another con was I had some medicinal tablets taken from my bathroom by cleaning staff, I know where I left them and I know they weren’t anywhere to be seen after the room had been cleaned. I pay a lot of money for my prescription and not only this it led to me being in a lot of discomfort for the remainder of my trip. When I tried expressing this to reception I was just told the cleaning team said they hadn’t seen them. I sent an email to the hotel hoping to remedy this since my discomfort and cost of having to order more is obviously not ideal and I didn’t get a response.

единственный момент, нет контрольных браслетов, и каждый может зайти, кто по наглее и даже взять полотенце и спокойно пользоваться бассейнами не проживая в Новотел.

공항근처라 밤 도착후 편했고 근처에 소나시야시장이 있어 근접성이 좋았어요. 가성비 갑입니다.

Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży, pyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór ciepłych dań, pieczywa, sałatek, owoców, itp, przepiękny ogród, cisza i spokój, bardzo dobra restauracja hotelowa, blisko do sklepów i lokalnego nocnego marketu. Zdecydowanie polecam. Zdjęcia na Booking faktycznie oddają stan faktyczny hotelu.
Jedyną rzeczą czego nam brakowało to doświetlenie łazienki, ale to nie odejmuje nic w ogólnej ocenie.

Территория, бассейн у пляжа, корт для игры в пиклбол. Можно взять велосипеды и прокатиться до других отелей. Потрясающие закаты. Рядом есть небольшая улочка, на которой вечером можно покушать, купить смузи, фрукты и другое. Ещё из плюсов: бесплатный автобус от/до аэропорта(бронировать заранее надо, может не быть мест). Вкусная лапша на завтрак :) Утренняя йога. Из активностей также можно посетить мастер класс по приготовлению еды и коктейлей.
Интернет, он ужасен. Можно сказать его нет, пользоваться невозможно :( Специально брали большой номер, так как там большая кровать и есть диван для ребенка. Но по факту по темну поселили сначала в номер с видом на парковку персонала, а утром мы проснулись от звуков строительной техники, рядом стройка. Попросили пересилить, пересилили в другое крыло с видом на теннисный корт(тоже шумно до 22:00) и вида никакого. Идеально бы было этаж 3 и выше и вид на бассейн, но сказали что свободных не было и на этом всё. Уборка такая себе. Нас было 3 человека, и постоянно просили третье полотенце и воду. Халатов только 2. В последнюю уборку вообще забрали один :) Завтраки нормальные, но однообразные. Меняется 1-2 блюда. Обратите внимание, что отель больше для семейного отдыха с детьми, если вы ищите релакс у бассейна, то это не сюда. Очень много детей и шумно. Проблема с лежаками и зонтиками, на такое количество людей - их катастрофически не хватает. Особенно на пляже и нижнем бассейне. После завтрака в 9:00 уже не найти свободного, все приходят в 7 утра и занимают.

Price was way too high than a market, Especially the price of all-inclusive was extremely high by comparing with a similar type of villa resorts in Thailand and Bali. Meal options in buffet dinner was limited and quite repetitive. And most disappointing thing was staffs & waiters did not have a basic english, so communication skill was bad. Melia must have fairly stated the meal price in booking.com because the unit price of buffet meal was shockingly higher when we just knew that in check-in process. As Waiters were really fast of removing a dirty dishes like hungry eagles, it was stressful to have a calm & comfort dinner.

리조트내 시설 좋고 유료로 사용한 저전거 타기 좋아요. 야시장가까워요.

Everything was fantastic, from the facilities to the staff to the restaurant. Visiting the beach is always a highlight.

Kalliit hinnat, huono palvelu, liikaa venäläisiä turisteja, joilta puuttuivat käytöstavat. Käsittämätöntä, että saimme ainakin neljänä päivänä huoneeseemme vain 3 pyyhettä, vaikka meitä majoittui 4hlöä. Tästä valitsimme joka päivä, eikä asia tuntunut korjautuvan millään. Lisäksi lapsemme (12v) kallis lisävuode romahti kesken yön ja rikkoutui.

Территория отеля очень красивая, везде пальмы и много зелени, бассейн чистый, свой пляж, очень удобное расположение отеля, рядом в двух шагах ночной рынок, где много всего интересного
Постельное белье не поменяли ни разу за период пребывания, на террасе под столом валялось много окурков, сам номер тесноват для семьи, и немного ушатанный:) В целом за территорию не зря 5 звезд, а вот за номера обычная 3ка

It is a great big hotel with everything included:
- two big pools
- a proprietary beach with free water equipment
- a gym with a sauna
- free tennis courts
- wide hotel area with beautiful trees, hammocks, fish pools, etc.
The breakfast only lasts till 10:30 - if you're a late bird, you sure will skip it. Also, the price - though the hotel is 5 stars - it's still too expensive for a small room.

The rooms are big, with balconies. The bed is 2.20 very big and very comfortable. The breakfast is extraordinary. No, nothing. They have presentations suitable for every region. We enjoyed it very much. The location is great. There is Sonasea shopping center behind the hotel. The market, massage parlors are very enjoyable. The sea food in the street restaurants is also very delicious and affordable. The hotel's 2 big pools and beach are ideal for sunbathing. The sunset is perfect for a postcard. You can exchange money at the bank rate at the hotel. It is advantageous compared to outside. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport on the way back. Only for my family. Great gesture. Definitely preferred.

Отличный отель с большим разнообразием номеров: есть и в небольших зданиях в зелёной зоне, есть и отдельные домики прям около пляжа или бассейна. Вкусные рестораны. Два отличных бассейна, но неглубокие. Пенные вечеринки. Есть сауна. Очень красивая территория. Тихий район, в котором есть магазины, рестораны, продажа туров.
Слышимость: каждое утро слышали соседей со всех сторон. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего.

Il Resort è grande, molto bello e nonostante questo non era dispersivo. La spiaggia molto bella anche se con pochi ombrelloni. La camera grande, pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere varie parti dell'isola sia per la presenza di un night Market appena fuori l'hotel.
Presenza di una strada tra Resort e spiaggia che permette passeggiate piacevoli.
Il personale potrebbe essere più preparato con l'inglese, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel comunicare con loro. Il mio compagno celiaco ha potuto mangiare al buffet, che però aveva poche opzioni senza glutine: aspetto sicuramente da migliorare (presenza di pane e una torta gluten free a buffet a rischio di contaminazione come tutte le altre pietanze presenti). Molti servizi a pagamento e con prezzi più alti della media.

浴室が日本人の私たちにはとても快適に作られていてよかったです。シャワーと浴槽が別でよかったです。
また浴室の床がタイル張りでよかったです。
以前に宿泊していた時には、街までの送迎バスがありましたが、今回はなくタクシーを使わなければなりませんでした。 街まで遠いので不便に感じました。

My name is Evdokia Todorova and I am writing this complaint in relation to reservation No. 4845728305. My husband and I stayed in the hotel from 24th December until 28th December.
During our stay, the following events occurred. On 25th December, after having spent the day on the beach by the hotel, my husband (Pavlin Todorov) fell ill with severe vomiting and diarrhoea. He spent the whole night in the bathroom and in the morning a medical professional from the hotel attended our room and prescribed him medicines to stop the vomiting and the diarrhoea. The hotel also had to change our bedsheets due to the state he was in.
He has still not recovered and has not been able to consume any food, other than some tea/ stock and small amounts of toasted bread.
On our last evening, we had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Pavlin was not able to eat anything so he only ordered a soup which he didn’t finish. I ordered the set menu, including turkey meat, sushi and mussels. Soon after we went to bed that evening I fell ill. I was vomiting violently and had diarrhoea. In the morning we called for the medical staff to come to our room and to recommend medicines to stop the diarrhoea and vomiting. I was prescribed the same medicines as my husband had been prescribed. The medicines I was given did not help me as they didn’t stop the vomiting and the medical staff had to return a second time that morning to give me something else. It was a horrible day for me as I was incredibly unwell and we had to fly back to Hanoi. The whole time at the airport/ plane I felt unwell and incredibly nauseous.
It has been two days since we are back and we are still unwell and have not been able to keep food down and have low energy. We are very disappointed that our Christmas gateway resulted in both of us getting sick and in a total nightmare overall.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The bathroom at the bar is very old, unclean and not the standard of a “5* hotel”. The beautiful swimming pools had barely any sunbeds, obviously not enough to the number of the guests at the hotel. And the same at the beach.

Spiaggia poco curata, necessario prestare attenzione ai pezzi di plastica lasciati dagli incivili per evitare di tagliarsi. In spiaggia non ci sono lettini ed ombrelloni sufficienti. Mentre in piscina c’è un ombrellone ogni 4 lettini, anche in questo caso direi che non sono sufficienti. Gran parte dello staff non parla inglese. Anche l’infermiere in loco al quale ho chiesto assistenza per un’intossicazione alimentare (causata da qualcosa mangiata in albergo), nonostante l’ausilio di Google per tradurre, mi ha somministrato qualcosa che non serviva esattamente al mio malessere.

Excellent services provided by all staffs from reception, restaurants, housekeeping, tour desk, beach staffs etc.
Very nice beach and facilities like swimming pools, sports center, spa etc. We spent 2 wholes days in the hotel to relax, having sunshine, spa, yoga and picket ball. Of course, sunset was the highlight of the day.
The night market nearby was amazing with nice atmosphere. Nice seafood, massage, fruits, ice cream etc. We went there every night for dinner or drinks.
Strange sound from electric generators. Very annoying and disturbing if you are noise sensitive. The good things was staffs were very helpful to change rooms when I reported the noise issues.

Veldig fint hotellområde og lå rett ved siden av nattmarkedet. Muligheter for å låne sykler for å bruke på strandpromenaden. Ok treningsrom og tennisbane. Fin strand! God mango og sangria i poolbaren.
De gjorde ikke rent på rommet vårt på en hel uke! Vi var nede i resepsjonen to ganger å spurte om de kunne vaske og skifte sengetøy. Det ble likevel aldri gjort. Vi kom opp fra stranda ca klokken 17.00 hver dag, men ingen av dagene hadde rengjøringspersonalet vårt vært inne på rommer. De klarte ikke å rengjøre rommet og bytte håndduker fra 11.00-17.00 når vi var ute av rommet. To kvelder satt vi ved bassengen og ventet til klokken 18 på at de skulle gjøre gjøre rent på rommet. Rent på rommet vil da si; bytte håndklær og re opp senga, ingenting mer. Måtte gå å spørre om nye håndduker to ettermiddager også. Wifi var så og si ikke eksisterende på rommet og bare litt bedre i lobbyen. Måtte prate med familie når vi var på restaurant utenfor hotellet. Maten og servicen på hotellet var ikke bra. Frokostbuffeten var heeeelt kaos! Alt for mye folk, søl og opplevdes som uhygenisk. I snackbaren tok det 35 min å få en øl, et glass vin og en clubsandwitch og maten smakte bare ok.
De gjorde ikke rent på rommet vårt på en hel uke! Vi var nede i resepsjonen to ganger å spurte om de kunne vaske og skifte sengetøy. Det ble likevel aldri gjort. Vi kom opp fra stranda ca klokken 17.00 hver dag, men ingen av dagene hadde rengjøringspersonalet vårt vært inne på rommer. De klarte ikke å rengjøre rommet og bytte håndduker fra 11.00-17.00 når vi var ute av rommet. To kvelder satt vi ved bassengen og ventet til klokken 18 på at de skulle gjøre gjøre rent på rommet. Rent på rommet vil da si; bytte håndklær og re opp senga, ingenting mer. Måtte gå å spørre om nye håndduker to ettermiddager også. Wifi var så og si ikke eksisterende på rommet og bare litt bedre i lobbyen. Måtte prate med familie når vi var på restaurant utenfor hotellet. Maten og servicen på hotellet var ikke bra. The hotel grounds are nice and well looked after. The staff are very nice. VY or MY and Choang (manager) in restaurant were exceptional.
The beach is nice, private and clean.
The spa is nice and I was provided with a brilliant massage.
Price to eat and drink is reasonable.
Tennis courts are good.
I never complain and love holidays however, gluten free was abysmal. There were minimal options and all contaminated with Gluten. As my son is gluten free this ruined our holiday. Don't go if you have an allergy, particularly nut or gluten. Prices are not correct as there is an additional service charge of 5% and then vat 8% on everything. The room was sold as a bungalow however there was another family attached through the wall. The room was purchased as 2 adults and 2 kids yet EVERY room clean they would leave TWO towels and no spare sheets to make up the kids sofa (yes, your kids will have to either sleep on a sofa or share the bed with adults). It is advertised as kid friendly however the kid facilities are terrible. Examples, no kids bikes for a family cycle only adult bikes, kids club doing the exact same activities every second day (origami 4 days per week is not fun). The kids computer is over 7 years old (although kids are not on holiday for gaming, this shows how old the facilities are, kids were playing FIFA 18, yes 18). Nil kids fun toys around pool. Nil kids slides. Nil kids menu. Pool party x2 per week was good. Rap and Dance music with repeated use of the F word with kids in the pool was not acceptable for young kids splashing around. Not allowed to make use of happy hour unless you sit in main bar. If your kids are sleeping and you wish to have happy hour in room. Not allowed. Gym is about 100 years old.

Nice facilities, comfortable bed, nice room and shower. What you expect of an all inclusive hotel. Nice and clean swimming pool, beautiful beach in front of the hotel. The breakfast was extremely nice, great variety and quality.
Poor internet connection, we had to use our data. The sruff wasnt easy to find when you needed something, however very much present when there was payment involved. There was always a service fee that was not mentioned in the menu. The food was decent but we expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Bra pool och strand, skön säng.
Dålig wifi. Personalen hann inte med bra bemötande, vilket resulterade enkla missar och problem för oss. Långtifrån vad man förväntar sig från ett 5-stjärnigt hotell.

The resort was excellent value for money and the whole family had a fun stay. We had a spacious room which was ideal for our family. The shower was good, balcony great and bed comfortable. The pools were clean and good sizes, breakfast was nice and the proximity to beach was ideal. There is also a small strip of shops and restaurants across the street which was very useful. The tennis courts, gym and bike hire was popular and kids play room a good spot to hide from the hottest sun of the day. My daughter (5) loved the foam party, cookery class and painting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The resort isn’t quite five star in terms of the service provided. The staff were lovely but seemed a little short handed so the attention to detail wasn’t there. Room cleaning was sporadic and didn’t happen until after 1630 one day and it wasn’t done to a very high level. The beach needs a clean as there was trash in sand. Cigarette butts were the biggest culprits and we were unhappy on the relaxed attitude to smoking in general. Guests were smoking at the beach, around the pool and at least one instance at breakfast and this went unchallenged. The supervision at the kids club wasn’t always at a high level. There was one occasion when I couldn’t see any staff and wouldn’t feel confident leaving my youngest there (2). I also had to ask that some older children stopped playing on the PlayStation there as they were playing Call of Duty, a game not suitable for under-18s. The staff were nonchalant about this. The WiFi is atrocious!

Great hotel with amazing staff and food! Thank you for upgrading us to bungaloo from standard double room for our honeymoon! Breakfast was great, and buffet dinner was amazing. In addition, there are lots of activities to do at resort. I would recommend it for everyone!
Sometimes housekeeping wouldn't clean our room right away, only in the evening. We also had adjacent room, and soundproof was bad, the kid there was crazy and kept screaming. We talked to o=parents and they managed to calm him down.

Schönes Strandhotel mit freundlichem Personal. Tolle Gartenanalage, gute Restaurants, Handtücher von "besetzten Liegen" wurden konsequent entfernt
Zimmer Richtung Tennisplatz (in jedem Stockwerk die geraden Nummern von 00 bis ca. 12 (z.B. 504) unbedingt meiden. Auf dem Platz wird ab 06:00 morgens mit einer erheblichen Lautstärke gespielt. Late-check-out war - auch gegen Zuzahlung - nicht möglich. Es musste eine weitere Nacht gebucht werden. Keine Unterhaltung. Teilweise fehlende Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter - die aber immer sehr bemüht sind.

Были в Novotel неделю в начале декабре 2024 г. В целом отель понравился , рядом находится ночной рынок, массажные салоны, кафе, рестораны и маленькие магазины.На территории отеля достаточно лежаков рядом с бассейном и на пляже.А вот вай-фай в отеле плохой!Есть стойка продаж экскурсий на русском языке( мы ездили с ними по островам за 65$ на целый день и нам понравилось ).Рядом с отелем находится остановка бесплатного 19 автобуса,который ходит по всему острову по расписанию,но такси на Фукуок не дорого и есть стойка такси в отеле.Ещё в аэропорт есть бесплатный трансфер.Хорошие завтраки, нормальный номер.

Hotel was really lovely to stay at. Super chilled atmosphere, beach on the doorstep, sunset to die for.
We were 6 adults and 4 kids, everyone was really happy with the hotel. Food excellent, kids club great, staff warm and friendly. Bar staff perfect. All in all a great place to stay, will certainly be visiting again.

Отличные завтраки, удобные кровати.чисто. приятный бассейн и пляж.
Вокруг отеля практически ничего нет. Уборка вечером после 19.00, и то не всегда. В номере, где проживали 4 человека приносили 2 бутылки воды, 2 полотенца, после замечания 1 раз принесли 4 воды, но потом продолжили по 2. Цены в кафе при отеле дорогие.

The hotel looks very good with high quality.
We got a big room.
The pool is very nice and comfortable.
The hotel has its own beach which was good.
We expected more for the price we paid. The location is 20 min drive from the main city. The prices of the restaurant of the hotel are pretty high, and the food was not great, and there are not much options outside of the hotel. We expected from the breakfast to be with more variety such as smoked salmon. Also the AC in the breakfast room was very bad. The stream of the water in the shower was very weak. The wifi in our room was very bad until we told it to the hotel which fix it after a few hours. Our room cleaning was everyday around 5 pm which is very late, and it was annoying.

Magnificent property! It has everything you could want all in one place. The food and coffee is amazing! The grounds and rooms are top notch. And the staff are so nice and friendly, I felt so welcome! I will be back asap!!

일반적 조식 수준이었음..
No so good, not so bad..
돈 주고 사먹기엔 아깝다는 생각..(55만동)
무료조식이라 오전엔 붐벼도 저녁은 한 두 테이블이 다 임..
가장 불편했던건 수압과 녹물ㆍ샤워중 잦은 물 꾾김..
물에서 농약인지 제초제인지 약 냄새가 너무 나
첫날부터 씻는 물로 인해 스트레스 심함..
그 와중에 수압이 너무 약하고
머리감는 도중 또는 양치질 중 물이 수 초 안나오다가
녹물이 쏟아져 너무 놀람..
샤워필터가져갔는데 이틀만에 짙은 브라운으로
변색됨..
물에서 배관 녹 냄새가 심하게 남..
두번째, 묵는 5일간 한번도 침구를 새것으로 바뀌주지 않음..
프론트에 세 차례 건의했으나
방에 가보면 머리카락ㆍ부스러기ㆍ와인 튄 자국 등이
체크아웃때까지 그대로 있었음..
3일째부턴 피부가 가렵기 시작함..
3일까진 팁을 올려두었으나,
메이드의 청소상태ㆍ수건 및 칭구교환이 불만족스러워
2일은 팁 안 올려둠..
메이드 교육이 절실한 호텔임..

우선 처음 부터 웰컴드링크 미쓰남. 따로 신청해서 받음. 옆 방에서 페인트냄새 머리아픈냄새가 계속 났음. 카운터에 연락하니까 조금만 시간 지나면 괜찮아 진다고하고 파인애플 구우면 된다면서 방에 파인애플 훈연 가져다놓음 그래도 미세하게 냄새가 났음. 방 바꿔준대서 갔는데 그방에서도 공사장 냄새나서 걍 방 안바꿈. 그 외론 전체적으로 다 괜찮았음.

Bellissimo resort sul mare con un’atmosfera molto accattivante, completamente immerso nella natura.
La colazione era abbondante e variegata, sia sul dolce che sul salato. La stanza era grande con un letto enorme che ci ha permesso di dormire in 3 senza problemi.
La spiaggia è privata e ci sono anche 2 piscine.
Appena fuori dall’hotel, attraversata la strada c’è un piccolo night market che la sera ti permette di fare due passi e mangiare bene a prezzi modici

Il était compliquée de se faire comprendre . Les questions faites avant mon arrivée étaient jamais traités et pendant le séjour aussi .en temps et en heure . Mes demandes sur place essuyaient toujours un refus et personne peu souriante . Le service client est à revoir . J’ai du demandé à plusieurs reprises de faire le ménage dans la chambre .

飯店附近有小夜市用走的就能到，但夜市比較貴一點，東西也是有吃有玩，很方便，飯店設施多元，花一整天在飯店都可以，小孩在兒童遊戲室也玩得很開心，也有附嬰兒床很棒(有預約)
早上8點的飛機，但飯店接駁只有7點多開始，只能自己叫grab。我們雖然是海景房，結果陽台打開被一棵樹直接擋住景色，根本沒有景色，只能看到飯店戲水池。

The hotel is amazing, very beautiful gardens and big pools.
The breakfast has a lot of variety.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had to change our room because from one of the sides there is a constructions going on and they begin their work at 7 am.
We really enjoyed talking to Khanh, manager at the restaurant. She is very friendly.
Dinner at the restaurant is also very good and the service is perfect.
We went during the beginning of the rainy season although it never rained. If you want to enjoy the beach during this time don’t choose this hotel neither this side of the island. The lifeguard would never allow us to go into the water allegedly because of waves, that were 0,3 meters. The flag was always red, which doesn’t make sense as there was no danger at all if you didn’t swim far way. We ended up going to the beach on the other side of the island, Khem Beach. There was one day that the beach was even closed, I couldn’t even go for a walk.

Family of four, we stayed in the double bunk room unfortunately it was just above the roof area so not much of a view. The room was very large, the bathroom amenities were superb, showers have large bottles of shampoo, bathwash and conditioner. Breakfast was a wide range. Room service was usually done in the arvo, altho we liked taking arvo naps so sometimes we would miss it and ask them to return later. Room service was efficient and delicious viet homemeals. Upon arrival we had issues with our luggage and they promptly sent a tool man to assist us which was magnificent. Housekeeping was superb. Floors swept and mopped everyday. The pools was further out towards the beach front....nice large pool and plenty of seating. Bar pool opens at 10am from memory. Their snacks and combo meals are delicious! Staff are always courteous. Somedays it was hot consistently so the pool seemed a bit overheated...as there had been no rain during jan-April. So the pool was not a refreshing as the weather was super hot and humid. Would be nice if the pool was temperature controlled in those conditions as it was too warm to swim in. After it rained for one of the days the pool seemed to be cooler.

Super hotel, direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer in den kleineren Häusern (je 4 Zimmer) sind traumhaft, mit Balkon, bzw, Terrasse und Blick auf den See. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Poolbar schließt leider etwas früh, das ist etwas schade, da man den Sonnenuntergang dort lange ausklingen lassen und mit einem Getränk an der Bar noch etwas besser. Strand ist super schön. Drumherum gibt es einen kleinen Markt, der aber überschaubar ist und nach einigen Tagen etwas eintönig. Gym ist ok, eher einer der besseren im Vergleich.
An einigen Tagen war ziemliche viel los am Pool, laute Musik sehr viele Kinder insgesamt ziemlich wenig Raum zum Entspannen. Dies war aber nur einigen Tagen der Fall. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr ruhig, es empfiehlt sich einen Roller zu mieten um mal "raus" zu kommen, wenn man will...

Resort is stunning - rooms were so clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Pool area was great and so was the breakfast each morning.
Location - the resort is quite far out of town. For this reason I wouldn't stay there again (if you are happy to spend all day at the resort then this isn't an issue). There is not much to do near the resort.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Würden immer wieder kommen.
Am Hotel ist nichts zu beanstanden. Leider ist das Meer nicht so sauber aufgrund von Plastikmüll. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts aber trotzdem schade zu sehen. Man kann trotzdem baden und schwimmen gehen und dann Tag am Strand verbringen.

Very accomodating for gluten intolerant people! Restuarant manager was so helpful!
To make family stays more accomodating bicycles with kid seats on the back would be great! Also have nanny options or kids club for younger age.

Tolle Beachfront Villa mit eigenem Pool, sehr bequeme Betten, sauber, umgeben von einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Gartenanlage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage. Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Das Essen im Hotel selbst schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet ist äußerst vielfältig. Man fühlt sich hier sehr willkommen, denn alle sind darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir hatten ein Strandbungalow mit Meerblick. Das Bett war komfortabel und der private Pool war das Highlight.
Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam.
Der Night Market ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Leider haben wir mehr negative Punkte als positive. Zu allererst der Transfer vom Flughafen. Uns ist es wirklich unverständlich, wieso so ein Riesenhotel kein Shuttel zur Verfügung stellt. Laut den Antwortden zu den FAQs sollte es laut Hotel einen Schaltet am Flughafen geben. Dieser existiert aber nicht. Wir versuchten über Booking das Hotel zu kontaktieren, jedoch folgte erst 24 Std. später eine Antowort. Wir mussten somit über Grab ein Transfer buchen. Empfang: Ja, es sind mit uns ein paar andere Gäste angereist. Wir wurden gebeten in der Lobby Platz zu nehmen. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich schon, dass wenn wir ankommen wenigstens etwas kühles zu trinken bekommen. Eine Erfrischung kam jedoch erst während des Check-In nach 20 Min Wartezeit. Wir wurden gefragt, um welche Uhrzeit wir wieder abreisen. Unser Flug ging schon um 8 Uhr früh. Dabei entschuldigte sich die Rezeptionistin und meinte, dass der Shuttel ab 7 Uhr alle zwei Stunden fährt und das für uns zu spät sei. Eine andere Lösung z.B. uns ein Taxi zu bestellen bot sie nicht an. Essen: Schlecht. Einfach schlecht. Wir entschieden uns am ersten Abend nicht auf den Nachtmarkt zu gehen und das Seafood Restaurant für 650k pro Person auszuprobieren. Ich habe noch nie so schlechtes Essen im Hotel gegessen. Die Vielfalt war ok. Jedoch hat alles gleich geschmeckt. Einfach fad. Ich finde es auch ein Unding, dass nur Dessertteller vergeben werden. Man ist somit gezwungen mehrmals am Büffet anzustehen, denn bei drei Garnelen ist der Teller voll. Unterkunft: Der Bungalow war wirklich schön eingerichtet. Sobald man jedoch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet hat, sah man die unsaubere Arbeit. Hinter der Badewanne lag Wandputz, beim Pool war eine Kachel bei einem Trittstein komplett lose, Wasser floss nach draußen ab und nicht in den Abfluss. Der Bungalow war zum Strand hin durch eine Promenade abgetrennt, diese wurde mehrmals täglich von Roller- und Autofahrern befahren obwohl das verboten war.

Бронировал дополнительные три ночи с завтраком у сотрудника. Оплатил наличными 486 долларов. В итоге в день отъезда на завтрак нас не пустили , оказалось , что сотрудник оформил в системе две ночи с завтраком и одну без завтрака суммарно за 186 долларов. То есть я мог заплатить намного меньше? Почему он мне не предложил ? Разницу в 200 долларов видимо себе оставил. Потерял полчаса на доказательство , что платил за три завтрака и сумму выше.
Впечатление неприятное осталось о проживании в отеле.
Будьте бдительны и берите чеки!

We had an incredible experience at Novotel in Phu Quoc! The resort is impeccably maintained, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning. Every moment there was delightful. We spent our days lounging by the pools and enjoying afternoon swims at the private beach, where the ocean water was warm and the heat was milder. Food and drinks were readily available at all outdoor locations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family's comfort. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of local and Western cuisines, with something new to try every day during our four-night stay. The illuminated tennis courts provided a fantastic opportunity for evening matches before dinner, although booking in advance is advisable. Just across the street from the resort is the clean and spacious Sonasea night market, offering fresher seafood options and a more pleasant ambiance compared to the main night market with its pushy vendors. Special thanks to Nhu from the front office for her meticulous attention to detail, personable demeanor, and pleasant hospitality!

100% I liked and appreciate your welcoming service and staffs. First time in Phu quoc I stayed 3 other villa. Novotel was Perfect. Swimming pool, Beach, breakfast, lunch, dinner and activities. I attended yoga class and my children really loved with kids room and teacher. Also we played table tennis. All facilities were perfect. Really enjoed and suggest Novotel to my friend.

The staff was nice, the food was great (breakfast and seafood restaurant). The massage was amazing .
The noise from the customers., the staff allows the guests to bring their own speakers at the pool and at the fine dining restaurant... It's really annoying for the other guests. The music at the pool close to the beach was too load and techno music is not what we expected in a 5* hotel... The room, the view "on the pool" was actually a view on the roof...

Отель шикарный, понравилось всё, завтраки вкусные, большое разнообразие, номера и территория очень ухоженные, чистые! Предоставили личный трансфер до отеля, лучше чем с общей группой ехать))

Hotel bardzo czysty, śniadania dobre lecz cały tydzień to samo. Ładny ogród,brak walki o leżaki.
Obsługa baru i restauracji. Usiedliśmy z zakupionymi przez nas napojami ze znajomymi mającymi all inclusive i zostaliśmy potraktowani jak ZŁODZIEJE!, postawiono przy stoliku "żołnierza" obserwującego czy nie wypiłam od kogoś drinka lub nie zjadłam kawałka pizzy. Wspoltowarzysze nie mogli np. Zamówić sobie drinka i coli bo wywnioskowano że to może dla nas. DRAMAT. Stać mnie na takie wakacje to Stać mnie na drinka. Tym bardziej że taka specyfika hotelu i samego miejsca (95% osób nie miało all inclusive). Wifi tragiczne nawet w lobby. Nie będę polecać. Mimo, że hotel bardzo ładny zero atrakcji, przyśpiewki do 22 i zapada cisza.

Noisy. Allowing private parties late into the night with tuff-tuff music and screaming. Having corporate events in the common pool area, ( DKJ Mekong Launch). Also with live entertainment for the participants and to the annoyance of the paying gusts. Location. The resort is far from any local life. Located in the line of similar resorts separated by patches of land in between them which seem to be no man’s land, full of rubbish, plastic pollution and private burning of plastics and rubber. Water. 2 x 500 ml bottles of water per day were complementary. 1 bottle in the the mini bar with the price tag of around AUD 5.00 Very expensive, considering that tap water is undrinkable due to smell.

Очень уютный, красивый отель с шикарным бассейном. Очень вежливый персонал, отличные завтраки. У нас был забронирован обычный номер, но нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд на бунгало. Детям очень понравилось. Девочки из кидс клаб классные, очень дружелюбные. Территория очень чистая и не далеко от аэропорта. Рядом есть ночной рынок со всякой едой и развлечениями.
Не понравилась шумоизоляция, ребенок из соседней комнаты плакал всю ночь, было ощущение, что он плачет в нашей комнате:))

great clean beach with very wide sand line - big enough to play volley, football and still accommodate the guests on the beach sunbeds
sunset kayaks - nice activity with kids or a romance for couples
pools- clean, big, great for families w kids
wonderful breakfast w great variety
spotless rooms- clean, new, space enough
we celebrated our wedding anniversary and got a special romantic decor with rose petals inner room- a compliment from the hotel
kids club activities (fish feeding, stone painting) and morning yoga were great too

Недалеко от аэропорта, есть трансферы. Недалеко небольшой ночной рынок и рестораны. Завтраки хорошие, ухоженная территория, детская площадка и теннисный корт. Расположение бассейнов. Есть трансфер по территории отеля.

Hotel sieciowy blisko plaży. Bardzo duży wybór dań na śniadaniu. Dwa baseny. Bezpośrednio przy plaży.

Die Anlage hat die asiatische Charme mit viel Bambus, Kokonusbäumen, Fischteich mit Seerosen.
Es wäre perfekt, wenn das berühmte Nationalgericht Phở liebevoller vorbereitet würde, und nicht täglich die unaromatische Suppe mit zu weichen Nudeln.

Breakfast was excellent. Very close to private beach. swimming pools inside hotel are very nice. Drinks and awesome and not cost is moderate. Room service is good. There was nice indoor play area and kids activity room, where kids can be engaged well. nice gym. there were buggies to move around inside villas.
Lunch and Dinner could have added more continental cuisine. I am an Indian travelling with family so I expected few more Indian dishes.

I like hotel location and the facility. Also good staff and etc.
I stayed in hotel 3 days also 3 days in bungalow. The room inside the hotel was not good draining in the bathroom, I informed but nobody did anything regarding this. In bungalow I experienced a snake inside my room and killed. Which entered the room thru the hole near the window. I informed the management and showed them it. Yes the staff was helpful and they asked me if I want to change my room, but I think that it was not enough for such incident.

Провели здесь 2 недели отпуска. Очень красивая зеленая территория, пруды с карпами, которых можно покормить (по запросу хлеб выдают в спорт зале). Два бассейна и выход на пляж, всегда можно было найти свободные лежаки, пляж чистый. Отличные завтраки.
В холле есть стойка с турагентом, через которого можно заказать поездки на снорклинг. Также мы ходили в спа при отеле, очень понравилось. Можно было поиграть в теннис и взять велосипеды напрокат.
Напротив отеля большая улица с ночным рынком с едой, много массажных салонов, прачечная и банкомат. Не было проблем вызвать такси.
В номере было очень заметное большое пятно на шторах, которое не смогли убрать, замены штор также не нашлось. Да, персонал сделал все возможное, даже предложили нам переселиться в бунгало, но все же это не очень приятно, хотелось бы чистоты. Слабенький интернет.

Персонал, завтраки, потрясающие закаты. Рядом улица со стрит-фудом.
Отель не пять звезд. Плохая шумоизоляция, алюминиевые лежаки, грязные пляжные зонты, которых не хватает. Мусор на пляжном песке не убирается. Следует иметь ввиду, что отель также работает по системе «все включено», при бронировании на букинге этот пакет не предлагался, поэтому я не знала. Это значит, что много пакетных туристов с детьми из стран СНГ. Шум, гам… Море какое/то мутное, с мелкой взвесью из водорослей. На севере море было лучше.

Best part of this hotel is clean and awesome Beach with free Kayaking.
Second best is the Pools - two large well maintained pools.
Third best is the endless breakfast - still i rate third is due to the repetitions most days.
Space - inside the rooms are pretty tight. At first the front office given me a ground floor room with nothing to see :( later after request they moved us to 4th floor - still ok.

Beach was pretty good. Breakfast is okay too. Okay location, close to airport. Friendly staff, but sometimes had to tell them multiple times on the phone before gotten any results.
Horrible wifi, although I stayed on the first floor. Hope they fix that issue, but I suggest asking if they did before you move in, if you need wifi for work. Prices of some things are overpriced, like beer for example. I've stayed in MovenPick for a week too, and although its more premium (and about the same price when I booked) prices in restaurants were cheaper.

A high standard hotel. The staff speaks good English. Breakfasts were rich and tasty. The hotel and gardens are well maintained, everything looked spotless. Each second day there is live music in the evening with happy hour cocktails of very good quality.
During blackouts the generator starts within seconds, so you may even not notice any problem.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the pool was really clean.
We didn’t feel very welcomed by staff and it felt like they were constantly finding extra things to charge us for.

Der sog. "Superior-Room" ist ein Raum gewesen mit Blick auf den Tennisplatz. Der Flur erinnert stark an eine Tiefgarage. Im Eingangsbereich und Flur müssten die Wände schon lange mal wieder gestrichen werden. Stellen im Boden in den Fliesen werden auch nicht fachmännisch repariert. Das Flurlicht wird über das Badezimmerfenster bis ins Schlafzimmer geleitet. Auch bei runtergelassener Jalousie wird das Zimmer nicht komplett dunkel. Für knapp 200 Eur darf man auf Phu Quoc einen ganz anderen Standard erwarten. 2 Sterne wären aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen und nicht mehr als 1.000.000 Dong für eine Nacht. Ich habe mich sehr über diese Entscheidung geärgert.

Muy lindo, limpio, cómodo, personal muy amable, tal cual las fotos, desayuno completo y abundante, realmente 5 estrellas.

1.отель староват не тянет на 5 звезд, 2.еда за 14 дней проживания однообразная, да и к сожалению испорчен последний день ужина час ждали блюда ,потом к нам подошли и еще попросили 50 мин подождать в итоге мы просто ушли 3.интернет просто ужасный 4.не хватка лежаков ,как на пляже так и около бассейна 5.иногда выступают певцы ,но лучше б на пляже подальше от отеля ,а то когда хочешь просто отдохнуть в тишине песни под окном не дают расслабиться

ホテル内で過ごすには各レストラン、ルームサービスのメニューの種類が少ないく、コンビニ的な売店もない。 結局、道を渡って近くのスーパー、小さな食堂、ナイトマーケットに食べに出ることになります。 そこはベトナム料理、韓国料理、海鮮料理が中心になります、価格も安いですがそれなりです。 ビーチはきれいに管理されていますが、水質はそんなに良くありません。

Everything super nice.
The pool bar at sunset, the room spacious and clean, breakfast with lots of choices. The beach is clean, golden sand and big with a lots of beach beds. The GM Oreste is the best Manager i have ever met, caring about your satisfaction and making your staying remarkable. The new year party was great, with delicious food and lots of gun! Just out of hotel you can find a small street with a lot of restaurant making fresh seafood bbq very cheap and delicious. We’ll be back.

Affordable luxury spa and resort hotel. Great for a relaxing vacation. Fun entertainment program and excellent service. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Hotel restaurant is good. Best fries at Ocean Bar. Massages were great. We came here during Christmas. The hotel hosted nice festive events and even distributed cute Christmas cookies at each door.
Not the biggest pool in comparison to Crowne or Intercontinental. No Jet Ski offers from the hotel. Lots of families and loud kids.

We had our stay during Xmas eve, enjoyed so much of the drinks and music at the poolside restaurant. The teenagers of our group love the hotel facilities, i.e. tennis, table tennis, gym, 2 swimming pools, etc. The breakfast buffet is really good, the choices is many.

We booked a room with an ocean view. Can you see the ocean or am I blind? My wife and I booked a twin bed room specially for the ocean view, but in the end we had to sleep separately and watched only palms. The staff on check in was selling us Accor membership for 10 minutes. We had a 20 hour flight and just wanted to go to the room and fall asleep, but he insisted for quite some time and tried to convince us that it's cheap and we have to buy it.

A lovely place to enjoy pool time and koi fish ponds throughout the hotel. Good value and a great place for families. Ocean View unit is a must. There is also a little night market in the area.

La piscine privée, le kid’s club, la plage et ses transats
La chambre un peu vieillissante, nous étions 4 dans la chambre mais pas de canapé lit comme indiqué. Il faut un lit d’appoint pour bungalow avec piscine privée. Bien dommage. Pas de serviettes pour 4, il fallait systématiquement réclamer. Les équipements étaient un peu vieillissant.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Bungalow mit Meerblick und eigenem Pool gebucht, ca. 10m vom Strand und 50m vom Meer entfernt. Beim Eintreten in das Bungalow ist ein WOW-Effekt gesichert: Angefangen von der Grösse des Bungalows, die Terrasse mit dem eigenen Pool und die Aussicht auf das Meer sind genial. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und schwer zu übertreffen. Zu Abend gegessen haben wir 3 Mal im hoteleigenen Seafood-Restaurant, unser Fazit: AUSGEZEICHNETES ESSEN!!
Inmitten unserer Rundreise in Vietnam wollten wir 3 Tage ausruhen und chillen. Dies ist uns hier voll gelungen.

Fint fungerende værelse med en dejlig terrasse med gode stole/bord & tørrestativ.
Personalet har så mange regler og retningslinjer, at det bliver akavet, at de ikke bare må yde service efter gæsternes præferencer/behov. Det er meget stift og ingen fleksibilitet. Lidt kaotisk morgenmad især når der skal bestilles æg. For lidt lys på gangarealer.
Personalet har så mange regler og retningslinjer, at det bliver akavet, at de ikke bare må yde service efter gæsternes præferencer/behov. Det er meget stift og ingen fleksibilitet. Lidt kaotisk morgenmad især når der skal bestilles æg. For lidt lys på gangarealer.

- The beach was very nice and clean, it was absolutely worth coming here just for this!
- We also liked their garden. It was beautifully maintained, it overall creates cozy and private vibe.
- The resort was generally very quiet, unlike some other resorts in the island. It was quite good fit for us as we are not really into parties.
- There are a few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so we didn't need to have all meals at the resort (they are much cheaper than the hotel, but quite expensive in the Vietnamese standard)
- Tennis court and ping-pong table are free to use!
- Not all staff at this hotel speak good English. We found it a bit difficult to order things in bars and restaurants. The therapist I had at the Spa didn't speak English either. It can become quite tricky if you have special requests. - Breakfast could be better, especially pastries were a bit disappointing. - The hotel didn't accept NFC payment's

- Many things was good. Staff, hotel facilities, swimming pool.
- Special mention to the restaurant manager. As I was there for a race, he managed special breakfast pack at 4h30 am. And for dinner or breakfast, always helpful
- The room was noisy with beside rooms. Easy to hear the kids or even alarm from other rooms. - Some customers was rude and unpolite. Not problem from hotel but quite unpleasant

Quarto muito confortável, piscinas grandes e boa zona de praia. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Bom ginásio. O hotel demonstra preocupações ambientais e de sustentabilidade.
O hotel deveria disponibilizar água aos hóspedes, tendo em conta o calor que faz em Phu Quoc. O hotel fornece apenas uma garrafa de água de 33cl por dia por hóspede.

Очень красивый отель, номер просторный и чистый , вид на сад с бунгало шикарный , убирались каждый день, понравилась оперативная доставка еды в номер
Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, любезно заселили нас чуть раньше положенного времени
Большой выбор на завтрак , вкусно и питательно
Очень удобная туристическая стойка в отеле. Даже если у тебя нет планов на отдых, можешь приехать и решить все на месте.
По приемлемой цене можно взять машину на целый день. Водитель сопровождает по выбранным достопримечательностям и безопасно с комфортом привезет обратно

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein Beachfront Bungalow mit privatem Pool. Ansich war alles sehr schön und zufriedenstellend, doch beim genaueren Hinsehen im Bezug auf den gezahlten Preis gab es schon einige am Macken bzw. sind schon die ein oder anderen Dinge in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer riesigen Auswahl.
Bis auf den Strand und den gegenüberliegenden Nachtmarkt hat die Umgebung wenig zu bieten. Wir waren sechs Nächte hier und haben die Zeit zum entspannen genutzt. Der Strand könnte gepflegter sein, viele kleine Plastikteile überall.

ビーチまで歩いてすぐのロケーションは素晴らしく、プライベートビーチもよく整備されていて快適でした。ただホテルとビーチの間に公道があるので少しだけ違和感があります。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で優しく癒されました。
お部屋は素敵だったのですが、シャワーヘッドがすぐに取れてしまったり鍵が壊れていたり改善の余地があるかと思います。プライベートプール付きのヴィラにしましたがお部屋によってはレストランから丸見えのところもあるのでプライバシーを重視する方はリクエストを入れておいた方が良いと思います。

Wi-fi is very poor - does not suitable even for a video calls Lighting is very dark I'm understand that is a part of "light code" to keep whole look of building consistent, but it was a really dark 3 lighting switchers for shower, bathroom and water closet is randomly linked to the lighting Power wallet sockets is a nightmare if you have EU power adapter - i've tried a lot of time to find a proper position Blanket "au carré" is aa unuseful feature - cleaner and clients both spend time to make it in a normal condition Cleaning service didn't came for a 2 days. On a 3rd day they come in a middle of the day when i was in a room.. Smoke detector on a ceiling has a 2 LED lights that annoying you by a blinking in a night time

На беразе празрыстага і спакойнага мора, свой чысты пляж. Прыгожая і добра ўладкаваная тэрыторыя. Прыязны і добразычлівы персанал. Паўсюль было вельмі чыста. Снядянкі былі з шырокім і разнастайным выбарам ежы і напояў, усяго было шмат. Насупраць гатэля ёсць бульварчык з крамкамі і кафэшкамі, да гатэля заўсёды хутка можна было вызваць таксі праз Grab + побач была тусоўка афлайнавых таксістаў.
Не спадабалася рэстарацыя з морапрадуктамі і да гатэльнага пляжа не дабівае вайфай, акрамя гэтага ўсё файна.

Excelent swiming pools, with perfet sunset views.
Very good breakfast buffet, with a lot of different options. The restaurant and the pool bar are also really good.
In general, everyone was nice and helpfull.

При заселении ждал 30 мин когда принесут вещи , недождался пришлось спускаться на ресепшен за вещами.
Наша компания состояла из одного взрослого и двух детей обоим по 8 лет. За второго ребенка дополнительно доплачивал . При заселении в номере было приготовлено на двух человек. Три раза просил администратора принести хотябы полотенца для третьего человека. Принесли через три часа одно полотенце и халат для взрослого. Стакан для воды и чайную кружку так и не дождались . Чай пили по очереди.

プライベートビーチとプールでのんびりすごすことができます。お部屋は清潔だし、シャワーテラスでのんびりすごすこともできました。スタッフさんもみんな優しくてとてもよかったです。いい思い出になりました。
ホテルが悪いというわけではないのですが、中心部から遠いので、飲食店が限られます。ホテル内で食べるか、近くの小さめなナイトマーケットを利用する感じですが、海鮮系が多かったです。

가격대비 너무나도 훌륭한 숙소. 조식도 맛있어요.
