Pool was huge and plenty of lounge chairs, chilled water, beach towels provided.
Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of food options that catered for many nationalities & good quality food. Staff were polite and very attentive, regularly cleaning plates.
Food in restaurants within the hotel were all excellent & reasonably priced (Il Tramonto/Italian, Wok & Curry and Sands Bar & Grill) and staff were very accommodating, checking on food allergies. They also all offer an affordable & excellent kids menu for approximately AUD$8.00
Beach was nice, clear & warm water.
Room was exceptional, very spacious & clean, bathroom was huge with separate shower and bath. Celling fans & a/c and generous balcony.
Complimentary shuttle bus to/from Airport - driver was very friendly & a safe driver, bus departed right on time.
I would appreciate a separate area for people smoking within the resort. If you were sitting by the pool with your children, people could just sit right next to you & blow their smoking everywhere which wasn’t very pleasant. The kids pool filter (in the middle of the pool) would churn up leaves & brown water about every 30 minutes. I did ask the lifeguards to scoop it out which they did however they didn’t seem too happy when I asked.

The food is great but considering the amount of Indian chefs they have menu can be increased. Very helpful staff

Professional and attentive staff. Quiet private beach with a beautiful view of the sunset. Amazing facilities with a wide range of activities for family. Great food, either buffet or à la carte menu.

geräumige Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht (man kann den Sonnenuntergang vom Zimmer aus sehen), das gesamte Personal war extrem lieb und freundlich, proaktive Hilfe bei allen Angelegenheiten, Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich unglaublich (obwohl ich Buffet eigentlich nicht so gerne mag), Steak & Cocktails waren mega yummy, riesiger Pool mit genügend Platz für alle Gäste, für mich sehr wichtig: die Ruhe & keine Baustellen Geräusche
Gebäude & Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Essens Auswahl war so lala, SEHR strenge non smoking policy, die im Vorhinein nirgends ersichtlich war (für mich ein NO GO und Grund nicht mehr her zu kommen) - warum kann man im Restaurant draußen keine Raucher-Area machen??, jeden Tag dieselbe Playlist :(, zu große Gruppen der selben Nationalität

The buffet breakfast choices were vast and you could eat almost any cuisine for breakfast! The choice of restaurants for dinner was great and suited our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool area is huge and never felt overly busy.
Although the buffet breakfast catered for everyone, the restaurant for the buffet breakfast was far too busy and did not make for an enjoyable relaxing breakfast with so many guests squeezed in for maximum capacity. There were not enough staff to cope with the number of guests requiring service of tea and coffee and to clear tables etc. We were staying in a villa and I believe for guests in the villas, or executive accommodation, should be able to have a second option to dine for breakfast which is offered at the Pullman resort in Phu Quoc, where we stayed for the second half of our trip to Phu Quoc.

A wonderful six-night stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort. The beautiful beachfront setting and relaxing atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

The property is located in the right place to visit many sites. Hotel staff are so polite and the breakfast menu is superb compared with the cost. The cleanliness of the property is also impressive. We really enjoyed it with family and kids. Best of luck.

Experiência maravilhosa no Sheraton! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Desde o primeiro momento, todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis, atenciosos e prestativos. Eles realmente fazem de tudo para ajudar e para que os hóspedes se sintam bem. Atendimento nota 10!
A comida também foi excelente. O buffet é maravilhoso, com muitas opções e tudo muito saboroso. A limpeza do hotel é impecável e todos os ambientes são muito bem cuidados.
Um dos momentos mais especiais foi poder apreciar o pôr do sol simplesmente lindo e inesquecível.
Tudo foi maravilhoso durante a nossa estadia. Atendimento, comida, limpeza, conforto e ambiente: nota 10 em tudo. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos muito!

The complementary shuttle bus to local attractions was fantastic! Everything about this hotel is class, comfortable and it has all you need within it's stunning grounds for a relaxing holiday. The pool and outdoor area is great, the restaurants and buffet are incredible, we loved the indoor games like pool tables and ping pong for when the weather wasn't ideal. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay in Phu Quoc.
The only concern we had was with the restrooms/toilets. The one in our room clogged once on the first night and from there we had to manage the broken mechanism in the cistern throughout our entire stay. We could have asked to move rooms but we didn't want to be a bother so we used the spray gun to help fill the cistern and it was manageable.

המקום של המלון קרוב לרוב האטרקציות , צוות המלון היה נחמד וחייכן וגם כל הזמן עזרו לנו ודאגו שהכל בסדר אצלנו

Our stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc was fantastic from start to finish!
The 4-bedroom villa is super, super good—sprawling, beautifully maintained, and easily one of the biggest villas we’ve ever experienced. Having our own private pool paired with sweeping ocean views and direct beach access gave us the ultimate resort vacation.
Breakfast was another major plus: a huge spread with a wonderful balance of continental options, regional Asian dishes, and even Indian selections that catered to everyone’s palate.
Thank you to the Sheraton team for providing such a comfortable, top-tier experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc! We stayed in a beautiful three-bedroom villa, which was perfect for our family and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
We were also celebrating my daughter 14th birthday during our stay, and it was such a special occasion for our family. The team helped make her birthday celebration even more memorable, which we really appreciated.
The food at the restaurant was very good, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort.
We’re already looking forward to returning next year! 🌴✨

We were impressed with the complimentary facilities Sheraton had to offer, spa, sauna, fitness centre, movie night and happy hours.
Would’ve been nice if the outdoor spa was heated, especially on the cooler days.

The location - on the north side of the island...quiet and amazing. The pool size and ambience - unbelievable. The breakfast spread - mind boggling and so filling for Indian vegetarians. It is an amazing hotel

كان هناك اعمال صيانة وترميم في الطابق العلوي استمرت يومين كانت مزعجه جدا تواصلت مع الاستقبال وطلبت تغيير الغرفة واعتذروا بأنه جميع الغرف محجوزه!!

Наличие трансфера от и до аэропорта, удобные кровати, чистые простыни, вкусный завтрак, изумительные десерты, десерты и хлеб без глютена, большой бассейн, англоговорящий персонал, русский менеджер, говорящий на русском, китайском и английском, 3 ресторана на территории
Катастрофа за $320 в сутки. Худший сервис, обман и нападение директора отеля! Снимали двухэтажную виллу с тремя спальнями на 14 дней в надежде спокойно отдохнуть, но мы столкнулись с полным кошмаром. За 14 дней на виллах 6125 и 6116 не было ни дня без поломок. 14 августа Генеральный менеджер Яцек Сегаль (Jacek Segal) в лобби напал со спины на моего супруга, дважды хватал за шиворот и пытался скрутить руки за жалобу на сломанный бассейн! Затем директор позволил себе пошлые оскорбления нашей личной жизни. Чтобы скрыть ЧП, он пообещал апгрейд на виллу с 4 спальнями и видом на море, но в день когда мы должны были переехать на обещанную виллу, персонал нас обманул: попытался заселить в меньшую категорию (один этаж с двумя спальнями). До 20:30 мы в баре ждали когда нам подготовят виллу. Персонал украл у нас день отпуска, который мы провели на чемоданах. С чем столкнулись: * Технический ад: Постоянно вырубался свет все 14 дней. Отсутствовала горячая вода, не работали телефоны, индукционная плита полностью не работала, заменили на «новую», но и там работало только 2 конфорки из 3. Тефлоновым сковородки полностью с ободранным покрытием. Личный бассейн никогда не работал, каждый день приходилось вызывать бригаду для ремонта, хотя в соседних виллах бассейны работали. * Дикая антисанитария: Вода в бассейне виллы протухла и пахла гнилью. Туалеты на виллах и в лобби воняли как на вокзале. Про профессиональную обработку речи не было. Горничные оставляли халаты от прошлых гостей и грязные стаканы. Вместе с забытой зарядкой для телефона горничная швырнула мне прямо в руки чужие грязные женские трусы (трусы на фото), хотя ей сказали принести только зарядку! * Территория и персонал: Пляж в пластиковом мусоре, на дне общего бассейна мох и палки. Плитка на дорожке вся побитая. Официанты игнорируют гостей, не убирают столы, а грязные тряпочные салфетки со стульев кладут обратно на чистые тарелки.

Great hotel, breakfast has so many different choices and very well organised. The site is large, we was in a large villa and needed to use their buggies. Very close to Vin Wonders and nice beach. The gym was good, but sauna was closed due to work.
The villas do feel a little dated, flooring old/damaged. There was a lack of items for arrival, apart from water in the fridge, so basic fruit and milk for coffee etc would have helped. The hotel is close to Vin Wonders but apart from a very basic overpriced small shop, you had to use a taxi or shuttle just to go to a local supermarket. Apart from the main bar, Wok & Curry and Italian, there wasn't much choices given sizes of the hotel and complex.

Absolutely amazing!
Minor issues occurred but the staff were so professional and took good care of everything.
As soon as we call for a request, it’s immediately solved in no time.
We have stayed in a private pool villa which we loved and will definitely come back again

Beautiful pool area, tranquil and relaxing location.

Lo staff veramente oltre livello: organizzatissimi, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema e letteralmente ovunque. Ottimo anche il buffet della colazione, vario ricco, anche per europei/italiani.
La spiaggia e le strutture esterne da sogno.
L’umidità, nonostante fosse accesso il condizionatore 24/24 in camera l’umidità era veramente alta (forse anche perché il periodo delle piogge non ha aiutato). Rivedrei anche il buffet e il suo servizio: con così tante persone tutte sul cibo in una stanza così caotica, ho avuto l’impressione che fosse poco igienico.

It was truly an amazing hotel, both in terms of the facilities and the location. I booked the all-inclusive package, and everything was excellent—from the quality of the food to the service and friendliness of the staff. If I come back again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. ⭐️❤️

طاقم الفندق جدا خدومين و يقدمون المساعده و الفندق بموقع مميز قريب من الاماكن السياحية بشمال فوكووك يوجد باص مجاني للذهاب و العوده للفندق كل ساعه يمر على 5 مواقع قريبه من الفندق منها ملاهي فاين وندر و منطقة جراند ورلد و حديقة الحيوانات سفاري من الساعه 8:30 الى 23:30 الفندق نظيف و الاكل جيد

Great for Indians. Special Indian chef in their restaurant really made the stay pleasant. You would get Indian options in daily breakfast as well.
They have hourly shuttle to Vin wonder attractions and free airport shuttle as well.
Priced really reasonable.
The room was kind of disappointing considering 5 star brand but amenities are great

We had a wonderful family stay. Our villa was beautiful, very spacious, and had a lovely private pool, while the hotel’s main pool was even larger and more impressive.
Service was excellent from beginning to end. Communication by email before arrival was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The airport welcome, check-in, and check-out were smooth and professional, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
Although our villa was some distance from the main facilities, the golf buggies always arrived quickly whenever requested.
Breakfast offered a good variety of different cuisines, and our dinner at Wok & Curry was one of the best dining experiences we had during our time in Phu Quoc.
Overall, we felt the resort offered very good value for money.
Very little to complain about. The villas can be quite far from the main hotel facilities, so you may need to rely on the golf buggies to get around, although the service was always quick during our stay.

Zeer klantvriendelijk en klantgericht personeel en het hotel wordt netjes onderhouden.
Een tip: in het Aziatisch restaurant zou Thais eten zou zeer welkom heten. Ook achterstallig onderhoud van het hotel aan de buitenzijde zou een goede keuze zijn.

Personal ist freundlich! Das italienische Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Lage und den Strand
Ich war dies mal zum 3. Mal da. Jedes Jahr ist schlechter geworden. Dieses Mal ist besonders stickig im Zimmer. Ich war im Zimmer 626, es stinkt nach zu vielen Duft darin! Danach riecht es nach Schimmeln! Der ganze Gang ist voller Schimmel!

ההינו זוג וילדה ,חדר פונה לבריכה בקומה 6 ,חדר גדול 2 מיטות זוגיות ומיטה נוספת ,לי המזרון היה נח לאשתי רך מדי,החדר מתוחזק אבל סימני הזמן ניכרים ,חדר אמבטיה גדול אך מעט מיושן ,ארוחת בוקר מזנון ענק ובו אוכל אסייתי הודי מערבי באמת לא חסר דבר ,המיקום נח במרחק נסיעה קצר לגרנד וורלד ולקזינו ,לספארי ולפארק השעשועים ,הנסיעה לרכבל כשעה זה בצד השני של האי ,תחבורה זמינה כל הזמן בגראב ואו מונית או טוקטוק חשמלי לא לשלם מעל ל150 אלף 100 זה סביר לכל האטרקציות בסביבה ,חוף הים שצמוד למלון מהמם ושקט אפשר להשאיר את הטלפון על מיטת השיזוף לעבור לבריכה ולחזור אחרי שעה הטלפון יהיה היכן שהשארתם אותו ,למי שמחפש חיי לילה במלון זה לא המלון בשבילו יש בר שהיה ריק כל פעם שעברתי ליד ,הצוות מצויין סבלני ומנסה לעזור בכל דבר זה אומר כולם מעובדי הקבלה ,הבל בויס ,עובדות הספא ,והחדרניות ועובדי חדר האוכל

Excellent stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities were outstanding, especially the swimming pools and beach access. This was an excellent hotel with well kept grounds and overall clean and well presented rooms . The team here are incredibly efficient and very friendly and genuinely seem to want to ensure your stay is amazing. All hotel pricing is very competitive with local restaurants and shops.

Location and view of the resort was top notch. Good breakfast spread. Pool and beach was clean. Airport shuttle is a great benefit.
Walls are not sound proofed well and at times we could hear nearby room sound, which is not good for privacy. There could be more floating jackets for the novice swimmers. The bicycles are not well maintained.

We liked everything: from the lovely location, beautiful beach, fantastic swimming pools to the excellent, professional, kind and responsive staff.
The Thai massage and the therapist in the spa were great and my wife enjoyed enormously. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The guest services were always available and ready to assist.
In one word - an excellent holiday resort and we shall be happy to return again!

As a family of four with two young children, this was our first trip to Phu Quoc — and the Sheraton exceeded every expectation we had.
The staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect if you're planning to visit the nearby theme parks. The food variety and freshness at the buffet was outstanding, and it was wonderful to come back to the hotel after a big day out and let the kids truly unwind.
There is genuinely something for everyone here — whether you prefer the beach or the pool. We could not recommend it more highly.

Все в впечатление испорчено от сотрудников данного отеля, не компетентность и тупость. То воду забыли принести, то могут забыть про тебя на баре, то плату забыли принять! депозит только наличными или картой, что за древний век ??? QR через вьетнамский банк нельзя. Бассейн грязноват и много плитки отпавшей. Постояльцы данного отеля все за 45 лет. Вводить новые технологии вообще не про этот отель

In contrast with the outside. The rooms were really old, super simple and plain. The furniture is really old and it was like a patch rather than a room set up. Besides, the staff, some of them were great, friendly and helpful especially the team working at the breakfast place and the Wok and Curry restaurant. But some of them were really rude, they have the “I got underpaid and I dont like u” look. Very not consistent of staff’s friendliness.

Amazing and helpful staff, good restaurants, pool and beach, roomy villas with private pool. All up a great experience for us and we wouldn't hesitate to come back and will recommend Sheraton Phu Quoc to friends and family.

We chose the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort for one simple reason—we love great beaches and beautiful pools—and it met or exceeded our expectations in every way.
The facilities are outstanding. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the ocean view. We highly recommend upgrading—each evening delivered a spectacular sunset that felt like a private show from our balcony.
The staff consistently impressed us with their attentiveness and warmth. Whether it was quickly providing extra towels or offering clear, helpful directions to nearby attractions, every request was handled with ease and a genuine smile.
While we did explore some local sights, we found ourselves happily drawn back to the resort’s beach and pool again and again. The pool area was lively but never overwhelming. Finding a lounge chair sometimes required a short search, but it was never a real issue and always worth it.
Poolside service was another standout—food and drinks were easy to order and were consistently excellent. In fact, the food throughout the resort was above par and, in many cases, truly excellent. The Doner Salad at the poolside Flavor Fair was so good we ordered it twice. The breakfast buffet at Daily Social offered far more choices than anyone could reasonably sample—and the evening buffet was equally impressive. We also dined at Il Tramonto and Wok & Curry, and both experiences were excellent.
All of this, however, comes back to the exceptional staff. In particular, we frequently encountered one chef (originally from Türkiye—unfortunately we do not have his name) who went out of his way to ensure everything was to our liking—which it always was. Близкое расположение к основным достопримечательностям севера острова. Бесплатные шаттлы до местных достопримечательностей и трансфер в аэропорт (правда из аэропорта очень сложно не зная ситуации поймать этот бесплатный трансфер).
Уборка номера (песок на простынях, постоянные просьбы принести вещи, которые по умолчанию должны быть в номере - ватные палочки, бритвенный набор), завтраки (выбор как бы большой, но выбрать то особо для русского человека и нечего), отсутствие свободных лежаков на пляже (ну тут конечно больше вина граждан бывшего союза, которые бросят с утра полотенце и уходят, не появляясь по пол дня), большое количество «пакетников».

Это классика! Шератон есть Шератон. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, были ситуации, когда приходили поздно на обед, но нас пропустили и дали возможность пообедать не спеша. Мелочь, но приятно. Пляж отличный, чистый.

An ideal holiday destination for both small families and larger groups of friends. We stayed in the spacious 3-bedroom villas with private pools, which were fully equipped with modern amenities and offered plenty of room for kids to play and move around. The direct beach access was a highlight, allowing us to escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxed, peaceful time together with family and friends.
The solar water heating worked best in the first-floor room, while the lower-level rooms only had cold or lukewarm water. Additionally, a few in-room dining orders were mixed up. However, the staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

Location, pool and cleanliness is good!
Service! Staff and attitude not good for a 5 star hotel. We stayed at JW Marriott phu quoc before and the service was amazing! Over here the staff are ignorant and very reluctant to serve or help. Felt ignored most of the time. At reception, lobby, entrance to the restaurant you have to wait 5 mins before someone acknowledges you even if no one else is there. Forget about anyone helping to open the doors or anything when we are travelling with 2 kids and a pram. Even the front door entrance to the hotel we had to open our selves on one occasion. That has never happened at even a 3 star hotel. Kids club was a joke. They have a whole timetable of activities that never happened. Staff were not even aware of the activities and the kids club was unattended for about 1 hour and then the lifeguard came to mind it. Did not send my kids after that. At JW Marriot they had staff doing so many activities and interacting with the kids and over here was the opposite. Breakfast buffet was huge but not satisfactory. A lot of options but none of them tasted good. The quality was underwhelming. None of the bread, croissants were fresh. Very average flavours Also wifi was horrible. Very slow. We couldn’t do any remote working either. We will not visit again. No value for money Very disappointed

Breakfast has great varieties, good holiday vibes of the surroundings due to high season.
Property looks a little aged though it is only 5 years old. Couple of F&B outlets were closed, were left with coffeeshop & Italian. Actually, I expect a little more of Sheraton.

Spacious villas, very comfy and clean, You can see on it a bit of a time tooth, but the hotel standards are kept perfectly, white sheets towels necessities, main pool area great, beach great, staff great.
Just a bit of this monumental „old” feeling with some used parts ( floor in the villa in few places, tiles fugas crazy work ;) but all this didnt decline 10/10 feeling of our stay.

Все было прекрасно. Отель хороший, соответствие цены качество достойное. Заселились сразу по приезду, завтраки прекраснын, свежевыжатый сок, великолепный кофе, разнообразный выбор блюд на любой вкус.. Пляж великолепный, чистый и большой. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

L'hôtel est super: chambre propre et spacieuse, vue sur la mer. On a choisi le séjour avec demi-pension, le repas était varié et super, avec beaucoup de choix entre les cuisine européenne et asiatique.

Не то, что бы не понравилось, скорее, вызвало вопросы: Завтрак, который "включен" у подавляющего голичества гостей. Сразу скажу - к самому Завтраку вопросов нет вообще: вкусно, и разнообразно!👍 Но немного напряг формат: все гости толпяся в одном ресторане, столы настолько близко, что приходится согласовывать с соседями!😁 Ходить за едой небезопасно из-за большого количества гостей, иногда приходится ждать, пока освободится стол. Персонал бегает прям взмыленный, что б всем угодить. При этом , инфраструктура вполне позволяет открыть дополнительные площади. И не стоит оправдываться 'часом пик" , в том же Wyndham смогли разделить потоки гостей и решить эту проблему. Верю, что менеджмент обратит внимание на эти моменты и мы ещё не раз , с огромным удовольствием, посетим Ваш отель! Процветания и благополучия!🌸🌸🌸

Отличный круглосуточный фитнесс зал. Завтраки отличные, есть азиатские варианты, индуские, европейские. Очень удобные душевые кабины с горячей водой возле бассейна. Есть бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Отличная уборка номеров.

Enormous rooms, including bathrooms. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff, willing to help. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety of Vietnamese and international dishes. Large lagoon pool. Calm clear water and soft sand. Beautiful sunset.

It had a big pool. There was a DJ in the afternoon which was nice to listen to and have a drink on the veranda. The free shuttle bus to grand world was handy.
The pool itself was a bit outdated and needs some fixing. There wasn't much choice for lunch/dinner, so for dinner we always went out to grand world. The room was big, but also quite outdated. They were organising a big event for NYE, because of this they closed half the pool (2 days before) for the stage and there were no sunbeds next to the pool on the day itself as they had put tables for the event instead.

ATTENTION: j’avais réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes; 2 adultes et un adolescent de 17 ans.. il y avait que 2 lits dans la chambre et à ma grande surprise, il fallait commander et payer le troisième lit en avance. J’étais en colère et c’est que á 21h le soir, que une jeune femme très aimable à la réception a trouvé un lit d’appoint. Je ne comprends pas cette contrainte qui était très facile pour l’hôtel d’éviter et j’ai bien compris que je n’étais pas la seule à être surpris.Une chambre pour 3 personnes doit avoir 3 lit. Peut-être juste poser la question, si c’est necessaire pour les enfants de bad âge. Le personnel avait peur de commettre des erreurs et à mon avis, il y a un travail à faire pour mettre son personnel en confiance qu’il est plus détendu et automatiquement plus capable d’être aux services des clients. Je me demande si on peut revoir l’hiérarchie du personnel et l’aplatir.

Hard to find an available long chair after 10am, limited food choice at the beach (only pizzas), coconuts not always available & fresh, expensive food, simple restaurant dinner organised for Christmas (while other resorts had dinner on the beach and organised shows).

The location. Choice of sun bathing by the pool or on the beach. Size of swimming pool was excellent.
The villa only had 1 lounger by the pool. Ordering food in the food trucks was delicious but took a long time to arrive. I waiting 40 minutes for 1 portion of fish tacos! In the evening there wasn’t anywhere to sit outside and eat. The only choice was take away pizza. Would have loved an outdoor restaurant. At the pool bar, service was slow. Waited 20 minutes for 2 beers.

The manager Siu was so sweet and amazing to help and correct the situation. We appreciate it and thank you. Very old and very over booked. Breakfast was also a rush. They have one place for breakfast and it’s like a market.

오 3bed room 빌라 너무 넓고 좋던데요?

Nice pool with plenty of sun loungers & a good bar. Nice beach area with very clean sea. Room was also clean & spacious. Ate in both restaurants and foods was good. Shuttle bus easy to navigate.
Sound proofing was non existent! Given the price of this resort compared to other accomodation in vietnam the room was a bit tired. Found the rationing of pool towels with a towel card a bit odd in what should be a luxury resort. Whilst breakfast choice was expansive quality varied. Wouldn't bother with grand world etc. (awful tourist trap, but not the hotels fault) So does mean you are really just in the resort. Only 2 restaurants for dinner so could easily get repetitive. Think we were just a little underwhelmed - we live in Dubai so perhaps our expectations where a bit high!

The four bedroom villa with sea view and privat pool was absolutely fantastic. Pleasant, cleanly maintained surroundings. We were a little sorry that when entering the villa from the beach, there is no way to get rid of the sand from your feet, there is no device to rinse them off
The food in dinner buffet restaurant is a real disaster. A complete resignation to any attempt at haute cuisine, which is what you would expect in such a place. It is a shame for the price. Arrogant receptionists with completely incomprehensible English pronunciation. Maybe the Sheraton chain should hire a speech therapist to teach the receptionists how to pronounce sibilants. I don't expect perfect English from a waiters or room service person. But when you're paying thousands of US dollars and no one can explain to you clearly what it's for, it's sad. Billing for the stay only in Vietnamese. Halfway through our stay, the pump at the private pool filter broke. It has happened repeatedly that room service rings the doorbell and impatiently knocks on the door to let you know that they have something for you. When I said that I did not order anything, they look confused and do not know where to deliver. When they did this in the middle of the night, I was really annoyed.
The food in dinner buffet restaurant is a real disaster. A complete resignation to any attempt at haute cuisine, which is what you would expect in such a place. It is a shame for the price. Arrogant receptionists with completely incomprehensible English pronunciation. Maybe the Sheraton chain should hire a speech therapist to teach the receptionists how to pronounce sibilants. I don't expect perfect English from a waiters or room service person. But when you're paying thousands of US dollars and no one can explain to you clearly what it's for, it's sad. Billing for the stay only in Vietnamese. Halfway through our stay, the pump at the private pool filter broke. Шератон на декабрь 2025 был на стопе, оно и понятно, питание выше всех похвал, каждое блюдо приготовлено с душой! Персонал был очень приветлив, заселение прошло быстро и легко. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория, широкая пляжная линия, пологий вход, нет планктона, по крайней мере днем. Однозначно стоит посетить, рекомендую

Piękne lobby, duża i ładna plaża hotelowa. Bardzo pyszne śniadania oraz bardzo duży wybór jedzenia podczas śniadań.
Jakość wykończenia pokoi jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy to jakaś kpina. Śmierdząca pościel. Czas oczekiwania na jakiekolwiek zamówienie lub prośbę przez personel hotelu ogromny.

Lage war sehr schlecht ohne Roller schwierig woanders hinzukommen. Es ist extrem Laut, täglich Musik am Pool und in der Lobby man wird von allen Seiten beschallt. Im Zimmer ist es dadurch nicht ruhig. Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig man hört den Nachbarn schnarchen und sprechen. Matratzen im Bett sind unterschiedlich hoch. Das schlimmste Hotel was wir in 4 Wochen Vietnam hatten. Es ist viel Personal da aber keiner räumt auf oder Gläser etc. am Pool zum Beispiel weg. Liegeauflagen teilweise so kaputt am Strand das man sich nicht drauf legen möchte. Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr runtergekommen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Breakfast was fabulous! Dinner at Wok & Curry was super delicious too! Private beach was quiet and clean, totally love it!
Staff at the resort are super helpful and not forgetting the magician that came to say hello and perform a few tricks when we were having our dinner in the restaurant.

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле, вся команда максимально старалась помогать в решении любых вопросов, а они обязательно появляются, если путешествуешь с детьми. Ресторан (Daily Social) достоен отдельного упоминания - каждый найдёт, чем себя побаловать, но и остальные ресторанчики не уступают.Чистый пляж, большая территория, из развлечений - бильярд, настольные игры и футбол, бесплатный велопрокат по территории резорта, магазин с продукцией для водных развлечений и многое другое. Уборка и смена белья каждый день. Вернёмся с удовольствием.
Если вы максималист и привыкли только к 5 звёздам, в номерах можете найти мелкие недостатки, но учитывайте, что гостинице около 5 лет и износ всего со временем неизбежен.

Wynajęliśmy willę . Nieco nadgryziona zębem czasu ale wszystko było jak najbardziej ok.Dużo miejsca ,czysto,cicho, perfekcyjna klima ,smart tv w każdym pokoju i tak można wymieniać .Gdybym miał się do czegoś przyczepić to lekko za twarde łóżka ale do przeżycia .Dobrej jakości pościel ale jak dla mnie za grubą kołdra a raczej pierzyna .W takim klimacie chyba nie ma potrzeby żeby były pierzyny.O śniadaniach nie będę pisał bo to się powtarza w każdej opini .Generalnie jeden z niewielu hoteli(a podróżuje non stop) który bym chętnie powtórzył

Rewelacyjna kuchnia i cały personel gastronomii.
Próba oddania depozytu nie w dolarach a w dongach co skończyło się niezbyt miłymi rozmowami w recepcji. Oraz cwaniactwo personelu recepcji. Pozostały personel - szczególnie kuchnia - wyjątkowy😊 Odpadające pokrycie dachu i smród stęchlizny na najwyższej kondygnacji. Dla tego typu hotelu nie widzę żadnego usprawiedliwienia.

Понравилось всё! Идеальное место! Обслуживание на высоте, завтраки разнообразные, вкусные. Есть все. Каждый день уборка, вода без ограничений, кофе-машина есть на вилле. Бассейн чистый и всегда холодный, в жару идеально, потому что и море теплое.

Lovely resort hotel! Beach and pool were awesome. The Bfast buffet spread was heavenly. Varieties of local to international. Happy, friendly, and helpful staff. Room were clean and I had the ocean facing. Peaceful stay and slept in comfort. Spa was good too. Maybe a lil pricey. Ala Carte food at hotel restaurant was pricey too. A must go destination.

Понравилось абсолютно все.
Шикарное расположение, идеальное спокойствие.
Неописуемая красота, обворожительный персонал. Всегда останавливаемся в отелях Sheraton и на Фукуоке это лучший Sheraton. Еда превосходная, номер с балконом и с выходом на океан в этом месте просто блаженство.

Hotel is old and villas are not well maintained. Our first villa was noisy from the water system. They offered to move us to a different villa which did not have hot water in the shower, only the bath tub.

The housekeeping doesn’t clean the room in the morning, unless you tell them to. Baby chairs in the restaurants are not very clean, we had to always wipe and clean it before we put our baby on the chair.

We stayed in a HUGE 3-bedroom villa, very comfortable to stay in with great beds, and nice bathrooms and sitting / dining area. AMAZING buffet breakfast, and very easy access to all the attractions via a free bus shuttle service.
The private pool was a bit of a waste - small, and cold. The villa we stayed in was a bit run down, as it looks like they're going through a gradual renovation.

The staff are all very friendly. The buffet breakfast offers a number of different types of food and offerings are rotated. We had 4 breakfasts there and each day the selection was diverse. I especially appreciate the vegetarian offering and the attentiveness of the staff members.
We enjoyed dining at the Wok & Curry restaurant.
(1)I would suggest moving the concierge desk closer to the reception/check in area, so that guests is aware that the Tour Desk personnel are actually non-Sheraton employees. The Tour Desk staff members have very, very limited English and communicating with them could be frustrating. (2) There is no written information accompanying the various places of interest. A brief description would help both guests and staff members.

Great breakfast, great location right next to VinWonders park, close to beach, very good food at restaurants, a lot of indoor and outdoor space.
Some wear and tear on outdoor facilities. Convenience store on site very limited selection, mostly drinks. Pool area is no smoking but very lax, some people still smoking with no issue from security/ lifeguards.

Tutto perfetto. Colazione ottima, staff gentile e premuroso. Il mare davanti all’hotel non è bellissimo, ci sono spiagge più belle, Sao Beach secondo noi la migliore . Lo Sheraton è vicino allo zoo e al parco di divertimenti piu grande del Vietnam “aWin Wonders” entrambi da non perdere, i biglietti d’ingresso chiedeteli in reception ad un prezzo

كل شي جميل بالفندق من استقبال الموظفين وترحيبهم وخدمتهم واخص بالشكر الموظفة (lona) اللي احتفلت بعيد ميلاد اولادي بالمطعم وسوت لهم كيكة ونفسها كلمت الادارة ودزوا لنا كيكة وكرت للفيلا ونفسها اصرت بيوم الشيك اوت انه تعطينا كيك حق طريج المطار
الاكل الحلال خاصة للخليجيين جدا قليل في الافطار، في مطعم ايطالي وهندي بالفندق لكن اذا كنت تبي تطلب لازم تطلب من الروم دايننغ واهم يوصلون الاكل وكان بالاغلب يوصل بارد، الفيلا جميلة لكن اثاثها قديم ويحتاج الى تغيير وريحة مجاري في حمام الغرفة يالارضي.

The breakfast is excellent with full of various country dishes and spectacular flavor to accommodate people from different countries. The shuttle bus service within the hotel and villa is also excellent, quick response and prompt arrival at all time once order placed. Besides, the staffs are very polite and always full of smile. Highly recommended for short vacation and relaxation.

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious & pretty clean but the hotel is not well maintained. Some peeling paint was on the carpet outside our room for our full stay

It was out a great way to have a holiday in Vietnam to enjoy the beaches , pool and theme park . Breakfast had so much option. A variety of restaurants if you don’t want to go too far. A complete resort experience.
We had a few issues with getting into our room as the jet lock system failed a number of times but the staff came and rectified it each time .

One of the most luxurious hotels I’ve visited during my travels. The décor is stunning, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English well, which makes communication with guests much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything a visitor might need. Breakfast was good, and when we requested some Arabic dishes, the restaurant team gladly and warmly prepared them for us. Many thanks to the restaurant manager and all the staff for their hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near the Water Park and Venice, the hotel also offers free shuttle trips to and from these attractions approximately every hour. The beach sand is golden and very clean — just like in the photos, if not even more beautiful.
I tried to find something I didn’t like, but honestly, there was only one point — and it’s more of a general observation about hotels in Vietnam: there are no brochures or tourist guides in English to help visitors learn about the country and its attractions.

Lovely resort , We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa, which was very spacious and had a private swimming pool with stunning views.
Lots of activities for the family and food options (including some halal options) which is great for muslim families.
Extra points for proving a free shuttle to the nearest attractions including Vin wonders, Grand World and Safari and arranging transportation
The Villas need maintenance , furniture as well , wooden floors need to be changed , some areas got mold , AC was leaking in one of the rooms and we sighted a few cockroaches in the villa. Nonetheless, the team took care of all that immediately!

One of the most beautiful property we ever stayed!!!
Beautiful resort at the most beautiful location. Very near to Grand World and Vin Wonders. Beautiful and very clean beach. Kid friendly with a small playground!! Excellent breakfast spread with lot of Indian options. Wok and Curry Restaurant also serves tasty Indian food. We got a free upgrade to Ocean View room and the view from the room was spectacular!!!
We really enjoyed the stay!!! Free Airport Shuttle and free hourly shuttle to Grand World. Spa service was also excellent!!!

最滿意的是超級好的服務，每一個工作人員都很用心的服務，也很耐心的回答我的問題，住宿空間超級大，下次還會在回去住那邊，不管去哪裡真的超級近，服務人員也都幫我們處理好每一件事情！超級喜歡的！

Mình book căn villa 3.phòng ngủ hướng vườn nhưng trên booking không có nhiều hình để tham khảo, thực tế căn của mình là villa hướng về hồ, mình thấy khá thích thú, villa rộng rãi, có nhiều cây xanh và hoa sứ nên rất thư giãn. Bữa sáng có rất nhiều món,

Beautiful resort set on a picturesque private beach. The staff go absolutely above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. There's plenty of dining options with a number of on-site restaurants and the buffet breakfast is something! Also enjoyed the spa and gym and had an amazing spa day. Would absolutely recommend the Sheraton and it's lovely and committed staff.
This is not the fault of the staff in any way but I found it absolutely appalling to witness other hotel guests treat the staff rudely. I witnessed no "thank you" or "please" and general rudeness, yelling and even clicking of fingers and treating the hard working staff like second rate citizens. It was so appalling to see that I strongly believe that management should step in and protect those staff from rude guests as it also impacts the enjoyment of other guests to witness such rudeness as we feel powerless to help at times.

Mooie ervaringen in het restaurant, eten super, bediening professioneel, kortom perfect
Het was niet makkelijk om een sunny side up te bestellen zoals ik het graag had (niet uit het vormpje waarin ze normaalgezien gemaakt worden), maar lukte uiteindelijk dan toch. Dit was het enige wat tegen viel :-)

The breakfast spread was decent.
Beware of housemaids!!! We stayed in the family suite. The housemaid, who was unauthorized to enter the room, which had a do-not-disturb sign on the doorknob, robbed us. The security and management did nothing about this matter. They don't care or are remorseful about the safety of their customers.

The free upgrade that was provided from basic room to ocean view room.
Their promptness in addressing the issues with repairs. The breakfast was excellent with a wide spread covering all parts of the world.
The hot water system did not work for one morning and it was done for over 4 hours. Surprised to see that sheraton did not have a backup system. The shower cubicle was damaged a bit but their team was very good in fixing it in short notice.

Pro:I like location, peace, food and room service staff.
Ladies from room service worked hard and really well. Food was excellent everywhere from breakfast to buffet near lobby.
Price for food was fair.
Cons: Outdated room, not very hard matrass on the bad, very dirty sand on the beach. Beach full of plastics, cigarettes and waste. This was really disappointing.
Staff almost everywhere is kind and nice but all the time producing some mistakes and setbacks.
Price of room with breakfast was not high so I can recommend it for people who don't need or want to go everyday to the sea.
For those who goes with pool.
BTW pool. Pools were ok and there is lot of safeguards(thumb up).

No words could describe how good this hotel was. It was very clean, the staff are very welcoming, the shuttle bus was also punctual. The room was also very big and clean. The best part is the breakfast buffet. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the best as there was many selection of food and beverages.
The room I book was a 6 pax room so I was given a family room with sea view. However, there were 3 beds each to be shared by 2 people. Two of the beds were very small and I think it is more of a 4 pax room than a 6 pax room.

Качество уборки, в гостинице 5 заезд, постельное белье ложно меняться каждый и день и уборку нужно проводить не после того как попросишь. Туалетные принадлежности так же не докладывались пока не попросишь. Пришлось мокрой стоять в лобби и объяснять чтоб нам убрали номер, персонал лишь сказал что сейчас отдыхают 1000 людей и они не успевают, никак не пытались сгладить ситуацию

Velka vila poschodová s tromi spálňami a tromi sprchami a 4 toalety. Klimatizácia v každej miestnosti, kavovar nespresso. Každodenne upratovanie a čistenie bazéna. Veľmi milý a nápomocný personál. Personál zaslúži z 10 bodov 15!!! Veľmi sme boli spokojny.

Жили в 4спальной вилле на пляже. Просто идеально. Виды шикарные. 2х этажная. Большая гостиная, две просторных спальни внизу, две наверху, одна из них- огромная. Хорошая мебель, белоснежные полотенца комфортные комнаты,воду приносят в необходимом количестве, к уборке никаких претензий. У отеля широкая и длинная пляжная полоса, напротив вилл- нет лежаков, поэтому людей на пляже не было совсем. Полежать можно было не отходя от виллы, было ощущение что пляж и море были наши личные. Брали только завтраки- отличные, но 2м этаже еще и всегда малолюдно. Дети на обед что-то покупали в основном здании. Им нравилось, но особенно восхищались пиццей. Действительно очень достойная. На ужин несколько раз посетили wok&carry - очень вкусно. Депозит, снимаемый при заезде (10 млн донгов) возвращать не пришлось, потрачено было больше.
Пляж напротив вилл не убирается совсем. Под единственным зонтиком на пляже ( со сгнившим столиком) при нашем заезде лежал мусор. Мы уезжали- он так и остался. При этом вся остальная территория регулярно убирается. Неделю на пляже лежала труба. Не убирали.Потом ее засыпало песком.. Английский персонала в ресторане. Если повезло и попался англоговорящий -все отлично, но бывали и недопонимая, при этом официанты стараются,а недопонимания менеджмент всегда старается возместить. Сервис не сравнить например с Мелией, которая рядом, куда мы как-то зашли на ужин, там сервиса нет совсем. На завтраке не принято разносить напитки, для нас это не имело знач ение, но возможно кому-то это важно.

除了位置在北部有些偏僻外，幾乎沒有什麼能抱怨的點～
Villa 房間豪華整潔舒適，景觀也很不錯。
早餐選擇眾多，蛋奶素者也有很多選擇。
海灘游泳池也是一級棒，就是5星飯店水準。
整體來說，以這個價位能享受到喜來登真的非常超值💯

Быстрое заселение. Проживали в коттедже, много свободного пространства, персональный бассейн. Хорошие завтраки. Хорошее месторасположение
Отель давно требует ремонта, много насекомых в доме, включая кровати. На пляже очень мало шезлонгов, пляж более менее чистый. Отсутствие посуды в коттедже, можно взять в аренду(платно).

Очень разнообразный завтрак, безумно все вкусно было, плюс с шести утра наливают шампанское - это ли не сказка?)) Потрясающий пляж, большой бассейн, номер большой и светлый - все было чисто, не знаю что за претензии тут к чистоте у людей... убирались добротно, на просьбы что-то принести - молниеносная реакция. Был трансфер в/из отеля, вечером все в фонариках, красота. Ни разу не пожалели что выбрали этот отель.
Но и некоторые замечания тоже есть) Не особо следят за чистотой у бассейна, могут семечки лежать пока не попросишь убрать (свиньям, которые так делают отдельный привет), лежаков у моря и правда надо больше ибо отель гигантский. И еще не увидела это нигде и мы удивились - при заселении на номер нужен депозит в размере 6000000 донгов, его потом можно пропить/проесть, конечно, но что если я не хочу столько тратить, например?.. Мы, конечно, справились и потратили)))) Но считаю необходимым об этом как-то все же людей предупреждать, а не ставить перед фактом.

Lärmpegel beim Frühstück. Essen Möglichkeit nur eine. Die zweite nur Buffet für 990000 VDN pro Kopf. Personen Russen, Usbekistan, „osteuropäische Länder „ unmögliche Menschen sind das..wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte hätten wir nicht gebucht… Zimmer Möbel aus dem 1500 Jahrhundert. Sheraton 5 Sterne im Leben nicht.. das intercontinental 50km südlich ist 100 mal besser..das erste Bild war unter dem Kühlschrank…bin jetzt in Saigon in den Sherwood Suites.. das ist 2025…. Das Sheraton sieht aus als wenn es vor 100 Jahren gebaut worden ist.. so was unmodernes, unglaublich….

The rooms are excellent the beach is fantastic the FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS BELOW STANDARD , THE STAFF ARE ASLEEP AND THERE SHOULD BE A TOTAL CLEAN OUT OF THE UPPER MANAGEMENT STARTING AT WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO HAS NO PEOPLE SKILL, VERY POOR.

Perfect place to go and just hang out on the beach. Not a lot to do on the island. My kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the pool. Doris was very sweet and kind to my dad and made his day!

Das Grösse des Hotels und des Geländes suchen seinesgleichen. Die Eingangshalle mit sechs verglasten Fahrstühlen wirken imposant. Die Lage, das reichhaltige Frühstücks-Buffet sowie die allgemeinen Einrichtungen des Hotels haben mir gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein gut ausgestattetes Gym, Live DJ am Nachmittag mit Lounge Musik und spezielle Shows am Abend sind Höhepunkte. Der Strand scheint nicht aufzuhören und ist nie überlaufen. Zudem hat es genügend Liegestühle zur Verfügung.
Speziell für Familien mit Kindern bietet das Hotel viele Attraktionen.
Das Personal bietet sehr unterschiedlichen Service. Einige der Angestellten haben definitiv verstanden was Kundenservice in einem Sheraton bedeutet. Leider gibt es auch Ausnahmen. Zudem sprechen viele der Angestellten kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwert. Trotzdem geben sich Mühe. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu und so können sich in den Zimmern kleine Schwächen bemerkbar machen, die jedoch vom Hausdienst rasch erledigt werden können.

고풍스런 외관과 시설, 예쁜 수영장과 비치, 친절한 직원. 만족입니다. 그랜드월드 등 근처 시설이나 공항 무료 셔틀도 좋았어요.

Из плюсов - расположение, чистое море, первая линия. Но !! Лежала мало их занимают с утра , на такой большой отель нужно в два раза больше. Чудесные закаты. Хороший выбор на завтрак, но будьте готовы стоять в очереди
ОЧЕНЬ МНОГО ЛЮДЕЙ. В ресторане на завтраке и удине (там где шведский стол) ощущение, что ты на вокзале. Неуютно и шумно. Это касается в принципе и бассейна, где также мало лежаков. Мы жили на вилле , ушатанные, сразу видно что им 10 лет. Сами спальни ничего, а вот общий зал и кухня прям старые. Уборка отвратительная , везде пыль. На вилле нет ни одной тарелки или прибора, можно только заказать , но это платно. Готовить нельзя по правилам отеля (непонятно зачем тогда на вилле кухня) Людей завозят огромными автобусами , везде гам и шум. Сам остров Фукок (были в первый раз) очень понравился. Не кусается планктон, море чистое , пляж отменный , почти нет Комаров, климат супер. Обязательно вернёмся на Фукок, но не в этот отель..

조식이 맛있었습니다. 즉석에서 구워주는 닭구이와 계란 요리들이 좋았어요. 쌀국수도 맛있었습니다. 해변이 너무 아름다웠어요. 아이가 파도를 보고 매우 즐거워했습니다. 해변 가는 물도 얕아 놀기가 좋았어요. 수영장도 넓고 숙소도 청결했습니다. 오래된 시설은 감안해야 할 것 같아요.
샤워기 필터가 금방 더러워졌어요. 양치할 때는 생수를 썼습니다. 시설 안에 있는 미니마트에는 특별히 살 만한 게 없었고, 키즈카페는 생각보다 규모가 작고 미끄럼틀이 외부에만 있었습니다.

Location and facilities was great.

We had a beach front villa which was huge with its own plunge pool. The villas are set in maintained landscaped grounds so there is still privacy. Big family room and very comfortable beds. A buggy or short walk to the main hotel facilities. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the food at the Wok and Curry. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mint checked us in and out he was great. The managers were always visible making sure everything ran smoothly and standards maintained. We had Visa issues and Daniel helped us with that as well.
The Vin bus made getting out and about easy and cabs were easy and cheap as well. Mini mart /village and other shops restaurants 5 minute cab away.

The Long Beach & sunset is very beautiful. The breakfast buffet line was excellent.
The property (pool villa) bathroom was not so good…there’s only rain showers in each bathroom, no shower head. Also each toilets, there’s no tissue paper hanging…the tissue paper was on top of the toilet…it’s quite strange. The toilet flush was not so well either.

Loan était une très bonne manageuse, elle s'est bien occupé de nous malgré le chaos du petit déjeuné
Le petit déjeuner était très bruyant, avec deux machine à café pour un trop grand nombre de clients, ce qui créait de longues attentes. Il y avait peu de tables à l’extérieur, ce qui est regrettable, surtout en raison du manque de vue sur la mer. La musique, trop forte de jour comme de nuit, ajoutait à l’inconfort. Concernant la nourriture, elle était globalement décevante,le service laissait aussi à désirer : les serveurs ne nettoyaient pas les tables avant de nous servir, et les boissons arrivaient souvent avec un retard de 10 minutes par rapport aux plats. à l’exception du restaurant indien, qui était une agréable surprise. Enfin, le nouveau concept de service, vanté par le manager Daniel Muhor, s’est avéré catastrophique. Lors d’une tentative de dîner, nous avons vu le chef faire tomber un morceau de porc par terre avant de le remettre dans mon sandwich. Ce geste inadmissible nous a poussés à tout renvoyer et à quitter les lieux pour dîner ailleurs. Bref, une grosse déception tant sur le service que sur la nourriture.

広いプールとプライベートビーチで、のんびり過ごす事ができました。
・北部に位置しており、徒歩圏内で行けるところは皆無。無料のシャトルバスはありますが、ほとんどが廃墟です。ホテルの敷地内で完結させるか、色々と出歩きたいなら中央部に宿泊をお勧めします。 ・他の方も書いてますが、冷蔵庫は全く冷えません。 ・清掃が微妙で、床に色々とゴミが残っています。 ・高い金額を払ってカウントダウンパーティーに参加しましたが、レベルの低いショーとまさかのカウントダウンをやらない(多分機械トラブル)で年越し気分を味わう事はできませんでした。 ・大きなホテルではありますが、コスパいいとは決して思えません。

The Daily Social breakfast quality is super. The Bai Dai beach is unbeatable. The Hotel lobby is fine and with old-style upscale.
The villa room decoration is way out of style. The furniture is worn and faded. The kitchenette's laminate countertops are chipped and bubbling from moisture damage. Also, the staff is not well trained, and not as friendly as it should be.

- Hotel ligger nær strand, kombinasjon av basseng og strand på kort avstand
- egne shuttle buss som går hver time til forskjellige steder
- ligger nær Vinpearl/ VinWonders Park (passer meget for familie og barn)
- Rommene var gammelt og slitt (trenger en oppussing snart). Dusjhode på badekaret fungerte ikke. Badekaret var slitt/ godt brukt. Toalette var gammelt/ flush fungerte 50/50. - Personelle lite service innstilt (har ikke opplevd dette på en 5stjernes). Må finne ut selv alt fra a-å. - Tok 100år for å få rommene ryddet, de kom rundt 16-17 tiden. Renslighet ca en skala på 5/10.

Море, пляж, территория отеля, шведский стол на завтрак и ужин хороший, для детей 2 маленьких бассейна.
Час в очереди на регистрацию в отеле, еще час в очереди забрать ключи от номера )) Лежаков у бассейна и на пляже очень-очень мало, в 9.30 уже все занято. Организационные моменты - то полотенца забудут после уборки оставить, номер был на 3 взрослых - подготовили все для 2 взрослых. Все решалось конечно, но приходилось бегать, просить. Все неприятные моменты стерлись морем и солнцем )) но все же в высокий сезон явно хромает организационный момент

We loved everything, our villa and the breakfast spread everyday was wonderful. The beach is so clean and the sand is soft like flour.

The villa, the beach, the staff, the breakfasts and all you can imagine was really nice
Two things that stop me from rating my stay a 10: 1. I booked a villa for 4 pax, but 2 of us were arriving on a different date. I contacted the hotel in advance to see if they could arrange shuttle service pick-up at the airport twice. I was assured that's not a problem and that all 4 guests (2+2) would get transfered. Upon check-in I asked if that's still the case that the other 2 guests will receive shuttle service, the receptionist suggested I fill in the form again and everything would be fine. So I did fill in the form, but on the next day, the day the other 2 guests were arriving, I got an email saying that unfortunately the hotel could not arrange shuttle service for them because they had already arranged it for 2 of us. Even though the hotel expressed their apologies for the inconvinience I was shocked! I had to go to the reception and figure out what was going on. Why aren't they keeping the previous agreements? Thankfully after some debate the manager came out and helped resolve the situation. In the end they agreed to arrange transfer, but it did cost some nerves. I mean, if they said from the very beginning that they provide transfer only once per room — no problem, we could arrange something on our own. But instead at first they assure me that everything will be fine, and then, when the other 2 guests are mid-flight, they change the rules. Come on, that's not a 5-star level of service 2. A rather minor inconvenience but there are no hooks or hangers in the showers near the pool

Понравилось абсолютно всё, кроме сервиса персонала: место, море, пляж, номера, разные кухни, доступность спа и фитнеса.
Персонал украл беговые кроссовки. Заметили пропажу за один день до выезда, обратились на ресепшн, нам устроили осмотр комнаты, но ничего более. Никакой обратной связи, никакой компенсации не последовало.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً وقريب من اغلب الانشطة وكذلك منطقة القراند وورلد وملاهي الفنبيرل .. كذلك الفندق مقابل للانشطة البحرية والشاطئ نظيف وخاص بساكني الفندق

The room looked like on pics, hotel was huge, breakfast was amazing, pool and beach were great, staff amazing as well, the hotel has a shuttle bus to/from the airport just be aware that it runs every 2 hours and it is 45-60min drive, the bus schedule didn’t suit us on the way to the airport because of our early flight, so the hotel called us taxi, there is a bus going to the main attraction in the north, from grand world there is a bus running to the south, grab and taxis are also available.
The location, it is really far away from the real towns we also stayed in the south close to the aiport and liked it there much more, however if you want to chill only on the beach or visit attractions in the north, then the hotel will be perfect for you, we also had a jellyfish in the sea but they only came once in the late afternoon/evening

The rooms are nice, the location is great, the hotel itself is beautiful.
But the service from the hotel staff is just terrible. In the restaurant, the waiters can't remember and write down three names, they mix everything up, we waited for spaghetti for a child for about an hour. And the prices are above average. And in general, this hotel does not have normal food and a choice of restaurants (this was a real problem. Plus, it takes a very, very long time to bring food near the pool. The food has not yet been brought, and they already ask you to pay, and then look for it wherever you want! This hotel is located in a good location, with private beach and close to grandworld, vinwonders and vin safari. It had a clean private beach and lovely large beachfront pool.
Our 3 bed villa with private pool was large and spacious. Great set up for a family or multiple friend groups as the villa has enough room for everyone.
The buggy service that takes you to the main hotel and over for breakfast was always very quick and the drivers friendly. The villa is well stocked with complementary bottled water when attended by staff in the morning and they also drop by in the afternoon to see if you need any extra water or towels.
The buffet breakfast was the best I had on the island and their in house restaurant had wonderful Indian food.
Grandworld is very close and a free bus leaves the hotel every 30mins if you wanted to head out for food or supplies and it also has lots of restaurant offerings.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette hôtel. Les chambre sont assez grande. Le balcon avec vu sur la piscine et la mer est vraiment super. La Clim marchée bien. Il y a une douche plus une baignoire dans la salle de bain. Il y a tout le nécessaire (même plus) dans la chambre. Les restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine était super tout comme la plage, il y a aussi un billard des tables de ping pong etc.. à disposition. Ils mettent des navettes à disposition pour se rendre dans les parc ce qui est génial. Le personnel est très chaleureux et souriant. Nous recommandons vivement cette endroit.

Nice and big swimming pool, clean private beach, staff was nice and friendly.
When booking through booking.com, one of the benefits was that I could check-in early. However, when we arrived, we had to wait nearly 2 hours until we could get the keys for our room. Waiting time was not pleasant as there were kid and senior citizen in our family.

The hotel is exceptional with friendly staff. The beach and swimming is excellent. Location is a bit remote however it is what the doctor had ordered, a place to relax and a nice retreat.

Everything was so clean and spotless. The cleaning crew did come everyday to help maintain it. We were so close to the beach. Walking distance to touch the water.
The beach in front of our villa was dirty. We had to keep removing trash. Although we did not swim in it, trash should be cleaned periodically here. It was a bit far from the city center but close to all the attractions. The dinner buffet was not good. Almost felt like the food leftover from breakfast and lunch was used. Need to have more selections in the “market” around the resort. Have to rent all of the dishes pans and spoons in the villa. It just made things a bit more difficult to warm up leftovers.

역시 5성급 호텔 답다.
부대시설이 모두 훌륭하고, 특히 Privacy Beach는 환상적이다. 모래가 너무 부드럽고, 해변이 아름답다.
체크인 후에 당일 사우나, 헬스장을 이용할 수 있어 밤 늦게 귀국한다면 호텔에서 충분히 시간을 보낼 수 있는 것이 좋은 점이다.
그리고, 아침 뷔폐는 지금까지 다녀본 호텔 중 최고 수순이다.
호텔 Check-in시 Booking.com에서의 예약번호만으로 조회가 안된 점이 아쉽다. Booking.com 개인정보에 이름이 한글로 되어 있었는데, 호텔측에 영문 스펠링을 다르게 전달하는 바람에 Check-in 시간이 매우 오래 걸렸다. 그것 외에는 불편한 점이 없었다.

아무래도 국제적인 호텔체인이니 좋은 시설과 기가막힌 뷰를 자랑하네요. 푸꾸옥은 첨이라 다른 호텔과 비교해서 말하긴 어렵지만 딱 명성에 맞는 호텔 컨디션입니다. 수영장은 여태까지 갔던 호텔보다는 압도작으로 크고 좋네요.

스위트 룸에 머물렀는데 화장실, 샤워실, 욕조가 따로 있어서 너무 쾌적했고, 방에서 보이는 오션뷰 정말 좋았슴니다.
체크인 전에 대응해주시는 직원들이 너무 친절해서 호텔에 대한 호감도도 더 높아졌어요..

Everything about this hotel is near to perfect. The facilities was good, staff was nice, gym was great, plenty of delicious food on breakfast, beach was so clean and distance to theme park is less than 10min walking distance. Everything is good.

Dear Manager,
I was staying along with my family of 11 adults and 2 kids in your villa no 6156 and room 705 from 30 th may 2024 till 2nd June 2024. My booking was done through booking.com with id no 4556594047 which included airport transfer for both times. On 1st evening we reminded Ms. Katherine who was at the hotel reception to book our transfer to airport for 5 am on the morining of 2 nd June. But there was no transport ready when we reached the reception. Upon our request for the transfer the hotel receptionist Ms. Thao and other security staff misbehaved with us telling us to keep quiet and touching us. We requested then to call a cab for us which we would pay but they did not call for that. After much delay of about an hour they gave us a mini van which was very small to accomodate 13 people with baggage. Somehow we kept the baggage in our laps and managed to reach the airport very late and almost missed our flight. All this must have been recorded by your cc tv camera which you can check. We will not tolerate such carelessness and disrespectful behavior on part of your staff after paying a huge amount of around $1500. I have aready raised a complaint ( no. 573668437) for which i have not received any response.Kindly look into the matter and compensate me for the same.

Too much hype about this place from many Vietnamese YouTuber. Food was ok, staff was not very attentive. We called the buggy car several times but they never came. We came to see what Phu Quốc was all about, now that we knew. Our first and last time.

все было очень комфортно, чисто, вкусно, идеально для отдыха с детьми
далеко от центра города и нет ресторанов возле отеля в шаговой доступности, надо ехать на автобусе до Венеции ,чтобы покушать .

Close to the sea. Ice cream is offered at breakfast. Kids are happy

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, das Personal ist ok, der Strand ist sauber, die Qualität des Meereswassers ist gut ( z. vergleich mit dem Süden ( Dương đông oder bei Novotel). Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig sowohl für Europäer als auch für Asiaten.
Negativ : Als Erste musste der Kühlschrank wegen Schimmel ausgetauscht werden, derUnterschrank mit Gläsern war geruchsbelästig. Die Musik ist für ein 5 Stern Hotel zu laut ( ganzen Tag), besonders zwischen 14-17 Uhr , da kann mann sich nicht am Strand entspannen. 🥲 Vorsicht bei 2x Pin geben bei der Rezeption. Es gab keine Entschuldigung vom Hotelmanager, keine Wiedergutmachung, Nichts. Beim Lesen der Kommentare habe ich das Gefühl nur automatisch oder Roboterartig beantwortet wurde. Schade, sehr schade für ein gutes Hotel auch nur vom guten Namen übrig.

Oh my...I rated a 10, but to be honest if Booking had a category of "10 plus" I would have selected that. This place is off the charts amazing. Pool. Beach. Play areas for kids of all ages. Clean. Comfortable. Good value. Location. Staff is super friendly and polite. This facility tops all my expectations and life of travel to date. Simply can't say how amazing this property is. Will be dreaming to go back in the future. OMG, almost forgot to mention the best breakfast buffet ever (included).

it was peaceful. Beach access and pool were superb. Buffet was excellent.
wifi was really bad in the rooms. If i needed internet access i had to go down to the lobby. Shower was leaking in between the door and wall, so the floors in the bathroom after the shower were slippery.

Perfect location. Good breakfast, room is clean. And i have booked some trip with them all great, hotel just near by the ocean. Highly recommend

푸꾸옥 3박4일동안 진짜 최고로 잘 선택한 숙소였어요!(1박씩 옮김)
셔틀이 다녀서 그랜드월드나 북부 근처에서 놀기 좋았고
여기 완전 선셋맛집이예요!!
수영장에서 보고 방에 올라와서도 봤는데 진짜 잊을수가 없어요
인생 선셋이예요! 너무 멋있었어요
쉐라톤, 노보텔, 메리어트 이렇게 3군데 숙박했는데
개인적인 순위로 쉐라톤>메리어트>노보텔 이예요!
조식도 완전 맛있고 모든게 완벽했던 호텔이였어요
꼭대층에 묵었는데 샤워기 수압이 너무 약했어요 ㅠㅠ 이게 최대 단점이였는데 이거 빼고는 모든게 다 좋았어요

We stayed in a 4 bedroom ocean front villa, which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely large, clean, and well-appointed. The private pool and beach were also fabulous.
The location is fairly remote, 45 mins from the airport and 20 mins to the nearest village. Although the staff were lovely, language is an issue - even at reception and the concierge - so had to use Google translate a lot (though this was synonymous with all of phu quoc it seems).

The beach was nice
The staff at the pool is incredibly slow There was every time no space at the breakfast area The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours The restaurant has limited options, service also very slow The location is 45 minutes away from the city, very isolated

Beautiful location, clean beach, everything you would expect from five star Sheraton resort.
The pool area food and beverage order would take 40 minutes+ to arrive once order was placed using their QR code mobile ordering system. Definitely a glitch there, every single order had to be followed up and would eventually arrive taking an average of 45-60 mins for us to receive food or beverage, also was expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam a hamburger was approximately $22 AUD without a side of fries.

На ресепшен работают 3 прекрасные русские девочки ,которые помогают во всем и все вопросы решают.прекрасный отдых,завтрак выше похвалы,столы и лежаки на пляже всегда свободные

Very spacious villa for the whole family. Facilities are well equipped. Staff are friendly and prompt. The private beach a Def a plus!

The accommodation is not worth discussing, but Marriott’s management is great.
I’m dissatisfied with the staff’s handling of the problem. I had to check out one day earlier than my booking due to a legitimate reason, but it still cost me $360
