Obiekt ma już 10lat i nie jest super nowy, ale było to najlepsze miejsce w Wietnamie na jakie trafiliśmy. Kameralny hotel ze świetnym jedzeniem i super obsługą. Na miejscu darmowe rowery, kajaki, supy. Świetny basen, kameralna plaża, sprzęt do snorkelingu. Hotel jest na uboczu i dla nas to był duży plus. Bardzo dobry standard jeśli chodzi o czystość i wielkość pokoi. Te z widokiem na morze - cudo. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy. Woda przejrzysta, dużo krabów, małe rybki i inne żyjątka na skałach.

Piękne miejsce, przemiła obsługa, nie wiem skąd opinie o niemiłym recepcjoniście, dla nas wszystko było super, każdemu zależało żeby nam pomóc. Obsługa mówiąca po angielsku w stopniu komunikatywnym, jeśli chcieli coś przekazać więcej posługiwał się tłumaczem w telefonie 😊 Śniadania pyszne, codziennie świeże owoce i soki, dodatkowo cudowna kawa z ekspresu 😍 Plaża hotelowa zadbana, zawsze wolne leżaki i parasole. Jedliśmy w restauracji, przepyszne, świeże jedzenie, bardzo duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje sprzątane na życzenie, wymieniane ręczniki i pościel. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bardzo sprawne. Okolica spokojna, nie mieliśmy problemów żeby zamówić GRABA, potem polecam dogadać się z jakimś kierowcą na WhatsApp - są bardzo chętni, wtedy już zupełnie nie będzie problemu z transportem. W niedalekiej okolicy, ok 10min spacerem lokalna wioska, moim zdaniem znacznie lepsza niż turystyczny night market - znajdziecie tam wszystko 😁 Pokoje duże, wyposażone, mini barek dodatkowo płatny, klimatyzacja zawsze działająca - nie ma na co narzekać 😁 Basen czyszczony codziennie, jednak my ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy, jak zobaczycie plaże to sami zrozumiecie dlaczego 😍

Nie mogę powiedzieć że coś mi się nie podobało, były dni kiedy nieco dłużej czekaliśmy na jedzenie, z uwagi na bardzo duży ruch w restauracji, a obsługa jest w składzie 3 kelnerów - wszyscy są przekochani i starają się jak mogą, więc bądźcie wyrozumiali, a oczekiwanie w tak pięknych okolicznościach przyrody to czysta przyjemność. Stosunek jakość do cena jest bardzo dobry, szkoda było tam stamtąd wyjeżdżać 🥲

It’s a well thought out resort with excellent facilities including a huge pool and not too many rooms so it’s not crowded even when every room is booked out. The location is perfect although it is on the northern tip of the island and still relatively clean with lovely water. It is about an hours drive from the airport and the closest town is about 900 meters walk from the resort so you can get what you need or take a grab to wherever you want to go. The staff where all very lovely and welcoming, they worked all day and late into the night so every day is a long day for them and I completely understand if the service may have been a bit slow at times. They’re doing 12 - 16 hour shifts, so give them some tips. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit daily and lots of options to suit everyone. The rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms and very comfortable bedding. Bathrobes and towels provided for the beachfront area. Lots of sun lounges and hammocks for lazing around on. There are free roaming chickens and roosters and chicks and one of the sweetest things you’ll see or hear all day are the chicks cheeping and following their mothers around. There’s three resident dogs that are so placid and sweet and lots of frogs everywhere. There’s a gorgeous pier that stretches overs the rocks and the far enough into the water so you have lots of view points. The north west view of Cambodia is awesome and north east view provides a wonderful view of Phu Quoc.

I think there’s too much chlorine in the pool but I’m not expert so don’t let that stop you.

The place was that good we initially booked for 1 night and stayed for three. We have stayed at a few places on the island and this was the best by far. Agree with all the other good reviews and have laughed at some of the negative comments that are nothing to do with the resort. The resort team are all ( without exception) smiley and helpful. the free use of bikes and kayaks is a nice touch. If you want a bit of relax time this is the place , the beach is a proper private beach. The Sea is great the pool is bigger then most and although we had a beachfront bungalow , all the others are just a hop away all looked great as well. There are plenty of sunbeds by the beach with umbrellas, as well tables under shade, and plenty of palm trees for shade if you need it. Of course you can dine right in the beach or even om the pontoon. There was everything in the room. a proper smart tv with wi fi good enough that you could stream You tube etc: The Internet was good enough to do a zoom / teams meeting on, and basically everything in the room that you could possibly need. Iron , slippers , bottle opener and all the usual toiletries etc. it is also a short trip to Grand Workd ( or Mad World as we called it ) which is worth a visit just to experience how bonkers the whole place is. We have shored this resort 10 out of 10 just in case booking. . com’s algorithm does something with the score. We have our own accommodation business at home so know how hard it can be to get things right and here they do get the balance just spot on. If you are currently looking for a place and trying to choose between a couple of options at the same price then choose this one. If this one is a little more expensive then spend the extra money, you won’t regret it:

Отель на берегу Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Номера красивые. Уборка каждый день. Шампуни и гель от отеля. Халатики и даже сланцы. Территория отеля уютная и зеленая. О море: пляж -это своего рода заводь от больших скал, очень мелко, глубина детская, но попадаются камни. Бассейн: Горки рассчитаны на малышей, нашей дочке 7 лет были уже маловаты. Завтраки не вау, но весь минимум есть: яичница, фрукты, все на бутерброд, жареный рис и овощи, очень вкусный домашний йогурт. Завтрак буфет и еще отдельное меню. Цены в ресторане дороже среднего в два раза, жаль: могли бы более низкой ценой привлечь больше клиентов отеля на ужин у моря.

Самый главный минус: отсутствие сушилок!!Это какая-то беда в южных отелях. Купальники развесить негде. Однажды мы попали под ливень, на террасе потоки тоже. Вот куда все вещи повесить? Считаю сушилки должны быть обязательно. Пожелания к отелю: Двери в ванную комнату слишком тугие/тяжелые. Возможно стоит отрегулировать доводчики? Это же касается гигиенического душа, напор был такой сильный, что может сорвать пятую точку. Мошки в ванной, миллиарды! стоит предпринять меры и убрать их трупики, которыми покрыто все в ванной комнате. Поспрашивали у соседей, у них такой проблемы не было. Для нас это не было критично, для кого-то может быть. Плохая звукоизоляция. Наши соседи просто разговаривали, но слышимость будто они из нашего шкафа говорили.

Это просто рай! Никогда не думала, что отель 3 звезды может быть настолько отличным. Просторный , чистый номер , с хорошим наполнением мини бара , в ванной комнате душ, ванна,все принадлежности, интерьер дополнен камнями и цветком в горшке / смотрится оригинально и красиво. Территория зеленая, ухоженная, постоянно убирается. Бассейн с чистой водой и детскими горками. Лежаков и около бассейна, и около моря предостаточно. В номерах большие пляжные полотенца. Два вида халатов. Персонал оооочень приветливый. Я знаю только русский, но легко общалась через переводчик. Сначала забронировала на два дня, 6 числа должна была улетать. Но настолько понравился отель, то продлила сначала через букинг, потом еще два дня напрямую в отеле оплатила. Билеты на самолет до Нячанга были не возвратные, но даже это не остановило меня. При отеле есть отличный ресторан с ооочень разнообразными и вкусными ( а главное не дорогими по ресторанным меркам) блюдами. Можно даже не выезжать никуда. Отдельная благодарность мальчику на ресепшен и мальчику официанту в ресторане. Просто отличные ребята. ❤️❤️❤️ Этот отель теперь моя любовь. Если я еще прилечу на Фукуок, то однозначно выберу именно этот отель

아침식사 넘 맛있어요~ 호텔앞에 해변가가 있고, 너무 예쁘게 잘 해 놨어요. 평화롭고 조용하고 바닷가앞에서 쉬면서 휴양하기 좋습니다. 카누도 무료로 그냥 탈 수 있고, 사진찍어도 다 예쁘게 나와요~ 무료로 배타고 스타피쉬 해변가를 가서 놀 수 있어요. 호텔에 무료 배가 들어오는 요일이 있어서 체크인하면 배타고 나갈수있는 날을 알려줘요. 저희는 월요일에 빈원더스가려했는데 월요일에 배 들어온다해서 일요일에 빈원더스가고 월욜배타는 일정으로 바꿨네요.

밤11시~12시쯤 대문같은 큰 정문을 잠궈요. 체크인시간을 미리 알려주면 열어둬서 들어갈수있긴한데 문제는 나가서 놀때입니다. 그랜드월드갔다가 분수쇼보고 야경보고 네일아트하고 한참 놀다가 12시쯤 도착했는데 정문이 잠겨 있어서 당황했어요. 두들겨도 안열어주고, 그 대문을지나 안쪽으로 쭉들어가야 리셉션데스크와 호텔이있기때문에 들리지도않는것같아요. 소리지르고 택시 클락션을 1분간 빵하고 눌러도 절대 문이안열려요... 전화해도안받고요.. 30분간 그 어두운곳에서 택시아저씨 붙잡고 계속 문열기시도하다가 결국엔 어쩔수없이 그시간에 다른 호텔잡아야될것같다는 결론이났네요.. 그러다생각난것이 해변가가 호텔에이어져있으니 바다를 막아놓은게아닌이상 옆으로뚫러있지않을까 생각을했는데 그 깜깜한밤에 길도 안보이고 바다로 이어지는길은 택시가 갈수없을텐데..고민하다가 옆에 호텔로추정되는곳으로 들어갔는데 식당이엇어요.식당문은닫혀있었지만 잘 보니까 담벼락이있었고 그 담 넘어 호텔인게 보여서 담치기를했네요. 담벼락이 120센티정도 되는것같아서 아이와 담을 넘어 호텔로 겨우 들어갔습니다. 택시아저씨께 너무 고마워서 팁을 많이드리고... 다음날 데스크가서 애기햇더니 미리애기하지않으면 원래 문을 11~12시에 닫는다며... 사과도한마디없었습니다. 미리고지했어야되는거 아니냐 말했는데도 사과도없네요. 무슨 호텔이 투숙객에게 문을 닫고 안 열어주나요ㅡㅡ... 어쨋든 지금은 에피소드로 남았지만 그땐 아이와 발을 동동 구르고 식은땀이 날정도로 난감했어요. 어쨋든 늦으면 문 열어달라고 미리 말해야되고 혹시 문 잠기면 담치기하는게 꿀팁입니다...!

This is a lovely little resort by the sea where we found everything that we needed: quaint little bungalows aligned along pretty alleys lined with gorgeous plants, a big pool with sunbeds and all sorts of toys for kids, hammocks under coconut trees, sunbeds by the sea. The rooms are spatious and clean, the bathrooms huge. The place never seems crowded so it is peaceful and relaxing. They have free bikes - which we took to go into the nearby village - and also canoes. They even organise free boat trips every fee days. The restaurant is huge with a lot of tables on the beach itself or in gazeboes by the sea. The food is quite good for a resort restaurant, a bit on the pricey side though not exaggeratedly. The breakfast is delicious and there's a steady supply of fruits. Also, the staff is absolutely wonderful - they go out of their way to accommodate all guests' wishes.

Right next to this place, there's an abandoned beach that's covered in rubbish and looks disgusting. When there is a high tide or simply a more agitated sea, the occasional bit of plastic might get washed away on the resort beach, too. They strive to keep their beach and water clean, but it's a neverending battle if they don't do something about that place. Also, their beach is tiny and it almost disappears with the high tide. But they do have sunbeds under the palm trees and a gorgeous pool area. One last thing that could be annoying if you let it: the English spoken by the staff is barely understandable so it may be an issue if you're picky or you have very specific requests. And the restaurant service is also really slow. But we could easily ignore these things.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность персоналу данного отеля! Это мой первый отзыв в жизни! Захотелось оставить благодарность, так как в первую очередь приятное впечатление сложилось именно из за доброжелательности работников отеля. А сравнить есть с чем мне! Очень приветливые, вежливые и вообще мы остались в восторге от отдыха🤩 Не знаю даже что больше всего понравилось- сама энергетика отеля что ли, там очень уютно, как то по домашнему! Территория очень компактная, но это считаю плюс, все рядом. Завтраки одни и те же, но выбрать можно! На выбор европейский- яйца во всех вариациях или вьетнамские супы. И остальное шведский стол. территория ухоженная, красивая. Номера, мебель не новая но все аккуратненькое, чистое. Жили в 119 номере- огромный сан узел с ванной и душевой. Уборка каждый день. Еда в ресторане вкусная, все перепробовали. коктейли тоже вкусные делают! Отель семейный, тихий, спокойный. Единственное по соседству какой то бар с караоке и каждый вечер там орали песни люди с весьма сомнительными вокальными данными! Но нам не особо мешали эти оры. Фото соответствует действительности. Отель рекомендую!

Пляж не самый хороший. Камни есть, мелко очень. Самодельные насыпи и какие то пакеты вымыло море из под пальм- видимо береговую линию укрепляли. Вообщем пляж не очень глаз радует. И такой момент меня смутил- какие то конструкции из автомобильных покрышек прямо посередине пляжной зоны- портят весь вид и как то такое себе…) И в 10:00 вечера можно ложиться спать🤣 закрывается ресторан и все, за территорией отеля ничего нет поблизости) вообщем минусы не существенные для меня, отдыхали с ребенком 5 лет- нам было кайфово даже с этими недостатками.

Wir hatten vorher woanders gebucht und dann umgeschwenkt, das war die richtige Entscheidung..Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Bungalows sind alle renoviert. Wir hatten den Einzelbungalow direkt am Strand, einfach Mega. Sehr grosse Zimmer, das Bad tip top sogar schon überdimensioniert. Wir hatten sogar eine Miniküche und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Betten gut. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand. Pflegeprodukte, Föhn, Bügeleisen, alles da. Alles wirklich sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, alles weitläufig und ruhig. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr klein aber sehr sauber, wird jeden Tag 2mal gereinigt. Es gibt viele Palmen und dadurch sehr angenehmen Schatten. Die Küche ist hervorragend, wir haben ausschließlich im Hotel gegessen, was wir sonst nie tun. Die Happy Hour haben wir jeden Abend genutzt, die Cocktails sind spitze. Das ganze Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück mehr als genug, jede Menge frische Früchte, Joghurt, Marmelade, frische Säfte, kleine Küchlein alles handgemacht. Man kann auch eine Pho haben. Der vietnamesische Kaffee weckt Tote auf.😉 Wenn man sich wegbewegen will braucht es unbedingt einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Da es nicht wirklich viel lohnenswertes zu erleben gibt auf Phuquoc haben wir die Ruhe und Einsamkeit genossen, es gibt 30 Bungalows aber es war nie wirklich voll..für ein paar faule Strandtage perfekt..unbedingt den Sonnenauf- und Untergang genießen..das Abendessen romantisch am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer..genau was wir wollten...es ist allerdings auch hochpreisig, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug für die kleinen Mängel..Ganz Phuquoc ist nicht sehr günstig in Strandlage..Danke auch für den perfekten Abholservice und die Onlinekartenbestellung für die Fähre.

Leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen hier und da im Aussenbereich. Liegen am Strand müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Alle Aussenmöbel bräuchten mal ein Upgrate. Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer für draußen, auch keine Fussdusche direkt am Bungalow. Bequem sind die Stühle auf dem Balkon auch nicht wirklich. Der Pool schien etwas grünlich und sehr warm. Links direkt nebenan gibt es ein Wassersportzentrum und Restaurant. Gott sei Dank waren da nie viele Gäste..sonst hat man das Vergnügen von lautem Jetski und Motorbooten die herrlichen schwarzen Russ ausstoßen.. dadurch wird leider die schöne ruhige Lage kaputt gemacht. In der Bucht rechts daneben stapelt sich der Plastikmüll..leider werden die Müllberge auch gerne einfach mal angezündet und Verkäufern die ganze Umgebung, Schade das man als Resort keinen Einfluss darauf nimmt..versuchte Nachhaltigkeit hört eben nicht am eigenen Zaun auf..die ganze Insel ist leider sehr sehr vermüllt..sehr eindrucksvoll kann man das von der cable car aus sehen wenn man von oben die völlig unbewohnten Inseln sieht mit Bergen von Müll in den Buchten..sehr schade..auch sonst hat die Insel nichts wirklich interessantes zu bieten..Nur ein paar künstliche bunte leerstehenden Städte, die nichts mit Vietnam zu tun haben..aber dafür kann das Resort nichts

Wir hatten vor dem Antritt der Reise ein Zimmerupgrade für einen Bungalow mit Poolblick gemacht. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir uns dazu entschlossen hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Betten sehr bequem und die Sitzecke am Fenster super. Das Bad war auch sehr gut. Überrascht hat uns das wunderbare Frühstück. Neben dem umfangreichen Buffet konnte man auf einem Zettel die Eier und Beilagen dafür auswählen. Es gab Müsli, Körner, Nüsse und Mandel und 7 verschiedene Früchtesorten. Alles war sehr lecker. Im Restaurant, auch draußen, konnte man sehr gut zu angemessenen Preisen essen. Happy Hour gab es auch mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Cocktails. Liegen waren am Pool und am "Strand". Der Pool ist sehr groß, allerdings ein altes Modell ohne Überlauf. Er wurde aber immer gut gesäubert. Was uns wirklich gut gefallen, war die Abgelegenheit. Es kamen keine Fremden Gäste einfach rein. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Liegen am Pool waren größtenteis kaputt. Die guten Auflagen haben die gebrochenen Stellen überdeckt. Es gibt eigentlich keinen richtigen Strand. Die Liegen und die unansehnlichen Sonnenschirme stehen auf einem trockenen Rasen. Das Meer hat uns am meisten enttäuscht. Es war sehr trüb. Die vielen Steine konnte man kaum ausmachen. Bojen haben den Schwimmbereich abgegrenzt. Viel Raum zum Schwimmen blieb nicht. Wir hatten uns eigentlich für das Resort entschieden, weil man angeblich gut schnorcheln kann. Das Wasser war zum einen viel zu trüb und zum anderen gab es kaum Fische und fast keine Korallen. Deshalb sollte man nicht hierher kommen. Auch die Umgebung ist nicht schön. Es gibt verfallene Resorts, jede Menge Baustellen und Müll.
