Las instalaciones eran limpias y cómodas, el personal super amable y atento a que no te faltase de nada, desayuno muy completo y rico. Ademas te proporcionan cualquier actividad que quieras realizar.

Idéalement situé dans un quartier populaire, loin de l'agitation touristique, l'hôtel est dans une ruelle très calme.
Petit déjeuner copieux (75k), plusieurs fruits, jus d'orange pressé, il faudrait quand même apprendre à garder les jaunes d'œufs liquides pour les œufs au plat.
La chambre est agréable, la literie confortable, la salle d'eau est moderne et grande.
Belle piscine sous les palmiers, l'eau est chaude.
Le patron et le réceptionniste sont très aimables et serviables, ils peuvent s'occuper de vis réservations (taxi, laundry, etc.).
J'ai beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse, et leur empressement à me satisfaire.
Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. It was immaculately clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was very nice. Our room in the main building was very nice.
We even had an issue where we were sick and missed our flight, the staff helped us phone the airline, arranged a doctor to come to the room, and allowed us to stay as long as we needed at no extra charge. Above and beyond what would be expected, and it really shows how much this property takes care of their guests.
The location is not so great. There are not a lot of restaurants or shops nearby.

Property was beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. The pool was lovely and the garden area made a really nice place to sit and chill out. The room was beautiful, spotless and very large! We absolutely loved our stay here.

Sehr ruhiges und schönes Resort mit super freundlichem Personal.
Sehr harte Betten und es gab kein gemütliches Licht für abends. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Geschehen und Baden am Stand ist wegen zu viel Müll und Toten Fischen nicht möglich.

Really nice stay, clean and calm, owner was kind and helpful. It’s a bit aside from the main city but it’s not a problem since you can get a cheap grab.

Hung Vuong Resort is a family run business. The accommodation comprises of some huts/ bungalow type rooms and a 3 story block with individual rooms. They all have a a bedroom, private bathroom, a fridge and a kettle. The owner and his family were very welcoming and friendly and we had long conversations with them with our Google translator. The accommodations were surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a communal area with seats and an outdoor cooking area.
There was a good size pool which had shade and sun areas. There was also a gazebo. In the main building there was a kitchen where they prepared and served breakfast (we chose not to have breakfast). There were Sun loungers around the pool. We were close to shops which were within walking distance. There was a smoothie place nearby. The resort was not in the main area but we preferred that. We hired mopeds and parked up out the front safely. We were a party of 8 and had 4 separate rooms, all close by. We celebrated 2 special birthdays and the hosts were very accommodating allowing us to decorate and use their cutlery and plates. I loved the accommodation. It has a family feel to it and was not commercialised. The aesthetics were amazing and well thought out. It was about quality and not how many people they could fit in the space they have. Plus the pictures on Booking.com are what you actually get and are not AI. In fact I would say the pictures do not do the accommodation enough justice. It was truly beautiful there alongside a family of genuine people. I highly recommend.

1. Шумный насос на крыше. Удары от насоса слышны по всему зданию, это ужасно 2. Шумный персонал, владельцы. Ощущение что это отель не для клиентов, а дом для семьи. Ты там гость, они ведут себя как будто кроме них там никто не живет. Мы платим за проживание деньги и не обязаны терпеть шум

Хороший отель , мы жили в номере ,а не в бунгало,была очень удобная кровать. Фото и описание соответствуют. Персонал отзывчивый, помогает во всем. Однако об уборке надо просить или вешать табличку на ручку двери. Бассейн чистый. В целом - рекомендую для пар и индивидуальных путешественников.

The accommodation met our expectations and matched the photos. It was a quiet and peaceful place. What we appreciated the most was the option to rent a scooter directly from the hotel for 150,000 VND per day, which was a very convenient way to explore the surrounding area.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Although there is little to attract in the centre of town, it is convenient in getting to various places like beaches and Night Market. There are a number of street food options nearby.
Some of the guests were inconsiderate in making noise late at night (talking in loud volumes in the hall, singing late at night) and leaving the hall light on after use, which illuminates the entire room due to the glass door. The property management can make it clear that quiet hours are expected after say 10pm.

Кондиционер дует теплым воздухом! Разницы нет что открыть окно, что включить кондиционер. Даже самых бюджетных отелях с этим дела лучше. Расположение очень далеко от всего. Пешком ни пляжа, ни еды. Нужно арендовать байк или такси. Ресторана пообедать или ужинать тоже нет возможности. Только скромный завтрак. В целом неплохо, если вам нужно быть подальше от людей.

Lovely staff. Internet worked well. Felt like a home.

Everything about this hotel is OK. Rooms are OK, but not great. Location is OK, but it's slightly removed from the main tourist spots. European style breakfast (eggs and fruit) was also OK, but probably slightly too expensive for what was being provided. Which is really the main issue, there's no stand out feature I would highlight, everything was OK, but nothing was truly great! Other than the staff, I really liked them, and they are doing their best to make this hotel as homely as possible. But the reality is, I've had better accommodations for less money in Phu Quoc.
My king sized bed was actually two smaller beds joined together. I really hate when they do that, just buy a large bed if you're going to rent out rooms with "king" sized bed!

Super fint boende fräscht och bekvämt!
De ligger lite off men ändå gång avstånd till natt marknaden och stadskärnan! Men hela Phu qouc är en resort ö så bor du inte på en resort med privat strand kan du ha en tuff tid om de är bara det du söker

Excellent hôtel. Bon emplacement. La chambre vue sur piscine était confortable. Le personnel était d’une grande disponibilité et gentillesse. Bon petit déjeuner.

Уютный маленький отельчик, со своей небольшой территорией и бассейном. На пляж ездили на такси к кафе Bamboo, это 10 минут от отеля. Рядом в пешей доступности рыбацкий пляж, такое себе. Кафешек особо нет, как бы не очень туристический район, в километре найт маркет и дневной, тут легко пешком дойти. В целом мы понимали что будет так, поэтому отельчику 10ку. Очень радушный хозяин или админ, я довольна, место приятное

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Hotellissa oli puhdasta ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Sijainti hieman sivussa, joten skootteri helpottaa kulkemista. Saimme yhtenä päivänä vuokrattua skootterin hotellin kautta, muina päivinä skootterit oli loppuunmyyty. On siis hyvä varautua hoitamaan itse vuokraus muualta.
Yövyimme kaikista pienimmässä huoneessa, jossa suihku oli suoraan pöntön yläpuolella. Suihkun jälkeen koko kylpyhuone oli märkä.

Очень хорошее место . Конечно находиться далековато ( в Рыбацкой деревне) , до пляжей мы ездили в центр и ближе к аэропорту . Но, если вы на байке, это не затруднительно . В отеле есть завтраки ( 60-70.000донг) туда входила яичница , хлеб , фрукты и чай . При отеле можно взять скутер. Администратор отеля очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый , хорошо говорит на Английском .
Номера каждый красив по своему , мы побывали в 3х разных , так как не забронировали на долгий срок заранее и были перед Новым годом.
Бассейн чистый и территория ухоженная , там чувствовалось очень уютно и уединенно . Уборка в номерах каждый день .
Когда выходит из отеля , неподалёку есть улица , где продают фрукты и всякую всячину .

The pool was very nice, room was cleaned every day, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked. Breakfast was eggs, toast, coffee and a big plate of fresh fruit for under $3 USD. The staff were very personable, and the owner spoke enough English to communicate well.
The location was farther from town than I realized -there’s a river in between and there was construction by the closest bridge so trips got rerouted. Most trips by Grab car to get a meal were at least 20 minutes, and it usually took 10 minutes for the car to come. There wasn’t anything I wanted to go to within walking distance. If you want to go to a swimming beach you need to drive. Still good value for the low price I paid. If you like sitting outside at night, bring bug spray.

It's a very nice hotel, very clean and feels like home. Very polite and good-natured hosts. Delicious breakfasts, the hosts cook. Quiet and peaceful!

Veel van de info op booking com was onjuist. Er is geen strand vlakbij die schoon genoeg is om te kunnen zwemmen. Daarnaast is het niet mogelijm om een fiets te huren bij de accomodatie en moet je met een taxi overal gaan.
De hostel lijkt verl groeter op de fotos.
Er is maar een zwembad.

The young man at the reception desk was amazingly hospitable. They ran out of rooms except for one very small one without a TV. I declined to stay there and he allowed us to cancel without a fee. Then he carried luggage to our taxi to another hotel.

Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente
Purtroppo molto isolata rispetto a tutto il resto. La notte non riuscivo a dormire per via degli animali ( galli soprattutto) che non smettevano di far rumore.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement 4 nuits tout s’est très bien passé pour notre part hormis une coupure de courant qui a duré quelques heures le premier soir mais ce n’est pas du ressort de l’établissement . Le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil accueillant disponible et serviable. Emplacement stratégique non loin du night market et de Long Beach en scooter ou en grab . Nous n’avons pas essayé le petit déjeuné ni la piscine mais notre chambre était propre et confortable

The property was in a great location and very clean. The pool was also amazing. The staff were incredible, always happy to go above and beyond to help out. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

I enjoyed my stay here with my girlfriend. Their staff was always attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located outside the main road, which provides a nice and quiet place for relax, ideally around their big swimming pool under the coconut palms. Since there was a power outage on the whole island, the owner offered us free breakfast, which I consider a great and generous gesture. Wifi was good. Highly recommended!
Difficult to say, everything was great. Perhaps the only suggestion would be to provide dinners, as the dining options immediately surrounding the hotel are not the best.

Sehr sehr nettes freundliches Personal , mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, war im relativ neuer Bau untergebracht,gepflegt Anlage,
Der öffentliche ca 300-400 Meter entfernte Strand, war leider vermüllt, dafür kann der Besitzer nichts, Roller erforderlich um an einen schönen Strandabschnitt zu kommen,

There’s nothing to not like about this property. The bungalow was incredibly clean and spacious, and the family/owners were some of the kindest people I’ve met in Vietnam - and that’s saying something of a country where everyone is so friendly! 10/10 would recommend staying here.
It’s slightly further out of town, but less than 30mins walk and you’re in the heart of it down one straight road. Super easy to get in and out, or you can hire a scooter direct from the hotel. Grab prices to get into the main town were super cheap, and took minutes.

Райский уголок для отдыха и работы
Это место — настоящая находка! Здесь сочетаются уют, забота и комфорт, создавая идеальные условия и для продуктивной работы, и для полного расслабления.
Интернет быстрый и стабильный, что немаловажно для удалённой работы. А хозяева — просто золотые люди! Они относятся к своим гостям, как к членам семьи: заботятся, помогают, рекомендуют лучшие продукты и даже делятся своими проверенными контактами для покупки мяса, рыбы и морепродуктов по местным, а не туристическим ценам. Это не только экономично, но и гарантирует качество.
Приятный бонус — ежедневная уборка! Всегда чисто, опрятно и свежо. Кухня полностью оборудована, и можно свободно пользоваться всей посудой. Атмосфера домашняя, тёплая, располагающая к общению и отдыху.
Отдельно хочу отметить расположение: вокруг полно местных лавочек с продуктами, свежими фруктами и всевозможными вкусностями. Всё под рукой, и это невероятно удобно!
Но самое ценное здесь — это люди. Они всегда готовы помочь, поддержать в любой ситуации. Я лично столкнулся с проблемами перевода денег и задержками платежей, и персонал не раз выручал меня даже финансово! Это тот случай, когда понимаешь, что в мире ещё есть отзывчивость и искренность.
В общем, место не просто рекомендую — его хочется советовать с любовью. Если ищете не просто жильё, а настоящий дом вдали от дома, где о вас позаботятся, вам сюда!

O bungalow era exatamente o que pretendíamos, a piscina era muito boa e a simpatia dos empregados era surpreendente. O espaço não tem a localização perfeita da ilha no entanto adorámos o espaço por ser calmo, agradável e na natureza.
Para nós o alojamento foi impecável. Para quem procura pequenos almoços mais variados provavelmente não vai adorar, no entanto satisfaz bastante em relação preço qualidade pois tem todos os mínimos necessários.

It’s very cute with a nice pool. Everything was clean and the bungalow was also good! The staff is super sweet and they will help you with everything. I will definitely recommend this place! We even booked an extra night.

Propre, confortable, le jardin est magnifique et entretenu avec soins.
J'ai adoré mon bungalow; oui il y a beaucoup de moustiques, mais il fournissent les spirales pour les contrer.
Les déjeuners sont délicieux!

le voisin qui cri au téléphone a 7h du matin mais pas la faute de l’hôtel, et pareil bruit de cuve ou métal je ne sais pas trop très fort un autre matin vers 8h

Very much liked it. I stayed in the bungalow, very clean and also possible stay longer period. Pool is very clean and breakfast is nice. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Definely i would stay there again.

Bei Ankunft hieß es, der gebuchte Bungalow sei nicht verfügbar. Stattdessen mussten wir in ein Zimmer ziehen. Eine Erklärung oder Begründung gab es auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage bis zum Schluss nicht. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Selbst einen Wasserkocher bekommt man nur auf ausdrückliche Anfrage.
Im Badezimmer lagen auf dem Fenstersims noch die verbrauchten Duschgelpäckchen der letzten Gäste.
Generell sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass diese Anlage weit entfernt ist von den beliebten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten Phu Quocs. Selbst um in der Stadt ins Restaurant zu gehen bedarf es jedes Mal eines Taxis.

L'emplacement est idéal: au calme et au coeur de la vie locale et suffisamment près de la ville (4 km) pour y être en quelques minutes en scooter.
La piscine est le plus qui m'a fait choisir ce homestay et y rester 5 nuits.
Le gérant et la cuisinière sont aux petits soins pour les clients.
Le premier bungalow est trop bruyant car collé à la rue. J'ai demandé à changer de bungalow après la première nuit.

Great family-run hotel and excellent value for money. Lovely pool, had simple breakfast by it in the morning. Good sized room, separate bathroom, hot shower. . Location slightly out of town but meant could wander through non-touristy area to get into the centre, or grab a cab if couldn’t be bothered walking

La famiglia che gestisce l'albergo è di un'accoglienza ed una gentilezza unica. La struttura è sicuramente la più pulita in cui abbiamo alloggiato in Vietnam. Hieu specialmente è stato il nostro punto di riferimento durante i giorni trascorsi nell'isola. La colazione molto apprezzata sia per la qualità vhe per il setting!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür sehr ruhig. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.
Man kann über die Unterkunft einen Roller mieten, damit ist man flexibel.

1) Персонал очень дружелюбный и прикладывал все усилия, чтоб разрешать появляющиеся проблемы.
2) В номере очень светло.
3) Территория спокойная и красивая, отличное место зависнуть с книжкой или поработать

1) В номере было недоубрано, - в холодильнике была еда прежних постояльцев, а в ванной - использованные бритвы и пакетики шампуня. Возможно, просто не обратили внимание при уборке, но такие вещи заставляют сомневаться, а что ещё в номере забыли привести в порядок.. 2) Аренды велосипеда, как заявлено в описании, в самом отеле нет. По запросу аренду велосипеда организовали буквально очень быстро, буквально за 10 мин, но это была услуга со стороны. Если бы такой велосипед стоял во дворе, и я могла бы посмотреть на него заранее, я бы его не арендовала, - в нем не было корзины и было очень неудобное спортивное седло. Аренда стоит 100 000 донгов в день. Было бы здорово, если бы велосипеды были навиду, в самом отеле, чтобы была возможность принять проинформированное решение. 3) Входная дверь в номер - с матовым стеклом в пол. Пока другие постояльцев не выключат свет в своих номерах, в номере будет светло. Эту проблему решила бы штора, например, но её не было. 4) Принцип ценообразования непонятен, - в первую ночь и во вторую ночь платила одинаковую сумму, но номера были разные, - в одном был балкон и два окна, а в другом только одно окно. Эти номера не могут стоить одинаково. В моем случае мне предложили бесплатный завтрак на вторую ночь в качестве компенсации, - это приятно, но проблему не решает. 5) Расположение мне не понравилось: ближайшие кафе/рестораны/крупные магазины в 30 минутах не самой приятной прогулки. Для активного времяпровождения придётся снимать скутер или велосипед. 6) Было бы очень полезно, если бы администрация могла сориентировать по транспортной равязке. Они были очень милы, но не смогли подсказать где ближайшая автобусная остановка, например.

Больше всего нам понравился хозяин Хью, просто потрясающий отзывчивый человек, держит сервис на высшем уровне. Когда мы оба с другом сильно отравились накануне нового года, Хью нашел и вызвал для нас врача, который поставил нам капельницы, так еще смог одолжить нам на лечение денег, так как у нас не было наличных в тот момент. Мы никогда не забудем вашу доброту!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft abseits von allem Trubel und trotzdem nah zum Stadtkern von Duong Dong. Der Pool in der Mitte des Grundstücks ist perfekt nach einem heißen Tag und die Gastgeber supernett.

Tous étaient au top ! Rien à reprocher c'était vraiment un séjour agréable, le personnel toujours au petit soin et respectueux. La zone était à la fois calme car pas de circulation mais elle était aussi animée car à même pas 200m il y avait des "commerces".

La gentillesse du personnel tout au long de mon séjour. Bienveillance incroyable et pleine de petites attentions. On se sent comme chez l’habitant mais avec l’autonomie et le confort d’un hôtel. Le calme au bord de la piscine fait beaucoup de bien. Merci pour ce séjour

Sehr gepflegte kleine Anlage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Supermarkt, Shops, Essen um die Ecke auf der Hauptstraße.
Störendes Pumpengeräusch in der ersten Nacht, wurde sofort abgestellt. Öffentlicher Strand war ungepflegt, dafür nur sehr wenig Menschen.

The room is clean and airy, with a refreshing atmosphere thanks to the plants. The host is very warm and welcoming, and the lady of the house cooks amazingly well—her food is healthy and not as sweet as the food in Saigon, which I really love!

Lokalizacja i obsługa na medal. Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum Tam Cocu, w uliczce gdzie nie słychać zgiełku. Nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić. Właściciele to przemili i bardzo pomocni ludzie, zawsze uśmiechnięci.

The resort also offered great meals that we enjoyed together as a family. It felt very homely and warm, and the staff were so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for families who want a cozy, relaxing stay in Phu Quoc.

Chambre haut de gamme, en parfait état et extrêmement propre (avec nettoyage quotidien), avec balcon spacieux. Super piscine, parfaitement entretenue, et espaces communs très agréables. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, et personnel aux petits soins (qui nous a offert le petit déjeuner en compensation du changement de type d’hébergement)
Nous avions réservé un bungalow et avons à la place eu une chambre familiale (certes plus haut de gamme, mais pas le côté « nature » attendu). L’hôtel est par ailleurs un peu loin des points d’intérêt de l’île.

As foreign visitors, it was nice to have someone who spoke fluent English and took the time to offer local recommendations. Their personal touch really made a difference and added a lot to our experience. Besides, the resort's grounds are spacious and lush.

Just a short drive from Phu Quoc beach. It was so convenient to head to the beach for some fun in the sun, but we could always return to the quiet and peaceful hotel whenever we wanted too relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room and lovely swimming pool. You can prepare and cook your own food in their kitchen. Also simple breakfast at very low cost if wanted.
No onsite restaurant which we didn’t realise, so we rented a scooter to get out and about which wasn’t a problem for us but it could be if you’re not comfortable riding.

Beautiful place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I could feel a little like at home thanks of them. We could use kitchen to prepare a tea also we could use laundry service with a small additional cost. The bungalow is kept really clean and it's beautiful.
As the bungalow is wooden there was a noise from the street but we got an offer to change the room if we want. The location can be considered good and bad. Good because you can really observe a typical locals life, bad as it is far from the center.

Le monsieur de l’accueil qui était gentil et serviable
Le bungalow vieillot , rempli de moustique car pas du tout hermétique, l’organisation de soirée type mariage autour de la piscine donc juste devant le bungalow, les équipements vraiment limité, une serviette de toilette c’est tout . Les draps pas très propres..

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, you can rent a motorbike on site or do the laundry. Swimming pool is great and open 24h. Location is a bit tricky, you are far away from the city centre which is nice, but also U have to walk for a while to get some food.
The bungalow is a bit dark and there was a smelly mould on the wall in the bathroom.

Отель тихий, с красивым садом и бассейном. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал отеля. Чисто. Есть мини холодильник в номере. Возможно брать в аренду байк.
Не хватает шторки в ванной, она хоть и большая, но пол всё равно мокрый в большей части помещения. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. Но это всё мелкие недочёты, компенсируемые прелестью этого отеля

Thank you to the receptionist for introducing us to some reasonable island tours in Phu Quoc. The location of the resort is quite convenient for visiting historical sites like Dinh Cau and is close to 'Phung Hung Fish Sauce Factory,' where we can learn about the unique culture here.

La fois où nous y sommes allés, nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir eu de tempêtes comme lors du voyage de l'année dernière, ce qui nous a permis de visiter de nombreux endroits. L'après-midi, s'asseoir sur le balcon et regarder le coucher de soleil était merveilleux.

Tout était parfait, il s’agit d’une famille qui tient cet hôtel, ils étaient tous adorables, à l’écoute, toujours le sourire et aux petits soins avec nous. Une femme de ménage passe pour nettoyer la chambre tout les jours, tout est très propre, la chambre et les lits sont de qualités, la piscine et le jardin sont très jolies et bien entretenues également.
Le tout situé dans une petite rue calme et reculée.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine dans cet hôtel et du coup un très bon séjour sur Phu Quoc.
Nous avons pu réserver des scooters et des excursions à très bon prix directement en passant par les propriétaires.
Merci beaucoup pour ces bons moments passés au sein de votre établissement.

The staff were great, they were friendly and helpful. They even invited me and my sister to have a banquet with them because of the new year celebration. That was very nice gesture. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The whole hotel area was the cleanest of all the Vietnamese accommodations we stayed in during the five weeks we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was good. Location not right in the centre but still within walking distance. Scooters could have been rented but we didn't dare because of the chaotic traffic (this is the same almost everywhere in Vietnam). There are shops and restaurants close to the accommodation. All in all an excellent experience and I can recommend to everyone to stay at this wonderful resort. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc I will stay here again.
