View was great. Breakfasts were outstanding. Staff was very well mannered, caring and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. Although it overlooked another building, I could still see a glimpse of the ocean, which made me happy. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent hotel with wonderful hospitality! ❤️ Special thanks to General Manager Christian Kohnert and the staff for their attentive and caring approach. They were very helpful with our room arrangements, took our requests seriously, and prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for my parents 🧁
Great breakfast, a beautiful pool with a sea view, and a convenient location close to the beach. I would happily recommend this hotel!
And if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view. 🌊

The hotel's location is between beach clubs and outside KTV. Both blast music in the evening, so it's impossible to sleep until they stop at 11:30. The front desk said that, by law, they need to stop at 10:30 and later on weekends, but I'm not sure they enforce it.
The noise. Cheap amenities also. I paid a high price for my stay and barely slept during the 5 nights I stayed there.

Die Lage
Zimmer zu klein, Möbel sind abgenutzt, Matratze hatte tiefe Lösche. Ich habe Premium Zimmer mit Balkon und Ocean View gebucht. Aber der Balkon ist auch sehr klein und ohne Möbel, man kann nur gerade kurz stehen 😪

מלון באיזור השקט של החוף בדנאנג, עם צוות נפלא, שיצא מגידרו לעזור ולסייע בכל דבר.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת מאוד, בריכה אין סוף יפיפיה בקומה האחרונה, הרבה מינימרקטים ומסעדות בסביבה.

3박 묵었는데 체크인 하고 들어가니 샤워가운에 화장품 묻어있어서 기분 나빴어요.. 그리고 호텔 지배인으로 보이는 사람 사람 봐가면서 인사하더라고요. 저희가 어린 커플 같아보였는지 눈마주쳐도 인사 안하고 기분 나쁘게 쳐다보더라구요. 여러번 마주쳤는데 그러셨어요. 머리엄청 짧고 베이지색 양복입고 키 작고 까무잡잡하신 분. 다른 가족들이나 서양인한테 인사하고^^ .. 우리도 똑같은 투숙객입니다 그리고 다른 후기에서 습하다고 하던데 진짜에요 호텔 복도에서 꿉꿉하고 습한 냄새가 너무 심해서 묵는 내내 냄새가 약간 메스꺼워요 참고하세요. I enjoyed my stay at Raddison very much, but I wish the staff spoke more English. Especially the restaurant and spa staff. They need to speak and understand better English. Otherwise I will recommend Raddison to others.

All the hotels on the northern stretch does not have a private beach. However Radisson’s spot is the most convenient as it is right at the crossing to the entrance the (paid) public beach .. fee is VND 18k you with complimentary use of hose / open air showers

Sajnos ezúttal csalódást okozott a szállás. A szoba meglehetősen szűk volt, és teljesen hiányzott belőle bármiféle design vagy otthonosság – gyakorlatilag csak szürke csempe és fehér falak fogadtak. A szobában ráadásul kellemetlen szag is volt.
A kilátás szintén csalódást keltett: az ablakból közvetlenül a szomszédos épület falára lehetett látni, amely nagyon közel helyezkedett el.
Korábban már szálltam meg Radisson hotelben, és jó tapasztalataim voltak, ezért most különösen csalódott voltam. Ettől a márkától ennél jóval magasabb színvonalat vártam.

We loved the rooftop pool & bar. The facilities & staff were amazing! We particularly enjoyed the friendly & professional service from Son. He was a total delight. We were also impressed with the excellent front desk service from Andy.
We didn't like that people smoked on the rooftop. They stayed at one end of the rooftop, but the breeze constantly blew in on everyone. Maybe they should close the door in full to separate them.

This hotel was amazing we extended our stay twice. The location is great the view form the room facing the sea is breathtaking especially for sunrise. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is incredible so many choices. The food and beverage manager I think his name was Khan was so welcoming every day for breakfast he was so warm and accommodating and wanted to make sure everyone was happy at breakfast he was really classy and the staff really delivered a high standard. The rooftop pool was stunning.
Although the staff were exceptional sadly there was one members of staff that really made our stay uncomfortable and that was Kim who works the front door and around reception. He was persistently trying to offer us excursions and renting bikes off the books at times we really felt pressured as every day he would ask us what we were doing and offered an excursion or a driver or a bike rental. This made things very awkward for us as he was clearly trying to do this under table, after a few days of pestering he became very cold and things got even more uncomfortable for us each time we passed the lobby. His warm smile quickly became cold and glaring angrily often. I think the hotel should do something about this to be fair we could have reported this to the relations manager but we felt intimidated by the member of staff. Other than that the hotel is amazing

Great location. The ocean view room was the best because you get to watch the sunrise from your bed! Staff and service were amazing as well and room is very clean.

A/C in room couldn’t quite keep up with the set temperature, leaving one a little ‘warmer’ in the morning than expected. Was a bit humid in the room which was a surprise.

Everything was absolutely perfect at the Radisson Da Nang. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
I would especially like to thank Luna, who was exceptional from start to finish. I had the chance to work with her to organize my marriage proposal, and she was there for me from one month before our arrival until the evening of the proposal. She helped me organize everything with incredible professionalism, kindness, and, above all, remarkable discretion.
She was always available, extremely attentive to every detail, and made sure everything went perfectly while remaining completely discreet so that the surprise would not be spoiled. Without her help, it would have been much more complicated.
Thanks to Luna and the entire Radisson Da Nang team, this very special moment was absolutely perfect and became a memory that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much for making our stay and our marriage proposal so unforgettable! ❤️

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, tolle Ausstattung! Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen, ein paar mehr Liegen wären nicht schlecht. Sehr tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch ein Dank an den Hoteldirektor, der uns sogar persönlich begrüßte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war der perfekte Einstieg für unsere Vietnamreise. Einzig der Lärm außerhalb war manchmal etwas too much, aber so ist das eben direkt am My Khe Beach. Dafür hat man alles in der Nähe, was man benötigt (Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants, Spa, usw).

The location, the rooms, the pool bar on the roof. All fab. Staff very friendly and tried to help.
Given two twins instead of double and twin and only resolution offered was pushing the beds together. We were on floor 18 and one of the lifts refused to take us there for our entire stay, despite changing cards. Eventually told it’s a known IT issue. Resulted in spending ten mins a time trying to get the right lift to take us up or down - very frustrating. Gave us fruit to apologise and staff apologetic and concerned. Got back from dragon bridge at 9.30 to find all food and drink service stops at 9.30. Not very 5 star. Nice place, just frustrating issue with lift and service not quite what expected. Beautiful hotel through and breakfast fantastic.

Konum iyiydi. Personel oldukça ilgiliydi.
Bilindik bir otel olsa da aslında bu bölgedeki sıradan otellerden pek farkı yok. Odalar normal kalitede. Çatı katındaki havuz güzel ama temizliği biraz artırmak gerek. Uyumak dışında fazla beklentiniz olmasın.

I had a bad experience with organizing transport to the airport. They refused to arrange a van because I wanted to bring three bikes in bags. They only wanted to arrange for a bus for an outrageous price. No kidding!! It was absurd. We ordered two six seater taxis with grab instead without a problem

Le petit déjeuner était digne d’un 5 étoiles, nous avons fait la rencontre que Khanh qui était très serviable et avenant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable honeymoon stay!
We had an amazing stay at Radisson Hotel Da Nang, and it truly became one of the highlights of our honeymoon.
A special thanks goes to Luna, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Even before we arrived, she called to check on us when we were delayed on our way to the hotel. That level of genuine care immediately made us feel valued and welcomed.
During our stay, I unfortunately fell sick with a fever. Luna was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a complimentary facial treatment, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It really helped me relax and recover, and it showed how much the team genuinely cares about their guests.
She also helped us organize a beautiful birthday dinner for my wife during our honeymoon. Everything was handled so thoughtfully, making the evening incredibly special and creating memories we'll cherish forever.
The hotel itself was excellent—the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were always warm and welcoming. But what truly sets Radisson Da Nang apart is the exceptional hospitality of people like Luna.
Thank you, Luna, and the entire Radisson Da Nang team, for making our honeymoon and birthday celebration so memorable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would love to return someday!

A "Visit Da Nang Beach" event was taking place on the beachfront, and loud music from the DJ continued until late into the night on multiple evenings. As a result, our sleep quality was affected. While we understand that such events may be beyond the hotel's direct control, we hope measures such as improved soundproofing or proactively informing guests in advance of such events can be considered to help enhance the overall guest experience.

Highlight ist klar der Infinity Pool mit Blick auf Meer und Küste. Mindestens genau so gut ist aber das zuvorkommende Personal des Hauses. Proaktive Wunscherfüllung ist hier Standard.Der Chef des Hauses hat außerdem stets ein Ohr für seine Gäste, und so wurde für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gesorgt, und dafür, dass ich wiederkommen möchte.
Es gibt Restaurant, Café, Poolbar sowie einen wunderschönen Spa. Zusammen mit der Lage, umgeben von Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften, kann ich mir keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, für Urlaub oder Business gleichermaßen. Bucht unbedingt Ocean View, ist sensationell.

The Staff are super helpful.
Balcony rooms are not acual balconies but more like patio door with glass in front ( juliet balcony). The bar shut at 10pm. Had to travel to ground floor or top floor if you smoke.

Das Personal war sehr nett und das hat vieles wett gemacht. Die USB Stecker waren wackelig und haben nichts geladen aber das wurde sofort repariert.
Auf dem Rückweg haben wir einen kostenlosen Transfer erhalten. Pool war schön.
Unsere Bettdecke war gerissen und wurde auch sofort ausgetauscht.
Für den Preis waren die Zimmer sehr klein und meines Erachtens eher 4 Sterne Standard als 5 Sterne Standard. In der Lobby und in den Fluren war ein komischer Geruch meines Erachtens. Frühstück war ok aber auch wieder eher 4 Sterne Standard. Auf den Bildern sieht man Zimmer, die grösser wirken. Es fehlte auch eine Ablage für Shampoos im Bad. Ein Balkon wäre auch hilfreich gewesen für nasse Klamotten. Wie gesagt ist eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal.
Für den Preis waren die Zimmer sehr klein und meines Erachtens eher 4 Sterne Standard als 5 Sterne Standard. In der Lobby und in den Fluren war ein komischer Geruch meines Erachtens. Мы были на 10 этаже и из соседнего кафе доносились очень громкие звуки вечеринок, даже при закрытых дверях балкона. Любителям тишины и семьям с детьми это может помешать.

I don’t think this hotel deserves a 5-star rating. The rooms are small, and the towels and bathrobes were old and worn out. The lobby is also very small and doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel.
The hotel is extremely noisy because it’s located on a busy street. The elevators were often wet with water from guests coming back from the beach.
Breakfast was very limited
Housekeeping was another disappointment. We left the room around 10 AM, and instead of cleaning it, we received a note asking us to call if we wanted housekeeping. That doesn’t make sense for a hotel of this standard—rooms should be serviced automatically during the day unless guests specifically request otherwise.
Overall, the location is good, but the hotel does not provide the level of comfort, service, or facilities expected from a 5-star property.

The infinity pool overlooking the beach was stunning. The room was clean. Right across from beach.
The foyer always had an awful smell. The air conditioner was so loud (similar to a jet plane taking off). Our room was right next to the lift so we had lift cables outside our window. Our door tweeted when it was left open. For a family couldn’t get double/twin rooms on the same floor.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. I didn't eat much at the hotel but drinks in the pool bar were really nice.
Although it has an amazing location facing the beach, it's really noisy. They have beach clubs so you can hear the sound late.So if you don't like that, is probably not the best to select. I also had realty loud neighbours and could hear them. I was moved 3 times to deal with the sound, which the staff were really great about. Also the pool looks amazing but it's way too small for the size of the hotel and pretty noisy with kids and music. So not really relaxing

Ich habe einen Aufenthalt für meine Familie im Radisson Hotel Danang gebucht. Da ich selbst im Ausland lebe und nicht mitreisen konnte, mussten im Vorfeld viele Details bezüglich der Raten, Vorauszahlungen und Zusatzleistungen geklärt werden. Der Service, den ich dabei erfahren habe, war einfach herausragend.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Tường Linh und Duy vom Sales-Team für die großartige Unterstützung bei den Firmenkonditionen (Corporate Rate).
Ebenso möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei Nguyên, Linh und Phước vom Reservierungsteam bedanken. Die drei haben meine E-Mails unglaublich schnell und professionell beantwortet, sodass die komplette Vorauszahlung per sicherem Online-Link reibungslos abgewickelt werden konnte. Meine Familie kann nun absolut stressfrei einchecken.

Location is excellent and right in the coastal heart of Da Nang - great restaurants, short taxi trips over to the city, beach and bars on the doorstep. Breakfast was plentiful and never short of anything. Staff in general were super helpful and always on hand to answer questions. The lounge access is super and worth the upgrade - pre-dinner drinks and nibbles with a view is a lovely way to start any evening. Rooms are a good size, very clean and modern with an amazing sea view. The rooftop pool and bar area was lovely for a swim, or just a relax for reading or chilling out on the loungers. overall i cant' fault the hotel. All of the things in their control were fabulous.

Unfortunately i know this smell very well and it was most likely a dead and decomposing small animal. I also understand that when this happens it's difficult to pinpoint the location and remove the animal which could be anywhere underneath the floor or in the ceiling or pipes and its usually better to wait until the site dries out and the smell dissipates naturally. I do not blame the hotel for this as this could happen anywhere including homes but its just a super unfortunate thing, that was beyond their control that happened to be while i was there in May 2026. Hopefully all sorted by now! But i would definitely stay here again regardless of this.

So much to love from the welcome platter to the pool - Amazing!!! The staff are absolutely incredible - each and every one of them, from the housekeeping staff to concierge to Cristian the General Manager- Gold Class Standard. Nothing was a problem and they really went out of their way to make sure you are happy, they knew about you and your stay. I can honestly say I have never felt more valued as a guest as I did at the Radisson. Well done. Also the view over My Khe beach was pretty spectacular. And we loved falling asleep happy to know that our favourite bun bao was just nearby if we wanted it! Ps the lady who made the eggs in the morning… you deserve a bonus!
Not much, the bed was a little hard and the wi-fi was a little slow, not the best for streaming video on the laptop or watching international channels. But none of that was too concerning.

Wir haben hier spontan ein Zimmer gebucht und standen 5 Minuten später auf der Matte. Der Service und der Empfang waren von Anfang an sehr zuvorkommend und man hat uns wie Könige behandelt.
Das Zimmer war wunderschön, ruhig und top sauber. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und genug Platz hatten wir auch. Glücklicherweise waren keine Baustellen ums Hotel, was im Moment in Da Nang eher eine Seltenheit ist, daher konnte man ruhig schlafen.
Der Pool und die Bar waren auch sehr schön.
Es waren sogar kleine Geschenke im Zimmer, z.B. ein wunderschöner, filigraner Holzfächer und ein süßes Pferd aus Ton.
Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhalten.
Zu guter letzt kam der Hotelmanager Christian beim Checkout auf uns zu, da er bemerkt hat, dass wir Deutsche sind und hat mit uns ein nettes, offenes Gespräch geführt. Das ist uns auch noch nie passiert, dass der Hotelmanager auf uns zukam. Das war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis.
Wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.

The rooms are lovely and bright, with nice views of the sea. The breakfast has plenty of options and really fresh. Good location , close to all the best beaches and attractions.
Some attention to detail needed. The sofa in our room was a bit grubby, but staff did act quickly to rectify it. The food service on the rooftop was very slow, and after waiting so long I had to send the food back due to it being cold.

Siamo stati 8 notti, il personale super carino e fantastico. Camera giusta e con un buon letto. Vista sul mare, noi eravamo al 15 piano e nonostante le stanze siano abbastanza insonorizzate, il rumore che sale dalla strada si sente. Piscina al 21 piano, bella , pochissime possibilità di sdraio, ma una nuotata mozzafiato, non ve la toglie nessuno. Nella zona diversi locali e vari servizi, così come stabilimenti balneari, al di là della strada.

Great close to the beach. Excellent facilities , breakfast, views and infinity pool. Attentive staff and room service. Have especially to give shout out to Tuan Anh - he was the front office staff who gave personalised recommendations including the best seafood restaurants around the area and made sure everyone was accommodated and satisfied, made our stay in Danang a great one!

Nous avons aimé la piscine en rooftop, le personnel de l’établissement étaient super, ainsi que son emplacement à proximité de commerce, restaurant, massage et 5minutes à pieds de la plage.
Nous avions une chambre au 10ème étage et elle était vu partiel sur la mer et la ville. C’était un plaisir de voir cela tous les jours au réveil et au coucher. 10/10
La chambre était relativement petite. Les finissions de l’hôtel reste à désirer pour un hôtel 5etoiles ( piscine avec fenêtre sale, carrelage abîmé, porte des wc qui ne se ferment pas, tapis du hall de l’entrée pas propre, tapis au étage également avec des taches, siège de la chambre également tachée, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre si nous ne mettons pas la climatisation).

The location of the Property!!

The hotel is very well located, and with Grabs being so easily available, it made a great base.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Mornings and later nights can be loud but that’s not the hotels issue, just something to be aware of, we were on the 16th floor.
Pool is nice with a great view, a little on the smaller side but nice to sit next to at the very least! All in all, clean, comfortable and good value.
This was the fourth place we have stayed in Vietnam and the staff were hit and miss! Some were incredible like other places in Vietnam and super helpful while others less so. We had a very minor issue in our room with a bank of sockets next to the bed not working, the hotel initially tried to help and gave us an extension lead and a free drink in the bar (which is appreciated!) the General Manager then text me to help resolve the issue too which was a great start but then stopped part way through our stay. Again, not something that particularly challenged us, just highlighted some gaps in service.

Everything!!!! The location is perfect. Staff amazing. Breakfast is good. I really appreciated the hotel staffs special thanks to Hao. He organised our bana hills trip and he is so friendly and charming. Happy faces everywhere. My sister and I, we appreciated everything specially since we were only two girls. The hotel was very safe😍

Das Hotel hat ein zentrale Lage und liegt dennoch direkt am Meer! Wir hatten ein „Executive Room with Ocean View and Lounge Access“. Kurz gesagt ein toller Blick auf das Meer. Leider war am Wochenende ein Marathon und dadurch kam es zu einer erhöhten Geräuschkulisse. So etwas kann natürlich passieren und hat unseren Aufenthalt auch nicht maßgeblich eingeschränkt.
Leider war die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers nicht so, wie ich es erwartet hätte! Ich denke schon, dass man die Böden täglich reinigen sollte und in dieser Kategorie erwarte ich auch keine Löcher im Bettbezug oder Schimmelflecken auf der Couch. Hinsichtlich der „Lounge“ kann ich leider ebenfalls nur feststellen, dass diese zwar vorhanden ist, die einzige Annehmlichkeit zeichnet sich allerdings dadurch aus das es hier einen Kaffevollautomaten und Softdrinks gibt. Also doch eher bescheiden!

I like it that it offers lounge access and pre dinner snacks. The balcony view is amazing. The breakfast spread is good too.
The hotel is comfortable but not luxurious for the price I pay. This is not value for money. The location is right next to the beach restaurants and the music and noise level goes on till 11pm. Not so calming and peaceful rest at night.

Centrally located, to the left end of Danang Beach. Perfect spot for sunrise in the seafront facing rooms. Plenty of food options around hotel. Isn’t as crowded as My Khe Beach area. Good choice of breakfast options daily, even with local selections. Attentive staff.

Хороший отель с очень удобным расположением. Красивый видовой бассейн, приятный персонал который всегда поможет и пойдет навстречу.
Есть приятный велкам подарок, ежедневная уборка смена полотенец и белья, достаточно чисто.
Первый номер,в который нас заселили, пахло аммиаком и сыростью. Персонал сделал все возможное и переселил нас в другую комнату , там ситуация была лучше, но если выключить кондиционер запах возвращается. Вид из номера был на лифтовую шахту и стену соседнего отеля.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, direkt am Strand, das Hotel ist neuwertig, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten sind bequem (nicht zu hart, aber auch nicht zu weich). Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr zu empfehlen, die Auswahl ist reichlich und auch von guter Qualität. Ausserdem befindet sich ein sehr schöner Pool am Dach des Hotels, der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet. Vom Hotel aus kann der Strand und auch die Promenade fussläufig sehr leicht erreicht werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert, es bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Clean, beautiful views, close to restaurant’s & coffee shops, massage shops etc, right on the beach, helpful staff, black out curtains, the bar staff at rooftop were my favourite so bubbly and quick service.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Danang for 10 nights, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, relaxed, and welcoming, exactly what you hope for when spending an extended stay. Our executive room was excellent, offering a stunning view over the ocean that we never got tired of. Waking up to that view every day was definitely one of the highlights.
A special mention goes to the lounge access, which added great value to our stay. The late afternoon apero selection was very enjoyable, with a nice variety and a perfect setting to unwind after a day out.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful environment by the beach.
What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff and management. The team is highly trained, extremely accommodating, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that they care about the guests’ experience. It was especially refreshing to see the management actively present, not just behind the scenes but working alongside the front team, interacting with guests and offering help wherever needed. That level of engagement is rare and very much appreciated.
We would highly recommend the 5-star Radisson Danang and will definitely be coming back.

Great location, easy to get into city centre and very close to good beach. Very friendly and well run hotel, exceptionaly clean and comfortable. Great facilities include a rooftop pool and Breakfast was excellent with a great range of choices.

We just wanted to spend the day at the pool before our late fligh and we had a lovely day at the pool. Pool is very big and clean with nice, lush surroundings.There are many supermarkets, restaurants, SPA's and pharmacies right out side the building. We had everything we needed for just 1 night there.
If you are thinking to just spend a night here before going to the airport, this might not be the place. At least be aware that it took us 1 and a half hour to reach the airport by taxi due to heavy rush hour traffic. We would still recommend the place if you are OK with a long drive to the airport since the pool was quite lovely and you have everything near by.

The location was right at the beach. The hotel provides you with beach towels. They also helped us renting scooters at no extra charge. The staff is amazing. Everyone does their best to help you. We were asked several times if we wanted cleaning even though we had the no cleaning sign on. We were also asked several times if everything was OK during our stay. We had the feeling, that the A/C didn't bring in "new" air to the room and the room was a bit damp. The staff immediately provided us with a dehumidifier and checked up on us several times - so a big thank you to all the staff.
The minor problem with the a/c. The room can feel a bit enclosed since no fresh air enteres and the windows can't be opened. We still highly recommend staying at Radisson.

部屋はとても清潔でスタッフの皆さんも親切でとても良いホテルでした。ビーチも近く、裏手にスーパーもあるので便利です。
私たちの部屋は湿気のせいなのか水道の関係なのか独特の匂いがありました。冷房の効きもいまいちでした。 土曜の夜に宿泊したのですが夜10時まではビーチでのパーティの重低音が部屋まで響きます。

The booking policies and procedures are quite rigid and different from any other hotel I’ve booked in Vietnam. Our room smelt strongly of mould and ammonia all the time.

The staff member that helped take our bags to our room, Kim, scammed me. He was nice at first and kept insisting that we should take a tour of hoi an and try to the coconut boat tour. He said it was all very cheap and we exchanged Whatsapp contact information. He messaged me saying everything was included. I even asked specifically if the coconut boat ride was included and he said yes. once we arrived to the coconut boat tour, we were asked for another 400,00 dong, I told them mine is inlcluded already. I called Kim and he said sorry no it isn't included. I ended up paying for it after driving so far to not participate in the experience. After the ride I checked my phone and Kim deleted the message that said it was included after i specifically asked if it was. I messaged him about deleting the messages and he argued with me saying the price is so cheap that why would i think that it was included. He lied to me and i would never recommend this hotel to any other travelers solely based on the fact that you can't trust the staff members.

Ebenfalls habe ich mich über die vorhandene Sauna gefreut.
Das Frühstücks Angebot war Ausgerichtet auf viele internationale Gäste und reichhaltig.
Eine Bestellung von Kaffee oder Saft bei den Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks Restaurant wurde freundlich erledigt.
Wenn ich zum Strand ging bekam ich an der Lobby Handtücher vom Hotel gestellt

Absolument incroyable ! L'hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons eu une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer et ensuite nous avons rajouté une autre nuit avec vue sur l'océan et la chambre était tellement belle et la vue incroyable !
J'ai réservé en dernière minute le jour même, le jour de mon anniversaire et l'équipe a laissé un mot pour mon anniversaire avec des petits gâteaux, j'ai trouvé cela vraiment adorable et je les en remercie mille fois!
Nous avons été accueillis par Louis à notre arrivée, il nous a vraiment bien accueilli, avec grand sourire !

We loved everything about our stay here.
The staff, our suite, the cleanliness, the comfort, the facilities, the location and the food.
Yes, it's more expensive than surrounding hotels, but you pay for what you get.
It was a pleasure to stay here and the staff are fantastic.
The VIP lounge was a very pleasant and relaxing experience and the infinity pool and it's view looked great; even though we didn't use the pool itself.
Whenever we're back in Da Nang, this will be the one place we will stay.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything about it will meet or exceed your expectations.

The staff were amazing, such kind thoughtful people. The location was fantastic, a lot to do in the area and beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was also worth the money, we really enjoyed it every morning. The rooms were fantastic, very clean and the bed was comfy. Also try out the spa, amazing massage.

The hotel was a bit of luxury in De Nang! We found the staff were very helpful and really enjoyed the facilities - we were given a free 30min sauna session which we loved. Our room had a nice view of the ocean too. The buffet breakfast was also the best I’ve had in Vietnam! Oh, and the pool is great - make sure you have a dip if you’re there!

Die Zimmer waren super: gemütliche Betten, sehr sauber, geräumig, ein riesiger Balkon mit Meerblick. Dazu kommen die super Lage in erster Reihe zum Strand und eine große, qualitativ hochwertige Frühstücksauswahl mit asiatischen sowie europäischen Speisen. Das Personal, egal ob das Personal beim Frühstück, an der Rezeption, an der Bar oder der General Manager, war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte immer das Wohl der Gäste im Fokus. Der Preis für das, was man bekommt, ist unschlagbar. Jederzeit wieder!

Pequeno-almoço incrível! Grande variedade e excelente qualidade dos produtos. Foi o hotel com o melhor pequeno-almoço na viagem de 11 dias que fizemos pelo Vietname.
Os funcionários foram de uma simpatia excecional, principalmente o Louis, que nos atendeu no check-in e no check-out, e que, com a sua imensa atenção no serviço ao cliente, conseguiu que o nosso quarto ficasse disponível antes das 15h.
No último dia, ajudou-nos com a viagem de avião, nomeadamente, contactando um primo que trabalhava na companhia aérea que escolhemos, para tentar perceber porque razão não estávamos a conseguir fazer o check-in on-line.
O quarto deveria ter vidos duplos para assegurar uma melhor insonorização do ruído que vinha da rua (ficamos no 10º andar e, mesmo assim, conseguíamos ouvir o barulho dos automóveis a passar).

道路は挟むもののビーチの目の前。シャワーの水圧等、ベトナムはインフラが貧弱なホテルが多いように思いますが、さすがにラディソンは何もかもがちゃんとしてます。

Comfortable room with a lovely ocean view quiet location not a busy tourist area with beach directly over the road.
Balcony door was locked and couldn’t open it but I understand that if the door is open the air conditioning will turn off automatically.

Das Hotel hat uns rundum begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das gesamte Personal – sei es an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder in anderen Bereichen – war durchweg äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Housekeeping achtet stets darauf, dass alles passt. Der wunderschöne Meerblick aus unserem Zimmer war ein absolutes Highlight!
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt – frische Früchte, Croissants, Eier und vieles mehr. Wir haben jeden Morgen etwas Leckeres gefunden und sind perfekt in den Tag gestartet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der vietnamesische Kaffee – ein großes Dankeschön dafür an den Chefkoch!
Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Christian, den General Manager, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat, was man rund um Da Nang unternehmen kann!
Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Da Nang plant, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room.
The AC of the first room assigned to me had a strange sound which was quite annoying. After explaining the problem to the hotel staff, they helped me to change to another room, which was much better.

Minutes from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Modern hotel, comfortable good-sized rooms, view over beach, nice walk-in shower. Roof-top pool, gym and bar very welcoming. Food was good, and breakfasts in particular were excellent, with a huge range on offer. Staff were unfailingly helpful, especially Vivian. Overall great value.

The breakfast and its location were OK the staff was attendive.
I DIDNOT LIKE THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON FINAL CHECK OUT.... I had paid 16 million dong at mid day of my check out, and I though I might have had one or two additional charges that needed to be adressed at check out....Instead they kept coming, one after another....I have no way of telling whether or not I was over charged, duplicative charge for items I paid cash for..I trust the hotel in these circumstances but when at the last minute when the taxi is waiting and I have paid 100 million at the hotel, over all in addition to room charges and the front desk is arguing with me about a two item mini-bar charge and an umbrella...MY TRUST for the HOTEL is lost....You don't fight with me over a two item min-bar bill and a lost umbrella when I have given you near 100 million dong in business....you won't likely won;t get it again....

Overlooking the sea
Very expensive. Radisson Hotel Danang prepared little snacks and souvenirs in the room which were nice. They also prepared a small cake and a card for our celebration per requested which was sweet! Thanks!
1) On the Booking hotel page: it says ocean view, city view and view. However, when we checked in, the receptionist said our Deluxe room is “no view” which was not clearly shown on the website. [Hotel should clearly mention this before guest booking]. This infringed guests’ right to know, considering fake advertisement. 2) Extremely noisy - which made us impossible to sleep well. The noise from the street throughout day and night, people passing around on the corridor, TV noise from neighbours and even erotic noise in the middle of night strongly damaged sleep and resting. The windows and walls are too thin to obstruct noises. The front desk manager told us this is one of the quietest rooms and we could not change or even update to another room due to high room occupancy rate… They didn’t find a solution or compensation in the end. Very disappointing experience with Radisson

当日ツインルームで予約したはずが当日なぜかファミリールームにアップデートしてもらえてました。
部屋から海の景色も街の景色も両方見れて最高でした。
21階のプールからの眺めもよく、ソファでくつろぐのはなんだか別世界にいるようでした。
タオルやアメニティも充実しており、シャワーの水圧も充分でした。また、ビーチに行く際にタオルの無料貸し出しがとても助かりました。
ベットの寝心地よかったです。
朝食もライブキッチンでベトナムの麺料理を作ってもらったり、おいしいビュッフェを楽しみました。
受付のDyuanさんは英語もよく分からない私たちに丁寧に説明をして対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。
アメニティの箱が若干古かったりしてましたが、良くない点はほとんどありません。

The breakfast and the staff in every spot:
Either at the reception at the lounge bar at the morning breakfast excellent and very professional!.
The staff cleaners should use a different elevator when they carry the instruments for cleaning. This is our suggestion. The room in front of the lift 1701, we could hear the noise of the lift.

Всё было чисто, персонал — великолепный! Вид просто завораживает. Уборка на высшем уровне, бар тоже порадовал отличным обслуживанием. Нам понравилось всё! Особенно тронуло внимание персонала — за 10 минут ожидания они извинились и принесли фрукты. Это сразу сняло напряжение и оставило только самое приятное впечатление.

Amazing hotel like all the others in the Radisson family. The spa on the 20th floor and I received a phenomenal treatment from Van. I would definitely return for this.
Front house staff felt quite hostile. On arrival, I was informed I booked two single beds which I didn’t want. I opted to upgrade to an executive suite to resolve this issue and paid the difference. While checking out, I met the same lady who had checked me in who insisted ahead gave me two hotel room cards and wanted me to wait in the lobby till someone checked the room for the second card. Never had such experience since travelling.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, an der Rezeption ist Vivian sehr hilfreich gewesen. Son an der Poolbar ist ein richtig netter Kerl und hat immer eine gute Empfelung parat.
Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Der My Khe Beach ist gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Die Screenmirroring Verbindung zum TV ist ziemlich oft abgebrochen.

Beautiful pool area with amazing view and the hotel rooms and common areas were very clean. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Clean beautiful rooms. We had the sea view room.
Staff helpful & friendly . Food at the pool was lovely . Great shower facilities to use once checked out . Great coffee from the cafe . Close walk to beach & restaurants.

The location is opposite the beach which was amazing to watch from our hotel room balcony
Breakfast had a great variety of food which was catered for all the guests.
We had dinner in the restaurant on a few occasions, and the food and service were exceptional.
Room was spacious and clean, exactly as described in the photos. was above my expectations when we arrived for our stay
The pool on the 23rd floor was incredible to sit there and watch the sunset.
All the staff working here during my stay here were amazing, always polite, friendly, and could not do enough to help with organizing activities for us.
Would definitely book again if i get back to Vietnam

シャワー室だけでなくソファーにもカビがあり、気持ちが悪かったです。五つ星ホテルなのに残念です。 スタッフはすぐに対応してくれましたが、事前にチェックして欲しかったです。 また、チェックアウト当日に部屋にある木製トレーが消えたが知らないかと質問されました。実際はハウスキーパーがそれを片付けたのですが、スタッフ同士が連絡の連携をしていないことでまるで私がそれを盗んだかのような質問をされたことがとても不愉快でした。 夜になると海辺から大音量の音楽が流れていてまる聞こえで煩かったです。

The hotel was great, the location was excellent. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. Great customer service as well.
The room is smaller than the pictures and the balcony is extremely tiny. It shouldn't be considered a balcony.

Everything was perfect . The infinity pool is the highlight of the hotel. Spotless and the buffet breakfast has plentiful choices and tasteful.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very noisy, with beach pubs and parties going through the night. Lack of soundproofing for intertenancy (can hear TV next door clearly) or external noise, music, vehicles, shouting. This could be an issue with all beach front properties, recommend to look for quiet hotel if you value rest and sleep.

Beat hotel with best view ever and best service🤩😍
Absolutely stunning view from a room with sea view (highly suggest!) small balcony but still lovely. Rooms are incredibly new and fresh and beautiful with stylish design. Very high quality shampoo and conditioner in the room and I adore the smell!
Pool on last floor is my favourite! Water is pretty warm and the view is fantastic, although after 12:00 it gets really windy as it’s on 21th floor. But at the morning it’s perfect.
Buffet for breakfast has everything and even more!
Guys on reseption are so nice and helpful!
Was really a pleasure staying here and would come back only here ❤️❤️❤️

Didn't like smell like the sewage smell coming from the aircon system in the building. Not been cleaned or its a thing in the Humid tropical condition. Beach across the road. Close to city. Excellent view from room./pool. Pre dinner drinks and nibbles in the executive lounge. Breakfast amazing. Excellent customer service,very friendly. Sunny and Hao so helpful with whatever we needed,organised outings etc.

海が目の前で、お部屋もオーシャンビューだったので、景色がとにかく最高でした！朝食も毎日おいしく、フルーツジュースやフォーが特においしかったです。誕生日のお祝いもしていただき、最高のステイになりました。
夜中までよなよなビーチで音楽が爆音で流れていたので、なかなかうるさかったですが、意外とぐっすり眠れました。

・朝食の1つ1つにアレルギー表示があり、とても助かった(娘が卵アレルギーがあるため。)
ただ、トングは隣のものをとったりしている人がいたので注意は必要。

The food at the breakfast buffet tasted really fresh and was a great place to start the day. Our rooms were very well maintained and looked almost new! This was a really nice place to stay when visiting Danang.

We had a beach facing family suite which looked stunning and had a great view. The pool bar on the top floor was great. There were lots of kids up there, also second night it was booked for private function; this meant we didn’t spend much time there.
The noise was horrendous from outside the property. There was an event on the beach. The music was so loud the room was shaking. It went on until midnight on the Saturday and started at 6am on Sunday. We could not wait to leave due to this. It really ruined the first two days of our holiday. I was grateful I had only booked this for the first two nights.

Нас 2 дня подряд угощали пироженкой в честь нашего Дня рождения, было приятно и вкусно.
Наша дочка нарисовала красным маркером маленькое сердечко на простыне. За это при сдаче номера с нас взяли довольно существенную сумму штрафа: изначально хотели около 40 USD, потом после наших возмущений сумму немного снизили. Такие вещи прекрасно отстирываются отбеливателем, но сотрудники нам заявляли, что они уже будут не пригодны и их надо заменять, поэтому такой большой штраф. Этот инцидент испортил все впечатление от пребывания в отеле, поэтому поставили оценку 6 (если бы этого инцидента не было бы, поставили бы 8)

Great rooftop pool area. Room and bed were comfortable. Nice beach clubs nearby across the road. Breakfast was great.
Air conditioning was a bit loud at night even on low fan setting. Didn’t stop me sleeping though so was ok. Lifts were so slow. The cleaners essentially use one of the lifts and carry big things up and down, so always a type of traffic jam

Location was great. Directly across from the beach and a stunning view from the pool area. Staff super friendly and helpful.
The elevators were very slow and only 3 servicing 21 floors which made it a little frustrating at times. My room also didn't have great sound proofing but I think it was just my room, not a common thing. Just a faulty sliding balcony door.

Clean and spacious room, good location just in front of the beach. Decent amount of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Stuff was very helpful and polite.
- Internet connection was horrible, just unacceptable in 2025 - No place to dry your clothes after beach. It's ridiculous considering that hotel is located on the first line - Lift was constantly occupied and we had to wait for quite a long time when we wanted to use it - Would be nice to have a shelve in the shower to put your stuff on - Instead of a doorman it would be nice to have a person who would be helping crossing the road from the hotel to the beach. There are not traffic lights there and the road located in front of the hotel is quite busy one with 3-4 traffic lanes that don't ever stop for you to cross the road

Comfortable hotel on the beach, plenty of nearby restaurants. Good breakfast with many options, rooftop pool and bar. We had a corner suite which was fabulous. Staff were excellent, transport is easy and cheap.

We were staying in the hotel for 3 nights as family of three. We had a nice room
Facing the ocean. Nothing to complain about the room and facilities. Everything was as I expected. Good value for money at the hotel by the beach.
The buffet choices were limited very focus on Indian customers. I have nothing against Indian but bear in minh you are walking into a hotel with a huge group tours. They are usually very offensive and noisy, love taking pictures in the group of 30 people in the dining area. Da nang has became very popular with group tours. Additionally to get to the beach you need to cross the bathing area which even you don use you can’t pass through they will harass you to pay. Although there was quite positive thing but with all the above I will not come back to the hotel.

Close proximity to the beach. Clean and spacious rooms. Great view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable, one of the more comfortable ones that we have had compared to other hotels in Danang.
There is a beach club just directly opposite the hotel and loud music could be heard till night. We took the family room and the family room faces directly where the beach club is located. We had trouble sleeping with the loud music. Windows should be sound proof.

Great location and wonderful staff. Very clean and the high standards one expects from a Radisson hotel. Breakfast was amazing and a big shout to a girl called Mi who went above and beyond to make breakfast such a pleasant experience.

Perfect location to enjoy My Keh Beach! I was greeted (by the very welcoming and helpful staff) with a room upgrade to the top floor and full beach view. Woke up early to enjoy the sunrise. You can’t beat the location & service.
Room rate was the highest I paid while traveling through Vietnam (almost double), but the service & amenities are truly wonderful. So I guess you get what you pay for!

ビーチが目の前。市街地からは1キロほど離れているので、都市の喧騒感が全くなく、市街地への買い物もすぐに行けるので、最高に立地が良い。
オーシャンビューでは、ビーチがさえぎられるものなく、目の前に開けており、特に屋上プールが素晴らしい眺めで、同プールは利用者が宿泊プランによって制限されており、そのため混雑せずプールや眺望を完全に満喫できる。かといってプール利用可プランが、高額かといえば、かなりコストパフォーマンスが良いので、プール利用付きの宿泊プランがお勧め。
全体的には、素晴らしくコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルと思うが、さらに改善できる点と思い、あえて2点あげる。 １．スタッフはホスピタリティもあり良い。しかし、なかには少し素人さもある方もいた。ホテルマンとして、まだまだ向上できると思う。 ２．21階建てのホテルで、EVが3機なので、EVの数が少し少ない程度の、適度なEVの数といえる。しかし、EVが来るのが、かなり遅いと感じた。EVの仕様（速さ、大きさ、群管理プログラム）は問題ないと思われる。従業員もこの3台のEVを使用する運用となるのだが（従業員用1台、客用2台とすると、もっとEV渋滞が発生すると思われるので）、ここで宿泊客にはよくあることだが、従業員においても、呼び出しボタンを押して、乗らなかったり、またはEVが来ても、他の従業員を待つため、EVを少し止めたり、更にEVかごの中では複数の階を間違って押したりしていた。私は3泊しかしていないのに、これらの状況を垣間見たので、おそらく日常化していると考える。これがEVを待つ時間を長くしている原因となっていると考える。ところで、宿泊当日は外部に鉄骨シャフト増築工事が実施されていたが、これは従業員専用EVを増設する予定かもしれない。従業員専用EVが増設されEV4台運用となれば、この問題はすべて解決すると思うが、現在のように宿泊者と従業員が同じ3台のEVを継続使用するのであれば、もう少し従業員も効率的に同EVを使うことで、かなり改善すると考える。

オーシャンビューと広い部屋 バスタブとお部屋は快適でした。ロケーションも歩いていけるところにレストランやコンビニがあってよかった。全般に満足でした。
海沿いで国際マラソンの前夜祭があってかなり騒がしかった。マラソンは3月の下旬。24時前には終わった。朝食は普通においしかったですがフォーのお肉はちょっと硬めだった。エグゼクティブフロアのラウンジの食事は少なめ。

Really friendly staff and good discounts with complimentary sauna and steam room access during our 5 night stay. The pool, gym and rooftop bar was also a highlight. The location is perfect if you want to be near the beach but far enough from the loud, busy area of Da Nang.

We had the most amazing experience at Radisson Da Nang! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome. The whole hotel has a luxurious, high-end feel but at a very reasonable price. The highlight was definitely the stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach—absolutely gorgeous and made even better with delicious poolside food. There’s also a well-equipped gym, which was a great bonus. The only slight downside was that the pool could get a bit busy with kids at times, but overall, this was a 10/10 stay. Would absolutely return!

Danke für ein kostenloses Upgrade, die Suite mit dem grossen Balkon war traumhaft. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenüber des Hotels, Badetücher gibt es an der Réception. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Проблема в звукоизоляции , очень слышно шум на улице если окна выходят на дорогу с пляжем . Даже живя на 19 этаже слышно было звук машин . Спать только с берушами . Отелю надо подумать как сделать звукоизоляцию и будет прекрасно

The location of the hotel is just perfect. The beach is just next to the hotel and the city centre is nearby. The view from the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. And the rooms its self were excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, fantastic staff and is very clean and comfortable.
Dang at the front desk along with his coworkers made every accommodation for me when I wanted to extend my stay by an extra night - could not thank them more! They were fantastic!
Thanh at the front door had perfect English and was able to help me with any questions I had as a solo traveller. Would recommend to anyone!
The pool area is a little small/shaded, but you’re 5 mins from the beach so that was a non issue for me personally. Also if you have an ocean view, bring a sleeping mask as the sun rises at 6am and the curtains are not black out and the building faces the sunrise. Very minor!

Personal sehr nett. Gute Lage, genügend Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider trocknen die Sachen auf dem Zimmer fast gar nicht. Handtücher nach zweimal nutzen nass und werden nicht trocken. Aufzugschaltung nicht gut. Kann man schonmal länger auf den Aufzug warten.

Accueil tres souriant, sympathique aux petits soins! Menton spécial à Kanh à la réception. Toujours un petit mot, très attentionné ! Emplacement parfait, chambres spacieuses vue partielle océan…peut être un peu de bruit mais on a l habitude de dormir avec les bouchons! Ne pas hésiter c est une excellente adresse

All staff are very nice and helpful. Bed in the room are comfortable n we can sleep well.
There is a music show on the beach everynight, n till to midnight and very noise. Even we living on 18/F, also can hear.

Excellent buffet déjeuner, très grande variété. Personnel disponible et toujours prêts à vous suggérer des activités dans les environs. À 2 pas de la plage où il est possible de louer chaise longue, avec coussin et serviette pour 2$ canadien pour la journée. Propre et confortable, service impeccable. Mon conjoint a même reçu une carte et gâteau de fête à la chambre! Plusieurs excellents restaurants sur riverside accessible via Grab pour peu de frais (3$ la ride).'

Efficient check in with late arrival.
The hotel is facing the beach on one side and town on the other. We had a room with a brick wall view and I feel, in the interests of fair play, the hotel should tell potential customers. The room had a very bad damp smell and the air con just made it worse and our clothes smell of the damp from the room.

Direkt am Strand. Bett komfortabel wie man es von Radisson gewohnt ist. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Great location next to beach. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool was stunning and a real treat up there. We didn’t have time to gym but the gym was smart. Cold water fountain in gym. The breakfast wasn’t included but we decided to go for it and it was very nice. We took advantage of the 30 mins sauna and steam which was nice to have it to your self

Eines der besten Hotels die wir in Vietnam hatten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich, immer und jederzeit. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, tolle Zimmer und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich mega, es gab alles und es war auch total lecker. Die Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig vieles zu erreichen und auch direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Der Pool oben ist auch sehr schön. Die Hotelbar oben war auch super, wir saßen fast jeden Abend dort. Außerdem hatten wir ein Weihnachtsessen an Heilig Abend im Hotel, das auch total lecker und schön organisiert war. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Amazing hotel, staff were exceptional but theres a club or bar that is close by that was so loud even if the windows or balcony doors was shut. You can clearly still hear the super loud music.

Very nice stay and location. Very clean and comfortable with nice staff. It was cold when we went so we couldn’t take advantage of the close proximity to the beach! Was bummed that they offer guests a complimentary 30 min sauna experience but it isn’t actually available because there aren’t any appointment openings.

Останавливались в отеле Radisson с 29.12 по 08.01.2025. Провели здесь прекрасные 10 дней и встретили Новый год.
Персонал отеля работает отлично. Уборка, кухня, сервис - все на твёрдую пятёрку. Отдельный респект менеджерам Джангу и Санни - они делали все, чтобы отдых был максимально комфортным и сгладили пару возникших ситуаций. Расположение отеля замечательное. Рядом пляж, где можно арендовать лежаки. Полотенца- сколько хочешь, можно взять на респепшн. Отель предлагает экскурсии, вызывает такси, но если заказать через приложение Grab такси самостоятельно, то выходит дешевле.
За 10 ночей у нас была бесплатная встреча в аэропорту, скидка на еду в отеле 20%, на спа услуги 20%, процедуры по уходу лица 40%, полчаса сауны и римской парной с чаем и ароматами бесплатно, стирка 10 вещей (без глажки), комплименты в виде сувениров (веер, открытки, лавандовое саше) и десерта.
Завтрак большой и вкусный, блюда меняются. Фо прекрасный - два вида плюс разные другие супы и национальные блюда. 4 вида свежевыжатых соков - например микс - свёкла и питахайя, манго и маракуйя. Фрукты, сыры, колбасы, выпечка, димсамы, блины, вафли, шоколадный фонтан и хороший кофе, включая вьетнамский - все очень вкусно.
Хороший видовой спортзал, небольшой, но комфортный бассейн с баром и музыкой на крыше.
Полюбили Дананг и Рэдиссон. Рекомендуем и уже многие друзья хотят поехать.
Мы забронировали стандартный номер и он оказался маленький и с видом на соседнее здание. Мы огорчились и попросили поменять. Но, на НГ отель был полным и поменять номер на больший с видом на море можно было через 3 дня с приличной доплатой. Мы остались в своём. Так как много гуляли и приходили только ночевать, нам было нормально. Но, если вы любите проводите в номере много времени, берите номер побольше. Из ванной и туалета в комнату прозрачное стекло, которое можно закрывать жалюзи. Жалюзи закрывалось плохо и мы сообщили на ресепшн. Тут же пришёл мастер, все починил (больше никаких проблем не было). В виде комплимента за неудобство принесли блюдо закусок в номер. В первую ночь очень шумно работал кондиционер. Под утро пришлось его отключить и окно запотело. Сообщили на реснпшн - пришёл мастер и выставил кондиционер на бесшумный режим, все объяснил и показал. На завтраке к нам подошла Санни, извинилась за неудобства и в комнату принесли аппарат для поглощения влаги - очень полезный. Каждый день собирался полный лоток. Персонал отеля настолько хорош, что неприятные моменты стали приятными, благодаря общению с ними.

So I've stayed in radisson hotels all over the world but this one in particular had some issues. We arrived to danang not feeling too well so staying at radisson was exciting for us. The first night me and wife both had fever and we sweated all night long . We asked the room to be cleaned the next day. Expecting that the room was clean ...we only cam to figure on the 3rd .morning that the housekeeping were not changing our sheets or pillow cases at all. Just tidying the room
. It made all the sense why we weren't feeling better because we were sleeping non stop in our own sweat ....we only cam to know this because we saw a stain on our bedsheet the 3rd morning
otherwise we would have not known this.
Terrible dissapointed. The hotels excuse for all this when we complained was that their regulations s was to change their sheets only once in 3 days. U kidding me.

Even though the weather was not nice and I couldn’t enjoy the pool it looked great and I enjoyed the facilities. Didn’t try the sp but also looked promising! I did try the bath in my room and absolutely LOVED it!
I didn’t love the location because I prefer the busier areas where I can walk to little restaurants and such but it’s not bad either.

빠른 입실과 비교적 깨끗한 룸. 결혼기념일 여행이라 케익준비해주심.
청소와 수건 교체가 만족스럽지 못했음. 바닷가는 가까우나 호텔 앞 비치바에서 11시 좀 넘어서 까지 음악 소리가 쿵쿵거림. 조식.. 보통임. 현관 전등이 깜빡거림.

季節的にプールに入れなかったのが残念。できれば、プールと同じ階にサウナがあったら嬉しい。または、プールの隣に温水ジャグジーなどがあれば嬉しい。 事前にチェックインタイムを聞かれたのに、早めには部屋に入れなかった。 連泊しており、外出時に部屋の掃除をお願いしたのに、帰ってきても掃除がされていなかった。 チェックイン時に見せてコピーしているのに、両替時にもパスポートの提示を要求された。パスポートを持ち歩くことはしないので、何往復も部屋との行き来をしないと行けなかった。 チェックアウト時に「部屋のチェックするから5分待て」と言われた。はじめに、そういう案内は必要だと思う。

Though it isn’t the peak season, the beach is still very noisy. If you need a good and quiet sleep, I don’t recommend this hotel to you. The heavy metal music can be heard almost till two or three clock in the morning. There’s also some construction near the hotel facing the city,so you have heavy metal music at night and construction noise at day all free of charge.

Everything is perfect for both leisure or business trip. I'm impressed at how professional of their staff and enjoyed the view from swimming pool at the top. I'd definitely recommend to my friend to stay here once they visit Danang.

Сподобалось геть усе. Дуже доброзичливий та гостинний персонал. Чистота та охайність всюди. Дуже смачні сніданки. Особливої уваги заслуговує басейн з баром та спортзалом на горі готелю. Краєвид неповторний. Плаваючи в басейні відчуття того, що ти пливеш в океані.
Готель знаходиться на 1 береговій лінії, тому до океану можна швидко дістатися пішки.

Buffet breakfast had a lot of good choices, local and european. Very nice to have a balcony and a sliding door that opened that faced the sea. Loved the pool on the roof top along with the bar.

My second time at this hotel this year and I cannot recommend it more. The staff are quite hospitable and friendly. The facilities are well-maintained. The hotel is located right in front of the ocean.

また、ホテル外のレストランの予約も頼んだ所、快く対応していただけました。
そして何よりも、最上階のプールは最高です。

Pool on the top floor with the view was beautiful. Exceptional breakfast and room was clean and comfortable
The AC in our room did not work properly but hotel provided us with dehumidifier and aroma lamp. Laundry service, massages, food and other services provided by the hotel are ridiculously expensive, for example 50 minute massage costs around 1 000 000 VND or more, laundry service is not per kilo but per item so we didn’t use their service. Location of the hotel is good but lower (southern) part of My Khe and town is nicer in my opinion.

Great breakfast. Amazing location. Very luxurious. Very clean. Could swim in the infinity pool and look out all day. Being right across from the beach was so much fun and so convenient. 100% recommend.

Fantastic view and even though we had a family room with 2 single beds, there were doors that could close to have 2 separate bedrooms

Wir haben ohne Anfrage ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten und ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gehabt!
Ein Assistent hat uns über WhatsApp begleitet und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ich wünschte alle Hotels, die mit fünf Sternen werben könnten diesen Standard bieten.
Der Pool ist etwas klein und beim Frühstück war nicht alles beschriftet, sodass wir als Vegetarier zu Schwein gegriffen haben. Das lässt sich eigentlich gut vermeiden, wenn man die Gerichte konsequent beschriftet.

Hotel and facilities was great, all what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too, so much variety, something for everyone. the location was good with close proximity to the beach and walking distance to beach bars etc.

Everything was fantastic! The location was amazing, being walking distance and central to everything. The staff was super attentive and very helpful and the food at breakfast (and on the rooftop) was incredible. The infinitely pool on the roof was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Da Nang.

We had an exceptional stay in Radison Danang. Extremely attentive staff, will go above and beyond for any request you may have. Fantastic room and other amenities. We really enjoyed the swimming pool/ bar area with great coctails and unbeatable views. Breakfast was delicious with fresh and multiple options to choose from.

Could hear the dance music from the beach bars in the room late in the night till around 1am. So for the early/light sleepers, please note. That is the only grouse but it didn't affect me since I am a late sleeper.

Variety of food offered at breakfast during my recent stay. It was more than enough to satisfy my appetite and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect.

Not worth it at all. They turn off the room central ACs every night. The buffet has limited vegetation options and the front office staff is not very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this hotel. My mum left her phone on the plane, but the hotel staff managed to track it down with the airline, this would be hard if you don't speak the local language, but the hotel staff handled this quickly and we were able to confirm the airline had it within 30mins which was very reassuring.
the shower is a bit slippery. on the pool level, there powerpoints they use for fans infront of the bar which has ALOT of water around there. I grabbed some towels to keep the water away but hotel really needs to do something about this. They also asked us to get out of the pool at the slightest drop of rain.

L’hôtel est idéalement située à 5 minutes à pied de la mer. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des prestations ainsi que sa localisation.
Petit plus pour la piscine au 21ème étage avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et la ville.

Very nice and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. Nice pool area and good breakfast.
The room we had (and several others, quite possibly) had an obvious humidity problem. Everything was humid, from the smell, to the floor, and worst of all, the bed, where you could be freshly showered and still feel icky as you laid in bed. It did. It did not help with AC. Staff let us switch rooms and the new room was a bit better, but it still had the symptoms of humidity problems. There is virtually no noise canceling whatsoever, the noise from the beach bars were intolerable and starts as early as 6 am and lasts until about midnight.

コン市場から車で10分ほどのビーチ沿いのホテルです。5つ星とありますが感覚的には4つ星程度に思っておいた方が良いです。不満があるとかではなくそのレベルかと思います。価格は安いしプールも小学生が楽しめるほどの大きさでホテル自体大きくないので観光メインの方は使いやすい。ここで一日過ごすのは厳しい感じですね。用途によってはお安く綺麗なこのホテルはおすすめです。

Great location super close to everything. Super helpful staff whenever we wanted advice on where to go/what to do etc…
Very little space to sit around the pool. Bed was rather soft which wasn’t especially comfortable and the noise from the beach was rather loud. For a five star hotel we felt breakfast could have been much better and at weekends run until a little later.

Everything was clean and the staff very friendly.
Between the fluctuation of asian influencers, that constantly are coming to the pool for a quick photo session, the pool itself was absolutly nice.
For europeans the breakfast was average and nothing special.
Loud music from the beachclub near the beach. One night they started playing music at 6 in the morning. Even on the 17th floor with closed windows the bass was banging like crazy.

Great location (3 mins walk to the beach, big supermarket and many restaurants nearby), accessible for Grab.

Great hotel, breakfast buffet had it all and the pool with that view is worth the stay alone. The rooms and beds were also 10/10. A really comfortable stay.

The Hotel is directly opposite to the Beach. We had a room with city view and it was very calm, which was absolutely perfect for us and we could sleep very well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good and had a Lot of variety. We can absolutely recommend the Radisson as a Good Place to stay in Da Nang and would stay there again.

The location was brilliant, and the room was spacious with excellent views excellent housekeeping. Good spa lovely pool friendly staff especially two who checked me in late and one who helped with baggage storage (Truc?). Liked being able to check out at 12 and still use pool

Great breakfast with a really nice selection of foods and drinks. We did not get bored of it the 8 nights we stayed. Employees always willing to help with both practical stuff but also recommondations and tips for a better trip in Danang.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und überzeugt mit seiner zeitgemäßen Ausstattung. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und haben eine ordentliche Größe, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bemüht ist, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und bietet eine große Auswahl. Lediglich die Auswahl an Käse- und Wurstwaren könnte noch etwas verbessert werden, um auch hier eine noch größere Vielfalt zu bieten.
Der Strand ist in nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet angenehme Liegen, die zu einem geringen Preis genutzt werden können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Getränke und Snacks am Strand ist ebenfalls angemessen, allerdings gehört dieser Bereich nicht zum Hotel, da das Hotel keinen eigenen Strand hat.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der verhältnismäßig kleine Pool des Hotels. Es gibt nur wenige Stühle und diese sind schnell vergriffen, sodass man sehr früh am Pool sein muss, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Es gibt lediglich zwei Liegen außerhalb des Poolbereichs und diese sind ebenfalls schnell belegt. Insgesamt gibt es eher Sitzgelegenheiten als Liegen, was den Komfort etwas einschränken kann. Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel bietet das Hotel insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Everything was great basically. We had a fantastic vacation in Danang. The hotel is well-located, though it's not in the city center, the dining options around are limited, but it's easy to reach by taxi (around 10-15 mins) to and from the city center.
The view is amazing, even with the partial sea view room. Room is clean and tidy. Elevator needs keycard to acess which is great. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options, both local, Asian, and western. The restaurant is wonderful with several vegetarian options.
The highlight for me would be the spa. We had a complimentary sauna for >3 nights of stay and I booked the massages twice - amazing experiences, very professional and of great quality. The massage rooms are sea front, which is another plus.
So in general it's really great for a relaxing vacation with family or friends or partner. The price for the room and other activities and services in the hotel is very reasonable.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Sehr schöner Pool und Sauna Bereich. Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und qualitativ sehr hochwertig.
An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Gerade das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Aber die Haare sind am 3 Tag noch vorhanden gewesen. Wundert mich bei den vorhandenen Hilfsmittel der Zimmerdamen nicht. Mit wischen schiebt man größtenteils nur von links nach rechts. Staubsauger wäre so ein Helferlein.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff
Though the bed was comfortable, all pillows were very thick and hard. Requested for a softer pillow, but the housekeeping staff could not provide any. Had to manage with folded towels. Did not expect such lack of basic amenities in a reputed 5* hotel.

Для отеля такого уровня и с такой ценой отвратительный сервис. Холодильник в номере ужасно вонял, что невозможно было открыть его. Номер почти за 100$ с видом на соседнюю стену и отсутствием какой-либо звукоизоляции, всю ночь было слышно проезжающий мимо транспорт. Вишенкой на торте оказались душевые тапочки, забирать нельзя и вам их выдают после кого-то, для меня это был шок. Для меня цена в 100$ оказалась абсолютно неоправданной для такого сервиса. Отель совершенно не стоит своей репутации и потраченных денег. Были в отелях сети Raddison в России совершенно другой уровень. Полное разочарование.

깔끔하고 루프탑 수영장이 있는 곳을 찾다 가격대가 나쁘지 않고 위치도 괜찮아 오션뷰 시티뷰 반반 룸으로 2박에 VND 3,204,360에 예약을 했습니다. 방 컨디션은 너무 좋았고 화이트 톤으로 되어 있어 더 넓고 깨끗해 보였고 창은 통유리로 되어있어 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 화장실 옆에 전신 거울도 설치 되어 있었으며 TV는 삼성 스마트 TV로 Kbs1,2, Mbc 채널도 있었고 Youtube도 시청 가능했습니다. Wifi는 비밀번호가 없이 바로 연결 가능했고 침대는 슈퍼싱글 침대 2개를 연결해 놓아 넓게 사용 가능 했습니다. 루프탑수영장은 오전 6시~ 오후 9시까지 이용 가능했고 물이 차갑다는 말이 있었지만 그렇게 차갑지는 않았고 다만 해변가이고 21층에 있다 보니 해가 호텔 뒤로 사라지고 그늘이 많아지면 바람이 많이 불어 좀 추웠습니다. 루프탑에 있는 Bar에서 음식을 시켜 먹진 않았고 500ml 물 한 병을 시켰는데 VND51,000으로 좀 많이 비쌌습니다. 직원들은 대체적으로 친절했으며 일 처리 속도는 빠르지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터는 3대로 고층까지 이동하는데 많이 기다리거나 하는 불편함이 없었고 방키가 있어야 로비에서 다른 곳으로 이동 가능하였습니다. 조식은 너무 많이 기대했던 건지 기대만큼 아주 다양하진 않았습니다. 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후 둘 다 짐을 맡기고 루프탑 수영장을 이용하였는데 방 키가 없으니 그때마다 직원들이 엘리베이터 버튼에 키를 대주었어야 했는데 귀찮은 내색 없이 다들 친절하게 해주었습니다.

We only stayed one night in Da Nang but the Radisson hotel was perfectly good. Our room was on the smaller side but really nice. The staff were super helpful with our travel arrangements. They booked us a Taxi driver who took us on a great tour over the Hai Van pass - well worth it if you're heading north and have the time. The rooftop bar has stunning views even if the pool looked a little small. The beach is huge and seems to be the main attraction in Da Nang. There's not that much else to do, and not much else near the hotel, but Taxis are cheap and easy to book on Grab to go to more lively areas.
Vegan options at breakfast could be better but this was pretty much on par with other hotels in Vietnam.

安心のサービス。リネンやベッドが清潔で快適。窓ガラスも汚れておらず、ビーチの景色が楽しめた。
バスルームに自分のシャンプー等を置く台がなく、とても不便。 エレベーターの台数が少なくてなかなか来ない！朝食はローカルフードが少なく、期待ほどでも。プライベートビーチはない。

Location is very good. Very near the beach which is olso nice. The city center is only a few minutes from the hotel.
Room was clean except that it smelled cigarette so we asked for an air purifier which they gladly need.
The staff were all very helpful especially Sarah. They made our tour easier by providing us with a van and very abled tour guides.
Will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

La résonance du bar d’en face musique à fond du soir jusqu’au matin je n’ai pas dormi on m’a proposé des bouchons d’oreille que ne supporte pas et puis je ne viens pas dans un hôtel pour mettre des bouchons d’oreille j’aurais du rester sur la réservation côté vue sur des bâtiments c’est eux qui l’un vendu du rêve

The staff was incredibly rude, they told me I look very tired, among others. This is by no means a 5 star hotel, horrible facilities, far away located, super basic and disgustingly dirty rooms, untrained staff, no real value for the money. The sea view rooms are just partial sea view!

It is more of a business hotel and we only stayed 1 night. We wouldn’t go back to Da Nang . An average hotel full of groups from China and Korea

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was good and so was the shower room. Great view of beach from the room. Well equipped gym. Easy access to beach. Good pool.
Most of the seating around the pool is in permanent shade, though we were always able to get a sunny one when we wanted (the locals tend to shun the sun). The entire pool area is in shade from around lunchtime on.

I stay always in Radisson
I booked a Deluxe room and on booking it wasnt said that the room was no view. Literally no view. Was another building facing my window. I felt i payed money for nothing. The staff didnt want to give me another room unless i pay upgrade. I payed upgrade to have a normal room and not a cage. After i payed upgrade, they gave me a conecting room and i could hear everything from my “neighbors “. I attach picture, maybe others not be scamed like me for deluxe room. In danang for the money i payed for one night in Raddisson ,i could stay easily at another 5 hotel stars , 2 nights. From the room you can hear all the traffic outside.

The international power point charger is very convenient! Breakfast is so much variety and tasty. The complimentary spa & infinity pool are enjoyable! The ocean view with sunrise is just fantastic! Staff service are friendly too!

The best part of the stay was the breakfast. It’s a great buffet with plenty of options- both European and Asian. The food was hot, freshly cooked and in abundance! Also, the room was quite spacious- with very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The location is nice - fairly close to the center, just opposite the beach.

The staff was very helpful and service-minded, truly five-star service all in all!
The surrounding area is not very developed yet - although the hotel is right next to the beach, but other than that there's not that much to see around the hotel.

Качественный ремонт.
Мы снимали улучшенный с видом на океан номер за 150$ в сутки. В номере не работал кондиционер, не на обогрев не на охлаждение. Он про был отключен. Пульт от телевизора был сломан. В самом номере было очень холодно. Нам отказали в ужине в 6 часов вечера, хотя было написано, что за доплату он возможен. Нас сообщили что сегодня ужина не будет. В 22:00 отель вымирает, закрывается крыша, бар, бассейн, делайте что хотите, зато в 8 утра пришла уборщица и начала очень громкую уборку соседних номеров не дав нам спать. В коридоре на полу она бросила чистые полотенца, постельное белье. Несмотря на то что на улице 25 градусов, вода в бассейне очень холодная, отсутствует его подогрев, думаю его просто выключили.

The card machines were not working. Faced a lot of trouble to close out this issue. For such a brand of hotel, the facilities available were limited and not of the expected quality. The hotel also quite strangely asked for a deposit apart from the room charges in case of damages which I felt was unnecessary even before any incident. The bathroom door did not have a locking mechanism which is not suitable for a family vacation. The food options available also were limited especially for vegetarians. Quite strange given that the hotel is a global brand. The room was also not as shown in the app as the balcony was just a door no seating space or place to stand. Just a namesake view. Room cards were issued without activation and the lifts are pretty narrow and pound noise of the lift when you get off at your floor.

Nice views
There are no local shops or markets within a 1 km walking radius of this hotel. This means it is necessary to take a grab taxi anywhere like a restaurant to get some food. But this is okay for two or three nights, but no more.

Very good room and room size, awesome location.
Worst and rude reception staff. No sitting space in balcony despite of mentioning it on the website.

A recepción gyorsan és szimpatikusan kommunikáltak és segítőkészek voltal. A medence korán nyitott és a személyzett ott is próbált segítőkész lenni. A reggeli jó volt nagyon.
A Spa-nak hívott valami egy 2 személyes szauna kabin egy öltözőben ahova előre be kell jelentkezni és az első félóra díjmenetes. Ilyet máshol nem tapasztaltam Vietnamnban. A szoba kilátása egy mellette lévő nem túl szép épületre nyílt. A klíma nem működött megfelelően. A bár túl korán zárt!
