Das Hotel war wirklich hervorragend! Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und bot eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Es gab nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

뷰는 미케비치뷰와 시티뷰 모두 최고입니다. 맛집도 가깝고 바닷가 산책하기에도 너무좋습니다. 직원분들의 서비스와 미소는 지금까지 다녀본 여러나라에서 단연 최고입니다. 특히 김헤민님의 친절로 호텔에 머무는 내내 편안하고 만족스러운 가족여행을 보낼수 있었고 마지막 샌딩서비스까지 다낭의 좋은 추억을 주셨습니다. 겨울에 친구들과 재방문 할겁니다!. 김혜민님 너무 감사하고 다음에 또 만나길 기대합니다~^*^

У меня был очень расслабляющий массаж! Обслуживание было отличным, атмосфера была уютной, и я ушел отдохнувшим. Однозначно рекомендую! Спасибо Ань за то, что ты такая добрая, гостеприимная и полезная! Я очень ценю ваше превосходное обслуживание и помощь.

Everything!!! The location was great because it just across the beach. Our room was large enough for 4 persons and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!

The location and that’s about it.
The bathroom had mould traces and our shower overflowed on multiple occasions. The staff were unprofessional. One of our bags was left at the hotel by the door staff, luckily I noticed and asked them to go back to collect. Overall the place seemed very dated and very average. I was surprised at all of the 5 star reviews. However when I sent staff a message regarding concerns they offered a 1 night refund in exchange for a 5 star review. Very untrustworthy, I would rather post an honest review than receive the refund.

Мой опыт в отеле "Росамия" был поистине замечательным. От теплого приветствия до превосходного обслуживания, всё заставило меня почувствовать себя ценным гостем.
Больше всего меня впечатлило исключительное гостеприимство и профессионализм всей команды. Особая благодарность Софии, менеджеру по работе с гостями, чья доброта, внимательность и теплое отношение отражают высокие стандарты этого отеля.
Честно говоря, Росамия дает мне ощущение пребывания в роскошном пятизвездочном отеле, при этом предлагая очень разумные цены. Качество обслуживания, гостеприимная атмосфера и искренняя забота о гостях выделяют этот отель.
Вы действительно чувствуете, что команда гордится своей работой и искренне хочет, чтобы гости провели незабываемое время. Такой уровень гостеприимства не встречается повсеместно, независимо от цены, которую вы платите.
Я хотел бы поблагодарить Софию и всю команду отеля Rosamia за то, что мое пребывание было таким приятным. Вы прекрасный пример того, какой должна быть превосходная гостеприимность!
Настоятельно рекомендуется всем, кто посещает Нанг и ценит качество, комфорт и первоклассный сервис. Я бы с удовольствием вернулся!

Fantastic stay. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel at home right away. It's a safe, reliable. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff especially Sofia, Grace and Tara from the front disc as well as Anh from the spa all were amazing.

Great location. Didn’t get there until after midnight and had to leave at 8am but staff are really nice! They ordered me a complementary car to the airport the next day.

У меня был очень отличный массажный опыт! Персонал был дружелюбным, профессиональным и очень услужливым. Массаж был расслабляющим и именно тем, что мне было нужно после долгого дня. Место было чистым, уютным и обладало успокаивающей атмосферой.

Amazing place to stay. Amazing customer service team and they have upgraded our room to Premier suite.
Also - they have organised free shuttle to and from airport.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Der Pool ist toll und das Personal sehr umsichtig. Habe sogar ein Upgrade auf vollen Meerblick bekommen, was super schön war.
Der Baulärm hält weiter an, ist aber gut aushaltbar.

Rosamia Da Nang is conveniently located on the beach front and in the middle of all the action. It has a spa, infinity pool and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and, family who were staying there with us, a birthday. Both days were celebrated for by the staff. A lovely touch :)
It can be a little noisy due to the construction works next to the hotel. But the hotel is great and can provide ear plugs if need be. The construction noise did not disturb us in our room at all.

Я выбрала массаж Росамия. Массаж на все тело с маслом, а также использовали горячие камни. Была небольшая растяжка тела. Девушка на ресепшене

Rosamia Hotel has a perfect location, right in front of the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb with an amazing sea view and the spa was excellent and very relaxing. Although there was a slight delay during check-in, the hotel kindly upgraded my booking, which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back with my family.

Отель прекрасный и тихий. Восход солнца из комнаты — приятный бонус. Чисто, хотя в комнате мебель была с плесенью, как и душ и стены.
В настоящее время на обеих сторонах этого отеля ведутся строительные работы, что делает невозможным насладиться бассейном на улице, но не так уж плохо, когда вы находитесь внутри наших номеров. Спа-процедура была потрясающей. Завтрак был чудесным. Персонал очень вежливый. Отличное место недалеко от пляжа и множество заведений.

посетили спа в данном отеле, нас встретила администратор Ван, очень внимательная девушка, все подробно рассказала! Ходили на массаж с камнями, мастер Тринь, очень сделала все аккуратно и остался только восторг и чувство легкости! Спасибо огромное девочкам! Посетим еще раз обязательно!

Отдыхали в данном отеле, посетили СПА, девочки очень внимательные, администратор Ван очень доброжелательная, все подсказала по услугам СПА, очень вежливая! Ходили на массаж с камнями, очень понравилось, мастер Ань, очень прочувствовала все точки, которые было необходимо проработать! Вернемся сюда еще раз обязательно! ♥️

Недавно прекрасно отдохнул в Rosamia в Дананге. Расположенный через дорогу от потрясающего пляжа, отель предлагает фантастический бассейн на 6-м уровне, отлично оборудованный для шведского стола с завтраком, а также ресторан/бар на крыше.
В комнате было безупречно чисто, кровати очень удобные, и открывался потрясающий вид на океан.
На обеих сторонах отеля ведутся строительные работы, но это не повлияло на наше пребывание.

The location was perfect! Right across the street from My Khe Beach. And nearby a ton of restaurants, cafes and shops. It was quite lively on the weekend.
The pool area was too tight. There weren't enough pool chairs to make usage of the pool enjoyable.

Сегодня посетили этот замечательный спа. Были уже на массажах в Дананге, но здесь массаж совсем другого уровня. Приятные комнаты, антураж, девочки массажистки никуда не торопятся, всё размеренно, четко делают, прорабатывая каждую точку. Отдельное спасибо администратору спа, прекрасной девушке Ван, которая поняла, что мы хотим и всё организовала. А в конце чудесный имбирный чай. От души рекомендую!

Flughafen Transfer wurde uns als gratis Service angeboten, ohne zu sagen, dass es zusammen mit anderen Gästen war, so dass wir verspätet losfuhren, weil wir auf die anderen warten mussten. Lange Wartezeiten für den Aufzug, Massenabfertigung, hohe Lautstärke am Pool, links und rechts laute Baukrähne.

Массаж здесь был по настоящему насыщенным и я ни чуть не пожалел потраченного времени, всем советую тут отдохнуть, отдельное спасибо девушке Van за стойкой за то что терпеливо ждала наше ломаное объяснение, и массажистке Anh за ее сильные руки!

Location was great but breakfast could improve as it was the same food every morning we were there and that was 5 days.

ロケーション、ロビー、部屋、スタッフさん、全てが最高でした。天井が高く、高級感のあるロビー、ロビーから見える青い海、1日の始まりに最適なロビーの作りでした。部屋も広くて天井が高く、窓も大きくて開放感がありました。バスルームも広く、シャワーが二つにトイレが三つあり、三人で旅行していたので有り難かったです。ベッドもふかふかで、枕の高さもちょうど良く上質な睡眠を取ることができました。朝食会場も広々としており、ビーチを見ながら、優雅に朝食をいただきました。朝食はバイキング形式で、品数も多く生野菜もフルーツも新鮮で美味しかったです。また、朝食会場で提供されるラテとコーヒーがあまりにも美味しくて驚きました。本格的なコーヒーでした。さらに、インフィニティプールも最高でした。プールから見る海の景色は圧巻でした。またダナンに行く時は絶対このホテルに泊まります。

毎日変わる朝ごはんが美味しい。Wi-Fi問題なし。
ビーチが目の前で歩いて5分。ホテル外にシャワーありで、ビーチに行った場合は足を洗ってからホテルに入れる。
チェックイン、荷物預かりスムーズ。
チェックアウトは部屋確認のため5分くらい時間がかかる。
ツアー紹介は適正価格。内容も満足できるもの。
無料で1日分のアフタヌーンティープレゼントあり。
空港周辺や、次のホテルまでの送迎あり(確か何キロ内などの制限がありました)
ホテルのプールも綺麗で、海を見ながら入れる。

Top Lage, direkt an vielen guten Beach Clubs und am Strand.
Rechts und Links Baustelle. Direkt vor und neben dem Hotel riecht man die Kanalisation. Als würde man im Abfluss stehen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Keines Falls 5 Sterne, auch nicht in Vietnam. Eher 3,5-4 Sterne. Das Personal ist freundlich bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen. Das selbe gilt für die Qualifikation. Leider gehört in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr dazu als nur freundliches Nicken. Das Essen geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber eher Kantinen Flair. Rooftop Bar habe ich nicht ganz verstanden, war Indisch und hatte den Anschein, dass es nicht zum Hotel gehört. Ab 21 uhr nichts los. Kartenzahlung war dort nicht möglich. Außenbereich Meistens sehr verdreckt durch die Raucher. Das Personal ist nicht hinterhergekommen die Aschenbecher zu leeren, bzw dachte sich, wieso überhaupt wenn es nach 30 Minuten wieder so ausschaut. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten erinnern eher an ein 3 Sterne Hotel mit massiven Flecken und 1-3 Brandlöchern je Stuhl. Ab 22/23 Uhr Sparmaßnahmen. Es wurden die Klimaanlagen in den Aufzügen ausgeschaltet, teilweise auch in den Fluren. Wenn man dann vom ersten in den 21 Stock musste, war man nach 3 Stops schon am schwitzen bei den Temperaturen und Menschenmassen.

Мы с супругой посетили Rosamia Spa в Дананге и это был лучший день релакса за всю поездку ❤️
С самого порога нас встретила атмосфера уюта и спокойствия. Отдельное спасибо девушке на ресепшене Ван - она такая внимательная и заботливая! Помогла выбрать программы, предложила чай и всё объяснила на идеальном английском с улыбкой. Благодаря ей мы сразу почувствовали себя как дома.
Массаж и спа-процедуры на высоте. Мастера очень деликатные, интерьер расслабляет, ароматы - просто сказка. Вышли обновлённые и счастливые.
Rosamia Spa 10/10. Обязательно вернёмся!

Die Lage ist super. Alles in Laufnähe. Es werden Handtücher für den Strand angeboten. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich.
Die Aufzüge brauchen manchmal etwas länger. Wenn man morgens zum Sonnenaufgang an den Strand gehen möchte, gibt es noch keine Strandtücher.

Отель находится в очень хорошем месте, прямо перед пляжем. Завтрак "шведский стол" был вкусным, и бассейн отлично подходит для фотографий и плавания. Работники приемной были очень внимательны и быстры, особенно офицер по связям с гостями Чу Ван Ань, который исключительно порадовал меня и мою семью.

Het hotel ligt fantastisch aan de baai en door de hoogte heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad is geniaal. De mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is super.
De gym stelt niet veel voor en is wat oud en niet heel schoon. Ook rondom het zwembad (wc's, vloer) vond ik het niet zo schoon. De kamer was heel muf en er was maar 1 haakje in de hele familiekamer voor alle handdoeken en natte zwemkleding. Het was een beetje kamperen.
De gym stelt niet veel voor en is wat oud en niet heel schoon. Ook rondom het zwembad (wc's, vloer) vond ik het niet zo schoon. De kamer was heel muf en er was maar 1 haakje in de hele familiekamer voor alle handdoeken en natte zwemkleding. Het was een beetje kamperen.

Hele fijne medewerkers ik heb helaas tijdens mijn vakantie een voedselvergiftiging opgelopen, maar het hotel heeft werkelijk waar ons tot in de nopjes ondersteund en geholpen! Top service!

Obwohl ich das Hotel gebucht und bezahlt habe, wurde beim Wilkommensgruß nur der Name meines Mannes vermerkt. Finde ich nicht so wertschätzend. Auch die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und im Café im 1. Stockwerk könnte besser sein. Wir warteten lange und es wurde uns auch kein Menu angeboten, erst auf Nachfrage wurden wir bedient. Bei einem 5. Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr. Ansonsten waren die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Отель хороший, персонал приветливыйдоброжелательный, питание разнообразно, вкусно! Но отельный гид по имени Айбек нас ввёл в заблуждение, экскурсий можно сказать (в прямом понимании этого слова нам не представили), взял с нас 60долл за корзины с фруктами и не денег не фруктов, и сказал, что мы не платили👍

the location is wonderful, 1-sec from the beach, you should do the jogging along the beach road. the Room was also perfect, beautiful ocean view with big tube, can't complain for sure.
the staff at the front didn't greet to me, no word of saying hello or welcome, he just got my passport and did the check-in process with dry mood. I'm not specifying the individual, but need to edu your staffs attitude, I was not happy at all. :(

We had a very nice stay at Rosamia Hotel Da Nang. The food was very good and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices every day. The staff was always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The hotel was also clean and well maintained.
The only negative point was the construction work at the hotel next door which could be noisy at night. However the hotel kindly provided earplugs for all guests. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture

Der Speisesaal hat Kantinencharakter und das Personal kam nicht hinterher um Ordnung zu schaffen bzw es sauber zu halten. Am Poolbereich gab es nur 5-6 Liegen zudem konnte man aufgrund von Baulärm dort auch nicht liegen. (Links und rechts vom Hotel entstehen zwei neue Hotels.)

Отель неплохой. Чисто, вкусно кормят. Очень хочу предостеречь от покупки экскурсий у отельных гидов, если не хотите испортить себе отпуск. Не увидите половину обещанного, гиды словно немые,не знают о Вьетнаме ничего. Оплатили корзину фруктов, которую дожны отдать при посадке, в итоге не предоставили. Знакомые брали экскурсию на улице, очень отличались от наших, за значительно меньшую сумму. Будьте осторожны, пря обман.

Доброжелательный, заботливый персонал. Очень понравился сервис. За время проживание просили одолжить утюг, нам сразу принесли и вместе с гладильной доской и до конца отдыха с нами была.
Спа комплекс также очень хороший, большой достаточно, много услуг предлагается, также скидка свои постоянным гостям. Спасибо управляющей спа Van☺️

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We didnt hear any noise from adjoining rooms or much from outside as we were on the higher floors due to an upgrade as there is construction on both sides of the hotel. We had the afternoon tea included in our room price which was delicious.
The breakfast was the only criticism we had about this hotel stay. If you like a western type breakfast you will be very dissapointed. The food is directed to the local Asian tastes. Bacon and sausages were only available on a few of the days we were there. There was no orange, pineapple or apple juice available only unusual juices or water. You could order eggs as you like them and there was cereal, toast and cakes for the western taste buds.

I like the hotel close proximity to My Khe beach. Most important, there is a staff named Tara who really took good care of my family and I when we were staying at the hotel. She was extremely attentive in serving us during our breakfast requirements and she handled pour check-out well with excellent arrangement of our airport transfer despite my family being 15min late to our scheduled transfer time.
The hotel room chambermaid has over controlled on our hotel amenities with only one set of shampoo/bath lotion given per day despite there were 5 of us.

The staff are not friendly only 1 receptionist and 1 doorman was mostly everyone else wasn’t. The housekeeper staff had no customer service or manners and rolled her eyes at me, the breakfast staff was not friendly at all as well as few other staff that gave dirty looks.

Хороший отель, шикарный завтрак ( арбузы, маракуйя и много других фруктов, блюда разных кухонь мира, кофе официант приносит) обслуживание на высоком уровне. Бесплатно сделали нам апгрэйд номера с боковым видом на море, звукоизоляция хорошая, я спала прекрасно даже без магния. На последнем этаже прекрасный индийский ресторан. Все со рудники отзывчивые, особенно Grace всегда рада помочь. В номере чисто, полотенца каждый день меняют. Стройки вокруг есть, но они никак не мешали отдыху. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще!

Nothing to fault with the hotel except there was building work going on, on either side of the hotel, we were not effected with noise because we were on the 17th floor but the crane moving around was distracting the times we were in the room.We were given ear plugs and a complimentary 30% discount card to be used for food and drinks for the inconvenience.

Very good customer service especially the front office and porterage service.
Smoking area at the entry to lobby needs to be cleaned more often especially during the early morning. Staff at breakfast are a bit one paced need to clear tables faster where people are sitting at them.

There is noisy construction site just one meter from your window. Constant noise from like 8 in the morning Breakfast has huge variety but very low quality The elevators are not enough during the peak hours The staff was not cleaning the common spaces properly nor being trained on 5* level The whole hotel is 3* max don’t book if you are sensitive to noise It’s mainly used for Indian and Chinese tour groups

Des travaux était présent à côté de l'hôtel, une vue sur une grue de la chambre. La "partial sea view" est vraiment partielle et actuellement il y a juste les travaux après les travaux il y aura un gratte-ciel donc vraiment appeler ça "sea view" c'est trompeur. Enfin les travaux génèré beaucoup de bruit ce qui fait que ce n'était pas comfortable. Enfin il n'y a pas d'endroit pour étendre les serviettes et pour un hôtel 5 étoile je m'attendais à ce qu'il fournissent des serviettes pour la plage qui est juste en face. Pour le prix ça ne vaut pas le coup pour moi.

We enjoyed our 3 days stay at Rosamia Hotel. It is situated in front of the beach, many restaurants nearby, there is an atm machine on the side of the hotel, breakfast is excellent and their spa/massage service is the best.

Сегодня мы с мужем делали массаж лица. Мы позвонили в последнюю минуту, и Ван был очень профессионален и смог разместить нас. Психотерапевты были очень хорошими и профессиональными.

Aan 1 kant van het hotel zijn bouwwerkzaamheden. We hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een mooie, stille oceanview kamer.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en de meesten spreken goed Engels.
We zijn na 3 weken in Vietnam geen vriendelijkere en bekwamere receptionist tegengekomen dan de heer Vu.
Het ontbijtbuffet is erg goed.
De gym heeft genoeg barbells en dumbbells, maar nauwelijks machines.

Rendkívül kedvesek voltak a munkatársak, különösen Athina. Számos extra ajándékkal kedveskedtek, délutáni teát ajándékoztak számunkra, a reggeli óriási választékban állt rendelkezésre, a spa részlegben még szauna is rendelkezésre áll. Minden nap takarították a szobát, cserélték a törölközőket.😊

The staff were amazing. Proper 5 star treatment from the moment you arrive. In particular Anh Chu who was so helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English.
The staff didn't know how to operate the sauna properly. They said it would only take 10 minutes to heat up which I thought sounded extremely optimistic and sure enough it only got up to 60'c in that time. I tried it again the next day after leaving it more like 40 minutes and it was still only just 70'c and the staff member even came over and said they had to turn it down. Also the back of the sauna was pretty dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Wouldn't recommend if your deciding factor is having a good sauna. The views from the pool were pretty sick but it is mostly in the shade.

対応がとても親切で良かった。
シービューを希望していたが、最初に借りた部屋がシティービューだった。しかし、ホテル側からシービューの部屋に移動することを提案していただき、希望に沿った対応でまた利用したいと思った。
アフターヌーンティーも豪華で美味しかった。
朝食はバイキングで、食べ物を取りに行っている間にご飯が下げられていたことが残念だった。しかし、スタッフが間違えて片付けてしまった食べ物を内容は違ったけど取りに行ってくれた。

Really like the stuff and attention to detail from them. They really took care of us and all our requests. Many thanks to Athena that made our stay a delight, helping us with contacting a laundry service, checking wether we could change rooms during our stay and even made us feel extra special since she remembered our morning coffee order. Excellent stuff, made our stay feel so unique.
We tried the afternoon tea, and maybe we got unlucky, but the selection wasn't anything special and our fried chicken was uncooked. They apologised and replaced it though. The cocktails in the pool bar were very average, nothing special.

Zimmer im 23. Stock neben der Präsidenten Suite hatte phantastischen Ausblick. Grosser Pool. Freier Airport - oder Busbahnhof Shuttle.

Сам отель хорош, красивый лобби с дорогой мебелью, большой номер, чисто, рядом хорошее море, удобный красивый бассейн и детская комната , фитнес . Не идеально , по вьетнамским меркам -нормально. В номере ждал фруктовый комплимент, завтрака вкусные, приятные. Приветственная открытка. Стандарты отеля 5 звезд были выдержаны. Дают полотенца для пляжа, своего частного пляжа нет, но на городском нормально.
В целом мы захотели вернуться , но!!
«Звоночек прозвенел», когда нас не заселили вовремя , говорили, что готовят номер, когда мы вернулись спустя 2 часа, нас тоже продолжали ждать, хотя мы порочили только положить вещи и уехать на экскурсию. Самый треш начался, когда за выезд на час позже , по причине, что мы ждали их предложение о продлении, и оно нас не устроило, они начали требовать больше половины стоимости от букинга цены. И делали это навязчиво весь обед и день. Автобус наш был вечером и мы оставили вещи и часть времени были в отеле. Решили воспользоваться услугой заселения - чай и десерты. С ней так же не все хорошо обстояло. В результате они не взяли денег , но с 15-22.00 трепали нервы состояние настроение были сильно испорчены. Плюс вид на океан был боковой - и в больше степени на кран строительный - прямо перед окном.

The location very closed to the beach
The price is a bit on the higher side and everything is chargeable, even the plain water in the freezer is chargeable. Luckily one of the staff waive the charge, because we drank the water by mistake. Thanks to the staff

延泊を決めるほど、素敵なホテルでした。窓からの眺めが最高で、水平線からの日の出をお部屋から拝めます。スタッフ皆さんの対応も丁寧です。手入れも行き届いていて、お風呂も広く、ベッドも快適。朝食ビュッフェも最高でした。

Hotel polozony przy samej plazy ktora jest chyba jedna z lepszych jakie mialem okazje zoabczyc w Wietnamie. Zaluje ze tak krotko tam bylem, spokojnie przedluzylbym pobyt o 1-2 dni. Pomocny personel (Guest Relation Officer - Phan Thi Kim Thoa) zorganizowal nam darmowy transport z hotelu na dworzec kolejowy.
Za dnia troche glosno z pobliskiej budowy, ale nie przeszkadza to za bardzo jak sie jest caly dzien poza hotelem.

まずはAthenaさんをはじめ、フロントスタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧なご対応で、英語の拙い私でも、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！
お部屋からの海の景色も最高です。ビーチにもすぐに遊びに行けます。内装もホテル掲載の写真通り素敵です。また朝ごはんがとても充実しています。お部屋にウェルカムフルーツも用意されていたり、本格的なアフタヌーンティーサービスもあり、リゾート気分を満喫できます。当初は2泊の予定でしたが、あまりに良かったので延泊しました。
なにもありません。他のホテルでは時間帯によって、お湯がぬるかったり、浴槽の排水をするとバスルームから漏れてきたりというトラブルがありましたが、ここは全く問題なかったです。Wi-Fiも問題ないです。

Я наслаждалась массажем в Rosamia Spa. Секретарь Тринь была очень радушной и доброй. Нас встретили чаем и хорошей атмосферой.

Nous avions demandé une chambre calme, alors lorsque nous avons remarqué qu'il y avait des travaux sur l'une des ailes, l'hôtesse de l'accueil nous a gentiment proposé une suite (un upgrade!) avec vue sur la ville. C'était vraiment super, très grande suite super confortable. Franchement, j'ai adoré. L'emplacement est vraiment super, dans un quartier plutôt animé avec pas mal de restaurants et en face de la plage. Question propreté et équipements, franchement rien à dire. Le SPA était vraiment super aussi.
Le sauna libre d'accès mériterait vraiment un rafraîchissement. La température ne parvient pas à monter parce qu'il y a une ouverture béante derrière et l'intérieur était sale. Il est aussi bizarrement installé, dans un lieu de passage, donc c'est super bof.

We booked 4 rooms for short family holiday from 29/22/2025 to 02/01/2026. The hotel is aging but it has been renovated, hence room are spaces, beds are comfortable and clean. Location is good, a lot of restaurants, cafe, nail salon, supermarket, souvenir shop, pharmacy, 24hrs shop and opposite the beach. Although crossing the road to beach is a challenge if you are 1st time to Vietnam. We stay up 22 floors with2 rooms with seaview and 2 rooms with beautiful view. City view rooms are a bit noisy from the pool bar next door hotel. If using are light sleepers, I suggest booking seaciew room to avoid party noise.

The hotel was beautiful right in the front of the beach with gym, pool and a lovely service. My partner and I were impressed by Ann’s service! Always giving us the best options of places to go in Da Nang! Breakfast was amazing and the room was flawless! We felt like the whole staff was always giving us some attention and making sure we were happy there!
Nothing to do with the hotel but next time, we are going there in the dry season instead of wet one 😂

다이어트가 어려우시면 아침식사 강추입니다.
위치가 매우 좋았고
시설은 2018년 완공이라는게 믿기질 않아요.
직원분들 지쳐 보임에도 불구 매우 친절하십니다.
경기도 다낭이 아니라 외국에 온 것 같은 분위기도 좋았고, 호텔 시설들 전부 여유롭게 사용가능합니다. 수영장, 피트니스...나홀로 이용가능.

Very nice location with a great ocean view! Room are big and matrice is cozy.
- breakfast is one of the worst i ever had - the spa is a joke, sauna is 1 square meter, with a door that wont close. Pool is open so if it rains or is cold outside its useless. -

Персонал был невероятно теплым и внимательным, всегда готовым помочь с улыбкой. В ресторане In-house подают вкусные свежие морепродукты и разнообразные местные блюда, все прекрасно представлены. Мне также нравилось проводить время в бассейне бесконечности с видом на море — мне казалось, что это кусок рая.

Любил останавливаться в отеле "Росамия". Номер был большим , вид на пляж был потрясающим и персонал был супер дружелюбным и хорошим. Хорошее гостеприимство по отелям. This hotel needs more credit because it’s a beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean ,spacious and the location is perfect. I have been at other 5 stars reviews in Da Nang but that one is on top of my list for sure . I would comeback here!!

Great location opposite the beach & the buffet breakfast was amazing! I also loved how spacious room was.
The beds were fine, but not as comfortable as I’d expect from a 5 star hotel. We had arranged an airport transfer for 1pm and were advised at reception that a late checkout until then would be fine. However, at 12:20pm we received a call to our room saying we should have checked out at 12pm, which left us feeling rushed despite the earlier confirmation. I also accidentally left a couple of skincare products in the room and contacted the hotel the following day. A staff member - Kevin, assured me they would follow up, but after two days and multiple messages, I have yet to receive a response.

У меня был совершенно замечательный отпуск, и одним из самых ярких моментов было посещение спа. С самого начала все было организовано идеально — теплый прием, профессиональный персонал, расслабляющая атмосфера и высокий уровень сервиса. СПА-процедуры были просто потрясающими: Я чувствовала себя полностью омоложенной, расслабленной и полной новой энергии. Продуманы все детали, от успокаивающей музыки до приятных ароматов и уютной обстановки. Терапевты были внимательны и по-настоящему искусны, что сделало впечатления незабываемыми. 😍😍😍😍😍

早朝のチェックアウトに朝食のお弁当を手配してくれ、空港への送迎もスムーズでした。朝食のバイキングは日によってメニューの変更があり、郷土料理も楽しめました。スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても気配りがされていて、もっと滞在していたかったです。

Нам с женой очень понравилось пребывание в Розамии в Нанге. Легко ходить через дорогу к пляжу, будь осторожен... но ты привыкнешь.
Номер был очень хорошим, и завтрак действительно хороший.
Большая отдача от потраченных здесь денег. Думаю, что на этой полосе будет большая конкуренция между высококлассными отелями. Надеюсь, они продолжат игру.

The hotel offers the expected comfort of a 5-star property, though not quite on par with major international luxury brands, it still provides a comfortable and respectful environment for guests. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible, and helpful, always willing to adapt to guest needs and provide useful advice, which greatly enhanced our stay. Breakfast was excellent varied, abundant, and delicious, with a particularly notable egg and soup station, although service there was a bit slow. especially for poached eggs. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable with everything working well, maintaining a high standard of guest comfort.
I will try to be critical because, as a 5-star hotel, I expect more attention to detail and service, not just positive praise: - The reception area felt chaotic, and the decor was somewhat kitschy, which detracts from the otherwise upscale feel expected in a 5-star hotel. - Despite they promised an early check-in at noon via the Genius program, we only received our room two hour later than promised, which was disappointing. - Zero soundproofing, even on the 22nd floor, street noise, hallway sounds, and noises from adjacent rooms were clearly audible, which is unacceptable for a 5-star standard. - There were cleanliness concerns in the bathroom, where one area went uncleaned for several days, although the rest of the room was satisfactorily maintained. - On one afternoon, we waited about 30 minutes for the elevator to travel from the 6th floor to our room due to overcrowding and slow lift service, making access frustrating. - Despite being beachfront, the hotel does not provide beach towels or facilities for beach use; towels are only available at the pool. When requesting a beach towel, we were advised to use bath towels from the room, which was inappropriate, and ultimately had to purchase a towel locally.
I will try to be critical because, as a 5-star hotel, I expect more attention to detail and service, not just positive praise: - The reception area felt chaotic, and the decor was somewhat kitschy, which detracts from the otherwise upscale feel expected in a 5-star hotel. - Despite they promised an early check-in at noon via the Genius program, we only received our room two hour later than promised, which was disappointing. - Zero soundproofing, even on the 22nd floor, street noise, hallway sounds, and noises from adjacent rooms were clearly audible, which is unacceptable for a 5-star standard. - There were cleanliness concerns in the bathroom, where one area went uncleaned for several days, although the rest of the room was satisfactorily maintained. - On one afternoon, we waited about 30 minutes for the elevator to travel from the 6th floor to our room due to overcrowding and slow lift service, making access frustrating. - Despite being beachfront, the hotel does not provide beach towels or facilities for beach use; towels are only available at the pool. When requesting a beach towel, we were advised to use bath towels from the room, which was inappropriate, and ultimately had to purchase a towel locally.

Понравилось все: и завтрак и уборка, и расположение пляжа. Единственный момент - в подарок дали послеобеденный чай со сладостями, но нас было 5 человек, а за соседним столиком такой же стол накрыли для 2-х. Не учли количество людей почему -то...

Разнообразный и вкусный завтрак, большой выбор горячих блюд, салата и фруктов. Можно добавить сэндвичи с курицей для детей. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, если есть вопросы.
Отличный бассейн с саунами. Рядом с отелем очень много улочек с ресторанами и массажными салонами.

2日前に妻の誕生日をサプライズで祝いたいと予算を伝え、ケーキとシャンパンをお願いしたら、飾り付けまでしてくれ、いい旅の始まりとなりました。
ビーチは目の前なので身軽で行くことができ、中心地は少し遠いですが、徒歩で行くことも可能。
子連れのファミリーが多いので、自分たちがあまり気を使わずに済むところもよかったです。

У меня было невероятное пребывание в этом отеле! С самого начала сотрудники поразили меня своей выдающейся службой – всегда внимательным, доброжелательным и готовым помочь со всем, что мне нужно.
Номера были абсолютно красивыми – стильными, безупречно чистыми и очень удобными. Особенно мне понравился современный дизайн и уютная атмосфера.
Одна из лучших вещей в этом отеле - его расположение прямо у моря. Просыпаться от звуков волн и иметь пляж всего в нескольких шагах было поистине незабываемо. Это также удобно недалеко от центра города, магазинов и ресторанов, что позволяет легко наслаждаться как отдыхом, так и местными достопримечательностями.
В целом, этот отель превзошел мои ожидания во всех отношениях. С его превосходным обслуживанием, потрясающими номерами и идеальным расположением на море, я бы с удовольствием остановился здесь снова и настоятельно рекомендую его другим!

The staff were very helpful in rearranging my dates for me. I booked the wrong dates as I had pre booked for my daughters 50th birthday. Очень удобное расположение на первой линии пляжа Майкхе. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество, отель бесплатно повысил категорию номера и на букинге сделал спец предложение, благодаря которому номер стоил фактически в 2 раза дешевле, чем на стойке ресепшен. Очень разнообразный завтрак, внимательное отношение персонала, каждое утро готовили нам вкусный капучино. В пешей доступности улицы с ресторанчиками, кафе, выгодным обменом валюты.
По утрам шумновато. Много китайцев, которые встают в 5 утра и хлопают дверьми, сложно выспаться.

Это была идеальная тройка - ночлег каждый момент от прибытия до отъезда. Это была семейная поездка, и я забронировал два номера для 6 из нас, и команда стойки регистрации предусмотрительно предложила мне смежные номера с соединительной дверью. Я был бы признателен, если бы эти две комнаты были только близко друг к другу на одном этаже, но они действительно прошли дополнительные мили. Благодаря моему чеку, агент Тоа.
У номера был отличный вид на океан прямо через дорогу. Мне очень понравился не только панорамный пляж My An, но и экзотическая вьетнамская атмосфера, которую улица дарила мне в окно. Номера были чистыми и хорошо обслуживались - - их официальные фотографии достоверны! Необходимые удобства в ванной комнате и бесплатная бутилированная вода, полностью обеспеченная каждый день.
Я особенно благодарю и выражаю благодарность QUYNH на стойке регистрации, который помог мне найти мой мобильный телефон, который я оставил в кабине. Она быстро помогла связаться с таксистом через Граб и очень скоро заставила его вернуть мой телефон в отель. Куин и дама в очках для глаз - - я не поймал ее имени=) - и другие сотрудники-мужчины, работавшие в тот вечер, все любезно отнеслись к моему вопросу и оказали искреннюю помощь до конца.
Расположение отеля - лучшее. Он окружен оживленными улицами ресторанов, массажа и различных магазинов, чтобы вы могли получить все необходимое как турист просто пешком.
Завтрак "шведский стол" был хорошим. Выбор продуктов питания был широким при надлежащем сочетании вьетнамской еды и кофе. Мне бы больше понравилось, если бы у тебя была сэндвич-секция Бан Ми.
По дороге в отеле предложили высадку - отключен рейс в аэропорт. Очень удобная поездка для 6 из нас с большим багажом.
Отличный опыт работы в "Розамиа Нанг" заставил нас любить город больше. Если вернусь, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова. Всем поднять палец!

Действительно удивительно, что для 5-звездочного отеля, который имеет иностранных гостей, администраторы действительно с трудом говорят и понимают английский.

Good hotel opposite the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Wide variety of breakfast, mainly for the Asian community. Reception staff when we checked in allowed us to check out at 2pm. Bana hills 40min taxi ride. Coconut forest 30 min taxi ride. Overall excellent stay. .
Was charged For a broken glass! Afternoon tea was disappointing not the same as in pictures, just 2 fried rolls and some cakes. On route to airport the free taxi ride. Driver dropped us to the wrong terminal, clear instructions were given to drop at terminal 1. We had to drag our luggage 10 mins to the correct terminal

Lots of great things about this hotel. The location is awesome as it is exactly beachfront. Walk across the road and you're there. The breakfast also has so much variety that even the fussiest person to bound to find something. The staff were very accommodating and always asked us whether we wanted tea or coffee (other than what was already available). The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I had on a whole trip. On our last day, because we left very early in the morning (4am), they made up a breakfast pack for us and provided free transport to the airport.
The hotel itself is very, very dated, as are the rooms, and not really what I would've expected from a 5-star hotel. The shower head was so weird I had to hold it or opt for the rain shower head. The staff failed to provide us with additional soap and shampoo after the original tiny bottles got used up, even though we were there for 5 nights. And the coffee satchels provided were for one person only. Again, not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. The pool water temperature was extremely cold so we didn't bother using it.

Breakfast good, all facilities good, sky bar and location great. All Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were excellent and so helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Мы останавливались здесь три дня и в итоге продлили наше пребывание до шести дней. Это главное во всем, и персонал был за пределами уступчивости. Варианты кроватей идеально подходят для проживания нашей семьи во Вьетнаме. Обслуживание номеров было доступно 24 / 24, что было замечательно, потому что мы не всегда хотели покинуть номер.

The pool area, breakfast buffet, was nice.
The staff at reception not that friendly but staff at breakfast, was very helpful. The cleaning service are very, very bad in our rooms. The bathroom had mould, I didn't feel comfortable using hand shower as it needed a good cleaning. Staff will just pull bed sheets straight , scatter cushions get just thrown back and even layed on the bedside table. I found cake crumbs of cake we had 2days ago. It made our 7day stay in our room unpleasant. Luckily, we were out on trips everyday and came back late.

非常美妙的飯店，入住有迎賓水果，續住還有小點心，小地方很注重，非常貼心。下午有免費下午茶，可以選擇地點享用，我們選擇在天空酒吧，看著海景吃下午茶，很享受。跨年夜還有放煙火秀，天空酒吧有請DJ放音樂超級嗨，酒吧不喝酒竟也有咖啡可以點，價格真的很平實，還有送每桌一包仙女棒，處處可以感受飯店的用心。房間就可以看到海景，如果天氣好一定非常的美。。。，飯店游泳池是半露天的，很乾淨。

Отличное расположение, всего в нескольких шагах от пляжа. Мы прибыли рано и были встречены приветственным напитком и получили регистрацию рано. Удивительный вид на океан из наших номеров и из бассейна. Номера чистые и аккуратные, мы очень довольны своим опытом в Росамии и вернемся в следующий раз.

Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand (15 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Hotelshuttel vom Flughafen), Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers mit Meeresblick, sehr freundliches Personal, abwechslungsreiches und großes Frühstücksbüffet, hervorragender Cappuccino 😁, Wellnessbereich ist sehr zu empfehlen, Pool mit Ausblick zum Meer und schöne Rooftopbar, in Fussnähe große Auswahl an Restaurants. Restaurants direkt am Strand lieber meiden, Priesleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht - viel zu teuer, lieber Restaurants in den Nebenstraßen besuchen,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was overall very happy with my experience. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star establishment, but it felt more like a 4-star in some aspects. However, the quality of service from the staff was definitely 5-star plus!
-Location: The location was fantastic. We had a direct sea view from our room window, which was breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to restaurants and shops, and just across the road from the beach, which had all the facilities you could need (bars, toilets, showers).
- Room: Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
- Service: The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
- Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices from different Asian cuisines, including Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean, as well as Western-style options.
- Airport Transfer: The room booking included one airport transfer, and we chose the airport drop-off. This service was extremely convenient.
-Bonus: We were offered the afternoon tea as a gift from the hotel, and we really enjoyed it.
- Overall: This hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again

미케비치 바로 앞이고 맛집이 많이 모여있는 골목과 가까워 이용하기 편했습니다. 스파를 오전시간에 50프로 할인으로 이용할 수 있었어요.
조식이 기대 이하였습니다. 이번 여행에서 3군데 호텔 이용했는데 제일 별로였어요. 음식 종류는 다양해 보였으나 실제로 먹을게 많진 않은 .. 그라고 북킹닷컴 에서는 이른체크인과 늦은 체크아웃이 가능하다고 명시되어 있었음에도 불구하고 체크인에 1시간 넘게 기다려야 했고., 12시에 체크아웃 해 달라는 콜을 받고 황당했습니다. 에용에 주의가 필요합니다. 항의를 했더니 호텔 규정은 2시 체크아웃이고 다음 예약 손님이 없을 경우에만 2시 까지 가능하다는 답변에 더 황당했네요. 잘못된 정보를 기재한게 맞다면 오해가 없게 정정을 해야할 부분입니다. 단체 관광객이 많이 받아서인지 조금 시끄러웠습니다.

Второе пребывание за 2 года и не разочаровал 1 улицу в 2022 и сейчас. На этот раз мы дали вам есть вкусняшку и получили доступ в привилегированный салон. Потрясающе. Сервис такой полезный, особенно Навоз в консьержке. Мы будем возвращаться снова и снова.

Прямо через дорогу от пляжа, очень хороший завтрак в отеле шведский стол, внимательный персонал, и высший - обслуживание.
Номер просторный, большая ванная комната, вид на пляж. Удобства были ухоженными, хороший бассейн, вар на крыше и тренажерный зал.
Придет сюда снова.

This is a 5-star hotel with an affordable price, very well located in front of the beach in Da Nang. We took the family room, which was big enough, comfortable, clean and had e nice ocean view! We had a complimentary tea at the pool upon arrival, which was very nice and tasty. The pool, by the way, is fantastic, with an ocean view, warm water and great for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, full of great options and also the restaurant for dinner and lunch offered great food! We were very please with that place, since the location allowed us to enjoy the beach and the costal sidewalk during the day and night, always feeling safe and happy to be there!

Amazing location, stunning hotel and facilities great
Had room on 23rd floor (1 below sky bar) and view was breathtaking of the beach
All staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you, opening door upon arrival and exit etc and always with a smile
Buffet breakfast was brilliant, variety of both western and Vietnamese options and very tasty

First of all, the location is perfect. Its directly on the beach front with beautiful views.
The room itself is just as the pictures suggest where everything lived up to our high expectations. Furthermore the staff really made the visit special, they went above and beyond for us at every occasion making the experience truly 5 star.
I came with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday and had let the staff know in a message just to be cheeky and see if they'd do anything for it. They absolutely did. At the check-in desk, they wished her a happy birthday and upgraded our room to a full ocean view which was amazing. On her birthday the following day they came to our room (at a time they had arranged with me) to bring her a birthday cake which I will add a photo of. It's a little detail, but it really topped off the experience for us.
The swimming pool was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was a vast buffet with countless choices (and changed options each day), and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lot of fun.
10/10 experience and at a great price. When choosing which fancy hotel to stay with in the area, we felt there were a lot of choices that look similar on paper. If you're in the same position, then choose this hotel. We had a great time, and so will you.

Very close to the beach. The crosswalk is right opposite the hotel, so it's never been stressful for my parents to cross the road. The breakfast options were exceptionally good. The staff and the service in general were excellent. Communication from the reception was efficient.

Location was excellent, being right in front of the beach means you can take a very romantic stroll out at the beach at any time you want. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, big and spacious.

Die Lage des Hotel ist nahe am Strand, nur über die Straße gehen. Sehr schönes Hotel und Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem ist hervorzuheben die Professionelle Service und freundliche Aufmerksamkeit im Restaurant von Herr Ngo Duc Cuong. In der Umgebung hat man viele Restaurants, wo man gutes vietnamesisch Speisen bekommen kann.

Second time staying here. Lovely room. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been upgraded to a partial sea view, but this upgrade would not include the complimentary afternoon tea. I explained that this was not what I had booked, as my reservation on Booking.com clearly included afternoon tea, regardless of whether the room had a sea view or city view. To receive the complimentary afternoon tea, I was asked to leave a 10-star rating on TripAdvisor before even staying. While the hospitality upon arrival was warm, the service in the restaurant could be improved. The staff wasn't as attentive, and I believe there’s room for improvement, especially in assisting single travelers with kids or toddlers. It was challenging to get food while keeping an eye on my toddler, and additional support in this area would be appreciated. Additionally, I would have appreciated if the coffee hadn't been unplugged at the wall by 9:30 a.m., as it ended up being cold. Чистый и удобный номер. Легко взаимодействовать с большинством сотрудников отеля, некоторый языковой барьер, потому что достаточно смешно, я попросил небольшой бар мыла, но человек, обслуживающий номер, передал полный набор туалетных принадлежностей, КРОМЕ бара мыла ха-ха-ха
Если вам нужно перекусить около 21:00 - 22:00, рекомендую достать круассан в кафе "Ирис" в холле. Неплохо для круассана в лобби отеля.
Также отель должен сообщить людям, дежурящим на станции яиц для завтрака, это нормально для кого-то заказать сразу 3 омлета на завтрак. Первая пара поваров была удивлена, но нормально отнеслась к заказу, затем в последний день повар отказался от моего заказа. Это не настоящая проблема, но я просто был поражен.

Отлично. Это наше второе пребывание здесь, очень теплое приветствие от персонала, который выходит за рамки, чтобы удовлетворить ваши потребности. Отличное расположение прямо на пляже, включает послеобеденный чай, и я бы рекомендовал, если вы останавливаетесь в Нанге.

Everything! When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade and we got our room before checkin time. The staff is very helpful. The location is great, the pool, skybar and breakfast are wonderful. We also very much loved Danang, what a great city!

Best part was the free tea set! Nice pool. Convenient to the beach. Can get YouTube to make up for not many English channels.
Staff is good but with low English ability. Kitchen confused our our (for items #15 and #16) and instead sent the order to room 1516. Very few English TV channels.

Todo. El hotel es brutal. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y nos dieron una pasada de habitación familiar con salón. La piscina fabulosa. Al no estar en el último piso, a pleno sol, el agua se mantenía a una temperatura perfecta. El desayuno era tan abundante y variado que parecía el buffet libre de la comida. Para llegar a la playa sólo tienes que cruzar la calle.

Отличное расположение в Нанге
Персонал был очень дружелюбным.
Очень понравился бассейн и скай-бар.
Номера безупречны, как и отель.
Определенно остановился бы здесь снова 10/10
Прямо напротив отеля есть два хороших пляжных бара: Paridise bar и Maia bar.

Это был наш первый день в Розамии, Данаг.
Супер дружелюбный и услужливый персонал. Господин Винь радушно повысил нас до прекрасной категории. Обязательно посетите и остановитесь в отеле. Не было потрачено времени на предоставление номеров, а также нас встретили отличным чаем и улыбкой.

Я вполне доволен услугами отеля; В ресторане предлагается широкий выбор восхитительных блюд, номера красивые и ухоженные, персонал веселый и добрый, охрана достаточная, а сам отель прекрасно расположен рядом с пляжем и имеет бассейн. великолепен и предлагает множество живописных мест и виртуальных фотосессий. Очень доволен, расскажу об этом друзьям и родственникам.

There is a one way transfer to airport for our last day which was really nice.
The hotel is just right in front of the bench which offer a fantastic sea view but not sure if it’s the window sound proof we can hear the party and traffic traveling up level 22.

Perfect location. Fantastic view. We visited the spa every day.
The beach is just across the street. Nice and clean sandy beach
We body surfed.
Sunbed and parasoll for hire.
Nice walk on the not so lively beach.
We spent 6 days at this hotel. The breakfast has lots of "European options as well"
Very friendly staff.
Vietnam is a lot of value for money.

Фантастический отель, завтрак и спа
Мы остановились на 6 ночей в трехместном номере «Премьер» с видом на океан на 22 этаже.
Очень дружелюбный персонал. Очень хорошее расположение, океан прямо через дорогу.
Мы также воспользовались услугой встречи в аэропорту.
На завтрак также есть «европейские» блюда. Хороший и вкусный завтрак.
Мы заказывали массаж каждый день. Действительно хорошее соотношение цены и качества.
Хороший кондиционер, температура и напор воды в душе.
Мы также пользовались тренажерным залом на 6 этаже.
Мы очень рекомендуем этот отель и забронируем его снова, если вернемся в Нанг.

Good location
Definitely not a 5 star hotel nothing about it was even 5 star. Woke up at 3 am coughing due to someone smoking outside in the halls or in a near by room. The smoke filtrated our room definitely wasn’t nice. Hotel definitely feels more of a 2/3 star at most.

Posizione fantastica e la camera vista mare bellissima. Colazione sublime di altissima qualità. Bella la piscina con vista.

Спасибо за то, что были добры к нам, когда мы так отчаянно нуждались в этом. Прекрасный отель и прекрасный персонал на стойке регистрации. Любая проблема была пустяком. Видел, что персонал искренне заботится об отеле и гостях и делает все возможное - обслуживание номеров, кофе и никаких особых проблем.

Đồ ăn sáng phong phú và tươi ngon, tôi thấy rất thích. Phòng sạch sẽ, view biển rất tuyệt, nếu có thời gian tôi sẽ ở lâu hơn. Các tiện ích cộng thêm như free trà chiều, tiễn sân bay đều rất hoàn hảo. Tôi hoàn toàn ưng với lựa chọn.
Vì ít thời gian, nên tôi chưa dùng hết được các tiện ích phòng gym, bể bơi, tôi sẽ quay lại Rosamia vào dịp đến Đà nẵng để được trải nghiệm các tiện ích tuyệt vời này. Không có gì không thích tại Rosamia cả :)

Мы регистрируемся с 19 по 21 августа 2023 года. Номер с видом на море. У нас было пять номеров и три комнаты, отель не заполнил номер. Выбор на завтрак ограничен, подушки слишком жесткие. Отель взимает 24 доллара за сумку для стирки.

Мы прекрасно провели время в отеле, при регистрации нас повысили до номера с видом на океан, персонал очень услужливый и дружелюбный. Еда была отличной

Отличный опыт для парного массажа. Мы используем парилку, а затем делаем массаж. Отличная техника. Очень вежливый персонал. У наших детей есть комната, когда у нас был массаж. Расслабляющая обстановка, чистая постель и полотенца.
В общем, 10 из 10 сервисов.

Отличный отель для проживания, отличное расположение, так как пляж находится через дорогу, номера немного маленькие, так как они пытались втиснуть все 5-звездочные удобства в ограниченное пространство. Увлажняющий лосьон не предоставляется, но определенно необходим, так как он находится напротив пляжа, поэтому пляжнику обязательно следует взять с собой хороший лосьон для тела. Учитывая размер отеля, у них должно быть больше посыльных, так как мы должны были нести свой собственный багаж при регистрации. На завтрак было очень мало вегетарианских блюд и не хватало ожидания - персонал убирал со столов. Хотя персонал, который был доступен, был очень вежлив и старался удовлетворить все наши просьбы, включая приготовление вегетарианских суши. Это также позволяет поварам туристических компаний использовать свою кухню для приготовления собственной еды, тем самым обеспечивая специальное питание для клиентов туристических компаний.

Регистрация прошла очень быстро и эффективно. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до номера с видом на море.
Номер был удобным, с ванной хорошего размера. Завтрак был включен и широкий выбор европейских, а также азиатских вариантов завтрака. Бассейн был прекрасным и открывал вид на пляж за его пределами. Ароматерапевтический массаж в спа-центре был очень расслабляющим.
Обслуживание Сэнга в скай-баре на крыше было очень дружелюбным и приветливым.
Персонал был очень любезен, когда ресторан был близок к закрытию, и позволил нам заказать еду в номер.
В целом отличный опыт и хотелось бы вернуться!

Прибыл в отель, и бронирование было хорошим, и номер был хорошего качества с хорошими удобствами.
В первый вечер мы отправились в бар на крыше за коктейлями и напитками, и обслуживание было плохим, потому что двое из нас прибыли, а третья еда прибыла после того, как мы закончили, а не то, что мы просили. Однако менеджер извинился за обслуживание и дал нам напитки и скидку на еду.
На следующее утро завтрак "шведский стол" выглядел хорошо, однако обслуживание было плохим, и языковой барьер был непростым, даже пытаясь получить кофе с молоком. Персонал не понимал по-английски. На третий день завтрак был из меню и без самообслуживания, а выбор и обслуживание очень плохие.
При выезде мы подошли к стойке регистрации и попросили посидеть и подождать. Они пошли и проверили наши комнаты и обвинили в том, что взяли чайную ложку из одной комнаты и мешок для белья из другой. Они были очень непреклонны, что мы взяли их, и с нами обращались как с обычными ворами. Они вернулись в номер, нашли чайную ложку, убрали номер и вернули залог. В нашем номере с пропавшим мешком для белья они хотели взять 200000 донгов всего около 7, однако мы его не взяли.
Никогда не вернется и, кажется, отель в трудности.

Я впервые приехал в Дананг, и этот отель действительно отличный. Место было отличное, с видом на пляж. В комнате было чисто и хорошее оборудование, комфортно, хороший запах. Персонал очень приятный.

Мы пошли в бар Sky, надеясь насладиться закатом. Мы были единственными людьми в баре. Выбор напитков был плохим - мой муж хотел G&T, которого они не предлагали. У меня коктейль, у мужа пиво. Доставка напитков заняла 15 минут. Мой коктейль был таким сладким, что его невозможно было пить. Я думал, что впаду в диабетическую кому, настолько это было плохо. Избегайте любой ценой.

Место было отличное, с видом на пляж. В комнате было чисто и хорошее оборудование, комфортно, хороший запах. Нам очень понравился бассейн на крыше, очень красивый и потрясающий вид. Еда была хорошей, молодцы!

Предлагает 5-звездочную цену, но дает только 3-звездочное качество. Холодные тени переполненный небольшой бассейн. 3-звездочный завтрак. Строительство вокруг отеля. Персонал не мотивирован. Медленная регистрация. Никогда больше. забудь это

Останавливались здесь на несколько ночей и были впечатлены всем об этом отеле: расположение (прямо через дорогу от пляжа); отличная поддержка клиентов со стороны персонала; и большие и просторные комнаты. Также в нескольких минутах ходьбы (десять минут или меньше) до многих ресторанов и баров. Рекомендую этот отель, понравилось посещение.

Отель предлагает не только счастливый час для массажа со скидкой 50%, но и счастливый час для своего бара Sky! ! Live DJ Action и УДИВИТЕЛЬНОЕ обслуживание клиентов нашими серверами. Нас сопровождали NHUNG и THUY! ! ! ! Я определенно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто едет в Нанг <3

Я путешествую по миру уже несколько лет. Я останавливался во многих замечательных отелях. Rosamia в отеле Nang - самый впечатляющий отель, который я когда-либо посещал. Отель новый, и номера чистые и имеют прекрасный вид. Персонал был очень дружелюбным, особенно Кристина, которая сделала все возможное, чтобы помочь с моим пребыванием. Кристина сделала мой визит таким счастливым и расслабленным, уделив дополнительное время и детали для моего пребывания. Она помогла с деятельностью во время моего пребывания и очень хорошо осведомлена о районе и регионе. Когда мой рейс был отменен, она сразу же помогла мне подвезти меня из аэропорта, а затем забронировала для меня ту же комнату. Кристина и весь персонал приняли на себя стресс от неожиданных изменений полета, которые произошли неожиданно. Все они так легко оставались и хотели вернуться.

Отель Rosamia - отличный вариант для отдыха на белом пляже Дананга.
Отель новый, чистый и хорошо оборудованный. Персонал очень услужливый и вежливый.
Номера просторные с фантастическим видом на море.
Завтрак предлагает все разнообразие вьетнамской и интернациональной кухни.
Бассейн и бар с открытым небом захватывает дух.

Отличное расположение прямо на пляже с огромным видом на море. Бассейн с видом на берег на 6-м уровне и бар на крыше на 24-м уровне. Чистые комнаты и удобные кровати. Они предлагают бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт при бронировании через Agoda. Должен остаться по разумной цене с отличным сервисом.

Отель новый и расположен в одном из лучших мест в Нанг. Песчаный пляж находится прямо напротив, поблизости есть много баров. Персонал был очень любезным и дружелюбным во время нашего пребывания. Обязательно остановлюсь в Rosamia снова для будущих посещений.
И еще одна вещь, завтрак был восхитительным.
