Ein gehobenes Hotel in guter Lage. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück gab es in Buffetform. Es war in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungs- verhältnis war insgesamt gut!
Manche Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet waren nur lauwarm. Der Service war eher nachlässig, die Rezeption war sparsam freundlich. Auf die Rückgabe der Kaution (immerhin 500000 Dong) musste ich extra hinweisen.

Old hotel. Cheap. But really good value. Bed was comfy like any new 4 stars hotel. It has a bathtub as well. Staffs were nice. Massage service was very good. Reception responsed very fast to my request. Breakfast was so so but good enough, I had worst at so called 5 stars hotel in Nha Trang.
Location is great, within walking distance, you have supermarket, cho Dam (street food), the beach, and the local airport shuttle service.
The elevators, there were 3 but they operate independent of each other so you may as well press all 3 call buttons and hope for the best. The massage is kinda hard to find since its underground which can only be accessed by stairs. Hot water took forever to come out. Im sure nobody shower at 5am like me.

Останавливались в этом отеле 10 лет назад, решили и в этот раз поехать сюда же. Как будто перенеслись назад во времени, отель с того времени подустал, раньше завтраки были роскошные, а теперь сильно поужались. Но отличное расположение и чистота никуда не делись, и персонал очень внимательный.
В номере очень неудачное расположение кондиционера, он дует прямо на кровать. Окна во время дождя подтекают. Постельное белье за две недели не меняли ни разу. На завтрак если приходить позже 8 часов выбор блюд крайне скудный, а даже если раньше, то каждый день примерно один и тот же набор продуктов.

Вежливые персоналы, уборка каждый день, хорошая кровать, нормальные завтраки. Место расположения отличное, неплохой вид из окна, недалеко от моря- 5 мин. пешком, рядом магазины и много кафе

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon (keine Sitzmöglichkeit) mit Blick auf Stadt und Meer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerhalb der Saison mitunter sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Personal sprach kaum Englisch und konnte bei der Weiterreise (in unserem Fall nach Mui Ne) kaum unterstützen. Insgesamt recht "anonyme" Atmosphäre. Vor allem am Wochenende mitunter laute Umgebung (Nha Trang ist eben eine Großstadt).

Trừ cái vụ phòng ko cách âm - với cửa phòng bên cạnh mà đóng hoặc phòng bên cạnh mở cửa nói chuyện nghe hết ra thì mọi thứ ok😂

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời. Nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ.
Các thang máy không có liên kết với nhau, nên mỗi khi di chuyển phải lựa chọn 1 cái và chờ hoặc bấm cả 3 - cái nào tới trước thì đi trước.

The view from our room, good selection of food per day from the breakfast buffet. Hotel staff were accommodating in exchanging cash to VND and good location from the beach.
Very thin walls, could hear everything happening next door. Had a family constantly disturbing the floor/doorbell ditching the whole trip which became frustrating

Самое лучшее в этом отеле - локация. Пляж через дорогу, Лотос минут в 7 ходьбы. Если останавливаетесь в этом отеле, посетите музей Александра Йерсена, он прям в 2х минутах.
Уборка ежедневно.
Завтраки понравились, но это для тех, кто привык к Азии и знает специфику, европейских сыров и йогуртов не ждите.
Лучше бронировать номер с видом на море, он побольше размером. В обычных номерах меньше места и очень сильный запах влаги. Тусклое освещение. Номинальный балкон - очень маленький, стул не поставить. Берите с собой веревку с прищепками, иначе негде будет сушить одежду. Своих лежаков нет на пляже.

Hệ thống máy lạnh ngưng hoạt động về khuya, làm cho giấc ngủ không được trọn vẹn. Góp ý thì đêm tiếp không sao, sau đấy lại ngưng ở đêm kế tiếp, lại góp ý và lại không sao

Отдыхали с мужем 10 дней в этом отеле,расположение отличное,пляж в двух шагах,рестораны магазины рядом,номер был просторный,все работало,уборка каждый день,постельное белье меняли трижды,бассейн небольшой,завтраки достаточно разнообразные,есть спа,трансфер от отеля,отель не новый,но ухоженный.

Меня поселили в номер категории выше, чем я ожидала, но...была сломана сантехника, я вызывала мастера, но это мало помогло. Почти 2 недели жить со сломанным унитазом мне не понравилось.
Было много детей в соседних номерах, которые были очень шумные. Из-за них же были постоянные очереди на завтраке.
Завтрак ориентирован на китайцев. Европейской еды почти не было.
У отеля нет своих лежаков на пляже.

В описании к номеру было сказано, что есть сейф, но по факту его не было. Ещё у нас был улучшенный номер «с видом на город». По факту вид из окна был на чужие горшки, сваленные в кучу на балконе здания напротив. Чтобы увидеть город или море, нужно выйти на балкон и основательно высунуться наружу (а первые пару дней балкон был заперт). И ещё здесь куча китайцев.

Прежде всего оценка исходя из цены. А цена для отеля данного уровня крайне демократична. Проживал на 9м этаже, номер с видом на море. Просторный довольно чистый номер, балкон, отличный вид из окна и балкона, ежедневная уборка, хорошие разнообразные завтраки, достаточная вентиляция и приемлемая влажность в номере. Наличие терассы с бассейном на 7м этаже. Хороший протяженный пляж на расстоянии пары-тройки минут пешком. Рядом большой торговый центр Lotte mart с большим выбором продуктов, готовых блюд, одежды и обуви. В 15 минутах пешком ночной рынок. Рядом с кроватью пульт управления всем освещением в номере. Просторная ванная комната. Наличие халатов, средств гигиены и ухода.
На самом деле недостатки незначительные учитывая стоимость и уровень сервиса (почти 5 звёзд). Но тем не менее плохо работал слив в унитазе. Лифты следуют какой-то иногда очень странной логике - зашёл в пустой лифт будучи на 7м этаже, нажал на 9й, а лифт поехал в самый низ и только потом на 9й. При этом в лифте жарко. Сперва в бассейне была мутная вода, но в дальнейшем стала прозрачной.

Vị trí khách sạn rất tiện lợi, xung quanh có circle K, nhà hàng, lotte mart ngay phía sau khách sạn.
1 phút đi bộ đến biển. Các bạn nhân viên dễ thương, thân thiện và nhiệt tình với khách.

Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, Reinigung täglich. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit Meerblick direkt aus dem Bett :-)

해변과도 가깝고 바로 뒤 마트까지 있어서 편리합니다. 나트랑 어디서든 접근성이 좋습니다. 객실도 크고 바다가 보이는 조망은 기분을 들뜨게 하는 요소입니다.
다음 나트랑 여행에서도 이 숙소에 머물 마음은 충분합니다
욕실의 샤워기 수압이 많이 약해서 샤워를 할 때 약간 귀찮고 방음은 매우 약합니다. 조식은 사람마다 입맛이 다르겠으나 저에게는 맞지 않아서 간단히 커피 정도만 마시고 외부에서 식사를 했습니다.

Великолепный отель да свои деньги . Номер 35 кв метров. Очень удобные кровати. Тихо. Спать одно удовольствие.
Хорошая ванна , отличный напор воды. Все удобства придти с пляжа или длительной прогулки по Нячангу и отдохнуть
Рядом хорошие пляжи. Торговые центры , рынок Чо Дам.

Понравилось расположение отеля ,очень близко к морю.Шикарный вид из окна!
В отеле уборка в номере каждый день.
Персонал отеля помог с вызовом такси.Всё было во время Спасибо!
Не понравилось то,что на завтраках не было морепродуктов.Даже суши были с колбасой)!.Море в 2-х шагах,а рыбы никакой...Это не понравилось.А так ,в целом,завтраки хорошие.

L emplacement, le personnel compétent et dévoué envers ses clients. La chambre n°8014 très propre et avec une très belle vue mer et ville du fait de sa position. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt, in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet sich alles was man braucht.
Zentrum liegt 15 Gehminuten vom Hotel.
Ordentliche Auswahl beim Frühstück, wenn auch eher auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet.

We really enjoyed our stay in a sea view room on the 14th floor. The room was large, airy, very clean with large comfortable beds.
The motel is located close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants and bars which meant we could just walk to most things.
The room was good value but the motel is a bit dated. Perhaps it was once a 5 star hotel but it isn't anymore. The buffet breakfast could be improved.

I had some doubts at first and even tried to cancel my reservation but the hotel was very nice, with very spacious rooms and extremely spectacular sea and mountain views. Unforgivable moments in Nha Trang.
6 days - same breakfast (vietnamese). Nothing like continental or kind of european proposition.

Excellent hotel and I think it’s a bit underrated. My local friend didn’t really know this hotel as there are too many others well-known hotels around. I booked 2 nights stay and was really amazed how good, clean and accommodating this hotel gave. There are restaurants, gym, swimming pool, massage services available. What even surprised me more was this is a 4-stars hotel 😱 (honestly I didn’t know until I saw the 4 stars on room number. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. I came a bit early and they helped me to find an available spot to check-in early. If I ever return to Nha Trang, I will definitely check out this place again. I wished I could stay longer tho 🥹

Big room
This hotel is mainly for Chinese and a few Russian s ,so totally caters for them had one breakfast visit that was enough, food all over the tables and floor no new place settings had to do my own, its ok but much better hotels available in nha trang

Отличное местоположение, хорошая и регулярная уборка номеров. Хороший и достаточно просторный номер за разумную цену с ванной и рабочим местом. Порадовал вид прямо на море почти с первой линии
Завтраки, завтраки(( очень не понравились, было достаточно предложить мюсли с молоком и нормальные свежие фрукты, но даже этого не было. Каждому своё, но мы не можем есть на завтрак варёную говядину или суп. Даже омлет был приготовлен невкусно. Грязный бассейн, не подходит для отдыха. Номер не соответствовал заявленной площади и был меньше. Отель оставил двоякое мнение, второй раз точно не посетим

Pas grand chose, la vue depuis la chambre au dernier étage. Chambre propre mais le lino est à remplacer comme les rideaux (déchirés)
Cet Hôtel n'est pas entretenu, les parties communes sont sales, le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon et le café est servi froid ! Le Wi-Fi est capricieux. Pas de bar dans l'hôtel.

A cama é confortável. O quarto também.
O chuveiro ruim, a staff não é muito simpática, a academia é horrível, não deviam nem falar que tem: mas o pior pra gente foi o café da manhã, muito ruim!!!!!

La vue sur la baie de Nha Trang, La grandeur de la chambre
Le personnel est pas très aimable. Au petit déjeuner on nous dit qu’il est servie jusqu’à 09h30. J’arrive pour 09:15 je me sert et commence à petit déjeuner et à la 09:30 un membre du personnel vient me voir et me dit dépêchez vous de manger car la salle ferme ferme à 09:30 si on pouvait laisser jusqu’à 10h c’est mieux. Seul expérience néfaste dans cet hôtel.

Unweit des Strandes. Hübsche Zimmer, tolle Atmosphäre, ruhiges Hotel. Frühstück ohne Abwechslung, sehr vietnamesisch.
Das Hotel liegt nicht in dem sehr hektischen Touristenquartier, wo viele Koreaner zu finden sind. Es ist sehr angenehm hier zu wohnen.

Удачное расположение отеля .Персонал всегда улыбается и во всём помогает .
Завтраки не столь разнообразны как были .Обшарпанная мебель . Пора делать ремонт ,что бы держать уровень ! И селите европейцев и громких азиатов на разных этажах

Чистота, удобное расположение, отличный пляж около отеля, супермаркет рядышком и другие важные объекты для жизни ( кафе, аптеки, рынок). Номера в отеле просторные и уборка каждый день качественная. Обслуживающий персонал мгновенно реагировал на просьбы
Окна нашего номера в отеле выходили на размещенные кондиционеры и другие важные агрегаты другого здания, которые постоянно издавали характерный шум ( звук) , хотя вид из окна достойный, вид на город

travelling alone so met all my need's great location

Big and fancy but just not my kinda place. But great location. Very comfortable bed. Very nice to be offered complimentary foot spa. Led to my getting a massage.
Big. I understand that it’s slow season so maybe they unplug things and put them away but I had a hard time finding and plugging in the fridge and locating kettle to boil water. Who likes warm drinks from the minibar?

Great location, yersin street is not busy so it is not noisy.
The staff is very helpful.
The swimming pool is good and decorated.
The gymnasium needs to have the same attention as the swimming pool (decoration)
Some chinese customers are very noisy during breakfast. There are 3 independent lifts, and some customers call all of them at the same time by pressing the 3 buttons. Maybe see if there is a mechanism to sync these lifts to have only 1 arriving at the floor to save energy.

De bedden waren fijn. De locatie is goed, dichtbij het strand. Prijs is oke voor wat je krijgt.
Van een 4 sterrenhotel verwacht je meer. Het water van het zwembad was groen. Personeel heeft niet verteld dat we hier niet in mochten zwemmen, terwijl dit slecht is voor je gezondheid. Douches bij het zwembad zijn kapot. Ontbijtzaal ziet er niet schoon uit. Personeel komt hartelijk over. Geen aanrader, al zou ik Nha trang in het algemeen niet aanraden.
Van een 4 sterrenhotel verwacht je meer. Het water van het zwembad was groen. Personeel heeft niet verteld dat we hier niet in mochten zwemmen, terwijl dit slecht is voor je gezondheid. Расположение хорошее. напротив, через дорогу магазин 7/11 и заправка. На заправке есть не плохие кафе поесть. Есть трансфер до аэропорта 200 Батт на двоих через каждый час. Завтрак, но не шведский стол.
Номер комнаты был 414. Кондиционер жил своей жизнью. Температуру держал, но лопасти направления не регулировались. Выставляешь на минимум потока, пять минут работает нормально, потом начинает как сумасшедший дуть. Мешает спать. Хотя поспать нормально и так не получилось. Возможно отель строился для буддийских монахов. Матрасы реально очень жесткие. Толком не я, не жена не поспали. Утром болели все кости. Есть большое пожелание хозяевам отеля лично поспать на этом чудо-матрасе.

The room is big and the views are nice. You get a lot for what you pay for.
It is a little outdated. Some information is not up to date anymore. For example in the elevator it is said that the gym is at a certain level and when you go there you will find offices. Not the biggest problem, but an update would improve it.

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación era grande, espaciosa con una hermosa vista y las camas eran cómodas.
El hotel está dejado y descuidado. La zona de la piscina tiene una barra que no se usa y con baños y cambiadores sucios y en mal estado. El desayuno muy orientado a huéspedes orientales. Poca variedad de frutas y pocas opciones en general más allá de pan, mermelada y manteca. La actitud de los recepcionistas podría ser mejor, no saludan y casi nulo inglés en la mayoría de los trabajadores. No lo volvería a elegir. Es un hotel que está muy orientado a huéspedes locales y orientales en general.

Đã book nhưng khi tới các bạn giao key phòng xong lại lấy lại bảo phòng chưa dọn xong. Nếu không muốn đợi thì lấy phòng 2 giường, không thì phải chờ 20 phút. Và không có nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý. Vì đi với trẻ em và người lơn tuổi mà 2 vợ chồng mình phải tự lo. Nhân viên lễ tân không niềm nở nhưng nhân viên nhà hàng ăn sáng thì rất thân thiện.

The room was very comfortable, with a great view and great desk.
Internet was a bit slow (max 5mbps) The fridge is 'thermoelectic', not a proper refrigerated unit, so it struggles to keep drinks very cold. The hotel would have been very grand in it's heyday and easily 5 stars, but the whole place is a bit rundown now.

호텔에 도착하자마자 따뜻한 환대를 받았습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 전문적이었고 체크인 절차를 효율적으로 처리했습니다. 전체 체크인 과정은 매우 순조롭게 진행되었으며 매우 환영받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 특히 호텔은 롯데마트에서 단 몇 걸음 거리에 위치해 있습니다.

이 호텔은 정말 흥미로운 선택입니다. 저에게는 매우 편리하고 바로 옆에 롯데마트까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 평행 거리를 따라 도보로 약 3분 거리에 매우 훌륭한 베트남 레스토랑이 있으며, 한국에서 온 방문객들도 점심을 많이 먹습니다.

我的城景房有問題，但他們給我升級到了非常漂亮的海景房。 酒店有一個漂亮的游泳池，但我更喜歡去海灘，因為距離酒店只有幾步之遙。

The view from the room was beautiful and the location was fabulous
The whole place has a veneer of luxury, but once you scratch the surface it's not luxury at all, it's just over priced. The laundry service is 30,000 per item... most places are 30,000 per kilo. The bike rental was 200,000... down the road it's 120,000. The walls of the rooms are so thin it was a if our noisy neighbours were actually in the room with us. The shower was over the bath so the water ran along the side of it and onto the floor with no way of stopping it, it's seriously dated and not in a cute way. Breakfast on the first day was awful, there was a conference of people in the dining room talking into microphones and watching us eat, all the rooms in this hotel and we have to put up with that at 8am. The worst thing for me though were the staff. I was taking a nap with no clothes on one afternoon, the doorbell rang so my partner answered it, the guy with our laundry just walked straight in, before my partner could stop him. Completely unacceptable and not something I have witnessed before. The housekeeping women also did it, we said we didn't want our room cleaned but she insisted on giving me clean towels whilst I was in the bathroom with the door half closed. Seriously, please tell your staff not to enter a room unless invited! The aircon was also next to useless, the pool bar was never open for drinks and there are no instructions for the safe.

Spacious room, good view, clean, efficient front desk, conveninient location. We werea ble to walk to from the train station and to the bus pickup for Dalat.
Breakfast is run poorly. It was not a buffet, which is not a problem, except service is slow. There was nothing vegetarian on the menu. Vegetarian noodles can be made, except one day it took 45 minutes, making us almost late for the bus.

*Very old type of elevator, no smart, slow moving. I wonder that is it has maintained annually or not, because number 3 floor button is keeping always light up. *Very bad of room light, a large room but a low yellow beam of a spa/massage light type. 3 tiny yellow lights are installed up only, darkening. They might mean that you shouldn't come here for business, because you couldn't work at room with dark yellow style of light. Just for couple don't need light up much. The first one hotel that I've seen ever. * When you come, how much of heavy luggage numbers you have, no one come for help of moving them. Very disappointed this * Basement: have no any elevator for guests, only one smelly, a small elevator for trucking things. Don't wait a guest elevator here. * Only one smart card room given, it is complicated and trouble with one come want to out and in while others at rest/sleeping situation. Very weird that how come that way of service in this period, still have weird mind of management style like 10-20 years ago. * No any window or door could open.

Extensive breakfast buffet. Spa on-site. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Room had a master control next to the bed for controlling all room lighting (pre-smart style), even for requesting maid/no maid service for that day. A block from the beach. Solid in-room safe with key. Our room had only one shared wall.
Room key-cards are well worn - our first one didn't work. Not sure if bathroom has ventilation fan.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir waren mit dem Service und den Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden. Man versuchte unsere Anliegen zu erfüllen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist zweckmäßig aber sehr bieder. Trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis OK war, obwohl ........ das Frühstück unser Problem war! Das tägliche Frühstückbüffet geht nur bis 09.30 Uhr und bestand zu 80-90% aus typischen vietnamesichen Frühstückgerichten. Es gab aber immer frische Brötchen und Eierspeisen, manchmal auch süße Pfannekuchen, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Leider gab es nur kalten Tee und kalten Kaffee, der für unsere Gaumen nicht genießbar war. Aber das größte Problem war, dass neben wenigen Hotelgästen jeden Tag größere Gruppen, meistens Damen in schicken vietnamesichen Kleidern, vermutlich als externe Gäste am Büffet teilnehmen durften, um Veranstaltungen mit Ehrungen, Ansprachen und Gesang mit Mikrophone und Lautsprecher durchführten. Das störte uns so sehr, dass wir einige Tage unsers Aufenthaltes nicht mehr zum Frühstück gegangen sind. Die Lautstärke und das Durcheinander im Frühstückssaal war für Aussenstehende nicht zu ertragen.

Nếu dịp cao điểm và đi ô tô thì không nên ở khách sạn này (vì đã đi ô tô thì có nhiều sự lựa chọn tốt hơn về chỗ ở).
