房間寬敞乾淨舒適明亮！衛浴設備也很不錯（有免治馬桶），早餐也非常多選擇且豐盛，房間剛好可以看到下龍灣
1.隔音稍微有點點不好，主要是週遭很安靜但遠方的夜店超大聲，但戴上耳塞沒有什麼問題。 2.SPA只有營業到晚上9點有點可惜

帶媽媽的旅行，對她來說是一個睡很好又吃很好的一晚，謝謝飯店讓我們提前入住，讓老人家下飛機後，就可以有地方睡午覺好好休息整理！櫃檯的服務人員也非常友善且親切，是一個整體住起來覺得乾淨舒適又享受的地方。
健身房也很棒！

A tastefully designed 5-star hotel with a welcoming, smiling, attentive, and helpful staff. The room we were given was beautifully designed and comfortable, with a clear focus on guests' needs. It featured a stunning shower and a heated toilet with bidet functions, as well as a lovely bathtub and a reasonably sized shower stall.
The room offered a view of the sea and Ha Long Bay (the only thing obstructing the view was a high-rise building currently under construction).
The hotel pool is large and beautiful, and the poolside bar stays open late and features a pool table for guests to use.
The hotel restaurant serves dinners befitting the property's standard, and the breakfast was also very varied and enjoyable.
We really enjoyed the hotel; it is a shame we only stayed for one night before our Ha Long Bay cruise.
As for the city itself, it was rather deserted and uninteresting.

Die Lage ist schon weit vom Schuss, zudem wird gerade der Blick auf das Meer durch einen Neubau einer Hochhauses genommen. Obwohl es weit vom Strand ist, dröhnt von dort nachts lautes Gewummer (das war die Reklamation beim Positiven) Klimaanlage könnte leiser sein, zudem dringt aus dieser ab und an Dieselgeruch. Der Kühlschrank ist zu warm. Am Pool dröhnt zu laute Musik. Im sehr schönen Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Zum Frühstück gibt es keinen Orangensaft und Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr

A perfect start to our trip. Beautifully designed. Extremely comfortable beds. Amazing views. The best buffet breakfast we have ever had. So comfortable with lots of amenities - the kids loved the pool and snooker table.
Such a shame a new hotel has been built right in front of the pool. But don't let that put you off - the Yacht hotel is still amazing.

Modern with great views and staff were very accomodating to any request.

Very comfy bed. Staff were really attentive. Only stayed for one night before a cruise but would’ve stayed longer just for the hotel.

Es un excelente hotel en Halong, con buen personal. Muy atentos y amables. La pasamos muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía, aunque corta, pero excelente. Espero regresar y quedarme más tiempo. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel.

Above and beyond customer service from start to finish, especially from Chi who arrange for all our needs during the stay and Yen who help us with arranging transport to our next destination. I would recommend this to mu friends coming to Ha Long. My favorite accommodation so far. Will definitely come back for the exceptionally good service and wonderfully comfortable stay.

The hotel is very modern, comfortable and clean. But what is really special was the attention received from the staff. CHRIS and HUYEN really helped making the difference on my stay. I truly recommend.

Servizi top : spa, sauna, piscina con bar davvero belli.
Camera con ogni comfort.
Lo staff molto disponibile soprattutto un ragazzo ed una ragazza del mattino ed il ragazzo dell'ascensore.
Sembra un 5 stelle che fa fatica ad esserlo. Federe del cuscino con macchie gialle, vetri sporchi. Ogni tanto nella hall odore dello scarico. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di notte e ci aspettavamo almeno un bicchiere d'acqua o un caffè ma nulla. Siamo quindi andati a dormire in spiaggia.

Très bel établissement avec une vue magnifique qui nous a permis de nous reposer après la croisière et avant notre départ du Vietnam. Toute la décoration est superbe et bien pensée. Le spa est également très joli et propre. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et sauna/jacuzzi jusqu'à notre départ après notre check out. Petit déjeuner absolument parfait. Le meilleur de notre séjour (attention le prix le justifie, pratiquement des prix européens). Le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute mais parfois donne l'impression de ne pas communiquer entre eux. La literie est très confortable et la chambre est dotée d'un balcon.
J'avais réservé sur booking avec ma carte bancaire. Or on nous a demandé un dépôt de garantie en espèces de 1 000 000 dongs. Comme nous avons indiqué vouloir prendre des massages la garantie a été doublée. C'est inadmissible dans un établissement de ce standing de demander un dépôt en espèces (alors qu'il a l'empreinte de ma mastercard) surtout que nous étions en fin de séjour et n'avions donc plus beaucoup de cash. Sinon, ils voulaient que nous payions à chaque consommation alors que je voulais faire une cb globale (comme c'est le cas partout). Finalement nous avons trouvé un accord mais cela nous a fortement dérangé. De plus, j'avais demandé un transfert aéroport et ld prix initial étant très élevé par rapport à ce que j'avais payé 3 jours plus tôt pour la même distance avec un autre prestataire... Finalement le tarif a été largement dîminué... mais si je n'avais rien dit... je payais le transport le plus cher de tout le voyage.... un peu dérangeant. Autre problème : le soir beaucoup de bruit avec concert sur la plage... jusqu'à minuit environ.

A stunning hotel with great facilities in and out of room. We only stayed one night pre cruise and were able to store our luggage and return on our departure day for a massage and to enjoy some of the facilities before heading for our flight.

The design of the hotel was great: the common areas and the room was beautiful and spacious!

Après avoir visité un total de 36 pays, cet hôtel figure parmi les mieux côtés. Excellent service, le buffet est hors pair et le personnel d'un grand professionalisme. Je tiens particulièreent à souligner la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le sens de la perfection de Madame Yen Hoang. Merci mille fois pour ce magnifique séjour !

The hotel is fabulous
Beautiful hotel no problems with the facilities however We have stayed at 7 hotels during our tour of Vietnam and this was the only one that didn’t trust us to pay our bar bill at the end of the stay . They are the only hotel that asked for a deposit at check in to cover any costs . This was not explained so we had the embarrassment of signing a bar bill only to be told we hadn’t paid the deposit . Strange policy for a fabulous hotel .

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we are well travelled. The views over Ha Long Bay are breathtaking and it’s well worth paying the extra for an upgrade for the best view. Dinner and breakfast was world class in presentation, variety and taste. Staff were exceptional and helped us arrange a driver for a tour of Ha Long city at short notice. The facilities, pool etc were world class as was the Hotel Design! Room was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean and the Pearl Chocolates at night were a beautiful touch. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it!

Fuimos a parar por casualidad ya que nos cancelaron el barco por la bahía de halong y tuvimos que buscar un sitio donde alojarnos. La verdad que fue una pasada. El personal super agradable, la comida muy buena y las habitaciones increibles.
Super recomendable y para nada caro comparado con el lujo del lugar.

The hotel is visually stunning, featuring a unique boat-style design that creates a charming and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.
The pool area and bars are beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and on-site restaurant are also impressive. There’s a wide variety of delicious food, and the setting itself is elegant and inviting.
Another great feature is the availability of free games like pool and foosball, which add a fun and social touch to the stay.
The spa was a letdown. While they offer a variety of treatments, the overall experience didn’t match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. The spa staff spoke very limited English, which made it difficult to communicate or ask questions about the different options. When I arrived for my Vietnamese massage, there was no welcome drink (which is usually standard even at smaller salons), no consultation form, and no opportunity to express preferences like pressure level or existing injuries. I was taken straight into the room, and unfortunately, the massage was far too intense—borderline aggressive—and left me feeling more uncomfortable than relaxed. Unfortunately, there was a strong and unpleasant smell in the toilet in my room, which definitely affected the overall comfort which is a shame because the rooms are so beautiful. At night, there is an open nightclub located a few kilometers away that plays music very loudly until around 2 a.m or more. Because the sound travels across the open area, the music can be clearly heard at the hotel, making it difficult to sleep despite the hotel providing earplugs. We actually checked out a day earlier than planned because we had booked an overnight cruise. Out of curiosity, we decided not to mention it upfront to see if the staff would notice or ask why we were leaving early.... but no one said anything. It would have been nice if someone had asked if everything was okay or if we needed assistance with our change of plans.

View of Halong Bay a bit spoilt by unfinished building in front of hotel, management should have been upfront about this on booking. Had to upgrade and pay more to improve this. View from pool really bad. Breakfast good but food from lunch/evening & snack menu poor. Western food in particular a problem.

We had the most amazing experience staying at the Yacht Hotel in Ha Long. From the moment we arrived, everything felt modern, spotless, and incredibly luxurious. The design and atmosphere were elegant yet comfortable, making it such a relaxing place to unwind.
One of the standout highlights was the restaurant. The staff were exceptional – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We enjoyed the food so much that we chose to eat there three times during our stay! Every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
What truly made our experience special was the personal touch from the staff. On our second night, one of the lovely ladies remembered that we liked lime with our Coke – she went out of her way to cut fresh lime, arrange it neatly on a plate with tongs, and brought it over without us even asking. That small gesture made us feel so genuinely cared for, and it really stood out as a testament to the thoughtfulness and quality of service at this hotel.
If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and truly memorable place to stay in Ha Long, the Yacht Hotel is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel is such a luxury. It's a bit far from the beaches but by grab it's accessible. Hotel is very clean and air-conditioned. The staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel has multiple facilities aswell. We were allowed to bring towels to the beach aswell (don't forget to bring it back though). I recommend Yacht DC hotel to travellers to Ha Long.

We had a fantastic stay, and had a great time! We enjoyed the facilities available at the hotel including the pool, gym, and spa. Additionally the hotel’s restaurant and lobby cafe also had some great things on offer! Phat, from the Front Desk team was exceptionally helpful in helping us plan out our days, including an incredible cruise on the bay!

This hotel is amazing! We literally couldn’t fault anything during our stay.
The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. My husband left something in our room and by the time we got to reception to check out the housekeeping team had already phoned reception and they brought it down to us. I would recommended you get them to book any transfers, they booked ours back to Hanoi and it was much better experience than what we had booked independently to get to Ha long.
The food is amazing. As we had a lovely breakfast on our first morning we decided to eat here in the evening and it didn’t disappoint. The salmon and pork belly dish was delicious!
The hotel is modern, the rooms are a great size, we used the gym and pool during our stay which were both lovely.
The only slight downsides are the fact that there is another hotel being built in front of the yacht which partially blocks the view of the bay, but the hotel cannot do much about this and there is so many hotels being built in Halong you will struggle to find one without building works going on around it. However during our stay it wasn’t noisy and didn’t impact us. Its also a walk away from the beach, we actually saw this as a plus as it wasn’t so noisy.

When we arrived, there were eyelash extensions stuck to one of the bedside lamps. They were not removed by the cleaners the next day, so we called reception to ask to remove them. unfortunately even after that they were not removed, and after another call there was still no solution. The Western restaurant menu is very low quality. The Vietnamese menu is decent, but definitely not something we'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff is frequently unfriendly, for example, each day we were interrogated at breakfast and told we did not have breakfast booked while in fact we had. We asked the front desk for help to book a ferry to Cat Ba island and all they said was "go to the harbor".

Saw it was a new hotel, so I tried it. Great stuff, breakfast choices, rooms, beds! Very clean and quiet.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Really nice gym, outstanding breakfast, only 10 minutes walk (or <5 minutes by Grab) from the beach. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The staff even accommodated our request to change the departure date when the marathon got postponed, which was super nice of them!

Prachtig uitzicht & geweldige service – aanrader voor wie de baai wil verkennen!
We verbleven in een hotel met werkelijk adembenemend uitzicht over de baai – elke ochtend wakker worden met dat panorama was een droom. Het eten in het hotel was erg lekker, vers en smaakvol bereid. Alles was hygiënisch en netjes onderhouden, wat voor ons een groot pluspunt was.
Wat deze plek echt bijzonder maakt, is het personeel: super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij – ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken.
De stad zelf heeft weinig te bieden qua cultuur of sfeer, dus daar moet je niet te veel van verwachten. Maar… de baai is ronduit spectaculair en maakt alles meer dan goed. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een boottocht of kajakavontuur!

Mình chọn ks trên booking vì nhìn ảnh thấy đồ ăn ngon, và phải công nhận là ngon thật nha!!
Vị trí rất gần trung tâm và Sun World nữa! Với cá nhân mình, đây là 1 trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và cảm giác muốn đến lần nữa.

Leider hört man bis spät nachts sehr laut Musik und Bässe eines Clubs am Strand. Die Aussicht wird dem Hotel leider aktuell durch ein neu-entstehendes Hochhaus verbaut. Die Atmosphäre während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr anonym und kühl - es hat sich irgendwie sehr befremdlich angefühlt, weil es auch so menschenleer war.

Очень новый, чистый и красивый отель! Прекрасные номера, отличный завтраки, невероятное внимание к деталям: например, у ванной лежала бомбочка для ванн.
На балконах нет столика со стульями, не посидеть. Обслуживание слегка неловкое, гостей во время нашего пребывания в отеле было немного, и иногда казалось что сервиса слишком много :)

Tout est beau, propre, classe. Petit déjeuner incroyable, chambre avec balcon grande et très bien équipée, restaurant excellent. Le jacuzzi immense et privatisé avec sauna est un plus quand il fait trop froid pour la piscine qui est magnifique. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le petit inconvénient est l'emplacement si on n'aime pas marcher , mais pour nous ça n'était pas un problème.

The people were very helpful and attentive, we booked a tour with them. The lounge/ bar had excellent drinks. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an exceptional experience.

Super schönes, sehr modernes Hotel. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter leider totales Pech und konnten uns die Bucht nicht anschauen, im Hotel gibt es aber einen Saunabereich (inkludiert) mit einer Sauna und einem Wirlpool, wo wir dann die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Wenn man in die "Stadt" spaziert, gibt es einige Massagesalons wo wir eine feine Massage hatten (Spa im Hotel verhältnismäßig teuer und es waren keine Termine mehr frei). Haben auch zwei mal dort gesessen, ist natürlich auch teurer als im Dorf aber lecker und die Portionen groß. Die Aussicht wird größtenteils leider durch eine nicht fertiggestellte Baustelle verdeckt. Finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und umfangreich.

A beautiful, luxury hotel with top facilities. Our stay was brief so we didn’t get to experience all it has to offer, but what we did was excellent, from the quality of the room to the breakfast, which was buffet style with so much choice, there was something for everyone. The staff were helpful and kind and had prepared our room with a special welcome as it was our anniversary. We could walk to the port from the hotel and to the beautiful beach. The area was very quiet when we were there, but it was low season.

The hotel is new and all amenities are of a good standard. The staff were very good. Breakfast and dinner was great.
The hotel is currently surrounded by other building sites but as no construction work was going on while we were there, there was no noise. The hotel is up on the hill out of town but an easy taxi ride into town and restaurants etc

The place is beautiful, very comfortable and the food is delicious.
The highlight of the place though is the staff, everyone is just extremely friendly and accomodating.
My bad investigation make me believe it was closer to the beach and there is a bar/club that playa music extremely loud till 2am, the hotel gives you earplugs bit is you are sensitive to noise is a bit of a trouble.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Hanoi und haben ne einen Tag in der Bucht und einen Tag in Cat Ba verbracht. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu und wirkt sehr hochwertig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab nur selten Kommunikationsprobleme. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls vielfältig und gut. Es gab eine Station für Pho und für frische Eierspeisen. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls gut, aber für vietnamesische Verhältnisse teuer. Die Zimmer sind super.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Rohbau, der den Blick auf die Bucht deutlich verdeckt. Weiterhin befindet sich am Strand eine Art Bar, die einer Festival Location gleich kommt. Bis 2 Uhr Nachts knallen die Bässe. Wer auf Festivals gut schlafen kann, wird kein Problem haben. Allen anderen empfehle ich beim Check In auf ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer gebucht zu werden.

The staff is incredibly helpful, they put a lot of effort into getting me back an item I left in the room. The design of the room and the whole hotel is excellent. We were surprised by the fully equipped SPA with a Harvia finnish sauna. It also smelled nice everywhere.
The view could be better - you can see Ha Long Bay, but the surroundings are a bit run down.

Les chambres sont toutes neuves, très joliment décorées. Nous avions une chambre baignée de soleil avec une superbe baignoire.
Tout était très propre et un personnel aux petits soin.
Salle de sport et piscine très agréables.
Bon rapport qualité prix pour le restaurant même en room service.
Le prix de certaines choses qui était vraiment abusif. Une lessive à 70€, un petit déjeuner à 15€ ?? Donc attention certaines choses ont un bon rapport qualité prix mais pas tout, une minute d’inattention et vous payez la lessive la plus chère de votre vie .. Le quartier est en construction donc plutôt vide et peu attrayant autour. De même que toute la ville finalement. L’hôtel est une petite bulle au milieu d’un environnement bof. L’hôtel était également très vide, peut être à cause d’annulations après le typhon, ce qui pouvait donner une ambiance un peu spéciale.

Staff service was 1st class. Very Informative , Knowledgeable, when asked about aminities , eg restaurants, sightseeing etc. Ms Minh booked the HLB cruise for us.
We had an unfortunate Incident. My friend lost his hp.the reception staff helped to call the cruise, taxi driver who dropped us etc. They were so sincere/caring to locate the hp.
Very nice hotel , I liked it so much due to the service.

The room was big and confortable and the facilities were very clean. Also the staff was very welcoming.
We were told that ordering french fries would take 45 minutes, which is too long especially at dinner time. Also, the sauna could not close well and the jacuzzi was not well designed and there was not enough water (and it was not hot, as a jacuzzi should be).

Japanese toilet in the bathroom, exceptional courtesy of hotel staff ( especially the man who was servicing our dinner 30th of October in the evening), food, excellent variety of meals and beverages during the breakfast, they do have even oat milk).
The view from the swimming pool is unfortunately interrupted by the another hotel ( currently in the construction). I did not like the city Ha Long at all ( ghost city and abandoned), but it’s not something hotel Yacht can influence:)

Hotel was very clean .
Breakfast was very good actually, but the food a la carte was horrible. I never had a worse pizza in my entire life. It was basically frozen pizza with some pieces of bacon, sausages from breakfast. For the price 260k vnd I expected something better than a frozen pizza.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr professionell! Insbesondere der concierge Service von Phat hat uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich verschönert! Er hat und unterstützt den Transfer nach Hanoi und auxh einen Tagesausflug zu organisieren! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
Das einzige was es zu bemängeln ist, ist die Lage, da man zu Fuss keine Restaurants erreichen kann. Wie auch bereits bei anderen beschrieben hat es eine grosses Gebäude welches in Bau ist und die Sicht versperrt. Da das Hotel jedoch alles bietet hat und dies nicht weiter gestört!

The hotel was beautiful and new, the room was beautiful. I loved having access to the suana at any time. Breakfast was also lovely.

Also the surrounds of the hotel is horrible, there is new construction site that blocks all views, pool, room etc. also there is a massive rave party that is so noisy and the rooms are not sound proof. It will keep you up all night. This goes on every single night. Would only recommend if your staying for one night. Pool also closed on Mondays so there is absolutely nothing to do.

My wife and I are traveling on our honeymoon, and The Yacht hotel has exceeded our expectation and we had a romantic, restful and fantastic trip.
The honeymoon decoration was so beautiful we tried to keep it as long as possible before finally clearing it. My wife initially slept on a sofa to preserve it 😅
The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and smell very pleasantly.
The food was amazing, the restaurant has plenty of breakfast options. Pho is really good, even for a native Vietnamese like me. Sticky rice and bread are very good also.
All the staffs are very helpful, and their emails are one of the most thorough and professional I have ever seen.

It was modern and clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed.

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, спа процедуры очень понравились. Стоит посвятить один день чтоб побыть только в отеле, насладится отдыхом. В ресторане еда потрясающая, очень понравилось, на завтрак большой выбор и ходили на обед)
Не понравилось, что соседи кричат в коридоре, это не дешевый отель, для того чтоб кричать в коридорах и мешать другим.

Es de los pocos hoteles de Vietnam que realmente se puede considerar un 5 estrellas, sin que nadie te agobie para que les des una review. El hotel esta a 5 minutos de la playa, pero si vas a ver la bahia de Ha long es magnifico porque tiene de todo, no le falta un detalle y sus trabajadores son atentos y amables. volvería con los ojos cerrados. Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con cucarachas en otro hotel y fuimos a este y fue lo mas acertado que hicimos. La limpieza es exquisita y huele todo el recinto maravilloso.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Halong Bucht war sehr schön. Wir haben uns im Yacht Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Das Personal ist super freundlich, vor allem im Speisesaal und an der Rezeption. Wir waren richtig begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

新しく綺麗でデザインも優れたホテルです。
中心から少し離れていますがgrabでスムーズに移動でき苦にはなりません。
同行者が誕生日でしたがバースディケーキ用意してくれました！

Wat een geweldige plek! Dit is echt een perfect hotel. Zo ontzettend mooi!
De locatie is een beetje gek, veel van de omgeving staat leeg. Maar dat maakte voor ons niet zo veel uit. Wij vonden het heerlijk om van het strand, het zwembad en de geweldige kamer te genieten

Beautiful, luxurious hotel. Super clean, big rooms, friendly helpful staff. Stayed last minute as typhoon on Halong Bay meant overnight cruise not possible, really very happy with the outcome. The spa area with jacuzzi and steam room was really nice.

Spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable room with such nice staff, everyone was fantastic! Well equipped gym, luxurious pool area with cool pool bar area, Fabolous spa within the hotel. We felt at home right away upon entering, we will absolutely return in the future!

Everything was perfect. Our king room and view were so beautiful. Hotel decor was like artwork. Breakfast was incredible. The staff were so nice and helpful, including helping us celebrate our anniversary - it seemed like every staff member had been informed and wished us happy anniversary as we passed them, just lovely. This was probably the best 2 nights in a hotel that we’ve ever had.

Great rooms, spotless, good gym and pool/bar area. Full delightful breakfast, kind personnel, great price value offer. Great Happy hour with affordable prices for wine, beers, and cocktails.
Boisterous and messy swimming pool/bar area due to Asian families and children making a lot of mess with toys, noise etc. The gym could use more attention regarding water refill.

+) Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, khuôn viên đẹp. Mới tới mức nội thất còn rõ mùi gỗ.
+) Đội ngũ nhân viên được đào tạo và định hướng tốt => Đồng bộ luôn cười và thân thiện, từ nhân viên an ninh tới lễ tân, hành lý, hay nhà hàng.
+) Hầm đỗ xe sạch, có rào chắn an ninh và kiểm soát vé.
+) Ăn sáng tuy không nhiều món, nhưng vừa miệng.
+) Bể bơi sạch, có sẵn nhiều phao cho trẻ em.
+) Vị trí trên đồi cao xa khu trung tâm, rất yên tĩnh mà vẫn nhìn được ra biển.
+) Toilet có bệ xịt tự động, rất tiện.
-) Thang máy không bố trí tập trung, mà mỗi góc 2 chiếc. Nên thời gian chờ thang lâu. Thang di chuyển cũng chậm. -) Phòng tôi toilet thông gió không tốt. Có vẻ hút gió toilet không hoạt động. Hoặc không có (?) Tôi không nhìn thấy hay nghe thấy quạt này. -) Tôi đặt phòng qua booking.com (non-refundable và pay in advance) nhưng khách sạn không trừ thẳng qua Credit Card. Có lẽ do kết nối với booking.com (?) Nhân viên có liên lạc và tôi đã chuyển khoản. Vãn xong, nhưng nếu trừ vào Credit Card thì tiện hơn cho tôi. -) Deposit phòng ngừa và Check-out cũng cần chờ kiểm tra xác nhận. Có lẽ điểm này phù hợp với một số đối tượng. Nhưng tôi thấy không thoải mái khi ở khách sạn 5 sao có yêu cầu kiểu như này. Tôi trong đợi việc trả chìa khóa và tự giác xác nhận là xong. -) Lúc tôi check out (12:00 PM) thì chỉ có 2 nhân viên lễ tân trực, dẫn đến phải chờ và nhầm lẫn thứ tự người chờ trước người chờ sau, tôi phải nhắc. Ein absolut schönes, modernes Hotel. Alles wirkt neu und unser Zimmer war hervorragend. Das Personal ist absolute Spitzenklasse. Diese Hotel hält auch jedem internationalen Vergleich stand. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt und zum Strand.
Alles war perfekt, bis auf den Punkt, dass mitten in den schönen Ausblick ein Hochhaus gebaut wird. Dadurch wird der freie Blick auf die Bucht etwas eingeschränkt.

I'm so glad we booked to stay in the hotel for 4 days. The reps were pushing us to take the Ha Long 2/3 day cruise instead of staying here. In the end we took the whole 1 day cruise which is more than enough to see the main parts of Ha Long. The hotel is excellent. Truely 5* service from the staff. Food was excellent. Great room. About the only negative thing I can come up with is that the coffee in the Lobby bar is not as good as the coffee from the Mezzanine.

The overall experience is quite exceedingly good. The hotel and facilities are very clean and smell so fragrance. I love the room with bath tub and exquisite design. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they are eager and readily to answer any questions with utmost help and polite manner.
Location isn't the best choice. I need to drive to the beach and the hotel doesn't have catering service. Besides, in front of the hotel there is a construction which cover nearly all beach view, abit shame.

Das Hotel ist wirklich traumhaft schön . Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind modern und sauber . Der Pool ist nicht der größte aber völlig ausreichend um nach einem anstrengend Tag nochmal sich abzukühlen und zu entspannen.
Das im Hotel angebotene essen ist immer frisch und mit großer Auswahl .
Das Personal ist immer freundlich und möchte das man sich wohl fühlt . Das Hotel hat einen Mitarbeiter namens Path der dafür zuständig ist Ausflüge und Touren zu organisieren . Dieser ist super hilfsbereit und obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten konnte er uns noch alles organisieren . Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön .
Wir waren an einem Wochenende da wo in Vietnam Feiertage waren sodass es im Strandbereich viele Bühnen mit sehr lauter Musik gab. Auch hier hat das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter versucht es allein Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen .

Un hotel sublime. Habitué des 5 étoiles, cet hotel est sans conteste l’un des plus beaux et luxueux. Le personnel est au petit soin.
Nous sommes restés 1 petite nuit mais avons pleinement profité des installations très modernes et multiples des lieux. Bravo à l’équipe.
Le quartier est en construction mais vous êtes proche de tout. Vu le prix, il faut en profiter en plus.

Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. Breakfast is great, staff took care of everything I needed and always was there if I needed any assistance

晚餐有惊喜，餐厅环境很温馨安静😀，价格很适中，味道很好，可以改变不在酒店就餐的误区。前台服务很好，热心帮助解决游船接送的事宜，一直沟通到晚上较晚时间，把问题彻底解决。晚餐很丰盛，红烧肉和烧牛肉绝对五星级，完全最正宗的口味。大床房大的绝对超乎你想象，可以同时睡4个人，且不会拥挤。房价是国内四星，而设施服务餐饮确是五星呈现。

Stunning hotel. Unreal value for money, would expect to pay a lot more for what you get. Stunning lobby and facilities in general. The room is very big and modern and exceptionally clean, with a great bath and shower. The bed was very comfortable. Great location as could rent one of the bicycles (for free) at the hotel and only a 10 minute bike to the beach. The staff were exceptional, very helpful smiley and polite. We had a particularly great service from Phat who helped us book our boat trip and went above and beyond to help us. The food was amazing. The gym facilities were great too, a lot of different machines that were multi purpose. The massages we had were the best we’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ha Long Bay.
It is worth noting that there isn’t much to do in Ha Long Bay and you can see things are being built up in the area to fix that. Although the hotel is lovely enough to have a nice relaxing stay and still not be bored with the jacuzzi/ sauna area, the pool area which was lovely, gym, spa services etc. Also we had an issue with our grab driver on the way back to the airport, he tried to make us swap cars that was not a registered grab car and asked for more money for a faster road to the airport (which we found out isn’t much faster and not worth it), it was clear they were trying to do this for extra money. Although our issue was easily fixed by a phone call to Phat who managed to book us a trustworthy taxi. I would recommend booking taxi’s with the hotel in this area as they are trustworthy.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!
If you do not book breakfast beforehand and want to have it they charge 800.000 VND per person per day which in total (1.6 mio) is more than the cost for a double room per night. I find that weirdly expensive in relation. Therefore we decided against it.

Yatch hotel is very well designed and well built for the comfort which suits European style, fine finishing details. The reasonable organization for each function brings a wonderful experience even for leisure or work.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights and was happy every day. The food at breakfast was clean and plentiful. One of the managers in the restaurant greeted every guest who came in with enthusiasm and a smile.Let the guests enjoy breakfast every morning. I must praise his dedicated work performance.
"Phat", a young staff member in the hotel lobby, deserves my praise for his fluent communication and ability to handle emergencies at any time.
It is recommended that the hotel needs more intensive training on the responsibilities and abilities of housekeepers.The performance of housekeepers will affect the quality rating of a hotel.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles et j'ai été très impressionné par la taille spacieuse de la chambre et par la gentillesse du personnel. Les chambres offraient amplement d'espace pour se détendre et se sentir à l'aise, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à l'expérience globale. Le personnel était toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à toutes mes demandes, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est en développement ce qui rend les principales attractions de la ville un peu lointaines

Rooms, facilities, breakfast were fantastic. Loved the spa and jacuzzi.
Only downside was that the pool wasn't heated, and in December was way too cold to use.

Tolles Design, sehr gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter, gratis Fahrrad (da Hotel am Hang gelegen, bei der Rückfahrt etwas sportlich), grossartige Frühstücks-Auswahl, super Aussicht.
Ich war 10 Tage dort und fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff was even better. They helped us book tours and sorted out our transportation from the airport and to the boat tour.

Das Hotel ist erst etwa ein halbes Jahr in Betrieb, deshalb alles neu und tipptopp

The hotel recently opened and is brand new. The rooms are wonderful and the service is outstanding! We booked a 1 day tour via the concierge Phat, this really can be recommended. Breakfast is offering many choices and is also great! Really recommend to stay in this hotel!

El personal del hotel increíble. Muy servicial y excelente la comida del restaurant de hotel. El desayuno perfecto. La verdad si viajan por aquí no dejen de venir a este hotel. Es un 5 estrellas de verdad

Clean, all facilities are very new. It’s a real 5 stars hotel. Some other hotels advertise that they are 5 stars but actually old and not very good. The staffs are super polite and professional!

WAUW. Dit is het beste hotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven, en dat voor deze prijs. We kregen een gratis kamer upgrade en hadden echt een fantastische kamer. Heerlijk bed, geweldige douche, badkamer en bad. Hele fijne sauna en zwembad. En echt super lief personeel. De aardigste mensen die ik tot nu toe ben tegengekomen hier! Ze regelden een boottocht voor ons die ook super goed geregeld was en het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt. We zijn eigenlijk hierdoor bijna het hotel niet uitgeweest (afgezien van de hele dag de boot op om de baai te verkennen dan) maar dat was helemaal prima. We hebben ons hier super vermaakt.

The breakfast had ample selection. Some buffet style others prepared to your liking. Beautifully and tastefully decorated dining and common areas with view and comfortable, diverse seating.
Every detail in the hotel is thoroughly thought through, tasteful and of high quality. Excellent lighting, beautiful views of the scenery, tasteful furniture, comfortable and luxurious beds, probably all rooms with balconies.
A highlight with boutique hotel flair that stands out among the mainstream hotels offered in Ha Long. Staff was excellent, the Spa treatment was exceptional (she knew what she was doing), Espresso the way it should be.

On our last day in ha long we didn’t need to leave the hotel, the spa is great, all the staff is so friendly and accommodating. It’s exactly as it appears in the pictures

This is a stunning new hotel which we stayed in for two nights as a base for our Ha Long bay tour. Room was very clean and comfortable with views of the bay. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
Please note that this hotel is located at the top of a hill and there does not seem to be much located nearby. You need to walk down the hill to the town. We loved our stay but Ha Long and the hotel was eerily quiet. It felt like we were the only people in the hotel. Ha Long was like a ghost town. Would be great to see this hotel and city thriving - needs people to come and stay for a night or two instead of going in and out only to the Bay

Das hotel ist gigantisch. Super schöne Zimmer, sauber, hell und schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ein Traum. Der Service in diesem hotel ist wirklich fantastisch jeder hat ein Lächeln im Gesicht, möchten deinen Wünschen gerecht werden und sind sehr sympathisch.
Wir haben über das hotel eine Reise zur HA long bucht gebucht und thanh phat (arbeitet an der rezeption) hat uns in allem unterstützt und für uns alles in die Wege geleitet. Sehr gut. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach vietnam ist dieses hotel auf jeden Fall sicher reserviert.
Abends gute cocktails getrunken, mittags guten Kuchen gegessen. Dieses hotel ist spitze.

Nos gustó todo.
El hotel es precioso, nuevo y muy cómodo.
Pero lo mejor sin duda son sus empleados, con mención especial para Thao por su amabilidad y atenciones.
Se encargaron de todos los traslados y sin coste adicional, al contrario siempre miraban por nuestro interés.
Está un poco alejado del puerto, pero casi se agradece, ya que la población no tiene encanto.
Cenamos en el hotel y estuvo todo perfecto.
El desayuno puede ser buffet o servido en la mesa, recomendamos esta segunda opción.

We had a great stay, the staff were super helpful/ responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very new, and is kept very well.
We left our suitcases with the hotel when we went on a cruise around HaLong Bay, and everything was perfect when we returned.
They also have bikes that you are able to use for free.
We would definitely return.
