A pleasure to deal with, also need to mention Vy who was also wonderful. Will definitely be staying again when I'm next in Nha Trang

The location was close to the airport

I had issues with the room card, 3 times error using lifts and entering room. The layout of the 2 bedroom suite was very old, this room didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was tiny... The food was also a bit boring and lacking in presentation. The staff were verh friendly. They could use a doorman to elevate the feel, and the lobby was hot. The bed was good, and the soundproof noise was good too. The tv was very old... I think I would give it one more try and stay in another room type.

- Clean, modern rooms. Rooms with a direct sea view offer an excellent view. Tea, coffee, water, and bathroom amenities were replenished daily. - We really enjoyed the breakfast. Mango was available every day, while other fruits varied (passion fruit, watermelon, melon). The pho bo soup was especially delicious. Breakfast is served on the 31st floor in a comfortable setting, not too crowded, with very kind and attentive staff. - The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city. It’s better to rent sunbeds on the beach a bit farther from the center (cheaper and less crowded). - Very helpful and responsive staff. They took all our accommodation preferences into account. You can approach the reception desk with any request, and most employees speak good English. - Beach towels are available on the first floor (recorded when taken), and umbrellas can be borrowed with a deposit of your room key card.

Some notes: - Deposit policy (you need to leave your passport or 2 million VND as a deposit). - When booking, we expected sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (as stated in the description and shown in photos), but in reality, they were not available.

There are five-star hotels, and then there are those that go the extra mile. This one doesn’t—but it does what it promises, and does it well. It’s a classic five-star property with clean rooms, good facilities, and reliable service. Nothing flashy, nothing falling apart. What made our stay truly enjoyable was upgrading to a suite with club access. That transformed the experience. The suite was spacious, the view from the top floor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and unhurried. Breakfast by the rooftop pool was a daily highlight, and the staff in the club area were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The hotel is slightly removed from the busiest part of the beach, which actually adds to the sense of quiet. Location-wise, it works well.

That said, there are a few oddities. Check-in took longer than expected because we were thoroughly briefed on rules—like the strict prohibition against hanging laundry on the balcony (a fine applies), or bringing food back to the room (also discouraged). It felt a bit over-managed. When paying, the card terminal wasn’t working and we were asked to complete the transaction manually—using envelopes and handwritten notes. A small inconvenience, but a reminder that some processes could be smoother. One thing worth clarifying: from the photos on Booking.com, you might get the impression that the hotel has sun loungers set up down by the public beach. It doesn’t. There’s beach access nearby, but no dedicated seating on the sand. Just so you know. All in all, this is a good hotel—honest in what it offers, and especially worthwhile if you invest in the club level.

Cleanliness was good.I got a complimentary high tea voucher.Although the lobby could be a bit hectic at times, the area around the rooms was quiet and peaceful. The location is great — close to the beach, with plenty of food options nearby.

I was given an accessible room, which was spacious. However, the bathroom floor had no divider between the wet and dry areas. I’m not sure if all the rooms are designed this way, but it caused the toilet area wet after showering good that the floor dried quickly. The staff assisting with luggage and at the restaurant provided quick and friendly service. The front desk service was acceptable but could be improved.

Pleasant new hotel with nice design. Ocean view (but beware of honking noise). Not too big, so no huge groups of travelers. Very good breakfast and first class expresso machine and high quality coffee beans. Reasonable prices. I had the good luck to be welcomed by an outstanding reception attendant (HOANG) who found an excellent room for me. Thank you very much Hoang.

Ceilings could be higher. Glazing should have been thicker.

We were upgraded which was a nice touch. The rooms are overall in good condition as the property is very new. Some of the staff were very good. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is in a good location. There are Sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. We originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay to 5 nights, as overall we were happy to stay rather than move to another hotel.

This is not a five star hotel by European standards, there were lots of little things that just weren’t great, including: There are no umbrellas in the room, and you have to give your room number to ‘book’ umbrellas in and out. There are no beach towels on the beach sun loungers, and you have to request towels, and ‘book’ towels in and out. There was a member of staff on the beach in a small camping tent. Better shade/ facilities should be provided for staff. On a few days our shower gel was not topped up, so we had to use our own. The TV remote control had pink lipstick all over it when we entered the room, which shows that the cleaning is not up to standard. The running machines in the gym were not the best, and ‘slipped’ when using at higher speeds. There are lots of tour groups that use the hotel, and the breakfast time was just too busy. We only went to breakfast once during our stay, and the food was only warm, the variety was poor, and we were unable to get a hot drink as there were only two machines where you had to serve yourself… there was no queuing system! Some of the staff were quite rude, and we feel that one member of staff in particular tried to rip us off when we had some drinks. The price that was offered directly by the hotel was very high in comparison to booking through an online booking agent.
