Merci à Trisha qui a eu la gentillesse de trouver une solution a mon erreur de date pour la réservation. Un immense merci. Elle nous a réservé une merveilleuse croisière. Nous avons adoré. La nourriture du restaurant est excellente et le buffet du matin est aussi excellent. La piscine propre et la vue sur la baie d'Halong. Wow!
L'odeur dans les passages et dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas majeur, mais on le sens. Il y a des travaux majeurs près de l'hôtel. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé, mais j'aurais aimé le savoir.

all especially the food is amazing
i was allowed to make timelapse of sunrise floor 30 swimming pool 5am, 1hr prior the standard opening time. Thanks for that. I sent ms Lan Tran a video (over zalo) made at the pool floor 30 of the potential the pool has making use of the hardware of the hotel already has... Imagine "Love in Portofino" plays through the sound system after you turned off the deaf making fan (as the technician did for me upon my request). When you have a group of Belgians play "Ne me quitte pas" from Jacques Brel. KYC ...

Time for check in is 3pm (quite late), and check out at 11 (too early) compare to other Hotel in Vietnam.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The dining area was also very nice and was constantly kept clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, there was a noticeable and unpleasant musty smell in the hallway on our floor and, to a lesser extent, inside our room. It seemed that there might be a humidity or dampness issue in the property, which unfortunately had a negative impact on our experience and affected our stay.

The views are absolutely breathtaking from our 2 bedroom apparment 19th floor.
Staff all very friendly & efficient.
We made use of free bikes to explore the beach area.
The use of a washing machine is real plus.
Some of the walls have been drawn on. The outside lounger badly stained. A musty smell in cupboards

The apartment and in particular the balcony facing the ocean was fantastic. Spacious and a nice place to be. Vast breakfast spread and good restaurant on the ground floor.
Very loud with children so we didn’t use the swimming pools because they were too noisy. Near lots of construction so loud on the balcony but the doors blocked out the noise well.

Vì bên cạnh có công trường hoạt động nên ồn! Vệ sinh phòng chưa kĩ lắm! Căn phòng vẫn có cảm giác ẩm thấp mùi ẩm không có mùi thơm. Cửa kính ban công không được vệ sinh còn đọng vết mưa bụi bẩn trên kính, sàn nhà vệ sinh vẫn còn tóc

The reception team was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. The property had a good view of the bay. Great breakfast.
The Beds were ROCK HARD. Like I may as well have been sleeping on a bed of bricks or the floor. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my 45 years of living. The noise from the construction next to the hotel is loud. The construction sound goes all night and all day. The rooms are not soundproof. People should be aware it’s a completely non smoking hotel. No smoking on balconies or near pool area or open areas. The bathrooms were very dimly lit.

We had an amazing room with a view and balcony over the city, was so nice to be able to sleep with a nice breeze after being in hotter places in Vietnam.
Was great having a laundry we could also use.
Restaurant also had amazing selection of food.

Vị trí đẹp, cũng khá gần biển, di chuyển tiện lợi, có bãi đậu xe free nhưng trên booking đang chia làm 2, phòng có free bãi đậu xe 1 giá, ko có chỗ đậu xe 1 giá khác
Khách sạn 5 sao nhưng tiện ích ko đủ để 5 sao. Có thể là do đời đầu là 5 sao nhưng so với thời đại bg chỉ tương đương 3 sao. Phù hợp với gia đình có con nhỏ muốn nấu ăn tại phòng, có đủ tiện nghi, bếp nồi bát đũa tủ lạnh to. Phòng tắm chỉ có dầu gội, sữa tắm, nước rửa tay, 2 bàn chải, 1 túi tóc khi tắm. Thường thì ksan 5 sao sẽ có dao cạo, bông tai, bông tẩy trang và 1 vài dụng cụ cá nhân khác. Mình ở melia, Vin cũng là 5 sao, có đầy đủ tất cả nên mình chủ quan ko mang những thứ đó. Đến nơi mới tá hoả. Đồng ý với việc là đồ cá nhân tự chuẩn bị nhưng ksan 5 sao chỉ có đồ dùng giống như homestay vậy. Khá thất vọng. Đèn trong nhà vệ sinh tối, màu vàng, chỉ có 2 bóng nhỏ mini, làm gì cũng lờ mờ. Chắc do mình thích sáng, mọi thứ phải sáng rực mới chịu được. Do quan điểm mỗi người khác nhau ạ. From the very moment I walked into the Citadines marina, I received excellent service.
The rooms were great, the views were lovely.
The service from all staff from Reception to dining staff and hotel maids was first rate.
I feel I must offer my sincere thanks to a lady on reception called “Rachel” this lady was absolutely outstanding, her knowledge, her personality, her ability to get things done was first rate.
The ASR chain are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff.
She is a valuable asset to this organisation, and not only are they lucky to have her working for them.
She is also a fantastic ambassador for this great hotel group.

My partner and I have just checked out from a 4 night stay in Citadines and we are sad to leave. Citadines was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It’s 10 minute grab from the Tuan Chau Marina Port if you wanted to do the day cruise round Ha Long Bay, however if you haven’t got plans to do the cruise then the hotel is sat right on a luxury beach with a beach bar, you can get bikes around Ha Long Marina or just sit by the pool if the weather is nice. I’d also recommend eating in the Soul Bowl restaurant that is attached to the hotel, the food was amazing with a big variety. The facilities as a whole were 10/10 and the staff were very friendly. We’d love to come back if we get the chance

The facilities were good with two swimming pools. Breakfast was really nice. We got a free upgrade because of the construction noise.
The location isn’t great. It’s surrounded by a construction site. The service is quite slow and they let us down on a couple of things - like a boat trip and taxi service.

Greate breakfast, huge variety, Very friendly staff, especially Trisha at the reception. Full Equipment of the units including washing machine.

Citadine properties are well thought out and all follow a similar blueprint so everything you need is on hand and everything feels familiar. The rooms are large, comfortable, well equipped and great value for money staff, happily and efficiently deal with inquiries shout out to Trisha at this property who has gone the extra mile for me very helpful indeed thx Trisha

Sehr modernes, großes Zimmer und neu. Toller Ausblick über die Bucht, tolles Buffet zum Frühstück.
Billiard und Fahrräder gratis.
Personal konnte nicht so gut Englisch, Bad relativ dunkel. Kein Spa. Große Baustelle vor dem Hotel mit Läem bis 24 Uhr

The roof top terrace
The 🪳 in the room and all drawers and cupboards. The aircon didn't work. Moved rooms but was no better. Staff not communicating any of this to management. Had to let management know myself then got offered a "bigger, better room" on day we were leaving.

The pool facilities and the hotel gym were both rather small. The pool was small and mostly occupied by children. The gym equipment was mostly unusable

Loved the bay view, large jugs of drinking water in room, shower pressure was fantastic, comfy firm beds and bedding, and the kitchenettes made things so convenient for a long stay (2 weeks total). Great gym and the indoor pool was awesome to have for swimming when the weather was windy and cold. Also enjoyed the free bikes for exploring the area!
The cupboards had a bit of a mild mildewy smell (probably built up due to the general humidity of the area), and the dusting of the rooms could have been better. Location gives a great view and peacefulness but is a bit far from good grocery stores and more lively parts of Ha Long.

Een fijn hotel met een prima ontbijt, wel wat afgelegen. De werkzaamheden naast het hotel zorgden voor wat overlast aangezien deze elke dag van heel vroeg tot heel laat door gaan.
We hadden eerst een kamer waar we in het bad moesten douchen. Gelukkig konden we na 1 nacht naar een andere kamer met een seperate douche, Hier waren wel behoorlijke kosten aan verbonden.

The waiters are incredibly kind and helpful. Before our stay, the hotel assisted us with the transfer and helped us organize our programs. :)
We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Nobody informed us that hundreds of children would be arriving. In a 5-star hotel, this kind of information should have been clearly communicated. We are extremely disappointed that we have still not received any response to our previous message (see below). This lack of communication is unacceptable from a 5-star hotel. Now, to make things worse, there is a loud techno party next to our room, and nobody warned us about this either. This is absolutely not a relaxing environment .

קודם כול המקום נראה מדהים, ממוקם סמוך לחוף ויש ממנו נוף נהדר. לאחר מכן המתקנים שלו ברמה גבוהה וניכר שחשוב להם השירות וישנה תודעת שירות גבוהה שמורגשת מהשנייה שבה ירדתי מהמונית והגיע עובד המלון לעזור לי עם הדברים עד הרגע שהוביל אותי לחדרי ועזר לי עם הדברים.
במהלך השהות שלי במלון היו לי מספר שאלות בנוגע למסעדות-מאכלים עזרה בתפעול של החדר וכמה נוספות איתן עובדי הקבלה עזרו לי בחיוך ובכול דבר, במיוחדת עובדת בשם Jasmine שחייכה עזרה וגרמה לי להרגיש בנוח לשאול הכול.
לקראת סיום שהותי במלון החלטתי שאני רוצה להאריך בלילה נוסף ו Jasmine עזרה לי בשינוי החדר שעשיתי(הזמנתי שנית מבוקינג ולא אותו חדר) הקדימה לי את הצאק אין שלא אחכה וגם דאגה לשאול לגבי הקומה בה אני מעוניין להיות ואפילו אם אני חפץ בנוף לים.
חוויה נהדרת ואשמח לחזור לשם שוב!

I had a great stay at Citadines Marina Halong. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers beautiful views of the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the facilities were excellent.
I especially loved the gym — it’s spacious, well-equipped, and has a great view, which made working out much more enjoyable. The infinity pool and rooftop area are also highlights, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The executive suite was great, but the apartments are actually separate rooms altogether (side by side). This could have been more clear. Rooms are clean, facilities (gym, pool) are great, and staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The options to eat in the restaurant are fairly limited. Don't expect many western options in the surrounding area, we found it to be quite a ghost town. Seems like most people come here to stay whilst doing the Ha Long Bay Cruise. We stayed here an extra few days after and it did feel slightly deserted.

Location, foods, staffs was very kind polite and very helpful, beautiful view from my balcony. Peaceful and quite. Credit goes to all the staff there for providing great customer service. Pool was nice, everything was clean, staff in restaurants was friendly
You can not swim in the ocean at the beach. Nobody tells you this in advance. Reception staff is unfriendly. When checking out the staff member told us we took a plate which was totally untrue we did not even use the plates or cutlery. Western food in restaurant is not good. The receptionists also do not speak english and are not interested in being friendly and helpful at all. It is not 5 star standard, but for the price I guess it is ok.

The staff was fantastic, breakfast was great, and the room was perfect.
We booked this stay very last minute just a couple hours before we checked in and did not know that the hotel would not provide a bed for my son even though we booked for two adults and 1 child. When we asked, they wanted pretty much double the amount we paid for the room which we refused. Then we asked for a blanket so he could sleep on the couch and they wanted us to pay for that as well. Very odd and inhospitable. Luckily they ended up making it right.

Unbelievable balcony and view, big room, clean, pool area was nice, big breakfast, located beside a beautiful beach although location wise it was a little bit isolated, perfect if you are just looking to stay in the hotel, price of a grab into the town is small. Oh and a lovely bar area and balcony with brilliant cocktails to match.

Buffet sáng rất ngon, view biển đẹp. Staff nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khi cần. Đi ra bãi biển trong khu Marina gần. Có kids' club tiện lợi và phù hợp với gia đình có con nhỏ.
Đến vào dịp 2/9 còn được tặng quà gấu bông và túi cà phê.

The hotels location by the beach was fabulous, however that particular area by the marina is very quiet and not many good restaurants to eat out at.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit bequemen Betten und guter Ausstattung. Ein fantastischer Balkon mit einer Postkartenaussicht auf die Karstfelsen im Meer. Grundnahrungsmittel sind natürlich nicht vorhanden. Dafür eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Aber Achtung: Trocknung nur für 60-Grad-Wäsche. Waschpulver ist in kleinen Portionen bereitgelegt. Der Service ist für den Norden Vietnams ausgezeichnet. Da ich aufgrund meiner Milcheiweißallergie nicht alle Produkte beim Frühstückbuffet essen konnte, nahm sich eine sehr freundliche Angestellte meiner an und kümmerte sich fürsorglich sowie gewissenhaft um mich. Top! Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und geschmackvoll. Es ist auch vormittags möglich sich spontan für das Frühstück anzumelden.
Die Umgebung wirkt wie ausgestorben und macht den Anschein einer Trabantenstadt. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas verbessert werden. Die Sitzmöbel im Außenbereich sind zwar schön, doch sind diese teilweise beschädigt. Leider sind uns andere Touristen (aus China) aufgefallen, die einem absolut rücksichtlos beim Frühstücksbuffet wegdrückten oder sich beim Anstellen des Aufzuges dreist vordrängeln. Wir mussten bei der Abreise 30 Min. (!!) auf einen freien Aufzug warten! Als wir mit anderen Reisenden auf unserer Etage endlich an der Reihe waren, haben wir alle gejubelt. Achtung also, um Stress bei der Abreise zu vermeiden, diese Zeit einkalkulieren. Tipp: Trotzdem einen freien wählen, der zwar nach oben fährt, aber letztendlich irgendwann auch mal im Erdgeschoss ankommt.

Basically, this is a great hotel with large, nice and clean rooms. Inviting pool and nice location. A little feeling of luxury.
Great service. It was very convenient to have a grocery store in the hotel. It was open until late at night. In addition, the Soul Bowl restaurant was very good!
Unfortunately, there were a few things that brought down the overall feeling. Firstly, we found a bed bug in the bed. After some discussion, we were able to change rooms to another floor, but our children who lived next to us were not able to change. So we were placed on a different floor than our children. It felt a bit unsafe. Secondly, there was a bit of chaos at the hotel this weekend because the hotel was completely booked. And the infrastructure in hotels is not adapted to a fully booked hotel. There were not enough elevators, and we had to wait a long time for the elevator each time. Up to 10 minutes each time. It was disappointing. In addition, there was complete chaos in the breakfast room. Far too many people and far too much noise. The swimming pools were great, but it was always full of screaming kids, which meant that we didn't get to have any relaxing swims. It should have been that one pool was for people over 12 years old, and the other for everyone. Or that there were separate times for only those over 12 years old. Many of the small children also did not use bath diapers. We were also woken up by the housekeeper at 0900 in the morning. When we said it was too early, they did not come back later in the day either, which meant that the room was not cleaned that day. All of this took quite a toll on the overall experience. As for the surroundings, which of course the hotel cannot be blamed for, the neighborhood seems a bit unfinished. The beach is not clean and neither are the neighboring hotels. There was also a disappointing amount of trash in the water and on the beaches. Both in the city and out in Halong Bay. Otherwise, Halong Bay is a fantastically beautiful place

The hotel is near the beach and located in central Ha Long.
The hotel is part of a condominium project, where construction is going on. The surroundings look like a construction site which devastates the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay. Service in restaurant was very slow even though they weren’t busy. Told staff of a bad meal and was not offered something else instead, no refund and no discount.
Elevators were not working well stopping on all floors for unknown reason .

Hôtel récent, personnel au top… chambre avec une vue magnifique … je recommande… l’endroit est très calme car toute la zone est en construction. Si vous cherchez un endroit avec des animations faudra prévoir un taxi. Sinon l’hôtel propose des vélos et j’ai trouvé ça cool pour faire une ballade. La plage en face de l’hôtel était déserte c’était appréciable en fin de journée avec un beau couché de soleil

As a family of five-2 adults & 3 children, the apartment options were perfect. We had interconnected apartments. Beautifully decorated, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and lots of space. Breakfast was really great. The swimming pools are open til 9pm and the children loved swimming after a day out. Great location. Booked a 6 hour luxury ha long bay cruise through reception at the hotel. Got picked up and dropped off from hotel. Free bike hire available which is great for going to the beach. Or just cycling along the promenade.
Ate dinner every night in the restaurant and went to the roof top bar one night. The whole hotel is stunning and the staff are so helpful.

La salle de bain était agréable, la douche coule avec de l'eau chaude immédiatement et 1 grosse pression. Les blocs sanitaires avec douches accolés aux 2 piscines, celle du 3ème et du roof top (30)étaient parfaits eux aussi. Pour ceux qui sont logés dans les étages supérieurs, vue incroyable sur la baie. Plage à moins de deux cents mètres bien que la propreté de l'eau soit très douteuse. Je suppose que quelques tuyaux d'évacuation de tous les complexes hôteliers qui bordent cette immense plage ne sont pas raccordés à des stations d'épuration mais bon... comme je l'ai indiqué plus haut, prendre 1 douche dans cet hôtel est très agréable. Le WE, l'hôtel est saturé de familles avec enfants et pratiquement plus personne en semaine, le contraste est saisissant piur cette grosse machine. Le restaurant situé au RDC n'est pas ouf, en revanche, le petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10h00 est copieux et très diversifié. Il y'en a pour tous les goûts. Parking de l'hôtel en sous-sol pour voitures et scooters accessible avec la carte de la chambre depuis les ascenceurs.

This hotel was well worth the money while staying in Ha Long. The staff were helpful, and kept us informed ahead of our stay.
The facilities at the hotel were what made the stay top notch. The gym is small but sufficient, the pool is gorgeous, the restaurant and mini mart on site are super convenient (with really delicious food and snack options).

Современный отель, дизайн, еда, бассейн, чистота, супер-отзывчивый ненавязчивый персонал, дают велики.
Рядом стройка, закончат - будет тихо, не вина отеля, но важно. Прям рядом достаточно заброшено, мало ресторанчиков , магазинчиков и локал-кафе.

La habitación maravillosa, la recepción, el desayuno buffet el mejor de todo Vietnam y el restaurante es un lujo.
La temperatura de la piscina en la tercera planta era demasiado fría y la piscina interior de la última planta tenía mucho ruido de algún generador. Era bastante molesto.

This hotel is very very nice especially for the price, everything seems fairly new and very clean. Location was abit out of the way but did not mind for the quality. The restaurant was also amazing!!

Vibrant and very modern situated 5 minute walk from the beach and on a clear day I’m sure the views of the bay are stunning. Two pools and a gym adorn this hotel. The twin room had two single beds with modern tv connections and a secondary room with kitchen and a multitude of hanger space. Large modern shower was ideal. The balcony has panoramic views of the town and bay. A little outside of the touristy areas but with so much development in halong, I’m sure that’s about to change. Perhaps more food options for room service could be looked at. Breakfast was a vast and nutritious buffet style and the staff were helpful and diligent. I get the feeling that as time goes on this hotel will win plenty of awards for sure.

Ett väldigt fint hotell som ligger precis vid stranden. Poolområdet var mysigt & vi hade turen att ha det för oss själva dom dagarna vi var där. Finns även en pool på högsta våningen som ligger inomhus om man föredrar det. Frukosten på hotellet var väldigt bra & det fanns även en bra restaurang på första våningen.
Room servicen var bra även den! Vi har egentligen ingenting att klaga på från våran vistelse & besöker gärna Citadiness igen i framtiden.

The hotel was large and clean and the facilities were good, however the location was very secluded, there was nothing in the surrounding areas and even the restaurants locally were closed giving no option but to eat in the slightly more expensive hotel restaurant. The hotel breakfast was good and it was nice to have access to some bikes however the local area is very quiet.

Heerlijk groot hotel met lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuk zwembad zowel binnen als buiten, biljarttafel. Lekker gegeten in het soul-bowl restaurant beneden in het hotel. Leuke rooftopbar. Alleen jammer van de ligging, buiten het hotel is het een bouwwerf.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for 2 weeks. During our stay, we experienced...the best burgers we ever had, the best seafood buffet with live music, the best breakfast in Vietnam, a lovely bike-around experience with free bicycles provided at reception, great gym facilities, wonderful and attentive staff. WiFi was great, we were able to continue working online. We also loved the practical aspects of this condominium-hotel like the washing machine in the apartment.

The hotel is in excellent condition and the rooms were very modern and clean. The kitchen was excellent as our son and daughter have multiple food allergies requiring us to cook. The staff at the restaurant on the main floor, our server, was amazing and checked ingredients for us when asked. Food was also very delicious. We enjoyed the pool on the top floor and views of Halong Bay.
Issue with booking transportation through the hotel. They charge more and communication was an issue. They booked us a limobus but we had to be transported to another location to transfer to the bus but were not advised in advance of this. They then told us it would be a 10km drive before reaching the limobus. It was a 65km drive before reaching the limobus and we were so nervous as to where we were being taken as when we booked the transportation through the hotel we were advised pick up would be at the hotel and drop off at the hotel. We had to transfer one more time from the limobus to another van before reaching our final destination.

I was unwell when I was staying here and had previously booked a room with two single beds for me and my friend. After explaining that we would now like two separate rooms (to avoid passing on my sickness to my friend), the staff were extremely understanding and helpful in facilitating this; even offering to help me contact a pharmacy. The staff were extremely attentive and definitely helped in my recovery. The hotel itself is beautiful and well worth the price!

Our favourite hotel in all of Vietnam. Amazing facilities, huge spacious and clean room, unreal buffet Brekky and the restaurant downstairs was probably the best restaurant we ate at while in Vietnam. We went during the off season and it seemed we had the whole hotel to ourselves, easy access to the pier for day trips to Halong bay and returning to complete comfort at the hotel.

Hotel and room was very clean, breakfast was superb and good spread. Gym was well equipped and had two swimming pools indoor and outdoor. Some staff could understand and speak English and some cannot. Overall they helped us when we want to get an information. Located just 10 minutes away from Halong bay cruise starting area.
They didn’t let us enter to their rooftop bar (on the rocks) which is at 30th floor saying there is a private party going on. Wanted to spend my wife’s birthday which was on same day and as a in-house guest we were totally dissatisfied and surprised hearing that.

Hervorragender Service, toller Ausblick, sehr ruhig, super Ausstattung im Studio mit Küchenzeile und großem Kühlschrank.

Hotel zelf is super! Prachtige kamers met mooi uitzicht over het strand. Mooie gym en lekker divers restaurant. Verder was er buiten het hotel niks te beleven begin maart. Wij hebben ons er voor 1 nachtje prima vermaakt en gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten die het hotel aanbiedt. Wij zouden zeker hier nog eens terug willen komen in de warmere maanden.

Fantastic place. My wife and I think this place cannot be beat in Halong. Weeks before we arrived, staff contacted us to make sure our stay would be a pleasant one. The facilities are tremendous. Love the indoor pool and rooftop bar. Breakfast is ample. Restaurant below serves great food at reasonable prices. Staff willing to help out with anything: tours, bike hire etc. Shout out to Lucy who was awesome. As far as I’m concerned Halong is Citadines. I’m coming again.
Perhaps a little isolated but not a problem for us. Construction nearby, but again this did not impact our stay at all.

Sehr schönes, modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett und sehr ruhig, daher konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Ein eigener Wasserspender ist im Zimmer vorhanden, sodass man keine Extra Flaschen kaufen und schleppen muss. Das Frühstück und die Auswahl sind besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Der Outdoor wie Indoor Pool sind ebenfalls ein Highlight, auch wenn nicht beheizt. Der Service war top, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Preis-Leistung.

Hotel war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋 und große Auswahl. Liegt etwas außerhalb, war aber in Ordnung.
Schade, dass es keinen Raucher Bereich gab für so ein großes Hotel und auf dem Balkon durfte man auch nicht rauchen, warum auch immer.

This hotel was truly amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The free bicycle rental was a nice touch, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The swimming pools were cool and refreshing, also with a great view. Being located near the sea added to the charm, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious and had great views, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The breakfast and restaurant were good. The building had good amenities.
The bathroom in the room has no shower. Only a tub with a shower wand and no partition or mount for the wand. I actually went to the fitness center locker room to shower as they had great walk in showers….

Großes Zimmer mit hervorragender Küche und extrem viel Stauraum. Geräumiges Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Leicht abgelegene Lage hervorragend um etwas Ruhe zu finden. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Hervorragende Sauberkeit im Poolbereich.

Stunning hotel in Halong. Extremely good value for money and the facilities are modern and well kept.
The gym, the restaurant, the pool, everything is fantastic.
Lots of options for breakfast.
The staff was super friendly, in particular Lucy at the reception desk, she really took care of us.
It is close to a construction site, and a bit far from anything else, but overall not a big deal.

Tout,rapport qualité prix imbattable pour cet hotel de standing.Vue incroyable sur la mer.
Et surtout Mrs KENNY le manager qui nous à organisé la croisière d'un jour et à tout fait pour nous décalér notre séjour sans frais suite à notre changement de programme.

Nice building with good interior and very helpful staff. Apartments are spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views.
The hotel provides all the services and we liked the small shop at the Groundfloor.
Sunset bar serves good cocktails and outstanding views of the Bay.
Breakfast is huge, more like brunch with options for every dietary preferences.
At a moment the surroundings are very abandoned with a lot of construction works around. Not that we were disturbed by the sounds, but just the filing that you are alone there - no vibrant city/beach life. All tourist attractions are in quite the distance, thankfully the hotel provides bicycles free of charge.

Lovely hotel. Good facilities - gym & pool. Laundry service available (not particularly cheap), restaurants good. Sky bar lovely.
There is nothing to do in the area, bit of a ghost town. No bars/restaurants to wander to. Good place to stay before/after going on a cruise on Ha Long Bay but wouldn’t spend more than a night or 2 here.

Phòng rất tiện nghi, đặc biệt gia đình mình có bé nhỏ 10 tháng và bé lớn 4 tuổi thì rất ưng luôn. Buffet sáng rất ngon và đa dạng. Máy giặt có cả chức năng sấy, có cả gói bột giặt nữa nên ko phải mang quần áo bẩn về nhà.
Nhược điểm là WC thì rộng quá trong khi phòng ngủ lại chật quá. Giường bé nên chồng mình người to cuối cùng vẫn phải ra sofa nằm. Hệ thống điều hoà cũng hơi khó sử dụng

Das Frühstück war wirklich köstlich und bot eine wunderbare Mischung aus europäischen und asiatischen Speisen. Es gab auch viele gesunde Optionen, was ich wirklich toll fand. Nur die Dumplings waren leider nicht ganz warm, aber das ist kein Problem. Ansonsten war die Auswahl wirklich beeindruckend!
Das Hotel ist ja noch ganz neu, und trotzdem waren schon viele Spuren von Verfall zu sehen, die sie aber mit viel Eifer reparierten. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viele andere Baustellen. Beim Haartrockner schauen die Kabel raus und eine Steckdose beim Wasserkocher war defekt.

Spacious rooms which were well appointed. Super friendly and helpful staff. The best buffet breakfast that we have enjoyed so far. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Lovely location with fantastic views. We had a great view from our balcony, but the best views were from the indoor pool.

Pool was cold, both inside and out, no pool towels. A little bit of town. Plus they tried to charge us for a broken glass on checkout, after we told them it was broken and to be careful.

Modern, you did not realize you are in Vietnam. No service - teception staff did not greet a family upon arrival, were generally not attentive. Outside pool not in use, inside pool cold. Only one restaurant in use. Ok, we realize they just had a typhoon, but acknowledging it and apologizing would have been needed. My family traveled thousands of miles from Scandinavia to Vietnam for warmth - and paid for it, did not receive what we paid for. Upon bringing this up ee received no apology, just a statement that the pool was appropriately warm (sorry, this is called lying to customers). Views were great (although did not feel like going to balcony, half the balconies in the building were broken due to recent typhoon) Have traveled a lit and lived in Asia - never before have changed hotel in the middle of stay (no apology/compensation from hotel). I regret ever making a booking in this hotel.

We had an excellent 1 night stay here before going on a cruise in Halong Bay. The hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. The studio we booked had everything you needed for a longer stay as well with a small kitchen equipped with all you would need to cook if you wanted to. We had a nice balcony as well with great views of the bay. The hotel has a laundry room where they have washers and dryers you can use ( you buy the coins from the reception), and they also provide the laundry detergent. We booked the half board option, so for dinner, we had a set menu. The food was very good. I would happily return to this hotel.

We stayed here for one day before heading out to our Ha Long Bay cruise. Nice hotel with great gym and pool facilities. Would recommend if you decide to stay in Ha Long city. Note: Ha Long city itself was deserted when we were there, so not worth it to stay there more than one day... The hotel is nice though!
Some things that made our stay:
- Nice pool on the 30th floor with great view of the bay. (The outside pool on third floor was closed due to some maintenance during our stay)
- Good gym facilities also with a nice view of the bay.
- Good location in a quiet area, although a lot of construction ongoing. Hotel provides free bikes to use and cycle to the town center. Some nice local restaurants around the corner (such as Banh mi etc)
- Although the rooms and facilities inside are nice, from the balcony view it was visible that the hotel itself was pretty damaged, might be due to the recent typhoon?

Every thing .. this hotel is top notch and the staff are fantastic .. the breakfast is incredible! A full banquet for royalty ! The pools are amazing.. just an amazing experience staying here and the little shop next door is fabulous ! ..

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut wenngleich auch neben einer brennenden Müllkippe
Vieles war Dreckig oder kaputt. Besonders sorgen hat uns der gebrochene Beton am Balkon in der 19 Etage gemacht. Trotz gebuchten Frühstück mussten wir für Cappuccino extra Bezahlen. Wir sind am Ende eher abgereist da uns die Sauberkeit und Sicherheit das aller erste mal wirklich zudenken gegeben hat. Ja es ist Südost Asien aber bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Also wenn man ins Hotel kommt ist alles schön aber die Zimmer brauchen dringend neue Farben. Wir waren zum Glück nur 2 Nächte, denn ausschlafen ist undenkbar, ab 7.00 Uhr wurden wir von einer Bohrmaschine geweckt. In unserem Nachbar Zimmer wurde gebaut. Wir haben gewusst, das ein Taifun einiges zerstört hat aber das Hotel ist riesig dann vergebe ich halt andere Zimmer und nicht gerade eins neben einer Baustelle. Um das ganze Hotel nur Baustellen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and bath and shower with plenty hot water. Very clean.
At the moment there is no sky bar and restaurant. It under repair due to the typhoon. In our room we had 1 plate and no wine glasses. A stove top with no switches. Not exactly 5 star.!

Mooie ruime studio met balkon. Zeer goede gym. Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. Fietsen om naar het centrum te rijden.
Er zijn veel werven in de buurt: ook lawaai ‘s avonds. Maar daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. They had a wonderful little shop downstairs with a wide range of items. Very clean rooms and 2 pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. I upgraded rooms and was pleasantly surprised with a washer dryer. I really enjoyed my stay.

Equipamiento en planta 3 (gym, piscina, desayuno). La habitación está muy bien y cama cómoda. Descansas muy bien (si no hay fiesta). Tienen bicicletas para ir a la playa y dar un paseo, eso esta muy bien. O que tengan tienda abajo.
El restaurante tardaron 1 hora para cada plato, se me hizo eterno comer y no pude hacer varias cosas. Fiesta nocturna hasta la 1:00 AM

Hôtel exceptionnel.
Qualité, esthétique, fonctionnalité, services, contexte et la cerise sur le gâteau la serviabilité et l'efficacité du personnel (en particulier Rachel).

This hotel was the most amazing hotel we have Ever stayed at. It was clean tidy and had a beautiful feeling about it staying here. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel as it was absolutely amazing. The rooftop pool at night time was breathtaking. The stuff were extremely helpful also.

Hotel fabuloso. Muy moderno. Nos atendieron de maravilla, incluso dejándonos un detallado en la habitación. Las piscinas son espectaculares y la terraza también. El desayuno excelente.
Inmejorable. Ha estado todo excelente. Continúen así. Solo comentar que algunas áreas están cerradas por los daños sufridos por el tifón en septiembre, pero no es su culpa y están trabajando para recuperar las áreas afectadas.

The rooms were lovely and clean but on the smaller side. The indoor pool and gym were very impressive compared to other hotels. The buffet breakfast in the morning couldn’t have been better! Overall a very enjoyable stay

We came after the Yagi typhoon so everything was not really back to normal yet (outdoor pool and rooftop bar were close) but the room was nice. Ms. An reservation was great at supporting setup our requests on welcome amenities.
Unstable Electricity. Couldn’t find the instruction to use the phone. It took me awhile to figure out how to call guest services. And my room were not allowed to use the kitchen facilities while other rooms of my group could.

The staff were welcoming, the property was just kit by Hurricane yet the staff did everything possible to make everyone feel welcoming. The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing and allowed the kids to have some own space after days of being in the same room. The breakfast was just sensational.

Currently, a housing estate is being built around the property and the noise from the construction is a bit disturbing. There is no separate access to the beach, you have to go through the construction site.

The rooms feel very new and exceptionally clean. Rooms had everything you need for a good stay. Bed very comfortable. Balcony has a sea view and very spacious. Breakfast was pleasant and plenty of options. Location is good.
Some of the facilities are still closed due to the recent storm damage. Would have been good to known that before booking rather than a message after booking. The outdoor pool and rooftop bar were both sadly closed. The indoor swimming pool looked clinical and didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Wasn’t much else other than the restaurant which was great food. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly. However we wanted to go on a dinner cruise that evening and the man at the desk said there’s none and only day cruises which they partner with. We had a cruise booked the next day so wasn’t relevant. Turns out there’s plenty of dinner cruises. With a bit of last minute googling, we managed to get on one but was stressful to arrange. Hotel could have helped rather than upsell a day cruise. Would be useful if the hotel partnered with a dinner cruise. None the less, didn’t spoil the experience.

The facilities were pleasant, clean and well appointed. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were fabulous and the gym was well equipped. The staff on the front desk were very helpful providing early check in, calling us taxis, making calls to check if external businesses were open and functioning.
The pool on level 30 doesn’t have any non-slip mats on the floor or towels so the facility quickly becomes wet and very slippery. The kids club was closed due to the typhoon but in their Instagram/text messages it had advised it was still open so for the time being check what’s still operating but the staff helped us find external solutions.

Buffet breakfast was abundant with wide variety. Location was peaceful and local shops easily accessible.
Free bike hire handy and must to explore the beach and shops. Gym well equipped and spacious. Indoor pool and view marvellous. Special thanks to Trisha for her exceptional service and willingness to assist. She also provided us with late checkout.

Shocking customer service Guy on reception didn’t even look up from his computer when we arrived. No one came to help with bags. No welcome drink Every other hotel we stayed in Vietnam has had brilliant staff but this was stands out for the wrong reasons.

The hotel is actually a very good Hotel.
Due to the typhoon some places have been closed for maintenance.

Media pensión imposible de disfrutar, desayuno mesas ocupadas con muchisima gente, cena sin mucha opción obligándome a pagar un extra para usar el buffet cuando teníamos media pensión, ascensores una odisea, para acceder a nuestra habitación esperas largas y mucho ruido en los pasillos, limpieza de habitación inexistente 5 minutos para hacer la cama.

Vị trí xa trung tâm, ko xô bồ. Gần biển riêng sạch sẽ ko cần phải chen chúc vào Tuần Châu. View đẹp thấy cả thành phố, biển và núi. Phòng ốc style đơn giản hiện đại.
Tiện nghi ít. Bể bơi rooftop và bar rooftop đều trong nhà khá bí. Bể bơi tầng 3 tạm đc nhưng mình đi ngày lễ quá đông ko chen nổi với các gia đình. Thang máy lag. Ban công hơi nhỏ. Check in ngày lễ rất lâu.

Most of the staff did not speak english very well, a lot of misunderstandings by them and they seemed annoyed because of that. Problems with elevators. Poorly executed breakfast when a lot of people staying at the hotel. Could not get breakfast during our last morning, because most foods were out and there weren't any free tables.

1. Lễ tân quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp, phải chờ checkin từ 13h đến 16h mới nhận được phòng. Biết là đi vào nghỉ lễ sẽ rất đông nhưng thái độ phục vụ thiếu chuyên nghiệp, để rất nhiều khách đợi quá lâu, checkin xog cũng chờ gần 1 tiếng mới cho nhận phòng. Rất nhiều khách hàng đòi trả tiền ko thuê phòng nữa. Bao nhiêu năm đi nghỉ vào dịp lễ nhưng tôi chưa từng thấy khách sạn nào vận hành tệ thế này. 2. Vì khách sạn theo mô hình vừa bán chung cư cho người dân tự vận hành và tự cho thuê nên nhộm nhoạm, rất đông, thang máy chờ rất lâu. 3. Phòng khá chật chội, không đầy đủ tiện nghi: không có áo choàng tắm; nhà để xe trong hầm rất khó đi lại, khu vực bể bơi các tầng rất khai… Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây nữa

The hotel is very close to the beach. We stayed in an apartment which is well equipped. The rooms are clean.
The room had a very strong bad smell from previous stay customer. Although the room was clean and the staff helped us to check, the smell was very strong still. Some staffs that we encountered were not the best, not customer and service oriented at all. Especially those at the restaurant area.

Chúng tôi có đặt bữa sáng và bữa tối nhưng không thể tin bữa tối thật tồi tệ với cái mức giá mà tôi phải thanh toán. Menu cho khách sơ sài làm cho xong. Đến bữa ngày thứ 3 tôi phải bỏ và đi ra ngoài ăn.Không khác gì lừa đảo.Gia đình chúng tôi sống ở nước ngoài muốn về Việt Nam có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái nhưng thật thất vọng với một khách sạn 5 sao. Bữa sáng ngày Chủ Nhật không thể tin nổi lộn xộn nhân viên cáu kỉnh. Tôi khuyên mọi người không nên đặt đồ ăn ở khách sạn này. Lừa đảo.

We stayed here to avoid the early morning trip from Hanoi to ha long bay, it was a 10 minute taxi drive to catch the cruise ship, the hotel was fine but there is absolutely nothing outside so we had to eat at the restaurant inside. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Breakfast was a good selection of food.
The lift situation in the hotel was rather hectic at the busy times during the weekend with guests cramming into them. I know there is nothing that can be done about that but it was frustrating when the lifts were full and people were trying to cram into an already tight lift.

Das Hotel an und für sich war sehr schön.
Das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Essen nicht lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant nicht akzeptabel.

Room was comfortable.
This is a VERY crowded hotel, was packed with screaming children, often very long waits for elevator rides, then when you eventually get one you’re packed in like sardines with all to the other guests. The pool area is practically unusable thanks to all the children.

Nice location. Breakfast was fine, there were sufficient options of cuisines and items. Staff was very helpful with local itinerary and trip reservations.
Room location was weird - facing the city. Advertised as sea view, but the sea is visible from the balcony at a weird angle. The room was much smaller than other hotels at similar price point. There was no housekeeping even after 24+ hours.

I like the cleanliness and the staff was very helpful. The AC in the facilities was very efficient. The multiple lightning possibilities in the room was helpful. The balcony was awesome. Large choice of food for the breakfast.

Roof top bar was great! Delicious cocktails! Food in Sandals Restaurant was very nice, had thr pizza and pasta and really liked both.
It is not a 5star hotel. Our key cards broke multiple times leaving us stuck on different floors as they're needed to work the lift. Our room had no robes and only a handheld shower. Our aircon was stuck on 22degees despite a service while we were there. We wanted to use the kitchen in our room but had no utensils. We asked reception for some and we were told our kitchen is "decorative". We stayed Saturday and it was so busy! Had to wait to get a lift that wasnt full and breakfast in the morning was like a food court, chaotic and so loud.

Breakfast had a lot of variety
Lots of facilities were closed without any notice and there were lots of niggles wrong with the place. They tried to tell us the room we had booked through booking wasn’t actually the room we booked and wanted to charge us extra to get the room we had paid for. Took a long time arguing in reception before we were finally given “an upgrade”, ie the room we had booked and paid for (after having gone to the wrong room) so it was almost an hour after we got to the hotel before we got to the room. Then discovered there were some very smelly flip flops in the cupboard, no towels, no bathrobes, swimming pool was closed, several room service items were unavailable and no one really seemed to care. There are a lot of positive reviews on here so we may have just caught it on a bad day, and I get that not everything goes to plan all the time, however in a 5 star hotel you expect that when things don’t go right they will try to fix them rather than shrug their shoulders and say sorry about that, but not actually do much. there are plenty of other 5 star places to stay in Ha Long so at least check out other options first.

Nice and clean space. Delicious breakfast. Comes with beautiful swimming pool and convenient kid playing facility.
The elevators are too small. Eg enough for only 4-5 people with luggage. The card reader in the elevator is too slow. I have room at level 6 and I cannot have my card read until I reach level 15. Really need improvement

Great location, easy to get around and far enough away from the busy centre for a family to relax.
Kids loved the play area and pool table when we were out visiting the sights.
We were helped by staff throughout the stay from everything from trip booking to hospital appointments.
Couldn’t recommend HaLong bay enough and this hotel was the perfect spot to see it all from.
Rooftop bar was epic, a classy spot with great food and drinks, a real change from the authentic spots around the town.

Het hotel is nieuw en de foto’s kloppen met wat je ziet. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het personeel van de receptie en het bowl restaurant heel vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Het probleem is vooral dat dit hotel echt veel te vol zit. Lange wachttijden bij de liften, boze gefrusteerde gasten die op iedere etage moeten stoppen (ca 30 etages) bij ieder moment dat ze de lift nemen. In de lift zelf een hele onprettige sfeer met boze mensen die onderling ook geschillen kregen. Handdoeken van het zwembad mogen niet mee naar de kamer, mensen gaan dus drijfnat (met grote zwemjurken) in de lift staan waardoor deze spekglad is, op de begane grond wordt deze dan drooggedweild door een dame maar na 1 stop op de derde is de vloer weer drijfnat. Het zwembad is al minstens net zo druk als de liften; het is echt een verschrikking. Wanneer het kleine buiten zwembad vol zit, sturen ze mensen door naar het binnen zwembad boven. Daar loopt het zwembad dan ook snel vol en heb je dezelfde ervaring. Dit is geen gevoel van vakantie. Bij het ontbijt exact dezelfde ervaring, veel te weinig tafels en hordes mensen die dringen bij het ontbijt. De mooie kamer was niet goed schoon, poep naast de wc, vieze badkamer. De faciliteiten zijn echt veel te klein voor de grote groepen mensen in dit hotel. Als je geluk hebt en het rustig is in het hotel, kun je een positieve ervaring hebben maar in een hoogseizoen moet je hier zo snel mogelijk weg.

The room was nice enough and we had a view of the ocean
From the moment we walked in it did not feel like a five star hotel. I had organised this property for my partner’s birthday and I was extremely disappointed. The key to our room didn’t work so we had to drag our bags up and down the levels multiple times until a locksmith helped us. We also had to wait around 20 minutes for the elevator each time as the staff would allow guests (big groups of rowdy men) to push in front of us to grab the elevator. Once we were finally in our room, it was nice enough but the ocean view was coupled with a huge construction site and construction started at 5am which woke us up. Staff also didn’t seem that happy to working there. Not the five star experience we hoped for at all.

The paid restaurant is excellent, oppose to the free breakfast. The staff was friendly, patient and tried to accommodate our needs.
This is not a 5-star worthy hotel, with all the respect, this is a family vacation park for Chinese people. Extremely crowded, not luxury at all. Does function as long term residence, it's literally a massive overcrowded oasis of stress.

One bedroom apartment is spacious and the washing machine was handy. Taxi ride to the port and main town area/beach. We ended our stay early to spend more time in Hanoi. I accidently left some clothes in the washer but no response from the hotel and figured out when it was too late

Khach san nay lua khach hang. Khach san dung loai coc thuy tinh rat dat dien o trong phong tam. Cac em be khi danh rang, bi tron tuot, danh roi coc len san nha. Thuy tinh vo ra lam chay mau cac be va nhung nguoi o trong phong.
Khi check out, khach san bat nop phat 450 ngan dong cho moi coc thuy tinh bi danh vo. Viec bat nop phat nhu vay la an cuop giua ban ngay.

Air conditioner not working on the first day when I checked in and being on the 25th floor with no cold air when the humid temperature was 39 was stressful, team fixed it within ten to fifteen minutes. , the room key did not work a few times causing me to have to go up and down the lift to and from reception to get it fixed . Eventually having to change rooms and loosing the magnificent view I had from my first room. The team should go up to the room in the first Occitan e and run you through everything so as to make sure it’s all comfortable.

Hotel was excellent. All staff members were very helpful. The facilities were second to none- two pools, 2 restaurants and a rooftop bar. They also have a great western food menu that you can order to any of the restaurants, the bar and the room. Room was comfortable and spacious
Noise- lots of kids in this hotel. Also we were on the 23rd floor and could hear music from a nearby hostel until 1/2am- not really the hotels fault though. Other than this everything here was excellent !

Great variety of fabulous food for breakfast. Clean and comfortable. We loved the spacious gym and yoga

Die Anlage war der sauber und gepflegt. Fitnessstudio war sehr groß und neu. Frühstück war gut und vielseitig. Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.
Betten bisschen zu klein. Viele Lichtschalter die verwirrend sind (aber anscheinend oft in Vietnam).

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und alles war sehr gepflegt.
Der Pool war schön mit einer Sicht auf das Meer und die Kalkfelsen der Bucht.
Das Reinigungspersonal im gesamten Hotel war sehr fleißig.
Das Gym war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und es gibt einen separaten Yoga-Raum. Das Personal war überaus aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen warmen und kalten Speisen. Die Skybar war einladend und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Bữa ăn sáng thì ngon, vừa miệng. Các thiết bị trong phòng rất tiện nghi phù hợp với gia đình. Nhân viên thân thiện, lần sau nếu có dịp trở lại Hạ long tôi vẫn đặt ở đây.
Phòng ở hơi bé, ban công quá rộng, quá phí. Hy vọng lần sau đến ko bị quá tải như lần này, mỗi lần chờ thang máy mất 15-20p ko đc đi, mặc dù thang chạy rất nhanh.

Check-in process. Lobby of the hotel is not designed to handle masses of people. At the time we were there, not enough waiting/sitting areas for the guests of the hotel. Check-in process was awful, as hotel has round registration table and it’s quite difficult to stay in any line there. Basically, what happened, lots of people just stranded around the registration, screaming and pushing booking to the staff. If you scream loud enough, you’ll be a priority for the staff. Registration table is understaffed, check-in process takes quite a while for 1 client. The situation we met was that our room wasn’t ready AFTER the official check-in time, so we needed to wait one more hour. Basically, it says that not enough cleaning staff as well. Facilities including pools, gym and Sky Bar were superb. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes. Staff were extremely helpful. Coffee was superb!!

The hotel in general was a good stay. Breakfast buffet was great. There is a spa next door. The staff is great. If you don't care about pools, hot tubs etc. than it's a great place to stay. Our balcony was huge and faced the water.

The beds are a little hard. We got the dinner package which has 3 different set menus. 8 course meal. Second night we had a server that understood and did not hassle us because we wanted to mix and match between the 3 set menu items. We did this because 75% of the items were really horrible. We love fish and all the fish items were bad and so over cooked. The other servers said they couldn't because it would confuse the kitchen staff. I can see where asking for a salad would.....jeez. Restaurant staff should be trained in this. The lady with the kid at work needs to be talked to. Plus a new chef is needed. The hotel should add a sauna and hot tubs.

The entire hotel has amazing facilities and travelling with kids who got tired from busy Vietnamese cities, they enjoyed the pools and kids club. Restaurant has very good food and the breakfast buffet is amazing and serves every taste. Absolutely beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff

Virkelig lækkert hotel, og med utrolig lækker morgenmad. Så sødt personale som er gode til at hjælpe med ture.
Der er ikke så meget ved hotellet, men det er der generelt ikke i Halong bay by. Ps. virkelig virkelig dårlig massage ved siden af hotel (Nature spa). Kan slet ikke anbefales.

Great to have the social room, good kids play area, and two pools. Also good to have a convenient store downstairs. Great for families.
The breakfast was excellent. Good selection of fruit, Vietnamese local food, pastry, bread, coffee and typical western options. The quality of the Vietnamese food was better than some of the supposedly good restaurants. It was a shame those options were not available at other times during the day.
Location not very easy for food, and restaurant in the hotel has limited Vietnamese option. It'll also be nicer for the outdoor pool to be heated. I thought the booking was a two bedroom apartment, but it was really two adjoining rooms. Both have its own "kitchen", but there were only enough cutlery for tea and coffee. Not the two bedroom apartments I had in mind. I had also wrongly assumed the apartment comes with a washing machine. Laundry tokens are somewhat pricy, and only the more expensive true two bedrooms apartments have a washing machine.

Very luxurious hotel. The one bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. We loved the rooftop bar. Beautiful views.
Construction noise woke me at 6.30am. Suggest provide ear plugs for rooms facing the construction site. Suggest asking for a room not facing the large construction site. We didn't appreciate the spa staff asking for a tip. I note the spa is not owned by the hotel but in the same building.

Our stay was great. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which had a shared bathroom. Had a washer/dryer which was handy after a few days prior at a hotel.
Our stay included dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which was good if you didn't want to leave the hotel/area. We only stayed 2 nights, and it was close to the port for our day boat tour.
Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options. Staff were all really friendly and remembered us as we roamed around.

The hotel was fantastic & the staff were excellent. It ticked all the boxes for our time in Ha Long before visiting the Bay. Breakfast was great with so much on offer & the place was spotlessly clean.
Location. Ha Long is simply a ghost town. There was a bar close blasting music until about 11pm but was fine.

Wunderbares Personal, tolles Frühstück, super Einrichtungen wie Innen und Aussenpool und das beste Fitnessstudio was ich bisher bei einem Hotel gesehen habe. Zimmer groß und geräumig, insgesamt alles sehr neu. Wir konnten über das Hotel auch einen Roller und einen Flughafentransfer buchen. Hervorzuheben ist in diesem Hotel auf jeden Fall das Personal! :) Am International Womans Day bekam ich sogar ein Geschenk:)
generell ist Ha Long und die Umgebung nicht wirklich schön. Wenn man aber auf eine Tagestour in die Bay geht, dann ist es okay. Ich würde da nur nicht allzu lange verbringen. Kein Kritikpunkt am Hotel.

Location is good, but a tad far from the town. There are restaurants not too far away, but it took a little exploring to find them. Beach below is not in use. Bikes were a bonus and came in handy. Solid breakfast. Apartment we had was very spacious. Gym was good. The pools were not heated...the indoor one had slight warmth to it. This would have made our stay much more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and the manager was excellent taking care of one issue related to booking for me. Just a note, that there are some bookings for private apartments which are not the hotel itself, but rather an individual on the condo side.

Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again!
Although the location itself is very modern and peaceful, it’s relatively far away from the city center. However, the hotel has a minimarket right next to it and by taxi you’re only 5 min away from almost everything. Additionally, the area is currently advancing so in the near future there will be much more to do too!

시설이 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했어요. 조식에 음식 종류도 적당하고 맛도 좋습니다. 그리고 바닷가에 있어서 뷰도 좋아요.

The staff were super helpful, there were some noisy family’s staying around our room and the staff took only ten minutes to relocate us to a different part of the hotel in a really quiet location. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was second to none. The best steak I have had in our two months in Asia. The breakfast was also the best we have had on our trip and had a great selection, including freshly baked breads and great European coffee. The food and beverages director /executive chef also managed to find an hour or so to give us plenty of tips and help us plan our onward journey through the rest of the country. Would highly recommend staying here.

Bữa sáng luôn luôn ngon. Mình đã đến Citadines 4,5 lần, và menu ăn sáng được thay đổi qua những lần mình đến, khá ấn tượng. Không quá nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng rất ngon & đầy đủ theo nhu cầu khẩu vị của nhiều nền văn hóa khác nhau (Có món ăn chay, món ăn kiêng theo văn hóa một số nước, món đặc trưng của văn hóa bản địa khu vực...)
Các bạn nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. dịch vụ tuyệt vời.
View biển từ khu vực khách sạn, đẵ biệt là bình minh & hoàng hôn.
Để ngắm được trọn vẹn cả bình minh & hoàng hôn trên biển, nên chọn các phòng có số từ 10 - 19. Các phòng từ 20 trở lên sẽ view thành phố là chủ yếu. Các phòng dưới 10 cũng sẽ có view biển đẹp, tuy nhiên hơi bị chéo và không ngắm được mặt trời, tuy nhiên những phòng này sẽ mát mẻ & dễ chịu hơn nếu bạn đi du lịch vào mùa hè.
Điều duy nhất khách sạn cần cải thiện hơn có lẽ là ở hệ thống thiết bị cân bằng áp lực nước. Vòi xịt trong wc đôi lúc nhảy múa vào buổi đêm, nghe có vẻ khá đáng sợ nhưng thực ra đây là biểu hiện áp lực nước không được cân bằng phù hợp. lỗ thoát nước cũng sẽ kêu ùng ục khi bạn tắm. Những việc này có lẽ cực kì nhỏ bé nhưng cũng ảnh hưởng kha khá đến khách nghỉ, nhất là những khách quan tâm đến chi tiết. Ngoài ra, HK khách sạn có lẽ cần chú ý không vệ sinh ban công tầng trên bằng cách đẩy nước cọ sàn xuống ban công tầng dưới. Khi mình đang ngồi chill uống trà ở ban côn thì thấy trên đầu có cái chổi nhựa loẹt xoẹt, và nước bắt đầu rơi rào rào từ ban công tầng trên xuống, khá là mất điểm.

This is simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast, the rooms, the staff, the free bikes and the indoor pool were all highlights. It was inexpensive but so worth it. Also enjoyed all the restaurants on site and that there was a small shop attached. We would be back in a second.

Great hotel with good facilities for a family stay.
All was good, the only thing to complain about was the swimming pool. Unfortunately at the time of the year we visited the water was too cold to use it. That was a bit if dissapointment as swimming pool was one if the key criteria for hotel selection for us.

Большой номер со всем необходимым, для двух дней слишком много возможностей которыми не успели воспользоваться😂. Отличный персонал, хороший ресторан, мы заказывали полупансион один день пропустили ужин😂 невозможно столько съесть. Огромная лоджия, хорошие завтраки, в Европе таких нет.

We stayed at the hotel for Christmas eve and was pleasantly surprised by the buffet organised. The hotel clearly aims at high standard and it was a nice surprise. The heated indoor pool was also heated after we mentioned it was too cold (though in the end we did not use it as my son got ill). This hotel also booked our Ha Long cruise at last minute. It aims at providing luxury services and though staff still needs to learn some hospitality tricks (like serving a Prosecco cold!) they are motivated and always smiling.

Excellent breakfast. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The facilities are wonderful. The rooms are well furnished with good amenities; mini kitchen, fridge, safe, hairdryer and flip flops.
There is a spa and mini shop on site for any essentials that you may have forgotten.
Food is available in the restaurant on the ground floor or in the Sky Bar on floor 30a which is accessed by it's own lift.
Room service is also available.
The food in the main restaurant was adequate and reasonably priced but it wasn't very hot. It was barely lukewarm which was a great shame and unexplainable as we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. We had food from the snack menu in the Sky Bar which was tasty. Unfortunately on one occasion we were waiting for over an hour for our food to be served. Eventually I asked when it could be expected? It transpired that they had served our food to another customer in error. Consequently we left hungry as it was too late for us to wait while they prepared the food again. An unfortunate incident as I can understand staff attempting to serve good to the wrong customer. What I can't understand is a customer accepting food that they hadn't ordered. Why would you do that? I highlight this, not as a criticism but just to make people aware of the possibility of this mistake happening. So, if you are waiting a while for your food, check with the staff sooner rather than later.

There is a convenience store, restaurant, spa and bicycle rental connected to the hotel.
Great breakfast buffet.

We got the right room but incorrect view, but after enquiry they upgraded us and a late check out. Staff and spa was excellent. It is a five star resort and you get treated as such.
Gardens and path to the sea is still under construction, but that doesnt effect the quality of stay.

The hotel is new, clean & has good facilities. Lovely outdoor pool, but squeezed between the two towers, so shaded at times. Very good gym. Social room with pool table & kids play area. Indoor pool on the top floor (quite cold water). Great rooftop bar. The ground floor restaurant (Soul Bowl) at the hotel was good but expensive.

Sehr neues und komfortables Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr groß und super sauber. Das frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl.
Das Fitnessstudio war gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns über die ausleihbaren Fahrräder gefreut.
Rund um das Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, so dass man nicht so einfach zum Strand kommt und man den Baulärm hört. Zudem gibt es kaum Restaurants und es ist insgesamt sehr leer.
Rund um das Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, so dass man nicht so einfach zum Strand kommt und man den Baulärm hört. Zudem gibt es kaum Restaurants und es ist insgesamt sehr leer.

Struttura molto bella e nuovissima, ottimo ristorante. Colazione sontuosa.

Flash new hotel - lots of money spent but the experience is all about the detail - see below
Breakfast was very good
Staff were very attentive and helpful
That the air conditioning didn't work and that the "do not disturb" function was stuck meaning the room didn't get serviced.....I understand it's a new facility and that there will be teething issues but that's not my problem. I expect things to work. If I visit Halong again I would not stay there.

Location, building, room, breakfast were amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone spending a bit of time in Ha Long before or after a cruise.

Персонал отзывчив и гостеприимен, еда на завтрак и ужин были вкусны, а порции блюд на ужин были большими. Отель имеет 2 бассейна и оба очень хороши, особенно тот, который находится на 30 этаже здания.
Несмотря на то, что в названии присутствует слово "marina", он не готов к приёму гостей которые хотят, чтобы под самым боком было море. Около отеля на пути к пляжу ведётся стройка. Поэтому приходится брать на прокат велосипеды (слава богу бесплатно) и езжать на городской пляж.
