Room was super spacious and had all the amenities. Breakfast spread and breakfast area was great. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Expected a decent (pool/garden) view from the room and balcony, but our balcony was overlooking a building since we were put in a far corner. Noise carries in the hotel corridors and a group of people made a LOT of noise in the corridors at 6 in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps some signage needs to be put up

החדר מקסים נקי ומרווח.
החיסרון היחידי שהם לא ממש מנקים את המרפסת והיא הייתה במצב סביר.
הברכה מצויינת.
המיקום, מספיק רחוק מכל ההמולה ומספיק קרוב להגעה רגלית לאזור הבילוי הלילי.
לעיר העתיקה, עדיף להזמין מונית.

Goed gelegen mooie priperen en ruime kamers. Het hotel is modern maar ook nog traditioneel. De facilitieten en het persoon is super. Prijs kwaliteit top.

Senna Hue is a beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, nicely landscaped, excellent location near the river. Staff went above and beyond their duties to be helpful. Excellent breakfast.

L'emplacement, la très grande chambre et salle de bain, le jardin et la piscine magnifique , serviette de plage à disposition sur des transats.
Hall d'entrée très grand, froid, salle de restauration idem mais petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix, et dans la douche immense, juste des petits flacons de produits ( à l'accueil, on m'a dit qu'il fallait demander s'il en manquait mais je trouve dommage),

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und sind restlos begeistert. Die Hotelzimmer waren wunderschön, modern eingerichtet und angenehm geräumig, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Ein absolutes Highlight war auch der wunderschöne, große Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen und Schwimmen einlud.
Auch kulinarisch wurden wir auf ganzer Linie verwöhnt: Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Morgen unglaublich abwechslungsreich und lecker, und auch das hauseigene Restaurant hat uns mit sehr gutem Essen absolut überzeugt. Ein riesiges Lob geht an das gesamte Personal – alle waren total nett, freundlich und überaus aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum bestens betreut gefühlt.

Hotelli täyttyi viikonlopuksi perheistä jotka pitivät kovaa meteliä. Aamulla ennen klo 7 olivat uima-altaalla huutamassa niin että heräsi huoneessa. Uima-altaaseen ei mahtunut uimaan kun oli täynnä lapsia.

２年前に泊まって良かったので今回も利用しました。部屋含め館内は掃除が行き届いて清潔で、スタッフの対応も以前と変わらず大変良く、朝食は種類も豊富でなおかつ美味しい、大満足でした。孫とプールに行きましたが、安全のため監視の係員（他のホテルは居ませんでした、時間によっては居るのかも？）も居てこれも良い点でした。

Klassiek hotel op een goede locatie. Personeel vriendelijk en zeer ruime kamers.
Ontbijt was zeker goed maar ik had wat meer verwacht voor 5 sterren. Ik vond het hotel wat warmte missen maar we hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Every single employee went out of their way to help us during our stay and make it a memorable visit to Hue. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the large clean pool, as well as the spa. Huy specifically helped us organize a dinner reservation for a large group at a nearby restaurant that was one of my favorite meals ever. I would definitely recommend Senna Hue to anyone looking to enjoy the city and have a relaxing, comfortable stay. The location was walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars, or a short car ride by taxi. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Vietnamese dishes and western options as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Senna Hue

És un hotel modern, amb una decoració bonica i espais ben pensats. Hi ha piscina, gimnàs i sauna i tot està net i cuidat.

Le Séjour c'est très bien passé. Personnel au top. Magnifique piscine. L'hôtel a bien voulu nous garder nos bagages gratuitement jusqu'à notre départ en train couchette (soit 19h). Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine toute l'après midi.

Large, clean spacious room and comfortable bed. A perfect location for river walks, coffee shops and nighttime food. Also amazing breakfast choices and a gorgeous pool area.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeiter. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß gewesen, mit einem Riesenbad. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel.
Hervorragendes Frühstück, lokale Spezialitäten auch dabei. Es war grundsätzlich aber alles vorhanden: English Breakfast, French Breakfast, Rührei auf Bestellung frisch gemacht.
Die Gänge wirken etwas steril, das Hotel könnte ein paar Teppiche und Pflanzen gut vertragen.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Anlage super gepflegt. Der Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, mit vielen verschiedenem, europäischen wie asiatischen.
Die Lage perfekt in kurzer Distanz zum Parfümfluss und Stadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse gelegen.
Einzig, für meinen Geschmack sind die Betten zu hart.

Interruttori luci troppo confusionari, pulizia sufficiente (trovato spesso capelli lunghi, noi 2 pelati), si scivola tanto nella doccia, la luce del bagno illumina tutta la camera, prezzo della lavanderia folle (1 paio di calzini corti 55'000, la lavanderia oltre la strada fa 1kg a 30'000. Tutti gli altri hotel di lussk visitati facevano 60'000 per 1kg, che é il prezzo onesto)

Lovely hotel with nice presentation. Staff were fantastic & rightfully proud of their hotel. Room service was great & breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. Breakfast staff were very efficient & friendly. We had a lovely room with a large balcony & great view of the garden & pool. Hotel well located near restaurants.

Oáza ticha, oproti shonu na ulice, krásné velké prostory a bazén top. Zaměstnaci velmi příjemni od políčka zavazadel po personal v restauraci. Jeden z nejlepších hotelu ve Vietnamu, na snídani velký výběr i pro Evropana🙂

The hotel was nice but a bit old style, for the price point you get much better value in Vietnam, it was all pleasant and quiet and comfortable tho.

The Senna Hue hotel is a lovely, mid-size hotel within walking distance to the Perfume River and Truong Tien Bridge. The hotel has beautifully maintained grounds and a gorgeous pool. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Our balcony was equipped with patio furniture and overlooked the gardens and the pool.
The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of food items and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Senna Hue Hotel again.
The only reason why I didn't give the Senna Hue Hotel a 10 was the construction noise in the early evening. It was quite loud and lasted for several hours. While it stopped later on and did not impact our sleep, the noise took away from the enjoyment of floating in the beautiful pool and relaxing on the sunbeds afterwards. Were were there in April, and hopefully, this won't be an issue anymore once the construction is finished.

The bathroom walls are made out of glass. We booked two rooms, as three friends, and weren’t comfortable with this. The staff didn’t really seem to understand this. We ended up booking a third room at the hotel because there apparently weren’t any rooms without this feature, which obviously made our stay much more expensive.

Loved the position. Loved the staff… beautiful clean room.
there’s only two small bottles of drinking water which we had to use for drinking, to brush our teeth and to fill a kettle. It’s not enough….i think if you can’t use their tap water, then drinking water should be provided.

Bel hôtel, bien placé. Bon petit dej. Personnel présent mais tellement formaté, à la limite obséquieux, nous aimons la spontanéité et la vraie générosité, pas le formatage. À chacun ses goûts.
Hôtel fatiguant par le bruit des familles, permanent au petit déjeuner, dans les chambres, dans les couloirs et surtout à la piscine où il est impossible de se relaxer, nous sommes plus dans une colonie de vacances que dans un hôtel de standing. Quand, par extraordinaire, les familles sont absentes, plutôt que de nous faire profiter du silence et du chant des oiseaux, nous avons à supporter le nouveau fléau qui frappe toute l'Asie : la musique générée par 'l'IA, en l'occurrence une suite d'accords lénifiants et insipides, plaqués sur un piano imaginaire, d' une durée d'une minute environ et que l'on répète à l'infini. C'est insupportable. Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

Loved everything about this hotel, it was beautiful, get a pool view room, it truly is amazing. The fish pond was stunning, the staff amazing, great location, wonderful breakfast.
Building work next door, not the hotels fault or that it impacted us that much, our first room was overlooking the construction but the hotel moved us to a pool view room without any hesitation, excellent staff, facilities and breakfast. Great area too.

What stood out most, though, were the staff. Every person we encountered — from the doormen and bell staff to reception, restaurant, housekeeping and spa staff — was warm, welcoming and professional. There was a genuine friendliness about them, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
The restaurant offered a fantastic selection, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall experience was exceptional. A wonderful place to stay.

La gentillesse du personnel , la taille et le confort des chambres et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel !
J’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hotel il y deux ans et cette année ,j’ai réservé pour mon fils pour 1 nuit ,il decouvre le pays avec son amie et sont de passage . L’hôtel leur a attribué une chambre à coté de celles en travaux avec tous les inconvénients liés au bruit , ils ont dû demander pour changer de chambre et ce qui a été fait .le personnel leur avait dit que les travaux s’arrêtaient à 17H30 maxi et quand ils sont rentrés en fin de journée , les travaux ne se sont pas arrêtés . Ils ont dû refaire leur valise pour changer de chambre … incompréhensible de la part du personnel de ne pas leur proposer cette chambre avant , d’autant plus que l’hôtel n’était pas plein et que c’était un cadeau que je leur faisait .… Déçue…

Sehr großes Zimmer, toller Garten und Pool, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal und super Frühstück.

Big room and comfortable bed. I mentioned the pillow was hard they ensured to find me a better pillow, extraordinary service.
Large bathroom with all amenities available.
(Not keen on glass walls and door for toilet but everything worked.)
Good range of TV channels but we didn't watch it.
Swimming pool was a great area, large and many seats.
Staff were terrific, accommodating and keen to make our stay excellent.
Spa treatment was amazing after two very long days being a tourist in Hue.

Excellent one-night stay. Arrived on the overnight train, met a guide, dropped luggage at the hotel, and then off for a wonderful day of experiencing Hue. Such a retreat to return in the afternoon after a hot, exhausting day. The pool was amazing!

This hotel is superb, room was very large and clean. The pool area is fantastic. Had a great massage. Meals were great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We hired a private driver to take us to the tombs, well worth it. Had a fun tour with the cycle rickshaw guys that hang around the Imperial Palace.

Close to town centre without being too close - essentials such as pharmacy and general goods very close.

Приятный отель в центре города. Номера в хорошем состоянии, завтрак разнообразный, персонал в говорит по английски (база).Есть внутренний парк с бассейном (это и плюс и минус, в минусах напишу почему)
В отеле есть бассейн, и видимо по этому, много семей с маленькими детьми. Звукоизоляция низкого уровня и крики очень слышны до 23:00 (позже у большинства хватает культуры не орать)

La gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel dès notre arrivée dans le stationnement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ultra propres. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et de bon goût pour plaire à tous. Très bien situé mais tranquilité. La piscine extérieure est immense et magnifique.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in Hue. Zu Fuß war es kein Problem zur Kaiserstadt zu gelangen. In direkter Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Cafés.
Der Pool ist richtig schön groß. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich vielfältig- es gibt eigentlich alles.

Lovely service. We liked the daily shortbread biscuits and extra water, the welcome snacks, all the staff were super helpful. They especially made vegetarian meals for me. Great location, quiet, and 5 minutes walk to tourist areas. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, booking taxis, making suggestions for places to go, eat. The rooms are huge

De kamer en ook badkamer waren enorm groot en comfortabel! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, altijd groeten en informeren. Speciale dank aan Linh van de receptie voor het omboeken van onze kamer! Het ontbijt was echt geweldig, zowel Aziatisch als westers was de keuze enorm. Het zwembad is prachtig en heerlijk om af te koelen. Een chauffeur van het hotel heeft ons naar ons volgende verblijf in Hoi An gebracht op een zeer luxe en comfortabele manier met 4 tussenstops. Team Senna, enorm bedankt voor alles! Voor ons het beste hotel om te verblijven als je in Hue bent.

The hotel and the rooms felt old The laundry service was very expensive, both the express service and the normal service. Probably if you have 5 T-shirts and a couple of pants you pay the equivalent of one night in the room

After almost 4 weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam, I think this hotel was our favorite. So nice and clean, everyone was friendly, the breakfast was the best we experienced anywhere. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning, and the staff was there to meet us, get us checked in, and get us into our rooms. One of my friends was sick and was so grateful that we happen to be at this hotel, since she could easily stay in her room and recover.

Unbelievable hotel! Besides the beauty of the hotel itself, the level of service is like nothing else we've experienced so far on our travels through Vietnam - the management should be extremely proud of all their staff.
We arrived early off the train and were able to drop our bags and head out to explore.
The room is huge and immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The gym, although small, is adequate for a quick workout. The pool and garden areas are beautiful and the massage I had in the spa was wonderful. The included breakfast is a VAST buffet with local and western options (try the century egg, it's an experience in itself!), plus the option to order eggs cooked to your liking.
For all this, I thought the price was fantastic
The only downside is that area in the spa where the sauna and steam room is located is looking a bit rundown compared to the rest of the spa

The standard of this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Everything is up to the latest standards and feels well maintained. Loved the garden.and the pool area. So peaceful and tranquil.
The breakfast certainly caters for the international audience. European pain aux raisins, English bacon and baked beans, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, American pancakes....brilliant! Location is walking distance to the nightlife area and the main sights (imperial gardens), and it's easy to get cheap taxi rides to other places and also easy to hire scooters around the corner. The staff are so helpful and polite. It's a wonderful place. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and facilities and a great location! Every member of staff greeted us with a smile and was warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. There was so much choice and everything we tried was delicious, particularly the Vietnamese options. The pool area was clean and had lots of comfortable places to sit and relax. Our room was spotless and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would gladly come back in the future.

The hotel is great. The room was just as we wanted it, spacious, comfortable and perfect. At breakfast there is a choice between European, Asian and local dishes. The pool area is relaxing

Everything! Unfortunately it was raining most of our stay (the downside of rainy season) so we didnt get to use the pool but the space and gardens and koi pond looked lovely. We had breakfast included and the food was great - lots of options for everyone and perfect to fillup before sightseeing. The reception team helped organised a driver and car for us to visit some of the Hue sites. Mr Tuan was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location and an easy walk to the centre of Hue - lots of food, coffee and bars nearby and right at the end of the street.

Location, cleanliness, attention to detail from all staff, free umbrella rental, beautiful pool and garden area. The free sauna,steam and jacuzzi requires reservations but you get the whole place to yourself!

Wir hätten uns auf dem Balkon eine Sitzgelegenheit gewünscht, wahrscheinlich lohnt es sich, eine Kategorie Höher zu buchen, so das man den Balkon auf den Innenhof hat, denn die hatten Gartenmöbel auf den Balkonen. Ansonsten alles top!

Bestes Hotel in Hue, super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, sehr sauber und trotz der Größe eine angenehme und familiäre Atmosphäre.
Das Servicepersonal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowas habe ich selten erlebt.

Breakfast is good. Near the downdown. There are good restaurants around. Maybe we will return to this Hotel next time.

Ligging en personeel van het hotel. We zujn 2 dagen in het hotel opgesloten geweest door de zeer hevige non stop regen en toch deden ze er alles aan om het ons zo gezellig mogelijk te maken. We waren bij de gelukkigen want het merendeel van de hotels bleef gewoon gesloten ....
Verschrikkelijk slecht weer maar daar kon het hotel niets aan doen....

Super Stadthotel, gut und zentral gelegen in Hue, nachts nicht laut. Phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet.
Leider keine Balkonstühle, wenn man kein Zimmer zum Innenhof hat.Sollte geändert werden.

We had a great stay at Senna Hotel Hue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Overall, it’s a hotel I would definitely recommend.

Man kann sagen, dass alles so war wie beschrieben. Schöne und Saubere Zimmer, schöne Poolanlage und gutes Frühstück.
Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war etwas unangenehm. Das Personal war höflich, aber es herrschte keine einladende Atmosphäre. Uns hat eine Einführung und Erklärung aller Möglichkeiten im Hotel hat gefehlt. Auch ein Angebot mit Touren o.Ä wäre schön. Im Frühstückssaal war es enorm laut, das war leider störend.

Fabulous hotel, stunning room & bathroom, very comfortable, clean, everything we could want for. Great balcony overlooking the garden which was beautiful. Quiet in the room, lovely ceiling fan if you didn’t want aircon all the time.
We ate both nights in the hotel as the food was so good and very reasonable, service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, great choice.

Beautiful hotel premises and room. Large comfortable room with all the right amenities. Staff is beyond incredible, so pleasant. Free bicycle use a nice perk. Would highly recommend.

An oasis of calm, with attentive but discreet staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The beds were comfy with clean crisp linen, lovely shower and facilities. Breakfast had everything and very tasty. Thankyou Ana for a lovely massage. Wish we had longer and would thoroughly recommend.

מיקום מרכזי, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת והצוות היה ממש שירותי ועזר לנו עם כל בעיה שצצה לנו, בסופו של דבר העבירו אותנו חדר לקומה הרביעית שם הייתה לנו חוויה יותר טובה!
מרגיש המתקנים של המלון קצת מיושנים... בהתחלה ישנו בקומת קרקע עם מזגן מאוד חלש שלא הורגש וג'וק עצום שטיפס על הווילון. בהמשך כשעלינו לקומה הרביעית היה שיפור משמעותי במזגן אבל הטלווזיה נדלקה מעצמה כל שעה עגולה מה שהקשה על השינה (עד שהגיע מישהו לנתק את הטלווזיה מהחשמל כי הכבלים היו מוסתרים)

Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, mooie tuin met zwembad, fijne ruime kamers en heerlijke bedden. Omdat wij vroeg moesten vertrekken (nog voor het ontbijtbuffet was geopend) hadden ze ontbijt voor ons klaargezet in de auto naar het vliegveld.

This hotel is very central and close to the Citadel, well as other sites, so if you like to walk easy to access. We stayed in the premium double room, which for us was the perfect room. It was lovely, clean, ample space and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast at the hotel was superb, with plenty of western as well as Asian options. Loved having their Hue Beef Pho every morning for breakfast. Swimming pool is well maintained and large but could’ve done with a few more sunbeds around it. All the staff, from the door attendances , receptionists, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back if in the area again.

Les instal·lacions de l’hotel son perfectes. Amplies, netes, boniques i funcionals. L’habitació molt còmode i amplia. El llit molt còmode. El servei de recepció son atents.
Ens hem fet un massatge i ho han fet molt bé totes dues noies.
També està ben ubicat l’hotel. En general tot genial.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was brutally good — fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, easily one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot.
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure wr felt welcome and taken care of. On top of that, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, offering a perfect balance of style and coziness.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience — I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the pool opening hours — having it open longer would make it even more convenient for guest.

Accueil, Service, présentation des buffets... tout est à la hauteur d'un Hôtel de cette catégorie.
Pour moi tout a été Parfait. Il n'y a rien à redire... Je n'ai aucune proposition d'amélioration à formuler, si ce n'est qu'il faut toujours garder ce même niveau de Professionnalisme...

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially given the hotel’s 5-star positioning. A few key points: • The reception area has no air conditioning, which made check-in uncomfortable. • At check-in, the staff member’s uniform was torn, which gave a poor first impression. • The room was not properly cleaned. The table still had visible marks, and the bathroom floor had clearly not been mopped. • Breakfast was disappointing; while there was variety, the quality and taste were lacking. L’établissement est très grand, tout comme les chambres, et l’accueil y est chaleureux. J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa localisation et surtout pour sa magnifique piscine : très grande, agréable, avec de nombreux transats et de confortables matelas ronds, sans avoir besoin d’apporter sa serviette. Le jardin est superbe et l’ambiance autour de la piscine est calme, parfaite pour se relaxer.
Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai point fort : un immense buffet avec une grande variété de choix, des fruits exotiques, des spécialités de Hué, des plats préparés en direct et une belle combinaison de cuisine asiatique et continentale.

Lovely oasis in the middle of the city.

They were clean and immaculate and very welcoming. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. It was quiet in the room although we are in a central location, huge plus. Aircon worked like a dream.

Virkelig et skønt hotel, hvor vi nød vores ferie. Der var et meget højt serviceniveau og dygtigt og behageligt personale, som altid var behjælpelige. Vi havde en luksuriøs oplevelse. Morgenmadsbuffeten var udsøgt, og vi kunne nærmest bede om alt til morgenmad, som de lavede friskt til os. Beliggenheden er super god. Vi anbefaler hotellet til andre, der gerne vil have en fantastisk oplevelse i Hué.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Made you feel great and no task was too much trouble. Prices are very good there considering it’s a hotel which we appreciated. Very quiet.
Rooms are a little dated if you’re being picky, not a lot of water pressure in the showers. Showers could be cleaned better. Dining menu could use more local food choices. Minor things. Would stay there again.

Das war eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Vietnam-Reise. Das Personal ist traumhaft. Sie haben sich bemüht, dass all unsere Wünsche erfüllt werden. Das Zimmer ist groß und einfach toll. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist traumhaft. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und auch hier ein sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war grandios! Zudem ist es kein uncharmantes Hotel-Hochhaus sondern ein Hotel mit 3 Stockwerken, dass in U-Form gebaut wurde. Man hat deshalb direkt in der Stadt ein Gartenparadies mit Swimming-Pool. Die Innenstadt und der Fluss sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist toll.

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were all amazing, nothing was too difficult....very accommodating. Our room was magnificent as was the balcony outside our room. The pool area was absolutely beautiful ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e al mattino dopo una buonissima colazione siamo ripartiti..
Non ho dato 10 solo per scarsa insonorizzazione delle finestre, svegliati molto presto da suoni vari e cane che abbaiava ma tutto il resto merita le sue 5 stelle !!

Het hotel is heel luxe met een waanzinnig uitgebreid ontbijt. Luxe kamers en groot zwembad

We were so surprised about this hotel. Located centrally, clean and with a fantastic pool - we loved it and wished we had stayed longer.

Hotel muy céntrico, con una habitación muy grande. El jardín con la piscina eran espectaculares. Desayuno muy variado con muchísimas opciones de comida occidental y asiática.
A título personal me gustan los hoteles más pequeños porque te dan un trato más cercano, pero sólo es mi opinión porque al hotel en sí no se le puede poner ninguna pega.

Prachtig, luxe hotel met mooi zwembad op leuke, centrale ligging in het centrum. Het ontbijt is echt ongelooflijk goed.
Wij zijn geswitched van kamers, omdat we later een dag extra hebben geboekt. Ze waren erg behulpzaam met de oververhuizing van spullen en het snel klaar maken van de kamers. We hadden in de kamers kunnen blijven, maar dan moesten wij een toeslag van bijna 350 euro extra betalen (voor 3 kamers) Maar er zat bijna geen verschil in de kamers, dus dat bedrag vonden wij echt buitensporig hoog.

Die Außenanlage des Hotels ist schön gestaltet und das saubere Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein.
Das Doppelzimmer war relativ groß.

Tolle Lage, top Personal und super sauber. Die ganze Familie würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Everything about this hotel is just right to explore Hue however, management seriously needs to control noise and the actions of guests to ensure they don’t disturb others
As the pool is in the middle of the hotel the house of screaming and screeching persons at 6am both in the pool and the courtyard is something that needs to be addressed and taken into consideration by fellow travellers

Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was heel veel keuze qua ontbijt. Alles ziet er mooi en schoon uit. Het grote zwembad was fantastisch met prachtig ontspannend achtergrond muziek.

Nous sommes arrivés à 6h30 du matin avec nos 2 enfants. Aucune chambre ou autre endroit pour se poser nous a été proposée avant 14h et les chambres données n’étaient pas communicantes (ce qui n’est pas pratique pour une famille). Le service de laundry est très cher (beaucoup plus qu’en face dans la rue)

The breakfast was fantastic! It offered a lot of choices and variety, and I specifically loved their baguette bread! The room was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and the water pressure and temperature was good!
The lobby looks a bit dated but is clean and orderly. They had a lot of families when we were there so there were lots of kids running around.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were generally very helpful. Having now stayed at another five star hotel in Hoi An, we appreciate how comfortable our stay was at Senna Hue. We would stay there again if we return to Hue.

Enormous room with a huge comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The changing facilities were great with plenty of pool furniture, towels and beautiful gardens. Breakfast choices for everyone.

Excellent location, lovely swimming pool, staff exceptionally helpful.
Pool being cleaned so opened late one morning, maybe should be cleaned earlier. But staff so polite and helpful that it didn’t spoil the experience.

As a Family of 4 we stayed in adjoining garden view rooms. Rooms were a really good size with modern bathrooms. The pool was great and the staff really helpful with all our quires. Great location .

The swimming pool is amazing and it's quite central. In 20-30 minutes you are in the imperial city
To be a hotel with many stars the information that were given wasn't enough. We even had not the time that start the breakfast or where is was taken, the basics. Also we arrived very early, this is the hotel number 8 that we took in this period of holidays and the first one that arriving before 7am doesn't invite us for breakfast or even the possibility to have a shower, when I said invite us even if we paid it but at least to offer after traveling whole night and they knew it about it. The rest of the hotels were outstanding maybe we expected that from this one and it wasn't good enough. I won't recommend it.

Lovely friendly staff. Very helpful when asked about day trip to tombs and citadel. We got a combo pass to make it easier. The hotel is situated right near the centre of shopping, eating and able to walk to almost anything. Breakfast was great! A large selection of food and drinks available.
Altho everything was faultless, the only comment I have would be that the bed was probably the hardest we have sleep in since coming here. So don’t expect a soft bed to fall into at the end of your day. But if you like a very firm bed, enjoy the stay.

2泊滞在したが、街の中心地であり出歩くには快適であった。ガーデンビューの部屋でベランダの窓が玄関のような作りで、最初に案内された時は驚いたがなれれば快適で部屋の前のガーデンでお茶ができるなど楽しかった。

Really nice large pool with a good restaurant and breakfast service. It’s well located and easy to get everywhere.
There was no bar at the pool so it meant you needed to find someone to order a drink or catch them on the off chance they came outside. The rooms are a little tired but there seems to be some updating going on.

We had a wonderful stay!
The location was excellent — just across the bridge from the Imperial City, which made sightseeing very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome treats (cookies and chocolates) were a lovely touch. We appreciated having tea, coffee, and complimentary water available in the room. The complimentary beach tote was a pleasant surprise as well. The pool and garden were beautifully maintained, and breakfast was truly exceptional with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
For guests staying longer, a larger closet and additional shelving would be helpful for storing clothes and personal items. A drying rack on the balcony for swimwear would also be a practical addition. The poolside flooring gets extremely hot during the day — if there’s a way to address that, it would significantly improve guest comfort. Lastly, it would be great to have clear labeling at the breakfast buffet — for example, green icons for vegetarian items and signs indicating which dishes contain egg, as it’s a common allergen.

Set in the heart of Hue, Senna Hue is a perfect oasis to come back to after adventures in the city. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was large and clean overlooking the garden and pool. It was very safe as well. Overall, and excellent spot in Hue to base out of.
Mini bar is pay as you go, where we had stayed in other 5 star hotels across Vietnam where this was included in the fee. Not a massive issue, but be aware. Room service dining is on the exxy side.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, das den Balkon und die Fenster in eine Seitengasse hatte. Von dort war die Glocke der Feuerwehr und der Lärm der Schule ein Garant für nicht zu langes Schlafen.

Superbe hôtel à Hue, non loin de rue commerçante et animée le soir.
La chambre était spacieuse et ultra confortable idem pour les équipements.
Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenues même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter.
La partie restauration était excellente.
Les équipes sont toujours ultra attentionnées.
Petit bémol, attention avec la compréhension car malgré nos échanges nous devons souvent répéter les choses plusieurs fois afin qu'elle soit comprise et même avec le traducteur en vietnamien.
A la fin ça semble un peu agaçant, petit point d'amélioration.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in all of Vietnam. I had a ground floor room with pool view and it was massive — so spacious, clean and comfy! The staff are SO kind and cannot do enough for you. Also perfect location! 100% recommend!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Senna Hue Hotel ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé, avec un personnel à l’écoute et particulièrement accueillant. Le jardin au cœur de l’établissement apporte une touche de charme et de sérénité. Les équipements sont modernes et la décoration soignée. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, varié et délicieux. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement !

Riesiges top ausgestattes Zimmer. Lage perfekt. Ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Night Walking Street, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Tolles großes Bad mit super Dusche.
Frühstück hammermäßig! Gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Lediglich der Kaffee war aus unserer Sicht nicht so toll. Jacuzzi und Sauna kostenlos, muss aber reserviert werden. Alles super sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

The hotel is really nice with cozy outside area and big pool. Unfortunately the weather was too cold at the time of our stay but I'd definitely stay in that hotel again. The room was big and beautiful and bed very comfortable. There is also restaurant where we had delicious dinner. The breakfast was also great, lot of options for every taste. Great location, close to all tourist sites.

Very helpful staff, including great advice for a last minute day driver arrangement. The hotel facilities were spacious and clean. This included the restaurant, where the breakfast selection was very good. We were happy with our room, which was quiet when we needed it to be (at night).
There was a frequent sound of music playing in the nearby area (school? community centre?) at various times during the day. However, it didn't really bother us and was not intrusive on our sleep.

It was very pleasant and the staff attentive. The pool is superb in a beautiful garden setting.
The room looking over into the garden and pool was very nice but also very dark (the expansive windows were tinted). The breakfast buffet was extensive but the quality was just okay, not particularly good.

Our room was beautiful, comfy bed and excellent shower. The garden area was immaculate, the pool was a good size and the breakfast was good quality and had so much choice. But the best thing of all was the staff, who were so charming and helpful.

Great location and good facilities. The rooms were nice enough with everything you could ask for. The breakfast was exceptional offering western and local foods... More than you could ever want.
Whilst the pool is large, it's not heated making it harder to use when the weather isn't ideal.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Hue. Staff were really friendly and helpful and it had lovely gardens with a big pool which was great for our kids to play in. Big comfortable beds and the rooms were huge. Breakfast had a good variety of options including western and Asian.
One small irritation that is becoming a common design feature in hotels. The bathroom is a glass box with frosted glass. This does mean that privacy is minimal and if someone turns on the bathroom light in the middle of the night it wakes up people who are sleeping, which isn’t ideal if you are sharing a room with light sleepers.

Ein zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit großen, komfortablen aber recht sterilen Zimmern und sehr gutem Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, was für eine Nacht kein Problem war, aber für mehrer Nächte ein echtes Ärgernis gewesen wäre, wenn man kein Frühaufsteher ist. Denn direkt gegenüber ist eine Schule und die Schüler und die ganze Straße werden um 07.00 so mit einer wiederkehrenden Liedmelodie beschall, dass trotz geschlossener Fenster nicht mehr an Schlafen zu denken ist. Für eine Nacht war das aber durchaus lustig.

Beautiful hotel, good location, spacious rooms, great shower, lovely view of the garden and pool from our balcony, very quiet, vast array of foods available at breakfast, staff is invariably friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is that the beds are far too firm for our liking. That seems to be the norm here though.

Spacious suite, excellent staff, and breakfast was delicious. The two drivers arranged by the hotel for our private day tour and the shared van to Hoi A were both excellent. Hotel is also walking distance to the nearby Pearl River where you can get a boat tour which we missed.
Hue is a worthy destination to visit the majestic imperial palace and the Museum of Royal Antiquities.
We stayed over the weekend, so our room which faced the school across the street was fairly quiet. But it was more noisy on Monday morning before we left.

Dejligt hotel og meget venligt personale. Super flot og æstetisk gårdhave og pool. God varieret morgenmad.
Vores værelse gik op mod brandstationen. Jeg ved ikke om det var derfra der var larm, men kl 7 startede højtalere med musik og høj snak. Det kunne dog ikke høres på vores andet værelse ind mod den flotte gårdhave.

Ich hatte nur eine Nacht in diesem wunderbaren Hotel gebucht. Mein Zimmer hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den überaus schönen garten und sogar den Swimming Pool. Der Balkon/ die Loggia war großzügig bemessen und gut eingerichtet.
Mein Zimmer war mit seinen 40 qm sehr groß und der moderne Einrichtungsstil in grau, schwarz-weiß und warmen Holztönen mit gelben Highlights sowie Milchglas hat mir überaus gut gefallen.
Der Internetzugang war kostenlos und funktionierte schnell und problemlos. Auch die Heißwasser-Regulierung war wie man es sich wünscht!
Das Personal war spitze! Egal wo ich im Hotel mit dem Personal zu tun hatte (Rezeption, Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Houeskeeping, Security) - das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets lächelnd!
Der Garten und der Pool des Hotels! Der Garten war mit solch einer Liebe in Form gehalten und gepflegt - eine wahre Freude fürs Auge!

L’hôtel est quasiment parfait .tres bonne situation , beau propres , tout est fonctionnel.
Service de qualité. Tres belle piscines
Chambre côté jardin et suites sont magnifiquent.
Seule la litterie de la suites n’était pas top pour ma part , (avis personnel) lit double assez petit , couverture tres fine et pas très agréable. Coussin un peux trop mou. Pour le reste c’était royal .

Very good stay, rooms big and clean, laundry done extremely fast, nice breakfast.
They will inspect your room after you check out to make sure you did not forget anything which is very thoughtful, however count that it will take a few minutes if you are in a rush.

Mooi groot hotel, ik zit normaal meer in boutique hotels, maar dit was voor twee nachten prima. Iets minder persoonlijk. Kamers zijn mooi en goede style en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is mega! Zoveel keus en hele orginele dingen. Helaas het super mooie zwembad niet kunnen gebruiken door het weer. Je krijgt kleine presentjes van het hotel wat toch een leuk gebaar is. Heerlijk verblijf ook bij minder weer!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff and Phuong who helped us with our suitcases and greeted is with a fabulous smile every time we passed through the lobby. Breakfast was really good. We both had a massage and used the pool and steam room. It was a great place to stay.

Bel hôtel offrant des grandes chambres avec balcon côté piscine. Equipements de qualité. Plutôt calme côté piscine. Beau buffet de petit-déjeuner. Personnel aimable et nombreux. Belle piscine. La ville de Hué a beaucoup de charme notamment le soir le loin de la rivière assez proche de l'hôtel

오고 갈 때마다 직원분들이 항상 웃으면서 인사해 주시고 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 방이 넓고 깨끗하며 조용했고, 특히 독특한 팬 디자인이 너무 예뻤습니다. 이틀 동안 조식 메뉴에 조금씩 변화를 주셔서 베트남 전통 음식도 다양하게 맛볼 수 있었고 맛도 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장과 정원이 정말 예뻤지만 부슬비가 와서 즐기지 못해서 아쉬웠습니다. 아침에는 강변을 산책하고 밤에는 여행자 거리에서 밥 먹고 가볍게 술을 마시거나 마사지 받기 좋습니다.

Fußläufig zu einigen touristischen Highlights. Komfortables, geräumiges Zimmer (Premier Suite), allerdings mit Blick auf die Straße (Pool wäre schöner gewesen).

Der Service hat sich auch im Frühstücksbereich sehr um die Gäste bemüht, trotzdem waren die Wartezeiten auf Kaffee manchmal etwas lang. Die Qualität der Speisen war, gemessen an der Hotelkategorie, nur durchschnittlich. In Summe trotzdem okay.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Grande douche, bonne literie et 2 oreillers moelleux sur un bon matelas. Bel accueil efficace.
L’écoulement de la douche avec pente négative vers l’extérieur vers la toilette. Ça se contrôle et réduisant le débit et l’orientation du jet plutôt vers le mur intérieur.

We booked a room 'with a view' which was located at the other end of the hotel where it required us to exit the main building at one point to get to the other section of the hotel. A little far for my mother who had a knee injury to walk between her room and reception. However, I booked a room with 'no view' for myself and found that was more than enough, I still had a spacious balcony area, which was surrounded by an enclosed patterned wall.

The hotel was unexpectedly beautiful! We didn't expect much thinking that it's a small town. Oh how wrong! It's a very nice hotel with good facilities. It has a very wide corridor, just like hotels in the olden days. The room was the biggest we've had in our trip in Vietnam. It's spacious yet cosy.
Breakfast was also a serious flair with a great balance between Asian and western food. The location of the hotel was good, close to restaurants , the perfume river and the citadel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely go back there if we happens to visit Hue again.

Douche, non fonctionnelle, pblm structurel au niveau de l'evacuation .l'eau de la douche s'ecoulait dans toute la salle de bain car probleme de pente, sol ultra glissant, le personnel et la direction parfaitement informé le da situation n'a rien fait malgré mon signalement et n'ont proposé aucune solution.

Die Lage war toll, das Haus und der Garten sind extrem schön. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Die Cocktails waren im besten Fall mittelmäßig. Was aber wirklich störend war: wir sind mit 2 Kindern gereist (3 und 5 Jahre) und wir hatten ständig das Gefühl vom Personal überwacht zu werden. In der Sekunde in der eines der Kinder mehr als 2 Meter von uns weg war, wurden wir "auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen" auch als wir den Pool nutzten fühlten wir uns eher als Störfaktor als willkommen. Ich habe volles Verständnis das nicht gewünscht ist, wenn die Kinder durch den wunderschön gepflegten Garten wüten, aber das sie nicht Mal den Fischteich anschauen dürfen, während wir in unmittelbarer Nähe sind, mutet dann schon sehr eigenartig an. Warum auch immer hatten wir auf dem Balkon keine Sitzgelegenheiten, andere Zimmer aber schon.

Staff super disponibile e cordiale, ci hanno aiutato nel nostro soggiorno a Hue.
Abbiamo usufruito del servizio transfer del hotel, davvero super: sia quello aeroportuale sia quello che ci ha portati alla nostra successiva tappa Hoi An. In quest'ultimo il driver ci ha fatto fare 3 tappe, davvero imperdibile.
Camera ampia dotata di ogni comfort, doccia molto grande e letti comodi.
Colazione internazionale molto buona e varia.
Consiglio: visitate anche alla sera la cittadella imperiale e i locali limitrofi.
Meglio scegliere le camere con vista sulla corte interna, così che si senta meno il rumore che proviene dalla strada.

Wonderful hotel and centrally located. We got the opportunity to do an upgrade with a small fee and got an enormous executive suite. The fitness gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. The breakfast buffet has a very large and delicious selection. The room was well decorated and clean. Would clearly recommend the stay.
The bathroom walls are made out of glass, so that the bathroom can be visible when Standing in the hotel room, it’s not for everyone.

Spacious, immaculate hotel with a beautiful pool area and garden. We loved this hotel. Breakfast selection and food quality was fantastic, staff were lovely, rooms were fantastic.

Perfect hotel with a very good breakfast, wonderful green territory and astonishing speed of wi-fi! It was raining all day but really it was a pleasure!

Alle Räumlichkeiten (Zimmer, Bad, Balkon) sehr großzügig bemessen. Schöner Blick zum Garten und Pool. Sehr ruhig - nur der Dauerregen plätschert. Ausgesprochen freundliches und zugewandtes Personal. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Sehr gut, dass die Frühstückszeit schon um 6:00 Uhr beginnt.

Very comfortable stay in rainy Hue. Quality bed, good hot shower, decent soundproofing, and excellent in-room design, aesthetic/function-wise. Great breakfast spread with local specialties. Attentive concierge and front-desk staff.

The facilities were very good and the hotel staff were very friendly and responsive when we had an issue with our room. It’s near city center and an easy walk to places around town.

Such a great hotel! The room was very spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice and some local specialities. The beautifully landscaped garden added to the ambience of the place. I wish we had stayed an extra night.

In a good central location. Large well appointed room with exceptional shower and comfortable bed. Nice size swimming pool in pleasant garden surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was great to be able to organise a temple and pergoda tour at late notice using their own hotel driver and SUV.

O hotel é muito bonito, acolhedor, o pessoal é muito simpático e prestativo. O hotel está muito bem estimado e cuidado assim como o jardim.
O quarto é espaçoso e acolhedor.
Ficamos num quarto com janela (sem vista) para a rua principal e era possível ouvir algum barulho da rua mas nada de mais.

Breakfast and rooms were amazing and so was the staff. Good location close to many restaurants and the Imperial Citadel within walking distance.

First class. Beautiful decor in spacious room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Really nice pool area. Breakfast is one of the best we had so far on our trip. Location was convenient to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions.

Amazing! It was a resort, not at the beach but in the middle of the city. Very peaceful. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food, the garden with swimming pool was beautiful and the hotel room - well we haven’t yet experienced it more luxurious anywhere else.

One day, early morning at 6.30am I was woken by children yelling. They were in the pool with their family. Far too early for me. It was against hotel policy but the large group continued till 9.00am. This noise was the only downfall of this beautiful hotel..

A lovely location in walking distance to Hue old quarter for colourful and festive night-life and food. The hotel is a high standard of presentation and comfort. The breakfast is excellent and service. We just wished we had asked for Room overlooking the pool and gardens. It was a nice extra to have an
aroma therapy massage for two included in the room price.

Shower floor is very large and very slippery!! Flip flops provider were like suction cups making it worse. Someone is going to get seriously hurt. Otherwise, the facilities were fantastic!

Breakfast was great. I like both western & the Vietnamese cuisine. The location of the hotel was great. Almost everything in the city was accessible directly from the nearby streets. Services like the bank, dining out and main attractions were easy within easy reach of the hotel.
I like the massage spa service on the 5th floor. Feels very good to return to the hotel after day sightseeing, then come back to relax with a massage.
The staff at reception were excellent, and help us with any enquiries about the city of Hue, and nearby sightseeing.
We were in a room at the very end and it took a bit of a walk to get to the lifts.

Beautiful building, excellent staff, nice rooms with good views over the pool and well-maintained courtyard. Food was delicious, both for breakfast and room service. The hotel is well located within Hue and during our stay it was easy to walk to the main sights we wanted to see.

This hotel is just perfect, I already came a few months ago with my family and it's still the same high level of quality. The bedroom is huge, the bathroom is exceptional, and the swimming pool is very enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing with a great choice of Asian to Western food styles. And more than everything the staff is exceptionally supportive and nice. My favorite hotel in Vietnam.

Hotel has a beautiful and well maintained garden. Great seize outdoor swimming pool, our favourite spot to chill after a long day touring in hot weather. Bed was comfortable.

Senna Hue Hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles. El personal es amable, muy educado y servicial. Además, mientras realizas el check in te ofrecen una bebida de bienvenida deliciosa. Te acompañan hasta la habitación y al momento te suben las maletas. La habitación es maravillosa, grande y espaciosa. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño es grande. Todo en el hotel está muy limpio. Las instalaciones exteriores son muy bonitas y la piscina es realmente fantástica. Hemos probado el restaurante tanto para desayunar como para cenar y todo está muy bueno. El buffet es muy variado y ofrece muchísimas opciones. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí 😊

Muy buena la piscina, y el servicio. Aprovechamos uno de los dias de calor para almorzar junto a la piscina y el personal fue fantástico en el servicio. Las habitaciones bastante modernas y amplias. Nos consiguieron 2 contiguas conectadas ideal para familia y dando a la piscina, sin ruidos.
La ubicación es centrica pero no hay lugares de visita cercanos. En Hue esto no es tan importante por que con un grab se puede mover uno a cualquier lado.

L’hôtel est très beau , très propre et le personnel est à l’écoute.
La piscine ne me semble pas assez surveillée. J’ai vu des personnes se baigner habillées et cracher dans l’eau… manque d’hygiène de la part de certains clients. Cela devrait être interdit.

Je doet eens gek en boekt de suite die het hotel heeft, aangezien het qua prijs een aantrekkelijk aanbod is. En wat een kamer krijgt je dan zeg........ of eigenlijk twee kamers. Denk dat menigeen in Nederland alleen maar kan dromen van zoveel ruimte. Gigantisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de rest van hotel is niets op aan te merken. Service is uitstekend, ontbijtbuffet is 1 van de grootste qua keuze die we hebben gezien en ook 's avonds serveert het hotel een prima maaltijd, tegen een schappelijke prijs. Zwembad in de binnenplaats is top, mooi afgewerkt en heerlijk water. Wifi is uitstekend en hotel beschikt over een ophaal en brengservice naar het vliegveld. De oude citadel ligt op loopafstand dus een prima uitvalsbasis.

Posizione dell’hotel. Ottima la colazione.
Dovrebbe essere più chiaro la distinzione tra camere che affacciano sulla piscina/giardino e quelle vista città. La nostra affacciava sulla stazione dei vigili del fuoco e la mattina alle 5 e’ suonata la campana d’allarme.

Posizione comoda a ristoranti ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla. Bella struttura, sala colazioni molto ampia con una scelta vastissima. Bellissimo giardino e spaziosa piscina. Ottimo anche il servizio in piscina. Stanza molto grande e veramente ben rifinita.
Essendoci un giardino con stagno ci sono molte rane e durante la notte, complice l’eco in giardino, data la forma della struttura, il gracidare era molto forte. Ho dormito con i tappi alle orecchie per entrambe le notti. I servizi sono attivi dalle 6, viste le tradizioni vietnamite ma c’era gente che parlava a voce alta e in piscina già alle 5.30 del mattino. Consiglio di vietare l’accesso al giardino e in piscina almeno fino alle 6.30/7am.

Brilliant location, rooms were huge with big walk in showers and balconies. Beautiful gardens with swimming pool. Staff were excellent and friendly. Hotel arranged a car for sightseeing for one day, cold towels and drinks included, the car was immaculate and spacious. We also used them for airport transfer. Breakfast buffet was very good and varied. Really loved our stay at Senna Hue.

Walking streetまで歩いて5分。近くに食堂やレストラン、クラフトビールやなど、色々徒歩圏内。とにかく便利です。
プールが広くて快適。チェアもあって、席を占領するマナーの悪い客もいません。
朝食の種類が豊富、フエのご当地ものも多くて工夫されています。
部屋は清潔で快適。中庭ビューの部屋だったので、眺めもよくて静かでした。
フィットネスジムがあるという記載でしたが、実際はなし。近くにワンデージムもなし。 1時間レイトチェックアウトをお願いしようと電話しましたが、フロントに行ってくれと言われて、面倒だったので止めました。

For the price point, it was above and beyond what we expected. Clean modern rooms with outlets and switches by the bed. Outstanding bathroom with a nice balcony as well. Full spread for breakfast, top notch.

Great shower and air conditioning. Good size room. Central location. Very good spa treatments. Generally very efficient service from staff.
The floors in our rooms had not been cleaned properly in a long time. We had a garden view room but it was still noisy day and night due to single glazing. Mattress was far too firm for us. Bathrooms in bedrooms not at all private, with gaps around doors and partitioned with glazing - mostly frosted but not entirely. We were made to wait until our room had been checked before leaving after checkout. Breakfast could have been better; lots of items not re-stocked quickly enough and international options not the best quality.
The floors in our rooms had not been cleaned properly in a long time. We had a garden view room but it was still noisy day and night due to single glazing. Mattress was far too firm for us. The property is as described. I found the staff quite warm but their English skills are poor and this may be misinterpreted into being a bit indifferent. I would go back there. Pool and breakfast was lovely.
I don’t think it’s in the right spot to be honest. I wasn’t there long enough so maybe I hadn’t found all the spots but I did struggle to find much around the area itself

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location just a 5 minute walk from restaurants and nightlife. The room was lovely and the bathroom very spacious and modern. All staff were super polite and helpful. The buffet style breakfast has a very large selection of a variety of food. The outdoor garden/pool area that our balcony overlooked is also very pretty. This hotel deserves its 5 star rating and for a very reasonable price.
The only thing I could fault was that the shower tiles were quite slippery when wet so a non slip mat would be welcome.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet gut und enthielt lokale Köstlichkeiten. Die Poolanlage und der Garten waren sehr schön angelegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Garten. Dies war sehr ruhig und der Blick vom dritten Stock sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr groß, ebenfalls das Bad. Das Gym war gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zugewandt und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut.
Wenn wir was finden sollen würden, dann wäre es de Ablauf der Dusche, der langsam war. Das Bad war allerdings aufgrund der großen Dusche nie überflutet.

Staff were divine. We arrived late, after the kitchen had closed, but the lovely chef stayed to prepare a meal for us, which was so appreciated and so kind. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever eaten. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the pool was divine. We loved this hotel so much.

Sehr guter Service, hilfsbereite und nette Mitarbeiter, großes, schönes Zimmer mit sehr großem, modernem Bad. Schöner Pool im Innenhof. Du über Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, so dass man schnell überall hinkommt, auch sind diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer und der Pool sehr ruhig.
Das Badezimmer. Ein Traum aus großen Fliesen und einer riesigen bodengleichen Dusche. Meine Frau möchte jetzt auch so eins haben. 😉

Incredibly large, spacious room - it's unusual to find a room this spacious in any hotel, especially in Vietnam. Everything in the hotel felt modern and polished despite being in a historical building. One of the best and most convenient locations to explore the city. Professional and friendly staff. High quality buffet breakfast.

Elegant hotel with very good facilities. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly and can manage to strike conversations with English-speaking guests. Pool-side looked great. It was close to the Perfume River wharf where evening boat rides start. Lots of good cafes and restos around the area. Good location if you wish to visit the Thiên Mụ pagoda and Huế citadel.
These are just nitpicks, the hotel is great: 1. No staff policing guests that loiter in their wet swimsuits and walking around the hallways dripping and wetting the flooring and carpets. 2. The laundry service was not as flexible as we would have liked. 3. During our last day of booking grab to Hue Station, the staff took over my phone and used a pin location with a cafe name that is behind the station and made the driver confused when we mentioned that we wanted to go to the railway station. It was a small hiccup but wanted to mention nonetheless.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near good food and getting to attractions was convenient. The spa and massage was great too. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here in hue!

Gym is really poor in terms of equipment, and when we looked at it, the window had been left open and it was unbearably hot. Didn't end up using because of this. Appears to be a very family-focused hotel. Young children in the pool until well after 10pm on Sunday, which was very noisy. We saw two rats in the inner courtyard/pool area on separate occasions during our stay. One around the pond when we were seated having a drink, the other running from the pool area to the changing room area while we were swimming. I understand this is an urban setting and this might be acceptable for some given the context, but it really put us off this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Really comfortable and a huge well appointed room. We were only here for one night unfortunately but will definitely be back. Staff were lovely and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. Great breakfast.

The hotel has an amazing pool and a garden. Hué is hot. It's so enjoyable to relax in the pool. When we arrived, the staff suggested an upgrade to a garden view room. It is worthwhile. The room is very big and pleasant. The bed is so comfortable. There is no bath tub. But there's no need of bath tub. The pool is fantastic 😊.

Very good location, close to everything. Big swimming pool and nice area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A lot of different choices on breakfast.
During our stay were guests in hotel only femalies with young children and because of this was always (for me too) laud in dinning room and on swimingpool. It was impossible to rest.

Magnifique hôtel avec d'excellentes prestations. Excellent rapport qualité prix également. Chambre spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. Piscine avec vestiaire, douche et serviettes à disposition. Accueil aux petits soins et aide précieuse des réceptionnistes pour organiser les visites et pour trouver des hôtels. Je recommande la visite des tombeaux aux alentours de Hué par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel : vous bénéficierez de la voiture de l'hôtel et d'un chauffeur qui reste à votre disposition sans poser de limite de temps dans les visites. Nous avons profité de ce service pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. Un merci tout particulier à Than qui a été un super chauffeur, agréable et très sympathique. Pour finir, très grande variété au petit-déjeuner. A recommander sans hésiter.

A fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, a fabulous garden with koi pond and lovely swimming pool.
Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff.
I had a fabulous relaxing massage with Phuok.
Vy was especially helpful in the restaurant, explaining the Hue breakfast options of Beef Noodle and Banh Mi, both of which were delicious. These were in addition to the extensive asian and western buffet options.
We stayed over the Reunification holiday and the hotel put on a special Seafood Gala buffet in the garden. So many dishes to try and all delicious!

L'Hotel è ben posizionato vicinissimo al centro con tanti locali e ristoranti. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante dell'hotel è valido con una scelta internazionale e la piccola colazione con buffet dove non manca proprio nulla. La camera molto bella, grande, nuova, pulita e altrettanto la sala da bagno. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo.

Hotel spacieux et agréable au centre de Hué, avec plusieurs restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate et à environ 30 minutes à pied de la cité impériale (prendre un taxi s'il fait chaud). Chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. Personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner. Jolie cour centrale avec jardin et piscine.

Die Anlage war toll.
Dien Zimmer waren recht groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war besser geschult als so manche Hotel auf meine Reisen. Durch die tolle Poolanlage und das Großzügige Frühstück war unser aufhalten rundum perfekt.

The location was great 15 mins walk across the river to the imperial city. Breakfast was fab with loads of choices and very attentive staff. Check in was fab as we were there extra early (came in on the sleeper bus) and we could use the changing rooms for showers etc which were superb. Most of all this is apparently a 5* hotel and for £60 a night for b&b is a bargain! I must also call out the lady at reception Thuy Hoang who has excellent customer service skills.
For £60 a night I feel a little harsh giving areas for improvement but feedback is required… when your guests arrive back to actually check in - don’t make them wait for their luggage! Also small little plastic containers of shower gel/shampoo!! My less than 5* accommodation so far in Vietnam have had lovely refillable dispensers! Finally I couldn’t see the pool from my “pool view” hotel room due to the height of the trees etc

The whole team at the reception is very unfriendly, Pretentious, arrogant, cocky… The politeness is artificial and fake and so exaggerated that it comes across as a joke. Because of a broken drinking glass in our room (it was just falling down, we picked up everything and did not „hide“ the broken glass) we were called several times during the day and be asked to come back to the hotel to pay the 2 $. This was outrageous and very annoying, we had to cancel our tour for it.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. The room was big, comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was fantastic with unlimited options. Nice massages too.

Alles. Riesiges Zimmer, ebenso der Balkon (war doppelt so breit, weil grad neben dem Treppenhaus) mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf den Garten. Alles sehr schön und krasse Auswahl beim Frühstück.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The pool was phenomenal, breakfast outstanding, room extremely large and comfortable, and the staff lovely. This property would cost at least $150-$400 in the United States depending on the market. It’s definitely somewhere we could not afford in our own country, but coming here was a very nice luxury at an extremely affordable price.
Make sure you skip that afternoon tour and spend your time at the pool because it is one in a million.

The rooms were a good size and location was convenient for both the Imperial City and the main food area of Hue. Taxis / Grab cars are easily available outside the hotel to travel to most of the tourist locations.
Upon checking-in before being able to ask if there was a possibility of a late check out (c. 2 hours) I was told that I was required to pay additional fees if I wanted to keep the room even a couple of hours - experience has shown that most hotels will accommodate a few hours if possible - which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was ok however for the star rating of the hotel I would have expected a better selection of food and drinks in the buffet.

Sehr gute Lage sowohl in die Altsadt als auch über die Brücke Richtung Kaiserliche Stadt.

Hôtel situé idéalement pour découvrir Hué. Le personnel est attentionné. Grande chambre et magnifique salle de bains.

It is not so close to the citadel but with grab it is easy to reach. There are a lot of cicadas near the hotel and they can be very noisy early in the morning (around 5 p clock).

The breakfast spread was unlike any I have seen before. The food selection could not have been more varied. Foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner were offered. It was fantastic.

Heerlijk om eens in Luxe te verblijven. Ruime kamer met een mooie badkamer. Ruim balkon. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. We hebben een super verblijf gehad.
De vloer van de douche wordt echt super glad wanneer je doucht of gedoucht hebt. Miste ook wat haakjes om je handdoek aan op te hangen. Verder was er geen tafel of stoel op het balkon waardoor je daar alleen kon staan.

Perfect location. Lovely pool. Staff are incredibly friendly and the room was big and clean
Don’t really like to say anything bad but the bathroom while looked lovely wasn’t very practical. No where to hang towels but really the big problem is the tiles on the floor of the shower. They are deadly. Each of us nearly slipped more than once.

We are on a 3 month travel trip and we can honestly say, in the last 2 months travelling, Senna was the cleanest and nicest place we’ve stayed. Huge room, clean, great pool, lovely staff, amazing breakfast. The main hotel photo with the pool on the advert does actually not do the hotel justice. The pool and hotel are much nicer in person!
This place is wonderful, however, there’s always room for improvement anywhere you stay ( wink ). If there was anything that could be improved, the swimming pool showers could do with some hooks for clothes and towels. Currently there are no hooks in the cubicle. Also, the doors to the balcony weren’t very sound proof so we could hear dogs, very loud crickets, horns and bells during the night.

Location was great, as was the breakfast with many international choices. Our room was huge, the shower was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise. It was more modern so the facilities were excellent. Bed was very comfortable. We did the DMZ tour from here which was awesome with the local guide - go see the tunnels - they will amaze you.
Only thing I would say is that the floor tiles needed a bit of a scrub. They came in and mopped when I advised the front desk but it was definitely time for something a little more vigorous.

Das Hotel hat einen Top-Standard, eine gute Lage, ein tolles Personal und ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet.

Excellent five star hotel . Location good room lovely breakfast great . Near all the attractions and walking street which has great restaurants . Staff very helpful and helped us arrange the van pass bike trip from Hue to Hoi An .

Big bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, huge selection for breakfast, good location (25 minute walk or short cab to imperial city), big pool (though the weather was too cool to use it), quiet.

Sehr gute Lage zur Besichtigung der Zitadelle. Viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.
Frühstück könnte nicht besser sein, fantastische Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind gross und bequem. Die Lage des Hotels, in der Nähe des sympatischen Ausgehviertels mit vielen guten Kneipen, ist ausgezeichnet.
Das Hotel hat keinen Charme, was in Vietnam eigentlich erstaunlich ist. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war unterkühlt, fast sogar unfreundlich. Im Hotel wurde der Aufzug vom Personal blockiert, das sich immerhin lächelnd für die Verzögerungen entschuldigte. Das Frühstückbuffet war "ok". Auch hier vermissten wir die vietnamesische Liebenswürdigkeit.

Bei diesem Hotel passt einfach alles. Wir hatten ein äußerst geräumiges, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich sondern auch ausgesprochen effizient und professionell. Wenn man dies nicht bereits im Vorfeld spürt, dann spätestens beim sensationellen, umfangreichen Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben auch viel Zeit im schön angelegten Innenhof am Pool verbracht, der zu unserem Glück, trotz der vielen Hotelgäste, nur von Wenigen benutzt wird. Wir haben um eine Nacht verlängert und waren insgesamt 4 Nächte an diesem schönen Ort
Der bequeme private Transfer nach Hoi An hat auch super funktioniert.

Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich groß. Die Anlage und der Pool super gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zum Abschied gab es sogar ein kleines Geschenk…wirklich sehr aufmerksam!! Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar! Unbedingt diese Unterkunft buchen wenn man in Hue ist!!!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a lot of healthy offerings, both eastern and western. The staff was friendly and lovely, and the rooms were perfection. Close to town and extremely quiet. The gardens were magnificent, and there were the most darling frogs hopping around everywhere. Take care not to step on them- they are precious and were the highlight of our stay.

Nuovissimo hotel, la camera era grande ed il bagno aveva una mega doccia. Comodo anche il balcone arredato con poltrone e tavolino con vista piscina/guardino. Hall spaziosa ed elegante come la sala colazioni con buffet ben assortito. A pagamento caffè espresso e cappuccino. Purtroppo visti i due giorni di pioggia non abbiamo potuto godere del giardino e della bella piscina.

Отель расположен в центре города и удобно расположен, до пешеходной зоны 5 мин Очень хороший большой внутренний Двор, зеленый и очень красивый, замечательно после дождя пели жабы…
Наши номера выходили на улицу, на противоположной стороне находится Школа и ее футбольный Стадион… от грохота и шума не спасали даже экраны на Балконе … Советую бронировать номера выходящие во внутренний Двор… И, перед тем как выехать из номера приглашайте Хаускиппинг чтобы при Вас проверили комплектацию номера Мы выезжали рано утром и во врем завтрака, через 20 мин после того как мы рассчитались за номер нам об’явили что пропала чайная ложка…Вопрос решали нервно…

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem tollen Hotel in einem Premium Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick. Das Zimmer ist gross, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und nachts sehr ruhig. Die Hotel Lage ist ideal, in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und das Personal im ganzen Hotel super freundlich und der Service ist top.
Im Garten wird tagsüber Musik über Lautsprecher abgespielt, zwar leise und nicht unbedingt störend aber immer die gleichen Lieder.

Staff were helpful in changing our room after we complained about the noise coming from outside (poor soundproofing on the residential side). Also helped us with booking the bus back to Danang. Great breakfast buffet.

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und sauber. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker.

The staff were so friendly and kind. They made my husbands birthday special by decorating the room and bringing him cake. The large shower was so nice and the balcony with a view was very relaxing. The ceiling fan I loved.

1) The entire staff, especially those at the door and assisting with luggage, were helpful, warm, genuine, and accommodating. The hotel arranged a driver to take us to the mausoleums. He was phenomenal and extremely professional.
2) Beautiful room and hotel grounds. Comfortable bed and linens. Large bathroom and gorgeous shower.
3) Wide selection of breakfast items, including Hue specialties, western and Asian dishes, as well as pastries, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. Standouts include the Panna cotta, fresh juices, herbs, Vietnamese condiments, and spring rolls.
4) Accessible location
1) Although Booking.com says that currency exchange is available, it is NOT. There is a bank next door but be warned that they are closed at lunch and may not be open during the posted hours. 2) The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of items but the overall taste was just OK. If you're looking for an innocuous introduction to Vietnamese food, the buffet offers versions that may appeal to first time visitors or those with sensitive palates. 3) Be aware that the flooring outside of elevators and in the areas with open hallways may be extremely slippery when it rains. 4) The shower drain drained extremely slowly and often we were standing in water. I told the front desk and they apologized. It was unclear from the conversation however (due to language difficulties), whether the slow drain was intentional (to prevent "bad smells") or not. 5) Noise. During the day there was a quiet, though nonetheless distracting music playing from somewhere. At night there was a bird or animal of some sort that continuously made sounds that I initially thought was construction.

The hotel is glamorous and luxurious, a real treat. Every member of staff was fantastic and very helpful when we had a couple of (non-hotel related) problems. Breakfast was extensive. Room enormous and again very clean. The swimming pool looked very nice
The only issue was the gym, which was very poor. However, the helpful receptionist explained to us that a replacement, better gym is opening soon, so that should help.

Our suite is spacious with separate bedroom & lounge. Snacks & biscuits were provided on arrival. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the restaurants & pub area. Staff is friendly & good in English & the garden outside is very beautiful.
There’s no shelf for toiletries in the shower and the staff helped to put a chair inside for shower gel. It can easily be fixed by putting a shelf there. The water from shower is leaking & flowing to the toilet making the floor in the toilet quite slippery & quite dangerous to walk on.

Clean and spacious room. Nice service. The breakfast was relaxed and professional. The pick up from the station.

Die Lage. Ruhig und mitten im Zentrum. Das Bad (Zimmer 426) und auch der Balkon waren sehr groß.
Das Frühstück ist schon sehr auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Grundsätzlich wissen wir das aber dieses Mal waren wenig Optionen für andere Wünsche vorhanden. Auch der Kaffee war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Nebenan gibt es aber einen Coffeeshop und wir konnten dort Espresso-Kaffee finden.

Spacious room. Excellent breakfast spread. Very helpful and courteous staff. Lovely spa.
No bath tub. No heating and room was quite cold due to the heavy rains. Air conditioner goes off by itself through central control and air doesn’t circulate. The wing I stayed at was in a different building and the corridors were slippery due to the rain.

Very spacious & comfortable hotel room. We appreciated having HBO! Our experience at the spa was quite nice. There’s a cute shop in the lobby.
You can get nice coffee at breakfast (espresso) but you have to seek it out. Otherwise it’s the American stuff.

The hotel was the perfect base for our short trip to Hue.

- WORLD CLASS Breakfast with Hue and Western Cuisines
- Staff are super friendly and will open door and get cars for you. Even gave me disposables bowl when I GRAB food in the wee hours. Everyone speak English.
- Room is super spacious. TV has all the movies and channels to watch
- Internet was fast too!
- Location very good with Công Caphe and Pharmacy just opposite. Easy to get to Hue Citadel

We feel that our stay was made lovely by the help and support of Ms Thuy Hoang, who treated us incredibly well. Gave us good advise and sorted out our tour and transfers etc Very nice human being

Awesome hotel with all you need. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of food. The bedrooms are big and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The staff was amazing very helpful and attentive to your needs. Senna Hue is close to the center (5 minutes walk) and yet it is quiet.
Nothing except the gym is being renovated so there is just the basic equipment right now.

Exceptional quality for the price. We have an HR of boday massage as my kids do not want to have foot massage.

Muy bien Trang Tran y conductor del hotel del Transfer aeropuerto y excursión a Hoi An. El último día llegamos tarde y mantuvieron abierto el restaurante abierto solo por nosotros, para que pudiésemos cenar.

Can't fault it, excellent hotel. Giant rooms, comfy beds. Attentive staff, beautiful pool area.
Quite a bit of noise from walking streets in room 401 however that finishes at 11. If you're a lighter sleeper then maybe request an pool view or a quiet room.

Overall it was great, staff was friendly, but there’s room for improvement still.

The staffs were very professional in their handling of the flood situation. I especially liked the variety of food offered at breakfast. Unfortunately due to the bad weather, i was unable to make use of the facilities at the hotel. Nonetheless, the staffs did not fail in making it a comfortable experience

Beautiful hotel, very modern, spacious and clean. Good location. About 20 minutes walk to citadel but about 5 minutes from best selection of bars/restaurants.
Amazing breakfast and lovely staff.
We had a massage as part of room price and this was just lovely.
Not too much of an impact for us but room was noisy until 11pm. Pool was out of use due to heavy rainfall which was a disappointment.

Employers was very kindly and nice.
We was have a bad luck during arrival,complete hue was underwater,flooding....where twxi left us to the hotel we going with boat,like with gondola in Venice.
For hotel all the best :)from room,balcony,fascility,etc...;)

Excellent petit déjeuner ! Le meilleur de mon séjour au Vietnam ! Un choix hallucinant de plats ! Il n'y avait pas de mangue sur le buffet mais à ma demande, le personnel m'a amené 3 assiettes de mangues fraiches découpées et excellentes !

La ubicación es muy buena La habitación grande, muy limpia y con una cama supercómoda.

The people working at the hotel were really nice, helpful, and always with a smile. The room was big, modernly decorated, and the beds were comfy. We had dinner a couple of times at the hotel restaurant, and the food was good. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Location was good, close to Hue Imperial City. Totally recommended.
