The location is quiet, but only a short walk to the centre of Hoi An and many excellent restaurants.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

הגענו למלון באמצע הלילה, אחרי שנפלנו על מלון אחר שהיה בתנאים סניטרים ירודים מאוד. על אף שהגענו מהרגע להרגע, הצוות קיבל אותנו באדיבות ובחיוך ודאגו לכל השהות שלנו בצורה מדהימה!
המיקום של המלון מדהים, ממש על העיר העתיקה והנהר המהמם שמואר בלילה, כך שהכל עשינו ברגל. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה, חדר הכושר מצוין, עשינו גם סדנת קפה ויאטנמי בחינם ושכרנו את האופניים לטיול קצר מסביב לנהר. החדר היה נקי ומרווח, מלון מקסים!
הצוות בארוחת הבוקר היו קצת פחות שירותיים, אך יתר הצוות בקבלה ובשירות החדרים היו מקסימים

Stayed in the river facing room and was able to enjoy the peaceful early mornings as well as vibrant night life.
FOOD was major disappointment. Not enough choices for Vegans in breakfast section In room service meal menu they sent chicken soup when I had mentioned that I am vegan. Stale friend rice What is good is the location, lots of food options outside the property

Nice King Deluxe room with lots of space, bathrooms were beautiful. Service staff was good. Clean rooms and short walk to Hoi An's Old Town.

Although we stayed just one night, we enjoyed the nicely decorated comfortable room and the staff which was very helpful and recommended us things to do and places to go.
Everything in the Hotel was great, The Bar in the hotel closes a bit early and the drinks were not as good as other places we had drinks at in vietnam and pricing was a bit overpriced considering quality.

This Hotel was the highlight of my trip. It was understated as all excellent Hotels are. I couldn’t fault it for anything. I will most definitely return and can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Absolutely loved Moire Hoi An. Location and facilities great. And the staff are just gorgeous. Nice being across the bridge so a tad removed. But literally a two minute walk into main area. Loved Hoi An overall.
Sometimes couldn’t get chair around pool. Staff were quick to offer bean bags instead but could do with some more pool chairs. Otherwise loved everything.

Everything!! Cannot fault this hotel. I swapped the dates a few times but each time it was no problem they accomodated, staff were amazing, room was lovely, facilities great,great location had a lovely time!!!

We stayed at Moire Hoi A for our wedding anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience.
Our room on Level 3 offered the perfect river view, which was a delight to wake up to each morning. Both the room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable throughout our stay.
What impressed us most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction was met with kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit.
The location is also ideal—close enough to enjoy all that Hoi An has to offer, while still providing a peaceful and tranquil retreat to return to after a day of exploring.
Thank you to the entire Moire team for making our anniversary trip so memorable and enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next visit. We would gladly return and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone.

Schönes, komfortables Hotel mit guter Lage. Nahe der Old Town mit Blick auf den Fluss.
Ein kleiner Zwischenfall mit einer tropfenden Klimaanlage wurde schnell behoben und wir haben ein anderes (besseres) Zimmer erhalten.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, außer dass die Happy Hour für unseren Geschmack auch gerne das tolle Kaffee Angebot enthalten dürfte ;)

This is one of our all time favourite hotels. Walking distance to the old quarter, but across the bridge and a quiet oasis. This is our third return visit. The rooms are a great size. We had Terrace accommodation by the pool, which was just lovely. Great spa too!!

We loved everything about this hotel and loved our stay in Hoi An
The only thing I would change is making tea/coffee accessible at breakfast time we had to wait a long time to receive our order over breakfast and in both days had to ask twice. By the time we received our refreshments our breakfast was almost finished.

The location was perfect, the staff were lovely. The pool is quite large and a good temperature with a view of the river. Good gym. Breakfast was also very good.
Loved Hoi An: bustling and colourful with a lot of walking streets full of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Thank you very much for your warm and thoughtful hospitality during our 40th wedding anniversary trip.
The cake we enjoyed in our room was delicious.
We also loved the beautiful message written with leaves on the bed — it was such a lovely touch.

When I entered the room, there was a moldy smell. I've gotten used to it, but I think it's probably the smell of damp land. It's inevitable since there was a big flood last year.

This hotel has clear strengths: the property is aesthetically pleasing, the location is convenient, and the breakfast offering was very good.
However, my experience was significantly marred by several critical issues that fall short of 5-star standards. My room had a persistent moldy odor. Furthermore, despite specifically requesting a room with a nice view both during booking and at check-in, I was assigned a room facing a wall for my entire four-night stay.
The most frustrating incident involved the airport transfer. Upon a late-night check-in, I inquired about pickup options and was quoted VND 1,125,000 (~€36). I did not confirm this service. Despite this, a driver was sent, and I was asked to pay. I had, in fact, already pre-booked and pre-paid a transfer for the same ride for approximately €10 via Booking.com. The next day, the manager initially offered a discount on the unauthorized charge but waived it entirely when I objected. While the manager handled this professionally, the initial error and pressure to pay were unacceptable.
Overall, the inconsistency was disappointing. Apart from the manager, the general staff demeanor and service execution did not meet the level of professionalism or attention to detail expected from a luxury property.
Given the hotel's premium category and price point, complimentary airport transfers are an essential expectation, particularly within the Vietnamese hospitality market

The large bathroom was nice. The bed was large. The room darkening curtains were effective. Rooms not facing the river are quiet.
It was necessary to walk across a very narrow pedestrian sidewalk on a bridge to get into Hoi An old town. Morning coffee flavor was not up to expectations.

Just a stone’s throw away from the old town yet away from the noise. Very well maintained property and the room is thoughtfully set up with quality fittings and amenities. Breakfast is good and we get to savour different types of local food on different days. The salted coffee is a must-try! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mimy whose warm smiles brightened our stay at Moire.

Relaxing and calming, but also just a short walk to the center. There was a noisy construction outside the property but near our room, and they moved us right away to a quiet room. It is also so clean you couldn’t tell the area had flooded just recently. Pool is nice and breakfast delicious. Would stay here again.

Stunning new hotel in Hoian. This gorgeous hotel had 3 levels and had a modernised traditional theme. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and interior design was gorgeous. The restaurant was beautiful which overlooked the river and a variety food which was beautifully presented. Service was excellent. All the staff were incredible, very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a very short 300m walk to the Old Town so plenty of things to explore close by. I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Fantastic location - a short 15 minute walk from everything you could need - right on the water very close to the ancient town. The staff were super - including Steven the door staff who was a true gentleman and the rest of the reception which helped in every way, including booking theatre tickets - hiring a bicycle - and a free onsite coffee making class.
Not the best value for money, but you really are paying for the top class location, but with the facilities and friendly staff to match

The location of the hotel is close enough to the old town to walk and discover. The restaurants are bright and overlooking the river with great views. The selection offered at breakfast was excellent and covered all tastes. The bar and cafe are riverside and offer a tranquil and relaxed setting.

Desayuno bien para Vietnam . La ubicación es muy buena pero hay que atravesar un puente que es muy peligroso a la ida y a la vuelta del hotel . Eso está muy mal y hay que cambiarlo. En el desayuno cuando se acaba la fruta no la reponen

Service was exceptional – the staff were super friendly and always helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had clean, fresh bed linen. The gym, although small, had high-quality, expensive equipment, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel felt well-kept and welcoming, which is impressive considering it’s a relatively new property.
Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, but I tried it twice and found it quite average. There were options available, but the taste felt bland and didn’t stand out. I also ordered room service once, and again felt the flavors were missing. I liked the location and sizes of the rooms!
The reception staff wasn’t the most hospitable. There were many glitches in terms of a smelly room - waiting on room service to bring cutlery for over an hour. The empathy from the housekeeping staff was conveyed, but they said they’re under staffed and super busy at the time. It was 10:30 pm! It should’nt be under staffed while they’re as pricey as they are. When raised to the reception it was just sorry, moving on kind of deal. I wouldn’t go back, but the location was key is all. Also, one restaurant in the hotel? Breakfast/ lunch and dinner all there and everything shuts for 9:30/10 pm. They’d do great with a lobby bar/ something open inside the huge premise they have.

Amazing hotel in Hoi An, close to the center but on a quieter island on the side away from the noise. Invites you practically to stay in the hotel all day, from the great pool overlooking the river with the great food and drink service, the wonderful restaurant both for meals during the day and the full breakfast buffet, the beautiful design, and the amazing and attentive staff! Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Hoi An!

Lovely, well designed rooms. Comfy bed! Great bathroom and amenities. Fantastic location with short walk across bridge to old town. Great to borrow bikes for exploring. Gym also well equipment including ice cold water.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close enough to walk into the Old Town and it also offers complimentary push bikes which we rode out to the rice paddy fields. Room was very comfortable however, you can hear people walking past your room when they are returning to their own rooms late at night. Some people don't think to talk quietly. The pool was very warm but as it was super hot during our stay

Bei uns wurden Produkte von der Minibar verrechnet, obwohl das Produkt beim Check-In bereits geöffnet war. Beim Check-In hatten wir eine Aufnahme vom Zimmer gemacht. Wir haben die Abrechnung beanstandet, jedoch gab die Mitarbeitende uns das Gefühl, wenn wir es nicht gewesen sind , wer dann. Deshalb werde ich diese Unterkunft in der Zukunft vermeiden. Breakfast offered great variety and quality of food/choices. Pool was lovely with plenty of lounge areas, pool side service was great too. I thought the hotel was better in reality than shown in the pictures when booking. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location was a short walk from centre of Hoi An, best of both worlds convenient but also quiet.

Everything was of the highest quality, the staff were excellent and the positioning was just perfect to enjoy the view and experience of the river, and have easy access to all that Hoi An has to offer, Definitely a good place to be based and visit the likes of An Bang beach as you wish with cheap taxis via the Grab App. Food and drinks round the pool were excellent, as was the incredible breakfast buffet. A real treat and really good value thanks to the low season.
We had a problem with one of our rooms but they moved us immediately, to an upgraded room and gave us complimentary cocktails. So an excellent response, and really appreciated.

Moire Hoi An was an absolute treat. The level of professionalism and service was exceptional. Breakfast and cocktails were top tier, and the room was beautifully decorated with a lovely garden view and a stylish bathroom with a bathtub. The pool was delightful, offering a wonderful view of the town across the river. It was perfectly located—so central yet peaceful. The staff were outstanding, and all the amenities you could want were thoughtfully provided. A fabulous way to end our Vietnam holiday. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I traveled a lot in the last year and a half. I counted I've been to over 56 hotels. This has to be the best ever. It's a newer place it's only about 2 or 3 years old so I can see why the facilities are in such great shape. But beyond that, the place, the people the food the location it was all stellar. Absolutely amazing plays highly highly recommend it.

Toller Empfang. Das beste Frühstück, das wir auf unserer Rundreise durch Vietnam hatten. Alles sah frisch und lecker aus. Zentral und trotzdem abseits von Trubel. Die Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem praktisch eingerichtet.

The property is beautiful and very well done. The rooms are clean and spacious and well laid out. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights.
Check-in was nice and felt very personable experience.
We had an issue with a different guest trying to access our room at 3am whilst drunk. This was addressed throughly and the manager came to us first thing the following morning even though they were not at fault for this. This was warming to see.
The swimming pool although a good size, does not have enough loungers. We found them taken up by people hogging them with towels or bags as they went around for their daily business. As a result people who wanted to relax (us included) did not have the beds to do so. If you choose to walk to the hotel from the Old Town please beware. You have to a narrow bridge/footpath that cars and bikes travel each way on. There isn’t much room for two larger vehicles and on a number of occasions had to press hard against the bridge wall to avoid be hit by a wing mirror of a car or moped.

Relaxing by the pool over looking the river gave you a sense of being “out of town” but a short walk across the bridge takes you in to Old Town. It was a perfect location! The service was always friendly and efficient, we loved every minute of Hoi An and the Moire Hotel.

Moire Hoi An felt like a real luxury resort. Check in was efficient, the lobby quiet and spacious, our rooms were clean and had enough space to spread out and feel at home. The restaurants and pool facilities were well maintained. All the staff were friendly and spoke English well. We visited in a busy time and never felt over-crowded or noisy.
When we stayed in 2024, there was a free shuttle bus across the bridge - if this was still available, we weren't told about it.

Beautiful beautiful rooms, amazing location. Very clean and lovely staff. Almost felt like a mini resort.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were prompt in assisting with anything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food and beverages for all tastes. The pool area was clean and had a nice view across the river.
The location was excellent and just across the bridge from the old town, although the narrow walkway on the apron of the bridge (out of the hotel’s control) could be challenging depending on the traffic.

De kamer met terras aan de Riverside was geweldig, ook de ligging tov de oude stad kan niet beter. Je vindt er wel de rust maar bent zo in de oude stad.

This property is located next to the river with a very nice walking track in front of it in order to access the old town. You have to cross a bridge with a very narrow sidewalk, which pumps the heart every time.

The accommodation was lovely but choose your room wisely. We had a deluxe room (which is their most basic I think) and our view was of a wall. We could never not have the light on. Make sure you don’t stay in room 206 (possibly 106 & 306 too as there are three floors). The rooms with river/pool views look to be the nicest, probably check out the supplement!
The walk across the bridge each time you left the hotel was a bit scary due to the traffic and the narrowness of the pedestrian walk on the bridge. Plan your outings!

Amazing location on the river. 10 mins max walk from many restaurants and the market. They have very nice facilities

The room on the ground floor with a courtyard was a bonus. The chaise lounge was a nice touch allowing me to have a nap without disturbing the bed.

The standard of service was exceptional. This was the best hotel we experienced during our stay at a number of locations over Vietnam.
Location very good, near to the town but very quiet on an evening.
Food excellent, we enjoyed a couple of evening meals which were lovely. The breakfast was exceptional and they seemed to cater for anything you could think of.
I would recommend it to anyone.

We chose this hotel/resort for the location, and it could not have been better. We could enjoy the sights and sounds of the Old Town and river from the property (and even from one of our river-facing rooms) and it was so easy to walk over to it. Our teenagers could come and go as they pleased, and we were back and forth for fittings for our custom clothing whenever needed. We had no concerns about security. The lobby staff were very kind, as were the restaurant staff at those amazing breakfasts. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are so fortunate as to return to Hoi An.
We made our reservation when the property was Bay Resort. We were pleased that the new owners honored our reservation on the original terms. I don't know how the prices and thus value have changed. But this property may be worth paying extra for, given the quality and unique location.

Facilities are excellent, great gym, pool areas.
Location is perfect across the river from old town next to a bridge so out of hustle and bustle however taking advantage of the lights and river setting.
Breakfast offers a large selection in a relaxed environment.
Despite a couple of complementary water bottles each day in your room the complex lacks enough available fresh water fill stations throughout the complex to refill if and when needed.

The standard of both building, amenities and service provided by this Resort were excellent. Situated on the river frontage, the Resort provides a clear view of the old town and the colourful night time river activities. Access to the old town is either short walk across the nearby bridge or a shuttle service provided by the Resort.
All the staff we met were exceptional. A few examples, first at our first meal the Executive Chef introduced himself and asked if we had any special menu preferences in addition to the great food on offer. Second, I arrived for breakfast with the onset of a cold and a waitress noticed and suggested a green tea might help. Later back in our room there was a unexpected knock on the door. It was one of the reception staff with a packet of Fishermans Friends for me. A memorable act of thoughtfulness.
In addition to the swimming, massage and bar services, the Resort also provided a Vietnamese coffee making making class, this was educational and enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience, the location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore with our two young kids. The staff really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. From providing extra amenities for the kids to offering helpful recommendations, we felt very well taken care of.
The breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. We especially appreciated how the hotel paid attention to the little details that made a big difference for us, like offering kid-friendly items and ensuring our room was set up for a family-friendly stay.

Staff was lovely and helpful! It is a great location, the river view was pleasant and it was a oasis in the midst of the chaos which often happens in the market. It was close to the major areas in Hoi An, and they offer a bike which was great to explore Cam Thanh with. Also a very comprehensive gym
Was not quite satisfied with the hotel overall (no fault to staff at all!) I’d say the value does not align with the cost. The breakfasts was mediocre at best, small variety, bad quality pastries, and very small selection of fruits, some of which were tasteless (like the melon), the mango juice today even tasted overly acidic/OFF. I found myself not being able to actually eat much for breakfast. It was just missed the mark for a 5* resort by Vietnamese standards. The location was lovely but the room was problematic. Our bathroom door was very fiddly, the heating system did not allow for manual change so it was ALWAYS cold (and mind you - it is currently 18 degrees c so it’s not hot here in central Vietnam) and we could hear the neighbours dog barking ALL night! Also the sofa in our room had a STAIN on it, big, faded a bit and light colour but if you notice it it’s hard to not see it again. It made me question the cleanliness of the room in total. We also have SHAMPOO as hand wash in the bathroom?!?! Shampoo is so harsh on the skin, and as hand wash? It felt very cheaply thought out. Then, there was no pen in the room, it’s little things like this that make a hotel what it is. It just really missed the mark for us, we had just come from another hotel in Vietnam of similar price point and 5* and this one felt very 3* (if it weren’t for the fact it had a gym and swimming pool). A lot of low hanging fruit problems.

Good location across the river from the old town with views of the lantern boats at night. Rooms are a good size and recently refurbished.
There is no wardrobe as such just a hanging rail. No drawer space in the room. Crossing the bridge each time you go out gets old quite quickly.

The rooms were nice facing the river, well decorated and nice size. I don't have anything else nice to say about this hotel.
The mold in the room made me sick. On the last day I broke out in a severe rash from inhalation of mold. My husband and I guessed that the air con had mold in it so we turned it off, it would turn on again during the night and we would wake up barely able to breathe. The hotel also offers pick up through a third party, the cars dirty and wildly unprofessional. We didn't even get a proper apology for our driver messing up. The bed was atrocious, however they offered toppers which made it bearable. This hotel was our worst experience and the most expensive one we stayed in.

Great location on the river and right across the bridge from the Old town, so it was suitable central without the overwhelming feel of tourists.
The hotel is new and the rooms are large and very well laid out but the exterior also has some old world charm.
Breakfasts were fresh with a good choice.

I had an amazing stay at The Morie Hoi An Hotel! The property is beautiful, clean, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. Huge rooms, very clean.

Loved this hotel at the centre of Hoi An.
Originally i was debating if i should book it as the place is new and i wanted something more authentic during my stay in Hoi An but i would be gutted if i didnt book it.
The hotel is beautiful, from the rooms the breakfast location and has a great swimming pool facing the river.
It is only 3 minutes walk from old town so perfect location .
The staff are super helpful and friendly and helped us book a few activities such as the coconut boat ride and the Hoi An memories show (which i highly recommend).
Loved everything about the hotel. If i had to choose anything would say to have a little more vegetarian option for breakfast.

Staff, location, and size/condition of the room are fantastic. The staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, that made it stand out. Very nice breakfast.
Outdoor bar needed improvement. They had no provisions for rainy conditions, and this left the guests huddling around the two tables that fit under the sheltered area. I saw that the unsheltered tables had umbrellas, but none were opened. A pet peeve is that they serve red wine very cold and said they have no bottles that are room temperature.

Everyone staff is very friendly and making the efforts. There was a technical error in the smoke detector in my room and they had to wake us up at 7am.. subsequently GM came over and presented us a complimentary cake and fruit platter. Very kind of them to go above the beyond.
We chose to stay in one night for dinner and I had the worst meal in Hoi an. My sweet and sour chicken was thickly coated with flour and the sauce is totally tasteless, I had to add salt on the side. Considering this is a lux hotel I would expect them to cook non local food well. Also maybe more tact when you wanted to reach out to hotel guests. Like we put up DND sign so no need cleaning for the day. But when we return to hotel and kept the DND sign on, housekeepers still attempted to open door and tried to clean the room, I figured they wanted to do their job but shdlnt try to force into the room (esp guests are in the room! ) but to press bell or knock the door or even call to confirm

Decoración muy acertada, ubicación privilegiada y piscina de ensueño. Las habitaciones son muy completas, con todo lujo de detalles y camas sobresalientes. Desayuno completo, pero sobre todo, alto nivel de la comida que se ofrece en el servicio de bar piscina. Sin duda, no tendría dudas de donde quedarme si volviera a Hoi An.

It’s quite luxurious with a nice pool
It’s quite a walk from the Old Town. There is a shuttle bus, but I didn’t use it. The property is huge and there are not that many sunbeds around the pool. The staff were nice, but not as lovely as some of the other hotels I stayed in in Vietnam.

The location was great , the buffet was exceptional, the staff were helpful the Lune Production was a highlight for us.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The facilities and location were first class and the staff were all brilliant. This is definintely the place to stay in Hoi An. It is a short 2-3min walk over the bridge into the old town. We had a beautiful room which looked over into the river.
There could have been more vegan-vegetarian friendly options for breakfast. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Amazing location, easy walk into the best part of town. View across the river to the markets and beautiful water front, particularly at night. Amenities were incredible - modern, comfy, luxurious. Staff super helpful, sometimes they even make the room twice a day. The mini bar was entirely free!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great size rooms, comfortable bed and a great buffet breakfast. It is only a few minutes walk to the old town. The pool is also great. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying there.

The properties very modern the rooms are very comfortable with a great location close to town the fact that the town is on one side of the river and the Bay resort is the other side of the bridge which means although you’re extremely close to the town you are not caught up in the hustle, The resort side of the bridge is a little more relaxed? With less traffic.
I don’t believe I have any dislikes I see there is some construction happening resort at present and maintenance which will add to the experience on the next visit.

Amazing resort that exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean and modern (they can clean your room twice a day if you wish). We had the deluxe river view room and I requested the ground floor which comes with an outdoor seating area overlooking the river. We arrived early and they gave us an early check in which was much appreciated! The room service was reasonably priced unlike most hotels / resorts which are quite pricey and the service is incredibly fast. The service at the hotel is amazing, all the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast is really good too, very good selection and coffees were very nice. The pool area overlooks the river and has a decent amount of seating area. As per the other reviews you do need to cross a busy bridge to go to the main area of the town , it is a narrow walkway , we personally didn’t have issues walking the bridge but it may be more difficult if you are travelling with kids. The hotel does offer a shuttle service several times a day to cross the bridge which is very helpful.
Some other stuff to note : Aircon is very responsive and is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable as well. The TV is a smart tv and you can watch Disney and Netflix on it. Everything in the minibar is complimentary and refilled daily including water , juice , soft drink, fruit , chocolate, biscuits and chips.
The gym is decently well equipped and very very clean. Wifi is very fast and reliable.

I stayed in a One-King Premium River View room. Since the hotel had opened not long ago, it was very clean, and it definitely felt more distinctive compared to other hotels in Hoi An. The amenities were by Acqua di Parma, so the fragrance was wonderful. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making my stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was provided twice a day, keeping everything very clean and pleasant. The minibar and snacks were all complimentary and were replenished the next day. Swimming while overlooking the river was enjoyable, and it seemed a lot of attention was given to the breakfast food presentation as well.
It's very close to Hoi An Old Town, but you need to cross a bridge that is quite narrow for walking. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to Hoi An Old Town, which you can use. Unfortunately, we only found out about it on our last day, so we didn't get to use it much.

The location was amazing right at the centre and close to everything you need and looking for
The tour package at the hotel was quite expensive and they were charging the transport separately. They have a grocery store next to the hotel, and I recommend buying from them is cheaper and will meet your expectations.

Das Zentrum ist schnell fußläufig über eine Brücke zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Bislang war dieses Hotel auf unserer Reise die schönste Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen.

직원분들이 정말 친절하셨고 시설도 최근에 지어져서 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 조금씩 달라지는데 다 괜찮았고 룸서비스도 24시간 가능, 헬스장도 깨끗했습니다. 벌레 한마리 못봤던 것 같습니다. 위치도 올드타운 중심부가 아니라서 오히려 쉬기엔 좋았고 호텔에서 올드타운쪽으로 가는 셔틀이 있어서 편리합니다.

Breakfast was included and was a great buffet. In your room they gave you estimated times of how busy the breakfast would be and they were very accurate. We loved the pool and pool bar, fabulous view over the river. Great location to walk over the bridge to old town.

I stayed at the signature pool villa, and we had such a good time. Despite being right at the bank there was enough privacy. The room was perfect and the staff was very attentive to our needs. I left my brace at the hotel at the time of checkout but the receptionist came to the rescue and sent the brace to the airport. It was a lovely place to spend the time with family.

Fantastic location, staff were incredibly helpful, very comfortable accommodation- couldn’t recommend this place more! We were so glad we chose this property for our family holiday to Hoi An.

Die Lage ist optimal, man kann die Altstadt von Hoi An super zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu und gut ausgestattet, für uns als Familie war die Junior Suite (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Zusatzbetten) ideal. Das Restaurant hat sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen eine tolle Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen, auch das Zimmerservice klappt sehr gut. Unser Kinder haben den großen Pool sehr genossen.
Danke an das gesamte Team für die tolle Betreuung, auch die Organisation von unserem Ausflug und die Schneider-Empfehlung waren ausgezeichnet.

The location was great we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants close by.
On some days it was difficult getting into breakfast as it was really busy even if we changed our time that we went. The staff in the restaurant were absolutely wonderful and were so obliging and helpful even though they were run off their feet. The pool was too warm so not refreshing as it should have been as it was so hot.

We loved our stay! It was my daughter’s 5th birthday and the staff made it so special for her. Great food. Great location. Good pool area. We definitely recommend staying here

Even before our trip I knew we would have a good experience with this hotel. We were a family of 4 and about 3 days before they e mailed to tell us the size of the bed and whether we would like to add a bed so they can do it early and keep.
We arrived about 2 hrs before check in time and they immediately gave us the room as they had it available. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful in the hotel.
The breakfast spread was wonderful and they even offered some Vietnamese speciality coffees during breakfast. All the staff would chat and ask how the stay was and remember what we said we were doing the previous day and ask how it went etc.
The next best thing was the location. It was right in the heart of the old town, just a 2 minute walk across the bridge and we were there.. you could see the floating lanterns and boats from the hotel
All in all one of the best hotels I ve been with regard to service and location. There was some building work happening which was unavoidable but the staff were always apologetic about any inconvenience even if we didn't complain.
One thing I would change is to maybe ask the guests if they want their towels constantly changed. While it was lovely to have the towels changed in the middle of the day, as environmentally conscious people we felt bad about the water used for washing of laundry so maybe they could inquire how frequently to change the towels.

Amazing location just over the bridge from the old town. Close enough to the action in the old town but somehow the hitel felt like a little oasis of relaxation and calm. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Loved the view of the river from our bed. Great restaurant - amazing breakfast and dinner options, I especially loved the Cao Lau traditional meal. Very good service and the pool was wonderful.

Fresh salads and fruit at the breakfast buffet was excellent. Salt coffee delicious. Swimming pool was always clean and great for kids. Staff very helpful. Location exceptional.
Beds were a little small to fit 2 adults + 2 kids in 1 room with two single beds comfortably. They should offer a room with two double beds for families who do not share beds with their kids.

Wonderful location to everything in the old town. Being in the island opposite was great as you looked back towards the old town. The resort is relatively new so was in great condition. The staff were helpful and it had a lovely pool area for relaxing after a hot and sweaty day of shopping. They have bikes to hire for free which was a nice activity to do with kids. The air con in the rooms is amazingly good too. Would definitely stay here again.
The pool area could do with more lounge chairs, perhaps utilizing both sides of the pool. Not a criticism, but rather something to be aware of, the resort is long and narrow so some rooms at the back are a long walk from reception and the exit to the street. You can get your steps up here!! Many have mentioned the narrow bridge which is true, but we found it easy enough to navigate with some care and common sense.

- 묵었던 프리미엄킹룸에 세탁, 공항 픽드랍 등이 포함되어서 굉장히 편리했음
- 프리미엄킹룸 1층 객실에서 수영장 바로 연결되는 점
- 약간의 문제들이 생기면 (객실 전화기가 안된다든지) 바로 적극적으로 해결해주심
- 올드타운과 가까우면서도 호텔 주변은 굉장히 조용하고 아늑함

Free shuttle to city, several times a day.
Pretty close to city and everything is within 10 to 15 mins walking distance. Breakfast is good. Free minibar with lots of bottle water is fantastic. The swimming pool has a good view of the river.

New hotel with a fantastic location and nice swimming pool with a view. Room and bathroom is super spacious and comfortable. Everything still looks very nice and new - just hope they keep it this way. Breakfast is also superb!
As most properties in Vietnam are not maintained well on the long run (I vist Vietnam every 2 years and so far most properties disappoint me when I return), I just hope this hotel proves me wrong so I can still enjoy the room in a fantastic state when I return to Bay Resort in Hoi an - which I definitely plan to do so!

We loved our stay at Bay Resort, the staff were lovely and always helpful. Short walk across the bridge to the main part of town but the hotel away from the hustle and bustle. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade as we were on our honeymoon, very grateful to the hotel staff for that. Lovely pool and great breakfast.

The service from all staff was excellent. The rooms were large and had a terrific view and had excellent aircon. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Vietnam - lots of choices and with a nice view. There was a short walk over the bridge (on a narrow walkway) to the main part of Hoi An old town. The location was perfect in that regard. This is the 3rd time we have been to Hoi An but the 1st time we have stayed at Bay Resort. The resort is quite new and offers very good value for money.
The pool water was like a hot bath in summer. Not inviting at all and a big letdown for us. We just could not use it.

The hotel was set along the river, and the views were beautiful. Rooms were excellent, bathrooms gorgeous, beds super comfortable, breakfast was great. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the centre of everything. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay here was incredible. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable with lovely toiletries. The room also includes a free mini bar that they restock each day. The room was serviced twice a day. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a gorgeous pool area. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and had plenty of vegetarian options for us. The free bikes were wonderful to ride around the ancient town and out to the beach. Lastly, the staff and the spa were incredible and very friendly.

The location is fantastic, close to market, river boat rides and tailors and shops. The resort can organise tours to places like Bana Hills, My Son, marble mountain, coconut boats (such fun!) and other attractions. Loved the resort and the friendly team at Bay Resort. It is so much more personal than the larger chains. They remembered who we were at reception and the dining room. Fresh towels brought so often to the room, 3 times a day, which was welcomed as humidity in Vietnam was high so it felt hotter, more frequent showers to freshen up. Rooms are air conditioned and bed is comfortable though a bit harder than I’m used to. There is also a mini mart next door that can supply services, laundry, water, drivers to take you around as an option if you prefer, but we found that the resort were so helpful with all those services as well. Oh and I forgot to mention the beauty spa treatments at the resort, a must-do activity. The pool is wonderful too with happy hour, bar service and meals at the pool if you like or you can dine in the restaurant or your room. Very impressed with flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. Loved that breakfast and the bar fridge (restocked daily) were included. Loved our stay at Bay Resort.

Everything was perfect. The room was modern well appointed, spotless and serviced twice a day with clean towels. Loved the restaurant and ate there almost every night as the quality and choice of meals were great. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices at the buffet. The pool area was very relaxing with a view of the river and old town with the lights and the boats, it felt very magical. Location of the resort was perfect with a short walk across the bridge into the old town and markets. The resort as a whole was very clean and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We happened to be there on Mother’s Day (Australia) and they even decorated the room for the occasion with a card and cake. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and we look forward staying there again on our next visit! A big thankyou to all the staff at the Bay Resort!

The location was perfect - just across the bridge to old town and all the shops and restaurants. Although they had bikes for us to use, we just walked everywhere.
The breakfast was the most deluxe one we've ever seen - European, American, Asian, egg station, pastries, juice, coffee to order - they had it all!
And the staff was so helpful, they knew all the best things in town from restaurants to tailoring shops and shoemakers. Most importantly, they helped with a visa problem so we could get to Vietnam, amazing!

L'emplacement est parfait : proche à pied de la vieille ville mais aussi suffisamment à l'écart pour faire resort. Beaucoup de vélos à disposition.

Perfect location- the hotel is in a quiet place beside the night market and the pub street.
The breakfast is great and the bed is comfortable.
The best thing is the wonderfull staff, especially Dora who helped us during our stay.

Es war einfach perkeft. Wir konnten schon um 8 Uhr morgens ohne Mehrkosten einchecken und aufs Zimmer. Und das beste - wir haben ohne zu Fragen ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut klimatisiert. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig aber wenn man will ist man in 5 Gehminuten mitten im Getümmel der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wird hier von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Frühstück war das beste, welches wir in Vietnam hatten. Jegliche Kaffeespezialitäten wie z. B Egg-, Salt- oder Coconut Coffee sind beim Frühstück inklusive. Wir haben von dem Hotel eine gute Empfehlung für einen Schneider bekommen, da man bei so vielen Anbietern mal schnell den Überblick verliert. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

It was so close to the Old Town and bars and restaurants, you can’t beat the location. You can bike ride to the beach in 15-20mins
The rooms are very big, everything is very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. We did eat from room service and around the pool and found the quality of the food was very good.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, big comfy beds! Also the pool was lovely, so nice it overlooked the river. The staff went out of their way to help, including helping us book our train tickets when we couldn’t and organising transport for personalised tour. We also checked out (generous time - midday) and had to eat in the hotel due to a quick departure - the lunch was delicious!

Een mooi nieuw hotel. Prachtige badkamer. Kamer niet zo groot. Wij kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier. Heel Mooi. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie perfect. De brug over en je zit midden in het oude centrum. Brug heeft alleen hele smalle stoepjes. Dus goed oppassen. Verder konden we gratis fietsen huren. Ook was de mini bar erbij inbegrepen. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid.
Het zwembad was fijn. Maar veel te weinig bedjes. Mensen die heel lang een bedje bezet houden. Wij konden nooit even liggen. Er zou best ruimte zijn voor meer bedjes. Op het gras bijvoorbeeld. Dan kan iedereen ervan genieten. En dat er geen balkon is bij de kamers is ook erg jammer. Wel een raam die open kan. Maar daar staat een bank voor. Badkleding droging gaat heel moeilijk.

Very comfortable. Excellent decor. And located just a 5 min walk from bustling Hoi An Ancient Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nothing. But maybe the authorities can improve pedestrian access from the hotel side of the river to the old town. The sidewalk of the bridge is extremely narrow for pedestrians. This is not a matter for the hotel, but for the local authority to take up.

Very comfy beds, good size room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Great mix of Asian and western dishes. Very nice dining room with great views over the river. Lovely pool area too. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

올드 타운을 걸어서 다닐 수 있으며 (다니기는 매우 위험하지만) 스마트 TV가 있습니다.
실내가 좁은 편이고 침대도 작은 편입니다. 미니바가 무료라고 하지만 그닥 먹고 마실 것이 풍부하지는 않습니다. 야외 풀도 한 가족이 들어가면 딱 맞는 크기이며 풀장 옆에 썬베드도 많이 부족합니다. 조식은 종류도 적은데 맛도 별로입니다. 가성비가 정말 낮은 숙소입니다. 차라리 올드 타운과 멀더라도 더 나은 숙소에 머물며 택시타고 다니는게 나을 뻔 했습니다.

The bridge crossing into the centre of town is not ideal. They need to build a separate pedestrian bridge or create a one way system whereby walkers must walk on the side facing oncoming traffic. But the hotel itself, once the gym is expanded, is perfect.

Everything about the resort was fabulous. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Ours had a stunning view over the pool to the river and the ancient town. The pool was absolutely brilliant with several areas to choose from. The spa was blissful and the masseuses are very skilled. Breakfast was delicious, and they were always willing to make us something extra as vegetarians. . Getting to the old town is a quick walk or Grab. Loved our stay! We will definitely be back!
If I had to give a suggestion or two, I'd have liked a hook in the bathroom. Also, the bathrobes are a bit too small for a lot of European-sized people! But these are very small gripes. We had such a wonderful time.

We spent four nights at the hotel, which is large and has great staff. The pool is divided into three parts, for children, recreational and jacuzzi, which has no warmer water than the others. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfasts were very good, but not excellent. The selection of dishes was quite limited for a five-star establishment. The service and amenities are at a high level. The hotel's location allows you to quickly get to the crowded streets of Hoi An. Unfortunately, you have to cross a narrow bridge with no sidewalk, which may be difficult with children. The facility is definitely worth recommending, although the price for staying there is quite high, perhaps a bit too high in relation to the quality.

The room design, cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the complimentary snacks!!!! It was an amazing stay and very comfortable. The staff were very very helpful they often go beyond to help you. They are very fluent in English and understand you very well.
Not an issue but personal preference, when we were staying it was very hot days and the pool was still heated. Again this was only a personal preference but I would have loved to have a cooler pool water temperature.

Brilliant location. Just a short walk across the bridge to the town.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Booked some trips and taxis with no problem.
The restaurant served very good food in the evening, and the breakfasts were very tasty with lots of choices.
We had a ground floor Riverside room with a nice terrace to sit outside and watch the boats go by.
Pool was lovely. Grounds and gardens were well kept and everywhere was clean and comfortable.
Highly recommended this hotel.

Our stay at Bay Resort Hoi An was nothing short of extraordinary, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Welcomed with cold hand towels and a delightful tea, we were immediately impressed by their warm hospitality. The personalized touch of a handwritten note, fresh flowers, and treats awaiting us in our room was a lovely gesture. Even when our room was delayed, which we didn't mind, they surprised us with an apology note and dessert, showcasing their commitment to exceptional service.
The room itself was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious tub. The view of the river boats at night was truly magical, and the location couldn't have been better. Just a walk across the bridge (albeit, be careful!) and you're in the midst of fantastic shopping opportunities. I had 2 dresses made at the tailor and my husband had a $6.00 (USA currency) haircut.
The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious Vietnamese cuisine, which we enjoyed almost daily. For fellow Americans concerned about raw fruits and veggies, rest assured, we had no issues here.
The fitness center was well-equipped, and I particularly enjoyed swimming laps in the long pool daily. The complimentary bikes provided an excellent way to explore the area along the river. I also saw people walking and jogging as the pathway is great.
A highlight of our stay was the spa experience, where I indulged in a massage and facial treatment. Viet provided exceptional service, and the entire staff was attentive and helpful.
I must also mention the thoughtful touch of a complimentary mini-bar, which included glass-bottled water—an appreciated gesture for those who prefer not to indulge in sodas.
In conclusion, Bay Resort Hoi An exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The impeccable service, fantastic amenities, and delightful experiences made our stay truly memorable.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location with staff who were totally service orientated offering exceptional service to guests. Lovely room with terrace overlooking the river & old town just perfect for watching the colourful boats pass by. Fabulous breakfast with a massive choice of food to suit all requirements. Only a 5 minute walk to the center of the old town for sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. Pool overlooking the river with happy hour cocktails at the bar watching the sunset.
Not enough pool sunbeds for the number of guests each afternoon - only 16 available spaces (excluding the in pool very uncomfortable ones). Bridge across the river a little scary as the pavement very narrow & cars very close - not the hotels fault of course!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt gegenüber der Altstadt von Hoi An. Wir hatten einen direkten Blick auf den Fluss. Der kurze Weg in die Altstadt führt über eine Brücke. Der Gehweg ist leider extrem schmal.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Grosses Bad, tolle Dusche und zwei Waschbecken.
Die Minibar ist inklusive und wird nicht extra berechnet!
Es wird ein umfangreiches und köstliches Frühstück geboten. Auch die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

This hotel and staff were fantastic. The resort has not been opened long and the area is so clean and well maintained. The staff truly went out of their way to make sure the guests wanted for nothing. We were scheduled for 5 days and decided to cancel the next Hoi An hotel and just stay here longer. We're here for a total of 9 days and it sped by. The breakfast buffet was so delicious as were all the meals we had there.
I went to the spa for a facial reflexology session. Anh was my tech and did a superb job. I only regret that I didn't have time to go for another of the spa's offerings.
There are certainly so many of the staff I'd like to thank and know I 'm forgetting some. Viviane and Lin at the front desk. Tina in the restaurant. Phuc, such a great wait staff. And certainly Anh in the spa. We'll be back next year.

The hotel is in a great location easy to walk into the old town. Olive Tree restaurant is lovely we had a great lunch there and the breakfast is amazing with a good variety of dishes. Pool area is great

We loved everything! The surroundings, location, staff, breakfast, service, staff goes way and beyond for you, cleaning twice a day! Really?! Free minibar. The hotel is brand new and you can definitely see it! The location is perfect, you almost feel guilty to be that close to the old quarter 😊 absolutely delightful stay.

Perfect location for relaxing few days in Hanoi. Across river from the old town, in quieter part of town but still very accessible (a footpath on the bridge over would be nice but can’t blame resort for that). Great rooms, food, pool & staff.

Location was great, the old town just over the bridge. Hotel was amazing, the room was cleaned twice a day. It was all really modern and great to spend a week.

An incredible stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are staying in the Hoi An area. Bike rental & a minibar which is refreshed every day are both included in the price of the room. It’s worth paying a little more for the river view.

Great location for visiting the old city and also the beach
Given the amount of rooms the number of sun beds at the property was too small. If you arrived at the pool after 9am you’d struggle to find a bed

The staff were amazing. No special request was any trouble! We were there on our honeymoon and it was simply divine, from the breakfast through to the poolside ambience and amenities, room setup and hotel facilities.
My husband found the bed a little hard however he does have particular needs due to past injuries. Upon request the hotel immediately made arrangements to modify the bedding.

Everything about this Hotel was great, the location is superb, the bedroom was my favourite of the entire trip, the pool is gorgeous and the staff are super friendly. I would not hesitate to return.

Amazing location on the river overlooking the old town, nicely decorated rooms (although maybe a bit generic), very attentive and helpful staff, really lovely and friendly!
We had a great time there.
It would be nice to have some vegan options for breakfast, meat or fish was everywhere. If you ask they will provide vegan pho, but would do to have a few options.

The hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly professional, polite and friendly. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we had a wonderful experience checking in and were very happy to receive a room upgrade to celebrate our honeymoon. The team organised a surprise cake and floral arrangement in our room for us which was very nice. The complimentary bar was really wonderful to have and the room was fantastic and very clean. Having barista made coffee at breakfast was a great touch which we enjoyed. We loved this hotel and the staff and can’t wait to return

Every other resort on that side offers shuttles. Bay resort doesn't utilise their buggies well enough. Also, was slightly confused with the room we booked, said garden view, or city view, we had a wall, amd description says fire place but there isn't one. No balcony either.

Najlepszy hotel podczas naszej wycieczki do Wietnamu,a w innych miejscach nocowaliśmy tylko w hotelach 4 i 5 gwiazdkowych. Hotel nowy,czyściutki,nic nie śmierdzi w pokojach. Śniadania rewelacyjne. Rowery za darmo. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna.

Quiet, yet near Old Town. Very comfortable, excellent breakfast spread, complimentary mini-bar, excellent service from staff.
Need to cross a crowded bridge to get to the Old Town. The walking lane is good for 1 person only, it’s a little challenging when there are other pedestrians headed in opposite direction.

Bay Resort was fantastic. Its proximity to Old Town Hoi An and its wonderful resort amenities put it in a separate category for us. We loved the breakfast spread, the pool, the all inclusive mini bar. There were also free bicycles to use to town if you wanted to cycle into town. The river views were also exceptional. Highly Recommend.

Location was good, hotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and mini bar was free throughout our stay. We were upgraded to a river facing room and was able to view the Tet fireworks right outside our window. Absolutely lovely.

The proximity to the old town and the river great to watch the activity from BAY RESORT pool. Our room was modern and beautifully decorated a great bed and bedding. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff at BAY RESORT made us feel welcomed were always able to assist with our needs. Excellent place in the best location in Hoi An. Right next to the old town, without being in the middle of the madness. The Vietnamese food at the restaurant is truly exceptional. The breakfast spread is also so great. Kindest staff.

房间非常的舒适，浴室宽敞，洗漱用品的味道非常好闻！早餐里的汤粉是我此行吃到的最好的牛肉汤粉！位置非常优越，出门过桥就是古镇，逛够了走回去也是非常的近！minibar全部免费，吃喝酒水，全部每日更新，生怕我不够吃。评论里都说桥有点危险，这可能是越南的特色，哪个马路都需要小心摩托车，所以我能接受。
随后我的行程是岘港洲际，不得不说贵了四倍的价格，还不包含早餐，而且早餐的牛肉粉味道远远不如这家酒店，minibar酒水也并不免费，让我倍感怀念在会安的三天！
非常满意的旅行，会向大家推荐，再来会安也会再来住！
泳池不是恒温的，有点凉，但是能接受，毕竟是雨季的末尾，但是够大，很好玩，又有泳池吧～很舒服～

The location of the hotel was great! It's on the outside Old Town, which for us was perfect as it was away from the noise, but still close enough to walk to everything. Breakfast was amazing - so many delicious options and changed daily! The staff here at Bay Resort were outstanding and what made our visit so pleasant.
The beds are really hard and the only reason this review isn't a perfect 10. We did stay here for a while so after being there for so long, our backs were hurting. But a softer bed is all but a personal preference. And the bridge that connects this hotel to Old Town has a really small sidewalk - relevant, but not the hotels property of course.

Just felt they didn’t know how a good spa should be run. Tiny sauna and steam rooms. When we complained, the head apologised and gave us a rebate - but the massages were just average. So best to avoid them.

Hotel is very new (only opened in Apr 23) and the rooms are well appointed. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the rooms are very much welcome. Breakfast is excellent - good selection, high quality and excellent Vietnamese coffee. Staff is very helpful.
The walk across the bridge to Hoi An old town. The pathway on the bridge is very narrow and we have to walk single file. Even then the vehicles are right next to us. It would be great if the hotel can provide shuttle service to the old town.

The location is perfect. Overlooking the Ancient Town. We enjoyed the use of the pool in the warm afternoons relaxing before the Hoi An night life. All waiters and cleaners were amazingly helpful, and we really loved having a chat with them. Our room was upgraded and we can not fault the room it was perfect. A huge bathroom with a lovely bath. Fully stocked bar fridge and complimentary snacks. The breakfast was delicious and served a good mix of western and local food.
We loved it but for improvement we would love to see a concierge or guest services at the front desk. There are so many things to do in and around HoiAn that some extra help would always be appreciated.

Stylish rooms with super comfy beds, good lighting, an amazing staff (all over Vietnam we had the best service but at Bay Resort they were helpful without going overboard; that is, they would note when you wanted assistance and when to simply let you be). Breakfast came with the room we booked and it was much better than I expected with asian and western options and a decent cup of coffee before you head out for the excellent coffee that awaits you in town. We stayed over a particularly rainy couple of weeks in Vietnam and this was by far the driest and least musty hotel we encountered. The rooms always smelled fresh and kept your clothes dry unlike some older hotels where things can't help but get a little damp.
The bathroom has windows into the bedroom (I assume to allow someone bobbing the the bathtub to watch tv or look out the window) but it is a little awkward when sharing a room. You can just close the panels but it is not the same as a wall. One concern is that the dining room is fairly small for what seems like a big hotel.. it was crowded every morning no matter what time we tried so I wonder if during high season it would be hard to get a table

La posizione dell'hotel è veramente unica, sul fiume proprio dirimpetto alla città antica di Hoi An.
Hanno organizzato alla sera una barca con le lanterne che è venuta a prenderci nel molo dell'hotel e ci ha portato a lasciare le lanterne nel fiume, una esperienza indimenticabile....
Alla reception i ragazzi non sono stati molto gentili......pioveva e non ci hanno proprio aiutati... La colazione non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel di questo livello, troppo industriale e troppo rumorosa... Le camere spaziose e ben arredate con un bellissimo giardinetto sul fiume avevano la pecca di essere un pò umide, anche e soprattutto nell'odore.
Alla reception i ragazzi non sono stati molto gentili......pioveva e non ci hanno proprio aiutati... La colazione non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel di questo livello, troppo industriale e troppo rumorosa... First and foremost, I selected this resort to celebrate Christmas in Hoi An and upon arrival, I was upgraded from a Premium King to their Junior Grand Suite! A great Christmas surprise for sure! The location is great at the center of Hoi An and next to the river, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the spa was reasonably priced. Lastly, I forgot my jacket in my room after checkout and they sent it to my next hotel complimentary. Would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hoi An.

I would highly recommend. The rooms are among some of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The pools were beautiful and clean. Breakfast has a great selection of high quality food. We didn’t use the spa or gym but if they’re anything like the rest of the hotel I’m sure they’re great. Very friendly attentive staff. We stayed there on new years ever for a few days, after a few too many drinks and in need of some food, the night staff ordered us a takeaway pizza and brought it to our door, it was very tasty.
The mattress was slightly too firm for my back, but my wife was more than comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely hotel! Room was clean and spacious - we loved the bathtub and that the mini bar was free of charge! Breakfast is excellent and it was nice to borrow bicycles. Very quiet location away from the hustle & bustle but with a lovely view of the river.
The only challenge is that the location of the hotel requires walking across a bridge to get to the action - the bridge is a bit hectic with lots of cars/motorbikes rushing by and not too much space for pedestrians to walk.

I have stayed at many 5 star resorts but the staff here are by far the best and most attentive. The resort itself is at a great location close to everything but also very quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Eccezionale, ciò che ci si aspetta da un resort di questo livello. Pulizia ottima (addirittura due volte al giorno, pure troppo), Minibar gratuito con ricarica giornaliera, colazione incredibilmente buona. La posizione garantisce tranquillità fuori dal centro, ma comunque molto vicino. Vale il prezzo che si paga, alto considerando la media in Vietnam.

The overall space is nice and quiet.
It’s overpriced and doesn’t really reach a 5-star status. - Amenities and add-ons are very basic. - There’s no doormat when you enter the room (even though corridors are outdoor) or foot mat in the bathroom. When I gave this feedback to the reception, the answer I got was “we’ve got umbrella holders and a free minibar already”. What 5-star location in Asia doesn’t have a free minibar? - The water heater in room 233 had some problems. The temperature is unstable. At a fixed heat level it’s sometimes boiling hot sometimes cool. So the showering experience was annoying. - The staff didn’t help me with my luggage when I left, nor did they help me get on cars when it rains outside, although I noticed they helped others foreigner guesses (I’m a Vietnamese). - The so-called Vietnamese food is not Vietnamese at all. It’s like eating fake Vietnamese pho somewhere in London, not in a Vietnam old town. In comparison, a Regent room with the same price offers me smart toilet seats, automatic curtains, a range of daily skin care and bath sets, an electrical mist sprayer, and a variety of other things.

Auf einer Insel gegenüber der Altstadt, dadurch ruhig aber fußläufig zu erreichendes sehr neues und gepflegtes Hotel. Großes Zimmer direkt am Pool (upgrade) mit allem Luxus ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenloses Fahrradverleih. Gutes Früstückbuffet.

Such lovely staff! They really were so friendly and approachable, they made our stay extra special, especially as we were there at Christmas. It is a lovely hotel, rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and there is a huge range of choice. We definitely hope to come back and stay again!

Everything. I could not fault this resort. I felt like I wanted to stay at the resort instead of exploring hoi an. Very comfortable and clean. By far the best place I have ever stayed at.

The staff seemed to have telepathy as they knew us and when we were leaving, as well as being very helpful, respectful and polite. Great service - nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky to be upgraded to one of the two private villas, which was a bonus looking towards the markets and river traffic. There is a user friendly in room safe. The location is excellent to access the old town.

Lots of attention to the little details. We loved room service and having a mini bar with everything complimentary! The staff are all so lovely and attentive, especially in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was delicious as well. The rooms were comfortable and facilities were clean. Close enough to the hustle bustle of Hoi An old town but far away enough to feel like you can relax and be on holiday.
The heating function is not available in our room. Thankfully, it was not too cold when we went.

Loved everything about the hotel. Room was very generous and had a lovely view of the pool and river. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and great coffee. The staff were all so lovely, big thank you to Tin for making our stay extra special. We will be back!

Das instalações, de um modo geral. Quarto espaçoso, banheiros excelentes ,serviço de lavanderia ótimo, muito bom café da manhã ( buffet) . O que precisa melhorar é a comunicação em inglês! Alguns quase fluentes, mas outros com conhecimentos apenas básicos. No entanto, nunca faltou boa vontade de todos os funcionários !

Location was convenient and quiet, room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom and toiletries were luxurious. Minibar was well stocked and complimentary. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was one of the best on our extended trip through Asia—very fresh, fabulous selection of western, Vietnamese, and Asian specialties. You must try the delicious salt coffee! Pool area was beautiful and we loved the view across the river and to the old town and lanterns in the evening.

朝食レストランからの対岸の眺めは良いのですが、目の前で道路整備が行われていたので、ショベルカーの動きがどうも気になってしまいました。もうすぐ完成かも知れませんが。

We love everything about the hotel from the location which was on a less happening side of Hoi An away from the crowd. Its view overlooking the river was beautiful and serene. Hotel room is amazing from comfort to its size and amenities in the room! Breakfast was great and hospitality is commendable. Amazing service and very impressive stay!

Breakfast was varied every day and always had something that we wanted to eat.
The location is ideal for exploration of (albeit small) Hoi An old town. We enjoyed walking in and out of town a lot.
The room was excellent. Spacious, well-finished and almost soundproof. We relaxed well at Bay Resort.

The location was perfect, so close to the old town. We loved our room which was modern, really clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also great with really good shower. The team went out of their way to help us, including arranging transfers etc. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Couldn't have picked a better hotel!

As a parent, I was impressed that with a request of a cot, the hotel also provided us with a baby bathtub, scoop, shower cap, shower foam and a chair. How thoughtful. Breakfast spread was great. The room mini bar was delightfully foc too. Location of hotel was slightly away from the old town which provided a quieter environment, yet near enough to the old town.

Excellent and beyond our expectations! The Cabins and the whole Cruise was clean and well furnished. Service was fast and smooth. The activities were also very well organised.
Overall would highly recommend - the views are impressive and the cruise and activities hit the mark.
Special mention to the Staff who are very welcoming and approachable. My dietary restrictions were looked after and they went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Delicious food and spread!!

The resort is well located and clean. The decor is very tasteful
The resort should make sure their staff can understand English. We had so many misunderstandings due to them not understanding English. The resort needs a kids area. Indoor playground or kids club. They only have a stairs free access to the restaurant through an outdoor corridor which gets completely wet when it rains. Not ideal if you have a baby or toddler with you or if you are in wheelchair

i love the variety of breakfast, and the view from the breakfast area was exceptional. the selection of local sweet delight from the breakfast bar has stole my heart as i never knew vietnam to serve this kind of sticky sweet treats.
The pillow were a big big fail, this is in addition to the humidity weather that was not beyond our control. The pillow just feels very damp, despite piling on 2 pillows each night my partner and i were not able to sleep well. We both woke up with bad neckache.

Everything, amazing hotel. Very cozy and stylish.
The staff were really really nice and kind. We had a tour at 5 am in the morning before the breakfast buffet starts, and they prepared a breakfast basket for us.
Location is extremely convenient. In the center, but quite away from the noisy crowd. Everything is walking distance

The breakfast was excellent. it checked all the boxes. The coffee and tea could have been better. The location overlooking the river was fantastic. We stayed at the Anantara for 4 nights before moving to the Bay Resort. I wish we had stayed at the Bay Resort for the whole stay. This property was far better than the Anantara, which is a higher ranked property- I don't know why!
The room smelled of naphthalene and it was quite a strong smell. Please fumigate the rooms and ensure that the door is not so strong when guests are enter the room.

Location was great. Very close Walking distance to old town but enough out of city to avoid too much noise. Right on water with a great pool. Service was fantastic from the front desk helping with bookings to the restaurant service and the cleaning crew.

Everything was lovely! We put a special request to have a ground floor room which they did (I’d recommend this as then you get an actual seating area outside) We forgot a few things on check-out and they very efficiently and without fuss sent over our items to our new hotel in Da Nang.
The rooms are lovely. So close to the centre.
The staff are all kind and professional! It was the nicest hotel we stayed at and would go back. The facilities were all very new. Also a complementary mini bar is always a bonus.

Alles! Schöne und moderne Zimmer. Super Service und leckere Speisen. Sehr sauber. Abends werden nochmals Handtücher für den nächsten morgen bereitgestellt. Die Minibar und Snacks sind kostenlos und werden auch täglich aufgefüllt. Leckere Cocktails an der Poolbar. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wären gerne länger geblieben. :)

Mir hat die Lage gut gefallen und der Style des Zimmers mit kleinem Vorgarten. Da hatte man das Gefühl direkt am River zu sitzen. Ich habe beim Check in mehrere Zimmer angesehen, da mir das Zugeteilte nicht gefallen hat.
Für ein Urlaubshotel hat mir die Atmosphäre nicht gefallen. Es war für mich zu hektisch und der Frühstücksraum hatte eine schlechte Akustik, war etwas eng, daher wenig Privatspähre für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.

모든 직원이 친절하고 유쾌해요. 조식은 간단하게 먹기 좋은 구성이었고 시설들도 모두 깨끗하고, 넓직했어요! 수영장과 웨이트 공간도 완벽하고 정말 호이안가면 또 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

The best thing about our stay were the hotel employees. Customer service is outstanding, best I have experienced. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable and the free mini bar is a great touch. Breakfast is excellent. There is so much to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice. You have to try the salt coffee, its the best I have had in Vietnam so far. The gym is very well equipped with all modern equipment.
Only feedback I would give is the music in the gym needs to reflect the surroundings. Tranquil spa music is played and it needs to be more upbeat like the music played by the swimming pool. Also there should be a do not disturb / please clean my room sign available for guests.

Fantastic rooms, amazing staff and a great location central to everything. We recommend you try get a room with a view of the river across from the night Market to watch the hussle and bustle and the lantern boats shuttling back and forth.

I love this hotel , location is perfect , right in city center and also in very quiet place , very friendly personal . The room was really a dream . If I can stay more days in Vietnam, I will book this place .
