Hoiana Hotel & Suites 5*

This hotel is just amazing!!! The deluxe ocean view suite was stunning - large, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with high-end finishes. We were so impressed with everything that we extended our stay! Pools, beach and gardens are clean and well manicured. Lots of fun activities for children too - like motorised water scooters and water guns! Staff were the best - helpful, attentive and polite. The Hoiana Suites is situated directly next door to the New World Beach Club - they are connected by a shared lobby. The facilities are incredible - onsite shops, restaurants, spa, gym, casino and the HUB (arcades and family entertainment centre). Free shuttle buses to/from town at regular intervals throughout the day. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back. Hidden gem!!!

Nothing.

The hotel is amazing and classy, provided that you do not mind being far from the Old Town it is a perfect selection. The room and its bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable; the staff clean the suite at twice a day. In addition, a positive was their breakfast ending at 11 AM and it being very delicious and halal friendly. The staff in Hoiana also noticed us having a special occasion and without informing them they covered the bill and provided complementary drinks.

As an improvement I would suggest adding a bidet in the toilet and allowing for baggage pickup promptly (we were informed it would take 15 minutes).

The property was stunning, if we were in Australia it would be a high end resort. The resort upgraded us, so our room was a penthouse overlooking the beach and pool area. Infinity pool was nice and quiet with a stunning view Bonus electric curtains, the shower with a view

In Asia all the beds are extremely hard, have not found a resort yet with a comfortable bed. Not the property fault…. I could not fault the resort or the amenities itself.

We loved the modern and new feel of the property, the hotel room we had with the ocean view was stunning and the resort was outstanding! We will definitely be back as your resort is a wonderful experience in such a pristine location on the beach with beautiful gardens and variety of pools. The service at the infinity pool was fantastic!

My only complaint is that we went to a lot of trouble to arrange our transport to the airport with concierge helping us with their advice and assistance the day before but on our departure the transport did not turn up which caused a lot if stress and problems at the airport. Not good enough!

Không có vòi xịt wc

Infinity swimming pool

poor breakfast, not worth the money

The views of the sea were amazing . We got an upgrade to an even better room (they gave a 160 m2 room !!!). The staff was very accommodating and provided a personal service, offered recommendations for restaurants and even booked for us . It was my birthday and they had organized a cake and a nice surprise. The spa was excellent (and so were the massages ). Breakfast was very good too. Although the hotel is about 25’minutes from Hoi An centre , the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus service . It is a very modern hotel and I would have usually booked a boutique hotel in Hoi An, but I don’t regret it . It was an amazing experience.

I liked everything

Me encantó todo

청결하고 시설부터 모든것이 좋았으며 직원들 역시 친절하고 전문적이었다 staff’s name is kelly so kind

perfect

A reggeli választékos minőségi. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Távol mindentől,hatalmas és hideg...

Usually not one for resorts however this was truly an amazing hotel with so much to offer. We originally booked for one night as a luxury end to our stay in Hoi An till we moved on to the next place however we changed our flights to stay an extra night as we wanted to make the most of all the beautiful facilities to the hotel and to our surprise the staff upgraded us to the exec suite which was beautiful. They decorated the bed and made a lovely cake as it was my birthday. Level of detail to the hotel from the furniture of all spaces, to the tech in the rooms was amazing and what made the stay even better was the staff, they were all so helpful and accommodating a few stand out people are: Tina and daisy at front of house, Sunny and the team at breakfast, Vuong and the team at beach nox, Hung and the lifeguard team. We would definitely recommend this resort

Nothing it was amazing however very minor thing I would increase the amount of shuttles they have to and from the airport/old town

Upon check in Anh & Daisy were very helpful & accommodating. We arrived early & they were more than willing to allow us an early check in. Our room was an Ocean View Deluxe Suite King on the 13th floor. The staff had decorated our room & gave us a delicious cake for our anniversary which was just such a beautiful touch. The room was very spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, 2 toilets, a large bathroom with a bath & double hand basins, bedroom, lounge room & balcony. The housekeeping staff do a very thorough job of cleaning the room & also come back for a turn down service later in the day. We found the bed a little firm for our liking, this was quickly rectified with a mattress topper. During our 4 night stay, we dined at several of the restaurants on site. They were all excellent, including the breakfast offering, which would have to be the best hotel breakfast we have experienced in our travels. The grounds & gardens are beautifully maintained & lovely to walk amongst & look out upon. There are several pools, however we spent most of our time at the infinity pool on the 16th floor, as it was a little cooler up there due to the breeze. The pool attendant & also the lifeguard at the beach, would even lay the towel out on our sun loungers. We made use of the well equipped Gym, which also has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into Hoi An, however we didn’t make use of it, as we wanted to make the most of the hotel & facilities whilst we were there, including the beach. We were very sad to be checking out today to continue our travels, we would have stayed longer if we could have. I can’t imagine a property being more perfect, the absolute highlight though, was the staff. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile & a Xin Chao & couldn’t do enough to help us.

Truly one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Could easily spend days without thinking of going outside the resort area. Really enjoyed chilling around. Highly recommended.

Some restaurants of the Nox Beach Club were closed, and it wasn't mentioned ahead on any of the resort resources.

The rooms where lovely and spacious. The staff where all very helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they can. The pool was amazing, very relaxing. We will definitely stay at this property again. Short taxi journey into Hoi An old town.

There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel.

My wife and I didn't have high expectations - perhaps due to our disappointments at different hotels in the region (we are based in Singapore, and we are sick of high prices and low-quality service in Singapore!). Not only our suite room was superb in terms of value for money, but we were literally blown away by the great service of the staff and how the hotel area (beach) was amazing to explore. We were there in mid-March, and the hotel area had amazing weather with a nice breeze. We initially thought Hoian generally had great weather, but we realized the downtown area was not the case when we visited Hoian downtown. Hence, we spent the next 3 days in the hotel area without wanting to visit downtown. Do note that I heard it gets quite hot and humid from June to August, and it's a rainfall season from November to Jan/Feb. Thus, March - early June would be amazing to stay there.

Most hotel staff do not speak English well. You can communicate basic things, but you will face some challenges if you have to explain yourself. I know this is a common problem in Vietnam, but it would be great if most staff could speak English well since it's a 5-star hotel. But I'd like to emphasize that the staff are amazingly kind!

The property was very modern and the room was very spacious.

It is a little further away.

Very good hotel, service and food are satisfactory. Thank you to Rita at the counter for your help and making us feel at home.

The quality of the passengers is not very good and they talk on the phone loudly. The staff are still smiling, thank you for your hard work.

Everything! We had an ocean view room which was huge, it had a super comfortable bed and separate bath and shower. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special (e.g. cakes, decorations in the room)!

Tolle Hintergrundmusik in allen Bereichen.

I loved the room itself, and the whole facility. The design and the quality of the fixtures in the room make this place very high end and special. It rained while we were there and we were cooped up inside most the time. But we didn't mind! It was a delight.

The restaurant faire could be improved a bit. Other than the wonderful Chinese restaurant called YUE, which was gorgeous and delicious, the rest was a bit lacking. That said, I still want to go back to this place. Very special.

Đồ ăn ngon và nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Nội thất chỗ nghỉ hiện đại, được chăm chút tỉ mỉ

It was my second time in your Hotel......and again it's one of the best place how I like to be. Unfortunately the weather was not good......
