The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and sweet, and they would make sure that you get everything you ask for.
The breakfast was served in our room, but it was freshly made and quite tasty.
The best part is the location, it's right opposite to the 22 Hang Tre Bus Stop.
The ambience is perfectly safe both inside and outside the hotel, so I would definitely recommend this hotel to the female solo travellers looking for a more comfortable stay than crowded hostels.
We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the street, and the vibe was absolutely great with the morning breeze, local coffee shop right across the street, and a family friendly neighborhood.
Oh yes, and an awesome big room, BIG, and we know that that's quite rare in Hanoi at this price.

L emplacement est le point fort de cet hôtel.
La chambre dont la fenêtre s'ouvre sur un mur! Je n'avais vu ça avant. On croit avoir la lumière du jour et on se retrouve à allumer tout le temps la lumière. Il y a juste une petite lucarne. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Le café est le plus mauvais bu au Vietnam.

Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşa david e selam olsun :) Bizim için her konuda elinden geleni yaptı. Hep güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Bizim dil konusunda ki yetersizliğimize rağmen sabırla yardımcı olmaya çalıştığı için teşekkür ederiz. Konum güzel. Merkezdeki görülmesi gereken bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Balkonlu odada kaldık gayet yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanışlıydı. F/p olarak iyi.
Otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı olduğu bir gerçek. Wifi sıkıntısı da yaşadık ama çözmek içinde çabaladılar.

Hotel in posizione centrale, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto disponibile ancor prima del nostro arrivo, dall'Italia ci ha prenotato la crociera e il bus per Sapa e durante il nostro soggiorno è sempre stato disponibile e paziente per ogni nostra esigenza!

Location is great, walking distance from Old Quarter. Staff eas kind and friendly
Big, big issues with cleanliness. Room floor was dirty (stains and hair), bedsheets were also stained and had lots of hair on them. Towels were cleaned but very worn, bathroom floor too dirty to walk on without flip flops. Even the breakfast area was dirty, floor clearly hadn't been sweeped for a long time. Breakfast was very poor, no buffet, only eggs on toast. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived for check in, despite the owner admitting to us later that we were the only guests that day. We were given a free "upgrade" to a room with a window, but the "window" was a tiny one facing another building so basically no natural light, and we ended up with 2 single beds rather than a queen size double. The owner also asked us for a 5 star review based on the fact she was giving us a free upgrade, while we were still at reception and hadn't even seen the room yet. We've stayed in other hotels in Hanoi with a similar price tag and this one simply isn't worth it. Would not recommend. Worth cross referencing with Google reviews before booking here - we didn't, and we regretted it

スタッフさんがとても親切で良い方でした。
家族経営のようでお母さんが朝食を作り、主にお父さんが部屋の管理をしているようでした。
ベトナムに着くのが遅くなってしまい換金をすることができず、チェックイン時に代金を現金で支払うことができないためカードで払おうとしたら10%手数料がかかるから支払いは明日でいいよと泊めてくださいました。
最終日もチェックアウト後でも荷物を置かせていただけてとても助かりました。
旧市街地は裏の通りで帰りのバス停は道の反対側にあり重いスーツケースを運ばなくて良いので立地は良いと思います。
初めに泊まった部屋のシャワールームの床が腐っていたのか洗面所まで水が滲み出てしまい、バスマットがびしょ濡れになりました。 水回りは決して新しくはなく不便なところも多かったです。 電気も切れている箇所がいくつかありました。

Our room was exactly as pictured in the advertising . I loved it. It had a very Parisian charm about it with the decor , the beautiful doors opening out to a small balcony . The bed was comfortable . Great location - a short walk to the lake and the Old Quarter . It has a lift ( no dragging suitcases up stairs ) The managers were friendly helpful but not 'pushy '
The only small downside was the shower was somewhat challenging - hard to regulate - but we just laughed it off - it's a 3 star hotel in an old building with old plumbing

Le mensonge des photos et de la réalité. L hotel est sale, l accueil bof. Le petit déjeuner il n y avait qu un peu de pastèque. Ananas. Une omelette et rien d'autre. La salle de déjeuner est encombrée de tout. Rien ne correspond entre les photos et ce que j ai vu. Une belle arnaque

Chambre sans fenêtre non mentionnée lors de la réservation. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas aux photos (très peu de choix), les chambres non plus. Les murs tachés, chambre petite, l’eau de la douche à peine tiède avec les remonter d’odeurs nauséabond, on ne nous a pas proposé de nous changer de chambre. Pas de renseignement possible par la réceptionniste si ce n’est où retirer de l’argent car elle ne parle pas anglais.

our room started leaking, lots of water from a burst pipe in the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom was soaked.

Very central position, 5 minutes walking from the lake and close to everything.
The staff was super gentle and helpful.
Wifi was also good and the connection quite stable.
We knew we had a room without windows. However, we didn’t expect the ventilation system to be so poor and inefficient. The room was always humid and smelly, so we always got up a bit sweaty and not well rested. Additionally, the bed was extremely tough and the pillows very thin, so sleeping felt very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor as well. We expected a continental breakfast (as described on the website) which actually consisted of: eggs, noodles and bao, local fruit, corn flakes and white bread, plus a juice, coffee and tea. It’s ok, but we expected also yogurt, jams, ham, etc.

Гостиница выше всяческих похвал. Расположена в центре туристического старого города, озеро возвращенного меча - Хоанкьем, - в пяти минутах ходьбы пешком. Напротив отеля остановка шаттла в аэропорт. Здесь возможно позднее заселение, в некоторых отелях этот факт неприемлем. Менеджмент невероятный, ребята внимательные и заботливые. Завтрак просто сразил наповал - прекрасный выбор блюд, чай-кофе-сок, фрукты. Я давно не ела таких вкуснейших панкейков, не у всех есть талант готовить с любовью. Идеальная чистота повсюду. Номер большой и уютный, здесь есть все. За последние годы путешествий это единственный раз, когда моя болезненная спина не разу не ругалась с отвратительной постелью. А пушистые полотенца в ванной? Я бы купила такие же себе домой. Я в восторге. Я вернусь

This was my third time in Hanoi and my third hotel in the city center. Unfortunately, I must say that the services of this hotel absolutely do not match the price they charge.
We arrived at 11:00 PM and then spent more than 1.5 hours dealing with room changes. About a month in advance, I clearly requested rooms with separate beds – this option was even stated directly in the room names (double bed or twin beds), so I did not expect this to be an issue. The hotel only replied “subject to availability.”
Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel does not have enough rooms with separate beds (the receptionist admitted this) - JUST ONE, which means they must have known in advance that they could not provide or guarantee this room type at all. Nevertheless, they kept this information to themselves and let us discover it only after arrival and payment, which I consider to be deliberate misleading of the customer.
As a result, we had to change rooms for an extra charge. There was zero customer-oriented approach – no real effort to solve the situation, only “pay more or that’s your problem.” In our group there were six adult men who simply cannot sleep on their narrow “child-size” double beds for three days.
Breakfast was another disappointment. We were clearly told that it starts at 7:30. I informed the hotel that eight of us would come exactly at 7:30 and that we were leaving at 8:00 for an organized trip. Yet at 7:35 there was almost nothing on the tables. Absolute unpreparedness. I had about 10 minutes to eat, and even basic items like fruit were not refilled – they were gone within a few minutes and without replenished. Portions were extremely small, literally ration-like, one small slice per person.
The price-to-performance ratio is very poor. There are many beautiful and high-quality hotels in Hanoi – this one is unfortunately just a shiny façade without corresponding service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND it.

The location of this hotel is great, however - i’m pretty certain you can find a better hotel for cheaper or similar price around old quarter.
We had the front desk agent knocking on our door at 23h to give water … it was slightly disturbing.
The shower could have been cleaner and the water pressure is bad.
The balcony is a nice addition but the road is so noisy, you want to keep the door closed.
The AC worked poorly, room got hot rapidly.
There is a mini fridge in the room with some random drinks - but no menu or price list - so be aware that if you take something from that fridge you will be over charged for it.

The bed was pretty comfy, staff were nice
The hotel is not great, very old and needs a bit of a face lift. The rooms have power turned off which you have to turn on when you arrive which means your hot water is not hot and fridge is not cold. The staff switch the power off if you leave it on as well. One of our rooms had no windows. It is a very noisy hotel

It was a good location in the old quarter
It was not clean! We found cockroaches and had hairs + snus on the floor in bathroom. Bedsheets felt like they had been slept in and hairs in the sheets. We checked out two days early! Photos do not look like the place m.

Nice touches i.e. little extras in the room which made a comfortable stay.

Super venlig personale, der stod klar til at hjælpe med det samme ved det mindste, om det så skulle være vask af en masse tøj, gode anbefalinger, et par vietnamesiske gloser eller hjælp til booking af tur til Ha long Bay. Beliggenheden var derudover helt perfekt og enormt centralt!

Avoid at all costs. We had booked two nights here,months in advance, via booking and what we arrived to was mildewed aircon, a stinky unclean bathroom with roaches and a used condom in one of the closests. An absolute nightmare. We didn't even stay the night. The only reason why I put two stars in service is because we managed to get a full refund from the staff.

Hôtel situé à 400 m à pieds du lac de l'épée restituée qui est un centre d'animation touristique incontournable à HANOÏ d'autant plus que le week-end la circulation y est en principe interdite pour laisser l'espace aux promeneurs, aux sportifs et aux familles. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et peut vous négocier un trajet en taxi vers l'aéroport.

何よりオーナーの横柄な態度が許せない。 朝食を出す気もなく用意もされてない。 部屋はカビ臭がひどく髪の毛やホコリだらけなのに４日間掃除も無ければシーツの交換ぐらいして欲しい。洗面所は詰まってるしシャワーホースはビニールでチギれてた。 このHOTELを選んだら必ず後悔します。せっかくの旅が台無しになります。

まず写真と実物は全く異なる。施設自体が古く、清潔感がない。シーツは臭く、バスタオルは古くて黒ずみ、穴が開いていた。ペラペラのバスローブがかかっていたが、色が黄ばんでとても着る気がしない。ホットシャワーも出ず、3日間水シャワーで過ごした。寒い季節なら耐えられないだろう。部屋には電気ポットとティーカップはあるがお茶やコーヒーの用意はなく、ホスピタリティが感じられない。
朝食付きで予約したのに、朝食ビュッフェは用意されていない。お願いすれば卵料理など作ってくれるが、朝食会場に着いたらコーヒーとお茶しか用意されておらず、パンも自分で焼かなければならない。仕方ないので、2日目からは外で朝食を摂った。他の旅行客が朝食の時間に会場にやってきたら、部屋に電気すら点いていないところも見た。
同行者の部屋は洗面台から水漏れしたし、ブレーカーを落とされて部屋の電気が点かなかったこともあったし、チェックイン後に自分の部屋に入ったらスタッフがご飯を食べていたり、夜の23時に階下のピアノを弾く人がいたり・・・まああり得ないようなことが起こって、驚きの連続。当然、出張なのに体は休まらない。チェックアウトの際、「部屋の有料ドリンクを飲みましたね」と言われた(もちろん飲んでおりません)。
今回の滞在は、ホテル予約サイトの写真や口コミを頭から信じてはならないという教訓になった。

It was a nice room, although this time it has the musty smell indicated in other reviews - and it is due to lack of window of the room. The location is great as it was near the express buses to and from SaPa - 2-minute walk for HK Express Buslines! It is also walking distance to the Lake, and several Michelin restos!

We got upgraded from triple room to a family room with balcony. It was a nice room, doesn't have the musty smell as indicated in other reviews. Room is big, in good location a short 5-10 mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The balcony enabled us to dry our clothes by using a portable travel over the door hook clothes hanger, 1 on each door, which caught the early morning sun. 24h reception. Very comfortable room. Pillows a bit high for me , but still suitable for my other family members. We were very comfortable staying here. Highly recommended.

Good location in old quarter. Triple room was good size. But window tiny and does not open. David the manager owner was really helpful and so was staff. Stay here, but don’t expect a grand breakfast.
No windows in double room, no space to open suitcases, no wardrobe to hang clothes inside. Really this should be a single room. Furniture old, room smells as no ventilation. Furniture dated hence little bugs on wood. Breakfast limited or stingy. No breakfast served on last day as staff arrived late.

Air conditioner wasn't working properly had a fan also..room was stifling..my son had little bugs crawling in his bed looked like ants but think they were termites from the wooden headboard and base ( they came n changed sheets but still there..shower was blocked manager came n unblocked it) and we paid Xtra for upgrade to that room with pokey balcony...breakfast sub standard. Would not recommend 😕 😐

The rooms we booked are 2 types, room with couple bed is so nice and has balcony. The other rooms are family rooms, the room in front of building also has the balcony but the room and the back side we got hasn't but so spacious. The hotel has elevator for 7 floors. The location is close by the old town quarter where you can walk around and shopping, eating and drinking. Staff are so nice. Breakfast is ok but not many choices.
The restroom door in the family room/back side of building is broken but we're ok for that. The aircon so loud when working but we're also ok, haha.

Central location, good value. I was able to pay the room rate in dollars as I had no Vietnam Dong.

I like the clean hot and cold shower . Fresh towel everyday and the room service lady always bring new sets of toothbrush etc.. Miss Ha,the food staff us very accommodating. She always check on all the customers need during breakfast. And Sir David the one that receive us in the reception is also attending to us in all our needs.He even facilitate our transportation going to the airport in the early of 3 am .Thanks to the driver that is very good in driving with a cool music too.That is a very amazing,relaxing and a sweet memory to count on during our vacation in Vietnam..

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived.
The location is perfect – just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the bus station is in front of the hotel. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

La posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, e da tutti i locali carini, colazione semplice ma buona e la preparano sul momento (dumping meravigliosi!!, poi uova, riso... chiedere quello si vuole e lo fanno), titolari accoglienti e disponibili, ci hanno chiamato il taxi entrambe le volte che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Fenster. Es ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Problem, das wussten wir vorher und der Mann an der Rezeption hat uns das ausführlich nochmal gezeigt. Die Lage ist gut, die Hotspots liegen fast alle fußläufig.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist nicht zufriedenstellend, Schimmel im Bad, komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war dürftig, für Vegetarier ist fast nichts dabei. Bei unserem späteren Aufenthalt in Hanoi waren wir im Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel direkt um die Ecke, welches für 10 € mehr pro Nacht erheblich mehr geliefert hat. Dort gab es ein großes, sauberes Zimmer und üppiges Frühstück, immer kostenlosen Tee an der Rezeption, gute Beratung zur Stadt, … überhaupt kein Vergleich. Bei unserer Abreise meinte die Person an der Rezeption, wir sollen unbedingt eine Bewertung von 10 abgeben. Das mehrfach sodass wir uns unter Druck gesetzt gefühlt haben. Für den Preis ist das schon … gewagt.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff were exceptional - so helpful and friendly. We didn’t get their names but there was a guy on reception and a lady at breakfast who were so kind to us. Great location too! :)

Great place to stay. Friendly staff- David is the best! It is close to everything. Breakfast is good with fresh fruit and cooked food, enough to start your day. We booked a room with a balcony which was good to watch Hanoi street life. Didn’t want leave.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome. They are lovely people and I would go back there because of them. They were helpful, kind and gave us what we needed whenever we asked for help.
The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the lake and we were able to walk most places in the old quarter.
Breakfast was basic but good, fresh and was what we needed.
The decor in the rooms is a little dated but it was clean and all the good of this hotel outweighs that.

Second time staying there the hotel is close to everything we needed tourist attractions. David the manager had answer all questions we had and gave great recommendations to restaurants and even calling us a cab. Organising a company to pick us up from other locations to bring us back to Hanoi.
The breakfast was great fresh food and Haa the cook was very friendly. The hotel is a small operation but I feel you got to know the staff and greeted you warmly.
I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Its a good value hotel in the old quarters. Spacious comfortable rooms, good amenities, helpful staff. Its an old structure like most of the buildings around, as can be seen from the design of doors and windows, but its clean, properly maintained and functioning. You get the old quarter vibe right from the room itself. So no complaints here. I had the room with a little balcony. Recommended. I used their airport pick up and drop off service as well, which was on time and efficient.

Room had some problems, some got fixed, one remained: air conditioner, it was a very quirky operation if it worked. In any case front desk was told about it not working and said they would check it, they didn’t until after my 6 day stay.

- We used laundry facilities they offer and it was a very good price and good quality - they did have to ring the company to check where it was at the end of the day but we got a discounted price so didn’t mind

Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Pyszne śniadania (na słodko i wytrawnie, owoce, kawa, herbata itd.). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centeum ale bez uciążliwego hałasu. Pokoje wyposazone we wszystko co potrzebne. Mieliśmy okazje byc w hotelu dwukrotnie w dwóch roznych pokojach i lazienki różniły się stndardem. Ostatecznie jednak stosunek jakości do ceny oceniamy bardzo dobrze.

Avevamo già soggiornato in questo hotel per un notte all'inizio del nostro viaggio in Vietnam. Tornati ad Hanoi abbiamo deciso di pernottare nuovamente presso questa struttura, che si trova ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal lago Hoan Kiem situato nel centro storico. Personale molto gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Si possono prenotare tour ed escursioni direttamente con loro a prezzi onesti. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

Only four minute walk from the bus terminal which was unplanned but a great bonus. People running this place were very friendly and helpful. Room just like in the picture. Clean and well insulated so not bothered by outside noise. Bed very comfortable. Had an early morning departure (which they helped organise for a fair price) but even though breakfast not yet opened they made sure we had some breakfast before we left. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Good quality and good price. Very friendly and helpfull personell. Our room got upgraded, which was nice! The breakfast tasted good but it wasn't a big selection. But we ate som much else during our stay in Hanoi so it didn't matter.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great experience. What made our stay delightful is the staff. Everyone was very polite and friendly! We were in Hanoi during the Tet holiday and the hotel was short on staff, but the remaining staff were still diligent enough in taking care of the guests. During our last day, while my friend is sick, they were very considerate with our check out time, and we really appreciated it.
The building/structure is a bit old, and so as the furnitures but they are maintained and functioning okay.

The location was perfect along with the staff. David and Nisa in the front desk were super helpful, friendly and always ready to help with anything from domestic air tickets to day tours. They even made breakfast early for us so that we could leave for our tour at 7:45am. The rooms were clean and tidy. The smile on the faces of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We will surely recommend the hotel to our friends and family for sure..

Wij hadden de kamer met balcon (nr 401). Een zeer ruime comfortabele kamer met een goed bed en een uitstekende douche. Uitzicht op de drukke straat, maar die hoor je nauwelijks, isolatie is goed. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar zeer verzorgd. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw/medewerkster doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Boek hier rustig je vervoer naar je volgende bestemming of een taxi naar de luchthaven, dat wordt adequaat geregeld. Ook de locatie is top. 5 minuten lopen naar het meer en 10 minuten naar Ta Hien beerstreet.

Disclaimer: We were there at New Year's Eve, so maybe they only had their worst room available. The room wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us another one, very small and without windows until 7pm. Our room had windows but facing walls. The furniture and room were very old and badly maintained if at all. Maybe the nice room in the picture does exist but we haven't seen it. Interesting deco book covers as well (see pictures attached)

We stayed 5 nights at Labevie Hotel. Reasonable price and great service. Location of the hotel was great. Restaurants, markets, pubs, cafes etc. are walking distance. Rooms are clean and large. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. 🌸

-The room had all basic facilities you needed and the receptionist was friendly. If you are on a budget it does have the basic facilities you need.
-The room that we booked was a standard queen size and did not have a window which can be quite claustrophobic and looked old. -The breakfast offered was not great. It looked like reheated food (fried egg, sausages, noodles that looked dry).The guy brought out food warmer candle to reheat the food when we came down as the food was already cold. The bread that was on the table was also mouldy and we had to tell the receptionist. -The place looked like it had only one staff running the hotel. -We had to check out early the next day instead of staying another 5 nights luckily we didn’t have to pay for the whole stay. We were able to pay our one night of our stay and had to pay another night which we were fine with.

so lucky finding this hotel , perfect location near the lake so easy to get around walked everywhere we wanted to go no need for bike/taxi.
The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great the lovely lady whipped us up some delicious scrambled eggs.
Room was so clean and had a cute balcony. Bed was comfy.

Mr. David hospitality was sooo good,room size is very big,they provided all the basic amenities in the room. We requested for vegetarian food option they arranged us and it was good. Since it's located in the city centre,we can go by walk to all the shop for shopping, party places,train street, etc... they even provide the tourist information like arranging the necessary facilities

The best staff there is, nothing is ever too much to ask for and they will always help you with a smile on their face. Good, fresh breakfast and great location. They also organised a good day trip to Ninh Binh for a very good price. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very happy to stay 3 nights at the Labevie hotel. The male receptionist was very helpful with all our questions as newly arrivals to Vietnam and Hanoi. We also received help with arranging a day trip to Ninh Binh which we can highly recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht zentral und man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt bzw. am See.

The info says 15sqm, in reality it is 7sqm, 40cm each side of the bed and 1m in front of the bed, thats it. I put the bag inside and i couldnt open the door afterwards. Booked for 1 night til my flight and couldnt sleep at all almost due to noises from people coming and going from different rooms. I am almost sure they rent the rooms by the hour to hookers for sex, otherwise there shouldnt be that much traffic at 2 am on the hallways. Someone tried to enter in my room. The next room literally had the door 30cm from ours and we could hear everything from the hallways and even from people inside the elevator. At around 2am i went downstairs to check the loud people and tell them to shut up, when a drunk man and what seemed to be a hooker got out of the elevator. The room was not clean, the head of the bed had some suspicious stains. Unfortunately i arrived late and was too tired to change the hotel. This abomination should not be on booking , let alone have an 8+ score.

The room was very cramped with dirty linens and broken plugs, broken showers. The manager wants us to use the same and got the shower fixed after repeatedly complaining; we had to shower in another room for a day. First we were been duped to a smaller room, when asked to shift to our booked room they made us wait another hour as they got someone else in there for more money. The breakfast is same everyday with no space in the resturant and unclean area with cockroaches

The rooms are stunning with beautiful old architecture and shutters that help block out the hubbub of the city. The owners are lovely, very helpful and make suprisingly good brewed coffee even for those used to espresso. The location is great, around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Hanoi and walking distance to the lake, sites in the Old and French quarter and major tourist destinations. The owners were always offering help and tips and overall I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hanoi.

I was there for a second time. I think that is saying all.
Just had a small room, w/o window. But it is comfortable enough for one night.
Breakfast is included, fresh fruits, egg, coffee, toast.
Some warm meals with rice likewise.
Discretion is guaranteed.

Wonderfully located and great, helpful and friendly staff. The property was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. this is one good thing i found.
room was very small, we had booking for two nights, we cancelled it and booked another hotel, if you book standard queen room, first see and make your decision.

Nice staff. Good location. Clean sheets
Took a long time to check in didn’t even know what room we booked we had to show them! Very basic hotel more like 1 star. Room ok, bed terrible as on a lean slanted. Nothing like the photos! Bathroom terrible very old. No hot water. Very loud and above our room the owner lives and they are loud. Going up and down metal stairs. Stuff everywhere and messy! Terrible breakfast/ coffee all you can eat is the fruit! Treat your self to minimum 4 star in Hanoi !!!

The location is unbeatable in the heart of old Hanoi. The price was good. The room and bathroom were large enough for the two of us and the little luggage we had. Staff did their best with what they had.
You do hear all of the noise coming from the hallway when you are inside of your room. The breakfast (even in this price category) leaves a lot to be desired.

Läget är bra, flygbussen stopp är precis mitt emot hotellet.
Vi fick dricks vatten på första dag bara,och det känns konstigt att man fick inga kaffe på hotellet i Vietnam, frukost är bland det sämsta man kan tänka sig. så fort man lämna hotell så stäng personalen allt ström i rummet.

Loved the hotel! Great location and reception staff were lovely and great to chat to. They were kind enough to give us a room with a window as a free upgrade. Would definitely recommend!

Das Standard Zimmer hat kein Fenster. Das war auf den Bildern nicht so ersichtlich. Und extrem klein. Tee und Kaffee beim Frühstück hat geschmeckt als wäre er vom Vortag aufgewärmt.

We booked this hotel to take a break after we arrive from SAPA through the night bus.
The check-in at 6 am was available and we were able to take a enough break after hot shower and breakfast.
The room was clean enough and the staffs were all nice!

We chose the hotel because we had a plan to take a night bus to Sapa at the night.
The location was perfect to the bus station and also good to visit various places nearby like beer street.
The room was quite small but reasonable because of its cheap price and the nice location. And the room condition was clean enough.
Most of all, the breakfast was unexpectedly good. They know how to cook eggs :)
Additionally, the staffs were all kind and nice!

We stayed in Hanoi here for a few days before going to Phu Quoc. Firstly I'd like to say thank to David and the staff for a great stay. The hotel is in a great location in the old Quarter very close to everything. We had a balcony room that was clean and functional, bathroom was spotless and the shower was warm and powerful. All in all a great stay , cheap and well worth it.

Мебель древняя, ее видимо застал еще Хошимин. Куча поломок в душе, начиная от двери кабинки и до лейки, которая фигачит кипятком в некоторых местах. С самых первых секунд в номере — полное разочарование, все очень старое. Шторы вообще просятся на помойку. Благо мы взяли всего 2 ночи на случай такого сюрприза, нашли другой отель на остальные дни. Отдельный прикол был с завтраком. Работник презентовал тарелки с фруктами, параллельно разгоняя бесчисленных мух с этих фруктов. Кринж.

The staff were so helpful and kind! They were very accommodating to all our requests and needs such as late check-in, and really made our experience here amazing. We are very thankful. Great laundry service, our clothes came back dry and folded and they asked us before sending them to be washed how we would like them to be cleaned (temperature, drier..)
The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the shower flooded the bathroom.. there was a window but it was less than a meter away from another wall so no light came through... very minor things though we still had a great stay!

Lo staff ha reso la struttura veramente accogliente. In particolare David è stato sempre sorridente e disponibile, rendendo la nostra permanenza piacevole in labevie hotel.
La posizione della struttura ottima.

Le personnel est très serviable! Il n’est pas responsable de l’état de l’hôtel. Nous avons trouvé un interlocuteur sympathique.
Une première chambre sans fenêtre alors que la photo est trompeuse. On peut ouvrir la fenêtre mais cela donne sur un mur en face. L’odeur était insupportable. Une deuxième chambre a été proposée moyennant un supplément (car pour 3 personnes au lieu de 2): pas d’eau chaude. Pour finir, petit-déjeuner décevant donc nous n’avons validé que cette première nuit catastrophique et avons trouvé un meilleur hébergement ailleurs.

Courteous and friendly staff. Rooms are decent size and smaller rooms are at the back so you get a view of "nothing". They have decent breakfast options which is served in their restaurant as buffet.

L'emplacement par rapport à la proximité du vieux quartier, la douche fermée. La gentillesse du personnel
Le retard de 40 mn pour la mise à disposition de la chambre alors que nous avions précisé notre heure d'arrivée. Chambre trop petite pour pouvoir ouvrir les valises. Petit déjeuner copieux en fruits mais uniquement pain de mie.

No contrateis NADA con ellos. PERDIMOS TODA UNA MAÑANA PARA NADA. Contratamos un viaje de 4 días a SAPA, fue MALÍSIMO. El hotel se hacía llamar SHERATON, era maloliente, habitación llena de moho, personal malencarado, comida grasienta. No se responsabilizaron de nada. Solo se salvo una excursión con Sao, el resto fue MUY DECEPCIONANTE. Intentamos contratar el crucero por la bahía de Halong y los precios y calidades eran mejor en otras agencias. Menos mal que no picamos.

La localización es perfecta y el personal amable.
La habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que sale en las fotos y aunque estaba todo limpio, se ve todo muy viejo y estropeado. El desayuno estaba bueno pero no es bufet libre, te daba a elegir entre dos opciones.

- 8 Nächte in einem kleinen Zimmer ohne Fenster - man wurde abends, mitten in der Nacht und früh vom Schlafen abgehalten, da ständig Leute auf dem Gang geschrien haben, Türen geknallt wurden und man sogar die Leute in anderen Zimmer reden hört - in einem Hotel erwartet man ein ordentliches Frühstück anstatt Nudeln mit Würstchen und Toast mit Marmelade - es gibt öfter nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen - der Abfluss stinkt im Bad - die Kopfkissen sind 20cm dick und hart, da kann man nicht drauf schlafen - Putzfrauen wollen in Raum, obwohl „bitte nicht stören“-Schild vorm Türschloss hängt —> wir wurden dadurch geweckt

The location of the hotel is ok, as it is close to the city centre and you can go everywhere on foot.
The hotel needs a serious clean up as it is quite dirty with stains on the walls and with the furniture being really old. We had the room with no window, which would have been fine with if they would let the ventilation on 24/7. The room smelled like mold and it would only go partially away after some hours with the air conditioner on. The problem with that is that the minute you get out of the room, they go in to switch off the electrical system - which leaves the room unaired when you are not in it. The worst part is that upon leaving, they asked us how would we rate the stay but without wanting to know what could have been better and they asked us to not leave a review if we don't have something nice to say...

Always a pleasure to be back at Labevie. Stayed here many times over the years and always warmly welcomed back
Rooms are good, breakfast is fine. Good location but away from the noisy part of the old quarter. 86 bus stop across the road.
Safe place to leave big bags when off to Ha Giang/Sa Pa/wherever.

Onze ervaring in dit hotel was teleurstellend. Bij aankomst rond 23.00 uur bleek onze kamer nog niet schoon te zijn, wat begrijpelijk was omdat we diezelfde dag hadden geboekt. We kregen echter een tijdelijke kamer aangeboden als “upgrade.” De volgende ochtend, na het ontbijt, vertelde de eigenaar dat onze definitieve kamer nog niet klaar was, maar dat we onze spullen beneden konden laten en dat alles tegen 14.00 uur geregeld zou zijn. Bij terugkomst om 14.00 uur was de kamer nog steeds niet beschikbaar en de communicatie was onduidelijk; het personeel sprak vaak onderling in het Vietnamees, wat de situatie verwarrend maakte.
Toen we aangaven dat we misschien beter naar een ander hotel konden zoeken, kregen we uiteindelijk toch een kamer toegewezen. De kamers zelf waren acceptabel, maar als je geen balkon kiest, moet je rekening houden met een donkere ruimte. Er was weinig natuurlijk licht, een onaangename geur en schimmel aan de muren.
Het ontbijt voldeed totaal niet wat er op de foto’s te zien is. Er was alleen toast (geen vers brood), fruit, en soms eitjes en worst. Bij aankomst voor het ontbijt om 9.00 uur kregen we te horen dat we eerder moesten komen.
De eigenaar vroeg om een review, dus bij deze: geen fijne ervaring. Dit was ons duurste en meest teleurstellende verblijf tijdens een maand in Vietnam.

เปลี่ยนให้ไปพักรร.อื่นบอกว่ารับกรุ๊ปใหญ่ ไม่ใีห้องพัก ซึ่งรร.ที่เปลี่ยนให้เก่ามาก ขอเป็น food boxเนื่องจากเดินทางเช้ามาก แจ้งตอนเช็คอินแต่เพิ่งมาเตรียมให้ ได้แค่กล้วยกับไข่ต้ม

The room is so tiny compared to the photo on booking. There is also no phone service in the room and we had to depend on wifi. Facilities were also poorly managed, like some of the lights in the room were not working. Staffs were also not friendly and helpful when we needed help and had questions. Overall, never recommending this to anyone.

Solo nos gustó la ubicación, el resto todo muy mal.
Nada nos gusto. Estaba sucio, las habitaciones eran viejas y poco limpias, el desayuno un desastre, el personal muy mal. Teníamos una excursión pagada y no sabian nada. Nos tuvímos que enfadar mucho para que lo resolvieran! Teníamos que quedarnos dos noches y nos fuímos. De los peores hoteles que he visto en mi vida. No volvería por nada en el mundo!

There was somebody in the lobby to give us the room at 4am after a sleeper.
The staff were nice.
The room's floor was dusty. We didnt have hot water. For this cost i would expect a little bigger room. It was almost impossible to open a luggage. We have been there from 4am to 11am and only slept there after a night bus drive and left.

Good location, and friendly staff. Breakfast is okay.
Bed was extremely hard. Our room had no windows and was a lot smaller than it appeared on photos. They didn’t bother to clean our room. Also, I had to book very last minute as a different hotel cancelled on us as we landed, and they were very poor at replying to messages to assure me check in would be fine.

The staff was great, the breakfast was simple and rich. Quite easy to walk around and enjoy the food and local highlights.

This was the friendliness staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any of my family mbers. The location was perfect, just a block or two from the old quarters and it's noise and traffic.

Khách sạn gần phố cổ, phố đi bộ. Tiện lợi trong việc di chuyển. Có bữa ăn sáng, phục vụ chu đáo. Nên up lên hạng phòng cao hơn để ở thoải mái hơn.

Personnel très gentil. Bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la vieille ville.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
They even changed my fridge as the one I had was not cooling.

Uitstekende locatie (bus 86, stopt nabij het hotel en de verbinding tussen Hanoi airport en de stad) en ietwat rustiger gelegen. Verder geen echte luxe, maar wel netjes.
Het ontbijt is beperkt. Wat meer keuze in broodjes had wel gemogen. Al staat de vrouw wel altijd klaar om wat lekkers te koken.

Prima locatie. Vanuit Hanoi airport kan je de bus 86 nemen en stopt bijna aan het hotel. Het hotel is gelegen in het oude gedeelte, net buiten de drukte. Kortom prima locatie!
Het ontbijt kon misschien iets uitgebreider qua broodjes of beleg, maar alles was aanwezig.

We kwamen laat op de avond aan en kregen de verkeerde kamer toegewezen zonder ramen. En erg klein. Personeel sprak heel slecht Engels.
Uiteindelijk dus een dure kamer betaald, en een veel mindere kamer gekregen. We kregen daar ook geen korting voor.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the main area of the city. The rooms were spacious, and it offered good value for money, especially considering the prime location.
The accommodation didn't look as fancy as in the photos. The breakfast choice was poor. On the first day, we received the wrong room for one out of the three rooms we booked (the smallest room without any windows). The mistake was corrected the next day, and we were given the right room, which was spacious.

Nothing really this hotel was shabby from the moment we walked in the smell of damp was strong.The staff were friendly & after booking us in took us to our room. Which was right next to the lift. Which wasn't a good start. On entering the room, the damp was still strong. The room was much the same as everywhere else shabby & in need of updating. The room was a family room which we didn't book we booked a double room. It looked nothing like the photos on booking.com, so there is a bit of false information there with photos. The room faced a busy road which was very noisy till late at night then early morning, no double glazing to stop the noise. The bathroom was not a nice place to visit as it was very shabby. It was very noisy all night long with people coming & going talking very loudly as they made their way from the lift to wherever. Was woken really early by the staff talking loud in the downstairs foyer, which echoed all the way up the stairs. Total disregard for anyone asleep. Would definitely not stay here again. I'm not a snob & don't normally put a bad review up, but on this occasion I feel this hotel's pictures on the website aren't what you get or the room we were in was definitely not what we had booked. If it hadn't been we had arrived late in the evening & and an early hour flight the second night, we would have just walked straight out of the place & gone somewhere else. Very disappointed 😞

This property was very clean and beautiful and in a perfect location! It was very close to walk old quarter, but was in a perfect location to have some quiet during the night if needed! We will stay here again if we are ever in Hanoi

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, auch das Bad war ausreichend.
Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, Brot, Obst, Eier, Speck, gebratene Nudeln, Pho..... alles frisch.

They don’t known what privacy is. When you leave the room for an hour. The owners are comming in your room to shutt down the power in your room. Consequentes is afther your are back there is no hot water for the shower and all the drinks in the frigirator is warm. When they coming for cleaning that is OK but for others as mentioned above we don’ t like it all.

Location was super convenient because it was near everything. Practically at the center of the old quarter
The air conditioning unit in our room wasn’t working very well. Perhaps because the unit seemed quite old already. Manager helped out by cleaning the unit though it got better but maybe it’s time to upgrade the AC unit.

Det var en dejlig oplevelse at bo hos Labevie Hotel. Man bliver taget godt hånd om. Særligt af receptionisten, der altid er god til at spørge, om man har brug for noget.
Der ligger et hæfte på værelserne med gode tips til, hvordan man oplever Hanoi bedst muligt. Værelset var rent, og sengen var dejlig komfortabel.
Jeg vil helt klart komme tilbage, når jeg er i Hanoi igen.

デラックスダブル（バルコニー付）を3連泊で予約しました。
空港からの86番バスの停留所からすぐ近く。空港に戻る際は目の前のバス停から乗れるので便利。
旧市街に泊まりたくて予約したが、微妙に旧市街からは外れていた。
でもホアンキエム湖は近いし、旧市街界隈も徒歩圏内。立地はまあまあ良かった。
チェックインしたらアップグレードされたのか、ファミリールームになっていた。 それは別に良かったのですが、翌朝部屋を替わってくれといわれて元のデラックスダブルになりました。 連泊なのに部屋を替われとはどういう事？おかげで荷物を片付けてパッキングする必要があり大変でした。 替わった先のデラックスダブルは部屋の広さはファミリールームと同じ。ベッドが1つ少ないだけ。 これだったら2人なんだから、最初から部屋を広く使えるデラックスダブルの方がよかった。 部屋には小さな冷蔵庫があるが全く冷えない。飲み物を買ってきて入れておいても冷えるどころか冷蔵庫の発熱で温まるほど。 バルコニー付きは道路に面している部屋のため、朝早くからバイクや車の音がうるさくて目が覚める。

Man blev budt velkommen af et enormt behageligt personale. De lod mig endda tjekke ind et par timer tidligt.
Værelset var rent, hvor der også var to gratis vandflasker. Internettet fungerer upåklageligt og værelset er meget behageligt.
Jeg fik lov til at tjekke ud to timer senere end normalt.
De tager generelt godt hånd om en som gæst, og så er der er hæfte med gode tips til Hanoi.
Det var lidt omstændigt at skulle slukke for strømmen, da jeg skulle trække i elskabet for at gøre det. Men det blev forklaret fint.

Grande chambre avec balcon, bien isolée du bruit de la rue. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est correct. L'hôtel est bien placé, à proximité du lac. Taxi pour l'aéroport à 350 000 vnd.
L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement (porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas, vétusté des portes d'entrée des chambres), odeur d'humidité dans l'ascenseur.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Hanoi in der Nähe des Ho Hoan Kiem See. Der Bus 86 vom Flughafen hält 100 m vom Hotel in der Parallelstraße; Bus zum Hotel direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist ziemlich befahren, aber die Fenster sind dicht. Der Hotelmanager kümmert sich um alle Wünsche: Er hat uns auch das nächste Hotel und den Tranfer nach Cat Ba vermittelt. Das Frühstück ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber okay; vietnamesischen Nudelsuppe darf man aber nicht erwarten, die gibt es gleich nebenan. Auch die benachbarte Bia Hoi Bar ist gut für ein Bier zum Abschluss des Tages. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

The location is great. Close to everything around old quarter.
The drainage in the bathrooms is very poor. The rooms are furnished adequately but look very tired. The doors are old and creaky. The bathroom is renovated but drainage is an issue and the bathroom starts flooding after taking a shower. The staff don’t understand English except for the person at the front desk. Overall, it’s ok if you’re on a budget, but if the place is outdated.

Excellent location, close to everything in Old Quarters, other important locations are within walking distance, room was clean with all the amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall accomodation was very nice and must try.

De ligging van het hotel is prima. Dichtbij het oude centrum.
We kregen niet de kamer die geboekt was. Er werd een of ander vaag verhaal verteld dat de kamer niet beschikbaar was dus we kregen een goedkope kamer die absoluut niet goed was. De airco viel om de haverklap uit en moesten we zelf opnieuw resetten, waarna deze het 20 minuten deed en erna weer uitviel. Kortom: super benauwd 's nachts. Deze standaard kamer is behoorlijk klein. Twee grote koffers kom je maar net kwijt. De badkamer is sterk verouderd en onderkomen. Slaap kussen zijn kei hard. Na de eerste nacht kregen we de oorspronkelijk geboekte kamer en deze was iets beter en ruimer, maar voldeed alsnog niet aan de verwachting. Ook hier alles verouderd. Er lagen koekjes en dergelijke op de kamer en deze waren ruim een halfjaar over de datum. Wij hebben ze weggegooid en met uitchecken wilden ze deze in rekening brengen. Wij uitgelegd dat we ze vanwege het over datum zijn weggegooid hadden en daardoor hoefden we ze niet te betalen. Als je zo soepel reageert wist je hier al vanaf. Het drinken in de minibar was trouwens ook tegen betaling en ook dit staat nergens vermeld. Het ontbijt is ontzettend magertjes. Er lagen wat eieren, fruit, noodles en soort van olie bollen. Meer is er niet te vinden. Geen beleg of niks. Vaak geen fruitsap. Er bleek een menu kaart te zijn met een paar opties, maar als je kiest voor pannenkoeken krijg je letterlijk 1 pannenkoek. Het restaurantje is erg klein, waardoor je soms een tafel met anderen moet delen. De stoelen zijn trouwens niet meer zo mooi blauw als op de foto's, zwarte vlekken op. Zowel in de lift, als bij de receptie als in het restaurant is het behoorlijk benauwd en zetten ze geen ventilators/airco's aan. De foto's die op booking.com staan zijn van jaren terug. Ze hebben niks meer aan onderhoud gedaan, dus laat je niet verleiden hierdoor. Kortom: Hoe dit hotel een 8,5 kan hebben is ons een raadsel. Het is echt niet meer waard dan een 5,5. Absoluut geen aanrader! Er zijn veel betere hotels te vinden!

Het restaurantje is erg klein, waardoor je soms een tafel met anderen moet delen. De stoelen zijn trouwens niet meer zo mooi blauw als op de foto's, zwarte vlekken op. Zowel in de lift, als bij de receptie als in het restaurant is het behoorlijk benauwd en zetten ze geen ventilators/airco's aan. De foto's die op booking.com staan zijn van jaren terug. Ze hebben niks meer aan onderhoud gedaan, dus laat je niet verleiden hierdoor. Kortom: Hoe dit hotel een 8,5 kan hebben is ons een raadsel. Het is echt niet meer waard dan een 5,5. Absoluut geen aanrader! Er zijn veel betere hotels te vinden!

De locatie is aan de rand van Old Quarter. Prima locatie om Hanoi te ontdekken. Te voet of met Grab taxi kom je overal. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en is altijd bereid je te helpen. Op de laatste dag mochten onze koffers en tassen in de lobby blijven staan, dat was heel fijn.

L'accueil de Kevin a été formidable. Il a pu accommoder notre demande pour avoir une chambre avec fenêtres. Il nous a aidé à planifier nos excursions et toujours avec amabilité.

Location is good. Upgraded room. Was spacious
The room we booked first the one without window was very small. Felt claustrophobic and suffocated. Two people with decent size suitcases cannot operate in the room. Had to upgrade to bigger room within few hrs.

Great location right in the Old Town and close to the bus stop from the airport. Clean, very comfortable once we were in the deluxe room we had booked.
We had booked the 5 nights in the deluxe room 3 months prior to our arrival. On arrival we were advised that the room was not available as they had given it to someone else - so would we be happy to stay in the standard room (at a reduced price). We could not really say no at that stage as we were tired from travelling and did not want to have to go looking for other accommodation. If you book here, do not stay in the standard room - it was dingy and water remained trapped under the floor boards in the bathroom, so it was damp. The next morning we were ready to move to the deluxe room but were advised that the people in the deluxe room were staying on for another night! So another night for us in the sug-standard room. When we did finally move to the deluxe room on the 3rd night, we were very happy to be there. It was spacious, well appointed and had a lovely big window and a balcony. The breakfast was below standard - fruit was good, but only toast and jam, boiled eggs and 2 minute noodles.

Everyone was so nice, the place was great, the location is perfect because is near center and train vilage, they let us use shower after we check out, 100 procent recomended.

Excellent location, close to everything in Old Quarters. Clean bathroom with all amenities, shower screen, hand-held shower. Daily room service. Easy breakfast to start the day. Good coffee within walking distance. Balcony. Helpful Reception

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, recepcja całodobowa, pościel I reczniki czyste, klimatyzacja sprawna, dobre ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i serdeczna. Nie słychać za bardzo hałasu z ulicy.
Zdjęcia na booking były robione conajmniej 10 lat temu. Pokój jest mocno zużyty, szczegolnie łazienka błaga o remont i porządne czyszczenie. Po przybyciu do hotelu okazało się z nastąpiła jakaś pomyłka i zamiast pokoju z balkonem, który zarezerwowałam dostałam pokój z mikro okienkiem na ścianę, bo ten mój dostał ktoś inny. Podobno na booking była też ustawiona zła cena ale to raczej sprawa między hotelem a bookingiem a nie sprawa klienta.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et l'aide que nous a apporté le personnel de l'hôtel. En outre il était idéalement placé pour profiter de Hanoï et très confortable.

Très bon emplacement dans le quartier ancien de Hanoï pour une visite à pieds des monuments et à proximité de toutes les commodités.
Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Service de nettoyage des vêtements rapide et soigné.
La chambre est très grande et très propre. Le lit est confortable et très grand. Petit balcon appréciable pour profiter de l'ambiance de la rue. Climatisation appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs.
Quelques petits points à revoir dans la chambre : - la porte vitrée de la douche est dégondée et ne ferme pas entièrement ce qui fait que quand on se lave, de l'eau peut se répandre dans la salle de bain. - la baie vitrée du balcon est du simple vitrage et en plus elle ferme mal = mauvaise isolation phonique ; prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille pour ne pas être gêné des bruits de la rue - pas assez de choix pour le petit déjeuner surtout si vous ne mangez que du sucré

When we got the balcony room we booked it was a very nice room however we were put in an inferior room first night. Location was also convenient, close to lake.
We didn’t like having to argue with the manager to get him to keep to the correct booking arrangement. We put in an inferior room for our first night and they still wanted to charge the full price.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in der Altstadt, wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Wünschen geholfen! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!!!

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The location was very central and convinient, with walking distance to everywhere. The food was okay, and the room overall was decent.
There was a belonging left behind from a previous customer as soon as we got into the room. When taking the stairs one day, one of the floors was not lit and with the steep staircase, it was hard to navigate.

La localisation et le personnel très gentil.
Honnêtement ne vous laissez pas tromper par les photos, car notre chambre au fond du couloir, toute petite et sans aucune lumière, n’a absolument rien à voir avec la proposition de Booking. Le personnel est adorable, il nous a accueilli tardivement et a accepté nous servir un petit déjeuner avant de partir tôt le lendemain matin, mais la chambre que nous avons eu n’était pas agréable du tout, totalement humide en permanence (normal puisqu’il n’y a aucune fenêtre), on a même retrouvé un cloporte ! Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel.

Probably worst hotel we have EVER stayed in. They “cancelled” our booking literally as we were boarding the plane just for them to say when we complained that they do this because we didn’t contact them quick enough- clearly a trend in the reviews that we didn’t read. Room was full of mould. One window didn’t open, the one that did was probably the smallest window I have ever seen, lower than waist height. The shower was impossible to get a temperature that was not freezing or boiling. The reception staff really couldn’t care less about our feedback regarding the state of the extremely outdated hotel

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included.
The room was far too small for us, most of it was taken up by the bed and there was not enough space to put our bags. There was no window which made the room feel a bit oppressive. We did try to swap to one of the other, larger rooms with a window and balcony but unfortunately there weren't any available

The location of this hotel is really good and give you quick access to key parts of Hanoi. The breakfast is also pretty good and certainly kept me filled each morning.
I was disappointed with the room that I was given. There was no window, it was quite cramped with not a lot of room to move about and there wasn't really any where, other than 3/4 hooks, to hang things. I also felt that the soundproofing in the hotel left something to be desired. I was unlucky enough to get a couple of nights when there were some noisy guests, but it was definitely made worse by the lack of good soundproofing.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu la désagréable d’apprendre que notre chambre n’était plus disponible sous prétexte que nous n’avions pas confirmé par sms notre réservation 3h avant ( en sachant que notre réservation était garanti via booking ). Comment confirmer lorsque vous êtes dans un pays étranger que vous n’avez pas de réseau. Finalement on nous a donné une chambre « équivalente » : pas de fenêtre et chambre de la taille d’un placard à balais, salle de bain avec de la moisissure, lit qui grince bref. Et pour couronner le tout petit déjeuner buffet à volonté avec 4 choix et toutes les gamelles vide à 8h. Même pas d’excuse. Bref à éviter

Le monsieur de l'Hotel nous avait écrit un mail dans la soirée mais nous étions dans l'avion donc nous n'avions pas pu répondre. Il a pu nous donné une autre chambre pour nous dépanner mais elle était minuscule impossible d'ouvrir la valise tellement qu'il n'y avait pas de place et il n'y avait pas de fenêtre. Il nous l'a fait a 600 000 VNG soit 23 € ce qui reste cher pour le Vietnam et pour une chambre de 10m² sans fenêtre.

Spacious & clean room, toilet & bathroom is separate which is great as it means the bathroom area isn’t constantly wet from showering. Fresh fruit, cakes and around 10 options to choose from at breakfast which was quite nice! Great area, everything is in walking distance. Can get quite noisy around 7/8am but that’s understandable being in city centre :)

공항버스 정류장 바로 앞이라 공항가기 매우 편리했고 대부분의 여행지 도보로 관광 가능했어요. 침대도 매우 편안했어요.

Perfekte Lage, gutes Wlan, Frühstück war in Ordnung (Ei, Pancakes konnten bestellt werden) ansonsten gab es Toast & Früchte
- Keine Fenster - Es wurde nicht gesagt bzw. nicht über Booking angezeigt, dass es eine generell Gebühr von 250.000 VND gibt, die wir zusätzlich zum Preis auf Booking zahlen mussten.

I don’t have much to write here but I’ll try. I think the location was alright and the lady that served the breakfast seemed nice.
The story of why you should avoid this place: - we booked a deluxe room with balcony 2 months in advance on Booking and they overbooked it and tried to give us a very small, smelly and no balcony (or any view) room at the same price when we arrived - the receptionist tried to tell us that is somehow our fault (??) and he was very rude. He said they overbooked on purpose as some people book but don’t show (??) - why do we even book then?! Also I told them on the Booking app multiple times before arriving that we are on our way and we were not late or anything. It was just very weird - the room was not changed to the one we actually paid for and we only stayed 1 night - it was dirty, full of mold, the sink was broken, no windows to the outside (just to a wall between buildings), cold in the room, dusty, the toilet got clogged after we used it once. Water was leaking from the toilet too when we arrived and there was no hot water to shower. - they gave us (after we complained) a small amount of money back (as we didn’t get what we booked) and the receptionist said he would give us more money back if we cancel here on Booking :) (this was of course so I could not leave a bad review but my review has no price unfortunatelly for him so we didn’t cancel) - other minor things were that we were not told there is a lift and it is not that obvious so we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor with our luggage, the breakfast was plenty but the chairs in the dining room were very dirty. The lights were not working when we got in the room and we had to switch them on by the electric panel. Water is infiltrated in all the walls and they are all wet. There was a “complimentary” sign near the phone (does that mean the phone calls are complimentary? Have no idea), the filters for the AC were very old but we had to use it to warm up the room a bit. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear the guests in other rooms perfectly.

Leider wurden wir nicht sonderlich nett empfangen und mit einem seltsamen Spruch begrüßt. Es hieß in Italien würde unser Zimmer 400€ die Nacht kosten und wir könnten für das billige Zimmer froh sein. Das Zimmer war in einem ziemlich desolaten Zustand, wenn auch relativ sauber. Die Einrichtung ist einfach sehr veraltet, Türen kann man vermutlich mit einem Zahnstocher aufbekommen. Das Frühstück war unzumutbar, die Pancakes kamen, wie eigentlich alles, aus der Mikrowelle. Wir haben das Hotel frühzeitig verlassen und sind nach einer Nacht woanders hin. Man muss dem Herren an der Rezeption zu Gute halten, das er uns auch nur die eine Nacht berechnet hat. Wir wünschen den Inhabern, das sie demnächst einfach mal renovieren und 1-2 grundsätzlich Strukturen einführen.

OVERBOOKING. Llegamos al hotel y habían ofrecido nuestro cuarto a otro grupo ya que no tenían habitación para las reservas confirmadas. Esto nos lo explicó el otro grupo ya que el personal no nos habló. Tras discutir acaloradamente, finalmente conseguimos que nos ubicarán en el hotel (al otro grupo no). No recibimos ninguna explicación, ni disculpa, cero. Nos hubieran dejado sin habitación a las 22;00 de la noche. Pésima atención, habitaciones llenas de humedades, nada que ver con las fotos.
OVERBOOKING. Llegamos al hotel y habían ofrecido nuestro cuarto a otro grupo ya que no tenían habitación para las reservas confirmadas. Esto nos lo explicó el otro grupo ya que el personal no nos habló. Tras discutir acaloradamente, finalmente conseguimos que nos ubicarán en el hotel (al otro grupo no). No recibimos ninguna explicación, ni disculpa, cero. Nos hubieran dejado sin habitación a las 22;00 de la noche. Pésima atención, habitaciones llenas de humedades, nada que ver con las fotos.

When there was a mixup with our room (due to our late arrival), the owner walked us down to his friend’s (equally nice) hotel and put us up there for the night at NO EXTRA CHARGE. They safely looked after our bags (even during the full day we’d already checked out) and were helpful in every way. Would recommend.

Always hot water. Breakfast basic, but you can find things to eat. Botle of water every day in the room. There are rooms without windows, so take care when booking. 86 bus stop to airport is in front of the hotel.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The WIFI connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our trip. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families with young children and elderly.

Vi fik et lille og fint værelse, uden noget at sætte en finger på. Rent, pænt og ordenligt.

Per l'ultima notte ad Hanoi in attesa del volo di rientro in Italia abbiamo optato per una stanza "economica", quindi eravamo consapevoli che non avremmo trovato una reggia. La stanza si è rivelata di dimensioni anguste e meno accogliente di quanto mostrato nelle fotografie; abbiamo comunque riposato bene in quanto era silenziosa. La cassaforte non era funzionante ma lo staff ha provveduto a sostituirla. Bagno ok. La colazione era buona con abbastanza scelta, compresa frutta fresca. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Great location on the edge of the old quarter, small rooms but had everything you needed. Bathroom with a proper shower cubicle - a real luxury in Vietnam. Great breakfast options, always delicious! Really friendly staff, very easy to arrange airport transfers! Good laundry service!

We stayed in 3 rooms. We requested for early check in prior to our stay and arrived around 12-30pm. Only 1 room was available and we requested the front desk that once the other 2 rooms are ready, they are to Move our luggage from the lobby into the rooms. We were assured that the rooms will be ready by 2pm and the luggages will be attended to. We went out for a city tour and came back to check in around 10pm but our luggages were still lying in the lobby area. After about 15 minutes of verification of our booking again by a different front desk personnel, we were asked to carry our own luggages to our rooms despite the earlier promise. 2 of the hotel rooms were old and terrible with dirty bed sheets (with hairs visible on the sheets), stained pillow covers, sofa chairs. Despite our request to change the pillow towels, the front desk just swept the pillow and said "sorry no new towels available". Halfway through our shower, there was no hot water and a couple of us have to endure cold showers in the night of cold weather. The rooms were noisy with traffic honkings early morning. Breakfast was so miserable that only 1 out of 6 of us took a toast, some fruits and half a sausage after seeing fleas hovering over and on the bread. First time in my many travels have I encountered such pathetic breakfast spread and unhealthy environment. Will certainly avoid this hotel in the future. We booked this hotel stay because they have 8.6 in Booking.com reviews but was greatly disappointed. We don't think they deserve the ratings!

La niña de la recepción es un sol! Habitación limpia, cómoda y a pocos minutos caminando del centro. La calle era tranquila a pesar de estar a dos cuadras de todo lo más movido en Hanoi.
Desayuno. Poca variedad y simplemente no respondían cuando algo se acababa porque no les daba la gana. Mesas siempre sucias, las cuales debíamos limpiar nosotros para poder usar.

The girl and the boy from the reception were very nice. Location was good, nice room with balcony, with a lot of space for stuff. The bus station is across the hotel and close to the night market 5 minutes walk.

Le camere troppo piccole, datate e senza finestra. Ho trovato formiche vicino il carica batterie e sotto il letto pieno di ragnatele e polvere la colazione era poca con poca scelta anche se la cosa buona è che al momento ti preparano cose fresche. Però il tutto compensava con lo staff davvero gentile. Per due giorni è perfetto.

The breakfast was good, location a bit aside of the old quarter chaos, which was more enjoyable to walk.
That said, rest of the hotel leaves much to be fixed.
Not only did the room smell like mold, it was all covered in black mold spreading out everywhere: on the ceiling, through the walls (they tried to cover it with some panels, but that just highlights the big issue) and in the bathroom. The room clearly needs an urgent maintenance. The towels should be replaced with the new ones (ours were gray and humid straight from the beginning!!). Maybe i was unlucky, but i couldn’t finish showering with hot water, because it ran out before I washed out the shampoo…not nice in winter.

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, wel aan een drukke straat, maar dat is bijna overal. Ruime kamer met zitje, goed bed en prima faciliteiten. Bij de receptie direct een simkaart kunnen regelen. Die kwam iemand brengen. Direct geïnstalleerd, heel fijn. Ook 2 trips geregeld naar Ninh Binh en Halong Bay en de transfers naar en van het vliegveld. Heel klantvriendelijk.

친절하게 메시지도 먼저 보내주고, 밤 12시넘어서 도착했는데도 친절하게 기다려주고 다음날도 현지여행사와도 정말 세심히 챙겨주었다. 직원들이 엄청 친절하다

Fantastic location- rain meant I wasn’t able to have the balcony room I booked, but they moved me into a large room on the top floor. The staff helped with everything including getting my phone sim sorted. Like everywhere in Vietnam they offered shopping suggestions but not in an aggressive or pushy way. I enjoyed the omelettes & fruit for breakfast. But like most places, the staff made the stay easy & relaxing in a city of madness! (Which I love BTW 🙃)

Stopped for 1 night - booked due to being too tired for the night bus we had planned and wanted a bed to watch TV in. Got to the room - we wanted to use the HDMI however it was covered by the TV brackets so couldn’t use (but we used the normal TV which was fine) Bed was alright abit hard but better than others. Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were lovely! got all our washing done nice and quickly. We hung out downstairs after we checked out waiting for night bus. Would come again if they fixed the HDMI issue with the TV

The bed, towels and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable, breakfast is very good (french toasts and variety of fruit). The location is great too (can walk to anywhere and the major sightseeings). The staff is very nice, quickly responds and arranged us taxis very swiftly.

This hotel is very old and urgently needs renovations works. We booked 3 rooms and one of them (on the 2nd floor) did not have a window(it wasn’t clear on Booking and we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a tiny, unreachable window). The AC in the second room (on the 3rd floor) did not work and there was black mould on the walls. The third room facing the main road on the 5th floor was supposed to be a better room but it was very noisy and it had an awful smell upon entering. Everyone slept terribly during the stay as the beds were not comfortable at all. The rooms were not clean either (hairs on the sheets, stains everywhere, awful marks on the walls)

部屋の収納がたっぷりあって連泊で荷物を広げたかったので便利に使えました。立地も良く、目の前のバス停から観光に出かけたり帰ったりできて楽です！
送迎も問題なく、安心してお願いできました。
朝食のオムレツが美味しかったです。チャーハンなどのちょっとした料理もあります。
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、滞在中にトラブルに巻き込まれてしまった時も色々心配して優しく声をかけてくれて、辛い気持ちも吹き飛びました。ありがとうございました。

The staff was good, from the front staff to the cook. Kevin was very helpful helping me book a tour to Ha Long Bay, also he too the time to help me book flights to Da Nang and Singapore and back- which he didn't have to do. He also helped me when I was not able to get enough funds to pay for tours and flights I booked at once. He even help take me to a ABM machine to withdrawl money. I appreciate all the help he gave me. The cook was good with the breakfast every morning, cooking up your omelet quickly. I like the location of the hotel, just on the outskirts.of Old Quarter, quiet, close to the main areas in Old quarter and French quarter, the lake. You can walk around to all the main sites, lots of good restaurants close by.

Location is in a central and very accessible part of Hanoi Old Quarter. Near bus stops including the airport bus. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony rooms had a nice view of the street below. Hot water for showering was reliable. It isn't noisy at night.
I stayed here in 2018 and 2020. This hotel has seen better days. Some refurbishment should be in order. That said, it is still a very nice hotel to stay at.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal das einen gut über mögliche Ausflüge und den Flughafentransfer berät und am Abreisetag kann man das Gepäck vor Ort lassen. Bequemes Bett, tolle Lage in der Altstadt, Frühstück zum aussuchen. Das gebuchte Zimmer ohne Fenster war für mich allein ok, zu zweit wäre es aber eng.

Chambre agréable . Personnel disponible. Nous avons été aidé pour des problèmes avec notre téléphone. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est dans la vieille ville et près des départs pour sapa et d autres destinations. Facile pour venir vous chercher par un pick up pour des départs en bus ou pour des excursions. C était parfait.

Allt var super bra. Tjejerna i receptionen som alltid var lika glada och tillmötesgående. Kevin som fixade två fantastiska utflykter till mig, till ett mkt bra pris. Killen i frukosten som ordnade smaskig omelett på ett par minuter. Det finns inget att laga på :)

Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Und für eine Besuch der Stadt wenn man viel unterwegs ist absolut zu empfehlen.
Für die frühe Abreise haben wir das Frühstück To Go bekommen, das ist auch nicht selbstverständlich.
Es ist doch sehr hellhörig, man hört die anderen Gäste und die Umgebung. In der zweiten Nacht ist gegen halb 1 immer wieder eine Alarmanlage (nicht im Hotel) für jeweils mehrere Minute...

Very convenient location, you can walk to everything without renting a bike or a car. There are many wonderful cafes and restaurants around. The hotel itself has delicious breakfasts (I’m not a fan of getting up early, but I didn’t want to miss them).
Wonderful staff! Everyone is very nice, friendly, speaks excellent English.
And the water in the bathroom always was hot and nice.
I’d like to thank Customer service team of the Labevie hotel for helping with booking transfer from airport and back, for all their answers and for helping to choose the tour, showing us the pictures and videos, and the driver and our guide Dylan for the interesting excursion, detailed explanations and friendliness and willingness to help at any moment. We enjoyed our welcome lunch (which was extensive and delicious even for those who don’t consume meat but love seafood), the boat trip to the Halong bay and walking through the caves, and loved the sunset party with snacks, beautiful views from the boat and hawks flying high in the evening sky.
We did not find smoke detectors in the room, they would be worth adding. Wi-Fi in the evening was rather weak. Not the hotel’s fault, though; fortunately, we were on vacation, but it wouldn’t have been suitable for work. And I would recommend checking the wiring in our room: when the table lamp and fridge were turned on at the same time, the electricity blinked several times.

Krásný hotel se skvělými snídaněmi. Umístění v centru přímo vedle autobusové zastávky směr letiště. Velice příjemná a milá obsluha na recepci.

Extremely friendly staff who set me up for my Vietnam trip when I arrived with Sim Card or transport and practical tips. Great breakfast as well and its super central so all big sights are walkable as well as the night market. I had two different rooms here and it made a difference, depending what you booked.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad caminando. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, ya que incluye también el desayuno.
El colchón era un poco duro para nuestro gusto. Esperábamos 1 habitación de 4 y eran 2 habitaciones separadas, una de las cuales era muy pequeña y no tenía ventana.

Something was wrong with our room so they had to move us to another nearby hotel for the night. This hotel had very springy mattresses and all round wasn’t as good as Labevie. We were not compensated for this inconvenience.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our shower which the receptionist came up immediately and personally to remedy.
An awesome breakfast meal was provided to be taken away for us at their suggestion in the early hours of our departure so we did not miss this bit of the service and had something inside us for our long journey ahead.
The room itself was huge if largely functional and many toiletries were provided as well as it had to be said less than plush towels. Though at the price you couldn’t argue.

The staff were as friendly and helpful on our second visit as our first, but our room on the second occasion must have been their best. It was huge, with a great bathroom and views of the city.
We got to experience the full breakfast at the hotel location this time and it was varied and some elements were cooked to order.
They organised a taxi to take us to our next destination and it could all be paid for securely on card.

The rooms vary and staff need to be a little more clear on payment receipts. But for the money I was not disappointed on either stay.

Location (in front of the bus station going to the airport). very wide double bed
No internet coverage in the room, breakfast was not good - I took banana pancake…. The 2nd day NOTHING was available at breakfast. They did not even offer to make an egg. No butter, no bread (this was 30 min before breakfast closing time). We had to ask for some bananas we saw in the fridge else there was nothing to eat. I can attach a photo how the breakfast room looked. Limited tables also. Some people could not sit anywhere so they left - there was nothing to eat anyway. I never experienced something like this during my travels. Worst hotel I stayed in so far.

La ubicación era muy buena y el personal amabilísimo. El desayuno estaba incluido aunque no era una maravilla.
La habitación era interior, muy húmeda, incluso con humedades por la pared y la instalación eléctrica daba chispazos. Aunque la ropa de cama parecía limpia lo daba sensación general de limpieza.

First of all, the staff is the best ever I have ever experienced ❤️ special thanks to Annie, Chenie & Kevin (sorry for spelling mistakes). They have made us feel at home 🏡. They are always there for any kind of help we need. Even our son just 5 year old, missing them already. They are so welcoming, caring, and kind ☺️. If I get a chance to visit hanoi again in the future, then I will definitely be staying there. There is no need to even think about other options....

Habitación perfecta, servicio y limpieza más que perfecto. El desayuno un buffet muy completo y además un plato a la carta hecho con mucho cariño y riquísimo. Kevin nos ayudó a contratar el crucero en halong bay, le dijimos la zona que queríamos y nos consiguió el mejor precio y calidad de crucero. Además me guardaron la maleta hasta el final del viaje. Un 10 para todo el equipo de Labevie. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro. Esta ubicado en una buena zona perfecta, a un paso de todo.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt. Die Lage um das Zentrum zu erreichen ist unübertroffen auch ist eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Dieses Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich , reichlich und gesund, vielleicht hätte Käse bereit liegen können. Aber alles weitere hat dies weggemacht. Das Personal ist unübertroffen. Bei weiteren Buchungen haben wir so viel Hilfe bekommen , unfassbar. Und immer freundliche Gesichter und ein Lachen. Dieses Hotel ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen ❤️

Nous avons choisi cette hôtel à la dernière minute suite à un changement de planning lors de notre séjour.
Personnel très accueillant, rapport qualité prix très bon.

Great location and hotel, my partner and i really enjoyed our stay here, staff were very helpful with advice on hanoi, tours, best places to go and gave us a map into old quarter, we were only a short walk from everything.
Breakfast was great along with our room, which had everything we needed, comfortable bed and a nice little balcony to have a look at the street below, would recommend to anyone visiting hanoi, thank you for having us labevie

This was our third trip in Vietnam. The staff of the Labevie hotel were excellent. Kevin (and the other assistants) was extremely helpful in sourcing and arranging tours and transfers and suggesting restaurants and activities. He also arranged good alternative accommodation when his hotel was booked out for our return to Hanoi. During the three weeks we were in Sapa, Cat Ba and Ninh Binh he maintained contact via 'What'sApp' to ensure everything was going well. All this was done with a genuine friendliness and honesty. The prices he was able to secure were significantly better than those advertised. Breakfasts were also excellent and again, with friendly, smiling and helpful staff. We highly recommend Kevin and the hotel.

空港から86番のバスで162停留所で降り歩いて５分（１ブロック）、帰りは便利でホテル斜め前23停留所から０分で乗車便利でした。
スタッフは親切で若い人が笑顔で対応、朝食も卵料理など別オーダーで注文（無料）。
最上階だったので（6階）Wi-Fiが入りにくくユーチブや映画はOUT。

Located in local restaurant streets. Nice breakfast with buffet and a la carte menu. Beautiful room with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially thanks to Annie for her warmth and welcoming us.

The location is great for tourists close to everything, the breakfast was very good and diverse, the staff is communicative and they refunded for a night when we decided to leave earlier.
We booked the Queen room and while it is true we did not see any windows in the pictures, we did not expect a box. On Booking there is no warning of that. This was unpleasant, also because even though there was ventilation it was not enough especially for the bathroom. The other rooms were quite ok as far as I've seen. The WiFi had hiccups on our floor, but the staff was reactive and always sent somebody to fix it.
