The hotel is close to everything, lots of restaurants around. Room is also big for a family with 2 little kids. Staffs are nice, room is clean and quiet. Very good breakfast!

Perfect old quarter location, short walk to train street and city sights. Super comfortable French style boutique hotel. Staff were super helpful, kind and welcoming they gave me tips on best places to eat and sights to check out.
Not much I didn’t like, obviously when staying in the heart of the old quarter the night life can be a bit loud if you are wanting to get an early night but it wasn’t anything too terrible to bear

What I liked most was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain the local area, including recommendations on what to see and the best places to eat. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the location, all the main sites were walking distance.

The breakfast selection was excellent with a combination of western, Vietnamese and Asian options and was offered from 6:30 am whch suited us as we are early risers. The location was really convenient—in the old quarter but in a quieter location. But the thing that made the Hanoi Allure really shine were the staff—they were amazingly friendly and helpful. You really felt they cared about you.

Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with providing us service. It was bucketing rain on our last day and they helped us dry and prepare to leave.
The rooms were so clean and spacious, and despite is not wanting our room cleaned every day, they still provided us water and made sure to check in.
Despite being in the old quarter near beer street, the rooms were so quiet and soundproof. I could hear our neighbour but not the noise outside which was crazy good.

We loved our stay at the Hanoi Allure. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived when they served us a welcome cup of tea and worked their magic to let us check in to our room a little early. We flew out late at night, so they stored our luggage and allowed us to rest and reorganize in their lounge before we left for the airport. Since the streets had just closed for the night market, they helped us set a spot where we could meet our Grab and one of their staff even helped us carry our luggage to the pick-up spot a couple blocks away.
The location was very central in Old Town, so we were easily able to spend our last day and a half exploring our final sights.
The breakfast had some very good options and even included one complimentary specialty beverage.
Our room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. We were only here for one night at the end of our trip, but we would have been very happy to stay here longer.

Everything was great and worked well except the shower wouldn’t turn off to just fill the tub - Im sure they would have fixed it if I asked though. Bed and bedding was so comfortable staff so accommodating and friendly and the buffet was really great and had a lot of variety.
It’s in the busiest part of the historic district which can be both a positive and a negative. For me it was a bit expensive.

Exceptional service and treatment from staff. Never been cared for or treated so well. They went over and above to accomodate for my gluten allergy and to prepare breakfast when I had early morning excursions. Surprisingly quiet room in a very busy part of the Old Quarter.

旧市街好きには抜群のロケーション。散策も楽しいし、ホアンキエム湖へも近く、ハノイを楽しめる。
スタッフさんが皆愛想も感じもよく、仕事も親切丁寧で、快適な三日間でした。

Un emplacement idéal au coeur de la vieille ville d'Hanoi.

Great location and fantastic service level from the hotel, very supportive with additional storage of luggage if you travel to other locations, and you know you get back. I was at allure 4 times with in a months, and it was a big pleasure all of them.

Hanoi Allure Hotel is centrally-located in Hanoi's Old Quarter - very close to restaurants, spas, money changers and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good but what made our stay most memorable was the friendly and hospitable service by Jenny Ha and her team. Even before our arrival through WhatsApp and email, Jenny helped me book a reliable limousine van to/from Sapa with the best rate. Her team helped us book restaurants, offered to deliver our luggage to our next hotel free of charge. The welcome tea is also to die for. This hotel, I highly recommend!

Location was as expected. It's on what feels like a backstreet with tight spacing and shops all around. Definitely feels more like a boutique hotel than a larger 5-star hotel. The pictures overstate the size of the rooms and the lobby though. So there was some unmet expectations there. But the staff were excellent, attentive and always ready to greet or open the door for you.
While the food was varied, it did not quite have that pop that I was expecting. While there were many dishes laid out, they seemed to not fill the plates/trays so it almost felt like they were.... rationing? Some of the dishes were "sweating" too. The restaurant rooms (there are two) are small so perhaps that's a ventilation issue? But for the price, I thought it was certainly adequate. However, I would have paid more for a more elevated experience elsewhere in the future.

The staff was nice but not very helpful
The room stank of cigarettes, the pillows smelled of grease as if they have not been properly washed. there were stains in the bed sheets. Also, i booked 2 beds. The staff gave me a room with only 1 bed and didn't mention nothing until i called to complain, then they asked if i can simply just stay in the room i was given because they had nothing else.

The staff were friendly and thoroughly helpful from the porters to the receptionists.
The bathroom had mould in the grout lines. It is a very tired and old hotel, and it shows in person but photographs well. The bed waa also too hard and gave me a sore back.

Great location, accessible to many key points of interest in Hanoi. The hotel was lovely, room spacious and bright, bed very comfortable, nice, clean bathroom and decent breakfast. Photos genuinely reflect the hotel. Amazing reception staff and very helpful restaurant service.

The location is very convenient since it is located in the center of the old quarter. There are a lot of eateries nearby, massage/ spa places can also be found within walking distance. Most importantly, going to some attractions are only 10-20 minutes car ride or able to walk if you want to explore the area.
The online payment only deducted for first day due to their policy with booking.com which caught my surprise. The shampoo gel seem to be expired or did not smell so nice. Not big issues but can be improved.

The room was super lovely and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and the place is very beautiful to look at. The staff were absolutely amazing!!!! Jenny and her team were super helpful. We asked them so many questions about tours and places to eat and they were also so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ha Noi Old Quarter. All tours offer free pickup from this hotel. There are many food options around this area. There is so much to see here. The hotel and its services are top notch. The staff go above and beyond and tell you how to navigate the area and even provide you local maps and information brochures at the time of check-in. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food and deserts. The room was comfortable and the room service staff were very kind and helpful. They are very good with their communication and try their best to meet customer's requests. Now that I am back home, I miss being here :)

The staff were so lovely and accomodating - they helped us with reservations and were very friendly every time we came in. The location is very handy - just a short walk or Grab to the places we wanted to see. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn't have any issues with noise from outside or other guests. Breakfast had many options and overall was pretty decent.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel.
The location is excellent just a short walk to the Old Quarter and major attractions, yet the hotel itself is tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. My room was spotlessly clean well-appointed and surprisingly quiet, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days of exploring.
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful always ready with a smile and great local recommendations.

The room only provides two free bottles of bottled water. When I called the front desk to ask if I could get more bottled water, I was told to go to the first floor to get some. I'm not sure if I heard it right, but that's not my impression. There was definitely no free bottled water.
As a four-star hotel, this is not a good thing for customers. I hope they can provide more free bottled water, and limit the number, such as six bottles, which is acceptable.

Convenient location right in the heart and thick of things in old quarter but surprisingly sound insulated once inside hotel room it wasn’t noisy at all
The 2 things that I can give a heads up pn, beds are firm.. so keep that in mind . Second the room I was in the shower caulking on the door was falling off so water would leak a little

Bel hôtel, bien tenu. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous a permis d'obtenir une chambre plus tôt et un petit déjeuner suite a l'arrivée très matinale de notre vol. Bonne insonorisation.
Pour information, le balcon est plus une loggia ou il n'est pas possible de réellement passer du temps et dans notre cas, notre fille de 5 ans a du dormir avec nous car nous pensions qu'elle aurait son propre lit mais nous avions mal du interpréter la description de la chambre.

Vi bestilt et værelse med altan med udsigten til gaden. Men, fik en lille bitte altan hvor man kun lige og lige stå 1 person pga. aircondition anlæg fyldte det hele og med udsigt mod en nabo byg / Mur👎🏼

Extremely friendly staff. Charged us fairly for arriving at 6am and relieved that room was made available after overnight flight. Beautifully clean with friendly staff. Any issues addressed immediately. Unbelievable location, central yet not noisy.

Great location. Spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast options. The staff were exceptional. Jenny and Justin were very helpful anf my communication with Jenny prior to arrival was great. I was ill during our stay and they were very concerned. One staff member I met in the lift bought me hot ginger tea ☺️🙏

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Would recommend, although our room was rather small. I did see others and they did look bigger/better so maybe I should have upgraded. The breakfast was excellent and everything, including the eggs, were freshly prepared.

We were welcome by a group of passionate people working in the hotel. The location is terrific! Right in the center of old quarter with lots of bars food options available. We stayed for only one night then proceeded to with Halong bay cruise, the hotel even provided us with complimentary luggage storage despite we are staying another nearby Airbnb. Very thoughtful of them.
The only thing I dislike is their balcony. Very small mini balcony. Maybe it’s the building design which can’t be help.

A beautiful, newly built hotel that is very central to all the tourist attractions.

A hotel with all the comforts needed during a vacation. A varied and delicious breakfast. Meets everyone's needs. Friendly and smiling staff with a desire to help with any question or problem. And most importantly, the location! In the middle of the old city. Within walking distance of everywhere. I really enjoyed it, and I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to Hanoi again. In short: an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional and very welcoming. Even from the very start, Ms. Rory, our receptionist, entertained us right away, explaining the different amenities of the hotel and the best places to visit in the Old Quarter in Ha Noi. All of this was very useful and insightful in guiding us to have the best experience during our limited stay. Moreover, the receptionists were also very accommodating in serving us food and being available even though we had an early checkout of 4:00 AM. Fantastic location, very spacious room and powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and peaceful at night despite being right in the action thanks to well insulated windows. Friendly staff and good breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption sind absolute Spitzenklasse. Die Managerin ist die Beste, so freundlich, so hilfsbereit, wir wären gerne noch eine Nacht geblieben. Wir haben sehr viele gute Antworten und Anregungen erhalten. Hotel sehr zentral in der Altstadt, gute Lage.

The location is perfect, it's in Old Quarter, it's near everything - cafes, local food stalls, restaurants, beer street, literally everything! There are some attractions on the other side of the lake where you'd think is far but it's very walkable from the hotel. I wasn't able to get breakfast but my friend had it and he said it was delicious and so many choices. I thought the room would be a little bigger but not an issue, it was still spacious enough for the two of us. Everything is clean. Comfortable beds, sheets are thick. They even had a welcome snack and drinks for us. We had a balcony, sadly it's facing another building but it's okay. The bathroom, for me, is the best. It's big and has the basic toiletries. Staff was the best. All very nice and accommodating. They will help you with anything. Overall we had a very nice stay. Will definitely book here again if ever I come back and would recommend to friends. :)

The room was spacious, very clean, and with a comfortable bed and small sofa to sit and lounge on. There's a kettle for tea or coffee and two small bottles of water which they replaced every day which was very generous. In addition there's a filtered water cooler and which one can fill the bottles and reduce plastic waste.
The shower itself was wonderful such a great relief to walk into a large size shower with great control of water heat. After walking around all day in Hanoi a great shower is one of the best things to have. Breakfast was generous with very good coffee catering for both Western and Vietnamese dish requirements. They managed our lactose intolerance very well just beware to ask for special bread because most bread in Vietnam contains butter.
The hotel is located very close to the beer alley and where all the partying on weekends occurs, however the noise level was very mild during the weekend and stopped completely at 1:00 a.m. so we had an excellent night's rest. Such a central hotel is a great bonus.

A wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, in the heart of Hanoi yet we weren't bothered by noise at all, exceptional staff. Can't fault it. Would thoroughly recommend.

- The staffs are really friendly and helpful (especially Wendy, she helps me a lot)

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to numerous amenities, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay very enjoyable

Albergo di livello superiore rispetto alla maggior parte delle strutture dell’Old Quarter di Hanoi.
Bella struttura moderna, camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima, bel bagno e soprattutto, pur trovandosi in pieno Old Quarter, molto tranquilla. Non abbiamo per nulla sofferto i rumori che normalmente provengono dalla strada a tutte le ore.
Colazione fantastica, per tutti i gusti, molto varia sia continentale che vietnamita più opzioni a la carte di qualsiasi genere.
Personale super gentile e disponibile, pronti ad aiutarti e venirti incontro per qualsiasi esigenza.
Non posso che consigliare questo hotel, pagate qualcosina in più ma ricevete tanto in più.

I don't know where to start. But long story short this is the place to stay when you come to Hanoi. Fabulous hotel, amazing staff. Special thanks to them, they made our stay memorable, especially Justin who went above and beyond.
Small tip, book your tours with the hotel directly, they deal with professional company tours and worth every penny you will pay

Lovely hotel, perfect location right in the centre of Old Quarter. The ladies on reception especially Rachel and 2 others were so helpful, along with the door staff always opening the door and welcoming us. Room was clean and a perfect size for 2 of us. Would definitely stay again!

Nice big bedroom which was clean and very welcoming staff throughout our stay. If you want to be in the heart of the old quarter, this is a great place and good value for money - the road outside is busy but not as manic as the others nearby. There is some noise from outside street and inside corridor but with the AC on and earplugs we slept fine!
The bathroom was a bit dated and breakfast was not necessarily to our taste.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr belebt und trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück war vielveltig und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr Freundlich. Nur die Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer können einbischen mehr sein. Trotzdem kamen wir in den 5 Tage gut zu recht.

Location was amazing. Really easy to walk to lake, night market, food and massages. Room was smaller than others on our trip but to be expected in a large city. Room comfy and clean. Staff extremely helpful. Welcome drinks!!! Breakfast had both a buffet and menu option.

ウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスもよく、スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。

Great location in the old town, we were able to get around on foot. The staff were amazing, so friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our room was beautiful and the perfect size for two people. Would most definitely stay again!

The service at Allure Hotel is second to none. Their level of professionalism coupled with kindness made me feel like a member of the family. A special shout out to Jenny and Justin, who were just phenomenal at the front desk. My room was gorgeous (stayed in the same room 4 times over 5 weeks)! Great water pressure in the shower, yummy sweets left on a tray on the bed every time, spotless everything, and everyone on staff smiles like they mean it!

Poprosiliśmy o cichy pokój i taki dostaliśmy. I to mimo że hotel znajduje się w samym sercu tętniącego życiem starego miasta. Pokój był duży i bardzo ładny. Łóżka wygodne. Obsługa była uprzejma i miła.

They called up last minute and informed that we will be transferred to a different hotel as a bathroom of a room was not functioning. Bit strange but we agreed as there was no time to engage in more conversation as the flight was about to take off.

We stayed four nights at this charming boutique hotel. It is located within the Old Quarter which seemed at first more frenetic than charming but the Allure Hotel was a peaceful oasis and the quarter became more manageable with passing days. The breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more delightful or attentive. An excellent stay! A special thank you to Sam and Wendy at Reception for going above and beyond in helping me with another hotel's reservation and to Lan at the breakfast buffet for welcoming us each morning with a smile and teaching me my first words in Vietnamese!

The property was very clean and one of the best locations to stay in Hanoi! It was quiet at night to sleep well! The staff and front desk were also very accommodating and friendly! They even have a travel consultant for last minute trip planning. The breakfast there was also very nice that was buffet style and starts 630am before your morning travel starts for adventures. When visiting Hanoi I will always plan to come back to stay here!

Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind i lobbyen. Bell captain, receptionister og andet staff var generelt meget hjælpsomme. Særligt den herre der tjekkede os ind var usædvanligt serviceminded og hjælpsom. Vi fik desværre ikke hans navn.
Han gav en hurtig briefing om området og et ark papir med nyttige information relevant for turister.
Meget rent på værelset.
Vi var glade for kaffe/te på værelset og flaskevand til fri afbenyttelse. Vandflaskerne kunne opfyldes med filtreret vand i lobbyen hvilket er et fint miljømæssigt tiltag.
Morgenmaden var ok. Omeletterne som kom på bestilling smagte dejligt. Og det samme gjorde Pho Bo.
Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide. Vi kunne have ønsket os at morgenbuffet’en var lidt mere frisk. Hvis vi kom ned blot en time efter åbning, så vippede enderne på både ost og pølse fordi maden ikke var dækket/under låg. Lækre omeletter på bestilling. Morgentjeneren Emily var lidt for nærgående og til tider indiskret i din facon. Men meget sød og serviceminded.
Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide. Vi kunne have ønsket os at morgenbuffet’en var lidt mere frisk. Hvis vi kom ned blot en time efter åbning, så vippede enderne på både ost og pølse fordi maden ikke var dækket/under låg. Lækre omeletter på bestilling. Morgentjeneren Emily var lidt for nærgående og til tider indiskret i din facon. Men meget sød og serviceminded.

Heerlijk hotel, midden in the old town. Dicht bij het meer, 5 min lopen, volop restaurants in de straat/buurt. Je kunt heerlijk shoppen in deze buurt. Ontbijt is zeer smakelijk en uitgebreid. De receptie en bediening is enorm goed!!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt en fijne bedden.
Wij vonden het in verhouding vrij duur voor Vietnamese begrippen! We hadden deze geboekt om laatste 2 nachten even wat chiquer te eindigen, maar we hadden wel iets meer verwacht. Tikkie vergane glorie. Locatie is leuk in het centrum, midden tussen de restaurantjes en barretjes maar daardoor wel vrij gehorig! Zeker in het weekend hoorde je de muziek best hard in de kamer (wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant).

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location in the old quarter in Hà Nội. Bed was huge and very comfortable. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. Special thank you for Justin who assisted us with check in and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. Would recommend to everyone to stay here to visit Hà Nội!

Hotel is clean and located in a convenient place without the noise from the beer street. A big shoutout to the hotel reception staff especially Wendy who is very helpful.
Breakfast menu can be better but still ok. Only 1 thing I am unhappy about is the airport transfer. The driver drop us at the domestic airport instead of the international airport terminal. We have to transfer to the international airport upon entering the terminal. This will cause a lot of issues if we have a lot of luggage. We clearly state we are going to the international airport when booking.

Zeer behulpzaam, lief, enthousiast personeel !
Hele comfortabele bedden (niet te hard!), airco werkt prima, goede douche/bad.
Het ontbijt is heerlijk, keuze te over. De ligging is super centraal, binnen 5 min bij het meer, midden in the old town, overal restaurants en eethuisjes, volop van alles te koop voor weinig.
De receptie helpt je met alles en ze zijn oprecht geïnteresseerd.
Wij komen hier zeker terug en als het kon zou ik ze een 10+ geven.
P.s. de dame die het ontbijt serveert is zo leuk🥰.

I loved the location, the receptionist were super friendly and helpful. Me and my wife felt very welcomed since the moment we arrived. The breakfast has so much variety and our room was comfy and cozy.

Location is great, staff and reception are incredibly friendly, room super spacious, breakfast extremely good and various
Aircon was not working during our stay, not a big issue as temperature and climate was good in that period. We didn’t raise it during our stay, only at the end so we didn’t give the chance to the property to fix it, so not a big issue

A great choice - the hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter and is steps away from a wide array of charming cafés, local restaurants, lively bars, soothing spas, quaint stores, and bustling markets. There was so much to see and do! Our room was also spacious and very comfortable. Apart from that, the hotel staff is genuinely warm and attentive - we fondly remember Wendy, Jenny, and Lanh. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Hanoi!

The hotel is boutique style, situated in a great location for walking the streets... and staffed with a happy, helpful team. Breakfast was great. In the tick of the city but quiet once inside - a perfect spot for exploring the city. Overall great value for money.

The staff is the real jewel of this accommodation. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Although everything is dated, this boutique hotel has charm and a good location. Breakfast in the morning was satisfying. The young woman who works the buffet and takes a la carte orders is equivalent to the sunshine in the morning. She is a reason to come back.
The bathroom was too small with poor lighting. It is what it is but upgrading the bathroom lighting would be two thumbs up

The location is fabulous, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Special mention for Wendy, Jenny and the young lady serving breakfast (Sorry, didn't catch her name).

We loved Jenny hotel manager and her staff. They watched out for us daily and focused on details necessary to insure our experience was going well and meet key hospitality standards. Jenny and I did a lot of planning prior to our arrival for our stay there. If you can engage them early.
The night we arrived the street to the hotel was closed due to the weekly 3 day street festival. The roads are closed to cars and only motorbikes and pedestrians allowed. We had to jump out of the taxi and follow the hotel bell hop to the hotel dogging motor bikes and cars. This was a key miss in the planning which I gave feedback to Jenny about

場所が便利。騒がしいエリアではあるが、ドアマンがいるので安心感がある。またスタッフがグラブタクシーやレストランの紹介など丁寧に手配してくれるのも高評価！朝食会場はこぢんまりはしているがプライベート感があり気にいった。ビュッフェ以外にもアラカルトで卵料理やフォーなども頼めて素晴らしい。
