Very convenient to stay in, about 30 minutes walk from shopping malls. Hospitality and property are exceptionally perfect. They also upgraded my rooms to enhance our stay there. Kudos

Clean room, very friendly staffs, in particular the guy Jake Boi and the front desk Chinese ( very fruent) young lady, also the staffs at the coffee house are very attentive

Хороший отель за свои деньги, персонал приветливый и помогают всегда, номера супер, кровати удобные, уборка хорошая. Бассейн хороший.
Завтрак, выбор хороший - но еда безвкусная ,бывала в отелях в Бангкоке проще- завтрак лучше. Запах сырости в номерах, поменяла 1 номер, стало меньше , но все равно присутствует.

The location was perfect and not to mention how lovely the staff was! They were available all around the clock and would tend to us when we needed. Hotel was clean and had all the amenities you’d need, service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade as well, which made the stay even better. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back x

The building was very quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness was top notch, things that broke were addressed and fixed immediately. Facilities were very well maintained.
As soon as you step out of the hotel, it was noisy and chaotic but it was not any fault of the hotel. That's just how it is at Nha Trang Beach.

Спасибо отелю Mercure за наш прекрасный отдых в Нячанге. Персонал на высшем уровне, начиная от ресепшн, заканчивая клинингом. При заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Жили в семейном люксе 1901 втечение 10 дней. В номере гладильная доска, утюг, сейф (правда закрывается картой, нет пин-кода). Убирались отлично, полотенца, постельное меняли регулярно. Расположение отеля идеальное - чуть дальше от центрального пляжа, где очень много людей. Наш пляж гораздо приятнее, чище и меньше волн. Выходишь из отеля - 100 метров и ты у моря.
Отдельная благодарность швейцару. Ежедневно перед нами открывались двери с искренней приветливой улыбкой, что всегда поднимало настроение. Завтраки не совсем привычные, много местной кухни, но в целом голодными не ходили. Привыкла есть супы на завтрак, потому что они здесь очень вкусные. Булочки, круассаны всегда свежие, кофе вкусный. Возможно не хватило привычных каш или йогуртов в упаковке, блинчиков, запеканки или сырников. Но этого во Вьетнаме не логично ожидать. Поэтому, ставлю 10 из 10.
Не было такого. Ну разве что, персонал не говорит по-русски. Однако, находили общий язык через переводчик или на простом английском. В целом, особых проблем в этом не вижу.

I liked the speed of the elevators, the location, the views, the professional, helpful and friendly staff, the rooms, the quality of the room cleaning, the buffet breakfast.

Staff were amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had a fantastic view of the beach. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread and was well maintained

Со мной это случилось сегодня: когда я вышла на улицу, я упала на лестнице у входа — там было очень скользко из-за дождя. Я вернулась на ресепшен, объяснила, что упала и явно прихрамываю, а в ответ услышала лишь: «I’m sorry» и больше ничего. Такое халатное отношение оттолкнуло меня, и я больше не собираюсь останавливаться в этом отеле. Ещё меня удивило, что при заезде меня заставили сразу ставить очень высокие оценки этому месту. Старый отзыв я удалила и написала новый . Так как случилась , вот такая неприятная история

Просторный и чистый двухкомнатный сьют. Очень удобно для семьи из четырёх человек. Хороший завтрак. Вежливый персонал. Отличное расположение.
Хотелось бы более поздних вечерних часов работы спа и бассейна, из-за чего не получилось там побывать и оценить.

Newer rooms and amenities,staff,location across road from beach.
Little bar at reception wasnt well attended but reception sorted quickly. Prefer an outdoor pool. But knew it was indoor before checking in.

Прекрасный камерный отель без толпы туристов из РФ и Китая. Виды из окна завораживают. Персонал отзывчивый и старается решить любую поставленную задачу.
Единственным неприятным моментом был шампунь в номере. Сразу после его использования на лице появилось сильное раздражение.

Хороше розташування. Уважний персонал. Чисто. На букінгу був запропонований абгрейд номеру і це було приємно!
Коли було не було вегетаріанських страв на сніданок, самі запропонували приготувати рис з овочами! Дякую за увагу!

Très belle chambre, la literie est confortable. Les draps,les serviettes sont propres et de bonnes qualités. J’ai apprécié les bouteilles d’eau en verre ainsi que la coiffeuse qui est jolie et utile. La télé est de bonne taille, c’est agréable à regarder quand le temps ne nous permet pas de sortir. Les personnels sont gentils et agréables.
Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas variés. On mange toujours la même chose et il n’y a de choix pour les jus de fruits frais. Les fenêtres mal isolées

Great location to explore the beach and famous spots in Nha Trang. The receptionist, Ms. Kieu, welcomed us warmly and helped us find transportation and a lovely room with a nice view for my birthday vacation. The security guard and the pool lifeguard were both super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious — I especially loved the sticky rice and Pho Bo! Had a great time here with my best friends. Thanks to the Mercure team for making our stay so enjoyable!
There was a bit of noise around the area, but since it’s a tourist city on the weekend, I don’t think that’s the hotel’s fault. I really liked the location — it felt super safe and much calmer compared to other hotels. I actually enjoyed that a lot!

The hotel is newly renovated and very modern, comfortable and many facilities I like especially the pool on 21st. Floor. The breakfast has a wide selection and good quality. it is close to a lot of nice restaurants nearby and convenience shops. The beach is in front of the hotel across the street. Everything is very convenient and the staff is always very friendly and very helpful. The service here is excellent!
It was a little noisy at night from the music from across the street but it was also good fun. It’s really ok.

Хороший просторный номер, удобные матрасы и подушки, уборка ежедневно, отличный вид на море, отзывчивый персонал.

Понравилось расположение отеля, чистота в номере, новое чистое белье и полотенца, тихо и опрятно. Очень хорошие завтраки и отличный кофе!
Персонал отеля абсолютно не лояльный, им буквально пофиг на своих постояльцев, они не выполнили ни одну из просьб и даже будто издевались надо мной когда я сказала о том что в душе нет горячей воды. В отеле еле теплая вода, после дождливого дня на байке очень хотелось отогреть ноги, но увы этого не получилось сделать, девушка на ресепшене усмехнулась сказав что это не у них проблемы, а у меня с восприятием температуры воды, что такая теплая вода и есть горячая во Вьетнаме, хотя в других отелях была горячая вода и никто этому не удивлялся.

Ks yêu cầu thẻ tín dụng thanh toán phải đúng tên với khách ở. Mình đã thanh toán online bằng thẻ , nhg khi check in còn yêu cầu cung cấp thẻ để đối chiếu. Điều này phiền phức và gây ko thoải mái

Perfect location, overviewing Nha Trang beach which looks wow. The rooms have an amazing design and attention to detaul for this money. We couldnt believe how great the seaview room looked for only 75€ a night. The hotel looks bright new or recently renovated. All you need if you are the type that walks around a lot and does not want to stay at a resort. Close to all good restaurants and cafes of Nha trang, as well as to the beach. Variety of dishes for breakfast, including a nice Viet coffee station. The pool and spa looked great but we did not have time to test them since we were always out in Nha trang.
Gets a bit noisy during the night; nowhere to dry your clothes (the rooms have no balcony, just a sort of French balcony and we improvised there to hang our towels).

Great location newly open clean hotel. If you are looking for smaller hotel and more relax place for individual travellers, this is a great choice. We had a wonderful time, make sure you get the sea front room to take full advantage of this place

Room was beautiful and views of the beach and city were gorgeous. Staff were great. Really thoughtful and kid. Loved the pool. Indoors but it is huge by hotel standards. So great for exercise. Gym good too.

Zodra we binnenkwamen zagen we dat er overal op de muur babylarven waren, allemaal nog in hun cocoon. Ik snap niet hoe dit is kunnen gebeuren. We vroegen om een nieuwe kamer maar kregen dit niet. De badkamer was niet hygiënisch. Er waren roestvlekken en schimmelvlekken in de badkamer. Het douchen was niet aangenaam hierdoor. Het ontbijt was smakeloos en echt het geld niet waard. We hadden liever ergens anders ontbeten.

It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the beach. My room was clean and the bathroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

номер чистый, уютный, вид с окна потрясающий. рядом столько всего, и кафе, и магазины, и торговый центр, и фрукты продают рядом, до пляжа только перейти дорогу. 100% рекомендую

Я останавливался в отеле на 3 ночи во время моего пребывания в Нячанге. Это прямо через дорогу от пляжа, так что было много купаний. Здесь много номеров, которые чистые, удобные и имеют все удобства. Завтрак рассчитан на всех, включая жареного крокодила. Это было жевательно! Будучи большим отелем, завтрак был похож на большой регбийный скряга, и я должен был положить свой телефон на стол, чтобы никто больше не взял его. Персонал был доброжелательным и полезным.

Very good hotel, very good personal. Excellent location too. I have already left a Review about this hotel earlier, because we liked everything and we extended our stay for 2 weeks again. Clean rooms and a very tasty breakfast. We had a comfortable Holiday here. I recomemmend this hotel and hope to come back.

Wir haben dieses Hotel erst für eine Woche gebucht, aber dann hat uns Alles so gefallen, dass wir ein anderes Hotel storniert haben und 2 weitere Wochen geblieben sind. Für fast alle Touristen in Vietnam ist ein Überqueren der Straße, wegen des Verkehrs, ein gewaltiges Problem. Dieses Hotel steht jedoch so gut , dass man die Straße gut überqueren kann; das Meer ist sehr nah; ein schöner Park ist fast vor der Tür und zum Zentrum ist es ein 10-minütiger Fußweg, Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und täglich werden Kaffee , Wasser und Tee neu aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und sehr lecker. Wir wollen uns beim Manager und dem Personal von der Rezeption sehr bedanken, dass wir, ohne Zuzahlung, sogar ein noch besseres Zimmer bekommen haben.

Мне понравилась комната, уютная и с красивым видом на океан (был 10 этаж). Уборка была каждый день, меняют постельное белье по запросу. Завтрак очень разнообразный, каждый день какие-то позиции новые, и было очень вкусно! Благодарю работников на ресепшене! Знают английский, поэтому легко было выстраивать коммуникацию и всегда быстро во всём помогали разобраться! Мы с мамой остались очень довольны отдыхом здесь.
Практически не было того, что не понравилось! Немного плесень в ванной, порванные шторы и практически негде было сушить одежду.

Пляж через дорогу, очень красивый вид из окна. Отель выглядит довольно солидно. Удобная кровать. Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене.
Очень шумно от дороги, пришлось переехать в номер без балкона, хотя во втором номере над нами был бассейн и иногда было слышно, что там происходит. Спа зона не работает. Тренажёрный зал маленький и там нет кондиционера, на полу грязь. В номере убирались каждый день, но не очень качественно, иногда оставалась пыль и грязный пол. Завтраки до 09.30, выбор не очень большой, не хватает молочных продуктов и каши, кофе невкусный.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful ! It was the best hotel for me during my travelling in Vietnam. A wonderful swimmingpool and whirlpool at the highest flloor. The breakfast was plenty and in combination with the continental breakfast for me perfect ! Thank you for all !!

Ужасный отель. Плохой выбор на шведском столе Монотонный завтрак, три фруктовые подборки, заваренные пакетики чая, вьетнамский кофе в кофеварке. Ни чай, ни кофе не нагреваются. Подавать жареные яйца с скорлупой. Твердое и вонючее мясо, которое нельзя есть. Один сыр на выбор, две вонючие сосиски. Но хлеба много: просто рулеты без начинки. Нет никаких десертов. Три типа печенья на выбор. Было очень грязно: на полу были остатки еды, на шторах и скатертях - пятна.
Мы заселились в номер 1009 10 июля и с тех пор живем здесь. Так, телевизор забрызган лосьоном, нет сушилки для купания, шторы и тулья пропитаны пылью, грязью и пятнами, туалет воняет мочой. Окна закрываются неплотно, именно поэтому в помещении очень сильный шум и днем, и ночью. Очень медленный Wi-Fi. Вообще, я не советую выбирать этот отель

Elegant hotel close to the beach, ideal for beach holidays. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thinh was very helpful at all times.
The hotel staff is very engaged but could not help us with booking the next bus (contrary to previous texted about). The rooms with sea view are beautiful but bring along some noise from the beach.

커녁트룸으로 변경 요청했는데 당일 요청에도 응해주려고 애써주어서 감사했어요.
위치가 좋아서 주변 둘러보며 산책하기 좋았습니다.
바로 해변 앞에 한국분이 하시는 청담레스토랑도 좋았어요.

Wir sind nach einer langen Busreise schon um 8 Uhr angereist und dürfen dann um 10 Uhr schon einchecken. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem und kuschelig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Das Frühstück ist gut und es gibt hauptsächlich warmes asiatisches Essen
Die Rollos in der Dusche könnten ausgetauscht werden, da sie schimmelig sind und als Verbesserungsvorschlag sollten die Rollos außen angebracht werden, dann kann es nicht passieren, dass sie nass werden und schimmeln.

Соотношение цены и качества действительно на высоком уровне. Достаточно уютно, а вид на море в номере восхитительный. Душ закрытого типа, что большой плюс для отелей Юго-Восточной Азии. Убирались каждый день, но не всегда хорошо - кое-где оставались волосы и пыль. Отель расположен напротив пляжа, который по нашему мнению самый лучший среди всей пляжной линии Нячанга. На нём в разы меньше местных, чем на других.
Из минусов:
1. Отсутствуют свои лежаки с зонтиками. Приходилось арендовать в K.House и Лузиане. Два лежака с зонтами стоили в апреле 2024 года 100 тыс. донгов за целый день (мы торговались).
2. Из-за огромного количества приезжих китайцев и других азиатов ресторан на завтраке заполнен под завязку. Поскольку у них культурный уровень в разы хуже, чем у европейцев (чихают и кашляют не прикрывая рот, харкаются за столом и т.д.), то местами было неприятно.
3. При выезде из номера нам выставили счёт за то, что мы не потребляли (за колу и за бутылку воды). Это было связано с тем, что при заезде нам быстро готовили номер и забыли после прошлых людей доложить бар, а мы не проверили на соответствие содержимого бара и листа бара. ПОЭТОМУ ПРИ ЗАЕЗДЕ ПРОВЕРЯЙТЕ ТО, ЧТО У ВАС ЕСТЬ В БАРЕ И ТО, ЧТО УКАЗАНО В ЛИСТЕ БАРА.

Мы бронировали этот отель на 4 дня, далее должны были заселиться в другой, но он нам так понравился, что решили продлить проживание ☺️ Правда в одном номере на весь срок остановиться нельзя было, поэтому мы путешествовали с этажа на этаж.
Это один из самых красивых отелей на первой линии.

Tout était parfait sauf le petit déjeuner avec un café infect pour moi trop graines brûlées donc un goût de vanille. Pour une française ce n était pas bon .manque divers pains complets. Pas assez de fruits.

the staff were super friendly and welcoming, providing us all the needed information about the facilities of the hotel.
Got me a room with excellent view although balcony is quite tiny. Room is slightly small but perfect for 2 with wifi.
Location right next to restaurants and marts.
Very comfy bed, air-cond was cold.
The cleanliness is top notch. Room cleaning was done everyday.
Lifts were working properly and we got a bike to rent at the same hotel (ride 1st pay later)
Breakfast is worth it mostly Vietnamese style cooking. Coffee was good, lotsa fruits

Super Hotel, sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Preis/Leistung wirklich hervorragend, ich war im MerPerle sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

The room was very comfortable and we had the most amazing sea view! Location was great too.
All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice - different on both mornings of our stay.
There was lots of mildew/mould around the bottom of the shower and the toilet seat was loose. Also, the reception on the TV was poor. The corridors and lift were not air conditioned and so were warm, stuffy and smelled like cabbage!

The hotel is well located across the road from the well maintained beach and gardens and reasonably close to great restaurants and cafes. The view from the room was outstanding of the bay and islands. The room was very clean and had good beds, facilities and bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us with questions about Nha Trang and the hotel. They provided towels for us to use at the beach. The breakfast buffet was huge and there were many choices of food to eat. The pool and spa were excellent as well. Good value for money.

С верхних этажей очень красивый вид и не мешает шум улицы. Бесшумный кондиционер, удобный матрас, шикарное постельное белье. Очень много блюд на завтраке, но скорее вьетнамской кухни, фрукты, овощи. Сотрудники отеля помогли заказать экскурсию на острова. Спасибо!

Fabulous Experience. The MerPerle exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Hotel is very new and quite lavish, situated right on the main beach road. I'd made some changes on Booking a few times with the chat feature, and advised staff of our late check-in (we didn't arrive until 11PM) and the hotel stayed in constant communication via the app with a quick response time. At Midnight after arrival I needed to add another room to our booking as we hadn't allowed enough space, and the staff came straight up in person to show me an additional room right next door and secured it for us, amazing service. Our Suite was outstanding, near the top of the building with multiple windows granting a stunning view of the ocean and the city, with a bright white interior reflecting the light. Large smart tv's, couches, chairs, and plenty of space. Lighting was controlled from a digital master panel near the bed, very cool. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for walking to the beach or into the city. The pool is indoor rather than the more common outdoor rooftop style, but it was fabulous as well situated as it is in a beautiful light filled room with high ceilings at the top of the building. Check out was quick and easy with fruit juice provided. A fantastic experience all-round.

Отель искала через приложение booking.com, выбирали с дочкой. Понравились близость к пляжу, центру и красивые фото. В реальности отель соответствует фотографиям. Заселились быстро, персонал вежливый и очень внимательный. Номер первый был смежный (мы с мужем и двое детей), вид на город и вторая комната, совсем без окна. Затем мы поменяли номер с видом на море, вид -сказочный! Номера чистые, красивые, свежо. Кондиционер работает тихо, кровати очень удобные, мягкие и комфортные. В номере убирают каждый день. Завтраки нам понравились, восточная и европейская кухня. Все было замечательно! Спасибо за отдых!

Отличное расположение прямо через дорогу от океана. Хороший завтрак (включен в стоимость номера) и вежливое обслуживание. Безупречные номера; у нас был вид на океан. Единственным недостатком был неприятный запах (как канализация), когда мы находились в лифтах отеля. В нашем номере и вестибюле этого запаха не было, и они были очень привлекательными.

Отличный, чистый, приятный отель. Были в 5 отелях (4 и 5 звезд) во Вьетнаме, по соотношению цена/качество (в 2024 году) Mer Perle, пожалуй, лучший.
Отличный баланс «азиатской» и «европейской» секции на завтраках.

The location is right across from the beach. The receptionist upgraded our room to a larger room on the top floor which was a generous move from them. The views from our corner room included both the beach and beach-side road.
The breakfast buffet ends at 9:30 AM and the staff come around at 9:25 AM telling everyone to leave, which I thought was inflexible and inconsiderate. The staff should let people who are eating their breakfast finish even if they go a little past 9:30 AM. The wifi on the top floor frequently disconnected. Loud karaoke singing could be clearly heard even on the 20th floor. The bathtub is high and difficult to step into, even for tall people. After we checked out, the receptionist asked for my review of the hotel. I told her the problem with the breakfast and wifi but she did not write anything down. Instead, she thanked me for my feedback and asked me to immediately leave a 5 star review on Google, which I declined. Hotel staff shouldn't hustle their guests for good reviews.

The reception staff is very professional and helpful. It's the second time I stay here and the level of service provided by the receptionnists has not changed - it's good and stays good.
The hotel is quite new and the lobby is big - customers can have separated areas where to chill or wait.
Beds are comfortable. Lights in the room are connected and accessible from the bed table which is convenient.
The beach accross the road is quiet and not busy during the day - it's very convenient and enjoyable.
1/ If you stay in room with city views, you may hear the noise from the night club from the street (I stayed at 16th floor and I could hear still). 2/ Cleaning staff really need to be trained more! On day 1 after check-in, I noticed they were dry instant noodles and hair on the floor as well as dust under the bed and under the furniture in the room... The room was not well cleaned. I already noticed that the first time I stayed at this hotel a few months ago: they only clean what they think is visible by guests. They don't do a proper cleaning and what is very surprising is that they is even another staff who checks the cleaning once it's done... That person also need a training! On day 2, they made my room (beds and towels only) but did not remove instant noodles and hair. How can they not see it? It's lying on the floor... On day 3, at 9.30AM, even though I turned on the light "do not disturb", a cleaning person came into my room while I was sleeping... it's very annoying and felt not comfortable. Plus, the sleeping cycle is over then, cannot return to sleep. After I left the room, I asked them specifically to clean carefully, under beds, desk, etc. and guest what? They just made the beds and replaced the towels :( It's sad to come to the conclusion that the cleaning staff is not skilled enough for that hotel standard. This is affecting the whole appreciation of the hotel although the other staff at reception are very professional. I had to go down to the reception to share my comments / complaints with them. Really annoying and not satisfied by the quality of cleaning. Too much negligence. It does not need to look clean but it has to be clean.

khách sạn nằm ngay mặt tiền đường Trần Phú, view biển xuất sắc, chỉ băng qua đường là đến bãi tắm biển công cộng sạch đẹp của thành phố Nha Trang. xung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn uống và cửa hàng tiện lợi. Khách sạn có khu hồ bơi và phòng gym trong nhà sạch đẹp. Nhân viên lịch sự và chu đáo. Phòng rất rộng rãi, đẹp, đủ tiện nghi, có internet tivi rất to trong phòng và áo choàng tắm loại tốt. Menu phục vụ ăn tại phòng có 5 thứ tiếng (Việt - Anh - Nga - Hàn - Trung quốc). Ăn sáng buffet ngon và nhiều món.

Отличный изящный отель на первой линии, вкусные и разнобразные завтраки, дружелюбный приветливый персонал, очень хороший тренажерный зал и крытый бассейн, чудесный парк через дорогу и хороший пляж. Вид из окна действительно стоит того, чтобы доплатить за номер: море, парк, остров Винперл и красивая бухта. Рядом масса ресторанов, кафе, клубов, СПА, магазинов, ночных рынков. При желании прогуляться, можно спокойно дойти пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей.

Местоположение отеля на первой береговой линии, переходишь дорогу и ты на набережной Нячанга, рядом море и городской пляж, множество кафешек и ресторанов. Прекрасный вид с балкона на море! Приятные светлые номера.
Завтраки можно улучшить. Еда вроде есть, а кушать нечего… На семью клали 1 шампунь и 1 гель для душа, даже после просьбы увеличить количество !

The room was really nice, very clean. The staff were very attentive to any needs we had. The pool was great*, with an optional jacuzzi. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the waiting staff were very officiant. Genuinely would defo go again. It was lovely.
*The only criticism I have is that the pool steps (to get in and out) were a little too high for me (I'm 5'7") and felt I had to be 6½ foot to reach down to the next step.

Svømmebassenget var innendørs og det var ikke eget strandområde eller strandhåndklær. De kunne med fordel laget frokosten litt mer kontinental for oss europeere. Krokodillewok er spennende, men tror man kommer lenger med croissanter, ferskt brød og pannekaker. Og så bør man fylle på frokost når det går tomt. Kjipt å komme en halvtime før stengetid og så er det tomt for frukt, juice og andre ting.

Während Wochen auf eigene Faust durch Vietnam und dann diese Gegend: Ein Kulturschock… Aber dafür kann das mondäne Haus gar nichts dafür. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The bedrooms were really confortable. The localization is really good. The early check-in was also nice. Also the price.
We arrived at 8am to the hotel and we could only do the early check-in at 10am, so we paid to have the breakfast. Maybe it was because not being guests at the time but the lady who received us at the restaurante was super rude. Staff cannot speak English. This turns everything extra hard. We had to use Google translate all the time to communicate and this is really annoying. If the staff can not communicate in English maybe it would be good to write it in the hotel description so people dont get surprised when getting to the hotel. Finally, I know it is currently winter on Vietname, but there's no point in having 3 people at the reception the whole day doing nothing, and no one working at the pool. There were no towels and the pool and I dont think its fair guests have to come down to floor 1 to ask for this..

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and new, across the ocean. Facilities are clean and spotless. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. We had an oceanfront balcony.

Здание красивое , расположение близкое к пляжу, персонал очень отзывчивый
Завтраки не очень разнообразные, ресторан маленький, кровать в 1м номере была очень узкой, пришлось попросить замену номера.

Chambres très confortables, bien équipées, très propres. La situation en face de la mer exceptionnelle.
Le room service annoncé n’existait pas et il était difficile de communiquer avec le personnel en anglais, même si ce dernier était extrêmement serviable et attentif. Un autre point, le manque d’isolement acoustique depuis l’extérieur, le bruit de la route et la musique des bars sont très présents.

Schöne Sicht auf einen ruhigen Teil des Strandes.
Insgesamt ein angenehmes, gepflegtes Ambiente.
Der Poolbereich hat ruhige, gut belüftete Ecken, so dass man auch mal am Computer arbeiten kann

The entrance was very welcoming. The room decor was nice. We arrived early due to a flight change and they allowed us an early check in which was lovely. They also moved us to a room with a beach view (but I’d advise against staying on that side as it’s very noisy at night). The hotel also gave us a discount voucher to use at the i resort mineral pools which we appreciated.
The breakfast buffet needed to have more vegetarian options as we struggled to find foods to eat - they could have made the salads without meat or put it on the side to add if you wish. Pretty much all of the hot meals contained meat or fish. No alternative milk options (we bought our own to bfast to use) The rooms facing the road were very noisy and on Friday night it sounded like the band playing across the road was in our room. The bathroom had glass walls, and there was a blind IN the shower which showed mould from the other side. We booked this hotel because of the gym and pool but the pool was freezing cold and there was a treadmill in a space that they called the gym - no free weights. On our last day a huge huge group of Koreans checked in and they all went to the beach and came back in to the hotel dripping wet and sandy and they flooded the lobby floors and lifts - no towels and the staff didnt do anything about it - we almost slipped over walking to the lift (and waiting as they all pushed past us).

У нас было продленное пребывание на 8 часов, так как наш поезд отправляется в полночь.
Стоимость всего 400 тыс. донгов/номер/8 часов.
Они помогут вам перевезти багаж в новую комнату, так как вы все еще можете отправиться в однодневную поездку.

Great Location, pleasant facilities and lovely staff. Helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall a nice and comfortable place to base yourself whilst in Nha Trang.

Отличное расположение. Много закусочных вокруг. Рядом с пляжем и парком. Вид с балкона на море потрясающий.

Персонал и обслуживание были исключительными и 5-звездочными. . Номер был чистым и удобным, с прекрасным видом.
Завтрак можно было бы немного улучшить, так как ему не хватало западных блюд. Нет полотенец у бассейна.
Остановимся здесь снова во время нашей следующей поездки в Нячанг.

Красивый новый отель. Хорошее месторасположение. Номер был с шикарным видом на море. Удобно добираться в любую точку города. Приветливый респшен.
Но из минусов: уборка не тщательная. На столе оставались какие-то разводы. Полотенца были с пятнами
Завтрак: ассортимент такой как на обед. Для вегетарианца нечего выбрать. Нет йогуртов, сыра, выпечки (один и тот же кекс ежедневно только был)

Хороший отель с дружелюбным персоналом.
Я останавливался в этом отеле на 4 дня с моей дочерью. Мы никогда не чувствовали себя одинокими из-за дружелюбного персонала, который всегда был готов к разговору и помогал порекомендовать хорошие туры, достопримечательности и места, где можно поесть.
В комнате было красиво и чисто! Завтрак был таким вкусным. Большое спасибо из Ханоя, Вьетнам, за прекрасный отдых.

Мы приехали очень поздно, в полночь, но регистрация прошла очень гладко, а ночной дежурный персонал был очень приветлив, включая администратора и посыльного.
Многие онлайн-отзывы положительно отзывались об этом отеле, его высококачественном обслуживании и очень любезном персонале, и мы нашли их действительно заслуживающими доверия.
Каждая просьба выполнялась с большой заботой и преданностью, и те, кого мы встречали, очень помогали и поддерживали.
Атмосфера в отеле была уютной, номер просторный, а оборудование работало в порядке, что делало его намного комфортнее.
Мы останавливались на 2 ночи и чувствовали себя как дома, будучи тесно связаны.
Если у нас есть план на будущее, мы обязательно скоро вернемся

MerPerle утверждает, что это 4-звездочный отель, но я скажу вам прямо, что их услуги для своих клиентов лучше, чем в большинстве 5-звездочных отелей, в которых я останавливался. Со мной обращались как с VIP каждый день, когда я останавливался там. Оперативные ответы на любые вопросы и просьбы. Идеальное расположение. Мне удалось встретиться с прекрасным генеральным директором и немного поболтать, и я могу сказать, что они действительно заботятся об удовлетворенности своих клиентов. Один крошечный минус в том, что во время моего 4-дневного пребывания в этом отеле был 1 день, когда на завтрак был ограниченный выбор. Это вполне понятно, так как сейчас не сезон. Плюсы все же перевешивают минусы.

Обслуживание было потрясающим. Поддержка со стороны персонала была лучшей, которую я знаю. Поведение персонала и особенно г-жи Хуонг было очень ровным, услужливым, вежливым и поддерживающим.

Мы с другом останавливались в отеле Merperle в Нячанге на одну ночь. Путешествия почти прекратились, так как наступили времена COVID, но отель все еще был полностью укомплектован персоналом и готов к нашему пребыванию. Нас тепло встретили, сразу же поселили в лучший номер и сообщили, что мы можем обратиться за помощью в любое время. Предоставленный завтрак был огромным из пяти блюд, а официантка была доброй и услужливой. Администратор посвятил целых 20 минут, чтобы помочь нам спланировать наши следующие планы поездок, и вынес наши сумки из отеля в конце нашего пребывания. Очень рекомендую остановиться здесь.

Худший отель когда-либо останавливался. Не приходи сюда. По крайней мере, проверьте номер перед оплатой
Кошмар по высокой цене. Я предпочитаю оставаться в центре свободы, дешевле, немного старше, но лучше в номере и лучше завтрак.
Здесь мне дают омлет, похожий на какашку. Лучше спроси меня, у них его нет, пожалуйста.
Никогда не вернусь. Это полностью испортило мою поездку

Это отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в центре и рядом с пляжем. Номер очень чистый, со всеми новыми удобствами. Персонал очень позаботился о нас. Они действительно старались изо всех сил, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома и расслабились. Я искренне ценю их усилия, особенно в это тяжелое время пандемии Covid 19. В целом мы хорошо провели время и всем очень рекомендую этот отель.

У нас были прекрасные дни в Merperle Beach Hotel. Идеальное расположение, дорога до пляжа занимает всего 1 минуту, хорошее оборудование в номере, я путешествовал с другом, и у нас был очень запоминающийся и ценный момент в этом отеле. А бассейн - одна из лучших на 21 этаже. И особенно, я хочу сказать спасибо вам и его команде, администратор был очень приятным, они всегда улыбались, когда видят гостей, таких профессиональных. Я действительно рекомендую этот отель для тех, кто путешествует с друзьями, семьей или путешествует в паре.

Мы посетили отель после того, как он был просто открыт. Сотрудники были очень дружелюбны и полезны, заставляя нас чувствовать себя тепло приветствовали. Номер был красивым и красиво оформленным, и завтрак был отличным и вкусным во множестве.

Уютные, чистые номера. Отель открыт совсем недавно, поэтому чистота идеальная везде: в номерах, в холле. Очень отзывчивый персонал, особое внимание гостям уделяют менеджеры по имени Thai, который немного говорит по русски, и Trinh. Фото, к сожалению, нет, только видео, Которое невозможно выложить здесь.
