立地は良かった。
アメニティーが揃ってる。
金庫はあるが、電池が入っていなかったので動かなかった。 エクスチェンジができるとサービスにかいてあるが、できなかった。

Sin duda lo mejor del hotel es si ubicación queda cerca de todo el centro, realizan el aseo de la habitación todos los dias
Se supone que el hotel tenía un rooftop café que funcionaba hasta las 10 pm, sin embargo cuando preguntamos por el nos dijeron que no estaba abierto que era solo hasta las 6pm, y lo otro es que hubo un día que el aire acondicionado se descompuso por ende la habitación estaba muy calurosa y con sensación de humedad, considerar que no tienen ventana

Location excellent near lake and good shopping, restaurants , cafes, spas. Staff friendly, helpful, good language speaking. Good tv channels and wifi..comfortable bed.

Loved assisting friendly staff, descent breakfast, the premium quality of mattress for comfortable sleep, and overall cleanness of the places.
Just that effort to keeping clean needs to be extended to keep the bathroom clean from black molds that causes allergies, as there is no window for fresh air in the room. The allergy developed to sinus infection overnight.

Хорошая вещь была:
Отель находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы почти до всех интересных мест в Старом квартале, таких как собор, Пагода, Оперный театр, озеро и т.д. Они также предоставляют достойную еду на завтрак
Плохие вещи:
Это отель, использующий зону магазинов, следовательно, номер отеля относительно небольшой. Все мелко и битком. Обеденная зона тоже очень маленькая.
Коммуникация между сотрудниками, похоже, не поддерживается, как будто они не говорят друг с другом, следовательно, вы должны повторять одно и то же сообщение разным сотрудникам (разочаровывает)
Лучше бронировать тур или другие мероприятия с помощью приложений третьих лиц. Я заказываю экскурсию в Халонг-Бей с персоналом отеля. Они дают нам высокую цену (можете торговаться) и в конце пакет, который мы заплатили за 50 долларов США , 00 на самом деле только стоил 36 долларов США , 00 в приложении KLOOKS.
Действительно трудно забронировать достойный тур, учитывая, что во время тура они также привозят нас заглянуть в другие “магазины”, которые могут дать туроператору комиссионные от нашей покупки на этих магазинах.

Accueil à l’aéroport par le taxi réservé par l’hôtel. Gentillesse du personnel. Bon emplacement.
Chambre au rez de chaussée, proche de l’accueil : on sent la fumée de cigarette et si les personnels mettent de la musique ou parlent fort à 5h du matin, ça nous réveille. Coffre dans la chambre inutilisable.

Две кровати, одна из которых большая, это плюс. Спать комфортно.
Окна нет.. Пол липкий, пыльный В холодильнике не все заявленное по списку, а только половина. Слышимость высококлассная!

"Disappointing breakfast experience. The hotel does not provide sufficient food during breakfast hours. The portions are small and the variety is lacking. It felt like they were trying to ration the food. Definitely room for improvement."
The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The towels were not fresh. This hotel has serious pest control and cleaning issues. Avoid if you care about hygiene.

Joey was excellent and helped a great deal - even before we arrived (late flight in). Generally the staff were great, The room was spotless,
The bed was somewhat sagging in the middle, and the coffee was cooked.. and the waiting staff couldn't understand..

朝食は固まった黄色いごはん以外は、概ねおいしかったです。フォーはオーダー制でアツアツを食べられました。
日々少しアレンジされていました。
どの料理もおいしかったです。
場所も比較的便利なところだったと思います。
ホテルからツアー(ハロン湾とニンビン)も最高でした。
旅先における支払いのトラブルは不安ですが、チェックアウトの際のトラブルがありましたが、帰国後も誠心誠意ご対応をいただいたので、安心しました。 海外旅行でもここまでしてくれるホテルもあるんだと感心しました。 ただ、現金での支払いはレートが明記されてると後からでも見やすいと感じました。

Nakrsmītne atrodas ļoti labā vietā- ērti nokļūt uz apskates objektiem vecpilsētā.
Brokastis nebija laikā (mums bija jāizbrauc agri un kafija tika pagatavota vēlu) brokastis nebija garšīgas. Numuriņš bija netīrs, dušā, izlietnē un vannas istabā kopumā bija melni mati.

Location was good, right in old quarter
There were bugs! Mosquitos and roaches everywhere. No window in the room. No shower door/curtain/wall. Very dirty and didn’t replace my towels.

ЧРЕЗВЫЧАЙНО вводящие в заблуждение фотографии. Это место грязное и наполненное клопами. Они даже не утруждают себя очисткой выдавленных кишек клопов со стены после их убийства. Он также меньше и намного дешевле выглядит, чем фотографии. Я подозреваю, что многие хорошие отзывы оплачены, потому что они неискренние. Я останавливался в общежитиях милее, чем это.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt in der Altstadt
Kein Fenster. Dennoch nicht ruhig, da mein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption lag und man ständiges Telefonklingeln etc. hörte. Zimmer zudem recht klein.Zudem wurde das Zimmer meist nur nach Erinnerung gereinigt.

Location is great for French Quarter, Old Town and Railway Street. Staff very helpful.

The location is great.
The room was very small, no space to put our backpacks, the rooftop bar was closed. Also, we were refused to get a refund for another room which we booked by mistake and contacted the hotel literally seconds after. We were told "sorry you booked online with a non-refundable rate". This lack of flexibility is unaceptable. Also, the staff doesn't speak english.

La ubicación muy buena, en el centro de Hanoi pero al mismo tiempo mas tranquilo.
Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas ni ventilación y son un poco pequeñas. Para el precio podría incluir desayuno.

Staff are very accommodating and the Location is situated in a relatively quieter corner of the old quarter. Close to St Joseph Cathedral

Ubicación y decoración bonita.
Habitación con poco espacio para dos personas. Si vas con maletas tienes que sortearlas para moverte por la habitación. El cuarto de baño es wc, ducha y lavabo todo en el mismo espacio, sin mampara.

Alojamineto cercano al centro. Buena relación calidad precio. Nos dejaron hacer late check out sin coste y sin problemas. Muy buen servicio.

ホアンキエム湖や大教会などの観光地まで歩いて行けてホテルの隣にバインミーがあったのでよく食べていました。
5階の部屋に宿泊しましたが夜になると一定の音がなって少し怖かったですが、毎晩なっていたので気にならなくなりました。

L’emplacement est top, le personnel est super gentil et le roof top permet d’oublier la chambre sans fenêtre (normal pour un dortoir).

Very friendly staff but not all speak english. Google translator helped. Manager knowledgeful saved situation. My stay was pleasant and comfy.

A part les efforts du personnel pour notre départ pour un transport, le reste était vraiment très déconcertant .
Les chambres sans fenêtre .Des cheveux et des poils un peu partout . Propreté laissant vraiment a désirer a l'image des tâches dans la literie, les serviettes sales et des tâches de moisissures pleins la salle de bain .Cet établissement n'est vraiment pas à recommander .Très déçu

1 . Довольно хорошее расположение, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от множества магазинов и еды.
2 . Просторная ванная комната, достаточно чистая.
Плохой:
1 . нашли клопов в 3-х номерах нашей группы
2 . Сосед по комнате потерял паспорт. Я подозреваю, что его украли из нашей комнаты. Причина в пункте 3
3 . Дверь нашей комнаты не закрывается полностью, когда мы уходим. Он автоматически закрывается, но застревает в дверном косяке. Нам приходится развернуться и полностью закрыть дверь. Я понял это на второй день после возвращения и обнаружил, что дверь моей комнаты приоткрыта, и ее можно открыть простым нажатием, ключ-карта не требуется.
4 . Слив в душе засорен, ожидайте, что ванная будет затоплена каждый раз, когда вы принимаете душ. Это касается всех номеров, забронированных нашей группой. Минимум 5 и более номеров, та же проблема.
5 . Потяните туалетную бумагу, и она выпадет из держателя. Снова аамэ во всех комнатах. К сожалению, я сделал это, когда после душа ванная была затоплена, поэтому туалетная бумага намокла и испортилась.
6 . Я попросил новый рулон туалетной бумаги и оставил его в унитазе. Вернувшись, обнаружил, что его забрала горничная, оставив нам испорченный ролл из пункта 5.
7 . Под кроватью и мебелью много пыли и мусора, включая зубную щетку, полиэтиленовые пакеты и т. д. горничные не утруждают себя уборкой под мебелью
8 . В последний день нашего пребывания уборка не производилась. Понятия не имею, почему
9 . Отель отказался предоставить 2 карты на номер для 2 гостей, несмотря на многочисленные просьбы.
10 . В номерах нет окон
11 . Ожидайте, что завтрак будет во многом одинаковым каждый день.

Прекрасный отель! ! Хорошая цена! ! В прекрасном месте… идите направо к озеру и налево по главным улицам и исследуйте! ! Персонал отеля был невероятным. . действительно полезно (англ. Great) Очень рекомендую! ! Номера большие (для Ханоя. . вы можете получить доступ к суете и суете. . но в более спокойном районе! ! Мне очень понравилось мое пребывание! !

location!! go left and down a few streets beautiful little restaurants!! go right to the lake!! Quieter section so don’t expect bars and parties.. but can access easily!! Saturday evening roads around lake closed with a festival feel! enjoy!! Hotel staff excellent!! Hotel manager so helpful!!! Good value for money!!

Great receptionists, especially a young lady who was extremely helpful and fluent in English. She helped me a lot with the hotel and with the activities in the area. Please give her a raise, she is worth it.

Not only did he make the process seamless, but he also surprised us with an amazing discount, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Affa Boutique Hotel itself is a gem in Hanoi. Its prime location close to the city center allowed us to easily explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi. The convenience of being in such a central location added immense value to our trip.

Instead of a double room (as advertised/booked), they put me in a dormitory upon arrival. Didn't they know before that they're fully booked!? Uncomfortable bunk beds: small, hard mattresses, bedsheets itchy and dirty. Buffet breakfast promised/advertised, but instead they just bought cheap toast from a nearby supermarket. No TV remote and no fridge in the room, yet they charged for these things. Upon checkout, they destroyed the handle of my luggage as a "free bonus" and now refuse to pay a refund. Scandalous.

Сначала я останавливался на 1 неделю, и дружелюбие персонала и отличное гостеприимство заставили меня остаться на 1 месяц на всю мою командировку. Мистер Привет, менеджер очень милый и услужливый. Администраторы, персонал ресторана и службы безопасности также очень дружелюбны и заботливы. В целом, очень доволен.
