Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor drie personen en ook de badkamer was prima. Daarnaast genoten we elke ochtend van een goed en verzorgd ontbijt.
Op de laatste dag vroeg ik of er misschien papaya was. Hoewel dit die dag niet op het menu stond, nam de medewerker toch de moeite om het voor mij na te vragen. Even later kwam ze vertellen dat ze speciaal een schaal met papaya zouden neerzetten. Dat vond ik ontzettend attent en persoonlijk.
In de avond wilden wij informatie vragen over de excursies die het hotel aanbiedt. Er lagen folders met excursies, maar bij de receptie konden ze ons hierover geen informatie geven. We kregen te horen dat we de volgende ochtend om 07.00 uur terug moesten komen, terwijl de excursie pas om 08.45 uur zou beginnen. Dit vonden wij niet prettig. Naar onze mening zou het personeel van een hotel dat excursies aanbiedt, ook informatie moeten kunnen geven over de tours. Daarnaast vonden wij het personeel achter de receptie niet altijd even vriendelijk. Ook werd er bij vertrek niet geholpen met onze bagage. Dit vonden wij jammer.

Fantastic location near King Kong mart, restaurant, shops and laundry services.

House keeping were very poor. Issues daily from no towels (twice) towels but no flannels or bath mat, no toilet roll etc Plus they woke us up early two mornings one by being very noise and laughing shouting outside the room and the second by walking into the room at 8am

The view from the rooftop, the pool, spacious rooms, close to shops.
Staff were very rude and not interested in helping. Not a very vagetarian friendly place. Barely couple of vage options that you have to pre-order. It was prepared without putting any thoughts. Tasteless pasta and rice. Staff made sure to be rude every time you asked for vagetarian food. The hotel was too far from all the attractions. Not many vagetarian options around.

Location and room
I was disappointed with the breakfast experience at this hotel. There were very limited vegetarian options, and the same breakfast was served every day, which became quite repetitive. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff were also quite rude and unhelpful when we asked about vegetarian options.

The location was central and easy to the Main Street.
The staff were not accommodating at all and every request we made even as getting spare cups we were told to pick it ourself from the restaurant. For three people in the room were were not given enough consumables

The girl at reception was very helpful with tour and guide
The food was ok The salad had flies on randomly and standard buffe nothing special, staff should walk around to make sure the food is not getting dried due to overheating and stock up to the mark and clean crumbs more frequently The chef working on 27th August Thursday was very rude and arrogant I made complain to reception, but they didn't want to take this seriously, rest of the day's chef was very friendly and good listener, ruined my last day, so I didn't eat much

Mình ở Aquasun trong chuyến đi Phú Quốc cùng gia đình và thấy rất hài lòng. Khách sạn có vẻ ngoài sang trọng, phòng ổn mình nghĩ, sạch sẽ và đặc biệt phòng tắm sạch sẽ nhìn rất thích mắt. View biển ngắm thích
Điểm mình thích nhất là vị trí gần biển, buổi chiều đi bộ ra ngắm hoàng hôn rất tiện. Nhân viên cũng dễ thương, hỗ trợ xách vali và còn giúp đặt xe ra sân bay giá tốt. Hôm cuối mình bay sớm, khách sạn chuẩn bị sẵn phần ăn sáng mang đi rất chu đáo.

room was clean clean, bed super comfy, wifi fast af, and the location is so easy to move around. beach is like 5-7 mins walking, lots of bars and restaurants nearby too.

Stayed here and this is my review
Pros:
Central location, convenient for beach access and nearby restaurants.
Clean and well-equipped room.
Daily housekeeping was consistent.
Rooftop pool has a beautiful sea view.
Breakfast was varied and enjoyable.
For a 4-star hotel, the price was very reasonable compared with the overall quality.

We arrived quite late after a delayed flight, tired and honestly a bit stressed. The staff welcomed us with such a calm and polite attitude, helped carry our luggage, and made check-in very smooth.
The next morning, everything felt better. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh. Breakfast had more options than I expected, and the rooftop pool became our favorite spot in the afternoon. Watching the sunset over the sea from up there was one of the best moments of our Phu Quoc trip.
Also, the hotel helped us book a car at a better price than we found ourselves. Small things like that made the stay feel easy and well cared for.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et proche de la plage. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel était poli, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine sur le toit, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil avec la vue sur la mer. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Not flashy in an exhausting way. Just… refined, comfortable, thoughtfully maintained. The room proportions were surprisingly generous, the linens crisp, and the bathroom aesthetically pleasing in that understated modern Vietnamese style.

Honestly shocked by how nice this hotel looked for the price. Lobby smelled amazing the moment we walked in, room was super clean, bed soft af, and the rooftop pool during sunset??? insane. Walked to the beach in just a few mins. Would 100% stay again.

Très bel hôtel, élégant et calme.

Jag älskade lugnet här.
Mjuka sängar, mycket rent rum och en fantastisk utsikt från takpoolen vid solnedgången. Hotellet känns modernt men ändå avslappnat. Personalen var varm och hjälpsam utan att vara påträngande.

Not Happy at all the Staff was so rude at the Reception we are Castomers so pls be nice the location of the hotel is out to far from the main road and This hotel got no bage the say it is out of order

Breakfast deserves more credit. Fresh fruit, eggs, Vietnamese dishes, pastries… not massive like a resort buffet, but everything tasted fresh and regularly refilled.

The location is SUPER practical. Zen Beach Bar only a short walk away, plus lots of seaside bars nearby. Easy to go out at night then walk safely back to hotel.

Very refined atmosphere. The lobby feels elegant without trying too hard, and the rooftop sea view creates a surprisingly calm mood in the evening. The bathroom was beautifully designed and exceptionally clean.

The staff here are sweet in a very natural way, not fake-customer-service sweet. One receptionist remembered our room number after one day and always greeted us with a smile.

Super schönes Hotel mit toller Lage. Nach nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß waren wir direkt am Meer. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das Frühstück überraschend vielfältig. Besonders der Rooftop-Pool beim Sonnenuntergang war einfach traumhaft

I liked that the room was spacious compared to the price. A lot of “4-star” hotels feel cramped nowadays, but this one actually gave enough space to relax and unpack properly.

1. Надо ждать около 10 мин, чтобы пошла горячая вода для принятия душа 2. Уборки не увидела , проживали в отеле 3 дня На второй день не положили 2 маленьких полотенца, сообщила на рецепшн, чтобы не было проблем при выезде На третий день положили вместе всех полотенец 2 пляжных полотенца, попросили заменить, когда пришли ситуация не изменилась, только в 22 часа добились, чтобы принесли полотенца, но не хватало одного маленького полотенца. На следующий день был выезд, так это полотенце потребовали с нас, хорошо что было фото 3. Делайте видео того что у вас есть в номере. Впервые столкнулась с ситуацией, что при выезде с нас стали требовать два блюдца и ложечку, так как не пили в номере чай , то даже не обратили внимание, что их не было или может сам персонал в один из дней забрал. Кое как доказали, что мы не брали. Отвратительное чувство доказывать, что ты не вор 4. До моря идти по вонючей улице, сам пляж вполне нормальный

Заезд был быстрым. Вид с нашего номера на 10 этаж был прекрасен. Завтрак очень разнообразный, и меню менялось через день. Сервис номеров отличный. Выход на пляж очень близко. Но лучше пройти чуть дальше вдоль берега. Есть платные лежаки 150к, а дальше и 100к. Рядом находится Oscen бар, где классно встречать закат, а в 22.00 начинается fire show. За час до начала шоу, вход становится платным. На крыше есть бассейн, так себе для плавания, но вид на другую сторону отеля красивый.
Некуда повесить мокрые вещи после пляжа.

Местоположение отеля отличное, в тишине, в глубине от дороги и шума. Рядом все кафе, пляж, остановка, и огромный гипермаркет Кингонг.
Номер огромный, просторный, с удобным матрасом, средней жёсткости. Белоснежное постельное белье. Кондиционер удобно расположен, дует не над головой.
Огромная ванная, можно лежать.
Вид с балкона роскошный.
Полотенце меняли каждый день.
Тихий прекрасный красивый номер.
Завтраки адаптированные, хорошие, есть выбор и фрукты.
На крыше отеля прекрасный вид и бар с бассейном.
В ванной на жалюзи чёрная плесень, её следует отмыть! Иначе портит хорошее впечатление номера. В последний день уборки не принесли чай.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout proche de la rue principale avec restos et magasins. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit dej si comme moi vous aimez le salé c'est très correct. Le personnel est au petit soin. La taille de la chambre est très correcte et avec un balcon. Rapport qualité/prix/emplacement trés bon.
Comme évoqué dans certains commentaires, c'est vrai que l'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraichissement autant dans le chambres qu'au niveau de la piscine et de varier le petit dèj côté sucré.

Praktisches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück in Laufdistanz zum Strand. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach mit schöner Aussicht.

The hotel location is near the city center but still away from the main road noise. The beach is very close to the hotel just about 4 mins walk. The property looks nice from the outside and the common areas are well maintained. The room we stayed was not so spacious, but it had a sea view with a balcony which was great to watch the sunset and the morning calm sea. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was very good, although there were limited vegetarian dish options. The hotel staff was very courteous and prompt in service. The rooftop swimming pool is just about good for its purpose and the bar area offers a nice view of the sea and the surrounding area. There are lots of Spas and food outlets near the hotel which are good to try. Overall a good stay experience.
The room interior looked older than what you see in the photos on their website. The interior and furniture needs renovation. The bathroom amenities are old and had leaks. There was no hot water in the taps/shower during our entire stay, which was a disappointment. Also, saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Расположение, близко к морю и центральной улице и кинг конгу! В номере чисто и комфортно!
Завтрак не понравился. Скудно! Для 4х звёзд и такой цены можно было бы разнообрзнее и вкуснее сделать!

Beautiful bedroom, very nicely decorated. Breakfast was really good. Location is excellent, very central, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.
Pool wasn't great but not a big issue as very good beach for swimming nearby.

The location is great with a beautiful ocean view. Staff are all very friendly and they offered better deals for taxis and free shuttle to the airport.

Superb location , friendly staff and decent breakfast. Some great local bars and restaurants almost on the doorstep or short walk and minutes from the beach too. A wonderful room with a great sea view, very impressive and wow factor.
There was a strange set up for the shower unit set up within the bath tub. It was a huge step to to get into the shower within the bath. I couldn't understand it, big heavy marble set up around the bath tub which was three quarters of the way up to the top of my thigh so a very big step to get in and out. I did get used to it but it was daunting and potentially dangerous. I couldn't locate any bath taps so i guess if you wanted to fill the bath you would need to run the shower to fill it? No shower curtail either so lots of water went around the bath room. This is why i deducted 1 point or I'd have scored it 10/10. My suggestion would be get rid of the bath tub set up and close it off as a shower only. Great view from the rooftop pool which is decent but the sun loungers could do with a refresh.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great - in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The swimming pool was quite cold and the pool area was a bit run down - could do with some TLC. The breakfast wasn’t great. Asked for an omelette and it wasn’t very well cooked - very sloppy and runny in the middle so didn’t eat it. Couldn’t find sugar for tea and coffee. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.
The swimming pool was quite cold and the pool area was a bit run down - could do with some TLC. The breakfast wasn’t great. Asked for an omelette and it wasn’t very well cooked - very sloppy and runny in the middle so didn’t eat it. Couldn’t find sugar for tea and coffee. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Exactly in the centre and very close to Ocean Beach Bar and close to Super markets and Indian Restaurants
Not Vegan or Vegetarian friendly. Didn't even care to ask for vegan options for the next day. Vegan dishes ( only sticky rice) will be kept in the same containers as Pork and fish not suitable to eat for vegan and vegetarian lovers.

The room is spacious and offers free ride to the airport.
The Aircon in the room was not cold. Feedback to the receptionist however they mentioned they could not do anything because it was centralised. The stool that supposed to step to get into the bath tub was broken and after I feedback to them they were just removed it but never replaced with a new one. I have to sent my cloth to the receptionist for laundry service and they did not provide any plastic bags for me to pack before sent them. The laundry also not properly done as they put too much of softener and makes it very smelly. The collection point of the laundry also at the lobby instead sent it to my room. Breakfast menu was almost the same every day for my 6 days of stayed

Имейте ввиду, что отель не на пляже. Необходимо будет идти через другие отели к морю. У нас был байк, поэтому это не было проблемой. В целом получили то, что ожидали от отеля.

В отеле учтена каждая мелочь. Даже постельное меняли чуть ли не каждый день! Очень вкусные завтраки. Полотенца без проблем бери сколько нужно (бывало в отелях нам на ребенка не давали). И зонтики в случае дождя также можно брать на ресепшен. Вообщем цена =качество!!

The property was very close to the beach (walking distance!) and not far from the main road where all the restaurants and shops are located.
My room was spacious with a lovely sea view. Everything was exceptional!
If I had to be picky, I’d loved to seen a few more options of equipment at the gym as I used that facility a few times. Good cardio options though!

Mooie luxe en schone kamer met balkon. Comfortabel bed en goede airconditioning.
Prachtig zeezicht en dichtbij het strand.

Отличный сервис. Приветливый персонал. Несмотря на мой корявый английский, старались вникнуть в суть вопроса. Организовали трансфер и ранний заезд а бесплатно бесплатно. Бассейн и бар на крыше с крутым видом на море.

入住時遇到一位英文十分流利的櫃檯人員，還讓我們提早入住，服務態度超好。房間四人房空間大，還有一個小陽台。飯店雖位於中部，生活機能十分方便，鬧中取靜，房間隔音效果很不錯，頂樓還設有游泳池，超讚的。

Die Lage, das Zimmer, der freundliche Empfang beim einchecken, beim späten aus checken wurde uns ein Zimmer zum Duschen gratis zu Verfügung gestellt .

킹콩마트, 약국, 시장 가까워서 좋았어요. 해변이 바로 보이지는 않지만 호텔에서 5분 거리에 해변이 있는데 아침에 내려가서 보니 너무 예쁘더라구요. 옥상수영장도 이용할 수 있고 전반적으로 무난해요.

Ideal location close to lots of restaurants, bars, eateries and of course the beach. A hotel receptionist was very helpful at organising a driver to take us to various highlights of the island.

Прекрасный отель. Чисто везде. Уборка каждый день, тихий кондиционер, в ванной все необходимое ( зубные щётки, бритвенный станок, шапочка, палочки для ушей, расческа). Красивый вид из окна. Завтрак разнообразный и очень всё вкусно. Работники всегда быстро убирали использованию посуду со столов, готовя для следующих гостей. Если что- то заканчивалось из еды, то приносили незамедлительно! Кофе самый вкусный на завтрак в этом отеле! Комплимент от отеля: бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.

1. Excellent hotel with a great location. It's very close to the airport and right in the middle of the Island from where you can access both Vinwonders and The Cable car plus water park.
2. It's just a 2 min walk to the main road and the activity center. There are nice restaurants, massage parlours and King Kong supermart very close to the hotel.
3. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Rooms were clean and modern.
Nothing much to complain but if I have to really pick the areas of improvement then: 1. The buffet is lavish but there is hardly anything for vegetarians or vegans. It is disappointing if out of 20-30 items laid out, you only get to eat bread and some fruits. One of their staff did went out of his way to get some veg dishes customised for us but the options were still very limited. I appreciate the gesture though. 2. Secondly (Its not a complain but a suggestion) On birthdays or special occasions a small complimentary cake would feel nice.

The location is great. There’s no noise from the busy street but everything is within walking distance, including the shuttle bus. Our view from the room’s balcony over the sea was amazing. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and modern.
There was no sound proofing on the door that would have connected two different hotel rooms. On two nights, we happened to have a neighbour that loved singing in their room in the evening and we could hear every single note and word.

Everything about this hotel was great! Amazing staff, great size and clean room, beautiful views, great location and wonderful staff. Rooftop Pool was nice for a swim and also shows a great view. I will definitely stay here again. Very central location also.

The staff have been very kind and helpful. Checkout postponed free of charge. They gave me the second key card for the room to let me have the medication in the fridge.

Very good hotel at good and convenient location. I would like to Specially mention Naam (hope the spelling is correct) at the reception who made us feel welcomed and was very responsive to our needs.Rooms were spacious and clean.Brwakfast was upto mark. Lovely pool, friendly staff especially a huge thanks to the guy working at the swimming pool the past week he was so lovely and helpful and was very particular when serving us our drinks and food, he is great! We couldn’t find him this morning to say thank you…. The housekeeping was great, the breakfast was good. They provided free airport transfer and we paid for a great laundry service.
The only thing we have to say to work on is for room service on the brochure in the room it says food can be ordered and served until 10pm but when we rang for room service on 3 occasions just before 9pm we were told the kitchen was closed. It was not a big issue as we ordered grab food instead (Mexican food was great!!!) but maybe just to change that on the brochure. Also, the gym has 2 good treadmills but it has no air conditioning apart from two small fans which were terrible and the gym is pretty much in the reception.

Beliggenheden var helt i top. Tæt på strand (50 meter) og by med restauranter, indkøb og shopping også 50 meter. Fantastisk venligt og serviceminded personale. God morgenmad. Dejlig lille pool på taget.

地理位置绝佳，往西步行5分钟到海边，往东步行5分钟到vinbus车站和kinghong market。酒店在小巷子里，虽然地面环境不太好，但是很安静，出行特别方便。给升级了海景房，性价比极高，如果住在朝西的房间能看到日落，也可以去顶楼看日落。

The best thing of this hotel is the staff. They are very kind, warm and professional, not only sorted out my last minute booking offering a free upgrade and early checkin, also helped me calling the airline company updating my flight after it was cancelled. I would recommend everyone visiting Phu Guoc island staying here.

The hotel is quite new and my room was impeccably clean. I couldn't find any flaw with it.
I have some feedback regarding the rooftop pool and bar at the hotel. In my opinion, it needs a facelift to make the surroundings more attractive. Currently, it looks too plain with just concrete and tiles. During my three-night stay, I spent close to 700,000 VND on drinks and food at the rooftop pool and bar. I believe that if you create a good vibe and atmosphere, it will make the bar more lively and busy. After all, there is nothing more profitable than selling alcohol and drinks. Although I cannot speak on behalf of other patrons, for me, when choosing a hotel, a pool is one of my priorities.

Отель отличный! Завтрак полноценный, широкий выбор, вплоть до супчиков. Звукоизоляция хорошая, кроме дверей. Если разговаривают в коридоре или у соседей на балконе, всё слышно. В целом всё понравилось, кроме того, что у отеля нет пляжа и лежаков. И уборку желательно тщательней делать, а то метлой помашут и всё, ещё и после метлы какие-то нитки валяются. Если предложат ещё раз в этот отель, наверное согласимся.

We had a lovely stay at the Aquasun. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, accomodating and communicative. The breakfast changes everyday and there is plenty to choose from. The hotel is very close to the beach, where you can walk down within 2 minutes and go to some fun beach clubs!

My short stay at AQUASUN was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with the warmest welcome by Mr. Damien.
The staff & owner at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing experience, the level of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness is rare to find.
The rooms is absolutely modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and should there be something else you need, you just ask them and you will have it delivered to your room immediately.
As I mention above, the level of service was impeccable and I just have to mention a few members of them that made my experience extra special, Ms. Linda at reception, Duong at Edenmoon Bar and Mi at buffet breakfast. You can tell that they love their job and really care about their guest.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful. We had a lovely big room with sea view. The room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the breakfasts and found there was plenty of choice, cereal, fresh fruit, bread/toast, juice and freshly looked eggs/ omlettes. There was also plenty of choice to suit all nationalities.
The rooftop pool only has 10 beds but we never had a problem, even with the hotel busy.
The addition of the rooftop bar and facility to dine with beautiful sunset views was fabulous.
The hotel is in a good location just a few minutes walk to the beach and the road where you can catch free Vin Bus near John's Tours. Being in the middle of the Island it is good to reach attractions of the North and south.
There was some noise from the road/ people outside the hotel and some noisy neighbours but I guess you have to expect some noise.

The rooms were lovely. Staff were very attentive and when we asked to change rooms due to an issue with a reoccurring noise, the staff were amazing and changed our room instantly. Upon arrival we had been upgraded as well. Staff were always helpful and eager to please. Food at the rooftop bar was reasonable for a hotel and there peach Iced tea and seafood noodles are amazing!

Очень классный отель! Чистые, новые номера, отзывчивый персонал! До моря 7 мин пешком. Отель расположен так, что со всех сторон видно море, открывается красивый обзор на остров!! Отель больше подходит для взрослого отдыха, нежели с детьми, но это не минус отеля, просто у них нет места, что то сделать для деток!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Strand wie auch zur Stadt selbst. Das Personal hat uns ein Upgrade angeboten, dass wir angenommen haben, jedoch waren wir mit dem Upgrade nicht zufrieden und das Personal hat uns wieder umgebucht, was sehr nett war! Das Frühstück ist wie in fast jedem Hotel vietnamesisch und interkontinental. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Man kann im Hotel Scooter mieten für einen guten Preis.
Das Upgrade war auf ein grösseres Zimmer mit Badewanne. Die Fenster waren dort nicht dicht und wir hörten Musik wie auch den Wind die ganze Nacht. Weiter ist die Badewanne sehr hoch zum einsteigen, dafür eher klein zum Duschen, da die Höhe fehlt für Personen ab ca. 1.75 m. Wir wurden nach der ersten Nacht aber in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, was sehr freundlich war!
Das Upgrade war auf ein grösseres Zimmer mit Badewanne. Die Fenster waren dort nicht dicht und wir hörten Musik wie auch den Wind die ganze Nacht. Weiter ist die Badewanne sehr hoch zum einsteigen, dafür eher klein zum Duschen, da die Höhe fehlt für Personen ab ca. 1.75 m. Wir wurden nach der ersten Nacht aber in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, was sehr freundlich war!

Only giving 9 but not 10 because the property does not have own beach, everything else was excellent, the staff, beds, breakfast, cleanness, all 5 stars!

Awesome location just by the beach. A lot of amenities around. Good room service from the restaurants downstairs which is a part of the hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, but we were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with a lovely view. Friendly, helpful staff, they offered us a free taxi to the airport which was a nice gesture. Breakfast is ok-ish but literally the same thing every day and quality is far from what western guests would expect.
The pool area is disappointing. It’s not well maintained. Only few wooden chairs, really uncomfortable to lay on. Area much smaller and impressive than on the pictures shows. Apart of the nice view on the rooftop it’s rather underwhelming.

Во первых чистота в отеле и завтрак
отличный, доступность центра города. Пляж рядом 400 метров пешком, а особенно трансфер бесплатно до аэропорта!!!

Идеальное местоположение отеля сделало наш отдых беззаботным и незабываемым. Без преувеличения, отель расположен очень удобно: до пляжа две минуты ходьбы, а до центральной улицы с кафе и магазинами тоже.
Персонал приятный, отзывчивый и дружелюбный.
Завтраки хорошие, отличное качество продуктов.
Порадовал бесплатный трансфер из и до аэропорта, который, к слову, занял всего 10 минут.
Ближайший пляж - самый чистый и живописный, но при этом самый тусовочный, что было здорово даже с детьми. Приятная музыка, интересные люди и живописные закаты.
Не хочу сказать, что не понравилось, но нам не хватило места на балконе. Это, конечно, не очень критично, но в нашем случае, после того, как уложили детей спать, хотелось бы удобней расположиться и насладиться вечером. Вид с девятого этажа, однако, потрясающий.

The perfect place to stay. Good size, clean and comfortable room, great variety of foods in breakfast. Location near to everything in Duong Dong area, restaurants, shopping, massage... Staff is wonderful and they really make your stay better. Good deal for motorbike and flexible return time, possibilty to take shower in the evening before flight and free transport to the airport. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, hoping to stay there again.
Construction in the pool area, but since beach is close, it didn't matter. Sound insulation is poor but thankfully we had quiet neighbors.

The room was a good size and so was the bathroom.
We booked a room with a sea view which cost extra money but there wasn't a sea view. I love the food in Vietnam but the buffet breakfast was disappointing. The pool was also small and old fashioned. The hotel is also not unique with an identical hotel building next door under a different name.

Hotel i pokoj byl krásný, čistý a působil jako nový. Skvěle umístěný v klidné části a zároveň blízko centra. Obrovská výhoda je parkování v suterénu a možnost zapůjčení skútru přímo na recepci za standardní cenu. Personál mluví dobře anglicky a vždy se snaží pomoci. Osobně to byl jeden z nejlepších hotelů co jsem kdy byl.

Sehr freundliches und offenes Personal! Wir hatten leider am Abreisetag einen kleinen medizinischen Notfall gehabt und wir durften kostenlos 3 weitere Stunden vor Abflug im Hotel bleiben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder hinkommen können. :)

Great location, so many bars, restaurants, shops and spas nearby and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Very clean rooms with mini bar and tv. They have on site scooter hire makes it really easy to get around. The breakfast is basic but nice - there is a different pho or soup every day and an egg station as well as a small buffet.
Great views from the room and the rooftop pool.
There was an issue with hot water during our stay. It wasn’t freezing but it also wasn’t very warm! Not a massive problem with the weather being so hot and the staff were very helpful and apologetic about this issue. No safe in the room.

Personal was really great and very helpfull. We received free room upgrade, complimentary late checkout and transfer to airport. Location was really great, just 2min to beach with lot of beach bars around. Breakfast offered variety of dishes both from Azia/local and europe. Hotel has pool that is very quiet.
Only small downside of our great trip was that gym was different to what we seen on photos, but there is great gym in walk distance that is very cheap and offer lot of services.

It's generally very good hotel. Location is good as it's close to the beach, there are many restaurants, spas and a very good supermarket close to the hotel. Very nice view from the pool or if you have a sea view room.
They don't have their beach or agreement with any other hotel nearby. So you need to always pay for sunbeds or find bar to chill there. Breakfast was not perfect for European taste.

-Schöne, noch neue Zimmer
-Frühstück sehr gut, viel Auswahl
-Ausser einer Dame war das Personal sehr nett unf hilfsbereit
-One-way Flughafen-Hotel kostenloser Shuttle
-Möglichkeit direkt beim Hotel die Roller zu mieten
-Erster Empfang der Dame, kalt und unsympathisch (keine Begrüssung oder Willkommen, sie sagte sofort „Passports please!“ - Auch wo wir etwas nachfragen wollten, war sie sehr unsympathisch. Kann sehr schlecht Englisch -Bei den Liegen am Pool blättert die Farbe ab und klebt dann am Körper, keine Matten (unbequem und extrem hart) -Poolwasser kein Klor oder wenn sehr wenig -Zimmer sehr hellhörig

Location: close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket (King Kong).
Breakfast: nice selection of local food and international (pancakes, omelettes)
Room: everything is new and nice, bed is comfortable
As I understood, property doesn’t have its own beach and sunbeds. But there is a swimming pool on the rooftop.

Really Nice ocean view, they set up Honey Moon room for our anniversary! the check in agent is super friendly despite he was supper busy by himself! Great buffet breakfast
The bathtub kinda weird design, really hard to get in and out, don't really have a choice, have to use it as it is shower and tub combination! Restaurant was too crowded in the morning which unexpected, feel so overwhelmed!

The hotel is really nice, proper 4 stars hotel, exactly like in the pictures.The area is the best from the entire island in my opinion.You have everything within minutes walking: beach, restaurant, main street, tour agencies.The breakfast was really good, and the staff very helpfull.You can even rent scooter for 150.000VND per day. This hotel made my vacation a dream!

We had a really good stay at the hotel. Located just few minutes from the beach. Room was comfortable with balcony and nice view. Staff were also nice and helpful.

鄰近鬧區，逛街非常方便，附近就有很多超市和餐廳。
設備還算蠻新的，環境整潔，冷氣很強，床鋪也很舒服。
還附贈簡易吃到飽的早餐。種類不能和五星飯店比，但是烤麵包/鬆餅/水果/優格/沙拉/現煮河粉/咖啡/果汁/蛋白質應有盡有，性價比非常好。
推薦給想住在靠近鬧區的朋友們。

Nothing only massage was exceptional.
It was just a overnight stay before our flight next morning but the most uncomfortable experience, couldnt sleep well

* The staff was really service minded!
* the rooms was big and nicely equipped
* the breakfast had a great variety of food (Vietnamese and western)
* the pool facilities were disappointing. The whole top floor (where the pool is located) was under construction and there were no people there. Limited access to sun from the sunbeds - and the sunbeds were literally wood with no option of madrases or other.
