Emplacement super proche du centre. Pisvine très propre, endroit soigné. Le personnel impeccable. J'ai décidé de reprendre 1seconde nuit car le personnel a ete super.

Great hotel, much more five star luxury than the five star Hanoi hotels. Spacious, well appointed, great rooftop pool and bar. Good spa and lovely rooms with bathtubs and views over the city. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and great variety of food. With rooms for less than £50 a night it is unbelievable value.

Love the rooftop pool! Great views of Halong Bay and sunset.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was not always topped up if it ran out of something. It did have a good variety though.

I think this was one of the nicest hotel I've stayed at! The pool was great, the view was so stunning and the staff were all very kind and attentive. We were able to check in early which was really appreciated

abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte , ma l'hotel si è rivelato al di sopra delle aspettative. Stanza ampia e pulita, servizi ottimi e colazione abbondante e varia. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

I had a wonderful stay at Watson Hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the stunning infinity pool with an incredible view. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

המלון חדש, החדר יפה מאוד וגם המקלחת. היה לנו חדר עם נוף לים וזה היה יפה מאוד. הבריכה מעולה, היה ממש כיף לשחות בשש בבוקר ובסוף היום. הצוות היה מועיל מאוד ועזר לנו לסגור שייט והצוות בבריכה עזר לחבוש את הרגל של הבן הבן שלי שקיבל מכה וגם נתנו לי להטעין את הטלפון. הגענו רק ללילה אחד לפני השייט והצטערנו שלא נשארנו יותר.
המלון מעט מרוחק מהאיזור התיירותי בערך 15 דקות נסיעה במונית אבל זה לא פגע בשהיה שלנו שם.

One of the best we've stayed at in Vietnam!
The staff made us feel at home from the very first moment we walked in the door. Such warm and lovely people. They really care about their guests and do everything to make sure youre happy.
We took two rooms with a connecting door, a perfect option for families. The rooms are clean and comfy, king-sized beds, nice showers.
The rooftop pool is another big plus. It's very well maintained and was always clean. The view around is beautiful and peacedul.
Location-wise it's also perfect. Not right in the cernter of tam coc, so it's very quiet, and still a short 3-minute drive to get there. There are also lots of cafes, restaurants, and stores within a walking distance.
Breakfast was very delicious, exactly what we needed. Plus you can take a bicycle to explore the beatuful area.
We planned to stay for 3 nights, but we had such a good time that we decided to extend to 5.
If it wasnt clear enough up until now, I highly recommend!!!

Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk ze proberen alles te doen om te helpen. Geweldig! De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en het hotel ook. Het ontbijt is goed en er zijn meerdere keuzes. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad
We hebben 1 avond in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten. Kwaliteit van eten was onvoldoende, ik heb een pizza besteld en lijkt iets uit de vriezer! De reisgenoten hebben zalm besteld die was niet vers ondanks dat HaLong bekend is met seafood! Behalve dit was de rest perfect

Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Insbesondere gefallen war der Pool und das Fitness Studio mit hochwertigen Geräten. Sehr aufmerksamer Service/Personal. Frühstück war landestypisch und für uns okay

Luxury hotel with amazing view. In the middle of the city. Very friendly staff and helpful. I like room size and the view of halong bay. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel restaurant offers excellent breakfast and room service.

Ein sehr schickes modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ocean View und der Blick auf die Ha Long Bucht war wunderschön. Der Poolbereich oben auf dem Rooftop hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen und auch der Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel wirklich gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich und haben ihre Hilfe angeboten. Das Frühstück ist insgesamt auch sehr gut, nur Kleinigkeiten wie beispielsweise Pancakes oder ein guter Kaffee (man kann gegen Aufpreis bestellen) haben uns gefehlt. Wir würden definitiv erneut buchen und waren sehr zufrieden!

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 21ten Stock mit tollem Blick über die Ha Long Bucht
Massage und Fitnessraum im Hotel, wir haben die Massage gebucht und sehr genossen.

An absolutely fabulous hotel and at a reasonable cost. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was large and a big comfy bed, it was clean. Great view over the bay. Breakfast was fabulous lots of choice and plenty of it. Evening meals were beautiful. Pool are is great music large pool sunbeds and chairs. Location close to shops bars and restraunts. Highly recommend this place.

Magnificent facilities and very polite, kind & efficient staff. Room top pool was amazing. We had premiere adjoining room which made our stay as a family very enjoyable with loads of space to feel at home. Highly recommend if you’re after a comfortable approach to Ha Long Bay boat tour.

Perfect stay. 5 stars all around. Great rooftop swimming pool. Great service.

Right from the start the staff were so friendly with checking in and any local queries we had. They assisted us and were very patient when booking us an overnight cruise on the bay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the facilities are the best we have had in SE Asia. The pool and bar area were great and the staff catered to all our needs. The food was of good quality and the Vietnamese cuisine was very authentic.

Super ! Les photos sont fidèles au lieu. Nous avons profiter de la piscine, du bar avec la terrasse en rooftop, et du spa. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et proposait un large choix convenant à tous.

The hotel is new, modern and very fashionable. Rooms are spacious and very nicely designed with comfortable beds and large windows. We got upgraded room with the sea view and balcony and the view was amazing.
This is a 5 star hotel and the service should be provided to that standard. Unfortunately I have to say that the behaviour of the staff and all the services provided by the hotel were below that level. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which barely satisfied European guests and we did not feel any hospitality from the staff at all.

Very modern and comfortable. Nice view. Great gym and pool (just freezing in March, good for a cold post-run plunge though). Decent breakfast buffet. Great value! The concierge and customer service via whatsapp was also amazing - such an easy and extremely helpful service. We were able view some tour options, book a massage, get car transfers to and from Hanoi.
Seemed to be a bit far from things. Although, I think everything seemed quite spaced out in Halong Bay in general. So not a huge flaw. Just took a grab to most places.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar im 25. Stock mit toller Aussicht und leckeren Cocktails, sehr gut gemixt. Vom Balkon des Zimmers hatte man auch eine schöne Sicht auf die Halong Bucht, unser Zimmer war im 19. Stock.

We would like to make a special mention to Jenny, Jenny went over and beyond to help make our stay the best it could be. Jenny even worked outside of working hours to help us with bookings and recommendations. Jenny is an absolute asset to this hotel. We have stayed in 6 hotels across Vietnam and didn’t experience anything close.
The food was a little disappointing and could be improved, the pricing was fair but just not good food to eat.

謝謝Jenny。在住宿期間給我很大的幫助，因為一些除夕過年期間，叫車不容易，下龍灣太陽世界營業時間的不確定性，都讓我會需要飯店的協助，包含去港口的接送，還有因為我自己還有安排去下龍太陽世界接送。另外除夕也找不太到東西吃，飯店也提供了我們晚餐的張羅，即使晚上在那邊吃飯的人不多，的員工也是很努力的給我們很豐富的除夕晚餐，讓我們感到10分溫暖，真的很推薦這間飯店，人真的都很好，設備也很好，還幫我們升等。👍👍👍

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à cet hôtel avec le personnel super agréable et serviable. Ils nous ont accueilli avec le sourire à 6h du matin et en suite nous ont conseillé la croisière que nous avons très bien apprécié :)
Comme ça était avant les fêtes de nouvelle année ils nous ont raconté les coutumes au Vietnam.
La chambre était extra avec un petit déjeuner super!

Mooie schone ruime kamer, prima bed, mooie rooftop & zwembad. Keuze uit lokale gerechten, maar ook westerse burger voor de afwisseling. Verder super klantgericht.

很開心被升級成海景房，陽台視野好，清晨與黃昏遠眺岩山很滿足（雖然湖面總是朦朧）。
客房服務的餐點不貴，比河內物價低且好吃，可以吃吃看。

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Super chicer Pool mit herausragender Aussicht, leider sind die Öffnungszeiten viel zu kurz. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und gutem Service

Everything was great. Location, rooms and price.
The staff at the reception were not fluent in English and because of the lack of communication they were getting frustrated with us for not being able to understand the booking of a large group of 14 people. We told them that we are traveling together but our booking is separate. In the end it was all sorted out and we enjoyed the rest of the stay at the hotel.

It was modern, clean and the staff were very accommodating. Jenny in particular went the extra mile to help us out during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. The pool was very large and the view from it was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking Halong Bay. It was very clean and the shower was the best I’ve ever had. For the price, I’ve never experienced a better hotel. I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are beautiful with a nice view over the bay. The view is even better from the swimming pool, at the 25th floor. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers a breakfast with a variety of cuisines that will satisfy both Eastern and Western visitors.

Amazing location, beautiful views, and one of the most stunning sunsets I’ve ever seen. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is perfectly located.
The food is amazing, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the breakfast is outstanding with so many options. As someone who prefers a more fitness-focused diet, I loved having choices like sweet potatoes, eggs, and plenty of fresh fruit. The gym is also a strong point well equipped enough for a proper workout. Overall, the hotel was perfect and exceeded all my expectations.

It was super luxurious and modern. One of the most novel hotels we went to in Vietnam. Definitely on the pricier side when it comes to Vietnamese standards, though. You can also book a later Check out at 3 pm for a small fee.

Great location and views over the bay. A nice infinity pool and bar set to capture the sunset. Staff were super friendly and the rooms nicely done and spacious. Not much near by so be prepared to get a Grab or taxi to restaurants etc.
The beds were too hard for our liking, and every time the lift arrived at our floor we heard the bell. It got a bit annoying. Ask for a room away from the lifts if you are sensitive. (We forgot).

Hotel facilities were great as expected to catch up on work before exploring area and restaurants and before connecting with our Ha Long Bay cruise.
Staff were exceptional with special thank you to Jenny who went above and beyond to assist with travel and transfer arrangements.
We have returned after cruise to catch up on work and arranging onward travel plans.
Not forgetting fantastic roof top bar views across bay 👌

Husband and I came on our honeymoon and spent our last night in Hanoi, our only regret was that we didn’t spend more time here. We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam and this was by far the best hospitality we had, everybody was so friendly and gave us the absolute best recommendations possible for egg coffee, shopping, food and their spa was impeccable. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Location was perfect. View was awesome from the sky bar. Bed was comfy.
Had the do not disturb sign on so toilet tissue and water were not replaced. When we asked for water on our second day, it never came. Also, my phone plug in stopped working and the amenities were supposed to include a loaner adapter, the staff said there wasn't any adapters.

Just very friendly and professional. We found it clean and reasonably central your not in the middle of night life but you're €4 grab or uber ride from it . Breakfast and selection of food 9/10. Have done Hal lo g Bay but if ever going back or they had sister Hotels I would certainly take a very close look at.

La piscine est ce qui a de plus fantastique avec une vue sur la baie à couper le souffle!
Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon mais le niveau sonore est assez élevé. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Il y a des restos très sympas à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel.

Alles aan dit hotel is top, je voelt je als een koning hier.
Het personeel is mega vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant en de roomservice zijn perfect. Ook heeft het alles wat je nodig bent namelijk een gym, een rooftopbar met zwembad en een spa incl. massage naar betalen die zeker aan te raden is. Aan het personeel van The Watson: dankjewel voor de geweldige service en klantvriendelijkheid.

I have a suite booked which was lovely. The pool and the views were beautiful. The pool and pool bar staff were very professional and helpful.
The location was not for us, it was like a ghost town. The reception staff were polite but there was a massive language barrier. The typhoon was due so we could not get any boats but no other suggestions of what to do were provided. We decided to cut our losses and go back to Hanoi so only stayed 3 out of 7 nights and not offered any compensation or refund, a gesture would have been appreciated.

Amazing value. Room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Infinity pool at sky bar was nice.

Hotel di recente costruzione situato in posizione strategica. La camera era molto ampia e disponeva di un balcone con vista sulla baia di Ha Long. La colazione era molto buona. La piscina sul tetto è spettacolare. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, in particolare la signora Jenny è stata estremamente disponibile e professionale.
Da migliorare il ristorante dell'hotel. Abbiamo avuto un problema con le descrizioni del menù in inglese, anche se è stato risolto in un momento successivo.

Wir hatten die Präsidentensuite gebucht, die Zimmer waren entsprechend groß. Die Aussicht in der 24.Etage über die Halong Bucht war toll.
Die Mitarbeiter haben uns bei der kurzfristigen Buchung einer Schiffstour in die Halong Bucht sehr geholfen.
Wir (3 Erwachsene) hatten 5 Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht, mussten aber feststellen, dass die Stadt uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben deshalb nach zwei Nächten ausgecheckt. Wie erwartet, gab es keine Erstattung, was für uns OK war. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass uns zwei Cappuccinos (die beim Frühstück kostenpflichtig waren) und zwei Wasser aus der Minibar aus Kulanz erlassen werden. Es wurde auf der Zahlung bestanden, im Gegenteil das Zimmer wurde noch extra geprüft, ob wir nicht weitere Getränke aus der Minibar entnommen haben. Frühstück war nicht 5-Sterne würdig. Kein Conditioner und keine Lotion im Bad.

We stayed at The Watson Premium Halong Hotel and were impressed by the hotel’s modern design, excellent service, and overall quality. This is a large, upscale hotel where the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive — we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious and stylishly furnished, with a large terrace that offered plenty of natural light and space to relax. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower, adding comfort and convenience.
The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of dishes, although the selection was clearly more geared toward Asian guests, which might be something to keep in mind for travelers looking for Western options.
The rooftop pool looked beautiful in photos, but during our stay, it was very crowded, which made it less inviting — a shame, as the setting itself was appealing.
Despite that, our overall experience was very positive. The Watson Premium Halong Hotel is a modern, well-run hotel with excellent service and comfortable amenities. It’s a great base for visiting Ha Long, and we would recommend it to those looking for a stylish and well-located place to stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterin Jenny, die uns mit außergewöhnlichem Engagement betreut hat. Sie organisierte tolle Ausflüge, war stets ansprechbar und erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden.
Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ließ keine Wünsche offen: komfortable Zimmer, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für eine erholsame Auszeit wünscht. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

La piscine en rooftop avec le Sky bar était exceptionnelle.
Le personnel de l’hôtel était au petit soin malgré le fait que nous soyons restés qu’une seule nuit.
Notre réceptionniste, Jenny, nous a accompagné de l’arrivée au Vietnam jusqu’au départ de la baie d’Halong.
Je n’avais encore jamais vue une telle prestation !
Les chambres étaient propres, avec une très belle vue sur la ville.
Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir réservé plus longtemps.
Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hotel et d'ailleurs, nous y séjournerons plus longuement la prochaine fois.

The hotel is clean. Nice size rooms (we booked two rooms. One for our 14 years old triplets and one for us through Booking.com).

Fantastic Hotel in Ha Long with ocean view and the HaLong Bay!
The rooms feel luxurious and are in excellent shape (We had the Family Room).
For breakfast there is a huge buffet with many options and freshly prepared eggs like omelette.
The In-House restaurant is a great option a well. We had the australian beef fillet with a bottle of red wine and it was excellent.
There is also the possibility to arrange a driver to the Hanoi No Bai Airport for a reasonable fee that is cheaper that via Grab.
Absolute recommendation!
Some of the staff speak little to no English which sometimes creates a little barrier in understanding while others speak excellent English. So it is a bit of a hit and miss which member of staff you encounter.

The size of the rooms, staff were excellent, beds very comfy, pool and view were fantastic, good selection at breakfast.
Pool closes at 7pm which is too early. Restaurant menu is a little lost in translation. The rib eye steak is not a steak, it is small pieces of meat chopped up. Other meals weren’t as described.

Excelente habitación, amplia, con vistas a toda la bahía. Recepción de lujo. Instalaciones correctas. Desayuno buffet rico y amplio en surtido. Restaurante menú a la carta con precios accesibles y grandes cantidades. Personal muy atento y servicial. Piscina en el tejado amplio.
No haberme quedado más tiempo. Y por las noches en el centro de la ciudad, apenas hablan inglés y estaba todo cerrado. Tienes que depender del vehículo taxi para moverte. Hay que dejar un depósito de 2 millones de VND durante el check in.

Le personnel est très attentionné. Une mention spécifique à Jenny qui a été à l écoute et de bons conseils durant notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel . La disponibilité de Tran Thi lan Anh et Vu Duc Manh les réceptionnistes ainsi que leur bonne humeur ont rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Je vous recommande cet hôtel !

Quầy phở cạnh quầy trứng ốp, tôi hỏi có trứng trần để ăn với phở không thì nhân viên phục vụ trả lời không có với 1 thái độ rất khó chịu. Tóm lại mọi trải nghiệm đều rất tốt cho đến khi đi ăn sáng.

Mooi hotel, prachtig uitzicht en echt een fantastische service op de receptie. Je merkt echt dat de receptie heel erg belangrijk is voor je hotel. Wij werden met alles geholpen, alles werd met liefde geregeld en ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd in ons. Dit is een kers op de taart.
Veel te doen in de omgeving en alles is makkelijk en snel aan te rijden.
Halong Bay Cruise zelf was een grote tegenvaller. Erg toeristisch en de dag ervoor met het watervliegtuig een veel mooiere ervaring gehad. We kregen geen kussens op de stoelen bij het zwembad dit was best hard zitten. Verder was het echt een fantastisch hotel wat voorzien is van alles wat je nodig kan hebben.

Hotel espectacular con muy buenos precios el desayuno Buffet tienes de todo con muy buena calidad, la piscina infinity con el bar tiene unas vistas espectaculares y toda la gente que trabaja allí te ayuda en lo que necesites, a nosotros nos ayudo mucho Joycee en todo lo que necesitamos excursiones y todo tipo de dudas que la preguntábamos todos los días (nos ayudó con una excursión un poco mas especial para hacer una ruta por Catba que no ofrecía el hotel al ser compleja y que no suele hacer la gente) con la mejor de las sonrisas siempre , muchas gracias por todo Joycee!

Really good room and nice view. Pool is excellent and the restaurant, while pricy, was actually really good. Great food options nearby, really appreciated that they let us leave our stuff when we took a cruise overnight. Front desk staff were awesome.
The staff were all so nice, especially at the front desk. I had a bit of an issue with the pool guy though. He seemed fine to other people but just seemed really odd about the presence of my kids. I have an 8 and 10 year old and I have to say, on this occasion, they were exhausted from travelling and were being really nice and well behaved. At one point they got in the pool and just wanted to swim a few laps of front crawl (as did many other people later on with no issue) - this was apparently ‘too splashy’ they had to swim breast stroke and had to stay in the shallow end. Both my kids train weekly at swimming and are better than many adults. I should also add we were literally the only people at the pool so there was no one to annoy. They were literally just swimming. They didn’t like being told off (which I understand!) so just got out which I thought was sad as they had been looking forward to the pool which I has specifically booked to relax for a day - but even after getting out they were told how to lie on the towels so as not to make a mess on the chair - again no one else got this treatment. I just felt that we were being a bit singled out. Of course when my husband showed up a while later we were then left alone. I recommend the hotel perhaps have a word with the guy as I have no issue with rule enforcement if kids are behaving badly, but I kind of felt that this happened maybe just because I was a woman with too young boys. Las instalaciones del hotel son superlativas, todas.
No puedo hablar de la ubicación porque no nos movimos del hotel, solo estuvimos una noche para estar cerca del puerto al día siguiente para tomar un crucero por la bahía de Lang Ha.
No hay nada especial para destacar porque todo funcionó al 100%.
En cuanto al personal, Joycee merece una mención especial por su amabilidad y su ayuda efectiva y profesional.
Nos organizó el transfer hacia el puerto, nos guardó el equipaje durante nuestra navegación y también organizó el transfer para que recoja el equipaje en el hotel, luego nos fue a buscar al puerto cuando desembarcamos del crucero y nos llevó al aeropuerto.
Todo fue IMPECABLE. Muchas gracias Joycee!!

Everything was perfect, the guy gave us higher room than we booked, the room was see view and huge nice beds, And there is Jenny who helped us booking a 5 star cruises, which was one the best cruises we have ever tried. Hotels breakfast and rooms and generally everything was perfect, Thank you, next time we'll definetly stay here.

Een luxe hotel niet in het centrum van Ha Long . Maar vol met andere hotels. Watson is werkelijk een voortreffelijk hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven. Als je op cruise gaat of terug komt. Strand is niet ver, maar niet erg mooi.
De service van hoog niveau, evenals het zwemmen op de 25e verdieping. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Zelfs tijdens je verblijf krijg je nog een appbericht of men iets voor je kan doen.
Ga overigens niet in het hotel eten. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt. Het hotel beveelt er zelf een aantal aan, waaronder een uitstekend Chinees restaurant.

Clean modern property with great restaurant. Dinner and breakfast options were extensive with both Asian and Western options - the food was delicious. Amazing views from the rooftop pool and bar. The staff were terrific, especially Joycee who had everything we needed during our stay. She even arranged transportation after our cruise.

Ideally located in the quickly developing city of Ha Long, The modern contemporary design along with the cleanliness of this place was phenomenal. The staff as in all of Vietnam were helpful, resourceful and professional, showing true far eastern hospitality and politeness. Breakfast menu was varied and suited many pallets. Beautiful sky bar next to the infinity pool in 25th floor was the icing on the cake. £45 a night lived like kings and queens

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist einfach genial, tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Halong. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen. Es gibt eine tolle Roof-Top-Bar mit einem Pool und sowohl mit Blick auf die Bucht als auch zur City hin. Sogar schon vor dem CheckIn wurden wir Kontaktiert, ob wir etwas benötigen. Bei Ankunft hat uns Joycee alle relevanten Informationen mitgegeben und wir konnten Sie zu jeder Zeit kontaktieren, wenn wir etwas gebraucht hatten. Eine wahnsinns Gästebetreuung von Joycee. Aber auch die Kollegen an der Rezeption, waren immer hilfsbereit und haben sofort bemerkt, wenn mal was nicht läuft :). Da wurde uns dann sofort ein Taxi organisiert und wir wurden zum richtigen Pier gefahren, damit wir unser Tagesausflugs-Boot nehmen konnten.
Normalerweise hatten wir das mit Grab gemacht, aber manchmal ist der eine oder andere Ablegehafen in der Karte nicht auswählbar.
Es gibt auch ein Restaurant, dass bis 22 Uhr Abends geöffnet hat. Nach unserem Tagesauflug wollten wir nicht mehr in der City nach einem Restaurant suchen und haben im Hotel Restaurant gegessen und es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Insbesondere mit dem sehr sympathischen Kellner Ching, der auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Gerichte erklärt und auch Anpassungen vornehmen lässt. (Ich habe den Namen bestimmt falsch geschrieben, sorry Ching :).

Nice new and clean hotel and wonderful staff. The view from the room was great and good design of the room with a view from the bathroom as well. Breakfast was nice although catered largely for local taste

Great breakfast, fantastic two bed apartment – clean and so spacious. Reception helpful and friendly and amazing pool area. Location is not up to much but great for 2 nights around a day cruise. Avoid the restaurant through food was dreadful!

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Vietnam and was also one of the cheapest. The quality of the accommodation is on par with international hotel chains.
The rooms were very large, modern and bright with views out towards Ha Long Bay, the beds were super comfortable and the carpets in the hallways were lush.
The breakfast room is very large and caters for tour groups, but there was still more than enough tables and you didn't have to wait long to get food. The tables were cleared of plates and utensils regularly and the buffet was constantly being replenished.
There isn't much to do around the hotel - it's a bit isolated from the main part of Bai Chay. But let's face it, you're only staying there for one reason, so this really doesn't matter.

It’s a very new and clean hotel. Roof terrace is amazing. Staff could not do enough for us. I honestly don’t think I have ever felt so well looked after. Room was very comfy. Great gym.

The staff was amazing, especially Joyce who was always available at all times and went above and beyond with making sure I had every issue resolved even when they were not caused by the hotel. I truly recommend this hotel. My view was to die for. Unforgettable indeed.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Нам все понравилось! Персонал хороший, на все вопросы отвечают быстро. Через них покупали однодневный круиз, как раз такой и хотели без высадки на острове Титов. Завтраки разнообразные, всего достаточно. Уборка в номерах отличная, белье и полотенца идеальные. Жили на 21 этаже в сьюте, большой и комфортный номер.

The hotel is beautiful. You feel very relaxed from the moment you enter the door. The service is extremely good. The breakfast is very elaborated, there are many delicious things to choose from, ranging from continental to asian and Vietnamese. We also booked a Halong Bay day tour through the hotel which was also of good quality with a good tour guide.
The rooms are in a very good condition. They are very modern, clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortabel, not too hard. The pilows are also very good.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Es war eines der besten Hotels in denen wir überhaupt übernachtet haben.
Das Hotel liegt in Ha Long in einem Stadtteil, der aktuell an jedem Zentimeter zugebaut wird. Die Umgebung bietet Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, hat aber absolut keinen Charme. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Es un muy buen hotel con todo lo que se necesita para descansar. Buen gimnasio, piscina, desayuno, zonas comunes… y la laundry que nos hicieron muy bien. Personal muy amable y servicial.
Por poner un pero faltan un par de pomos en el baño para dejar las toallas, la ventana de las habitaciones no aíslan bien y faltarían un par de gomas en el gimnasio.

The property is very clean and new. The room were great for what we needed and the staff were lovely. Jenny! Helped so much with any need that we had. Communicating via message with quick response even when it would seem she wasn’t at work! Ling in the restaurant always friendly and attentive. And the boys working at the roof bar were always super friendly. All the staff were lovely.
The food was a major disappointment. Overpriced and pretty rubbish. I’d recommend staying here but I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The hotel has a nice rooftop and in general makes an impression of a 5 star hotel but it wasn't. It has nice views an average facility I guess it's good enough for local standards but it doesn't qualify as a 5-star at least not by our standards.

Herausragendes Personal - Ms. Jenny hat sich um alles gekümmert und das super easy über WhatsApp! :) Tolle Zimmer, bequeme Betten, super Massage und ein Hammer Ausblick beim Rooftop Pool. Essen im Restaurant ist lecker. Fußläufig kleine Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das einzige, was uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Frühstück, da es wenig westlich orientiere Speisen gab.

Rooftop Pool und Bar sind richtig nice. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Abendessen im Hotel war richtig gut, Servicepersonal macht einen sehr guten job und das Essen ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich gut. Preis Leistung ist auf jeden Fall gegeben! Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, sauber und man hört keine Nachbarn. Nichtmal auf dem Gang Geräusche.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, eine Menge auswahl an Früchten, Reisgerichte, Suppen, Säfte... Es bietet wirklich viel! Man wird sogar freundlich darauf hingewiessen, dass das Frühstück bald endet und man sich gerne noch was nehmen kann.
Die Bilder auf Booking sind real und genau so sollte es sein.
Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen.
Es wäre nett, wenn man auf dem eignen Balkon einen Tisch und 2 Stühle hätte.

Das Frühstück war ok aber Cappucino war mit Kondesmilch gemacht und extra bezahlt werden. Leider hat uns das Hotel ein Restaurant empfohlen indem das Essen schlecht war. Wir konnten deshalb am nächsten Tag nicht gleich abreisen wurden aber vom Personal sehr gut betreut. Das war nicht der Fehler vom Hotel. Man sollte aber das Restaurant 9999 von der Liste für zukünftige Gäste streichen.

Top 5 Sterne Hotel. Sowas kann man sich halt nur noch in Asien gönnen. Personal war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprach sehr gut Englisch.
Die Zimmer sind toll, alles recht neu und schick, nichts abgewohnt. Der Dachpool mit Aussicht ist klasse und auch das Frühstück hatte eine super Qualität und Auswahl. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Their rooms were clean and spacious, with modern furniture. The food served at the hotel was delicious and catered to a variety of taste buds.

Perfect family place to stay . The rooms were very clean & spacious. Thanks to Ms Jenny for coordination . Arranged for taxi from Hanoi to Halong & Return . Price was very competitive . Took a day cruise through hotel which was a bit expensive however it very luxurious one as compared to other on-site . Thanks to Ms Jenny once again to make a comfortable stay throughout .

Das hotel ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer war groß und mit seaview Balkon. Die Betten waren bequem und es war alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet! Der Service und das Personal waren einfach perfekt! Besonders schön waren die Gespräche mit den beiden Barkeepern auf der rooftop bar! Die hatten tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Der Pool auf dem Dach muss im Sommer ein Traum sein!

We stayed in the Diamond room on the 23rd floor and we were blown away by the spaciousness and look and feel of the 2 bedroom accommodation, and even more blown away by the panoramic view looking across to the limestone karsts of Halong Bay from not one but 3 balconies! Compared to home, we felt the cost was very affordable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would love to come back again!
Some of the gym equipment looked quite outdated and worn down so it would be great to look at replacing or fixing some equipment. The pool was freezing cold in the morning and it would be lovely if it were heated!

The staff were friendly and attentive. Jenny on reception was very helpful and helped us book a day cruise and sorted out a driver for us .The rooms were very clean and comfy. We went to the sky bar for a few drinks and the views were amazing especially at sunset . We had a great stay thank you .

I enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool, however it was not heated and was really cold during the night. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary and had a wide selection of savoury and sweet food items. The hotel itself was amazing, the beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure was really good.
The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was the pool not being heated, as when it be became dark it was impossible to bear the cold and we wear all shivering.

This was a great stay in Ha Long. Hotel has very nice rooms with a great view facing the Ha Long Bay.
Extremely friendly and competent stuff with Joycee and Jenny helping us with everything starting with finding the best spots to dine, arranging reservations, and finally helping even with sending postcards!

Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas. El edificio en sí está genial y es precioso, cabe destacar la piscina infinity con vistas al horizonte, aunque alrededor está todo en obras… En general el personal era muy amable, sin embargo casi nadie hablaba inglés, lo que hace un poco difícil la comunicación.
Sólo habla inglés el personal de la recepción, menos el “tip for me”, eso lo saben bien. La comida, el desayuno y al cena son mediocres tirando a mal. Todo pre cocinado y sin sabor, tienen que cambiar el proveedor con urgencia, baja mucho el nivel del hotel, como mejor si compro cualquier cosa en un súper mercado… Por otro lado, ha long bay es una ciudad fantasma en Noviembre y no os podéis bañar en la playa, por lo que no recomiendo quedaros muchos días en la zona, igual mejor un crucero.

Sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer, tolles Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, äusserst freundliches Personal, vor allem Jenny und Joycee (beide Rezeption): sie erfüllen jeden Wunsch und geben gute Tips.
Der Infinitypool im 25.Stock ist einmalig mit seiner Aussicht.
Western Frühstücksbuffet ist ohne Abwechslung, jeden Tag exakt dasselbe, dafür das asiatische Buffet sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Balkon im Zimmer sollte gründlich und regelmässig gereinigt werden.

Right from the moment we arrived and were greeted, everything was perfect. The room was spacious with gorgeous views. The roof top pool and bar were superb with a very relaxing atmosphere. And the list goes on.

We came here for part of our honeymoon and they decorated the room beautifully for us. The staff were very helpful, friendly and would go above and beyond to help. The facilities were great, the view from the rooftop pool is amazing, great food and a good variety of food for breakfast. High quality hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool and bar on the top floor/roof were amazing! The view from the pool is beautiful and gives you a nice view for the sunset.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel wat op elk moment voor je klaar staat.

Tout était digne d’un 4-5 étoiles,vu sue l’océan, TV5, machine à café Jura pour le petit-déjeuner avec un grand choix. Nous avons également été ravis du déjeuner avec un service et une gentillesse du personnel comme on aimerait le retrouver en France

Beautiful furnishings and clean and big rooms. Lots of facilities. Staffs are friendly. The plugs are international ones which is very convenient. Have many good food nearby.
The pillows are a tad too soft. The food can be slightly better. The pho was amazing though.

Nice hotel but not much in the surrounding area
Halong Bay is a ghost town. Thousands of empty buildings. The staff on the top floor bar were pretty poor and not interested which was a shame

Rooms were high quality, comfortable bed, nice shower. Good noise cancellation. Good Wi-Fi for working.
Staff were not particularly nice or helpful. Did not give recommendations proactively. English level not great. We dropped a glass in the room and asked them to help clean it (after we already removed all large parts) and instead of helping properly, they took this information to charge is 50.000VN for the broken glass after checking out. We found this irritating and small minded for a 5 star hotel. They also said they would charge us if we would drop a glass at breakfast. No seating on the balcony. Massage was mediocre (no music and no great atmosphere, quite high pride). Roof top bar has no outside seating and pool closes early.

The Watson is a superb place to stay. I suspect we may have snagged a premium room at a great rate due to the time of year, as the hotel was quiet, and the surrounding area felt almost empty. After a quick Google search, we found a few reasons for why the neighboring suburbs were like ghost towns, but all of that was forgotten once we stepped inside The Watson. The staff were fantastic, the facilities excellent, and the rooms ideal. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool, which was an absolute delight—perfect for enjoying the stunning Ha Long Bay sunrise and sunset views. I’d definitely stay here again!
The surrounding area feels like a ghost town, and you’ll likely need a taxi to get around. However, if you're there for a cruise only and don't plan to explore much, staying inside the hotel and making use of the facilities is perfectly fine.

The staff was so great and friendly!!

The rooms were decently sized for a family of 3 and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable to use. We were on level 21 and it was not a long wait for the lift. The swimming pool on the top level was fantastic and the views from there were good. The bar at the top level was good but the hotel didn't have enough staff, so it was slow.
The gym at level 4 was decent and their massage/spa was good.
The main shopping boulevard is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. We chose to stay here because it was easier to access the Cruise tours and avoid the 3-hour drive up and down to Hanoi. The staff and service were but they had limited English-speaking staff.
The breakfast options are limited if you are vegetarian or have a food allergy. Our family and friends didn't enjoy the breakfast as much as we would like to have. The hotel was damaged in the typhoon and many other restaurants and shops on the street. It is no fault of theirs and the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. We ordered room service and the food was OK, I would suggest doing a takeout or order through grab if you want choices. This hotel normally charges a hefty sum for a night's stay but I didn't see the value for it.

Staff service was excellent. Lan Anh was amazing. She coordinated everything from arrival taxi to helping with cruise booking. Joyce was also very helpful in trying to resolve issues.
Breakfast was lacking in standard orange, apple and pineapple juice as well as lacking in variety in cereals. There was no meals for spicy vegetarian food. Bottled water was limited. There was no iron in the room. There was also no hair conditioner. The towels were small in size. Gym needs a commercial grade exercise bike.

Great hotel to spend the night far away from the busy ha long coast. Great staff that helped us to arrange everything. Swimming pool rooftop is amazing to chill or grab a drink at night. The hotel is quite new and you can really see that from the rooms and decoration
Breakfast is large but missing some quality on bacon, sausages or croissants (that barely tasted good). There was also some hairs in our bed sheets and also in our shower when we arrived, which was not really nice to see.

The hotel was up and running smoothly just two
weeks after typhoon Yagi. Even the rooftop swimming pool and bar (sensational views!) were open. The staff did everything to help us enjoy our stay.

It was really clean. Easy access for our cruise on Halong bay.
We experienced clientele clearing their throat and spitting into the overflow of the pool. This happened numerous times by same person. This person was not told by staff on duty that this was inappropriate. The pool was small and got busy due children’s holidays in Vietnam and it being low season. The clientele was mainly Vietnamese. No wine available at dinner only cocktails and other beverages. If we wanted a glass of wine we were told this was available in the sky bar.

TUTTO!!! Dalla piscina sul Rooftop (infinity pool), alle camere ed ai bagni super super, alla colazione variegata e super abbondante! Avremmo voluto trascorrere ben più tempo, e non una notte sola! La nostra camera aveva anche un terrazzino, con vista sulla baia ... cos'altro chiedere??? Bellissime le vetrate a tutt'altezza, da soffitto a pavimento (anche in bagno ... spettacolo!). Originale anche la vetrata fissa (mascherabile con tenda a rullo) tra bagno e camera (questa soluzione si usa molto in Viet Nam)

מלון במיקום נהדר מול נופי מפרץ האלונג. מלון ברמה גבוה, צוות שירותי מאוד שעשה הכל להנעים את זמננו. החדרים, ארוחת הבוקר והבריכה על הגג, היו מושלמים. ממליצים בחום. דקות נסיעה במונית מפארק המים ופארק השעשועים.
בערב, אין הרבה פתרונות של אוכל מערבי באזור. אנחנו מצאנו פיצריה משפחתית קטנה בטעמי ויטנאם, ממנה אספנו פיצות מידי ערב והסתדרנו.

Sowohl das Personal als auch das Hotel an sich waren wirklich großartig. Die Betten waren extrem bequem und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt,bei dem kein Wunsch offen blieb. Der Pool auf dem Dach war ebenfalls ein Traum ! Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dem Hotel wohnen wollen- bis zum nächsten Mal!

Hotel elegante, con piscina en la azotea y con buenas vistas a la bahía de Halong, buena relación calidad precio.
No es de recibo que en un hotel de 5 estrellas, te chequeen la habitación en el check out, tienen tu tarjeta si has generado algún desperfecto.

Vi fick ett rum på 25:e våningen med underbar utsikt från balkongen över strand och hav. Jättefin frukostbuffe. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma.
Ett litet minus var läget då det är en bit att gå in till stadskärnan men lätt att ta taxi.

Nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que habíamos reservado. El personal súper amable y las vistas desde la piscina increíbles.
El hotel está súper bien pero en Halong Bay, en general no había nada ni nadie. Han construído muchísimo pero estaba todo vacío.

החדרים מרווחים והסוויטה המשפחתית "יהלום" מאוד מפנקת ונעימה.
מועדון הילדים קטן יחסית ולא נעים לשחק בו כמה ילדים יחד. בעיר עצמה לא מצאנו אפשרויות מוצלחות לאוכל מערבי או אטרקציות מעניינות, למעט היציאה לשייט במפרץ.

Tout était assez bien dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est beau, le personnel est serviable et la chambre est spacieuse. L’emplacement était en plus de ça assez centrale.
Seulement nous sommes venues en période de tempête sur la baie et la piscine était fermée, le spa n’était pas commode et le jacuzzi du spa débordait des qu’on essayait de s’y asseoir. De plus la nourriture du restaurant n’était vraiment pas très appétissante.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Watson. We arrived early and had to wait, and they kindly upgraded one of our rooms. The hotel was very clean, rooms are spacious and the gym has excellent equipment options and good a/c. Infinity pool has a beautiful view of Halong Bay. Breakfast options were great with lots of variety. Price was very reasonable too as we booked early!
Not a big fan of the smell of their shampoo brand, and they didn’t have conditioner. Other than that, a perfect stay!

The service was great, especially the lounge on the 25 th floor. The lounge crew went beyond to accommodate everything we wanted .

Pool closes at 7pm for some reason and when we went to get food in the restaurant at 9pm, we were waiting for more than an hour despite being basically the only people there. The food had clearly been cooked and left on the pass for a very long time (soup shouldn’t have skin!) also no chairs on the balcony for some reason?

The room had a great view to the sea. The room was spacious and modern, with a balcony facing the sea.
The bed was rock hard and could have been more soft.
Breakfast was both western and Asian specialties, with a great taste.
Staff were able to speak very little English, only receptionists and few others were able to speak English. Could be better at a 5*-hotel, but we managed to get through.
Be aware that the locals in the vicinity of the hotel are not able to communicate in English.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel était très attentif à nos besoins, aimable et s'exprimant très bien en anglais.
La suite était moderne, très propre et spacieuse, on était tellement bien qu'on a rallonger d'une nuit au lieu de passer une nuit sur un bateau de croisière.
Le personnel nous a conseillé une croisière Vip dans la journée de 11h à 18h qui était parfait pour visiter la baie d'halong.
L'hôtel est situé à côté de pleins de restaurants de fruits de mer et d'un marché local ou on peut acheté tous fruits exotiques.

Confortable, clean and nice room. Great view on the Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was really good and the pool was definitely a plus

L'hôtel est beau, la chambre était très spacieuse avec de grandes baies vitrées traversantes, très lumineuse. On peut se doucher face à la ville.
On avait une superbe vue sur les îles et la mer d'un côté et sur la ville et les montagnes de l'autre.
Le personnel est très serviable.
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner (mais pas très bon).
Les lits sont durs comme de la pierre, nous avions mal au dos, aux épaules et aux hanches chaque nuit et matinée. Heureusement, on n'est restés que 3 jours. Il faut rallumer la clim manuellement à chaque fois qu'on revient dans la chambre, le ventilateur ne marchait pas. La piscine ferme à 19h seulement... Ridiculement tôt quand les clients sont des touristes qui reviennent d'excursion à 18h30/19h30. Peu de nourriture locale proposée, mais de la junk food occidentale.

Fabulous view of the bay -hard to beat. Near eateries. Spacious room. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Very nice ice pool, albeit often busy.

The view of Halong Bay. Especially from the pool deck. The Watson was so pristine and beautifully decorated, very luxurious feel. The room was spotless.
The air freshener in the lobby was very strong. The mattress was a little too firm for our ideal comfort. The bell from the elevator and hallway music can be heard inside the room throughout the day and night.

I booked 2 family rooms and they supported to arrange it in the same floor. The view are excellent, staffs are vey nice and follow up with me on my request. My family enjoyed when staying there.

Très bel hôtel, très confortable et très bien équipé.
Très belle vue sur la baie de Ha long depuis la chambre et depuis le roof top.
Idéal pour passer une nuit de transition avec d'embarquer pour une croisière.
Ne pas hésiter d'aller passer quelques heures à la Sun Wheel pour profiter d'une super vue sur Ha long. Idéalement en fin de journée.
Le restaurant pas à la hauteur du niveau de l'hôtel. Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre de Ha long.

Maybe the best value for money I’ve had from a hotel, outstanding. Staff are amazing. Le Tra Giang is amazing! The view from the balcony was the best I’ve seen.

Excellent service, big and clean rooms, good bathroom facilities and complimentary fruit in room. Incredibly helpful staff, organised a private tour for us at a good price, and they found a lost shirt in our room after checkout, contacted us and posted it to our next hotel free of charge. Rooftop pool was also amazing and fitting of a 5 star hotel. Beautiful view of Ha Long Bay from our room.

Indian friendly. Very helpful staff. Specially the Guest relationship manager - Lin Anh. She was very supportive, helped us book and manage our cruise as well as commute to Hanoi.

Marvellous hotel with spectacular view from the rooftop poolbar and swimming pool at the 25th floor over looking the bay. Thank you for the ugrade. Clean comfortable room with great rain shower, fast room service and great movies to watch. The breakfast is real fresh and off excellent quality. Both cruises with Jade Sails and Amethyst were so enjoyable and relaxing. Great beach and chill beach club is awesome place to go to. Live dj's and performances. Special thanks to Kasey Pham to retrieve my lost item in the taxi and send it to me by express courier. Thanks to the amazing staff. Hope to be back soon.

This hotel is clean, new, pretty, with really welcoming staff, high quality rooms and good breakfast. Ideal if you are looking for a place to stay in Ha Long. You can book your rides to Ha Long cruise terminal, Hanoi, Ninh Binh or other destinations directly with them at a good price. The swimming pool is awesome and there are many restaurants around the hotel.
The only 'nice to have' I can think of, it is that we had to pay the transfers cash, but would have been nice to be able to pay them with card. Also it would be great if they had a souvenir shop in the hotel or some available at reception, like magnets or similar. But I really liked it and I wish I could stay longer.

Очень понравился отель и обслуживание! Персонал помогает во всем: трансферы, экскурсии, такси и тд. Номер чистый с большим балконом. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные. Еда в ресторане по меню тоже очень вкусная и сытная (все 3 дня ели там), а персонал всегда вежливый и улыбчивый. Есть бассейн с баром на 25 этаже. Бассейн достаточно большой и с прекрасным видом на залив.
Безумно осталась довольна пребыванием здесь!

Beautiful hotel. Contemporary and modern. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was cleaned daily. Bathroom was fresh. Quality bedding. Convenient location.

Room was very comfortable with nice view to the city. Liked the full glass wall in the bathroom with outside view.
Nothing about the hotel, but about a specific restaurant nearby which they tried to scam us. We informed the hotel staff to advise their guests to not go there.

Leider ist das Restaurant wie eine Kantine . Fluesenboden , laut . Viele Familien mit Kindern.
Die Rooftop bar ist sehr schön , der Pool auch . Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Man kann oben im poolbereich essen bestellen. Da ist es sehr schön.
Man kann rund um das Hotel nicht viel machen. Wir waren in der Markthalle. Ist für Europäer nicht zu empfehlen! Das Restaurant fanden wir leider nicht so gut.

The location was good and all the facilities were lovely and new. Roof top bar & pool was excellent.
Our room has the stunning view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is very well trained , very friendly and helpful. That can easily compete with the staff from European luxury hotels.
The breakfast was avarage , not at what we expected. There were definitely more Asian options rather than standard European breakfasts. The house keeping could do a better job at their cleaning, specially the bathroom. Outdoor chair and table on the balcony would be a great option.

The location was beautiful and all the facilities were lovely and new. It was easy to get to and there were a good choice of restaurants around. The staff were kind and helpful

The room had a beautiful view and the as nice and spacious.
The hotel had a more luxury feeling than other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam.
Amazing pool with some really comfy chairs and a beautiful view.
Breakfast had a good selection of food for Vietnamese and western!

They brought a cake up for my birthday which was a nice touch!
- we felt quite targeted by the behaviour of other guests. At breakfast and on the elevator we have been pushed and shoved and when waiting, people would get there after us and walk in the lift in front of us causing us to have to wait on the next one. The Same thing at the pool, someone stood on my shoes and then stood right at our pool bed taking pictures for nearly 10 minutes. Others were taking pictures which made us uncomfortable as we were clearly in them whilst in the pool. It was also filled with children and parents not controlling them. Guests were playing music loudly, and pressing the door bells, and also would be shouting in the corridor at 7am. This kind of behaviour is unfortunately really disappointing and puts a downer on things. We understand it was a holiday, however this isn’t an excuse. - the local area was not somewhere I’d recommend. Having been travelling now for over 5 months, it’s the first place we felt unsafe with the comments and behaviours of men when walking down the street. - breakfast was really cold, and a particular staff member looked miserable every morning. - the pool in the afternoon was as ridiculously busy and people would splash us when sitting on our seats - we were a bit disappointed before arriving after being offered carnival tickets to then be told there wasn’t enough. After being offered, we organised our transfer to be here on time and then we’re told there’s none left. This was a bit of a shame, especially when they said they’d organise something else for us and didn’t. - one morning we asked for a towel at the pool to be told “maybe later”. There were sweat stains on the bed so we didn’t want to wait till later as there was only 1 other person at the pool. When we asked reception they said to go to the room and wait on one, no one came so we just took our bath towels up and we’re then given one 20 minutes later. This isn’t really 5 star standard or reaction to guests.

Room was incredible. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Huge rooms with massive beds. Very clean.
Pool area was very nice with plenty of sun beds.
Hotel is clearly new and furniture and decorations are reflective of this.
Although location is slightly out of main centre, you can easily pick up a taxi and get in within 5 mins.
A few things that fell short of a 5 star hotel: - Pool area ran out of towels one morning by 11am and we were told to bring towels from our room. They did eventually sort the problem but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel - Hotel info states downstairs cafe serves cakes and pastries however on visiting they seemed to have none. - Balconies NEED some chairs to enjoy the view. Even cheap ones! - I accidentally smashed a glass in the room and they charged me for it. The charge was trivial, but I feel when I had already paid quite a substantial amount for the room it was a bit harsh and unnecessary.

They did eventually sort the problem but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel - Hotel info states downstairs cafe serves cakes and pastries however on visiting they seemed to have none. - Balconies NEED some chairs to enjoy the view. Even cheap ones! - I accidentally smashed a glass in the room and they charged me for it. The charge was trivial, but I feel when I had already paid quite a substantial amount for the room it was a bit harsh and unnecessary.

Beautiful new hotel in Halong Bay. Staff and accommodation were great. It was a little outside the tourist area where there were so many places to eat. You need a Grab to take you there. Tours were set up for us through the hotel.

I really like rooftop pool with the seaview. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.
The breakfast was avarage, staff in the breakfast room was not managed well. The front desk asked me to present an extra ID document, which i did not have, and it was not necessary to have it when you traveled within Vietnam. But the problem was solved fast.

The hotel itself was amazing, stunning views, helpful and friendly staff. They even assisted with BDay setup. The pool was awesome, the gym was decent, sky bar and buffet was great.

Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Meerblick ist hier "Pflicht" -> herrlich. Ein sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Hier steht das Gast im Mittelpunkt.
Bei Anreise wurden uns 14 kleine Zettel für das jeweilige Frühstück übergeben. Das war für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel .

Breakfast good location good
We extended our stay for 1 day but we leave the hotel just after 9 hours and we requested them to consider the charge of the room. They charged for the full day and did not consider. It is very unprofessional and it seems only money matters.

We werden goed ontvangen met een verfrissend doekje en drankje omdat we 5 minuten moesten wachten tot onze kamer klaar was. We hadden een kamer op de 19e verdieping. Mooi zwembad, geweldig ontbijt. Ze hadden voor ons een cruise geboekt voor 1 dag, wij hadden een mooie luxeuse boot voor een schappelijke prijs.
Ik zou je was ergens anders laten doen, het kost voor 1 t-shirt evenveel als 1kg was op een andere plek.

以這個價格來說有頂樓無邊際泳池，很划算，雖然不是海景第一排，還是可以享受一下。 搭Grab到下龍灣碼頭很近。

It’s appeared as a newly made hotel, very clean and modern rooms, the terrace pool is the highlight of this hotel, lovely views and very good sunset, if only the pool would be heated then that would be a cherry on the top. Lovely hotel to spend a few days in Ha Long with family.
The house keeping could do a better job at their cleaning, I did find a few strands of hair around the chairs when I checked in my room which I don’t appreciate. The reception staff can be a bit more accommodating and will be nice if they let you finish talking before jumping at you for the room selections.

Exceptional. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities are spotless. Lots of local shops to explore. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Modernes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Bucht. Sehr gute Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Uns haben 2-3 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption spontan und sehr gut geholfen (u.a. ein Mr. Le, hoffentlich stimmt die Schreibweise).
Gute Betten. Schöner, aber etwas kalter Pool auf dem Dach. Zu einem Ablegehafen von Cruises waren es entspannte 15 min mit dem Taxi.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, aber da es ein großes Hotel ist, war das Frühstück schon eine Massenabfertigung. Wir waren in der Umgebung nicht zu Fuss unterwegs und können daher die Lage nicht beurteilen.

Great buffet-style breakfast that offered a huge variety of western and asian foods.
Very clean hotel that is only 1 year old.
Efficient room and laundry service.
There is a large pool on the top floor but not heated (and the weather was not good) so nobody was using it, seems like a waste. The check-in is a bit “uncomfortable” because the reception has 3 rather small stand-up counters, it would be easier if guests and staff could sit down with the staff at a desk and do clean-in/out business.

Alles war großartig! Wunderschöne Lobby und toller Empfang mit Tee und heißen Tüchern. Unser Zimmer war groß, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, es war für jeden etwas dabei, sowohl vietnamesische als auch westliche Gerichte. Vom Pool oben hat man eine tolle Aussicht und kann sich gut entspannen. Jeder vom Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir waren etwas traurig, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort bleiben konnten wegen unserem Rückflug, aber wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen und dann bleiben wir auch länger :)

The staff were amazing and very attentive! When we had our Do Not Disturb light on, they called us to ask if we would like our room cleaned at a later time. Absolutely perfect. Very good value for the money.
There's not much to do nearby, but we mainly booked our stay to relax near the pool and such, so that didn't bother us too much.

Den Kaffee beim Frühstück fanden wir nicht lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zentral, aber man ist mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten bei den Anlegestellen der Schiffe für die Fahrten in die Halong Bay.

L'hôtel est très moderne et très propre. La chambre avait une vue magnifique sur la baie et elle était très grande.
A moins de 10mn du port il est facile de réserver ses transports et de se déplacer.
La quartier est très moyen. rien de particulièrement intéressant. même la restauration alentour est très moyenne. Rien à faire à pied donc. Le in room dining n'est pas du tout au niveau d'un 5 étoiles. Et il n'y a pas de buffet pour les midis et les dîners. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais reste en dessous d'un standard pour un 5 étoiles. Très surprenant : les smart TV n'ont accès à aucune application ni Netflix ni Amazon Prime ni aucune autre plate-forme. Seul YouTube est accessible. Vraiment surprenant pour un hôtel d'un an seulement.

Man hat eine sehr tolle Aussicht vom Hotel.
Rund um das Hotel gab es leider keine Restaurants, die offen hatten. Es wirkte alles etwas "verlassen", wir hatten Probleme beim finden es offenen Restaurants am Abend. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wodurch wir die ganze Nacht wegen den Zimmernachbarn wach waren. Generell sind das Hotel und auch das Frühstück eher für asiatische Gäste ausgelegt.

Booked the Presidential suite. The couch is not a sofa bed. The second bedroom does not have a door. The fruit plate offered is litteraly 2 little Fruits. There is no netflix or any other plateform for movies. So we had 3 huge TVs that we could not Enjoy.

Heerlijk om een nachtje te verblijven met wat luxe. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het eten was heerlijk. Ook hebben wij massages genomen en gebruik gemaakt van de sportschool. Zeker aan te raden om voor een nachtje te slapen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch das Fitnessstudio hat uns gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel.
Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil er nicht geheizt war und es war nicht gerade warm. Die Preise für das Essen sind zu teuer! Das Personal kann etwas zu wenig gut Englisch.

Camera bellissima e pulizia davvero ottima. Ottimo la qualità del cibo a colazione e per il servizio in camera.
Palestra e spa. Palestra senza possibilità di bere acqua , senza asciugamani e prodotti per disinsifettare gli attrezzi. Attrezzi alcuni di bassa qualità e guasti. Massaggio in spa non rilassante ( operatrice usava il telefono e solo una mano durante il massaggio. ) Per fortuna peró hanno aggiustato il giorno dopo i macchinari e si sono scusati per il massaggio non facendolo pagare e offrendoci due buoni per i drink. Peccato che avevamo prenotato questo hotel per la palestra e soprattutto per la spa dato che era il compleanno della mia ragazza.

Prachtig hotel. Gunstig gelegen in een rustige buurt en toch niet zo ver van het centrum. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanop de kamer.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt in een mooie omgeving. Zeer goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Wij raden dit hotel ten zeerste aan.
Dat we niet lander konden blijven.

Magical. Stunning rooms with view over Ha Long Bay. The shower had a view of the city. One of the best luxury hotels I've stayed at. The service staff is very well trained and can easily compete with the staff from European luxury hotels.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit super Ausblick. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und sehr vielfältig. Mit Sicherheit für jeden was dabei.
Die Zimmer sind super schön gestaltet.
Wäre es wärmer gewesen hätte mir auch der sehr große Dachpool im 25. Stock gefallen.
Außerdem hat uns das Hotelpersonal sehr toll weitergeholfen, zum Einen beim Planen einer Ha Long Bay Tour und zum Anderen beim Transfer nach Hanoi. Beides hat sehr gut geklappt.

Recent 5 sterren hotel. Alles is keurig en net. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer hulpvaardig. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamers op het water (zee) en verderop de bergen. Zeer rustige buurt.
Wat afgelegen maar met Grab ben je vlug overal tegen een zeer goede prijs.

Beautiful views, very clean and good value for money. The pool is lovely and good gym.
The rooms were a little noisy from the lifts and hallway. The area is quite with not much going on, but good if you want to relax near the bay.

Friendly staff, excellent room with all the features you expect from a 4-5 star hotel. The staff agreed to refund us for a night (we shortened our stay to 2 nights from 3, since the rooftop swimming pool wasn't accessible).
The included buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods).
The room size and view were excellent.
The location isn't the best, with not a lot of good restaurants around. Stay away from the convenience store located across the main road - they don't display any prices until you go to the register, they are more expensive than others and they only accept cash.

Beautifull and modern hotel. Spacious rooms with excellent bathroom. Good beds.
Perfect breakfast buffet. Very nice rooftop pool and bar. Wonderfull facilities. Good location as a start for boattours in Halong Bay.
The staff however is very poorly trained. Their English really is too bad. Very difficult to communicate when ordering drinks or food.
We had dinner here at Christmas eve. Apart from the communication problems as mentioned above, the music stopped at 10PM and actually so did the service. As a compensation we received vouchers for drinks next day, which to our surpise did not include alcoholic beverages....

Bữa sáng tốt, nhân viên thì chưa kinh nghiệm nhưng nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên như nhiều khách sạn tại Hạ long, phần bánh âu không ngon, phần đồ ăn Á thì tốt.
Phòng mới, tốt và rất sạch sẽ.
Nhân viên còn lúng túng, có thể do khách sạn khá mới, giao phòng còn chưa dọn dẹp cho khách tuy nhiên đã có khắc phục khi được góp ý.

Comfortable and clean rooms. We were able to check in early. Buffet breakfast was okay. It has a beautiful view over the Bay.
We would have liked more options for vegetarians and the food was expensive in the restaurant.

I loved this hotel, you feel that you are in a five-star hotel.
The view of the ocean was breathtaking,
The lunch and dinner in the restaurant were just yummy.
The design of the room is super pretty and pragmatic.
The ceiling fan was awesome.
The value for money is incredible.
I felt the hotel was brand new. Not sure how old it is in reality.
The hotel area smells and feels good.
I don't recommend the cruise tour that you can register through the reception. Try another organiser yourself. Most guests are from East Asia and the breakfast was like that too, however, I suggest maybe one or two non-Asian foods too. Like Middle eastern or Indian.

Lovely hotel overall, location was very far from usual activities, at least 30 min walk into where the bars and restaurants are. Nice interior & bedrooms, very clean. Shop is close by for the necessities.

Couldn't fault this hotel, had originally booked in for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. It's extremely quiet here. We went for dinner one evening and were the only people in the whole restaurant over the hour 7-8pm. There isn't much to do in the area. Pool area at the top is really nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only odd thing is that there were nearly more staff than staying in the people in the hotel which is probably reflective of the time of year. It was great for us though as service was so quick as was the WiFi 😁 Shower was great, nice selection for breakfast too.
Food in the restaurant was fine, a little bland but exactly what we needed having got food poisoning somewhere else a couple of days previous.

The size of the room was big, the view from balcony was amazing as it oversees the karst landscape.
The breakfast quality wasn't good. There was a sticker on one if the bread I took which surprised me. Also the massage standard at the spa was appalling - they put me and my friend in one room and my masseuse was speaking to the other masseuse throughout our massage, and she didn't even clean her hands after she massaged my feet and then started massaging my head..

Mooi hotel, moderne kamers met het lekkerste bed waar we in al die maanden in geslapen hebben. Echt ff bijkomen hier. Ontbijt is super uitgebreid met veel westerse opties. Personeel is echt goud waard. Vriendelijke, attent, echt top service. Eten in restaurant echt mega lekker. Aanrader!!

Neues und modernes Hotel mit allem Komfort, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal.
An der Rezeption wurden uns falsche Informationen über die Abfahrtzeiten der Fähre nach CatBa gegeben, auch im Flyer des Hotels steht es falsch. Somit mussten wir drei Stunden am Fährterminal warten.

Hotel 5 estrellas, maravilloso. Gran relación calidad-precio. Personal excepcional. Llegamos tarde de noche, y pudieron hacernos la cena y llevarnos la comida a la habitación.

The staff was fantastic! We arrived early but they managed to get us an early check in. Extremely polite and helpful. The room was squeaky clean and very comfortable. Pool, spa and restaurant were really good. The breakfast spread was good and adequate for a vegetarian too.

Beautiful large room with sea views. Great selection for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
Whether it was the time of year, November, but there we virtually saw nobody in the bar or around the pool area and at dinner we were one of two couples eating, so only ate there once. Also, the hotel didn’t offer any day trips, just gave us a leaflet of places to eat and a couple of markets to visit.

The staffs were friendly and eager to help. The location is on the main street, and it is easily reacheable. Walking distance to restaurants nearby. There is winmart 300 meters across the street.

Der Service war sehr gut, sie haben uns bei der Buchung des Busticket unterstützt. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Skybar und das Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet; es gab vietnamesisches und europäisches Frühstück und Abendessen.

Der Pool und die Aussicht waren toll. Außerdem war es sehr sauber, das sauberste Hotel, das wir im ganzen Urlaub hatten. Die Massagen waren richtig gut. Im Restaurant gab es auch internationale Speisen, was nachdem wir viele Tage vietnamesisch gegessen haben eine gute Abwechslung war. Das Personal war super nett.
Auf dem Balkon waren keine Sitzgelegenheiten.

Almost everything there is perfect. The view, the rooftop pool, clean, helpfull staff. Would definitely recomend it.

Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Fruehstueck. Der Ausblick war Wahnsinn, besonders vom Rooftop.
Es ist schade, dass man nach 19 Uhr nicht mehr in Pool durfte und außerhalb der Rezeption wie zB im Restaurant war das Englisch eher schlecht. Man konnte sich kaum verstaendigen.

Best thing about this hotel is pool on the roof with amazing view. Rooms are very nice as well and location was also nice. Staff was accommodating and nice.
In the morning there were some construction noise from the building next door but this was probably just a temporary thing.
