Excellent location with a perfect pool and probate beach. Food for breakfast was more than fine. Really relaxing.
The bathroom needs updating and there seems to be some damp. Also I was woken up by the guests next door smoking on their balcony area.

Everything almost. The beach view, the pool and the breakfast was good. They were able to accommodate the request for ground floor rooms which was amazing because one of our party had mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Vida Loca Sunset Beach Resort. The beachfront location was beautiful, with stunning sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to restaurants and attractions. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Die Anlage ist zwar schon etwas älter, überzeugt aber mit sehr bequemen Betten und einer einmaligen Lage direkt am Strand. Insgesamt hat sie uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der Pool mit Meerblick war ein Highlight, und auch das Frühstück war lecker.
Da wir Vegetarier sind, sind wir einmal zur Hauptstraße hinaufgelaufen, konnten dort jedoch kein passendes Angebot finden. Deshalb haben wir abends immer im Hotel gegessen. Die Pizza (ca. 6 Euro) war ausgezeichnet, während der gebratene Reis eher durchschnittlich war. Die Getränke an der Bar sind preiswert (1 Bier und 1 Tonic Water haben zusammen 2,50 Euro gekostet).

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, der sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Strand und Wasser waren sauber. Ruhige Gegend, kein Autolärm hörbar. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hochwertig. Super schöne Aussicht direkt vom Restaurant auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Zimmer waren klein aber funktional. Gute Klimaanlage. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Clean rooms and convenient location to many shops.

La vue de la piscine est sublime
Ce n’est pas très propre. Le petit dej est de très mauvaise qualité et le personnel est d’une humeur exécrable. Pour exemple j’ai demandé du lait chaud, on m’a dit il y a du froid. J’ai insisté mais fallait voir la tête de la serveuse. Une impression de les faire chier. Les évacuations vont directement dans la mer. Les évacuations des toilettes sont reliés entre étage. J’étais au premier je me suis levée avec la merde du voisin du 2ème dans les toilettes et avec l’odeur. Le personnel m’a dit « ah ok » quand j’ai fais part de cette info. Cher pour ce que c’est. Je recommande seulement la piscine. 4km du centre. Peut être penser à laver les matelas des transats ???????

We really had a good time at Vida Loca. Amazing beach, enough sunbeds and a good breakfast.
Rooms with 2 single beds feel small and a bit dark, but it was clean and you only sleep there.

Zdecydowanie położenie, na samej plaży. Dobre śniadanie, bardzo pomocna obsługa recepcji. Mieszkaliśmy w bungalowie i dwie noce w budynku głównym… te pokoje w budynku głównym są chyba nawet fajniejsze niż te domki( które są trochę klaustrofobiczne 🙃) ..ale to już co kto woli.
Czysta plaża, codzienne sprzątana przez obsługę .
Świetny basen.
Codziennie sprzątane pokoje i domki.
Najsłabszy punkt to chyba kolacja serwowana na plaży a la carte. Niestety jest duży problem z komunikacją z obsługą w języku angielskim na poziomie podstawowym. Owszem fajnie wyglądają ryby i owoce morza wystawione na plaży, ale kompletnie nie potrafią ich przygotowywać ( zresztą nie tylko w tym miejscu na mieście było to samo ). Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania, wszystko podane na odwrót, finalnie z części zamówienia zrezygnowaliśmy. To najsłabszy punkt tego miejsca.

Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania, wszystko podane na odwrót, finalnie z części zamówienia zrezygnowaliśmy. To najsłabszy punkt tego miejsca.

la piscine et les transats sur la plage, les cocotiers et le coucher de soleil; Très bon petit déj varié et complet.
La chambre familiale est spacieuse, mini bar tv... l' accès se fait par une petite route qui rejoint la route principale ou se trouve toute l'animation, donc proche des bars restaurants et super marché tout en étant en retrait au calme. Par la plage on peut aussi avoir accès à l'animation des autres hôtels
l'eau de mer sur long beach est trouble, on ne s'y baigne pas volontiers, les belles plages de sables blancs sont du côté de Kem Beach

En bord de mer et suffisamment de transats. Piscine propre. Proche des restaurants, bon emplacement.
Propreté dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel.

Location was right at the beach and the pool was great (although not huge). Breakfast was good and there were good variety of different foods. Room had pretty good noise insulation (or the neighbors weren't noisy) and AC worked well.
There were minor problems with the shower (hot water took some time and there were smell of sewer in the bathroom which was "fixed" by humidifier/diffuser). The bar is bit pricey although drinks were good. Got multiple contacts through WhatsApp regarding the reservation trying to scam me.

Jeg kunne lide at vi boede direkte på stranden. Der var roligt, men samtidig kunne vi nemt og hurtigt gå til byen, hvor der lå mange spisesteder.
Personalet var venlige og imødekommende, og hjalp med det vi havde brug for.
Hvis vi vender tilbage engang, vil vi klart vælge Vida Loca igen 😊

Die Anlage ist super schön! Direkt am Strand gelegen, einfach traumhaft
Das ist vermutlich jammern auf hohen Niveau aber wir haben ein Dreier Zimmer gebucht und haben nur 2 Decken bekommen (eine kleine fürs Einzelbett und eine große fürs Doppelbett). Da wir aber als Freunde verreist sind, wollten wir jeder unsere eigene Decke. Das Hotel hat dafür 100.000 dong verlangt, was ich nicht so toll fand. Außerdem sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

C’est un hôtel pour les familles mais pas conseillé aux voyageurs seuls ni pour les retraités. Cet hôtel est très bien situé car il est à quelques pas de nombreux bars et restaurants et il y a même le plus grand supermarché de Phu Quoc. Le jeune homme qui est à la réception est très serviable et il fait tout pour satisfaire vos demandes. L’ensemble du personnel est aimable.
Le gros problème de cet hôtel c’est la piscine dont les horaires commencent tôt le matin et ferme jusqu’à 22 heures et passer des vacances dans les cris et les hurlements des enfants qui sont toute la journée à la piscine cela n’est pas reposant. Les portes des chambres laissent entendre les cris des enfants dans la chambre toute la journée ! L’hôtel commence à vieillir, j’ai même trouvé le carrelage de ma terrasse cassé. Il y a des traces de moisissures dans la douche et la climatisation est insuffisante. Le ventilateur de la chambre n’a plus de pales. C’est un hôtel pour les familles mais vivement déconseillé à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes !

Snídaňe rozmanitá dá se říct že jsem na ostrově byla měsíc a tady smekám před snídaní. Pláž dlouhá, moře klidné. Večery s živou hudbou.
Bungalov velké zklamání 😢, sprcha malá šampon, sprchový mýdlo na zemi když se pro něj ohnete tak se do sprchy nevejdete zákonitě zadkem alebo hlavou označíte sklo a to nejsme prostorově výrazný. Futra do koupelny cca 170cm tak jame se párkrát majzli. Postel z jedné strany přibouchla ke stěně. Špatně se na ní lezlo. Možná pro děti bungalov ok. Pro dospělé nevyhovující. To jediné bylo velké zklamání.

Отель расположен на первой линии, свой пляж с лежаками. Очень свободно, "чужаков" пускают за деньги, поэтому желающих не много. Небольшая, но прекрасная территория. Вкусные завтраки и блюда по меню. Отзывчивый персонал. Однозначно рекомендую🤍

Beautiful hotel beach, which is basically a neccessity because a big part of the beach belongs to hotels and public cannot go there. Amazing pool. Clean, comfortable.

Läget vid en fin strand, frukosten var bra och vänlig personal
Det var en fruktansvärd dålig och uttjänt säng där man kände spiralerna i ryggen, rummet var väldigt litet och man kunde inte gå runt sängen som stod mot en vägg

Hotel idealny, piękna prywatna plaża, klimat wietnamskiego małego hoteliku do tego cena... perfekcyjny pobyt. śniadania - dla każdego - od wietnamskich zup czy smażonego ryżu, po pyszne dumplingsy i śniadania kontynentalne. Sekcja live cooking robiła robote!

Very nice stay. Really very pleasant staff. Good breakfast, restaurant, beach and the infinity pool. Cleaning every day. There is a supermarket on the main street close to this accomodation.

Great location, right on the beach away from noise of main strip, but only a short walk to strip. Facilities good and staff really friendly.
For the price it was a great stay. If anything, we were on top floor of hotel no lift and our balcony was shared did not realise this from the pictures so couldn't really keep the patio doors open, which was a shame.

Номер у дороги, невозможно в нем отдохнуть на террасе, будьте внимательны при выборе номера. У нас был делюкс, но у дороги. Просьбу поменять не смогли выполнить,не было мест.

From the minute we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful the bar/restaurant staff were great and always went out there way to be kind. We.had.2 rooms our daughters room was on 1st floor and slightly bigger as they had twin bedroom, ours was garden view which was lovely but the room itself was a tad small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but for the price it was adequate. We had 16 nights after about a week we were getting less towels and ended up with beach towels rather than bath towels we didn't complain as long as they were clean we were happy, this is a minor problem but upon check out we were accused of taking random towels and told we had to pay a hefty fine this did leave a sour taste we had to discuss the issue with the manager who in the end believed we hadn't taken the towels other than this small issue we had a fantastic time and the beach area and sunsets were just perfect

Direkt am Strand, Personal sehr nett und unkompliziert. die Anlage ist sehr sauber, sehr familienfreundlich,
tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant hat ein gutes Angebot, wenn auch für touristische Preise.
Livemusik zum Grillabend, wenn man möchte, nebenan ist immer eine Partymusik, von der Lautstärke noch erträglich.
Bungalow wurde renoviert, die Fotos auf Booking sind nicht aktuell, Innenausbau wurde mit Linoleum verkleidet und das Bungalow wurde als ganzes überdacht.
Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen wieder.

The beach bungalows were very authentic and the restaurant beside it had incredible food and service! We were 20 steps away from the beach from our bungalow. The pool was clean and had a beautiful view and there were plenty of beach beds and activities like cheap massages and spas, BBQ on the beach and fire shows.

It’s close proximity to the beach and town.
The loud club music the staff play at the beach. Vin pop at a 1000 decibels. (The room was average but that was expected). This hotel could charge a lot more with experienced staff and turning down the rave music.

Sehr schönes kleines, aber feines Resort mit direktem Sandstrand-Zugang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und extrem lecker mit sowohl asiatischem Essen als auch westlichem Frühstück. Das Personal war an allen Stellen extrem fleißig ,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super und der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Man ist etwas weg von der Hauptstraße, die man nicht hört. Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen!
Leider ist nebenan ein Hotel mit Nachtclub. Hier wird abends laut Musik eingestellt. Zum Glück aber meist nur bis 22 Uhr - längstens bis 22:30 Uhr.

Well-connected 2 rooms for 3 people with 2 bathrooms and toilets with Beautiful terrace. Great bar. Very close to the beach, sun loungers and parasols available all day. Nice staff.
The walls in the building were too thin, you could hear every movement in the other rooms, so it was noisy at night. There is a window above the door to the room, through which light shines into the room all night long.

Чисто, спокойно, нет городского шума. На самом берегу стоит отель, один из последних. Небольшая территория и маленькие бунгало с террасами. Есть бассейн. Чистый пляж, массажистка на пляже. Три раза в неделю барбекю с живой музыкой, столы ставят прям у воды. Певец из Канады, шикарно поёт, репертуар 80-х годов. Отель на 3 звезды. Есть очень модерновые бунгало, большие, но однокомнатные. Есть двухкомнатные, но в них очень мало места и все уже старое обветшалое. Поэтому на двоих советую брать однокомнатное бунгало. Душ в них огромный, современный. Все новое и чистое. Инет хороший, можно работать. До супермаркета Кин Конг идти пешком 10 мин. В нем есть все, большой, и очень дёшево.
Двухместные бунгало очень маленькие, в душе не развернуться, есть плесень. Шкафы старые как и плечики, порой жалко вешать дорогие и хорошие вещи. На завтраки очень мало фруктов и их не подкладывать, если они закончились. Например, арбузы или драгонфрукт.

Perfect Location, we stayed 3 nights in Cottage..lovely experience, beautiful sunset, Breakfast has less option for vegitarians,fruits and breads only.
its a central place in phu quok ..indian resturants are near by walking distance..

Absolútna katastrofa, neskutočne neprofesionálny personál. Ani si nás nepamätali keď sme sa vracali na ubytovanie z pláže a chceli nás vyhodiť že cez ich rezort sa nedá prejsť. V rezorte totálne špinavé lehátka a najhoršie že dovolili každému opitému Rusovi ľahnúť si na uterák meter pred naše lehátka a nechali ich vykrikovať a okupovať pláž. V celom rezorte smeti a špina. Sprcha viac nefungovala ako fungovala. Príšerné. Fotografie klamú. Určite neodporúčam.

Отличное расположение. Обновленные номера. Впервые вижу, чтобы номера вживую были в сто раз лучше, чем на фото. Завтраки шикарные (вплоть до пюре с курочкой, вдруг кому детям надо))) 4 вида яичницы, оладушки! Это помимо всего остального типа дамплингов и фо, например. Отель компактный, в стороне от шумной улицы, но тем не менее до нее 3 минуты пешком. Романтические барбекю вторник, четверг и суббота. Цены в ресторане более чем адекватные с учетом того, что это ресторан при отеле на пляже. Лежаки всегда есть свободные. Отель маленький, народу немного. Битв за еду и лежаки не бывает) у меня впервые отель так сильно превзошел ожидания.

Sehr nettes Personal, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischem Obst und verschiedenen Speisen.
Ruhiges Hotel zum Entspannen am Strand.
Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, da sie auf dem Boden geschleift ist. Das Frühstück war zwar gut, allerdings waren die warmen Gerichte jeden Tag (zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten) kalt, die Wärmebehälter scheinen nicht wirklich zu funktionieren. Zwischen den Hotelliegen waren leider zahlreiche Zigarettenreste und Dosenclips, die während meines Aufenthaltes immer mehr wurden. An meinem letzten Tag war nebenan am öffentlich Abschnitt eine kleine Baustelle und ein Teil der öffentlichen liegen fehlte, wodurch sich die Leute vor den Hotelbereich verlagert haben und der Weg von den Hotelliegen zum Meer leider mit Handtüchern und vielen Leuten gepflastert war, das war vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme und liegt natürlich nicht in der Hand des Hotels. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

This is a wonderful resort so close to the beach and we enjoyed staying there very much. Fantastic staff and just an absolute joy to have them around. Lovely beach bar and restaurant with very good breakfasts. We will definitely stay here again in future. It was a true pleasure.

Sauber, modern, viel Platz, alles ist neu und funktioniert. Riesige, moderne Dusche mit Fliesen. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher.

Loved the beachfront location, and their BBQ night with live music was a highlight. Absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend enough. The staff were also fantastic and made the stay even better. Great value for money <3

Hotel kameralny, bez tłumów, świetnie usytuowany, przy samej plaży. Tradycyjne, azjatyckie śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, brakowało mleka roślinnego. Ceny w restauracji przyjazne, plaża niewielka, ale czysta. Palmy nad plażą i basenem pozwalają skryć się przed palącym słońcem. Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie. W recepcji od ręki i bez problemów można załatwić taksówkę, czy skuter. Bardzo miła i komunikatywna obsługa.

Der Bungalow besteht aus einem einzigen Zimmer, ist aber modern, neu und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist gefliest, die Dusche ist riesig, Spiegel und Waschbecken sind groß, und es gibt Regale. Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig.

The location is not bad at all. You sre close to drug dealers, boom boom massages and at the end if narrow dark street.
Scam. I received scam messages shortly after booking, and it made me feel like my booking details were not handled securely. I was contacted by people pretending to be from the hotel. It felt as if my information had been shared without my consent. Extremely disappointing and worrying.

敷地内や部屋の清掃が行き届いており、スタッフについても受付、レストラン以外の掃除の皆さんも笑顔で挨拶してくれ、とても快適に過ごすことができた。ディナーは浜辺でバーベキュー、特にイカが美味かった。

Staff, beach, food, location, pool, entertainment were all exceptional! A special mention to the Manager - Nhan - who went out of his way to help us. The live entertainment from Chad and the seafood beach barbeque make it a special night. You can walk to all the shops and restaurents and then chill out in the quiet resort. Yellow sand, clear water and amazing sunsets. Highly recomend!
Had an issue with the garden bungalow - it is not like it looks in the pictures so that was disappointing. We moved rooms and staff were very helpful. Some of the rooms have been renovated and some have not - the trick is to get the renovated rooms. Other issue is selfish people hogging sunbeds all day and not using them - resort needs a one hour rule - you dont use the bed you lose it!

Sehr gut, vor allem das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir sind sogar eine Nacht länger geblieben was seitens des Hotels überhaupt kein Problem war.
Es war etwas laut von draußen, da im Haus gegenüber irgendein Generator oder Ähnliches lief.

La taille "normale" donc petite par rapport aux immeubles-resorts. Là, c'est sur un seul niveau et dans la verdure. Un immeuble de 2 étages plutôt discret.

Ubicación inmejorable, muy buen desayuno y maravillosas vistas al mar desde la piscina. Entorno único. Sin duda lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. The location was great. It was beautiful and staff in reception were amazing and helpful. The pool over looks the beach.

Amazing place — everything was perfect!
I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was just right. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make our stay special. The restaurant by the sea was amazing — fresh fish in the evenings, tables right by the water, and live music.
The pool was clean and really nice to relax by. Our room was cozy, very tidy, and the air conditioner was quiet — which I really appreciated. Breakfasts were tasty with lots of good options.
I honestly didn’t want to leave.

The location's beach front was nice and clean. The staff also clean the rooms and surroundings quite nicely. We like how the staff are accommodating, helpful and had smiles on their faces. The breakfast spread was also good, they change their menu everyday and honestly the food during breakfast was nice!
The room could have been better. I feel like it was slightly outdated and the beds could have been nicer. The room was also quite small for the price we have paid but it's not so bad. We were still comfortable. Another thing that bothered us was the pool was too deep that it was quite hard to chill, have a dip in it. The steps on the pool were also a bit complicated, I had hurt my foot there.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Meer. Wir hatten einen Holzbungalow im Garten mit Pool und Meerblick. Die Bungalows waren größer als gedacht. Sie waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.
Der Pool mit Meerblick ist wirklich schön. Das Restaurant hat ebenfalls Meerblick und das Frühstück sowie die sonstigen Speisen waren sehr gut.
Die Bungalows sind komplett aus Holz deshalb hat es im Innenraum etwas muffig gerochen. Leider wurden von den anderen Gästen die Liegen am Strand schon vor 7 Uhr mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl sie dann häufig nicht genutzt wurden. Es wäre schön wenn das Hotel hier etwas unternehmen würde.

We had a lovely stay: the staff were very helpful, and our rooms were small but had everything we needed. The beach is pretty and there were enough sunbeds. The pool was lovely and breakfast was great.

Завтрак вкусный ! расположение отличное! персонал внимательный! пляж отличный , чистый! Море прозрачное без водорослей. ужин на пляже шикарный! Кормят вкусно, порции хорошие!Лежаки всегда есть! Великолепный бассейн, супер!! красивый закат! Убираются хорошо, полотенца чистые. Рекомендую, соберусь на фукуок однозначно в этот отель!

The location is the best thing about the property - fab beach, quiet, yet everything is super close.

The hotel is located right next to the beach. The journey to the village centre takes about 5 minutes. The hotel is magnificent and designed with all the needs of travellers in mind. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the staff made it different every day. It's worth going back there. Thank you very much.

Le personnel est vraiment hyper gentil. Ils sont tous attentionnés.

Limited number of beach chairs, plus there was a a note next to the entrance from the beach that beach chair can be rented for people from outside for some specified amount which is maybe not bad idea during low season but not during NYE when was very busy. There was also a little bit drainage problem in our cottage from the shower.

This place has a great location, right on the beach with a lovely pool and view and only a couple of minutes walk into the town where there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed in a bungalow which was a perfect size for what we needed. Breakfast was also pretty good.

gute Lage, direkt am Strand. Schöne Poolanlage. Großes und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. BBQ direkt am Strand auch wunderschön. Personal sehr bemüht. Einige Bars am Strand zu Fuß erreichbar.
Schade, wenn man bei der Abreise vom Reinigungspersonal beschuldigt wird, einen Glasbecher aus dem Bedezimmer entwendet zu haben. Will man sich hier etwas „dazuverdienen „?? Auch sind zu wenige Strandbetten vorhanden.

The resort is quite centrally located and its not too far to travel up north or south of the island where the theme parks and
water activities are located. There are mini marts and massage salon and eateries within 3 minutes walk out of the resort. The King Kong Mart which is like a supermarket is just less than 10min walk from the resort. The resort has its own beachfront which is fantastic. There are many daybed which you can lie on and listen to the sea waves. You can even rent the paddle and paddle boat from them. Breakfast options are many but pretty similar everyday. Resort staffs are very helpful and they always try to assist you and attend to your request.
The road to the resort is very narrow and tight and often you have to watch out for cars driving along the road and avoid them. At night, you can hear your neighbor talking at their balcony even when you are in your room. The swimming pool water is very cold.

A wonderful gem of a place, on the beach near bars and lovely fish BBQ restaurants but in a quiet oasis. The hotel has a wonderful varied breakfast, all the usuals and also Viet, Chinese and Korean food. There’s a great lunch menu for everyone and they put on a wonderful buffet of fish meat and salads every other night. There’s rooms whilst not huge were fine for us with great hot water shower , fridge, tv and complementary water each day. It’s in a location that in .5 years will be much much busier so get in now.

Die kleinen Häuschen wunderschön direkt am Pool und sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Total idyllisch. In der Buchung war ein oneway Flughafentransfer inklusive sehr praktisch
etwas kompliziert mit den Bett Buchung und Belegung der Zimmer mit den Kindern. Letztendlich hat alles geklappt.

コストパフォーマンスはとても良かったと思います。ホテルのロケーションは最高でした。朝食も大満足でした。
娘達の部屋17は申し分なく思いましたが、私達の部屋14はベッドの位置が高いし、椅子も無かったため、部屋でゆったりくつろぐことができませんでした。

Świetna lokalizacja - cicha i spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do głównej ulicy ze sklepami i restauracjami. Resort ma własną małą, ale czystą i urokliwą plażę. Śniadania były bardzo pyszne i z ogromnym wyborem potraw (codziennie inne) - w restauracji na samej plaży. Czysty i dobrze wyposażony domek. Do dyspozycji leżaki na plaży, pod palmami albo przy basenie. Basen infinity kilka kroków od plaży jest idealny.

Das kleine aber feine Hotelresort hat uns überzeugt. Es ist eine kleine Perle, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Besonders die direkte Standlage, der Infinitypool sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück war das Beste auf unserer Reise. untermalt von unaufdringlicher Klaviermusik konnte man das tolle Frühstück perfekt genießen. Das Personal, die Sauberkeit einfach spitze - vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Czysta plaża i dobre jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji ( dobre ceny), lokalizacja bardzo fajna blisko głównej ulicy. Dobra baza wypadowa. Miły personel w restauracji.
Niestety ale łazienka i toaleta były niedokładnie posprzątane , filiżanki i kubki na herbatę nie są wymieniane na czyste, musisz je myć samemu. Niechcący zbiłam ucho od filiżanki, za które trzeba było zapłacić (150000VND). Kontakt z recepcja tragiczny- personel prawie w ogóle nie mówi po angielsku.
Niestety ale łazienka i toaleta były niedokładnie posprzątane , filiżanki i kubki na herbatę nie są wymieniane na czyste, musisz je myć samemu. Niechcący zbiłam ucho od filiżanki, za które trzeba było zapłacić (150000VND). Kontakt z recepcja tragiczny- personel prawie w ogóle nie mówi po angielsku.

Right on beach front. Always found sun beds on beach and by pool. Just a few minutes walk to many restaurants, shops etc.
Upsetting to see a member of staff being cruel to a (friendly) dog that had strayed on to the hotel's beach area. Cleanliness not as good as it could have been.

Местоположение отличное, завтраки хорошие шведский стол, бассейн чистый, пляжные полотенца предоставляются в номере. Постельное белье отличное.
Ооочень жесткий матрас. Спать некомфортно, не высыпались. Кровать на подиуме с выступами, можно запнуться. Полы только подметают. Уборка средняя.

Das tolle Frühstück, der Mopedverleih, der außergewöhnliche Infinitypool am Strand.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and very fresh. Restaurant was right on the beach so amazing views while you enjoy it. Food and drink was very good value and staff were helpful and friendly.
The coffee at breakfast was sweet, a non sugar option would have been good, although they probably would have done it if I had asked.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Perfekt, wenn man auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Ferienanlage mit wenigen Zimmern ist, den Strand genießen möchte oder die Insel besichtigen möchte. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, aber kein Fluglärm! Das Personal war super super lieb.
Ich hatte die günstigste Preisklasse und deshalb keinen schönen Ausblick. Dies hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört. Der Müll am Strand hat mich, wie in ganz Vietnam gestört, wurde aber vom Hotelpersonal entfernt.

Nette kamers met een fijne douche. Restaurant gedeelte ligt aan het strand, dus ook s’morgens bij het ontbijt heerlijk genieten met het uitzicht van de zee. Lekker restaurant met een gevarieerde menu kaart. Normaal gingen wij dagelijks buiten de hotels en resorts wat eten maar dat is bij dit restaurant niet nodig

This place is amazing. All of the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms were clean and fresh. The pool area was amazing right on the beautiful private beach that was clean compared to other areas of the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and places to sit and enjoy the views. Good food in the restaurant and a nice buffet breakfast with a variety to choose from. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff!

Super uitgebreid ontbijt, prachtige tuin met infinity pool, direct eigen privé strand aan de tuin met ligbedden en veel schaduw. Prachtig zandstrand met schommels en strandspeeltjes voor de kids. Restaurant aan het strand met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Eten in restaurant ook heerlijk en goede kwaliteit. Echt een paradijs!!! Iedereen moet vida loca bezoeken, het is geweldig, schoon, goed onderhouden, mooie tuin voor de kids om te spelen en kamers ruim en schoon!!

This cute resort is on the beach, 5 minutes from town, and biking/walking distance to all amenities including food services and King Kong mart. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was excellent with many ‘Western’ and Asian options. The infinity pool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to watch the sunset. We especially liked the green grass and shade from the trees. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks Nhan and Ms Thanh for a wonderful week! -The Canadians

Direkte Strandlage, gemütliches Zimmer und sehr schöner Pool mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang! Garten und Strand sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Frühstück war Top!!

Das kleine, schöne Resort liegt direkt am Strand. Es gibt ein Haupthaus und viele kleine Bungalows. Wir hatten zwei der kleinen Holzbungalows, die wir sehr schön fanden, ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten und ein kleines Terrasse.
Der Strand ist sehr schön, es war nicht überlaufen, ausreichend Liegen vorhanden und schöne schattige Plätze durch die vielen Palmen. Der Strand wurde gepflegt und immer aufgeräumt, für den manchmal vorhandenen Plastikmüll kann das Hotel nichts. Der Pool hat einen tollen Blick aufs mehr und war erfrischend.
Fußläufig gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt. Mopeds kann man zu einem guten Preis über das Hotel buchen.
Frühstück, alles was man braucht, asiatisch als auch europäisch.
Das Restaurant sehr gut, besonders das BBQ am Strand mit Live-Musik. Ein super Angebot und tolle Preise.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich viel Mühe.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!!

Tolle Lage am Strand mit eigenen Liegen, Hängematten, Sesseln.
Das Restaurant-Personal ist leider sehr schlecht geschult und spricht schlecht English. Erst nach mehrmaligem auf sich aufmerksam machen wird man bedient. Wenn das Bestellte da ist, sieht man den Kellner nie mehr.

Breakfast was decent, but a la carte menu at restaurant was way overpriced, small portions, along with very slow service.
Paid for four nights, stayed for three, then accused of stealing small white towels when we repeatedly stated they were in the shower! Lots of garbage on beach and in the water. Bungalows have the most uncomfortable beds, and you can hear the loud music coming from nearby beach club at night. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, stay elsewhere.

Hotel butikowy, kameralny, w fajnym zadbanym ogrodzie. Obsługa miła, sympatyczna. Plaża i basen przepiękna. Fajne udogodnienia jak huśtawka i hamak. Leżaków starczyło dla wszystkich. Ręczniki codziennie nowe plażowe - odbierasz i oddajesz przy barze, fajna opcja. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, łóżko ogromne. Wifi w pokojach średnio działa, w barze, na plazy - perfekcyjnie. Śniadania wyśmienite, urozmaicone, europejskie i lokalne potrawy. Bylismy 4 dni, to byl idealny wybór. Będę polecać znajomym!
Dosyć cienkie ściany i brak "izolacji" powoduje, że głosy i hałasy łatwo się przedostają do pokoju - to typowe dla azjatyckiego budownictwa. Zatyczki do uszu w zupełności wystarczą :)

This is a little oasis on the beach catering to families and couples that want a quiet retreat. I loved the laidback peaceful vibe, very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and the service is very good. The buffet breakfast is very good with look options offering fresh fruit, juice, breads, and meats, as well as many western and Asian options. Beach bean bags are set out on the beach in the evening along with candles to set the ambiance. There are swings and hammocks in the palms on the beach and it’s just a very pleasant place to hang out. One can rent stand up paddle boards from the hotel to paddle around in the ocean. A large basket of beach toys is provided for children and the pool is beautiful and refreshing. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays they offer a beach BBQ with live music. The musicians were very good taking requests and getting the crowd singing. We booked this hotel while we were in Phu Quoc for Scuba diving with our teenage children and thoroughly enjoyed having such a comfortable experience.

Отличное расположение! Потрясающий бассейн с видом на море! Приветливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. В номерах убирают каждый день! Все чисто и великолепно! Сначала бронировали данный отель на 5 ночей, но нам настолько все понравилось, что продлили отдых себе здесь !

beach is great, sunsets are amazing, very good breakfast (many possible options), live music and grill on the beach (this place is so great to stay, chill etc), infinity pool, massages on the beach are ok , very clean resort and beach (what is not always standard in Vietnam) It is close to Sunset Sanato Beach (but it is not best place if you don't have time, empty and destroyed in many parts - also with ticket, so better to walk there by beach for free) , generally better options are night market, super soup pho on the main street and cable car (you can take grab or bus or scooter)
our room was booked for same date by other people. We could stay one night in differen room and move to ours but we decided to not lose time and stay in other room , which was ok too but withour garden - hotel served plate of fruts for free (fresh fruts and juces are amazing ) - so in general, stresful start but all stay was great , I would recomend and back again.

Great little hotel on the beach. Simple, older accommodations with a beautiful pool and beach area. Great breakfast, great staff. Perfect location and lovely clean beach. Family room was wonderful and large with a great ocean view.
Property is a little aged but still wonderful. There is construction on both sides which is as loud and sometimes a bit smelly (paint, concrete, grinding steel). I likely wouldn’t have stayed if I had known, the sounds were quite distracting when trying to relax on the beach or at the pool.

De locatie, strand, houten bungalow waren prachtig. ook een fijn terras voor het huisje. het huisje was klein maar fijn. Super goede prijs/kwaliteit. mooi strand en gezellig borrelen en BBQ. ontbijt super lekker.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und fanden es in dem Resort für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt. Der Pool liegt eigentlich den ganzen Tag über im Schatten. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Leider ist der Weg dorthin mit Steinen gepflastert, die teilweise Verletzungsrisiken beinhalten. Die Steine unter der Schaukel und die Holzpaletten unter der Hängematte sollten ebenso entfernt werden!!!!
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Im Restaurant haben wir nur einmal gegessen. Das vegetarische Curry können wir empfehlen. Die Pommes eher nicht so
Lediglich die Massage unten am Strand würde ich nicht empfehlen, diese gehört aber ja auch nicht zum Resort dazu.

Très bon emplacement, magnifique piscine et une belle plage. Le restaurant et un petit-déj’ au top.
Le personnel est assez froid. Après avoir dépensé des millions dans le bar et le restaurant on a réussi à me demander de payer 10 000 dongs pour une bouteille d’eau que j’ai remplacé mais qui n’était pas de « bonne marque » dans le mini frigo

Piękna prywatna plaża z leżakami, hamakami. Basen infinity otoczony palmami. Restauracja z widokiem na morze. Wyśmienite śniadania w formie bufetu z widokiem na morze. Do wyboru dania kuchni azjatyckiej (np. Pho, ryż, dimsum), a także jajecznica, sałatki, owoce, kawa, herbata, soki. Trzy razy w tygodniu od 18.30 jest muzyka na żywo i świetne barbecue!

Ăn Bufer sáng ngon rất tuyệt. View biển tạo cảm giác thoải mái và thân thiện. Đi lại các điểm tham quan hot nhất PQ không quá xa chị tâm 10~20 phút ô tô hoặc xe máy.

Очень хороший отель. Вкусные завтраки, разнообразный шведский стол, свежевыжатые соки 2 вида, фрукты. Доброжелательный персонал, отличная уборка номера. Хороший пляж, всегда в наличии свободные лежаки. Бунгало в виде "бочки" интересное, 2 мини комнаты, диван и кровать.
Это не имеет отношения к отелю, море чистое, но есть зелёный ил, который оставляет налёт на светлом купальнике. Вход в море нормальный, но местами есть крупные камни, может для кого-то это важно. Но проход по песку между ними есть.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool and beach area. Ms. Nhan at reception was extremely welcoming. Very relaxed atmosphere, very clean. Walking distance from lots of other restaurants and a huge supermarket. Bike rental was easy and not overpriced. The breakfast buffet was great, however not a lot of options for vegan/vegetarian guests. Overall, amazing would definitely stay here again!
We stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor in the building. It was quite noisy, could hear people walk past and slam their doors in the morning. I'd recommend staying in the small wooden houses outside. Would be nice to put a notice on the doors or in the hallway to remind others to be more considerate or change the really thin doors. More vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and on the restaurant menu.

Except for 2 people staff does not speak any English which makes it hard to communicate. Pool Area can get very loud due to kids yelling (parents took no action even after asking them). People smoke cigars by the breakfast area. Very unpleasant to have breakfast at 8am when men are smoking cigars. Laundry: 1 shirt and 1 pair of shorts came back with stains from laundry service. Rooms: some rooms are very loud (due to next door Bar and the Pool)

La cama era muy cómoda. El personal muy agradable y atento. El desayuno muy completo. Y las instalaciones y la piscina muy bonitas.

It is okay, choice is not much but I can see that the resort is putting effort to make the breakfast different for everyday.

Amazing location, clean rooms.
Unfortunately the staff at the bar let the place down, very hard to get served, lots of mix ups. On check out we were handed a bill that we had already paid. As we were rushing for an early flight we just paid it as the receptionist kept insisting it was ours.

Loved the location, we'd stayed there in 2019 so were very excited to return
My only issue was placing the tables and chairs directly in front of the sun loungers on the beach. It mad it feel a little crowded. The would be better placed further back / in the shade

Die Lage sowie die Anlage selbst ist sehr gut! Der Strand ist gepflegt und direkt vor der Nase, es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in walking distance, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die warmen Speisen waren täglich wechselnd.
Die Matratzen in den Standard Zimmern sind leider sehr hart und recht ungemütlich. Es gab Momente wo keine liegen am Strand frei waren, da es mehr Gäste als liegen gibt.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Mein gemütlicher Bungalow lag nur wenige Schritte vom Pool und Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es wird täglich gereinigt.
Es gab bequeme Liegen und sogar eine Hängematte am Strand. Das Restaurant hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an europäischen und vietnamesischen Speisen. Das Restaurant hat tagsüber durchgehend geöffnet, abends gibt es Barbecue am Strand.
Das Team am Empfang ist kompetent, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider fehlt dem Serviceteam im Restaurant teilweise die Freude und Motivation.. Der Service ist ok, mit Luft nach oben.

The location of the resort right on the beach was absolutely fantastic.
The rooms could do with an upgrade to make it more modern. Also be aware that they added a charge over and above the price quoted on Booking.Com. They are the only property to do so which is very worrying because none of the other properties we stayed at in Vietnam only charged the price quoted by Booking.Com. This matter must seriously be addressed!!!

Mycket fint ställe precis vid stranden. Lugnt och skönt läge. Perfekt för barnen med pool med olika djup för att funka för små barn också. Frukosten var jättebra. Personalen var fantastiska och oerhört vänliga.
Om jag måste säga något så var sängarna ganska hårda men vi sov som stenar så det gick bra.

This is a beach resort so it exceeded my expectations.
1. It is clean. Dunno how they manage it.
2. It is well maintained without any insects or bugs
3. The staff, Mr Hoang prepared breakfast takeaway for us as we need to rush to the airport before the breakfast timing.
4. It is well designed to give u a unique experience in a clean wooded shack on a beach

The room was nice, a little bungalow.
People from outside entering the resort, using the deck chairs, the swimming pool while clients from the resort have to sit on chairs or wait until a deck chair is free. It gives also a feeling of discomfort. Staff at the bar/restaurant ignore this problem.

Great secluded location directly on the beach, wonderful staff always ready. Nice BBQ and an extensive breakfast. Will be back!

Breakfast and restaurant (despite some negative reviews) were good, had plenty of choice and reasonable prices
To sum it up: if you're on a budget I don't think you get more value for money on Long Beach
Rooms could be decorated or painted a bit to be more warm and friendly Definitely need some more sunbeds on the beach (always reserved occupied before/during breakfast for the rest of the day - super annoying) Please spend some more time cleaning the bathrooms properly

Die Lage zum Strand war optimal und die Entfernung zum Flughafen waren lediglich 10-15 Minuten je nach Verkehrslage.
Leistungen wie Wäsche oder Moped mieten, mussten immer sofort Cash bezahlt werden, weil es externe Leistungen waren. Der Motorradverleih war nicht optimal.

Долго выбирали отель и не ошиблись, здесь прекрасное расположение прямо у моря, персонал выше всяких похвал: нарезали красиво нам фрукты, купленные на улице, накрывали стол прямо на пляже, когда мы просили, всегда идут навстречу. Через день на пляже вечеринка-барбекю, живая музыка, свежайшие морепродукты по цене ниже ночного рынка, разрешали приходить со своим вином (мы не каждое пьём). В общем, я прямо рекомендую. Сама локация очень удобная, все рядом, массажи, кафе, бары. Бассейн отличный, только ради фото в нем на фоне заката стоит там побывать. Завтраки очень хорошие, готовят 5 разных блюд из яиц, всегда есть лёгкий супчик, овощи, фрукты и много всего прочего, нам за 7 дней не надоело, очень все разнообразно. После Vida Loca уехали на север в пафосный отель, сидим со скуки умираем, везде все дороже в 2-3 раза, нет этого колорита, который ощутили там.
Возможно, уборка не идеальна, песок в бунгало был всегда, но это потому что отель практически на пляже.

У отеля прекрасный пляж и расположение непосредственно на первой линии, на пляже. Но обратите внимание, что море на этой части пахнет, оно не чистое. Это никак не касается отеля. Рядом город, похоже канализация вся в эту часть моря.
В отеле при возможности надо брать номер 27 в общем здании. Он большой и с прекрасным балконом и видом. Завтраки отличные, с видом на море.
Требует ремонта, запах краски наложенный на краску, видимо так справляются с плесенью. Море неприятный запах имеет, вообще не очень чистое побережье.

Location is perfect beach front and an amazing infinity pool. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. Service from all the staff was excellent especially Deng.
Close to main strip where you can get access to all amenities including bars, restaurants, spas, shopping, free hop-on hop-off shuttle etc.
The hotels just needs some TLC, rooms and exterior need some painting and freshen up

The hotel and its restaurant are directly at the beach. It's very clean and the bungalows are very pretty and modern. You have everything you need: from towel rental to bike and motorbike rental as well as an infinity pool.
The location at Long Beach is perfect.

Отличное расположение, комфортный выход к морю, отсутствие громкой музыки. Номера небольшие, с продуманной планировкой и наполнением. 3 раза в неделю в отеле живая музыка и гриль с морепродуктами, рыбой и мясом. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки. В ресторане есть балкончик со столом с видом на море и приземляющиеся самолеты.
Прогулявшись по пляжу в обе стороны от отеля, поняли, что это действительно лучший вариант в этом районе для спокойного размеренного отдыха. В том числе для отдыха с маленькими детьми.
В соседнем отеле громкая музыка по вечерам, начинающаяся в 10 вечера. Уборка в номере проводится в непредсказуемое время - может быть в 8 утра, а может и в 3 часа дня. Полотенца в номерах пахнут костром (но это видимо вопрос к прачечной или месту хранения полотенец). К полотенцам на пляже никаких вопросов. Обратились с этой проблемой к менеджеру, на следующий день полотенца в номере пахли не только костром, но и ароматизатором, а потом все вернулось к обычному аромату.

Hemos pasado 4 noches y volveríamos. El desayuno buffet es muy variado, y está muy bueno. Su piscina infinita está genial y su zona de hamacas en la playa donde poder ver el atardecer ..pura paz. Bastante limpio si no fuera porque estaban de obras en el edificio donde estan las habitaciones. Gente amable
Se supone que era habitacion con vista al jardin y realmente era pequeñita y con vistas al jardin del vecino ;) pero para dormir estaba bien que es lo que importa realmente. La próxima vez, al bungalow seguro.

The staff, location, breakfast buffet- everything was great! We got our bungalow near the ocean and gardens- the view was amazing! Highly recommended to reconnect with nature and family. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options- continental and local Vietnamese cuisine. Staff were always very welcoming and helpful, especially Mr Nhan (FO supervisor).
Veg options very limited in breakfast buffet, but the staff made sure they got us 1 meal for the parents.

O alojamento é mesmo junto a praia e fantástica.
pequeno almoço com muita variedade e staff muito simpatico e disponivel.
Piscina excelente e com excelente vista para o mar.
