Pour une nuit de transit, cela convient mais la literie est hyper dur, si vous avez mal au dos, à éviter! Pour le reste, ça fait l’affaire.

This hotel is beautiful and excellent for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and everything in the room is meticulously arranged. I love Sunrise.

Just 2kms from the center of Hanoi in a quiet neighborhood Sunrise hotel was a great choice. I’ve stayed for over 2 weeks, in a big room with king size bed and a view to the river. The room was great with a fridge, mini bar, water boiler and more. The stuff were very polite and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.The location is convenient and easy to get around the city. There are also many restaurants, cafés, and local attractions nearby which made the trip more enjoyable.The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help when needed. Check-in was quick and smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Friendly hotel, great value for money.
Very solid bed. Not a great location as you need to get a taxi (Grab) to travel 10 minutes to / from the hotel and the old quarter restaurant / bars.

Booking annonce un petit déjeuner qui n'existe plus
L'hôtel a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement niveau chambre et salle de bains .
L'environnement c'est surtout des boutiques locales quelques restaurants simples mais bons.
La ville est à deux kilomètres accessible aux bons marcheurs mais circulation très dense.
Pollution importante ,ciel bas,
et gris, les deux nuits où nous sommes restés
Point positif:: le personnel , très serviable et compétant Merci à la responsable de l'accueil et aux femmes de ménage

Location overlooking the Red River. Big room, good WiFi and WiFi TV.
The room decor was dated and in need of updating. I did not get on well with a round bed. Whilst there was a bath. In the bathroom, it could have done with a shower screen/curtain.

Phòng hơi có mùi ẩm, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Hôm mình đi, phòng đối diện có con nít tầm 3 đến 6 tuổi, chạy rần rần trong phòng nhưng phòng mình vẫn nghe, đặc biệt là trong toilet, tiếng vọng qua vang kinh khủng. Toilet nhìn cũng ko sạch lắm.

The lady on reception was very kind and helpful.
I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel due to serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. The first room we were assigned had significant mould, excessive dust, and dirty walls, which caused discomfort given my sensitive skin and chest concerns. Additionally, the room experienced flooding, after which the receptionist kindly assisted us in moving to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had similar issues, including a bed that appeared mouldy and covered in dust, along with unclean walls. After raising this with staff, we were moved again. However, the third room’s bathroom, particularly the shower area, was heavily affected by mould. As a result of these ongoing issues, I was unable to continue my stay and checked out after the first night, despite having booked for four nights. I raised these concerns with the manager via Booking.com, and I was informed that a refund would be issued, with an update promised on Monday. I was also told the refund would be provided in cash, which is not practical as I have since left the country. Despite multiple follow-up messages requesting an update, I have received no response. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on the lack of cleanliness and poor follow-up regarding the refund.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The lovely ladies at the reception helped us with booking some wonderful tours during our stay. We loved Ha Long bay, and the breathtaking sites Sung Sot Cave, Titov island and boat rides during the day tour. The city tour was also pleasing and informative. We learnt some history of beautiful sites in Hanoi like Ho Chi Min Homes, Old Quarter, Train Street, Ethnology Museum, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoa Lo Prison, Temple of Literature...and many more!

Great hotel with clean rooms and a very convenient location. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well prepared and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The staff were so lovely, the shower had good pressure and temperature. Plenty of facilities i.e. tea/coffee, toothbrush/toothpaste etc provided, plus chargeable mini bar

Bueno, es difícil encontrar algo.
La chica de recepción espero que retiremos plata del cajero y paguemos a la tarde. Era bastante simpática
Nada que ver tiene el estado del lugar con las fotos, las paredes descascaradas un olor a humedad terrible, el techo del baño lleno de moho. La bañera es muy incómoda, los espejos no tienen luz. Hay pocos lugares para enchufar tus dispositivos y muchos de ellos están rotos. Tenes que pedir todo: al segundo día necesitaba papel higiénico y café y fue un drama, me mandaron a esperar, me dieron servilletas y recién al día siguiente llevaron el papel higiénico (el café todavía lo espero). El chico recepcionista fue un maleducado cuando le pedí papel me dijo después después y se puso a jugar un juego con su celular. Quedé esperando en la recepción y lo escuchaba exclamar contra otras personas como jugando algo en línea. A los 15 minutos fui de nuevo y me dio servilletas de mala gana. La ubicación, es un poco lejos de todo, lo sabía pero priorice las fotos las cuales son falsas, pero creo que podes conseguir mejor ubicación por el mismo precio Nos quedamos 4 días. La limpieza en este lugar es inexistente, gracias si puedo creer que cambiaron las sábanas. La mesa de luz estaba toda manchada con signos de vasos anteriores, y en el balcón quise tomar un té pero el polvo de la mesa me ahuyentó. En la recepción el tacho de basura completamente colapsado. El último día la recepcionista tienen que “checkear “ la habitación antes que te vayas, insólito y el taxi llegó antes que ella vuelva y trato de decirnos que teníamos que pagar algo pero no sabía cómo decirlo en inglés y nos tuvimos que ir, no sé qué era pero sonaba a que probaba para estafarnos, porque literalmente hemos dejado la habitación tal cual estaba. Y seguro puedo decir más cosas que no recuerdo pero me cansé.

The beds were as hard as a slab of rock. There was cigarette smoke coming into the room from somewhere. The room smelled of damp and there was no toilet paper in the first day

1-Star Review – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Extremely Disappointing I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would strongly caution future guests. First, the room I booked was advertised as having a window. However, upon arrival I was given a room with no window at all, which was completely misleading. In addition, the room was not clean and far from what is shown in the photos online. The photos present a bright, well-maintained space, but the actual room felt poorly maintained and much darker than advertised. The staff told me they could move me to a “better” room,” but only if I immediately left a positive review — before even seeing the new room. This felt manipulative and highly inappropriate. On the second day, I unfortunately lost my room key card. I was then informed I had to pay 300,000 VND for a replacement. This was never explained at check-in. They claimed the information was written on the back of the card. I am visually impaired and would not have been able to read small print on the card. In most hotels, such policies are clearly communicated in advance. The amount charged is more than the cost of one night’s stay, which is completely unreasonable. After I filed a complaint with Booking.com, the receptionist who had previously promised to move me to a balcony room suddenly claimed that no balcony rooms were available. However, later that evening I saw a balcony room open and unoccupied. It felt as though I was being penalized for raising a complaint. At checkout, while I was rushing to catch my flight, they attempted to charge me again, claiming the towels were “dirty” due to coffee stains. They tried to delay my departure and insisted on additional payment. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, especially as I was concerned about missing my flight. What makes this particularly unfortunate is that all of my other experiences in Vietnam have been extremely pleasant. Everywhere else I encountered kindness, professionalism, and very

The hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were extra friendly, always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Near to everywhere we wanted to visited.

In my room was a lot of destroyed things. All doors are not working properly or completely broken. Water from the bathtub spills onto the floor. The shower head doesn't work. Tv is not working.

We repprted this to the reception, the so called technician fixed it..but the a.c still not cold and the fridge not working😔.. since day 1 of our stay, the bathroom gel canister is empty- again reported to the reception, they will so called let the housekeeping know, came back to the hotel.aftef a day of activity , still empty. Requested a room.with a view.. we were put in a room where u can see tree branch. The stairs going up to the reception area, no one helps with the guests luggages.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la calidez del personal; chicos jóvenes muy amables y atentos que nos ayudaron con toda la información necesaria. Las habitaciones están muy bien organizadas. Además, se agradece mucho el detalle del café y el agua a libre disposición. Muy recomendado por su gran servicio.

I wouldn't recommend this place, I don't know if years ago it was better, but now??? 😞😞😞 The rooms were moldy, smelly, the tub didn't have a curtain so the waters of the shower fell outside, the beds are super hard you can literally feel all the springs and threads of them. Reception speaks very basic English and never say a hello when you enter. The cleaning service is almost non existent.A balcony so small and dirty and the plants half ... We paid 18 per night for 7 nights... I would never ever recommend.... This is the first time I'm putting a bad review. Needs a really good renovation and maintenance....

Vriendelijk personeel en fijne bedden.

We didn't like anything.
Very bad hotel stay. The room is dirty and the shower is full of mold and they don't clean the room when you go out for a walk. The attitude was cold from the staff and how we got to the hotel they forced us to give a good review before we entered the room and in return they would not give us a smaller room than what we paid and we were shocked. It is not recommended to come to this hotel!!! Be careful!!

Location is good, it's not too far from center. Taxi to center costs less than 4 usd. Actually it's possible to walk to center if you have enough time. Great view to river. Big room with pictures on walls. High quality furniture. Big bathroom with bathtub! Helpful staff. WiFi works good, high speed, high signal strength. There is a big TV in room, but I didn't try it, I have no idea about available channels.

The staff were very friendly. They did everything they could to make our stay better!
Location is algo not too bad. About 20-30min walk or 10min by Grab to the center.
The views into the river were also nice. The minibar had good prices and was restocked every day.
The hotel needs a glow up. Walls need painting, the corridors need re doing. The cleaning should be improved. The furniture was dusty and there were ants in the room. If you close the bathroom door it got a bit smelly inside. I think this hotel could be a hidden gem if all the problems with it are dealt with. Just a better cleaning and a comfier bed would make a great difference!

My room was clean. Bed was rock hard but they put extra blankets to soften it up. Room was relatively quiet.
Bed was basically a rock .. like sleeping on a plank. Carpet on every floor is stained. Not in my room though. Also the shower has hot water for maybe 5 mins only.

An sich eine schöne Aufmachung mit dem Eingang. Ein einfaches Hotel in noblem Stil. Zimmer, wenn man nicht gerade das Falsche bekommt, absolut gut!
Allerdings war unser Zimmer wirklich nicht das beste (Wichtig! Andere sind vermutlich besser, wir hatten ebenfalls ein 2 Bettzimmer für eine Nacht und das war deutlich besser und wirklich absolut super für den Preis) . Es gab nur ein grelles weißes Deckenlicht. Decken Lampe ging nur teilweise. Keine Tischlampe (kaputt), kein anderes Licht. Beim melden bei der Rezeption wurde gesagt es wird sich darum jemand kümmern. Unseren gesamten Aufenthalt ist nichts passiert. Außerdem wirkt es so als hätte man den Fernseher mit dem SmartTV Adapter einfach in das Zimmer gestellt und nie wieder angeguckt. Nichts war eingerichtet, YouTube ging nicht. Wenn man so etwas in das Zimmer stellt, sollte es funktionieren! Diesem Problem wurde sich ebenfalls nicht angenommen. Das Zimmer „Upgrade“ welches wir bekommen haben, hat sich eher nach einem Downgrade angefühlt. Und vielleicht sollte man im 6. Stock keine offene Baustelle haben, die so aussieht als würde die Hälfte des Gebäudes fehlen.

Das ich für das Upgrade nicht Extra bezahlen mußte.Größe vom Zimmer war Super. Das Hotel befindet sich ca.3 Km vom Ortszentrum entfernt dafür aber in einer identischen Umgebung mit lauter netten Leuten. Der Markt wo es wirklich alles gibt direkt vor der Türe.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und Höfflich.
Der Straßen lärm und das Badezimmer. Sollte alles Mal erneuert werden. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen,habe es nie kennengelernt.

Il prezzo molto conveniente
Per entrare bisogna salire una scalinata e con le valige non è per niente facile. Dal sito non mi dava la possibilità di prenotare la colazione, quindi al check in ho chiesto di aggiungerla pagando e mi hanno risposto che o si aggiunge alla prenotazione o niente. La pulizia delle camere lascia un po' a desiderare ed il personale non parla inglese, quindi le comunicazioni sono molto difficili

Dans l'ensemble ça s'est bien passé mais..
J'ai laissé une chemise de valeur dans le closet. Lors de mon arrivée à ma destination, j'ai fait appeler directement un ami vietnamien pour qu'elle soit mise de côté. On nous a répondu qu'elle n'y était pas. Elle a donc disparu et c'est vraiment pas correct. Moi je ne l'ai pas évidemment. Vous avez gagné une chemise mais vous avez clairement perdu 1 cliente. Ne répondent pas aux messages sur Booking, même avant cet incident.

Our stay was only a few hours, 2pm is check in time and we arrive very early i just paid extra for early check in. Locatio n is not at the downtown but taking grab is easy and kinda cheap. The room is good spacious but nothing is special. Going back- yes😁

La chambre que nous avons réservé ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. Elle était très sale : urine sur les toilettes, cheveux au sol et derrière la porte de la salle de bain, pas de protection matelas juste un simple draps qui recouvre un matelas crasseux, une fenêtre salle qui donne sur un mur... Plusieurs éléments ne fonctionnent pas : la télécommande de la climatisation était cassée et ne permettait pas de régler la température, l'évier de la salle de bain était bouché, le pommeau de douche qui fuit... Ils ont accepté de nous rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre contre le fait qu'on ne mette pas de mauvaise note mais je trouve ça tellement honteux que je me dois pour les futurs clients de décrire la réalité

Ik heb geboekt na aankomst om 23:00 uur vertelden zei mij dat het hotel vol zit. Na dat ik mijn bevestiging van mijn boeking heb laten zien. Kwamen ze met een lul verhaal dat ik hun voor 17:00 uu op de hoogte had moeten houden hoelaat ik er precies zou zijn om. Daarna ben ik weg gestuurd. Ben ik opzoek gegaan naar een andere hotel. The room linnen, bedsheet, floor, pillows were very dirty and dusty. We did not notice until the following day as we arrived at night and just quickly went to bed. The bed looked like it hasn't been changed in a long while, gathering dust and dirt. Some facilities broken or not working. Not soundproof, can hear people in the hallway very well. But. The cleaning staff cleaned the following day and it was good. Bed was clean and the staff were very nice.

I had asked to extend my Stay for one more night and the fact that they had upgraded my original room for bigger one when I asked to extend they give another room saying that I couldn't stay on that one because is bigger and when asked how much it cost for onther room the price given was more expensive than on line trying to make me pay more when. Thought that booking on the hotel it will be cheaper when I said to him that the price for the same room was cheaper on booking.com he didn't like it I went ahead and booked through the app very comfortable person.

We got upgraded from a superior double to a deluxe which was nice. We got a big double bed with a balcony and view into the river. Room had fridge, kettle and lots of storage

I got upgraded when I arrived, however I think it’s a standard procedure they do. The room felt not very clean to be honest, there were mold marks in the bathroom, and dirty drops on the floor. Since smoking is allowed in the property, the hallway to my room smelled of cigarettes. The slippers provided (Flipflops) were also dirty. For the money you might al well find a clean private room in a hostel and have breakfast included. I wouldn’t come again

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfortable beds - we got to the hotel and they upgraded us to the superior room free of charge. Nice and friendly staff and the toiletries they supply you are great and always stocked.
The shower in our room was a bit temperamental , we were still able to wash when needed.

Ils nous ont fait croire que notre réservation était annulée pour nous donner une chambre « surclassée » (Pas très propre et en mauvaise état). En retour, ils nous demandent de les remercier en rédigeant un avis positif (qu’on doit écrire en direct). Nous avons refusé d’écrire l’avis car nous n’étions pas satisfaits, alors la réceptionniste nous a accusé d’avoir consommé dans le mini bar..

The hotel room was covered with black mold the ceiling bathroom and windo blinds and smell very strong inside the room and the hole way also in the elevator, far from everything. I'm surprised how they get good reviews this hotel should be shut down by health department.i don't recommend it at all.

This is the worse and most dirty hotel of all...the beddings are never washed,smells like smoke and never wiped the surface underneath the bed neither vacuum....The cupboard drawers were never wiped and lollies were in there with moulds..Beds are so old and mattress has gone so very old that whole night the mattress spring was poking hard on our body,,got back pain and room smells only with smoke...Very disgusting hotel and both room were pathetic, what we see in the pictures on the Booking .Com is totally a lie and no as soon as when we checked in the first thing in the Reception lounge was ceiling leaking and I got tipped over the towel they put to soak the water leakage...
Staffs they don't know how to great there customers, no hello or hi to us,,they don't understand the English language at all ....they want us to cancel our bookings for rooms on Booking. 前台小姐会一点中文，交流没问题。帮忙升级房间，是刚刚装修翻新的，地板家具都是新的。附近有几家快餐，也可以右转200米，直行过马路，对面是夜市，大量的餐厅、排档、咖啡饮料、河粉店，非常方便。打车仅需5万多越南盾，可以到达还剑湖景区，交通方便，步行3公里吃不消。
升级后刚装修，还有一点味道，我只好开窗睡。

Immense surprise. Je sais que j'ai été surclassée mais, au 7ème étage avec vue sur le fleuve, je me suis vue attribuer une TRES grande chambre avec bureau, réfrigérateur, baies vitrées et grand balcon avec une petite table! J'ai adoré.
Le personnel était très agréable et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

The room was a bit dated with no natural light. It was quiet. The wifi was good. Housekeeping cleaned the room and inspected it thoroughly. My laundry was cared for.

Can't complain - it is good value for money. I needed to stay one night before moving on and I had a good night sleep in a comfy bed.

Checkin was delayed by 1h (3pm)
On checkout, room was checked and ok.
Then the staff wanted an immediate rating of 10. We said we'd do it later. Then, while leaving the hotel for a taxi one of the staff members tried to force us to an additional payment of 150kVnd for a supposed blood spot of about 1 cm on the sheet. We denied the payment and informed booking.com customer service.
It was quite a disturbing experience.and a bad surprise after an okish night.
Overall, the hotel seemed dated, dirty wallpaper on the walls. No breakfast options, in the (former) restaurant, there now seems to be a motorcycle parking.

Hotel is very overrated and presents itself as something of an exclusive accomodation which is not at all the case. The area is pretty run down, the so called 'superior double room' with river view was a pretty basic box with a tiny window overlooking some water tanks and rusty garbage. They have a sky lounge which was completely deserted, a big dusty room with dirty windows, so nobody wants to sit down there for drinks or whatever. The restaurant was just a few tables, located in the dark basement next to the garage where the motorbikes are parked. Also completely empty, unless someone likes to smell petrol fumes while having dinner, bit of a joke, really. The lobby on the other hand looked very posh and the staff was friendly, but it didn't really change the fact that the place feels like a scam. Polished from the outside but quite dissapointing once you get in, it's not exactly cheap either. So unless you get a good deal, there are way better options.

La propreté : hôtel n’est pas propre surtout la linge de bain Les personnels laisse à désirer : on nous a demandé de mettre 5 étoiles sur google au moment du checkin juste pour avoir une réduction. Sachant que j’ai demandé par message de nous si on peut faire le checkin à 12h on m’a dit ok mais en n’arrivant, on nous a dit que la chambre n’était pas prête mais si vous voulez mettre 5 étoiles sur Google on peut vous faire le checkin dans 10 minutes

Es un hotel 3 estrellas, simplemente por la recepción porque todo lo demás son pésimas calidades. Lo primero de todo tener cuidado porque no saben hablar inglés e intentan hacerte el lío con los precios cuando te ven de turistas. Intenta comunicarte con el móvil porque la recepcionista es demasiado lista va con una sonrisa por delante y te está engañando igualmente. Lo segundo las habitaciones están normal aunque la moqueta está sucia y las sábanas siempre tienen alguna mancha. En resumen es un hotel por llamarlo hotel de muy mala calidad tanto las habitaciones como el personal, sobre todo la recepcionista.

The price, that was it. We needed a place to store our suitcases and take a shower before our flight and the pictures looked good so we booked a room.
The hotel didn’t look like in the pictures. It was dirty, outdated with lot of issues patched up. It was very bad even for emerging economies like Vietnam. Shower was flooding the bathroom and we were charged 10k for an imaginary bottle of water we didn’t drink.

The ‘VIP room’ had the river views but poorly maintained. Everything was horrible. Room smelled damp and mouldy. Stains on peeling wall paper, mouldy bathroom, floors lifting from moisture issues. Bedbug stains on their decorative pillows and the furniture feels like it has not been cleaned in decades. Gave me the ick!! They made no attempt to hide anything whatsoever!! I sucked it up because it was only a night and I had a flight out the next day and was hardly in the hotel. It is absolutely nothing like the photos - I suspect they were never updated to reflect the current depressing state it is in. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever, and that is not an overstatement or exaggeration!! I would avoid like the plague.

Woken up with extremely loud noise from the shop across the road.
Mould on the walls in the room and also on the bathroom wall. Hot water was temperamental kept going cold. Sink also got stuck shut and couldn’t drain the water out of the sink.
Had a TV but did not connect to the WiFi or personal hotspot so couldn’t actually use the TV
The show cushions had marks on them looked a bit like damp?

Cheap hotel, view to the river
The hotel is very far away from the city center so we always had to take a taxi to see the sights. The bed sheets had blood stains on it and the hotel in general looks very old. Also the breakfast is a shame. We paid 4$ pax. and the food looked as if it was a few days old (no fresh bread, brown and mushy bananas,...). We've never had such a bad hotel in our whole time travelling Vietnam. Better invest a little bit in a hotel close by the center and save the money for all the taxi rides!

Phòng thoáng mát, có cửa sổ, đây là điều mình thích nhất. KS cũng rất chu đáo khi chuẩn bị cả kim chỉ,… cho khách. Mình có việc gần Kim Ngưu nên đi lại rất gần và tiện. Chợ và hàng ăn ở ngay dưới nhà nên siêu tiện luôn.

Ligger sentralt, men likevel litt for seg selv og vekk fra hovedveien og bystøyet. Rommene var romslige og badet var fint. Resepsjonistene var svært behjelpelige.

L hotel era pulito, camera molto carina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a 2 km dal centro. La cosa mi è piaciuta di più lo staff: la persona alla reception è stata molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste!

The door to the room was broken. The fridge was non-functioning. There was a large red wine spill on the carpet. The room was advertised with a garden view and the view was an unpainted brick wall. I had already paid so they would not move me to another room.
Very disappointing for my last day in Hanoi, because otherwise I loved Vietnam. It's all on the owners of this property.

К самому номеру, как и к его обслуживанию вопросов нет, чистенько, есть набор в ванной. Вода, полотенца, все меняют и добавляют каждый день, единственное, что дверь сделана из удобрений и палок, в ней вообще нет смысла, с открытой дверью все слышно ровно также, как и с закрытой, и если кто-то решит поболтать около вашего номера вы будете слышать каждое слово.
Персонал на ресепшен, ему вообще плевать на тебя, не в состоянии даже поздороваться, зато написали мне в ватсап с предложением такси и навязыванием экскурсий, и даже после моего отказа, все равно не стали писать. Еще перед тем, как выехать из отеля, попросили нас подождать, пока он проверит комнату, видимо, ожидая обнаружить там, что мы что-то украли из номера или съели из мини бара, эй, ребят, у вас 4* у отеля вроде как, стыдно.

Segítőkész és rugalmas személyzet. Segítettek a reptérről transzfert intézni. Bárhová szerettem volna utazni, segítettek volna mindenben. Többször is felajánlották.
Tiszta a hotel és napi szinten cserélték a törölközőket. Ingyen kávé, tea és palackos víz. 🙂👍
Kicsit messze van a központ, gyalog, de ki lehet bírni. Idős a padló burkolat és a tapéta is felújításra szorul, de ez az ár érték arányban kárpótolt!

Facilities were really nice, the room was large and big while the beds were relatively comfortable, while only staying for one night I enjoyed the room. flat tv, the ac was fine, most facilities were in good condition.
The only bad things I can say is the location, being relatively far away from airport and the city center, but close enough to the train station Another bad thing is that the wi fi sometimes was lagging(to be straight and honest that bothered me the least! ) Sometimes the water ran cold while we showered which was a bit of a bummer.

O hotel é arrumado e tem organizado. Fui atendida rapidamente por funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é boa, há poucos minutos de táxi/Grab dos principais pontos turísticos.

O que mais gostei do alojamento foi a receção ( a entrada do hotel)
Não gostei do alojamento. Embora o preço seja razoável, as imagens dos quartos não correspondem ao seu interior. Aliás, não tem nada a ver. Quarto cheio de humidade e com clara falta de limpeza ( e limpeza não tem nada a ver com o valor). As imagens falam por si! A localização também não é a melhor. Posso dizer que numa das vezes que decidi aventurar-me sozinha dei por mim num bairro de moradores onde ninguém falava inglês e o gps andava às voltas. Pela direção das motas consegui sair dali e ir ter a uma estrada mais movimentada; A vista para o lago é bonita mas também é para um conjunto de armazéns. Mandei mensagem prévia pelo booking a solicitar check in mais cedo, a resposta foi positiva. Quando cheguei ao hotel o rececionista disse-me que me deixava fazer o check in mais cedo em troca de uma review positiva. Achei um bocado ridículo e convidou -me precisamente a fazer o contrário.

Jedyne co nam się podobało to śniadania oraz przemile panie obsługujące śniadanie.
Można pozostawić bagaże po zakończeniu pobytu. Suszarka do wlosow w porzadku.
Na śniadanie trzeba codziennie prosić o karteczki. Recepcja powinna wydać wszystkie karteczki przy zameldowaniu. Zdecydowanie pokoj nie wygladal jak na zdjeciach pod wzgledem standardu. W pokoju na stoliku leżała jakaś brudna szmata i folia na podłodze, kurz na zagłówku, brudne fotele, pieśń w lazience, obdrapane stoliki. Jeszcze na koniec obsługa sprawdzała czy czegoś nie "zepsuliśmy". Z tym też pierwszy raz się spotkaliśmy (jeszcze rozumiem gdyby to był bardzo dobry hotel, ale to...). Czuć wilgocią w pokoju, próbowaliśmy włączyć AC, ale nam się nie udało, nie zgłosiliśmy tego obsłudze, bo kontakt po ang jest średni. Strasznie głośno, bez zatyczek do uszu nie da się zasnąć.

Loved the service. They are ready to fix anything.
The room i got provided had a nice view of river on two sides. But still the city is covered by fog. Can't appreciate much. Everything was cleaned well everyday.
The plug points are not in correct places. I have to remove tv and hair dryer wires to charge my stuff. There is none near bed. The telephone was not even connected, just for show. Location is kinda outer . Have to use grab to see the important locations of city. The booking.com bus tourplans don't have this hotel in the way. So have to travel 10 minutes to the pickup point.

Номер ОЧЕНЬ сильно нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Завтрак значительно дороже (в 3 раза) чем указано на сайте и совершенной не вкусный. В блюдах попадаются волосы и скорлупа от яиц. Нет ёршика у туалете Вода в бутылках, судя по запаху и вкусу - из под крана. Далеко до исторического центра города. Очень сильно шумит внешний блок кондиционера

Bardzo przestronny pokój, duże i wygodne łóżka, wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w pokoju czy toalecie były dostępne.
Pokój w rzeczywistości nieco odbiegał (negatywnie) od tego, co jest widoczne na zdjęciach, ale na szczęście nie pod kątem rzeczy wykorzystywanych typu łóżko (nieco obdrapane ściany). Śniadania niestety mało zróżnicowane i słabe (nie są w formie bufetu, jest napisane, tylko przynoszone do stolika- chleb, jajko, dżem, owoc, ciastko i napoje).
Pokój w rzeczywistości nieco odbiegał (negatywnie) od tego, co jest widoczne na zdjęciach, ale na szczęście nie pod kątem rzeczy wykorzystywanych typu łóżko (nieco obdrapane ściany). Śniadania niestety mało zróżnicowane i słabe (nie są w formie bufetu, jest napisane, tylko przynoszone do stolika- chleb, jajko, dżem, owoc, ciastko i napoje).

Nhân viên support rất nhiệt tình. Hôm mình nhận phòng thì điều hòa có hỏng, mình có báo lại với các bạn lễ tân và được hỗ trợ đổi phòng khác. Chất lượng dịch vụ khá ổn 👍

Bữa sáng tiện lợi, tuy không phải là khách sạn 5 sao nhưng đồ ăn khá vừa miệng. Bản thân mình cũng là người kỹ tính trong việc ăn uống nhưng thấy bếp của khách sạn tương đối ổn. Điểm trừ nhỏ là hơi ít lựa chọn nhưng vì giá tiền như thế thì cũng tương đối phù hợp.
Điểm trừ là 2 đường gần đi vào khách sạn là đường Vân Đồn với Lãng Yên cấm ô tô giờ cao điểm nên thường phải đi ra khỏi khách sạn từ sớm và về muộn sau 19h00. Nếu đi đường khác cũng được nhưng khá xa, cần đi thêm khoảng 2 km nữa mới ra được trục đường đê Nguyễn Khoái và giao thông cũng khá đông.
Điểm trừ là 2 đường gần đi vào khách sạn là đường Vân Đồn với Lãng Yên cấm ô tô giờ cao điểm nên thường phải đi ra khỏi khách sạn từ sớm và về muộn sau 19h00. Nếu đi đường khác cũng được nhưng khá xa, cần đi thêm khoảng 2 km nữa mới ra được trục đường đê Nguyễn Khoái và giao thông cũng khá đông.

The actual hotel is nice, cleanliness by Vietnamese standards was good, free bottled water and a very nice owner.
I stayed during Typhoon Yagi, and would have thought that during an effective lockin that some sort of food would be provided - even just stuff from the breakfast buffet, but none.

Đồ nội thất cũ, phòng nhìn cũ kĩ. Tường ẩm thấp, cánh tủ hư hỏng, trần wc như muốt rớt xuống. Vị trí giường nằm không có ổ cắm bất tiện. Ngày cuối cùng tôi làm cả ngày nên đã trả phòng từ sáng. Lúc chiều quay lại thì hỏi thuê giờ nhưng khách sạn chỉ thuê 2 giờ 200.000. Trông khi giá trên web thời điểm đó cho phòng qua đêm chỉ còn 300 -400k. Tôi đề nghị thuê 1 giờ nhưng nhân viên không đồng ý, có lẽ do quy định nên bạn đó không thể làm khác. Tôi chỉ thuê để tắm và nằm nghỉ khoảng 15ph vì đã sát giờ ra sân bay. Nếu có quay lại Hà Nội, tôi sẽ không chọn nơi đây.

Phòng Superior 333k/ đêm kèm bữa sáng đáng giá tiền
Bữa sáng nghèo nàn khi đã cắt giảm rất nhiều để phù hợp với giá mới, khác xa ảnh của khách sạn đăng tải Rooftop tầng 8 không còn không bàn ghế ngắm view sông, đã bỏ/ hoặc đang sửa lại 1 anh nam, có thể là manager ca trực sáng, đánh mất cảm tình, khá lố khi không hỏi trước cảm nhận của khách hàng mà đã hỏi lấy review 10đ. Mình rất ghét ai bảo mình làm cái này hay cái kia, không được mình báo cho 10 đ, thì bảo đừng review nữa. Manager làm hỏng hình ảnh của nhân viên thân thiện trước đó với mình.
Bữa sáng nghèo nàn khi đã cắt giảm rất nhiều để phù hợp với giá mới, khác xa ảnh của khách sạn đăng tải Rooftop tầng 8 không còn không bàn ghế ngắm view sông, đã bỏ/ hoặc đang sửa lại 1 anh nam, có thể là manager ca trực sáng, đánh mất cảm tình, khá lố khi không hỏi trước cảm nhận của khách hàng mà đã hỏi lấy review 10đ. Mình rất ghét ai bảo mình làm cái này hay cái kia, không được mình báo cho 10 đ, thì bảo đừng review nữa. Manager làm hỏng hình ảnh của nhân viên thân thiện trước đó với mình.

The location is very good, room is quite spacious and has a balcony with very beautiful river view in the early morning. Very clean hotel and helpful staffs.

办理住宿很方便
booking预订显示有阳台，到了酒店并没有阳台。沟通后给我们打印订单说没有阳台，不明白是哪里出了差错。但是楼顶有晾衣服的地方，也还可以接受。

navštívil jsem tento hotel po 6-ti letech a udělal jsem opět dobře. cena odpovídá kvalitě, lokalita je v autentické Hanoii. do centra se dostanete za 50-60k VND, ale vyborný streetfood naleznete v blízkém okolí hotelu. Personál byl neskutečně vstřícný - rozbily se mi brýle, šel jsem na recepci, zeptat se, zda nemají super lepidlo, neměli, ale pan recepční okamžitě vyběhl z hotelu a během ř minut byl i s lepidlem zpátky, peníze za něj odmítl...

The room was really affordable and with breakfast included. Breakfast was a buffet but local style, with noodles, fried rice, eggs, etc. Great coffee and other drinks, some fruit and bread also always available.
The room was comfortable and spacious. It had everything you might need for a few days stay. WiFi works well, there's a minifridge and a kettle. The bathroom was clean and nice.
The place is a bit away from the centre but you can reach Old Quarter on foot or get a taxi.
Although the staff are nice and helpful they struggle with English so be prepared to communicate in an easy and clear way if you want to make sure you are understood.

Khách sạn to đẹp, khá xịn xò. Phù hợp với cả các đoàn du lịch đông.
Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp, phục vụ tốt 👌
Vị trí không sát khu vực đông đúc, tiện ích nên hơi bất tiện vì phải đi bộ. Phòng cách âm chưa tốt lắm vì khách bên ngoài hành lang nói chuyện ồn ào nghe rất rõ

Pokój nie wyglądał jak na zdjęciach.W pokoju nie pracował sejf,nie mogłam go użyć,.....może tak miało być ...może ktoś specjalnie go zepsuł ........,ponieważ w pierwszym dniu zostawiłam w pokoju portfel z gotówką, po powrocie brakowało 100 USD .Zeszłam do recepcji aby to zgłosić ,usłyszałam ,że to nie możliwe, że w hotelu są same zaufane osoby.Poprosiłam.o rozmowę z menadżerem ,albo właścicielem....nic nie wskurałam.

Incredibly rude manager demanded we left him good review after her upgraded us which was only because we complained about the fact there was no windows and lots of hair on the floor. Ended up leaving and have not received any compensation

The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked really well! The bathroom was clean and the place felt very secure. Very quiet location to stay if you want a good night sleep.
Not the best location as not near anything so factor in for needing to get taxis everywhere. The guy who works reception kept trying to upsell me tours after I told him I was sick and didn’t wanna do a tour, he was really pushy and kind of weird

Выбирали по местоположению т.к. утром уехали на остановку автобусов .чтобы отправиться в Ниньбинь. Находится на берегу реки. дали номер на 6 этаже. категорией выше чем бронировали. номер чистый, кровать удобная . Завтрак очень понравился. суп фо бо был лучший именно здесь, мяса было очень много. Предлагали так же омлет, яичницу. но мы отказались. были фрукты и овощи, для Азии завтрак отличный.
