What I loved most about the property was its beautiful tropical setting and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The resort offered the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy everything Phu Quoc has to offer.
The surroundings were absolutely stunning, and I particularly appreciated the opportunity to slow down, relax, and soak in the island’s beauty. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise and made our time in Phu Quoc even more memorable.

Perfekt: es hieß zwar Resort, war aber nicht abgeschlossen vom Rest der Welt, wichtige Dinge wie gute Restaurants oder Geschäfte mit Eis, Bier, Obst und sogar Wäscherei waren in 250m Entfernung.
Frühstück überwältigend, abends ein DJ, der es kann!
Die Liegen und Schirme an Strand und Pool sind super und werden dauernd "gewartet". Das Wasser wird meistens sauber gemacht, wie mit scheint, vom Meer kommt viel Müll an, der hier offensichtlich entfernt wird. Bar am Strand teuer, aber man bekommt was dafür: Sonnenuntergang und gute Musik, wunderbar
Achja, die Zimmer auch sehr gut, breite Fensterfront, Klimaanlage tadellos und die Verdunkelung auch möglich. Hellhörig? Nichts gehört von Meer, Nachbarn oder anderen Dingen
Der Bereich zwischen den Hotels und der Hauptstraße ist leider ein Müllplatz, wofür das Resort nichts kann. Der Bodenbelag in den Zimmern löst sich aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit, das ist teilweise so krass, dass man darüber stolpert, wenn man nicht aufpasst....könnte man mal nachbessern, daher 0.5 Punkte Abzug, gibt dann aufgerundet wieder die 10

Хорошее месторасположение вблизи ресторанов, магазинов и кафе.

The location was fabulous, half way between sunset town and half way between the Vin safari and wonder land. There are a lot of restaurants close by. Every second shop is a spa shop. It is on the beach.
The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a view of the ocean. The pool was great. The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. You could even get a massage on the beach.

The most beautiful hotel in Phu Quoc Island. Good service and great environment! The sea view we saw when we got up was super beautiful. The bar in the hotel was also super chill and perfect for relaxing on vacation. I really recommend everyone to stay here.

The location was good and the breakfast was also good. The room really big and clean. It was a circular bed so it was built like a love hotel. There is a pool and a beach, and the bar is open until late, which is rare in Phu Quoc, where nightlife is a problem. We also had cocktails, beer, shisha.

Breakfasts were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and even got upgraded to better room! In front of the hotel many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. For sure we will recommend this hotel to everybody. :)

Great facilities the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy and little extra touches were great like the welcome cake in your room.
Each night if you are in a pool facing room then it’s gets loud around 930pm for an hour or so for the fireworks and DJ. However I just put in my ear plugs and I was fine. However my sister went for a massage at the one in front of the hotel on the beach (it’s not part of the hotel but it’s right in front on the right) and while she had a covering over her eyes they went into her bag and stole 1,000000 VND out of her purse. As soon as she noticed we went back down there and demanded it back. They gave it back with a little laugh and no apology. We were not impressed!!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my vacation. The rooms were lovely and clean, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Un séjour absolument magnifique du début à la fin. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu et idéalement situé.
Notre chambre était splendide, avec une vue incroyable sur le coucher de soleil. Elle était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement propre.
La propreté de tout l’établissement était irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs.
Le personnel était exceptionnel : accueillant, souriant, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.
La salle de bain était moderne et très bien équipée, le minibar était pratique et le réfrigérateur impeccable.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

The property was beautiful, provided great entertainment in the evening and transport was readily available when we needed it.
I could not fault it. The only thing was the room next to ours was undergoing repairs but it did not effect our stay as the work was done mostly when we were out of the room.

Persoonlijk heb ik het gevoel dat het hotel mijn reis echt heeft gered. Na een lange vlucht kon ik heerlijk uitrusten in een zeer schone kamer met een aangename geur. Het diner in de bar, gecombineerd met de indrukwekkende vuurdanservaring, was voor mij het meest bijzondere moment van de reis.

Le Sunset Beach Bar est un endroit magnifique pour admirer le coucher du soleil dans l’après-midi. Le large choix de plats et de boissons asiatiques et européennes offre de nombreuses possibilités, ce qui en fait une destination vraiment idéale pour une escapade. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, le personnel est sympathique et l’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement fantastique et très pratique.

An amazing seaside bar clean with fresh air. There are plenty of performances in the evening; I particularly enjoyed the fire dance show. The room offered a relaxing sea view and was close to the town center. The staff were friendly, and I will definitely return here on my next trip to Phu Quoc.

Excellent service, the pool was clean and spacious, and the location was close to the city center.
- At check-in, the receptionist asked me to verify that all room items were present and accounted for, ensuring there would be no charges upon checkout for lost or damaged property. This transparency regarding potential charges was a definite plus.
- There are plenty of delicious dining options and shops selling local specialties nearby.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean, The bed was very comfortable, and the beach restaurant was excellent. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. There was a mini mart close by as well as a laundry service. The hotel also offered motorbike rental at a good price. The vigilance of the pool and beach lifesavers was to be commended too.

The view was spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff friendly.
The balcony chairs weren’t inviting or comfortable and you needed to ask and wait for the pool lounge cushions which needed updating/replacing.

Emplacement au bord de la mer, même si la plage n’est pas hyper belle. Emplacement t calme mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pour aller se restaurer à quelques pas. Les 2 piscines, une extérieure et une semi intérieure, avec l’eau à bonne température. Personnel agréable.
Les chambres et surtout la salle de bain ne sont pas très bien entretenu (joint de douche et de carrelage usées), les matériaux sont de qualités médiocre. Pas de pression d’eau dans la douche et température de l’eau très compliqué à maintenir , parfois la pression de l’eau est tellement faible, qu’on ne peut pas se rincer ou à peine.

The room's spacious and cozy, with a large balcony to relax. You will be greeted by welcome drinks and welcome fruits. The air conditioning is strong. The location is excellent, 8 minutes walk from VinBus station. The only downside for me is the loud disco music which continues till midnight.

They provide free shuttle pickup/drop off facility to phu quoc international airport. Got partial ocean view room which was clean and comfortable. The resort has free wifi, a chill beach bar and attractive fire dance performances with trendy music. Enjoyed the large spread of good buffet breakfast for our stay . Will definitely come back next time..

The pools and the food were outstanding. You can't beat a sunset here with the live band. Room really clean and good smell. The staff weren't as friendly as other hotels but we're helpful and polite.

Great resort with direct touch to the beach. Just walk out of your room and you are on the beach already. Two clean swimming pool, one of them is with the infinitive view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is with many choices for a full day on the beach. You can hire a water motorbike and enjoy the fun on water. The resort locates in a good place that you can access to money exchange, laundry, local food restaurants.

We stayed in the corner window room and it was absolutely amazing! The views were incredible, and the room itself was beautiful and so comfortable. The round bed was incredibly comfortable, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave the room!
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of options and plenty of vegetarian choices, which was a big plus.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend the corner window room for the views and the beautiful, relaxing atmosphere!

ホテルの部屋からビーチまで、歩いて行ける。部屋は清潔で広く、テラスからの眺めも良かった。素晴らしい夕陽が見られた。
ホテルのフロントを通して、ツアーを申し込み、ロビー待機時刻の前から待っていたのに、予定時刻からだいぶ経ってから、中止の知らせを聞いた。もっと気にかけてもらっても良いのでは。

The entire place truly lives up to its name - the sunsets here are unreal. The beach is clean, calm, and perfect for evening walks or just relaxing with a coconut in hand. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and had the perfect tropical vibe. The staff deserves a special mention - extremely warm, helpful, and always ready to guide you with local recommendations. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits and Vietnamese options.Highly recommend! Would love to come back soon.

Las vistas al mar desde la habitación. El transfer desde el aeropuerto al hotel está incluido.
El bar que tienen junto a la playa, me parece caro para la calidad que tiene. La música estaba muy alta por lo que no lo recomiendo para cenar, está bien para tomar una copa.

Incroyablement beau ! Le personnel gentil. Hotel paradisiaque. Vue splendide.
Extrêmement humide dans la chambre et le corridor . Ça pu l’humidité partout. Ils mettent un sens bon électrique dans la chambre pour cacher l’odeur . Mais il reste que les draps du lit et nos vêtements sont humides en permanence. Ma fille a changé de chambre pour cette raison , mais l’autre chambre était pareil . Tout comme nous . Très mauvais pour la santé . Il aurait fallu un déshumidificateur. C’est le seul point négatif.

Sunset Beach Resort & Spa felt like one of those places where you just slow down without trying. I really liked that the beach is literally right in front, so I could just walk out anytime and sit by the water, especially during sunset. The breakfast was another highlight for me, since there were actually good options and not just basic stuff. Overall, it just felt easy, peaceful, and worth it for the price.

We had a wonderful holiday. The staff assigned us a room with a partial sea view, which was still very beautiful. The breakfast was impressive, with many fresh and delicious dishes every day. The staff were very enthusiastic; they asked us how the meal was, and when we pointed out something, they resolved it immediately. I was given a small birthday cake upon check-in, which was very heartwarming. The fire dance performance in the evening was a fantastic highlight.

The location was fantastic, surrounded by many great restaurants and local spas. We really enjoyed the varied breakfast options and were happy to see so many choices. The service was excellent – the customer service staff proactively checked in on our experience. Watching the fire dance performance in the evening was fascinating, the airport pick-up was very convenient, it was a perfect holiday.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue directe sur la piscine pour nos vacances en famille. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était un vrai régal : chaque matin, un large choix était proposé, y compris des options végétariennes et bien d’autres mets délicieux. Le service était particulièrement remarquable : on nous a demandé notre avis pendant le petit-déjeuner et, lorsque nous avons signalé un petit problème, il a été immédiatement réglé avec une grande efficacité. Le spectacle de feu en soirée était très divertissant et il y a de nombreux restaurants ainsi qu’un spa à proximité. Le seul petit bémol était la faible pression de l’eau, mais sinon, tout était quasiment parfait!

If you only have one night in Phu Quoc, choose this place. The feeling of sitting at a buffet breakfast right by the beach, with the wind blowing and the ocean view, is truly relaxing. The food is diverse and high-quality. The resort's pool is also very clean and has a beautiful view for taking photos. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the reception staff are professional and friendly.

Even though we only stayed one night, the beachfront dining experience with its stunning ocean views completely won us over. The food was delicious, and the room service was quick and attentive. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of delicious dishes at the buffet.

I chose this resort for my last night in Phu Quoc and was completely satisfied. The beachfront location was beautiful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, allowing me to catch my flight on time. In the evening, I even got to watch a spectacular fire dance show right on the beach, a short but extremely memorable experience.

It's incredibly relaxing yet full of fun activities. We loved waking up in a spotlessly clean room thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff, enjoying a peaceful breakfast overlooking the sea, and relaxing by the expansive pool. A fantastic night's stay! The hotel offers a free and very thoughtful airport shuttle service, making our short trip stress-free. The staff, from the reception desk to the driver, were all welcoming and always proactively assisted with a smile. Excellent value for money!

Nous n’avons passé que 24 heures à Phu Quoc, mais nos vacances en famille au Sunset Beach Resort ont été absolument parfaites grâce au service de transfert depuis l’aéroport, extrêmement ponctuel et professionnel. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, et les lits de grande qualité ont permis à toute la famille de bien se reposer après le voyage. Un autre point fort a été le buffet du petit-déjeuner, qui proposait un large choix de plats pour tous les goûts, y compris des options végétariennes légères et délicieuses. Ce court séjour a été très agréable et nous a laissé d’excellents souvenirs.

Breakfast is fantastic, but dinner is where the real magic happens. The chefs here are true artists; the beef and sushi dishes are absolute masterpieces of flavor and presentation. Enjoying these delicacies on the beach while watching a spectacular fire show is an unforgettable experience. If you value a spacious, clean room, then this is the place for you. Our room was much larger than a standard double room and had a comfortable balcony. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every morning, making the bed beautifully and keeping everything spotless. This allowed us to completely relax and enjoy the resort's wonderful amenities, such as live music at sunset and the beachfront pool.

We spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying the resort's spectacular design. Breakfast on the balcony with panoramic sea views was the perfect way to start the day. In the evening, there were some very impressive fire dance performances, and the reception staff even gave us a small birthday cake for my friend, which we were very impressed with.

They are the heart of this resort, always dedicated to serving us with a smile. This high standard of care is also reflected in housekeeping team, who kept our spacious room spotlessly clean very morning. The hospitality created an incredibly warm and relaxing atmosphere. It exceeded all our expectations, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The hotel is amazing, rooms are very big & clean, facilities are nice, beach club is by far the best in the whole area.
Fire show was amazing.
It's not the hotel that I did not like, but the whole neighborhood, if I go phu quoc again, i would stay in the south area of the island, much better and with way many tourist activates. Also the sea water was not the best but I understand it was rainy season

Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here. The layout is fantastic, a large, crystal-clear pool leading directly to a private beach with comfortable lounge chairs. You could easily spend the whole day swimming or relaxing on the shore. In the afternoon, the atmosphere transforms wonderfully into a magical evening with live music and a spectacular fire show.

Breakfast was the highlight of each of our days. Gazing at the ocean while enjoying a fantastic meal was incredibly relaxing. The resort had a wonderful energy—fun with entertainment, yet quiet enough for a romantic getaway.

The little things matter. The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly, keeping our room spotless every day. With the enthusiastic support of the reception, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Breakfast was also a plus, offering a delicious and varied selection each day.

Our room was considerably larger than the standard double rooms we'd stayed in before. Waking up to panoramic ocean views was a dream. A heartfelt thank you to the housekeeping team; the room was spotlessly clean every day and the bed was meticulously made. And thanks to the reception staff for their helpfulness and professionalism.

Perfect resort for resting a few days in Phu Quoc. We spent a great stay there in a wonderful room for which we were upgraded. It has its own beach but is very close to the main street where there are a mot of restaurants and bars. At night, the bar/restaurant of the resort is rather crowded thanks to the DJ's and shows. Room are very quiet and we slept very well. The breakfast was also fantastic. The staff was always very helpful and there is an included shuttle for the airport.
Nothing at all with the hotel but the bar on the beach is rather expensive during night even for guests and the staff of this bar seemed bored with customers.

Rooms and Location were Great. Staff Also tried to help us when needed. The Life Guard was preety useless and Grumpy.. Didnt provide any fresh towels, We had to take the Used ones.

C’est une très belle structure dans un très bel emplacement avec un personnel top. La piscine est très belle et ceux qui y font attention sont très à l’écoute toujours prêt à aider.

La petite terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. L’apparence est enchanteresse.
Tout est apparence, de la décoration florale en plastique à ce qu’on propose. Il y a plusieurs sortes de café mais ils ont tous le même goût et la même contenance. Pareil pour le pain. La charcuterie comme le jambon est très industriel et pas goûteux. Il n’y a pas de jus d’orange et le jus qu’ils ont est tellement sucré qu’on le croirait industriel aussi. Il n’y a probablement pas de vrai cuisinier dans le restaurant beaucoup de plats sont de l’assemblage. Le mobilier de la chambre est de bas de gamme et le plancher gondole, si on avait mis un peu plus de moyen cela serait pérenne. Beaucoup de perte de place, dans la salle de bain sous le lavabo il y aura un bel espace pour faire une commode et y déposer les affaires mais comme c’est condamné il faut mettre les trousses ailleurs ou à côté du lavabo alors elles prennent l’eau. La douche est assez glissante et les produits n’ont pas un bon parfum. La douchette des toilettes est située à gauche donc pour qui l’utilise doit se laver avec la main droite il n’y a que deux petites bouteilles d’eau en hommage chaque jour et surtout le ressort on ne trouve pas de bouteille de demi-litre ce qui fait qu’il faut acheter plein de petites bouteilles toutes en plastique ce n’est pas écologique. Nous n’avons pas pu faire le Checkout avant le petit déjeuner car après il faut déposer la clé et on ne peut pas remonter dans la chambre. Je n’ai jamais vu cela dans tous les hôtels de toutes catégories confondues que j’ai visités un peu partout dans le monde. Pour la même catégorie les prix de tout ce qu’on consomme sont supérieurs à ailleurs Avec un bon management on pourrait en faire un vrai joyau pour le bonheur de qui il travaille et de qui y séjourne

Les équipements. L’accès pour la plage en direct, la piscine, la vue, la chambre, le spectacle du feu, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel est très beau et bien équipé.
Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais, surveille, ne dit pas bonjour a l’accueil. Les matelas de transat sont retirés à 17h alors qu’il fait nuit à 18h30. C’est dommage. Les murs de notre chambre était sales. La dame de l’accueil ne sait pas utiliser les cartes bleues. On a dû lui expliquer qu’il fallait mettre le code pin et s’est arrivé à d’autres clients. Le spectacle des deux cracheurs de feu est super bien mais il a lieu tous les soirs. C’est redondant. On pensait avoir plus d’animations. Les prix du bar et du restaurant sont exorbitants

A fantastic and luxurious vacation right on the beach. You absolutely must try the round bed room with panoramic sea views - this is my second time returning, however, this room is fully booked. Watch the stunning sunset from the balcony and enjoy the pool and beach. Last but not least, visit the beach bar at sunset, order a drink and enjoy the fire dance with the DJ in the evening - that will surely leave a wonderful impression on your vacation

Fast and just reaction of hotel personnel, exquisite breakfast, moved us to central building with city view in order to achieve quiet sleep, interesting fire show, good value for cocktails on bar.

The room is spacious and cozy, with a large balcony for relaxing. You'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink. The air conditioning works well. The location is excellent, an 8-minute walk from the VinBus station. Some reviews mention the noise from the bar music at night, however, I found everything to be fine and it didn't affect my sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and there are two convenient swimming pools.

This resort has everything you need for the perfect holiday. It's relaxing, fun, has a great atmosphere and truly exceeded our expectations!
Our room overlooked the ocean and was bigger than your standard double room. The staff and management were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us out, the housekeeping staff also did a great job of cleaning and making the bed each morning. The breakfast was fantastic, you could sit inside for A/C but we preferred the balcony to enjoy a spectacular view. The large resort pool leads onto the beach offering a range of loungebeds on the beach, or you can hang out on the silk cushioned arm chairs on the balcony, sit back and listen to the live music at sunset, it was truly magical.
The highlight though was the dinner - wow! The chefs are talented, I've never seen such desserts, they were a masterpiece and to top it off we enjoyed a brilliant free fire show!
This resort exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back. My only negative is that we didn't stay enough nights. We were here for 4 nights, I'll definitely book for more nights next time!

Great view, nice and clean room, pool & private beach section. At the hotel's restaurant we had the best meal of our 11-day stay in Vietnam for a very reasonable price. Fire show. Kind staff. Everything was great (this comes from a highly critical person :)

A huge thank you to the staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly. Besides the view from our room, the staff was the highlight of our stay. They were so kind and remembered my birthday without us even mentioning it. There was a garland in the room when I returned. I really appreciated the gesture. Other great things included:
- the view from the room was amazing! Absolutely recommended (Sunset Premium Room with Panorama view)
- a varied breakfast with daily changing options
- free airport transfer
- opportunity to check in earlier
- the location
The price-performance ratio is not right. - Towels were mandatory for the gym, but none were available. When we asked, we were told they would be replenished immediately. Unfortunately, no one came. Downstairs at reception, we were told to use our room towels, but we needed them for showering afterward. - The room is quite dated. The bed was already broken in several places. - The room was only superficially clean. The view was fantastic, but the windows were covered in streaks and fingerprints. - Loud music was played daily until around 10:30-11:00 PM. It could be heard up to the 6th floor. - The hotel claimed to be environmentally conscious and only change towels as needed (that's a great concept!), but after cleaning, all the lights in the room were left on, including the air conditioning. Everything ran all day until our return. When we asked them to turn everything off, I was told they would remember. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. All in all, the price-performance ratio for the highest room categories was not acceptable, which is why we do not recommend the hotel.

Location was good
Balcony was extremely small with only 1 chair in a double occupancy room and you couldn’t sit on that properly. Lobby bar never stocked or open, neither was the swim up pool bar. Tired decor in room, showing signs of age. Beach beds were free but all taken by 7am unless you tipped the attendant. Overall not anywhere near as good as advertised.

Bel établissement, très bien situé en bord de plage. Calme et tout près cependant des restaurants, bars, boutiques...Personnel accueillant, discret et souriant.
Chambres spacieuses, bien équipées et très propres. Linge de qualité.
Nous avions une chambre Premium Coucher de Soleil - Vue Panoramique sur Océan avec un très grand balcon vue mer.
La plage est agréable et nous n'avons pas eu de problème de transats.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très bien et il est agréable de pouvoir le prendre en extérieur.
Il ne faut pas manquer le soir à 22H00 le spectacle du feu.
Nous avions peur du bruit concernant le bar ouvert jusqu'à 1 ou 2H00 du matin.
Nous étions dans le bâtiment central (accueil) et nous n'avons jamais entendu de musique depuis notre chambre. Bonne isolation et personnel du bar faisant attention à fermer les portes.
Je recommande ce bel établissement.

Sunset beach heeft een toplocatie. Doordat het een groot hotel is met een relatief klein stuk strand en zwembad, voelt het wel een beetje gepropt.
Het is dan ook eerder dat je geen bedje zult hebben bij zwembad noch strand dan wel.
Het eten op het strand is wel prima en het ontbijt biedt voor ieder wat wils.
Ik vond het nadelig dat je bij het ontbijt het gevoel kreeg dat je moest haasten. Ook de minimaal aantal bedjes rondom zwembad en strand kunnen beter.

Очень удачное расположение отеля, вроде как вдали от городского шума, но буквально 50 метров и уже оказываешься в городской среде. Рядом много магазинчиков, кафешек, автобусная остановка. Отель предоставил трансфер из аэропорта, на выходе из аэропорта нас ждал водитель. У моей дочери был день рождения в момент заселения и сотрудники отеля устроили ей сюрприз-очень приятно. Завтраки разнообразные, лежаки у моря есть всегда. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за такой прием! Если вернемся на остров, то снова будем жить в этом отеле!

A notre arrivé, on nous as attribué une chambre qui était très humide. on voyait même la trace sur le plafond. Tout de suite on a demandé de changer de chambre et le personnel a été super réactif. On nous a donné une chambre de dépannage pour la 1ère nuit et le lendemain on nous a proposé une autre chambre avec une meilleure vue.
A notre arrivé, on nous as attribué une chambre qui était très humide. on voyait même la trace sur le plafond. Tout de suite on a demandé de changer de chambre et le personnel a été super réactif. On nous a donné une chambre de dépannage pour la 1ère nuit et le lendemain on nous a proposé une autre chambre avec une meilleure vue.

Отель удобный, отличный бассейн. Территории практически нет, но как-бы она и не нужна. Пляжная зона хорошая. Море так себе, но без мусора. 5 шагов до оживленой ресторанно-массажной улице. Магазинчик справа на углу порадовал ценами на ром. 120 000 vnd за 0,7 белого французского рома. В гипермеркитах ощутимо дороже.

Hotel parfaitement situé nous avions une grande chambre avec vue panoramique face a la mer et au sunset magnifique la plage est tres jolie et le bar restaurant le sunset est super pour les aperos repas etc meme si c est un peu cher par rapport aux prix du vietnam habituel .

Wir haben eine Woche im Hauptgebäude im 8. Stock gewohnt, es war ruhig und der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer sehr schön. Der Strand mit bequemen Liegen unter Schatten vin den Palmen ist sehr gut.
Hier kann das Hotel wahrscheinlich nichts dafür aber die Jet Ski starten den ganzen Tag direkt am Strand was Lärm und Benzingeruch bringt.

Всё было хорошо. Милый персонал. Хороший, просторный номер. Мне понравился ещё спа-салон. Я ходила к одной массажистке - всё чисто и качественно.

Our balcony view was spectacular, offering the best spot on the island for watching the sunset. It's a truly mesmerizing experience. The hotel is ideally situated to explore both the north and south of the island, and the ease of access to local attractions was a major plus. Highly recommend booking an ocean-facing room!

Célébrer notre anniversaire ici a été la meilleure décision. Le gâteau offert et les jolies décorations en serviettes font partie des attentions habituelles, mais le mot personnalisé et manuscrit du directeur général était d’une grande élégance. Sunset Beach Resort & Spa did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time here — the staff were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of delicious food. I’m vegetarian, and there were plenty of options for me.
Our room was beautiful, clean, and had a stunning ocean view with everything we needed. The beach and pool were right next to each other, which was perfect. The DJ and fire-spinning show in the evening were such a fun bonus!
I also had one of the best massages ever, right on the beach within the hotel grounds — highly recommended. While the wives crashed, I was completely relaxed, feeling my body literally float into bliss.

Great resort with a lot of service available there. Breakfast was very good. Good live music in the evening and fire show.

Located right in the beach with the Ocean view rooms having great views.
We opted for the deluxe double Ocean view room paying a little extra premium, and I would highly recommend anyone considered this property to upgrade to the Ocean view Deluxe rooms- which has a balcony and also glass sliding doors with panoramic views of the beach and Ocean! The layout of the room was also premier, and classy - not the standard hotel rooms, we come across nowadays!
The included breakfast was quite elaborate, and one can sit outdoors enjoying the views! There's also a bar by the beach with live performance in some days of the week (unfortunately we didn't stay that day). There's many eateries with local seafood just 1-2 mins walk from the entrance gate, and the Phu Quoc toen centre and night market is just 3 kms drive away by cab.
One can enjoy swimming in the hotel pool and also the private beach on the property, and message services are also offered at very reasonable rates, by a spa on the beach, just next door!
Overall one can enjoy a very relaxing stay here!

Had a minor issue when I broke a regulation wine glass in the room accidentally for which a rather unreasonable penalty was initially imposed - but to my pleasant surprise, was then waived off by the manager, after a gentle protest! Great stay! The pool is awesome, so is the late night fire show and the beach is beautiful. We had lots of fun. The resort had everything we needed and although we had to have a quick breakfast due to needing to be at the airport, breakfast was very, very nice and there was plenty of buffet options. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for five nights and didn’t get bored once. The location’s unbeatable. Morning swims, lazy cocktails by noon, and nightlife that kicks off with a fire show every evening. Location is amazing, right on the beach. But what really made our stay memorable was the after-dark fun. We didn’t expect the bar to be this lively! Location is great, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Our room was very spacious, loved the panorama windows, balcony was decent sized. Bathroom was big with double basin. Aircon worked very well. Gym had enough equipment to get by. Fire show every night on the beach.

We had to follow up and were told it only went out the following day, noone notified us of the delay. Our phone couldnt call reception, there was an error, and when we raised this issue, nothing was followed up about fixing it. I just didn't feel this hotel was a 4 star.

I was happy with the location and how walkable to the facilities nearby especially the spas and simple restaurants. The resort is nicely maintained and cosy. The bar had good entertainment at night. Thanks to the hotel staff who upgraded to the panaromic view of the room.
The bar is running till 1am daily so if you're sensitive to noise/loud music while sleeping .. maybe make a mention at the check in.

Perhaps the the Best Panoramic Sea view from the Room
The Breakfast was great with many local options, and the staff was very friendly and made us feel at home.
Highly recommended .. cant wait to be back soon

The location is the best thing. Our room faces the ocean, we had a wow moment every morning! Good quality and variety for breakfast. The fire show is nice, make sure to reserve the seats if you want a good view. We use their shuttle service from the airport, impeccable. Would love to come back one day

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Das Bett war deutlich kleiner als gebucht – anstelle der erwarteten 180–210 cm bekamen wir nur ein 160 cm breites Bett. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es in diesem Hotel keine größeren Betten gibt. Da wir zudem ein Babybett reserviert hatten, dieses aber bei unserer Ankunft nicht im Zimmer war, mussten wir die erste Nacht zu dritt im kleinen Bett schlafen. Das Babybett wurde uns erst am nächsten Tag gebracht, war jedoch sehr alt und quietschte so stark, dass wir unser Kind nicht hineinlegen konnten.
Auch der gebuchte Panoramablick war nicht wie erwartet – unser Zimmer hatte diesen nicht. Ein Wechsel war leider nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war.
Ein weiteres Problem war der Pool: Nach dem Schwimmen waren unsere Kleidungsstücke stark gelb verfärbt, was Fragen zur Wasserqualität aufwirft. Die Dusche hatte zudem nur sehr wenig Wasserdruck, sodass es ewig dauerte, Shampoo auszuspülen. Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken spritzte so stark, dass man beim Benutzen komplett nass wurde.
Ein unangenehmes Problem war außerdem, dass Zigarettenrauch von den Nachbarzimmern direkt in unser Zimmer zog.
Schließlich hätten wir uns einen besseren Service gewünscht. Das Personal war leider nicht so hilfsbereit, wie man es sonst in Vietnam gewohnt ist.
Alles in allem entsprach das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen, und wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé, proche de tout ! La plage est juste là et il n’y a pas de meilleur endroit pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Le spectacle de danse du feu est génial et M. Andy s'est assuré que nous passions le meilleur moment de la fête.

Sunset Beach Resort est magnifique : emplacement parfait, personnel extraordinaire et le spectacle de danse du feu est un incontournable. Les couchers de soleil étaient absolument magnifiques. Cependant, l'hôtel peut être très fréquenté, surtout autour de la piscine avec un nombre limité de chaises longues. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de chaises longues disponibles, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même un excellent séjour

Personeel in beachbar spreekt amper Engels, beach bar heeft heel slecht eten, schoonmaak niet goed, ontbijt maar tot 10 uur, weinig bedjes bij het zwembad en strand en veel lawaai door constructie werkzaamheden die niet werden aangekondigd.

A antipatia dos funcionários do bar, falta de formação e a obrigação de consumo dos clientes do hotel. E deixo uma recomendação ao bar, à noite ter uma carta mais abrangente, porque a partir determinado horario carta é mais restrita, deixando o cliente com poucas alternativas.

We got upgraded to a beautiful corner room! Despite the weather it’s was still a breathtaking view. This place would be a stunning in better weather. Front desk staff wonderful.
Was lacking a bit of attention to detail. Breakfast was very average in that coffee and tea were often cold; as was some of the food. Staff were very strict about the end time of service, basically clearing the plate away as we were finishing because we came later to the breakfast service. Next time would skip paying for breakfast and get it somewhere else.

Sunset Beach was a perfect base for exploring Phu Quoc. The friendly staff helped us plan day trips to the local markets and historical sites. They even arranged a kayaking excursion through the mangroves, which was an unforgettable experience. Relaxing on the beach with a cocktail after a day of adventure was pure bliss. We loved the fire shows and the overall atmosphere of the resort.

Really great location. The beach is only 2 minutes away. It's not crowded. We got a free upgrade and received their nice corner room. The bed, especially the pillows, were good. Nice view. The staff were very kind. However they could improve their English skills.
It's a shame we can't hang our swimwear on the balcony. You get a fine. It's was really hard to dry our clothes. Suggestion: Maybe there could be a drying rack with clips

Sunset Beach Resort offered the perfect balance for our vacation. We spent mornings lounging on the beach, enjoying the stunning views. The afternoons were perfect for exploring the island with rented scooters (thanks to the staff's recommendations!). Perfect for solo travelers: I left safe, welcome, and relaxed as a solo traveler at Sunset Beach Resort. The staff was friendly and chatty, and the beachfront location offered plenty of opportunities to meet fellow travelers.

We loved lounging on the beach by day and enjoying the incredible fire shows at the Sunset Beach Bar by night. The bartenders were amazing, and the atmosphere was electric.

The kids loved the pool, the beach was perfect for sandcastles, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The nightly fire shows were a real highlight.

Lively, friendly staff, straight forward check-in. Good location. Good breakfast.
Check-out process was very thorough. Was questioned over a missing teaspoon. No one watching pool areas. Beach nearby was dirty and too strong and deep for young child.

Our stay at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing! The picturesque sunsets, combined with the comfortable accommodations and friendly staff, made for an unforgettable vacation. Noodle soup from breakfast corner is absolutely amazing, the best I ever had in Vietnam so far.

Nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée dans une chambre au dernier étage avec vue mer, nous étions donc forcément ravis ! Les petites attentions dans la chambre à l'arrivée font plaisir, le personnel est très agréable. Le bar directement sur la plage permettent de passer des journées et soirées de détente géniales.

10/10 would recommend Sunset Beach Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Phu Quoc! The room with an amazing view was worth every penny. Plus, the fire shows at Sunset beach bar were a delightful bonus.

- sehr freundliches Personal, große geräumige Zimmer. Schönes reichhaltiges Frühstück aber ehr in Richtung asiatisch nicht so für Europäer. Schönen Pool direkt am Meer mit einem kleinen Strandabschnitt mit einer Bar in der man auch am späten Abend was trinken konnte. Netter Tourenschalter im Hotel. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Bars und Restaurants und Massagesalons. Wassersportmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Nice resort directly onto a beautiful beach. Rooms were very good and panorama room was worth it to relax on in the morning and at sunset. Good location for restaurants etc.
Not enough sun beds/bean bags for the number of people in the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not as good as would expect in a 4 Star hotel. Also, quite crowded though worth going outside if you can get a table. Showers on 8th floor were poor with variable water volume, sometimes down to a trickle.

Die Lage am Beach ist hervorragend. Die Strandbar lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Umgebung ist gepglegt und schön gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Bilder im Internet täuschen. Das Innere des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den SPA-Bereich wirkt alles andere als einladend. Es stinkt und die Eintichtung ist sehr nüchtern. Am Pool und am Strand hat es zuwenig Liegen. Zum Glück hat es noch Sitzsäcke, die man benutzen kann.

La chambre était très propres. On avait pris avec vue panoramique mais hélas le balcon était très petit.. sur la photo de la réservation on avait une grande terrasse mais c’était seulement pour le deuxième étage mais dans ce cas il n’y a presque pas de vue panoramique.

J ai été très déçu par le petit déjeuner : il y avait beaucoup de choix mais la qualité des produits était moyen. Il y avait par exemple des nouilles et du riz mais pas de crevettes ou de la viande avec. J avais pris des vermicelles au poulets et j’avais à peine deux petits morceaux qui se battent en duel. Le jus « pressé » était mélangé avec de l’eau. Au final sur les 3 jours, on a déjeuné seulement le premier jour. La plage est collée à l’hotel. Plage minuscule, environ 30 m de longueur et 10m largeur. De plus il y avait un bateau à côté ..bonjour la pollution de l’eau pour ceux qui voulait nager ( même la zone était délimitée à peine 15 à partir de la plage) Le soir le bar de la plage mettez de la music au delà de 23h avec de la musique forte ce qui fait que bien que les fenêtres isolées bien du bruit on entendait la music genre techno.. Je ne reviendrai pas à cette hôtel à cause du bruit et le rapport qualité/prix ( très déçu par le petit déjeuner).et d’une plage médiocre

Вид с балкона 8 этажа на море бесподобный. Расположение отеля хорошее, всё в пешей доступности: кафе, магазины, банкоматы и прочее. Хороший глубокий бассейн с прохладной водой. Наличие крытого бассейна. Своя линия пляжа. Комната и санузел оборудованы всем необходимым.
Однообразные завтраки. Жестковатая кровать. Мало лежаков у бассейна. Не всегда есть у стойки пляжные полотенца. Самый большой минус - это находящиеся в пяти метрах от пляжных лежаков водные развлечения. Лодка и скутеры портят воздух и воду выхлопными газами. Днем в море практически никто не купается. Цены завышены для 4 звезд. Видимо обусловлено высоким спросом в данной местности.

מיקום טוב, כל המסעדות הטובות במרחק הליכה. הבר במלון פעיל וכיף להיות בו עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה אך הוא יקר משמעותית מהמחירים במסעדות.
הניקיון בחדרים לא היה כמצופה. מיטה לא נוחה, הרגיש כאילו כל השבוע לא שטפו את הרצפה. בנוסף, על מנת לקחת מגבת לבריכה או לים צריך ללכת לקבלה.

lacks minor details such as chairs on the balcony one floor mat in gym no aircon in gym only fan no complimentary water a lot of rules about if you loose anything music playing same song on a constant loop staff do not speak a lot of English lnsuffcient number of sunbeds for everyone

La habitación era increíble la piscina estaba muy bien
El gimnasio no tenía aire acondicionado y se hace imposible utilizarlo el desayuno podía mejorar muy básico para un Hotel de estas características El personal, aunque es amable, necesita hablar mejor inglés para poder comunicarse con con el tipo de usuario
