Very quiet location next to the beach. The room is basic but comfortable. Can easily walk to other nearby restaurant and bars.
The staff are great and can help with anything you need. I will stay again when I return to Phu Quoc.

Location, Location, location.
Kim and her staff are very approachable, friendly , helpful and go it of their way to may your stay a pleasurable experience. Ocean is out your front door. Swimming was great. Landscape is breathtaking.

Moi qui me promène un partout tout lemps ( je suis à la retraite ) j’ai été enchanté de ce séjours , rien à redire mais vraiment rien la saison des pluies , mais pas tant que ça fait qu’il n’a pas grand monde si vous aimez le came la tranquillité la proximité de la plage et en même temps pas trop loin , 5 mn à pied le centre très vivant de nuit comme de jour . L’emplacement est géré par Kim une perle de gentillesse et de dévouement . Je pense très sérieusement y retourner pour la prochaine saison des pluies . Si vous aimez le calme n’est vraiment l’endroit rêvé . Rien à dire de plus Que merci grand merci Kim

This is a very nice no frills property with good location to beach and shops. Kim the owner is so helpful for anything that you need including motorbike hire and tours and advice.

phenomenal location, lovely family run business. Amazing food, just seconds away from the beach! Live music venue 7 nights a week just a few minutes walk from the bungalow but far enough away that it's very peaceful.

We very much loved Kim and the staff. The gardens are beautiful and it was nice to have our own bungalow near the beach. The location is everything - right on the beach with a gorgeous private beach front. It's also nearby to great restaurants, shopping and beauty services. It's probably the best location for this area. Keep in mind, this is not a luxury resort. These are old bungalows on the beach. Bare bones. But clean and provides all the basics like air con that works, hot water and great wifi. I really enjoyed breakfast on the beach. Wonderful freshly made fruit juice and tea for me and coffee and made to order eggs for my husband. We're going back next winter.
The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable - something that would be a deal breaker for me. However, I actually got used to it. Maybe I don't need the fancy Tempurpedic mattress I have at home.

Tolle Lage unmittelbar am "hauseigenen Strand. Ruhig gelegen aber sehr gut fußläufig ins Zentrum.
Naja kein Fenster im Bad, bisschen ungewöhnlich aber gibt schlimmeres.

Номер не соответствует уровню 3***. крайне скудно оборудован. Нет даже полочек для зубной пасты или держателя для туалетной бумаги. Ощущение обшарпанности и экономии на всем.

Vid stranden. Mycket runt om med massage, restauranger och affärer.
Aircondition läckte, men vi fick hjälp med det. Stopp i handfatet när vi kom och hela vistelsen. Problem med elavbrott korta stunder ett par dagar. Frukost ok, inte mer.

Incredible location, walk out of your bungalow basically to the amazing beach with free access to sun loungers. Kim is super friendly and helpful. There are really great food places along the road up to the main strip.

L'emplacement en bord de mer avec transats sous les palmiers. L'ensemble est dans un mignon cadre bien vert et fleuri.Bungalow simple mais confortable.
Le centre ville plus bruyant est à quelques encablures.
L'accueil de Kim est parfait et elle parle très bien français Elle sait vous louer un scooter, vous organiser une ballade en mer par exemple sur la plage des étoiles de mer etc.etc

The staff were 10 out of 10. They went above and beyond to help my sick wife. . Loved them all.
Rubbish either side of the resort, some small amounts within it. There is no attempt to remedy this to any degree. I've been to Asia many times, so it's not a surprise.

Fantastische locatie, vlakbij een schitterend strand. Gezellige straatjes er omheen. Aardige gastvrouw. Mooi terras met keukentje.

Location was great and right on a clean beach. Kim was so friendly and helpful. Restuarant on site but also close to the cheeky traveler pub and the the Irish pub.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Direkte Strandlage.
Moskitonetz über den Betten. Viele Lokale in der Nähe. Etwa 5 Gehminuten bis zur Hauptstrasse, wo sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden.
Langsam ablaufender Abfluss. Schwacher Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Strand ist leider verdreckt.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach. Wake up and go swimming immediately. It’s more about experience than comfort.
It was too hot in the room: A/C and vent made it slightly better. Still, sleeping there was quite an action for us due to hot and humid air and noisy insects. Breakfast is okayish.

Läget dunder, precis vid stranden! Fick en hutt med havsutsikt som vart dunder! Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Hutten vart tyvärr lite nedgången och kan behöva en liten touchup, men ändå väldigt charmigt! Väl värt pengarna ändå.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Kim war ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein ruhiges Resort, und doch sehr nah an diversen Restaurants und Läden.
Die Bungalows sind eher klein. Das Schlimmste war aber das verdreckte Meer: überall hat es Abwassereinleitungen ins Meer, zum Teil stinkende Kloaken. Vietnam, und speziell Phu Quoc, hat ein grosses Kanalisationsproblem !

Отличные месторасположение, 10 метров до моря, рядом кафе и магазины, отзывчивый персонал, хозяйка Ким 24 часа на связи.
Немного устаревшие номера, много комаров, кухня могла бы быть получше.

Fabulous location right at the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and nightlife.

A 40 pas de la plage ! Magnifique coucher de soleil ! Kim est très serviable et sympathique, parle français.De nombreux transats à disposition sur la plage sous l'ombrage des palmiers.

The location great, close to everything and beach excellent you walked from room to water. Breakfast cooked for you, food very good. Room always clean. Kim got us scooter and provided great instructions where to travel, she made sure we were informed and how to do everything island has to offer. Wonderful host, perfect location, and we are going back.

The stay at Bungalow on the beach was amazing, as the name suggests you cannot get a better location for the beach. The host Kim is really friendly and welcoming, would 100% recommend and return to visit.

We spent 13 wonderful days at Phu Quoc Kim Bungalows and had an absolutely amazing time — first together with friends and then as a couple. It was truly a perfect stay from beginning to end.
The property is a beautiful, intimate beachfront resort with charming little bungalows and direct access to the sea. Waking up just steps from the beach felt like paradise. The bungalows are simple and equipped with everything you really need — clean, comfortable, and perfectly sufficient when you spend most of your time enjoying the beach and the ocean. The rooms were always clean and the bathroom was absolutely fine.
The beach area is fantastic. Thanks to the palm trees, there is plenty of natural shade and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Sun loungers under the palms are included, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening.
The small bar serves delicious food and drinks throughout the day — everything was very tasty. There is also a lovely little café directly across the street, and many other restaurants and bars are within walking distance, which makes the location ideal.
A very special thank you to Kim for the warm and heartfelt welcome. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and always finds a solution if needed. Whether in French or English, she answers every question with patience and care. When our flight was moved to the late afternoon, she even arranged a late checkout for us — we really appreciated that.
Scooters can be rented directly at the property (in good condition and at a fair daily rate), which makes exploring the island very easy.
We felt at home from the first day and enjoyed every single moment of our stay. We would return anytime and can highly recommend Phu Quoc Kim Bungalows to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly, and beautiful beachfront escape.

Výborná poloha, čistota , chutné snídaně a ochota personálu. Majitelka pomůže s výběrem výletů , zajistí taxi
na letiště i v noci. Pobyt byl příjemný, plný zážitků , ale bohužel rychle to uteklo.

Прекрасное расположение у самого моря, маленькие бунгало, прекрасное место для остановки, если приехал по делам, а нужен просто ночлег и утреннее и вечернее купание. Вышел в купальнике, поплавал и вернулся, работай себе в тишине на природе... Прекрасная хозяйка - красавица Ким, приветливая и понимающая! По дороге много кафе, где можно поесть вкуснее, чем на главной туристкой улице. Главное - тихо и спокойно, полный релакс.

Domek nad sama plaża, kameralnie, spokojnie. W okolicy kilka fajnych miejsc z kawą i jedzeniem.
Łóżko było dosyć twarde, ale to chyba standard w tym regionie :)

Kim jest przemiłą gospodynią, mówiącą dobrze po angielsku co znacznie ułatwia komunikację. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra, tuż przy ładnej plaży. Prywatne leżaki pod palmami robią klimat. Smaczne śniadania w restauracji przy plaży.
Wyposażenie pokoi jest conajmniej podstawowe. Brakowało jakichkolwiek sensownych mebli, poza łóżkami. Za stolik nocny służyło krzesło. Brakowało najbardziej podstawowego regału, półek czy czegokolwiek co pozwoliło by funkcjonować 3 osobom z bagażem. Przed 4 dni pokój nie był ani razu sprzatnięty i brak było środków, aby samemu to ogranąć a bliskość plaży oznaczła sporo piachu w pokoju. W łazience nie było gdzie położyć rzeczy, aby wszystko nie było mokre po kąpieli.
Wyposażenie pokoi jest conajmniej podstawowe. Brakowało jakichkolwiek sensownych mebli, poza łóżkami. Za stolik nocny służyło krzesło. But the reviews about Kim are 100% she was so friendly and spoke great English . Bonus step out the Hotel grounds and a great live music spot right ( could not hear it at The Hotel)

Otroligt bra läge om man vill bo i centrala av Phu Quoc, nära restauranger och butiker, men samtidigt ha ett lugnt boende vid stranden. Trots det centrala läget är här väldigt fridfullt och avskilt, en liten oas. Det var väldigt härligt att ha så nära till vattnet och kunna gå ner och ta sig ett morgondopp direkt när man vaknat. Boendet har egna solstolar på stranden, det var trevligt och vi upplevde att det alltid fanns plats. Det var ljuvligt att bada vid solnedgången varje kväll. Long Beach kan kännas lite smal och trång, och vattnet är inte lika klart som på exempelvis Khem Beach, men passar om man vill ha nära till underhållning och aktiviteter. Vi hade ett rum med eget utekök och det uppskattade vi verkligen. Kim, ägarinnan, är fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam. Caféet mittemot, Xao Chin, gör världens godaste salta kaffe!
Vi hade gärna haft någon mer belysning vid sängen så man kan ligga och läsa. Vi hade en del besök av djur och insekter, vilket var okej för vår del men kan vara bra att känna till :)

Prachtige plek. Fijne locatie aan het strand. Sfeervol complex. Kim helpt bij wat je nodig hebt.

It was perfect right by the beach with everything you could want. Kim was so helpful with advice, suggestions and arranging trips. All the staff were fabulous I can’t wait to go back there again.

Ми були на острові 22 дні в 6 різних отелях, у Кім мені сподобалось найбільше. По-перше:вона ідеально спілкується англійською мовою, вона нам по нашому бажанню дала номер з кухнею, хоча я бронювала без, у неї на території дуже охайно, прибрано, біжають собачки та котики які дуже підіймають настрій. Бунгало розташовані прям на пляжі, все в пішоходному доступі, мазагини, ресторани, супер маркет King Kong, обмінники і взагалі все що треба. Ми з чоловіком були дуже щасливі залишитись у такої чудової господині яка завжди допомагала нам у всіх питаннях, якщо ми повернемося на острів то тільки до неї) Дякую тобі кім за твою гостеприїмність❤️

Beach proximity - only several steps far, including the hotel bar with breakfast / beverage options. The bungalows are a bit dated but provide everything you may need. You’ll also appreciate the silence - no street / party noise at all.
The quality of (sea) water. Not sure if that’s a temporary thing, however occasional canalisation smell felt a bit discouraging to have a longer swim.

Me and my wife had a wonderful honeymoon at Kim's place. The location is perfect on the beach, very nicely located close to the center. Kim is a great host and we would definately stay here again later!

Ubytování není co vytknout. KIM - majitelka, je vynikající jak manažerka, tak i člověk s velkou trpělivostí a kladným vztahem
ke klientů. Poradí, zařídí a doporučí od výletů ,přes orientaci na ostrově až po taxi na letiště. Rádi bychom se tam alespoň jednou vrátili.

Kim was amazing! We could reach her via WhatsApp whenever we needed something, all very uncomplicated. Also, she spoke perfect English, therefore communication was easy. She even helped getting my suit delivered to another hotel after we left.
To the bungalows: they are located directly at the beach, also the breakfast is seafront. Within walking distance there is everything you need - Beach bars, restaurants etc. The bungalows themselves are clean and practical.

It is a piece of paradise! Close to the beach and restaurant at the beach. The owner, Kim is lovely and solves every request. She can also help you arrange other stuff like trips at the island. We had a nice bungalow with AC. Beach was super nice. It was so conveniet to wake up, have breakfast at this place and then plunge into water.

Alles😁 en Kim wat een super vrouw! Ze spreek uitstekend Engels, Frans, vietnamees natuurlijk! maar de belangrijkste is dat ze alles doet om je verblijf zo top mogelijk te verlopen.
De schoonmaak iedere dag met andere badlakens en strandlakens.

Jij kan scooters huren
Jij hebt heel veel eet gelegenheid in de omgeving.
We gingen iedere ochtend ontbijten bij de tent die tegenover Kim Bungalow is gevestigd.
Op loop afstand van de alle winkels waaronder een hele groot supermarkt.
We hebben echt een top vakantie gehad.

Great location, directly on the beach. Does exactly what it says on the tin! There are a few of these style ‘bungalows’ along the beach line in-between the larger hotels and this one offers you instant beach access with free sunbeds. The road down to Kim’s from the Main Street has lots of bars and restaurants and there is a big supermarket at the top where you can stock up.

The apartments/ rooms are right on the beach. Check-in was easy and we were given towels and shown to the beach while we waited for our room.
Kim the owner was very helpful
The hotel has free sun loungers on the beach and a bar serving light food, coffee and beer
The rooms are comfortable but basic.
There are several restaurants within a 5min walk and the Main Street, with loads of shops / restaurants is a 7-10min walk

Location was good and on an alley with lots of restaurants. They also have a sweet and friendly cat
The floor was very dirty, the kitchen sink was very dirty and had not been cleaned since at least the previous guest, windows are wood and do not close all the way and let insects in. It was so bad I paid for the first nights stay and we left to find another hotel last minute.

L’accueil de Kim et la gentillesse de tout le personnel font qu’on a l’impression d’être à la maison. Les bungalows sont vraiment très proches de la plage. C’est calme tout en étant au cœur de la ville.

Everything! Amazing beach location. It was so peaceful. Beautiful, stunning bungalow type rooms. Kim was an excellent host. I even went and stayed up North for 3 nights in her second hotel. 5 stars.

Выбрала бунгало на берегу. И не ошиблась: хозяйка Ким Ли, получила образование в Бордо, замужем за Французом, говорит на вьетнамском, французском и английском. Приветливая, спокойная, внимательная. Мы прилетели рано и до заселения прекрасно провели время на пляже. Кстати, для проживающих, шезлонги бесплатно. Территория небольшая, но очень много растений от декоративных до фруктовых. Сами бунгало очень опрятные и в нашем была отличная деревянная кровать , все работало: интернет, кондиционер, фен и холодильник . 4 типа завтрака на выбор.
Всем желаю отдыхать на свой вкус ! Уметь наслаждаться возможностями!

Magnifique ! Kim la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Malgré le gros problème qu'elle a rencontré elle a cherché et trouvé une solution la meilleure qui soit
Le gros problème était qu'il y avait une coupure d'électricité générale et que le générateur était en panne (rupture du cable sous-marin) !!! Résultat, pas de courant !! Kim nous a transféré, à ses frais, dans un autre établissement qui disposait d'un groupe électrogène qui était tout aussi paradisiaque mais moins bien situé ...

L’emplacement directement sur la plage est incroyable. En fait, les logements sont répartis sur une allée perpendiculaire à la mer, qui donne directement sur la plage et le petit restaurant de l’hôtel. Kim la propriétaire est absolument géniale ! Sympa, pleine d’humour, toujours disponible. Elle parle français et nous a bien conseillé et aidé sur des visites ou des achats. Les logements sont simples et propres. Bonne literie. Nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Un très petit havre de paix au milieu d’une zone surexploitée par le tourisme de masse.

Świetna lokalizacja. Wprawdzie wyposażenie pokoju dość surowe, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Bardzo klimatyczny i spokojny ośrodek. Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży. Pokój z widokiem na morze (czyli na zachód słońca).

Välj detta boende om du prioriterar bästa läge på stranden, extremt hög servicenivå (Kim hjälper dig med allt du ber om) och prisvärd vistelse. Rummens standard är enkel, men det är rent och du har det du behöver (kylskåp, AC, byte av handdukar och sängkläder). Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit!

Kim ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und spricht ausgezeichnet englisch. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man hat wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Das frühstück war lecker und die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön.
Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches wir gebucht haben. Waren bereit etwas mehr Geld zu zahlen um ein Bungalow mit direktem strandzugang zu bekommen, doch bei unserer Ankunft sagte uns Kim, dass es bereits belegt ist. Die Dusche hat gar keinen Wasserdruck, es tropft praktisch nur raus. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich mir zumindest eine funktionierende Dusche.

Établissement de petite taille. Quelques bungalow dans un jardin devant une très jolie plage. Kim la propriétaire est adorable. Proximité avec la rue principale animée mais pas de bruit dans les bungalow. Loc scooter ou sinon Grab partout pour se déplacer.

Мы с огромным удовольствием провели время в бунгало Kim и можем смело сказать, что наше пребывание превзошло все ожидания.
В первую очередь, хочется отметить расположение: близость к морю просто невероятная! Проснуться утром и за две минуты оказаться на пляже – это бесценно. Само бунгало оказалось очень чистым, уютным и прекрасно оборудованным. Номера светлые, с комфортными кроватями, а персонал следит за идеальной чистотой.
В целом, атмосфера в бунгало Kim очень гостеприимная и расслабляющая. Мы получили незабываемые впечатления и очень надеемся вернуться сюда снова. Однозначно рекомендуем это место всем, кто ищет комфортный и спокойный отдых у моря!

Домики с выходом сразу к морю!
Чувствуешь себя как на своей вилле. Расположение самое удачное, центр Фукуока, 19 км до Sun World и 19 км до SunSet Tawn!
Кинг Конг через дорогу.
Если нужно дёшего, но не лакшери, то самое то!
За такие деньги - оправдало ожидания.
Домики старенькие, но и в этом есть свой смак бунгало. Море - пологий заход, песок без камней.
Чужие проходящие люди могут остановиться и оплатить шезлонг и лежать с вами, как на общественном пляже. Немного неудобно за личные вещи, но это мелочи. Если прилив- будет мусор на берегу.

Beautiful stay, we were in the bungalow practicaly on the beach. The owner made us breakfast every day, also vietnamese coffee/tea, it was very good. The location it’s really superb. It’s also close to the main street with shops and restaurants. Almost next door to this stay is also a bar/restaurant with live music every evening. The view from the bungalow is really like in the movies. Reccomend definetly

Nous avons été accueillis par Kim qui parle très bien le français. Elle nous a fourni des informations sur l'île. L'endroit est au calme, dans un petit quartier proche des magasins et des restaurants. Notre logement était au bord de l'eau, nous étions bercés par

Super hyggelig og meget autentisk lille sted.
Små bongalows med den fineste have.
Vi boede helt ned til stranden og vandet var fantastisk. Dette var tydeligt et sted folk vender tilbage til.
Der var en stor vanddunk på værelset, så vi bare kunne fylde vores drikkedunke og ligge dem i køleskabet.
Og endelig en ordentlig hår shampoo 👏
Noget af det bedste ved dette sted var helt klart vores vært Kim. Hun var super imødekommende og talte et virkelig godt engelsk. Hun serverer morgenmad for os i cafeen ved stranden, hver dag og vi fik den lækreste frisk brygget kaffe. Og rigtig gode samtaler.
Hun hjalp os også med at komme på ture og hyre transport. Vi var endda en tur i biografen på hendes foranledning.
Jeg håber vi en dag vender tilbage hertil.

Все было прекрасно, особенно местоположение, прям у самого моря. Хозяйка замечательная, заболел ребенок, она позвонила в больницу, где нас приняли, вызвала такси, мы очень ей благодарны. В кафе очень вкусно готовят. Все очень приветливые и доброжелательные, мы с семьей очень хорошо отдохнули, как будто, на даче, где нас рады были видеть. Для покупок недалеко супер маркет, где все товары можно купить, как для повседневной жизни на острове, так и в подарок родным и близким.

The bungalows are beautiful. There’s a private beach. There’s a little cafe / restaurant in the property serving a lovely breakfast and food throughout the day.
I must also mention the beautiful sunsets you get to watch sitting on the beach.
There’s really good Wi-Fi. Kim is excellent, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, well looked after. Loved my stay, would recommend, and will definitely return.

We are so happy we chose to stay here! We initially only booked for 2 nights but as soon as we got there we knew we wanted to extend. The bungalows are clean and so comfortable and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. At Kim's you are surrounded by beautiful plants, animals and very kind people! We are dreaming of our next trip here... And to have their delicious breakfast again!!

My wife and I have just stayed at Kim's bungalows for 7 days, and we both thought it excellent.
The staff and Kim especially were very helpful, and nothing was any trouble for them. The bungalow was clean and tidy and had all you needed, and free drinking water was also supplied. The beach area was good, some small palm trees to offer shade if needed.
The bar area was great, and food was available to order, and it was excellent and reasonably priced. The bungalows are in a good location for the town to be able to walk too.
Would recommend staying here.
Great sunset location.
We will more than likely be there next year.

Ein einfaches ausgestattetes, aber wunderbar gelegenes kleines Resort, geführt von der sehr intelligenten und umgänglich Kim. Ich bekam sofort ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon im ersten Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang.
Das Frühstück und alle Mahlzeiten kann man im kleinen Bistro bestellen ,und man fühlt sich dort sehr schnell heimisch. Auch ein reizender Taxifahrer wurde mir vermittelt, der nettesten, den ich in Vietnam kennenlernte.
Da der Strandzugang sehr schmal ist und von den nebenan gelegenen Hotels etwas eingezwängt wird, gibt es nicht sehr viele Liegen, die dann auch den ganzen Tag belegt sind .Ich habe statt dessen meinen Balkon genossen.

Lieve gastvrouw en gastheer. Ontspannen verblijf. Weg van alle drukte in een tropische sfeer. Heerlijk. Eenvoudige maar lekker ontbijt. Wanneer je wil, kunnen ze ook alles voor je regelen. Eilandtour, motorscooter enz. Zeg het maar. We komen er zeker terug🫶

Nydelig og fredfullt sted. Bare noen sekunder å gå fra rommet og ned til stranden. Personalet var alltid blide og hjelpsomme og Kim var en fantastisk vert.

Location was perfect on the beach

Piękna plaża. Duża ilość sklepów i restauracji w odległości mniejszej niż 1 kilometr.

La gentillesse de Kim et ses bons conseils, la proximité de la plage, l’emplacement à l’écart du « bruit » !!! C’était vraiment un super séjour 🤩 le restaurant/bar est disponible du petit dej’ à la fin d'après midi, on a une dizaine de pas à faire pour passer du transat à une des tables 👏🏼 que demander de plus?!

Расположение выше всяких похвал, утопает в зелени, всюду цветущие кустарники. Пляж реально в двух шагах. Об этом можно только мечтать. Завтраки на открытом воздухе, под шум волн.
Хозяйка Ким очень доброжелательная, открытая, всегда готова прийти на помощь. Нам очень понравился отдых в Бунгало. Мы с теплотой будем вспоминать и наши летние каникулы посреди зимы, и милую Ким, которую мы полюбили от души.

L’emplacement au bord de la plage et la gentillesse de notre hôte Kim.
La location des scooters très faciles et pas chères et la proximité de bars musicaux (on y a fait le décompte du jour de l’An chinois) et restaurants !
Le pt déjeuner au bord de la mer ! Et le gin tonic devant le coucher du soleil devant nous !!!

Cozy bungalow, friendly and welcoming host Kim, good location. Feels like you are not in a resort but in someone’s home. Someone mentioned here that cleaning wasn’t done, it was done everyday actually.
Breakfast a la cart. Tea, coffee missing. Beach area is small and sunbeds usually are fully occupied.

Die Lage am Strand und zu vielen Restaurants und Bars. Die Cheeky Bar können wir sehr empfehlen
Preis-Leistung passt leider nicht. Das Zimmer am Strand wird nur mit einem Vorhängeschloss zugesperrt, Badezimmer Tür kann man nicht zu machen, kein TV, keine Handseife, kein safe. Die Terrasse ist dem Strand ebenerdig und wird auch als Durchgang verwendet. Frühstück ist sehr dürftig

L'Hotel Phu Quoc Kim 2 est placé en bordure de plage, et juste séparé de la mer par la piscine !
La cuisine est d'une qualité exceptionnelle, pour un coût très raisonnable.
Le service est exceptionnel et bienveillant.
Tout était apprécialble. Cependant, Phu Quoc Kim 2 est un peu excentré au nord de l'ile.

Jättetrevligt ställe med bra läge och trevlig ägare. Vi bodde i den bungalow som ligger på stranden vilket var underbart. Välbesökt strand på dagarna och när solen gick ner vid 18-tiden hade vi stranden för oss själva.

Underbart läge precis vid egen strand. Familjärt och tryggt. Superbra värd, Kim, som får en att känna sig som hemma och hjälper till med mycket. Som vi förstod det var det många som återvände till detta boende. Det önskar vi också göra. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Everything was perfect. Kim is wonderful and her place is perfect for a great holiday with children. We loved people&accomodation. I will always remember the sunsets.

Location was perfect, open the door and on the beach! Kim was extremely hospitable and helpful from start to finish. Large keg of drinking water provided. Best sunset on island in my opinion

Location is right on the beach, bungalows are spacious and Kim, the hostess is super chill and nice. Also, there’s an adorable resident dog. I loved the whole chill vibe of the place, with a cafe/restaurant also on the beach, light music, perfect view of the sunset and fresh juices and homecooked meals.

Бунгало находится прямо у пляжа. Внутри много цветущих растений, это создает ощущение экзотики. Вход в море со ступенькой, образованной нанесены водой песком. Но для молодых людей это даже не заметно.
Не все перечисленные на сайте услуги были предоставлены. В частности телевизор. В остальном более менее. Близость пляжа намного важней для отдыхающих.

Die Unterkunft wie auch die Umgebung sind unkompliziert und locker. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht. Es ist gemütlich dort, einfach, sauber, freundlich, herzlich und entgegenkommend. Die Küche am Strand ist gut. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist fantastisch.
Es waren absolut tolle Tage. Wir sind länger als geplant geblieben, weil wir uns so heimisch gefühlt haben. Die Gastgeberin ist offen, sehr unterstützend und hilfsbereit.

В жизни данная локация даже лучше, чем на фотографиях. Ким прекрасно готовит. Воспользовались прачечной (30k за килограмм). Ощущения, как будто находишься на тропической даче!

Wir hatten das „Deluxe Doppelzimmer am Strand“ für 4 Tage, was wohl auch schwer zu bekommen ist, da es als einziges Zimmer direkt am Strand liegt und diese Traumlage bedingt sicherlich auch den für Vietnam höheren Preis (unser nächstes 4 Sterne Hotel mit Infinity-Pool im 10 Stock und umfangreichem Frühstück kostete genau die Hälfte, lag aber 150m vom Strand entfernt).
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, ebenso das Bad. Alles zusammen kann es fast schon als Bungalow bezeichnet werden. Das große bequeme Bett hat ein großes Moskitonetz und eine dünne Decke. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet hervorragend. Ein großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, ein Fernseher oder Safe nicht. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung nicht die Neueste. Die Tür wird von außen mit einem Vorhängeschloss gesichert.
Die überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen wird von vielen Leuten auch als Durchgangsweg benutzt. In unmittelbarer Nähe wird am Strand massiert. Die Betreiber sind aber nett und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.
Liegen zur freien Benutzung sind vorhanden, wobei die weit bis ans Meer stehenden Palmen diesen Platz hier hervorstechend und begehrt machen (Liegenvermietung auch an Außenstehende). Dusche am Strand!
Frühstück gut mit z.B. frisch gepresstem O-
Saft und einzeln aufgebrühtem Kaffee, aber…
…..und jetzt kommt das bedauerliche Aber: 3 Monate waren wir in Singapur, Malaysia,Laos und Vietnam unterwegs - immer Unterkünfte mit Frühstück. Und natürlich immer mit einer zweiten Tasse Kaffee. Hier zeigte man uns zum ersten Frühstück die Speisekarte mit Preisen. Wir wählten neben dem Kaffee einen Orangensaft und eine Eierspeise mit Brot. Zum Bestellen von Früchten, die bei bisher jedem Aufenthalt gerne gereicht wurden, kamen wir erst garnicht, da uns die Betreiberin die Karte aus der Hand nahm. Sofort fiel mir eine frühere Bewertung ein, nachdem ein Gast plötzlich eine Stromrechnung auf der Abschlussrechnung hatte. Dementsprechend haben wir uns im weiteren Verlauf auch nicht getraut einen zweiten Kaffee zu bestellen. Die letzten zwei Tage haben wir zusammen dann doch eine große Schale mit Obst und angedeutetem Joghurt in der Mitte bestellt um satt zu werden. Kein Problem. Oder doch: vermutlich diese Bestellung und irgendetwas anderes tauchten plötzlich auf der Schlussrechnung auf…..wir hätten ja mehr bestellt wie wir durften…? Bloß wieviel wir durften wurde uns nie gesagt. Also die freundliche Kim immer schön vorher fragen!

Понравилось расположение, первая линия. Так же рядом с отелем много ресторанов и различных магазинов. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

Kim ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bungalows sind sehr basic. Fenster sind nicht wirklich schliessbar und permanent verdunkelt. Eine Glühbirne an der Decke. Preis und Leistung stimmte für uns nicht.

Bij aankomst zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Kim. Super lieve vrouw en zeer behulpzaam. Bungalows in de tuin tuin liggen zo goed als aan het prachtige en rustige strand. Ze heeft scooters klaar staan die je voor een laag bedrag zonder problemen kan huren. De hoofdstraat met veel restaurants en winkeltjes op minder dan 5 minuten lopen. Absolute aanrader als je de massa en de grote resorts wilt vermijden.

Nos gusto todo!! Salir de la habitación y estar literalmente a 10 pasos de la arena de la playa es un sueño. Kim y sus hijos fueron encantadores con nosotras, atentos y muy amables. Un pequeño paraíso para aquellas personas que buscamos la calma. Hay que decir que la playa no estaba nada limpia, pero eso no es cosa de Kim, todas las playas de Vietnam que he visitado estaban igual de sucias, una pena.

Die direkte Lage am Strand ist fantastisch.
Kim und ihre Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich.
Der von mir gemietete Bungalow (direkt am Strand) war ziemlich abgewohnt. Hier und da gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Ich finde so Dinge wie der Badeimer können mal ausgetauscht werden. Keine Reinigung während meines Aufenthaltes (5 Nächte). Insgesamt fand ich die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Der zugehörige Strand war okay, aber wenn man rechts und links schaut viel Müll. Ich denke das ist da einfach so....schade. Und ich weiß nicht was da durch das Riesen-Rohr ins Meer geleitet wird. Es gibt echt viel Potential, derzeit stimmt m.E. das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Un véritable coup de cœur !!! L'emplacement des bungalows par rapport à la plage est idéal et tellement appréciable. Le bar devant la plage est un vrai plus, que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou pour se désaltérer en pleine journée.
L'accueil de Kim et de sa famille, sa gentillesse, ses précieux conseils et sa maîtrise de la langue française m'ont permis de passer un agréable séjour sur cette île et au sein de son établissement.
La proximité des commerces dont un grand supermarché, les restaurants environnants et les couchers de soleil sur la plage sont un vrai plus.

Выход из бунгало сразу у морю, 10 метров. Пляж нормальный. Отдельные завтраки не пробовала. Выйдя из отеля есть пару местных кафе. Если пройти метров 300 на главную улицу, то там куча кафе и самое главное чуть левее большой отличный супермаркет Кингконг, где можно купить все, что угодно: и мраморные стейки, и одежду, и сувениры. Там же рядом парк фруктовых лавок. И остановка бесплатного автобуса до ВинПерл. Так же выйдя на грязную улицу и свернув направо, в первом магазине меняют доллары по выгодному курсу (выгоднее, чем в тур агентстве)
В номере был вентилятор. Жара ужасная. Спать невозможно. Пульт от кондиционера дали по просьбе и за якобы 5 долларов в сутки, правда денег не взяли потом. Цена для такого отеля завышена. Для примера если стоять лицом к морю прям слева отличный отель с завтраками и бассейном стоит на 10 долл всего дороже.

Direkt am Beach gelegen und wunderschöner Strand mit grandiosen Sonnenuntergang nur wenige Sekunden zum Strand. Frühstück wurde in der Beachbar angeboten. Auch gegenüber ist ein tolles Frühstückslokal. Die Bungalows waren hell freundlich sauber mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Bei Anfragen wurde uns geholfen Roller mieten, auch möglich, Wäscheservice wirklich sehr freundlich gewesen.
Grundsätzlich empfiehlt es sich ein paar Euro mehr auszugeben,für eine Unterkunft auf der Insel.
Bei Kim seid ihr somit perfekt aufgehoben.
Der Strand Abschnitt ist sauber und es stehen Liegen bereit.
Der Duschkopf (Regenschauer)hat leider nicht funktioniert, leider verkalkt gewesen aber der kleine Duschkopf hat es auch getan.

Sehr netter und warmherziger Empfang von Kim. Bei Problemen immer eine Lösung und auf jede Frage eine hilfreiche Antwort, ob auf Französisch oder auf Englisch. Schöne Bungalows direkt am Strand, Frühstücksterrasse direkt am Strand, Liegestühle kostenlos. Motorroller in guten Zustand für 130k am Tag zu mieten. Nachdem der Flug auf den späten Nachmittag verschoben wurde, hat uns Kim einen Late Checkout ermöglicht, vielen Dank hierfür!

Die bungalow waren klasse, der strend super Die preise für Bungalow u. Motorad war in Ordnung Abwr der Stompreise war ne ganerei 7$ Pro Tag.

Kim is bijzonder behulpzaam als je iets vraagt heeft ze het antwoord en regelt zij zo nodig iets voor je. De locatie is uitstekend. Phu Quoc is totaal uit zijn krachten gegroeid en dan zit je hier op 250 meter van de grote weg op een betrekkelijk rustig plek met ook leuke authentieke restaurantjes.

Kim is a professional host and so helpful and laid back. Bungalow on the beach with all the amenities you need at reasonable rates. Chill and watch the sunset and beautiful colours. Resident dog and plenty of cats also. Thank you Kim for making my 10 days stay a perfect experience

Fijne kamer in een prachtige tuin pal aan zee. Geen hotelkolos, maar fijne laagbouw / huisjes. Locatie is top! Cafés en restaurants om de hoek. Ontvangst en gastvrijheid van Kim zijn super! Brommer huren kan direct bij het hotel.

Bungalows were so lovely and ours had cooking facilities and fridge. Just 1 minute to beach.Kim the owner is a Diamond. So helpful. Great scooter hire.Can’t wait to come back.

The place is cozy and more authentic than many other resorts. We rented three rooms. Kim is so lovely and she was very helpful. Massages on the beach were great a fun cheaper than town.
There are lots of good restaurants nearby. The bus that leaves from the Main Street is free and brings you to the airport, the night market and Vinpark.
Also the KingKong grocery is just up the road. During Tet this store was crazy!!!
The beach out front is lovey. It has a nice shaded area and enough lounge chairs for guests.
Beds were quite firm. Not that it’s unexpected in Asia.

La propriétaire Kim parle parfaitement le français en plus de l'anglais. Elle est sympa, ultra disponible et aidante.
Les bungalows sont entourés de végétation et au pire à 50m de la plage.
C'est plus un esprit maison d'hôte qu'hôtel et c'est très appréciable.

Perto da praia e da vida noturna, mas longe o suficiente para o barulho não retirar o sono.

Frühstück gut, vor allem die frischgepressten Säfte. Personal supernett, Laundry Service kostenlos, Rollerverleih durch Vermieterin ohne jegliche Formalitäten. Herrlicher Strandabschnitt direkt vor der Anlage mit Palmen.
Bungalowfenster hatten kleine Spalten, aber bei laufender Klimaanlage kamen keine Mücken.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Phu Quoc. Die Bungalows sind wunderschön gelegen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, zum Strand mit ein paar Beachbars sind es lediglich ein paar Schritte (die Liegen vor den Bungalows sind umsonst für Gäste), der nächste Minimarkt ist in 3 minuten zu erreichen und auch Bars und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung. Kim ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und es lief alles reibungslos ab.
Die Bungalows selbst sind simpel, aber sehr sauber. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier alle Male. Es wird nicht täglich gereinigt, auf Nachfrage bekommt man aber ohne probleme neue Handtücher und ein Besen zum schnellen Durchfegen ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte den Bungalow mit Strandblick und habe es geliebt. Aber auch die anderen Bungalows sind max. eine Minute von Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin Kim ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht hervorragend Englisch. Ich würde hier sofort wieder Urlaub machen.

fantastic location, clean, nice bungalows ensuring privacy, great breakfast almost on the beach, Kim is a wonderful person who will help with everything. Opposite the entrance , there is a amazing resto with great staff - CHAO Cafe & Local Taste, absolutly must be;)

Sono stata in questo resort e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il posto è accogliente e sembra di essere in famiglia, ci si sente liberi e senza formalità. La posizione è sul mare ma a cinque minuti da tutti i servizi. Pur essendo il resort vicino alla vita movimentata della città, è un posto tranquillo, silenzioso. Kim è una proprietaria disponibile, attenta e alla mano. Segue il giardino con cura e amore, ama gli animali, emana luce ed ha tempo per tutto e tutti. Parla benissimo inglese e francese. Grazie

The property is right next to the beach. My room had AC and a fan, big bed, bathroom, patio. And the place has a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. The owner, Kim, is so helpful. There are many returning guests staying Totally recommend.

The location was superb! We stood on the beach in just two steps. We reserved the deluxe room with beach view. The room was far from deluxe, but the view made up for it.

L' accueil de Kim est fabuleux une belle personne qui parle 4 langues. Elle est sur tous les fronts. Les bungalows sont bien conçus aucun souci. Draps et serviettes changés régulièrement.
Petit déjeuner avec un bon café filtre.

Un endroit calme, parfait pour se reposer tout en restant proche de la ville et des activités.
Kim saura vous accueillir en français et vous conseiller sur les choses à faire ou voir.
Petit dej et location de scooter sur place.
Différentes options, le bungalow deluxe est très proche de la mer, un vrai plus
Vous aurez aussi accès aux sunbeds de la plage

L'emplacement, nous avons loué le bungalow qui donne directement sur la plage, Top.
Géographiquement, c'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter l'île.
La possibilité de louer un scooter sur place.
Le lit et le moustiquaire.
La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel.
Le restaurant à proximité et le bar sur place.
Le magnifique coucher de soleil
Le calme et la sérénité du lieu..

Emplacement idéal avec le bungalow sur une des plus belle plage de l’île. Le couché de soleil y est exceptionnel.
La literie était de bonne qualité et il y a la clim.
Le petit déjeuner était bon.
Merci à Kim pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Et en plus, elle parle français !
Le bungalow mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement (peinture), un un peu d’éléments de décoration pour être plus accueillant, ainsi que des équipements (lampe de chevet fonctionnelle, tapis de bain par exemple).

danke an Kim, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht viele sprachen, auch sehr gutes english, gratis wäsche service, super bungalow anlage direkt am meer, ich war 5 nächte hier, jederzeit wieder
leicht verbesserungswürdig wäre das zimmerservice sammt trinkwasser nachschub, man musste darauf hinweisen, störte aber in keinster weise

Très bon emplacement, les bungalows et la plage sont magnifiques et très fleuris.
