I really liked the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The location was great, very close to the sea, and the swimming pool on the 13th floor was a wonderful bonus, especially with the beautiful view.
I was not very satisfied with the breakfast at the hotel. The rooms also need some renovation and updating, as they feel a little outdated.

Clean and well located

Great staff. Building is dated but well looked after.

Location

Clean and comfortable hotel not far from the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Easy and fast access to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. Staff always helpful.

Это был худший отель, в котором мы останавливались во время нашей поездки. По прибытии, наш номер был грязным. Туалет не был вычищен должным образом и на нем по-прежнему были фекалии, на подушках были черные следы, и было очевидно, что номер не был вычищен до приемлемого стандарта. В обеих комнатах, которые мы видели, были разорваны обои, на стенах и даже на потолке коридора была плесень, а диван сильно испачкан. Всё это место чувствовалось грязным и неухоженным.
Номера были объявлены как звуконепроницаемые, но они были совсем не. Мы почти не спали всю неделю. Примерно от 5: Каждое утро в коридорах постоянно раздавался шум от людей, громко разговаривавших с оставленными открытыми дверями своих квартир, и по всей гостинице царили общие беспорядки. Если вы ищете спокойного отдыха, это определенно не то место.
Завтрак был еще одним разочарованием. Попробовав его в первое утро, мы предпочли поесть в городе до конца нашего пребывания. Еда была бедной, а зона завтрака была маленькой, шумной, переполненной и хаотичной.
К сожалению, я не могу рекомендовать этот отель. Он нуждается в полном капитальном ремонте, гораздо более высоких стандартах уборки и гораздо лучшем управлении шумом гостей.

Tôi hiếm khi để lại những đánh giá tiêu cực, nhưng sau 8 ngày 7 đêm lưu trú tại Cosmos Hotel Đà Nẵng cùng vợ và con, tôi cảm thấy cần chia sẻ trải nghiệm thực tế của gia đình mình để khách sạn nhìn nhận và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending 8 days and 7 nights at Cosmos Hotel Da Nang with my wife and child, I feel obligated to share our actual experience so the hotel can seriously improve its service quality.
**1. Thiếu tiện nghi cơ bản.**
**1. Lack of basic amenities.**
Một khách sạn có khoảng 60 phòng nhưng chỉ trang bị 2 bàn ủi dùng chung cho tất cả khách lưu trú là điều rất khó chấp nhận. Mỗi lần cần ủi quần áo, chúng tôi đều phải liên hệ lễ tân để mượn và chờ đợi.
It is unacceptable for a hotel with approximately 60 rooms to provide only two irons for all guests. Every time we needed to iron our clothes, we had to contact the front desk and wait.
Điều khiến tôi thất vọng hơn là sau khi mang bàn ủi lên phòng, nhân viên phục vụ nhiều lần bấm chuông yêu cầu lấy lại ngay và nói rằng khách sạn chỉ có hai bàn ủi nên phải trả ngay để người khác sử dụng. Thái độ của nhân viên rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp, thiếu sự tôn trọng và khiến khách hàng cảm thấy mình đang làm phiền khách sạn thay vì được phục vụ.
What disappointed me even more was that shortly after the iron was delivered to our room, housekeeping repeatedly rang our doorbell to demand that it be returned immediately because the hotel had only two irons available. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing the hotel instead of being valued guests.

During peak hours, everyone—including international guests—had to squeeze through crowds just to get food or find a seat. 4. Phòng nhỏ và xuống cấp. 4. Small and poorly maintained rooms. Phòng có diện tích nhỏ, việc vệ sinh chưa tốt và nhiều vị trí trên tường đã bong tróc sơn, tạo cảm giác cũ kỹ và thiếu được bảo trì. The room was small, not particularly clean, and the walls had peeling paint in several places, giving the impression that the hotel has not been properly maintained. 5. Thật đáng tiếc, trải nghiệm mà chúng tôi nhận được hoàn toàn trái ngược với kỳ vọng. I am a Vietnamese attorney currently living and practicing law in the United States. During this summer vacation, I brought my wife and child back to Da Nang to visit my wife's hometown. I was willing to pay more to ensure my family enjoyed a comfortable, clean, and memorable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the opposite. Sau 8 ngày 7 đêm, điều gia đình tôi mang về không phải là những kỷ niệm đẹp mà là sự thất vọng về chất lượng dịch vụ, cơ sở vật chất và cách phục vụ của khách sạn.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and nice.
This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. On arrival, our room was filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned properly and still had faeces on it, the pillows had black marks, food on the wall and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The wallpaper was ripped in both rooms we saw, there was mould on the walls and even on the hallway ceiling, and the sofa was heavily stained. The whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms were advertised as soundproof, but they were anything but. We barely slept during our entire week. From around 5:30 every morning, there was constant noise from people shouting in the corridors, talking loudly with their apartment doors left open, and general disturbance throughout the hotel. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is definitely not the place. Breakfast was another disappointment. After trying it on the first morning, we chose to eat in town for the rest of our stay. The food was poor, and the breakfast area was small, noisy, overcrowded, and chaotic. And just a few other things, the fridge in our rooms did not work and generally the walls were dirty and plaster falling off. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It needs a complete overhaul, much higher cleaning standards, and far better management of guest noise. The pictures posted on booking.com is NOT what we experienced!!!!!!

We appreciated being upgraded to a beautiful sea-view room for our wedding anniversary. My husband had arranged for flowers to be delivered to the room, and the hotel surprised us with an additional bouquet, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. All in all it was a lovely stay.
The dining area felt cramped, breakfast options were limited and frequently cold, and noise from the kitchen made the experience less enjoyable. Guests with mobility issues should note that there are a few steps at the hotel entrance, which may make access less convenient.

Location was good, some staff were a great help
A little run down, nothing a lick of paint can't fix and a few pictures on walls..On checkout.cleaners declared that I had 'taken' 2 teaspoons, which was absolutely not true! There was never any there to begin with🤔 very strange and I have no need to take such things, so sadly disappointed in the end.

Das Hotel liegt in der bekannten An Thuong Area. Da es an Ende der An Thuong 4 liegt, bekommt man den ganzen Lärm am Abend der anderen Straßen nicht mit. Man wohnt fast im Centrum des Touristen-Viertel aber ohne den nächtlichen Lärm der zu lauten Live Musik. Schönes großes Zimmer, gutes Bad mit Dusche. Preis Leistung - fand ich gut. Kurzer weg zur Beach und viele Restaurants. Alles da was man braucht. Betten waren gut. Meerblick.

La piscine est très agréable et les chambres sont bien
Le personnel n'est pas très attentif. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon. Et il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Pour accéder à la piscine, c'est assez délabrée. Et il n'y a que très peu de transat autour de la piscine.

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement avec une proximité avec tous les restaurants et bars ainsi que la plage.
Nous avions des draps qui comportaient des taches, nous n’avons pas trouvé la chambre d’une propreté extrême (cheveux, taches). Le petit déjeuner était très vite vide et froid. Personnel gentil et qui répond aux demandes mais parfois qui manque de professionnalisme.

Location was great.. plenty of options around..staff were great
SMOKING IN THE BUILDING!!! HORRIBLE...stink smell of smoke outside of our room..we were next to the lift and smoking ashtray there...why they allow to still do this is beyond me....go outside.. that's about the only issue

The breakfast was so much more than I expected! There are so many choices to choose from, even fresh fruits and salad! The location is also great, so many different restaurants nearby to choose from, and only a few minute walking distance to the beach. The bed is huge, bathroom is always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful

Location, room size, ocean view and Reception Staff were wonderful.
Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was terrible - food options, service and staff. The Breakfast staff grunted at you upon arrival, didn't turn on the power to any of the food trays, coffee makers, toasters, played loud utube videos on their phones and didn't provide any service all while openingly coughing walking around the Breakfast Bistro.

Emplacement idéal . À 2 min de scooter de la plage . 10 min de scooter du dragon brige . Pleins de bar / commerce / massage au pied même de l’hôtel.
Chambre propre et spacieuse . Location de scooter dans l’hôtel même à 4 euros la journée.

Nettes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, super Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The beach was also super close by, which was lovely. The view from our room was lovely, and we could see the beach/water. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, and the view was incredible. The room was nice and clean, with a really nice modern bathroom with a great shower. The staff were also very nice.
The only negative we had was we used the laundry service and we lost an item of clothing as well as an item or two was either stained or shrunk which was slightly frustrating.

Love location
Buffet breakfast choices are not good. We paid for it but ended up eating else where. We forfeited the vouchers. There was no fresh milk, weak coffee. Instant noodles were not appeal etc..
Buffet breakfast choices are not good. We paid for it but ended up eating else where. We forfeited the vouchers. There was no fresh milk, weak coffee. Instant noodles were not appeal etc..

The steps up to the hotel entrance had no handrail, we are in out 70's and found it a little unsafe.

Het was dichtbij het strand.
Van een 4-sterren hotel mag je echt veel meer verwachten. Het was gedateerd, vies en het zwembad is alles behalve wat je op de afbeeldingen ziet. Daarnaast wouden wij de trap naar beneden nemen, maar deze was volledig geblokkeerd door allemaal grote was karren/zakken waardoor we daar niet langs konden. Dit lijkt ons niet heel veilig. Daarnaast was het ontbijt ook niet wat we hadden verwacht en was de eetzaal heel klein, vol en vies. Daarnaast was bijvoorbeeld het brood op en werd dit niet tussendoor aangevuld.

Good value for what we paid. Very comfortable.
The breakfast was all Vietnamese other than toast and fruit and there was no juice at all. Some of the fruit was not ripe like the figs which were hard.

Расположение отличное, огромное множество кафешек и ресторанов поблизости.
В номере было очень чисто, на удивление даже в белых носках можно было ходить.
Окна традиционно бесполезны, не влияет на звукоизоляцию никак, ну и соответсвенно из-за отсутствия изоляции приходится всю ночь охлаждать улицу

We had a pleasant stay in Da Nang. The hotel was nice, comfortable, and well run overall. Aside from one small issue, everything met our expectations and we enjoyed our time there.
Noise from neighbouring guests on the same floor, although this was beyond the hotel’s control. We contacted reception and the noise stopped shortly after.

Perfect location. Close to everything with many shops and massage nearby. Fantastic coffee shop next door. Pool was lovely. Room was clean and love the shower. The girls at the front desk were so nice also. I will definitely come back next time.

Позитивы, номер был большой, душ был горячим, кровать была удобной, и номер был чистым, хороший вид с девятого этажа. Негативы, ресепшн совсем не дружелюбный, шаги, ведущие в отель, похожи на прогулку по льду без поручня, площадь бассейна смертельная ловушка со сломанной палубой и хитрым доступом, окантовка совсем не холодная, также кондиционер не дул холодно, общая атмосфера места мертва, барная зона вообще не используется, просто темный шлюпочный старый отель. Я останавливался в трех отелях в тхонге во время моего пребывания, и это было худшим.

Amazing view of the beach and the sea from our room on highest floor. Very comfortable huge bed.
The rooftop pool itself was clean and nice, but the area around it was abandoned and dirty. That was very sad and disappointing. The breakfast was poor, suitable only for asian guests.

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious with a lovely sea view, and the bed linen was always clean and freshly changed. What I liked most was the staff — they’re so friendly and always check in on guests when we come back. It really makes the stay feel welcoming and cared for.

This is a friendly place. I witnessed staff being patient and helpful to inexperienced travelers. I don’t know how they do it! The location is hard to beat, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. Who needs to waste money on 5 star when you don’t do without comfort and hospitality at the Cosmos.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very good and impeccably clean, offering great value for the price. What truly stood out was the staff. They are incredibly friendly and speak fluent English, which made communication easy. They were also very proactive in helping me with everything. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Da Nang.

Our room was beautiful and the views over the beach were amazing.
The breakfast was terrible the food & coffee was cold and the restaurant stunk. We had to eat elsewhere even though we had breakfast included with our accommodation. The pool area is such a great spot but it is not inviting due to no pool bar, pool towel or any kind of pool service available. A great space being under utilized.

Pro personál nebylo nic problém. Velice ochotní. Velká sprcha. Nefunkci zásuvka na elektřinu u jednoho stolku
Hrozný hluk v noci. Bohužel jde všechno slyšet co se děje ja ulici. Snídaně slabší chybělo mi například mléko, sýr, šunka. A valili nám spolubydlící z Indie kteří dělali vždy na snídani hrozny nepořádek a personál jim nic neřekl.

Staff were helpful.
We were initially on the 12th floor which was incredibly noisy. But staff were able to relocate us to another floor which was so much quieter. The breakfast was dreadful. Food and coffee was cold and was pretty poor quality. We stayed at various other hotels in Vietnam and the standard was so much higher.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in a great area of Da Nang, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, which makes it very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to mention Yen at the reception. She was incredibly attentive, always ready to help, and very friendly. Thanks to her warm attitude and professionalism, I felt truly welcomed and cared for during my stay.

clean rooms w superior bathroom ; very helpfull porter (bringing our luggage to the room ; helping us out w umbrella's ; etc ; etc).

Это ужасное свойство с жалким обслуживанием. Я останавливался в этом доме в течение трех ночей, забронированных моим турагентом. За 9 дней моей поездки во Вьетнам эти три ночи пребывания были худшими. Я позвонил на ресепшн утром около 6 . 30, чтобы отправить стакан, чтобы иметь воду , там был ответ, что они смогут отправить его только после 8 утра. Я попросил Железо, которого также не было. Ресторан наиболее негигиеничный с наихудшим качеством меню и одно и то же меню повторяется в течение трех дней. Я заказал омлет на завтрак, он так и не пришел. Очень плохое состояние.

The location is excellent, you’re right in the heart of things on the beach side while also being in a relatively quiet street so you can get a solid sleep. You’re also surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants and less than 5 min stroll to the beach. The staff were incredible and made us feel very welcomed. I need gluten free food and they were super accommodating at breakfast and made me my own dish each morning so I could eat safely. They also gave us some tips on where to shop and were friendly and helpful at every hour of the day. The rooftop pool and view are superb. The hotel is aging but for the price you pay, the amenities and really attentive staff, it’s an awesome place to stay. We actually kept extending our stay while waiting for an apartment to become available - stayed 11 nights and we were genuinely sad to leave!
Our first room was right by the elevator and staff storage area so it was quite loud. We asked reception if we could move to a room away from that area and they very kindly found us another room which was nice and quiet. Recommend requesting a room away from the elevator, and ideally on a high floor, when you book. Other than that, everything was great!

Housekeeping was non existent - never had towels or toilet paper replaced in 3 days When I left the receptionist screamed at me and tried to delay my taxi , due to 1 pack of potato chips eaten - I noticed they had charged my card for my Mother room ( who left the day before ) so I said she could charge my card She yelled at me and demanded cash ! I said no and she denied they had my card details . Abusing and vile behaviour from her … 5 mins after I left - and noticed 2 charges on my card totalling $10USD for 1 pack of potato chips 🍟 So gross and bad way to end a decent stay

Das einzig Positive an dieser Unterkunft waren die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage.
Das Hotel ist ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, mit bröselndem Putz, verstopften Toiletten etc. Es ist absolut keine Schalldämmung vorhanden, man hört jedes Räuspern, Betätigen der Toilettenspülung etc. der Nachbarn. Es ist so dreckig, dass ich selbst erst einmal alles desinfiziert und den Boden gereinigt habe. Auf dem Hotelgang unterhalten sich andere Gäste laut mitten in der Nacht. Das Frühstück ist erbärmlich. Diese Unterkunft ist max. ein Hostel und verdient keine Sternebewertung.

Hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was okay and suitable for many tastes. I did like the proximity of the hotel to the beach.
The chair in my room was not very comfortable so when I was working on my laptop, it was not easy to get into a comfortable position. Also there was not a shelf in the shower for any body wash, so this had to be kept on the floor.

Расположение отеля было отличным
Печально плохая погода, пока мы были здесь, что, несомненно, не показало лучшее место. Это было похоже на Блэкпул в несезон. Хотя номер и ванная комната были очень чистыми и просторными с отличным видом, это не было так хорошо, как фотографии - то же самое относится к бассейну, я боюсь: (чтобы добраться до бассейна (не использовал из-за погоды) являются некоторые довольно хитрые лестницы, и все взгляды v бежать вниз. Разочарован. Персонал был очень хорошим и говорил по-английски и множество баров, ресторанов, массаж и т.д. кругом - возможно, частично плохая погода, но не было той атмосферы, которую я ожидал.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war so freundlich, so was erlebt man selten. Das zimmer war ruhig und bequem. Sehr gutes Buffet-Fruehstueck (grosse Auswahl). Alles bestens - ein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhaeltnis. Ich wuerde wieder hier uebernachten!

All the staff were excellent and so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble at any time.
The suite was awesome and especially the grand bath with a view of Danang. This is a great place to stay and the driver contact from the hotel was great for all the journeys and trips as well.
The hotel is in a great position near many good eating places, a bar street a very short walk away and only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, we were unlucky with the weather for beach time but nonetheless great long walks were had. Tea and coffee supplied everyday but you will need adapter for the kettle, but fear not, we asked reception and they sent one up within minutes.
Laundry was good, was 24 hour from handing in and was delivered efficiently to our room on the top floor and payment was on check out.
Breakfast is more in tune for Asian travellers but there is more than enough to make it pleasant, especially the fried eggs that is best to order on arrival. Westerners love Coffee and my only wish would be that there was a coffee machine with options, but that is my personal preference.

Had a free room upgrade with booking so 8th floor ocean view, renovated room, separate shower (a bonus in Vietnam!), coffee and tea in the room, fridge, breakfast included, very good price, though it was off season. Great location in the 'tourist' area with lots of international food options and 5 mins from the beach

Персонал был очень дружелюбным и полезным по мере моего прибытия. В отеле нет ни перил, ни входа для инвалидов. К счастью, дождя не было, так как вход полированный мрамор.
Место отличное.
Номер был довольно приятным. Хороший в целом никаких баров для инвалидов, но персонал получил стул, чтобы я мог принять душ.
Завтрак был догадкой работы, так как не было никаких этикеток или описаний предметов. Еда была проходимой и наполненной.
Если бы пребывание было только в штате, я бы дал им 5 звезд 🌟. Но это в целом и отель получить 3 .

I liked the location close to the beach and a lot of restaurants, a very buzzling area. And I liked the rooftop pool.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful. The location was great. A few minutes walk to the beach and located inside the An Thuong tourist area. There is a multitude of restaurants and bars at your doorstep. We had a nice view of the beach. Didn’t use the pool as it rained the whole week we were there.
Can get noisy at night if you’re trying to sleep early. There is a man selling Banh Bao(buns), going around every night on his bike with megaphone until 1am or later. We got used to it after a few nights. Breakfast was very limited but for only 50000 vnd we can’t really complain, only ate it once as plenty of other options close by.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Lihn & Lhin on the front desk were always very pleasant, always smiling and welcoming.
The hotel is less than 10 minutescwalk from the beach, and there are a number of bars and eateries within walking distance.
We will certainly stay at the Cosmos Hotel again.

The location is near restaurant and the beach
Breakfast was included but not to my taste, we went elsewhere. You won’t starve but not to my liking. There was not enough room around the bed, I had to crawl out the end ,there wasn’t enough room to put my feet out. I feel that the pics weren’t an accurate representation of the room. Nice sea view

Wir haben die Suite gehabt, es war wirklich sehr schön und vor allem groß. Pool am Dach ist auch gut 👍🏻

Das Hotel liegt zentral, nahe des wunderschönen Standes. Viele Restaurants und andere Annehmlichkeiten sind rundherum. Es gibt einen Roller Verleih, das klappte alles reibungslos.
Leider gab es Schimmel in den Zimmern und die allgemeine Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut. Flecken auf den Bettdecken gab es auch.

It was the perfect hotel at this stunning destination! The room was spacious, clean and had a huge bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and views of the city + ocean. The staff were very hospitable and warm, and the location was superb. It is situated very close to the beach (within walking distance) and bars, restaurants, local food stalls and eateries were right outside our door with most open until late. The free breakfast on our 5 night stay was also a special touch. Marble Mountains, the lady Buddha and Ba Na Hills were accessible with a car and it’s a bonus that there is barely any traffic in Da Nang. Not to forget, this hotel was a bargain and still included excellent amenities and facilities. Very budget friendly!

The location is fine. Near the beach and many possibilities to grab something to eat or drink.
The room was dirty. Also it was very odd to be charged for using amenities such as a cleaning towel. It was not about the price but rather about the principle of having to pay for using something as simple as a towel. Also the towels didn’t get replaced. First time ever this happened to me.

Everything was better than expected, and all of the stay go above and beyond even considering the language barrier.

The hotel is close to the tourist area, you can easily get to a lot of cafe, restaurants, biliard and so on. Close to the beach also.
The staff was very very rude. In the morning, even I paid for breakfast i did not get the breakfast, instead I got a coffee which i wanted to have it outside, because the room was packed. The breakfast is served in a small room. The staff started to yell at me in front of other guests, not to take my coffee out. They are totally rude from manager to staff. When i told that to the receptionist, she was laughing and only saying yes yes yes.

La piscina es lo mejor del hotel sin duda. Como si se tratara de un rooftop muy guay. La habitación está bien, es cómoda y está limpia. Para dormir en esta ciudad no se necesita más.
Tiene aire acondicionado.
El personal bien, nos contrataron un taxi a las 4.30h porque teníamos que coger el vuelo súper temprano.
El desayuno no lo probamos así que no puedo valorarlo.
En la calle de al lado hay un supermercado, un cajero para sacar dinero y una hamburguesería muy rica que se llama Bros Burger.
Podrían habernos puesto el desayuno para llevar.

L’hôtel est bien placé. Le personnel en nombre insuffisant fait le maximum avec le peu de moyens qui leur est mis à disposition.
Pas de climatisation dans le hall d’entrée. Il fait une chaleur étouffante 35 degrés. Nous avions 2 chambres. La climatisation d’une chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. 28 degrés dans la chambre. Le technicien est intervenu mais le problème est resté. La salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite. Nous avons dû attendre 40 minutes pour pouvoir nous assoir. Le grille pain ne fonctionne pas. Certains clients se servent avec les mains en souillant les plats du buffet.

위치가 완벽합니다!! 미케비치가 100미터쯤 떨어져 있고 주변에 커피나 차 반미 식사등 먹고 즐길거리가 충분합니다. 영어로 의사소통이 가능한 직원들이 있어서 머무는 동안 편했습니다. 두번째 숙박이었는데 다낭에 또 가면 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.
시설이야 그럭저럭 괜찮은데 방음이 좀.. 인도와 중국인 게스트분들은 목소리가 워낙크기도 하고.. 일찍부터 움직이시는 분들은 정말로 다 들려요

A family close by were very loud from all hours of the evening. I think that’s something to consider coming into a family hotel. It’s very frustrating. We wish that in future cosmos would be more strict on who they let into their hotel. We also were accused of taking a towel. A foot towel was not given to us the second night we stayed and we were questioned when we were leaving. I have also read a recent review where this issue happened to them as well. It was very awkward to be questioned and we were held up for about 20 minutes talking to the lady about how we did not take the towel. Such a silly situation.

The staff were all excellent, especially Big Lihn and Little Lihn on Reception. A special mention, too, for the lovely kitchen/ dining room staff who looked after us in the mornings.
Unfortunately, I felt that some other guests were quite rude to the 'dining room staff'. However, the kitchen/dining room team were superb in remaining respectful and professional whilst dealing with them. I think it would also be a good idea to let guests know that, when using the pool, they should dry themselves before before returning to their rooms to avoid potential health and safety incidents with water on stairs and in elevators.

However, the kitchen/dining room team were superb in remaining respectful and professional whilst dealing with them. Isolation phonique, une famille séjournais dans la chambre a coté et on entendait tout. Sur 5 nuit passé à l'hôtel, ils sont venu faire la chambre que 2 fois. Ecoulement de la baignoire qui a coulé dans la salle de bain.

Отличное расположение, чтобы посетить все, что может предложить Нанг. Регистрация прошла легко, номера были фантастическими! Вид на океан и ванна с закругленными краями с видом на море. Во многих обзорах говорилось, что варианты завтрака были плохими для жителей Запада, однако у нас не было никаких проблем. Множество вариантов с фруктами, хлебом, джемом и яйцами, приготовленными на заказ. Плюс, если вы любите приключения, есть много местных вариантов! Очень отзывчивый персонал, который помог нам забронировать туры по очень хорошей цене. Множество ресторанов местной и западной кухни в пределах 150 метров после поворота налево от входа.
Единственным небольшим недостатком был бассейн, его можно было превратить в торговую зону для этого отеля, и в каком-то смысле о нем немного забыли. При этом мы провели там несколько часов в тишине и полюбовались потрясающими видами Нанга. Остановился бы снова 😊

Check in took a lot longer couldn’t check in until 4pm but arrived at 1pm and told to come back at 2pm then turned away again and again until 4pm, One side of the king bed was very uncomfortable as it was 2 separate single mattress one was fine other was really uncomfortable and could feel springs.

The location is perfect for restaurants and beach access. The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.

I thought the breakfast buffet was outstanding and more affordable than if we'd gone out to buy something nearby. The room was beautiful and so was the view. If we return to Danang for vacation Cosmos will be at the top of our list of places to stay.
The motorbike we rented was good but the horn didn't work. That's pretty important. It seems easy enough to check the bikes for that sort of thing.

Receptionists are kind and helpful. Room’s view is amazing, it’s clean and equipped. We were able to leave our luggages there before actual check-in. The pool is clean and the view is nice.
Cleaner area around the pool (the water was clean and clear though). Maybe slippers for the shower area. The breakfast was satisfactory but could be elevated with more options.

Rien à par la gentillesse de la dame de l’accueil.
La saleté des parties communes. Le bruit toute la nuit: couloir pas insonorisé, moto avec haut parleur qui passe la moitié de la nuit pour vendre je ne sais quoi dans la rue. CoQ qui chante une grande partie de la nuit. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir les 3 nuits de notre séjour à danang, obligé de faire des siestes les après-midi. Vraiment séjour horrible. Sans compter le petit déjeuner où nous sommes allés qu’une seule fois tellement c’est deguelasse, on a préféré se repayer un petit dej dans un coffee.

Rien à part la gentillesse de la dame à l’accueil. Et son service de laundry très pratique et pas cher.
La saleté des parties communes. Le bruit toute la nuit dans le couloir car pas insonorisé du tout, du tout. La moto qui fait le tour du quartier sans arrêt une grande partie de la nuit avec un haut parleur pour vendre je ne sais quoi. Le coq qui chante une grande partie de la nuit. On a pas dormis des 3 nuits nous avons été obligé de faire la sieste. Petit déjeuner vraiment deguelasse, on a été obligé d’aller dans un coffee les 2 autres jours. A bannir vraiment

Facilities are so nice! My mom didn’t bring any slippers and the receptionist was so nice and let her borrow some that she had behind the counter! We received an exceptional service and can only recommend. Thank you so much!

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage.
Frühstücken konnte man nur bis 09:00 Uhr. Das war uns zu früh. Wir sind alle drei Tage frühstücken gegangen. Café Op La kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Staff were very friendly and obliging. One of the rare hotel showers that didn’t leak all over the bathroom floor.
We paid to include breakfast for the whole of our stay but only had it once. That was our choice. The breakfast buffet was small and not to our taste. If you are expecting to have something other than Vietnamese food I would suggest you don’t include breakfast, there are plenty of places offering a good selection of breakfast foods not far from the hotel.

Loved the sea view room. It was quite a big room. The washroom was also specious. Thy geyser was always on. Bathtub looked regal. The location was superb. Few minutes walk to the beach and lots of food places and spa around. Very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Above all it's safe and clean.
Restaurant was only for breakfast. Breakfast was okayish. Could be better. Reception desk should have more staff. Moreover, Vietnam is turning into a great tourist spot. Communicating in basic English is a must.

We absolutely loved the location, small businesses and restaurants everywhere and short walk (5 blocks?) to the beach! The staff were lovely.
Our room was fairly quiet and had gorgeous views of the beach and busy city of Da Nang!
The rooms need some love… lots of scuffing and dents in the walls, sheets were ripped, and some of the flooring were peeling. The pool was not accessible as you needed to take the elevator to the 12th floor then walk up a flight to access the pool.

Der Strand ist gerade einmal 5 Min entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, völlig unkomplizierter Scooterverleih direkt an der Rezeption, wechselnde Frühstücksangebote.
Der Swimminpool-Bereich ist vernachlässigt und in die Jahre gekommen, der Pool selbst aber o.k. Kaffee zum Frühstück nicht von besonderer Qualität.

Staff were helpful, very cheap compared to others in the area. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Few minutes walk to the beach. Big room, bed was comfy and air con good.
Pool area was awful, so run down, rusty stair case leading up to pool, all sunbeds broken and unusable, took one look and left pool area straight away. Room was dusty. Safe in room wouldn’t work as already locked on arrival. No secure bag storage for early arrivals, had to leave bags on floor in lobby. Unsure how it’s got a high rating on here.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Compared to other hotels which we visited personally after a bad experience this one is one of the cleanest, no mold or bad smell. Also you can rent a scooter there. Did not use the pool but it looked clean. Location is very close to the beach and the area is full of cozy streets with cafes and restaurants.
Breakfast buffet is Asian style only, could not even get a teabag. There are plenty of breakfast options in walkable distance though.

Really good location. Close to everything. But near to the hotel there is a cafe “2 ladies”, there is a rats, so be careful about food. But coconut coffee there is amazing. Anyway, hotel is good, breakfasts is fine, really good staff! So helpful! The towels smelled so good, so clean!
Need to refresh rooms! Walls in cracks and pretty dirty and its highest levels of the room! Windows really dirty. No protection from mosquitoes on the windows, so don’t open it if you don’t wanna get bites.

-The location was superb!
-Breakfast was sooo tasty, the best tasting out of all places we stayed in Da Nang, great variety as well.
The customer service staff well all wonderful, awesome energy and attitude.
-The Breakfast host Ly was exceptional, professional yet personable and easy going.
The stay was made wonderful with details like this.
-Inside the rooms themselves were also clean with nice building detailing and nice claw foot tub.
-they had central air con that was very quiet but effective
The hall ways could use more sprucing up, there were some things randomly stored. Roof top pool is a miss for everything else being great, just seemed not cared for, there is a washroom up there kind of stinky and ruining the pool ambiance. Also didnt seem the most clean? Just needs a-bit more sprucing up to turn into bit more atmospheric for people to actually relax and enjoy. Views were incredible from the pool tho. A warning (but not hotels fault) on weekends it can be noisy in the area - especially Sundays. Theres a man cycling around the areas always yelling selling buns. Some people may enjoy it as part of the charm but just warning to others if you dont.

1층에 상주하시면서 짐 올리는 걸 도와주시는 어르신
직원분들이 정말 친절하십니다. 저희가 한달살이
마지막 코스로 들른 곳이라 짐이 정말 많았는데 항상 앞장서서 짐을 옮겨주시고 덕분에 공항으로 가는 차에도 잘 싣고 갔습니다.
청소도 잘 되고 무엇보다 미케비치에서 정말 가까워서 좋습니다.
수영장은 아무래도 바다 앞이라 이용객이 적어서 그런지 그닥 쾌적해보이진 않았습니다. 조식 이용시 토스터가 잘 작동하지 않았습니다.

breakfast was good, it was nice of them to let me bring food home
we had some issues with the first room, but when reported to the administrator, they changed the room for the better one
beach is super close to the hotel, it's a big plus
there are so many great cafes and restaurants around

Całkiem dobra lokalizacja i wygodne pokoje.
Śniadania dawały możliwość wyboru ale zdecydowanie co do smaku były najmniej smaczne z tych które jedliśmy w Wietnamie. Dużym minusem był ciągły brak kawy.

위치 청결도 모든것이 완벽했습니다! 출국날 비행기 시간이 많이 늦어서 편하게 쉬다가 공항에 갈 목적으로 예약했는데 너무너무 좋아서 숙박 못한것이 아쉬울정도 였어요. 다음 여행에서 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶어요! 위치도 미케비치 3분이었고 저는 고층을 배정받아서 바다가 바로 보였습니다. 강추해요

The location was perfect.... away from the beachfront but a 5 minute walk away. There was a wealth of glorious coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around us.... no need to venture to the beach front (which we actually found a little disenchanting)
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Everything was rather tired and dated and really could do with freshening up and a really deep clean. Just simple things in the rooms like cleaning the walls, filling in hairline cracks and giving another coat of white paint. The stairs to the little pool on the roof were very rusted and worn through in areas. The roof top pool was a great area to watch sunset. The furniture is rather dated and worn out. Breakfast was included in our package but we only ate an omelette there once (which was made to order). I wouldn't have added breakfast on to our room deal as there are just too many amazing coffee shops in the vicinity. Whether a rollover from covid or just too much supply and not enough demand I certainly appreciate keeping on top of a large hotel must be difficult financially. That said for the price and just a 3 night stay it was absolutely fine.

El personal amable y bien predispuesto. La habitación amplia, moderna, cama comoda y grande. El baño lindo y espacioso.
El adificio cuenta con 2 ascensores, recarga de botellas de agua.
Hay opción de desayuno.

Nice staff. Location easy distance from the beach. Comfortable big bed.
Restaurants in the streets around the hotel are for tourists (Indian/American/Korean/ Mexican food etc) and quite empty this season but a walk of about 15 minutes took us to the area with restaurants with authentic local food where local people ate. Rented a scooter which made it easy to get around to go visit Son Tra peninsula, Dragon bridge and night market, Hoi An and Marble Mountains.
A couple of simple things would have made it better -some hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom. Had to put on hangers in cupboard A rack for soap in the shower. Hotel breakfast was cheap but better food elsewhere. Did not realise it was low-season and beaches were closed all the days we were there.

It’s in a very convenient location, 3 minute walk from the beach, there were a ton of food and beauty salons around us.

Отель и персонал были очень хорошими. Моя комната была чистой и удобной. Кондиционер работал очень хорошо, даже слишком хорошо. Завтрак был праздником. Я съел достаточно, чтобы пропустить обед. Сотрудники были очень полезны. Они ответили на мои вопросы о районе и помогли мне забронировать туры. Я очень рекомендую этот отель всем, кто останавливается в Нанге.

Расположение было отличное, рядом с пляжем, до пляжа можно дойти пешком примерно за 10 минут. Прекрасный персонал с красивой улыбкой. Комната была небольшой, но аккуратной и удобной, с основными удобствами и оборудованием. Также есть бассейн на крыше, так приятно!

Хороший и чистый, отель расположен в центре с отличным персоналом, который говорит на хорошем английском языке. Номера хорошо оборудованы, убраны хорошо, и определенно рекомендуется. Завтрак хороший, но приходите пораньше, потому что всегда спешка

Мы останавливались здесь на 6 ночей и действительно наслаждались нашим пребыванием. Комната была чистой, просторной и светлой. Я бы сказал, что это определенно стоит своей цены. У этого был бассейн на крыше, который был в порядке, и у завтрака "шведский стол" был хороший выбор.

Я живу в Ханое, но много путешествую в Дананг из-за бизнеса и, как правило, останавливаюсь в разных отелях для опыта. Но этот отель не открыт для гостей, которые хотят спать по ночам. Несколько бар и шумный ресторан остаются по соседству. Звукоизоляция очень плохая, и я почти не сплю до 2 - 3 утра
Не рекомендую никому, я никогда не давал такой плохой обзор.

номера ультра современные. , , кроме нескольких технических недостатков, это был один из моих любимых отелей. Но что сделало это для меня. , , был персонал. Очень добрый и услужливый. Нхи, одна из новых сотрудников, сделала все возможное, чтобы мое пребывание было приятным.
Я пробыл там слишком короткое время.

Отель был восхитительным. Нам нравится, как работают все сотрудники, они такие дружелюбные, отличное обслуживание, и наш номер всегда чистый и свежий. Расположение отеля всего в 2 минутах от пляжа (у них также есть бассейн на крыше). Мы остаемся там с 19 по 26 марта (комната 1001) и поехали в Ханой и юг VN и возвращаемся, чтобы остаться там еще на 3 недели (комната 906). Они соответствуют нашим ожиданиям; Я даю им 5 звезд и рекомендую всем

Останавливались на 3 ночи в длинные выходные.
Забронировали роскошный двухместный номер с видом на океан. Номер был угловой с обещанным видом на океан, ванной, душем и т. Д. Душ был сильным и горячим, когда это было необходимо. Ванна идеально подходит для людей меньшего размера и проходима для больших людей.
Кровать была очень удобной. Подушки потрясающие!
Хорошие варианты телеканала.
Просторная комната. Хорошо укомплектованный мини-бар. Хорошее ведение хозяйства.
Сотрудники были очень полезны с приличным английским.
Заказанные скутеры через отель по разумной цене, и они были совершенно исправны и доступны немедленно.
Было несколько минусов:
1 Завтрак был в лучшем случае средний. Это, вероятно, быть щедрым. Однажды утром у них не было масла для тостов. Нет кетчупа. Практически нет вариантов для вегетарианцев. О приготовленном завтраке не стоило говорить. Они сделали хорошие жареные яйца. Все соки очень искусственные, а кофе не очень хороший. В последний день мы вышли на завтрак.
2 Бассейн, хотя идеально подходит для купания, был плохо управляем. Нет дежурного персонала. Sky Bar не существует, и телефон, чтобы позвонить в Siren Bar, чтобы заказать напитки, не работает. Получение полотенец также миссия из-за отсутствия персонала на активной службе в бассейне.
В целом, действительно приятное пребывание в недорогом и хорошо оформленном отеле. Останавливался бы снова.
Отметим, что отель находится примерно в 15-20 минутах езды от аэропорта в Нанг. Grab (такси для 4 человек) обойдется вам примерно в 80 - 100 тыс. Донгов плюс сбор в аэропорту для водителя (15 тыс. Донгов).

Размер комнаты был хорош для меня как одинокого путешественника. Кровать была удобной, и подушки были одними из лучших, которые я имел во время путешествий. Общий размер ванной комнаты был в порядке, но душ был не очень большим. Вид на океан был действительно хорош, и я бы открывал окна, чтобы получить океанский бриз. Wi-Fi был быстрым, и у телевизора было много английских каналов с хорошим качеством изображения, и завтрак был хорошим. Персонал отеля был дружелюбным, услужливым и хорошо говорил по-английски. Расположение хорошее, в нескольких кварталах от пляжа, и вокруг множество ресторанов.
Я останавливался здесь дважды, один раз в двухместном номере с видом на море и один раз в более просторном двухместном номере с видом на город, и в целом мне понравилось в обеих комнатах. Тем не менее, я бы порекомендовал тратить дополнительные 10 долларов за ночь, чтобы получить номер премиум-класса, так как он намного больше и обеспечивает большую приватность ванной комнаты (см. Ниже).
Единственным реальным минусом для меня было отсутствие шумоизоляции. Вы можете услышать других гостей, и вы обязательно услышите, как парни на велосипедах продают хлеб с их громкими повторяющимися сообщениями. Если вы не путешествуете в одиночку, то более серьезной проблемой может быть отсутствие конфиденциальности в ванной комнате. В ванной комнате в двухместном номере большое стеклянное окно, а оттенок в основном полностью прозрачный. Тот же оттенок используется на окне снаружи в ванной комнате премиум-класса, но я не думаю, что это проблема, если вы не стоите рядом с окном.

С самого начала будьте готовы, что никто не говорит по-английски в отеле. Я дал одну звезду за отель только потому, что он новый и кровать была удобной. Мы останавливались на 5 дней и очень сожалели об этом.
Для начала нам дали семейную комнату со стеклянным окном в туалете, поэтому, когда вы пользуетесь ванной, вам нужно выключить свет, чтобы член вашей семьи, сидящий в комнате, не видел вас, сидящего на унитазе через жалюзи. Будьте готовы, что когда вы в комнате, вы услышите все! Вы сможете сказать, в какой комнате плачет ребенок, кто выиграл футбольный матч в школьной игре через улицу или какую еду парень продает внизу. (мы были на 6 этаже).
Завтрак меняется каждый день, хотя, когда вы приходите на завтрак и что-то закончится во время него, не ожидайте, что его будет больше, его заменят чем-то другим, и когда вы спросите, где это, никто не говорит по-английски, чтобы вас понять. Они готовят яйца в зоне отдыха, где вентиляция очень плохая, поэтому там будет много дыма. Мы были 10 минут на стойке регистрации в ожидании такси, я спросил ее 2 раза об оплате, и она сказала, что все в порядке, однако теперь они продолжают разрушать нашу поездку, говоря, что администратор забыл взять нас. Но кто виноват в этом? Это ужасное управление, персонал и английский барьер ОГРОМНЫ.
Имейте в виду, что поздно вечером вы не сможете позвонить на ресепшн, так как никто не ответит на звонок. Уборщик забыл убрать нашу комнату однажды, и когда мы вернулись вечером и обнаружили нашу комнату грязной, они сказали, что сожалеют и не могли дать даже туалетную бумагу до утра.
Вокруг так много отличных отелей, что не стоит выбирать этот. Это не только разрушило наш отпуск, когда мы были в Дананге, но и продолжало разрушать его, пока мы путешествовали во Вьетнаме.
В конце концов нам нужно было привлечь наш отель в Ханое, чтобы персонал отеля Cosmos мог взять с них деньги.
