The hotel was in a very good location next the to beach. The staff allowed us to store the bags before the check in and showed us the room before we paid.
They changed our towels and brought water to room daily.
The rooms are a bit old and not very clean. But decent for the price.

I had a lovely stay at the Flower Hotel. The location is fantastic only a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach and close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
What really made my stay, though, was the reception staff. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for me and helped me out on numerous occasions during my stay. Always friendly, cheerful in the morning and incredibly helpful.
A lovely hotel in a great location, made even better by the wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

在这里住了5天 ，走的时候我的枕套掉在酒店了，我第三天去找的时候，前台叫我第二天再去，等我第二天再去，就说都没有看见枕套，床单被套什么得有一说一，不太干净我才用自己的，请给我一个合理的解释

I had a great stay at Flower Hotel in Da Nang! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. Great value for money and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! 😊

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures on the site. The location was good and close to the beach.
The swimming pool was small and uninviting. Very unlike the picture shown on the site. The pool area was not kept clean and looked old and unused. The water in the pool looked dirty too.

Конечно не всё идеально.Но больше всего понравился персонал.На все замечания отреагировали молниеносно!
И это единственный отель,в котором сотрудники спросили как прошло моё пребывание!

Отель находится в хорошем месте, недалеко от пляжа, хороший вид. Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый, приятные люди на ресепшене.
Всё уже старенькое, стены пошарпанные, ванные и душ выгоядят жутковато. Брал мотоцикл в аренду, он сломался в пути, но мне в течение часа прислали другой мотоцикл на замену.

Thái độ nhân viên tạm được
Phòng cũng sạch nhưng cũ quá, thấy view biển nhưng chỉ là cái cửa sổ bé tý, đồ đạc cũ kỹ, bồn tắm cáu bẩn, nhà vệ sinh ko sạch sẽ, bể bơi bé tý. Không biết sao cái khách sạn này có tận 4 sao, ba sao mới đúng.
Phòng cũng sạch nhưng cũ quá, thấy view biển nhưng chỉ là cái cửa sổ bé tý, đồ đạc cũ kỹ, bồn tắm cáu bẩn, nhà vệ sinh ko sạch sẽ, bể bơi bé tý. Không biết sao cái khách sạn này có tận 4 sao, ba sao mới đúng.

Konumu mukemmel.hemen karsisinda buyuk bir gym var. Deniz yurume mesafesinde,yaklasik 5 dakika. Calisanlar cok kibar ve yardimci. Ilk odamizda disaridan gelen seslerden rahatsizligimizi belirttigimizde, hemen odayi degistirdiler ve hatta upgrade ettiler ucretsiz. Havuzu var ama oyle buyuk bir beklentiniz olmasin.

Location good, not crazy expensive.
Receptionist should be fired for deliberating trying to cause issues with my partner. Also, staff conplained about using towels to dry the floor, when there was no curtain in the shower, threatened to charge, over a basic safety issue that was their fault. Hotel needs a lot more invested in it.

Kings suite is a scam - pictures do not reflect reality. Air conditioning very weak. Pool is not privatised - don’t be fooled by the pictures! Smell of cigarette in the room - we had to ask to change room. No hot water. Ants in the room. Noise from the pool next to the kings suite room. Staff nearly speaks English.

Die Lage
Es ist vollendeter Betrug. Es gibt nur 3 Bereiche in dem Gebäude. Lobby, Zimmer, und Dach mit"Pool". Früstückszeiten, bei Booking? Es gibt kein Frühstück, auch keine Möglichkeit eines anzubieten. Viele Fotos auf den Seiten gehören nicht zum Gebäude. Das Doppelzimmer, "de Luxe". Zwei fadenscheinige Handtücher keine Toilettenpapier, (es gibt auch keine Halterung) Der Sitzbottich, ohne Duschvorhang und daher auch keine Fußmatten. Im Dz Zimmer, ein Stuhl, eine Bettlampe und Platz für einen Koffer. Aber nur ungeöffnet. Der Poo, ungepflegt, mit Bodenbelag... Eine verrostende Leiter und zwei " Liegen" Alle Fotos, vom Aug. 2026. Statt 10 Tage dort, bin ich nach 2 Tagen, in ein Hotel umgezogen.

I just like the location of this hotel . That’s it
Had a terrible experience with the staff. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and there was very little effort to communicate with us or resolve our concerns. What was especially upsetting was hearing the staff complain about us in Vietnamese right in front of us, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, it felt like we were being charged for every little thing, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the poor service and attitude of the staff completely overshadowed our stay.

We liked the location
The room was absolutely disgusting the facility itself was in horrible shape the staff was rude when we had a complain about the room they did not want to give us a refund we were there all of an hour well I tried to find a different place to stay the swimming pool had broken sharp tile all over the bottom of it the handrail to the pool was halfway broken off and a major safety risk bathroom had mold all over in it and the staff treated us like criminals when we wanted to check out and get a refund they ended up charging me for one night and the pictures of the hotel were extremely inaccurate

That day I was resting, and the people in the next room, who seemed to be new guests, and night time already were making a lot of noise and trying to open the door several times without any consideration. I was very angry; it was my first day checking in. I had to check out that night.I went down to the lobby to complain. They told me to calm down and said they would inform him, but I was furious by then. What are you going to do? There's no way a connecting door is soundproof. I lost my two-day booking because of the terrible, inattentive service. Another person was sleeping on the sofa while the lobby staff just let them leave and sat there doing nothing.It was terrible. You should manage and train your staff better. The room smelled musty, and the air conditioning not good. I thrown $114 and waste money.i just go out and ok just take this money i don't care really bad first time hotel in there.I paid for this, I wasn't asking for a free stay.

Its very nice location,its in the center big rooms and comfy bed they have also a balcony and a bathtub, easy access to the beach just walk like 5 minutes its a good price. And some bars nearby and restaurant.

Excellent emplacement. Tout à proximité. Restauration, plage, commerce… nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la kitchenette.

Bẩn, bị làm phiền 2 lần, trên app ghi view mé sông nhưng thực tế đưa phòng toàn nhìn ra thành phố, giường ngủ có cảm giác bị bụi rất rất nhiều

When I arrived to check in they had given the room away. It was still listed as confirmed on booking.com, and their last message was a confirmation. Don't bother booking because they will give your room away. After 5 calls and several emails, Booking.com only provided $1 of compensation. Disgusting service all around, I've been using Booking.com for a decade but after this, never again.
The front desk staff couldn't even discuss the situation because they spoke no English. When I first tried to check in they said I needed my physical passport (no problem, I paid for it to be delivered from my home in Hoi An). Only after it was delivered did they tell me they had already cancelled my booking and have no vacancies.

El hotel no tiene que ver con las imagenes de booking, esta todo sucio, desgastado, manchado, falta mantencion y limpieza, esta descuidado..amyes que amameciera empezo a sonar algo em las paredes de la habitacion muy fuerte que nos desperto cada 10 min. La puerta del baño de la habitacion estab oxidad y chirreaba un monton despertando al que dormia. Las almohada estan muy viejas y apelotonadas que parecen piedras al poner la cabeza. Pasamos pesima noche. La piscina e las fltos se ve adecuada y es miy pequeña con 5 niños se llena no es para un hotel con tantos huespedes, el espacio de.la terraza es enano no cabe mas.de 3 tumbonas ni donde ponerse, el lugar esta descuidado y sucio.

Phòng có ti vi không xem được, báo với nhân viên sửa đến ngày cuối mới sửa xong. Ấm siêu tốc đun nước thì cũ kỹ mùi nhựa, đun không tự ngắt khi nước sôi rất nguy hiểm. Máy sấy tóc thì chập chờn lúc được lúc không dây điện máy sấy thì hỏng nối dây nguy hiểm.

❤️❤️❤️Đặt phòng chỉ định ngủ một đêm, ai ngờ lại muốn ở thêm cả tuần! Khách sạn sạch sẽ, thơm tho từ sảnh đến phòng. View đẹp như tranh, sáng mở rèm là thấy tâm trạng vui hẳn. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình như người nhà. Nếu có cuộc thi khách sạn khiến khách ngại trả phòng nhất, nơi đây chắc chắn nằm trong top đầu!❤️☘️🏦❤️

K hề dọn phòng. Lưu trú 2 ngày k dọn lần nào. Chỗ đậu xe không có. Báo khách đậu trước cửa cho nhân viên ra vẫy. Đến khi công an bắt đậu sai quy định. Cả chủ tớ đều trối bỏ trách nhiệm. Tránh xa ra nhé bà con

Khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp, chỉ vài phút đi bộ là đến bãi biển với khung cảnh tuyệt vời. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, thoáng mát và được thiết kế hiện đại, tạo cảm giác thoải mái cho du khách. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ và luôn phục vụ với thái độ chuyên nghiệp. Các tiện ích trong khách sạn đầy đủ, đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng và thư giãn. Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, không gian thoải mái và được chăm sóc rất chu đáo. Đặc biệt, đội ngũ nhân viên luôn thân thiện, nhiệt tình và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng với thái độ chuyên nghiệp. Từ lúc nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng, tôi đều cảm nhận được sự tận tâm và hiếu khách của mọi người. Đây chắc chắn là một địa điểm lưu trú đáng để trải nghiệm và tôi sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới. Khá gần biển và xung quanh ks nhiều cửa hàng, quán ăn
Không có chỗ để xe làm mình cứ loanh quanh vất vưởng vất chỗ nọ sang chỗ kia, nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình. Nội thất cũng bắt đầu xuống cấp.

1. The hotel was clean
2. A gym located across the street from a gym.
1. The booking was titled "King Suite with balcony". The balcony was under 6 inches in total. I could not fit outside. This was not a real balcony. Simply put, A chair could never on this balcony. 2. Room looked much older than the pictures online. (Room was aged) 3. Hotel by name was hard to find on map. 4. I was "CHARGED A CANCELATION FEE" after the room was proven "NOT AS ADVERTISED"

Уборка была каждый день, номер был чистый. Недалеко от моря.
- Номер люкс с балконом имеет лишь 20 сантиметров самого балкона, который выходил в нашем случае на стройку. - Бассейн был с мутной водой, вид с него давно не такой как на фото в описание, все застроено и моря почти не видно. - Звукоизоляция нулевая, слышно ВСЁ и всех, как за окном на улице так и за дверью в коридоре, без беруш спать нереально. - Не верьте услугам таким как «ранний check in” и «поздний check out”, негде не написано и никто не предупреждает что эти услуги будут работать только если есть свободные номера в отеле, если же их нет вас заселят и выселят в обычное время (как было у нас). Об этом вас предупредят за 15 минут до выселения например. - Wi-Fi очень слабый, иногда не грузит даже карты, приходилось пользоваться мобильным интернетом. - В душе нет шторки, поэтому после каждого принятия душа вся комната будет мокрая. - Общение на ресепшене было не из приятных.

Nothing
The ants all over the room. The cleanliness of the fridge, phone, remote, bathroom was gross. The mirrors were disgusting. The curtain was falling off. The pool was in 'maintenance'. It said two pools, where was no. 2 pool? The lifts did not work from one day to the next. Noone told me about breakfast! No towels to go to the beach. If you did want to sit around the pool that was also gross, there were only two sunloungers. There was no cup to make tea.

Eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach aber für 2 Übernachtungen okay. Was man wissen sollte, dass es sehr hellhörig ist.

Gần biển, nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình lắm, phòng sạch sẽ, đi vào giữa tuần nên book được phòng ban công giá mềm. Có qua đà nẵng lại book phòng ở đây thôi.

צוות נורא! צוות פשוט לא נחמד גם הפקידות קבלה וגם המנקות! החדר עצמו מלוכלך ומלא בנמלים בכל מקום היינו צריכים לריב עם הנמלים כדי שלא יהרסו לנו את הממתקים והחטיפים והמנקות היו צריכות לרסס אותם כל הזמן המרפסת בחדר זה בדיחה אפשר לשים חצי רגל בחוץ זה המרפסת הוילונות ברמה נמוכה מאוד מ6 בבוקר כל החדר מלא אור. מזגן לא מקרר היה צריך לקרוא למתקן מזגנים כדי שקצת יקרר. טלוויזיה בסיסית וקטנה. בנוסף לכל זה בצ'ק אאוט המציאו שלכלכנו את הסדינים (הילד עשה פס עם עיפרון שניקיתי עם מגבון בדקה וזה היה ביום הראשון! והיינו שם שבועיים) ורצו לחייב אותנו בכמה מאות אלפי דונג - בושה! זה מקום שלא מייצג את הוויאטנמים הנחמדים תלכו לשם רק אם אין לכם ברירה ורק בגלל המיקום . לא אמליץ לאף אחד להתקרב למקום הזה!

Great location
Rooms are a bit run down particularly the bathrooms. Booked a room with balcony and the balcony was non existent only 1 foot of room more like a sliding door with a railing. Unable to stand or sit on the balcony.

Easy access to the beach. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very affordable as well.
The aircond unit was that powerful thus it was abit hot. The pool wasnt clean as well.

The staff were lovely.
Our room was nothing like we reserved. We reserved a king suite with balcony and outdoor furniture ,separate bedroom and a living room with a sofabed. What we got was just a small bedroom, no balcony, no lounge with no sofabed. I complained so the girl at reception was lovely and tried calling customer services at Booking.com 3 times but after speaking to an adviser the calls were all cut off! We paid for one night as we had nowhere else to stay that night. The next morning we had to wait for the assistant manager who agreed that wasn't the room advertised and reduced the price by 100,000 vnd. We were disgusted. There was a big cockroach in the bathroom and 2 dead ones on the bedroom floor. Booking. Com were no help at all.

The room wasnt as was advertised. The shower wasnt a walk in one. You had to step into a bath and my wife was unable to do that. The balcony was about 2 inches wide,not a balcony at all. We had to leave and get a refund.

The bed linen smelt nice, bed was comfortable.
The rooms were dirty there was a dirty towel in the wardrobe.. Bathroom had black mould around the bath. The blind was ripped. It was very noisy. We had booked for 2 weeks but when we saw the room we cancelled it. We did have to stay 2 nights because we had a trip booked to pick us up early the next morning from there. They then charged us nearly double the price than what it would have normally cost... probably because they knew everywhere else was full so we had no choice. The pictures on Bookings.com are nothing like anything there.....I personally would avoid it.

Not according to the pictures, wrong rating. Rooms are smelly, dirty, no window, overpriced for what is advertised. Avoid at all cost, check Google reviews and other platform reviews in Danang before making any reservation

We like NOTHING . Pictures did not do justice. It was like going to a different hotel. No shower curtain , took 2 days to get one. Room bed was made only and garbage changed. I don’t think the floor was ever swept. Pool was disgustingly cloudy. The put little chemical in on the morning we left after 4 days . Rooftop to sit around was very small but a nice view. Mould around the bathtub was not very inviting.

Pas de rideaux donc j’ai failli glisser à plusieurs reprises en sortant de la baignoire Les femmes de ménages sont INSUPPORTABLES, en plus de faire un ménage médiocre elles passent leur temps à discuter dans les couloirs et à claquer fort les portes, donc elles m’ont réveillé pendant tout mon séjour qui a duré 7 jours.
Pas de rideaux donc j’ai failli glisser à plusieurs reprises en sortant de la baignoire Les femmes de ménages sont INSUPPORTABLES, en plus de faire un ménage médiocre elles passent leur temps à discuter dans les couloirs et à claquer fort les portes, donc elles m’ont réveillé pendant tout mon séjour qui a duré 7 jours.

Accueil pas top, on m'a proposé une chambre au dessus de la réception sans fenêtre et une autre avec deux lits jumeaux alors que l'on à réserver pour une chambre avec lit double.
On a donc annulé la réservation.
Heureusement que nous sommes en saison bas on a peut retrouver un hôtel très vite.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля — хорошая инфраструктура вокруг. Отзывчивый персонал
Изначально заселили вообще не в тот номер, который бронировали. Ужасный вид на стену, сам номер маленький, раздельные кровати. Т.е. вообще выдали какой-то номер, который вообще не соответствовал бронированию. За те деньги, которые заплатили получить не тот номер было очень неприятно. Мы объяснили персоналу, что так не пойдёт и попросили заменить номер на тот, который мы бронировали. Персонал обещал, что переселят в другой номер, но ночь пришлось провести в этом номере. Уже новый номер был намного лучше. Поэтому обязательно смотрите, в какой номер вас заселяют, чтобы ожидание и реальность не разочаровали. В целом ремонт уже уставший в обоих номерах отеля.

Alles was oud en versleten. Foto’s komen niet overeen met de accomodaties. De badkamer is verschrikkelijk vies en zit onder de schimmel. Ook hingen hier geen gordijnen waardoor alles nat wordt. Na een lang verblijf wordt er geen bedden goed verschoond. Er zijn betere hotels voor dit geld. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Location is great. Most of the staff very friendly.
Taxes added on top of advertised price. We paid extra as it was TET which we expect however you don't get the same service that your paying the extra to cover. Arrived with leaking fridge flooded floor. Stained sheets and towels that should have been thrown away a long time ago. Bathrooms flood when showering bad design. We had 3 rooms with 6 people all just as bad as each other. Pool area not very good as no more than a few people and no one else can use it. If getting for 500,000VND per night, you would be happy enough. But paying 3 times that is not worth it.

Spațiul de la piscină foarte mic, astfel că dacă voiam să mergem în același timp mai mulți locatari nu aveam loc. Există doar două șezlonguri și o masă cu două scaune. Saltelele de la șezlonguri sunt vechi, decolorate și găurite - păreau murdare. TV nefuncțional. Geamurile de la piscină foarte murdare - la piscina hotelului mergi pentru view și eventual seara. Dar nu te poți bucura, din păcate. Camera noastră comunica cu o altă cameră printr-o ușă încuiată. Nu ne-a deranjat nimeni, dar trebuie menționat. Îmi pare rău că nu am fost inspirată a afac mai multe poze. Hotelul are potențial, dacă se renovează!

Alles war schon recht alt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war auch deutlich kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussah. Die Badewanne war ziemlich schmutzig.

Quick check in, lifts useful, room was ok and the bathroom, a thank heavens I’m only 5ft as the bath was like a half size. Good size wardrobe and suitcase stand. Hotel listened when I said I didn’t need constant cleaning in my room. More hotels need to ask clients if they really need a clean or new towels every day. Most don’t. Nice small rooftop pool and sitting area. Good location close to the beach and shops, restaurants etc.
A little tired around the edges, TV didn’t work (no signal), bath a bit small.

The location was perfect.
The fact that the rooms was dirty. Also, they charged us 100k for a towel that was dirty. ( i am not even sure if we did it, as you can see from the photos room was already dirty)

Even though the condition of the accommodation I signed in advance had changed, I guided it on the same day. I had to be separated from my family and was very embarrassed. And in the room, a flock of ants appeared countless times and crawled around my suit case. It was not clean and uncomfortable.

The room on the photo has a window and the view behind them, in reality there is The staircase through curtains. The bathroom looks terrible, it's old, and I don't want to take the shower in it. When I checked the room, there was a sofa, but when I stopped by, they took it out and put it in the hallway. I don't know, maybe that was the plan. The hygienic shower does not have water pressure. There is no curtain in the bathroom, so when you swim, the water flies to the floor and you can slip and the floor is always wet because it does not have time to dry. Value for money
No shower curtain first few days, so lots of water on the bathroom floor. They did provide a shower curtain after I raised the issue but due to the design of the bath, water runs off the sides onto the floor even with a shower curtain.

Nic už večer, přijeli jsme po půlnoci, jsem stála na recepci, že tento pokoj nechci, neměl inzerovány balkón. Pouze dveře s plotem, žasne platio s venkovním sezením.
Koupelna byla špinavá a v jediné staré vaně chyběl špunt. Spala jsem jen jednu noc a utekla... personál mě při stornu podával špatné informace, ale nakonec mi snad platba za 6 nocí přijde.

Staff was super nice and location was great. I had a room on the top floro with incredible view and the infinity pool being just there. I also loved that i had a bathtub in my room.
Maybe just cause i was on the top floor but the wind was soo loud in the room that i was struggling to sleep sometimes. The furniture, windows and equipment in the room seems abit old and used, which is fine for me but might bother some people.

The outside of the building is pretty. Staff friendly.
They provide you with a perculator. No coffee, no cup, no spoon. No towels. The bathtub was dirty. Lots of street noise.

Obsługa nie robiła problemu z anulowaniem rezerwacji.
Grzyb na ścianach, ogromna wilgoć, przestarzałe zdjęcia na Booking.com, widok na morze - raczej prześwit między budynkami w bocznym oknie, odrapane meble, kuchnia, w której nie powinno się gotować. Balkon to barierka za oknem. "dźwiękoszczelność" pokoju jest kłamstwem bo słychać wszystko co dzieje się na korytarzu, za oknem i w sąsiednim pokoju (oddzielnym drzwiami)... Ogółem ogłoszenie powinno zniknąć z Booking.com

— The location is great, very close to the beach and right in front of a 24/7 supermarket.

— The bathtub was the main reason I booked the hotel.

The couch also has weird oily stains on it and someone’s hair. And the bedsheet had a cigarette (?) burn in it. I asked the person at the reception to change the room but he said that nothing besides a room with no windows was available and he could do it the next day but never followed up, and at that point I cleaned the bathroom myself, so I didn’t bother them with that. — The hotel room looked very new in the pictures but in real life it is not as new either chipped paint and cracks on the walls and floor. Not a major thing but the pictures are kind of catfishing. — The room door knobs don’t have the signs with “do not disturb” on them, which would be very useful because the cleaning stuff will ring the bell at any hour from 8am to 10am asking if you need the room cleaned. I work at night and sleep until late, so having someone ring the bell at 8am and continuously knock on the door was not great. Please, invest in the simple door knob signs. — Booking said that the late checkout is available but be prepared for the staff to kick you out at 12:01.

Confort et tranquillité. La baignoire fût très appréciée. Le personnel à l'accueil était très gentil et attentionné. Ils m'ont accordé rapidement le lendemain une chambre de niveau supérieur pour une meilleure qualité WI-FI. Super emplacement. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%.

Hotel ini merupakan tempat yang bagus untuk mengunjungi Pantai My Khe. Kamar kami memiliki balkon tempat kami dapat dengan mudah mengeringkan pakaian renang. Sarapan termasuk buah-buahan tropis setiap hari. Suara dari lalu lintas di dekatnya tidak terlalu berisik tetapi tetap terasa.

Questo posto è stato meglio del previsto. Check-in veloce, camera pulita, doccia fantastica. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare un Grab per l'aeroporto e ci hanno offerto un check-out posticipato gratuito. Un'ospitalità incredibile!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am My Khe Strand, sodass morgendliches Schwimmen ganz einfach war. Beim Einchecken wurden wir mit frischem Saft begrüßt, und das Personal half uns sogar, einen Termin beim Schneider in Hội An zu vereinbaren. Der Aufzug war etwas langsam, aber die Treppe war wirklich kein Problem.

I had a lovely 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to My Khe Beach, making it perfect for relaxing mornings and evening strolls. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each time, which I really appreciated. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering an excellent view and a great place to unwind.
Despite my very late check-in at 2 AM, the receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. Their warm attitude throughout my stay made the experience even better.

BOOKING.COM falsely advertised the facilities and features of this hotel. It was advertised with room service, a bar, a bar near the swimming pool and spa facilities. There were NONE of the above at the hotel
We were hugely disappointed with the lack of facilities. Even the pictures of the pool were misleading and it was a dirty environment overall. Along with this I had plaster falling off the ceiling in my bathroom and damp patches around the windows. The bedheads were dirty overall a grubby hotel. Booking .com advertised this as a 4 star and I would not even give it a 2. The staff said they have not had the above facilities and do not know why they were advertised as having them. After having booked a few places through you this one was a total disappointment. We had booked for 5 weeks but soon reduced this to 5 days.

We stayed two nights and loved it – friendly staff, good room service, and strong showers. The rooftop at night was romantic with city lights. Parking space was limited, but staff found us a spot.

Le personnel était sympathique. L’emplacement vraiment pas mal, en face d’une supérette ouverte 24/24, à côté d’un bon bar et pas loin des grandes rues.
C’était pas très propre du tout .. la baignoire est jaunâtre, des cheveux et des poils étaient présents un peu partout. Une trappe donne sur des tuyaux. Pourquoi ne pas sécuriser ?? Les draps ont pleins de taches … ça ne sent pas très bon. Le « balcon » n’est pas un balcon … c’est une fenêtre qui s’ouvre et qui donne sur une rambarde ( on ne peux pas se mettre debout les deux pieds dehors ) Je ne recommande pas… heureusement que c’était juste pour une nuit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and Dragon Bridge, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff always had a smile. Breakfast could use more Western items, but the Pho was amazing.

호텔 분위기도 좋았어요. 깨끗한 객실, 루프탑 수영장, 친절한 직원들까지. 근처 시장인 쩌꼰(Chợ Cồn)의 노점 음식도 즐거웠어요. 에어컨에서 물이 한 번 새긴 적이 있었는데, 금방 고쳐주셨어요.

Nous avons adoré la proximité de l'hôtel avec les cafés du quartier et la plage. La chambre disposait d'une excellente douche et nous avons apprécié les bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour. La machine à café du petit-déjeuner était un peu lente, mais le café était bon.

The staff was friendly. Room was spacious.
It was very noisy. All the noise (shouting, music etc) from the street is in the room, couldn't sleep until 2am. The bathroom needs renovation. The outside pool was not very clean.

Ein etwas alt gewordenes Hotel in Sichtweite des Strandes in einer gut befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Personal war wie immer in Vietnam sehr freundlich, die Betten waren angenehm. Eine Küchenzeile mit Kochmöglichkeiten war auch im Apartment. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufen in kurzläufiger Nähe.

Abbiamo adorato la zona bar sul tetto: musica, drink e vista sulla città. Il personale ci ha aiutato a trovare opzioni vegetariane nelle vicinanze. La nostra camera aveva tutto il necessario, anche se all'inizio la cassaforte è stata un po' complicata da usare.

Este hotel nos brindó la escapada playera que necesitábamos: una piscina tranquila, toallas limpias y fácil acceso a My Khe. El personal nos recomendó un lugar local para comer bánh xèo, y fue la mejor comida de nuestro viaje.

The staff were incredibly kind, helping us book scooters and giving local food tips. Our modern room had a balcony where we sipped morning coffee. The bathroom door stuck a little, but it's no big deal.

Our stay was very disappointing. There was no mention of the breakfast we had booked as being included, and the room itself was in poor condition. The toilet was unclean, with visible marks left around the bowl, and there was no shower curtain. The room also had no window, which made it feel uncomfortable and stuffy. The pillows were stained, and the photos online were extremely misleading compared to what we actually got.
Additionally, there was a fight outside our door at 4am where someone was punched, leaving blood right outside our room. It wasn’t cleaned up until after 10:30am. The lift doors also had no sensors, which felt unsafe.
The only positive was that the girls at reception were pleasant and helpful, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall poor experience

The location was good, with restaurants and pharmacies around the area, and a 5 minute-walk to My Khe beach. The rooms were also kept clean.

Everything was in bad condition. The air conditioner works badly; it was not powerful enough, and I suppose it hasn't received service for the last decade. You can hear everything happening on the street, because the soundproofing level is very low. I got the family suit with a bath, and I was really surprised that you can't get a shower without getting water all over the floor. The WiFi connection was too slow and unstable during the entire stay. Moreover, our door lock malfunctioned a few times, and once when we returned to the room, we were able to open the door without using our key card. We notified about this issue the receptionist and she even came with us to the room and recorded a video (as proof) of the door lock not working. Unfortunately, when the service guy came to us and tried the door handle, the door lock was operating normally. We explained to him the situation and suggested talking to the receptionist and checking the video, because it could happen again, but he said that it works now and walked away.

Great location, close to the beach.
Upon arrival we found the pool closed with no prior notice and we were not informed by the staff at check in. The room was not clean, there were ants all over the room and they kept coming back. Upon notifying staff they said they could not provide another room but handed some ant killer, despite looking online to find rooms available for that night so there were other rooms available. The photos of the room are not what it actually looks like.

A shower curtain would have stopped the bathroom floor from getting soaked, the rooftop pool area was a bit disappointing, could use a refresh, and some better outdoor seating.

The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. This was mostly evident on the bedsheets that were visibly dirty. After complaining about it at the front desk at 8pm on my first night, I was reassured that they have been changed, but the stains cannot be removed. I was promised they will be changed the next day, however, this did not happen throughout my 3 day stay.

Hellhörige Zimmer, es ist kein Schallschutz verbaut, so wie es in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Abgenutzte Möbel. Der Taxifahrer könnte das Hotel nicht finden, da es zwei Namen hat, Flower Hotel und Pansy Beach und nur ein Name auf Straßenniveau sichtbar ist. Nhân viên khách sạn khá dễ thương. Khách sạn gần biển, đi bộ vài trăm mét là ra tới biển. Biển đẹp, êm, em bé tắm cũng yên tâm hơn chút. Khách sạn giá quá hạt dẻ.

Great location and the room was very clean and tidy!

The staff is extremely friendly. Booked a connecting room for a family of 5 which fitted very well. The room was spacious. The hotel was situated within a 5 minutes walk to My Khe Beach, surrounded with lots of restaurants and shops.
The bathroom floor was slippery and the shower was a little faulty but still useable. Other than that it was a great deal.

Tuy nhiên chúng tôi không đánh giá tiêu cực vì đây chỉ là hành vi khiếm nhã của một cá nhân, những thứ khác đều ổn. Đề nghị khách sạn training lại thái độ và hành vi của nhân viên mình.

Shit hotel , has bed bugs they said they would have someone to spray for bed bugs , but the staff had a spray can they sprayed a little bit then nothing they only change the linen every 3 days , I wanted another room but they said they had no room. I meet another person his forarm was covered covered with bed bugs he when to the chemistry bought tablets and cream but the medison did not kill the eggs so he was suffering. I was lucky I had some medison from Thailand and I used that to keep them away from me. Two days before I left they were on the sheet I took photos and a video of them went down stairs I asked to change rooms they said they were full then I showed them the video and they gave me another room, I looked at the sheets the sheets were dirty I took photos and they changed the sheets .
It's not a very good place dirty and unclear.
Everything they said that you can smoke on the balcony but it was not a balcony it was a window balcony one foot wide or smaller.

Der Preis und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war gut, das war aber auch schon alles.
Bettwanzen, Zimmer ohne Fenster, laute Klimaanlage, keine Lüftung im Fahrstuhl, Schimmel im Zimmer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht sauber, es waren noch Blutflecken und andere Flecken im Bettzeug, Reinigungspersonal wechselt nur die Handtücher, gewischt wird nur bei deutlich grober Verschmutzung. Wäsche wird nicht sauber und ist zu teuer im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Wäschereien. Sehr abgenutztes Inventar, schlechter Zustand.

Very close to the beach.
It wasn’t exactly a four star in terms of qualities and facilities, the pool definitely needs some work. This hotel is a solid 3 star and well worth the amount paid.

It was in a good location
Decent size rooms
The property did not look anything like it’s photos, it was genuinely dirty and they did not even have the air-conditioning on half the time in the lobby, so it was very hot. They would not give two keys which made it very challenging for me and my partner when we went out to do different things. On top of that the property just seems generally distorted because the photos do not look anything like advertise. The pool on the roof is dilapidated. The bathroom is terrible. It’s one of those shower bath things, but the problem is is that the water just runs onto the floor no matter what you do with it so you have to use it handheld.

Nhân viên nữ tiếp tân trực ca trưa ngày 23 thái độ không tốt với khách hàng.
Mình tới lúc tầm 12h30, vào hỏi có phòng để nhận không thì bạn tiếp tân đó kiểu “13h30 tới nhận phòng, giờ chưa có” nói với thái độ như kiểu mình xin ở nhờ, xin ở miễn phí, bạn ấy đang ban phát ân huệ đó cho mình.
Nên sa thải nếu muốn khách sạn phát triển.

Buổi đầu đến kêu hết phòng hạng mình đặt trên tầng cao, chỉ còn tầng 2 (ngay trên đầu lễ tân), phòng bị hỏng không xả nước được và nhiều muỗi... cuối cùng đành phải trả thêm tiền để up lên hạng cao hơn ở 1 đêm rồi hôm sau quay về hạng gốc đã đặt Điều hòa quá yếu, toàn phải xối quạt treo tường thằng vô giường để cho mát, xong về viêm họng luôn...

Attitude of reception staff on check in - would not acknowledge the booking agreement for early check in and late check out. They offered via the booking but were not keen to provide. Swimming pool was filthy. Full of sand and stones and broken tiles. Needs a clean.

Mình không hiểu sao khách sạn có nhiều đánh giá thấp và chê nội thất cũ. Cá nhân mình rất khó tính, nên khi đọc những bình luận tiêu cực rất e ngại, nên chỉ book 1 đêm với tiêu chí rẻ để ngủ 1 đêm và ra sân bay lúc sáng sớm. Nhưng mình rất ngạc nhiên, vừa vào phòng là mùi thơm của ga trải giường, sàn nhà sạch bóng, toilet sạch không mùi. Phòng mình đặt chắc là loại phòng giá rẻ nhất của khách sạn nhưng rất thoáng có 2 cửa sổ, có quạt treo tường là mình rất thích. Có hồ bơi. Đi bộ ra biển 5 phút.Khách sạn ở vị trí nhộn nhịp rất nhiều hàng quán. Mình chỉ tiếc là khách sạn tốt thế mà ban đầu mình đã không chọn để ở nhiều đêm hơn. Nhân viên thì mình thấy bình thường, không niềm nở lắm nhưng hỏi thì đưa thông tin chính xác. Chỉ cần vậy là đủ.

Gia đình mình có book 2p, 1 đêm ở khách sạn, do giờ bay muộn mình có hỏi lễ tân về chính sách phí late check out, nhà mình tầm 7h tối check out và tính phí 100%. Và mình có hỏi vậy nhà mình trả 1 phòng, và phòng còn lại tính phí 100% như thế có được không, tuy nhiên lễ tân báo là như thế ko đc, mà mk phải book thêm 1 đêm cho 2 phòng nữa hoặc book phòng triple cho 3 4 người . Mình thấy chính sách này ko đc hợp lý lắm, mk đã ở rất nhiều khách sạn họ đều hỗ trợ là trả trc 1p và tính phí charge 1p, vì mn cũng chỉ nghỉ ngơi một chút rồi ra sân bay.

die beschreibung bei booking ist in vielen fällen irreführend. ich hatte zimmer 1101, eine "suite mit balkon und meerblick". war aber ein eher kleineres zimmer mit einem seitlichen blick zwischen 2 hochhäusern. der Balkon war nicht vorhanden, er bestand aus einem 20cm tiefen austritt mit geländer. das bad stand nach dem duschen unter wasser, da kein duschvorhang vorhanden war. auch die executive lodge war nicht zu finden. der rooftop pool war winzig klein, es passten gerade 2 liegen und ein tisch mit stühlen auf die terasse.

Tôi có cảm giác như khách sạn đang lừa du khách, phòng ốc hoàn toàn khác so với những gì quảng cáo; phòng rất là bé chỉ khoảng 11 đến 13m, đồ đạc thì cũ kỹ, nhà tắm bẩn thỉu, đồ cũ kỹ, ga giường cũ nhiều vết bẩn ố, có mùi hôi, không dám nằm và đắp mền chăn! Nghĩ mà tởm!!! Cửa sổ sộc sệch, khép không kín, rèm cửa sổ bé nhếch nhác, gạch nền nhà và mọi thứ đều bẩn thỉu. Bước chân vào phòng rất không thoải mái, không khí ngột ngạt. Nhìn chung nếu cho tôi cơ hội chọn lại không bao giờ lựa chọn chỗ này. Các bận nên tránh xa khách sạn nay ra.

The location is good. It is close to the beach, maybe about a 5 min walk.
The room was so dirty. I saw there was hair on the floor as soon as I walked into the room. I checked the bed and there was hair everywhere in the bed. Both sides and on the pillows. They did not wash or change the sheets. I had to sleep on a towel because I was so grossed out. I had to shorten my stay and check out the next day because the room was dirty and I was grossed out.

The pool is dirty: the water circulation is not working, there is dirt and debris on the bottom. the water is cloudy. the bedroom in the room is normal, although some outlets are almost torn out of the wall. Bathroom: dirty, mold on shower curtain. The room needs renovation. The staff are polite, they said they would fix all the complaints, but nothing significant. very noisy: you will hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the neighbors. we were never able to get a good night's sleep because at 6-7 in the morning, the neighbors would go to the elevator and yell at the whole floor. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, it is not worth the money

On a payé pour 4 nuits avec deux lits (vue sur la mer à priori), on a eu une chambre avec vue sur la réception, odeur d’essence au réveil, équipements sale et wifi qui ne fonctionne pas. On a demandé le lendemain à avoir la chambre qu’on avait réservé, ils ont demandé des frais alors qu’on aurait dû être remboursé de notre première nuit ! On a fini par avoir notre chambre sans frais, qui n’avait pas vue sur la mer comme promis. Elle n’avait qu’un lit alors que ma réservation en comptait bien 2. La piscine n’a pas vue sur la mer comme promis, et les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos. Nous avons dû demander nous même au personnel de changer nos serviettes et nous remettre du papier toilette car personne n’était passé. Nous avons essayé de mettre un message sur le site, et nous nous sommes très bizarrement fait bloqué ..! Très décevant pour le prix et pour les photos.. une belle arnaque.

Staff weren’t very polite or friendly. Bed was hard. Air con was dripping. Listed as balcony and sea view but the balcony was about 30cm wide and could not see the sea. We paid for a family suite which had a joining door to the customers next door and we could hear their TV, coughing and talking loudly. One of the blinds at the window didn’t reach the bottom so let in a lot of light in the morning. Other customers very loud at 8am in the morning. Should be signs to say please be respectful of others when outside their rooms in the corridor.

No balconies at hotel. (Pics very misleading) Wifi didn't work well at floor 7, so guess even worse the higher you go. Receptionists were very unhelpful when I asked for information about hotel and tours. Check in and check out is too time-consuming and unprofessional (telling me to wait TEN minutes after check out to inspect my room - then complaining to me for standing in reception while waiting rather than sitting!!) Rooms outdated and hotel in general untidy, deteriorating and very basic

Very comfortable hotel, in a great location close to the beach .
Rooms are a great size, beds are so comfy.
Swimming pool is small but adequate to cool down , with a couple of sun loungers .
Great value for money.
The staff are so helpful and friendly.
Not a big problem but no shower curtain over the bath . I stayed in a room that was interconnected , and while the door between rooms was securely locked, it still sounded like the guests were in the same room as me .
Not a big problem but no shower curtain over the bath . I stayed in a room that was interconnected , and while the door between rooms was securely locked, it still sounded like the guests were in the same room as me .

에어컨이 바람만나옵니다. 선풍기가있는데 에어컨이 있는데도 선풍기를 가져다가 놓은건 호텔측에서도 에어컨이 아주 약해서 쓸모없다는걸 알고 있다는건데 결국 자다가 그냥나왔습니다. 최악입니다. 제일비싼방을 잡았는데... 절대 가지마세요. 싸우나 하시기 싫으시면...

Im Bad hatten wir Schimmel und es war dreckig.
Das Hotel ist allgemein schon etwas heruntergekommen und sollte renoviert werden.
Den Rooftop Pool kann man sich sparen, das Wasser war Milchig und die Terrasse dreckig und abgenutzt, würde keinen empfehlen da ins Wasser zu gehen.

Có ấm siêu tốc. Gần biển đi bộ 1 xíu la ra tới biển. Có bồn tắm.
Nhận phòng mền bị dính màu vàng như bơ. Báo lễ tân đổi 3 ngày vẫn chưa đổi . đi gđ 2 bé nhỏ nữa thi giường hơi bé. Bé nhà mình bị rớt mấy lần. Mặc dù 2 đứa ngủ 2 giường cùng ba mẹ.

It was in a great location, the staff were lovely, although language was a problem when we wanted to extend our stay. The person answering our queries via booking.com told us they would call us about it, but didn't. When we asked at reception they told us to do it via booking.com and we couldn't. We stayed there for six nights, so expected a bit more TLC when we were trying to extend. In the end we didn't stay for longer.
It's dated, and a bit grubby. The bathroom has mould and water from the a/c unit is hosed to the bathroom floor. it has a window which opens on to the fire escape stairwell, so we couldn't open the curtains, the stairwell was used to keep the handyman's supplies, was very dirty and the windows were all open which made it hot and very noisy. The pool was green and the one sun lounger was broken, dangerous and uncomfortable.

For a 3 star hotel, this place is great value for money and location is awesome.
Our room on level 6 was great. Views up and down the street to the beach. Great aircon.
Swimming pool on roof with bathroom facilities.
Easy walk to beach and heaps of restaurants. 24 hour mini-mart across the road, very handy.
Reception staff, and room service staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The place is in need of a good clean, and a paint job! Pool area needs a bit of TLC also. Pool towels or extra towels in room would be handy.

L’eau de la piscine était verte et on voyait même pas nos pied au fond de l’eau. La connexion wifi qui coupe. La chambre qui nous a été donné, “ L01 “ coupée de tout, une micro fenêtre dans la salle de bain, le couloir pour y accéder le soir qui sentait le pot d’échappement ??? La chambre n’était pas super propre ( poil dans le lavabo ou cheveux dans la baignoire )…

mình đăng ký trên booking giá có checkin sớm và check out muộn lúc đến ko đc checkin sớm, các b nv báo mình trả phòng muộn nhất 12h30 hôm sau, thế mà đến gần 12h lễ tân gọi báo trả phòng trc 12h, sau đấy mình đang tắm thì hết nước xuống tận nơi báo lễ tân thì lễ tân bảo nhà e đang sửa đường nước lát sau thì cũng có nc trở lại ( sửa chữa gì thì cũng phải báo cho khách để còn biết mà chủ động chứ ạ)

I like the room. It's very big and comfy.
I just don't like the cleaner. The bedsheet got stained from the rose petals placed on the bed to surprise my boyfriend. The cleaner insisted we pay for 300,00 vnd but I said I have to pay it in the reception area. She seemed to be arrogant. If only she knew how to say it in a nice way, I wouldn't mind paying her upfront the fee for the stained bed sheet.

Gia đình mình ở khách sạn cùng hai con nhỏ. Địa điểm khách sạn lý tưởng. Gần biển đi bộ 5 phút, nhiều quán ăn và siêu thị nhỏ ở xung quanh. Nền phòng và giường khá sạch sẽ, đệm êm. Hàng ngày có nhân viên dọn phòng đến. Các bạn ý và team lễ tân rất thân thiện, nhanh nhẹn và vui vẻ. Mình thấy rất hài lòng.
Pool nhỏ hơn so với trên hình ảnh quảng cáo, nhưng mà nước pool sạch, view đẹp, ngồi thoáng và chill.
Nếu muốn trả tiền bằng visa card thì mất thêm 3% và khách sạn giữ hộ chiếu của mình đến khi thanh toán xong. Vì vậy nhà mình thanh toán tiền mặt là tiện nhất.
So với giá cả thì nhìn chung mọi thứ ổn và hợp lý.
Theo nhà mình thì nền và cửa kính nhà tắm cần vệ sinh tổng quát sạch hơn chút nữa. Điều hòa hơi yếu.

Khách sạn gần bờ biển, nằm trên mặt đường lớn rất dễ tìm. Phòng quá rẻ so với chất lượng. Khách sạn có sẵn dịch vụ thuê xe máy.
Lễ tân rất nhẹ nhàng niềm nở và sẵn sàng hộ trợ khách check-in sớm nếu có thể.

The location is good and convenient
The room had a door connecting my room to the next and it was not a tall sound proff could hear noises all through the night of a couple and then a family with kids crying. The room did not look as advertised. Not the best experience, staff was not so friendly had to wait 6 hours to check in even though I informed them a month in advance about my check in time.

L'hôtel est situé à 300 mètres de la plage.avec diverses options pour se restaurer dans toutes les gammes de prix.
Possibilité de laisser son bagage en cas de vol en fin de journée/soirée.
Le lobby est pratique pour attendre son grab vers l'aéroport.
Le rooftop quand il n y a personne.
Divers marts ouverts 24/7 comme cela se fait énormément en Asie.
Tous le staff devrait pouvoir converser correctement au moins en anglais ce qui n'est pas le cas pour certaines. La piscine est bien plus petite que laissent penser les photos et semble manquer d'entretien.

La localización es perfecta, pero por lo que pagué me esperaba en mejor estado la habitación.
Dice que tiene balcón, cuando en realidad es un ve Tamar que no sacas ni un pié fuera, y te lo venden como balcón.
Tienen una piscina pequeña en el rooftop y está genial, con vistas a la playa.

Локация отличная, недалеко райончик с кафе, барами и рестиками различных стран. Море рядом, маркеты рядом. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый.
Не работал смыв в туалете. Местами не совсем чистый пол. Лестница... С коляской и вещами это тяжело.

Friendly and cooperative staff. You can drop your luggage before checkin and after check out. Language barrier is a constraint but they manage it very well.

The location is great and very close to the beach. Staff ( Ms Thien Nhi And Mr Dao) were very polite and friendly . They helped us store our luggage until check in as we had arrived early and even provided us with an extra pillow when requested.
Photos on the website are deceiving .The room was very dirty , dusty and unhygienic . Management has to definitely focus on housekeeping as it was a huge let down. There was a suffocating smell in the room / bathroom and it was not cleaned properly. Our room was just next to the public pool due to which we could not even open the curtains as guests were sitting right outside our window and it was making us feel uncomfortable. The cost may be low but we would rather pay a little more and stay somewhere else next time.

El día que llegamos estaba totalmente enferma, por lo que me hubiera gustado que me dejarán hacer el check in antes, pero no fue así. De igual forma pudimos dejar las maletas y yo morir en el sillón del hall esperando a que fueran las 2 pm.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room every day when I was there. The location also easy to go anywhere. Also, I was able to use the rooftop pool which was small but clean and enough. Overall stay was great.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed, website and photos were misleading. Hotel had no breakfast, restaurant or bar, and pool was underwhelming. Room was below standard cleanliness wise. Staff couldn't speak English and didn't seem to want to help. We checked out after 3 nights instead of 7 nights. Staff didn't ask why, we didn't even try to get a refund due to language barrier.

When I went to reception to report this they just laught and said they would call the room. Back in our room it just got worse, more shouting and banging on the door so we decided to leaf this hotel. As we came out of the room they were acting agressive in the corridor, but they didn't expect that I had 2 well-built 1.90m sons with me, that was the only good thing of our short stay, never again.
Everything After we putt our luggage in the room we went out to eat something and were back in the room at 10pm... Than we noticed it was a coupled room with a locked door, in the other room they were shouting, knocking on the door,... drunk youngsters. When I went to reception to report this they just laught and said they would call the room. Back in our room it just got worse, more shouting and banging on the door so we decided to leaf this hotel. Das Problem am obersten Zimmer ist, dass man direkt auf die Dachterrasse Zugang hat und Nachts keiner die Dachterrasse bewacht, alle 10 Minuten muss man raus und Party-Leute wegschicken, das lohnt sich leider nicht.

The pictures look nothing like the rooms, which are run down and lacking basic amenities like hand soap(even when requested). There is no actual gym even though a fitness room is advertised. The pool is TINY and no towel were provided. There was no shower curtain, and the rooms were drab. The blinds were broken, and the bathroom door didn't close. There was no restaurant or bar.

Everything.... from the receptionist to the horrible run down swimming pool ...pictures can be deceiving... I wonder where did the 4 star came from.. yeah the price was cheap booking wrote discounted rate..but not sure if the actual price was even real...I booked 2 nights..ended staying for only 1 night... since the receptionist couldn't help in cancelling 1 day so I had to donate.. not helpful staff.. they can't understand English.. I booked with balcony & yeah u only can fit 1 foot outside... that's the size of the balcony... such a horrible experience...

Abbiamo pagato questa Camera molto poco (10 euro a notte) quindi non possiamo lamentarci troppo, la camera e la piscina tuttavia non si avvicinano neanche lontanamente alle foto.

Pulizia ridotta al minimo, nelle indicazioni viene descritta l’esistenza di un balcone che invece non esiste in nessuna camera della struttura. La camera aveva solo una porta divisoria dalla camera accanto, perciò è impossibile riposare con vicini rumorosi, che purtroppo abbiamo avuto per tutto il soggiorno

バスタブ付きのお風呂に浸れたこと。ヴェトナムのホテルのアコモデーションはどこも良いのですが、バスタブ付きのお部屋を割り当てていただけたのには大感謝です。アメニティがちょっと節約志向だったのが…ですが、環境保全に対して合理的と考えれば必要にして十分問レベルでOKです。
スタッフの英語力の弱さと自己ホテル以外の街の情報（例えば、～へ行くバス乗り場はどこにあるか？、 トヴァルエイジェンシーの場所,etc）に疎かったのが残念。Grab利用が一般的なので、そういう情報を求めらることがないからなのでしょう、多分。もしかすると歩くのが苦にならない人間の過剰要求かもしれません。

Location is amazing. You can see beach from hotel window if it’s facing front road. It’s located in tourists area so you would find all type of restaurant and cabs easily. They had lounge sofa inside the room and provided safe as well as fridge. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had bathtub.
First of all the bathroom door didn’t lock, so that bothered a lot. Room has regular TV, so no netflix or youtube or any OTT of your own. Free breakfast was not there as included in booking (I guess most staff were out for Tet Holiday so they had closed the restaurant temporarily). Room service has access to occupied room, so that was weird for me.

Very nice location and on the 11.th floor it was very quiet except from the fireworks during tet. The staff was brilliant and only wished I had stayed there longer.
Again, no hand soap?!? And the tooth brush/toothpaste was in a small drawer in the bathroom, and it was full of water?! Also, for some reason I couldn’t check in before 2pm, sharp… they had me wait for 15 min and I am not sure they spend those 15 min on cleaning my room or didn’t let me check in early?

Not only it looks completely different (which I could easily tolerate) if it hadn't been for details like: mold everywhere in the bath room and its surrounding walls. Ruined walls on the outside, heavily damaged by water infiltrations in the lower part. A large vertical mirror full of big ugly rust spots, hair tufts with greasy linear marks on a side armchair next to the bed where even the sheets (though changed) also had multiple hairs on them. (WTF?!) Dust on every fabric made object in the room. Old peeled off, even broken furniture. Broken curtain on one side which made it hard to fully cover the sun from outside (however, thick enough), dirty hair dryer which by force I had to use for a few minutes. Poor Wi-Fi. There were two separate as lound as hell fire alarms during our first 30 minutes in the room (everyone was wondering at their doors on the hall, had to call the receptionist to get the answer: "OK, OK, no problem". Clogged toilet (solved it anter several attempts). Senseless to say I haven't even stepped on the shower, the overall PURE DISGUST and ABOMINATION were shadowing everywhere. P. S. English is not understood by all of the staff, but then Vietnamese is not understood by a lot of holiday makers. Every time you showered the bathroom floor flooded, a poor design around the bath. No external window, but then the room was only used for sleeping. Room not cleaned every day and had to request clean towels and toilet roll.

It is conveniently located only a couple blocks from the ocean. There are also several restaurants and a night walking street just five minutes away. The staff doesn't speak great English, but they are very professional and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Rooftop view is great, and our room was big.
The shower was really poorly designed so the floor was flooded with water every night. It just needs to be remodeled. I am familiar with Asian showers that are intended to get everything wet. This was poor planning not intentional. As result, the lining around the shower was also moldy. Other than that, everything else worked fine, though the rooms and hotel feel dated.

Location is excellent, just two blocks away from the beach, and a short drive distance to the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel location was good and it was convenient to go anywhere by Grab Car with an affordable price. Got a lot of nice reastaurant and cafe around the hotel area.

Wifi fungerade perfekt och läget nära strand och restauranger utmärkt.
Städningen var usel och personalens bemötande likaså. Utom mannen, han var trevlig och även en av städpersonalen som var bra. Fotona på hotellet stämmer inte alls med verkligheten! Det är i alls det fina skicket utan betydligt sämre. För mycket och onödiga möbler i rummet gjorde det extra trångt.

Staff are incredibly helpful and very kind.
The hotel room was filthy even after two rounds of housekeeping. I felt icky even using the shower and my feet were dirty from from the floor so much that I had to check out early. Room was very run down.

Hotel is near convenience store, and two blocks away from the beach.
Room is old, and very different from the pictures posted. Hallway smells of cigarette and the receptionist didn't do about when I complained as it seemed guests are smoking when I was in a no smoking floor Road infront of the hotel can get flooded during heavy rains.

Set up đồ amenities thiếu, tóc còn kẹt trong nắp bồn tắm nằm rất nhiều. Phòng connecting nghe hết âm thanh phòng bên cạnh nói chuyện. Nút ấn trong thang máy bị lờn, bấm không ăn.

It was really cheap.
Definitely does not look like on the pictures. The staff does not speak much english. We had a room for 5 but still we could only have 1 key. Many things in the hotel were broken or very dirty. You can't see much out of the rooftop pool because the glass next to it is very dirty.

The property is nothing like you see on the pictures! So please be aware of that!
It was dirty and smelled mouldy. Got a room that smelled of smoke and mould, the door wouldn’t lock, the bathroom was dusty and dirty and so were the bed sheets and pillows. Got offered a second room but I did not want to stay, I couldn’t get anything else last minute sadly so had to stay and leave one day early. The second room was bigger but not any better!

The location is nice as it is very close to the neighborhood with loads of European cafes and restaurants as well as the sea. The staff of the hotel cleaned the room daily
The room itself is very old. There was mold on the walls and mirrors. The worst were some kind of creatures living in the cocoons. Later on we found out that they could even move, therefore, we found them from time to time even on the pillows, that was quite disgusting. And the pool is just a name it’s hardly can be counted as a pool

The staffs didn’t their job well, when we were there, they talk privately about their life “ where they go for dine” our rooms is not finish clean. We were 6 but both of rooms missed towels and things toilet paper and more. Bad service at all.

위치가 너무 좋았다. 근처에 마트,식당,약국,마사지샵 등 많은게 몰려있고 걸어서 5분거리에 해변가도 있다.
주변에서 공사를 많이 해 너무 시끄러웠다. 방음이 되지 않아 밤새 시끄럽기도 했다.

Staff and location are excellent and the bed was comfortable
The big step up to get into the tub to take a shower. There are no rails to hold while climbing in and out. I had difficulty so it would be impossible for an older person

The room is in good condition with everything functioning. Easy to find location. Bed is comfortable
There isn't anything local food nearby. Mostly high-end restaurant. Shower room window unable to close during winter. There is no gym at level 12 which they label gym and pool there

The location is nice, secure and near to the airport. If you are vegetarian then you will get veg hotel exactly In front of this hotel which is convenient.. sea view available, sea is 200mt away and clearly visible.
The hotel is neat and clean.. worth it cost. They accept our booking even after 12 at night

Location was alright
Honestly, this hotel is absolutely not what you see in the pictures unless you’re lucky enough to not get the room that we did. We paid for a ‘deluxe’ double room and while it was cheap we were extremely disappointed with what we got and there was nothing deluxe about it, the false advertisement is incredibly irritating. When speaking to staff about our disappointment there was no interest from their end, explained we do have a deluxe room and everything listed on our booking.com confirmation wasn’t actually true. There was one tiny little window in the incredibly filthy bathroom. On our booking it says we would receive a ‘free toiletries and bathrobes’ whilst the toiletries were there, they were filled up tiny little pumps, the bathrobes obviously didn’t exist but we did have the pleasure of some dirty mismatched flip flops (yuk). The ‘walk in shower’ which was described was non existent unless you count the small drain on the bathroom floor as a shower room. The Tiny bath in the room was rotten, the seals were mouldy, the base was dirty, the shower attached to the top of it was too powerful for said tiny bath and even if you attempted to shower there was no shower curtain on the rusty pole of which there perhaps once was a curtain. ‘A private entrance and patio’ what does this even mean? A patio balcony? The staff didn’t even know. Our room wasn’t even accessible via the lift, we had to go out the back of reception and climb a dirty, dingy, bug covered stairwell with our heavy bags where you’re met with two rooms that look like they don’t even belong there. The staff, although sweet, they were very unhelpful and didn’t really have a clue what was going on. Overall honestly terrible experience, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Oh and don’t expect a cleaner/maid to make up your room because they’re not around neither.

Khi check in vào phòng, sàn vẫn ướt và một số chỗ sũng nước. Bồn tắm nhỏ và không sạch, thành bồn tắm không dính liền với tường, nhìn xuống thấy còn bàn chải khách khác để lại (chắc đã lâu lắm rồi vì đã mốc meo và rêu bao quanh). Mùi mốc khá khó chịu.

The pool was okay and view from the pool
Dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom glass was grimy, curtain rod broken. Room was not suitable for 4 people as advertised. Only 3 pillows provided. We could barely fit us in plus our suitcases. Could only open one suitcase at a time. There is no dining room as advertised. Ignored my question about breakfast before I arrived. The “gym” consists of 4 x dumbbells which are actually broken! The photos on booking.com are not true to room we stayed in. Very much photoshopped 🙄 Possibly passable if you are a backpacker, maybe….probably not.

Es ist recht nah am Zentrum und sehr günstig
Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, überall gab es Staubwedel sowie Insekten. Wir mussten mehrmals das Zimmer wechseln weil die Zimmer nicht gescheit sauber gemacht wurden, zudem hatten wir zuwenige Handtücher gehabt

Good location and very reasonable price. Clean sheets and towels smelt nice.
I struggle to see how this is a 4 star hotel. No coffee with the kettle and in need of deep, thorough cleaning and updates. The bathroom cabinet looked like it was about to drop. It advertises gym but there is none. Staff were pleasant but not going out of the way for us.

Good location and a nice swimming pool on the rooftop.
The hotel needs renovation. We stayed in room number 403. The plastic carpet in the room was a bit loose, so there may have been moisture problems. The bathroom furniture was worn out and had dirt stuck to it. Worst of all, there were TWO cockroaches in our room! When we told the reception staff about the first one, the cleaner quickly came to our room to deal with it. But another cockroach was by the door when we returned to the room after her. We asked the reception staff to remove it while we were in town. They did not. When we came back to the room, the cockroach was still there! When we again asked the front desk staff to take it away, they suggested we wait for the cleaner to clean the room the next day! When I said no and asked to be moved to another room, a person from reception came to get the cockroach and sprayed the floorboards with pesticide.

Close to the see and many little restaurants. We liked a little swimming pool on 12th floor. Price was attractive

Good location. Good value for money. When checking in our room wasn’t ready so they gave us another room while we wait. We had booked deluxe room which was well worth it compared to the basic double. Pool on rooftop is nice although only 1 sun lounger available. Staff were helpful and helped us book day trip to ba na hills. A cheaper hotel good value for money. Located near the beach and around 5 minutes from dragon bridge and night market.
A bit tired. Had a jacuzzi bath that didn’t work.

Vị trí gần biển, dễ tìm, phòng ốc cũng ổn, sạch sẽ, mình ở tầng thượng thì nước vẫn mạnh. mình cũng không ở nhiều nên cũng không ảnh hưởng gì lắm. Ở gần có cửa hàng tiện lợi. Phòng có bồn tắm, sân thượng có bể bơi nhưng không to lắm. Vì lúc nào cũng thấy có người tắm nên mình cũng chưa tắm thử thế nào, nhìn phía trên thì nước cũng có vẻ trong. có chỗ để xe máy.

En recepción no hablan bien inglés y son unas desagradables (dos chicas que nos atendieron). Te cobran en el check in (y no en el check out, como es habitual). Nos dieron una habitación y cuando fuimos a entrar había huéspedes dentro, suerte que no estaban en una situación comprometida. Sábanas sucias, baño sucio, vistas a la escalera interior, paredes con humedades, suelo levantado. Ubicación cerca de la playa pero lejos de la zona comercial

Really liked the whole place. The rooftop deck and pool were a highlight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is within a minutes walk of the beach and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. I would certainly recommend Flower if staying in Da Nang.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und auch Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht.
Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Die Decke mit einen Staubsauger oder Staubwedel zu reinigen ist keine Herausforderung. Besonders das Badezimmer benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Das Bad braucht dringend einen Handwerker Beim leichten betätigen des Wasserhahn hatten wir Sorge das dieser umfällt. Eigentlich Schade, denn mit nicht zu viel Aufwand, kann man das Zimmer wieder herrichten.

It was value for money and a great location.
Affordable as we stayed 2 weeks! Very good to go the beach and the swimming pool at the roof. The beds were very comfortable and love the free upgrade to triple room!
However you get what you pay for. -Poor and very slow Wifi to the point that watching videos I had to wait for buffer time -The place is not spotless. Furniture is a bit worn and tired. Various permanent stains on the walls, bath tub and floor. -Swimming pool was a bit dirty but still usable. Not ideal. They had some broken equipment and the elevator had 1 or 2 broken buttons.

It's a nice hotel (but the photos are not accurate). Very nice view from the pool. Nice, friendly staff. Good location if you like the beach.
A long lense was clearly used on all the photos because the reception and swimming pool are both small but look very big in the photos. There was only one sunbed. So the photos are not accurate. I would say it's more a 3 star than a 4 star accommodation.

Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach.
Pool area is dated and needs new pool seating and lounges badly. Even though the reception staff are lovely, it was difficult communicating. They spoke very little English.

Rooms are nice, staff are friendly and good location to the beach and food areas. Plus the bath!
A lot of Information about the hotel on the booking page that simple isn’t true, there is no gym, only 1 pool, room service no more like simple room snacks of pot noodles, breakfast in bed, all the activities golf etc…. And the restaurant doesn’t exist. Plus the cleaners only cleaned our room and took out the bins once, being so close to the beach the room needed sweeping daily.

Big and clean room in modern style. Great view from rooftop pool. Beach is at the end of the street, so very close.
Room smelled strong mouldy although we opened the window all the evening. Pool could have been cleaner. It had a light green colour. We took a bath anyway. One of the two sunbeds was broken.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากชายหาดหมีแคว ร้านอาหารทะเละเยอะมากกกกก เลือกได้ตามใจชอบ แต่ราคาของร้านอาหารก็สูงไม่ต่างกัน ราคาที่พักย่อมเยาว์ดีมากๆ แต่ห้องพักดี อาจจะเก่าไปหน่อยแต่ก็ถือว่าได้รับการดูแลดี

Suite direkt am Pool (Rooftop), der zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden kann. Dadurch sehr laut bei Nacht! Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig... alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst völlig okay für 12€ pro Nacht.

Great location. Nearby my khe beach. Easy conveyance. Eateries are nearby. All sightseeing facilities are nearby. Relatively calm quite and economical.

As always, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Good water, pressure and hot water. It was nice to have a bathtub.
Good to have underground parking for scooter
The rooftop pool has a great view, but they need new furniture and the glass needs to be cleaned around the pool and the pool area cleaned more often. There was no robe or patio as described in the room description. Also, my room is next to the stairwell, which always had a motion, light going on and off

The lobby was nice, and the location was good. Close to the beach, restaurants, plenty of coffee shops and minimarts.
The room was dirty. Mold and ants in the bathroom. Toilet leaked, and the bathroom smelled of Urine. The staff was great but the hotel is managed horribly. Needs a complete renovation.

O quarto tinha imensa humidade e não era nada como nas fotos, uma completa desilusão. Zona da piscina mal cuidada. Os funcionários não falam inglês e por vezes era difícil comunicar com eles.

The last-minute deal was very good and definitely matched what I got in the hotel. My previous hotel cancelled the booking just one day before my arrival, so this one was an absolute save. The staff was also absolutely lovely and helpful. The location is superb!
But, I wouldn't stay in the hotel again. The room had too strong of a smoke stench that took a while to get rid of, and while the staff offered me a different room, it was too small and dark. I was generally surprised by the complete lack of windows except for a tiny one in the bathroom. The hotel is supposed to have a gym (you'll still see the word for it in the elevator), but it's been closed. The rooftop pool is nice but very small.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful when needed. The location was within walking to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store. 2_500ml bottles of water were provided every day.
the location of the armoire/clothes closet was inconvenient with 2 people, when the doors were open it was difficult and awkward to pass by to get in to the bathroom. Only 1 very small roll of toilet paper was left per day, or not at all. Had to ask for more every day and also for extra towels (extra for hair and also floor mat) The shower curtain was mouldy and half of the hooks were missing, also had to request for the drain to be unclogged. The wall was not flush with the tub so the water collected around the edge of the bathtub. There was a rooftop pool but the poolside lounges were in disrepair and the area was small but neglected. The pool did not look very inviting, we did not use it.

a cockroach flew into the room 10 min after I arrived. It was the only room on the floor without a strip to ward off cockroaches. After the first night without getting a new room the next day I got in and saw a family of roaches run from the light. I got some towels to put against the door to again keep them out then I was like ok calm down.. however when the cockroaches were outside scratching the door i decided it was enough and I left. I like that they were not difficult of returning me some money minus the booking.con commision Nicht gefallen · Booking.com you must stop promoting this hotel and getting us to pay your commision Oh yeah and the pictures are absolutely not representative but that’s the least of the problems

Good location, excellent value for money. We actually booked it to use for the day and evening while we waited for our 11pm train. Staff are nice. Short walk to beach.

Пульт управления кондиционером не работал, кран раковины в ванной болтался, герметик у ванной весь черный (плесень), потолок в ванной в черной плесени, в комнате стены местами грязные. Все пошарпанное. Ванна мизерная, и очень неглубокая. При этом цена была крайне дешёвой. Больше никогда не поедем ни в этот отель, ни в другой ч такой дешёвой ценой. Находиться там было дискомфорт но, неприятно. Но персонал очень приветливый, делают что могут.

Wonderful staff and hotel well situated for all my needs plus the rooftop pool . Beach Close by and a good choice of restaurants. Shopping mall and markets a $1 away bv grab.
