We had a wonderful stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The service was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Я очень рекомендую остановиться в этом курорте, когда вы посетите Хой Ан. Всё здесь было замечательно: от прекрасных удобств до теплого и дружелюбного персонала.
В курорте два просторных бассейна, а моя комната оказалась даже лучше, чем я ожидал — комфортная, спокойная и красиво оформленная.
Но больше всего мне нравилось изобилие зелени по всему курорту. Везде деревья и растения, создающие такую мирную и освежающую атмосферу. Представьте, что вы сидите на балконе, окруженные пышными зелеными деревьями, медленно потягивая чашку чая и слушая пение птиц. Это, честно говоря, была одна из моих любимых частей пребывания.
Если вы ищете тихое место, чтобы расслабиться и немного отдохнуть от суеты города, я определенно рекомендую этот курорт в Хойане. Я уже с нетерпением жду возвращения в следующем году со своей семьей. Это определенно будет наш выбор снова для расслабляющего отдыха в Хойане. 🪴m

Jey, Vi and the team will look after you 🙌 Perfect location, located between town, the beach & rice fields. So you can get anywhere you need to go, while also able to retire back to the hotel complex away from the noise when you’ve had enough. Highly recommend getting bicycles and cycling around, especially the rice fields and ‘vegetable village area’.

Prachtig hotel en aardige mensen. Kamers zijn ruim en mooi. Probeer bij het boeken wel kamers rondom het zwembad te kiezen want daar zit je het mooist. Wat je niet ziet is dat er nog een half flatgebouw met kamers achter zit en daar komen de meeste mensen terecht. Neemt niet weg dat de kamers goed zijn maar het is niet wat je verwacht bij de foto's.

besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man per fahrrad in 15 minuten ganz einfach nach hoi an old town fahren konnte. wunderschön war auch die atmosphäre morgens draußen beim frühstück auf dem balkon.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era piccola e trascurata, benché avessimo selezionato una "junior suite pool view with balcony": armadio privo di grucce, problemi con la serratura, cassaforte scarica, scarsa qualità dei prodotti da bagno. Buona al contrario la pulizia e la comodità dei letti.
Colazione poco varia e poco curata, così come la SPA e la piscina sempre troppo affollata rispetto alla capacità di accoglienza; gli asciugamani in dotazione andrebbero sicuramente cambiati.
Gradevole l'area dedicata al bar ristorante.
Staff gentile ma non particolarmente attento.
Il soggiorno è stato generalmente piacevole ma il resort molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative e del rating a 5 stelle.

Absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the lovely Lotus (Linh) welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home.
Throughout our stay, every member of the team was friendly, professional, caring and always ready to help. The hotel is extremely clean, the breakfast is excellent, and every request we had was handled with genuine attention. They even helped move us to a room with larger beds so that our 7-year-old daughter could sleep more comfortably, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel also has two large, beautiful and very clean swimming pools, which we enjoyed so much.
We loved our stay so much that we extended it for several more days because we simply didn’t want to leave.
A huge thank you to the entire Ahoi team for making our stay so special and for helping make our holiday in Hoi An unforgettable. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us!

Beautiful place to stay with two pools. Close enough to get into the town but away from the hustle & bustle with a selection of restaurants nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
We stayed during the week and it was quiet, but when the weekend came and it brought an influx of people, we realised the rooms were not so soundproof, especially when people decided they should use the pool earlier than it opened. Gym is not air-conditioned and very run down.

Lovely hotel outside of Ho Ann between the beach and the old town. As per other reviews the staff make this place. They are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much much. There a car service to either the beach or the old town, breakfast is good and there is a good menu for food and drinks, the prices are good as well. Would recommend for a trip in Ho Ann.

Service VIP, chambre spacieuse avec deux douches dont une en plein air et une super baignoire (Ahoy suite pool view with private outdoor shower).

The hotel is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures and the staff were great. It was so nice to not be in the centre of the ancient town for some peace and tranquility but only a short drive away. Excellent breakfast and the ambience of the hotel is superior.

Staff was incredible, the grounds and property were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the pool was a wonderful oasis of cool comfort after a hot day walking. Will definitely stay there again.

Leuk hotel tussen het mooie strand en centrum van Hoi An.
Gratis fietsen aanwezig zodat je overal makkelijk kan komen.

Personnel très gentil, jardin et piscines agréables, hôtel calme et chambre très confortable avec des lits énormes. Nous avons passé 5 nuits en famille et avons adoré notre séjour.
L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, mais cela permet d’être au calme, loin du chaos. Il faut prendre des Grab pour se déplacer, ce qui est le seul petit inconvénient.
Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Beautiful property a short walk from the rice fields and a 10 minute taxi to Hoi an. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very well maintained including rooms and pools. Would highly recommend this accommodation

De service van het personeel was erg goed. Qua locatie ook prima gelegen tussen het strand en Old Town

It’s a charming place with two nice pools, green gardens and friendly staff and great rooms.
SPA service can be a bit improved with for example a welcome drink when you arrive and some relaxing music.

De zwembaden zijn heel mooi. De binnentuin is heel sfeervol.
Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Ik zou het eerder 3-4 sterren geven. De decoratie in de gangen naar de kamers is er niet. Voelt niet luxe aan. Het ontbijt heeft geen verse brood producten (croissants zijn uit de fabriek bijvoorbeeld). Er is niet heel veel (dienstbaar) personeel. En in de kamers zijn de voegnaden tussen de tegels in de badkamer heel slordig. Kortom verouderd. Als je dit met andere hotels vergelijkt dan kom ik dus niet op 5 sterren. Het was overigens wel een fijn verblijf.

Absolutely perfect hotel, perfect location
Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Pool areas always kept super clean and tidy. Rooms were fabulous, and what a great price for double connecting rooms. Bikes were the perfect addition to hire to explore the rice paddies and see the slower pace of Vietnamese countryside.

Heerlijk verblijf! Mooie kamer, met heerlijke bedden en kussens, warme douche met heerlijk ruikende shampoo. Super vriendelijk personeel! Ruime keuze met intbijt. Gratis shuttlebus naar het oude centrum en strand. Let.op wel vaste tijden. Maar met een grab ben je er ook zo. Met de gratis fietsen, fiets je binnen twee minuten door de rijstvelden. Wij zouden hier zeker weer terugkomen.

The bed was comfortable and there was a good pillow selection.
The staff were unfriendly. We notified our early arrival at 12.30pm the day before, but our room was still unavailable until 3pm. It took 3 hours after we accessed our room to receive our bags. The rooms were minimalist, very dated and not sound proof. We could hear chairs scraping the floor next door. The compendium advised us we might have to wait up to 15mins for hot water!! The hotel had a number of rules inc. no Grab food, outside food or alcohol. Big surcharges on the latter. The buffet was breakfast was decidedly average. Do not recommend it, will not stay here again. Far better value on offer around Hoi An.

Le personnel était au petit soin. Le cadre était génial à proximité de la ville 7-10min de Grab/Taxi et proche des rizières.
Le petit déjeuné était bon, mais il manquait un peu de choix ou de nourriture plus classique pour les européens.

We loved that the hotel was set back from the main road. It was in its own little oasis with paddy fields just a stones throw away. Having two pools was wonderful and despite the hotel being almost booked up it never felt crowded. The staff were wonderful, very helpful. We hired bikes one afternoon to explore nearby rice fields and also the shuttle to and from the old town was great. The rooms were fantastic and so comfortable, lots of space.. we loved being on the 6th floor and had wonderful views of the hills.
We thought the breakfast buffet was great but maybe a little bit limiting in choice. The gym was not the most functional.

Я заказал Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa, потому что он был указан как 5-звездочный отель на Hotels. com и имел отличные отзывы. Оставшись здесь, я, честно говоря, не понимаю рейтингов.
Не поймите меня неправильно – это неплохой отель. У нас было приятное пребывание в целом. Но 5-звездочный курорт? Я просто не вижу этого. Я думаю, что многие из ярких отзывов приходят от гостей, которые не испытали то, что истинный 5-звездочный отель предлагает.
🛏️ Номера - ⭐☆☆☆ ( 2 / 5 )
Комнаты достаточно просторны, но на этом большинство положительных моментов заканчивается.
Кондиционер не мог решить, хочет ли он, чтобы я замерзла или потела, горячая вода доставлялась около 15 минут, а в комнате стоял постоянный затхлый запах. Хозяйство также упустило детали — пыльные лампы, пыль под кроватью, и в целом это не казалось особенно свежим.
Кровати очень твердые. Моя жена любила их. Моя спина подала официальную жалобу.
Однако самая большая проблема - это звукоизоляция... точнее, полное ее отсутствие. Я остался на пятом этаже с закрытыми дверями и окнами и все еще слышал, как в бассейне играют дети, в коридорах гости, а персонал разговаривает по рации - беседкам. Если вы легко спите, упаковывайте беруши.
📍 Расположение – ⭐⭐☆☆☆ ( 2 / 5 )
Отель находится примерно в 15 – 20 минутах езды от старинного города Хойан. Это звучит немного, пока вы не попытаетесь вернуться вечером и обнаружить, что поблизости не так много водителей Grab.
На прилегающих улицах есть несколько ресторанов и магазинов, но ничего особенно запоминающегося. Чаще всего вы направляетесь в город.
🏊 Удобства - ⭐⭐☆☆ ( 3 / 5 )
Есть два бассейна, хотя оба находятся на меньшей стороне. К сожалению, вода не всегда выглядела особенно чистой, и я даже порезал ногу о сломанную крышку фильтра бассейна — что определенно не входило в план отпуска.
В спортзале есть горстка старых машин. Хорошо для быстрой тренировки, но определенно не “спортзал братан одобрен”.
Одним из положительных моментов является бесплатный трансфер как до древнего города Хойан, так и до пляжа, что значительно облегчает передвижение.
Приятным сюрпризом стал и спа-салон. Процедуры были хорошими, по разумной цене, и определенно стоило рассмотреть после долгого дня осмотра достопримечательностей.
🍳 Завтрак - ⭐⭐☆☆☆ ( 2 / 5 )
Завтрак был, пожалуй, самым большим разочарованием.
Выбор был ограниченным, и ничего особенного не выделялось. Через пару утра я обнаружил, что в основном пью кофе и иду дальше.
Если завтрак включен, отлично. Я бы, конечно, не стал за это доплачивать.
Ресторан в целом также был сбит и промахнулся. Некоторые блюда были приятными, в то время как другие были незабываемыми. В Хойане есть фантастические рестораны — я бы рекомендовал вместо этого поесть там.
😊 Сервис – ⭐⭐☆☆ ( 3 / 5 )
Персонал всегда был улыбчивым, вежливым и искренне дружелюбным.
Однако внимания к деталям, которое можно ожидать от 5-звездочного отеля, просто не было.
Когда пошел дождь, подушки с лежаков были сняты — что вполне логично. Странным было то, что после прекращения дождя они так и не вернулись, и гостям пришлось выслеживать их самим.
Мы также запросили дополнительные полотенца для нашего номера, но они прибыли только через несколько часов.
При этом я хочу отдать должное там, где это должно быть. После того, как я порезал ногу о сломанную крышку фильтра бассейна, один из сотрудников заметил, что я не спускался завтракать на следующее утро. Видимо, они подумали, что это могло произойти из-за моей ноги, поэтому без нашего спроса они приготовили тарелку для завтрака и отправили ее в нашу комнату. На самом деле я пропустил завтрак только потому, что мне не хотелось, но это был продуманный жест, который я искренне ценю.
Именно такие моменты показывают сотрудникам заботу – им просто нужны более совершенные системы и управление.
⚠️ Несколько странных вещей
Особняком стояли еще несколько моментов:
* Посторонняя еда запрещена. Я останавливался во многих отелях по всему миру, и это первый раз, когда мне сказали, что я не могу обеспечить доставку еды.
* В коридорах были открытые провода.
* Отсутствие кондиционеров в коридорах, что делает их некомфортно теплыми.
* Некоторые части недвижимости чувствовали себя недостроенными или плохо ухоженными, что не соответствовало рекламируемому роскошному опыту.
✅ Общая сумма - ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ ( 3 / 5 )
Мы заказали два номера по разумной цене, так что с точки зрения стоимости это не было ужасно.
Но если вы бронируете, потому что это рекламируется как 5-звездочный курорт, я думаю, что вы оставите разочарованным.
Для меня это твердый 3-звездочный отель с доброжелательным персоналом, приличными удобствами, и несколькими приятными штрихами, как трансфер и спа. К сожалению, непоследовательное обслуживание, слабый завтрак, плохая звукоизоляция, и недостаток внимания к деталям останавливают его, чтобы чувствовать себя даже близко к роскошной недвижимости.
Я останусь здесь снова? Наверное, нет. Есть лучшие варианты в Хойане, если вы ищете настоящий курорт. Если вы ожидаете комфортного, бюджетного - дружественного пребывания вместо этого, вы, скорее всего, будете вполне прилично провести время. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Мне очень понравилось в этом отеле. Персонал всегда был доброжелательным, полезным, и искренне заботился о том, чтобы сделать мое пребывание комфортным.
Номер был чистым, уютным, и имел все, что мне нужно. Было ощущение, что это дом вдали от дома.
Спасибо всем за замечательное гостеприимство. Желаю всей команде всего наилучшего, и надеюсь скоро увидеть вас снова!

This property is in an amazing location between the old town and the beach, with rice fields at the back to be explored with bikes provided by the hotel.
For me though the staff were exceptional, so kind, accommodating and welcoming. I hope I can get back to Ahoy Hoi An again soon.

У меня было просто замечательное пребывание в Ahoy Hoi An в июле 2026 года! ! Изначально планировалось на 2 ночи, но в итоге остался на неделю. Находится всего в 5 минутах езды от Древнего города, включенного в список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО, реки Хоай, пляжа Куа Дай и Кокосового леса. Чрезвычайно стильные комнаты, безупречно ухоженные. Курорт располагает бассейнами, спа-центром, спортзалом, конференц-залами и шведским столом с завтраками. Прежде всего, владельцы и персонал были очень профессиональными, отзывчивыми и приятными в общении. Я бы дал Ахой Хой Ан 8 из 5, если бы мог! !

Отдыхали в отеле Ahoj в середине июня 2026 года. Отель находится в глубине от шумных дорог и улиц, среди домиков и вид , неподалеку рисовые поля. В отеле было достаточно тихо и не очень много отдыхающих, группы китайских туристов приезжали вечером и не доставляли неудобст. Очень отзывчивый персонал отеля, дружелюбный и спешащий помочь с любой задачей. Завтраки достаточно сытные, не слишком разнообразные, но основные блюда, десерты, фрукты , йогурты, суп pho, все было вкусно. У нас был номер на 3х большая двуспальная кровать и односпальная для ребенка, номер достаточно большой с ванной и душевой кабиной, матрасы удобные, получалось отлично выспаться и перезагрузиться. Недалеко от отеля есть супермаркет, кафе, рынок. До пляжа и старого города от отеля ездит бесплатный трансфер. Нам отель понравился, получилось хорошо отдохнуть и набраться сил! Огромное спасибо персоналу отеля! P.s Отель для спокойного отдыха, перезагрузки, если вы хотите тусовок и прочих активностей вам точно не сюда.

Мы только что вернулись из 7-дневного пребывания здесь как пара в возрасте около 30 лет. Нам абсолютно понравилось, персонал был невероятно доброжелательным и внимательным, с большим обслуживанием клиентов. Массаж в спа был очень хорошим, доступным и вы можете заказать в короткий срок. У нас был номер очень близко к бару/бассейну, и хотя бар закрывается довольно рано вечером, был шум от столовых приборов из ресторана, штатных радиостанций и т.д., а также петуха, и от наших соседей, поэтому не совсем звуконепроницаемый, хотя это не отпугнуло нас и номера были очень удобными, с хорошими шторами, чтобы блокировать солнце и т.д. Бассейны были прекрасными, но большую часть времени кровати были в тени. Тренажерный зал небольшой, но ожидается от отеля. Отличное расположение отеля для нас, так как мы любили арендовать бесплатные велосипеды, который является огромным бонусом отеля, хотя может быть немного слишком далеко, чтобы идти к пляжу / старому городу, но мы действительно оценили бесплатный автобус / такси, которые предоставляет отель. Прекрасный хороший и выпить, с хорошими ценами в отеле. Завтрак был прекрасным, но немного повторяющимся, так что некоторое разнообразие было бы хорошим. The only benefit to the hotel was that they provided a free taxi service into Hoi An
Staff did not make up our room when they knew we were out from 8am to 1pm and then made us feel uncomfortable when we questioned it. Only 1 member of staff seemed apologetic. Our shopping bags were checked when we returned in the evening checking for beer and food! Food I understand but I am 60 and if I want to buy a can of beer to drink on the terrace I don't think that's a problem I not having a party! I felt that they were checking what was in the bin in the morning. We ordered a Chicken Club sandwich at lunchtime which was very poor; bacon from breakfast, bland and over priced.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The staff members were very professional, friendly and willing to help (special thanks to the front-desk workers who never failed to lend us assistance when we needed it, all while smiling). The place was beautiful (especially at night, with the lights on) and the surroundings are worth wandering through. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a top-tier hotel.

Close proximity to An Bang Beach and Hoi An. Felt like a luxury boutique hotel with both pools being very quiet so the perfect place to rest. We loved the outdoor shower in our room! The reception staff were extremely helpful when we arrived giving us a map of Hoi An, information on recommended suit tailors, explaining the process and information on the free hotel shuttle to beach/old town.
Breakfast was a little limited on food options. We arrived at breakfast at 9:15 one day and the juices were warm where the ice had melted but was fine when we arrived earlier on other days.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was very peaceful, down a quiet road with lovely surroundings at the hotel and numerous places to explore in the local area, but only a $3 Grab ride to the Old Town. The swimming pools were much used after a day of exploring as was the bar for a couple of drinks by the pool in the evening. The interconnecting rooms were spotless and well appointed. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were great and varied. I recommend the Pho in particular which was delicious. Highly Recommended

This property is beautiful it has a very peaceful vibe in comparison to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An itself.
The pools, restaurant, spa are all very understated but perfect for relaxing. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much and they really make your stay here perfect!
Special mention to Naomi who went above and beyond for us coming out to us in old town to find us a boat for the lantern experience.
Not a thing I could fault about this place.

Naomi and the other front desk staff always welcomed us with a big smile. They were kind and helpful when we asked. The staff should be commended on their warmth and professionalism. The pools are great and meticulously maintained. The grounds are beautiful and feel very tropical.
The beds are too hard and my entire family struggled to sleep due to this. We were first put in a room that was high up and had a terrible view of the hotels storage and parking yard. Thankfully after we spoke to Naomi, she had us moved to a room that had a much nicer outlook. This was our second time at Ahoy and we noticed a considerable difference in the way the hotel is being managed - it felt like the owners are trying to cut costs. Just small things - but over 7 days - it was noticeable. Getting food delivered to the hotel is frowned upon - but there’s only so much room service one can get before you need some variety - and sometimes you don’t want to go out for dinner. We had to constantly ask for pool towels. These used to be readily available by the pool. The cost of the portacot for my son was charged at a very high rate per night. After I spoke to the hotel they did reduce the rate slightly, but it was still quite high. We qualified for a complimentary dinner due to staying 7 nights, but trying to book it was a nightmare and almost felt like a fight about the number of people they were catering for and when I asked for food to have no chilli for the 5 children in our party, they made it difficult. It all became too hard, so we opted for the free transfer to the airport instead. The owners are constantly watching the staff and having meetings with them and you can see how uneasy they all are. The vibe has changed and not for the good. Such a shame because they had more wonderful staff last time, and most appear to have left and I wouldn’t be surprised is it was due to management changes.

This was beautiful hotel, our family of 5 loved staying here. The buffet breakfast and the pool won our kids over. The rooms and surrounding gardens were beautiful, staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.
The only thing we can find fault in, we found it a bit far out of town for us to walk into town. The roads were very busy to ride with young kids.

We had a great stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, a nice pool area, and a well-maintained spa.
The location is about a 20-minute walk to Hoi An Old Town, which is absolutely worth visiting – the city has a unique atmosphere and charm you shouldn’t miss. You can also walk to the beach, which is a big advantage. At the same time, it’s close enough to Da Nang and Ba Na Hills for easy day trips.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

tranquil setting and an easy 10/15 minute Grab ride into central Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, lots of storage space, clean and had an indoor shower too. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Free bikes for you to cycle round the paddy fields which are on the door step. Use of nearby Turf & Surf restaurant on the beach: you are provided with free beach towels and use of the loungers – great service and delicious food too. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel.

When we arrived, they told us it was closed because they were changing the equipment and that they would let us know within the next 1-2 days when we can use it. We stayed for a total of 5 nights and we never got informed that the gym opened, never got to see it. It was disappointing that we didn’t get to use it, as that’s was why we booked this hotel in the first place. The bicycles had no bell, which we would think is necessary in Vietnam. My partner is also quite tall, and the bicycle seats wouldn’t go up very high, so his knees hit the bars when he steered. They also had no lights, which made it a bit dangerous when cycling back after the sun had gone down. The free shuttle times were fixed and not convenient to us personally, so we never ended up using it. We ended up paying for rides when we needed them (e.g. early in the morning - first available shuttle was at 10am, or in the evening for dinner - they had one at 8pm, but we were more interested around 6pm/7pm to go before dinner and come back around 10pm). The laundry service was good, but quite expensive.

We had an amazing stay at Ahoy Hoian, spending 9 nights there - which is quite a long time to stay in one hotel in Hoi an but it worked perfectly for us, especially for our daughter.
The staff were all super friendly and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our holiday special. It’s definitely a stay we will never forget!
The location is perfect. We could walk to the Old Town or order a taxi… I would recommend a taxi during the day only because of the heat. The free hotel taxi service to the beach and Old Town was a great touch.
Everything at the hotel was just right. The breakfast was good and the pools were perfect! Everything is kept beautifully clean and well-maintained. Nothing felt like too much hassle and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home.
We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Hoi An holiday. I would definitely recommend Ahoy Hoian!

У нас было потрясающее пребывание в Ahoy Hoian, проведя там 9 ночей - что довольно долго останавливаться в одном отеле в Hoi a, но это отлично работало для нас, особенно для нашей дочери.
Персонал был все супер дружелюбным и невероятно полезным с момента нашего прибытия. Они заставили нас чувствовать себя желанными гостями и сделали все возможное, чтобы сделать наш праздник особенным. Это определенно пребывание, которое мы никогда не забудем!
Место идеальное. Мы могли бы дойти до Старого города или заказать такси... Я бы рекомендовал такси днем только из-за жары. Бесплатное такси отеля до пляжа и Старого города было отличным прикосновением.
В отеле все было в порядке. Завтрак был хорошим, и бассейны были идеальными! Все поддерживается в прекрасной чистоте и ухоженности - обслуживается. Ничто не казалось слишком хлопотным, и расслабленная, гостеприимная атмосфера не давала почувствовать себя домом.
Мы не могли бы попросить лучшей базы для нашего праздника Хойан. Я бы точно порекомендовал Ахой Хояна!

Great staff, nice breakfast, good sized rooms.

Хорошая мебель и кровать. Расположение, до пляжа 2 км, до Старого города 2 км. Кому то удобно, кому то нет. Есть трансфер до пляжа и старого города. На территории два бассейна. В номере есть все необходимое.
Очень слабая шумоизоляция, персонал с 6 утра возит тележки по территории и громко разговаривает. И это очень громко. У соседей есть куры и петухи, тоже с 6 утра кукарекают. Выспаться не реально. Уборка слабая, полотенца и постельное белье первую неделю не меняли. Трансфер из аэропорта Дананга взяли две цены, дорого. Завтраки очень слабые для отеля 5 звезд. За две недели говядина один раз, рыба один раз остальное время свинина с костями и курица с костями. Такое ощущение, что завтраки для вегетарианцев.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, das sich um alles gekümmert hat wenn es fragen gab. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Es war wirklich von allem etwas dabei. Pool sehr schön und ruhig. Allgemeine sehr ruhig.
Der Private Strand war Teil einer Beach Bar die sauber und ordentlich war aber auch ordentliche Preise bei Essen und Trinken hatte. Leider bisschen ab vom Schuss, man ist auf das Shuttle bzw ein Taxi angewiesen wenn man in die Altstadt bzw zu einem Strand möchte.

The staff at Ahoy is what makes this place, they are kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service with a smile, they quickly learn your name and were brilliant.
The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the whole grounds were well maintained.
We stayed for 7 nights and would highly recommended it.
Breakfast had good variety.
Location made it easy to get to the old town by bike or grab but it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
No complaints at all, in fact this hotel was much better than other higher rated hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam.

Lovely quiet location (hotel taxi into town twice a day) really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room and two attractive pools with loungers.

Die Lage ist in dem Sinne gut das es ruhig ist und man schnell (15-20min) am Strand zum Beispiel Hidden Beach oder in der Old town ist. Man braucht aber ein fahrrad oder den hotel schuttel beides Kostenlos. Wir haben ein scooter gemietet im hotel für ungf 5.-eur / Tag. Die beide Pools im hotel sind sehr schön im grünen eingebetet und sind wircklick kleine Oasen. Das Frühstück ist vielfälltig und lecker und es wird nicht langweilig auch nach paar Tage. Das Zimmer im parterre hat genügend platz mit kleinen Balkon innen und aussen Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist sehr grosszügig. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preisleitungsverhältniss. Besonders lecker ist das essen in der Umgebung zu erwähnen es gibt zahlreiche echte vietnamesiche kleine restaurans und es war sehr erfreulich jeden tag was neues und leckeres zu entdecken und für wenig Geld hat man schon sehr gut essen können.
Tja es gibt immer ein paar details zum Beispiel der Kühlschrank im Zimmer dürfte leiser sein und die Fahrräder besser gepflegt. Um die Umgebung wicklick zu entedecken muss man mobile sein.

הצוות היה מצויין ובמיוחד jay מהקבלה שנתן שירות מעולה ועשה הכל כדי למצוא פתרונות. החדר מרווח וטוב.

Really nice hotel, a bit outside the centre. Breakfast was good. The hotel organises transport to the city and the beach.
All ok, I would prefer that hotel allows bringing food from the outside. From sustainability standpoint it would be good to not wait 10 minutes for hot water (you need to do this only once)

Helped arrange for us to buy a birthday cake and surprise our son on the day 😊
Breakfast good but slightly limited variety. No gym was disappointing, though to be fair it was damaged in the recent floods so may be available again in the future. Unsure why there’s a prohibition on eating and drinking your own food and drinks inside your room, though most of the time we ate out so it wasn’t really an issue.

Это остается моим выбором не просто так. Оставаясь здесь до этого, я рад сообщить, что впечатления как никогда гладкие.
Всеперсонал по-настоящему выделяется — (Наоми и Хиген были невероятны, ) обеспечивая такой внимательный, личный, профессиональный уход, который делает пребывание незабываемым. В довершение всего завтрак был превосходным, предлагая и качество, и разнообразие.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er is een gratis shuttle voorzien naar het centrum en het strand. Dat is wel handig want beiden liggen op een afstand van het hotel.
Het brood was niet vers. Stokbroden waren slap en taai. Vers gebakken eieren waren goed. Koffie is ok maar er was geen warme melk voorzien, kon je wel krijgen op aanvraag. Ook verschillende Vietnamese warme bereidingen maar daar kan ik niet over oordelen vermits ik dat 's morgens niet lust. Het avondeten wordt niet in het hotel zelf gemaakt omdat ze er geen vergunning voor kunnen krijgen. Zodus zijn we daar niet blijven eten.

Super hyggeligt hotel. Dejlige pools, god morgenmad, fine værelser med stort badekar.
Personalet var noget af det flinkeste vi har mødt. Især damerne i receptionen, Naomi og Huyen, som altid spurgte ind til vores dag, og gav sig god tid til at hjælpe og vejlede.
Den eneste årsag til at vi ville vælge et andet sted en anden gang, er at man ikke er i gå-afstand til centrum. Men taxaerne er så billige, så det er ikke det store problem.

For our first Vietnam trip, this resort honestly set the bar so high. The hospitality was amazing from the start, Thomas reached out a day before our arrival to confirm everything and check if we needed anything. When we checked in (01/01/26 - 04/01/26), the front desk welcomed us with drinks and snacks, sat with us to explain the hotel and nearby spots, and even handled our luggage.
The boutique resort is beautiful, calm and exactly like the photos. We stayed in the Ahoy Suite Pool View with Private Outdoor Shower, surprisingly close to the lobby. The suite is huge, with three main areas: the bedroom, the bathroom, and the outdoor shower. The bed is extra-large and super comfy, and the in-room TV lets you sign in to YouTube or Netflix. Amenities are great, daily coffee, tea and snacks, with a small paid minibar.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a standard wall-mounted shower and a toilet with hose. We had a minor issue with the showerhead on Day 1, and they fixed it immediately. The outdoor shower is simple but still enjoyable.
Around the resort, you’ll find a lounge, two pools, a spa (10% discount), and a small gym. Breakfast was one of the best parts. served at a beautifully decorated restaurant upstairs. Good mix of Western and local food, plenty of protein, fresh pho, desserts, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. I loved getting multiple poached eggs from the kitchen team.
The highlight is definitely the service. Every staff member was attentive and warm, and the help felt genuinely heartfelt. Thomas made everything so easy, private transfers, late check-out, anything we needed was sorted instantly through WhatsApp.
The location sits inside a narrow one-way lane, which feels odd at first, but transport can still get in and out without issues. The outdoor shower is more functional than “luxury resort vibes.”

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique et il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Le personnel est agréable et réactif.
Le seul problème de cet hôtel vient de son insonorisation inexistante. Vous entendez les conversations et la Tv des chambres voisines comme si vous y étiez, ainsi que les gens passant par la cour.

Muy bonito, acogedor y la habitación muy espaciosa
Que me cobraran porque una toallita del baño quedó sucia con maquillaje. Había que pagar un dólar por eso. Se ve que no lavan las cosas con agua caliente y por eso los restos de maquillaje no habían salido. Es la primera vez que me piden pagar por esto.

Фантастический курорт в удобном месте! Идеальное сочетание расслабляющего, но все еще доступного шумного старинного города (около 30 минут ходьбы, но с большим количеством посмотреть в пути) . С чего начать? Так много хорошего в этом отеле!
Расположение, это было идеально для нас, по тихой улице с видом на рисовые поля, без пробок.
Много ресторанов в нескольких минутах ходьбы, включая наши 2 любимых. Hola Taco с лучшей мексиканской едой где угодно.
Ла Богатта, за фантастическую итальянскую еду.
Бесплатный трансфер от отеля до пляжа и старого города, или такси Grab всего £ 2 - 3 .
Пляжный трансфер высаживает вас в баре и ресторане серфинга и дерна, фантастическое расположение пляжа, бесплатные лежаки и полотенца, но вы обязательно захотите заказать еду и напитки здесь, счастливый час длится весь день!
Отель настолько чистый, и это было удовольствием встретить персонал, который является исключительным, особенно упоминание для Наоми , которая была там от нашего прибытия абсолютно все, что вам нужно. Когда мы вернемся в будущем, она, несомненно, будет менеджером😀

This was the best stay in our entire Vietnam trip. The hotel was clean. It had 2 swimming pools which were really huge. The room that we booked was also very spacious and comfortable. The manager offered us free bicycles for going in and around the city. He also recommended us good places to explore around the property. The property was well located and everything was 3-4 km away.

De tudo! As acomodações eram impecáveis, o quarto super limpo e tudo novinho e funcionando. As camas super confortáveis, o staff super solicito e simpático, principalmente o recepcionista Jey que se propôs a nos ajudar o tempo todo. O café da manhã tinha uma boa variedade de frutas, ovos mexidos feitos na hora, e pães. Voltaria a ficar nesse hotel com certeza. Super recomendo

Do not stay at this hotel, reviews are fake! This is a horrible property and you will be scammed! Please trust me after two wonderful stays in hoi an, I was finally shown what scams are. Me and my family (with children) booked three rooms for three nights. No hot water, clogged toilets, bath that doesn’t drain, broken sink, hotel rooms available well after 5pm, nobody speaks English well, property is allegedly three years old but pain is falling off, Damp in the property, unsanitary breakfast, it’s not 5 stars either … from an honest person who has now struggled to get a refund despite reporting the issues by credit card was overcharged … do yourselves a favour and don’t face the same experience as our family - scroll on and don’t book this hotel!

Located on a small street, off the main road so it was quiet and serene. Front desk staff were lovely, attentive, helpful and made our stay really good! Room was nicely decorated, and well maintained and good sized especially for a family with the bunk bed for the kids. Room service had good options and prompt service. They had shuttle service to the beach and tourist area (old town), but we did not get to use it due to the limit hours available.
Buffet breakfast stations were not topped up well. Our room was located very near the restaurant so it was rather noisy.

Au premier abord tout est nickel : la chambre est grande, le lit confortable, les piscines très jolies.
Mais des petites choses rendent le séjour un peu moins agréable, par rapport au standing de l’hôtel : la baignoire qui ne veut plus se vider (à deux reprises pendant mon séjour), la porte de la douche qui ne se ferme pas avec donc l’eau qui coulent sur la paroi et inonde le sol. La télé qui ne voulait plus s’éteindre pendant la nuit, le prix du minibar qui n’est pas clair sur le papier, et le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré et plus fourni.

Ahoy has exceptional service. Naomi and Quyen on the front desk were both exceptional in their customer service. The spa facilities were great, we had facials and a massage. The cocktails are great and lounging by the pool was very relaxing. We had a great stay at Ahoy and would go back again and again.

This had a beautiful spa, resort feel, about 10 minutes drive away from the ancient town. The facilities were nice and clean, very spacious and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even helping us connect to a service that shipped our tailored clothes back home. They had a free shuttle to and from ancient town which was very convenient.
Honestly not much, the room we had was right across from the lobby and next to a speaker by the pool, so the was some periodic noise from the lobby and Christmas music that played until about 1030pm, but that was probably my own fault for booking that room.

Loved everything about it! The cleanliness, location, staffs, pool, facilities and the food! We checked in and tried their food at the restaurant, it’s really one of the best. Tasty and good portion. Must try their signature cocktails! The location is just about 15 minutes to the town with lanterns and they even provide bicycles to ride around the hotel for free! Lovely resort and we will surely come again!

Good breakfast, nice pools. Lovely and helpful service. Close by everything but not in the middle of the chaos. Easy to get Grabs from hotel. We had a really great stay!

Sometimes in Vietnam, hotels do not necessarily match their pictures and descriptions. They look tired and the marketing pulls a lot of their weight
This is not the case for Ahoy, this is the 5 star experience that you come to recognise with all the trimmings. Everything is perfect. No faults.

Es war wunderbar. Während unserer Vietnam Rundreise waren wir 3 Nächte in dem Hotel und die Anlage war für uns nach viel Trubel und Action eine Oase zum Sonne tanken. Sehr ruhig, aber mit dem kostenlosen Hotel Shuttel ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Tolles Frühstück, aber was das Hotel auszeichnet, sind die Mitarbeiter. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders Jey, Noami und Quyen waren sehr bemüht und haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Meine Reisefreundin hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag und wurde mit einem Geburtstagskuchen auf dem Zimmer überrascht. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür und liebe Grüße von Nina und Sarah!

Le personnel aux petits soins, très serviable.
Les 2 piscines, petit déjeuner très bien.
Salle de fitness à ameliorer, il y fait beaucoup trop chaud et machine en panne, pas de gobelets. Un peu de bruit le matin dans les couloirs.

Beautiful resort grounds, very well kept and the pools were very clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary food massage.

У нас было отличное 5-дневное пребывание в ahoy hoi an и какой это отличный отель.
По прибытии НАОМИ повысил наш номер до люкса у бассейна, который был очень хорошим и расслабляющим. У них есть 2 бассейна в отеле, и мы также использовали отели спа.
Завтрак был обильным с отличным выбором блюд и свежеприготовленных яиц станции Спасибо всем отличным сотрудникам в отеле, мы имели отличный отдых с вами, и мы вернемся благодаря Ли & Паула

Прежде всего, хорошая еда, потрясающая уборка и все, что вам нужно в хорошем отеле!
Персонал был абсолютно лучшим. Отдельное спасибо Хуа Бе (Дэвиду) за то, что он был таким милым и добрым каждый раз, когда мы с ним встречались. Он так хорошо поработал.
Также отдельное спасибо Гюйену, Лео и Джею в приемной. Столько помощи и хорошей энергии от них исходит.
Этот отель имеет уникальное ощущение к нему. Он полон доброты, открытости и любви.

We loved Ahoy. It's the perfect distance out of the hustle of the old town, and still a short Grab ride to the beach - usually $2-2.50AUD each way. It's a calm oasis after a hard day's eating, beaching or visiting the tailor. The garden is lovely, pools were quiet and there were plenty of sun loungers and shade by the pool. There are lots of minimarts nearby, some local Vietnamese eateries, and the excellent Lion's Room and La Bottega for Italian are both <5 min walk. The staff were gorgeous, especially Naomi, Quyen and Huyen at reception. We had a problem with a cancelled flight and impossible connection, and Naomi made two calls to VietJet to help us sort it out, and it was no trouble. So delightful.
Staff ask you to eat delivered meals in the restaurant, but it's OK to eat room service in the room? This was a bit inconvenient, as we needed delivered meals when one kid was ill or the other was absolutely shattered, and not fit to sit on the restaurant verandah. Happily, staff agreed we could eat on our own balconies.

Virkelig et utroligt lækkert hotel , ligger stille og roligt og ikke langt fra byen . Gratis cykler hvis man havde lyst til det .

Virkelig servicemindet personale , som i den grad gjorde alt for at vi følte os velkommen.

Удивительный отель, очень хорошие люди и обслуживание. Замечательный завтрак, два бассейна очень красивые. Идеальные комнаты. Очень внимательный и преданный своему делу персонал, особо отмечу Томаса, который сделал наше пребывание более комфортным и счастливым ; ) . Очень рекомендую.

Потрясающие 2 бассейна!
Номер был очень чистым, ванна была большой и теплой. Большое разнообразие в завтрак.
Работники так прекрасны и рады помочь! Эпически Наоми была очень добра.

Rustige locatie en heerlijk zwembad. Personeel is hier mega vriendelijk. Staan altijd voor je klaar. Vragen naar hoe je dag is. Wat je plannen zijn. Of ze nog ergens mee kunnen helpen. Leuke beachclub beschikbaar op een paar minuten rijden. Prijzen op de kaart voor Vietnam aan prijzige kant, maar het hotel zou in overleg gaan met Surf & Turf beach club. Zowel het strand als oude centrum is niet echt op loopafstand. De gratis fietsen of een scooter die het hotel regelt voor 150.000 dong per dag is wel aan te raden. Check bij de scooter wel even of zowel de koplamp als achterlicht werken zodat je zichtbaar bent in het donker. Ze communiceren van te voren via whatsapp wat heel goed werkt. Want tijdens je verblijf kan je ze daardoor ook heel goed bereiken.
Er waren wat aandachtspunten welke al met het hotel gedeeld zijn. Zoals iets betere koeling voor vleeswaren en yoghurt bij het ontbijt en wat onderhoudsdingetjes (wij zaten in kamer 105 en daar was wat schimmel op het plafon bijvoorbeeld). Dus hopelijk zullen deze dingen gauw verbeterd zijn voor toekomstige gasten. Want het hotel heeft echt een hele leuke en relaxte vibe. Met een open lay out. Daardoor ook wel wat muggen. The surroundings were exceptional, lovely and quiet, staff also exceptional, so friendly and helpful.
Although we rated this 9, disappointed gym was not working at all. Breakfast needs a consultant to be brought in and shown how to go about getting a 5 star breakfast. Breakfast was very disappointing. Seen many other reviews saying the same about the breakfast.

Хороший отель, тихий и спокойный. Состоит из 2х корпусов, также есть 2 бассейна. Номера просторные, светлые. Хорошее обслуживание. На территории есть кафе. Из странного, почему то нельзя приносить с собой еду и напитки, вроде как из-за санитарных норм)))) Номер рекомендую брать не первом этаже. Расположен в неком отдалении от туристических маршрутов, но не проблема добраться на такси.

The location was perfect, right between the old town and beach. The staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Naomi, Quyen and Ken. 2 pools meant it was never crowded and they had a shallow end and a deep end in both, making it perfect for smaller kids.

le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de diversité (fruits frais, omelettes à la demande, viennoiseries,...) nous ne sommes pas déçus. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et est réceptif à toutes les demandes en trouvant à chaque fois des solutions.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie excellente (juste un oubli de faire le ménage 1 journée). L'espace aquatique est très agréable avec 2 belles piscines qui sont grandes et très belles
La salle de sport est à revoir. En effet plusieurs appareils ne fonctionnent plus et ne sont pas réparés. Les tapis de sol sont sales et il manque la climatisation. C'est dommage car le reste de l'hôtel est très bien

Hier begrijpen ze wat service en vriendelijkheid is. We voelden ons vanaf het moment van binnenkomst welkom en thuis. Het personeel is zo supervriendelijk en servicegericht (dat zijn we niet vaak tegengekomen). Het hotel zelf is schoon en een echte oase. Prima kamers, een goed restaurant en twee heerlijke zwembaden. Wij zouden hier zeker weer verblijven!
Kleine tip: maak een mand voor de badhanddoeken die gebruikt zijn. Dan is ook duidelijk welke bedjes bezet zijn en welke niet.

Tot l'estil i el concepte de l'hotel, la seva estètica, les habitacions i les piscines. Personal molt atent (massa i tot) i esmorzar molt bo.
Pel fet de ser eco-friendly, la climatització no és òptima. Un dels edificis no té ascensor i cal pujar fins a 3 pisos d'escales (molt pesat). L'horari de la piscina acaba a les 19h i és massa aviat! Al restaurant no hi ha cuina amb extracció i sempre surts de l'esmorzar amb olor a fregit.

As a family of 4 (kids 4 & 6) we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff were such wonderful people, greeted by name with a warm smile every day. We made much use of the free bicycle hire to venture out finding hidden gems for food/drink in amongst the local villages/rice fields. If we needed a taxi they sorted it for us and we were around 2 miles from the old town approx £2 in a taxi!!

This is one amazing and friendly place to stay. I stayed for three nights. Room and bed were huge and so comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious with its free standing bath and luxury fittings. The hotel felt so calm and relaxed with two amazing pool areas and a very chilled spa area. Great spa options to choose from.
The staff knew me by name, Naomi and the team, and I felt so incredibly welcome, especially as a solo traveler. Complimentary bicycles, free taxi shuttle into town and beach made my stay effortless. Highly rate this hotel and spa.

Провел потрясающее время, хорошие чистые очень флэш-выглядящие номера! Мой друг и я были хорошо заботились, и каждый член персонала, включая Куин, Наоми и Томаса и некоторые другие (извините, если я пропустил вас, но не могу вспомнить все ваши имена ) были совершенно удивительными и очень дружелюбными, определенно, пошли снова!

Zwei große Pools, mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell am Strand und in der Old Town. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Mitarbeiter sehr darum bemüht uns einen fantastischen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön angelegt.
Startschwierigkeiten beim check in und die Klimaanlage war den Temperaturen nicht gewachsen. Doch man mühte sich wirklich sehr alle Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu lösen, so dass unser Aufenthalt wirklich top war!

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Ahoy y fue una experiencia excelente. El hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para relajarse. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.
Un punto muy positivo es que ofrecen servicio de shuttle gratuito tanto a la playa como al centro de la ciudad, lo cual facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Además, nos ofrecieron un shuttle complementario a Da Nang, lo cual fue un detalle que agradecimos mucho.
También disponen de bicicletas que puedes usar sin coste adicional, una opción genial para explorar los alrededores a tu ritmo.
Queremos destacar especialmente a Tomas, que fue de gran ayuda a la hora de reservar excursiones y darnos recomendaciones útiles durante nuestra estancia.
Como punto a mejorar, el gimnasio podría estar en mejores condiciones: algunas máquinas estaban rotas y sería bueno que lo renovaran un poco para que esté a la altura del resto de las instalaciones.

Hele aardige lieve mensen die alles doen om je het vakantie gevoel te geven. Warme sfeer geen onpersoonlijke slaap fabriek.
Mooie schone kamers, goede uitstraling, geen versleten boel. Goede massages gehad in de spa. Mooi zwembad gunstige ligging naar het centrum van Hoi An waar je prima een pak en schoenen kunt laten aan meten die een dag later al klaar zijn.

Hôtel magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l hôtel est un peu loin de la ville et de la plage mais le taxi ne coûte rien pour se déplacer et c est rapide. Ce qui permet d être au calme dans un cadre magnifique.
Les serviettes de la piscine ne sont pas directement accessible, il faut les demander à la réception à chaque fois. Nous avons demandé si on pouvait avoir des serviettes pour une sortie en bateau, ça avait l air de poser un problème ! Des que nous sommes revenus une personne nous les a demandé précipitamment. Pourtant on m a toujours prêté des serviettes dans d autres hôtels pour des sorties ! Le dernier jour nous n avons plus de gel douche dans notre distributeur.
Les serviettes de la piscine ne sont pas directement accessible, il faut les demander à la réception à chaque fois. Nous avons demandé si on pouvait avoir des serviettes pour une sortie en bateau, ça avait l air de poser un problème ! Des que nous sommes revenus une personne nous les a demandé précipitamment. У меня были чудесные впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле. С момента моего прибытия персонал выходил за рамки, чтобы заставить нас чувствовать себя желанными гостями — они были невероятно добрыми, внимательными и искренне заботливыми на протяжении всего моего пребывания. Отдельно отмечу Лео, Томаса и Наоми.
В отеле есть два прекрасных бассейна, как идеально обслуживаемых, так и отлично подходящих для отдыха. Впитываете ли вы солнце или наслаждаетесь вечерним купанием, атмосфера спокойная и привлекательная.
Завтрак был абсолютно изюминкой — свежий, вкусный и красиво представленный с широким разнообразием на любой вкус. Станция яиц - хит! И снова персонал и повара были сговорчивы.
Наш номер был чистым, просторным и со вкусом украшен. Кровать была очень удобной, и наш номер убирался ежедневно.
У них есть трансфер и до пляжа, и до старого города, курсирующий в разное время дня.
Мы использовали бесплатные велосипеды, чтобы передвигаться и исследовать.
Я не могу рекомендовать этот отель достаточно. Независимо от того, находитесь ли вы здесь для отдыха или просто проходите мимо, это то место, которое заставляет вас чувствовать себя как дома. Я обязательно вернусь!

Very well located hotel with excellent facilities and staff. Several swimming pools, fee taxi's into the old town, nice bars… make for an excellent short stay.
Didn’t care for the coffee or tea at breakfast but I guess that is a matter of taste.

Amazing all round! Pools were superb. Afternoon tea and snacks was a fantastic treat. Beautiful rooms and bathroom - so clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent value. Free bikes and shuttle. Early check in. Quick WiFi. Great breakfast. Lots of cafes and restaurants around.

the staff were great, nice location and very peaceful environment. Very clean and easy to get around everywhere.
Only little quirk I would have is that the pool needs to stay open later than 7pm and the aircon needs to stay on in the rooms when you leave.

We loved the two pool options, cleanliness of property and amicable, welcoming, helpful attitude of staff. A fantastic, relaxing and luxurious stay.

First of all I'd like to thank Huyen for everything. She was so kind and helped us tremendously with just about everything. Leo also was of great assistance.
It's the ideal location and hotel for Hoi An. Not too far from the center, but just at the point where the noise can't get to you.
The have a VERY useful shuttle service. We used it multiple time to get to the old town and to the beach.
The hotel is pretty beautiful, they have 2 pools and the rooms are decadent.
Boutique breakfast, for better or worse (not many options but they change some of the meals each day).
Apart from that they offer day tours with pick up from the hotel. We went on the Marble Mountain one which was amazing.
Outstanding value for money, overall.

A beautiful quiet property with a great location but nestled out the way of all the main buzz. The rooms are stunning and so are both pool areas. The staff are fantastic and friendly and Thomas did an incredible job at making sure we had a top tier stay.

Nice inner yard, spacious room, good design.
Breakfast was very bad. We know it was low season so not many tourists, and staff did their best to make a breakfast for us (which we appreciated) but in such case, best not to offer any breakfast at all. The cleaning came to our room at around 10 am, we asked to come later (not sure they understood) - but no one came to clean the room afterwards. Finally, best not to promote extra paid activities offered by the hotel when you check in guests - people are tired and want to go to their rooms, instead they sit and wait for another 5-10 minutes to listen to things they aren’t interested in. Please ask if guests need recommendations and then provide them. Other than that, good hotel.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam. Helpen meedenken om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk in te richten, checken of ze iets voor je kunnen doen. Accommodatie ligt perfect tussen oude centrum en stad in. Gratis fietsen en shuttle bus. Mooi zwembad, prima ontbijt. Schoon. Echt aanrader.

Мы с женой сейчас во Вьетнаме на медовом месяце, а Хойан был нашей третьей остановкой. Мы изначально не планировали останавливаться в Ahoy, но после того, как нам пришлось отменить наш предыдущий отель, они действительно спасли положение. От безупречного обслуживания, предоставляемого персоналом стойки регистрации (кричать до Наоми, Томаса и Нуйена) , до нетронутых номеров и подлинной атмосферой курорта Хойан – все было идеально. Это легко было главным событием нашей поездки до сих пор. Если вы посещаете Хойан, я настоятельно рекомендую остановиться в бутик-спа-центре Ahoy Hoi An!

We had a wonderful one at this lovely resort. Thomas upgraded our room and gave us so much information on what to see and do . Tram was lovely and so much fun . Naomi was delightful and so welcoming and helpful. Win was another lovely person who made our stay so memorable. All the staff were great. The rooms are great and the pools are fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Я пробыл здесь 5 ночей. Номер действительно чистый и удобный, область очень довольно. У них есть 2 бассейна с обслуживанием в баре так круто. Персонал очень хороший, специально команда администратора. Завтрак потрясающий с 2 вариантами является вьетнамским и западным. Я скоро вернусь сюда со своей семьей.

The dedication and attention provided by the staff was exceptional. Naomi was the best in providing service by always asking what else is required, arranged tours and prepared a breakfast box for us for our early check out of 6 am.

Исключительно красивый отель и безупречный сервис! Поистине 5-звездочный отель. Отдельное упоминание Томаса, Хюи Фана, Наоми, Трамвая Кена за то, что они заботились о нас, как о королевской особе, и обеспечили наше пребывание в Хойане было невероятно запоминающимся! Очень рекомендую!

Location. Bicycles provided by the resort while they weren’t first class they were good for getting us out and about.
Our room’s outdoor shower was unfortunately not 100% private with other rooms having visibility. Disappointing as the use of an outdoor shower has always been a bonus for us when holidaying. Our room was alongside where the hotel staff congregate at breaks and could be a bit noisy at times. Resort staff did offer to move us to another room but as it was away from the pool we looked at the pros and cons of moving and stayed put.

L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont belles et la salle de bains est très grande. Le personnel est très sympathique et bienveillant: merci à Naomi, Thomas et Léo; ils ont été adorables et très serviables!
Le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe et c’est bien dommage: pain et viennoiseries rassis. Yoghurt immangeable et pancakes industriels. Ma fille a même retrouvé une agrafe dans son beignet. Il faudrait proposer des produits frais car le pdj n’est pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel

So my stay in Ahoy Hoi An was truly amazing and real chill vacation experience. They have everything you need to recharge your life battery — nice swimming pools, spa-zone with a good-quality massages, nice redtaurant with tasty food and a lovely green garden with places to calmly sit and rest in it. That's the place where I learned to slow down and fully relax. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind, Thomas, Wendy and Naomi really made my time in Ahoy even more warm and lovely. Thank you so much, I will come back!
Things that are not minuses but smth I would recommend you to improve: - start using automatic switch-off of the light in the corridors, it really hurts to see how it works whole night long (I had some insomnia nights haha) - make some more storage space for the clothes in rooms. Maybe hooks or more hangers or hallstands, whatever — there is literally not so much space to keep your clothes That's it, I guess :)

Тихий спокойный отельчик для комфортного отдыха. Находится 50 м от основной дороги в окружении домов частного сектора. В центр нужно ехать на такси. Чисто, уборка каждый день. Персонал очень отзывчивый, во всем старается помочь.
Бесплатный трансфер на пляж дважды в день и центр города четыре раза в день только в определенные часы, и обязательно нужно предупредить за полчаса. Если не предупредили - поедете самостоятельно

De kamers zijn mooi, schoon en groot. De kamer beschikt over een ruime en nette ensuite met ruime douche. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wendy (gastvrouw/receptionist) heeft ons met alles goed geholpen en was oprecht geïnteresseerd in onze verhalen. Ze gaf hier en daar ook wat tips voor leuke eet- en koffietentjes. De zwembaden zijn ook mooi en fijn en de ligbedden hebben lekkere matrassen.

У нас было потрясающее пребывание. Номер был отличным, как и бассейн и окрестности. Мы с нетерпением ждали завтрак каждое утро, так как он свежий и вкусный, но не такой оживленный и шумный, как останавливались в больших отелях. Но лучше всего был персонал. Они такие теплые и дружелюбные - было приятно видеть их лица - команда приема Наоми, Венди, Томас, Лео, Кен & Хьюен были просто блестящими! Мы вернемся! 😁

A lovely hotel with two beautiful pools set in tropical surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the breakfast is excellent. It’s in a great position as it almost mid point between the beaches and Hoi An old town. So cheap in a Grab taxi or scooter. The staff cannot do enough for you. You are greeted by welcoming smiles wherever you go and we had especially good service from Wendy, Thomas and Chloe. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for excellent value for money! We had drinks in the hotel and used the laundry service. So reasonably priced!

We were so warmly welcomed by Naomi & Wendy, it felt like being welcome guests in their home. Thomas and all the staff are fantastic. Our requests were no trouble. And I highly recommend the spa I had a Vietnamese massage which would be the best massage I ever have had I highly recommend one as part of your stay or 3 nights went to fast and we really didn’t want to leave. I look forward to returning to this tranquil oasis.

Это было потрясающе. Такие чистые и красивые номера. Хороший бассейн и такие прекрасные услужливые люди там работают. У меня был день рождения и я никому не говорил, но персонал пришел удивить меня (Венди и Лео, которые были особенно замечательными) праздничным тортом с моим именем. Будет скучать, чтобы остаться там. Также расположение идеальное и недалеко от старого города

Very nice and clean room, comfortable. The pools and amenities are great.
We loved the foot massage included in the booking.
There is a shuttle to go to the city and they lend bicycles.
It was very noisy as the doors are not soundproof, we were woken up every morning by people walking and talking loud, carrying suitcases. The breakfast could be a bit better as well with more choices

I had the most amazing stay at the Ahoy Hoi An, the staff especially Wendy, Naomi and Thomas looked after me so well and nothing was too much trouble to help me with. The breakfast is fantastic, the rooms and facilities are excellent (I really appreciated my room upgrade to a gorgeous suite) two beautiful pools, restaurant and bar, bikes, shuttle to the Old Town, I was so comfy staying here and can’t wait to come back :)

Мы путешествовали по всей Юго-Восточной Азии в течение последних 5 месяцев, и бутик-отель Ahoy Hoi An должен быть одним из наших любимых мест проживания. Это 5-звездочный отель, но цена не отражает его, так как стоимость вполне разумная.
Отличились сотрудники Венди, Наоми, Кена, Лео, Хлои и Томаса. Они удовлетворяли все наши потребности, всегда были полезными, улыбчивыми, дружелюбными, вежливыми и готовы прекратить все, что они делали, чтобы помочь нам.
Номер был просторным, чистым, кровать была супер удобной, кондиционер работал отлично, горячая вода и две душевые головки вместе с прекрасной ванной. Балкон с видом на один из двух бассейнов с большим количеством мест и красивой елкой в полном цвету. Отель тихий, никакого шума вообще, инклюзивный завтрак был очень хорошим и имел все, что любой мог хотеть есть от яиц, сделанных на заказ, до фруктов, йогуртов, всевозможных хлебов и салатов вместе с большим количеством местных блюд, чтобы попробовать. Это больше похоже на завтрак и обед вместе взятые.
Декор в отеле прекрасный с большим количеством мест для сидения и чтения. Это замечательное место для отдыха, но также недалеко от старого города. У них есть трансфер или вы можете быть авантюристом и пройти 3 км. В этом районе есть тонна ресторанов, некоторые из которых превосходны.
Каждый раз, когда вы направляетесь вниз в вестибюль, персонал будет приветствовать вас по имени и либо останавливаться, чтобы поболтать, либо пожелать вам всего хорошего в ваш день. Они доступны не только для того, чтобы предоставить местную информацию, например, что происходит, где можно получить билеты на шоу, где вещи и т.д. и позвонят водителю для вас или найдут ответы на любые ваши вопросы. Из 30 - 40 отелей, в которых мы останавливались в течение последних 5 месяцев, это вверх в нашем топ-10 . Если вы планируете поездку в Хойан мы обязательно рекомендуем бутик-отель Ahoy.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were so friendly, kind, and couldn’t do enough for us. They were all excellent. Our bed was super comfortable, nice balcony, bathtub, good breakfast. They even had bikes for us to use.

Staff was extra nice , always giving advices for what to visit and making sure we are good.
Room are very clean , it was quiet. I did not mind being outside of the center it was easy to go there with taxi or a 25 min walk.
Laundry service, although cheap and fast, all basic dirt that would go away just with water was still on my clothes I had to rewash most of it by hand.

Very nice staff! Wendy and Naomi took very good care of us. It was very easy to rent the free bikes to go back and forth from old town.
The breakfast was also nice.
Nice pool and we could get extra towels for the pool for free wich was also very good.

Staff was extremely helpful. They make sure that all our requests and remarks were taken cared off, making sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. My heartfelt thanks goes to Wendy and Thomas for taking care of me and my family.
The blinds between the room and the toilet were see through! So there is no privacy at all! Not really convenient if you are staying in family room.

The property is beautiful & very nicely decorated. It’s so well kept & has a very warm tranquil feel to it. It’s close to both historical part of town & beach, making it a perfect location. Using hotel bikes is a fun & easy way to get around. Best of all however i must say the fantastic staff, their generosity , wit & friendly attitude to let you experience the best of Hoi An is outstanding! I highly recommend a vist!

This is a very nice boutique hotel with easy access to both the old town and the beach via a short and reasonably priced taxi ride. For those fitter than us (we three are in our 70’s) bicycles are also available free of charge.
The staff, particularly Naomi, Wendy, Thomas and Tri, are incredibly helpful and speak excellent English. A big shout out to our lovely driver, Ken, who is also a great ambassador for the hotel. Other staff, while delightful, need additional training.
Food was ok but there are better and cheaper options outside of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Suggest installing some hooks in the bathroom on which to hang bathrobes, etc.

Thanks to Victoria, Naomi, Tri, Ken, Thomas and the wonderful Wendy we had a perfect stay. They took so good care of us and made our stay excellent.

Everything! From the moment I arrived, which was past midnight, all was as smooth as could be. Check-in was a breeze and the room was fabulous. I didn’t expect such a huge space overlooking the pool. It even had an indoor and outdoor shower. The staff are also top notch, waiting to help you at any moment. I highly recommend. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I also loved staying away from the hustle and bustle of the old quester or the touristy beach area. This is right off the rice paddies where you can easily walk or bike to the best cafes! And when you want to go further a grab (like uber) is super easy and cheap!

Мы путешествовали как пара, чтобы ахой Хойан, у нас было замечательное пребывание здесь. Все сотрудники были такими доброжелательными и гостеприимными.
Венди была такой милой и встречала нас каждое утро и вечер. Она дала нам много отличных рекомендаций, что нужно делать в этом районе. Ее навыки обслуживания клиентов 10 / 10 - спасибо!
Домработники прекрасно справляются со своей работой, везде так чисто от гостевых зон до комнат. Такого чистого бассейна мы еще не видели!
Это новый отель, который был закончен на очень высоком уровне. Нам посчастливилось быть повышенными до бокового вида на бассейн с открытым душем - Если вы можете, забронируйте номер 105 ! Это прекрасно.
Завтрак утром в стиле шведский стол и имеет прекрасный выбор местной кухни и континентальной.
Мы останавливались в течение 3 ночей, и было ощущение, что мы дома для нашего времени там. Спасибо всем сотрудникам, с которыми мы познакомились, вы закончили наше пребывание в Хойане 10 / 10 .
Мы не можем ждать, чтобы посетить снова в будущем!

Из всех наших номеров Ахой был самым любимым. Отдельное спасибо 3 из самых восхитительных, счастливых и добрых сотрудников Венди, Наоми и Victorya вы сделали наше пребывание сказочным, спасибо за то, что поделились историями, помогли организовать наши дни и постарались помочь Гэвину с его очень плохим вьетнамцем 😂 Кен наш водитель, спасибо за музыку кантри и отличные усилия в общении с нами.
Наш номер был идеальным, просторным и очень чистым, спокойная территория курорта была как раз тем, что нам нужно.
Однажды мы обязательно вернемся!

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в отеле Ahoi Hoian.
Особенно команда с приема Виктория, Наоми и Венди были очень дружны и полезны.
Нас даже пригласили в Партию "Конец года", и мы чувствовали себя очень польщенными этим. Спасибо хозяину и его жене, а также трем дамам из приемной, которые сделали наше пребывание таким грязным.

Das Ahoy Hoi An i bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus sehr schönen und gemütlichen Zimmern mit schöner Anlage, tollem Pool, fantastischen Frühstücksbuffet und super nettem Personal. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwas abseits der Altstadt, man kann jedoch mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt oder am Strand sein. Regelmäßige Shuttles werden vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Man kann auch kostenlos Fahrräder mieten. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Kamers waren voortreffelijk
De eerste ochtend, was het ontbijt echt super goed , alles werd aan tafel geserveerd er ontbrak ons aan niets. Maar de volgende dag stond er een buffet met oud stokbrood oude zweterige kaas.en de koffie was al een paar uur oud. Dat hebben ze uiteindelijk wel goed gemaakt met koffie uit de machine.

I had a wonderful stay at Ahoy Hoi An! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to start the day right. A special thanks to Wendy, Naomi, Victoria, and Thomas for their kindness and exceptional assistance – they truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Hotel je van centra, mirno i tiho okruženje, puno zelenila. Taksi do centra je oko 50.000 VND (oko 2€). Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, predivni su!

We loved our stay at Ahoy Hoi An! The staff were so attentive and nice during our stay. They even decorated the room for our wedding anniversary! Thomas provided exceptional customer service and ensured all of our tours and transportation were accommodated accordingly. As a traveler, this has by far been one of the best experiences visiting Vietnam. We will be back in May again and hope to make more memories!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful especially Wendy and Victoria on reception. Wendy organised activities such as cooking classes and lantern making and helped with anything we needed. She was a pleasure to deal with and got to know us all individually...a lovely person.

Friendly staff with happy smiles. The hotel provides excellent services. We loved the interconnected rooms for our family of four. The hotel had a lovely family pool and lighted up beautifully at night and made us feel we were in Hoi An. We will be back next time and hope to stay longer!

There was not much that we didn't like. The only thing was that you could hear everything outside the room, people coming and going and closing their doors, luggage's dragging on the floor etc.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt - im besten Sinne. :) Wir (Mama und erwachsene Tochter) wurden von Beginn an herzlichst willkommen geheißen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. <3
Die Anlage ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters den Pool etc nicht nutzen, es sah aber sauber und einladend aus. :)
Die Mitarbeitenden waren wirklich alle einfach entzückend, herzlich, lieb und fürsorglich von A bis Z, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Besonders Naomi und Wendy und allen voran Thomas sind uns durch ihre ganz besondere Freundlichkeit, Wärme und Hilfsbereitschaft aufgefallen. Thomas und wir haben uns gegenseitig sofort ins Herz geschlossen, uns unterhalten und viel zusammen gelacht. Er hat uns auch weit über alles ums Hotel hinaus unterstützt. Nochmals vielen Dank <3
Nicht zu vergessen sind der Koch und sein Team, sowie die immer lächelnden Putzfeen. Es war alles sehr sauber und lecker.
Das Hotel liegt zwischen Zentrum und Strand total ruhig und man kann somit bestens in alle Richtungen (mit Taxi oder Fahrrad ist alles schnell erreicht). Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren toll und kunstvoll schlicht, sowie hochwertig ausgestattet. Zudem wird wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt, das fanden wir ebenso klasse wie alles andere.

El hotel está impecable, camas súper cómodas y toallas nuevas, habitación espaciosa. Thomas y Wendy nos ayudaron en todo lo que se nos ofreció durante nuestra estancia, nos aconsejaron ir al espectáculo de bambú y el de las luces y fue todo un acierto, el hotel tiene un bar agradable con precios asequibles y Happy hour. El día de nuestra salida nos ofrecieron una habitación para cambiarnos y ducharnos, ya que dejábamos el hotel tarde.

Наше пребывание в бутик-курорте и спа-центре Ahoy Hoian было прекрасным опытом и идеальной удаленностью от нашей суеты жизни. Курорт расположен в причудливом небольшом районе Хойан, предлагает все удобства. Персонал был таким хорошим, и у нас была возможность быть встреченными хозяевами Динь и Хай! Наши номера были безупречными, чистыми и романтичными. Я рекомендую получить номера с открытым душем в дополнение к крытой ванне для промокания. Он идеально подходил к погоде во Вьетнаме. С этого момента мы поедем на курорт в Хойан. Спасибо всем замечательным сотрудникам!

It is a beautiful hotel with nice clean comfortable rooms to a very high standard. The staff are helpful and friendly and breakfast was nice.
It is a little far from the old town however only 40k grab taxi or free use of shuttle bus at certain times. It was very quiet but didn’t bother us.

We had such a wonderful 7 night stay at Ahoy Hoi An. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, the shower is lovely and the daily cleaning was always on time and thorough. Location was also great as it’s so close to the old town but away from all the noise. The reception team are some of the nicest people we’ve met in Vietnam. A huge thank you to Wendy, Naomi, Victoria and Thomas. You’ve all been so helpful during our stay and so very welcoming. Thank you so much for everything, and for making our Hoi An stay so memorable. Номера большие, кровать & подушки очень удобны & чистые. Интересный интерьер номеров с душем на заднем дворе для тех, кто хочет искупаться в своем бассейне с видом на номера. В распоряжении гостей даже ванна, а также еще одна небольшая душевая зона со стеклянным экраном и отдельным туалетом. Услуги доброжелательного персонала очень эффективны, оперативны и профессиональны. Очень понравилось наше пребывание. Завтрак "шведский стол" хороший. Атмосфера отеля на открытом воздухе очень хорошая, с зеленью кругом, с рыбьим прудом и фасадом колониального вида. Персонал Наоми, Виктория, Джон всегда носит улыбку на их лицах и очень помогает.

Wij moesten uitwijken naar een ander hotel ivm stroomstoring. Na 2 nachten konden wij terug. Maar dat viel ons heel erg tegen omdat wij bijna de enige gasten waren. Daardoor waren er logistieke problemen oa bij het ontbijt en lunch en nog een aantal dingen. Naomi en haar staf begrepen het volledig toen wij aangaven hier niet te willen blijven. En wij kregen toen de nacht gratis. Top service, voor het office team een dikke 10!
Er bijna alleen verblijven, waardoor problemen met ontbijt en lunch. En het is echt een traditioneel hotel. Alles is wat verouderd

Beautiful resort which was peaceful and close to the old town but away from the crowds. Room was super clean with great service from every staff member. Special thanks to Henry and Wendy who were super efficient and friendly. Thanks Henry for your restaurant recommendations which were amazing. Wendy is ever so willing to help with activity recommendations and bookings. Phong the driver was amazing and ever willing to help. All in all was a great experience and will be back.

Он был великолепен и знал, что делать и что смотреть. Мы прибыли в Ахой, и нас встретили Венди, Джон и Томас. Они были фантастическими. Куча знаний о местности. Zeer fijn hotel op mooie locatie. Staff is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De suites zijn hele mooie kamers en ruim opgezet. Na vertrek een kostbare powerbank vergeten. Het personeel heeft veel moeite gedaan om deze op een andere locatie bij ons te brengen, super attent!!

Замечательное обслуживание и прекрасный отель. Завтрак был вкусным с множеством вариантов для удовлетворения всех видов потребностей. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным и даже подарил моей дочери торт на день рождения! Расположение было супер удобным для доступа в старый город, при этом чувствуя себя уединенным. Удобства и удобства были в отличном состоянии с прекрасным, расслабляющим бассейном.

Excellent boutique resort & spa.
Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad van 7 dagen met ons gezin.
Kamers zijn prachtig gestyled, tot in de details afgewerkt met mooie klassieke en duurzame materialen. De kamers zijn groot en hebben een mooi balkon. Dit resort is precies wat we zochten voor onze reis in Vietnam.
Zwembaden zijn geweldig in combinatie met de tropische tuin.
De Gym is goed voor een basic work-out.
Het hotel is weg van de drukte, voor de perfecte rust, maar binnen 10 minuten, met een Grab ben je in de binnenstad of op het strand.
Ontbijt en restaurant is goed. Voor ieder wat wils.
Het beste van het hotel is het personeel, super vriendelijk, lief en professioneel, sprake van een next level.
Wij raden dit resort van harte aan en zouden zeker terugkomen.

L’hotel è situato in una posizione strategica: silenziosa e vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro. Una volta arrivati, ti forniscono ogni informazione per raggiungere entrambi tramite i loro servizi. La camera è ampia, luminosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. Lo staff è di una professionalità unica: in particolare, noi siamo stati seguiti da Thomas che ha fatto in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse impeccabile. Ci ha assistito h24 anche via whatsapp, dandoci tutti i suggerimenti del caso. La sua gentilezza, oltre alla sua professionalità, ci hanno piacevolmente stupiti.

Splendido resort, vicino al centro, ma molto tranquillo. È tutto nuovo e ben curato, camere molto grandi e accoglienti e le piscine sono veramente splendide per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il vero punto di forza però è lo staff, sempre sorridente e accogliente, in particolare grazie Wendy, Thomas, Henry e Naomi che ci hanno aiutato durante tutto il soggiorno, organizzando tour, transfer e altre necessità, come le biciclette. Assolutamente consigliato!

We absolutely loved staying at Ahoy. The staff were exceptional! They were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They made an effort to remember all 6 of our parties names. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Thank you to Henry, Wendy, John, Su, Naomi, Thomas and all the other beautiful staff. We will be back. Я не могу достаточно высоко отзываться об этом отеле. Номера прекрасны и просторны, завтрак вкусный и имеет огромное разнообразие и персонал идет выше и выше, чтобы вы чувствовали себя желанным гостем и как семья. Кровати удобные. Два бассейна дают большой выбор и пространство для отдыха гостей. Мы останавливались в семейном соединительном номере, который был удобным и дал детям и нашим родителям некоторое пространство во время путешествия.

Какой замечательный отель и супер дружелюбный персонал! Красивые большие номера, красиво оформленные и замечательные кровати. Два прекрасных бассейна. Расположен немного вдали от Главной улицы, что делает его хорошим и тихим.
Бесплатные велосипеды. Вы можете доехать на велосипеде до старого центра или пляжа в течение 10 минут. У них тоже есть маршрутка, но ради свободы я бы взял велосипеды. Очень просто.
Нам так понравилось и поэтому заказали дополнительный день в этом прекрасном отеле. Настоятельно рекомендуется остаться здесь! Также возьмите велосипед в другом направлении, чтобы не до главной улицы. Затем вы едете на велосипеде к рисовым полям и домам жителей. Хороший, тихий и красивый маршрут. Остановитесь в Roving Chillhouse на кофе или обед и прекрасный вид.

Un très bel hôtel placé un peu en retrait de la foule et des rues . On peut se rendre partout à vélo ( mer ou centre historique) . Deux piscines sont une en retrait très au calme ds une très belle végétation. Chambre luxueuse et très grande avec balcon . Personnel très serviable . Et magnifique petit déjeuner malheureusement pris d’assaut par les locaux ….

Ahoy Hoi An Resort is a peaceful retreat that blends modern comfort with traditional Vietnamese charm. The lush greenery and tasteful decor immediately impressed me. My room was spacious and clean, offering a perfect escape.
The staff’s exceptional service truly stood out, always friendly and eager to assist. The pool area was serene, and the on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals. The spa services were also excellent.
I enjoyed the cultural activities, especially the lantern-making workshop and guided bike tours, which enriched my understanding of Hoi An’s history and community.

Nestled amidst lush greenery, Ahoy Hoi An Resort effortlessly combines modern luxuries with traditional Vietnamese charm. Upon entering, I was immediately captivated by the tasteful decor and serene ambiance. My spacious and immaculate room provided the perfect sanctuary.

Rummen ut mot poolen hade till och med dusch utomhus vilket var mysigt. Vi var nästan ensamma i poolen varje morgon och eftermiddag. Personalen i receptionen Henry, Naomi och Thomas och resten av gänget var så himla hjälpsamma och trevliga och bidrog till en fantastisk vistelse. I restaurangen och på frukosten arbetade bland annat Su och hon var en klippa. Om något saknades var hon hjälpsam och flexibel och löste det på bästa sätt. Vi är så himla nöjda.

櫃臺人員介紹每日有定時的接駁車到海邊，當地有一家合作的餐廳可以提供淋浴、大浴巾等，但我們沒有實際用過。
房間寬敞，裝潢古樸、穩重，帶有懷舊風格。
早餐的餐廳寬敞，可以選擇在陽台用餐，或是在室內將木質的百葉窗打開，有自然風，不會熱，且居然沒有蚊蟲、蒼蠅的問題。果汁、水果很讚，咖啡普通。
在餐廳用過一次晚餐，炸春捲尚可，但可選擇的真的不多，步行範圍內也沒什麼環境良好的餐廳。

This is a hidden gem tucked away from all the noise but not too far away from everything great rooms two big pools gym and spa, food is above average and the staff Thomas, Wendy, Su, Henry, and Naomi were very nice and very accommodating well done guys keep up the good work.

Мне очень нравится оставаться здесь со своей группой. Курорт очень красивый, бассейны хорошие. Номер чистый и супер. Напиток в ресторане потрясающий. Нам очень повезло, когда мы провели отпуск в этом отеле. Я очень люблю Ахой Хойан. Обязательно упомяните всех сотрудников, особенно Наоми, Венди, Генри, Томаса, Сюана и Су. Большое спасибо за все.

Das Personal war ausserordentlich hilfsbereit. Naomi, Wendy, Henry und Thomas haben uns stets begleitet und einen sehr professionellen Eindruck gemacht. Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind genauso schön und sauber wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls gut.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs, und man konnte immer die Aufzugsglocke hören, aufgrund der dünnen Wände. Auf dem Bettrahmen war Staub, und wenn wir die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet haben, wurde der Staub aufgewirbelt, was für Allergiker nicht ideal ist.

Потрясающий отель, отличный бассейн, удобные кровати, отличное расположение и невероятно любезный персонал. Томас и его команда всегда заботятся обо мне и моем партнере, когда бы мы ни останавливались! Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Wendy eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen. Sie hat sich immer für unser Wohlergehen interessiert und uns jede Frage beantwortet. Das Hotel an sich war sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und war sehr leise, das Bett unglaublich komfortabel und groß. Auch alle Utensilien die man für die Zubereitung von Kaffee und Tee brauchte, waren auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr friedlich. Die Poolanlage lud immer wieder zum entspannen ein und war sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und für jeden was dabei, einzig der Kaffee war etwas zu stark und nicht wirklich der beste. Die Bilder welche wir vorab gesehen haben entsprachen 1:1 der Wahrheit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten wenn wir in hoi an sind.

The hotel is beautiful, good smell, beautiful gardens in the way to the room.
Two amazing pools, with clean towels.
The staff is amazing, they have a lot of recommended restaurants, and helps a lot to book attractions, and to rent a motorbike.
There is a option to pick a bike, and shuttles from the hotel for free.
The room is *clean*, big and with balcony, bathroom very impressive, with lot of tools.
The Laundry - we sent our clothes in a box to the laundry, which included white and colored clothes, we expected that the white will not mixed with the colored, but it does, some of the white completely ruined, no smell at all, and the price expensive. The Spa - the massage is expensive, is good but not amazing - not worth the cost for my opinion, and, no relaxing music which is make the situation a little bit awkward. If u want taxi, better to close with Grab application, is a little bit more expensive from the hotel.

Wij hebben echt genoten hier. Super mooie kamers, heerlijk zwembad, goed ontbijt en het personeel is zo lief. Je kan fietsen pakken om een stukje te fietsen, maar je kan ook gewoon een taxi laten bestellen. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en je hebt 2 zwembaden waar je even heerlijk kunt liggen. Ook roken onze kamers lekker een beetje naar lemon of iets (ik ben benieuwd wat jullie gebruiken). Wendy is z’n lieve enthousiaste dame! Achter het hotel liggen rijstvelden waar je makkelijk op de fiets of misschien zelfs te voet naar toe kan gaan om te genieten van zonsondergang. Binnen 10 minuutjes ben je met de taxi in het centrum.

Everything. An oasis off the main street and short hop to old Quarter. Opposite a river and paddy fields but with all basic facilities near by such as very good restaurants, a decent bar, tailor, laundry and massage/nail bar. Staff exceptional and always felt welcomed. Especially enjoyed company of Thomas, Henry, Niaomi and Kim. Exceptional gardens and Two decent pools. A top Hoi An hotel.

Super aufmerksamer Service, vor allem Thomas, von der Rezeption. Er sich viel Zeit genommen, mir die besten Cafés und Food Spots zu zeigen. Ich war vor allem von dem Café am Reisfeld begeistert, das sich nur 5-7 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt befand.

The location was great, approximately 600 dong taxi fare to both the Ancient City and the beach.
The hotel is only one year old. We had a pool side suite next to the main poll and was beautiful. The staff are just lovely and can't do enough for you, especially Henry who is still on probation. The suite was excellent, our only tiny whinge was that the huge bed was a tough firm but still very comfortable (just our preference).
We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this hotel, and will return!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und auch die Mitarbeiter sind top. Hilfsbereit und qualifiziert. Haben uns jedes Mal ein Taxi bestellt und sogar ein Transfer zum Flughafen Da Nang. Die Zimmer sowie der Poolbereich sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und auf eine gepflegte Umgebung wird sehr geachtet. Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen Innenstadt und Strand, weswegen es schön ruhig ist. Man kommt aber einfach 45 min zu Fuß oder 10 min mit Taxi in die Stadt rein. Zum Strand kann man sich das kostenlose Fahrrad ausleihen.
Eine kleine Anmerkung an das Hotel wäre lediglich, den Käse zukünftig besser zu kühlen und die vegetarischen Sachen zu deklarieren, da das manchmal nicht ganz eindeutig war.

I told them that there is no desert available and she told me wait for a short moment and she was going to clean all tables around even though there was no more guess waiting for the table and many clean tables were there. She didnot know how to set priority and let me wait for very long time until I needed to tell other staff to get a desert spoon for me. And the breakfast was chaotic, many things were running out, too less staff at peak hour from 7:00-8:00.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum schön. Die Zimmer, das Frühstück und die zwei Pools waren einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist super zwischen Altstadt und dem Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Alle an der Rezeption standen uns stets zur Seite und haben uns bei vielen Buchungen (Touren, pickup, Fahrradausleih etc) geholfen. Insbesondere war Henry sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tips gegeben.
Das Resort werden wir immer wieder gerne besuchen wollen.

It is a hotel that we felt a bit like home. The location is in between the beaches and the old town. But for us we were just ridding Grab and could get quickly to anywhere in town. We had a wonderful time at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel hat alles probiert um uns glücklich zu machen - vielen Dank dafür. Zimmer super sauber, groß, neu. Mega Pool. Lage für uns perfekt zwischen City und Strand gelegen.
Manchmal wirkte der Service-Gedanke etwas over the top und zu sehr aufgesetzt, das hat uns eher angestrengt. Frühstück okay - ist auf sehr internationales Publikum ausgerichtet. Insgesamt meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Этот курорт очень хороший, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Атмосфера очень приятная, полная растений. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и услужливым, особенно Дим и Генри помогли нам выбрать хорошие места для посещения и сделать заказ. Я рекомендую всем путешественникам остановиться здесь.

Breakfast choice was very good, small but important point was addressed reasonably well, IN SUCH HOT CONDITIONS please put ice blocks over the butter dish to prevent the butter going rancid!
The notice in the bathroom clearly states that re-using towels saves the Earth etc. and only put towels on the floor when they need changing! Why oh why does housekeeping change absolutely all the towels every day, even when we left ours on the dryer rail and never wanted wasteful changes?? Get it sorted please if you mean to save the Earth! Thank you.

We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and the service at Ahoy is the best we have ever encountered. Everything is very new and clean, the wonderful large pool, rooms spacious, comfortable and extremely clean with balcony. Staff is extraordinarily friendly and eager to help you with all your problems and needs.

Very pretty and nature inspired
Despite being a new hotel the furnishings didn’t look super new and looked dated. We took the biggest room but half the room was occupied by an outdoor shower which was only there for the sake of it - it had a small tiny hand shower and no space to keep soap/shampoo. It made using it practically impossible.

Le personnel était adorable, la chambre très spatieuse et confortable, les 2 espaces piscines sont fantastiques. L'hôtel est un peu excentré il faut prendre des taxis (environ 2€/trajet pour aller dans le centre) ou vélos mais l'environnement est plus calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, notre séjour a été exceptionnel dans son ensemble !

Cocktail bar was lacking in experience. Meals had some problems eg. Parmesan cheese was not available but we were not informed until we questioned why there was none on the advertised meal

Die Gartenanlage mit den 2 Pools ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, mit einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett. Das war für uns als Familie perfekt.
Mit Taxi oder Grab ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder bei den Stränden.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Strand und in die Stadt zu jeweils 2 Zeiten am Tag (Vormittags und Nachmittags/ Abends).
Das Frühstück ist gut.

Ein wunderschönes, idyllisch gelegenes Hotel mit einem absoluten Top Service und wahnsinnig netten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern.
Tolle, ruhige Lage wenngleich etwas weit ausserhalb der beliebten und belebten Altstadt.
Die Entfernung zur Altstadt oder zum Strand wird aber durch einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service oder kostenlose Fahrräder ausgeglichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dit hotel was geweldig! De kamers zijn supermooi en goed onderhouden. Heerlijk bed, balkon en badkamer.
Zwembaden waren prachtig en het ontbijt super. Fietsen kan je lenen waardoor zowel de oude stad als het strand goed te bezoeken zijn.

L’hôtel est très beau tant sur le mobilier que la décoration. Les piscines, le petit déjeuner sont tops, les chambres et salle de bain confortable et spacieuse. Petit cadeau 30 minutes de massage des pieds appréciés après notre balade en ville. Pas très loin du centre en taxi ou en navette. Le personnel est prévenant et très poli c’est appréciable
Nous avions réservé 3 massages, arrivées d’un groupe à la même heure nous avons attendu puis trop de bruit dans la salle de massage porte ouverte juste au dessus de la salle à manger. Les masseuses n’ont pas arrêté de parler entre elles un moment loin de la détente qu’on espérait c’est dommage

Très bel établissement, au calme avec un beau jardin et deux très belles piscines. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la décoration est soignée. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et le personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande à 100 pour 100.

每位工作人員都親切又充滿笑容，從巷口轉進飯店時，門衛就開始熱情的招呼並幫我提行李
櫃檯接待人員Dưng和Oanh讓我留下深刻的印象，他們的英文非常棒，對我遇到的各種困難都提供即時有效的幫助，例如我受傷了需要ＯＫ繃、替我在旅遊平台上訂的行程跟當地越南導遊通電話溝通等等

Отличный бутик-отель. Очень хороший персонал, Дунг встретил нас поздно вечером и позаботился о том, чтобы мы поужинали и выпили до закрытия кухни. Прекрасный французский колониальный отель с большой удобной кроватью и разнообразной едой, вьетнамской и западной. Очень рекомендую! Всего в 2 км от старого города Хойан.

Невероятный отдых в Ahoy! Мы много путешествовали по Азии и довольно своеобразны, но трудно найти что-то плохое об Ахой… вплоть до мелких деталей, с эстетической точки зрения все КРАСИВО - зелень и цветы повсюду, даже в засушливый сезон, золотые /хромированные светильники, тропический душ, уникальные чайные чашки на завтрак, расписанная вручную керамика в номерах, два великолепных бассейна с тихой музыкой, играющей для расслабления… персонал такой ДРУЖЕСТВЕННЫЙ. Дунг (произносится как Юн) был феноменален! На каждый вопрос и исключение отвечали «да» и улыбкой, изящно справляясь с нашими поздними запросами. Приветственный напиток и четкие объяснения многих бесплатных услуг отеля (велосипеды и трансфер до пляжа и города). Английский и дружелюбие были исключительными как на стойке регистрации, так и на стойке регистрации в ресторане. Расположение ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ. Это тихий переулок, поэтому вы не услышите дорожного шума (что важно в Хойане). Кровати удобные. Через окно ванной проникает немного света, поэтому не совсем темно. Это приятная поездка на плоском велосипеде в Старый город, так что вы можете увидеть окрестности, а не только Туристический городок со всеми бесконечными магазинами вокруг Уокинг-стрит (или воспользоваться бесплатным автобусом). Куриные крылышки Buffalo в ресторане восхитительны, а завтрак очень разнообразен? Очень рекомендуемое место. 5 ⭐️

It is a new hotel at the outskirts of Hoi An, beautifully decorated, modern though stylish. 10 minutes away by taxi from the old city center and from the beach, and a 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful rice fields. All staff is very friendly, guessing your wishes and suggesting things to do. Breakfast is up to highest Vietnamese standards. Rooms spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Two very nice swimming pools. We extended our 3-days stay with 2 more days, and for sure will like to come back. This hotel is exceeding expectations, real value for money.

Merveilleux hôtel au calme avec décoration raffinée, personnel et direction très dévoués et attentionnés. Merci à Mrs Diem, Mr Dung, Mr Lin et tous les autres . Chambre superbe avec belle salle de bain et lit King size, literie impeccable. Deux très belles piscines avec transats confortables et nombreux. Un rapport qualité prix sans équivalent. Un séjour de deux semaines exceptionnel!! Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement, sans oublier les happy hour avec les délicieux cocktails et les petits déjeuners variés et très gourmands dont on apprécie les fruits exotiques.

Fabulous stay will stay here again on the next trip to Hoi An.
Excellent decor, a nice location from the city center, and the most helpful staff.
The massage at the spa was very good, better than what we get here in Australia.
The staff arranged our trips to the BaNaHill and ensured that breakfast was packed for us when we had to leave early for the trip. I found that being located away from the Old Quarter was a blessing, as the latter is quite hectic and the noise levels are high.

L'hotel es troba a mig camí de la ciutat i de les platges, al voltant hi ha restaurants on poder menjar bé i a bon preu, així com altres serveis com lloguer de motos, bugaderia.... El lloc és tranquil i es menja molt bé al restaurant de l'hotel. El personal ofereix un tracte molt acollidor i està pendent en tot moment per poder satisfer les necessitats dels hostes, especialment l'equip de recepció.

We had a great time staying at Ahoy Boutique hotel. The service of Dung & Diem was wonderful! The hotel offers a great breakfast, also the bar next to the pool is very convenient. I can really recommend staying here and will for sure book this hotel again when we ever come back to Hoi An.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, г-н Дуонг и другие. Отель довольно новый, поэтому все удобства очень современные. Если хотите, вы можете воспользоваться бесплатным трансфером до пляжа или арендовать скутер довольно дешево.

I liked the hotel and the services it provided. Special mention to dung, Diem and long whom looked after us on our trip. We used the spa facilities and laundry and both services would be recommended, housekeeping were efficient and brilliant with all our requests. All in all a nice boutique resort hidden away.

Мы прекрасно провели время в Ахой - всего в нескольких минутах езды на такси от Хойана и пляжа. Сотрудники были вежливы и дружелюбны. Навоз на стойке регистрации был отличным. Мы также совершили прекрасную велосипедную прогулку на велосипедах отеля по близлежащим рисовым полям. Незабываемый отдых.

Utrolig koselig Boutique hotel som ligger bare litt utenfor Hoi An gamle by. Du får låne sykkel å kan sykkle ut på de flotte risåkerene. Eller du kan sykkle inn til byen. Hoteller er utrolig flott, fine rom og har 2 basseng ute. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. God og variert frokost!

It's not the first time I arrive Vietnam but I feel overwhelmed firstly when staying in a boutique hotel. I and my parents come to Vietnam for travel and we choose Hoi AN like the first destination. Ahoy makes us feel so interesting about art architecture, whole-hearted service and full-furnitured accomodation. My parents are especially impressed by Dong Ho paintings, the meanings behind. This is an ideal place for foreigners like us to have a good look about an ancient Hoi An miniature.

Ein Wohlfühlort, Frühstück, Pool und Zimmer alles perfekt. Für uns auch die Lage, das Hotel liegt zwischen dem Meer und Hoi An. Auch die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schön für Spaziergänge. Außergewöhnlich war auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelangestellten, besonders möchte ich Vy erwähnen.

Elegimos este hotel por su extraordinaria calificación pero resultó algo decepcionante. En nuestra opinión su calificación estaba sobrevalorada. La ubicación a pesar de ser razonablemente buena por su cercanía a Old Town, está en un entorno poco atractivo. Resultó especialmente molesto el hecho de que el hotel se encuentra junto a un gallinero que desprende un olor desagradable continuo y sobre todo resulta increíblemente molesto por la noche debido a los cantos de los gallos. Empiezan a cantar a las 3 de la mañana y no paran hasta las 6. Esto es lo que tiene a veces países como Vietnam. Importante pedir habitaciones lo más alejadas posible de este gallinero.

Very nice hotel, staff were very attentive, the room and the pool area were lovely. Far from the old town but very easy to get there with a taxi. I'd definitely go back.
Quite noisy, you can here other guests talking in the rooms next door and roosters wake you up in the morning. Also the breakfast could have been better but was fine.

A great stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The spa needs a bit of work. No music, atmosphere or foot wash. The foot massage was complimentary but not great. I think it could be improved but they are a new hotel so I imagine working out the kinks.

Value for money hotel, we spent a very nice stay. Dung the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helped us to change room to a quiet one, since there is a little farm behind with rooster and ducks, A natural alarm clock.
Food in the restaurant is excellent as well.

Die 2 Tage in diesem Resort waren wunderbar, es hat einfach alles gestimmt, Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Dusche und Badewanne und Balkon. Das Frühstück hatte alles was Europäer neben dem vietnamesischen Essen haben möchte (Müsli, Säfte, Eierspeisen, Croissant, Obst, frisches Brot, Joghurt etc). Der Pool ist fantastisch gewesen und auch die Gartenanlage, die außerhalb der Regenzeit noch besser genutzt werden kann. Die Fußmassage war außergewöhnlich, gute Masseurinnen waren es. Sehr internationale Gäste und eine gute Mischung aus Alt und Jung, Paare und Familien. Fahrräder konnten kostenfrei ausgeliehen werden.
Es hat alles gestimmt, etwas hellhörig war das Zimmer. Das hatten wir öfters in den Hotels von Vietnam

El hotel tiene un ambiente y trato excelente. El desayuno es muy bueno.
Al no estar en el centro ofrecen traslado pero son muy pocos los horarios disponibles, por lo que está frecuencia sería bueno que se aumente.

Das Hotel war sehr gemütlich und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert! Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit wie VIP Gäste. Der Angebotene Transfer vom Bahnhof Danang zum Hotel in Hoi An hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Wow! This is easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam and maybe even ever! The hotel is beautiful with so much attention to detail. The room is fantastic and the super large beds are very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. But even better than all of this was the staff! They really made us feel like VIP's and everyone was so genuinely friendly, accommodating and even worried when my partner got sick due to some streetfood. Special mention for the staff at the reception, Diem, Vy and Dung. They were absolutely wonderful! Dung even checked with me about the health of my partner and brought some bananas on his day off! What can I say, it is truly a home away from home and highly recommended. We definitely want to come back and we miss it already!

Превосходное обслуживание и соотношение цены и качества в бутик-курорте и спа Ahoy Hoi An. Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый. Место тихое и находится в нескольких км от старого города Хойана, но отель заботливо предоставляет бесплатные велосипеды и трансфер для восточного доступа. Я забронировал тур через отель, чтобы увидеть Мраморную гору, и это тоже было здорово.

Пребывание в этом отеле было фантастическим. Номера просторные и очень чистые.
В нашей комнате также был внешний душ, и это было потрясающе!
Я рекомендую полный путь, если вы планируете остаться! !
Также есть бассейн и атмосфера огромна.

Staff here are amazing they really try to engage with you and are doing a great job. The accommodation is great as the hotel is fairly new. We would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend. We even got a lesson on the language to help us on our next stay.
Keep up the great work, and we can't wait to return.

Это был один из лучших отелей, в которых мы останавливались: все, от персонала до проживания, было на высоте. Завтрак был отличным, 2 бассейна были идеальными. Персонал был рад поболтать и помочь, как обычно, но был очень милым. Мы определенно рекомендуем и на 100% остановимся здесь снова. Сам отель расположен примерно в 3 км от города и в нескольких минутах ходьбы.
Нас даже пригласили на урок языка, чтобы помочь нам передвигаться.
К тому времени, как прошли наши 6 ночей, мы почувствовали себя семьей.
Продолжайте в том же духе, курорт Ahoy Hoian.

Нам понравилось наше пребывание в этом красивом, идиллическом убежище. Персонал был очень любезным и помог нам с указаниями для туров и советами для отличных портных. Организовали транспорт. Еда была отличной, а персонал был очень знающим и дружелюбным. Мы очень рекомендуем Ахой Хойан.
Особая благодарность Дьему, Дунгу, Тину и всему персоналу.
Мы обязательно вернемся. Ваше здоровье

Нам очень понравился этот отель. Персонал такой милый, очень внимательный и очень дружелюбный, они делают для вас все возможное. Каждый раз, когда мы подъезжали к отелю или уезжали, маленький мальчик ждал, чтобы открыть дверь машины, он даже был у нашей двери в 6 утра в день отъезда, чтобы забрать наши сумки.
Мы попросили полотенца для бассейна, спустились и обнаружили не только два больших пушистых полотенца, но и два стакана воды. Номера великолепные, массивная кровать и очень чистая. На главной дороге есть несколько ресторанов, но мы ели в основном в старом городе. Когда мы впервые приехали, мы получили пиццу, которая была восхитительной. Завтрак был нормальный, такой же, как и в любом другом отеле, в котором мы останавливались во Вьетнаме. Мне просто не нравится фо с говядиной на завтрак, поэтому я придерживался тостов с бананом, которые они с радостью приготовили для меня, когда бананов на выставке не было.
Дамы на стойке регистрации были такими забавными и назвали моего мужа Счастливчиком Буддой, а затем хихикнули, я подумал, что это было весело.
Автобус был сломан, поэтому они заплатили за нас такси, в итоге мы взяли у таксистов приложение What's и использовали его каждый раз, и это было здорово. Примерно в 10 минутах езды до пляжа Ан-Банг и старого города в противоположном направлении.
Мы воспользовались бесплатными велосипедами и покатались по проселочным дорогам за отелем, чтобы увидеть местных жителей, которые тоже очень дружелюбны, помахали нам рукой и улыбнулись.

Отель просто прекрасный. Комната огромная, кровать большая и удобная. Завтрак имеет как западный, так и местный стиль. Персонал очень дружелюбный, услужливый. Особенно полезны Дьем и Дунг, их советы по поводу достопримечательностей и ресторанов, которые обязательно стоит посетить. Мы обязательно вернемся снова для нашего следующего визита в ближайшем будущем.

Мы пробыли в Ахой одну неделю и очень довольны отелем. Персонал самый добрый, который у нас когда-либо был, а курорт довольно новый и красиво оформлен. Еда в ресторане и завтрак были очень хорошими. Особая благодарность Дьему за все рекомендации, помощь и приятные беседы, Линю за отличное обслуживание в баре и советы по вьетнамской культуре, а также Зунгу за то, что он всегда готов нам помочь. Еще раз спасибо всем остальным сотрудникам. . уборщики, повар, официанты и т. д. — все они были очень любезны.

Останавливались здесь на пять ночей
Это прекрасное место для отдыха.
Бассейны выиграли для меня. Они были потрясающими, и моя комната находилась на уровне бассейна, поэтому доступ был очень легким.
Номера безупречны и очень удобны.

Абсолютно фантастический отель, идеально расположенный на полпути между старым городом и пляжем. Особо следует упомянуть Дунга из фронт-офиса, который всегда улыбается и готов помочь с любыми проблемами или вопросами, которые могут у вас возникнуть. Открыт всего 4 месяца, но уже является отличным местом для отдыха.

Замечательный бутик-отель, расположенный на красивой территории и с красивым бассейном. Наш номер был просторным и безупречно чистым. Завтрак в отеле был разнообразным. Весь персонал был очень добрым и услужливым на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Мы воспользовались маршрутным автобусом как для поездок на пляж Ан Банг (прекрасный), так и в старый город Хойан. Несколько отличных ресторанов в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля (нам особенно понравился Red Dragon). Определенно лучший отель, в котором мы останавливались до сих пор во Вьетнаме, и такое отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Ahoy Hoi бутик-курорт просто фантастический! ! Лучшее место, где я останавливался во Вьетнаме. Персонал делает все возможное, чтобы сделать ваше пребывание самым лучшим. Номера были большими и просторными, убирались каждый день безукоризненно. У меня был лучший бургер из говядины ваггу, который я когда-либо ел в ресторане. Бассейн прекрасный и прохладный в жаркие липкие дни. Честно говоря, я не мог винить этот отель, они удовлетворили все мои потребности.

нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в ahoy. все было фантастически… изначально мы забронировали только на 3 ночи, но нам так понравилось, что мы продлили до 6 ночей!
номер был безупречно чистым и красиво обставленным, бассейн был отличным, с большим количеством шезлонгов и свежих полотенец, когда мы хотели. Персонал был невероятным, таким милым, они узнали, что у нас медовый месяц, испекли торт и украсили нашу комнату. это было такое прекрасное дополнительное прикосновение. Трейси была такой милой и так хорошо заботилась о нас, следя за тем, чтобы у нас было все необходимое, и особое упоминание также о садовнике / работнике бассейна, который следил за тем, чтобы у нас всегда были лучшие шезлонги, каждый день открывал для нас тренажерный зал и был просто так здорово!
Мы посетили их пляжный клуб, который был одинаково прекрасен… и действительно отличный отдых от Хойана.
Я не могу рекомендовать этот отель достаточно высоко, это немного рая на краю того, что может быть безумно занятым хойаном.

Мое пребывание было превосходным, и мне понравилось все в этом месте. Персонал был скромным и всегда готов помочь. Администратор по имени «Моя» была милой и доброй, выполняла все просьбы и уже была готова помочь своей заразительной улыбкой.
Курорт в хорошем состоянии и много зелени, и это было спокойное пребывание. Еда была хорошей и в целом восхитительным впечатлением. Я обязательно вернусь на этот курорт, если снова приеду в Хойан :)

Мы провели здесь 4 ночи, и этот отель - мечта. Здание, внутренняя и внешняя отделка, мебель, сад: все такое красивое и такое очаровательное. Персонал особенно поддерживает с невероятным чувством обслуживания. Они эффективно помогли нам организовать прекрасное пребывание здесь, чтобы посетить лучшее из Хойана и его окрестностей: приятно знать, что у них есть частный пляжный клуб, к которому можно очень легко добраться благодаря велосипедам, которые они бесплатно размещают для нас. И бассейн более чем приветствуется после посещения старого города. Последний пункт (но не менее важный): завтрак был просто потрясающим! Поздравляем шеф-повара и весь персонал!

Был лучший отдых! Очень милый и дружелюбный персонал, еда была хорошей, чистые и красивые номера с хорошими удобствами, хорошие возможности для посещения пляжа и старого города (бесплатный автобус и велосипеды). Мы чувствовали себя как дома, особенно благодаря хорошему и дружелюбному персоналу. Определенно рекомендую этот отель!

Я останавливался здесь 13 марта, мне очень понравилось, ужин в отеле с бассейном, отличный бар у бассейна. Расположение идеальное рядом с рынком, Старый город и пляж находятся всего в 3 км от отеля, у них также есть бесплатный трансфер и велосипеды. Весь персонал здесь очень добрый и дружелюбный, особенно администратор здесь тоже местный, поэтому для тех, кто хочет посетить известные и местные достопримечательности в Хойане, очень легко, поэтому у меня хорошая поездка в Хойан, я приеду вернуться сюда с моей семьей в следующем году

Мое пребывание в отеле Ahoy было отличным. Обслуживание отличное, вся команда такая милая, добрая и поддерживающая. Номера чистые и красиво обставлены. Особенно выделяется ванная комната с душем на открытом воздухе. Вся инфраструктура отеля отличная.
Даже если отель находится немного далеко от центра города, можно воспользоваться собственным трансфером отеля или взять напрокат велосипед, чтобы добраться до города.

Проще говоря, это красивый новый бутик-отель с прекрасным дружелюбным персоналом, который сделает все возможное, чтобы вы остались довольны своим пребыванием! Сам отель потрясающий, с красивым безмятежным бассейном (бассейн хорошего размера - много шезлонгов / зонтиков), удобным баром и верандой, прекрасной столовой на верхнем этаже с балконом и хорошо оборудованными спальнями с большими балконами. В отеле очень "шикарный" вид. С точки зрения расположения отель расположен довольно далеко от главной дороги, поэтому вы не слышите шума машин, поэтому здесь очень тихо и спокойно. Наша спальня (203) была очень просторной и оформлена «в тренде» с красивым кафельным полом, светлыми стенами и очень удобной большой кроватью (мы крепко спали каждую ночь). Было приятно сидеть и отдыхать на нашем балконе по вечерам. В номерах кондиционер работал хорошо и было тихо. В спальне были USB-порты для зарядки и смарт-телевизор со встроенным Netflix / YouTube (вы также можете «транслировать» свой собственный iPad / iPhone на телевизор, и это было здорово). Ванная была великолепна - настоящий «вау-фактор» с красивой отдельно стоящей ванной (много горячей воды), тропическим душем и снова украшенной прекрасной кафельной стеной. Полотенца новые и очень мягкие! Завтрак каждое утро был очень вкусным (хорошее сочетание западных и вьетнамских блюд). Отель действительно чистый (уборка работает отлично), и в нем царит очень расслабляющая атмосфера. Персонал замечательный и был очень дружелюбным и помог нам со всем, что нам было нужно. Они хорошо обучены и готовы помочь - они хорошо говорят по-английски и много улыбаются! Мы взяли велосипеды на пляж - 10-минутный цикл (велосипеды новые и действительно хорошего качества). Отдельное спасибо Уйен (Трейси), с которой мы в основном разговаривали (у нее превосходный английский). Она общалась с нами перед регистрацией и старалась изо всех сил, чтобы во время нашего пребывания все было отлично. В целом, это абсолютная жемчужина отеля, и мы обязательно остановимся здесь снова.
