Chỗ nghỉ có hồ bơi rộng, đi ra biển khá gần. Xem phần giới thiệu ks thì có ghi là có bãi biển riêng, có ghế để ở bãi biển riêng nhưng thực tế không có
Phòng nội thất, trang trí khá cũ, rèm cửa và phần trang trí giường màu tím cũ kĩ, cách âm rất kém. Lúc đầu ks sắp xếp mình ở phòng ko tốt và hơi mùi, nhưng sau khi trao đổi ks cũng đã đổi cho lên phòng khác thì tốt hơn. Buffet sáng ko đa dạng món ăn. Tuy giới thiệu là ks 5* nhưng thực chất ko bằng ks 4*

Замечательный номер с потрясающим видом. Рады что выбрали этот отель. Удобное местоположение, хороший пляж. Завтрак шведский стол с разнообразным выбором блюд и фруктов.Рядом кафе Ca Bay, где вкусные морепродукты по доступной цене.

They have all the elements of a great hotel but the staff let them down.
The breakfast was good.
Pleasant staff but poor English and not that keen to serve. Started cleaning instead of making drinks. They have no idea of cocktail making.a blue Hawaii is not yellow! Had to be reminded of orders. No pool towels and the poolman grabbed some dirty ones from the gym floor for my grand kids. He thought that was fine. Housekeeping do not clean, they merely change linens . You have to request toilet paper and tissues. I think the staff need better training and supervision. Photos after cleaning.

The hotel is a block off the beach on the North side of town. The hotel is very clean and serves a Vietnamese and Western hot breakfast buffet. There is a large outdoor pool with a nice poolside bar. A very good value for the price.

La chambre confortable
L'attitude du personnel : pas à l'écoute des questions (et pourtant la question était bien en vietnamien) et je me suis même faite engueuler par une dame à la réception pour avoir appelé une voiture (chose que je n'avais pas faite). J'ai trouvé le personnel à l'accueil plutôt désagréable (bien évidemment seulement ceux avec lesquels j'ai interagit). L'endroit est hyper touristique et manque totalement de charme

Very friendly staff very attentive and pleasant.
Only fault I could say which is my preference but on the breakfast menu could have done with some sausage on the menu . Mainly catered for Russian and vietnamese pallets.

Um pouco do Café da Manhã para ser um Hotel 5 estrelas ficou muito a desejar e as vidraças do quarto contém fitas adesivas quer fora colocadas e ainda contém cola, a parte onde contém os copos de vidros para por as escovas, ficamos 4 dias e machadas de pastas de dentes, sinal que a limpeza e falha

Belle piscine
Hotel qui mériterait un bon ravalement un peu vieillot petit-déjeuner copieux mais plus pour dès vietnamiens que pour des européens pas de viennoiseries. Les meubles de la chambre sont assez abîmés ils ont vécus. L'hôtel affiche 5 étoiles mais on peut en enlever 2.Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la chaine TTC car nous sommes descendus à celui de Hué qui est quant à lui somptueux et à tout points de vue et espérions la même chose ici mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime schone kamer, vlak bij strand, lekker zwembad.
Weinig ligbedjes bij zwembad, niet echt sprake van privé-strand, er zijn zeer beperkt bedjes van het hotel beschikbaar op het algemene strand (moet je er wel vroeg bij zijn).

The staff, especially the receptionists, bellmen, and security guards, were all wonderful and incredibly helpful. They took great care of my luggage and ensured all my requests were resolved so I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, as it’s just a short and easy walk to the beach.

Unweit der Uferpromenade gelegen waren wir von unserer Suite mit Blick auf das Meer begeistert. Ein kleiner Balkon rundete das Bild ab. Im Bad dazu noch eine Badewanne mit Meerblick. Beim Check-In fühlten wir uns bestens von Frau Phuang Fom betreut. Sie stand uns die Tage immer wieder zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Bahnhof ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Rund um das Hotel befinden sich Garküchen, Restaurants und Café.
Am Strand gibt es Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen vom Hotel.
Frühstück könnte bis 10:00 Uhr verfügbar sein (statt 9:30). Pool wäre schön wenn er vor 7:00 Uhr offen wäre.

Hotel staff were pleasant and the room was extremely comfortable.
The hotel was undergoing renovations which we were not told about. Check in took ages and considering we were the only ones checking in at the time (5pm)....I didn't understand the delay. Took about 20 minutes.

Good location only a short stroll from the beach, close to cafes etc and a large shopping mall that sold everything.
The bath was difficult to get in and out of as so high and wide. If you are not careful with the positioning of the shower head, the water runs all the way around the edging if the bath and floods the floor. The TV screen looked as thigh it had melted. The 3 nights we were there, banging started in another room at 8am the first 2 mornings and 7.30am on the last day. At night you could hear thumping from music coming from one of the restaurants. The pool area looks tacky with fake grass and huge advertising billboards which are omitted in the official photos, however it was a decent sized pool. Worst for us was breakfast... many items kept running out and staff not on the ball replenishing things do had to keep asking. Staff not engaging at breakfast. Tables not cleaned properly are previous guests. Tables not cleared promptly. The outside seating area was worse as the tables were in the same condition, but the flooring was disgusting with cigarette ash everywhere, dropped napkins etc. No one seemed to be in charge at breakfast and the staff not on the ball. The food is limited for westerners and vegetarians, compared to other hotels we stayed in.

Meine Unterkunft hat mir sehr gefallen, dass es sehr schön ausgestattet ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr hell.
Die Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht. Das eine Zimmer war nach der zweiten Nacht leider mit Ameisen befallen. Haben auch die Rezeption Bescheid gegeben. Die haben sich schnell drum gekümmert aber es hat ziemlich gedauert bis die Ameisen vollkommen weg waren.

**★★★★★ TTC Hotel - Service that Wins Hearts!**
I’ll be honest, I usually choose hotels with higher class accommodations - I’m used to a certain level of comfort in rooms. But TTC Hotel completely changed my perspective on what really matters in a hotel!
It’s all thanks to the incredible manager Dmitry - a Vietnamese guy who speaks absolutely perfect Russian! This man is a true professional. He solves any problem instantly and with a smile.
Dmitry upgraded my room without any hassle, and when I overslept and missed breakfast (you know how vacations are), the restaurant manager personally set up a table for me well after breakfast hours had ended! Can you imagine? He set the table himself, served me personally - I haven’t experienced this kind of treatment even in five-star hotels.
Yes, the rooms here aren’t luxury class, but when you’re treated like a dear friend, it compensates for any minor details. The price-to-quality ratio is simply fantastic!
TTC Hotel proved to me a simple truth: service and human attitude are worth more than marble bathrooms and golden faucets. Dmitry and the entire team create an atmosphere where you feel at home, only better.
**For those who value genuine service and heartfelt hospitality over flashy luxury in rooms - this is definitely your place! Dmitry and team, you guys are amazing! 5 stars well deserved!**
Already planning to return - for people like these and this kind of treatment!

Отель находится на окраине пляжа в Нячанге и поэтому людей на пляже практически нет. Лежаков от отеля не много, но часов в 10 утра уже появляются свободные. На завтрак есть , что выбрать . Супы, яйца всех видов, вторые блюда, фруктов скромный выбор . Пару раз была маракуйя. Номера староваты, но в приличном состоянии. Белье чистое, подушки удобные . Отель на второй линии , но с верхних этажей шикарный вид на море. Бассейн находится во дворе и большая его часть в тени . Это хорошо, не жарко плавать . Лежаки почти всегда есть свободные . Рынок Чо Дам 5 минут . Там на входе в ювелирном можно обменять доллары по хорошему курсу . На рынке хороший выбор чая , очень вкусный. До Лотте маркета 10 минут пешком, там можно пообедать. Он находится в 7ми этажном торговом комплексе . До центра и до всех достопримечательностей можно добраться на такси. Это не дорого .
Бассейн работает до 5 ти часов дня. Раньше работал до 12 ночи и вечером на большом экране показывали музыкальные клипы. Это впечатляло теперь этого нет .

Guest room was bright and clean. Breakfast buffet was great. We enjoyed the selection of Asian & Western items. It was nice to see a change up on certain items as we stayed 4 nights.

Close to the beach, they got their own beach umbrellas n chairs free of charge. Quiet place, walking distance to shopping center. For families this place is better than crowded n noisy downtown.
It says 5 star hotel. But i would rate it 4. Overall its clean but under the bed it seems cleaning was not done for months.

This hotel have the easiest access to the beach , much better then any other hotels that claim to have beachfront ! There is a great buffet ,with a chef ! the room size is good ! I would recommend this hotel to any western traveler

Frukosten va bedrövlig. vi stannade 4 nätter och jag åt inte en enda gång, likaså gällande mitt sällskap. detta är inte ' Mitt första rum jag hade hade enormt mycket mögel i hela duschen och på draperierna. tog en video och visade personalen som efter en natt flyttade oss till ett annat rum. detta är inte ens i närheten av ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. kanske ett 3 stjärnigt. Tips till dig innan du som bokar, detta hotell, är inte en promenad till centrum. det är ganska lite utbud i närheten. Det ligger en skola eller något liknande precis utanför som verkar öppna mån till lördag 05:00 och ibland till och med har festivaler till kvällen. 4 nätter och jag kunde inte sova ut en enda natt på grund av högtalarna "från skolan" som låter väldigt högt. Vi ville checka ut redan efter 2 nätter, men boendet vägrade ge en slags kompensation, så vi stannade iaf. finns inget varm vatten på detta hotell. bara ljummet. ingen bar vid poolen, knappt nån personal. ingen service alls i princip. ingen talar engelska. elluttagen funkade inte i vissa av våra rum, men det fixade dem åtminstone. den privata stranden med dem fina bilderna hotellet lagt ut är också en besvikelse, knappt stolar, ingen " service där heller" inget dricka eller något alls som ens erbjuds.

Бельё и полотенца в номере чистые. Завтраки хорошие, разнообразные. Неплохой бассейн. Персонал в основном приветливый.
Внутреннее состояние оставляет желать лучшего : кровати старые, лейка для душа течет. В номерах очень грязное ковровое покрытие с пятнами (сначала ходили выбирали номера, но все что показали было плюс минус одинаковое), есть грязь на стенах, пыль на полках. Полотенце на бассейне грязные. Расположение отеля не очень понравилось : чтобы купить вечером фруктов приходилось идти 1,5км в одну сторону , рядом почти все кафе "местные" (а не для туристов).

(GB): Very good choice for the price/value ratio. The beach is close. The famous big market is also close. The staff is kind and helpful.

Just steps from a quiet, private beach, near shopping malls, the market, and about a 20-minute walk to the center. Daily housekeeping (and they did a great job, too) and above-average breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs, several varieties of bread, lots of Asian and western choices. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond what was expected. Great value, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Nha Trang.

wirklich ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einem Super Frühstücksbuffet. Einziger Mangel war, dass unser Zimmer wohl für Einzelbetten war. Die waren zusammengeschoben und dadurch waren die Steckdosen von einem Bett verdeckt und es gab nur noch eine Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer. Hätten die Betten verstellen können, haben aber die Rezeption angerufen und nach 5 Minuten kam ein Techniker und brachte uns eine Steckdosenleiste. Der Gast hat ein Problem, lösen wir. Auch deshalb kriegt das Hotel eine gute Note von mir

Sehr gutes Frühstück!! Aussicht prima. Vor dem Hotel kreisen Grab Fahrer. Für 80000 Dong (2/25) zum Phonagar,der Fahrer wartet, dann zum Be boi spa Mud bath. Der Pool liegt in 1.etage und grenzt. an den Frühstücksraum. Naja geht so.
Die Lage ist schlecht. 2 Cafés und 2 sehr teure Restaurants nah bei. 1,5 km südlich zum Zentrum ist der bessere Strand und 1 Block hinter der Strandstraße schöne landestypische Restaurants. Besser dort übernachten. Das Personal ist nett aber keinesfalls hilfsbereit für eine Ausflugsplanung. Mit Grab geht's aber auch selbst.

The staff are always kind and helpful. Thanks to the driver who picked us up at the airport. That is always a relief for us when we arrive at a new place. Hats off to Phoung the manager as she is always smiling and helps us with all questions. She arranged our tour of mud bath and arranged a driver for our next destination.
The breakfasts are delicious, beds comfortable , room always clean, clothes washed and hung up, beach nice. We will return! Thank you!

The room was very good with a sea view and a balcony. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The pool area looked good with lots of seating , but we didn't use the pool due to bad weather. The breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. We were given bottles of water every day.

Godt utvalg på frokostbuffeten, men urutinert personale som ikke passer på å fylle på mat etterhvert som det blir tomt. Kald kaffe på kanna. Sengetøyet ble ikke byttet i løpet av mitt opphold på tolv dager. Kunne vært et veldig bra hotell, men vedlikehold og daglig drift gjør at det ikke lever helt opp til forventningene. Ligger litt utenfor selve sentrum, og dermed litt langt unna restauranter og lignende tilbud.

Fine rom, fint basseng. Sola skinner ned på bassengområdet mellom ca 11.30 og 15.00 - da kan man få seg noen solstråler og litt bading.
Det er stort utvalg på frokosten. Jeg ser mange klager på lite utvalg for vestlige, men det var egentlig helt greit - vi fikk i oss mat hver dag under frokosten.
Vi bodde der ganske lenge, og under oppholdet var det stadig maling og fiksing av bassengområdet. Det er bra, det ble veldig fint der ute etter hvert.
Ekstremt dårlig kaffe til frokosten, den smakte motbydelig og ble kun delvis drikkbar med store mengder kondensert melk. Noen av dagene var kaffen også kald. Overraskende at man i Vietnam, som er verdens andre største eksportør av kaffe, ikke klarer å lage en anstendig kopp med varm kaffe til frokosten. Noen i reisefølget prøvde å ta dette opp med personalet i resepsjonen siden vi skulle bo der så lenge og fikk da vite at vi skulle få en overraskelse av hotelldirektøren. Overraskelsen var visst at kaffen var dårlig også de resterende dagene av oppholdet. Jeg anbefaler også å styre unna ‘juicene’ i buffeten, da disse bare er vann med ekstremt mye sukker og litt fruktsmak iblandet. Vinduene på rommene er ikke spesielt tette, og slipper inn mye støy fra gata. Vegg-til-veggteppene i gangene ser ut som de er fra 80-tallet og at de ikke har blitt renset siden da.

После Винперла резорт конечно не совсем 5*, больше 4*, но все равно цена качество хороший отель, в 2013 останавливались, сервис не ухудшился, чисто, завтраки хорошие

После 3 дней в маленьком номере, взяли номер люкс с балконом 55 кВ м за 5800 руб в сутки, хороший номер, завтраки хорошие
Несколько дней просила на троих воду и полотенца ложить, к концу только поездки начали делать, фитнес зал бы обновить….. все старое и некоторые сломаны тренажеры, сауна платная 😅

В люксе с балконом 55 кВ м ванная шикарная с видом на океан❤️❤️ каждый день с дочей принимали, все понравилось - расположение (рынок чодам близко, торгцентры, рестораны, кафе), каждый день ужинали в разных ресторанах, спа салон отличный рядом есть в 3 мин ходьбы, рекомендуем всей семьей массаж интенсивной терапии, делают на 10/10, кто любит не поглаживания с маслом, а проработку внутр мышц👍🏼💪🏼
Бассейн теплый, купались даже у пасмурные дни, завтраки хорошие, номера тоже.
На ресепшне пошли на встречу и на наши 3 семьи продлили 1 номер бесплатно до 17.00, отец инвалид, жили с 3 по 14 января в обычном номере, потом в люксах.
Ребенок фломастерами замарал пододеяльник, нам сразу же сказали штраф😅, мы отстирали сами и штраф отменили.

Frokosten var bra.

le prix par nuit, l'emplacement proche du wet market et du lotte mart et du futur mall en bord de mer en construction, la grandeur de la chambre et la piscine. Le balcon avec l'étendoir a linge. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié.

The location. Accessible to many places including eateries and most importantly, the beach, basically just across the street. The bathtub is good with sea view.
(1) Very long waiting during the check-in. (2) Perhaps can improve the variety and taste of the breakfast items. (3) The drinking water bottles - look out for the different volumes (~350 ml vs. ~500 ml?) (same brand and packing) -- the smaller ones were complementary while the bigger (slightly) ones were not. You probably won't be able to tell the difference and just consumed all... (not really expensive, but kind of tricky...)

A nice hotel with a good location. As a wheelchair user, ramps at the front were too steep and I needed help. Usually in a 5 star hotel there is someone to greet you at the front but this was often not the case. Luckily my wife was on hand to help me. Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice but had steps up to it,so was no really wheelchair accessible. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Many thanks.

The friendly and helpful staff made this hotel stay very enjoyable. They always greeted you with a smile. The room was very clean with an outstanding view. We chose this place as it was less high rise than some other hotels. It was in the slightly quieter end of town. We enjoyed the complimentary sun-beds on the beach. The foot massage in the spa was very relaxing. Thank you to all staff.
We liked everything but some written instructions on how to use the safety deposit box would be very helpful.

The location is just great. It's near everything and the beach. The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was quite relaxing and children friendly. The staff went out of their way to accommodate you in every way that they could.

The staff are absolute gems, they were all very nice and friendly
The swimming pool is shaded for most part of the day which allows us to make a good use of it
The hotel is in serious need of an in depth refurbishment. The carpet in the rooms and corridors is nasty, disgusting with huge stains and the cracking wallpaper just gives an overall neglected look. The room was cheap but the 5 stars is a blatant lie

El personal del hotel son sus verdaderas estrellas. Muy atentos y serviciales.
Los clientes que, por lo general, no tienen ningún tipo de respeto para con los demás. Es decir, van por todo el hotel mojados y dejando un reguero de agua por los ascensores y pasillos. Tampoco me gustó cómo se comportan en el buffet. Tiran todo por el suelo sin respeto alguno hacia los demás clientes y personal.
Los clientes que, por lo general, no tienen ningún tipo de respeto para con los demás. Es decir, van por todo el hotel mojados y dejando un reguero de agua por los ascensores y pasillos. Với khung mức giá 1 triệu trở lại, đối vơi tôi vị trí của TTC là cực kỳ vô giá. Siêu yên tĩnh và private. Trái ngược với khu vực đông đúc của khu Tháp Trầm Hương xô bồ, dãy biển ở TTC cực kỳ sạch sẽ và riêng tư - hầu như chỉ có dân địa phương nên trải nghiệm biển của tôi thật tuyệt. Đặc biệt từ KS di chuyển ra biển chỉ mất vài bước chân.
Đội ngũ nhân viên KS cũng vô cùng tuyệt vời, hỗ trợ và ân cần.
Phòng ốc yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ và đáp ứng đủ chất lượng cho nhu cầu sử dụng.
Mùa du lịch cao điểm cùng các lượng đoàn khách từ Hàn Quốc cập đến quá nhiều dẫn đến hiện tượng quá tải.

Номер большой, с 10 этажа хороший вид на море. Питьевая вода в номере всегда была, пополнили запас каждый день. Полотенца меняли тоже часто.
Завтрак хороший, большой выбор, много блюд. Круассаны очень вкусные.
Персонал отеля вежливый, доброжелательный. Разрешили мне оплатить на следующий день после заезда, так как мне нужно было поменять деньги. Без проблем, взяли в залог паспорт)
Зубные щётки, расчёска, гель для душа и шампунь - это все было.
Бассейн почти всегда находился в тени, можно было не бояться сгореть, и в самую жару там было очень комфортно. Полотенца у бассейна можно взять.
Не работал телевизор вообще, а иногда хотелось вечером полежать перед теликом. Не отключался кондиционер, его можно было только убавить, а чтобы спать без кондиционера приходилось вынимать карточку и оставаться без зарядки телефона, в итоге у меня весь отпуск не хватало заряда телефона, и он отключался в самый неподходящий момент. Бассейн не супер красивый, жесткая зелёная искусственная трава - не очень хорошее покрытие на мой взгляд. Отель далековато от центра, приходилось кататься на такси, что конечно не очень дорого, но все же не очень удобно. В какие-то дни там было мероприятие в центре, были перекрыты дороги, так что было сложно добраться даже на такси. Рядом с отелем не так много хороших мест для обеда, нашла правда неподалеку кафе, которое специализируется на супах Фо. И кофейня через дорогу, но поесть там не получится полноценно. На этом все. До лежаков на пляже от отеля идти минут 10-15. Они не напротив отеля. И их не так много, как на фото отеля, их всего 3 или 4 было. Полотенца на пляже дают. Сами зонтики выглядят жутко, в пятнах, разводах, дырах, их бы давно заменить. Но в целом свою функцию защиты от солнца выполняют, так что там комфортно даже в солнцепек. На пляже прямо напротив отеля (где нет лежаков) стоит ли купаться, не знаю, вода может быть не особо чистой, потому что там впадает река, а туда сливают все отходы в городе. Сам отель я бы оценила на хорошие 4*, но не на 5*. Мне есть с чем сравнивать.

The breakfast was very good; and egg station, a noodle station, and a fresh hotcakes station. Once very crowded, this is school holidays after all, but staff coped well, in fact clearing my plates so my place was snaffled by others. Everything in abundance.
The pool was clean and cool, with depths for all ages and two spa pools for lounging. Plenty of towels. A terrifying amount of equipment in the gym.
The receptionist was brilliant and very helpful with directions and guidance.
Most of the readily accessible plugs were fried. The safe was slow and clunky with confusing english instructions; at my request it was replaced. Still clunky but a little more responsive, and useable. The Director of sales and Marketing was perturbed by my filling out the Jovia review on this laptop while surrounded by daily notebook and travel journeys., beside the pool. I think I reassured him that my internet influnce was negligible.

The private beach area about 3-4 hundred yards away on the main beach, had comfy beds and parasols. Staff were very good and the price was OK for 2 weeks stay, but that's about it.
The hotel is no way a 5 star hotel, not even a good 3 star. The hotel is at far end of the resort, not really walkable to the centre especially in 30 deg plus heat. so taxi required, approx, £2 each way. No foreign restaurants within easy walking distance and to be fair not that many in the main resort, mostly seafood, Viet, & fast food, only found 1 English small restaurant that served English food the odd others were expensive high end. Only the main desk staff spoke English. After a couple of days at the hotel there was loud noise at 7am and after 5pm, sounded like a jack hammer being used on the floor below us, was then told that they were rennervating the flooring on the floor below, the manager said she would speak with the contractors as they should only work between 9am - 11am and 1pm - 5pm, however we had to complain about the noise many times over our stay as the noise happened outside these hours many times on our stay, the only compensation we were given was a small plate of fruit. There was no mention on the website of reinnervation work being done. The room carpet was filthy with stains all over it, pic's attached don't really show how bad it was, surely they could just shampoo it. The shower was over the bath and was used about 3-4 times a day after going to the beach and of course sun tan lotion was washed off, the bath itself was never cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. The food at breakfast was totally for Asians, the only foreign food was eggs, ( fried, omelette, scrambled) streaky bacon and the odd pastry, they had coach loads of Chinees arriving every day for 1 night stays that meant we were woken up early most mornings at 6am with these tours packing and leaving to get back on the coach.

В принципе, номер был нормальный, мы брали самый дорогой в отеле - люкс с круглым видовым панорамным окном. На этом из понравившегося, пожалуй, все. Далее опишу минусы. Я надеюсь эта инфа пригодится. Потому что все как слепые пишут хвалебные отзывы. А что там особо хвалить - неясно.
Если очень коротко, отель старый, да и бог бы с ним, но в коридорах вытертый, старый, грязный ковролин. В номерах он тоже старый и вытертый, но хоть чистый. Номер мы меняли. И не потому что не работал слив в ванной, нет. Просто хозяева отеля решили делать ремонт целого этажа, а наверное даже двух: 11 и 9, как мы поняли. И представляете, как по часам с 7 утра начиналось сверление и стучание. Предложили нам номер поменять после наших претензий, разумеется. С переездом никто конечно же не помог. Но! Это кем надо быть, чтобы переселить людей опять на этаж, над которым идет точно такой же ремонт. Как вам? В третий раз переезжать с неясным эффектом мы уже просто не стали. В номере еще и неплотно закрывалось окно, а ремонт также шел на тротуаре у отеля. И там в одну из ночей долбили отбойным молотком до полвторого ночи. Если б окно не было на соплях, может и удалось бы поспать. Про еду. Опять же, о вкусах не спорят, но мы жили 13 дней и просто до отвращения это все стало: пресная яичница и омлет, местные супы, салаты просто одно название, сыр и колбаса такие, что ни с какой голодухи (сыр плавленный разрезанный треугольникамио, колбаса вообще из неизвестного животного). И если в отеле нашествие китайцев (каждые выходные) то они метут все, что не прикручено, а пополнять ассортимент никто не торопится. Про пляж. В первый день лежаков мы вообще не нашли, потому что их не стали выставлять, и мы пошли рядом на платные от другого отеля. После жалобы (все у них в отеле после жалобы, но не всегда меняется в лучшую сторону) шезлонги появились - старые, разбитые, никакого отношения не имеющие к красивой картинке. На них видавшие виды грязные матрасы. Полотенца дают, зонтики ставят. Когда меня цапнула медуза, наш смотрильщик за шезлонгами быстро полил ногу водой с уксусом, за что большое спасибо. Про уборку. В номере убирали плохо: застилали постель, выбрасывали мусор, но, зачастую не из всех урн, их было 4 так как номер с двумя туалетами.

Great Pool.
Lots of choice at the breakfast.
Wonderfull view from the balcony.
Staff was doing their best to help with further travels.
Burned holes in carpet. No furnitures on the balcony, but added upon request. Breakfast area was not cleaned at peak times. Staff was not prepared to help with booking of Trips and tours.

Понравилось, что в номере не было насекомых. Уже хорошо.
Отель очень старый, до центра конечно можно дойти пешком, но не в центре событий. Завтраки скудные и рассчитаны на местную аудиторию. Номера откровенно грязные. Горячей воды не было, шла чуть теплая. В номере техника была сломанная и старая.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very peaceful.

Lovely big rooms and we got upgraded to a balcony with sea view . Good free aircon and wifi, also kettle, tea, coffee and fridge with free water every day. Lovely pool with just a few sunbeds but hardly anyone used the pool so we always got a bed . Private beach area about 300 m away again with a few sunbeds and never a problem getting one. Pool and beach towels provided. Reception staff members were amazing so friendly and helpful . One girl especially ( think her name was Phoung) was just delightful. The breakfast was wonderful bacon egg and lots of Asian options too. Nice lobby area and dining room . The price was amazing for a hotel of this standard .
The hotel looks tired some stains on bedroom carpet ,safe didn't work and the electrical sockets are wonky. Bathroom has a deep bath with a shower above, not easy to get in and out of safely and by bad design the floor always got wet. Breakfast items were not replenished when an item was finished that was it . Housekeeping was erratic and I had to ask for toilet paper several times as they never left a spare . Location is away from the main entertainment area but taxis are super cheap especially if you use the GRAB app. Hotel could do with a refurbishment but then the prices would go up

Front desk staff were excellent and helpful with with what we required. Special thanks to Phuong!
Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from.
The location in citycenter and close to the beach was super. Of course also the seaview!
Cleaning with all cover carpets in the room was not up to the mark. Some Day no cleaning and no toilet paper which is not ok.

Nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand. Leider ziemlich verkehrsstatke Strasse zu überqueren, welche man übrigens auch die ganze Nacht ziemlich gut hört.
Hotel macht einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck. Fast alle Leute vom Personal sind sehr nett. Ich wurde mal ein wenig genötigt eine 5-Sterne Bewertung auf TripAdvisor zu machen - hat mich gestört. Zudem wurde mir beim Auschecken eine Konsumation in Rechnung gestellt, die ich gar nicht hatte. Musste dann auch nicht bezahlen, die Diskussion am Empfang war aber ärgerlich.
Beim Einchecken musste ich ca. 20 Minuten warten, habe dann allerdings ein besseres Zimmer zum selben Preis erhalten - war sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sehr viel verschiedenes und war immer gut. Das Hotel befindet sich nur ca. 7-10 Gehminuten vom grossen Markt in Nha Trang.
Da kann zwar das Hotel nichts dafür, aber die vielen asiatischen Reisegruppen waren extrem unangenehm (laut, hinterliessen überall Abfälle, rauchten in Liften und Gängen, waren unfreundlich).
Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhörig: sowohl vom Gang als auch von der Strasse war der Lärm extrem. Schneller Wäscheservice im Hotel. Strand- und Pooltücher jeweils vor Ort verfügbar. Jedoch nicht immer frische Tücher am Strand - werden zum Trocknen an die Sonne gelegt und für die nächsten Gäste einfach wieder verwendet.
Hellhörige Zimmer, viele unangenehme asiatische Reisegruppen, Poolbereich nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Strandliegen nur bis 16 Uhr benutzbar. Fleckige Zimmerteppiche und Bett-Rüschen.

Location was great - central enough but not quite in the middle of all the nightlife, which is what we wanted. They even have a little section on the beach where they provide sun loungers and towels, which was a real bonus as we didn't know about this prior to booking. Gorgeous pool, breakfast was varied and delicious, staff were absolutely incredible - thank you!
Wifi was a bit slow sometimes, but honestly didn't need it much anyway!

Breakfast buffet is good with variety of food choices. Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
This is my 4th stay at the hotel and I had a room on the 12th floor which did not have the balcony. Could have been better with a balcony. However I like the bathroom this time with the standing shower and no bathtub. Other rooms in the past I had to shower in the bathtub and the water came down onto the floor.

Hotel is one block back from a glorious beach! The hotel has a few loungers down the beach a bit, but they are only available 9:30-4:00. Nice pool but also closes at 5pm??? Hotel is about a 20 to 30 minute walk to the heart of the tourist area.

Lage top! Betten sehr gut, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Unschlagbar der Pool sowie die hoteleigenen Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen am Strand! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.
Teppich im Zimmer sehr schmutzig! Pflegeprodukte dürftig, wurden nicht aufgefüllt, keine Fußmatte, keine Haken. Lieblose, seelenlose Einrichtung! Die Angestellten bemühen sich, aber man spürt keinen „good spirit“ im Haus, den wir sonst in jedem 4-Sterne Hotel in Vietnam erlebt haben.

Lovely breakfast! Good range of food. Clean pool and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were super helpful and great at helping us arrange transport to our next destination at a much cheaper cost than we had found elsewhere.

Отдельно хотела бы отметить сотрудника Phương FOM! Она хорошо говорит по-английски, старается максимально помочь с решением каких-либо вопросов! Лучик солнца этой гостиницы! Остальной персонал либо очень плохо говорит по-английски, либо совсем не говорит)) Но всегда выручал переводчик.
Безжизненный район, где находится гостиница. До ближайшего обменника ~13 минут пешком, там же появляются какие-то скромные магазинчики. Кафе/ресторанов, а так же сетевых хороших супермаркетов - нет. Рядом аптека со скудным выбором, и малюсенький продовольственный магазин. До моря 2 минуты, есть аж 6 лежаков с зонтиками от гостиницы)) Сама гостиница хорошая, приличные завтраки с вьетнамской и европейской кухней, голодными не останетесь. Проблема с грязным ковровым покрытием в номерах действительно есть! Выглядит страшно, давно уже надо заменить этот ужас. Мебель (стол, тумбы, кресло) старые и тоже уставшие. Ко всему остальному в номере вопросов нет. Сильно уставший спортзал! Обычный бассейн и лягушатник для деток. В целом, считаю, что гостиница подходит для абсолютно пассивного отдыха)) Снимаю звезду за грязный палас и отсутвие жизни на районе.

Хороший вид на море, хорошее расположение отеля. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак, очень большой выбор блюд.
Предварительно списывался с отелем и мне подтвердили возможность оплаты долларами. По приезду 10.02 в Тет я знал, что мне их будет трудно поменять. В итоге мало того, что отказались принимать оплату в долларах, так еще и полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Персонал на Английском разговаривает очень плохо. Конечно это не 5 звезд. Один день не убирались вообще. Пришли на массаж в 18:45, за 1:15 до закрытия, а они уже все ушли. И опять же таки, все бывает, но самое главное это отношение персонала в решении проблем и их компенсаций, ничего этого мы не увидели.
Предварительно списывался с отелем и мне подтвердили возможность оплаты долларами. По приезду 10.02 в Тет я знал, что мне их будет трудно поменять. В итоге мало того, что отказались принимать оплату в долларах, так еще и полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Персонал на Английском разговаривает очень плохо. Конечно это не 5 звезд. Det var ganska stökigt med mycket högljudda människor och trångt möblerat. Å andra sidan var hotellet fullt. Relativt ok urval även för en västerlänning.

This is a terrific hotel. We had a great room. Phuong, the Front Desk Exec was on WhatsApp with me since before we reached there and helped us be comfortable. She is a great person. The room was very well appointed, spacious and had a good view. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast layout was a great spread and very sumptuous. Good Vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay at TTC Hotel Michelia, Nha Trang. Would like to come back

We loved everything here. We give high compliments to Phoung the front office manager, Phuong Kim the guest relations officer and the driver Mr. Loi who picked us up at the airport. They all were ready so kind and helpful. The front desk booked a fabulous mud bath, told us good places to eat, showed us where the bank is, showed us how to get to beach, arranged driver to pick us up and when we left and even phoned around for me to purchase a straight iron for my hair! They went beyond their duty to help us. And they always greeted us with smiles! Compliments to the cooks and servers for breakfast! Big shout out to the amazing omelet cook! Top notch breakfast that was an amazing presentation and a variety of delicious food! Compliments to the cleaning staff that cleaned our rooms so immaculate! We can’t say enough high regards for the TTC. We are already planning to return in 2025! Thanks to all! It was amazing!!

We extended our stay for many reasons. Phu'ong the receptionist was outstanding, always ready to help and make sure we were happy with everything. She made us feel like very valued guests. Our Junior room with balcony and sea view was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool area was lovely quiet and very clean with a pool big enough for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet was mostly Asian, but very fresh and lots of choice. Also thanks to Sang at the beach area who retrieved a phone we left and returned it to us. Excellent value for money with a Booking.com upgrade. Also the foot massage for 1 hour was well worth it. Situated at the North end the hotel enjoys a quieter environment yet is still close to shops and restaurants.

We only booked for 1 night but found everyone and everything so lovely we immediately booked an extra 2 nights.
5 star staff and rooms with a proper pool and private beach area. We have been cycle touring for 1 month and stayed in a variety of accommodations, we needed some R and R couldn't fault this hotel especially as B.com upgraded our room to Junior Deluxe sea view . Fabulous breakfast too !
There is nothing to dislike .... except the American style coffee at breakfast!

Мне очень понравилось наше пребывание в отеле! Я была с мамой она тоже в восторге!
Очень вкусные завтраки, каждый день много всего, шведский стол, главное что есть фрукты и разная еда и азиатских стран и европейских. Вы найдете то что Вам по вкусу, также вы можете есть завтрак у бассейна рядом с пальмами, что очень воодушевляет вначале дня!
Отель находится рядом с пляжем всего 5 минут- на пляже работает очень хороший молодой человек который следит за шезлонгами и помогает вам чувствовать себя комфортно.
Номера большие и чистые, есть балкон и прекрасный вид на город и море. Я по долгу могла сидеть там и смотреть -медитируя.
Самое главное достояние отеля это персонал! Они откликались на каждую нашу просьбу очень чутко! Мы находились в отеле 8 дней! Продлили даже наше пребывание. Мы воистину чувствовали себя там как дома, чтобы нам не было нужно-все появлялось в минуты! Не важно это ваза для цветов или швейный набор! Также они спасли наш Новогодний вечер, мы не знали куда пойти на вечеринку и они предложили и собрали группу в другой отель сетки на Резорте в 40ка километрах от Нянчанга на пляже Зоклет (кстати тоже отель шикарный)! И мы повели там потрясающий вечер у бассейна с музыкой и танцами! Персонал был просто супер предупредительным! Честно говоря наверно это мой первый раз, чтобы было так приятно!
Особенно хочу отметить Главного Менеджера отеля Госпожу Hoa, она просто прекрасно выполняет свои обязанности! Она очень приятный и дружественный человек, она была с нами всю Новогоднюю вечеринку! И для нас делали все что только в силах персонала и на высшем уровне! Мы счастливы быть знакомы с ней!!!!!!!!Она профессионал и человек большой души!
Также большое спасибо менеджеру ресепшена Phuong, она супер милая и приветлевая!Всегда отзывалась на наши вопросы и помогала!!!!!!!!

酒店非常好。挂五星的酒店，极高的性价比，海景房，早餐，游泳池，买不了吃亏，买不了上当。
注意免费的水和收费的水挨得很近。而且包装颜色也是一样的。而且很贵，两万盾一瓶。不要搞混。

酒店位置刚好，距离海边不远不近，恰到好处。同时，距离市中心步行即可。
酒店海景房间冬季的光线刚好，阳光不会直射阳台，适合发呆。
早餐品质和服务很赞，煎蛋和煮粉的厨师，人很好，尽管语言不通，也很容易沟通。餐台清理非常及时。
有的游客行为不注意，用手取了餐食又放回去。还看到一个，尝了调料，调羹又放回去！？

The room was very good and the view was great. Thank you for the upgrade. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were exceptional.
The carpet with dirty spots was not appealing. Hard surface flooring is easier to maintain and perhaps in the future the hotel will install it

The hotel was very nice but the rooms were quite noisy the seals around the sliding doors had all perished had the wind blew through and you could hear everything outside

I had an upgrade to Junior so cannot complain :) The view is amazing, rooms are spacious, super comfortable, sparkly clean.
Breakfast is generous
Staff is very sweet and helpful
Location is just few minutes walk from downtown so much more quiet and peaceful with the access to the beach within 2 min walk. Many restaurants and café around

We loved our Ocean View room, bed super comfy and enjoyed some relaxing time at the pool. Staff were helpful and gave us good suggestions for dinner.
