The rooms were huge and clean.. The staff were all friendly and helpful..

침대 넘 오래되어서 교체 필요함.
그리고 샤워시 물이 샤워실 바닦으로 흘러내림
참고로 옥외 수영장 홍보물이 부족한듯함. 실제 아침에 나와서 보니 수영장 분위기 좋았음.

This facility is old, dirty and ran down. I was very disappointed. I had to cancel my reservation. It was like a ghost town, pool was closed due to non-customer. Mini fridge was barely cold. Staff was nice but definitely request to check out the facility before checking in.

Beach is not swim able in the rear of the hotel as the waves crashing right to the steps . There are many waste water runs off into the ocean in the back of neighboring hotels plus there are too much Trash on the beach Road in front of hotel is under construction and is bumpy and dusty Breakfast with few choices

The Grand Suite was a good sized room.
Couldn't connect Netflix to the TV, staff were never really interested in helping. They were never around to serve drinks, wouldn't change currency and when the bell boy went outside to flag down our taxi, he disappeared.

The room was spacious
The staff wasn't very helpful, I cut myself 1h after check in in the swimming pool, and the staff was very unbothered and didn't try to do anything to resolve the situation/check the pool. The bathroom was moldy too!

Большой бассейн, теплый, джакузи не работала. Большие номера, есть диван в номере, балконы. Около данного отеля очень чистое море, мне есть с чем сравнивать в Муйне. В целом неплохой вариант за свои деньги, при случае остановилась бы там снова. Хотелось бы уборку получше, но в целом это мелочи
С уборкой плоховато, на самом этаже несколько дней лежал мусор в пакете его никто не убирал, валялись зубочистки, балкон также грязный. Полотенца местами с дырками и не пахнут свежестью. Плохой напор воды. На завтрак для европейцев есть только яйца, а так стандарт, фобо, рис, фрукты. Иногда мухи летают. И жаль что бассейн закрывается в 19.00 так как вечерами очень жарко
С уборкой плоховато, на самом этаже несколько дней лежал мусор в пакете его никто не убирал, валялись зубочистки, балкон также грязный. Полотенца местами с дырками и не пахнут свежестью. Vườn cảnh quan không có ai chăm sóc , có dại mọc cả lối đi , cây trong vườn khô cằn . Ghế bờ biển không có nệm.

I did like the Pool and restaurant.
Surrounding Roads were under construction so it was a bit rough to go there. But will be good once its done.

Chỗ ở thuận tiện đi lại.
Khi đến Mường Thanh vào lúc trưa, trời tháng 4 cũng khá nóng mà ngay sảnh chờ thì không có máy lạnh nên không thoải mái khi chờ check in phòng.

We liked that the pool was often quiet so we always got a sunbed. Rooms were big and spacious and lots of balcony space which was nice! Shower was always warm and get given shampoo etc.
We did not like that the pool was quite dirty with lots of debris in it, most likely from the trees etc but filtering systems could have been better. It was quite noisy in the rooms, people running up and down the hallway screaming at 7am and staff didn’t attempt to stop it. Black hairs in the bath before we had even used it. Sunbeds were super uncomfortable, turns out you have to ask to get a cushion for your sunbed, they don’t get given to you or put out each morning, was not made aware of this till we saw someone do it.

Hôtel à Mui Ne globalement confortable, idéal pour un séjour agréable et reposant.
Les installations sont satisfaisantes et la chambre était confortable, ce qui permet de bien profiter de son séjour dans cette belle destination.
Le restaurant propose malheureusement peu de choix végétariens, ce qui peut être un inconvénient. Cependant, je tiens à souligner les efforts du personnel qui a su s’adapter et me proposer des options pour répondre à mes besoins, ce qui est très appréciable.
Dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience grâce au confort et à l’attention du personnel.

Tout le reste : le jacuzzi ne marchait pas, le hall d entrée pas propre, pas de lumière dans le couloir, des poils dans la baignoire, plein de peluches sous le lit, l absence d eau chaude, l absence de Clim le soir au resto… bref je le déconseille formellement

Prachtige uitzicht vanaf ons balkon over de zee. Het uitstekende ontbijt en de ruime kamer. Hotel ligt vlakbij de Fairy Stream.

La chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et confortables. La piscine est grande et il y a suffisamment de transats sur la plage. Très bon hôtel !
Les produits d’hygiène sont à demandés à la réception et les femmes de ménage n’en remettent pas. On a dû en redemander plusieurs fois.

Die Strandlage war super, auch der Pool war toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz gut.
Zunächst ist das Hotel bereits sehr abgewohnt. Flecken an Wänden im Zimmer. Leider war unser Bett nicht frisch bezogen. Es waren Blutflecken auf den Laken, das Kissen hat gestunken. Wir haben dies am nächsten Tag reklamiert und zähneknirschend eine Stunde später checkout erhalten. Die Auflagen der Liegen am Strand und Pool waren dreckig und hatten Salzränder. Wenn man nur Frühstück hat gibt es in der Nähe kaum Restaurants.

Wir mochten das Hotel sehr gerne. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Zimmer mit Ameisen, die Bettwäsche hat nicht gut gerochen usw… wir haben dann relativ unkompliziert andere Zimmer anschauen können und ein Upgrade bekommen. Es gibt viel was man machen kann, Billard, Tischtennis, Fitness usw… der Pool ist super sauber und schön. Ausnahmslos jeder im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Köche die morgens die Eier zubereiten machen das exzellent. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pool Security sollte den Schlüssel für Getränke haben. Der Liegenbereich war im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Mui Ne sauber, dennoch sollte dort der Müll im Sand den zum Teil die Gäste hinterlassen entfernt werden.
Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pool Security sollte den Schlüssel für Getränke haben. Der Liegenbereich war im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Mui Ne sauber, dennoch sollte dort der Müll im Sand den zum Teil die Gäste hinterlassen entfernt werden.

Hình ảnh quảng bá trên ứng dụng chưa phản ánh đúng tình trạng thực tế. Cây xanh trong khuôn viên chưa được chăm sóc, cắt tỉa thường xuyên. Khăn tắm hồ bơi chỉ được sử dụng tại khu vực hồ bơi, không được mượn về phòng nghỉ.
Hình ảnh quảng bá trên ứng dụng chưa phản ánh đúng tình trạng thực tế. Cây xanh trong khuôn viên chưa được chăm sóc, cắt tỉa thường xuyên. Khăn tắm hồ bơi chỉ được sử dụng tại khu vực hồ bơi, không được mượn về phòng nghỉ.

Bra strandläge, nära mindre affärer och på cirka 10 minuters promenad ligger en trevlig food court. Ett perfekt ställe om man bara vill chilla på stranden och hänga vid poolen. Dessutom ligger det nära flera olika utflyktsmål.

le petit déjeuner est sûrement très bien pour des asiatiques mais pas terrible pour des occidentaux: pas de viennoiseries, pas de jus frais. la salle de restaurant prévue pour les banquets manque de chaleur et d'intimité.

The breakfast was nothing special we had to keep asking to get things topped up like bread and tea

Грязный, уставший отель. Не соответствует заявленной звездности. Грязная территория, которую убирают поверхностно. Тренажерный зал грязный, нет даже штанги. Фото на букинге далеки от реальности. Одинаковые завтраки. В лапше обнаружили таракана. (В номере тоже был таракан).

Frukosten var mycket bra, mycket utbud, dock saknas den västerländska frukosten. Kaffe, godaste kaffe hittills i vårt liv.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet section of the Main Street. The room (triple) was spacious.

La stanza all'ultimo piano, i locali fuori con tutto quello che ti serve, lavanderia, ristorante e bar, la colazione, nulla di italiano ma molto buona la internazionale e la gentilezza dei ragazzi sia al bar che alla reception. La piscina con lettini gratuiti anche vista mare e consegna dell'asciugamano loro. Anche il servizio bar in piscina eccezionale a buonissimo prezzo.
La pressione dell'acqua in bagno, per fare la doccia, praticamente nulla e anche non calda. Hotel, come da posizione un po' defilato dal centro ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi o tramite Grab,efficentissimi.

Das Hotel gehört dringend renoviert. Es ist warm und stickig und es richtig überall nach Essen. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, man spürt jede Feder. Überall stehen zwar Blumentöpfe auf den Balkons aber ungepflegt wie das gesamte Hotel. In der Außenanlage lag überall Müll und Essensreste an der Bar. Und das früh morgens. Es gab viel zu wenig Seife und aus der Brause kam kaum Wasser. Das man in der Badewanne duschen muss ist wohl auch eher veraltet. Wir waren in mehreren Hotels ähnlicher Preisklasse. Aber woher die ganzen guten Bewertungen kommen ist fraglich. Wir würden nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen !

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm, gần Suối Tiên có thể đi bộ qua tham quan rất tiện lợi, khách sạn cũng có phục vụ ăn sáng Buffet rất ngon nhưng hơi ít món so với khách sạn khác, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp hổ trợ nhiệt tinh, cảm ơn hai bạn ở lễ tân Mr Dũng và Mr Trung đã hổ trợ giới thiệu các điểm tham quan rất đẹp.

The only thing I like about this property is the garden in the back with the pool.
No AC in lobby, corridor, restaurant. No lights after dark in the corridor, it looks like one of those haunted movie when it’s dark. The beautiful garden has no light after 6PM when this is the most beautiful area of this hotel and it could single-handedly literally lights up the entire hotel and makes the hotel super magical. Can’t believe a 4 stars hotel turns off AC for the whole building 24/24 to save for electricity. I paid almost 200$ for 2 nights and never seen anything like this. The staffs always talk about their dramas in the hotel loudly, this is so unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel. The beach is also very dirty with trash everywhere.

A good hotel with excellent service. We especially enjoyed the garden and staff. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional —especially Miss Ba , who always gave us the best recommendations and made our stay even more pleasant. Die Außenanlagen ist sehr schön und gepflegt, man kann direkt am Strand liegen, jedoch kein Sandstrand sondern so steinstufen. Mit dem Roller ist man in 20 Minuten in Phan Thiet und noch kürzer in Mui Ne. Die Zimmer sind ganz nett, jedoch ein kleiner Balkon ohne balkonmöbel. Es gibt ein Gym, Tischtennis und Billard, das war super. Das Frühstück war auch gut! Der Restaurant-Service und Pool-Service war sehr unpersönlich, kein Englisch, kein Lächeln. Der Service an der Rezeption war freundlich. Wir hatten unsere Wäsche abgegeben und wurden dann mit einer 1.000.000 Euro Rechnung überrascht. Grund war, dass jedes Teil einzelne berechnet wurde, dies wurde uns so nicht erklärt, vermutlich auch wegen der Sprachbarriere. Also haben wir knapp 40 Euro für einen Sack Wäsche bezahlt. Normalerweise gibt man in Vietnam einen Sack ab, der dann ca 200.000 kostet oder ein Kilo 50.000. Das Personal kann nichts für die Preise, aber sollte deutlicher darauf hinweisen. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten.

Beachfront, pool and breakfast
This place has so much potential and it’s really disappointing. I’m not quite sure if it was off-season but it seemed to be lacking staff. I tried to order room service and that failed because no one could understand that I wanted one beef burger whenever you sat by the pool there was never any lounges on the sunbeds. You had to find someone to ask or go and get it yourself. The Aircon didn’t work properly. The carpets leading to the hallways were really dirty and disgusting. I put do not disturb on my room twice and yet had someone try to enter and knocked on a different occasion. Could not find the so called snack bar to order one of their combo meals. Great location if you want a massage but you are in the middle of nowhere.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Piscina grande e comoda che affaccia sul mare; non tutte le strutture da quelle parti offrono questo privilegio. Camere spaziose e pulite. Nonostante sia ad un km dal vero centro di Mui né vicino ci sono molti ristoranti e ogni tipo di servizio, anche lavanderia. Lo staff è davvero gentile e vi aiuterà anche nella prenotazione di biglietti per gli spostamenti.

Friendly staff and efficient. Rooms large and comfortable, including the bed. Pool and surroundings very nice setting on sea front. Sun lounges with pads and towels. Breakfast offers a reasonable variety but mostly Asia dishes and egg station. Several small shops and restaurants in local vicinity, all reasonably priced.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres la climatisationest silencieuse, les lits tres confortables. Le personnel est attentionné. Le jardin est très agréable. La piscine est très belle.

Nous avons apprécié le billard.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes de la chambre était défectueuse et l'est restée malgré 2 interventions. L'eau de la piscine est trouble. La mer est polluée. L'eau n'est pas claire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux mais exclusivement vietnamien.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes de la chambre était défectueuse et l'est restée malgré 2 interventions. L'eau de la piscine est trouble. La mer est polluée. L'eau n'est pas claire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux mais exclusivement vietnamien.

Старый пансионат((( Старые номера, которые просят давно ремонта, старая мебель, полотенца, не работающий сейф и т.д. и т.п. Расположение ужасно, по вечерам запах с соседнего курятника похоже(. что-то ужасное витало в воздухе. Было 5 номеров и везде одинаково плохо! Звукоизоляция ноль, скорее всего даже в отрицательной степени -5) Выехали на 1 сутки раньше и конечно, ожидаемо нам отказались вернуть депозит(

The hotel is large and spacious and our room was a good size. The pool is a real asset and enhanced our stay. There were always enough sunbeds and the pool man brought out cushions and towels. The breakfast was excellent.
The hotel was let down by the housekeeping. No soap is provided by the basin and only small containers of shower gel and shampoo. There was never a spare toilet roll. The shower needs to be updated. It was in a fixed position and water ran along the bath and flooded the bathroom floor. Some days the cleaners didn't come until after 3 pm when we wanted to relax in the room. Despite staying five nights the bedding wasn't changed.

Very nice swimming pool and outdoor area. There were enough deckchairs for all guests. The staff was very helpful and responsive for all needs. There is a nice sea view, however there is no beach directly before the hotel.
The rooms are good equipped, however you can see damages caused by time. In my opinion the room should be renovated in future. The breakfasts were rather in Asian style.

Todella mukava henkilökunta!
Vietimme täällä 4 yötä.
Eka huone haisi tunkkaiselle, mutta saimme vaihtaa huonetta, kiitos ystävällisen henkilökunnan.
Huone oli todella siisti. Positiivinen asia oli myös se, että joka päivä tuli aina lämmintä vettä hanasta.
Allasalueella ja rannalla oli aina tilaa.

It was good that the Receptionist staff were so kind. Especially Ms Ba manager was so kind. The condition of the room was good and the bathroom was so clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel swimming pool was good. I'm willing to visit again and I'll highly recommend it to others.

La piscine avec jacuzzi, la climatisation silencieuse, la grandeur des chambres.
la baignoire qui fuie de partout quand vous prenez une douche, la paroie en verre ne suffit pas. La hauteur de la baignoire .... il faut enjamber. Le petit déjeuner est decevant pour un 4 étoiles.... soit vous êtes végétarien, soit il faut chercher des protéines dans les plats car très peu de viande. et ce serait bien d'enlever le sable dans la piscine surtout le jacuzzi.

La camera era pulita e spaziosa, con aria condizionata e frigorifero. Dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione ben fornita e in una sala davvero spaziosa vista mare.

Siamo arrivati un pochino prima dell'orario di check-in e sono stati gentilissimi facendoci il check-in comunque. Unica pecca è che durante questo check-in non ci sono state date informazioni sulla struttura, tipo l'orario delle colazione o delle piscina/palestra. Ci hanno dato le chiavi ci hanno fatto firmare e basta, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi tutto il resto.

The pool was amazing and well maintained. You get sunbed mattresses and towels which are really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped arranged bus trip for us. The breakfast has loads of options and there’s an omelette station which is great!
Some of the facilities are a bit old and tired. The treadmill was out of order during our entire stay and the furniture in our room had some wear and tear and the blind in the bathroom was broken

Die Hotelanlage war sehr schön, sauber, mit großem Pool und direktem Meerzugang. Das Zimmer war super. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffett hatte eine große Auswahl. Das WLAN ist sehr gut.
Das Personal sprach sehr schlecht englisch. Die Kommunikation war dementsprechend schwierig. Im Fitnesstudion waren alle Geräte kaputt, das ärgerte uns sehr. Es gab so viel Personal, dass den ganzen Tag nichts zu tun hatte - in der Zeit hätte man die Geräte auch reparieren können.. Leider gab es keinen Sandstrand am Meer. Es war alles betoniert, man kommt über Stufen ins Wasser.

Muong Thanh Mui Ne is the best choice when traveling in Mui Ne. Very complete and convenient service. Support staff anytime when needed. Хороший отель!) сервис на высшем уровне: уборка номеров каждый день, персонал старается окружить тебя заботой !)
Есть конечно небольшие проблемы с английским, но это решаемо )
Несмотря на то, что в большинстве мест подаются чисто азиатские завтраки, здесь вы сможете найти для себя еду на любой вкус на завтрак !)

We've stayed at Muong Thanh Holiday for 03 nights and it has been excellent throughout. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pools are great as is the waiter service from the pools. I highly recommend the hotel and I will come back. Thank you men managing at reception.

The view, the pool, the location, are all beautiful. Polite staff, clean and delicious food.
Room is quiet and clean. There are enough services for guests.
The price is not really attractive. The swimming pool still has sea sand and dirty water. There is no private beach for swimming. There is not much entertainment in the hotel.

Séjour en mai 2024: magnifique piscine, mieux qu’en photo. Petit déj ( oriental)copieux, mais pas de brioches/ gâteaux selon nos habitudes☹️. Attention à commander au chef une omelette, car c’est autre chose ici 😅. Bravo pour les confitures/miel/beurre dans des assiettes, pas de pots plastiques 👏 .L’ hôtel est en travaux pour s’améliorer, mais en toute discrétion , félicitations. Merci à Miss Ba, manager à l’accueil ❣️
Sauf heureuses exceptions, le personnel ne parle pas anglais, donc difficultés et qui pro quo, style: « NE CHANGEZ PAS NOS SERVETTES ET PEIGNOIRS, on ne reste que 3 nuits. RÉP: D’accord!’Resultat: tout changé, chaque matin 🤪. Bonjour l’écologie ! Par contre, la clim s’est éteinte ( pour éviter les gaspillages) au beau milieu de la nuit, me réveillant par la chaleur : j’ai dû prévenir la réception pour déprogrammer cette option, car j’ai du mal à me rendormir….surtout si les établissements voisins émettent de la musique assourdissante jusqu’aux aurores! En tout cas, le staff est très poli et à l’écoute. Seul bémol : il faudrait qqun qui nettoie la plage de l’hôtel des ordures plastiques qui défigurent ce coin de paradis. Personnellement, je l’ai fait un peu tous les jours : il faudrait une politique sérieuse de récolte et tri des ordures, une réduction du plastique, une SENSIBILISATION de tout le monde aux problèmes environnementaux. L’océan Pacifique est merveilleux, il faut arrêter de le traiter en poubelle 🥺

Khách sạn nằm ngay con đường sầm uất, dễ đi lại. Bữa sáng đầy đủ, nhiều lựa chọn, nêm nếm khá ok.
Ấn tượng đầu tiên là sảnh khách sạn nhìn khá sơ sài, cũ và nóng. Tôi đã từng nghỉ ở Mường Thanh Phú Quốc và rất hài lòng, nhưng Mường Thanh Mũi Né không được như vậy. Bãi biển khá nhiều rác, tôi đi tắm về bị ngứa mấy ngày.
