This was the best of thd hotels we stayed at during a month long holday in Vietnam. The staff as in all the hotels were helpful and ready to cater for your every need.
Breakfasts were a winner in a large area occupying the whole top floor. The quality of the tropical fruits was excellent, topped up endlessly and great quality. Each day there were different hot and cold items to select from.
Staff here again got to know your likes and willingly organised coffees and eggs and pancakes etc according to what you desired.
The location is excellent re access to quality shopping, banks, cafés, craft breweries and some popular and original coffee spots.
The gym is excellent, a real gym with a good array of equipment and free weights.
The room safe was actually fixed to the cupboard and not like many where you can walk off with the whole safe!
I would stay here anytime I came to Hue.because of its location and the breakfasts.

Nothing because hotel is infested with cockroaches
Hotel looked nice enough inside and check in was very good and in a friendly manner, but as soon as we checked in late in the evening, cockroaches appeared from the ceiling and crawled on the walls, and my bedside table. We managed to catch a few into the glass and called the receptionist on duty to show him the evidence. He moved us to another room and in 5 minutes more cockroaches appeared, also caught one crawling on my suitcase and on the tea saucer. In total were 5 of them in another room, disgusting! It was coming up to midnight and we understood that there is no point to move to yet another room as it is obvious that whole hotel is infected. The receptionist called the manager as per our request as he was not on duty but at home, and after long conversation he finally agree to move us, but Cherish Hotel is 4 star and we were moved to a very old and not 4 star but kind of 3 star hotel, even though officially they are 4 star, but at least we did not see any cockroaches there. Basically if you don't want to bring cockroaches to your home country in your clothes and luggage, DO NOT stay at Cherish Hotel, cockroaches will be in the kitchen and everywhere because once they are in the rooms, there are everywhere and it is well known fact. We have been moved at 1 am and instead of resting and sleeping we have been catching cockroaches and calling staff and managers, and packing and unpacking twice and moving to the new building in the worse area. I had the impression the manager new about hotel being infested, but obviously they keep selling the hotel on Bookings.com

The location was great and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and tidy and the staff and management were very accommodating. The weather was nice so I extended my stay by three day, one day at a time and the hotel was very good about it.
The pool was a bit lame. The balcony for my room was small and had no furniture. Good thing I travel with my own chair.

Amazing staff! So friendly and welcoming! Worked hard to ensure you had the information needed to enjoy your time in Hue, were kind to keep our luggage after we had checked out so we could go explore some more. Waiters in restaurant, reception and bell hops all provided excellent customer service!
Pool and gym are in poor repair and need a refresh. Tub in room also needing refurbishing. Thought it was dirty, but was the finish coming off.

We would definitely recommend this hotel for a family or any traveller.

Great location, the room is spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bike rental is a bonus. We have used bike rental everyday during our stay getting around Hue.
We tried swimming pool on the first day of our visit. 4 out of 5 people in our family had immediate skin reactions on the face during and after the swim including redness, burning, itchiness. It was very uncomfortable. It lasts about 2 days.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Always ready to help us with suggestions about the city attractions, the tickets we were supposed to buy etc... The hotel was very clean for the local standards, with a huge bed and a very rich breakfast (with both international and local food+ fruits). Excellent position, close to the main street for the nightlife and restaurants but far enough from the noisy crowd of night bars. The impérial city is less than 20min walk, with a wonderful view of the river.
Toilet with no shower, there was a bath with curtains. The haidryer was broken.

Breakfast had lots of options.
I really didn’t like this hotel. I’m sure there must be somewhere better at this price point and maybe even closer to the Imperial City. It’s in need of a big refurb. Room was next to the lift and the walls are so thin/corridors echoey that I felt like people in the corridor were in my room which disrupted my sleep. The shower head moved around while in use so the bathroom got soaked, nails sticking out the tiles of the bath, hard bed. The staff were polite but quite unhelpful when it came to needing a taxi, saying Grab was the only option even when the wait time kept going up. When the doorman saw how stressed I was about maybe missing my bus he easily flagged a cab for me from the roadside so I’m confused why reception couldn’t have suggested this first and helped my stress.

Super convenient location, really nice and thoughtful staff who gave us a very kind gesture for our honeymoon. Rooms are large, well appointed, well lit, and comfortable. Despite being in a central neighborhood, our room was very quiet.
WiFi did not reach into our room consistently, which was a real drag! Rooms were a little tired, particularly the bathroom.

Very pleasant and helpful staff!
The breakfast staff were not prompt and were late in opening for the 2 days we were there. They were noisy and making noise for breakfast guests. They don’t check if there was any milk left for coffee, they wanted you to tell them that it’s empty instead of being proactive and checking so guests can easily make their coffee. There were not attentive to making sure there were utensils to use at each table. You had to ask them. Again, they should be check in this.

We arrived quite late in the evening but were welcomed so kindly by Ms. Serena. She immediately made us feel at home, giving us tips on where to eat, what to see, how to get around, and even how much things usually cost in Hue. The hotel is in a great spot, quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk from the lively streets full of cafés and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices from both Vietnamese and international food. We actually ended up extending our stay. Everyone was lovely, and the whole experience made our time in Hue even more special. We’d happily come back here again!

This hotel was my little luxury stay, (without breaking the bank) in Vietnam. There was space to move around in the room without feeling crammed in, and the bed was comfortable. There was a wonderful waiter on duty when I went for breakfast, who brought me my cup of tea and would keep my cup full. Cherish actually had the best breakfast of the accommodations I stayed in that offered breakfasts. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful along with the door man who carried my bags down and delivered them to my room on arrival. Great location for walking to the riverfront and walk street at night. Cherish hotel would be my first choice to stay anytime I am in Hue.
Nothing I was very happy staying here.

When we arrived at night, before bed time, the AC was on and it was very cold in the room. We had to sleep with our jackets on until it got warmer.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the reception staff are really helpful. This is a bigger hotel than we usually stay in but you still had great attention from the team. Breakfasts had a great choice. We also noted that trips and transfers booked through this hotel were better value than other hotels offered.
Nothing, if I was being picky I would say the bathroom was a little dated but it is clean and had a bath which lots of hotels don’t have.

Nice clean hotel very welcoming staff and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a good hot shower. The balcony you can stand on but not enough room to sit but this isn’t an issue. The rooms were cleaned each day and tea and coffee re stocked. We got a complimentary plate of fruit each day which is a nice touch. The swimming pool is ideal for a cool off dip. No sun loungers but they do have chairs. The breakfast is a really good choice for all nationalities with a huge area so you never struggle to get a table with a view. The breakfast staff were really attentive always asking if everything was ok. All in all this hotel in my opinion is really good value for money. It’s in a good location for walking to eateries and a nice river walk. We would definitely stay again if we visit hue again.

- Buffe sáng khá ngon so với mong đợi.

Staff were excellent and couldn’t be more friendly or helpful! During our 4 week stay, they gave us great recommendations on activities and tours, as well as providing transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was also very good, with a variety of western and Vietnamese options. Room was always left very clean, with complementary water and fresh fruit each day.
Pool was small with only 3 sun loungers, but it was usually very quiet. There was no furniture on the balcony, so needed to bring furniture from room outside.

Our king room with balcony was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet included plenty of both Western and Asian options, including eggs to order. We made use of the gym, which included enough equipment for cardio, light weights workout. Good location, walkable to the river and to the pedestrian street area with its many restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive and helpful with maps, directions around town and suggestions for sightseeing.
The Wi-Fi was spotty—good one day and frequently dropped connections another day. The gym equipment was not all in working order. No power to the stationary bicycle or elliptical machine. Treadmill worked great. The balcony would be more enjoyable with a couple of chairs and small table.

As a travelling family of five, breakfast is an important part of a day. The Cherish Hotel breakfast was excellent - my son rated it the best of our trip through Vietnam! The staff were incredibly helpful in organising day trips.
The pool was fine but could have been a little more inviting. A small criticism, but I still swam in the pool at least six times during our stay in Hue.

Nulla.
Nulla.

At first glance it’s a nice hotel. And the price is quite alright. They seem clean the rooms proper from what I could tell.
But by god. Give away laundry and they will charge you for an arm and a leg. They will, from the moment you check in to the moment you leave, try to sell you on tours and offer you rides to the airport or their massage spa in house of which everything is so utterly overpriced. So blatant and greedy. They are also, at the reception at least, quite intrusive. Constantly asking where we are going and what we plan to do. All in an effort to sell up. Restaurant is heavily overpriced and we didn’t eat there. Massages are heavily overpriced. The ride to the airport and the tour. Than the breakfast. A few items were ok. Some were just outright bad. But the coffee, in a country with such a big coffee culture … pure bitter garbage. So yeah. It’s ok to stay in but nothing else. We saved on the spa by going somewhere else and on the ride to the airport by making a deal with a cab driver. Saved on a tour by doing it alone and had a great time exploring local restaurants and cafes.

Great location, excellent reception staff and service.
The top floor breakfast spread was very impressive especially with fresh cooked dishes.
Any help requests and trip bookings where efficiently handled and no trouble.
