Very friendly staff always happy to help!!! Clean , great breakfast. Have 2 swimming pools. 1 km walk from Old town, close to Memory Show just across the bridge. Very nice small hotel.

We loved our room. It had a balcony, it was a connecting room and in the corner so it felt very private and quiet. It was clean, especially the bathroom which is a big plus for us. Though it's not in the center of Hoi An Old Town, the location is perfect to avoid traffic and noise but still near enough to feel safe to go home late at night. Lots of restaurants that are just walking distance. Will definitely recommend!
We were mostly just disappointed that it wasn't clear that the elevator isn't for all. So depending on which building your room will be, some may not have an elevator. The staff were very nice and brought all our luggage to our room in the 3rd floor but we really felt bad for the person carrying all of them since he was going back and forth with our heavy luggage. It may not be ideal for senior citizens too because of this reason. But, still a wonderful stay here.

Keurige, ruime en schone kamer. Goed ontbijt met met o.a. eieren of banana pancake (tip!) die persoonlijk worden bereid. De ligging is net buiten het directe centrum maar er zijn fietsen beschikbaar. Dit is fijn want buiten de hectiek maar toch met zo’n 5 min fietsen alles goed bereikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Room was a great size. Staff were super friendly.
Confusing with free water on top. But charged waters in the fridge. Not well communicated, but probably lost in translation.

Big room, big bathroom, balcony, breakfast, pool, lovely staff, quiet location, free bikes and a lovely, mellow,1km ride to Hoian market.
An Bang beach is a 5km ride away, so a bit of a mission on hot days, however the ride through rice fields is relaxed, flat and fun.

We loved our rooms we had interconnecting so the kids were right there. The pools are great, breakfast was good Banana Pancakes the kids were happy. Handy to nice western restaurants.

FANTASTIC Hotel, super close to the old town, and Beautiful Hoi An.

Superbe hotel, personnel très serviable et discret.

Lovely hotel just outside old town (a stroll along the river takes you to
The market and old town ) with 2 lovely cool pools- Room was fantastic great size, clean with nice private balcony and everything you need.
Staff could not help us more with great recommendations for food from Lin and great assistance with trips. We used the free bikes and cycled to the beach through the paddy fields - idyllic !
Breakfast was varied with lots of options for all.

Great location near the river, can walk to the ancient town easily. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff, free bikes.
Breakfast was average, the pool area was a bit tired and could be improved. Wifi wasn’t that good.

J’avais une chambre familiale au 2eme étage donnant sur la piscine (pas sur la rue), l’immeuble est récent et plut bien insonorisé, les chambres sont grandes avec des lits confortables, les piscines et transats sont agréables (serviettes fournies), des vélos sont prêtés inclus dans le prix de la chambre, le personnel est présent et sympathique. L’hôtel est bien placé, à 10mn à vélo du centre. Facile d’accès pour les taxis. J’ai passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits en juillet. C’est vraiment une bonne adresse pour cette gamme de prix.
Quelques pistes d’amélioration : il pourrait y avoir des ventilateurs dans la salle de petit déjeuner ou bien la fermer et la climatiser. Il faudrait ajouter plus de crudités, légumes et fruits frais type ananas, mangue, banane au petit déjeuner et que les yaourts soient froids (les mettre dans un bol de glaçons). Il y a une télévision dans les chambres mais il n’y a pas de réception du câble, l’image est brouillée et le son terrible. Ce n’est pas gênant car ce n’est pas très important.

Great location on the outskirts of the old town,quiet, clean, pool was shaded and cool. Rooms well appointed with a small balcony, great breakfasts and the staff super friendly and went out of their way to help you with any situation.

Fabulous hotel. It was very quiet, family room was big, spotless, great big bathroom
& balcony. Pools were ideal with great sunbeds. Took us 20 mins to walk to Japanese bridge, not in the centre but we much preferred that. You’re 5 mins walk to shop, bars, restaurants. The staff here are amazing! So friendly. They kept our luggage for 2 days as we travelled to Hue, made us breakfast boxes as our departure was 5:30am & nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Has two pools to cool off the only thing was the location and the walks to old town it was very hot at night so made it hard but well worth it

Bữa sáng ở Khách sạn nên có thêm món cháo - để các bạn nhỏ đi cùng gia đình tiện dùng. và 1 số món địa phương như bánh bèo, khoai lang, sắn hấp. để đa dạng món ăn hơn.

Difficult to know where to begin listing all of the great things about our stay here. We are on an extended trip around Malaysia and Vietnam and we had to keep extending our stay at this property as we loved Hoi An and this hotel so much.
The summary is that everything about this hotel is faultless
- rooms were huge and unbelievable for the price
- the swimming pool was lovely and clean and quiet
- the location was super, a 5 min scooter ride along the river-bank path to the town was the stuff of dreams (took me back to Greek holidays 30 years ago!!)
- Lin on reception summoning whatever we wanted whenever it was
- all the staff, from the amazing cleaners to the breakfast staff making omelettes and banana pancakes to order, to the guys helping you move luggage and scooters...
You see this a lot in reviews of great places to stay, where people say 'you felt like part of the family'. This was so true here.
I could not recommend this place highly enough.

This hotel is a little gem. It is spotlessly clean, towels in the room changed daily. Efficient same day laundry service. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire for us. It has a great little pool area with 2 small dipping pools. Towels are provided and there are a few sun loungers. We had booked 8 nights but ended up staying 13. It is a few minutes walk along the river to the old quarter. There are many nearby restaurants. All serving great Vietnamese food, with a few western options available. An Bang beach is a 12 minute scooter or Grab ride away. We would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. A great find!

Wonderful staff, beautiful and huge room with huge balcony, delicious breakfast with coffee, lots of options, fresh fruits and made to order eggs. Location means its quiet at night, but also a bit of a walk into the old town centre. Lovely stroll if you walk the river path. They also have bicycles available which meant a quick trip to the beach (tip! Visit Coconut Beach!!! Quiet, clean, great breeze!). Highly recommend this beautiful spot.
Nothing, except that noise travels if you have an adjoining door, or your room door is facing the stairwell. Again , can't say it enough...the room was great, pool was great, lounge area was great. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and professional. They let us store our bags after check out as we had a late flight, and loaned us bikes again for the day.

The staff are definitely the best thing about this place. They were happy to do anything they could to help. The breakfast was also pretty good.
We had 2 rooms, 1 had a digital TV and the other had an old TV with only analog reception which meant the picture quality was poor and the sound didn’t work. The sheets had bugs in them (not bed bugs thanks goodness) which were a horrible to need to check for each night. The rooms themselves are in need of repair- large cracks in the tiles in the shower, patches of water damage on the walls, door frames that were split open and doors that were swollen from water damage and didn’t close properly. The hot water was not constant and one second it was lovely and warm and the next it was scalding hot, only to go back a few seconds later. The most concerning thing was that the cleaning staff left the ground floor balcony door unlocked every time they cleaned despite being asked to lock it via reception. With no in room safe this was a concerning security risk. The pools are very small and it gets crowded quickly. The pool chairs are moldy and could use a good clean.

Läget, rummet var supermysigt, sängen var skön, bra service.
Trist poolområde, knappt någon sol vid poolen. Det var två pooler men en var avstängd när jag bodde där. Alla solstolar stod under parasoll och det gick inte att dra fram dem i solen.

La cama era muy cómoda y tremenda. El personal súper atento y amable. La ubicación, cerca del río pero no en la zona bulliciosa de Hoi An, sino en una con algunos restaurantes locales interesantes. Las bicis cortesía del Hotel, visitar la ciudad en bici es algo que hay que hacer, es ideal para ver la ciudad o incluso los arrozales que hay cerca del hotel. El desayuno con cocina asiática buenísima.
El techo de nuestra habitación era abohardillado y se nos antojaba un poco bajo en uno de los lados de la cama. El café del desayuno era muy malo.

The staff were outstanding and the morning brekkie was great to set you right for your day. I chose this location as it is a short distance from the old town, and thus in a quiet area. The free bicycle use was great, otherwise a brisk 15-20min walk into the Old Town.

The staff were so lovely. Thry arranged our laundry for a slightly higher price than in the street, but it was convenient and perfectly cleaned and folded. Everone was very kind and helpful. The room was massive. The bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet included a good rotation of options.
The room smelled quite damp. The door was impossible for me to open from the outside. It was stuck and needed a man's strength to bash open. The pools were chilly due to being sandwiched in between buildings and shaded. The location was ok. We had a lot of trouble getting grabs as we were too close to the sites for the fare to be worth their trouble. Cancellation after cancellation became frustrating.

This is a hidden gem, Front desk staff or so nice and very welcoming.
Breakfast was top notch. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at breakfast we’re generally, glad to see you every morning, greeting you with a smile and open arms.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. My personal favourite was the banana pancakes. The hotel and pool area were spotless at all times. A short walk from the old town and a good choice ofreastaurants close by. Bikes available if required.

Warm welcome, lovely peaceful resort, ideally located close to the river and the centre. Breakfast was good. Room was charming overlooking the pool with balcony and the bed was very comfortable! Free bikes to use; cycled through rice fields to An Bang beach. Free sunbeds on beach if you buy food or drinks from the cafes.
Air con unit a little noisy but wear earplugs so not a big problem, and we unplugged the fridge as that was too noisy and we didn’t need it.

Personalet var glade og gav en god stemning på stedet. De gjorde alt de kunne, for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas og servicerede. Værelser og fællesarealer blev holdt rene. Dejligt, at de lavede omeletter og pandekager på bestilling til morgenmaden - og oven i købet, at man kunne få lov til at tage maden med på værelset.
Der er ikke specielt gode muligheder for at sole sig. Vi havde heldigvis værelser, der havde sol om formiddagen på balkonen - men der var kun begrænset sol ved poolen.

Bardzo blisko starego miasta ale nie jest w samym centrum. Bliska odległość od wyspy Hoi An Memoryland. Można za darmo wypożyczyć rower na cały dzień. Fajne śniadanka i przestronne pokoje. Na pewno wróciłbym gdybym był w okolicy.

This hotel is lovely. So clean and fresh. The bedroom was huge with a nice big bathroom. Great hot shower. The beds were very comfortable. After 3 months of travelling I found this was the most comfortable bed and pillow!!! I was tempted to pack it in my backpack if I had room!!! Haha

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated being able to check in early as we had been travelling for a long time.
We all enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast. Our children loved the banana pancakes.
The location was handy. We were able to walk along the river into the Old Town.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
We wish we had stayed there longer.

Price quality is great. The breakfast is good as well as the staff.
The hotel is in an alley, thus the taxi does not go in there usually. But it's super close to the street.

Everything was wonderful. Spacious rooms, great service and yummy breakfast (we recommend the bacon and banana pancakes). Location was very relaxing - close enough to the old town for a wander in and far enough away for some peace (and the much needed post meal steps). Excellent value for money. Lovely recommendations and shops nearby - we tried Lin Lin spa and Asoka yoga.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting Hoi An! The hotel is very close to town, bycicles are available when you want to ride into town, the hotel staff is amazing, they serve a great breakfast, rooms are very clean and spacious! The receptionists Linh and Tinh are truly wonderful and made us feel welcome from the first minute of our two week stay! Thank you so much for hosting us🙏!

올드타운까지 걸어서 20~30분 정도 걸려요. 그랩잡으면 되지만 걷길 바라시면 약간 거리감이 있습니다 참고하세요.대신 메모리즈쇼 바로 앞이라서 그건 진짜 좋아요.

Einfach alles. Nachdem wir spät abends spontan hier hin gewechselt haben (Hotel davor hatte Bettwanzen) wurden wir noch um 23.30 freundlich empfangen. Das erste Zimmer war etwas dreckig, haben aber dann direkt ein neues bekommen.
Personal ist super lieb und extrem hilfreich. Als Weihnachtsgeschenk haben wir für unseren ganzen Aufenthalt (8 Nächte) das Frühstück geschenkt bekommen. Wir durften unsere kaputten Koffer dort lassen, welche sie für uns entsorgt haben.
Leihfahrräder vorhanden und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Scooter. Standort ist 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt, daher ruhig und weg vom Trubel. Würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

It was a great stay - the breakfast was good and they changed it around everyday - the free bikes an added bonus for exploring the town and the nearby rice fields - the staff absolutely amazing

The staff are friendly and helpful. room size is reasonably spacious. good location within walking distance to main attractions and easy to find.
Breakfast can be improved; most of the foods are cold. the coffee is warm, and the pre-cook noodle needs very hot soup. Should change to a self-brew coffee machine. The staff should learn how to keep the food hot/warm.

The villa was great. It’s in a perfect location just outside Old Town, so you can easily cycle there in 10 mins on the free bikes, but far enough away from the crazy crowd. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy. The pool was really nice and the staff are fabulous and friendly. We loved it and would return.

The staff were exceptional. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Breakfast was also outstanding with a wide variety of food to choose from. Omelettes, scrambled eggs, and great banana pancakes were offered every morning.
Perhaps a little further from ancient town but care share and cabs are readily available except in the late afternoon early evening when grab and taxi’s routinely cancelled rides. That was easily solved by getting the WhatsApp for our first grab driver and planning pickups in advance!

Tot genial, habitació i lavabo super net, aire acondicionat molt bo. La piscina molt guai i neta i el personal molt amable i encantador!! Ens van deixar bicicletes i el darrer dia poder estar a la piscina i dutxar-nos!! L’esmorzar molt bo també! We loved it here! The service was super friendly and helpful, the ladies organised everything we needed to make our holiday fun smoothly. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable and huge! Loved it all and we were sad to leave.

Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné, le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’entretien et qui garde les vélos, très souriant et gentil.
Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes de la vieille ville en vélo, qui sont prêtés par l’hôtel, et juste à côté de bons restaurants au bord du fleuve.
Seul petit bémols, la Clim dans notre chambre était un peu bruyante, mais sans doute propre à notre chambre.

Pool area is large and they offer free bikes. Mostly quiet area unless a lot of kids at the pool.
The two rooms I was given to try were terrible. The first room the bed was hard as a rock. Didn’t feel like a mattress at all. They moved me next door where the ac barely worked and it was very musty. I woke up congested likely from mold. I believe the rooms were 103 and 104. They also have a weird widow above the door that allows the light from the hallway to shine in. I booked two nights but cancelled the second because my stay was terrible. I assume these two rooms are their worst as other doors do not have that window above. I paid 1.7M but was refunded only around 600k for cancelling the second night. Staff was nice about apologizing but after the first room was terrible, they should’ve offered me a better room, not their second worst room right next to it. First time I’ve written a bad review.

La habitación era amplísima, el desayuno estaba genial y la atención del personal del hotel fue excelente. Ademas, la piscina no estaba caliente (como sí nos ha ocurrido en algunos hoteles de Vietnam por el calor que hace), lo cual se agradece bastante. Su ubicación es un poco alejada del centro de Hoi An, pero para nosotras esto fue la clave para relajarnos ya que la zona turística es bastante caótica.

The workers were very helpful and helped us book transfers/trips etc. The family connecting room was big and comfortable with all amenities needed. The location was just a few minutes drive from the old down but lots of restraints and shops on the doorstep. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Hoi An! We even had delicious breakfast included which was a nice surprise!
If the hotel is busy there wasn’t always enough sun loungers by the pool, but the two pools were still lovely and there were still pool towels available.

The hotel was great. Friendly service, clean, and amazing breakfast, especially the bomb banana pancakes. Truly a gem for your money. The pool was very clean, and our room was always clean. They also helped with tours and arranged rides, which was also very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location, fantastic service and an excellent breakfast. The kids loved the banana pancakes every morning.
The 2 pools were great to relax around and the food/beverages at the hotel were well priced and conveniently located.
Overall, we loved the 8 days spent at Banana Garden and would not hesitate to visit again.

Staff was very polite and friendly and it wasn’t fake like elsewhere. I extended my stay and wanted to extend it even more, but they were fully booked. Bikes are free, room service was polite and good. I booked a tour to My Son and it went flawlessly. Breakfast was good! Thank you!
The gym is an absolute joke 😃 the iced coffee could be way better! Oh… sound isolation is certainly missing, but I don’t think one can find that almost anywhere around - at least not for the price, so the place is still very good!

Although away from the old town circus, a big walk back from the old town after a long day on your feet. Hotel offer free bikes but take some advice, use only in mornings as afternoon/evening way too many people.

The room was spacious. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bath was ideal. Comfy bed and pillows. There was plenty of selections at breakfast, both western and Vietnamese. The pools were nice and cool after a long day exploring. The free bicycles were great for exploring. Close to the old town, about a 15 minute walk along the river. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The highlight was that my birthday happened to be while I was staying here and the staff surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake. Would definitely stay again! ❤️

My family spent 7 nights in a family connecting room with a balcony. The staff were wonderfully friendly and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean, there were 2 pools to choose from which the kids loved, and the buffet breakfast had a good choice of local and western foods to choose from. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town which was great for us, as we wanted to stay somewhere a bit quieter. This has been our most enjoyable stay in Vietnam so far, and it is great value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good location for Hoi An old town and short bike/taxi ride to beach. Bikes available at the hotel for guest use.Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent, especially the banana pancakes! Our second stay at the Banana Garden Villa and we hope to return again next year. We had a very enjoyable 2 week stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We’re able to help with Booking Tours and finding good local restaurants for dinner.
Breakfast was a buffet style with something for everyone and we really enjoyed the Vietnamese Coffee ☕️
The pool areas were beautiful but it was surprisingly cold while we were there so we didn’t venture in.
Overall, the location is spot on, close enough to walk to most places and if not you can catch a “Grab” for roughly 25,000VDN - beautiful, cosy and worth your $$$

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The girl at the desk picked up some coffee for my husband and we paid her later. The pools were nice and cool and very clean. Breakfast was great. They will make your eggs any way you want them at the omelette station.
The walk wasn’t too bad to the old town. Only about 15 minutes. Lots and lots of restaurants to go to that are close by.

The hotel is clean and charming, offering free bicycles and the option to rent a motorbike through them. The area is quiet and pleasant, located very close to the river.
The highlight of the stay was the staff, who were the most helpful I could have hoped for. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Tait at the reception and the maintenance staff member responsible for the bicycles and motorbikes at the entrance, who was always friendly and helpful.
The pool area is very nice, and everything is clean and well-organized. The breakfast was very rich and varied.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Une grande chambre bien éclairée et une grande salle de bain. Un petit déjeuner varié et généreux. Des bicyclettes en bon état. Du personnel aux petits soins.

Clean and so nice of a staff, all of the facilities were great, I had a very large room a balcony, breakfast facilities were clean nicely appointed and roomy with plenty of choices, cooked to order eggs, omelette, and pan cakes, lots of fruit, coffee and juices, staff helped with travel arrangements and made it easy

Very sweet staff. Nice breakfast. They have bikes you can use for free and it’s in a calmer neighbourhood. 20 min walk from old town. We loved it!

We wanted a hotel just out of the hustle and bustle and this was perfect 15 mins walk maximum and your in the old quarter. The staff are all really friendly and the room we booked which was a king delux with a balcony was really good. Comfy bed large room good shower. The pool areas are nice and relaxing and sun loungers were always available. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all nationalities. The staff can organise you tours or cars to the airport nothing is too much trouble. They have cycles that are free to use which we used and had a ride through the rice fields it was really good. All in all we couldn’t fault the hotel it’s amazing value for money. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hoi an

Ottimo soggiorno presso la vostra struttura. Mi complimento per la professionalità e l’ accoglienza da parte della ragazza al ricevimento e il fattorino, che si sono presi cura di noi durante tutto il soggiorno. La colazione è buonissima e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare qualcosa da asporto a causa di una escursione che iniziava molto presto. Servizio lavanderia efficiente. Posizione discreta, è stato piacevole fare una lunga passeggiata lungo il fiume.

청소상태 좋음. 수영장 관리 잘 하나 약간 추워서 이용안함. 조식은 비용대비 괜찮음.
재방문 의사 있음.
호이안 올드타운과 거리가 좀 있음. 택시 10. 도보 이용시 25분 정도. 그러나 운동삼아 여기저기 구경하면서 도보 이용 한 두번쯤은 강력 추천.

Staff at reception were very attentive, helpful, cheerful. Breakfast was fair - very few veg options, but staff accommodated as they could,.
My room was upgraded, large, comfy bed and pillows however the room (and another shown) smelled damp, air freshener given didn't help. Airing, AC helped somewhat while there but noticed after left a sweater sitting on top of an open bag smelled mouldy - No fan in bathroom, window too high to reach; I limited showering due to this. No insect screens on windows. Construction started at back, all day. Roosters next door 3am.

The hotel feels and looks modern . Spacious rooms with a beautiful stone bathtub .. abundance of hot water which was appreciated on cool drizzly days . 10min casual walk into down .. Greattttt breakfast ..abundance of restaurants and convenience stores near by

Komfortables großes Zimmer, wirkte alles recht neu und renoviert, super sauber, Personal wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Da Nebensaison, war der Preis auch top. Kostenlose Fahrräder, Wäscheservice schnell und unkompliziert. Ruhige Lage. Große Frühstücksauswahl.

Que no me dieron la habitación que había contratado.Contrate una villa superior y me dieron una habitación mucho más inferior nada que ver con la foto que contarte en booking. Una habitación antigua que la puerta de la entrada a la habitación tenía un cristal y se veía la luz del pasillo.Nada que ver con las fotos que contraté.

Beautiful place, spacious rooms, great bathrooms/ shower.
Breakfast is very good and complete.
Beautiful pool view from any room / balcony.
Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
We checked out at 11 a.m., and our sleeping bus was at 7pm. They told us we could visit the city with bikes, and shower any time when we came back before our bus arrived ! That's luxury right there....

La colazione a buffet buona con possibilità di farsi preparare a vista banana pancake, omelette, uova strapazzate. Molta frutta. Brioscine e dolcetti per colazione europea e piatti salati.
In occasione delle gite e' possibile avere la colazione prima della gita stessa.anche da asporto.
Ambiente pulito personale molto gentile ed accogliente sempre presente.
Piccola nota non legata all'albergo ma al clima: ambiente molto umido impossibile far asciugare la biancheria. Tuttavia vi è la possibilità di affidarsi ad una lavanderia.

We loved everything about our stay at Banana Garden Villa and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. We were a family staying and they took great care of our kids and our every need. A special place to visit with beautiful accommodation made it a really lovely stop on our journey. Rooms are perfect, clean, everything you need. Pool, gym, breakfast are lovely. Entire atmosphere sets the tone to be relaxed and the staff went above and beyond every step of the way to make our visit easy and seamless. Hope to be back one day.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Wij zijn al 2,5 maanden aan het reizen en dit was echt de beste prijs kwaliteitverhouding die wij hebben gehad. Iedereen van het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en hadden altijd een glimlach op het gezicht. De kamer was groot en heel netjes.Het ontbijt was super lekker. De gratis fietsen en paraplu’s zijn top. De gym is klein maar voor eigen oefeningen goed. 2 lekkere zwembaden. Gewoon een top verblijf. Wij komen zeker terug als we ooit weer terug gaan naar Vietnam! Nogmaals dankjewel!

Banana Garden Villa was by far our favourite stay in Vietnam. They were so wonderful and made sure we were always looked after. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind and helpful. All our transfers were organised by the staff and the connecting rooms we had were beautiful and so clean. It was central and easy to get to old town from here. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Hoi An!

Everything was exceptional about the property. Good location in quiet area, walking distance from the old town. Bicycles to your usage and even umbrellas in case of rain. The best value for the Banana Garden Villa are people who are working there. They are so kind and helpful in organising your stay and providing very best and professional services. From the first day till departure we felt there like in home among family members. Food was delicious and everyone will find something special. From traditional Vietnamese cuisine to more global foods. Variety of fresh fruits and vegetables will satisfy even vegans. We loved this place and we regret that we had to leave. Swimming pools and gym is another great option for active people and close distance to river bank and beach is another advantage of this location. We definitely recommend the Banana Garden Villa for holiday destination in this beautiful city of Hoi An. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

온수사용에 불편함이 있습니다. 한명이 온수를 사용하고 다른 한명이 사용할려면 온수가 나오지 않아 2박동안 힘들었습니다. 직원은 물을 계속 틀고 있으면 된다고 이야기했지만 두번째이용자는 항상 온수가 나오지않았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 계단을 이용해야하는점이 아쉬웠고 우기라 건물과 건물 이동시 비를 막아주는 차양막들이 없어서 비를 맞으며 이동해야합니다. 우기라 침구류들이 습하고 꿉꿉해서 냄새가 났습니다

J'ai eu la chance de séjourner à Banana Villa Garden, et tout était absolument parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux par le personnel qui a fait preuve d'une gentillesse remarquable tout au long de mon séjour. Les chambres sont impeccables, propres et décorées avec soin, offrant un confort exceptionnel.
Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié, avec des spécialités vietnamiennes qui m'ont permis de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs chaque matin. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à vélo du centre de Hoi An. Les deux piscines sont un véritable atout, surtout après une journée de visites sous le soleil. L'ambiance est relaxante et chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. En résumé, si vous cherchez un endroit charmant avec un service irréprochable, je recommande vivement Banana Villa Garden. Un immense merci pour ces moments inoubliables!!!!

Mình đi khá nhiều villa ở Hội An nhưng chắc chỗ này là đẹp và sạch sẽ nhất. Các anh chị cô chú nhân viên siêu thân thiện, nhất là chú bảo vệ nhiệt tình hướng dẫn gia đình mình. Hồ bơi khá rộng, con mình rất thích & phòng thì rộng rãi có cửa sổ hướng ra vườn chill. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

I was so impressed by the improvements they've made in what was already a fantastic place to stay. The villa remains beautiful, with the same tranquil atmosphere that drew me back. The rooms were super clean as always, and 2 pools are definitely a plus. What stood out to me most was how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everything was incredibly well-organized, and I could tell they’ve put in extra effort to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is close to the town centre with 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes bike. We cycled to the riverside the other day. That's all about the advantage of the hotel.
Well, it is small, not as big as in the photos and the instruction given on the website. Water drops in the bathroom.The breakfast served with very few options. Small pools. The place is in under reservation, so it is dusty.

The accomodation was budget. But it is still an amazing place to stay. The staff are my most favourite in all of Vietnam so far. Receptionist Tihn and Lin are truely beautifully people who genuinely care. 2 pools so clean and cool.

Staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Big rooms with big beds and cleaned daily. Water and towels replenished each day. Lots of bikes with free hire and towels provided by the pool.

The place looked okay, but the pictures are a bit misleading.
We arrived at the place and were shown to our hotel room. There, we were met with a room that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom didn't look good at all, so we asked them to clean the room while we went out. The hotel room also came with uninvited guests: there were quite a few small bugs, especially ants. Additionally, the pool was dirty, and the receptionist didn't speak English, making communication difficult and requiring us to use Google Translate. When we returned, they had made an effort to clean, but it wasn't good enough. Therefore, we chose to check out of Banana Garden and change our accommodations. Overall, it was a generally poor experience, unfortunately.

We had a good stay here! Location is super central, nice restaurants around. They had two pools that were clean, the rooms were nice, the staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was nice.
I would say to have a house keeping sign for when you want as they would wake us up early when sleeping and would ask us to leave when we were in our room. Large groups were making a lot of noise, staff did their best to stop this but in ways it seemed some rules did not apply to some, so I would make sure that all other guests are ok as we were not the only ones who were getting a little annoyed with the large groups.

Good value and close enough to old town. It is certainly worthy of an overnight stay as in our case. It isn’t flash but it’s not cheap and nasty either.
Shower hot water kept fluctuating to cold every 5 seconds or so then back to hot. The safe wasn’t operational , staff said that they are waiting for it to be fixed. If we were staying longer it could’ve be a dealbreaker because we had all our passports and cash with us and didn’t want to bring it with us to town when we were sightseeing nor did we want to leave it in our room and not secure. Would I stay here again. Yes.

Friendly service. Really big and comfortable room in a cosy setting. Loved the lights and hanging lamps which added to the atmosphere. The two pools are clean and the breakfast was simple, yet tasty.

Welcome drink at our arrival and friendly staff. Breakfast: for Vietnamese norms enough of choices between western and asian food.

On our arrival the airconditioning in our room wasn't working so the staff fixed this immediatly.

There was mould in our bathroom. It looked like they tried to fix this a few times but were not able to fix it properly. We also found a cockroach crawling in the room. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was constantly fluctuating. On our last day the airconditioning started leaking. English of the staff could get some improvement. Towels were provided at the pool but since it was busy there weren't enough towels. Not the hotels fault but there was a family with kids staying in the hotel who where already swimming in the pool at 6am and making a lot of noise, throwing the hotels towels in the pool, splashing water everywhere (the water got almost into the breakfast area). The staff didn't seem to mind this though.

Best of all was the service from all the staff, they were all so lovely and felt like they were always there to help and go above and beyond!!

On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was clean, lovely and very spacious.
The staff are all very friendly. Ling was very helpful with any arrangements we needed to make. There are two pools which are clean and refreshing from the heat of the day. The beds are super comfy and it’s quiet, so had great nights sleep. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. We are 3 weeks into our 5 week trip and would definitely recommend and stay again. Oh, and the free bikes were a definite plus. Stayed 4 nights.

Love everything about this place, good location, beautiful spacious clean rooms, pool perfect for both kids and adults, delicious breakfasts. My family had a really relaxing time here, everything is so wonderful, like being immersed in nature.

Helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Large room, large comfy bed,spotless, cleaned and fresh towels and linen everyday. Two pools with sun beds and towels available to use. Very good breakfast, catered for everyone, loved the banana pancakes. A short walk to town, lovely walk along the river. Close to plenty of restaurants.

We were not greeted, (which is not like any other place we have stayed in Vietnam where the people couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful) then when someone arrived we were taken up 6 flights of stairs to a room that had wires hanging out in the bathroom, hole in the roof, no blind on the window, the bed was rock hard. We ordered some food cause it was late when we got in and it was cold, the meat didn’t look cooked. The staff partied down stairs and were very loud when we were trying to sleep. When we explained we were leaving no one asked us why and made us pay for the full 3 days

Great staff! Kim was so helpful and friendly. She did exceptionally well with any requests we had. The pool was perfect and had plenty of lounges around.
Good location to make use of the free bike hire riding to the beach or to old town.

Really friendly staff, pools were lovely to cool off in the heat. Clean and comfortable. 15 minute walk from centre of Hoi An.
Our only negative was another large group of travellers who completely took over the sun loungers, even when they were leaving the property for hours at a time! With limited space this was not fair to other guests.

We liked the location, the free bikes were great the staff were nice, the breakfast was decent apart from my partner who is coeliac had no real options other than fruit. The rooms were cleaned daily and new bottled waters were left in the room for us.
We booked a superior room and when we got to our room it wasn't like the pictures on the booking.com website it was infact alot smaller and when we told the staff they said the pictures were of the deluxe room which they said they have tried to change the pictures for the superior room which didn't make sense. The reason we booked the room was from the pictures that we had thought we were getting so others beware when booking. The shower in our room was the worst one we have came across the temperature wouldn't regulate and it was from extreme cold to boiling water no in-between. There were roosters across the way from the hotel that every morning around 6:30am would continuously make noise for quiet some time so I'd advise if you are a light sleeper wear ear plugs. No cushions on the metal chairs on the balcony.

De locatie was wel goed en fijn dat er fietsen bij de Villa waren. Aan de overkant van de Villa waren leuke restaurantjes aan het water.
Dat er geen lift in de Villa was wij werden op de 4e etage geplaatst en gezien onze leeftijd was dat erg vervelend het stond ook niet vermeld bij booking. Inrichting kamer erg simpel wel een groot bed.

Locatie was prima, 10min lopen naar oude centrum, prima voor ons, want daardoor rustige locatie! Tip: het hotel uit, rechts het straatje uit en dan gelijk de “grote” weg oversteken (naast een massage salon geloof ik) Dan loop je helemaal langs het water naar het oude centrum! Ontbijt was perfect en de kamers groot en schoon! Evenals de badkamer! Al het personeel is even vriendelijk en helpen je met alles, echt fijn! Onze kamer was in het gedeelte zonder lift, dus dat is wel ff goed om te checken als je slecht ter been bent, maar voor ons was het geen probleem!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed!
De kamer en badkamer was toe aan een opknapbeurt. Er zat schimmel op de muren en de airco lekte op het nachtkastje. Niet erg schoon hierdoor.

The rooms are spacious with balcony. Plenty of sunlight. The pool is great. The bath is big with a bath tub. The staff was nice to book a scooter for us in 5 min notice.
The room was on the 4th floor. There was no elevator. The shower mixer was very bad. It was either scalding hot or cold. There is a chicken house next to the hotel which gives you a wake up call at 4:30 in the morning. Not for light sleepers! There is no telephone in the room.

The hotel is superb! It is top quality for your money. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were amazing and so kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice every day. Close to the city centre but far enough out so that it is quiet and relaxing. Look no further. Book it today!

The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and made to order eggs and pancakes plenty of fresh fruit.
Pool small but very nice.
Nice and clean with fresh towels and water daily.
Location is excellent just a short walk from old town along the river.
Staff were kind and helpful to book anything you require.
Free bikes which we used to go to the beach about 30 mins away.
It's not really a criticism as can't help the size but our room was quite small with tiny bathroom, my husband kept banging his head on the towel rail when exiting shower.

Gute Lage, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Es gibt gratis Fahrräder.
Wir haben über das Hotel zwei Ausflüge gebucht, hat alles super geklappt, auch der Flughafentransfer.
Die Menschen dort sind sehr nett und bemüht.
Leider spricht das Personal kaum Englisch, die Verständigung ist nicht ganz leicht. Die Dusche ist furchtbar. Das Wasser kommt entweder kalt oder kochend heiß, dazwischen gibt es nichts. Das Fenster im Bad lässt sich nicht öffnen und der Geruch im Bad ist wirklich unangenehm.

Super nice hotel with very friendly people. We felt very safe and welcomed here.
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was very nice to have and we always had very quiet nights.
The smiles welcoming you to breakfast were warm and bright. They also catered awesome for us as we are vegetarian and vegan, we always had enough food to choose from for breakfast.
It is just a 20-minute walk to the center of Oldtown. Around the hotel, you can find a big variety of restaurants, also vegetarian/vegan ones.
We can highly recommend this hotel for an even longer stay in Hoian.

Banana garden was a lovely place to stay, the staff were really helpful and the breakfast/food was great. The room was clean and spacious. Location was good, 20 minute walk from the old town, but we didn’t mind and there were plenty of restaurants near by.
The shower wasn’t great, run either boiling hot or cold, no in between. The bath in our room didn’t work unfortunately. These are the only negatives, the rest was good!

Good location about 10/15 min walk to the main town but there’s restaurants on the walk down. Beds were really big and comfy. Really good selection of breakfast with a good mix of western food and Asian food.
The rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony also.
Showers were either boiling hot or too cold so was really awkward having a shower. There are lots of chickens near by which make a lot of noise ( at about 5am in the morning) and since the windows aren’t the best either you can really hear them making it hard to sleep.

Le buffet du déjeuner avait une grande variété était excellent. Bien situé a 15 min de marche du “centre-ville” de Hoi an ou se trouve les bateaux lanterne. Parfaitement situé pour etre tranquille mais a proximité des restaurants et bars. Tres propre et le personnel est hyper courtois.
Des parapluies sont a notre disponibilité ainsi que des bicyclette gratuite.

We have wonderful experience at Banana Villa ,to the level that we extended one day visit cancelling our Denang Hotel .The room were cozy and clean and breakfast wholesome. The host was kind enough to take care of food even though we reached quite late. The Staff organized bikes and recommended us places to visit .The location was perfect ,with all the spots near by. The hospitability and staff was wonderful .It was perfect worth of money. We take great memories from HO ANN. Highly recommended

The breakfast buffet was fabulous, but then during our stay they removed the buffet for individual meals as there were not enough guests to accommodate a buffet.
They overcharged me for my accommodation and it wasn’t the same price as the quoted booking.com booking confirmation, plus they charged us a 3% card fee and taxes on top. Pretty annoying.

Its location is near the center of HoiAn, it only takes about 5 minutes to get there, which made my trip much more comfortable. Also, the amenities here are very good, and the staff here is friendly as well. My stay here was really amazing.

Lokalizacja w cichym spokojnym miejscu, ale blisko starego miasta w Hoi An. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i wygodne. Obsługa doskonała, zawsze pomocna i życzliwa. Es gab einiges an Schimmel im Bad. Badfenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden (Mückenproblem). Bad: Wände auch in der Dusche waren dreckig Balkon: keine Sitzgelegenheit, Aussicht zur Betonwand - Entfernung 20 cm.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ. Không gian rộng, thoải mái để nghỉ ngơi và tận hưởng. Phòng sạch sẽ, nội thất đầy đủ. Bể bơi rộng và sạch nhưng trời mưa nên rất tiếc không bơi đc. NV đón tiếp khách hàng nồng nhiệt, 10đ cho thái độ. Phòng có view xịn xò

Private, airy space. Ideal location to travel the old town. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation here. The room is clean, fully equipped, the swimming pool is big and especially we were taken care of very well. Highly recommend, we will comeback!

Nous avons adoré le personnel, toujours souriant et agréable. Merci de nous avoir aider dans notre organisation, et pour nos échanges.
La piscine était très agréable avec la chaleur, et l’utilisation des vélos gratuitement était très pratique.

Very good location, just 7 minutes drive from the old town. Nice swimming pool area.
