Meget venlig og professionelt personale. Morgenmad var worldclass. Vi spiste ofte på hotellet fordi vi vidste det var lækkert mad. Rooftop var så lækkert. Værelserne var super fine. Vi glæder os til at komme tilbage om 10 dage.

So everything was so close to the accommodation so thats a bonus.
Staff were understanding and very accommodating to when we wanted the same room that we saw on booking..
The rooms were so small, lift has no air-conditioning in it so very hot.. the gym was half equipped with gym equipment and half was missing which was disappointing..

This hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay here again. The location isn’t really in the best spot, it’s close enough but not a good spot for easy access to everything. The value was probably the worst of our hotels through Vietnam. Very expensive for what you get. Staff were not very friendly unfortunately. Hotel bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor.

Overall great hotel, would still recommend it. Location is very good.
When booking the specific room, “early check-in” was an included extra, however when we arrived at 12:00 (Which is the early check in time stated on booking.com) we were told that actually this is not a guaranteed extra and that instead we should come back several hours later. We booked this hotel specifically to be able to check in early after a long flight. Nowhere is it mentioned subject to availability (see screenshot) unlike what the staff insisted - very much false advertisement.

Remek helyen található, gyalogos közelségben a belváros, mégis csendes. A roof top bár és medence fantasztikus, a kilátás, a kiszolgálás első osztályú! A reggeli változatos és finom.

Grande chambre avec belle vue au 18 (dernier étage). L'emplacement. La piscine.
Ménage très moyen, poussière un peu partout. L'ensemble du personnel (sauf les bagagistes très gentils et souriants et un réceptionniste parlant le français). Sinon, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour, pas un merci....on a été qu'une carte bleue. Et quand l'on s'adresse à vous c'est avec un ton vraiment désagréable. Donc pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile...et surtout à ce prix. En résumer le pire 4 étoile en 30 ans de voyage....

Il personale non era particolarmente disponibile e all’altezza della struttura. Servizi non adeguati, se arrivi nella sala colazione alle 9:28 (orario di chiusura 9:30) non ti fanno neanche entrare e prendere velocemente 2 cose da portare in stanza con un piattino, il nostro volo era arrivato alle 4 di notte e i bambini ovviamente non si sono svegliati per tempo

Lage ist super, Frühstück ist lecker, Betten bequem und Zimmer schön. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist schön und auch die Aussicht von dort. Das Meiste schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich hatte Besuch aus Malaysia. Mein Zimmmer war ein 2 Personen Zimmer. Musste die Person an der Rezeption anmelden PLUS 500K Gebühr bezahlen. Die Person hat nicht übernachtet. Finde das eine Abzocke. In anderen Unterkünften war dies nicht der Fall. Fand ich unverschämt

Insgesamt schönes Hotel, top Lage, super Frühstück
Der Roomservice hat 2 von 3 Tagen bereits um 8 Uhr geklingelt. U.a. an Neujahr ?! Der Sevice an der Rezeption war im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels weniger freundlich.

Pool, die Mitarbeiter waren alle so nett! Ein Traum! Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem mit den zwei kleinen Kindern :)

I shortened my booking from 2 nights to 1 night via Booking.com. Despite having a clear confirmation email and direct messages from the hotel through the app showing the correct 1-night stay, the hotel’s system was never updated.
The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge my proof, claiming that messages via Booking.com are “not official.” I was forced to pay for two nights. This is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Avoid this hotel if you want honest service.

Just a stone away from the area full of nightlife is offering a quiet space to rest.
Great buffet breakfast, plenty of sweet and savory choices.
The swimming pool on the terrace is definitely a plus to any traveler

Vị trí tốt, có nhiều hàng ăn uống xung quanh. Khách sạn khá đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ổn, trà chiều ngon
Nhân viên buồng phòng, bellman khá dễ chịu, nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Tuy nhiên nhân viên nam ở lễ tân tạo cảm giác không thật sự thân thiện. Booking và khách sạn nên xem lại chính sách trả phí để check in sớm (từ 12h) và check out (vào 13h) muộn. Mặc dù tôi đã lựa chọn Booking chứ không phải app khác vì có chính sách như vậy tại khách sạn này, tuy nhiên khi đến check in, lễ tân ban đầu tỏ thái độ và nói Khách sạn không có chính sách này, sau đó trao đổi tôi vẫn có thể check in sớm và đến ngày check out cũng giục khách hối hả check out đúng 12h.

Gut gefiel uns die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum im 16. Stock. Es gab außerdem eine ansprechende Mischung aus lokalen und internationalen Gerichten.
Das Zimmer und der Fitnessraum waren eher klein, hatten aber alles Notwendige. Pool und Bar im obersten Stock sind ansprechend gestaltet.
Die Walking Street ist ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, bei der Kathedrale Notre Dame ist man in wenigen Gehminuten.
Die lauten Türen waren durch die eher hellhörigen Wände oft zu hören. Das zugehörige Café ist relativ teuer.

All together a nice hotel with decent facilities.
Breakfast could be better with serving real coffee... Also the beds are fine - good sheets etc. however, pillows are really synthetic and awful. Maybe offer different kind of pillows like some hotels do

Location was ok, price was good, room was comfortable and the top area where the pool is located was very pleasant, people at the bar were helpful.

The bed was super comfy. Lobby’s great. Food’s great. Location is ideal. Also, the staff refilled the shower gel as soon as I messaged here. Everything’s great!
Not that big of a deal, but the first key card we got didn’t work well. The lobby attendant immediately handed a new one though.

Khách sạn rất thuận tiện cho việc tham quan các địa điểm nổi tiếng và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự và mến khách.
Mình đặt phòng cho bố mẹ vào nhân dịp lễ diễu binh 50 Ngày Giải phóng miền Nam. Chuyến bay đáp xuống khá muộn ngày 29/5 và có một chút bất cập do khu vực cấm đường chuẩn bị cho buổi lễ. Bạn nam lễ tân ca đêm đã hướng dẫn và giúp đỡ bố mẹ mình có thể di chuyển đến khách sạn. Ngoài ra, cũng cảm ơn team đặt phòng đã hỗ trợ mình trong việc thanh toán phòng nghỉ. Cảm ơn team đã góp phần vào chuyến đi ý nghĩa của bố mẹ mình tại TP Hồ Chí Minh

Excellent séjour à Ho Chi Minh City dans cet hotel magnifique, l'entrée est incroyable, leur plus grande suite est juste parfaite, le minimalisme de la décoration est juste incroyablement bien choisi et je ne parle même pas de la vue de la chambre qui m'empechait de dormir tant elle était belle !
Le petit déjeuner est un peu moyen, la colone de douche est un peu cheap.

Super Lage, eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit erfrischendem Pool. Sehr nettes Personal.
Das Frühstück war gut. Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Innenfenster in der 5 Etage gehabt. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich regulieren und alles war sauber.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden hier wieder buchen.

The property is not as per website, the photos on the website for the VIP room are false and the room looks nothing like what’s offered online.
The VIP room was dirty upon check in, the room smelled stale as nobody had been in it and the air con was not running and the room was unbearably hot, I checked out after one night, disgrace to say that’s a VIP treatment, even the breakfast you could not get a hot coffee, when I did eventually get one I later found it was because the waitress took Luke warm coffee from the pot and microwaved it to the boiling point.

O hotel cancelou a minha reserva na última hora, e pelo que eu vi nas reviews é um procedimendo corriqueiro que eles fazem. Deveriam mudar a política de reserva. Tive que escolher outra acomodação de última hora um total descaso com o viajante.

Great location, and easy 5 min walk into town. The lifts were super quick going up and down.
I was very disappointed that they didn't have any alternative milk (Soy, Almond or Oat), so 2 mornings running I wasn't able to have any breakfast as I prefer cereal for breakfast. I stayed in lower starred hotels in Cambodia and Thailand and had no issue with getting alternative milk.

The location was perfect. We loved the breakfast choice. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the rooftop bar and pool with great food and drinks.

Ter uma piscina mesmo que pequena, num hotel no meio da cidade e faz falta numa cidade tão quente. Quarto grande e cama confortável
Equipa da recepção pouco simpática na generalidade. A limpeza para um hotel 4* deixa um pouco a desejar, nada de gritante. Na 1a noite fiquei num quarto por baixo do restaurante do pequeno almoço, depois das 6h30 impossível dormir. Na manhã seguinte pedi para trocar de quarto e foi rápido a troca feita, ainda assim nem uma palavra a lamentar a situação

The shower in our room was fantastic. Very powerful. The pool was so relaxing after a long day. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for us.

Die Lage ist gut und der Pool auch wenn er geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Aussicht von dort auch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Lauflage.
Der Pool und die Dachterasse waren die meiste Zeit nicht zugänglich. Ein Discount wurde nicht angeboten. Auf der Weinkarte war fast alles ausverkauft. Der Safe funktionierte nicht und die Schlüsselkarten nur gelegentlich, also nach mehreren Versuchen. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

I like the location and rooms were okay
The staff at check-in counter. Checking was only one staff member. While in the room, I called for iron and board as I wanted to press my shirts for my appointment the next day. However, they did not have one in the room. I asked for one, and they did not give. Later, they said they would press for me as a service. But I was shocked when they wanted to charge me 47,000 (I can pay, but this is not right). I explained to her she was not interested in listening. Just asked me to pay , and I asked to speak to the front office manager. She said he is not in, and I asked for GM, and the GM was not in as well. I asked assistant managers they are all not in. She said they all are put side. How can a hotel operate with one staff? No one in the hotel for guests to complain. All she wanted was 47,000 just ask me to pay, not willing to listen as I told her I stayed there before and I had no problems. I am not going back there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone since they only have one staff

L'hôtel est agréable, propre et la vue à la piscine est incroyable.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et convient aux différents touristes.
Malheureusement ma chambre 1008 donnait la vue sur un immeuble très proche de l'hôtel.

Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel was way too expensive for Ho Chi Minh, considering what it offered. A major issue was our room on the 15th floor, directly beneath the breakfast area on the 16th floor. We were woken up at 6:30 am by the incredibly loud noise of chairs being moved as people took their breakfast. It was impossible to sleep after that, making our upcoming long flight home even more exhausting because we were so tired. I wouldn't recommend accepting a room on the 15th floor at this hotel!

The hotel was lovely, just 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Down the street there were countless eateries and massage/spa parlors. The room was very big and clean, breakfast buffet large and very good. Overall a great stay in HCMC!
The pool was closed for maintenance one of the days, but other than that, nothing to dislike!

Extort guests who are not solo by an extra 800,000 a night. Keep this in mind when booking. For the price you can get much better for cheaper elsewhere.

Not particularly impressed.
I requested for a quiet room. On arrival i was put into a room facing street with a street party in distance and deep bass thumping. I requested for another room and facing the same direction that did bot resolve the issue. Then i took a shower and the shower was clogged. Customer service did not attempt to give me a credit of extend any apologies. Staff was rude, did not speak english well and didn’t understand most of my concern. The interaction to fix the issue took an half and a half. In the morning, the front desk person said i had to email my concern and there was no manager. He made a comment that this is Ho Chi Minh and that the level of hotels are different here and that if i want a cheap hotel i could get another one.

Perfekte Lage im District 1, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Rooftop Pool&Bar sind nicht so groß, sehr einladend und tolles View auf die Stadt.

Plus qu’un hôtel… une expérience parfaite ! 🏨🍹
Franchement, je n’ai qu’un mot pour cet endroit : WAHOU ! 😍
👉 La chambre ? Parfaite. Propre, spacieuse, et une salle de bain digne d’un spa💧🛁.
👉 Le rooftop ? Une vue à couper le souffle 🌅 avec des cocktails qui font voyager même sans bouger 🍸.
👉 La piscine ? Rien de tel pour se rafraîchir après une journée d’exploration 🏖️.
👉 L’accueil et le personnel ? Adorables, aux petits soins, toujours un sourire aux lèvres. On se sent chouchouté du début à la fin. 🥰

What an absolutely wonderful hotel..rooms were clean and modern slightly on the small size, but that's ok for a short trip. Breakfast choices were great. The rooftop bar was awesome 👌 a really nice place to relax. Everything you need in a short walking distance.

Il Rooftop è sicuramente la parte più bella dell’hotel. Inoltre il ristorante è molto buono.
Formiche in stanza la prima notte. Ci hanno cambiato la stanza soltanto il giorno dopo senza neanche offrirci uno sconto per l’accaduto. L’hotel costa tantissimo per i prezzi del Vietnam e questo non può accadere. La palestra è piccola e mal gestita, non ci sono gli asciugamani. La colazione è da 6.

Si prendono troppo di commissioni sul cambio di Soldi .. ve lo sconsiglio di cambiare I soldi in hotel .. quindi cambiate più soldi in ex change nelle vicinanze.

The property is in a great location with a decent breakfast
This was our second stay in the hotel and unfortunately the rooms on the 13th floor were nowhere near the standard of those on the 2/3rd floor. We both had significant mould in our bathrooms and the hotel have yet to come back to us about this. Also we were told we could go to breakfast at 6am by reception but the staff upstairs in the restaurant were rude and just said it’s not open but we’re allowing people in to eat at 6am…..

フロント、ドアマンが笑顔で対応してくれて、とても感じが良かったです。朝食が美味しかったです。朝食ビュッフェは6:30amからですが、出発が早かったため相談するとブレックファーストボックスの案内を受け、翌朝5:30に行くと準備されてあり、美味しくいただきました。（サンドイッチ、クロワッサン、バナナ、ヨーグルト、ドリンクは無し）ウェイクアップコールを５時に依頼したところ、4:49amに電話が入りました。（機能しているとの観点から良かった点に入れます）
冷蔵庫が全く冷えないです。シャンプーとボディソープはついていましたが、リンスが無かったです。部屋のスリッパとしてビーチサンダル的なものが提供されていましたが、鼻緒部分が痛くて履けませんでした。スリッパを持参することをお勧めします。湯舟が無く、シャワーブースだけでしたが、壁に自分の物ではない髪の毛が１本へばりついていました。清掃後でも部屋のどこかしらに、何か小さなゴミが落ちています。部屋の窓から隣のビルの会社が丸見えであったため、カーテンを開けることは出来ませんでした。

ロケーションもスタッフも良かったし、朝食もメニューが豊富で美味しかったので昨年に引き続き今回も選んだのですが、ドアマン以外はこちらがシンチャオと挨拶しても返してくれないしドアマン以外は笑顔もなく昨年度のようなフレンドリーさは全くありませんでした。部屋も窓付きツインだったのですが繁忙時期でも無いのに2階の暗い部屋でした。朝食もスタッフがいるのにテーブルの上の皿がなかなか片付ける事もなく、昨年度と大違いでガッカリしました。

La chambre et le petit déjeuner était très bien
Le faite de devoirs payer 10 euro par personne pour prendre une douche le jour même de notre check-out, de plus que la douche était à prendre dans la douche de la piscine et que pour avoir de l’eau il fallait obligatoirement mettre de l’eau froide. Pour un hôtel à 110 euro la nuit je trouve ça osé.
Le faite de devoirs payer 10 euro par personne pour prendre une douche le jour même de notre check-out, de plus que la douche était à prendre dans la douche de la piscine et que pour avoir de l’eau il fallait obligatoirement mettre de l’eau froide. Pour un hôtel à 110 euro la nuit je trouve ça osé.

I had a great stay there. The views from the pool were amazing. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choice, both sweet and salty. Rooms are well furnished and modern.

Great customer service as soon as we arrived which lasted throughout our stay. Location was great, the room was lovely, bright, comfortable bed and great shower. The rooftop restaurant and pool were great. Had great views over the city and the food was lovely.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war schlimm. Man schaute auf eine Wand in 2m Entfernung. Wir waren nur unterwegs, somithin für uns weniger tragisch. Es werden 10 Dollar für eine zweite Zimmerkarte berechnet. Haben dann keine genommen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, weil man die Privatsphäre nicht stören will. Seltsames Argument.

部屋の設備等は快適でした。

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip at a nearby center. The facilities are good, the sky bar is great, and the pool looks nice, though a bit small. The morning breakfast is adequate; the food quality is acceptable and it saves time in the morning.
The hotel is located in the business center of the city. There are many dining options in the area, especially Japanese cuisine, which I enjoyed. The surrounding area is lively, although it may not be very safe for solo female travelers late at night.
The room's view depends on the room number, but generally, it offers great views of either the river or the city. The room size is adequate for a single traveler like me. The room facilities are new, though no clothes iron is provided.
Many staff members are friendly and very helpful, although some need more training. While I understand that working in the service industry can be exhausting, a few staff members (maybe only 2 out of more than 10 I interacted with) showed clear discrimination toward local guests, especially when I invited my guest to the hotel. Despite that, the overall experience was positive throughout the stay.

The room fridge wasn't cold it's just a cooler. So you can't buy water and chill it as it was very hot.
And the buffet breakfast could have a little bit more options.

The pool was amazing. Nice and cool temperature.
The pool closed way too early. Coming home after a big day doing tourist things and the pool closes at 7pm. Such a shame with the temperature’s in HMC - to have a cool swim would have topped it off

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight for me was definitely the rooftop swimming pool, offering stunning views while you relax in the water. The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging an early check-in for us because we were traveling with a child. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly made a difference.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent amenities and top-notch service. I can't wait to visit again!

Location is nice in the center of district 1 which Some bars and restaurant around. We had the corner room, switched due to cigarette smell, at first the corner room was small but the second was really nice! Hotel is as shown on the pictures.
At first our room smelled like sigarette which was nicely solved by the hotel! The restaurant however served us raw chicken so not worth it. Pool is ok however after 3pm no sun and limited beds. Gym is very low so no push press or jump rope possible. DO NOT BOOK THE PRIVATE CAR AS THIS IS SIX TIMES MORE EXPENSE THAN GRAB.

Loved the pool and bar on the roof on the17th floor. Good food and views were amazing.
Someone booked the wrong tour for us. We paid a lot and ended up on a cheaper one. They did sort it after a fashion but not to our satisfaction really.

Nice location - has roof top pool.
I didn’t get a good sleep each night - the air con will turn off randomly and then the room will get very hot and you’ll wake up sweating - it must be on a timer to save money. There are lots of silly lights in the room that make it annoying to get to sleep - air con control panel lights up - fire alarm lights up. The rooms aren’t good for noise either - sound travels down the hallways from different rooms/ neighbours. The minibar is noisy and doesn’t keep drinks cold.

It was lovely and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were a bit small, only one spot to put an open suitcase. Our room 0809 also smelt a bit weird when you first opened door, a bit like urine smell.

Tolle Location, tolle Lobby, wunderbares Frühstück und wirklich sehr schönes Restaurant und Ambiente!
Im Pool Bereich hat man bei den Abflüssen gesehen, dass es grün/schwarz war, dementsprechend lange nicht gereinigt… etwas gemüffelt hat es auch. Schade! Zimmer sind sehr klein. Ansonsten fand ich das Hotel wirklich prima.

It’s location
The lobby was uninviting with the most uncomfortable wooden bench (I’m sure it’s an expensive piece of art but not welcoming at all). I found the hotel on a whole to be dark.

Location. Nicely located within District 1. Walking distance to shopping malls n eateries. Room is really clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with the location of this quiet, medium size hotel - within easy walking distance from the commercial centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with all the historical attractions of the centre and also the Saigon River front, yet set in a much quieter part of the city with very little traffic noise. We found interesting Vietnamese restaurants close bye and there were also other national cuisines (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai) readily available.
The rooftop pool is quite small but perfectly adequate and there is comfortable seating all around for those who might want to enjoy the rooftop bar and view across the city rather than getting wet!
The breakfasts were good with plenty of local and European options (and the ubiquitous omelettes were excellent).
In addition to the above complimentary comments we should add that all the staff were superb. The Reception staff were especially helpful with a number of queries and requests for help.
On one of the nights we stayed we had the last room along the row which we thought would be particularly quiet but it turned out that our neighbours were noisy into the early hours of the morning. My complaint to the night receptionist led to the noise ceasing, so I assume that my complaint was passed on to the perpetrators. As the occupants of the neighbouring room were going to be staying through the next night we were moved to another room without any fuss.
On one of the nights we stayed we had the last room along the row which we thought would be particularly quiet but it turned out that our neighbours were noisy into the early hours of the morning. My complaint to the night receptionist led to the noise ceasing, so I assume that my complaint was passed on to the perpetrators. Excellent property! We had 2 X rooms with connected doors for our family of 4. Wonderful service, great pool, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Totally recommend.

An unserem ersten Tag war der Pool gesperrt wegen einer Abendveranstaltung. Hatten hierzu leider keine Infos. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag könnten Handtücher im Gym bereitgestellt werden und Equipment noch etwas aufgestockt werden.

Un accueil exceptionnel dans ce très bel hôtel. Le personnel est au top. Les chambres très propres. Lits confortables.
Le petit déjeuner européen est un peu négligé (pain de mie et confiture) et c'est dommage dans un hôtel de ce standing. Heureusement, juste en face une excellente pâtisserie nous a régalé pour un prix très raisonnable.

The location is good. Pretty close to the centre.
Unfortunately, the room I received was really noisy. I could hear everything from both neighbours. Every conversation and all the tv-shows they were watching till late into the night. I've never experienced a room with so little soundproofing. So if you have a light sleep this could be a big problem. The room standard was just okay and not worth the amount of money I paid. Because of my surgery the next day, I decided to change the hotel for having a quiet room during my recovery. The hotel was not understanding in this case and charged the full amount, also for the second night, which I didn't stay there anymore.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can just step out of the hotel and find everything you need. Staff was professional and friendly. We book a package for a trip from the hotel. Banks are also near by. Lovely facilities.

Absolutely stunning stuff service, amazing breakfast and clean pool. Hotel is very comfortable with great service from arrival till the departure.
The only thing is blinking light on fire alarm at night which creates a feeling at the disco. The TV remote should be changed as it did not work.

alles was man im District 1 sehen will is fussläufig erreichbar

Safety question at the pool.:It’s slippery to get into the pool. The steps should be put some stripes to prevent slipping or handrail to hold on. Fitness center doesn’t look so inviting. The room is so cramped with equipments

Great location and loved the rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. The room was the smallest in all of the places I visited whilst in Vietnam, typical of a city hotel I guess. However, the bed was very comfortable. Staff were mostly very nice and helpful.
Breakfast mediocre, a lot of choice if you like eating dinner for breakfast but was lacking in western options, not helped by the super slow toaster and the fact that fruit bowls and juice dispensers were not readily replenished.

The Northern Charm was exceptional. Great location, friendly staff, and a great view from our room. Our room was also really spacious & the facilities were excellent. The shower also had excellent water pressure. We were located further at away from the elevator so it was nice and quiet.
The lack of English speaking staff was surprising, and therefore was hard to communicate a lot of the time. I asked for a cocktail at the pool bar and was told “we don’t do cocktails” despite having a menu full of them. Then 10 minutes later my friend ordered one, and it was not a problem. When I asked where the pool towels were, the same female staff member called reception. I found them on my own some time later. The food took quite a while to come despite only ordering one serving of fries. When I asked where the fries were, the same female staff member thought we were ordering more fries. The same staff member then wrote down the wrong room number and nearly charged a random room for our order, without having us sign for anything. We corrected the mistake with her by repeating the correct room number. On a separate occasion, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and were given a supreme pizza. Things like this just don’t add up when it’s such a simple task- and had there been sufficient communication, these issues wouldn’t have occurred. The in house dry cleaning was also insanely expensive- especially considering the prices in vietnam. And given there’s no iron provided in the room, you don’t have much choice but to get your clothes pressed (we were there for a wedding and had little time to buy an iron and do it ourselves).

We stayed In the executive suite and could hear the chairs moving every morning above us during breakfast. We got charged for a “complimentary” bottle of wine for new years. We didn’t even want the wine. Finally, the last night there was a lot of drunk people yelling on our floor at 2 am that we had to leave at 4 am. Hotel would not provide us with any compensation. Horrible for how much we paid and considering we stayed in the EXECUTIVE SUITE

The location is perfect, walking distance from most of the sites in the city. Lots of restaurants nearby also. The junior suite was very spacious, and had great views. We were left a cake and bottle of wine for New Year’s Eve, which was a very nice touch.
The room was a little dusty in some areas and crumbs under the coffee table weren’t cleaned up. Staff doesn’t speak a ton of English, but they were all very nice. Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom area. Breakfast was average.

Pool at the top. Breakfast is acceptable.
At the bar generally no desszert was available … i have chosen 2 different one and none of them. And also the next day it was the same which is strange because at the top during breakfast they have at least some dessters. Room is okey but bathroom is very small.

沒有補衛生紙，茶壺內還有前面房客留下的水，沐浴乳的罐子壓不出來。房間的感應扣很難感應.

設備が新しく清潔感があった。
繁華街に隣接しているロケーションで、買い物、食事等の外出に非常に便利であった。
トイレのトイレットペーパーの設置場所が水タンクの真横に付いていて、ペーパーを取るたびに身体を捻るのでギックリ腰になりかけた。

Rooms were Really comfortable. The staff were really nice. The breakfast was really delicious with a great view of the city.
The dinner wasn;t really good and kind of expensive.

Our kids loved the rooftop pool and would have been happy to spend the whole time there!

飯店整體的服務非常好：
1.從下車開始，就有服務人員幫忙拿搬行李下車、推行李箱到前台。
2.辦理入住手續時，還給了我一杯迎賓茶，我覺得很貼心。
3.有服務人員協助推行李上電梯，送到房間門口。
4.因為連續入住2天，所以有按房間內客房打掃服務的燈，服務人員有協助清掃浴室和房間地板、整理床鋪，增加洗手乳罐子，我有開口說需要補充新的水，也是很快就拿給我了。
5.我搭計程車離開時，也協助我將行李箱搬到車上。
整體而言，服務很周到，雖然是四星飯店，卻有讓人感覺到五星級的服務。

Nous avions une chambre au 15ème étage. Malheureusement juste en dessous de la salle du restaurant au 16ème. UN ENFER !!! Dès 6h00 du matin, vous ne pouvez plus dormir à cause des chaises et tables qui sont situées au-dessus. A éviter à tout prix. On a pu changer d'étage et tout a été OK. On aurait apprécié un petit geste de la part de l'hôtel, mais rien du tout. Dommage.

位於市中心位置，不管到哪裡都非常方便，對巷的miumiu按摩要先預約，服務超好，早餐樣式雖然少了點，但還是可以接受，附近有超市、影院、按摩、小吃等等的，走路都會到，期待下次還能入住這邊。

シャワールームの排水口が悪く排水がバスルーム全体に漏れて床ぎビシャビシャになる。フロントに対策をお願いしたが解決できず。
