Breakfast had amazing selection, gym was well kitted out and hotel in a fabulous location. Good value for money. When we finally go to use it the pool was wonderful! The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Picked hotel with pool over balcony so we could enjoy more outdoor space but the pool was closed with no notice, asked whether we could use the sun loungers but was told no by staff, and after 2 hours the manager spoke to us and said we were allowed to use the pool/loungers. Felt like communication between staff and manager could have been better on this matter. Bedrooms aren't soundproofed so you can hear a lot of noise from outside, curtains blocked most out which was a bonus!

Our stay was exactly what we expected. The hotel was lovely and clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. The staffs were very friendly, and we would be happily stay here again on our next trip :)

Sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war alles sauber, gut gelegen, von da aus konnten wir zu Fuß zum Food Market und die Stadt erkunden.

Rooms as described and pictured online, room service everyday (if you wanted it) and always done meticulously, very comfortable mattress, air conditioner worked well and I’m glad this had an adjustable temperature setting, shower was very spacious, lots of storage space and walking space in the room itself. The hotel had very sizable and clean swimming pools that were open for a long period of time (6 am - 10 pm) and gym was simple but everything you need. The hotel also has a coin laundry (very cheap at 150,000 VND for both washing and drying) which was very efficient and kept clothes clean and dry. Staff were friendly and the security guard out the front always had the biggest smile!
Location was great - close to a university so heaps of cheap food options and a GS25 convenience store around the corner. There is a wonderful spa next door, Ayen Spa & Healing that I would highly recommend! Professionalism from the minute you walk in to when you leave.
The beds are stocked with two pillows per person but they weren’t very comfortable - they were very flat as well as fat at the same time (it was very strange). It would’ve been better if it was just one pillow that was comfortable but at the same time, everyone has their own pillow preferences so I can understand the provision of two. The bathrooms don’t have an exhaust fan for odors or steam to escape.

Thank you for your hospitality, we had a very pleasant stay with you. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I liked the city view from my window as well. The city view from the roof top in the evening is beautiful!
Location is very good. City center is 15 minutes on foot. There are planty of coffee shops and shops in the area. Nice pizza place right by the hotel, the hotel also provides lunches and dinneres.
I was traveling with kids , so to have restaurants near by was convinient. Pho at the hotel was very yummy.
I liked that every morning there were fresg fruits, eggs or omlet , spicy hot soup of pho. Nice choice.
This is nothing to do with the hotel, just with the weather. Kids were looking forward to this trip and the roof pool, but due to the stormy weather, kids could not swim every day as planned. To be honest with you, I do not have anything negative to say.

Amazing staff, very comfortable, food was good, far enough away from the centre that it was pleasantly quiet and close enough to get a quick grab or taxi to most places.

i like the central location, staff were friendly and some could speak english for easier communication as well
i could feel the springs when i slept on the bed so it wasn’t very good for my back. and on two mornings there was construction going on that no one prior informed us and was so noisy we could not sleep in

My friends and I had a wonderful day at the T Ritz Saigon hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities provided everything that one would need. The breakfast was excellent. The location was also wonderful.

Номер был чистый, очень удобный. Останавливались на 2-3 дня, большая кровать, нормальный холодильник, есть плита, чайник. Хороший душ, удобный шкаф. В общем, в номере все отлично. Бассейн на крыше был хорошим, но маленьким. К сожалению, не успели в нём искупаться. Мы оплачивали завтраки, они были вкусными.
Ну вид из окна на 4 этаже не супер, но я думаю это проблема застройки в городе. В целом, все отлично.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed- it was cleaned every day to a high standard. The bed was comfortable. We had our own iron. We could do our washing and had the pool to ourselves each day!
A great location to walk everywhere!

Very good location, close to everything.
The hotel is pretty nice for asian standards. Room was big enough with comfy big beds. We enjoyied our stay there.
A bit too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast could be much better, also they only served vietnamese coffee for breakfast, despite the fact that the esspreso machine was right there and they could easily make you a fresh cappuccino.

Everything is great. The most important factors when staying at a hotel are for me are cleanliness and the staff. Both are fantastic, but also all other factors are at an excellent level. The location is perfect for a finding restaurants and going to the center of the city. It is my second time here and it great to find out that the quality remains at the highest level.

The Breakfast buffet was well spread. Room and staff assistance in getting me the taxi and other needs was exceptionally satisfactory. Overall, had a pleasant time, though it was for one night only.

Am meisten das Personal was sehr freundlich war.Lage ist sehr gut man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Nichts zu bemängeln. Ausser den Booking.com Service, überall hab ich gelesen das Sie den Hotel transfer organisieren, haben aber niemanden gefunden der uns abholte. Dann nehmen sie doch lieber den Satz heraus, hoteltransfer.

upgraded to room with kitchen, greatly increased comfort especially because we were sick for some of the stay.
Cleaning staff house keeping were friendly. Pool was decent, medium sized fine for laps.
reception staff would be improved, weren't as friendly as i've had elsewhere. Might be due to short of staff or just being busy but thats the vibe I got, but the house keepers where more friendly than reception

We had a great stay at T-Ritz. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is convenient—you can easily walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and attractions, while most of the main sights are only a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride away. The lifts were fast and reliable, which made getting around the hotel easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily stay here again.

The location was excellent, walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Good location for bars and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean, the pool area was excellent and so was the gym. The laundry was a fantastic bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. I would stay here again if I come back to Ho Chi Minh.

We had a brilliant stay at T-Ritz Saigon. The hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable. The pool is excellent, the gym is well equipped, and the afternoon tea was a really lovely touch.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Tai, Yen and Duong at reception were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The location is also excellent for exploring Ho Chi Minh City while still being able to come back to a peaceful and relaxing hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. An easy 5 stars from us!

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and very convenient. The location is fairly good, it was too hot to walk but it is so easy to catch a scooter ride every where and any where. There are alot of cafes and coffee shops right within the vicinity. And right next door is the BEST pizza restaurant!! The gym was clean, the pool was deep and all the staff were super lovely!! We would definitely stay here again
We didn’t have any problems, but if we were to be picky, maybe a couple of extra seats at the pool, otherwise, we liked everything:)

Номер был большой, хорошие удобства, очень чистый и современный. С моими вегетарианскими потребностями завтрак был в порядке, но персонал не так внимателен, как Ханойский отель, в котором мы останавливались.

Clean and tidy lobby as well as room! Staff were very kind and helpful with every enquiry, no matter how small - from booking your grabs to pointing out directions to ATMs. Combined with a spacious and comfortable room, the stay was as enjoyable as it could be without breaking the bank!
Location was great for exploring cultural side of Saigon. However, slightly further from the central area where most tourists would like to go.

Beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is a good size and the room was very spacious - we had stayed at 3 hotels in Vietnam before arriving at TRitz and regret the ratings I gave the others because TRitz definitely set the bar high. The staff were awesome too very nice and welcoming.
The price of laundry was pretty steep for Vietnam and it was self service so didnt understand why it was so steep.

The hotel is superbly located at the border of districts 1 and 3. Many things at walking distance. It has a well-equipped and clean gym. Two rooftop pools are excellent and clean. The European and Asian breakfast buffet has a good choice of breads, eggs, meats, vegetables and Asian dishes. The rooms can also be hired for long-term/apartment style living. The room had a fridge and a small separate freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, some kitchen utensils, cooking plate and frying pan. Also cockery and cutlery for two.
Providing a small cooking pan rather than just a frying pan in the room would be useful. A bread knife would be useful too.

Очень хорошо - расположен апарт-отель в районе 3 . Номера очень просторные, удобные, и чистые. Они также очень хорошо оснащены. В отеле есть прекрасный бассейн на крыше. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, с особым упоминанием для входа - завтрак в номер, подаваемый в постели. Спасибо всей команде!

У меня было отличное пребывание в отеле T-Ritz и апартаментах Saigon! Плавная проверка - въезд и выезд - выезд, чистые удобства, хороший шведский стол и около всего. Номер был удобным, с переменным током, полностью меблированным. Я бы рекомендовал!

Very convenient to all surroundings but not noisy at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful with well spoken English plus well grooming very professional. We extended our stay to 14 days instead 6 days as original plans.

The bathroom was a bit odd. Small the shower over bath the shower head was too low at its highest it only went up to my shoulder and every shower it would basically flood the bathroom from the over spray. Also not enough towels provided and no face cloths.

Это был наш первый раз, когда мы останавливались в этом районе, и мы обнаружили, что расположение отеля было абсолютно превосходным. Хотя чистота и удобства были безупречны, служба поддержки является тем, что действительно отличает это свойство.
Я хотел бы особо отметить г-на Дая и г-на Таи, которые помогали нам во время поздней - ночной проверки - поездки. В момент паники я понял, что оставил телефон в такси нашего аэропорта. Поскольку это не была поездка - поделитесь, у меня не было информации о водителе или номерного знака. Увидев мое горе, эти двое джентльменов бросились в бой. Просмотрев записи с камер видеонаблюдения, они установили таксомоторную компанию и тут же разыскали водителя. Через 15 минут водитель был на линии, через 35 минут мой телефон снова был в моих руках. Их быстрое мышление спасло меня от огромного стресса в самом начале нашей двух недельной поездки. Я невероятно благодарен и могу заверить любого путешественника, что вы находитесь в самых лучших руках в этом отеле.

Duży przestronny, nowoczesny pokój z aneksem. Wygodne łóżko, dobra pościel i ręczniki. Bardzo czysto, wszystko działało dobrze, winda bez kolejek, siłownia i malutki basen na dachu. W pokoju cicho, przy zamkniętym oknie nie było słychać hałasu z ulicy. Bardzo dobre bufetowe śniadanie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Śniadanie od godz. 6.30, jeśli ktoś ma wycieczkę rano, to zdąży jeszcze coś zjeść. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Miłym gestem były ciasteczka w pokoju na powitanie. Do centrum bardzo blisko. Obok dużo ciekawych i nowoczesnych kawiarni.
Przydałoby się więcej leżaków przy baseline.

Had previously stayed at this property when it was Citadines. Enjoyed it thoroughly back then, and so I was a bit worried to discover it had changed owners. My concerns were unfounded, as the staff were excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and even the breakfast was very good.

Great location, walkable to lots of major spots and fantastic food, without being in the noise of the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean.
I would suggest booking a more deluxe room as the room type we booked all had adjoining doors, which meant a lot of noise transfer (I could hear the man next door yawning). Thankfully the hotel moved our room to be more private.

We spent 4 nights here over New Year and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice modern design and the rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and well maintained.
The location is very good – close enough to the main attractions but still quiet at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. The pool and gym were also nice extras after a day walking around the city. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders die kleine mit der Brille, leider weiß ich den Namen nicht mehr. Unsere Bordkarte wurde auf Wunsch ausgedruckt.
Das Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig, trotz Stadtblick. Frühstück hatten wir keins. Zentral gelegen 15 Min. zum Postamt. Nebenan tolle Studentenbar. Bekommt man auch Bier. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
Leider gibt es keine Bar im Hotel oder beim Pool. Etwas verweist, aber sauber, es gibt 4 Liegen.

La habitacion: Studio Queen. Muy espaciosa, cómoda, limpia y con pequeña cocina con microondas. La piscina en la azotea. Perfecta tras caminar por el calor de Saigon. La ubicación en una zona de calles amplias y arboladas pero a 15 o 20 minutos andando del centro.
Todo muy bien. Quizás habría que darle mejor mantenimiento a la zona de piscina: poner mas tumbonas y, cuando se pueda, hacer limpieza a fondo de las paredes y luces de la piscina.

Great location in district 3. Spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The welcome amenities of complimentary drinks and cookies was a nice touch!
Pool area was lacking seating/lounge chairs. Bed was a little uncomfortable for us. Our bathroom had an odd set up with shower water pooling around the edge of the tub and then pouring onto the floor.

The location was perfect, close to the city but not to close to the blasting music.
The staff was also really friendly and helpfull. And breakfast is really good, they have a different fresh soup like Pho every day.

We had an apartment and it was a perfect base for a week. Being able to wash/dry clothes in our room was a huge bonus, along with a full sized fridge and decent lounge area to sit during the day.
The hotel is set back off the road, so its nice and quiet at all times. Good area, walkable to so much.
Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. We didnt use much of the other facilities there.
Breakfast was ok, nothing over the top and on the pricey side for what you can get outside the hotel.

Персонал был отличным, чистота была превосходной. Номера обслуживались ежедневно до совершенства. Завтраки были великолепны. Зона бассейна, кажется, забыта. Только 4 комнаты отдыха и некоторые неуважительные гости, но нет персонала, чтобы контролировать или помогать. 2 очень старых зонта, которые не выглядели безопасными. Также нужно было позвонить на ресепшн, чтобы получить зонты каждый день. Пришлось позвонить на ресепшн, чтобы поставить сауну, чтобы она никогда не была полностью прогрета, когда это необходимо. Если вы выше 5 футов не получите номер с ванной - душевая головка идет только на высоту носа. Если вы моложе 5 футов не получите комнату с ванной - вы не сможете выбраться из нее. Если вас не интересует эстетика бассейна я бы рекомендовал, так как это один из самых чистых отелей, в которых я останавливался. Воздушная афера идеальна.
Отель спа/массаж был в два раза выше цены в течение половины времени и не хорошее впечатление вообще. Иди по соседству, чтобы сделать отличный массаж.

A pleasant hotel that is well-placed for easy walking to some of the main attractions with slightly quieter, more local feel.
Plenty of local food and coffee shops too.
Didn't bother with hotel breakfast which was probably fine but many options very nearby, all of which were good and cheaper than hotel breakfast.

An awesome hotel, close to the major sights in Ho Chi Minh City. Our room was spacious, with more than enough storage space available, mini fridge, two pillows (which is always a big plus for me), air conditioned. Good and large bathroom. Breakfast was really good, they offer Vietnamese options, but also European products, with fresh eggs being prepared upon request. Delicious fruit selection and really good coffee. Friendly staff as well. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
Only downside is that the rooms are not that quiet and the street noises get through. Just use some earplugs.

Værelserne er meget rene og rummelige. Vi fik dog ryger værelser til at starte med hvilket ikke var rart med tre børn. Fik nye værelser efter en lille uges tid. Personalet er super venlige og beliggenheden er fantastisk venlige, tæt på alt, gåafstand til det meste.
Pool området var slidt og der var kun fire solsenge, det gjorde det lidt svært at finde pladser i løbet af dagen, men vi gik op tidligt om morgenen og fik nogle gode timer i solen ved poolen hver dag.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Despite how busy it gets, the staff consistently worked with professionalism, energy, and genuine smiles, which really made a difference to my experience. Their positive attitude and great service did not go unnoticed.
A special mention to the Reception team at T Ritz — Hieu and Yen — who were always welcoming, efficient, and happy to assist with any requests.
The Breakfast staff were fantastic and started each day on a positive note: Thao, Ngan, Tuyen, Thien An, Ngoc Han, and A Xoan. They were attentive, friendly, and worked incredibly hard during busy periods while maintaining excellent service.
Thank you as well to Security, Hieu Van, for being professional, helpful, and ensuring guests felt safe at all times.
Lastly, appreciation to the Housekeeping Assistant, Bich Lieu, for the great attention to cleanliness and care throughout my stay.

Hangos, sajnos az ablakok nem zárnak jól. Medencénél összese 4 db napozóágy van csupán ami érthetetlen egy ekkora hotelnél. A reggelizô nem elég nagy, kicsit csorda jellegũ.

The only real advantage is that it is relatively clean. A good location should not be considered a merit of the hotel, because it was something I had already taken into account when making the booking.
1. Very noisy. I was woken up every morning during my four-day stay. Even on the 9th floor, I could hear motorcycles from the road. There was also construction next door, and the sound of cutting steel was unbearable. On top of that, housekeeping was noisy in the mornings, often dropping metal cleaning tools outside the room. 2. Poor breakfast. The restaurant is small and the food selection is very limited. I work out regularly, but there was no beef available at breakfast, leaving me with only eggs and coffee every morning. 3. Poor attention to detail. The elevator system is confusing, with three elevators operating on two separate systems. At times, an elevator would arrive and open with no one outside, as the passenger had already taken another elevator. Laundry service was slow and inefficient. I also had to remind housekeeping every day to clean quietly so as not to wake my partner. Overall, this hotel feels like a three-star property at best. Noise issues, poor breakfast, and weak attention to detail made the stay far from comfortable. 1. Very noisy. I was woken up every morning during my four-day stay. Even on the 9th floor, I could hear motorcycles from the road. There was also construction next door, and the sound of cutting steel was unbearable. On top of that, housekeeping was noisy in the mornings, often dropping metal cleaning tools outside the room. 2. Poor breakfast. The restaurant is small and the food selection is very limited. I work out regularly, but there was no beef available at breakfast, leaving me with only eggs and coffee every morning. 3. Poor attention to detail. The elevator system is confusing, with three elevators operating on two separate systems. At times, an elevator would arrive and open with no one outside, as the passenger had already taken another elevator. Laundry service was slow and inefficient. I also had to remind housekeeping every day to clean quietly so as not to wake my partner. Overall, this hotel feels like a three-star property at best. Noise issues, poor breakfast, and weak attention to detail made the stay far from comfortable. We booked for a couple and a child an „Executive One Bedroom Apartment with City View“.
On 3rd floor our view was to a wall and a backyard. Asked for a highrise room. No help from the frontdesk. The „big double bed“ turned out to be a small Queensize. So we asked for an additional bed. They seriously demanded me to go down to the frontdesk and pay for the bed before they would set it up, what is absolutely unworthy of a 4-star place!
That there’s no space for an extra-bed without taking out half of the furniture is another story.
Second evening my wife had a bad backpain and asked the frontdesk for a massage service. No help from them. So, not speaking Vietnamese, we needed 1 hour to find on Internet a serious place who would send a therapist to the hotel. When the (50 year old - serious) therapist arrived, the frontdesk told us, she could not come to the room, „after 10 o clock no visitors“.
I said, you can exactly see, this is no visitor but the massage-therapist, who will go again in 1 hour. Crazy but true, they didn’t let her in! (Of course we paid for the massage.)
I asked to speak to the manager, frontdesk told me there was no manager after 10 o clock, I could speak to him the next day.
Next day, when I wanted to talk with the manager, they asked me to sit down in the lobby and wait. After 10 minutes they came and told me, the manager was busy and could not come. I told them that this was unacceptable, so they sent me some understudy deputy of the manager. What a shame!
It’s one of the many new tourist-money-making places with minimum effort but in no way a 4 star hotel of International standard.

Hôtel impressionnant par sa taille ce qui ne réduit en rien la qualité du service de son personnel ( notamment Hao & Tai , très professionnels et chaleureux). Nous avions tout apprécié ! Chambres éminemment confortables, lumineuses et spacieuses / Décoration de l’établissement ravissante / Petit-déjeuner varié et bon/ Quartier aéré et très agréable à sillonner à pied et accessible en 15’ par le centre . Encore une fois un 10/10 pour tout le personnel 👍🏽. Enfin , le Tea afternoon offert fut un ravissement . Bravo 🎉 T-Ritz
S’il fallait mentionner quelque chose (mais rien de rédhibitoire) je dirais que le nombre de transat mis à disposition à la piscine est insuffisant . D’autre part , le petit-déjeuner serait parfait si les fruits frais étaient mieux sélectionnés : durant mon séjour , les melons et les goyaves coupés n’était pas mûres .

It’s clean. The location is quiet at district 3, yet we may easily access to wherever we need at the comfort of grab, at a very cheap fare. We are very satisfied with the service, the front desk staffs greeted us and attended to our needs promptly.
There isn’t an another standing shower cubicle for the room with bathtub, so we may only use the bathtub for shower, and the water will easily get splashed around and the floor gets wet after shower.

Solved all issues timely and enjoyed each day spent.
For the "peace of the mind" recommend the use of their pick-up and drop off services (same we did) from and to airport even it is a bit above the regular price.
Install "Grab" application then all is becoming easy.
Suggest to purchase a data sim card from airport - AFTER passport control (!! price is substantially different). Possible to get 30GB/day for 1 month for 125K VND - we purchased it from wrong place and paid 300K VND
We had two rooms and it would have been great to have a late check out for one room (i.e.15:00) because our flight departure was at 18:00. However, the only offer was up to 13:00 then they figure out am alternate option for luggage till we departed to airport

Although the buffet breakfast selection was adequate and tasted fine, it was the staff attitude and how the restaurant was run that was a big disappointment. There were plenty of staff working but they looked like they didn’t want to be there. They weren’t friendly, proactive or enthusiastic. Buffet items often run out even when we are there around 8am and staff didn’t seem to be in any rush to replenish. We were there for 5nights and on some mornings, there were no food tags so you don’t know what the items are and no one standing at the breakfast check in area (where they tell you to wait to be seated).

Great rooms with kitchenette and washing machine - only stayed for one night but should be a great option for longer stay. Complimentary afternoon tea with on table cake tower which was plentiful. Breakfast sufficient, small pool and gym with everything needed. Great red sky view during evening hours from rooftop pool.

Номер был хорошим (хотя не так звуконепроницаемым от уличного шума) , и расположение было отличным. Бесплатный послеобеденный чай был приятным сюрпризом. Завтрак, однако, хотя и без особых претензий, мы нашли его довольно средним, а площадь бассейна на крыше довольно бедной - слишком мало стульев и вид на город, закрытый стеной. Несмотря на это, у нас было приятное пребывание, спасибо, Ти Ритц.

Position was great for the War Remnants museum, and slightly away from the chaos of other areas of the city centre (= it was quiet). Also, staff were very helpful with taxis and looked after our luggage overnight with no trouble, although we had checked out.

Svidela mi se soba sto je bila prostrana, uglavnom su sobe u Vijetnamu manje.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine avec son sauna et la salle de sport, plus la baignoire dans notre salle de bain. Chambre propre avec un grand lit et assez d'espace pour ouvrir nos valises. Bon emplacement proche des lieux touristiques. Le personnel était très aimable.

Очень вежливый персонал, помогают с решение любых вопросов. Прекрасный завтрак, большой выбор блюд хорошего качества. Приятная инфраструктура - хороший фитнес-зал и хороший бассейн на крыше.
Все в целом понравилось. Хотелось бы на завтраке кофе-аппарат с зерновым кофе. Кофе подается, но в подогреваемом чайнике.

Top Lage, relativ ruhig und trotzdem zentral, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Saigon sehr großer Pool, großes, modernes Fitness-Center. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Saigon, bei dem man nach einem anstrengenden Tag am Abend etwas relaxen will. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr gutes riesiges Zimmer mit viel Platz und schöner Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat uns jedes Mal Freude bereitet. Das nette Personal hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tips bezüglich Local-Restaurants und Telefonshops gegeben.

Good service, friendly employee. Our room is quite clean, and the bed is comfortable.
Swimming pool is too deep for me (160m). During the midnight of our second night, the alarm wa triggered, and no one tells us what happened until we went to the reception. It will be better if hotel can tell all customer what happened by the broadcast or something…

I really liked the fresh fruit and the noodle soup at breakfast. The fresh juice was also lovely. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The black out curatins were especially impressive as the room stayed very dark in the morning. The desk and sound system were also really good! The large water container was also very helpful although I did run out before the end of my stay. The sauna was also a really great facility to have, I enjoyed using that most nights.
I had a kitchenette room, if there was a small pot for cooking noodles, that would have been slightly better as there was only a frying pan.

I arrived late at night and was warmly welcomed by the reception staff who kindly introduced the facilities and even gave me the exact floor and view I requested. Breakfast was rich and well organized, and during my two-week stay I always felt safe, cared for, and inspired to lead a healthier lifestyle thanks to the pool, gym, sauna, and yoga. The staff were incredibly attentive, helping with flower delivery, fruit orders, and even a late-night taxi issue. Housekeeping kept my room spotless with thoughtful details. As a frequent traveler since 2015, I can confidently recommend T-Ritz for family, business, or romance. Мы останавливались здесь в течение 3 ночей для нашей свадебной годовщины поездки в город Хотиминь. Отель предоставляет нам исключительное обслуживание с большим Wow. Они очень креативны и так удобны, чтобы установить очень впечатляющую кровать для нас. Персонал супер дружелюбный и полезный, завтрак установлен очень хороший. Единственное, в ресторане не подают ужин, но это прекрасно для нас, так как мы часто едим на улице или хватаем заказ продуктов, что очень удобно для нас. Мы любим остаться здесь и, конечно, вернемся в следующий раз. Спасибо отелю и персоналу здесь, чтобы сделать поездку такой запоминающейся.

Die Lage von dem Hotel war sehr zentral, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet, toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und jeden Tag anders.
Wir werden wiederkommen, weil wir und unsere Kinder sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

House keeper came into our room as soon as we left our room to pop up the pool for a swim the first morning we were there. We didn’t need house keeping and hadn’t discovered the button at the door to push to indicate this yet. Felt like they might have been watching to see that we left and snuck in. Incidently I lost my money purse between checking in late the night before and after our morning swim. Very loud music from a restaurant a block away plays till nearly midnight. We went to the restaurant to check it out for dinner the next night but the music was that loud we wouldn’t have enjoyed a meal there.

We stayed twice at T-Ritz, both ends of our trip. We felt at home here, great base location for our family. Great location whilst being a little quieter. Only a $2-3AUD Grab Ride to anywhere we needed to go. Room and Amenities were clean. Having a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer with kids was so helpful! Breakfast was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Хороший номер и было очень чисто. Еда была в порядке, но я предлагаю добавить Phở в меню завтрака.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, d3 mais proche d1, on a pu aller à plein d’endroit à pieds. Y a beaucoup de café/resto autour aussi!
La chambre était spacieuse, on a également eu un surclassement!

Отель взимает плату VND 103000 за пятна на подушке (цвет волос передается на подушку) . Первоначально сотрудники отеля просили заплатить 309000 донгов, поскольку они утверждали, что три чехла на подушках испачканы. Каким-то образом мне удалось убедить их, что после стирки остался только один чехол от подушки - "HA HA HA"
Воистину, это первый раз за 30 путешествия лет в мире, когда любой отель взимал плату за пятна на подушке - "ВАО"
Честно говоря, я использовал свои личные вещи под головой вместо подушки в отеле, чтобы потом остаться в отеле - "HA HA HA"

Location is good. With Grab 4 you are in district 1 in less than 5 minutes for approximately 40.000-50.000VND.
We booked a studio and a deluxe room which were connected. Ideal for a family. The kitchen, living room and the clothing washing and drying combination makes it very convenient.
The people working in the hotel are very kind and always helpful.
We enjoyed the swimming pool at the roof and the fitness gym.
Breakfast is ok. Enough to choose from.
We could leave a suitcase for longer than week as we were traveling and would be back.

Я пробыл здесь 1 год с работой. Не могу похвалить их за то, что они так хорошо обо мне заботятся. От сотрудников ресепшн до охранника и домработницы - все из кожи вон лезут, чтобы приветствовать вас и дать почувствовать себя как дома.
Отдельное спасибо и признательность мисс Трамвай Ань (начальник) и мисс Фунг (моя домработница) - они прошли дополнительную милю и удостоверились, что мое пребывание было приятным.
Обязательно вернется в следующем году и останется здесь.

The staff can't be faulted. I got an upgrade for my room, and it was sensational - five star feeling. Staff offered helpful advice and the location was great, about 25 minutes from the airport in peak hour traffic. Facilities were good, breakfast was good. Loved my time there. У меня было замечательное пребывание в отеле. Номер был чистым, и персонал был исключительно доброжелательным и внимательным. Расположение удобное, что позволяет легко исследовать окрестности.

La chambre correspondait parfaitement à ma réservation, le personnel était vraiment serviable, et le petit déjeuner offrait une variété incroyable. En revanche, nous étions au 7ème étage et il y avait un peu de bruit. Néanmoins, nous prévoyons de revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Saigon.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Lovely pool. Very convenient to have washing machines and dryers available.
The bath was quite high to climb in and out of for the shower, which was over the bath.

From the staff, food, room, amenities was amazing.
Location is really good, you have everything waking distance. You have a small groceries near by.
They help me organize the tours.
Is a safe area, any questions the staff helps you.
I informed them that was my mums birthday and they made really special. We had a really good time!!

Staff worked on the shift during my check-in late were very friendly.
Breakfast service were just OK, lots of western patrons were not care of their sanitary issue ( they cough n sneeze right on the displaced food items, sometimes even using the same hands touch on the foods); crowded n loins talk from those European tourist n I was seated of their pushy attitude on Asian guests ( ie: they intended push their chair back to some Asian , or avoid them on the same length tables…) Staffs / security/ a young chubby male floor attendant were not idled on the floor without service attitude ( when I pushed my luggages to front desk to check out: both security/ chubby attendants stood there, pretend to touch my luggages, then both turned away) After I finished my check out, no one assisted my luggage, or asked if I need any assistance in transportation ( I was waiting on front side walk with my luggages to hire taxis for 30 minutes by myself, the street side security was walking around without provide any help!)

La camera era più grande di quello che sembrava dalle foto. Ho apprezzato la pulizia e la connessione internet velocissima. La posizione per me era ottima in quanto l'hotel si trovava vicino ai miei punti di interesse.
L'atteggiamento dello staff al momento del check-in, mi hanno fatta aspettare davvero tanto tempo senza spiegare come mai ci volesse così tanto. Diciamo che non li ho trovati molto professionali. La piscina è sul rooftop e di medie dimensioni, l'unico problema è che ci sono 4 sdrai in tutto. Un pò pochi considerando il numero di ospiti che questo hotel può ospitare.

The staff here are kind, warm, and add a personal touch. I would give the staff 20 stars if I could. We loved the location; away from the most touristic part of town.
The mattress was very uncomfortable; hard and lumpy. Housekeeping gladly brought some extra pillows so I could make my own mattress topper. But all they beep to replace the mattresses

L'accueil par le personnel très bien, chambre spacieuse avec un très très grand lit.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.
Une grande piscine en rooftop, très bien pour se rafraîchir de la chaleur de Ho Chi Minh.
La salle de bain n'est pas très pratique avec la baignoire, même en faisant attention il y a facilement pas mal d'eau au sol . Pas assez de transats ni de place pour se poser à la piscine par manque de place...

Доброжелательное обслуживание, очень чистый, отличный тренажерный зал, сказочный шведский стол и команда завтрака были очень эффективными. Хорошее расположение. Номер, который мы получили, не был тем, что мы заказали, и это не было проблемой изменить, и это было быстро сделано. Я бы остался снова, и единственное, что могло бы сделать его лучше, это некурящее имущество и несколько дополнительных комнат отдыха😊

Кроме утверждения очевидного, этот 4-звездочный отель заслуживает быть 5-звездочным и больше. Вот почему:
1 ) Г-жа Дай и персонал сделали все возможное, чтобы удовлетворить наши потребности и убедиться, что мы довольны нашим пребыванием.
2 ) Даже когда возникали некоторые опасения, персонал успокаивал и помогал в решении некоторых проблем
3 ) После выезда, большинство 5-звездочного отеля уже сказали бы, что вы не можете использовать их удобства из-за протокола, но персонал здесь был достаточно любезен, чтобы разместить это.
По этим причинам и опыт превосходного персонала наряду со справедливыми ценами, расположение, и удобства, это третий раз, когда мы останавливались в этом отеле. Мы даже останавливались на 1 неделю здесь.
Спасибо за щедрую доброту и личное прикосновение.

Отель в отличном месте, очень близко к самым важным местам в Сайгоне. Очень хорошее обслуживание, отличный вид с террасы и очень широкий выбор еды на завтрак. Всего в 15 / 20 минутах езды на машине от аэропорта. У нас была отличная квартира с мини-кухней.

Hotel wart polecenia. bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przemiła i profesjonalna obsługa , z angielskim było ok, dało się porozumieć.
Bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, codziennie nowa woda, sala fitness bardzo dobrze wyposażona, basen na dachu stanowi fajną atrakcję, sauna, klimatyzacja dobrze działająca do własnej regulacji, przepyszne baardzo bogate śniadanie, pełne oryginalnych potraw wietnamskich, ale dla tadków niejadków tez produkty europejskie :-) można tez zjeść coś w porze lunchu. blisko do kawiarenek. zmieniałam pokój przy przedłużeniu pobytu , zostawiłam w starym złote kolczyki i wszystko zostało mi przyniesione gdy zadzwoniłam na recepcje . bardzo uczciwy personel sprzątający .

Les appartements sont très fonctionnels et agréables. Tout est très propre, bien entretenu. Le personnel est agréable et l'hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter des bons spots de la ville.
Pour le nombre de clients, malheureusement, il peut être difficile de trouver un transat disponible à la piscine puisqu'il n'y en a que 4. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas si exceptionnel pour le prix.

We verbleven in een ruim appartement met keukenblok, koelkast en een slaapkamer en alles was perfect.
Fijn bed, personeel spreekt Engels en is erg behulpzaam.
Goed ontbijt.
Prima gym met airconditioning en zwembad op de 12e etage.

The hotel has no restaurant at 8.30pm. Had to just quickly grab a pastry for dinner at diner cafe next door. I am a solo traveler, a lady. It will be good if there is no connecting door to my unit.

Отличное расположение отеля, все приветливые, номер большой чистый и новый, есть даже саунд бар, если вдруг захотите музыку послушать)). Брал за 96 евро сутки. Есть с чем сравнить в Хошимине, поэтому настоятельно рекомендую данный отель. Рядом есть кафе и рестораны и небольшой продуктовый магазин.

WOW! What a fantastic place, within walking distance of all major attractions and yet near to the airport. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom and it was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, everything you needed and even a washing machine with integrated dryer, they even provided detergent. The shower was great, plenty of hot water, lovely bathroom, lots of storage, a large fridge freezer and everything in great condition and good working order. We couldn’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms or outside and the aircon was very quiet, you could hardly hear it at all. The TV had some good choices of English channels and we made use of that after a hard day’s sightseeing. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough, always a lovely welcome when you returned. We didn’t have breakfast but I am sure it would be good quality. A nice little pool and a well equipped gym and sauna. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, well done guys!!

Nhà mình book ở đây để đi xem ca nhạc ở Mây, đi bộ từ khách sạn tầm 500m rất tiện. Khách sạn có địa điểm tốt, đường lớn gần Hồ con rùa, có hầm để xe ô tô. Bữa sáng không nhiều món nhưng rất ngon và vừa miệng, chất lượng hơn cả ở buffet những khách sạn 4-5 sao mình từng đi. Các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ mến, thủ tục check in/check out nhanh gọn, gia đình mình book phòng deluxe được upgrade lên hạng studio, phòng rộng rãi có trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp, chảo, chén đũa.. Trang thiết bị trong phòng hiện đại, sạch sẽ. Tầng thượng có phòng gym và hồ bơi ngoài trời.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed and good AC. Staff was super friendly. Location is in a not too crowded, not too deserted area with lots of cafes nearby. Nice and quiet for sleeping, but we could still walk 15-20 min to shopping in district 1, and it was really easy to grab a GRAB taxi as well.

Очень чисто. Прямо очень! Наконец-то мы нашли чистые и без пятен полотенца и хрустящее постельное белье. Персонал крайне вежливый, этичный, внимательный и делает все для удобства гостей при первой же просьбе. Остались очень довольны этим местом и 100% в первую очередь будем смотреть сюда при возврате в Хошимин!
Не удалось оценить завтраки, режим сбился и просыпались поздно. Но это наша проблема.

The staff were the best part of the hotel. The rooms & foyer were presented well and clean and the swimming pool was really clean and refreshing. Attendants out near the driveway were always very welcoming & helpful. Everyone so friendly :)
*Also, there’s an AMAZING pizza restaurant next door- I ate there 3 times!

Uśmiechnięta obsługa, pomocna i zorientowana.
Cienkie okna jak z papieru, nie da się u Was spać z powodu hałasu z ulicy mimo tego, że nasz pokój był na 5 piętrze. Takie okna pojedyncze i nie dające się domykać niczego z ulicy nie niwelują. Dodatkowo w łazience z wentylacji czuć było non stop dym z papierosów.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in regards to booking in and out. The security guards acted as concierge in regards to day to day vehicle arrangements and were most courteous and helpful. We really appreciated their kindness and the help they gave us

Central location. Rooftop pool was nice.
Breakfast was very average. Minimal options and the ‘hot’ food such as bacon, etc. was under these lamps which wasn’t even keeping it warm. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the bed was crammed into the bedroom with no space on either side. Pool needs more sun beds and maybe even an umbrella for some shade.

This is an amazing hotel for amazing value. The location in HCMC/Saigon is perfect, as you're not in the business areas of District 1, but you're only a few minutes walk away from most things. You can grab breakfast/lunch in the hotel, or you can enjoy the plethora of food options that are within a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The busiest parts of District 1 are a 5-10 minute Grab ride away. The hotel rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The staff is both incredibly confident and friendly. They speak English rather well, and they are very accommodating and will help you navigate HCMC. Best of all, the rooms are quite affordable. I was blown away with how amazing this hotel is.
The gym and rooftop pool close rather early at 10PM. I wish they would stay open later - that's my only complaint/recommendation.

Gym was great, pool very good. Apartment inside a hotel is a good idea. Staff were nice. Wifi is good.
Had to get the staff to tell the people next door to shut up at 2am. So he walls could do with being soundproofed more.

Super nice hotel with gym, pool and sauna on the rooftop. Felt really good to go back to the hotel everyday and have a peaceful atmosphere in contrast to how noisy and polluted HCM is. I didn't try the breakfast, but I had their lunch menu for an excellent price and really liked it. Staff is super sweet and kind. Location is not at the very touristic center but it felt like a nice neighbourhood with cool cafés next to it and spots that seems more local.

Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, die Betten top👍 es war sehr sauber.

Clean and well kept place! We stayed for 2,5 nights before our late flight. Kitchen has all the basics and a great ventilation for cooking.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal as it is close to many sights and shopping malls but at the same time still easy to get to the airport as you don't get stuck in the middle of the city traffic for too long.
Laundrette is convenient and costs 90.000 VND for washer+dryer. Never tried the breakfast.
The pool was closed for a few hours for a photoshoot when I was using it on the last day 13/1 2025. This could be fine, but really should be notified to guests beforehand or when they book, especially if some book for this reason I can imagine the disappointment. (We booked here to have a kitchen).

Wir hatten ein Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und es war sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten eine Küche, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein großes Bad und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Die Reinigung kam täglich und hat sich nach dem zeitlichen Rhythmus der Gäste gerichtet.

We stayed here for six nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also great. They cleaned our room to the highest standard each day. The bottles of water each day and the fruit basket on arrival was a nice surprise.

Отель в отличном месте , номер хорошего размера , имел все, что вам нужно , завтрак довольно хороший , персонал дружелюбный . Но это потеряло звезду из-за нашей регистрации в , прибыл рано из-за раннего полета просто хотел душ и спать после 12 часов полета , понимал, что это было задолго до проверки во времени сказали ждать в лобби, пока номер будет готов 3 . 5 часов спустя все еще ждут тем временем другие пары прибыли далеко за нами, и там номера были готовы задолго до нашего! Только однажды я пожаловался, что нам нашли комнату! Тогда мы хорошо посидели.

Breakfast choice was excellent. Room size was good and comfortable chairs.

1/ Grab Taxi ne rentre pas toujours jusqu'au lobby pour le pick up ... le messagerie grab demande à aller dans la rue ... Pas super alors que les taxis peuvent y aller 2/ A l'enregistrement, j'ai du, lors du paiement par carte de crédit, signer 2 tickets de paiement, un pour la comptabilité et un autre pour XXX: ce n'est pas normal de faire signer 2 fois (2 tickets de carte de crédit) pour le paiement. Au lobby de faire une copie du ticket signé!!! Merci de au management de faire changer cette pratique qui est de l'abus.

We loved our stay here. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with opening doors for us and carrying our suitcases.
The room was immaculate. Looks exactly like the pictures, nice new smell in the room, modern furniture and very clean.
The hotel has a pool and gym which were free to use and of good standing. And they also have some washing machines and dryers that you can use for a small fee, which we were very grateful for!
The hotel’s in a good location too, not too far from the centre, easy to get Grab taxis and a few cafes and restaurants around.
Very happy to recommend to others
Literally the only negative we found was that the shower wasn’t well designed, so a lot of water was collecting on the sides and needed wiping with one of our hand towels each time we had a shower.

Das Hotel ist relativ zentral gelegen, man kommt in max. 10 Min mit einem Grab für ca. 2-3€ zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gab es genug
Cafes, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Rooftop Pool war gut, für eine Abkühlung und Abwechslung ideal. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nur mäßig.

Café da manhã e conforto das camas. Café da manhã vietnamita, poucas opções, porém satisfatório. Não existe cama de casal, são 2 camas colocadas em paralelo e é possível sentir a parte dura da divisão. O colchão é extremamente mole e a sensação é de uma noite mal dormida. Os lençóis são de material áspero e tinham odor de roupas guardadas há muito tempo. Se optar por studio, saiba que o banheiro não tem box e dispõe de cortina plástica que molha todo o chão de banheiro e o espaço da banheira é insuficiente para um confortável e seguro banho. Péssimo! Não consegui descansar apropriadamente nesse hotel.

Nicht organisiert, trotz vorherigen reservieren anrufen und bezahlen. Für die Zimmer Verlängerung bis 17:00 Uhr wurde meine Karte schon vorzeitig gesperrt und ich wurde aufgefordert Zugang bis 15:30 Uhr für das Zimmermädchen zu gewähren, wurde im Nachhinein zwar alles geklärt, War aber halt stressig und unnötig. Fassaden und Lobby, sehr Prunk, Zimmer waren sehr sehr einfach. Telefon war kaputt jedes Mal wenn ich was wollte, muss ich runter oder von meinem Telefon auf Zentrale anrufen und es hat Schimmel gerochen Zimmer waren sehr sehr einfach definitiv kein vier Sterne Hotel

The hotel is just a short cab ride from the airport which is very nice since I usually arrive very late at night or depart very early in the morning for flights.
The location is convenient for walking to excellent restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and shopping center and for a few parks.
The staff is always friendly and make me feel welcome.

初めてのベトナム旅行で、あまり繁華街ではなく寂しくもないロケーションで、評価の高い宿を探して、こちらに決めました。
空港の定額タクシーのカウンターで、ホテル名と外観写真とGoogleマップを印刷したものを示すと、すぐに場所を分かってもらえました。約30万VNDででした。
タクシーは一般道路からホテル脇の車寄せに入るので、バイクとの接触などの心配は全くありません。
ドア前にはいつも警備係のかたが詰めていて安心でした。
連泊だったためか、客室のアップグレードをしてくださり、客室のドラム式洗濯機で洗濯ができて助かりました。
綿や麻のものを多く持ってきていたので、アイロンも重宝しました。
リビング・ダイニング・寝室と、きれいに手入れされた水回りは、大変居心地がよく、あと何泊かしたかったほどです。
朝食も大変おいしく、特につくりたてのフォーがおいしく、気に入りました。ベトナムコーヒーも、フレーバーを感じる芳醇な味わいでした。
ウエイトレスさんとは、片言英語と翻訳アプリのベトナム語で話しましたが、皆さん控えめな愛想の良さをお持ちで、とても感じが良いです。
フロントスタッフは皆さん穏やかで優しく笑顔があり、安心して滞在できました。
徒歩数分で韓国系コンビニもあり、何不自由なく高コスパです。
ホーチミンの中心に近いのに、静かな滞在ができ、寛げました。
次回ホーチミンに来るときもまた選びたい宿です。Xin Cảm ơn.

The streets are a bit difficult to get taxis on, we mostly used Grab, however somehow they always dropped us off on the opposite side of the hotel, then we had to do crossing which I hated it because the streets were full of cars and bikes, very dangerous.

The room was great, enough space for all, quiet and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and it went on until 10am, which was nice. The pool was a good size and never too busy. Bonus were the washing facilities and the nice gym. Would definitely stay again.
Maybe not as much to do around the hotel than we wanted, slightly outside of district 1 but you get the quietness instead.

A purpose built world class hotel. Very pleasant room, good tv stations, blockout curtains, good hot water in the bathroom, quiet location, well insulated, everything felt like a real hotel. Housekeeping gave me a huge water container after I asked for extra water bottles… fabulous

They gave me a FREE room upgrade from a Classic Room to a One-Bedroom Apartment. The location is a walk away from almost everything: convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, you name it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had a problem with my phone connecting with their WiFi after a few days of my stay and they sent an I.T. to the hotel to get it fixed. Superb service! I will definitely come back and stay there again.

В отеле были чистые номера. В номере было несколько удобств.

Моя любимая квартира в центре Хошимина. Посохи очень дружелюбны и поддерживают. Я не ожидал, что они будут работать с клиентами. В апартаментах есть тренажерный зал, сауна, прачечная. Мой сын любит плавать здесь, потому что у них есть детский бассейн, это плюс. Мистер Тай - администратор с хорошим голосом и он поддерживает нас, чтобы проверить - приходит рано в 10: 45 (мама рано вылетела и приземлилась в 9 утра) . Он также помогает нам многое во время нашего пребывания там. Большое спасибо, мистер Тай и другие сотрудники. Мы вернемся. Настоятельно рекомендую для кого нужна гибкая квартира в центре ХЦМК с подходящей ценой!

Our room had all the facilities to make our stay very comfortable with all the conveniences eg hot plate and utensils and big sized cups for coffees! We also had a big window which allowed the sun to filter in, in the mornings.
We would have preferred a rail around the big pool as it was only one depth and quite deep … it meant we had to sit in the shallow pool.

Отличное расположение, очень близко ко всему, куда может понадобиться туристу. Персонал очень услужливый, а сам отель и его удобства в целом отличные. Единственное предложение состоит в том, что завтрак должен быть немного более разнообразным, чтобы удовлетворить всех, включая индийские предпочтения.

The big rain shower hit my head and I had to go to the doctor. They then emailed me saying that the shower was fine and had no issues. Why would they email me that? Ich habe in keinem anderen Hotel während meiner Vietnamreise einen so so exzellenten Service erfahren wie im Citadines! Sehr zuvorkommend, äusserst höflich und stets enorm bemüht hinsichtlich jeglicher Belange. Ganz großes Lob!

Спасибо всему дружелюбному персоналу, который сделал наше пребывание приятным и гостеприимным. Особенно Тай и Хао на стойке регистрации, которые были так заботливы, когда моя жена заболела. Они предложили нам обратиться в район семейной медицины №1, где ей сразу же оказали помощь и помощь. Мы смогли остаться еще на 2 ночи в той же комнате, так как нам пришлось покинуть нашу туристическую группу / пропустить Камбоджу. Но лучше быть здесь в безопасности с правильной медицинской помощью.
Не могу придраться к этому отелю - отличное расположение, замечательный просторный номер с кухней, хороший бассейн на крыше и хороший тренажерный зал, легко дойти до любых достопримечательностей. Настоятельно рекомендуется.

Очень хороший отель, чистый и просторный. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить динамик в зале высшего класса. Расположен в центре, в 10 минутах езды от Центрального Сайгона и Такашимайи, где много хорошей еды. Звукоизоляция тоже хорошая.

Близость отеля к центру города делает его очень удобным для передвижения и изучения близлежащих достопримечательностей. Красивый и чистый номер, несомненно, добавит комфорта вашему пребыванию. Кроме того, в отеле также есть бассейн на крыше и прачечная самообслуживания на 12 этаже. Замечательный опыт.

Super ruime , frisse kamer met veel lichtinval. Zaaaaaaliiggg bed! Ruime badkamer, voldoende kasten om eens niet uit een valies te leven, maar even alles in de kast te kunnen leggen. Ruime badkamer, mooie gezellige verlichting...
Gemeenschappelijke ruimte met wasmachines en droogkasten die werken met jetons; heel fijn om even dit te gebruiken. Groot zwembad op rooftop, maar wel iets te weinig ligbedjes (2 maar), fijne fitness, .... In een ander district gelegen, maar met Grab te boeken , ben je zo in het centrum. Dus voor mij was dit geen probleem. Om de hoek een supermarktje dat 24u open is en kan je dus je eigen ijskastje even aanvullen. Ik heb hier echt genoten en tot rust gekomen.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à distance de marche de la vieille ville, dans un quartier plutôt calme et agréable, avec tous les services. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et notre chambre était très confortable. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour.
Un détail: la réception est un peu désorganisée, surtout à l’arrivée. Pendant le séjour, même si le personnel nous a fourni ce dont nous avions besoin, il a parfois fallu insister gentiment pour que les choses se fassent dans un délai raisonnable.

The beautiful environment. The cleanliness and the amenities were excellent !
The tedious process of retrieving a lost item. We have to lodge a claim at the reception desk and have to wait a long time for the housekeeping to get the items. We left after like 15 mins without the items as our Grab was waiting for us to go to the airport.

На мой взгляд, отель плохой, номера простые, шумные (плохая акустика) с большим количеством внешнего шума, смежными комнатами и коридорами. Бассейн на крыше старый, всего 3 шезлонга, зонтик разваливается.
Завтрак очень скудный (многие блюда не пополняются), из-за нехватки места для всех, когда мы заняты, во время нашего пребывания также не было бара.
Приемная команда не решила пару проблем, которые у нас возникли, за исключением замены полотенца с дырками. Другой проблемой был плохой кондиционер, который не был решен.
Расположение в порядке, так что никаких проблем с этим.

Saubere, große Unterkunft mit Küchenzeile. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Fenstern, die sich öffnen ließen, was sehr selten in Saigon zu sein scheint.
Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen und ist mit 250.000 VND/Person recht teuer. Wir wollten einen Flughafen Shuttle bestellen, dieser hätte allerdings 900.000 VND gekostet, was deutlich zu hoch ist! So haben wir ein Taxi am Flughafen genommen für gerade einmal 250.000 VND.
Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen und ist mit 250.000 VND/Person recht teuer. Wir wollten einen Flughafen Shuttle bestellen, dieser hätte allerdings 900.000 VND gekostet, was deutlich zu hoch ist! So haben wir ein Taxi am Flughafen genommen für gerade einmal 250.000 VND.

accueil: on m'a annoncé en arrivant que l'hôtel étant complet, je n'avais pas de chambre. J'ai exigé qu'on me trouve une solution. Après environ 20 mn, on m'a annoncé qu'il y avait une chambre disponible mais dans une catégorie supérieure et à un tarif plus élevé. J'ai accepté cette solution.

My second time staying here. A big thank you to Mr. Minh from reservation team. I mistakenly booked the wrong date for my trip, and booking.com wasn't providing solutions, but he went out of his way to support me and change the date to the correct one. The room is big for 2, swimming pool is huge and have 2 separate areas which are great for kids and families.

У нас был ранний утренний рейс, поэтому мы добрались до отеля в 7 утра.
Проехав довольно много, мы попросили ранний заезд и нас не особо развлекли, сказав: «Нет свободных номеров» и что мы получим номер самое раннее к 12 часам вечера.
Как только я упомянул об оплате одной дополнительной ночи (накануне вечером, чтобы получить ранний заезд), нам был выделен номер.
Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 5 дней, и за эти 5 дней мы видели, как много людей заселились рано. Мне это показалось очень несправедливым.
Однако персонал очень вежливый, и в отеле есть все необходимые основные удобства. Их рестораны не работают на обеды и ужины. Следовательно, человек, приезжающий в этот отель, должен иметь с собой основные продукты питания, которые можно приготовить (если он не хочет есть на улице).

Det kändes fånigt att jag skulle behöva betala för ett trasigt dricksglas som mitt barn hade haft sönder. Det var inte så mycket pengar, men själva grejen kändes lite löjlig. När man betalar mycket pengar för hotell så tänker iallafall jag att sådant ska ingå. Hade varit en annan sak om vi hade haft sönder flera saker eller haft fest på rummet. The room was spacious, clean, and sufficiently furnished with a washing machine, stove, and kitchenware, so it was basically ready to move in. The location was good enough, although Pham Ngoc Thach street was constantly having heavy traffic. However, there are many coffee shops, convenience stores, good restaurants and shopping malls close by that you can walk to. A grab trip to Ben Thanh market is fast and cheap (less than 2usd) or you can walk there if you'd like.
The walls are paperthin. Soundproofing was nonexistent, and you could hear every single comotion from your neighbor's room, and the hallway. A neighbor was packing, and I could basically hear them zipping up their luggage.

Staff were really attentive to my needs and always did their best to help.
The shower head was terrible, water would splash all over the bathroom floor. The hotel should use a fixed overhead rainfall showerhead as well as giving the option of using handheld washer.

This hotel is by no means the fanciest or luxurious but they have clean rooms, well designed spaces and solid customer service. When we had a late flight to depart, staff let our children use the pool, which helped us kill the hours as a late check out was not possible. The breakfast, while by no means over the top, has essentials you can expect at a chain hotel. I would recommend this property more for long term business travelers as the room amenities were more attuned to those needs (kitchennette, washing machine, etc)
There is no restaurant or room service, so you do have to go out for essentials. There is a small mini market on the corner. We had to wait in the lobby for a taxi and found it to be a bit warm - though staff did put out fans and portable A/Cs. Pool is very basic.

This hotel is in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Booked us 2 tours which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and quite quiet except for Friday evening when the outside noise was a bit much. Didn't deter from the overall stay.

Отличное расположение по отношению к местным достопримечательностям, кафе и магазину (все в нескольких минутах ходьбы). Очень понравился бассейн на крыше и вид на город. Для долгих дней осмотра достопримечательностей города приятным дополнением была льдогенератор в холодильнике в номере. Сотрудники были очень полезны - хорошо говорили по-английски.

The entire staff team from reception, security, to housekeeping was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and warm, which made our experience great. Many of the staff remembers you and try and provide a personal touch as well. Special appreciation to Quhun who gave us great service and recommendations. The housekeeping was great as well and kept our room clean and comfy.
The only minor downside is that the hotel phone was down during our trip, which made it slightly harder to connect with reception. However, the service makes up for this minor inconvenience :)

Останавливались на 3 ночи в апартаментах с одной спальней. Теплый и услужливый персонал стойки регистрации заставил меня и мою семью почувствовать себя желанными гостями. Комната была просторная и чистая.
Удобное расположение в центре города и в нескольких минутах ходьбы от собора Нотр-Дам.

Я прибыл в отель 04.04. 10 . Со своей группой. Мы забронировали 8 номеров. На ресепшене мне досталось всего 3 номера, хотя мы заплатили заранее за все 8 номеров. На остальные 5 нам сказали, что брони нет и ее отменили. Я связался с провайдером, и они сказали мне, что не получили никакой отмены бронирования от отеля. Они пытались войти с ними в контакт, но они не хотели никакого контакта. Они попросили у нас только наличные. Они не хотели принимать кредитную карту от провайдера. . . . Сначала они сказали мне, что нам нужно внести залог, и что они снимут средства с кредитной карты провайдера.
Они не сняли средства с карты, и я заплатил за отель, двойная цена была указана при бронировании на веб-сайте поставщика.
Провайдер вернет мне разницу. Но нет смысла перенаходить. Дело в том, что сотрудники отеля и менеджеры действительно являются постелью. Я очень часто путешествую и впервые сталкиваюсь с таким впечатлением о постели в отеле.

Этот отель ужасен. Кровати неровные, и пружины бьют вас ножом в спину. Несколько раз просили переехать, игнорировали. После переезда матрас остался прежним.
У бассейна пахнет канализацией, а на плитке зеленая слизь.
Завтрак отвратительный. Несвежая еда, холодный бекон и сосиски. Я бы не стал кормить свою собаку этой едой.
Не останавливайтесь в этом отеле. Был частью пакета Luxury Escapes. Я предлагаю компании найти другой отель.

Не подходит для туристов, стойка регистрации была ледяной и жесткой. будет чувствовать себя нежеланным. Общение — это проблема. остерегайтесь, они берут много дополнительных. На все в номере есть ценник и наверное даже на грязные полотенца. Убедитесь, что номер возвращается в том же состоянии, в котором они предоставляются, чтобы избежать ненужных расходов. Расположение хорошее, это единственный плюс. Но вход не с главной дороги.

Хороший номер, своего рода студия с простой, но функциональной мебелью. Дизайн был чистым и простым, сказать особо нечего. Место было недалеко от центра, так что удобство плюс. . . Наверное. Это было расслабляющее пребывание, но довольно скучное, но чего можно было ожидать?

Приятная и спокойная обстановка, но примерно в 600 м от шумного оперного театра. Есть тренажерный зал, прачечная самообслуживания, бассейн на 12 этаже.
Номер чистый, вид с 12 этажа отличный.
Предлагает завтрак утром, если это необходимо.
Место хорошо для семей и самостоятельных путешественников.

У меня был кошмар здесь после регистрации вчера.
Я забронировал номер с 1 спальней (42 кв.м.), и когда я зарегистрировался, я был удивлен, увидев, что мне дали обычный гостиничный номер. Я уведомил персонал и показал ему свое подтверждение бронирования, в котором был указан тип и размер моего номера. Он сказал, согласно бронированию, которое он получил от Agoda (но я забронировал от Klook), что номер, который они мне дали, правильный, однако мое бронирование говорит об обратном.
Мне нужно было отправиться на ужин, и мне сказали, что они разберутся и предоставят мне новую комнату, когда я вернусь. Я вернулся позже той ночью, и до сих пор ничего не было сделано. Парень на стойке регистрации совсем не помогал и по-прежнему отказывался менять мне номер, хотя в подтверждении бронирования указано, какой тип номера у меня был.
Персонал был НАСТОЛЬКО бесполезен и не имел ни малейшего представления об обслуживании клиентов или навыках решения проблем. Если это была ошибка Agoda или Klook, отель должен это сделать. согласовали это с ними и выполнили мое подтверждение бронирования. Все, что я получил, было: «Я ничего не могу сделать. нет. нет. Я ничего не могу сделать».
Персонал был беспомощен, не имел сочувствия, не умел решать проблемы и даже не извинился.
Я даже не слышал ни от менеджера, ни от кого вообще. Сегодня утром, когда я спустился, чтобы попросить менеджера рассказать им об этой проблеме, мне сказали, что сейчас выходные, поэтому на смене нет менеджера, только два стажера на стойке регистрации. Это место - абсолютный беспорядок.

Чистая и уютная квартира в центре города. Хорошо для деловых путешественников. В отеле также есть небольшой бассейн на крыше здания. Из-за Covid 19 отель прекращает подавать завтрак в отеле, что неудобно для путешественников, у которых мало времени.

Останавливались здесь на три ночи и не могу винить. Расположение отличное, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от района 1. Номер был чистым и современным, и в нем было все необходимое.
Персонал на стойке регистрации был очень любезным и дружелюбным, мы обязательно вернемся.

Отель выбрали, как обычно по критериям: новый, хорошая оценка, удобное месторасположение, желательно сетевой. Отель, правда новый, находится в минутах 10 от центра,рядом есть кафе, что бы выпить кофе, но ресторанов, как таковых нет на этой улице, рядом есть пару не плохих СПА. Номера маленькие, но новые, уборка нормальная, шумоизоляция тоже более или менее. Но есть один факт, который меня крайне удивил и это их завтраки. Более скудных завтраков в Азии, я не видела, по факту можно их не брать а сходит в кафе рядом и там будет более разнообразно и обильно. Завтрак состоял: 2 видя яиц, бекон, сосиски, хлопья, хлеб, не много овощей и фруктов. И ужасного кофе в принципе всё:) Для меня это было странно. Подняться и спуститься можно только по карточке, проблема в том, что она одна и мужу приходилось меня отводить в тренажерный зал, открывать этой же карточкой мне его и потом забирать) И рядом с ним сидит человек, следит за порядком, но честно по мне больше похоже на надзирателя и если ты взялся за тренажер он бежит тут же его вытирать) Отель если взять без завтрака и за свои деньги на твердую 4!

Я не ожидал, что Citadines будет таким хорошим. Сначала приехали, подумали, что здание отеля должно быть рядом с дорогой, но оно внутри, пройти в небольшой переулок около 80 метров. Но на самом деле это помогает избежать шума на оживленной дороге в HCM. Он был спроектирован как квартира с обслуживанием, поэтому есть объекты, которые действительно служат всем целям для жизни в течение такого долгого времени. Микроволновая печь, чайник, утюг. Номер, который в два раза больше нормального гостиничного номера. 2 телевизора, гостиная, обеденный стол. Очень нравится этот отель и без колебаний вернусь сюда в любое время.

Останавливались там на 2 ночи по делам. Этот отель действительно хорош для бизнеса, просторный номер, адекватный рабочий стол, быстрое подключение к интернету.
Объект: тренажерный зал достаточно хорош для серьезной тренировки, у них также есть бассейн.
Разнообразие завтрака не обширное, но достаточно хорошее и вкусное.

Остановился здесь в августе 2019 года и должен сказать, что мне понравилось все, что было в этом отеле, отель был безупречно чистым, и персонал был очень дружелюбным, без особых проблем, завтрак был в форме шведского стола со смесью хлопьев, фруктов и приготовленной еды. , Отель находился примерно в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от туристического центра района 1 или, если вы свернули направо из отеля, вы оказались в более вьетнамском районе 3. Останавливались здесь для нашего Сайгонского этапа поездки. Действительно полезная стойка регистрации с дружелюбным персоналом. Хорошие чистые номера с удобной кроватью и приличным душем. В отеле были хорошие удобства, включая стиральную машину и сушилку. плавательный бассейн был очень желанным перерывом на тепло Сайгона, была сауна, но Сайгон это так или иначе! хорошее расположение и хорошая цена. Рекомендую как отличную базу в Хо Ши Мине.

Мне действительно не на что жаловаться, кроме шума и давления воды. Это прямо через дорогу от клуба, который играет музыку до 12 часов утра каждую ночь. Также завтрак очень простой. Мы останавливались в Citadines в Нячанге, и завтрак не может сравниться с там. Кровати очень удобные, и я бы остановился в другом Citadines снова, только не этот. Бассейн на крыше очень чистый.

Я решил остаться в Citadines Regency из-за моего хорошего опыта работы с группой отелей Ascott. Он расположен в начале округа 3 и на окраине округа 1, лучше всего в обоих мирах, если вы спросите меня. Отель выглядит относительно новым, и номера вполне подходят для деловых путешественников.
Хорошие моменты -
Самые маленькие варианты номеров хорошего размера, что меня впечатляет. Это не кажется клаустрофобным. Персонал вежливый и вежливый. Тренажерный зал открыт 24 часа. В нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля вы найдете множество ресторанов, а рядом расположен кооперативный супермаркет, где можно найти все необходимое. Расположенный в непосредственной близости от района, многие достопримечательности находятся в 20 минутах ходьбы.
Плохие очки -
Кажется, у меня такие же проблемы с завтраком. Ограниченный выбор, только мясо, которое они подают - говядина или свинина. В итоге я ел хлеб с маслом. Там была поездка с моими партнерами.
В комнате чисто, и удобства велики.
Там есть штат по имени Кэндис, который очень заботился о нашем пребывании. Не привезли проездной адаптер, и отель тоже иссяк, но она получила от нас одну из них, бог знает где.

Новые апартаменты с обслуживанием и хорошим тренажерным залом. Базовый, но вкусный завтрак и короткие прогулки до достопримечательностей. Очень приятный и внимательный персонал. Доступ осуществляется через боковой вход, который может быть немного запутанным.

Новое здание, удобства отличные, но: 1) мой Wi-Fi не активировался при регистрации заезда 2) попробовал позвонить в гость, но никто не взял (5 раз) 3) электричество вышло примерно 3 раза за 1 час дня 4 ) коридоры были слишком теплыми, предполагают, что они пытались сэкономить электроэнергию, поскольку это не выглядело как полноценный отель. Кроме того, это стандартная служебная квартира, по крайней мере, у них есть окна.

Я заказал классический номер, но в конечном итоге был модернизирован бесплатно в гораздо большем помещении с более приятным видом на город, когда я жаловался на бум-шум, исходящий от пивного клуба на соседней улице. Легкие шпалы должны быть предупреждены, избегайте номеров на той же стороне Клуба Пива, играя громкое ухо - потрясающая музыка до полуночи каждый день.
