Отель был красивым и чистым, персонал также очень дружелюбный и услужливый, мы обязательно вернемся в будущем, если снова окажемся в Ханое! - из Малайзии 🇲🇾

Location is ok, and the room was quiet. Room size is good and there is a desk to work at, as well as several chairs to sit in. Plenty of hot water.
Massively overpriced for what it is. No amenities in the bathroom despite the high cost. Water in the room is one tiny pitcher refilled daily, but the staff refilling doesn't empty or clean it, only tops it up. Pillows are hard and lumpy. The water pressure on the bum gun is set way too high, to the point where it's painful, and there is no way to reduce the pressure. Shower is not a spray, more of a hose end and the lack of any curtain or wall means the bathroom gets soaked. Reducing the pressure via the valve doesn't help because then the water just dribbles out and you can't get under it. Breakfast was there, but not good enough to have more than once.
