Reyna Luxury Hotel 3*

Located on a very noisy street, most rooms full of traffic noise, the very nice staff helped me to get a room on tthe backside,it was quiet 🤫 But had no windows 😂

Nichts.

Alles. Das Hotel hat trotz meiner Reservierung die Reservierung und das Zimmer nicht gehalten. Somit kam ich abends in das Hotel und es gab kein Zimmer mehr absolut unprofessionell.

Very welcoming staff, and super comfortable bed. I really liked that the room was clean but also that it had a proper desk to work from. The minibar items are great but at a reasonable price and tempting! I did not use in-room dining although it was a well-priced option, but I did have a couple of massages which were very nice. Overall a very pleasant stay- if I return in Hanoi I will definitely stay here again!

地點很好，浴室沒有完全乾濕分離有點可惜

Ok

Ok

Chỗ nghỉ thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện

Sảnh tầng 1 bố trí cảm giác hơi bí. Bữa sáng không được đa dạng cho lắm.

I like the fact that the hotel is just a close distance from the event I attended. Everything else is accessible. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. All in all, it was worth the pay.

Nothing specific. It was comfortable.

Nice room, very clean.

Breakfast not great.

Very clean rooms, huge bathrooms

Close to a very noisy road.

Many high quality details. It exceeded my expectations

A little street noise and an average breakfast

A modern, well equipped hotel with a kind, helpful staff. Close to the National Convention Centre.

There are no reasonable restaurants nearby, only some kilometres away; just questionable quality street food is available in the district. The housekeeping turns up to do the room late in the afternoon, which is very inconvenient when taking a rest just having arrived following a long conference venue. A city view is advertised on Booking; nevertheless, there is no city view present from the room, just backyards of some neighbouring houses.

I booked a Jr Suite- located at the 7th Floor. Superb and amazing room- spacious and clean. Love the extra large king size bed 🛌.. The room is well equipped (iron and iron board is only available by request). Complimentary fruit 🍇 plate was made available upon check in 😃. The hotel is located at the main road- so do expect some street noise (motorcycles- beeps and honks 😅). Staffs- Okie 👍🏻. Didn’t try their breakfast- got up early to explore local, street food 😝. Location- not too great if you are planning to go to the old quarter of Hanoi frequently for food, street shopping- the journey from the hotel to old quarter by cab (approx 25-30mins and can be up to 1hr+ during peaked). I chose this place as it was close to the Hanoi Convention Centre. Well, getting a grab car 🚕 or bike 🏍️ is easy- so no worries 😉.

Weird noise from ?the aircond light switch?- can be disturbing 😳 before u doze off
