I really liked this hotel, primarily because of its welcoming staff—people who genuinely strive to make your stay comfortable!
A young woman named Nara helped us with everything; she was a lovely assistant, available 24/7.
We especially enjoyed the courtyard café, where we had dinner every single day! It was a peaceful, tranquil oasis amidst the noisy chaos of Hanoi.
The room was spacious, the housekeeping was excellent, and our supply of water and tea was replenished daily. However, the kitchen area in the apartment seemed dirty to me. We didn’t really need it—other than the kettle—but I did happen to notice it.
Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful!

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ruim appartement. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekkere massage genomen bij het hotel. Ligt op 15-20 min met taxi van Old town. Maar er zijn veel goedkope taxi's beschikbaar. Op loopafstand van het hotel is niet veel te doen.

Most valuable and respective staff available at facility. Mostly Nara the receptionist most knowledgeable and oriented staff who kept consistently following up for the arrival to ensure, we reach on time and she can keep ready the room.
Even she prepared the documents and proper handover done to her colleague to avoid any challenges during check out.
Cleaning was not done properly and didn’t keep buffer of toothpaste, not enough kitchen facilities(cups, plates etc) as per room size and people.

朝食のバリエーションが多く、ホテル周辺が公園も含めてホテルグループの敷地で、リラックスできる。仕事で遅くなってもホテルで食事がとれる。公園でよくビールを飲んだり食事を取る事が有る。

The location is great and convenient.
Too noisy, the kids nearby were very noisy, I couldn’t sleep even at midnight. The lift was old and sound bad so I feel not comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Most of the Staff was English-speaking which is a rarity in Vietnam.

Super toller Ort umzingelt von der schönen Natur. Waren super zufrieden. Hatten zwar einen kurzen Aufenthalt vor Ort aber waren von der Hygiene und den Räumlichkeiten super zufrieden. Man hätte nichts besser machen können. Man hat in jedem Detail gesehen wie viel Gedanken man sich gemacht hat. Sehr liebevoll und gemütliche eingerichtet. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. In der obersten Etage gab es ein Restaurant bei der wir auch sehr zufrieden waren Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön. Haben beim auschecken auch regionale Bio Nudeln bekommen :)

The staff here provides amazing hospitality - and the spa aspect is both highly visible and appreciated. The onsite cafe is excellent with great food and drinks, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is pretty good.
Views from the room are not exactly flattering, but that is mostly out of the control of the hotel. It can get a little bit noisy outside at night.

Wir waren 3 Mal in dem Nesta Hotel & Spa. Jedes Mal war es sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer Update bekommen, war auch wirklich angenehm war.
Das Frühstück war ganz solide und hat auch geschmeckt.
Durch die Lage eher etwas außerhalb ist es angenehm ruhig auf den Zimmern. Es gibt ein Klima System, sodass man nicht die Klimaanlage die ganze nach hört.
Falls wir nochmal nach Hanoi kommen, würden wir das Hotel nochmal nehmen.

Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. Etwas ruhiger und sehr angenehm. Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten nach einer Fahrt im Nachtzug von Sapa nach Hanoi gefragt, ob wir eher ins Zimmer können, da wir sehr geschafft waren.
Wir konnten das Zimmer um 11:00 beziehen und hatten eine super Erfahrungen.
Wir haben insgesamt 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht mit drei unterschiedlichen Buchungen.
Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

少し奥まった所に有るので、静かで、排ガスなども臭わない。団体客が多い割にはロビーも静かで混雑していない。
スタッフは愛想が無く、スマフォを触っているスタッフが多い。掃除スタッフは、枕銭を置いても、備品のサプライには不備が多い。建物などの設備が良いだけに、残念に思った。

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff is very very helpful and they went out of the way to arrange our daily trips, very informative. Very cosy hotel. Highly recommended.

Không có được đôi dép đàng hoàng chống trơn cho nhà tắm. Nhân viên thì ko nhiệt tình, nhờ ship đồ ăn lên mà phải gọi tận 4 lần thì bảo là ko có ai để giao, nên mỗi lần đặt hàng phải tự đi xuống lấy.

Hidden gem: cozy hotel hidden inside the neighbourhood. Loved the garden with an open air cafe - staff even kindly provide cable extension to connect your laptop and work from there. Very quiet, clean, excellent spa next door with discounts for hotel guests. Friendly staff.
Basic rooms are small and have windows facing inner court. Breakfast has limited european options, but still quite diverse.

Receptionist goes all the way out to help you. Clean, neat good room!
Only disadvantage is the rooms are too close. When people in the other room open or close their doors it feels like someone is opening our doors.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir Nara hervorheben, die uns bei der Suche nach einem Taxi großartig unterstützt hat – vielen Dank!
Das Hotel selbst wirkt modern, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hinterlässt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch der SPA-Bereich ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.
Es gab ein wenig Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer.

The room is quite small but has modern furniture and facility

Exceptionally nice ahd helpful staff. Many room choices. I had to keep extending my stay and lived in 3 different room types, including apartments, which are not advertised. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Hi quality well prepared dishes. The Spa is amazing. Used it almost every day.

1. Ks không có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô. Phải gửi ở dưới hầm đã giảm 50% từ 50k/ tiếng xuống còn 25k/tiếng. Để xe qua đêm ối dồi ôi luôn

The staff were very lovely and made sure we felt welcome. They also ensured we got to our next destination safely.

Tucked away inside the Nesta layout, the property is an oasis of calm right in the middle of the high-energy city centre. The perfect location, a little away from the chaos and congestion of Old Quarter, and yet minutes away from all the sights and sounds.
The resourceful and smart Ms Phuong (Nara) is a gem, always willing and able to help out with local resources that made a good stay great.
There was nothing to not like. This Nesta property offered a 5-star stay at 3-star prices. Too good.

Friendly and kind staff, good breakfast, nice position.
The room was in very bad conditions, with scratches and dirt on all walls and ceilings. It literally looked there was a leak from the above floor. Same was for the restaurant facility. They also had the brilliant idea of starting construction or restructuring works on the neighboring room (706) at 07:00 AM, with an unbearable and continuous noise that prevented us from sleeping. I called the receptionist to ask if they could pause it until later in the day, they did for just half an hour and resumed at 07:30 AM until after our check out time. Unbelievable. Also, our room had a nice view right on a grey, moldy wall.

旅館在一個安靜的街道內，在房間裡完全聽不到街上的喇叭聲。非常推薦。房間新裝修很寬敞也很乾淨。早餐有提供pho bo、hu tieu、banh cuon、越南咖啡等越南特色食物，當然也有一般的西式早餐可以選擇。
我入住房間的廁所一直有隱約的聽到抽水馬達的聲音，夜深人靜的時候很明顯，雖然說也不是大聲到會讓人睡不著的程度。

I have stayed here twice and everything was very exceptional. Minh and his team helped me transfer the 2 nights redundant room charge which I’ve already paid to my second stay. They were actually gorgeous and helpful. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna stay here once more

The accommodation was clean and of high quality, meeting the standards of a higher-range hotel. The location, though tucked away, provided a quiet and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing stay.

ベトナムのホテルはバスタブの湯量が少なく、バスタブ一杯にならない。途中で水に変わってしまいます。しかし、ネスタ・ホテルではお湯でバスタブが一杯になりました。最高！朝食も６時からサービスが有るので最高！

Everything was amazing. From the workers to the location "for us" away from noise and traffic but close enough to commute. Price for what we received was great. Breakfast was great and diverse, room service was the best.

SpA au top .... Un peu cher par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver en extérieur.

Super comfortable room and a really nice laid-back vibe about the whole hotel. Super friendly staff are always willing to help. Breakfast was good and provided everything that you might need to fuel your day. Super easy to get to anywhere you'd be looking to visit using a taxi.
The location was good for me personally as it was away from the bustle but it's quite far away from anywhere central, and most tour groups will not provide pick-up or drop-off to any hotels outside of the old quarter.

Nice relaxing space away from the busy streets to unwind.
Staff advising you cannot leave trying to check out while they go to check if anything was taken undeclared from the unrequested minibar. Otherwise staff were lovely and pleasant bar the minor sour taste at the end.

Locatie was rustig gelegen in een zijstraat van Dong Da area. Hierdoor had je het idee niet direct in de drukke stad te zitten, maar tegelijkertijd wel alle mogelijkheden om de stad te verkennen. Oude centrum zat op 10 minuten met de scooter, perfect!

I liked everything😍 the hotel is brand new , the room is spacious, spotless clean and bright with big windows, the blackout curtains make sure you have a relaxing night/ afternoon nap, the bed is huge and comfy , the lighting system is perfect, the toilet has bidet seats , broad variety of food at breakfast , very quiet place , good insulation .
A bit far from the city center but grab taxi is really cheap. a divider in the bathroom would be nice between the bath tub and the toilet , it’s impossible not to make the bathroom flooded when having a shower .

Hotel 4 stelle nuovo, bello, e pulito. Camere e letti comodi. Giardino carino e rilassante e ottima colazione. Il personale è stato molto gentile
Lo staff, comunque molto accogliente, non parlava un ottimo inglese e ci è riuscito a dare pochi consigli per la visita Posizione: necessario un Grab per raggiungere le attrazioni principali (40 min a piedi nel traffico di Hanoi)

Good breakfast, hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly
I had to extend my stay due a cancelation in one of our flights so we ask the receptionist if we can extend and the asked us to check on booking where the hotel was sold out. They said we still can stay 2 more nights but we ended up paying more for 2 nights than for the first booking that was for 3 nights. The area is not very nice, the room it gets very hot as the aircon doesn’t work for more than 1 hour so during the night it’s just very hot

The location, the staff, the service, the breakfast, the room …
I arrived around midnight and went to check in at the wrong reception. The front-desk staff escorted me to the hotel reception and made everything easy.
Had a little chat with the receptionist, learned a couple Vietnamese phrases and enjoyed our conversation.
The breakfast buffet is quite nice, too. Bright space, good variety. The manager came to remind me to take what I wanted 5 minutes before clearing off the table, which I found really helpful.
On the day of checkout, one of the staff Huyen helped me arrange a pickup with a driver at a designated location which made more sense to me as I wanted to take the time to stroll the streets and visit a couple places before I go. The following trip to the airport was thus made shorter, and the driver was very friendly too.
Thanks to everyone for making my last night in Hanoi so great!

Very kind and friendly staff. I love that the whole hotel is non-smoking. That’s hard to find in Vietnam.
I would habe appreciated fresh orange juice at breakfast in a hotel like this and with this kind of a price.

The location is quite near to anywhere even though it is not a tourist area. I love the surrounding area, quite nice, so you can relax. Everything is quite new.

Hôtel placé dans une ruelle très calme mais dans un quartier peu intéressant. Nous avons eu une très belle chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée donnant sur un balcon avec vue sur une cour charmante. Literie très bonne et confortable. Le personnel a été très à l’écoute.
La salle du petit déjeuner étant adjacente à une très grande salle de conférence, c’était souvent très bruyant.

people, all the stuff special front desk , tried their best to make my stay comfortable. location , breakfast more importantly value for money

Lần đầu tiên mình ở đây thì rất thích. Nhưng lần thứ hai thì không. Do lịch trình cá nhân thay đổi, nên mình đã gửi request huỷ phòng từ rất sớm. Khi không nhận được phản hồi, mình cũng chủ động gọi cho khách sạn để tìm phương hướng giải quyết. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên trực tổng đài chỉ thông báo rằng sẽ kiểm tra lại mà không có bất kì thông báo nào khác, đồng thời để mình chờ đợi. Với mình, đây là sự kém chuyên nghiệp trong giải quyết các tình huống của khách sạn. Điều đó khiến mình khá thất vòng, dù lần đầu mình ở đây trải nghiệm rất tốt

The suite on the 7th floor has a lot of space for a family of 4 if required. Two balconies overlooking the city adds to the experience. The room is very comfortable in terms of amenities and the quality of the bed
Since we travelled during the Tet holidays, there was no laundry service available for the duration of the stay which was a bit annoying. No city tours of any other tours available again due to the holidays. Had to book all tours through booking.com which was at a premium

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super zum "ankommen" in Hà Noi, da sich das hotel in einem sehr ruhigen und gemütlichem Innenhof befindet.
Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, auch für Europäer :)
Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer.
Das einzige negative ist die Lage. Da sich das hotel außerhalb der "Altstadt" befindet, wird man für diverese Tagesausflüge nicht vor dem hotel abgeholt, sondern muss mit einem Taxi (Grab) in die Stadt fahren - was aber sehr einfach und mit wenigen Euros erfolgen kann.

The rooms are tastefully done, clean and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Basic furnishings but functional. Good for a solo traveler
I visited during the Tet holidays so there was no laundry service available. Also the room cleaning services are a little slow again maybe due to the holidays.

Das Frühstück hat leider wenig vegetarische und vegane Optionen geboten. Für ein Hotel der Kategorie haben wir in anderen Hotels in Vietnam eine besseres Angebot bekommen.

Clean room. Some staffs were more helpful than others.
Morning check out at 5.45am was not great. No help with the luggage. Would appreciate the receptionist to be more helpful. We would have stay here again on our next return. Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel based on my morning check out experience. It spoiled our experience overall.

New and very clean, breakfast was fairly good and the staff were really lovely. Our rooms were quiet as the hotel was located on a side street away from the main street.
The bathrooms flooded every time you took a shower. the breakfast boxes that we received to take to the airport as we had an early flight had fruit flies in them.

The staff are an asset to the hotel. All very helpful and friendly, nothing much trouble. Very clean modern rooms. Happy hour was great for us to have our pre dinner g&t's

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Gutes Frühstück.
Kaffee öfters kalt😄 Aber wurde erwärmt für mich Schalter könnten besser beschriftet werden im Zimmer. Wir betätigten ausversehen den Schalter für den Boiler, sodass er ausgeschaltet war😊 Hausmeister kam sehr schnell und schaltete dein Warmwasserbereiter wieder an🤣 Es ist nicht wirklich negativ, nur Jammern auf hohem deutschen Niveau 😅

Det var rent, gode værelser og utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden havde mange valgmuligheder.
Der var lidt larm fra byggeri i nærheden om morgenen. Men det er ikke hotellets skyld.

Великолепный отель. Современный отель, белоснежное постельное бельё. Чистая ванная комната. Очень приветливый персонал. Вкуснейший завтрак. Можно дойти пешком до центра города.

很惊喜订到这个酒店，一开始看没什么评价以为会踩雷。但是发现这个地理位置打车很方便，虽然离景点有几公里远，好处是非常安静。入住后发现设施齐全，有浴缸和加热马桶，电视。前台的接待服务非常友好，会帮忙拿行李。酒店的早餐种类齐全，pho很好吃。

Отличный завтрак, особенно понравилось, что можно попросить приготовить омлет и рамен.
Отель окружен зданиями и хорошо подходит для тех, кто не любит шум.
Единственное, т.к. территория еще заселяется - днем иногда можно услышать строительный шум. Мне повезло и за 16 дней он был всего 1 раз.
Недалеко расположены 2 станции метро, есть несколько маленьких магазинов. Чуть дальше есть торговый центр с фудкортом. Также, удобно добираться до посольства США.
Это не вина отеля, но из-за того, что отель недавно построен - его нету на некоторых картах и доставка еды приезжает не туда. Можно попросить персонал отеля поговорить с доставщиком еды и он приедет куда нужно.

Very clean and new rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and we were able to check in 2 hours earlier.

Quartos novos e super confortáveis, excelente qualidade de banho, café da manhã com boa variedade e equipe extremamente solícita e gentil. O que mais gostamos foi que sua localização é próxima do Old Quarter (30 minutos de caminhada) mas estava longe do caos da cidade, já que o hotel fica numa rua sem saída bem mais silenciosa e com um jardim muito bem cuidado em sua área externa. Super indico pra quem quer conhecer a cidade sem sofrer com os sons das buzinas.

If you are looking for a super comfi, quiet, clean room at a good location just after finishing the Hi Giang loop, this is the one to recharge.
Extensive and fresh breakfast buffet from 6am, however quality of the juices and coffee/tea could be better.
Good and cheap coffee, juice and dinner options can be found in the neighbourhood.
Grab drivers find it hard finding the front door as it's tucked away in a courtyard behind the main road. Shower over bath causes a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Great facilities and staff at the Hotel. I enjoyed my stay - used the gym, had dinner and also breakfast! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hanoi.

Реально крутой отель, пожил в 4-х отелях в Ханое, этот лучший, 2 ресторана, небольшой спортзал, кафе уютное, обстановка, отзыв из Владивостока, соотношение цена - качество соответствует.

Отличный отель, хорошие номера, вкусный завтрак! Есть смарт ТВ, что очень удобно. Хороший спортзал и красивый участок для отдыха на улице. Персонал отзывчивый! По соотношению цена/качество очень хороший вариант, рекомендуем! P.S. Пользуйтесь такси только через приложение. Если ловить на улице обязательно разведут.

C'est un hôtel assez moderne et propre 👍
Un petit peu loin de la ville l'endroit où ça bouge le plus il y a encore beaucoup d'amélioration à faire le petit-déjeuner n'est pas au top il s'est amélioré sur la fin parce que je l'ai dit ils ont un joli petit jardin qui ne sert à rien c'est dommage il devrait servir le petit-déjeuner et le soir si on veut prendre un verre il ferme tout le bar vraiment dommage il devrait l'ouvrir au moins jusqu'à minuit car parfois nous rentrons assez tard et on aimerait bien prendre un dernier verre dans le joli petit jardin qui est en face de l'hôtel il manque aussi une personne bilingue française car le français était une langue primordiale à l'époque du Vietnam c'est vraiment dommage que notre culture qui se mélanger à celle du vietnamiens a complètement disparu après je peux comprendre mais ce n'est pas une raison d'ignorer le passé.

호텔 맞은편 레지던스에 레스토랑이 있는데 조식은 나무랄데 없었습니다. 객실은 화려하지는 않지만 깨끗하고 침대도 무척 편안했습니다.
체크인때 주차영수증을 가져오면 할인을 해준다고 했는데 주차장에서는 영수증을 발급하지 않는다고 하더군요. 결국 요금을 다 지불했는데 다소 비싼 것 같습니다.

Squeaky clean rooms. New property
Great location - a bit off the main road yet quiet. The city’s major attractions are in short distance i.e. 2-3 km. Easy , quick , reasonable price to use Grab car(on app Grab) to get around

Phòng mới, nội thất mới, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. KS có cho khách mượn bàn ủi.
Phòng 1tr/đêm nhưng bé. Vị trí khách sạn không ở mặt tiền. Taxi không định hình được vị trí KS, nếu đi lần đầu và check in muộn sẽ khó tìm ra vị trí chính xác của khách sạn.

Новый отель! Все идеально!
Персонал на 10 баллов!
Очень хороший отель! Идеально!
Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный! Постельное бельё и матрас новые и комфортные!
Нет ни каких минусов, только одни плюсы! Бронируйте этот отель 100% Немного далеко от старого города, но такси Grab за 1-2$ и нет проблем! Все главные достопримечательности доступны пешком :)

I liked the fact that everything in the room is new and "stylish", not to mention the amazing staff and fair price.
Maybe some little design things in the room, like there is no coat hook near the door.

Das Nesta Hotel und Spa hat erst vor rund 3 Monaten aufgemacht. Alles ist tipptopp in Schuss, außer gab es kleine Bauarbeiten. Die Lage ist mehr als exzellent. Draußen herrscht das Vietnamesische Chaos mit Lärm und Verkehr. Das Hotel liegt auf einem großen Grundstück und schottet sich perfekt dagegen ab. Die Übernachtung war extrem günstig. Hier kann man unbesehen Buchen

Новые номера, всё чисто, персонал очень хороший. Есть один российский канал по ТВ. Неплохой китайский-шведский стол на завтрак. Хорошая уборка.
В номере не было окна, надо было сразу отказаться, при бронировании об этоммне указывали. Ремонтные работы в соседнем номере начинались в 8 часов утра, это перебор для отпуска.

Nowy hotel, wiec narazie czysto i przyjemnie :) urocze pomelo w ogrodzie przed hotelem, do centrum trzeba dojechać, a grab bardzo często odmawiał nam dowiezienia jedzenia do tego miejsca, mam nadzieje, ze z czasem to się zmieni :)
Obsługa w recepcji mogłaby by być milsza :)

Der Name Nesta Hotel& Spa ist irreführend da kein Spa vorhanden ist !!!
Das duschen in der Wanne zieht eine Überschwemmung des Bades nach sich
, da weder eine Glasabtrennung noch ein Vorhang vorhanden sind. Frühstücksbüffet ungenügende Nachbeschickung.

Hotel wurde mit Spa Bereich angeboten! Dieser befand sich jedoch noch im rohbau!!!
Mauer / Wand direkt vor dem schlafzimmerFenster. Ausblick aus dem Fenster unmöglich!
Duschgang führte zu "Überschwemmung" im Bad, da fehlende Abtrennung..
Frühstück war höchstens ausreichend. Wurde kaum nachgelegt.... Auswahl eines 5 Sterne hotels nicht würdig.

- Haben sehr gut geschlafen (bis auf einmal wo es morgens laut war)
- Personal ist super
- Eines Morgens waren Damen sehr laut, durch die Türen hört man alles durch - Der Lift macht jedes Mal Ding-Dong und man hört es im Zimmer, sehr nervig Lage ist okay, jedoch dann jeden Tag per Taxi in die Altstadt

Le calme, pas de bruits dans notre chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure. Lit très confortable et toilettes (dans la salle de bain) très confortable avec jets pour les fesses intégrés.
Chambre au 2e étage très basse de plafond, claustrophobe et personne de plus 1,80m s’abstenir. Pas de piles dans la balance et je préfère une douche plutôt qu’une baignoire. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner mais café filtre de base et pas de viennoiseries. Dommage pour un 5 étoile de ne pas avoir de jus de fruits pressés, de viennoiseries et de café expresso.

Es gab eine gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Das Klingeln des Aufzuges war im Zimmer deutlich zu hören. Der Spa Bereich war noch nicht fertig gestellt, wobei wir diesen nicht nutzen wollen.

1 minute walk from the chaos of Hanoi with all the traffic and beeping horns and it was tranquil. It was unbelievable how quiet it was. Almost no sound at all. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens. Possibly noisier if you stayed at the rear of the hotel, so
I’d recommend a garden view room with balcony.
Still a small amount of work in neighbouring apartments but the noise didn’t last for long.

Khách sạn đẹp, mới xây xong. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, thiết kế đẹp & hiện đại. WC có bồn tắm sang trọng.
Giường ngủ êm & thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Ăn sáng buffet ngon và đa dạng.

Очень внимательный, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Новые, хорошо оборудованные и чистые номера. Неплохой завтрак. Быстрый и стабильный интернет.
Я жил в нескольких номерах, первый, который на букинге почему-то назывался "улучшенным", был угловым и очень маленьким, можно было открыть только один чемодан. Если бы знал, я бы не стал его бронировать. Другие номера были просторными и комфортными - видимо, важно уточнять при бронировании. Были проблемы с шумом. В номере, рядом с лифтом, звонок лифта мешал по утрам, его было слышно из номера. Надеюсь, персонала отеля его отключит. На 4-й день нас утром разбудил шум ремонта, но персонал отеля очень оперативно откликнулся и решил проблему, предложив другой более комфортный номер.

Das Hotel ist wohl neu und dementsprechend modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Unser Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne, das ist wohl auch der Standard. Alles ist ziemlich neu und sauber. Die Lage ist top - verkehrsgünstig nahe der Hauptachsen und dem SkyTrain und doch ruhig in einem kleinen abgeschlossenen und sauberen Quartier mit Appartment-Wohnungen und Läden - kein Straßenlärm.
Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie das Hotel auf seine Bewertung >9 gekommen ist. Unser Hauptproblem war der Baulärm ab 7.30 Uhr an unseren ersten beiden Tagen - danach haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier abbrechen müssen. Lärm tagsüber mit Kleinkind geht einfach nicht, da muss ggf. auch Mittagsschlaf möglich sein. Es musste wohl dringend das "Spa" fertiggebaut werden, das unmittelbar an die Hotelzimmer angrenzt. Dass das Spa (noch) nicht verfügbar ist, war bei unserer Buchung allerdings nicht ersichtlich - und schon gar nicht, dass hier mit dem Bohrhammer gearbeitet wird. Der Balkon an unserem Zimmer war zwar da, aber klein und ohne Sonnenschutz ziemlich nutzlos. Das Frühstück wurde im Speisesaal schräg über die Straße serviert; bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es nur was für asiatische Ansprüche - kein britisches und kein mitteleuropäisches Frühstück. Kaffee nur von der Wärmeplatte halte ich auch nicht gerade für zeitgemäß. Alles für sich noch kein Problem, aber alles zusammen...

マネージャーのTonyさんが夜遅くの空港まで迎えに来てくれたことに感謝します。
また、滞在期間中もミネラルウォーターの追加や滞在中のサポートを常に心がけてくれて、本当に助かりました！
チェックアウト後もロビーでの飲食をさせていただいたり、その際の食事のテイクアウトの手配をしてくれるなど、きめ細やかなサービスに感動しました。ありがとうございました。
