The rooms were nice and clean.
The 7am noise from the speaker. They play music and speech. Wakes you up. They know this is a problem. They do not advertise it.

The bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot.
The restaurant food was average and over priced. No tables for guests on a Saturday night The breakfast of Pho and cold cuts was flavourless. The property needs a good clean. When I first checked in the room had no windows but they did move me on request.

I needed a one night stay in Tay Ho and this worked out well. It wasn't the exact location I was hoping for, but my original hotel moved me here. The hotel is simple, but good. The room was clean and there is a lovely coffee shop next door.

Terrible service and misleading room description. We booked a room with a city view, but all we got was a wall of the neighboring building. When we arrived, staff saw us struggling with our luggage but nobody bothered to help or greet us. To make matters worse, housekeeping didn't even change the bed sheets, leaving them dirty. Very disappointing experience.

Fijn hotel, fijn personeel. We hebben onze koffers zelfs 3 weken daar mogen laten, omdat we zelf gingen rondtrekken door Vietnam. Dit was geen enkel probleem en kosteloos. Uiteraard hebben we hiervoor wel een tip gegeven. (Die ze niet eens wouden aannemen) zeer tevreden! Indien ik terug in Hanoi ben, zal ik niet twijfelen om voor dit hotel te kiezen.

Well located, clean room. Spacious.
The check-in experience was not the best. At the beginning, they couldn't find my reservation; then they mentioned charging a 3% extra because of card payment (standard in Vietnam), but that ended up being a 9% extra instead. I didn't feel like fighting for it.

Staff were both friendly and helpful, as well as the location being by the lake.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get around the city.
The service was great, and the bed was very comfortable, which helped me sleep very well. What impressed me the most was the front desk staff — they were extremely friendly, warm, and always willing to help. They patiently assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel very welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Dobrej jakości hotel w relacji do ceny.
Klimatyzacja w pokoju była zepsuta a prośba o naprawę nie przyniosła skutku. Dlatego muszę ocenić pobyt bardzo negatywnie.

Miła obsługa
Pokóǰ niestety w kiepskim stanie, śmierdziało papierosami cały pobyt, plamy z szampana na ścianie, zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem i w zlewie. Śniadanie - znikomy wybór i też nikt nie dbał czy nie brakuje kawy lub herbaty. Jak przyszedłes za pozno to juz nic nie było.

La litterie était très confortable.
Dommage d'avoir été réveillé par des bruits de travaux au sein meme de l'hôtel. Ils disent proposer certains service qui finalement ne le sont pas c'est dommage. Et pour le petit déjeuner très étonné de ne voir aucune proposition végétarienne ce qui est très dommage.

Chambre grande, confortable et propre.
Déjeuner pas digne de l’endroit. Des jeunes plus intéressés par leurs cellulaires que le service aux hôtes. Musique techno (de ces mêmes jeunes hommes) plutôt désagréable quand tu viens de te lever. Bref, j’ai trouvé un autre hôtel!

Bonne qualité de literie et personnel au top.
Dommage loin du centre mais attention quand j ai changé pour aller à old quarter ç était une catastrophe pour les mêmes notes et 4 étoiles qui n en vallaient que 0 en réalité donc ! Même si vous dépensez en taxi c’est un endroit sur ! Juste un 0/10 pour le petit déjeuner pour cet hôtel ! Dommage…

Very happy I forgot my phone in the taxi to the airport and with the help of the hotel the taxi driver came back and delivered my phone. So I didn't miss my plane. Lovely people working there!

Nous avons séjourné 2x dans cet hôtel à 5 jours d’intervalle. Première réservation : salle de bain non faites à notre arrivée. Des poils de partout, une serviette utilisé, miroir salle, trace de caca dans le toilette .. nous avons demandé à ce que la salle de bain soit nettoyée; en revenant, seulement les toilettes avaient été nettoyées. Nous avons donc gardé les serviettes sales et les poils dans l’évier d’un inconnu! Super
La seconde fois, c’était mieux nous avons eu une belle chambre, qui d’ailleurs n’avait rien a voir avec l’autre, elle était décorée chaleureuse, le lit était bien plus confortable, la seconde fois était vraiment mieux

Everything was wonderful, and all the staff were kind. Thank you to them for helping my friend get to his room early. I respect them and will definitely visit again. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cleanliness is even better. Thank you for everything.

Quarto grande, confortável e muito limpo. A cama era excelente e o staff simpático e prestativo. Apesar de ficar um pouco afastado, em cerca de 15 minutos de moto é possível chegar ao Old Quarter.

Szép, új, belső környezet. Tiszta és jól felszerelt szoba. Jó közösségi terek.
A szálloda megközelítése szeméthalmos, sáros utcán lehetséges. Helyben nincsen folyamatosan működő étterme. Pénzváltás a környéken nem megoldott.

Very clean and big spacious room with good facilities. The bed was super comfy and I slept very well 😴
The only 2 downsides I can think of is the view out of the window was just the next building and I couldn't see much at all. Also the breakfast seemed to have very limited options and mostly Vietnamese (understandable, but it would have been nice if they also had some more Western options)

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom style was modern. Plus they have Netflix which is nice.
The floor isn’t swept properly when cleaned. The bathroom has some clog or it doesn’t drain the water properly time to time. The worst of all is the breakfast. I mean they are not even trying. And it’s for 7-9:30 am. I stay for 5 night but only ate once for the breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night — our last evening before flying home — so we only had time to explore the area and didn’t get a chance to visit the rooftop bar.
The location is good, about 30 minutes from the airport, on a quiet side street. The hotel itself is nice, with a cool design and pleasant atmosphere. The only small downside was that the room and bathroom weren’t as perfectly clean as in other hotels or villas we stayed in before — but that’s really the only thing worth mentioning.
Overall, it’s a good choice, and I’d recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi. ✈️

This is absolutely an amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly with beautiful smiles. They do everything to make your stay as memorable and nice as possible. Không sạch. Nhân viên buồng không đổ rác của khách cũ trước khi mình check in, không thay ga giường. Gối hôi. Bệ toilet không cọ, còn nguyên vết bẩn của khách trước tung tóe.

الفندق نظيف وموقعه يعتبر جيد جدا والموظفين خلوقين وقد ساعدونا بحجز الرحلات وكذلك بحفظ بعض من الحقائب لديهم في الأمانات
وبصفة عامة ممتاز وان كتب الله لنا العودة الى هانوي سوف يكون من ضمن خيارات السكن المفضلة

The room had all I needed and was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and had very good service. Good parking for motorbike and possibly to charge electric bike. The view of the lake from the rooftop is a plus. Definitely recommended 👌

The rooms are good, as is te location, but the main issue is cleaning. My bathroom was not clean - clearly not cleaned from the previous customer. And that is a big issue. Additionally, the breakfast ara is a huge missed opportunity - with the beautiful view but really poor on higiene. I gave up when I saw the kitchen and the dining area.

The room is clean, nice and cozy and the reception is very nice.
The cleaning things is so early and made some noise in the morning around 6.00 am, if you want to wake up late maybe not good.

For the price, it’s unbeatable. We couldn’t stand the noise of the old quarter so this was a perfect and quiet location for us, just a 10 min scoot away from central. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but over all, everything was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

The hotel is SO noisy - we didn't get to sleep until nearly 3am due to the constant dinging of the lift, and hearing everything from the rooms around us. You can hear your neighbours talking, showering, peeing etc. as if it's in your own room

Best cost and location.
Amazing landscaping from terrace on 8th floor.
Standard Vietnamese cleaning.

We kregen een kamer zonder raam, mochten verhuizen naar kamer met raam. Tijdens het douchen stond binnen 1 minuut heel de badkamer blank omdat het water niet wegstroomde. Personeel praat niet of nauwelijks Engels. Het ontbijt is buiten en er wordt een Pho soep zonder bestek of stokjes voor je neer gezet zonder iets te zeggen. Men loopt gewoon weg en in de hoek ergens moet je je bestek gaan zoeken en zie je een thermoskan met water staan en kun je koffie voor jezelf maken met een zakje oploskoffie. Men was niet vriendelijk, het hotel komt net over en ziet er mooi uit, maar schoonmaak kan zeker beter.

Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Kann man weg lassen. Personal scheint manchmal etwas überfordert und spricht kein Englisch. Die Dusche war kaputt. Das zu klären und zu beheben war eine kleine Herausforderung. Gepäck von anreisenden Gästen wurde in der Lobby frei zugänglich aufbewahrt. Finde ich nicht so gut. Der Wasserspender in der Lobby wird nicht gut gereinigt und war sehr schimmelig. Eigentlich gut gemeint, jedoch schlecht umgesetzt, wie mit dem Frühstück.

Классный отель. Номер шикарный. Персонал очень приятные и вежливые люди! Мы приехали поздно в 11 вечера, хотели с утра съездить на экскурсию в бухту Халонг. Молодой человек на ресепшене очень оперативно организовал все, связал нас с человеком из турагентства, и рано утром в 7 за нами уже приехали прямо в отель! Мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями, это был наш первый приезд во Вьетнам и первый отель. Кстати экскурсия в бухту Халонг тоже очень понравилась, сервис на высоте

In my case, when I stay in Hotel, How clean on bed is very important.
but, this hotel's Bed cleaning condition was terrible.
Pillow cover had Red lipstick's kiss mark and bed cover also was crumpled, dirty and remained many women's long hair.
I guess maybe 100% reused pillow and bed cover without washing.
I scheduled 1stay at here but, I can not stay more at here like discusting cleaning condition's bed.
so, I stayed just 2hours and I did Check out.
I hope, please cleaning well before recieving check in Guest.
The Terrible condition of the bed cleaning made me feel like I had no intention of changing rooms or even asking for them to be cleaned again.
Choose to just escape was best.

A szoba tágas és kényelmes volt kilátással a tóra. A személyzet kedves de angolul nem beszélnek, ami nem okozott gondot.
A reggeli első nap választható volt, ami nagyon finom volt. A további napokon egy féle étel volt. Ez és az étterem tisztasága a gyenge pontja a szállásnak.

I had such a fantastic time at this place! Right from the start, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, with a super comfy bed that made it easy to relax. Plus, the location couldn't be better—it was perfect for exploring the area or just kicking back and unwinding.
The service was outstanding; everyone was so attentive and friendly. I genuinely recommend this spot for both short getaways and longer stays. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! In particular, a guy called Thong was extremely helpful with all of my requests and made my stay even more comfortable. His English speaking skills and attention to detail were beyond any other hotel receptionist that I have experienced in Vietnam.

Nhân viên phục vụ không chuyên nghiệp, máy lạnh trong phòng hay có sự cố phải gọi hỏi nhân viên khắc phục rất nhiều lần. Menu đã có sự thay đổi giá và món ăn trước đó nhưng không có menu mới, đưa khách menu cũ. Khi gọi combo theo menu cũ ( có bao gồm nước) thì phục vụ mới báo combo không có bao gồm. Đồ ăn nguội, lạnh như đã chuẩn bị trước và bưng lên cho khách dùng, không làm nóng

Breakfast was fine
The was first place we stayed in Vietnam for our elopement wedding. We checked out a full night early (we were not offered a refund. But we also didn’t ask for one. We just wanted to get out of there). There were a few things that were piling up then eventually led us to leaving (explained more below). The final straw was the response that I’ve attached photos of. We stayed across from a family who very loud (screaming and yelling from 5am and late at night). I checked the hotel availability on booking.com and saw that they had the same room available for the upcoming night, so reached out to see if we could switch rooms. The response I got was “Good morning please take a nap” which was… shocking. They then backtracked and I could never really get an answer as to who I was speaking to, which to be fair, could have been more of a language barrier issue. But regardless, not okay. When we checked out they asked “why so early?” And I just said that we wanted a change of scenery. It was late and didn’t want to deal with them when one of the staff had been so blatantly rude. Not worth our time. Other than that, we tried to go to the restaurant one night and they said that we “needed to make a reservation” and they had no room. It was a bunch of drunk obnoxious men. The pictures they have posted of the restaurant patio area are not accurate. I don’t know if it’s a completely different place they took pictures of or if they had staged it for the pictures, but in reality it is a dump. I wish I had taken pictures of it to show. Music is very loud at night from their patio. After the interaction with whoever I talked to, I looked closer at reviews and it’s clear a lot of them are fake. If your considering staying here I would filter by lowest reviews as well so you can see what some others have said. There was some weird things that happened here also that make me think that this hotel is pretty shady (staff, condoms in lobby, drunk men etc).

La recepción es grande y lujosa. Habitaciones grandes. Está en una calle tranquila.
La habitación al entrar no estaba muy limpia. Las limpiezas posteriores tampoco fueron perfectas. El baño, al ducharse no traga correctamente y se inunda.

Szállás csendes helyen volt, mindössze 15 percre a belvárostól, motorbérlésben segítettek a recepción.
Jó kilátás a tető teraszon.
Gyógyszertár nagyon közel volt.
Hotel csendes helyen van, viszont azon belül elég hangzavar volt, késő este is. Reggelinél menük voltak, amik nem túl tartalmasak. Szükségünk lett volna elsősegély dobozra, viszont ez a hotelben nem volt elérhető.

The property looks like it has been renovated. The rooms are nice and clean.
My main complaint was the smell. It’s started off smelling like sewer and smoke, but then there was a perfume machine plugged in the hallway and the overpowering smell of perfume took over, it was worse than the sewer smell. There was also music playing loudly through the speaker system until late evening. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le bar au dernier étage est un roof top et offre une très belle vue sur Hanoï. La cuisine est très bonne. Entre 2 excursions nous avons pu laisser gratuitement nos bagages à l’hôtel.

Where to start to review a place we almost called home in Hanoi. Let's start by the staff who was so nice and helpful.
We stayed several times in Love St Hotel. Every time we had to pass by Hanoi duing our trip in Vietnam we came back to Love St every time. Westlake district is much more peaceful than more central location and Love st is so peaceful and comfy. The staff is discrete and adorable. Some of them speak real good english and always listened to our needs.
The rooftop is really nice to have breakfast in the morning or chill out at night.
Rooms are really well equiped (desk, big closet, very nice shower), and if you need extra towels or basic hygiene kits you can find plenty right next to the elevator. Beds are the bests i slept in Vietnam hotel's, Huge pillows, not too soft not too hard. Rooms are sound and heat proof. The surroundings are great to chill in the big "Tent" café 100m away and if you walk a bit further you can find convenient stores and many many different restaurants (vietnamese, egyptian, turkish, korea grill anything !)
It's a tiny detail but Laundry service is a little expencive 80vnd/kg. The hallway can be noisy sometimes if other guests are not careful.

Même si le personnel ne parle pas anglais on arrive très bien à se comprendre. Il n’y a pas de problème que des solutions. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel le temps de nos excursions. À recommander!

For breakfast you could choose one out of 4 options which in my case was delicious. As I had an early morning departure for the airport, they even prepared a breakfast sandwich to go. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood which is great when you spent a full day in the crowded city and want to relax in a nice atmosphere. The mattress amazing for sleeping!

Parfait, la vue est incroyable. Le déjeuner est très bon. Nico a l’accueil est adorable !

롯데몰과 가까운곳에 있는 신축 호텔로 깔끔하고 저렴한 금액으로 이용할 수 있었고 단품이지만 조식이 무료로 제공되어 좋았습니다
호암끼엠의 낡은 저렴한 호텔보다 훨씬 좋아요

De kamer was ruim en zag er netjes uit. Alles leek nieuw te zijn. Locatie buiten het centrum, maar wel in de buurt van West lake mall en dicht bij het vliegveld. Ontbijt hebben we niet gehad ivm vroege uitcheck.
Alles wat er op de gang gebeurd kan je horen, zoals het geluid van de lift die bij iedere verdieping een piep maakt. Totaal niet geluidsdicht. Daarnaast heb ik wat twijfels over de bezoekers van het hotel en hun doel van het bezoek. Er worden condooms aangeboden door het hotel en er zijn privé kamers om te dineren, waar geheimzinnig over wordt gedaan? De hele nacht lopen er mensen af en aan op de gang en wordt er bij andere kamers aangebeld en geklopt. Voelt wat onprettig en lijkt alsof het hotel dus wordt gebruikt voor andere doeleinden…

Location was great near a little school and a cultivation plot that I was interested in
The terrace for breakfast was a bonus and the terrace for an evening meal was delightful

The rooms are great, nice hot shower, great big and comfy bed.
The "included breakfast" is a choice 1 of 4 Vietnamese items, it is delicious but a coffee wasn't included. Also, they let us wait upon check out to see if the room was in order but then never told us it was fine so waited for 10+ minutes, then asked and they said oh yeh it's all good, you can go. this could've been a bit more hands on from the property.

Hotel is too good, and very well maintained. I would like to mention about the staff, they are very polite and helpful. Trust me the reception guys a re so sweet and were available for all our needs.

On the check in day we didn’t receive any information what time is the breakfast what level is our hotel room absolutely careless welcome. Breakfast absolute scam. From very limited menu card We was offered only beef noodles with tomato sauce due to shortage with products. Breakfast it’s served 6-9:30 am at 8:30 there was nothing left even bread with egg ( lady said she have only two toast left ) 😂 absolute abstraction! If you need a short stop over it’s good as it’s clean but don’t choose b&b option.

The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Nice bathroom with toiletries. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially the bar and breakfast staff. Located beside really nice restaurants and beautiful gardens.

Staff is slightly careless and did not clean my room for the second day even after me specifically telling the same when i went out of the hotel. They said they forgot and were trying to send the cleaning staff at 10:30 in the night. We had to sleep in a dirty room with garbage still inside creating a horrible second date experience. Breakfast is another let down. We expected breakfast buffet or at least basic things in breakfast. All the hotel provided was one dish which was pathetic in taste. So dont fall for the breakfast included price. Book the non breakfast option as it ll be cheaper.

Lekker bed, waterkoker en water op kamer.
Lokatie is goed als je in een rustiger deel van Hanoi wil verblijven. ( met de Grab kom je uiteindelijk overal )
Omdat we heel vroeg moesten uitchecken werd er speciaal voor ons heerlijke sandwiches gemaakt om mee te nemen naar vliegveld. Super!
Bleef wat muf op de kamer, ramen kunnen niet open, er was alleen airco.
