Der Empfang durch das Team war sehr nett. Überhaupt war das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage des Resorts war grün und schön gestaltet.
Es gab ein gutes Spa Angebot zu günstigen Preisen.
Die Unterkunft (zumindest unser Bungalow) war ruhig. Das Resort liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, aber es wird ein Shuttle Service angeboten. An der Hauptstraße gibt es viele Restaurants und Läden.
Wir waren 5 Nächte dort. Leider war der auf den Bildern gezeigte Pool für ersten 3 Tage nicht nutzbar. Man konnte auf den Pool des Nachbargrundstücks ausweichen, aber dieser war kleiner. Das Angebot des Restaurants war eher enttäuschend. Es war nicht besonders schmackhaft und auch der Preis war verhältnismäßig hoch (das Frühstücksbuffet dagegen war ausreichend und gut). Auch die Bilder des Bungalows haben nicht ganz der Realität entsprochen. Der auf den Bildern gezeigte Fernseher ist recht groß, tatsächlich war er nicht einmal halb so groß.

Can’t fault this place. The staff are amazing and extra helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.
They really looked out for our children, making sure we had everything needed for them.

Fabulous stay!
My partner and I stayed at the Nadine Resort for 6 days and we had a wonderful time! The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-kept, including the garden which is a real treat.
Our room was beautiful and super cozy. A huge thank you to all the staff: truly always helpful, lovely, and ready to give advice on anything.
A special mention for the breakfast: delicious, rich, and with plenty of choice.
We absolutely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the view from the balcony. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good, and the surroundings were beautiful. We also enjoyed the spa and Vietnamese massage. The staff was so helpful and kind! They helped us a lot! Highly recommend.

Ett nydelig sted!! Dette var 2.gangen i løpet av ferien vår vi var på Nadine, og vi booket oss inn igjen på slutten av ferien utelukkende pga trivselen vi opplevde her. Atmosfæren med det grønne uterommet, komfortable rom og den nydelige maten hadde ikke vært like fantastisk uten alle de flotte menneskene som virkelig tar vare på gjestene sine.

Its located in one of the most central locations on the island and yet they've managed to keep it perfectly quaint and quiet for their guests. Adorable hospitability and quick response of the hotel staff. Pool was crystal clear, right next to the bar that is functional and amazing. They also have a nice scooter rental option which I used and the process was smooth, quick, and effective. The value provided for the amount they charge is immense and absolutely praiseworthy. Avoid the major five star resorts and stay with them to make your Phu Quoc trip affordable while enjoying more days on the not so great island.
Absolutely nothing that you wouldn't like. They tried their best with everything and you can't ask for more.

Alt! Komfortable rom, som er romslige. God størrelse på badene. Fantastisk frokost, nydelig basseng. Servicen er strålende, her snakker vi om ekte mennesker som bryr seg om gjestene sine. Uteområdet er frodig og byr på en koselig atmosfære.

Best pool ever, super friendly staff, great breakfast. The hotel rooms are spacious, bathrooms very clean. Close to the airport. The hotel can arrange a very friendly taxi driver for you.
The town that is nearby was not to our liking. Too busy, not pretty. The area where the hotel is is very quiet, in the hotel and the pool you notice almost nothing from the crowd and noise in town.

Superb scrambled eggs. The manager Eric was a jack of all trades and was very attentive to detail. Staff were very friendly.
The pool bar was not stocked with cold beers and ice was at a premium.

We stayed at the Nadine for a month and it was amazing. It’s run like a family business and the staff cannot do enough for you. Everyone has a smile on their face and there is just a great vibe about the place.
We loved our large comfortable room (family 2 bedroom) and facilities within were really good.
The swimming pool was fantastic and our two little girls enjoyed many hours bobbing about, particularly since the pool remains open until 22:00 (really great).
The breakfast is really good with lots to choose from between European / American / continental / Asian options.
It’s well located at the best end of town (in our opinion) and the staff there will drive you back and forth to the main road or beach, which is a 2 minute trip in a buggy.
And finally, you will not get better value for money in all of Vietnam.
Thank you Eric and team for an unforgettable experience.

Mooie plek, goeie service. Golfkar brengt je naar de mainroad. Personeel heel behulpzaam. We zaten in het regenseizoen. Veel regen in het midden, maar dan vaak in het zuiden droog! Scooters gehuurd via Nadine, was top geregeld!

Little oasis outside of the crazy main road and beach scene. Super friendly and helpful staff especially from Eric. Great pool and very cost effective food and drink. Phu Qoc is very underdeveloped and tired so it was great to escape from this

הריזורט יפיפה, שקט ונעים.בריכה נהדרת , צוות אדיב ושירותי מאוד, צוות המעסות - מעולות !!!נתנו לנו המלצות מצוינות לחברות תירות. איפשרו לנו עזיבה מאוחרת ומאוד השתדלו לעזור . יש הסעה חינם לחוף הים מתי שרוצים.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which really made the experience feel special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Nadine was such a beautiful, quiet spot just back from the main road. The pool was a highlight and it had a small gym which was ideal. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Everyone met you with a smile, and were so helpful on whatsapp. They went above and beyond for us, organising a cake to be delivered before we arrived so my son could walk into the room with a surprise. They wrote a custom message on it and even did a hat and candles! Highly highly recommend

The staff were amazing we had trouble filling in the visa and pre arrival form as the location wasn’t selectable. Erotic was immediately online and assisting. The buggy was available to take us to the beach or main road as there wet many restaurants within walking distance.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und extrem hellhörig. Man hört wenn oberhalb jemand duschen geht. Der „Hausstrand“ zu welchem man mit einem Shuttle gebracht wird- ist extrem hässlich und schmutzig!

Ох ребятушки, этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания. Как же мы благодарим судьбу что выбрали именно этот отель. Не успело наше такси припарковаться, как управляющий Эрик (его вьетнамское имя) лично встретил нас и помог с нашим багажом, угостил освежающими напитками, заселил, проводил в номер и подробно рассказал об отеле. В номере было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Бассейн с баром, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки каждый день, байки напрокат дешевле чем у других подобных сервисов, ну и самое главное окружающая зелень, отель просто в ней утопает!!! В общем, как говорил один известный человек - РЕКОМЕНДАСЬОН!! 10 из 10

Clean and had a cozy resort vibe. On-demand buggy service to the beach was great. Nice range of breakfast too. Family friendly.

מקום נהדר ויפהפה. מרחק הליכה מהדרך הראשית. ממוקם במרכז האי כך שנוח להגיע לאטרקציות בדרום ובצפון האי. קיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם נוף לבריכה, שקט ונעים. הצוות היה אדיב ועוזר בכל מה שצריך. היה עצוב לעזוב.

Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, Frühstuck war ausreichend und lecker, Pool schön und sauber aber ein wenig abgenützt, sonst sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, wir würden wieder kommen.

Being able to compare this property after moving to our next accommodation gives me great perspective.
The room might have been a bit on the smaller side but the bed was huge and comfortable.
After a slight hiccup the air conditioning did a great job.
The food might not have been extensive but far more than adequate.
The staff were lovely and so accommodating, giving suggestions and heartfelt friendliness.
The property is slightly off the main road but walkable. They even have a buggy that can take you if so inclined.
We rented a scooter from the property that was convenient and very reasonably priced.
For the price this is actually a 11 out of 10.

Hjälpsam personal, bra läge, fin resort. Personalen gjorde oss en stor tjänst och fixade utrymme för att natta våra småbarn efter utcheckning och det otroligt uppskattat, vi är otroligt tacksamma!
Städningen var ok, de kom varje dag men mest för att bädda och ge nya handdukar/tömma sopor. Golvet och ytorna i rummet förblev smutsiga under hela vistelsen.

De bedden liggen wel heel hard dus daar moet je van houden. Er is verder geen speeltuin of iets voor kinderen, ze kunnen wel lekker in het zwembad spelen. Het ontbijt kan beter. Er zijn pannenkoeken alleen ze zijn koud, misschien gewoon lekkerder als ze warm bereid en geserveerd worden. Verder een heel fijn verblijf!

Nadine Phu Quoc Resort is truly amazing! The staff here are incredibly kind and went out of their way to be supportive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our experience.
The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking to truly enjoy their vacation.

We liked everything, particularly the beautiful crafted garden, the very helpful and knowledgeable manager, the good quality breakfast. Specially to mention the nearby very good restaurant - - The lemongrass, also recommended by the manager. We’ll definitely recommend to friends!

予約時に地図をみたときはちょっと不安でしたが、幹線道路から歩いても直ぐですし、親切にカートで送って貰えるので、とても便利でした。
プールがとても良かったです。
1泊目に水道管が壊れたとかで、水が出なくなりました。日本だとこういう場合は水道事業者が来るまで待たされ復旧にも時間が掛かります。大分不安になり、部屋を変えて欲しいと申しましたが、頑張って直すから、ということで、ホテルのメンテナンス担当者が修理したみたいです。復旧に2時間程度掛かかりました。泊まった棟は少々老朽化しているかもしれません。

Heerlijk rustig gelegen, en op loopafstand bij alle voorzieningen, zoals winkels en restaurants.
Het schoonmaken had iets beter gekund, maar toen ik de hulpen daarop wees hebben ze het ook direct schoongemaakt.

Excellent location, staff, and services. Even though the resort was surrounded by vegetation and natural elements, the staff did an incredible job to make sure there were no bugs inside the rooms and that the rooms were clean and safe. The resort is beautiful. They provide a glof cart service for free to transport you to beach/main road and back.
The cicadas. If you are deadly scared of bugs, just a heads up, because they were loud and everywhere outside the room. But that is to be expected with being surrounded by nature and trees :)

Excellent location, short walk to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was lovely, the front desk staff (Daisy and Eric) were brilliant and communicated with us every step of the way, helping organise transport and activities. The pool is huge and well maintained and the pizzas at the onsite restaurant were amazing!
First day we got there the air con wasn’t working. We were pretty tired after the flight but had to wait some hours until it was fixed. Credit to Eric and Daisy, they promised us it would be rectified same day and it was. Other than that, can’t fault the resort.

Тихий район, территория отеля очень живописная, вокруг зелень и ящерицы)))) за территорией очень следят, милый мужчина подстригает газон ножницами) номер чистый, просторный, уборка ежедневно, также каждый день меняют полотенца. Отель предоставляет полотенца для пляжа, что очень удобно. Имеется бесплатный шаттл до главной дороги и пляжа Лонгслив бич. На главной дороге есть остановка, можно сесть на автобус и доехать до достопримечательностей. Персонал доброжелательный, завтрак неплох, разнообразие каждый день. Очень понравился массаж.
Стирка, на вещах появилась грязь и футболка полиняла, на ресепшене уточняйте, что белое и цветное стирать отдельно.

Room was lovely - the manager was amazing. Any problems were immediately and professionally dealt with. I highly recommend this hotel to any tourists traveling to Phu Quoc.

Отель соответствовал ожиданиям. Доставка на пляж на багги очень удобна и всегда доступна, но и дойти до пляжа не составляет труда. Очень приветливый персонал. Чистота и хорошие завтраки.
В конце пребывания мы оплатили трансфер до аэропорта (нас было 7 человек). Перед отъездом пошли на ресепшен сказать ,что мы готовы. А нам говорят , вашей заявки -нет. Хорошо ,что унас сохранилась квитанция об оплате, а то непонятно ,как доказывать заказ и оплату. При предъявлении квитанции трансфер был найден. (поэтому не выбрасывайте вашу квитанцию об оплате какой либо услуги)Не снижаю оценку отелю за это недоразумение, так как все остальное было на высоком уровне.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, lovely outdoor area to sit and relax outside of our room, the bathroom was modern and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Blackout curtains was a bonus! The pool was lovely, very big, clean and a nice temperature. Brekfast was plentiful and fresh. Golf buggy available yo take you to the main street and beach. Main street only 5 minutes walk and there are lots of resturant choices, pharmacies and mini marts. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was excellent and changes towels daily too. Great for families and couples alike.

직원분들 친절하고 겅항에서 가깝습니다. 주변에 먹거리들 많고 아침 조식도 훌륭합니다. 가성비 정말 미쳤습니다. 아침 조식에서 샌드위치 꼭 해먹어보시고 국수 드셔보세요!

We loved our stay here, very welcoming after a few days of hustle and bustle in Ho Chi Minh City.
Staff were amazing, our room was fresh, clean and easily accessed. Pool was a treat and Breaky was on point, heaps of variety. We had pizza for an early dinner and it was the best we’ve had while being away (or in Aus).

Well situated property located off the main road of Duong To area. It was quiet and comfy. The staff and Diana (one of the front office staff) were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in Room 307. It was decent size, clean and had all the amenities such as free water, fridge, in-room safe, and balcony. Buffet breakfast came as part of the room. It was good enough to get one through the day. I enjoyed the swimming pool to cool off after a hot day of exploring the island. Will I return - yes indeed!
Probably the mosquitos but that cannot be helped as the property is located in a small jungle area. It was not uncomfortable to affect my stay.

Отель находится в глубине района от дороги. Для комфорта гостей, есть услуга багги, который отвозит до главной дороги и до пляжа и обратно. Но, сервис предоставляется только до 22.00. Завтрак разнообразный. Там же можно и пообедать, все вкусно. В бассейне купались в основном по вечерам, есть бар, лежаки. На любые запросы ресепшн реагировал быстро по WhatsApp. Дейзи - очень милая девушка 🥰
При каждом номере есть свои балкончики со столом и стульями, также вешалки для сушки белья, что очень удобно. Территория ухоженная, красивая.
У нас был 3х местный номер. Номер небольшой для троих. Некуда было разместить чемоданы в открытом виде. Рядом идет какая-то стройка и, как-то во время обеда в ресторане попали на звуки дрели )

A quiet getaway from the bustle of the bars and night markets. Very good beds, clean rooms, and very good and prompt service. Appreciated the free on-demand buggy ride to and from the beach.
Some of the tiles in the swimming pool have broken off, might cause a small cut on your feet if you are not careful.

En N°1 le calme !!! Ensuite le jardin très bien entretenu . Nous avions une chambre montagne view ( elles sont les plus au calme mais "loin de l'entrée et quelques marches d'escalier ). On peut fumer sur la terrasse devant la chambre mais on peut aussi très facilement se laisser "enfermer dehors" puisque la terrasse est avant la porte....
Location par la réception d'un scooter en très bon état. Je conseille le petit restau Song N'guyen situé juste avant d'arriver sur la grande rue ...poisson au bbq et gambas grillées ou crispy super bonnes pour 3 fois rien.
Chez Nadine rien ! Phu Quoc n'est pas inoubliable...plages sales comme le reste de l'île...sort du lot la star fish beach ...elles est propre et pas si bomdée que ça. Nous avons utiliser les services d'un petit bateau juste après Joy aventures.

We loved the pool area. There is an outdoor gym located on the second floor above reception. The staff was very friendly. Daily housekeeping is offered.

Great service, free shuttle bus service to close food outlets and spa's. Staff exceptional. They organised driver to take my wife and I to Vin Wonders and Hon Thom cable car. We received a free room upgrade. The room are large and kingsize bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast choices perfect.

Tranquility in a glass..
Very well decorated, with lovely gardens and pool area.
Eric the manager was fantastic, as were all the other staff.
Extra bonus for the lovely shuttle service driver who took us daily /more than once to the beach and main Street area.

A very scary experience about scammer: On the night before I check-in, I received a whatsapp message from a personal from India (IDD code) with my full name, mobile number, check-in/check-out date, exact booking amount, to try to phish for my credit card information. Lucky I was alert enough to know it is a scam. Apparently the scammer has access to the booking.com data. Whether it was from booking.com or from the Nadine hotel, I don't know yet. I will file a data breach compliant with the data protection authority in Netherlands (booking.com HQ) and Vietname authority (Nadine hotel). The staff didn't know Revolut or YouTrip cards are cash card and we had some problem convincing them. The location is not convenience. Need a buggy to take you in and out to the main road. Buggy stops work at 10 pm. When we took a Grab car back, the small road to the hotel is only wide enough for one car. One has to reverse to the main road to let the opposite car passed. I will find another hotel in a more convenience next time. The wifi was bad - slow and dropped frequently.

L'hôtel est super, tout confort, la piscine est bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est super : bonne qualité et grand choix.
L'hôtel est très bien situé. Un chauffeur peut amener à la rue principale ou à la plage ( mais ça se fait aussi très bien à pied)
Le personnel est serviable et gentil.
Cela n'a rien a voir avec l'hôtel mais a un intérêt tout de même. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la plage. J'avais choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ce critère. Cependant cette plage est horrible, remplie de déchets et de pollution diverses et variées.

很棒的一個渡假村，員工們都很友善、笑臉相迎，尤其是前台的一位帥氣男經理跟另一位女員工，從我們抵達後，就提供很多的服務以及替我們解答問題，好喜歡這個渡假村，下次來富國島還會考慮來入住，推薦付費洗衣服務，每天都有香香的衣服可以換穿，而且房間內的精油也很香，冷氣非常足夠，櫃檯提供從渡假村往返馬路、海灘的免費接駁buggy👍👍
唯一的小小缺點是隔音稍嫌不足，會有隔壁拖行傢俱的聲音，但無傷大雅

Was soll ich sagen, dass Resort ist einfach Traumhaft. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Strand (ca. 10 min. zu Fuß), aber das ist nicht der Rede wert. Man fühlt sich wie im Dschunge,l mit den ganzen Palmen und Pflanzen, und den schön angelgten Pool. Die Angestellten sind immer für einen da und das Frühstück ist mehr als nur ausreichend. Unsere Villa (211) war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und hatte dabei noch eine schöne Terrasse. Das Bett war super und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche und Wanne war super, was man von anderen Unterkünften nicht immer sagen kann.

Odotimme, että paikka olisi hintansa väärti ja hyvä valinta, mutta tämä paikka ylitti kaikki odotuksemme. Erityisesti huomioisin hyvin ystävällisen palvelun ja sen, että kaikki toimi loistavasti. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maittava, allas oli siisti, huoneet siivottiin hyvin, sijainti oli täydellinen hieman sivussa pääkadulta, rauhallinen ja ei liian iso kompleksi. Henkilökunnan kanssa oli helppo kommunikoida ja saimme hyviä vinkkejä samalla. Kaikki mitä tarvittiin, hoitui hotellin järjestämänä. Jos matkustaisin samaan kohteeseen uudelleen, niin valitsisin tämän hotellin uudelleen.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und es war alles recht sauber. Den Pool haben wir sehr gerne genutzt und das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Leider war unsere Buchung in ihrem Computer verschwunden und wir hatten in 3 Tagen 3 verschiedene Zimmer wobei wir für die 2. Nacht sogar in ein Hotel in der Nachbarschaft wechseln mussten. Die Mitarbeitetinnen haben jedoch ihr Bestes getan um uns trotzdem zufrieden zustellen und sie haben uns den Taxitransport zur Fähre bezahlt.
Leider war unsere Buchung in ihrem Computer verschwunden und wir hatten in 3 Tagen 3 verschiedene Zimmer wobei wir für die 2. Nacht sogar in ein Hotel in der Nachbarschaft wechseln mussten. Die Mitarbeitetinnen haben jedoch ihr Bestes getan um uns trotzdem zufrieden zustellen und sie haben uns den Taxitransport zur Fähre bezahlt.

Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné, souriant. Le petit déjeuner etait varié d’un jour sur l’autre. Il y a une voiture électrique qui vous amène à la plage et vient vous chercher. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Персонал великолепный, особенно молодой человек на ресепшене, всегда с улыбкой, очень приятный и милый. До моря ходит бесплатный шатл.
Много комаров, нужно обрабатывать территорию. Ночью просто съели в номере. Они уже были запущены до нашего заселения, штук 6-8 летало. Вечером также не посидишь спокойно на улице, постоянно пользуешься спреем. Еще в номере у нас жил геккон и всю ночь с нами общался. Но в целом, это даже мило. Кондиционер дует на кровать, начинает ночью болеть горло. Если выключаешь, становится душно. Ну и сам кондиционер старый, еле дышит. Завтрак на троечку, вроде выбор есть, а выбрать и нечего. Бассейн тоже нужно лучше чистить, грязный.

Die Lage und der Aufbau des Hotels waren wirklich gemütlich und schön. Es war wie in einer eigenen Oase. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das es ziemlich hellhörig ist. Und das der Pool Service erst ab 14 Uhr angeboten wird.

服務人員都很親切友善，有問題的話也很積極處理，早餐供應時間很棒讓我不用太早起，房間內整潔乾淨、整體環境很棒！

Property is in a good location (if we don't count the stray dogs).
The pool was good and the vegetation around the resort was pleasing to the eye.
Laundry was relatively cheap but could have found even cheaper options outside of the resort.
We booked our room when one of our kids was only five - but by the time we checked in, he had already turned six, and guests including and above 6 years of age are treated as adults at this resort. We fully understand this and appreciate that the price initially shown by Booking.com will increase, however we were asked to pay extra IMMEDIATELY after checking in (for the originally shown price). We literally only got into our room when we were asked to pay more money. A bit of courtesy would have helped here - e.g., tell us the next morning etc. Staff was generally helpful, however on one occasion we messaged reception on Whatsapp to pick us up on the main street. Nobody came and we did not receive any response, so we had to walk back to the resort with two small children through 8-10 stray dogs. When we asked the receptionist, who was not the one who checked us in so probably has not recognised our number and only said "sorry". She could have just asked who we were and our room number to verify that the request was genuine. Apart from that: - Be warned, the room is VERY small, 20 sq.m tops (and we stayed in a triple room); - Breakfast is sub-par with mostly the same items every day.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une chambre familiale. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche rue centrale, centre commercial et plages.
Le personnel est très gentil et toujours à l'écoute.
La piscine est super.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Mieliśmy willę z 4 niezależnymi pokojami z łazienkami oraz do dyspozycji salon z aneksem i tarasem. Bardzo dobra opcja dla rodzin lub grupy znajomych. Piękny teren, zielony, zadbany, duży basen z leżakami, bezproblemowy dojazd do plaży (6-7min). Bardzo smaczne śniadania.
Wszystko było super. Szkoda że napój na powitanie nie jest dostępny cały czas - był przepyszny :)

Lovely staff, beautiful gardens, quiet but only a short walk from road with lots of restaurants and bars. Shuttle bus to go to beach and back. Super comfortable room.

Отель находится в 10-15 мин пешком от входа на пляж Лонг-Бич и в 5-7 минутах от главной улицы, на которой расположены множества магазинов и ресторанчиков. Территория отеля очень чистая, ухоженная, утопает в зелени. Сотрудники отеля готовы помочь в любую минуту. Ночью тишина и спокойствие. Однозначно могу порекомендовать!

קיבלתי סוג חדר לא לפי הזמנה ללא טרסה ונוף לגינה. החדר הוחלף אחרי שלוש שעות לקומה עליונה לא נוח ללא מעלית. המים החמים היו נגמרים אחרי פחות מחמש דקות, והיה סתימה במקלחת , בארוחת בוקר היה מחסור וכל הזמן היה צריך לבקש שימלאו את המגשים כי היה חסר קיים גם חוסר הבנת הלקוח וחוסר אכפתיות.

Большая чистая светлая комната. Небольшая, но очень красивая территория. Домики словно спрятаны в зелени. Слышны звуки природы. Персонал очень приветливый, готов выполнить любую просьбу за считанные минуты. Замечательные завтраки. Пляж примерно в километре, но есть трансфер на гольфкаре в любое время по запросу. Пляж общественный, но очень хороший. Также есть бассейн на территории.

Very spacious, clean villas. Huge, comfortable bed. Pool area was amazing! Gardens were so well maintained & stunning.
Staff went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. We had a great lunch & breakfast.
Very quiet even though you’re not far from the Main Street. You can walk to the Main Street or you can get the hardest working man(golf buggy driver) to drop you there.

Отличное месторасположение, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Девочки на рецепшен - умнички. Вкусные завтраки.
Отдельно хочу отметить работу девочек отиричных и садовника.
На мой взгляд надо добавить персонал на завтраки. Одни и те же сотрудники готовят яичницу и убирают посуду.

Siamo stati in questo resort 10 giorni, si trova in mezzo al verde a 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona principale, resort molto bello, curato e pulito, zona tranquilla, camera grande con armadi e ripiani per appoggiare le cose, bagno grande e comodo, terrazza attrezzata con divano e stendibiancheria, colazione ottima, molto varia sia dí dolce che salato con piatti tipici locali e frutta fresca. Offrono la navetta per piccoli spostamenti tipo spiaggia o via principale.
Ha una piscina grande con lettini al bordo.
Personale gentile e molto disponibile.

Wszystko mi się podobało, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. To jeden z ciekawszych hoteli na Phu Quoc. Bardzo kameralny, zdala od zgiełku głównej ulicy. Dookoła mnóstwo punktów gastronomicznych, a hotelowa kuchnia również jest bardzo smaczna.

Excellent hôtel, le personnel au top. Le bungalow où nous étions était superbe, grand et propre. Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien. Le cadre est magnifique, en retrait de la route et donc très calme.

Location was fantastic, new, modern amenities, gym and pool area was lovely, breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from. Room was spacious and the bathroom and shower fixings were new, there was filtered water provided in our room as well.
Overall I have noting to complain about accept, at breakfast on the last day we arrived at 7am (it starts at 6:30am), the lactose Greek yogurt was not available and both my partner and I are dairy free and there was no other option which was disappointing. Next, there was a coffee accident on our table and it went everywhere, two staff were just looking at us, there was no napkins as we ruched to clean it, I asked for help and I was brushed off to another person who ignored me and kept folding napkins in my face, he told another person to help us and she ignored me, I had to get a cloth out of the draw and rush to my table to do it myself, meanwhile the nice lady from behind the soup station rushed out and told ppl to help us. She was ignored as well. This was really off putting before starting breakfast, of and I forgot to mention after we cleaned it up, no one came to collect the dirty napkins or cloth or anything, all the while 3 ppl were within 1m from us and just starred and left all the mess on our table. This for me was unacceptable and unhelpful. Breakfast area was empty at this time and it wasn’t busy.

Отель в стороне от основной дороги, тишина.... Неплохой бассейн. Персонал пытается реагировать на просьбы) В любое время отвезут на пляж на багги. В принципе, неплохой завтрак, НО много еды холодной, совсем не реализован подогрев пищи.
Заселили на первый этаж, номер трехместный. В первую ночь на втором этаже все время кто то переставлял мебель. в номере все прекрасно слышно. Попросили пересилить на второй этаж, отказали(((( Мол все занято.... но за время нашего проживания, над нами соседи сменились 4 раза, почему не переселили вообще непонятно!!!

The rooms were very clean and the pool was great. Since it was off the main road it was very quiet.

المنتجع جميلوالغرف نظيفه وموقعه داخل الحي والطاقم رائعين (إريك ودايسي وسانق متخصص مساج محترف) . والأمر السيئ وجود بعض الحشرات فقط مثل الوزغ والناموس .

We've been touring across asia for a month using high quality hotels throughout, but this one has been really exceeding standards. This hotel offers great ambience where one things realy fits to the other and it feels like a little oasis five minutes away from the heartbeat of Phu Quoc center. What sticks out whas the impressive helpfulness and coordination of the hotel staff. Due to a back pain, there were specfic requests reading beds and matresses and all were met witha smile and even exceeded. We also had great experience with the spa and received the by far best massage on our one month journey. All in all I regret that I am not able to award 11 out of 10 stars:)

比較的新しいのか、部屋、設備ともにキレイで快適でした。
ちょっと奥まったところにあって不便かと思ったのですが、表通りまで無料カートを利用できます。予約にはWhatsAppが必要なので、使う方は準備してください。
シャワーブースの仕切りがもう少し大きければ良かったですね、水場の床がどうしても濡れてしまいます。 2階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターは無いので荷物の運搬が面倒でした。 大荷物がある場合、1階の部屋を指定した方がいいかもしれません。

Otroligt trevlig personal, samtliga som arbetade på hotellet var mycket vänliga, hjälpsamma, glada och trevliga. Tillmötesgående. Hjälpte boka utflykter, körde oss ner till stranden. Mysigt hotellområde, rofyllt. God frukost. Massage att boka. Man kände sig omhändertagen.
Lite slitet på vissa ställen, trasiga kakelplattor i poolen som ett barn skar sig på. I övrigt inget att anmärka på.

Vi bodde på Nadine i 3 nätter och vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet. All personal var trevliga och serviceminded och vårt rum var fräscht och inga anmärkningar. Bra på att städa och inga fläckar på säng/handdukar. Frukosten var bra, fanns olika rätter att välja mellan och en person som lagade ägg. Poolen var mysig att vara vid. Uppskattar även att det fanns en golfbil som kunde köra en till stranden/stora gatan.
Lite dåligt wifi i vårt rum, men wifi fungerade bra i alla andra områden.

Primary/only thing that took away from the experience was the location. It's a bit further from the main road (not far at all, only a 3-5 min walk or a quick buggy ride away), but still being removed from everything does impact the vibe.

Ребятам на ресепшене 🫶. Чистота, бассейн 🔥. Завтраки вкусные. За это все не хочу снижать оценку, но....!
Вот и но... Отель 4 звёзды, воду не всегда ставили в номере. Кофе с чаем за 7 ночей было три раза. Пришлось все это докупать, будьте готовы. Код у сейфа не меняется - не безопасно! Завтраки полноценно только до 8:30, далее многое заканчивается и не докладывают. Девушка в столовой в одних и тех же перчатках убирает грязные тарелки и яйца жарит. Отелю советую эти моменты доработать, получается не полноценные 4 звёзды.

Went for our family holiday, and stayed in their villa, which was so perfect for our family of 10. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Helping us to organise their buggy to the main road. Really responsive on Whatsapp. Breakfast was varied and excellent. A big plus was that the hotel wasn't too big so we weren't overwhelmed with too many guests at breakfast or using the pool. Daisy our main contact was fab. Eric helped organise our day visits to Vinworld and Vin Safari. Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel walking distance to the main road with restaurants, bars, king kong mart & home pizza!. Hotel does offer a buggy service but we found it easy to walk. Pool area nice & peaceful - we had pool view room & enjoyed sitting on balcony and going down for swim. Very quiet at night to sleep & all staff were super helpful. Some reviews mention dogs in the alley when walking back at night - dont worry there is only 1 or 2 and they leave you well alone. Had a really relaxing Christmas and would not hesitate to recommend hotel to anyone or come back.
Breakfast was a bit hit & miss for western tastes, but to be expected in vietnam! There are plenty of cafe/restaurant near by.

Хорошее, красивое место. Вкусные завтраки на свежем воздухе. Уборка ежедневная. Бассейн чистый.
Очень большая кровать и удобный матрас. Своя просторная терраса с большим диваном - 👍🏼 В номере был и кондиционер и потолочный вентилятор. Пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы. Вечером территория красиво освещена. Возле бассейна есть бар.
Не удобная организация пространства в ванной комнате - нет перегородки между душем и унитазом. Последний часто был залит водой.

The pool was beautiful, and the best part was that you couldn’t hear any noise from the street and barely any traffic sounds. It felt like an oasis. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was very nice. I received two spa treatments which were lovely and very relaxing. The bar was good, and the drinks were nice too. The staff were so kind, especially the women at reception and the man at the bar. It was easy to communicate via Whatsapp or by chatting at the desk, and they helped with many questions. Breakfast was nice as well.
The property is at the end of a road which is quite dark at night and wasn’t very clean. The beach isn’t that close, and the beach nearby isn’t very nice. I recommend this place for people looking to explore the island more, rather than those who want to relax at the beach everyday.

Отличный отель с которым грустно было расставаться,необыкновенно зелёный,уютный,чистый,персонал внимательный, улыбчивый и учтивый!Обязательно посетите SPA процедуры,массаж просто великолепный,Hot Stones и традиционный вьетнамский делала чередованием через день,девушка массажистка лучший мастер своего дела.Завтраки достойные,каждый день менялись и не надоедали.Слегка удалён от главной дороги и пляжа,но мы с удовольствием прогуливались,либо пользовались услугами отельного багги.Также на выходе на главную дорогу находится остановка популярных автобусов и обменный пункт,а также основные магазины и большой выбор хороших кафе.
У нас был ранний выезд,забыли положить завтрак с собой,хотя накануне это обговаривалось,надо было наверное напомнить самим,но и мы вспомнили уже в аэропорту,когда ожидали вылет..

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The resort is well kept and beautiful. The room was large and clean. Nice swimming pool. The massages were wonderful.

The resort was great with beautiful gardens like an oasis. Staff were beyond helpful and accommodating. Eric in particular was an absolute star. Comfortable beds. Generous sized rooms. Spa massage was fantastic. Excellent value for money. We will come back most definitely.

Friendly and helpful staff. The interconnecting rooms were great for a family of 4. Rooms were right at the pool and bar. Wide range of breakfast selection. The Pool was amazing. Will definately come back again. So impressed with the free buggy service that transported us and the big heavy lauggages from the other resort and the main streets. Wish we could stay longer.

We visited Phu Quoc for the first time in November, we enjoyed our stay at the Nadine Resort. The staff were exceptionally helpful with regards to my wife having caliac disease ensuring she could have a freshly prepared breakfast. The pool area is great to relax and sun bath near. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Локация потрясающая, в тихом месте, и в тоже время в 5 минутах пешком от главной дороги с магазина магазинами, спа и кафе. Клиенториентированный персонал. Очень чисто и немноголюдно, безопасно. Катались по всему острову и пришли к выводу, что kua lap прекрасная локация, рядом и аэропорт,пляж, в стратегической середине острова и рядом с Зонг-Донгом.

A szoba nagyon kellemes, kényemes, tiszta és illatos.
Reggeli változatos és finom volt. Az éttermet is kipróbáltuk és azzal is teljesen elégedettek voltunk.

The staff was really friendly and helpful especially Daisy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, the rooms were spacious. There is also an electric buggy that can take you to the main road or to the beach. Transport to/from the hotel also went smoothly.

Чудесное место, тихое и уединенное. Ухоженная территория, зеленая и красивая, будто живешь среди джунглей. Милые небольшие домики с уютными и просторными номерами. Наш был с видом на сад, мы засыпали и просыпались под шум пальм. Есть все удобства, даже полотенца для пляжа, недорогая прачечная, трансфер до пляжа. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Нам все очень понравилось!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage. Der Strand ist einfach zu erreichen.Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal.
Der Strand ist nicht gepflegt. Leider wird Phu Quoc mit riesigen Hotelanlagen, die unter anderem nicht im vitnamesischem Stil gebaut werden, immer unattraktiver. Dazu kommt das Müllproblem.

Tolles Personal - alle Mitarbeitende waren super lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dadurch ab Tag 1 extrem wohl gefühlt 😊 Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstraße, jedoch erreicht man viele gute Restaurants und den großen Supermarkt problemlos zu Fuß. Man kann sich einen Roller ausleihen und damit direkt am Strand parken. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach. Wir können einen Besuch daher nur empfehlen :)

Lovely place to relax. Food and drinks well priced, pool was lovely, staff were helpful, breakfast had a good variety, comfortable spacious rooms. We had the family room by the pool (adjoining rooms) and it was absolutely ideal to be able to watch the kids in the pool from the balcony and have plenty of space in both rooms. Staff were quick to arrange tickets for Vinwonders, cars, and the buggy to the beach. We weren’t sure about the location when booking but glad we did as it was an ideal base.

We had a wonderful week at Nadine Hotel & Spa. It is located quite off the main road, which was no bother to us, and we did not hear any town hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great outside pool and the bar next to it. And a breakfast to die for!
We are also very grateful to the whole staff for their service, attention to detail, help and care. They will be happy to help you with arranging trips and transfers.
We enjoyed every moment.

La résidence est magnifique, à taille humaine et parfaitement entretenue. Les chambres sont très belles. La piscine, sa terrasse et les jardins sont magnifiques. Le spa est également très appréciable avec un discount code offert par la réception. Le petit-déjeuner compris est très bon.

Перше, що варто відмітити - це персонал!
Усі просто надзвичайні, завжди усміхнені, раді допомогти. Відношення до вас буде як для VIP гостей.

Good location. Tucked away from the main road. The buggy was really useful on rainy days. Pool is great.

Situated just a short walk or buggy trip to the main road and beach this resort was beautiful! Spacious and clean rooms, massive pool and friendly staff. It was very affordable and had breakfast included which was a bonus. Can't wait to come back!

Wenn wir wieder in Phu Quoc sind, wird Nadine Resort wieder gebucht.

Everything was perfect at Nadine Phu Quoc Resort !
The hotel is located in a small street, 5min walk from the main street, which makes the place really calm and quiet. It’s close to the city but just far enough to not be overwhelmed by the noise and busy activity of the main road.
The rooms were cleaned every day and spacious, the beds were very confortable.
There’s a large pool, clean and quiet too, with a few deckchairs to lay around and enjoy.
The whole place is clean and full of nature which makes the place really nice to stay at.
The breakfast was amazing, various options from vietnam and europe.
The staff was lovely, always ready to help and give advices to visit the Island.

The adjoining rooms for the family suite gave our family of four a great amount of space and privacy, for excellent value.
Huge pool gave plenty of options for kids and adults to enjoy games and lap swimming.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great restaurants nearby and easily reachable by walk or the hotel shuttle.
Not an overly big resort so it’s not overrun by other guests and never feels too busy or crowded.

I honestly loved everything about this stay! The staff was super friendly, the room was perfect, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I also really liked the location. Yes, it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but I actually preferred it that way. The beach itself isn’t great unless you love swimming, and the uphill walk back can be exhausting. It’s much easier to stay closer to the main street, where all the restaurants and shops are anyway. Overall, it was a great spot!

It’s a very nice resort. It’s located close to Long Beach Mart and King Kong mart. It’s very clean. The staff are very professional and care us so much. Eric is a very professional manager who manages everything well and gives us information of where we can go and recommends us to have seafood at the resort restaurant. The food at the restaurant is really good. The breakfast is good as well. We enjoy very much staying there.

It’s a nice comfy resort with wonderful smiling staff. Breakfast is decent and buggy is pretty handy. Everything you ask will be delivered to you within few mins like arranging the tour, driver , buggy etc. It’s a comfortable stay not far from main road and beach. The seafood prepared by the chef for us was delicious! We also got free upgraded room for last 2 days which was a nice gesture and appreciate!
The spa needs to be more clean , new towels , change of clothes should be provided for each one. nice smell, dim lights and addition of music will be great!

Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. TV in the room is really old school. No Smart TV, so no Netflix or YouTube and also really small size for the distance to the bed. Mold on the bathtub sealing.

Lovely little hotel tucked away from busy streets and noise but within walking distance of shops/restaurants etc.

櫃檯員工態度親切友善，感謝Lemoka推薦的包車一日遊，還有Eric推薦的海鮮便宜又好吃，螃蟹也太鮮甜，代客料理收費便宜，非常超值。飯店的spa很舒服，價格可能沒有夜市那麼便宜，但是按摩完就能回房間洗澡休息，真棒！訂的房型含廚房餐廳，自煮也很方便

We felt like we had our own private pool and balcony. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Always ensuring that we were looked after. Reception staff went out of their way to help us with any requests we had. They also have a golf buggy that you can use anytime to get a ride to the main road and back.

在此住了6晚，每天的早餐豐盛也有些許變化，房間大床舒服，泳池區水乾淨設計漂亮，園區的花樹種類繁多，花果盛開更是美不勝收，每次經過都值得細細觀賞，服務人員都面帶着笑容，尤其是櫃檯的Eric 及 Moka，兩位負責訂房接待管理連絡面面俱到，真的讓我們所有人賓至如歸，備感溫暖，對了， 我也在這裡做了瑞典按摩，房客有20％的折扣優惠，以這裡的設施環境及專業人員的服務，價格很親民，下次我肯定還會選擇Nadine Resort & Spa住的！讚👍

Everything was perfect, everyone was super nice, whatever fruit trees they have, if you ask they will pick them for you. Bartender at pool (sorry I forgot his name), he was awesome with his special drink named Phu Quốc Ocean was the bomb (yellow color.. something with ginger in it), make sure double shot alcohol. Yummy 😍

Het is een mooie, kleinschalige accommodatie met mooie tuin en zwembad. Vooral het persoonlijke contact met het personeel was heel leuk. Ze hielpen goed mee met het bedenken van uitjes, regelen van taxi’s en ze hebben een buggyservice die je naar de hoofdstraat en naar het strand brengt.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Nadine Resort. L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel – le réceptionniste a été au top, vraiment rien à redire !

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hat sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen weg von der großen Straße aber sie bieten einen Service an das sie einen entweder zu der großen Straße bringen oder in Richtung Strand. Dafür ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und zudem eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Der Poolbereich und generell der ganze Hotelbereich ist schön und ordentlich und ich bin gerne schwimmen gegangen oder habe meine Zeit am Pool verbracht. Ich konnte direkt in der Unterkunft unkompliziert einen Scooter ausborgen. Wirklich tadellos ich war unglaublich zufrieden und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Mein Aufenthalt war perfekt.

- During our stay, the power shuts down daily at about 6.15 am, making us wake up due to the stuffiness in the room - Only 1 key card available per room. - Room not ready even when our check-in is late at night (supposed to be 2 single bed setting, but turn out as 1 double bed. This is fine because we can easily split the bed but in return causes the issue of not having enough blankets, and nothing can be done as all other rooms are fully occupied.)

Ubytování v Nadine nás velmi mile překvapilo. Erik je skutečný superman – neustále se snaží vyjít hostům vstříc a je neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný. Celý resort je nádherný a kdo chce zažít autentický Vietnam, tomu ho upřímně doporučujeme.
Klimatizace, doplňování minibaru, úklid pokojů – vše fungovalo perfektně. Loučení bylo plné emocí, tohle místo se hluboce dotklo mého srdce.

Нам очень понравился этот отель😍 номера большие, чистые и ухоженные. Стены в номерах толстые, так что посторонних звуков не слышно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Территория отеля усыпана растениями и цветами) номера убирают каждый день. Байк 150 тысяч аренда. Очень вкусные коктейли в баре🥰 спасибо больше команде Nadine!

This hotel is terrific. The staff is charmly friendly and helpful. The territory is very green and nicely designed - one gets a feeling like living in a jungle, but a very civilized jungle - a great source for instagram photos. :) Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable and stiff enough, swimming pool is also very good and has a part for kids. Breakfast is abundant and with a decent choice of dishes, each day the set of dishes is different. The hotel is not at the sea shore, but is not far away, 10 minutes by feet and one can get a buggy to and from the beach for free. Big plus of this location is that it is very quiet and one can really relax. One can rent a bike directly at the hotel. Wifi is stable and fast enough to work over the whole territory of the hotel. Will come again next year.

Great hotel for a relaxing stay on Phu Quoc!
We spent a few wonderful days at this hotel. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds are well maintained, there’s a nice pool, and the beach is just 10–15 min away. If you don’t feel like walking, a buggy will take you there — very convenient! The hotel is set back from the main road, so it’s quiet at night. There are also a few good cafes nearby. Overall, a great place for a comfortable and peaceful vacation. Highly recommend!

Das Haus befindet sich etwas abseits der großen Straße, was kein Nachteil ist. Man muß schon wissen, dass long beach auf Phu Quoc nicht in allen Abschnitten spektakulär ist, deshalb ist das überhaupt kein Nachteil, dass Nadine Resort nicht direkt am Strand liegt. Ich fand das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar, und das Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfreich. Wir können dieses Hotel eindeutig weiterempfehlen!

Un bel hôtel dans un magnifique jardin au calme. Une chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Bon petit déjeuner.

Een prachtig resort achter de hoofdstraat. Kleinschalig in een mooie tuin met zwembad. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en doet alles eraan om je een fijn verblijf te geven.

Freundlicher Service und schöne Anlage.
Klimaanlage gleich über dem Bett und dadurch, dass es im Bad kein richtiges Fenster gab und die ganze Wärme ins Zimmer kam, konnte man ohne Klimaanlage nicht schlafen. Der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht zu empfehlen, viel Müll. Service war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Vietnam schlechter, teilweise gab es zu wenig Personal.

L’établissement en lui même est magnifique , les chambres simple mais propres et confortables.
Les allées sont pleins d’arbres et de verdure , nous avons l’impression d’être coupé du monde. Le personnel a été plus que parfait, au petit soin. Pleins de conseil et d’aide pour nos excursions ou pour des idées de restaurant. Les cocktails au bar sont délicieux , mention spéciale pour le cocktail Nadine , le petit déjeuner est succulent et varié avec de la nourriture locale et européenne donc tout le monde y trouve son compte.La plage pas très loin avec des navettes gratuites pour nous y emmener. De heerlijke kamer, verscholen in een tropische tuin met aangrenzen zwemband, is absoluut aan te raden. Het resort heeft 16 kamers, maar verdeeld over 4 panden, waardoor het kleinschalig overkomt. We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great time, all the staff specially Eric were amazing. Hes very helpful with our daytime activities. It is a quiet and small resort. The swimming pool is not busy, we had the pool most of the time to ourselves. They have a mini bar by the pool, they can make fresh juices, cocktails and order some snacks as well. Their breakfast had a very good selection for asian & western guests. There are restaurants nearby and a mini mart. The location is around 8 mins walk to the main road.Beach is 10 mins by walk, they have a buggy to take you to the beach. It is a gem! Value for money. They have a nice garden too. We highly recommend Nadine resort.

Schöne ruhige Lage und freundliches Personal, schön angelegte Anlage mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Strand und in die Stadt. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Klimaanlage war leider nach ein paar Nächten defekt, es wurde aber schnell reagiert und wir haben ein Ersatzzimmer erhalten. Für unseren Geschmack sehr harte Matratzen.

Nadine Phu Quoc est vraiment un coup de coeur dans les hotels que j ai fait durant mon 2 mois au Vietnam.
Je préfère les homestay pour la proximité avec les familles Vietnamiennes, mais chez Nadine, tous les gens qui y travaillent sont vraiment chaleureux, on sent qu'ils ont notre bien être à coeur.
Ce n est pas un gros hotel alors on a une certaine proximité avec les autres voyageurs si on le désir.
C est extremement propre, autant les chambres qui sont nettoyées à tous les jours que le terrain et la piscine. 🤩
J ai eu l occasion d avoir une chambre standard à côté de la réception (101) et je n ai pas été dérangé par le bruit.
J ai aussi eu une villa plus loin sur le terrain (211)et c était plus que parfait.
Espace bureau, petit lounge, tv, frigidaire, bouilloir, terasse, tout y es.
Je termine un 2 mois dans ce fabuleux pays et tous les lits sont fermes, ce que j adore, alors j ai dormi comme un bébé durant mon séjour. 🫶
Le déjeuner, ouvert de 7h30 am à 10 am convient parfaitement aux occidentaux qu 'au asiatique.
Plusieurs type de fruits, bacon, saucisse, jambon, oeufs, pains , crelèpes, légumes, pho etc.
Une navette vous amène à la plage toute la journée jusqu'à tard le soir, mais vous pouvez aussi marcher environ 10-12 minutes 🫶
J ai passé un excellent séjour,

Peux-tu aller dimension humaine à l’intérieur d’un jardin pas très loin de l’axe principal, mais quand même suffisamment isolé pour être au calme et se sentir loin de tout. Possibilité d’aller à la plage avec une navette gratuite, même si on ne l’a pas utilisé car finalement la plage est pas loin du toutpetit déjeuner pris en extérieur tout à fait correct. La piscine est jolie grande dans un lieu reposant.

Nadine Resort is a real peaceful heaven. Super cosy, beautiful swimming pool, very good breakfast and amazing staff (from reception to cleaning, everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind)
They did everything they could to make us feel good, organizing tours for us, booking taxis… we had a lovely time in Phu Quoc thanks to us!

Resort was echt mooi en netjes bijgehouden.
Kamers waren ruim en netjes met goede airco en gratis strand handoeken.
Het zwembad was groter als verwacht met een bar ernaast. En je kan je was hier laten doen en scoorter huren voor maar 150.000VND.
Resort ligt goed centraal dicht bij het toeristen centrum en perfect om alle kanten van het eiland te verkennen. Zeker een aanrader!!

SPA was great and well as the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Cleaning could be a bit better. We had bedsheets with stains the first night. They didn’t clean the cups and it took them 3 days to pick up the dirty dishes from outside area.

Fijne, rustige plek in het toeristische Phu Quoc. Ruime kamer met een groot, fijn bed. Ook een fijne douche. Zwembad is ook fijn en ligbedden met zowel schaduw als zon. Er is een poolbar aanwezig. Fijn ook om een balkon / zitje te hebben bij de kamer.
Ontbijt was oké - er is best veel warm eten. Voor mensen die niet warm eten is er ei of pannenkoeken/cake. Dit mocht van ons uitgebreider en met meer variatie. Bij aankomst zou voor ons een taxi klaar staan. Ik had een verwachte aankomsttijd doorgestuurd en een vluchtnummer. Helaas was er geen taxi. Bij aankomst in het hotel kreeg ik te horen dat dit was omdat we later waren (we hadden 10 min vertraging en als laatste de bagage, maar dat ligt niet aan ons en er heeft ook niemand contact gezocht). Vanuit het hotel werd een gratis taxi terug aangeboden en we kregen een fruitmand als excuus.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Bad neu und hochwertig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sowohl auf europäische als auch asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Wir haben die Massagen genutzt und uns hat es gut gefallen. Auch das Roller leihen und der Flughafenshuttle funktionierten problemlos. Die Anlage ist im Ganzen sehr schön und gepflegt.
Die Küche im Restaurant könnte schneller sein. Wir haben schon mal 1 Stunde auf ein Sandwich gewartet.

We stayed at Nadine after another resort in Phu Quoc and Nadine was great! Rooms were clean, staff is always with smile. Property is near busy road with restaurants, spa and markets, but there is no noise. Location is very good. Pool is clean and water is warm.

毎日少しずつ種類が違う朝食で嬉しかったです。
個人的にフォーと卵料理が美味しかったです。

I don't think I can express my experience in a way that will do this place justice. I travelled with my elderly parents. The staff helped me place a nice surprise in their room and accommodated my father's medical issue. The staff was very friendly and patient, the rooms were clean, the resort is quiet even though it's in a fairly busy location and the breakfast was the best! We also got massages at the hotel and it was a nice experience. I would like to thank you for this beautiful experience on behalf of my parents.

The breakfast was very good. The both receptions were very helpful with everything we asked. We really enjoyed our family room in the ground floor close to the pool.
You have to walk through dark and narrow streets to get to the hotel at night. Otherwise restaurants in this area is very reasonable.

Very good location near the main road, but set back enough to be quite and peaceful. Beach, restaurants and shops in the close approximaty. Furthermore we’ve gotten endless help with transportation to any destination, near and far. Everything went absolutely smoothly. The free golf buggy to restaurants and beach was a big help, and worked very promptly. Eric, the manager is a born host with an authentic smile on his face, always. We were taken care of totally, felt absolutely safe and home. We cannot express our gratitude towards his and the staff’s kindness and helpfulness. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, in a nice garden setting, a great pool open for 24 hours, a spa, a nice bar etc. The breakfast buffet was awesome and with lots of variety. We’ve been introduced to some food, we were not familiar with before. Ordering cappuccino from an outside vendor was even available, and Eric even invited us to it one morning! All over, we had a memorable time at this lovely hotel, would recommend it to anybody, also to families with children, and we hopefully return here one day. Thank you so much!😊

Det bästa med detta boende är nog personalen och den höga servicenivån samt läget (tyst men ändå nära till huvudgatan samt bra restauranger).
Angående den höga servicenivån: vi tillgång till massage på boendet snabbt och till ett väldigt bra pris, vi använde även tvättservicen som var mycket bra och prisvärd.
Frukosten var bra iom att man kunde beställa Pho, pannkakor och olika varianter av ägg.
Poolen var svalkande men man ska nog inte bo här för poolens skull, det finns få solstolar (ca 6-8 stycken).

Établissement situé dans un quartier populaire sur Duong Dong.
Un peu éloigné de la mer , il y a une navette électrique pour s’y rendre.
Personnel charmant et aux petits soins, mais peu nombreux.
Piscine extérieure agréable toute en longueur.
On regrette le manque de Bed lounge, mais l’espace est compté autour de la piscine.
Très joli jardin arboré et très bien entretenu.
Nous avions une chambre supérieure en étage avec vue piscine et balcon.
La chambre n’est pas très grande, mais la salle d’eau mériterait un « Relook ».
Petit déjeuner buffet complet mais décevant sur le plan qualitatif, sans saveurs.
Le rapport qualité prix est moyen et on s’attendait à mieux.

Really nice smallish hotel, probably about 30 rooms in total. Close to the main road and shops / restaurants etc, but set back about 300 metres so no road noise. Which is important in Vietnam. Great comms from the hotel ma ager, Eric, to sort out travel to and from the hotel, easy to talk via what's app and that makes life easier.
Nice pool not many loungers, 6 in total, but it never got busy even when the hotel was full in the tet holiday period. There are chairs by the bar as an option if needed anyway.
Breakfast was nice, a bit limited at times but if they ran out of anything just ask and they'll refresh. Theres no restaurant on site, just a bar by the pool, but plenty within easy walking distance.
Beach is about 15 to 20 minute walk away, and you have to cross a main road. We never used it, but there is a golf buggy that will drop you there if you prefer not to walk and it's free.
We had a lovely big pool view room with balcony, perfect as we wanted somewhere to unpack and unwind after a couple of weeks travelling.
We would definitely go back if we find ourselves back on the island in the future.
A little bit of noise here and there during the night from local dogs. Enough to wake me a times on the first night, but only occasionally and after that I used ear plugs which solved it. Not the hotels fault anyway and I'd rather that than road noise which can be very bad in Vietnam.

Super nettes Personal, saubere Anlage und saubere Zimmer. Endlich ein 4 Sterne Hotel, dass die Sterne wirklich verdient hat. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und ganz besonders die frischen Nudelsuppen. Ich kann das gemütliche und schöne Resort nur empfehlen.

В этом Resort все идеально. Сервис, ухоженная территория, дружелюбный, но ненавязчивый персонал, место расположение, уборка ежедневно, нормальные завтраки со всем необходимым. Во время путешествия останавливались во многих отелях, этот несомненно лучший. Рекомендую и надеюсь вернуться

Rekommenderar att bo här, vi var jätte nöjda bara småfix att förbättra.

Beautiful setting with plenty of greenery and room is well equipped. Nice to have the option of massage, and free golf buggy to the beach.
More variety of comfortable seating. Outside the room is a hard wooden bench on the balcony which is not comfortable at all. Also it is impossible to sit on the desk chair and put your legs under the desk in the room as the chair is too high. I booked this room so I could study but there weren't many comfortable places to do that.

The location is in the quiet end of long beach. Very green and well kept grounds. Also the free shuttle bus, #17 and #19 bus stop is just on the main rd when you exit the hotel lane. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The pool area and bedroom were lovely. The front of house and other staff couldn’t do enough. So helpful and courteous.
I wasn’t too sure about the walk to the beach but they have a shuttle so if you organise yourself it’s not a problem. My partner thought it was no problem at alll

Facilities were lovely, rooms very nice, breakfast buffet was awesome, pool was nice, beach was wonderful, staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Shuttle to beach, restaurants and area was quick and easy.
The restaurant has been closed so we had to go out for lunch and dinner. Restaurants, shops and beach were not as close as we expected.

A lovely, friendly, resort. The staff cannot do enough for you. This is our second stay and they remembered us, even down to the fact that I love Pho for breakfast and they made sure it was made every day! The pool area is gorgeous and the bar is now open as it is high season. Our last stay was low season (October) and the addition of the buggy to take you to the beach in high season is great

We had a wonderful stay at Nadine! The whole place is so incredibly peaceful and serene, the landscaping is beautiful and the pool area is a wonderful place to while away the hours. Wifi was great, the breakfast was wonderful, and the mai thais in the bar very addictive! The location is great being near enough to the town via grab to enjoy the restaurants there, but far enough away to be peaceful. It's a short walk to the beach.
From the very start they were wonderfully accommodating of all our requirements including supplying delicious vegan food at breakfast for us. Eric is one of the kindest and gentlest hosts we have experienced on our travels and always went above and beyond for us even when we needed to change our plans very last minute. Thanks so much for the lovely stay! We would wholeheartedly recommend it

Dang was fantastic, very very helpful. He helped me to purchase tickets for various attractions which was helpful. Location wasn’t bad as there were restaurants close by, easy to access the free bus via the main road. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful and rarely heard any intrusive noises.
Dang made it easy to communicate via WhatsApp incase there were any immediate queries. I didn’t use the pool but was always pretty quiet whenever I walked past.
The grounds of the resort were kept very neat and tidy.
I booked quite last minute due to some changes so good value for money.
There wasn’t a full length mirror, no iron in the room, no sign to inform cleaners when to clean room or do not disturb so was interrupted on a few occasions. I booked a one bed villa, but it was just one room with a bathroom with the addition of a sofa. The hotel is down a dark road so could be uncomfortable for some.

A lovely small hotel, large room with great balcony and pool area, quiet and secluded. Centrally located, near main town. Large selection of food for breakfast. Beautiful gardens kept clean and tidy by tireless staff. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

This is a pleasant property if you're looking for a no frills simple accomodation for a quite stay. The staff are friendly and kind and do their best to help as much as they can. Language skills are basic. Dang is a wonderful property receptionist and all around manager
There is no restaurant on site and they only serve breakfast which is very basic and not nutritious with too many processed food options. The towels and bedsheets are basic and can smell so would suggest they get new ones. Very low quaity products. Can't ask for much considering the heavily disciunted price i paid so if you get the stay at 60 USD a night it is fine else not worth it

The ambiance is beautiful. Clean room with comfortable bed. The standout though was the staff! All friendly and helpful a special shout out to Dang on reception who arranged a trip for me and then helped recover shoes left on trip bus!! He also helped arrange a car and massage in the resort spa. Nothing was too much trouble!

Great service, superb layout where no one bothers you and have a nice view in front of your room. Lots of green area and cleaned thoroughly.

Staffs are exceptional. Great services. The breakfast is decent, especially for the pho and omelette.
Appliances (e.g. kettle) in the rooms are quite dirty, and it wasn’t really a villa - just a few rooms combined. Some of our rooms are unable to flush the toilet, and/or shower with hot water.

Отличный Spa! Попробовали два вида массажа — тайский и шведский, оба очень понравились. Рекомендуем! Бассейн чистый, персонал на завтраках вежливый. Ассортимент блюд порадовал: есть и фо, и свежие фрукты (арбуз, драгонфрут, яблоки), а также привычные варианты — блюда из яиц, бекон и другое.
Территория отеля — зелёная, красивая и очень ухоженная, за что отдельный респект садовнику.
А вот уборка подкачала: полотенца вроде чистые, но не идеально, пол почти не моют, а душевую так ни разу и не убрали.
С ресепшеном всё неоднозначно. Были неприятные моменты, но владелец сделал всё, чтобы уладить ситуацию. Подробности оставим за кадром, да и вспоминать уже не хочется.

Extremt serviceinriktad personal som verkligen gör allt för att vistelsen ska bli så bra som möjligt. Dom hjälper till med att arrangera hyrfordon, utflykter mm mm. I boendet ingår också upphämtning och avlämning på flygplatsen utöver skjuts ner till närmsta strand med golfbil. Närmsta stranden ska dock nämnas är kanske inte den du vill hänga på. Frukosten håller normal standard för denna del av världen och i denna prisklassen, hyggligt utbud att välja mellan inklusive en obligatorisk äggstation.
Läget generellt är ok - det är ju tydligt när man bokar att hotellet ligger en bit från stranden, ca 15min promenad och något kortare till huvudgatan. Området är lugnt och på vägen mot huvudgatan/stranden finns en del lokala matställen där några håller mycket hög kvalitet till ett bättre pris än vid centrum. Poolen och poolområdet är ok, ser dock lummigare ut på bilderna än i verkligheten men egentligen inget att klaga på.
Vi bokade en villa för vår familj på 6 personer. Visade sig att det inte var en villa såsom man kan förvänta sig utan att det är 4 separata sovrum i samma hus med ett tillhörande utekök. Alla rum har separata ingångar och nyckelkort och är fördelade på två våningar. Inget gemensamhetsutrymme vilket var en faktor vi ville ha när vi bokade den, för oss, dyrare villan istället för tre rum. Detta innebär också att vi betalade för ett rum som vi inte behövde.... Rummen börjar bli slitna och skulle må bra av en uppfräschning då det är en del väggar med avskrapad färg osv osv.

I love everything about the resort. I love the beach here: quiet and beautiful. I love comfy bed, excellent breakfast and room decor. Landscaping is lovely with a lot of trees but not many mosquitoes. Service is amazing. They are very supportive and caring. I will definitively come back

Absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and tidy place! The hotel is not right on the beach, but we thought that was a plus. You can really relax here thanks to the hotel's quieter location. During the day, the hotel has a golf buggy, which takes guests to the beach and back.
Special thanks to the receptionist, who was the loveliest and friendliest guy!

Staff were extremely friendly, Eric was quick to answer any queries and provided great local food recommendations. The free buggy is a nice bonus. It is not a modern hotel/resort but it’s still brilliant. Also the hotel was in contact a few weeks prior to arrival to arrange transit which was nice of them. Definitely recommend.

We loved the customer service from the front manager Eric, he was always smiling and very helpful. He helped us to buy tickets for the theme park and always assisted us with any little questions we had. The pool was a great size, and the golf buggy lifts to the beach were very helpful. All amenities you need are right around the corner. A great local pub to watch sport was close too.

Fantastic location set in the quiet village laneways of Phu Quoc. The resort generously offered the electric cart shuttle to the main road and beach whenever we needed it. There was often the offer to collect us as required for the return trip. Our family connecting rooms were very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows and two large bathrooms. Our terrace had a daybed and settee and somewhere to hand you wet bathers. The gardens were lush and rooms secluded. The pool was amazing and not very busy and we always had access to sun lounges. The pool bar was a treat and we enjoyed happy hour cocktails every day. All the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. This is a quiet area of long beach but there are plenty of places to eat and have coffee and it was the perfect place to relax before returning home after a month in Vietnam. We spent four nights at the Nadine and would happily returns S will recommend to friends.

Lovely property with beautiful grounds, great pool and huge room/bed….a little away from the beach, but we loved the location - easily walkable to the beach but they do a free shuttle anyway! Staff amazing and can’t do enough for you…Dang (Eric) so helpful and makes a mean cocktail 😃…we had only booked for 3 nights but extended our stay to 6 as we liked so much.

Location is convenient since it is only 15 minutes distance from airport.
This hotel is not occupy a big space; however, it is also quite comfortable with various service (tour service provided, motorbike rental, spa, simple breakfast, golf car to beach, and airport taxi service).
The check in service is not honest in the beginning, since the room I book is a Villa with 2 bedrooms connected; however, the hotel inform me when I arrive the hotel in the early morning around 9:30 a.m. that due to the electric and water issue they are under fixing(before arrival we still using apps to contact) , and they inform approximately the later evening I will be able to change to the Villa I booked, and they will provide me the other 2 rooms in advance, it looks like a good option. However, I request to see the original Villa that I book to know the status, since the room they offer is not in my expectation and if need to keep changing rooms is also inconvenient. When going to check the actual, there is still guest in my room booked, and finally they told me with some reasons... Finally, with some negotiations, I have change to the other 2 rooms in beside to meet my expectation, and overall the service is nice and in standard.

Ondanks dat de accommodatie in het de stadje Duong Dong ligt, lijkt het door de kleine straatjes alsof je op het platteland bent. Het is er ook erg rustig. Een mooie tuin. Mooi aangelegd resort. Erg vriendelijk personeel en het huren van de scooter van het resort was ook fijn. Net als het gratis shuttle-karretje naar het strand. Je kunt er ook makkelijk naar toe lopen, maar door een voetblessure ging dat nu lastiger.
Bij het zwembadje gaat ‘s middags de bar open en dan ook de muziek aan. Die vonden wij te nadrukkelijk. Wat ons betreft hoeft er helemaal geen muziek te zijn.

Отдыхали с семьёй с 6 по 18 ноября на вилле с 2-мя спальнями. Всё было просто великолепно. Большие комнаты , хорошие кровати , всегда хороший напор горячей воды, отсутствие нежелательных насекомых , очень чистая территория, очень добрые и приветливые люди. Бесплатный трансфер из и в- аэропорт. Разрешили поздний выезд в 16.30 , за что отдельное спасибо!!! Очень понравился мистер Данг и Давид , все проблемы решали очень оперативно, Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные , а Фо-Бо - это просто супер, повар на высоте. Бассейн классный . Фото резорта соответствует реальности. Расположение отличное, аэропорт недалеко. Остановка бесплатного автобуса в 5 минутах ходьбы , до пляжа минут 10 пешком. Отдых шикарный. Большое спасибо отелю.

Erg fijne locatie. Gratis ophaalservice vanaf het vliegveld. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met name de manager en barman bij het zwembad. Kamer erg schoon en dagelijkse schoonmaak. Bed erg comfortabel. Gratis kluis. Handdoeken bij het zwembad gratis en mochten ook buiten het hotel meegenomen worden! Scooter gehuurd bij het hotel voor goede prijs. Erg lekkere cocktails bij het zwembad, happy hour. Barman maakte een leuke sfeer.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the receptionist for being an absolute gem during our stay. From the very first moment we arrived, he made us feel like we were at home. His kindness, helpfulness, and warmth were beyond anything we could have expected. He was always there, answering questions, offering advice, and sharing his vast knowledge as if he were an encyclopedia. He didn’t just help us with the basics—he went out of his way to make our stay truly special.
He even took the time to teach us how to ride a motorcycle, and when we needed a computer, he generously lent us his personal laptop. His selflessness and constant willingness to help made such a difference in our experience. He was always so pleasant and cheerful, and he made sure every guest, especially newcomers, felt welcome and cared for. Whether it was assisting with luggage or giving great recommendations, he was always there, doing everything with a smile and incredible efficiency.
He truly made us feel comfortable and at ease. I’m especially grateful for how he helped us with our early check-in, allowing us to settle in without any extra charges. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us. He is not only a remarkable employee, but also a genuinely kind-hearted person who makes the world a better place through his actions. I like the front desk staff Mr. Dang who speaking fluent English, he is very friendly, humbled, polite and had been really helpful for requests or questionnaire I have had.
Breakfast. I had a bowl of noodles prepared set there cold, the soup was poured into noodles but it is not hot enough as it should be. The female server could have been more generous giving out more than one meatball. 😂

Khu nghỉ rất yên tĩnh , sạch đẹp. Có khu vườn tuyệt đẹp, được chăm sóc cẩn thận. Hồ bơi cực rộng và sạch , khi tắm hồ bơi cảm giác vô cùng thoải mái, ngồi nhâm nhi ở quầy bar rất thư giãn, quầy bar đồ uống ngon, giá rất phải chăng. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi có giường rộng , êm ái , tiện nghi, ban công lớn. Bữa sáng rất ngon, có nhiều lựa chọn, không gian trong lành, gần gũi thiên nhiên. Spa trên núi rất tuyệt vời, bạn rất nên thử. Vị trí resort gần đường lớn rất gần biển, trung tâm, tiện cho tham quan các điểm trên đảo. Nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện, giúp đỡ khách nhiệt tình.

The resort was beautiful, very lush and tropical grounds. The pool was AMAZING 🤩. The staff were super kind and friendly. They set up a room for a birthday celebration and even asked us for any special requests at breakfast.

Very close to the beach. The room was spacious and the pool was big and clean. The staff was always ready to help you out. I had a massage which was great. Breakfast had both continental and Vietnamese options. Overall a wonderful stay.

The front desk manager is really helpful and kind. The location was kind of far from the Main Street, but you can rent a motorbike at the front desk it really helps me move around on the island.
There’s no elevator to get on the second floor so it is something i would consider the next time I visit.

My friends and I really liked the hotel, on the first day we arrived we didn't like the room and asked for an upgrade and they did it for an incredible price. We managed to stay in a family room with a large space and we had a lot of privacy. The pool is beautiful with incredible decoration, the hotel designer is also very beautiful and the staff are very friendly, they helped us with taxis to visit the most beautiful beaches in the region and all this for a very affordable price. The only thing that I believe should be improved would be the shower pressure, which was a little weak, and also making more options available at breakfast, including more Western options. Anyway, I recommend the hotel to everyone, if you are looking for a calm, peaceful place to spend your days, I advise you to stay at this hotel, the price is very good and you will have a pleasant stay.

It was a very good experience to stay at Nidine phu quoc resort spa during this trip. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to contact them if you have any difficulties. Because it is the child's birthday, they even decorated the room for us. Although the driver "Ruan Wei" who arranged the pick-up and the journey did not understand English, he was very patient and used Google Translate to communicate and chat with us. And introduce Phu Quoc Island as a tour guide. When our child was unfortunately injured during our stay, the staff quickly arranged for a car to take us to the hospital for treatment. I’m really grateful to have met you on this trip.

Breakfast was mostly Asian but there is a chef to cook your eggs whatever way you want which is nice.The location is at the end of a narrow side street but is lovely and peaceful because of that!

The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile. My children loved all the staff. They were very sad to leave their new friends.
I also loved the great family atmosphere. All the staff seemed to care for and respect each other. It was lovely to see.
Easy access to town (twenty minute walk (with kids) to King Kong, or a very fast taxi ride.

It was advertised as having a restaurant on site, when it's really only open for the complimentary (tasty) breakfast. Thankfully Grab helped us a lot! Some mould in the rooms.

This place is a hidden gem, the grounds are so relaxing with the best pool that the whole family enjoyed.
I praise and thank the staff at Nadine enough. They went above and beyond to make our family stay there one that was so enjoyable and they were so helpful.

Beautiful resort. It is a hidden gems. We love everything about the place, kids love the swimming pool too.

1.We kept asking for more juice during breakfast. 2.On day 1 we had to ask for towels. 3.Buffet breakfast wasnt there on our first morning apparently they had few people so couldnt make buffet but honestly this wasnt our problem we wanted our buffet breakfast we were very annoyed. 4. Can the place have mosquito coils or sprays for guests please.

The vibe of the property was amazing ! The fact that the bathrooms were spacious and clean was major plus points . The pool was open till 10 pm was great as we could enjoy a swim after coming back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing .
Dang, the front office manager was the highlight of resort ! He is so proactive , kind , accommodating , prompt and hardworking … it is amazing to watch him at work .

De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Er is een mooie tuin en een zwembad aanwezig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden op de dag van vertrek nog een hele dag over onze kamer beschikken.

The place felt really like some kind of oasis, well kept and green, so it was really beautiful. The swimming pool was a big plus as well for the kids and adults alike.

L’hôtel est très beau, le cadre est agréable le petit déjeuner est riche et varié avec la possibilité de restauration sur place. De multiples services sont proposés (lingerie, massages et sauna, piscine, navette pour la plage, taxis pour aéroport ou sites d’intérêts aux alentours, booking de sortie touristique). Le personnel est serviable, très arrangeant et toujours souriant.

Excellent hotel! Very nice and comfortable for family. Not first line, but hotel's golf car can move you. Green inside with good water pool. Breakfast also enough, my kids found what they want.

Staff is nice and helpful, housekeeping did good job, rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is clean and instagrammable, food tastes good, not crowded. Resort has really nice design, garden and you can hear a lot of critters chatting outside in the evening. Close to the bus stop (where free of charge buses stop), to the public beach and to some nice restaurants.
Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning (stains and whatsonot on the walls), more light maybe, shower water pressure was not strong enough for me, some towels and the blanket cover were torn, the door was hard to shut from the outside. Construction works across the road will not let you enjoy the quiet but won't stop you from working/reading by the pool or playing in the pool.
Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning (stains and whatsonot on the walls), more light maybe, shower water pressure was not strong enough for me, some towels and the blanket cover were torn, the door was hard to shut from the outside. Отличное расположение, недалеко от транспортной магистрали, в окружении местного колорита, здания, дома, кафе. Легко прогулочным шагом дойти до моря. Мы объехали весь остров, и оказалось, что наш отель в наиболее удачном месте, примерно посередине острова. Все возможные развлечения доступны на такси или бесплатном автобусе 17, 19. С аэропорта и в аэропорт нас встретили и отвезли на автобусе отеля. Отдельная благодарность персоналу отеля. Эрик -молодец, очень участливый и внимательный администратор.

Het is een mooi hotel met een prachtige tuin. De kamers waren gezellig en comfortabel en proper. Het zwembad is top. Het personeel staat steeds voor je klaar en is heel behulpzaam.
Alles was in orde. Er was wat geluidsoverlast doordat er werken waren in de nabije omgeving van het hotel. Deze werken zijn tijdelijk en hier kan het hotel niets aan doen.

The staff at Nadine are wonderful and so accommodating!! They made our stay in Phu Quoc. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options, transport in the local area and the staff helped us with day tours and recommendations in the area. The area is in a quiet street with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The resort has a lovely pool to cool down after a day of seeing the sights and very comfortable, large beds. We would definitely recommend staying here.

L’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel est très agréable et apaisant. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Le personnel était à notre écoute, souriant, toujours près à vous rendre service. Nous avons été accueilli par Dang qui a été très disponible durant tout le long de notre séjour. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que le service Golfette pour se rendre à la route principale afin de prendre un taxi ou de se rendre à la plage.

We were given rooms right at the rear of the property as we wanted to be isolated to sleep better. The rooms were large and clean and beds were comfortable. Shower worked well. The pool was a great size too. Dang, the receptionist, was a lovely fellow to deal with for booking tours and any other enquiries. He even cooks a great omelette at breakfast. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of things to choose from. There is a free buggy service that takes you to the beach and return when needed too as the property is well behind the main road and not near the beach.
The upstairs outside air conditioner motor was very noisy. It had to be turned off at night to be able to sleep properly. They were looking at fixing it the day we left. Also be aware that there is a high building being demolished in the property next door that was built illegally and the noise from the heavy machinery and rock breaker is deafening! This occurs all day from around 7-8am until 5pm. We made sure we weren't there during the day.

Le personnel est très gentil, à l’écoute, beaucoup d’attention. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Les cocktails au bord de la piscine aussi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.nous avons tout aimé. Le jardin est très beau. Cet hôtel vaut largement un 4 étoiles.

The staff and rooms were great. We had rooms just in front of the swimming pool - we were very pleased as we spend most of our time there.
It could have been helpful with more information about the free shuttle bus which drives around Phụ Quốc. The nearest and best beach was not in walking distance. It would have been better if the breakfast was served earlier than 7.30 am.

Frukosten var ok för tre mån sen
Hur Booking behandlat oss vi hade bokat ett hotell som när vi kom fram var stängt för tre mån sen som tur var har jag varit här förut så jag vände mej till ett annat hotell o där fick vi ett rum har pratat med Booking men dom bar förhalar o vill inte erkänna att dom gjort fel.Detta bidrog till extrakostnader för o det vill inte Booking veta av. utan jag skall bevisa med kvitton o det har jag gjort men det godkänns inte av booking.Så det här var sista gången jag använder mej av booking.Utan byter nu till en annan boknings sait.

The villa is comfortable and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful. the pool is nice. It was the most comfortable hotel in the 3 hotels on this island.

Kleine ruhige Anlage in einer Seitenstraße. Meines Erachtens waren es zu wenig Liegen bzw. nicht komfortabel.
Es wird ein schöner Strand vorgetäuscht, der ca. 1 km von der Anlage entfernt ist. Von der Insel Phu Quoc, die wir einst vor ca. 8 jahren vorgefunden haben, ist nicht mehr viel übrig geblieben. Dieser viele Plastikmüll auf der Insel, einfach nur schrecklich (traurig).

The hotel offered a one way transfer so we were picked up from the port which was great. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and well insulated (thankfully!) and pool area was clean and comfortable. An easy 15 min walk to the main strip and beach. Unfortunately - especially for the hotel and future bookings this was ruined by the constant noise from the large building being demolished a few hundred metres away.
Such a shame - and I don't think the hotel can do anything about it - close by, there is a large multi storey building beind demolished floor by floor (so I'm thinking this will last several months) with drill hammers operating from 7.30am to 6pm at night. Occasionally large chunks of concrete would fall down, making the room shake! There was no way to escape the noise and it made sitting outside and by the pool less than relaxing. The hotel do offer an electric buggy to take you to the beach, which is what I'd recommend if you want to stay here. It would have been a lovely quiet area if it wasn't for the building noise. Unless you plan to spend your days at the beach or can tune out the constant drilling, sadly I would avoid this hotel for now.

푸꾸옥에 새벽 도착해서 잠시 머물려고 예약했어요. 동네 안에있는 조용하고 아름다운 숙소였어요. 시설도 쾌적하고 특히 정원이 예쁘고 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며졌어요. 직원들이 정말 가족적이고 친절했어요. 영어로 소통이 안되는데 직원분이 파파고로 열심히 소통하세요. 조식은 종류가 많진 않지만 음식마다 맛이 좋았고, 특히 쌀국수 육수가 아주 훌륭했어요. 공항 근처 숙소로 아주 만족했어요.

The rooms were spotless, quiet and a great size. Convenient to pretty much everything. Close to great restaurants, the beach and spas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dang is super helpful and makes the best cocktails, mango smoothies and coconut coffee ever 😁. Daisy was lovely and also very helpful. Breakfasts was great. I will definitely be coming back.

The pool was nice but floor near the pool was slippery so I think it is dangerous to children. They have a nice view, and staff were so friendly and helpful all the time ♥️ Oh and they have a sandpit for children. My younger one really enjoyed that (:

Os funcionarios eram simpáticos.
Falta muita manutenção no hotel, o pequeno almoço é limitado e principalmente não alugue moto neste hotel porque eles alugam de um negócio de família sem estar registado e sem garantias. As motos não estão em boas condições. Em 5 dias troquei de moto 3 vezes uma delas porque a moto era velha e acendeu a luz da temperatura e quase que ficavamos na estrada.

Everything. It’s like heaven on earth. A beautiful tropical setting for a quiet family vacation. We were 6 adults from 33 to 69yo and one baby 21months old. We rented a villa for 7 nights and were absolutely delighted by the service and quality of this place. Beautiful clean rooms with all amenities, great kitchen, spacious lounge. Great pool area. The breakfast was changing every day offering amazing fresh and delicious options for both sweet and savoury tooth. They have a spa on site where the massages were absolutely great (we did 7 massages) and they were always super helpful offering day tours and taking us places.
The beach is only a 5mn walk from the place, as well as everything you need from small shop to restaurants, to nail salon, to hairdresser etc
Many thanks to all the lovely staff who were so kind and made our holiday such a great one.

Great bedroom with big bed, loved the breakfast options and the infinity pool was stunning. We had a different booking cancel on us and Nadine was able to get us a room within the day with excellent efficiency.

Mình lưu trú tại đây 1 đêm, điều mình ấn tượng nhất không khí trong lành, yên bình mọi thứ như chậm lại, rất thư giãn. Bé con nhà mình rất thích tắm hồ bơi nghịch nước. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon, hợp khẩu vị nhà mình.

Great location & friendly staffs, the place is nice and well maintained. the woman in the reception will always smiles at you and give you a lot of recommendations where to go. The chef during breakfast will cook you a nice omelette.
there are some loud Chinese guests who swim at midnight when we were sleeping, since our room is near the swimming pool, the noise are really annoying. would suggest them to post a swimming timing.

Groot mooi zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Het huren van een scooter was heel makkelijk en goedkoop! Kregen betere kamer voor dezelfde prijs.
Ontbijt viel tegen, heel weinig keuze en niets speciaal. We wouden graag een bad nemen maar het water was hiervoor niet warm genoeg... jammer

Chỗ nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời. Khu vườn rộng, yên tĩnh, nhiều hoa được chăm sóc cẩn thận kỹ lưỡng. Không gian xanh, thân thiện với môi trường. Hồ bơi rộng, dịch vụ massage trên cả mong đợi. Nhà hàng phục vụ cả ngày, bữa sáng ngon. Đặc biệt nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và hết lòng chăm sóc giúp đỡ.

Helt klart de rolige omgivelser og søde mennesker vi blev mødt af hver eneste dag.
Måske kunne de godt gøre mere ud af at fjerne affald fra terassen ved poolen. Men det blev da gjort med et par dages mellemrum.

We had such a great interaction with the staff. Everyone had a very positive attitude and was always willing to help.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
It is close to the center, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants.
