Comfortable beds and large rooms are a plus. The location is good. It's a 10-minute walk to Kinkong Market, 2 km to Night Market. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The sea is a 3-5-minute walk away, but we didn't swim in it. There's a sewage pipe that ends right in the sea; it's brown and smells, you know what it's like. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. That's about it for the positives. Thank you
The staff is unfriendly. We booked a family room with a pool view. But they gave us a completely different view. They said there was no other room available and it was reserved for tomorrow. And it's useless to argue with them about something like this often. How can this happen? We were shocked. This is a 4-star hotel? And the service is like a 2. The restaurant is terrible. We came for dinner and they brought us two wrong orders out of three. And they froze us, saying whether you want to eat it or not, you still have to pay. And they didn't care. We never went there for dinner again. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. The rooms are outdated. But there is no mold, and that's already good.

道路向かいに24時間営業のコンビニがあり、飲食店が周辺にたくさんあり良かったです！ホテルの朝食も和食はありませんが種類豊富で助かりました！朝食食べられる綺麗なお店が周辺にないので朝食はつけた方がいいと思います。
部屋の掃除が完璧な日が無かったです。タオルがたりなかったり、バスマットが無かったり、シャワールームの髪の毛などそのままでした。 チップ置いても改善されませんでした。

Lähellä Rantaa, monipuolinen aamiainen. Kahvikupit voisi palauttaa nukkekotiin ja tuoda normaalikokoiset tilalle.
Toivoisin, että hotelli voisi vaikuttaa siihen, miten esimerkiksi aamiaisella käyttäydytään. Yskitään ruokia päin ja otetaan sormilla ruokia ja jopa laitetaan sormilla takaisin. Tätä näki joka päivä. Aamiaisalue oli aina täynnä ja ruuhkainen.
Toivoisin, että hotelli voisi vaikuttaa siihen, miten esimerkiksi aamiaisella käyttäydytään. Yskitään ruokia päin ja otetaan sormilla ruokia ja jopa laitetaan sormilla takaisin. Tätä näki joka päivä. Aamiaisalue oli aina täynnä ja ruuhkainen.

Breakfast was quite acceptable
The personnel was far from welcoming. Even water was for charge in the room (and there was nothing more except water). The room was quite nice. However mind that lizards will share the room with you:))))

Завтрак только до 9.30 - это очень рано, дорога на пляж проходит мимо котлована с досками с ржавыми гвоздями, канализация вытекает прямо на пляж. Забронировал номер на букинге за 260€ на три ночи, на другой день отель поднял цену до 372€ при невозвратной оплате 😨, сказали ошиблись

Le petit déjeuner était super.
Le cadre au sein de l’hôtel est joli.
L’hôtel n’a pas sa place privé mais il y en a une publique à quelques pas. Cependant, le sable est assez sale ..
Concernant la chaleur du personnel, celui-ci était manquant. Nous avons vraiment été surpris car le Vietnam vous habitue à plus chaleureux.

Poolområdet är jättefint. Nära många riktigt bra restauranger. Man får leta lite bara.
Servicen hade mer att önska framförallt i restaurangen. Frukosten funkade ok men ganska ofta var det slut på saker. Flera i personalen verkade väldigt nya. Stranden är nära men går man närmaste vägen är det skräpigt och nedgånget. Bäst är att gå liten bit bort på stranden. Då är det fint.

Het resort is uitstekend, goede ligging behulpzaam personeel kortom prima om te verblijven ook voor langere tijd. Prima ontbijtbuffet waar niets ontbreekt.
Het zwembad is prima maar soms veel bladeren en vliegen in het bad. Zoy wat meer aandacht moeten hebben.

There was construction work ongoing all day and night next door to the hotel, which didn't stop completely until around midnight. I didn't find the surrounding area desirable, including the nearby beach which wasn't very clean and the crap reggae that was playing couldn't conceal that it was just a poor beach overall.
The pool area was quite nice, although I didn't like the metal stairs to the pool area, felt like you need to be a bit adventurous to climb those strange stairs. I also didn't appreciate the smashed glass that remained uncleaned until I pointed it out.
The room was mostly fine, very spacious and comfortable. The fridge was broken so they came to replace that. But I couldn't stay in the room for another day after listening to the construction work constantly.
I originally booked 8 nights, but asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights, so I appreciate that I received this eventually, although the hotel are poor at responding to you via Booking.com.

Amazing staff. Breakfast was good with lot of options and beautiful view from the 9th floor. Location is good, in the middle of Duong Dong which is the city centre. I am going to stay here again during my next trip to Phu Quoc

Raňajky boli veľmi bohaté, človek si mal z čoho vybrať. Lokalita hotela bola veľmi dobrá. A bola tam dobrá čistota, izbu upratovali každý deň.

Eigentlich hätte es ein sehr schöner Urlaub werden können, aber in diesem Hotel wird der Gast auf eine perfide Art und Weise regelrecht abgezockt.
Beim Checkout wird auf ihrer Bettwäsche akribisch nach Flecken gesucht und tatsächlich hat man bei mir einen kleinen Kaffeefleck (etwa 2x2 cm) gefunden. Dafür sollte ich 1 Million Dong (!) bezahlen. Leider hatte ich für eine längere Streiterei keine Zeit (Taxi zum Airport), deshalb habe ich mich mit 500.000 Dong (20€) Bußgeld freigekauft.
Ich bin sehr viel unterwegs, aber so etwas ist mir noch nicht passiert. Künftig werde ich entweder im Stehen schlafen oder mit Ganzkörperkondom, denn z.B Nasenbluten oder eine aufgekratzte Wunde kann dort Millionen kosten.

hotel upgraded our rooms to pool view.
Pool was simply awesome. Breakfast was good although limited.

Stayed in block B opposite the pool. Our Room was large and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable compared to the usual hard and firm experience.Cleaning staff and Breakfast staff were friendly and gardens well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable for the money.
Noise, Noise and more Noise. If you want a peaceful place to stay this is not for you. If you stay in the Hotel itself it may be better but not in one of the blocks. Firstly the swimming pool is open from 6.00 AM until 8.00PM. The Management do not put any signs up , turn lights off, remove lounger cushions at 8.00pm. People therefore use the pool all night and the Bar often plays horrible pounding music until it closes at 10.00 PM. People drift away and then Then between 11.00 and 1.00AM loud private parties and fun drinking events take place after guests return from the restaurants ( mostly Russians ). The security guard and other staff are nowhere to be seen or heard. The screaming and laughing is seriously loud and annoying. I complained to the Reception 3 times and they did something on 2 occasions but no one cares otherwise . This attitude allows a small number of people to ruin the holiday for the majority of peaceful guests. This is an issue with the senior management and not the low paid staff. The Block itself has no sounding proofing . The sounds of doors closing vibrate throughout the structure .People walking in the room above sounds like someone is hammering on the ceiling. If you value your nerves and like a good night's rest avoid this hotel at all cost. You will find others mentioning the pool parties and most people stay silent , but I would never return!!!!

L’accessibilité, l’hôtel est central dans l’île donc parfait pour parcourir le nord et le sud en scooter.

The property was in a central location, the pool was nice and refreshing. The beach is an easy 1 minute walk even if it is down an alley way, definitely worth going down there for the sunset and a beach massage. Staff are nice. The breakfast was good but not amazing.

Понравилось расположение отеля, размер номера. Ежедневно менялись полотенца, приносилась бутилированная вода, чай, кофе. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.
Качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего. Постельное белье поменяли только после просьбы.

Booked a bungalow by pool but given a very very small room in the hotel. Don't confuse the resort with the hotel when booking. Once sorted the bungalow was spacious and well positioned near lovely pool.
Breakfast was excellent and great egg station.

Det meste likte jeg ikke. Personalet snakket jevnt over dårlig engelsk og forsto lite eller ingenting av det vi spurte eller ba om. Rengjøringen var under enhver kritikk. Flekker på speil og vinduer fikk være i fred hele tiden vi var der. På senga ble ikke strukket lakenet, dyna ble bare lagt over. Svært mange av gjestene var russere og de begynte festen tidlig på formiddagen, og den varte til seint/tidlig neste dag ved bassenget. Dagen etterpå fantes det store mengder søppel både i og utenfor bassenget - deriblant knuste vodkaflasker. Vodkaflaskene gikk på rundgang blant festdeltakerne fra tidlig formiddag uten at betjeningen reagerte på det - drikkinga skjedde åpenlyst - det samme gjaldt drikking og utblanding av vodka og vodkashot. De hadde også med egen musikk som de spilte. Mye mer kunne jeg skrevet, men konklusjonen er klar; jeg vil aldri anbefale noen dette stedet som deres feriested - dessverre😬😭

Micul dejun acceptabil se poate și mai diversificat plaja e bună numai că hotelul nu deține plajă stăm la plajă l‐a alte hoteluri. Păcat că e un bar pe plajă care nu te lasă la plajă dacă nu faci consumație.A

Bra läge till staden, sköna sängar, bra poolbar med väldigt trevlig och vänlig personal! Ok frukost med kock som lagar ägg och nudlar.
Usel städning, slarvigt och smutsigt. Och vi fick aldrig tillräckligt med vatten eller handdukar trots att vi tjatade och påminde varje dag! Högljud och bullrig frukostmatsal i andra byggnaden. Tahiti Resort är delvis nedstängd och kombineras nu istället med Tahiti Beach Hotel för frukost.

The people are nice. Service was great. They are nice and accommodating. Close to everywhere. Middle of the island. Loved the vibes of the whole place. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS THE BEST.

The hotel checked me into a completely different room type than what I originally booked. I booked the Tahiti Resort pool view room they tried to put me in the Tahiti Hotel which is a separate building and rooms are cheaper there. After insisting for over 1 hour they eventually agreed to check me into the room that I originally booked at the Tahiti Resort. At 18:05 and I was finally assigned to the correct room type that I booked. Upon careful reading of reviews online for both hotels it seems this frequently occurs. I was even told upon check in that I had an ‘upgrade’ from pool view to sea view when in fact I was being checked into a smaller, dirtier, lower quality room at their sister property that has a different nightly rate than what I paid for. Also when we first checked into the incorrect room before we realized we were in the wrong place two cleaners came into the room unannounced to change the bedding. We had been only in the room less than 5 minutes when this happened and had not registered any complaint at that point. So we were checked into a room where the bedding hadn’t even been changed before we entered not to mention this first room had a very strong stench of smoke. There was no attempt at so much as an apology let alone any other attempt to improve the situation. From reading reviews online it seems we are one of the ‘luckier’ ones in the sense that at least our booking wasn’t completely cancelled upon arrival to the accommodation. I wanted to leave the hotel but they refused to give me a refund before I checked in and accommodation options were extremely limited due to the Lunar new year celebrations with most places already fully booked. Do not book this hotel or any from the Tahiti brand if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.

Also when we first checked into the incorrect room before we realized we were in the wrong place two cleaners came into the room unannounced to change the bedding. We had been only in the room less than 5 minutes when this happened and had not registered any complaint at that point. So we were checked into a room where the bedding hadn’t even been changed before we entered not to mention this first room had a very strong stench of smoke. There was no attempt at so much as an apology let alone any other attempt to improve the situation. From reading reviews online it seems we are one of the ‘luckier’ ones in the sense that at least our booking wasn’t completely cancelled upon arrival to the accommodation. I wanted to leave the hotel but they refused to give me a refund before I checked in and accommodation options were extremely limited due to the Lunar new year celebrations with most places already fully booked. Do not book this hotel or any from the Tahiti brand if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.

Breakfast was good and the location was good.
Thought we were getting two double beds in the room but it turned out it was a pull out couch or something similar which squeaked every time the person moved on it. The fridge didn't work in our room, we told reception and they said someone would come and fix it but no one came. The rooftop pool had rubbish in it.

Près de la plage et assez bien entretenu. Cadre agréable. L’esthétique architecturale du bâtiment est plutôt bien, ce qui me semble important. Être dans un bel endroit.

L'emplacement était très bien. Encore plus près de la plage que nous pensions. Très près de plusieurs restaurants et bars. La piscine, magnifique. La propriété des chambres 10/10. Les lits sont aussi très confortables!

Booked for 7 nights and stayed for one then left. Problems with air-con in the room and unhelpful staff. We asked to change rooms but was told we couldnt. Beach was close by but no seating for hotels guests. We where refused a refund of remaining nights but finally got 50% back. Not a great experience.

Proximity to the Main Street
Customer service was very poor. the reception staff do not answer their phones and the guest have to walk to the reception every time. During checkout, we were asked to wait for 15mins so that they can check the room and clear us from checkout which I think it’s very poor customer experience.

le personnel de la restauration est tous les jours très accueillant, souriant et professionnel ✨👍👍👍 et la qualité des mets est bonne, fraîche et variée.
les coupures répétées d'électricité 😧 les personnes de la réception : ce personnel est la vitrine de l'établissement et accueille majoritairement des clients étrangers. se comprendre était parfois difficile. Être agréable et sourire n'était pas compatible quotidiennement. lorsque je suis venue signaler la première fois la coupure d'électricité le jeune homme derrière le desk m'a vite évincé avec un : "oui oui c'est bon je vais voir sans autre forme de politesse" A ce niveau là d'hôtellerie c'est inconvenant et anormal. l accès à la plage : en fait l'hôtel n'a pas de plage propre à elle. c'est le restaurant de plage Angry crab qui en permet l'accès. par ailleurs si les transats devaient appartenir à l'hôtel l'aménagement est pourri et lamentable. de pierres, des transats hors de temps et bidon rouillé de fuel en guise de table😞 ça ne donne pas envie et cela a cassé le plaisir de l'hôtel.

Bra beläget i anslutning till huvudgatan med massor av butiker och restauranger. Vi hade 3-bäddsrum med utsikt mot poolen och de var rymliga och fräscha. Frukost äter man högst upp i hotellbyggnaden på ch den var varierad och fylldes på ganska bra. Lokalen är dock ganska liten och det blir hög ljudnivå. Poolområdet var väldigt skönt med palmer och parasoller .
Det saknades en del madrasser på solstolarna. Administrationen och prissättningen på booking.com verkar inte fungera alls. Vi hörde om gäster som dykt upp med sin bokning men inte fått något rum. Vi fick 3 olika priser i vår bokning och kunde max boka 2 personer i ett 3-bäddsrum.

OUR VACATION WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS GREEDY DODGY HOTEL We booked 6 rooms for 720.000vnd/night through Agoda. Then hotel initiated a cancellation from my end. They then said the price was an error and too low for them. With a sympathy and understanding, we discussed and agreed with new price of 1.100.000vnd/night. However, few days later, Taihiti messaged me again saying this is an error and they have no room for us??? They pushed us to another 3 star but old/rundown/ugly/cheap hotel that looks like a ghost house to me. When I checked google and all booking sites, Taihiti still has availability on those days, but with a way higher price (of course because it’s only 3 weeks till our stay). Looks like they want to cancel us out so they can sell those rooms out for higher price. We are now in limbo with nowhere to stay and only few weeks till our trip. This is so greedy, dodgy, unprofessional, unethical and unfair business conduct. If every business can do this, what planning and booking in advance is for? Agoda was useless, all they did were apology and offered to find another room. If I could, I wish to leave -5* seriously

Нормальный завтрак, если на 2-3 дня.
Достаточно тихо, то есть нет шумных баров или улицы рядом.
Тут есть, что сказать: 1. Отвратительный пляж рядом: вонь канализации, грязно, лежакам 100 лет и их мало. 2. Бассейн уютный, но возле него 10 лежала, которые всегда заняты. Просто негде разместиться вообще. 3. крайне неудобно, что вход только с лестницами, т.е. чемодан приходится тащить, нет помощника. А на 1 этаже дико воняет каким то дешёвым освежителем воздуха. 4. Муравьи в номере 5. Ну почему не сделать сушилку для купальников, небольшую? Абсолютно неудобно. 6. А самое главное - это безответственность персонала!!! Я забронировала на booking.com номер 40 м, 3х местный с видом на бассейн. Мы приехали в 12, но нам сказали, что раньше заселить не получится, взяли оплату и оставили ждать 2 часа. В 14.00 нам предложили подождать ещё 30 минут и после дали ключи от крохотного 15 м 2х местного номера с видом на стройку. Видимо, в надежде, что мы не заметим подмену. Когда я вернулась на ресепшн, они сказали, что просто нет а наличии номера, который я забронировала и за который они взяли деньги. Предложили или полный возврат денег, если мы не останемся или возврат разницы в цене номера. Т.к. мы были с длительного перелета, мы всё-таки остались. Они не удосужились ни подарить бутылку шампанского или ужин в качестве извинения, хоть мы и бронировали номер на новый год. Так что 4 звезда - это просто номинально. Персонал не умеет решать проблемы и оставлять приятное впечатление у гостей. Признаюсь, мне дико испортили настроение на праздник.

Sijainti on hyvä, siisti tilat, iso huone, mukava sänky.
Äänieristys huono, aurinkotuolit täynnä Venäläisiä ja varattuna heti aamusta. Aamupala ok, mutta liian pieni tila, ei länsimaisia ruokia tarjolla. Huone ei ollut klo 14 ja kun saimme huoneen hetken kuluttua sinne tulikin ilmastoinnin huoltaja, joka viipyi yli puoli tuntia. Remontti hotellin aulassa. Hiukan hidas palvelu.

Service, food and location were excellent. We had a great time at the resort's swimming pool. Staff at the Tahiti Bar were extremely accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. I am definitely coming back.

No drying rail on balcony, first couple of days no music around bar area, staff sitting smoking. unprofessional in a resort/ Hotel setting. My room stuck on. end of building looking at a road with continuous coaches running engines, rubbish dump across road also. Couldn't run a tab at the bar by the pool, staff always want money before I even got the drink yet staying there for 12 days.. Breakfast finished 9.30, westerners are only coming for breakfast at 9am when on holiday. Probably some cultural expectation training needed.

Hotel bien placé et au calme. La piscine est agréable et le petit déjeuner copieux et varie.

The hotel is well located in the center of the island to visit both the north and south. You can go to the rnight market even on foot. All the services are close by. The beach is just below the hotel. The hotel seems new or recently renovated. Beautiful sea view from the rooms and from the breakfast room on the ninth floor. The pool area is spacious and clean. Ms Hong and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's a pity there isn't a small gym.

Great breakfast buffet in the Haiti beach hotel.
We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed one night. Staff was helpful to help us with the annulation of our booking.
Hotel is under maintenance. Noisy, works all over the place, fire pits to burn the trash. Rooms need some maintenance: Wholes in the wall, broken balcony, airco didn’t work. They need a deep cleaning as well. The neighborhood is abandoned. Restaurants around on the beach are closed, dirty beach, ghost beach.

Nice size rooms and clean. Great location.
Booked 2 rooms with pool view. No pool insight. Buffet breakfast, no variety at all. Breakfast was between 6am and 930am. Food was running out by 730am, and staff would not re stock.

The staff (housekeeping, the breakfast buffet people, the receptionists, the gardner ,and the pool person) are exceptionally great, friendly, and polite. Now we come to who run this massive ship, Ms. Lee Hong 🇭🇰 the manager: she is kind, caring, polite, and very professional. She makes every guest feel home away from home. Loved our time here. Great location. Close to the beach. Breakfast was yum! Highly recommend. Hiring of the scooters were easy, and well worth it to see around the island.

Pool seemed like it needed cleaning or filtering a bit more as lots of things on the surface. Check in was confusing as we went to the resort but there was no one there. but the hotel and resort are connected so you have to go to the hotel first and then go to the resort area. It would have been helpful to have this information before coming

Skvělá lokalita, hotel u pláže, krásná zahrada, velmi hezký pokoj, hezký bazén, chutné snídaně s výhledem na moře.
Byli jsme zde ke konci sezóny, takže asi už probíhali údržbové práce a v 8 ráno nás budil hluk.

A great location near the beach. I ended up being given a room in the hotel rather than the resort. This was great as I ended up with a room with a balcony and ocean views. Staff were friendly but none of them spoke more than a few words of English. The breakfast was great value - a huge choice of dishes from western to local cuisine choices.

The staff were terrific and helped me and my friend find rooms close to each other, overlooking the main pool area. There are two pools - one on the ninth floor and a larger one outside at ground level - both are great. Breakfast was great value and the staff were again superb and helpful.

Удобное месторасположение. Море в 2 минутах. Хороший пляж. Два бассейна. На крыше и внизу у соседнего корпуса (у отеля несколько корпусов). Лучше жить в главном 9-этажном. Номера относительно новые. В трёх этажных старая мебель и в целом номера не свежие. Хотя когда мы были там начинали ремонт.

Bra poolområde. Bra frukost. Nära havet. Stort rum. Billig öl i strandbaren efter kl 13. Bra massage på stranden. Man lever billigt i Vietnam. Bra altan men obekväma stolar.

Hôtel propre, moderne et bien situé à 50 m de la plage, et le nettoyage est bien
Les chiens aboie à 5h du matin, la clientèle à majorité chinoise crie dans les couloirs et parle tout haut, ont claque les portes,les femmes de ménages arrivent en criant donc pour se reposer c'est la catastrophe, j'ai dû changer d'hôtel tellement je ne supporter plus cet hôtel et la réception ne dis jamais bonjour

Große Zimmer mit großem bequemen Bett.

Tolles asiatisches Frühstück.
Super Lage, unmittelbar am Strand und nah am Stadtzentrum.
Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können :). Personal spricht kaum englisch.

Everything was amazing at our stay. The plan was to stay 4 nights, but we had to extend the stay 3 more days because of how good it was. Amazing value for the money also, we have nothing to complain about. The staff was very kind too! Hopefully we can go back some other time:)

First none of the staff can speak proper English so communication is the biggest problem I found in Vietnam in all the hotels.Resort guests have to go for breakfast in the main building and there was no telephone service so in an emergency it is difficult situation. At night there were stray dogs within the hotel complex if u get bitten major problem.And this Country is not fully geared up for tourism .It is only good for backpackers. Vietnam should learn from Neighbouring Thailand about tourism.

всё что ожидали от места /острова получили
выбирали отель ,руководствуясь своими требованиями (мы не сидим на месте ,нам важно иметь тихий уютный и чистый уголок с инфраструктурой рядом )
и в этом плане наш выбор полностью оправдал ожидания
китайцы ) за месяц пребывания в Азии от них начинаешь сходить с ума (шумные ,активные,вездесущие) в этом отеле их тоже предостаточно ) но нужно отдать должное менеджменту их селят в отдельный корпус) и только на завтраках можно их лицезреть ) пляжа своего нет ( но в целом на фукуоке нам почти нигде пляжи не понравились ,т к нам есть с чем сравнивать . но это не относится к отелю это в целом касается острова сам отель -без нареканий

Krásný velký pokoj s balkónem, vedle pokoje bazén, moře blízko, velmi bohaté snídaně, užasný personál, skvělá lokalita. Byli jsme velice nadšení!

De twee nachten dat ik er had geboekt, ben ik twee ochtenden wakker gemaakt. 1 keer door housekeeping, 1 keer door iemand die de kamer in moest voor wifi. We lagen op bed terwijl hij de gehele tijd in en uit liep. Best oncomfortabel

the hotel didn’t provide me transfer as we agreed. they confirmed me the taxi several times but nobody came. during the night I had to find taxi to hotel myself. they did not even apologise about this situation. the stuff works very bad: receptionists hardly speak english, lie to guests, housekeepers don’t work – they don’t clean the room, just bring new beach towels and water. during my stay for more than one weak they changed my bed linen only 1 time because I asked them! one day there was no electricity in the block at all. I suggest you to find other place to stay

La piscina del resort muy bien. La habitación muy grande y las camas muy cómodas. El.desayuno muy variado y muy bueno, con vistas al mar además!
La dirección del resort no es la misma que la del hotel, donde está la recepción. Esto ralentiza toda gestión (check-in, check-out, maletas de un sitio a otro...). La habitación no estaba muy limpia (encontramos una toalla usada secándose en el armario, polvo bajo las sillas, el suelo sucio, polvo encima de los muebles...).
La dirección del resort no es la misma que la del hotel, donde está la recepción. Esto ralentiza toda gestión (check-in, check-out, maletas de un sitio a otro...). La habitación no estaba muy limpia (encontramos una toalla usada secándose en el armario, polvo bajo las sillas, el suelo sucio, polvo encima de los muebles...).

Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma och boendet mycket prisvärt.
Resorten/hotellet ligger mycket nära fin strand med bra barer och matställen. Längs huvudgatan bara 50 meter bort finns ett stort utbud av varierande restauranger. Många scooter uthyrare och några minimarket finns nära. Bara ca 1 km in till staden och nattmarknaden som är en livlig plats.
Rummen är stora och fina med sittgrupp. Stor och skön säng. Bra AC. Vi bodde längst ner med terass och med bara några meter till stora poolen.
Frukosten är bra med utbud av både asiatisk o västerländskt.
Kommer att bo här igen.
Om man inte gillar sött kaffe till frukost så är kaffet inte drickbart. Vi fick ta med eget kaffepulver eller dricka te.

Es gab ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Am Strand gab es genügend Liegestühle und freundliche Bedienung. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Es gab mehrmals Propleme mit den Schlüsseln, die Codierung hat nicht funktioniert. So musste bei einem Zimmer fünf mal hintereinander ein neuer Schlüssel an der Rezeption geholt werden, bis dieser funktionierte. Dies ist insofern ärgerlich, da das Resort aus mehreren Gebäuden besteht und ein Fußweg zurückzulegen ist. Bei diesem Problem sollte man schon beim zweiten Schlüssel darauf bestehen, dass ein Mitarbeiter zum Zimmer mit kommt. Der kann das Problem dann lösen.

Bữa sáng với bánh mỳ Sài Gòn
Nước ép trái cây tươi quá nhiều đường . Nhân viên bàn chưa tập trung vào công việc. Nhiều đồ ăn sáng thiếu , những người đến muộn không còn đồ ăn . Có những biển tên quả tráng miệng nhưng lại không có. Điện thoại hỏng không thể liên lạc được với lên Tân . Điều hoà bảo dưỡng giữa trưa nắng Kết sắt hỏng Dầu gội hôi . Sữa tắm lọ bé dùng không đủ và phải xin nhiều lần . Đặc biệt tiếng ồn từ máy bơm nước , điều hoà khiến không ngủ ngon Không có lễ Tân ( phải đi sang khu vực khác) khoảng cách hơn 100m . Nếu gọi xe điện phải đợi lâu và việc liên tục phải dùng điện thoại cá nhân để liên hệ với lễ Tân cũng không thoải mái( vì mất tiền) Mặc dù đã được báo trước phải đi sang khu vực khác để check in nhưng thực sự vẫn không dễ chịu . Trong phòng trang trí đèn ngủ có hình thù ( họa tiết) hơi sợ , kỳ quái .

I was shocked to see that telephone lines are disconnected in the room, locker is broken and there is no reception at hotel. One has to go to other hotel which is 500 metres away for breakfast or any other request. In case of any support required, there is no help available at this property

my room was perfect, the breakfast also with a large assortment of food, the location was convenient for me, the pool was clean and warm....staff was very helpful on the reception and in restaurant as well , I like them all :) price - quality it was a perfect choice
my only complaint is about changing the sheets on the bed, for 7 days they didn't change them even once, they only changed my towels everyday

Не сколько к отелю, сколько с постояльцам, очень шумно, двери сильно хлопают, стулья по кафельному полу очень сильно слышны как двигаются, и у бассейна по вечерам люди устраивают типа вечеринки, не беспокоясь об отдыхе других

Wij waren enorm verrast! We zaten heel rustig in 1 van de bij gebouwen, de kamer was heerlijk groot en de inloopdouche fantastisch. Strand was op 2 minuten loopafstand met een gezellige beachbar. De dames bij de receptie waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed met een kok die je eitjes bakt en verse soep maakt. En dat allemaal voor deze prijs, wij zeggen zeker doen.
De randjes en hoekjes mogen iets beter worden schoongemaakt zeker in de badkamer.

Väldigt fint hotell som jag varmt rekommenderar
Två väldigt närgångna och lekfulla katter som var i trädgården och poolområdet. Om man som jag är rädd för katter så är det ett minus, medan andra kanske uppskattade deras sällskap.

Очень классный отель!) есть два бассейна, море рядом и пляж чистый) завтраки тоже понравились !) персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда помогал с некоторыми вопросами ! Комната очень чистая, каждый день меняли полотенца и делали уборку. В общем, нам с подругой всё понравилось

Vi bokade en endagstur på hotellet med egen chaufför för norra delen 1000000 dong. Han kunde ingen engelska utan knappade in på sin mobil som översatte till engelska under tiden han körde!? Han hade många erbjudande men allt kostade extra. När halva dagen hade gått så undrade han om vi ville till den södra delen och vi sa gärna OCH då ville han ha 500 000 dong extra!!?? Vi som hade bokat en endagarstur för 1000 000 dong. DÅLIGT så vi ville inte ha mer med honom att göra. Han körde oss till en restaurang och vi gick hem

The photos are a bit misleading. The hotel is pretty old, with very dated and old furniture. The safe wasn’t working, the automatic door lock also stopped working on the second day (it was fixed on the same day). The floor was dirty, bathroom also wasn’t cleaned to a good standard. There is no reception at Tahiti Resort, it’s in a different sister hotel down the road. Had to walk around trying to find the reception when checking in, dragging around suitcases.

Location of the hotel was very good, close to restaurants and shops and just 2 min walk to a very nice beach.
The rooms were big and had almost everything you need (kettle, small fridge, coffee, tea, water, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, beach towels). Daily room cleaning and replenishment. Wifi was very good.
Airconditioning was very well positioned and worked perfectly.
Breakfast buffet was very diverse, good selection for international guests. Restaurant staff was very friendly.
Swimming pool of the resort was big, clean and quiet. We loved the 2 cute kittens playing around swimmingpool area.
We went in low season but I can say that we got an excelent deal price vs quality. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
We missed a few things in the room: some place to dry our swimsuita and towels, some furniture on the balcony would have been nice, TV image quality was not good (although it had many international channels). The breakfast was in another building (few minutes walk) probably not ideal if raining outside. The breakfast was until 9:30 although the staff was still bringing food and coffee even close to 9:30. You could stay until around 9:45-10:00. The pool beds were made from wood and did not have any cover for extra comfort. Was quite hard on our back to sit on them, but we got used to them in a couple of days. Last but not least the 3 reception ladies are very kind but they do not understand English very well. For a 4 star hotel this should be improved.

Расположение близко к пляжу, рядом много кафе, магазины, ТЦ с детской комнатой. Завтрак потрясающий для 4-х звезд (фрукты, овощи, яйца, мясо, вьетнамские блюда) в соседнем отеле с видом на море. Бассейн отличный. При нас была замена лежаков на новые. Стабильный интернет. Уборка каждый день. Прекрасный персонал, готовый во всем помочь. Из нашего номера (угловой на втором этаже) было виден кусочек моря и восхитительные закаты.
Нужно улучшить уборку. В номер забираются гекконы и чирикают, надо выгонять) иногда ночью лают собаки.

L'hôtel est bien placé, la chambre étais spacieuse, le lit confortable, la piscine étais bien aussi , plage coller a l'hôtel, petit déjeuner copieux et a volonté, niveau rapport qualité prix rien a dire !

The location and the bathtub
It was very noisy, housekeeping was awful and started at 6:30 am. And breakfast was only served until 9:30am. I’m on vacation at the beach…..it was like a transit hotel vibe

Nice buffet breakfast at 9th floor with sea view, otherwise it was good value for money.
Bathrooms have open windows only with window nets, which are too wide to prevent mosquitos from flying into the room, before bed time there was a mosquito chase on daily basis.

De locatie was ok, vlakbij een klein strand.
Het ontbijt was op sommige dagen een overrompeling vooral als het hotel quasi volzet was. Negatief punt is dat de personen weinig tot geen Engels spraken aan de receptie. Verder min punt was dat er iets verdwenen was op mijn kamer namelijk een eau de toilette

Breakfast, big rooms with balcony, very close to beach, it was clean in the room, have nice swimming pool.
Reception tryied to shout me just because of i asked for another key. He was so rude! There is no glass on rest room windows, because of that rooms are so noisy. We stayed at c block, 3rd floor. Very rude staff. I guess this place didnt know that their business is based on service. Once i r out of ur room it is dusty, and dirty

Great hotel , good location with pool and beach access . Breakfast was outstanding! ! Best we’ve had anywhere. Large comfortable rooms , great showers, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend and stay again .
Nothing major, a minor gripe of how clean the toilet looked . Some bleach needs to be used.

Close to the beach, very clean, good breakfast
I booked a room with a pool view and got a garden view next to the pool, they said they will change but they never did

Locatie, schone kamers, elke dag schone handdoeken, zachte bedden, elke dag wordt water, thee, koffie en badkamer (o.a. shampoo) bijgevuld.
Ze spreken nauwelijks Engels, Google vertalen is een must. Ze bieden vervoer aan van de luchthaven die bijna drie keer zo duur is als een Grab. Ontbijt is een hysterische bende en smakeloos. Soort van vreet schuur. Niks knus aan.

Location was very good, room was comfortable, the staff were nice although not always that helpful with tourist questions. ,
The breakfast was ok but the facility was a bit of a walk from our building and it was too small for the number of people that needed to be fed.

Все понравилось. Я останавливалась именно в Резоте.
- отдельный бассейн
- большие номера, просторная ванная
- есть лифт и лестница, бесплатная парковка
- расположение, на 50 метров вглубь от главной дороги (ночью тихо и спокойно)
- очень вкусные завтраки с видом на море, выбор огромный (но идти надо в главное здание отеля, на 9 этаж)
- своевременная уборка
- мягкие подушки и матрасы - ничего не болело после сна
Честно? Не нашла минусов. Было бы круто, если бы цена была ниже. Но я отдыха в high season, возможно поэтому не дешево.

Bra läge vid long beach.
Hade rum med poolutsikt. Stort rum. Ligger centralt och ca 100 m från stranden. God frukostbuffe med variationer. Trevlig personal. Massor av restauranger och små affärer i området. Ca 2 km till nattmarknaden. Grön buss (gratis på phu qouc) går utanför på vägen där du kan hoppa på om du inte orkar gå. Går även upp till norra delen där havet är klarare och härligare (kliv av vid grand world)
Inget. Finns inte böcker som man kan byta ut.

The location is great. The close-by beach is not very crowded and there are beach chairs and bars around, making it easy to chill and watch sunset there.
The breakfast was great with lots of food options and a nice sea view.
It can get noisy at night because the hotel is located close to the main road with many lively restaurants around.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien situé. L'hôtel dispose de deux piscines dont une sur le toit de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est correct.
Le personnel n'est pas toujours agréable. Les équipements de la chambre laissent vraiment à désirer. Il manquait certain équipements. Nous avons eu deux fuite d'eau ( toilettes et ballons d'eau chaude ) Les lits et oreillers ne sont pas très confortables. La location de scooter est pratique mais pas vraiment sérieuse.. attention en cas de problème.

Ein großzügiges und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Zimmer und Balkon sind sehr geräumig. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
Auf dem sehr großen und schönen Balkon fehlen leider die Sitzmöbel.

Le rapport qualité prix, l’emplacement proche des commodités et de la plage à pied avec le calme en prime !
Le petit dej était royal également en vue panoramique, je recommande !
Il manquait juste une table et des chaises sur la terrasse et nous n’avons pas pris le temps de les demander sinon RAS !

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem gut. Moderne neu renovierte Zimmer mit Balkon, tolles großes Badezimmer u. super Ruhelage. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, near lots of bars and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach.
The room was very big with a very comfy bed

Lage allgemein wenn es darum ging auch mal abends in das Zentrum zu kommen
Frühstücksraum war sehr wuselig. Auswahl an sich war okay allerdings sehr asiatisch. Mir hätte eine westlichere Auswahl an Frühstück Optionen gefallen. Keine Duschen am Pool

Great location, steps from the beach and close to lots of bars/restaurants. Nice pool, staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for money
No furniture on the balcony/terrace. Toilet needs a deep clean. Breakfast was OK but everyone crammed into a small room. You have to go to the main hotel for everything (only a few minutes walk away though)

Fast direkte Strandlage, scheinbar aber nicht das Haupthotel mit Rezeption. Das Frühstück war gut

Clean room, good location. Way better than expected actually. Would come back.
Well the coffee and tea bags were much appreciated, but it would be nice to have a water boiler too then. Underneath the beds it was rather dusty.

I also very much liked the excellent breakfast buffet at the top of the Tahiti Hotel with a magnificent view of the ocean.
The location was also very good available on the street to go to the night market.

Sun-beds need replacing as old & damaged Linens in room need updating Room needs TLC as certain items not working or need replacing due to age or broken

I liked everything. The position, building, employees, breakfast and the beach very close to the hotel.

Very good service and helpful. Location good
Breakfast ok, but could have provided a little more variation in bread/cakes and cereal with cold milk.
Good size pool, but maintenance and lack of matresses on sunbeds could be better. Should have been a few more sunbeds and chairs too.

great location, excellent staff at the hotel reception, amazing and tasty breakfast with great staff and a wonderful view from the restaurant, beautiful swimming pool with clean water, spacious apartment with cleanliness and towel change every day

The room was nice and comfortable
We were standing around waiting in the sun for over an hour, and when the staff came they were unhelpful telling us to go all over the place. Once we were able to check in the staff didn't help with our bags at all, and our key card didn't work twice so we had to walk back to the reception twice. Overall unimpressed with the staffs helpfulness

Хорошее расположение, ежедневно уборка и свежие полотенца, бассейн, рядом море, кафешки, магазины, экскурсии, остановка бесплатного автобуса на Grand World,тихо, отличный завтрак на 9 этаже с видом на море.
В номере в минибаре были пустые бутылки, но после того как мы сообщили все быстро убрали

L'architecture de bâtiment un peu de style Indochine mais reste encore neuve. J'apprécie ce modèle non commun qui fait plaisir aux yeux.

Les petits déjeuners sont très bons.
Le hall du grand hôtel reste assez banal dans le décor, par manque de manière de disposer des salons. Et même les meubles ne sont pas de haute gamme, dignes d'un grand hôtel tout neuf. La place de bureau d'accueil ne correspond pas aux affluences des clients qui passent pour les petits déjeuners. Car le personnel,malgré sa présence, semble absent de salutation aux clients qui lui passent devant, pour ce qui ne lui concerne pas. En général, la disposition des tous meubles est trop rectiligne,ce qui donne l'impression de froideur dans l'ambiance non accueillante. Surtout la salle à manger, une impression de cantine.

Uprzejmy, pomocny i przyjazny personel. Pokoje duże, z balkonem. Codziennie sprzątane. Lodówka w pokoju. Codziennie 2 butelki wody bezpłatnie. Sejf w pokoju. śniadania w formie bufetu, duży wybór dań. Jedzenie europejskie i azjatyckie. Smaczne jedzenie. Hotel położony blisko plaży. Na terenie hotelu przyjemny basen.
