The hotel is big and right in front of the beach. Nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, and great facilities for families with kids. The free shuttle service was also very convenient. Overall, it was definitely worth the money.

Kort avstand til butikk og nattmarked.
Det var veldig harde madrasser i sengene. Vi fikk ikke låne sykler, da det var max vekt på 80 kilo for å få låne sykkel. Badevakten ved stranden var helt hysterisk! Vi fikk ikke lov til å bade i sjøen fordi det var litt bølger! Kanskje like greit for sjøen var full av søppel! Vi dro heller til strender som var mye finere.

Staff were exceptional, very helpful and happy.

They should replace the management of this resort.
The entire experience from check-in to check-out was the worst I've ever had. I paid the same price as many other options, but I chose this one. After visiting this property, I still wonder why I chose it. Whatever drama I had, I could easily turn it into a full Netflix series.

This is already our 2nd time visiting BWP Sonasea. The best staff&service and great location to travel. We will definitely choose BWP Sonasea without hesitation for our next trip to PQC.

The three-bedroom villa was excellent, spacious and comfortable, and completely changed our experience. The resort itself has great potential and good facilities, though as a whole Vietnam is still behind with customer service. Special recognition to Andrew from Guest Relations, who genuinely listened to our concerns, took action and turned a disappointing start into a very enjoyable stay. Thala spa was amazing!
The original 3 bedroom suite was very outdated despite being one of the top room categories. We experienced faulty TVs, master bedroom AC issues, an unexpectedly shared toilet, algae around the pool corners and a sewage smell around the pool area. I also developed a skin rash which I suspected was from the bedding. The rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, late-night room service is very limited, and airport transfer times are not flexible. Breakfast looks impressive with a large spread, but the actual options are quite repetitive. Our initial concerns were also not handled well until Andrew stepped in on the second day.

كان كل شي ممتاز اقامة مريحة وطاقم عمل منتبه وخاصة (اندرو) كان معنا بكل شي اعطانا الواتساب الخاص فيه لاي شي نحتاجه باي وقت صادف يوم اقامتنا تاريخ ميلاد زوجتي وارسلوا كيكة وعبارة تهنئة كان تصرف لطيف . الغرف نظيفه ومريحه . كل يوم مساء يتم توزيع قطع بتفور وعبارة تصبح على خير مكتوبة على ورقة شجر كانت لفته حلوه. يوجد مقابل المنتجع سوق ليلي متوفر فيه كل الاحتياجات وحتى الاكل الحلال. بوفيه الافطار متنوع وكثير واغلبه يناسب المسلمين وارجو الاهتمام وزيادة الاكل الحلال للمسلمين

Was overall pleasant. Food was good.
The hotel was very dated so doesn’t really look like the photos. For example the pool tiles are broken a lot and the rooms are old. The bed we slept on was visibly very old as the mattress was worn out from where the other guests had slept overtime. Not really what you’d expect from a 5 star resort. There was also a kitchen but no utensils (we were told they aren’t provided when we asked) so not really sure what the purpose of the kitchen is.

위치는 정말 좋아요, 야시장 바로 길 건너라서 바로 움직이기 좋음, 마지막날 밤비행기로 출국하는데, 다음날 조식 못먹는다고 먼저 샌드위치 포장해준다고 함, 이 서비스는 몰랐는데 직원이 와서 말해줘서 알았네요, 공항에서 샌드위치 먹었는데 맛있고 좋았습니다.
싱크대가 있어서 간단히 뭐 먹기 좋아요, 소파베드가 있어서 침대 옆에 붙여서 아이가 잘 잤습니다

Die Beachbar und das sehr nette Personal. Besonders Gästebetreuer Mr. Anh stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Pool ist natürlich auch Weltkasse.

Immer alle sehr freundlich. Zuvorkommend und Verständnisvoll

Chúng tôi có kỳ nghỉ gia đình rất hài lòng tại Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc.
- Điểm ấn tượng nhất là khu hồ bơi rất rộng và đẹp, tạo cảm giác nghỉ dưỡng thực sự. Hồ bơi có độ sâu rất an toàn với trẻ em. Khách sạn còn có pool bar ngay trong hồ bơi khá thú vị. Ngoài ra còn có nhiều hoạt động và thiết bị vui chơi dưới nước để khách trải nghiệm.
- Kids Club là một điểm cộng lớn. Khu vui chơi có rất nhiều đồ chơi, sạch sẽ và phù hợp với trẻ nhỏ. Nhân viên trông trẻ rất tận tâm và thân thiện với các bé.
- Bữa sáng đa dạng, nhiều lựa chọn cho cả người lớn và trẻ em. Dù lượng khách khá đông nhưng việc phục vụ và bổ sung đồ ăn diễn ra nhanh chóng.
- Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Nhân viên chu đáo, mỗi tối còn chuẩn bị bánh chúc ngủ ngon cho khách, một chi tiết nhỏ nhưng tạo cảm giác được quan tâm.
- Bãi biển và khuôn viên khách sạn cũng rất đẹp.
Một vài góp ý nhỏ để khách sạn hoàn thiện hơn: - Trong phòng chưa có giỏ hoặc khu vực riêng để đựng khăn tắm và đồ vải bẩn, điều này hơi bất tiện với các gia đình có trẻ nhỏ hoặc thường xuyên sử dụng hồ bơi. - Tại khu hồ bơi có dịch vụ cho thuê một số phương tiện vui chơi dưới nước dạng thuyền/cano bơm hơi gắn động cơ. Cá nhân tôi cảm thấy loại hình này chưa thực sự phù hợp, đặc biệt khi có nhiều trẻ em đang vui chơi trong khu vực hồ bơi. Nhìn chung, đây là một lựa chọn rất tốt cho các gia đình có trẻ nhỏ.

A great resort for our time spent in Phu Quoc. Great location right on the beach, as well as plenty of shops, markets, restaurants, cafes just outside the resort.
Staff were friendly and accomodation.
The buffet breakfast is one of the best! So many options and all very fresh!
The facilities were great - multiple pools, kids playroom room, spa, activities, etc
The staff were extremely helpful and prompt with any requests as well as being happy to share recommendations!

Большой комфортабеный отель, с большим количеством очень ответственного персонала. Если возникает какая-то проблема, то сразу после обращения незамедлительно всё решается. Я в Европе такого не встречал. Огромное спасибо руководству и Персоналу на наш отдых. Всем здоровья и процветания.

Очень понравился отдых в этом отеле! 🌴
Приятная атмосфера, чистые и комфортные номера, хорошее расположение и отличный сервис. Персонал всегда вежливый, спокойный и готов помочь по любому вопросу.
Отдельно хочется поблагодарить менеджера Андрея — очень внимательный, отзывчивый и профессиональный человек. Было видно, что он действительно старается помочь гостям и сделать отдых максимально комфортным. Всегда был на связи, интересовался, всё ли хорошо, и быстро решал любые вопросы.
Также понравилась атмосфера в отеле — спокойно, уютно и приятно находиться. Отличное место для отдыха, куда хочется вернуться снова. Рекомендую! ☀️

Great layout hotel, fab pools & awesome beach setting with glorious sunsets every day!!! Good sized room & comfy bed 👍🏼 Staff were wonderful & accommodating. Supermarkets & night market directly opposite the hotel. ❤️❤️❤️
Hotel is not maintained to a high standard & did not meet the expectation as per website. Chipped tiles in the pool. No control of guests walking through the lobby into the lifts dripping wet! No service around the top pool. Sun beds are worn & very uncomfortable. No WC at the beach itself. Towels old & discoloured. No evening entertainment, except for a repetitive 20 mins fire show most nights. Overpriced drinks & extras. Beyond the hotel boundaries very dirty 😫 No bars close to the hotel.

Отличный отель, очень понравился! Чистый, аккуратный, красивая территория, хороший пляж, завтрак очень хороший, большой выбор. Очень здорово, что рядом вся инфраструктура: кафе, магазины, массажные салоны, фруктовые лавки, очень удобно.

Osebje, lokacija in ambient v hotelu odličen. Zelo velika izbira odprtega bifeja za zajtrk, ter sprejemljive cene za večerjo v restavraciji, prav tako blizu hotela (ulico stran) dostopne tudi druge restavracije in trgovine. Zunanji bazen in plaža takoj poleg hotela, čista in lahko dostopna. Vsak večer v baru ob plaži fire show, ter lep sprejem za sončni zahod ob plaži.
Postelje (vzmetnica) bi lahko bila bolj udobna ampak za kratek čas okej.

Очень красивый отель с приветливым и внимательным персоналом. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника на ресепшене — Андрея, он говорит по-русски и очень помог нам сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным. Завтраки нам особенно понравились — всё было очень вкусно и разнообразно. Бассейн большой, всегда можно найти свободные лежаки, хотя сами лежаки не самые удобные.
На пляж при отеле ходили редко, так как вода в море была мутной — чаще ездили на другие пляжи. Зато рядом с отелем есть ночной рынок: там можно вкусно поесть, сделать массаж и просто приятно провести время.
Лежаки не очень удобные, так как без матрасов. Вода в море была мутной, но сам пляж чистый и ухоженный. В целом это никак не помешало нашему хорошему отдыху.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, toller Strand, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe und gute Lage zu weiteren Orten und Stränden
Das Team hat nichts organisiert bekommen. Servicekräfte wirkten überfordert. manchmal waren keine Handtücher an den Pools und am Strand vorhanden. Geschirr wurde bei Frühstück nicht abgeräumt und nicht neu eingedeckt. Im Restaurant warteten wir 40min darauf bedient zu werden. Viele Gäste die sich nicht gut benehmen (meist aus Russland). Das Personal schreitet nicht ein

Great location, good value for money, very good facilities for kids. Beach is clean an easy access.
The facilities start to be a bit dated and the the hotel is huge so it's a mass tourism experience. Breakfast was good but very crowded. I was very dissapointed by the quality of the food and drinks at the Beachbar - this place has so much of potential but the level of service is bogus.

Wir haben insgesamt 7 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Hotel hat auf uns einen gepflegten sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar jeden Tag identisch, dafür aber sehr reichhaltig. Super war der private Strand, der nur für die Hotelgäste war, auf dem man eigentlich immer eine Liege bekommen hat. Auch die große Poolanlage war toll zum Baden. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Allgemein war die ganze Anlage wirklich sehr sehr schön mit den vielen Bäumen.
Gäste sollte auch mal nach einer Shuttle Möglichkeit fragen. Das Hotel bietet zu einigen Spots der Insel einen Shuttleservice an.

Labiausiai patiko viešbučio vieta – daug žalumos, palmių ir labai patogus priėjimas prie jūros. Kelias link paplūdimio tvarkingas, jaukus, apsuptas augalų, todėl iki jūros nueiti tikras malonumas. Paplūdimys švarus, su hamakais ir patogiomis poilsio erdvėmis, kur galima atsipalaiduoti ir mėgautis vaizdu į vandenyną. Labai gerą įspūdį paliko aptarnavimas – personalas malonus, paslaugus ir visada pasiruošęs padėti. Jautėsi dėmesys detalėms ir nuoširdus rūpestis svečiais.
Ypač patiko vakarienės – platus pasirinkimas, šviežios jūros gėrybės, krevetės, midijos, aštuonkojis, taip pat daug tropinių vaisių. Maistas kokybiškas ir gražiai pateiktas. Teritorija su baseinais labai tvarkinga ir estetiška, puikiai tinka tiek ramiam poilsiui, tiek pasivaikščiojimams. Tai vieta, į kurią norėtųsi sugrįžti.

They need to manage breakfast better. It felt like survival of the fittest or just luckiest to find a table whereas one day they brought you to a table which worked really well. They just need to operate this system more often.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, przy samej plaży, ładnej, fajne baseny, super bar na plaży i część leżakowa. Urozmaicony bufet na śniadaniach, różne rodzaje kuchni, całkiem smacznie. Obok hotelu Night market gdzie można zrobić zakupy, dobrze zjeść i skorzystać z masażu. Dobra komunikacja z resztą wyspy.
Niestety za mało miejsca na leżaki przy basenach, zawsze problem z leżakami. Dużo ludzi, gwar, na śniadaniach głośno, nie za czysto. Wieczorami brzydki zapach przy basenach i w ogrodach.

Hommikusöök oli rikkalik ja sobis igale maitsele. Hotellil on suur 270 kraadise vaatega katuse baar, mida üllatavalt vähe külastati. Toad olid suured ja mugavate vooditega. Hotelli ukse ees oli kohe pood, pesumaja ja ööturg.
Rannas on piisavalt meelelahutust.
Aastavahetuse perioodil oli hotell 100% täituvusega, hommikusöökidel, rannas ja basseini ääres andis see tunda. Ei sobi, kui eelistad rahu ja vaikust. Rohkem midagi ette heita ei ole.

- Très luxueux, tout est propre, lumineux et moderne, lit comme salle de bain
- Emplacement idéal, pas trop loin de l'aéroport
- Piscine très grande avec plusieurs espaces et bassins ce qui permet de ne pas être forcément agglutinés à tous les autres clients de l'hôtel
- Petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix
- Plage privée, belle vue sur le coucher de soleil
- A proximité du marché Sonasea avec streetfood et souvenirs
- Le personnel nous a aidé a réserver un scooter pour pouvoir nous balader sur l'île

The breakfast was fairly disorganised and overcrowded. On the first day, we went at 9.30am and it was chaos. There were people everywhere and you aren't seated at the breakfast, so you sort of walk in and hope for the best, i.e. a seat with placemats and cutlery. We learned from our mistake and went to breakfast at 6.30am the rest of the time we were there. The hallways can get pretty noisy when you're in the room. Also, there was a kitchenette, but no cutlery, or crockery at all, so I'm not sure what the purpose of it was.

Strongly recommend this hotel. Everything was excellent. Somehow I felt the bed mattress of the BWVilla too soft for me.
Stayed 3 nights but could not use private pool because of some technical issue? The staffs were trying to solve a whole day.
The beach was little distance, however the buggy car always were ready for us to take anywhere in the hotel/villa area including the night market.
Kitchen ware was not in the villa house, you need to have them upon request for 4 person the additional amount will be charged even though you are 5 people in there.

Staff at the restaurant speek very little english. It is difficult to communicate! First day I asked if they serve food at the bar and they answerd, no. Then, the next day we found out, that you can order food... so they didn't understood me the first day. The water at the sea was dirty, so you could not see your feet standing in the water. In 7 days we didn't get a chance to lay down on a beach chair. All of them where taken every day!

The hotel had large pools which were ideal for families. Very good choices for breakfast, hotel was very busy and chaotic at times but room was decent, bed comfy and good sound proofing.

Amazing location , there is night market right outside the hotel , the beach is kinda muddy but the bar is pretty good … overall i would say great place for family to relax

なんと言っても、目の前にナイトマーケットがあることが便利です。ご飯もすぐに食べに行けるし、マッサージもたくさんあります。お土産を買うのもすぐですし、美味しいカフェもあります。コンビニは目の前で、ランドリーまであります。何も困りません。施設も綺麗にしてあり、サンセットも最高な状態で見れます。子ども達も大変満足していて、夕方まで海で遊んでいました。とてもよい思い出ができました。

Close to the Sonasea night markets. Breakfast is decent but overly busy & crowded. Complimentary bus transfer was a bonus, but be sure to book & work to timetable
We had a 3 bed executive suite which was a bit out dated, kitchenette but no items to use. Only small balcony off the main bedroom.

Hotel was totally overrun during christmas and new year. Much too crowded at breakfast. Inconsistent procedures for gala diner: we had full board but the gala diner was fully booked. We got the details of novotel next to the hotel to go there. Crazy. Unfriendly staff at reception.

Meget svært at få plads på stranden eller ved poolen. Det virkede som om der var for mange gæster til hotellets kapacitet. Toilettet ved poolen var decideret ulækkert. Det er lidt ærgerligt når hotellet er så dyrt at der ikke er helt styr på de ting.

The rooms were nice, that’s all I can say with respect to what I liked.
One of the bathrooms was clogged, but that was the least of our issues. The staff was cold and unwelcoming throughout our stay. We visited other boutique hotels where the treatment was warm and pleasant, which made the contrast stark. At Best Western, while the staff didn’t say anything outright rude, they weren’t welcoming at all. That kind of reception doesn’t set the right tone for a guest’s experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc. The resort is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities such as a large swimming pool, private beach, spa, gym, and multiple dining options. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it more suitable for families and couples. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful.

Отель прекрасен, персонал очень доброжелательный, завтраки просто великолепны, огромнейшее разнообразие вкуснейших блюд. Интернет работал вполне прилично на всей территории. Чистота везде. Пенную вечеринку в субботу особенно хочется отметить. Территория красивая и ухоженная. На море всегда была мягкая волна, очень приятно плавать. Даже в тот день когда был шторм и не зайти в море на других пляжах, на нашем было комфортно. Отдельно хочется отметить отельного гида Андрея. Всегда все подробно расскажет и объяснит и поможет купить выгодно билеты на посещение экскурсий и достопримечательностей. Однозначно рекомендую!

I liked the location, the beach, breakfast and the room.
Excellent smoothis at the beach.
It was digficult to communicate in english, because nobody understood us. Room cleaning just made the beds but did not take a away dirty dishes. The room conditioner was too cold for us, 21 degrees, did not go warmer, if i complained they showed us how to turn it off, but in the middle off the night we had to get up and turn it on as there was no air, fussy.

The property was huge and had direct access to the beach, it had 2 huge swimming pools and a decent gym. The room has a mini kitchen which was also useful. Its also directly across the road to the market which had great food choices and convenience stores that had cheaper laundry options.
When I arrived, the staff had an issue as they wanted a physical card even though I used a virtual card on booking.com , they really need training in this manner because I already paid way before arrival. This was really unprofessional and made me feel as if Ive committed fraud. The breakfast restaurant was really full and not well managed. They should do time slots to avoid issues like running out of crockery and food.

Die Anlage war insgesamt schön mit Palmen und einem großen Pool. Außerdem war der Rooftop echt schön mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Der Vorhang in der Dusche ist durchsichtig und bietet keine Privatsphäre im Bad. Das Gedrängel beim Frühstück und der Lärm der Leute macht einen morgens schon aggressiv. Es gibt viel zu wenig Liegen, so das man meistens keine bekommt wenn man etwas später an den Pool oder ans Meer geht. Die Preise an der Poolbar oder sonstigen Bars im Hotel stimmen nicht, da dort noch gebühren dazu kommen und diese nicht ersichtlich sind. Man muss immer mit dem Aufzug fahren selbst wenn man nur im ersten Stock ist, das ist mega nervig weil man ständig wartet.

The food at the breakfast buffet was expansive tasty and clean. The facilities are very good. Hotel rooms overall were quiet and I slept well. Bed was comfy. The pools are nice. I like how it has beach access and even a fire show! Location is good right beside the little town. I would stay again.

Has everything you need, pool is amazing. Breakfast was great. The beach is quite rough but we spent all our time at the pool anyway. Small night market across the road also which was great to explore. A car is required to get to sights but is worth it as the acomm is very nice.

The staff did send a fruit bowl to our table, which we appreciated, but no one (such as a manager of hotel) came to acknowledge the mistake or apologise personally. Later, after I mentioned it to reception, we were offered three glasses of wine. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it could have been handled a bit more professionally.

The service & quality of rooms is below par. There is no cutlery provided in room despite being a 3 BR apartment. Beds have big dent in them and are not safe. The rooms were not properly cleaned with a previous guests undergarment left on the balcony. Hotel did not do anything to clean up or address these issues despite informing them twice about these. The rooftop bar ambience gets hijacked by rowdy crowds playing crass music. This is a managed property not a best western level experience. The Indian food breakfast buffet is a joke. Terrible service you are better off booking Sheraton in phu quoc than this poor property.

Facilities were conveniently close, pool was great, room had a decent size and fairly comfortable. Food was amazing, and price competitive with similar quality restaurants we visited during our trip. Location was also good, small marts across the street, restaurants and night market too. The highlight was service. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. A special shout out to Tùng Anh who checked in on us in several occasions, and did go an extra mile to make our stay the best one possible. During this trip our family had chosen two resorts and this was definitely the best due to staff, service and location.
Although the resort is beachfront, we did not enjoy it as much. Maybe because we visited during low season, but the rough waters made the pool more inviting for families with kids. The beds were not as comfortable, but not horrible.

بصراحه الفندق خيالي وخدماتهم ممتازه جداً وأيضاً فيه ميزه قدامه سوق ليلي ممتع تتمشون في الليل فيه وفيه بقالات ومغاسل ملابس وناس يبيعون بصراحه منتجع مريح جداً للعوائل واحب ان اشكر Tung anh ماقصر معنا خدمنا أفضل خدمه ووفر لنا سياره للمطار مجانيه

The staff, pool and location.
This hotel advertised as a five star hotel, we've stayed in a lot of hotels on the island over the last three years and in our opinion this hotel should have a 3.5 star rating. The room was a bit shabby. Bearing in mind the price charged for breakfast, the breakfast options for vegans were terrible, there was a VERY limited option for fresh fruit and no actual fresh fruit juices. We found ourselves going across the road to the local stores also to the local street vendors in order to purchase the readily available fruit on the island. Being a plumber myself I found the repairs to the shower surround were done to a noticeable bad standard, not something you expect from an apparent five star rated hotel. We asked for an iron which never appeared. Few English satellite channels, which is a must if there is torrential rain along with the wifi being slow, it was quite annoying. The nail in the coffin for us was we were expected to pay for ice ! This was ludicrous as well as an insult we've travelled all over Vietnam including Phu Quoc and NEVER experienced that before. There are many hotels in the vicinity, personally, we won't be staying there again.

Śniadanie absolutnie jest zrobione pod region azjatycki. Nie dało się znaleść czasami a ni sera a ni szynki … Trochę byliśmy zmieczeni tym jedzeniem. I ciężko było coś dobrać dla dziecka.

Très belle plage, staff très attentionné. Chambre et lit très confortables (sachant que je suis difficile pour les lits…) !
Les chaises longues ne sont pas confortable du tout car on sent toutes les barres de fer… Il faudrait rajouter un matelas par dessus car elles sont très dures. Si vous voulez être proches du centre ville, ce n’est pas là qu’il faut aller. Je voulais être éloignée et avoir un peu de calme donc c’était parfait, mais il faut savoir que le centre ville est éloigné. Sinon tout était super !

-> Wonderful place to stay. All tidy and clean, the Two-Bedroom Executive Suite with Two Queen Beds is perfect for families as it is as space with 2 rooms.
-> The location is great, 5min walk to the night market where you have restaurants, spas and street stalls, street merchants as well as a local supermarket with all the stuff you may need like diapers, milk, cookies, drinks, fruit, etc.
-> The shuttle BUS from/to airport is super convenient, but if you can't take it, no worries, just use Grab app - it's cheap and the cars/drivers are tidy and safe.
-> Huge swimming pools with fun toys & gadgets to play
-> Food at the ESSENCE RESTAURANT is superb and has an extensive menu with local and international food
-> We missed the airport shuttle provided by the hotel. The instructions sent via Booking.com mentioned that the pickup location was at 'Domestic Arrivals,' while we arrived at 'International Arrivals,' which is the case for most travelers. 숙소가 정말 편했습니다.
위치도 야시장과 가까워서 먹을거,놀게 정말 많았어요. 직원들도 친절했고요. 특히 어떤 여자직원분이 정말 친절하게 웃으시면서 도와주셨습니다. 이름이 기억이 안나는게 아쉬울정도로요. 앞에 있는 수영장도 넓고, 해변도 사진 찍기 좋았어요
우선 조식 뷔페에 과일이 다양하지 않습니다. 다양한 과일을 기대했지만 그정도는 아니였어요. 2층을 받아서 그런지 뷰는 그렇게 좋지는 않았어요

Location next to the night market is fab!
Not sure how this is a 5* hotel… rooms are basic. Had same quality in a 3*. Beds are small! Went with a family of 4 & they kept giving us two big towels… constantly asking for 4.
The smoking around the pool is the worst. Smoking at the swim up pool bar is disgusting.
Breakfast is good. Wide variety.

Великий та гарний готель, гарний персонал, у готелі можна викликати таксі, є окрема стойка для цього. У піщій доступності є пішохідна вулиця з розвагами та їдлом, а також за 15 хвилин можно дійти до готелю с дуже прикольною зоною біля пляжу.

Lovely hotel on very nice clean beach with plenty of sun beds. Beautiful gardens and lovely swimming pool. Nice big room, we paid extra to have sea view. Hotel is in a great location opposite the night market with lots of food choices. We didn't use the gym or spa. Very friendly helpful staff. Big choice at breakfast - was sometimes busy at peak times. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The SPA, private beach, beach bar, beach strip to ride the hotel’s rental bicycle, are great for the start of my trip to ease my wired brain from chaos to relaxation mode.
The spa is expensive in comparison to local spas, but for the quality of the cleanliness and comfort of hotel and the experience, the hotel spa is excellent.
Also, since the hotel is in a resort area, there is a market with lots f local massage/ souvenir/ food stall businesses for alternate spending than at the hotel.
It was very resort style, so expect families and couples ambiance. Also, very commercial and not much character. I also didn’t like that I had to pay for the rental bicycle. A deposit makes more sense than to make your guest paying for it. Even though it was a tiny cost, this would make the experience more premium. Also, no mosquito coils anywhere at night is a bit annoying in the hobby and restaurant area.

Overcrowded, worn out and in need of renovation, breakfast was not 5 star hotel worth, queue for coffee was so long and sometimes you need to wait like 15 min to get coffee. Pool was worn out and too laud music near by. Wireless intenet weak and very very slow!!!!

Strandbereich war cool. Grosse kulinarische Auswahl. Lage ist gut und weg vom Verkehr.. Foodallee gegenüber ist kulinarisch interessant. Am Abend bringen sie Süssigkeiten vorbei.
Abendbuffet ist den Preis nicht wert. Vielleicht etwas zu gross.. (Liegen werden mit Handtüchern reserviert, grosses Gedränge)

Where to start.. THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIVE STAR. There was NO concierge to help us with our luggage or take it to our room. The rooms themselves are BASIC and clean. ONE OF THE REASONS I BOOKED THIS HOTEL WAS BECAUSE THE ROOMS ADVERTISED COOKING FACILITIES, A MICROWAVE AND A HOB, however on arrival the kitchen area was completely empty. No cups. Plates, pans, or even a set of knives and forks rendering it completely unless. ONE bottle of water a day. The rest had to be paid for inc soft dinks. Breakfast was nothing short of chaos, too many people, not enough space. In saying that it was XMAS so maybe the exception rather than the rule. As we couldn't cook breakfast in our room as planned, we chose to eat in the hotel. On both occasions we were asked to pay while eating our meal .

소나시 야시장 바로앞이라 좋았어요~
호텔풀비라에서 지냈는데 청소상태가 별로였고, 단독 수영장 상태가 않좋아서 몇번 청소 요청하였는데 잘 처리가 되지 않았습니다.

Неплохое расположение.
Уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего. За 2 недели проживания постель поменяли только один раз и то, когда я сказала об этом. В душевой, раковину и унитаз не мыли ни разу, под конец проживания появилась плесень в унитазе и в душевой. Пыль ни разу не вытирали, на балконе также не протиралось ничего и была прилеплена жвачка на двери от предыдущих жильцов, она также там провисела в течение 2 недель и никто ее не убрал. На завтраках аншлаг, людей много, но персонала мало. В итоге очередь в 15 минут за омлетом. Из свежих фруктов только гуава, красные несъедобные яблоки, драконий фрукт и иногда бананы. Арбуз и папайя за 2 недели была 3-4 раза и их разбирали, что когда увидев за соседним столом идешь за арбузом, а его уже нет🤣🤣🤣. Пляж: если не успеешь прийти с утра, то лежаков со 100% уверенностью не будет. Море мутное, под ногами встречаются моллюски и морские звезды. Никому не рекомендую данный отель. Т.к. цена не соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг.

Food was truly bad. My family members got a food poisoning and had a treatment in International Hospital. AC system in the Room was old version and been installed in complicated structure. I tried to decrease the temperature in my bedroom, but the system was also affecting a living room. Cleaning service was poor. 청결상태가 아쉬움 내부에서 신는 천 실내화 비치되지 않은점 샤워시 블라인드를 내려도 속이 다보여서 가족끼리가도 민망한 점이 있었음

The room was decent, the night market is convenient
The lobby has no aircon making it less impressive when we arrived, the night market is right in front of the hotel therefore it is very noisy at night, making impossible to sleep and I could not sleep both nights, the room was decent but the decoration and furniture were outdated with older resort style, the surrounding seems nice but also looks quite outdated. When we were outside swimming in the main pool the smell of the sewage was very strong in the air, making it less pleasant. Overall we would not rate this resort as 5 stars, may be 3.5-4 stars at the most.

Det va väldigt fint, både rum, omgivning och hotellområdet. Helt ok läge och maten var god.

Initially, they didn’t meet us at the airport properly, and we had to call the hotel. The staff hung up on us twice, which caused some stress for my parents. The hotel is large, no doubt, but the rooms are quite worn out and definitely not up to 5-star standards – I’d rate them a solid 3+. For the price, it’s what you’d expect. The water on the beach isn’t great, and the internet in the room was very poor. It was never fixed during our stay, even though we had a sea view room

Thuong the restaurant manager and his staff were very lovely! They checked in on us and repeatedly asked for feedback. On the last day, they surprised us with drinks!

Direct access to beach area, pools and sea views are the most likable part of the resort
Facilities were quite worn out even though it’s been only few years since opened. There has been smell of diesel odor coming out of A/C airflow which might be because of air inflow is straight from lobby area where buses stand on idle with engine on. Ocean pool had lots of black debris under the water floating around which looks pretty dirty that water is not cleaned regularly. Breakfast in the morning has always been hectic with packed area where it’s difficult to find seat or pass by others. Choices for the food were quite the same everyday.

Great Location only minutes from the airport.

The rooms are advertised with hob and microwave, BUT there is no cutlery, plates, or pans or indeed anything to cook with. We booked self-catering but decided to have breakfast a couple of times for this reason, Three times during our meal, we were asked for payment before we'd even finished. Other than one small bottle of water, pp daily, there was a charge for extra.

買い物や食事に便利でプールも広く楽しいです。
バスタオル以外他のタオルがなくて、そんなモノなのかと思ったらチェックアウト1日前にタオルが揃った。朝食は口コミで期待していたのですが毎日同じメニューで味もイマイチでした。

Clean hotel, efficient lifts, convenient location to night market, easy to get Grab taxi
Breakfast was chaotic with tables crammed together. Layout of cutlery and drinks station did not make sense. No queuing system at front desk meant that people queue jumped. No air con in lobby or dining restaurant. Extra charge to take pool towel out of the hotel.

This hotel is not a place to kick back, relax and soak up the tropical surroundings.
On the hotel website it advertises a once weekly foam party on a Friday, however, it is actually 3 times a week which included Christmas Day and was extremely loud.

Das Putzen könnte etwas gründlicher sein. Unter den Betten sind sehr staubig, es wurde nicht gesaugt oder gewischt. In der Dusche sind die Ecken, Fugen recht dreckig. Das Restaurant zum Frühstücken ist zu klein. Es gab nicht genug Tische, zu eng, überfüllt.

We loved the pools and easy access to the beach. We also liked the convenience of easy access to the marlets,shops,restaurants across the road.
I did not like: cleanliness of the room - even after requesting for housekeeping this was not met. We were a family of 3 - 2 adults, 1 child aged 10yrs but we only had 2 bath towels. We requested for a 3rd but this was never sent to our room. We had to share the bath towel. The fact that we were treated differently from other guests at breakfasts and only after addressing this, we got attention from the restaurant manager on the last day. We took the time to express our concerns with the Duty manager - he listened but never came back to us with any feedback. The morning we were checking out, this manager happened to be on duty and didn't even care to apologize to us for the poor experience we had overall. He treated us like any other guest with barely a proper goodbye. This resort lacks customer service and really needs to pay more attention to how their staff treat their guests. During peak season, your bar, kitchen and pools should be open till later so that guests can enjoy themselves. As foreigners we spent the day touring and really looked forward to coming back to the resort to swim and relax with a drink, but pools/bar close at 7pm which then forced us to go across the road to dine.

okres Bożego Narodzenia - pełne obłożenie, ale obsługa dawała radę, mało leżaków, jak na ten okres, ale z tym trzeba było się liczyć. Wokół hotelu wszystko co potrzeba. Polecam, zwłaszcza na pobyt z dziećmi :)

Very clean room and in general. Breakfast had plenty of options and even a picky eater will find something. Loved the Christmas lights!
There are too few sunbeds and they were reserved very early in the morning. The location is a little further away from the restaurants and shops, the are few near by but most nights we took a cap towards the center.

Da die Anlage sehr gross ist, verteilen sich die vielen Gäste gut auf dem Areal.
Der Pool ist angenehm, der Strand sehr schön.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Hotel ist definitiv zu teuer. Das Restaurant (Buffet am Abend) ist viel zu teuer und bietet schlechte Speisen an. Beim Frühstück sind gefühlt tausend Leute, da bekommt man schon fast Platzangst. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber die internen Abläufe funktionieren nicht schnell & einwandfrei. Leider ist der Service der Rezeption für ein 5-Sternehotel unterdurchschnittlich. Es wird einem nicht zuvorkommend geholfen, fast keine Information zu Touren/Hotel/Möglichkeiten mitgeteilt und man erhält nur spärliche Antworten falls man Fragen hat. Eher ein durchschnittliches 4-Sternehotel Der Shuttlebus vom-und zum Flughafen ist schrecklich…da schimmelt es überall und ist voller flecken.

因團客太多，早餐被安排至另一宴會廳用餐。冷氣設定操作方式非常奇怪，第一天住宿冷氣有問題，隔天協助換房。對面有夜市很方便，附近也有接駁車至日落小鎮

A/C was not enough when we enter the room There is no A/C in the lift. Kitchen didn’t have any milk, tea, coffee which should be standard for any hotels. It was a bit disappointing not having water when we have a half board booking It was harder to communicate with the staff. They gave vouchers for dinner but it was difficult

ㅇ옥상ㅊ층 ㅋ가라오케가 12시까지 운영하는데 고층에서는 소음이 좀 있고, 컴플레인해도 개선되지는 않습니다. 지익우원들은 교오육이 필요한듯합니다 요청 볼때마다 각기서로다른대답이 들리더라구요

Pena party in bazen je super. Zajtrk je odličen. Imajo tudi igrala, urejeno plažo, povprečen kids club (4 letnica je uživala). Lepa sprehajalna pot, vse trgovine in kioski v 5 min hoje razdalje.
Skoraj nihče ne govori nič angleško, osebje je zaradi tega nesramno saj ne razume vprašanj in na vse odgovori "yes" - naredi pa nič. Izgubili so mojo prenosno flašo, v sobi pozabili smeti od ostalih sob ob čiščenju, otroci ne dobijo polpenziona. Sicer ta polpenzion to sploh ni, saj gre za A la carte restavracijo, kjer pa je porcija večerje zelo zelo mala. V zameno za izgubljeno stvar so predlagali, če si lahko sama kupim novo. Skratka, precej napak in mojega časa preživetega na recepciji, v zameno pa se trudijo s keksi in so že pretirano prijazni.

주위에 볼거리들 가까워 좋았음. 석양 보기 좋았음, 산책, 수영하기 좋았음. 대체적으로 친절했음.
비싼 호텔이라 기대를 많이하고 여행을 시작했는데 우리가 예약한 방은 이그제큐티브 스위트 룸인데 오션뷰가 전혀 없었음. 아침은 다양한 종류의 요리로 보기는 좋았으나 호텔 급수에 맞는 음식 메뉴는 아니었으며 특히, 해산물이 풍부한 곳에서 스시 및 해산물 등을 맛볼 수 없었다는 게 아쉬움. 근처 이동을 할때 버기카로 이동하고 싶으나 소통이 되지 않았음. 숙소 내 쇼파, 바닥 등 청소 청결 상태 숙박 기간 동안 불만임. 냉장고 온도가 너무 낮음.

From arriving to the airport where you cannot find anything or anyone waiting for you (even the 3-4* hotels have their representatives there). So eventually you must Look for the bus driver from the hotel, and he will not hold a card with your name.... During my 10 days hotel: Coffee maker was broken two Times, The gel condotioner was empty and filled up after I left a note, The sheets weren't changed at all, They repaired swimming pool after 10 p.m. with the tools making noise. So, I think when you pay a lot of money, you can require a good quality.

床很舒服，冷氣機很靜，睡得非常好。早餐不錯，尤其泡菜，很fresh,而且能在戶外，對住海景邊吃早餐，很享受。
離機場只需15-20分鐘車程，酒店每小時有一班shuttle bus來往機場，非常方便。
我們訂了shuttle bus機場接機，也收到酒店確認通知了時間和接機位置。等了20分鐘也不見有司機舉牌，自己用grab訂車去酒店。到步後跟前台查詢，才發現他們的同事在發給我的確認通知中，寫錯了接機位置（把international arrival 寫錯了在domestic arrival門外)。其實兩個位置不遠，我們也有來回兩個位置去看看有沒有司機，但都不見。 所以，收到確認通知後，最好也回覆酒店double confirm，並要求司機的聯絡電話。 酒店的seafood buffet是 五百幾萬元，不要有太大期望。我們吃了一晚，第二晚過了隔離酒店吃，價錢一樣，但豐富多。

The hotel is just ok. The location is quite nice. There is a night market and few restaurant next to it. Quite nice breakfast, the only downside of it was coffe.
The smell on the floor and in our room was really weird. In general hotel was not so clean - the pool, corridors, bathroom it all seams a little worn out and you could see that some renowations should be done. For that ammount of money we had better hotels on the Island.

가격대비 가성비 좋습니다. 수영장도 많고, 바다도 바로 앞이라 좋습니다. 또한 빈버스 정류장이 바로 앞이고 야시장도 바로 앞이라 위치적으로 좋습니다. 모든 직원들이 먼저 인사를 건네주고 친절합니다.

Nice location (close to Sonasea Night Market) with a lot of food options and eateries nearby. The pool and the beach were amazing.
You can only get one bottle of water (600 mL) per person per day. If you are a water-lover, you will beed to buy more at the nearby market.

The views from our room were fantastic; the swimming pools are enormous; the swim-up bar is fun; the breakfast buffet has a huge selection; the staff at reception were friendly and quick; the wait staff in the restaurant were very courteous, and in particularl we received excellent and professional service from Hieu.

Very clean, nice staff and amazing pools and beach.
My room smelled damp and so did the whole hallway, I spoke to the staff and they put a candle with oil in the toilet which helps. If you are not Asian you don't have many options at breakfast.

Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Sehr große und vielseitige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Super schöne Poolanlage.
Die Preise für den Spa Bereich waren etwas übertrieben. Aber es gibt außerhalb sehr viel Auswahl für Massagen.

飯店有私人沙灘，泳池很乾淨，待在這裏一整天都很開心。早餐豐富又好吃，很推薦。
對面又有Sonasea夜市，吃吃買買很方便。

工作人員的服務很好、尤其是飯店裡的SPA超讚的。飯店走出去就是一個夜市、很方便。每天每間隔一個小時也有免費接駁車到機場、很貼心👍

Отель удачно расположен рядом с небольшим городком, со множеством магазинов, ресторанов и ночным рынком, со вкуснейшими морепродуктами. На ресепшн работает русскоговорящий сотрудник, Tung Anh, который всегда поможет. Отель позиционирует себя как пятизвездочный. Но по факту это крепкая тройка-не больше.
Нас заселили в прокуренный номер, с бычками торчащими из сливного отверстия на балконе, и видом на пустырь, с раскиданным мусором и на заброшенный недостроенный отель. Да, море тоже было видно, но с учетом всего вышеописанного. Краска на стенах и фасаде отеля вся вздулась и местами облезла. Казалось бы-нужно идти и просить смену номера. Но я же не на балконе приехал сидеть, подумал я, и решил дать этому номеру шанс. Но наступила ночь, пошел мощный вьетнамский ливень, а с ним и мощный ветер. И в комнате засвистело так, что было ощущение, что я ночую в палатке на крайнем севере, а не в номере (напоминаю!) пятизвездочного отеля. Окна оказались не готовыми к такой погоде. И тут возникает вопрос к отелю-зачем селить людей в такие условия, о которых заведомо известно? Но ребята на ресепшн, извинившись, заменили номер на следующее утро. Сам номер-стандартный, но панорамное окно в душевую-это провал. И я даже не про то, что сквозь шторку, которой оно закрывается всё равно всё видно. Ночью, когда кто-то идет в ванную и включает в ней свет-весь номер озаряется этим светом и может разбудить человека, спящего в комнате. Почему не повесить какую-то блекаут шторку-непонятно. Также непонятной частью номера является "кухонная зона" со столешницей и варочной панелью и кучей шкафчиков. При этом ни посуды ни приборов нет. На всех фотографиях номеров эта зона всегда присутствует и создает ложное ощущение возможности готовить самостоятельно. По факту же это большая бесполезная нерабочая зона, отнимающая пространство. Почему ее не убрать-непонятно. Фотографии отеля создают ощущение огромного множества мест для плавания, по факту длинные бассейны по бокам от дорожки к пляжу грязные, с листьями и насекомыми. Бассейн с баром вообще полон мусора, еды и плесени по углам. Лежаки у бассейнов старые и провисшие. Пляжные полотенца застиранные и несвежие. Халаты номерах такие же. Косметика в ванной-самая дешевая.

시설은 만족스러웠습니다. 매주 금요일 16:00 수영장의 버블 폼 파티가 특히 즐거웠습니다. Kids club 에서 NHI 덕분에 즐거운 만들기 시간을 가졌습니다. 좋은 프로그램 입니다.
수영장이 19시까지만 운영해서 좀 짧다고 느껴졌습니다.

조식 쌀국수는 아주 맜있었고, 호텔이 야시장 바로 앞에있어 식당/카페/마시지샵 모두 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다.
식당이 너무 작고 테이블이 너무 붙어있어 이동하는데 어려움이 있습니다. 또한 객실 침구류와 화장실 청소/관리상태가 좋지 않아 이 부분 신경쓰면 좋을 것 같아요.

공항에서 가깝고 소나시야시장 앞이라 위치가 좋았습니다.
방 안에 미니주방과 전자렌지가 있어 편리했고
큰 수영장과 긴 수영장이 있어 아이들과 놀기 좋았습니다.
룸 방향 화장실 벽면이 투명 유리인데 블라인드를 내려도 내부가 비쳐 불을 끄고 샤워해야 했습니다. 암막 블라인드로 교체하거나 다른 대책이 필요합니다.

對面是夜市很方面，雖然購物店不多，但食肆和spa很多。
19號的免費巴士可到夜市和北部的富國大世界亦在門口很方面的，不過班次較梳，call grab 到陽東夜市只是10萬盾。
早餐超讚：款式多；好味和每天總有幾款會更換的。
員工友善有禮，酒店設施不算多，但總算有點活動，可能我入住這幾天都是下雨天，所以沙灘上沒有什麼活動啦。

조식도 맛있고 주변에 맛사지샵 멀리서도 택시타고오는 야시장 네일샵 호텔바로앞24 마트 한식식당4가족 너무 즐거웠으며 특히 Quoc님께서 2틀은 호텔 2틀은 빌라에서 숙식하며 생긴일들을 산뜻하고 빠르게 해결해주셔서 너무 감사합니다 저는 작년에는 7번 올해는 4월7월 두번 정말 베스트웨스턴 탑중에 탑입니다

I like the breakfast, my kids love the donuts wall! Their crepes, eggs, pastries were absolutely delicious!! A lot if choices for fresh fruit!!
Room are clean, balcony so clean as well.
Nice swimming pool, more activities would be great.
Location not bad, very close to night market and massage place.

We zijn hier 6 dagen geweest. Fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt voor ieder wat wils. Prachtige goed onderhouden zwembaden. Een kidsclub met een te lieve "juf Nhi". Appartementen liggen aan het strand. Hier kun je alleen niet in vanwege kwallen en zee-egels. We kregen een gratis upgrade seaview omdat onze kamer echt een minder uitzicht had. Er ligt een nightmarket en supermarkt voor de deur. Een gratis shuttleservice vanaf het vliegveld heen en terug. Al met al heerlijk genoten van Phu Quoc.

Отель очень понравился своим расположением, чистотой, доброжелательным персоналом, наличием детской комнаты, детской площадки на улице, также приятно было заказать прохладительные напитки в баре самого дальнего бассейна, качельки у моря - вообщем все, что то кто можно вообразить себе для кайфового прибывания тут есть!!!
Особенная благодарность менеджеру отеля Tung Anh за оперативность, доброжелательность, профессионализм, обаяние и искреннее участие в наших вопросах! Спасибо вам за теплый прием!!! Мы обязательно вернемся и именно к вам!!! 🙌🤩🙌

C’est a peu pres tout
Enormement de choses Personnel tres peu serviable. Quand on est arrivés ils nous ont donné les clefs sans meme nous dire ou etait l’ascenceur. Quand on leur a demandé les activités disponibles ils se sont contentes de nous donner une brochure sans rien nous expliquer. Chambres mal insonorisées Nous avons été réveillés par le housekeeping qui est rentré dans notre chambre a 8h du matin sans que nous ayons demandé a ce que notre chambre soit faite. On voulait se rendre a un endroit de l’ile assez éloigné et on regardait les options en etant assis a la reception. Le personnel nous a poussé a prendre un taxi partenaire de l’hotel. Nous avons appris plus tard qu’un bus gratuit etait disponible pour aller a ce meme endroit. Le petit dejeuner etait moyen, il manquait parfois des choses essentielles (café, lait…) La plage privee etait fermee l’intégralité du séjour (4 nuits) pour « mauvaise météo ». Nous avons du aller a des plages publiques juste a cote pour nager, etrangement celles ci n’etaient pas fermées

소나시야시장과 가까워 위치 좋고 .수영장이 넓어서 .호텔에만 있어도 만족스러웠다.직원 엄청친절하고 .또. .가족들과 와도 묵을것이다

The only good thing about this place is the sunset beach.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It is very basic. The staff is not very helpful. Language is a huge problem. People at the reception don't speak English properly. The room didn't have black tea bags and when I called to ask for it, I was told they only give green tea bags. I found this response very strange. The restaurant had black tea bags during breakfast time but they don't provide it in the room even upon request. The wash basin and shower drains are not in good condition. I had to call for someone to fix it on first day. The rooftop bar is functional only over the weekends and the drinks aren't good. The beach bar was closed all three days that we were there (Thursday to Sunday).

Breakfast was good. Pool is stunning. Room is generously sized. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Were lucky enough to receive a late check out of 2pm which nice! Bar tenders at the pool size bar make delicious cocktails and were super super friendly!
Cleaning service could be improved. Had to ask for hand towels to be replaced twice as cleaners forgot them. Asked for an iron prior to heading out for dinner and it took over an hour for it to arrive.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, mit meiner Familie eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu übernachten, und ich kann es nicht genug loben. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an war der Service tadellos und die Atmosphäre einladend.
Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen bot und jeden Morgen ein Genuss war. Ein besonderer Dank gilt das Das gesamte Personal, insbesondere die Kellner und Kellnerinnen, war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeder Mitarbeiter hat dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. besonders die Kellnerin Kieu, Sie alle waren nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit Sie sorgte stets dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, und machte unser Frühstück zu einem wunderbaren Start in den Tag.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große, schöne Pool der ist rin Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Er bot viel Platz zum Entspannen und Spaß haben für die ganze Familie.
Auch der Spielbereich war ein großer Erfolg, besonders dank der tollen Betreuerin Nhi. Ihre Hingabe und Fürsorge für die Kinder waren offensichtlich, und es war beruhigend zu wissen, dass sie in so guten Händen waren.
Insgesamt hat dieses Hotel unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Ich kann es jeder Familie wärmstens empfehlen, die auf der Suche nach einem fantastischen Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service ist.

조식 맛있고, 소나시지역에서도 위치 좋고, 호텔 구조상 다른객실 시선 의식없이 침대에서 편한 차림으로 뻥 뚫린 바다를 볼수있어서 너무 좋았어요. 푸꾸옥에 1꿕, 2꿕, 3꿕-- 한다던데 다음에도 이 곳으로 또 오자고,, 다짐할 정도였어요.. 가성비 훌륭하고 뭐 하나 빠지는 것 없는 숙소였습니다
야외풀장 시설과 음료 이용을 늦게까지 즐길 수 없어 아쉽지만 그건 호텔의 문제인것같진 않아요

Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc一出飯店大門對面就有熱鬧的小市集，有多家快炒及按摩店/洗頭店/美甲店/餐廳/雜貨店/換錢所，也有炒冰可以吃，對飲食上來說很方便，晚上想吃點消夜也很方便購買。
距離陽東市的金剛超市車程需要20分鐘，搭計程車使用GRAB叫車單趟11萬多越南盾(台幣約145-150元)車資不貴。
飯店內有多個游泳池可以玩水，深度有適合孩童也有適合成人，
比較印象深刻的缺點是隔音問題，在房間內聽的到隔壁房間的電視聲，走廊上的腳步聲，干擾的聲音非常清楚，一開始還以為自己聽錯，這點對於住宿旅客來說，是希望能改善的，其餘例如早餐餐點，服務人員積極友善等，都很不錯。
飯店的硬體設備也維護的不錯，距離太陽世界海上纜車搭乘處也不遠，是住在中部一個不錯的選擇

Stayed in deluxe villa. The privacy was great. All rooms had complete block out curtains, and a super king size bed, so lots of sleeping in. Buffet breakfast is the most well stacked and presented spread I have ever seen. The venue itself has more than enough to keep a family entertained, while relaxing in pure paradise. 👌
For some reason there were no dishes, pots or pans. So no in room cooking. Also no washing machine, there is a dry cleaning service but it's pretty expensive. The shop accross the road however washes your clothes for about 3AUD per load.

Dette hotel svarer på ingen måder til et 5 stjernet hotel. Værelserne er indrettet således at badeværelset har glasvægge til resten af værelset. Dette duer ikke med mindre man er et par, derudover forstyrrer lys på værelset om natten for den anden part der sover. Vi havde problemer med gulvafløbet hvilket gjorde at når vi tog bad, så blev badeværelset oversvømmet. Dette blev “fikset” et par gange før vi fik lov til endelig at få nyt værelse. Ingen Hånd sæbe på værelserne, det er noget du selv skal bede om. Bruserhoveder var så afkalket at der kom næsten ingen vand ud. Safe box virkede ikke og den skulle heraf skiftes. Vi havde desværre bare ik et særligt godt ophold med mange problemer. Vi fik en tallerken frugt for kompensation. Men det hjælper ikke på alle de udfordringer vi mødte.

L'hôtel est beau tel que les photos le montrent. La plage et la piscine sont très belles aussi. Le roof top avec la vue est sympa pour boire un verre le soir. Le night market juste en face permet de faire des courses et de bien manger pour un prix raisonnable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié.
Peu de personnel parle Anglais. Pas de repas à la carte le soir.

The rooms were so nice spacious and loved the balcony. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing! The people were so nice and helpful.
They have a schedule for entertainment. At the kidsclub you have to tell them you want to so that activity that is on the schedule. It seemed like they did not know about it and we had to remind them every day.

Прекрасная территория, чистые номера, достойные завтраки, чистый частный пляж, удобное расположение возле ночного рынка и разных хороших ресторанчиков.
В море была какая то взвесь , похожая на планктон. На севере море было чище и приятнее. Здесь не очень хотелось входить в воду. Благо были прекрасные бассейны.

위치가 리조트 많이 모여있는 곳이라 좋았고 야외수영장과 바다가 이어져있다는 점이 좋았습니다.
다만 바다가 뿌옇긴했지만 이건 모래 때문이라 어쩔 수 없는 것 같아요.
야외 수영장이 정말 넓고 경관이 멋있어서 만족스러웠어요.
조식도 먹기 편하고 시간이 길어서 이용하기 좋았는데 커피머신이 자주 고장나서 커피 내리는데 시간이 좀 많이 걸린다는 점이 한 가지 아쉬웠어요. 방 안에 있는 커피머신도 작동이 되지않아 사용할수는 없었습니다.

Personalet var virkelig dårlige til engelsk, rengøringen kunne være bedre (der var fx tydelige tegn på tidligeres gæst toilet besøg smurt på spanden på værelset), og de reklamerede på hotellet med et aktivitetsprogram som ikke var der.

Breakfast was excellent
Very dull place. All the activities they advertise, does not happen at all. Kids club was open only until 16. Eventhough there were babysitter at the kidclub, any of those craft works did not happen. When pools close there is nothing to do.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations, starting from its fantastic location right across the street from some of the best dining spots where you can enjoy deliciously prepared lobsters, crabs, and other seafood delights. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise with its excellent beach featuring an easy entry and clean sands. The sea was exceptionally calm and warm during our stay, making it a perfect setting for relaxation.
The hotel's grounds are stunning, complemented by a beautiful, lengthy pool that adds to the serene ambiance. The staff's professionalism and respectfulness were notable from the moment we arrived; the reception team was outstanding, addressing all our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Breakfast options were delectable and generously replenished, ensuring that late risers like us never missed out on the variety of fruits and other foods available.
Having convenient stores nearby was a plus, making it easy to grab necessities for our room. I must highlight the breathtaking sea view from our poolside room, which was an absolute delight. The hotel also offers a hassle-free airport shuttle service, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.

뷰, 청결도, 수영장 등 뭐하나 좋지 않은 것이 없었음. 특히 수영장 규모도 그렇고 하나부터 열까지 너무 좋음. 수영장에서 칵테일 마시는 것 또한 너무 좋았음. 다음에 가면 또 여기로 가고싶음 ㅠㅠ

The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was awesome, loved the Pho and Bahn Mi stations. The pool was great and the beach lovely to relax on. Was quite a spacious property so we never felt crowded which was nice.
The kids playground was a bit too small. I reckon a nature style playground on the beach under the palm trees would be great. The pool bar staff were pretty slow.

The breakfast was very good and delicious.
It‘s by no means a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not comfortable at all, the shower was clogged and there was a weird smell everywhere.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 걸어서 소나시 야시장을 이용할 수 있고 주변에 상점가 식당가가 있어 편하게 머물 수 있었어요. 객실도 깔끔하고 수영장도 좋아요.

부부와 청소년 3명의 대가족에게 트리플룸은 너무 좋은 룸형태였습니다. 가성비좋고 시설도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

중간 긴 수영장이 정말 좋습니다.
바로 옆 노보텔 보다 객실수가 많고 더 저렴해서 사람이 많이 붐비지만.
수용장은 베스트웨스턴 추천입니다.

작년에 이어 두번째 묵은 호텔인데 작년보다 별로였어요. 작년에는 아무래도 관광객이 올해보다 적고 손님이 적어서 호텔이 한산했는데, 그때 직원들과 호텔 이미지가 너무 좋았던 기억이 있어서 올해 다시 갔어요. 그런데 이제 손님이 많아져서인지 직원들 친절도도 떨어지고 수영장물도 작년보다 맑진않더라구요. 그래서 좀 실망했어요. 하지만 방상태는 깨끗하고 좋아습니다.
보통 호텔에서 환전을 해주는데 체크인할때 오늘은 돈이 다 떨어져서 밖에 슈퍼에 가서 환전을 하던지 아니면 내일 아침 일찍 오라고 해서 갔는데 슈퍼에 가서 환전하라는 말을 또 들었네요. 환전은 결국 호텔앞 슈퍼에서 했어요. 이제 호텔에서는 환전을 안해주나보네요.

Нам все очень понравилось! Персонал очень дружелюбный. У нас входил только завтрак и он был бесподобный! Европейская, вьетнамская и даже немного южно корейская 😃
В номерах убирались каждый день.

The room was clean, and the resort (pool) spa, breakfast were fantastic.
The area is opposite a night market with lots of spas - but there isn’t a lot around to spend money on (apart from overpriced food).
The shower had mold on the curtain and you could see into the bathroom from the bed so with the mold-stained curtains down you couldn’t hide if you were pooping 😒. The staff were not as friendly or available as they were in other hotels we’ve stayed in, if they ran out of tea at breakfast you needed to track down staff to sort it out. But there were s lot of people at the resort generally.

Beautiful hotel with the most wonderful staff, we really learned to appreciate the location even more after visiting other places on the island that were either super touristy and artificial or basically in the middle of nowhere. Hotel was clean, had tasteful interior and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Money well spent, we'd come again.

It is a bit isolated but there is a good Night Market nearby. The room was big, bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. The pool nice but gets busy, the beach is nice.
It is a mass group tours hotel, so sometimes too busy, not very good if you want to relax. The bathroom has a glass wall towards the room and can be covered by a curtain but as it is inside the shower, it is very moldy and looks bad. They should have put it on the other side...

여기는 수영장이 진짜 최고에요. 건물 앞 네모반듯햐 메인수영장 뿐만 아니라 비치로 쭉 이어지는 긴 수영장이 아주 멋집니다. 수영을 좋아하는 사람이라면 무조건 만족하실만한 숙소라고 생각해요. 그리고 프라이빗 비치에서 보는 선셋도 아주 멋져요. 꼭 선셋 보세요. 그리고 리조트 바로 건너편에 야시장이 있어서 점심, 저녁 나가서 먹기 좋아요.

Very good, stayed 3 nights at BestWesternPremier and 4 nights at Vinpearl. I should have stayed 2 nights in Vinpearl and 5 at BWP.
Excellent breakfast. Lots of little activities and a general crowded (in a good way) hotel. The bedsheets and beds here are dry, which is not the case in 2 other Hotels i stayed, humidity is too much in some hotel bedsheet and beds. Could be the location or other things but for me its an important comfort factor.

Большой современный отель. Хорошее месторасположение. Близко к аэропорту. Большие чистые комнаты. Если повезет - с видом на море. Несколько бассейнов. Своя линия пляжа. Лежаков мало и они как обычно заняты полотенцами отсутствующих гостей. Рядом магазины, банкомат, такси. Недалеко множество заведений питания, начинающих работать, правда, ближе к вечеру.
Улучшать нужно много всего. В первую очередь английский. На ресепшене персонал еще более менее понимает и говорит на английском, но весь остальной персонал - это беда. Официанты в ресторане не знают элементарных слов. Приходится объясняться на пальцах, тыкать пальцем/носом в меню или на бар. Отдельная история - организация новогодней вечеринки. Вроде как столы были зарезервированы заранее, однако людей все равно рассаживали больше часа. Было оплачено неограниченное количество напитков (безалкогольных и вино), но приходилось каждый раз просить официантов принести напиток, что превращалось в неограниченное ожидание. Организация мероприятия на крыше тоже оставляла желать лучшего. Касаемо комнаты - в некоторых плохо работает кондиционер, было временами жарко.

Vi fikk rommet før tiden! Alt var rent. Personalet prøvde så godt de kunne å snakke engelsk, maten var go, bassengbar var gøy, nattmarket rett bak hotellet, egen strand 20 meter fra bassenget med bar der også.

Beautiful pools, right on the beach. Nice comfortable room with a sofa big enough for our child to sleep on and be comfortable.
The buffet was so busy in the morning, we really felt like “cattle”. The hotel was full with families vacationing for a week, it just has an “all-inclusive” vibe. 위치는 공항하고 가깝고요,
숙소 뒤쪽으로 소나시 야시장이 있는데, 음식점 편의점 환전소 맛사지샵 등 모든게 다 있어서 이용하기 좋았습니다.

Motel was great for us as a family. The location was really good for accessing both the north and south ends for Wonderworld and also the South Islands and water park. Motel was great for family, pool was amazing (but would be great if it was opened later than 7pm), family events on the lawn, games made it really nice and relazing.
Lots of food across the road which was much cheaper and good for our family.
Sadly there was nothing in the kitchenette to use. Only coffee cups. No plates or cups or anything. Rooms were very noisy both with rooms beside but also rooms above. Plus outside noise with dogs def did not allow for best sleep. We were on a back room (garden view).

Very good family oriented hotel. Nice and warm big pool, comfy beds, bath robes, huge beach bags. Breakfast is amazing. We also tried pizza and snacks in the rooftop bar, which were delicious as well. Some stuff speaks perfect Russian language. Kid's club gave me some child free time, which is priceless. Foam party and fair show was great. Highly recommend this hotel
Air-conditioner didn't work properly in one room, but they fixed it. We had room with the kitchen, but non cutlery were provided. No plates, no knives, etc. Kid's swimming equipment, as a life vest or ring, were not free. Normally, 5* hotel doesn't charge for it

Sköna sängar och barnen tyckte om poolområdet. Nära stranden.

Närheten till stranden, sköna sängar och god frukostbuffé.
Att gym kostade extra, bör ingå i priset på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Yogan ställdes in pga för få anmälda, borde räcka att en person vill yoga för att den ska genomföras när det finns på deras lista över aktiviteter.

Przez 10 dni pobytu personel ani razu nie zmienił pościeli dopiero po interwencji na recepcji postanowili wymienić pościel. Podłoga była brudna od początku wejścia do pokoju i ani razu nie została umyta. ( zalecam przejść się gołymi stopami po pokoju ) rezerwowałam pobyty w Październiku na okres świąt i Nowego Roku z zaznaczeniem i prośbą o 2 pokoje obok siebie ( dostałem potwierdzenie, ze otrzymam takie pokoje nawet jeszcze w dniu przyjazdu pisałem do obiektu gdzie mi to potwierdził personel ) na miejscu okazało się inaczej nie dostałem pokoi obok siebie bo nie były dostępne) :(
Plaża brzydka i zapchana przez ludzi( loteria o leżak) , wejście do morza nie jest łagodne i od razu wchodzimy do zmąconej nie przyjemnej wody. Baseny - zimna woda.
Ten hotel nie nadaje się na wypoczynek
Impreza wigilijna i i sylwestrowa nie warta pieniędzy , gdybyśmy wiedzieli, że tak będzie wyglądało to przedstawienie to byśmy tego nie kupili ( ale cóż marketing mają na bardzo wysokim poziomie )

Менеджер отеля - девушка, в белой рубашке, она молодец, просто супер)) Она помогла нам, спасибо ей огромное.
Также русскоговорящий специалист на ресепшене помогал решать вопросы, отдельное ему спасибо.
Еда вкуснейшая и разнообразная, спасибо шеф повару, он всегда сам в зале работает, что очень приятно.
В целом отель отличный, с детьми также отлично, персонал мотивирован на хорошую работу, это сразу видно, но вопрос с гидроциклами и мутной водой надо решать.

Так нельзя, это же 5-звездочный отель, их надо убрать в сторону или подальше, море второй год мутное, всё в песке, не прозрачное. Почему этого не делают непонятно. Понятно, что это дополнительный заработок, но вода в итоге вся мутная, не видно дна, песок поднимается со дна. В том году был уверен уберу их, в этом году тоже самое, очень странно. Это большой минус, почему я возможно впоследствии не приеду. Все говорили, что вода мутная, не хочется купаться. 2. Нужно уделить внимание бассейнам, поменять или дополнить пылесосы для чистки, купить профессиональную технику, явно не успевают справляться с чисткой бассейна, особенно который с баром, ближе к морю. Хлорка (или аналог) помогают, но нужно чистить уже профессиональными техническими средствами...

Excellent location with private beach. Shops, massage salons and restaurant are next to it.
The hotel has nice roof top bar, food and drinks at the beach restaurant. Foam party and other entertainments happen regularly.
The hotel doesn't handle influx of tourists for Christmas. The personal is slow everywhere (restaurant, beach, room cleaning). Wi-Fi became unstable and slow. The reception has a strange habit of calling the room by phone once they see "don't disturb" to ask when to come later

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones excelentes, excelente relación precio y calidad, muy buen desayuno, buen acceso a la playa, excelente servicio.
Deben mejorar el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones ya que a veces se escucha el ruido del pasillo como maletas rodando, gente hablando, etc.

On New Year’s Eve the electricity cut out 4 or 5 times!! Breakfast time was so busy whatever time you went down. Cups often had ran out. We stayed 7 nights and I would have liked the bed sheets to have been changed midway through but they weren’t. Room service food was expensive for what it was. Not sure this is 5 star - I stayed in 5 star in Halong Bay and it was better.

Leider nur eine Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück, was bei der Anzahl der Gäste langwierige Wartezeiten mit sich ziehen kann. In der direkten Umgebung wird es schnell eintönig.

From the time we checked in we felt very welcome.
The vibe at this resort is amazing. Great for families- they had a foam and disco party by the pool. Endless activities by the beach. Super clean and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
We stayed at a nearby resort last year and this resort waa much better.
Across the road there’s a convenience store to buy drinks and snacks and they also offer laundry service within 3 hours! There’s a night market is across the road too.
Will definitely be back here again for sure!

The coffee machine was very slow and the only one in the entire large restaurant. There was regularly a long wait for coffee. The staff in the restaurant was very professional and the selection of food was good.

We stayed in 3 bedroom villa. Large rooms and each bedroom had own en suite. Main swimming pool was excellent and private villa pool was a bonus. Beach access was easy and staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location with walking distance to night food market. Resort was further away from main town centre which we visited and glad we stayed where we were.
Villa was excellent for room size and cleanliness but the kitchen didn't have any pots or pans, cutlery or plates. Really just a show kitchen.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes und großes Bett. Gut ausgestattetes Bad mit seperater Dusche. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool war riesig und sauber. Der eigene Strandabschnitt war hervorragend. Hier heißt es Entspannung pur. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hochwertig. Hinzu wurden täglich Shows geboten oder es gab Live Musik am Abend.
Das Gym war ausreichend ausgestattet und hat überzeugt.
Das Hotel organisiert den Verleih von (Motor-)Rollern.
Es gibt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz und einen kostenlosen Flughafen Shuttle Service.
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich im Zimmer gar nicht abschalten. Das war Nachts etwas nervig. In einem anderen Zimmer, welches ich ein paar Tage später erhielt, konnte die Klimaanlage dann aber doch ausgeschaltet werden. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur eine einzige Kaffeemaschine, die schnell an ihre Grenzen kommt. Eine 2te wäre empfehlenswert. Einmal fiel die Kaffeemaschine sogar aus, die Stimmung unter den Gästen war äußerst angespannt. Zwischen den Tischen und dem Buffet ist wenig Platz und rücksichtslose Gäste stoßen gerne mal aneinander. Die Preise beim Abendessen sind etwas höher. I liked the pool facilities and the beach access. Staff were good and friendly with great shows for Xmas.
Can be a lot cleaner. The room was dusty and smelt of mildew. The location is fine as it's close to the airport, but it's very far from Grand World or Vinwonder. The breakfast buffet was consistently the same. No change or reimagination. There are no other breakfast options nearby, so this got a little boring. Kids club felt outdated and dirty.

Unlimited drinking water is provided in 500ml bottles and the amount of plastic adds up pretty quickly. They should offer water in 1.5lt bottles to minimise the amount of plastic. We had a room with twin single beds and they claim that it can accommodate 2 adults and 2kids up to 6 yrs old. I guess the alternative would be to book adjoining rooms and pay more or for the rooms with twins to have slightly bigger beds like king singles. Families with kids should assess cost vs comfort if they find themselves in a similar situation as us.
Unlimited drinking water is provided in 500ml bottles and the amount of plastic adds up pretty quickly. They should offer water in 1.5lt bottles to minimise the amount of plastic. We had a room with twin single beds and they claim that it can accommodate 2 adults and 2kids up to 6 yrs old. The 2 bedroom suite was a rare find in this budget in Phuket Quoc. The suite’s layout was excellent & spacious for our family.

-The pool and private beach area were exceptional, surpassing many public beaches in the area.
-The breakfast selection was the best throughout our entire trip in Vietnam, offering a delightful start to our days.
-The location, although a bit far from town, was compensated by cheap taxi rides (we used Grab). The proximity to the airport was convenient, and there's a night market across the hotel for seafood and massages.
- Three-Bedroom Executive Suite was suitable for families, it fell short of the expectations set by the promotional pictures. - The sofa in the suite lacked a modern feel, and the kitchen was ill-equipped, making it less functional than anticipated. - The provided slippers and robes were subpar, not meeting the standards expected from a 5-star hotel - Room service was awful. 早餐很丰盛，中国胃也能找到喜欢吃的食物，室内室外都可以坐。沙滩很不错，冲洗也很方便，泳池孩子很喜欢玩，有专门的儿童游玩区域，酒店位置也不错，坐vinbus可以直接到门口，会推荐给朋友的~

The pools were very nice, breakfast was great, staff didn't speak English too well, but were friendly. Nice gym, kids club was also decent.
Sound isolation could be better, we heard quite a lot of noise from the corridor and also other rooms. Also there were parties on roof quite often that were heard in the room. Not too bad, but could get annoying, especially for the price. You also have to take in account that the hotel is not in the city, so not much to do around besides some small shops, restaurants and rather overpriced night market in walking distance. Also our room had big kitchen, but 0 amenities to use :)

1. Rooms were quite big with all facilities; cleaners take care of the room every day; there is a microwave and sink; we were lucky to get sea view with balcony;
2. The hotel is big enough; the pool is good, there is a pool until sea; bar next to the beach;

Das Hotel bekommt von uns 10 von 10 Punkten. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit eigenem Strand und vielen Pools. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr guter Spa Bereich.

Die Anlage ist fantastisch. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig, hell und komfortabel. Tolle Dusche, grosses Bett, praktischer Balkon, super Wlan, gute Klimaanlage und viel Stauraum.
Der Pool ist Spitze, der Strand und das Meer schön und der Spa mit Massagen hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und sehr lecker.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist geschmacklich gut, leider jeweils etwas kalt serviert und ein wenig teuer.
Ab und zu gibt es Stromausfälle. Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich jedesmal ein, sobald das Zimmer Strom kriegt. Es kann also sein, dass sie sich mitten in der Nacht einschaltet und sie am morgen erkältet aufwachen. Es gibt viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme am Pool, wie auch am Strand.

The gardens and pool area were stunning.
Breakfast was chaotic. Too many people to fit into the area . Had to wait numerous times to be seated. Or sent to the neighbouring hotel to eat. Not a lot of variety in restaurants.

Room was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable, location was great close to beach and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was great.
Had a few issues with the TV, bar fridge and closet light, but the staff were straight onto sending people to fix things.

We went to Phu Quoc just for relaxing after a whirlwind tour and stayed one night. I booked a two bedroom suite, but they gave us a three bedroom suite. From the rooms, more than 180 degree view was available. Enjoyed sunset from the hotel room. Breakfast was good. Located very near to airport and they provided airport transfer both ways free.

호텔 로비에서부터 직원들이 친철하게 안내해줘서 너무 좋았고, 호텔 조식이 깔끔하고 맛이 좋았어요. 숙박하는 동안 슬리퍼를 잃어버렸는데 다음날 찾아줘셔서 너무나 감사했습니다. 위치도 푸꾸옥 중앙에 위치해 있어 북부, 남부 이동시 아주 좋았습니다.

The grounds of the property were beautiful and immaculate. The beach was pristine with no garbage and the water was calm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, so much food and selection, it was really a treat.
Limited 'clean' restaurants around the property for food options. Property charges for items that are included in other resorts like 50VN for a 1hr bicycle rental and ice. Short of sitting on the beach or enjoying the pool there is very little else to do in the area. There is a free shuttle bus to Vinworld that you can get off at any point along the way, but return times are not consistent, had to take a taxi back. Airport shuttle does not start early enough for early morning flights. Found information from the front desk was inconsistent based on who was helping you which was a bit of a struggle.

이 곤란할때 도움많이 줘서 너무 감사헸어요.
소나시 야시장도 가까워 좋았고, 해변 일몰이 아름다워 환상적인 사진을 남겼어요, 모든 직원들이 다 친절해 친정엄마가 너무 좋아하셨어요. 베스트웨스턴리조트는 위치, 힌국말잘하는 HIEN직원.직원들의 철저한 서비스정신.맛있는 음식등 10흘. 또 엄마와 1주일을 너무 행복하게 보냈어요

Magnifique hôtel offrant toutes les commodités possibles. Un massage thaï remarquable effectué par Aï qui malgré son certainement jeune âge a la maîtrise de son art comme j'ai rarement observé ailleurs, que ce soit à Chiang Maï, Bangkok, Hanoï ou encore Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville. Elle sait allier la force et la vigueur à la douceur et à la sensibilité. Du grand art de massage thaï traditionnel.
Quand au petit déjeuner il est digne d'un roi des plus exigeants. Hallucinant d'opulence de diversité et le tout avec une présentation sublime.
Les chambres sont très bien, spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles avec une sympathique petite terrasse (donnant sur l'incroyable piscine et la mer en ce qui me concerne).
Aussi un petit mot bien sûr pour ne pas oublier ces charmantes et adorables dames de la réception toujours souriantes et accueillantes. Merci pour tout et bravo !

시설이 오래됬다고 하는 후기를 봤는데 전혀 못느꼈구요 가성비 갑입니다 👍👍수영장도 너무 멋지고 바로앞 비치도 깨끗하고 넘 좋았어요 4박했는데 조식도 너무 잘 즐겼습니다 호텔안에있는 스파 꼭 이용하세요 !!! 밖에있는 마사지샵이랑 시설면에서 비교불가
공항 픽업 샌딩서비스도 잘이용했습니다

Breakfast was delicious, stunning pools, very kind and helpful staff (specially the manager), the beach was great, calm and clean. The location was also perfect because we were pretty close to small shops and local restaurants We had a lovely time.
