I have traveled a lot, but I have no words to describe the fantastic experience we had at this hotel! Kieu Anh was a star! She looked after my friend and I even before we arrive in Da Nang organising our transport from the airport to the hotel. She always made sure we had everything covered. From sightseeings, massage bookings, city recommendations and more. She was extremely kind and professional to a level that you don't often see in hotels. She cared about us from before arriving until after we left with her follow up messages to ensure we had food at the airport and arrived safely back home. I can say the same about another 2 stars Tram and Giang during our breaktast. They both were so caring, their attention to detail already knowing our preferences and proactively already knowing what we needed even before we ask. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel very welcoming. Even though the hotel itself has everything that you need from comfy rooms, amazing location, great pool area, gym and spa facilities, I can honestly say that the customer service provided by Kieu Anh, Tram and Giang made our experience in Vietnam so much better! Thank you so much for everything! We appreciate a lot!

The only thing that could be better was the treadmill in the gym that was working a little funny. But everything else was perfect!

Staff were beautiful- rooms were clean and recleaned beautifully each day, even with kids mess. All staff were welcoming and friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great and easy to explore around. Breakfast buffet had large array of food each day. Whole property was clean.

Nothing- it was a great stay!

The location was perfect, central to My Khe beach area and surrounding restaurants and ocean activities. The breakfast was good with their selection that changes day to day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom window shade appeared to have never been cleaned and had a moldy, stained appearance, giving the space an old and damp feeling. The shade is installed on the shower side of the window that separates the bathroom from the bedroom, which is inappropriate, as it becomes soaked every time the shower is used—especially considering the room is rented by multiple guests each week. The room was consistently dusty, and the floor appeared to be only swept rather than properly mopped or vacuumed, as noticeable dust remained even after housekeeping service. The bed sheets are rarely replaced everyday, they seem to just shake it off hoping they got rid of them, but some still remain and we can feel it between the sheets. Additionally, the room is not soundproof. Noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible, and the windows do not block loud outdoor music from a Chinese restaurant across the street, which plays live music at very high volume daily from approximately 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. While this may be beyond the hotel’s direct control since the city of Danang don't seem to care about mitigating noise pollution, the overall noise level made it impossible to get a good quiet night’s sleep. Due to these issues, I was unable to rest properly during my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing

I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. If you are planning to choose it for your upcoming trip to Danang, please read my review. 1. Extremely rude staff. No need to be too friendly or enthusiastic, I just expected average but there was none. From the check-in receptionist, housekeeping staff, waiters, bell man, .... they all ignore the customers. As soon as you need help and ask them, they will respond with silence and look straight at you, then leave without any answer!!! It's not just 1-2 times, but all the staff I met behaved the same way! 2. The staff didn't know what they did wrong and didn't apologize. A group of cleaning staff were chatting and joking while working and when they pushed the cart, they almost hit my 21 month old daughter. She had just stepped out of the elevator with her grandmother, the cart was rushing towards her amidst the laughter of the staff. And of course they didn't realize they had almost caused a disaster. When I told them about the incident, they were silent, ignored me and of course there was no apology!!! until I asked the name of the male staff who pushed the cart, he calmly told me his name and asked me "what's wrong". I can't believe this is how the staff here is trained. 3. in terms of conditions and facilities, everything is average, not too bad but not good either. breakfast is quite poor and unchanged. food quality is bad in short, for this price, there are many better places in Danang. trust me because I have been to DN many times! you do not deserve to pay this price for a place where even the staff look down on customers.
