飯店服務人員非常貼心周到，一下車行李就不用自己處理，會直接送到房間。
接待櫃台英文流利，還會親自帶上樓，一一講解房內設施及需要付費的內容。
兩房一廳的房間很大，有陽台，早上坐在陽台看風景很愜意。隔音很好，雖然在路邊，但不會吵，也是因為離美奚沙灘有點距離所以沒有酒吧的吵嘈聲。
早餐自助吧豐富，現沖蝦湯麵跟河粉每天交替提供。
頂樓酒吧很舒服，泳池也乾淨，酒便宜，還有Happy hour划算 !
雖有廚房，但沒有餐具(碗筷湯匙)，要外帶回飯店吃的話要記得拿餐具

hotel moderne avec vue magnifique sur la plage grace aux grandes baies vitrées et au balcon. Idéal pour le lever du soleil. Vu sur lady bouddha également. Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner tres garni et bon. Piscine au roof top parfaite.

We stayed in a remarkably spacious 2 bedroom suite which was comfortable for all us. It was complete with everything possible a hotel room should have. Consumables like water, etc. were replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was likewise delicious ! Service by the doormen was great. Hotel was in a quiet are of the strip but easy accessible via Grab car to go to various places. Thank you!

Wow! Wir sind angekommen, früher als geplant, also haben wir die wartezeit bis das Zimmer fertig war beim Rooftop Pool bei einem kühlen Geträng genossen. Und wir waren überwältigt so eine schöne und gemütliche Aussicht.
Dann durften wir in unser Zimmer, ich habe Fotos an unsere Familie gesendet und dachte mir noch das sieht aus wie die Fotos aus dem Internet! Unreal.
Super feine Betten, dicke wände ( hatten in den davorigen Hotels nicht gut geschlafen da es sehr hellhörig war), super ausgestattet und alles da was man braucht. Fein auch der Kühlschrank, so konnten wir immer ein paar kalte Getränke bereit halten.
Das Frühstück war für uns auch ein absolutes Highlight! Ich frphstücke normal nicht, aber hier haben wir es uns so gut gehen lassen dass wir bis zum Abend mehr als satt waren.
Das einzige, aber da sind wir eigen. Wir schauen auch im Urlaub gerne mal im Bett einen Film. Hier war schade dass wir mit dem TV nicht auf Netflix oder ähnluche apps zugreifen konnten. Das ist aber kein minus-punkt

The staff greeted us with exceptional kindness. We arrived late at night while it was raining and the door man helped us load everything into the hotel. The check in was super easy. Upon arrival into the room there was a welcome card and fruit basket and a welcome cake. The room was clean and modern. The housekeeping was prompt and excellent. The aircon was cold and easy to navigate.
The bathroom was clean and modern.
The view was spectacular.
Location was very convenient and next door was a 24/7 mart that had everything you need.
The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.
The room service was great and food was delicious.
The pool was clean and not busy, it had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool also had a bar and you could order food. The staff were always smiling and greeting us.
Would highly recommend staying here.
Not a complaint. Be careful of the ladder when going in or out of the pool as the steps can be slippery when entering or exiting.

der blick auf das meer vom zimmer und balkon war unglaublich schön. die lage an der uferpromenade war toll zum radfahren und joggen früh morgens, auch in fussnähe zu tollen seafood restaurants. das frühstücksbüffet war unglaublich, es gab nichts was es nicht gab!

It was what we expected and more. The view from our room was fenomenal, the cleanliness was very much on point, the staff was very kind and the breakfast had a wide selection. Even though we didn’t have the pleasure to use it because it rained, the pool is astonishing. You get the luxury experience for a fair price.

We stayed at Le Sands Oceanfront Hotel from 28 August to 1 September as a family of three and had a wonderful stay.
The staff are what truly make this hotel special, particularly the gentlemen at the main entrance. They greeted us warmly every single time we came in or went out, always opened the doors and helped with our luggage. Their genuine smiles, kindness and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome. They are a real credit to Le Sands and deserve special recognition!
Everyone else we met ( reception, housekeeping, restaurant and pool staff) was equally friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Our room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was 10/10.
Honestly, we have nothing to complain about. A lovely hotel made even better by exceptional people. Thank you, Le Sands! ❤️
There was honestly nothing we disliked. If we had to suggest one small addition, it would be nice to have the option to log into our own Netflix account on the TV. But this is only a small suggestion and didn’t affect our wonderful stay at all.

Location , just on the edge of the main area but nice and quite beachfront nothing in front of you.
The pool is great and the view is good but not big enough for the size of the hotel, had to wait to get a sun lounger.

Struttura splendida con la spiaggia subito di fronte.
La nostra camera era incantevole.
Colazione molto varia e abbondantissima.
Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
La posizione è ottima se desiderate la prossimità a una spiaggia con meno persone. Le aree con più lidi e ristoranti sono a circa 2km.
Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione.

Wir hatten ein tolles, großes Zimmer mit Meerblick und Aussicht auf die Lady Buddha.
Es liegt doch sehr weit abseits. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es zwar zwei kleine Supermärkte, aber so gut wie keine Restaurants mehr. Es gibt keine Strandliegen. Am Pool sowie am Hoteleingang gibt es Badehandtücher, welche man allerdings auch sofort wieder abgeben muss beim zurückkommen bzw. verlassen des Pools. Somit muss man im nassen Bikini durchs Hotel zurück in sein Zimmer.

Magnificent hotel with the best service I have ever encountered. spectaculare rooms with a marvelous sea view, all is new and well maintained. breakfast buffet was very very good. The service was incredible. The infinity pool was WOW. A true experience.

Exceptional Stay & Unforgettable Birthday
We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel while celebrating my mother’s birthday, and the entire experience was truly exceptional.
The team went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday special and unforgettable. From the thoughtful touches to the warm and genuine service, you could really feel how much care they put into making our celebration memorable. It was more than just a hotel stay, it became a beautiful memory that we will treasure.
A very special mention to Jenny, who assisted us throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful. Her warmth and dedication made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of from beginning to end.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped for our family of five to enjoy a luxurious four nights with amazing ocean views. The staff were all wonderful. Every staff member greeted us warmly and took care of anything we asked for promptly and professionally. The food and the restaurant and the poolside bar were excellent and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks every evening by the pool. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of Asian and Western foods every day.
We loved pretty much everything. We dined in the restaurant for several dinners and lunches. There was really only one dish we didn't like, the prawn pasta. It was too fishy for my daughter's taste, but the staff comped that meal when they realised we didn't enjoy it. And it would also be nice if there were more loungers available at the pool, but understandably the space is very limited up there.

Nous avons tout aimé la chambre était magnifique la vue sur la mer splendide, le personnel très compétent, la salle du petit déjeuner très belle aussi avec beaucoup de choix. Appartement familial avec deux chambres vraiment magnifique. C'est un des plus bels hôtels que nous avons fait au Vietnam

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du personnel et la chaleur de l’accueil. L’établissement est confortable et la chambre est spacieuse, conformable et bénéficiait d'un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner, très complet et varié, répond à tous les goûts et se déguste avec vue sur la plage.
L’établissement, bien que spacieux, ne dispose que de deux ascenseurs, ce qui peut entraîner un temps d’attente aux heures de forte affluence. Sa localisation légèrement excentrée offre un environnement très calme, mais limite le choix de restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous avons toutefois trouvé un établissement où nous avons pu déguster d’excellents fruits de mer, ce qui a agréablement compensé cette contrainte.

Our second stay here .Excellent breakfast .Staff very welcoming, kind and helpful.Special thanks to Uyen Uyen the amazing receptionist attentive to our every needs.We even got thank-you dessert and card for our second reservation. Le Sands was amazing! We stayed 7 nights - such great value and the staff were brilliant. Couldn’t help enough and lovely. The King bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower was so good and everything always clean!! The Day Spa treatment was fabulous - I can highly recommend a treatment by Larissa. Beautiful Spa. Would definitely stay again if visiting Da Nang.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Straße dazwischen war nicht weiter störend. Meerblick vom Balkon, extra Handtücher für den Strand; sehr gutes internationales Frühstücksbüffet

The room was nice enough, and the view was absolutely lovely.
It's a nice hotel, but not an exceptional one. There are details that need to be improved. As a person with food allergies, the breakfast was a nightmare. I asked the staff to let me know what dishes were gluten free, and the lady googled the dishes on the internet to see if they were typically prepared with gluten. If you have any food allergies, you know that dishes can be prepared multiple ways, so they only way to know if a food is safe is to ask the chef of that actual dish, and even then it's not a guarantee! Also, the cross contamination was crazy. The only thing I could eat with certainty was the fruit, baked sweet potatoes, and bacon, but unfortunately there were scrambled eggs all over the bacon because of mixing tongs. They were kind to eventually prepare me some fresh bacon, but still not a great experience. They didn't even have any non-dairy milk options. Every other breakfast buffet in Vietnam had soy milk. Not big things, but added up to a less stellar view of the place: 1. our key just stopped working an hour before we checked out and it took more than 2 tries for them to fix it. It was annoying because they insisted we checkout out promptly at noon, but this obviously slowed us down. 2. The breakfast buffet was from 6:30-10:00. At 10:00 sharp a flurry of staff appeared to clean up the buffet, and it was all cleared by 10:10, even though the dining room was still nearly full. It was a little trashy. 3. When we woke up at 9:00 the morning we were leaving, the TV had already changed to the name of the next guest, so it said "Welcome ____________" with a name that wasn't ours. Again, not a problem, but just not welcoming and lowered the overall impression of the place. They just don't prioritize guest comfort as coming first. 4. You had to bend all the way down to your knees to dry your hand son the hand towel - really weird location to hang the towels.

Loved this place a quick grab ride to the my khe beach. The view is amazing and the staff were so lonely and attentive. Really great breakfast options views were 10/10. Would come back and stay here again

Really great place to stay. Judy was lovely
We had a group of 6 (2 parents 4 kids) put us in joining rooms
Plenty of space. Great pool for the little ones. Great views. Q shop next door if needed anything extra. Couldn't ask for more really.

Hotel room is exceptional, room is spacious and clean lovely staff. Hotel breakfast is nice.
Right at the end they asked for a review while we were checking out, wanted us to complete straight away. Felt abit forced. Reception staff were not as friendly as other places we had stayed in Vietnam who went above and beyond for us. Very minor issues.

この値段でオーシャンビューとインフィニティプールがあるのはありがたい
プールが思っていたより小さいので時間によっては人でいっぱいになり、 落ち着かない時間がある。 夜21時くらいまで海で音楽をかけているのでうるさい。耳栓を持っていったほうが良い。

This hotel and staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet and selection was impressive, and our food orders from the restaurant were delicious as well. We loved sitting on our balcony, watching the ocean and the motorbikes. The café and massages at the spa were wonderful, and beautiful views from the pool as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
The only downside was the lack of storage but we made do. More hangers or a hanging shelf option would have been great. Tip: If you hear an alarm when you shut the door to the room, click it shut with force. It was alerting us that the door wasn't shut completely and it took some time for us to figure that out!

The hotel looks exactly like the photos, view was phenomenal. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. It was clean, location was good - the main beach is a bit further down the coast, but that's to be expected, at least it was calmer there. Overall I was satisfied, but there were some issues.
There were three main things that made me lower the rating. First and most important was very poor AC when it comes to drying. It's a beach hotel, it has a swimming pool, guests are bound to have wet swimwear. I left my bikini in the bathroom and they were still damp after 15+ hours there. They get dry in 30 mins if left outside... Absolutely crazy bad ventilation. Another thing is noise. I'm heavy sleeper and not noise sensitive, but I could clearly hear noise from the street (on 15th floor no less) and was woken up by music from outside more than once. It's a new building, how can the insulation be this bad? And third thing, I had very early morning flight after checking out, so I figured I'd ask the hotel to organize it for me so that I won't have to scramble for Grab at 4 am. I expected it to be a little more expensive than Grab, but when I checked in the morning, it turned out to be more than 4x more expensive than Grab! My mistake for not checking in advance, but seriously? Not what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. And it was just regular taxi, no luxurious experience. And beds were very short (180 cm max, I'm very short and barely fit in them) and uncomfortable, sheets felt plastic.

We chose this hotel because we didn't want to be kept awake by bar and nightclub noise at night. The pool is fantastic as is the spa. I had the most fantastic massages and facials. Great view from our room, the restaurant and the pool. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

We loved the Hotel, it was truly amazing! Great location in front of the beach. Most beautiful hotel during our long trip in Vietnam. The staff was superb and so attentive, I booked twin room and they even joined the twin beds to make myself and my husband more comfortable. The mini fridge was not working and got fixed immediately! The views from the balcony was amazing!
Breakfast was also excellent so much choice and delicious! The biggest breakfast selection I ever experienced! We even rented the bikes and the are free! We had fun discovering the city by bike.
The roof top has a very nice views and pool and we also got lunch there so tasty!
Highly recommended and I would definitely go back when I return to Da Nang.

Super schönes Hotel! Die Zimmerausstattung war perfekt! Tolle Aussicht!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes und sauberes Hotel. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und hat für jeden etwas zu bieten.
Es war außerdem super das man eine Waschmaschine/ Trockner und Backofen im unserem gebuchten Zimmer hatten.
Jedoch schade das keine Koch Utensilien im Zimmer vorhanden waren, die musste man anfragen.
Leider ist in diesem Hotel nicht klar deklariert, das man nicht auf dem eigenen Balkon rauchen darf. Es ist zwar nur eine ''Kleinigkeit'' aber wir als Raucher hätten uns dennoch für ein anderes Hotel entschieden wenn wir das vorab gewusst hätten.
Leider ist in diesem Hotel nicht klar deklariert, das man nicht auf dem eigenen Balkon rauchen darf. Es ist zwar nur eine ''Kleinigkeit'' aber wir als Raucher hätten uns dennoch für ein anderes Hotel entschieden wenn wir das vorab gewusst hätten.

This was a wonderful hotel. The beds were very cozy and the room was nice (we had ocean view, highly recommended!). The breakfast offered a huge variety everyday. Would come back any time!

Et hotel med dejlige værelser og en rigig fin balkon med udsigt over strand og kyst samt til Linh Ung pagoden.
Hvis man skal ind til byen skal man dog være klar på en gåtur på 5 km, hvilket kan være en temmelig varm udfordring, som da vi gik i 34 grader med fuld sol.
På toppen er en dejlig pool og fin bar med gode drinks.
Hotellets restaurant serverer god morgenmad - både vietnamesisk og international/vestlig mad. Også til aftensmad serveres dejlige retter og hertil gode vine til særdeles gode priser.
Personalet er altid venlige, høflige og meget professionelle. Særligt skal fremhæves Ella, Jackson, Lucy i receptionen

Hervorragende Wohnung in einer der obersten Etagen mit luxuriöser Ausstattung und sagenhafter Aussicht aufs Meer und auf Danang. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt, der Marmorberge, Hoi An etc. Schöner langer Pool, in dem man richtig schwimmen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

방이 엄청 깨끗했고 방에서 보이는 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요! 침대에 있는 아이 사진을 찍었는데 마치 스냅찍은것 같더라구요🤭 조식 뷔페도 깔끔하고 맛있었고, 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요! 수영장 인피니티풀도 엄청 크진 않지만 예뻤구요. 어린 아이들을 위해 한쪽은 얕게 만들어놔서(작지만) 아기들도 물놀이 가능합니다. 떠나는 날 아이가 엄청 아쉬워했어요. 만족도가 엄청 높았어서 다낭 재방하면 꼭 다시 가려구요!!

This hotel was amazing! The room is huge and the balcony was perfection. There's a good spread at breakfast and everything was yummy. The staff were so friendly and wanted to help with everything. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back🤩
It was a little outside of the main tourist area but this is a minor issue. You still have nice places to eat at and getting a taxi is super cheap.

Overall, I can’t say anything bad. Everything was almost perfect.
The location was good and quiet, but maybe a bit too quiet. You have to take a taxi everywhere, and there’s no nightlife or normal restaurants or bars nearby.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff, amazing facilities, best buffet breakfast around. Best hotel we have stayed at during our trip so far. We have travelled around Vietnam and stayed at 5 different hotels to date. Le Sands is by far the best!

We loved our stay in one of the two-room apartments. The views are incredible and the apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all necessities and luxuries. Breakfast was great with many delicious options, and we had both dinner and lunch at the restaurant as well, which was enjoyable. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool area and bar, as well as the free bikes for rent. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and spoke good english. The location is outside of main-town Da Nang, which we thought was a big plus, because the beach and area around the hotel is more calm and tranquil.
There was pop music at all times by the pool and pool bar, and it would have been more relaxing without it.

This was our 2nd stay here, we came back because the room sizing, apartment sizing and it was a lovely location with views of the Budha and sea and city. The rooftop pool and bar are lovely. The staff are exceptional and the buffet breakfast is next level, everyone is catered for. Easy to get grabs to the various destinations need markets, dragon bridge, budha, marble mountain etc. It was nice to be out the cbd as such, beach walks and there was still plenty of supermarkets and eatteries not far away. In house resturant was great too. A new addition that we used a few times was the free bikes, we rode to Danang Beach which was fun to do.
Visiting in January unlike our October trip was cooler 26 days instead of 37 meant the pool was colder and therefore we only used it once in 7 days which I was hoping to use it more. It wasnt a deal breaker or anything and I think every place is the same, cold pools.

Excellent and well trained staff.
Very friendly, caring and efficient from doorman, reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was also excellent with a variety of western and local foods. Good quality.

Einfach nur WOW! Das absolute Highlight unserer Vietnam-Reise!
Was für ein Erlebnis! Dieses Hotel ist schlichtweg grandios. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir von einer Atmosphäre des puren Wohlfühlens empfangen, die durch einen spektakulären Ausblick und einen Service der Extraklasse gekrönt wurde.
Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit – die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist wirklich das Herzstück dieses Hauses!
Die Zimmer sind herrlich modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind super bequem und der Ausblick ist einfach nur grandios. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war das absolute Highlight unserer gesamten Vietnam-Reise: eine fantastische Auswahl und höchste Qualität. Auch der Rooftop-Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Bar ist sehr, sehr schön und gemütlich.

Śniadanie duży wybór, choć dla Europejczyka dość mocno azjatyckie, nasze dziecko miało problem z wyborem. Bardzo ładny apartament, wybraliśmy z dwiema sypialniami, dwie pary plus do każdej pary dziecko, było nieco ciasno. Fajny bar rooftop, w ogóle genialna obsługa, uczynna, uśmiechnięta, bardzo pomocna. Obiekt godny polecenia.

Spectacular view and access to an amazing beach. Beautiful clean hotel with amazing staff. Spa facilities are absolutely top notch too.
They should be more cognizant of different eating preferences as they deal with do many cultures. Butter should not be next to meat, fish should not be next to meats. There should be better segregation of foods at breakfast

Excellent views from the room. Staff very friendly. Nice to have views of the sea, beach, and distant Buddha and town areas, easy to get a grab to the Dragon Bridge area. Breakfast was fine from memory - we stayed in a lot of hotels in Vietnam and did not have a bad breakfast. Rooftop bar small but nice (again, great views and lovely staff) and the pool looked nice (although chilly). Door staff and all of the staff exceptionally helpful and courteous.
The decor was a bit 'grey' (corporate) and the 2-bed apartment that we had was a bit cramped in the second bedroom and main bathroom but the facilities were fine.

It was a lovely property on the oceanfront and our room was a two bedroom suite with a great size Lounge and a balcony with views and the sounds of the ocean. The staff were amazing. We had such a lovely greeting from Ella and the other reception ladies and door men every time we came into the hotel or we left. They made us smile and were such a joy. The breakfast offered a great choice for everyone, the food was delicious and very fresh.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The property wasn’t close enough to the town centre to walk in but we got Grab’s everywhere and they were so cheap. Great location for us to visit Marble Mountains and Bana Hills.

Excellent buffet breakfast, many Asian and Western options. Room service dinner we had was also excellent. Beautiful infinity pool on roof top with sky bar. Right on beachfront and the best views from our 2 bed apartment of the beach and sunrise.
Bit out of main part of town and had to walk to more restaurant options and to find an ATM.

Vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang ansehen ! Personal immer freundlich ! Besonders Jenny von der reception ( hat uns immer geholfen freundlich und zuvorkommend! Frühstück sehr außergewöhnlich und vielfältig . Betten sehr bequem. Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer und Dachpool im 23. Stock ! Tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers und Willkommensgeschenk ! La habitación con dos dormitorios con vistas al mar era espectacular, vistas increíbles, camas comodísimas, el baño grande increíble y altísima calidad de la habitación en general, lavadora secadora un plus. De hecho pedí una noche extra pero estaban llenos. Espectacular

All good until check out day.
After a pleasant experience at this hotel, on the last day we left disappointed. Because I accidentally broke a glass, they asked me to pay 50,000vnd, the equivalent of the glass. It wasn't a crystal one, but a regular one ( cheap) that wouldn't have cost more than 5,000vnd. In addition, at check-in, we had to wait for someone to go to the room to check it and then give us the okay to leave. This is not done in any hotel in the world anymore and I have been to many countries. It is an ancient procedure.

This place is very accessible from the airport. The 2 bedrooms apartment that we stayed in was really good for my family of 4. Buffet breakfast has a good spread. And of course, not forgetting the reception staff and spa staff. They were awesome. It’s really a very pleasant stay for my whole family.

Reception Ms Anna and Restaurant manager Ms Phuong Luong and team were nice to us. Very helpful and concerned when we needed help and kid unwell. Housekeeper Mr Le Cuong and team are very prompt and thorough with cleaning.

Duży pokój z przepięknym widokiem na morze , śniadanie rewelacja - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , basen na 23 piętrze - coś niesamowitego , ściany w pokoju wyciszone (ogólnie w hotelu bardzo cichutko ), dbałość o każdy szczegół na najwyższym poziomie .

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Lili von der Rezeption war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
Die Köche sollten zumindest warm und kalt verstehen. Wer mag schon kalte Spiegeleier oder eine lauwarme Suppe.

Loved the rooftop pool with Son Tra Peninsula on one side and My Khe Beach on the other. Perfect spot for a dip with the sky café just beside us for drinks. Though it’s slightly north, Grabbing around Da Nang was super easy. Waking up to the stunning seaview every morning was a highlight. Breakfast was decent to start the day right

투베드룸을 예약하니 가족이 숙박하기에 여유롭다. 거실에 화장실, 메인 방에 욕조가 있는 화장실이 있어 화장실 사용이 편리하다.
방2개, 식탁과 소파가 있는 넓은 거실, 싱크대와 세탁기, 방과 거실의 테라스 까지 공간 구성이 좋다.
방과 거실에 모두 3개의 TV가 있어서 각자가 원하는 방송을 볼 수 있고 TV는 유투브앱이 설치되어있다.
매일 6병의 물을 주니 별도로 구매하지 않아도 충분하다.
식당이 쾌적하고 메뉴 구성이 적절하다.
좋은 점이 많은 호텔이다.
단, 주변에 관광객이 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 식당이 없지만 호텔 3층 메인식당에서 언제든지 큰 부담없는 가격으로 식사가 가능하다.

Everything! I could not fault any part of it. From the staff warmly welcoming us with a smile when we arrived and every moment until we departed, to the cloud-like mattress, and the clean facilities…I wanted to stay longer.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick der Zimmer zur Meerseite ist grandios. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl für jeden. Um in die Altstadt zu kommen, braucht man idR ein Taxi, der Fußweg ist etwas lang. Aufgrund der akzeptablen Preise (ca. 2,50 €) ist das aber kein Problem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room and the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was great in every aspect. The location is right on the beach. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here.

When we had our breakfast at the restaurant, there was a customer, who put her legs on the chair and was scratching here legs while the had they breakfast. I think the staff should noticed that and asked to be sanitary.

The stand outs from this property has to be the soft skills of the staff. They were attentive, always on hand when needed and super friendly. The included breakfast has great variety, the noodle and egg stations are highlights. We used the car services a couple times. It was great value for money and again the staff were knowledgable and drove safely. The location of the property is a little bit out of the way with no commercial beach bars between us and the beach, which worked to our favour. It was quiet and we always woke up to a beautiful sunrise on the balcony. A Grab is always easy to get from the property and the cost was very reasonable.
We didn't have any major issues. One thing stood out though, my husband did take a towel from the gym to the room and we were called about it and the towel was then retrieved from our room. It was the same as the hand towels as the ones in the room as well. It even got mentioned when we checked out which was quite odd but maybe the manager's KPI was attached to towles some how :P

The beautiful hotel is facing the sea. The check in was fast and efficient. The suite unit with 2 rooms was exceptional. Each room has a bathroom and master bedroom has a bathtub. There is a washing machine, microwave, fridge and induction cooker. The breakfast section was good . Infinity pool on the top floor and sky bar have the best view at night. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. The seafood restaurant, Be Man 6mins walk have a wide selection of fresh seafood options. The 6 points pickleball court is around the corner @ 15mins walk.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and had the bonus of 2 bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. With the beach right across the road, it was in a great location. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had a huge choice.

I stayed at Le Sands Oceanfront Danang for 2 nights and loved it. The beachside location was perfect, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Great breakfast and relaxing pool. Would definitely come back!

Die Zimmer waren super schön, der Ausblick zum Meer toll. Der Infinity Pool war ebenso eines der Highlights.
Uns persönlich hat die Lage nicht gefallen. Es gab kaum Restaurants in der Umgebung. Überall musste man mit dem Taxi hinfahren. Das typisch vietnamesische mit kleinen Lokalen hat uns gefehlt.

El sky bar y la zona de la piscina increible. Los empleados muy amables y a tu disposicion en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno y mucha cantidad de comida. Es verdad que es un poco mas caro que lo normal en Vietnam pero nos ha encantado todo!

Phòng có view ra biển rất đẹp, bên trong rất sạch và rộng rãi. Trang thiết bị hiện đại và đầy đủ. Phòng vệ sinh rất đẹp và sang trọng. Hồ bơi ở tầng thượng có tầm nhìn ra biển rất đẹp, rộng rãi và ban đêm bật đèn rất đẹp. Mình đặt phòng gia đình nhưng được up lên căn hộ Penthouse, cảm thấy rất hài lòng.

Photos of the pool look great and tranquil, but in reality there was not enough beds around the pool and could only accommodate around 10 people, it was a first come first served. pool full of kids which is understandable, so not relaxing.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee very ordinary. Very handy to have a washing machine.
Booked a two room apartment with kitchen. No kitchen utensils of any description supplied, no glasses for drinks other than those in the bathroom. Had a microwave but no dishes etc to use. Had to ring reception for a bottle opener. Location is quite a way out of town. No reasonable beach bar facilities anywhere close.

Hotel is set at the quiet end of the beach, which I liked.It had a great view of monkey mountain and the lady Buddha. You could take a leisurely stroll or ride a grab for a few pounds to the lively side.The hotel restaurant had lovely food, which we dined on the first night. The sky bar was fab for a few pre dinner drinks. Amazing views as the sun set.

海景第一排，每個房間都面海，坐在房中、客廳都能看見美麗的海灣及不遠處山茶半島的觀音菩薩像。要過去美溪沙灘踏浪，門口服務生也會幫忙擋車，護送我們過馬路，超讚的。

Prachtige grote appartement met uitzicht op de zee en zeer gastvrije personeel.
Niks misschien dat de locatie iets meer afgelegen lag maar dat was niet erg. Met de Crab was je zo bij het hotel.

The room was quite large and extremely clean. It had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection of food. I definitely recommend it!

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner qui était très diversifié et excellent, la vue sur la mer de la chambre qui est superbe, le calme dans les alentours de l'hôtel le soir, la propreté de l'hôtel , la gentillesse des membres de l'hôtel qui sont aux petits soins pour leur client et qui sont très serviables et très réactifs. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse. Loin de l'agitation mais accessible en grab dans toute la ville pour 2 ou 3 euros.
Des restaurants autour et 2 petits supermarkets (un petit juste à côté de l'hôtel et un autre un peu plus grand à 3mn à pied)
Le personnel est très aidant et aimable (pour acheter une carte sim, indispensable pour vos déplacements en Grab et acces à internet partout au vietnam. Cout 8€ avec 5 Gigas par jour pour 1 mois. La personne du magasin vous apporte la sim à l'hôtel et vous l'installe tres rapidement).
Petit rooftop très agréable pour boire un verre devant la mer.
Il y a peu de transats autour de la piscine mais celle-ci quand même très agréable avec la vue sur la mer et la montagne.

We loved everything about our stay here. Wonderful view, but very quiet from our high floor, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool area. Kids club is not staffed, so it is more just a playroom for children to visit with their parents, not an option for childcare. Every single member of staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and kind. We had a really positive experience here.

The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The ocean view was amazing! Our room was updated and nicely furnished.
The kitchenette had no dishes or pots and pans, so had to rely on room service and food deliveries. The pool closed early (7 pm) so we weren't able to enjoy an evening swim.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are big size , exceptionally clean. Views from the room window are stunning, and you can see the sunrise every morning from your bed.
The walk in shower is a good size and good quality.
Breakfast buffet delicious and plenty of choice. The best part is infinity swimming pool on 23 floor, nice to chill out after buzzy day. Definitely coming back soon.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Le Sands Da Nang. Het hotel ligt aan de rustigere kant van My Khe Beach, zonder beach club direct tegenover, wat zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer. In de directe omgeving zijn veel leuke restaurants en er is een kleine supermarkt pal naast het hotel, wat erg handig is.
Het hotel zelf is modern en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Ook de afternoon tea is een aanrader. Het zwembad op de rooftop is heerlijk en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op zowel de zee als de Lady Buddha.
Voor uitstapjes gebruikten we Grab, wat erg gemakkelijk en betaalbaar was om bijvoorbeeld naar het centrum van Da Nang te gaan.
Kortom: een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort en rust met toch alles binnen handbereik.
Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel ivm Oceanfront maar houd er rekening mee dat er veel straatgeluid is dat start al om 5.00 s morgens.

Let me tell you what happens when you book this hotel via booking.com:
1. You choose the occupancy option for 5 Adults (which costs more), as you and your husband shall be checking in with 3 teens
- The hotel, via booking.com, responds by confirming Reservation for 2 Adults and 2 Children
- You contact the hotel, requesting alignment with your actual booking
- You receive no reply, so you contact booking.com to request alignment
- booking.com does not respond
- You arrive at the hotel, and the front desk denies the existence of any such listing--even when you log in to your booking.com app, and show them the actual listing you chose for 5 Adults
- You call booking.com. The first customer service rep drops your call. The second says she'll email the hotel. The third insists you made a booking for 2 Adults and 2 Children--despite said listing being completely non-existent on their app, and you being charged the exact amount that matches the listing for 5 Adults.
2. You choose to 'Pay the Property Before Arrival', as you always do
- You check the card attached to your booking.com account 5 hours before you check in, and you confirm that the total contract price for your Reservation has been deducted from your available balance (as expected)
- You arrive at the hotel, and are surprised when the front desk indelicately demands immediate full payment
- You explain that the option you chose was to 'Pay the Property BEFORE Arrival', and that the amount in its entirety has already been charged against your credit
- The front desk insists that they have not received payment, insists that you tender full payment, and says that if double-charged "You will just be refunded later"
- You call booking.com, and three customer service reps are unable to confirm payment
- You call your bank, who asks you to wait 24 hours for confirmation
You spend the rest of your holiday liaising between hotel, booking.com, and your bank.

The quieter end of the beach but still lively. The staff were all incredible. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Stunning views across the My Khe beach with spectacular Sunrises! We had booked a Queen Room + Extra Bed for a family of 3 pax and the room didn't feel cramped at all even with 3 people and 4 suitcases. Hotel feels luxurious, and the Breakfast was a 5 star-grade quality. We were spoilt for choice of American, Continental and Asian options to suit all. They have a skybar an infinity pool with awesome views of the My Khe beach and lady buddha statue. My partner did use the spa services and was very happy with his massage.
The kids' pool next to the infinity pool could have been a hot tub / jacuzzi. But that is all I could say to make the experience more awesome.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The service was top-level. One morning, the cappuccino machine at breakfast wasn’t working – but they quickly resolved it, and every day after that, I got my cappuccino from the bar, free of charge. That’s real care for guests!
The breakfast selection was amazing – fresh and new options every single day. The desserts were absolutely delicious.
We also tried the afternoon tea, and it was incredibly tasty – especially considering the very reasonable price.
A special thank you to all the staff – they were so kind, polite, and attentive. I truly felt welcome and taken care of.
I definitely want to come back again – just to experience that level of hospitality one more time.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The shrimp were served with shells on, and when we asked for them to be cleaned, they were not properly peeled. On top of that, the sauce was missing when the dish was returned, even though it was originally part of the meal.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel am hinteren Teil vom Strand und dadurch etwas ruhiger. Toller Pool mit Rooftopbar. Die Massage im Spa war super. Fahrradausflug mit den Hotelrädern gratis - geht prima an der Promenade. Essen im Restaurant mittags sehr lecker. Am Frühstücksbuffet hat nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. In der Nähe gute Fischrestaurants für abenteuerlustige.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and made for families. No Netflix, but there are other TV options. There’s only one pool, so get there early if you want a chair. The beach is across the street and the hotel provides towels, but if you're looking to lounge check out Malibu Beach Club down the way. The location is a long walk or a car ride from the central area.

I loved listening to the ocean waves from our balcony. The room was large and well appointed with an in unit washer-dryer combo, a living room area, kitchen and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We received a warm welcome with refreshing drinks and snacks upon our arrival and the front desk staff was incredible.

From the moment we arrived till departure, everything was perfect. It’s impossible not to recognise the attention to details, the service, the cleanliness. Ho prenotato questa struttura per due notti, per avere una giornata piena di mare. Purtroppo il tempo era brutto e l'hotel che affaccia proprio sul mare, si trova in una zona della penisola scarsa di servizi rispetto ad altre. Devo elogiare invece i servizi della Spa, con personale molto qualificato, il personale del ristorante molto accogliente e pronto ad assecondare i clienti, e il servizio lavanderia che mi ha consegnato in un giorno gli indumenti utilizzati la settimana precedente (pagato molto caro rispetto al resto).

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und liegt in einem ruhigeren Bereich nahe der Halbinsel Son Tra direkt am Strand mit phantastischem Meerblick. Die Innenstadt kann man gut mit dem Taxi erreichen.
Die Konzeption der Empfangshalle mit netter Lounge Bar, des Restaurants, des Spa Bereichs ist sehr gut gelungen und ermöglicht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Restaurant mit dem Frühstücksbereich befindet sich in der dritten Etage und ist ganztägig geöffnet. Dank sehr viel Personal und guter Organisation kann das Frühstück in ruhiger Atmosphäre genossen werden. Das Angebot ist vielfältig mit hoher Qualität. Das Restaurant ist insgesamt sehr gut, das Abendessen genossen wir an jedem Tag.
Das geräumige Apartment verfügt über zwei Balkone mit grandioser Aussicht, ist komfortabel konzipiert und sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über großzügige und bequeme Betten. Das zweite Bad verfügt über entsprechende Abstellmöglichkeiten. Als Langzeitreisende konnten wir die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner sehr gut nutzen.
Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Englischkenntnisse an der Rezeption sind ausgezeichnet.
Wir fühlten uns in dem Hotel rundherum wohl.

What a great find! Located at a more quiet peaceful part of the beach, very nice relaxed vibes. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choices and stunning view. The rooftop bar is a real winner, especially 1-for-1 cocktails and the gorgeous views. So glad we upgraded to an oceanfront room with balcony, totally worth it!

Loved our stay! Staff were extremely attentive and kind and went above and beyond to make my birthday here feel special. Stayed in the room facing the ocean and was overall comfortable and clean! Breakfast also had a wide selection of Asian and western.
Location was a bit far from town and there was karaoke going on for several hours but did stop around 10pm.

The room facilities, the comfort of the bed, the silence were very good, it is a little far from My Khe beach but it did not bother us, but what surprised me was that there is no smoking even on the balcony, I think smokers should know this, my favorite thing is the coconat coffee in the sky bar

這次是三人行家庭度假，訂了一房一廳(加一床)含小廚房及洗烘衣機，空間寬敞，共有兩個陽台可看海景，且位在邊間，可以邊泡澡邊欣賞海景，不錯的設計。早餐樣式種類多，自己客製化越南麵包有趣好吃，窗邊海景用餐的位置超讚，頗有度假氛圍! 使用grab十分鐘左右就可抵達市區，很方便。還意外發現一家庭式小店，評價高，海鮮平價好吃，走路幾分鐘即可抵達。這家飯店整體而言工作人員服務佳，房間舒適安靜，環境設備乾淨新穎，很推薦!

Courteous staff, superb location,lovely ocean view.
Their charging me nearly 200 Rs for a glass tumbler worth Rs.10-15 i broke accidently . It was not in good taste. Besides Le Sands , all over Vietnam they are very stingy in providing drinking water , Tea bags (not to indian taste) and no creamers/milk sachets in the rooms. (Common to all Vietnam hotels)

The staff was extremely attentive and polite and always doing their best to satisfy my needs. Example: there was a type of fresh fruit they didnt have in the breakfast buffet one day, but when I asked they went to the kitchen to find that fruit and deliver it directly to my table. You feel they genuinely care about you here!
They also managed to give 1 hour earlier check in time than what was normal. And you get a delicious fruit drink while waiting for checking in.
The hotel is labeled a 4 star hotel, but I disagree, it should be 5 star :) when I compare it do other hotels that I have been to in Vietnam that has been labeled 5 star.
The hotel is very modern. I think it was finished built in february 2020. Many hotels in Vietnam is somewhat worn down, but this one was definitely not that!
I was living in 17 floor oceanfront view. The view was amazing! You basically only see the sea from the balcony. That's how close the hotel is to the beach.
If you want to live close to the sea in a modern hotel with superb service I would highly recommend this hotel!
I didnt try the swimming pool, gym or spa so I can't comment on that
If I had a few suggestions for improvements it would be this: - The wifi signal in my room was not perfect. Had to sometimes turn wifi on/off to make it work. - The quality of the meat in some of the dishes in the breakfast buffet could have had higher quality - location is a bit far off the center if you want a lot of options of restaurants - The TV did not have Netflix app installed. That would be great if they had. - Soundproofing from the hallway could have been better. - The music in the hallway was slightly too loud. Could hear it inside my room. Reducing it just a bit would not hurt. - The beam from the showerhead was somewhat weak, could have been better with more water pressure or a better shower head

房間乾淨整潔，性價比超高，早餐也很好吃，也有好看的風景（這一次去，剛好遇到颱風,整個早上待在飯店無法出門，幸好早餐非常不錯，讓我跟同行友人可以吃早餐慢慢享受度過悠閒的上午）

The beds were very large and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The room was very spacious and the TV had plenty of channels, including some movie channels. The rooftop bar was reasonably priced, had a generous happy hour in the evenings and had a fantastic view over Da Nang.The pool is big enough to have multiple people in and offers stunning views out to sea.
Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, and many of them remembered us throughout our visit, remembering which drinks we liked and when we were due to check out.
The laundry service offers exceptional value and our large washing bag was turned around within the day. We were also able to get an iron from reception during our stay.
As the hotel is a 20 minute walk along the beach from the main tourist area, we enjoyed peaceful evenings and mornings without honking and loud music. Soundproofing (both internal and external) was excellent.
Breakfast was sublime, with plenty on offer for vegetarians. We didn't eat lunch once whilst we were in Da Nang, since breakfast was so substantial.
We both each had the Le Sands signature massage, which (whilst on the firm side) was a pleasant experience delivered by professional staff in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, at amazing value.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and will come back in the future.

Wanted to explore the long stretch of beach on bicycle as we do not know how to ride a bike. Found out there is non for rental and staff also unable to recommend. Ended up exploring a small stretch on foot. What a pity. Would be nice to hv a bicycle rental service.

The hotel and staff is amazing. It was my first time in da nang as well as my family. Also it was my sister’s and father’s bday and had a surprise for them,. Le sands team didn’t let me down. They made the surprise successful. The le sands staff attitude was exceptional from the front desk, bell boy,house keeping till the restaurant staff they are all friendly and accomdating. Special thanks to chloe who prepared the room decoration for my sister’s and father’s bday surprise. And also to the lady in the restaurant who iniatiated the bday song and gave us small cake eventhough i didn’t ask. She went and ask me at the table while we are having our bfast if i want them to play the bday song since they saw that two of my family members is celebrating their bday on that day. This is a highly recommendable hotel. Also the room are clean. I would love to stay here again once i get a chance to visit da nang next year. Kudos team le sands. Keep it up 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

The hotel room is nice with great Seaview.
Bed is comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff is friendly and always have a pleasant smile. Buffet breakfast is wide spread with many choices and some change daily.
Only thing is no shuttle bus to town and nearby not much things to see.
Last day before check out, we were told there was a missing sleeper. We have to go back to the room and check together with the staff, and they managed to find it under the bed. They should check properly before asking the guest to go through the trouble.

Стильный дизайн и хорошо продуманная эргономика номера (кроме балкона). Приветственный набор превзошел ожидания, за долгий постой даже принесли потом вторую тарелку фруктов. Отличная детская игровая комната, ребенка было не вытащить оттуда. Отличные разнообразные завтраки. Бассейн на последнем этаже с отличным видом на море. Впритык к отелю есть серия граффити про рыбацкий быт вьетнамцев, очень здорово сделано.
Пляж совершенно не обустроенный, нет лежаков и вообще чего бы то ни было. Во всех номерах выше балконов нет, либо балкон нашего номера (5 этаж) сильно выступал вперед. Поэтому все, что падает из верхних номеров, оказывается на балконе. В нашем случае это были сигаретные окурки и дохлые тараканы - 6 штук за неделю насчитали (в самом номере насекомых не было). Навес бы какой сделали, заодно от солнца бы спасал.

Beautiful sleek and modern hotel on the beach. We got a free upgrade and stayed in the apartment with the ocean view. It was incredible!!!!! Two balconies and views in every room. The breakfast was delicious with countless options. The pool is insane.
The hotel is located in a quieter area of Danang. There are no chairs on the beach and fewer restaurants than My Khe beach area. We rented a motorbike so we were able to get everywhere easy.
I wish there were chairs or umbrellas for the beach. The beach in front of the hotel felt a little uninviting.

All the staff are so genuinely welcoming. The location was perfect as it was quieter than other parts of the beach. The ocean view is amazing! I could not stop looking at it and there was always something going on to watch. Breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable. We stayed for 12 nights and I literally couldn’t fault the service, cleanliness and welcoming staff. Well done everyone and I don’t say that about many hotels.

Hôtel relativement récent situé au bout du cœur de ville de Da Nang, ce qui vous permet de bénéficier à la fois d'une belle plage et d'autre part de la proximité des restaurants et autres hôtels. Notez que vous n'êtes pas très loin du site de Lady Buddha qui vous offre un superbe point de vue sur la baie.
Nous avions réservé un appartement, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir bénéficier de suffisamment de place. Vous disposez d'une petite kitchenette dotée d'un lave linge (certes un peu lent) mais qui prend soin de votre linge.
Le salon est suffisamment spacieux.
La salle de bain est très design mais seul petit bémol, elle est peu fonctionnelle et ne permet pas de poser grand chose.
La chambre est spacieuse.
Le service est irréprochable avec amabilité et professionnalisme, attention à rester naturel tout de même.
La partie restauration pour le petit déjeuner est parfaite, tout y est.
Pour les autres repas, on aurait pu apprécier une cuisine un peu plus innovante ou fusion, la carte ne propose que les plats que vous trouverez partout. Néanmoins vous mangerez des produits sains de qualité.
Globalement, il ne manque que quelques détails avant d'atteindre les 5* et on ne peut que conseiller ce bel établissement.
Dernier petit détail qui a son importance, l'équipe vous aidera à profiter des équipements jusqu'à la dernière minute si vous avez un départ tardif.

1. Staff was very accommodating. Being vegetarians, they paid attention to our food needs.

Everything about this hotel is great: the location, the facilities (which are brand new) and especially the service, which is amazing. Everyone from the porters to the management was impeccably presented and so very kind. I travel often for work and this is the service that sometimes even 5-star hotels fail to provide (especially in the West).
About the hotel, I loved every minute of it. I was far less impressed with Da Nang itself, which was packed with hordes of tourists, was very noisy, and the strong waves made swimming rather difficult. If you want a quiet, tucked away holiday, Da Nang is not the place for you. If you like your holiday noisy and messy and lively though, it is perfect!

A very good hotel in terms of price and quality. We have already stayed in 5* hotels that were of much lower quality. For us the big pluses are a large balcony and sound proof rooms. The staff is great and the food in the hotel is certainly tasty. The location is ideal with some local supermarkets and cafes nearby.

No currency exchange at the lobby. No iron board and iron. Washer/dryer was confusing. Need more instructions. Took 7 hours to wash and clean one small load. Nice to have but confusing to use. I can hear street noises from the 8th floor even with balcony door closed. Breakfast had limited Vietnamese options. Seem to cater to westerners more than adventurers who want to try local cuisines. Kitchen without utensils or pans and pots. Seems like the kitchen was just for show.

Breakfast was excellent with an array of dishes to choose from. The staff were absolutely marvelous, telling us about restaurants and things to do in the vicinity. They also warned us about being careful when visiting the night market where pickpockets could be walking around. The infinity pool was spectacular and close to the bar for cocktails. Wi-Fi was great. The beach was great with lots of beach bars.

一卧室房间很大，海景非常棒。服务人员非常nice。酒店旁边有个24小时超市，很方便。但是离美溪主要的景点和餐厅有些远。

酒店位置面海，距離各個景點都不遠
早餐選擇還算多樣，房內空間充足
每個環節都服務周到，從入住到退房
服務員都面帶笑容又輕切貼心
另外非常推薦酒店大廳的咖啡吧
咖啡品項都非常好喝

The staff were super kind and the breakfast was grand and amazing
The only reason I’m not giving this property an excellent review is because during checkout they made us wait before leaving to check our room claiming that they need to check if we forgot anything. Now if we did forget something that is our problem. I believe the real reason is they want to check if guests stole something. Since I haven’t read that they did this with others I’m taking this personally. If you want to advertise yourself as a four star hotel, you shouldn’t behave this way. If guests do take anything from the establishment the credit card is on file, you can just charge them.

vị trí, nhân viên phục vụ, buổi ăn sáng,..đều tuyệt hảo. Điểm cộng lớn cho thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên khách sạn. Rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình, vui vẻ.

The entire property is stunning. Every nook and crannie was spotless and well-maintained, fully stocked with all amenities you could think of, and the plentiful staff are always professional and friendly, ready to greet you or lend a helping hand. The room was pristine, the linens and bed were absolutely comfortable, and housekeeping did an impeccable job each day. I wish I could stay longer! It made us not want to leave the our room for our activities. Breakfast service was busy but had great variety of cuisines that rotated daily so as to not bore you. The views are hands down unbeatable, and the entire stay from the moment our car arrived until the moment we left was top notch service. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my month-long trip throughout Vietnam. Vinpearl Landmark didn’t even come close!
Was not a fan of their restaurant for dinner service. The steak I had was flavorful but the cut was the worst I’ve had anywhere. They were nice enough to sub my dish with something else but wish that experience was smoother. Rooftop pool looked pretty mundane and lacked any pleasing aesthetic like the rest of the hotel. They could use some more lighting, comfortable lounge setup, and perhaps specials during sunset to entice a livelier crowd. It was very underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the lunch combo special there, but would have liked it if we could lounge somewhere more appealing while enjoying it. Also wish they had more than 2 elevators so getting off the lift during peak breakfast hours wouldn’t take so long. Aside from those relatively insignificant details, I can’t think of anything else.

The suite is very nice, cosy and clean. Very comfortable for 5 pax even with the extra bed in the master bedroom. Still quite roomy. It has a washer and dryer but we don’t have a chance to use it for just one night stay. The toilets are spacious. The hall is comfortable with proper dining table and sofa to watch our tv. The lounge area at the hotel lobby is very cosy and clean. The rooftop pool is a bit small but we love it as you can have an overview of the beach while you sip your drink.

Love the beachfront facing room. The room is clean and lovely. I like that the hotel has a tap in front for us to wash away the sands from beach before walking into the hotel. However, it would be good if they can provide us a small towel to dry our feet. I felt bad that I wet the lobby.
