Location was very good. Room was clean and tidy.
I’ve experienced friendlier staff. Room amenities so so. They keep the minibar at room temperature, like why ? Breakfast is very average and not good quality. Tended to be noisy at the front of the hotel with security doing nothing to minimise.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of a 5-Star Rating
Our experience at DLG Hotel, Da Nang, was absolutely pathetic. When we checked in, the room door wouldn’t even open, and we had to wait nearly an hour for an engineer to resolve the issue. Once inside, we discovered that neither the air conditioning nor the room safe was working.
Despite repeatedly requesting a room change, the reception staff initially claimed that no rooms were available. After several requests and unnecessary arguments, we were finally allocated another room. We practically wasted our entire day dealing with these issues instead of enjoying our holiday.
Unfortunately, the new room was no better. The safe wasn’t working, requiring another engineer to fix it. The air conditioning also failed, and when we complained, the engineer insisted that 25°C was the lowest it could go, which was ridiculous. This became a recurring issue every night. Eventually, the engineer admitted that the air-conditioning unit had a problem and needed to be opened and repaired.
What made the experience even worse was the reception staff’s casual attitude and their tendency to joke about the situation rather than take our complaints seriously. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern for the guests.
A hotel stay should be relaxing, not a daily struggle involving faulty facilities, repeated complaints, and wasted holiday time.
My advice: Stay away from this hotel. Apart from its location in Da Nang, it has very little to offer in terms of service or guest experience. Calling this a 5-star hotel is an absolute joke. Based on our experience, it doesn’t even deserve one star.

Final stop of the Vietnam part of our honeymoon, and another great choice.
Perfect position by Da Nang beach, with a nice view on the waterfront and ideal to visit the city, go enjoy the nightlife, eat in good restaurants.
We especially liked all these plus the ground floor pool and the readiness with which they solved an issue they were having with laundry and immediately took initiative to fix it.
Very good solution to experience Da Nang and visit surrounding area.

I get bad vibes because I booking for 9 nights and I talk with hotel for check out and get my money back for the last 3 nights and they are told me to talk with booking company and booking told me to talk with the hotel in the end I don't get my money back😁

Мы хорошо проводим время здесь, у нас вид на океан в номере. Завтрак был очень вкусным. Мы прожили 3 дня. Мы вегетарианцы, я ставлю 4 звезды вегетарианскому ресторану. Персонал был интуитивным, и мы никогда не сталкивались с трудностями.

Our stay was very brief, just 1 night, we checked in mid afternoon and checked our very early morning.
Location is great, directly across the road to the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The 2 pools were great, the staff very helpful and the room was large - we were fortunate to be upgraded. As a lovely gesture we also received a breakfast box packed for us and waiting at reception that we ate at the airport before boarding our flight.
As much as we appreciated our upgrade unfortunately the room was located at the very front of the hotel and on a low floor therefore it was quite noisy, mostly from the bar that is located just at the front of the property, loud music and people chatter. Normally this would not be a problem and I would of possibly been enjoying myself there too but as we had to be up at 4am to head to the airport not too much sleep was had. The windows desperately needed a clean as well, not too sure if this was an issue due to being at the front of the building but it was challenging to see clearly as there was a thick residue covering all the windows in this room.

Очень достойный отель. Прямо через дорогу пляж, позади отеля улочка с ресторанчиками и магазинами. Завтраки в отеле понравились, хороший выбор фруктов, с овощами немного хуже. Выпечка, несколько способов приготовления яиц. Два бассейна. Бассей на третьем этаже по типу инфинити.
Вот с уборкой отель подкачал, это прямо был квест - получить убранный номер.
Был так же неприятный момент, когда с потолка потекла вода вечером, вызвали мастера, а мы были вынуждены всей семьей торчать в гостинной номера. Учитывая, что ремонт длился довольно долго, ожидала, что предложат переехать в другой номер.
И небольшре пожелание к отелю. Раз уж вы в номере предлагаете небольшие перекуса за доп.плату, то хоть пополняйте их, когда они закончились. А то дети слопали лапшу уже на второй день, а новую партию лапши мы так и не получили :)

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the tourist area. Close to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and mini-marts. We stayed in an Executive Suite Ocean View which was quite large with seperate bedroom and sitting/TV rooms. The bathroom was also large with a free standing bath and a walk in shower. We used the pool most days and the water temperatue was perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A large selection of options for the breakfast buffet with both western and asian food.
The fridge in the room was a cool temperature (no ability to change) but not cold so the drinks/water never really got cold. There is a Social Hub pool bar directly in front of the pool area at the front of the hotel, on the beach road, which is only open early evenings until late. At first this looked to be a great place to have a happy hour or evening drink. Unfortunately the volume level of the music was extremely loud nightclub type music (not suited to having a conversation) so no one stayed here for very long because it just wasn't comfortable or relaxing. The music volume and vibe are all wrong for this bar. Dissapointing because it would be a good place for drinks in the evening and we were sorry to see almost no one there every night of our stay.

Мы остановились в отеле первый раз. Нам очень понравился отель, обслуживание. Завтрак был вкусный, выбор хороший, вся семья нашла для себя что-то вкусное и полезное. Расположение отеля отличное, очень порадовал парень, который переводил нас через дорогу и обеспечивал нам безопасный переход к морю. Бассейн чистый, полотенца чистые, и то, что бассейн на первом этаже - это прекрасно. Отпуск удался.

Location, comfortable bed and large room with an ocean view. The breakfast was plentiful and there is a complimentary afternoon tea with snacks, tea and coffee which we discovered by accident.
The pool bar music was so loud in the evenings, we refused to stay. Missing out on business which is a shame as we would have used the bar most nights.

空港からの送迎をお願いした時のメールのやり取りもとても気持ち良く返信して下さり、結果、飛行機が遅れて、送迎時間外になってしまいましたが、待っていて下さいました。ロビーの冷蔵庫にレモングラス⁇入りの紅茶のような飲み物があるのですが、それがとても美味しく、息子と出かける時、帰って来た時と毎回頂いていました。朝食ビュッフェの種類も沢山あり、美味しかったです！近くに美味しいレストランやお土産物屋さんや街スパなのあり、立地もかなり良かったです♪

Location is amazing. Staff are all super helpful and so friendly. We generously got upgraded to a suite which was the most incredible room with the best views. Highly recommend.

Rooms were big, clean & comfortable. Pools were great, however need more lounge chairs for guests. Location was excellent.
The breakfast- same items every day. A lot of the food was cold. Made to order eggs were often pre-made & sitting under warming lights. No real coffee- only coffee served was sad filter coffee. Ordered room service and the food look 50 minutes, was cold & awful.

The breakfast was amazing. Both pools were fantastic, the staff are all very proud to have jobs and to be representing the DLG Hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and welcoming.
Kiwis like tea and coffee so maybe some plain tea rather than green-tea and some milk. Because I am a tea drinker I would have appreciated a decent size mug, rather than a little cup.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. They truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Fantastic hotel with an excellent location and a beautiful beach right in front. The property is very well maintained, spotless, and located in a quiet area with no noise at night. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The biggest highlight was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

賑やかな道に面しているけど少し奥にあるので夜にあまりうるさいってことはなかった。
プールが2つあり混み合ってることがなかった。

We had stayed here before last year and had a great time, this year was terrible - we love to spend around the pool at the front of the hotel from before breakfast until lunch and again in the afternoon. Everyday there was banging, drilling, sawing and the noise was horrendous. There was a new “Poolhub” coffee are being built right in front of the pool area and the noise was too loud so we couldn’t relax. I cannot emphasise how bad it was and there was no stopping it, the workers just carried on - never again would I stay at this hotel

We had 5 nights at DLG Hotel. Everything was just superb and we would totally recommend staying here. Friendly efficient front staff (we dealt with excellent Hieu), varied and impressive breakfast, large modern room, 2 great swimming pools, close access to the beach and top location close to many excellent restaurants. All at a great value price.

Excellent location, nice pools, good gym, really good breakfast buffet.
Not enough outlets. Our room did not have an outlet near the desk. There was a lamp on the desk not plugged in because the outlet was too far away. Easy fix with an extension cord but there was not one in the room. Everything else was great.

Location was great, Pool was great. Staff were Brillant. Good facilities. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice.
Big disappointment was the Fine dining restaurant. Our meal was not up to what the hotel portrayed. We were given a credit for the dinner costs. The duty manager was very good in handling our complaint. In our view, compared to the other hotels we stayed out. This restaurant chef was well below standard. ALSO all hotels in Vietnam need to ensure they provide standard coffee and English breakfast tea.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the services were excellent. The staff was kind, friendly and always helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the main attractions, which made everything very convenient. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Фантастический сервис, пришли сюда на юбилей они красиво украсили номер и подарили нам юбилейный торт. Завтрак "шведский стол" также был вкусным. Отличное расположение прямо на пляже и такое хорошее соотношение цены и качества

Hotel bol super, lokalita výborná. Raňajky bohaté, chutné, veľmi príjemný, nápomocný personál, úroveň angličtiny na veľmi vysokej úrovni, okolie hotela je krásne upravené, všade samé bonsaje. V okolí sa nachádzajú reštaurácie, obchody, cez cestu je pláž My Khe, s veľmi dobrým hodnotením, pozdĺž celej pláže je dlhá promenáda. Mali sme výhľad na more takže každé ráno pohľad na východ slnka ☺️. Pobehali sme veľmi široké okolie Da Nangu, ale táto lokalita je definitívne jedna z najlepších. Za nás veľká spokojnosť a určite odporúčame!
Hotel disponuje dvoma bazénmi, sú trochu menšie, menší počet lehátok, bazén na 3. podlaží, je zhruba od obeda do večera v tieni, ale v najväčších horúčavách to môže byť na druhú stranu výhoda :). Inak fakt nič.

I recently stayed at DLG Hotel Da Nang and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. Everything was fresh, well presented, and constantly replenished. It was a great way to start the day.
Our room (4022) was large, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall presentation of the room was impressive. It felt both relaxing and well maintained.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. I had accidentally left our passports in the safe at our previous hotel in Hoi An and only realised after arriving at DLG. Naturally, I was quite stressed. The wonderful receptionist, Ms. Diep, immediately stepped in to help. She contacted the other hotel, arranged for them to confirm the passports were there, and organised for them to be delivered to DLG Hotel. She kept me updated the entire time via WhatsApp until they safely arrived.
Her calm, professional and genuinely caring approach turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a smooth and stress-free solution. The passport service and assistance we received went well above expectations.
DLG Hotel is very fortunate to have staff like Ms. Diep. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us, and we are very grateful.
Highly recommended — excellent rooms, great breakfast, and truly outstanding service.

Overal tapijten die veel plekken bevatten. Ik ben er vrij allergisch aan dus helemaal niet ideaal. Verwijderen van de tapijten zou echt het hotel opfrissen. Verder was ik ontgoocheld dat het zwembad al tegen 12u in de schaduw zat omwille van de hoge bebouwing rondomrond.

Excellent 5* hotel across from the main beach of Da Nang. My room had a view of the sea and the beach. The buffet breakfast was vast and offered both western and Asian items. The hotel is set back from the busy road that separates it from the beach, which reduces street noise greatly and creates a peaceful atmosphere in the main lobby. The three elevators worked very well and I never had to wait long.
The Infinity pool on the third floor is excellent except it's almost always in the shadow of the hotel wing that rises above it, so it doesn't get much Sun. That's a pity as the pool itself is wonderful and has stunning views of the Sea and the coastline of Da Nang beach area. On a few occasions I had to call down to the reception to ask that my room be made up as it had not been done by 3 pm. I was told that housekeeping works until 5 pm so sometimes they don't make up the rooms until later afternoon.

The location was excellent
The restaurant in the evening was poor service and quality, being a very large 5 star hotel we couldn’t believe they didn’t have a bottle of red wine to offer, they said they had run stocks down as it was the end of the year. Also we complained about the tasteless soup as we left it but no offering of reimbursement.

Location was absolutely brilliant. Central and early to walk everywhere. Lots of nice restaurants. Great views of the ocean.
Special mention must go to Lena at the front desk who was very obliging and helpful in moving us to a quieter part of the hotel after we were woken by guests in the hallway at 1.30am!!

Great staff, lovely room & very good breakfast. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby to walk to.
The pool area was very small with only a few beds. The infinity pool on the 3rd floor was in the shade all day so no one was using it.

The location is the USP of this property. We could not use the pool due to the weather conditions. The breakfast was good - nice spread though i did feel that the staff often had to be reminded to re-stock some of the items as they finished. The options for vegetarian food for breakfast were limited. Suggest to review their vegetarian Indian options.

Excellent experience at DLG Hotel. The service was outstanding from the very beginning, with very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is very well located, right in front of the sea, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend DLG Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua non scendeva calda e non aveva pressione, hanno cercato subito di risolvere il problema ma cmq fare l doccia con pochissima pressione dell'acqua era difficile.

Très bel hotel et un personnel très agréable et professionnel. L'emplacement est idéal. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable autant par la qualité et la diversité de ses produits que par la gentillesse du personnel. Ma chambre vue sur la mer était spacieuse.

Hotel tres bien situé. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour accéder à la plage. Très bon petit dejeuner, varié, pour tous les gôuts. Nous avons été gratuitement surclassé et avons pu bénéficier d'une belle suite avec une vue magnifique.

Nahe am Strand. Toller Service und Ausblick vom Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr Komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und man hatte eine riesengroße Auswahl an Speisen! Kostenloser Parkplatz gleich beim Hotel. :-)

Nous y avons passé plusieurs jours en octobre 2025 dans une chambre avec vue sur mer de face pour 60 € par nuit avec petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Le personnel est serviable et souriant, à l'image de Madame Dieu au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est vraiment superbe , à proximité immédiate de la plage et à côté du centre ville. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes mineurs qui ont été résolus très rapidement. Cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.
En octobre le système de ventilation/climatisation a du mal à lutter contre l'humidité de l'atmosphère. Le linge devient un peu moite.

The location is top notch, you are right in front of My Khe beach (keep in mind is not on the beach) and is the best part of Danang. Walking at night on the beach is super nice and you feel safe at all times. Moving to and from the hotel is also easy and cheap even if you have to cross the Dragon bridge to go across the river. There are many stores around to buy souvenirs without having to go all the way to Han or Con market, and plenty of seafood restaurants to choose from. The staff is super attentive and does everything they can to make you feel welcomed. Definitely try the Spa, you may think the difference in price with street salons is considerable but believe me is so worth it especially the foot reflexology treatment, Heung made me feel like a VIP every time I went.
There is a musty smell in the corridors (at least on the eleventh floor) that hits you as soon as you are leaving your room all the way to the lift (it does not extend to anywhere else in the hotel) The Wifi is not a secured network and it comes and goes, so if you are on a call you better use data or it will be disrupted.

У меня был отличный опыт над всеми... завтрак имеет огромный разброс. Персонал отеля и их гостеприимство на высшем уровне. Самое лучшее - это место. Прямо на пляже Муджхе. У них есть 2 бассейна. Бассейн бесконечности просто потрясающий. Обязательно.

A very well maintained hotel, the 2 swimming pools perfect especially the one on level 3 providing views across the bay. We chose a room with sea views. There are plenty of restaurants close by and beachside bars

Имел замечательные 4 ночи пребывания в отеле DLG Danang. Это был поистине 5-звездочный опыт по цене 3 звезды. Номер был удобным, персонал предоставлял превосходные услуги, завтрак был вкусным с большим количеством выборок. И в довершение всего, это отель на берегу моря с потрясающим видом. Опять забронирует!

Фантастический отель с доброжелательным и профессиональным персоналом. Я останавливался здесь в начале и в конце моей 2-месячной поездки в центральный Вьетнам и оба раза были абсолютно фантастическими. Номера для гостей отлично пахли, большие окна и просторные с удобными кроватями и подушками. Душ имел потрясающий напор воды, и все туалетные принадлежности заменяли ежедневно. Мое второе пребывание, я выбрал номер с ванной, и это тоже было великолепно. Завтрак был чем-то, чего я ждал каждый день после просмотра восхода солнца на пляже, который был через дорогу. Я надеюсь, что смогу оставаться здесь каждый раз, когда приеду в Дананг. Большое спасибо всему персоналу за незабываемое время.

khách sạn nằm trên trục đường võ nguyên giáp, bước chân xuống là sẽ ra biển luôn, rất thuận tiện, đặt đồ ăn, book grab hay làm gì cũng thuận tiện. mình ở phòng có 1p khách, 1ngủ 2vệ sinh, phòng bố trí khoa học, nhà tắm rộng, phòng ốc sạch sẽ

위치가 좋았어요. 맛집과 마사지샵이 걸어서 5분 거리라 더우면 호텔 들어갔다가 짬짬이 나와 돌아다니고 하니 편했어요.
침대가 편안하고 욕실에 욕조가 있어 좋았어요.
작지만 수영장이 2개나 있어 놀기도 좋아요.

Location of the hotel is in the centre of My Khe Beach, and it's just across the street to the beach. The hotel also engaged a guard to help the hotel guests crossing the road as it can get busy with cars/motorbikes sometimes. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of eateries (seafood, local, western....you name it, they have it!) as well as convenience stores. It's about 15 - 20 minutes walk to Danang Tourist Streets (An Thuong Streets), we enjoyed the view of the ocean as we walked along the beach.
We booked the Executive Suite and the room is very spacious, with separate living room and 2 toilets. The design of the hotel is a bit old but we're fine with it as long as it's clean.
The breakfast at the hotel is superb! They serve varieties of cooked food (vegetarian / non-vegetarian), fruits, breads/buns, cheese, hams, salads etc.
The drainage area in the master bedroom toilet clogged on our 3rd and 4th day but the water went through after a while, not a big issue.

La chambre suite junior avec vue sur l'océan est sublime. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et nous avons eu le droit à 4 bouteilles d'eau à chaque fois. Il y a 2 très belles piscines, l'une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre au 3ème étage. Une salle de sport donne sur la piscine à l'étage. L'hotel est en face de la plage, un agent est même là pour vous aider à traverser la rue, ce qui est très utile au Vietnam ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien fournit. Le service de restauration, que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant, est de qualité. Les employés, que ce soit le personnel des restaurants, les personnes du bar, ou les personnels de chambre, sont très sympatique et serviable. On y restera plus longtemps la prochaine fois.
Le service d'accueil reste encore à améliorer, manque de disponibilité, réponse aux demandes souvent négative et pourrait-être plus souriant. Toujours sur concernant l'accueil, la city map est trop succincte et il manque cruellement de dépliant sur les activités de la région.

Location and pools were good excellent door staff
Started with bathroom tap leaking over floor had to get fixed , then the Tv didn’t go so asked to get sorted which hadn’t been sorted 24 hrs later so had to ask reception again which after a push got some action . Then the bathroom tap started leaking again and again this took 2 days and 2 trips to reception to get the maintenance man up and then told no spare parts so cannot fix so we had to get extra towels to block the water running onto the floor still not fixed when we left after 5 days . The frontline staff were all very sorry but this it that doesn’t get things fixed .

В целом, проживание нам понравилось.
1. Номер чистый (за парочкой исключений - читайте минусы), каждый день уборка и замена полотенец.
2. Приносят регулярно две бутылочки воды 330 мл, есть платный минибар (недорогой, но в супермаркете то же самое будет в 2 раза дешевле).
3 Кровать большая, постельное тоже регулярно меняли.
4. Окна выходили прямо на море, как и заказывали. Единственное, окно на ночь не открыть, так как очень шумно от местных жителей. Отель тут ничего не сделает.
5. Бесплатно можно взять велосипед, чем мы регулярно пользовались)
6. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда поможет, подскажет.
7. Завтраки очень понравились - сытные и разнообразные. За неделю проживания ассортимент совсем не надоел. Рядом с блюдами написано, есть ли в них мясо. Те, кто пишут про скудность завтраков - что для вас тогда НЕ скудность. Вариантов блюд очень много. Также всегда есть разные фрукты: местные и более привычные, арбузы, дыни.
8. Расположение, вроде, нормальное. Чтобы дойти до моря, надо перейти дорогу.
9. Есть два бассейна, но мы туда не ходили.
Рекомендую кафе рядом с отелем! Bếp Cuốn Đà Nẵng. Ставлю ему 1000 звезд! Для любителей истинно вьетнамской кухни

DLG Hotel is in a fantastic position, easy walk to many restaurants. The pool on level 3 was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. The rooms were very clean, large, and the beds very comfortable. Excellent block out curtains. Some light noise from the street as you would expect from it's location on a main road.
Our fridge wasn't working upon arrival. It was fixed promptly but barely kept the drinks cold. Room service was very late in the afternoon on level 7. The kettle was quite dangerous, the handle became incredibly hot when it was boiled which made it very difficult to pour. Black coffee and tea and fresh milk in the fridge would have been appreciated.

Toute est parfait, superbe accueil, très propre, luxeux en étant abordable, chambre était prête à notre arrivée à 12h...au lieu de 14h. Tolles Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, sehr viel Platz und einem tollen Personal, dass immer hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Unsere Anfragen wurden immer positiv aufgenommen und hilfsbereit erledigt. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und absolut für jeden Geschmack etwas zu haben. Gäste mit längerem Aufenthalt wurden mit noch mehr Aufmerksamkeit behandelt. Der Pool war sauber und sowohl die Aufsicht wie die Handtücher einwandfrei. Die Preise selbst am Pool sind moderat und akzeptabel. Das Fitnessstudio war sauber und ausreichend, um im Urlaub Sport zu machen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich – über die Straße ist ein wunderschöner Strand, der gesäubert wird und allerlei Bequemlichkeit zu bieten hat wie Strandliegen, Wasseraktivitäten und kleine Stände für super leckere Smoothies und Eis. Viele Restaurants und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht, mit einem MotorBike zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Betreuung durch das Personal genossen und würden immer wieder gerne in das Hotel kommen.

Good pool facilities. Breakfast was great. Lots of selection, and good quality food. We were on the 10th floor and it was quiet. Staff were great. Close to lots of local restaurants and cafes. Overall great value for money.

We have gone to Danang almost every year for the last 15 years, and this is our 2nd year staying here. We love this place because it is beachfront, quiet and their swimming pools are nice. Staffing is nice, helpful, and friendly. It is more likely a resort than a hotel. Many restaurants are just around the corner and on the next street behind the hotel. We found it's better and safer to walk on the streets in the rear of the hotel just ask the staff how to get there.

Отношение цена-качество отличное. Похож на китайские отели в хорошем смысле: не новое всё, но классический ремонт, чисто аккуратно. Первая линия, вид на море, недорого, просторный номер, нормальный завтрак. Понравился бассейн, удобные подушки и матрац.

This was our second time in this hotel.
Our suite was ocean facing with excellent views of the beach.Nice pool area on ground floor and third floor.Nice clean room with all the usual amenities.Many eateries near the hotel.
In my opinion, the breakfast has gone downhill. Tea/coffee not even served to the table. Not the standard of 5 star hotel offerings. Management needs to look into this. Bench mark with other hotels of similar rating.Everything else excellent.The washrooms for the pool on the ground floor are too far away into the hotel.

Dieses Hotel ist ein 5-Sterne Hotel wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Elegantes Haus in einer perfekten Lage: ein wunderschöner Strand ist gegenüber, bis zu Drachenbrücke kann man sogar laufen oder mit dem kostenlosen Fahrrad (im Preis inklusive) fahren, Personal ist geschult dem Gast gerecht zu werden, klasse Service, man ist wirklich ein Gast im Haus und nicht nur „eine Nummer“. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer gehabt, das Bett war bequem, Klimaanlage leise und gut platziert( für mich ist es wichtig, dass es nicht auf das Bett pustet!). Frühstück vielfältig und lecker! Swimmingpools warm und die Tücher darf man zum Strand mitnehmen.
Alles war perfekt! Es gibt absolut keine negativen Punkte.

Somewhat tired five-star hotel with excellent location, two pools, spacious rooms, good gym, and a very good value for money. Beach on other side of road is excellent, but has no connection to the hotel.
The interior is a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance. Clean, but not spotless. Breakfast has something for all cultures and religions, but most items are not refilled after 9:30, which might be considered inconvenient when breakfast closes at 10. Crossing the street to the beach is done with your life at risk each time as NOONE respects the pedestrian crossing sign.

The hotel was nice the room we had to start with was nice .
We had interrupted time whilst staying there to guests partying past 1 am after calling reception 4 times they kept telling them to be quite but they wouldn’t listen . So our family couldn’t sleep, to fix the issue we had to pack up everything and move to a more outdated room , whilst the other guests were aloud to keep doing what they did because they had 4 joining rooms . Staff didn’t seem to care if we had enjoyed the stay compared to everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam this was the less welcoming but was the most expensive and highest rated .

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were roomy and bath heavenly. My only issue is the staffs with communication, we struggled to understand them and them us otherwise very polite. Pools were cool just right in the hot weather and room service excellent. Highly recommended and positioned very well to the beach which is clean and includes lifesavers

Завтрак «шведский стол» был обильным и разнообразным с великолепными местными вьетнамскими блюдами и некоторыми западными вариантами.
Отель был чистым, и персонал был очень хорошим и сговорчивым.
Был один негатив, это спа и массажисты. Мы заказали для 4 человек в нашей семье, и у нас был плохой опыт.
Однако проблема была быстро решена после того, как мы обратили на это внимание управляющего мистера Генри Фама. Наша семья искренне признательна ему за отзывчивость и искреннюю заботу о том, чтобы сделать наше пребывание комфортным и приятным.

У нас было больше дней пребывания здесь, мы поехали в Хойан по их прокату автомобилей, Хой Ан был красивым и больше фонаря там. Ба-На-Хиллз едет 1 час.
Люблю посох Эми и Рус, так помогает
Мы вернемся в отель dlg в следующем году. И нам здесь приятно.

Rooms and service was great. We stayed in the executive suite - oceanfront for our honeymoon on level 8 where the views were breathtaking. We could see Linh Ứng Pagoda (Lady Buddha and Temple) from our room. Breakfast was included. From 6am onwards they allow you to use their free bike facility which we used one morning and rode down the beach strip. Everything around the hotel is super easy and convenient to get to. Perfect location to go visit Ba Na Hills, Linh Ứng Pagoda, Marble Mountains, Hoi A via a car and a 25min walk to Dragon bridge.

Two pool options plus the hotel is directly opposite a nice beach. Overall lots of amenity making for an easy stay.

We had a great 5 night stay at DLG Danang. The room was enormous, with a separate lounge area and two toilets. Every staff member was courteous and helpful, particularly the lady who welcomed guests to the breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a great spot on My Kee Beach, with loads of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others.
Only a very minor thing was that housekeeping didn’t get to makeup our room until about 4:30pm. Not really a problem but we did feel like we should vacate the room when they came which was a bit frustrating after having just returned to our room from a day of sightseeing. As I said, very minor as they were very busy, and really we made our bed anyway.

Очень хороший отель. Хорошие люди, команда персонала очень дружная и полезная. Хороший завтрак, у нас много еды и это так вкусно. Хороший номер с видом на море. Я вернусь с семьей на каникулы в следующем году. Определенно пятизвездочный отель.

Номер хороший, но у вас есть большие окна, чтобы увидеть море очень четко также дать пожилым людям дать ванную комнату и не ванну. Еда вкусная и вкусная. Номер немного небольшой, но удобный для нас. Хороший отель, чтобы остановиться, и мы представим нашим друзьям. Кхань и Турбо - хороший персонал.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Zimmer sehr ruhig zum schlafen mit gemütlichen Betten. Personal sehr hoflich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer riesigen Auswahl.
Leider gibt es kaum eine Auswahl an vegetarischen Essen für den in Room Dining. Die könnte verbessert werden.

Хороший отель на берегу моря.
Отель не новый, но все в хорошем состоянии.
Красивый вид на море.
Номер просторный, белье белое, кровати удобные.
Убираются нормально.
Есть сейф, мини бар.

Great location to beach and the city. The room was large and the bed was great. Staff were very helpful. 2 pool areas was also a bonus.

Мы остановились в DLG на 5 ночей и уехали сегодня. Наше пребывание было прекрасным наш номер был фантастическим с большой ванной комнатой и прогулкой - в душе. Завтрак не дал вам выбора абсолютно никаких жалоб.
Два бассейна и мы использовали один на первом этаже. Больше шезлонгов нужно с зонтиками, и было бы здорово, если бы маленькая кофейня также продавала мороженое / мороженое. Также меню обедов / напитков должно быть более доступным со стороны бассейна.
Мы очень наслаждались нашим пребыванием.

Все аспекты моего пребывания в DLG были потрясающими. Группа по приему была радушной и профессиональной. Номер был просторным и хорошо назначенным. Процесс организации великолепных гастролей был плавным. Завтрак был разнообразным, а сидячих мест было достаточно. Бассейн/тренажерный комплекс соответствовал современным стандартам. Процесс оформления был комплексным. Спасибо, что нашли мои шорты. Молодец менеджер ГЕНРИ и его команда.

La literie confortable, nous avons été up-gradé, nous étions dans une suite face à l'océan, avec une vue superbe. Les services, tout le monde était très prévenant et arrangeant, on nous a aidé à réserver un train pour Hué. Nous avons eu droit à un geste commercial lors de la visite (longue) de la montagne de marbre.
La piscine superbe, la plage juste en face, très sécurisée. Enfin un petit déjeuner-buffet avec un choix énorme et surtout délicieux ! Très bon café !

красивый бассейн, 5-звездочный сервис, я провел здесь милое время, мне больше всего нравятся госпожа Минь Хеу и Лань Зыонг, очень дружелюбные и милые. Ресторанная еда вкусная, мне нравятся вьетнамцы - ароматизированный кофе больше всего. Сейчас я поеду в Сайгон и через несколько дней подумаю о возвращении в отель DLG

Everything was spot on for the price.

Takapihan läpi pääsee oikaisemaan hyvälle ravintololalle Bep cuonille. Muutenkin alueella paljon vaihtoehtoja.

L'hôtel était au dessus de nos attentes. Un personnel toujours disponible et très gentils.
Le petit déjeuné est varié.
La chambre est grande avec une jolie vue, elle est très confortable.
Mention en plus pour le spa avec des massages exceptionnels !

One of the bed had the wheels and it was very troublesome as the bed would just move when you turn or sit on it. Hotel should provide water free It had only 2 small bottles. When asked for more they said that there is extra charge for it !!

Great location near in town and our room had a river view toward the Ancient City.
The workout facilities were subpar with 2 cheap weight machine both of which were inoperable. 2 noisy treadmill and one stationary bike. A few free weights. The breakfast was a disappointment.

Upgrade to a Junior suite, very nice.

this is my second time coming back - I ended up staying here a total of 3 times because my partner liked it after the first time. There was a countdown party hosted this round and we ended up participating. it was fun, live music, buffet, some lucky draw and emcee. We ended up upgrading the room at the hotel because we wanted a tub. originally wanted a junior suite but hotel mentioned the only rooms left of that type were on the second floor and didn't want the countdown party to disturb us. ended up negotiating for the exe suite on a higher floor instead. was a good experience. The previous time we stayed, the windows were a little dirty spoiling the beach views, but this room had really clear windows and great views of the beach. 10/10.

we liked the view. the tub. it was quiet, good to sleep. My partner liked the design of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we are able to get a good sleep.
We got a free upgrade to sea view, but the window was kind of a little dirty and it spoils the view a little tiny bit.

Very clean, great location close to shops. Safe hotel for kids and families and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Car hire with driver though hotel is great quality and affordable for day trips.

Buffet breakfast is nice.
The rate was too expensive and information on the booking was not accurate. The hotel is not friendly with small kids and beach is not private. They have charged 2 nights room fee even though the information was not correct. When the Booking requested to modify booking, the manager said the booking was not allowed etc. In order to go to the beach, you have to cross the road. Facilities were too old. The manager was not helpful and same location and same hotels rate was much cheaper than this hotel. Reception and other staff are friendly.

The rooms are comfortable, but due to daily rain, was not able to enjoy the sea view. The hotel is located just across the street, with direct access to the beach. There are plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, very convenient.

Lovely hotel, good choice for breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily, we stayed in 14th floor and the young man that cleaned our room was very attentive and good.

Я останавливался 4 дня и 3 ночи в этом отеле, и все было идеально. Персонал был очень милым, всегда улыбался всякий раз, когда мы встречались. Я оценил завтрак, хотя были ограниченные вегетарианские варианты. Отель удобно расположен недалеко от Lotte, рынков, и нескольких круглосуточных магазинов. Спасибо за доброту во время нашего пребывания. Отдельное спасибо Хюи и Динь за то, что они так помогли. Мы обязательно вернемся!

One of the best hotel I've stayed in this Vietnam Trip so far.
Great view and walking distance to beach and all other amenities.
The staffs were really great and helpful.
Communication was great throughout which is always appreciated.
Had my Mrs birthday during our stay and hotel even had a small complimentary happy birthday message in the room which was a pleasant surprise.

The location was outstanding. Amazing views across the beach front. The staff were so wonderful and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and well decked out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large sized bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast was the best. Very generous options for all nationalities.

Хотим выразить свое восхищение отелем DLG,мы провели там незабываемые дни! Здесь прекрасная аура, удобства, вкусные завтраки!Выражаем нашу благодарность менеджеру господину Хану, и всему персоналу! Нам не хотелось покидать отель даже на прогулки, отличный бассейн, возможность вкусно пообедать, даже музыкальный фон был изумительным! За музыку отдельное спасибо! Любезно предоставленный трансфер в аэропорт был приятным бонусом! Очень хотели бы вернуться сюда. Спасибо!!!

The size and cleanliness of the rooms were true to the photos. The hotel seemed a bit older than we had expected, but the facilities were decent. There were 2 pools to choose from and an amazing view. The location is also perfect as it's only steps from the beach and walkable to other areas of interest. The breakfast buffet was also extensive, both asian and continental choices.
We unfortunately had food poisoning for most of our stay. We had asked for help from the front desk on what medication and where to buy this, as well as asked for larger bottles of water to avoid dehydration. However we were not given useful information or at least additional water so we didn't have to ask periodically. While I don't expect this service all the time, a little more proactive hospitality with guests who are sick would have been expected from the rating of this hotel.

Обслуживание в отеле было потрясающим, персонал был весь вежлив и готов помочь. Мы взяли электровелосипеды, которые были припаркованы и заряжены в подвале отеля. Особенно улица. Тэм, она помогла нам с детьми и распечатала для меня длинный документ. Спред завтрака также довольно хороший.

Отличное место для ночлега. Мы останавливались на три дня и две ночи в нашу последнюю неделю четырехнедельного путешествия вокруг всего Вьетнама. Мы хотели полноценно отдохнуть и нашли его. От прибытия, с большими профессионалами на стойке регистрации и Линь, Там помогает показать нам вокруг отеля, вплоть до дня отъезда. Мы обязательно вернемся в следующий раз, когда будем DLG Ða Nang

Отель был потрясающий! Превосходное обслуживание, очень вежливый персонал, который из кожи вон лез, чтобы сделать наше пребывание более чем комфортным.
Крики Там и Тхань за то, что они вышли за рамки, чтобы убедиться, что мы прекрасно провели время в Нанге. Определённо с нетерпением жду возможности вернуться сюда.

Хорошее расположение и хороший вид на море из моего номера. Еда в порядке, а персонал вежлив. Рекомендую посетить этот отель для приятного вида на море и лучшего пребывания

Esperienza da non ripetere. Dimostrazioni di disservizi fin dall'inizio.
Richiesto servizio taxi dall'aeroporto in hotel più volte, senza risposta.
Mancata attenzione ad una richiesta di supporto per un problema di salute grave ed evidente. Totale disinteresse dimostrato anche nell'addebito del check out (extra 6 ore) ritardato a causa del ricovero in ospedale preventivamente comunicato. La supervisor receptionist Amy (Giam è il nome in vietnamita) in prima persona non ci ha supportato, si è disinteressata del nostro problema mettendosi davanti a noi a fare altro e parlare in vietnamita, non ha comunicato alla direzione la motivazione del ritardo, al nostro ritorno ci hanno addebitato il costo del check out ritardato (pari alla metà del costo di una notte).
Confort della camera e vista mare pagata come suite deluxe sono sminuiti dall'insoppprtabile musica ad alto volume proveniente dal bar della piscina ad orari inadeguati (dalle 5 del mattino)
Colazione ricca, varia, ma dozzinale, non strutturata per un hotel 5 stelle.
Aspettative totalmente disattese leggendo le recensioni precedenti.

Это прекрасный отель! Понравилось все! Очень отзывчивые сотрудники, вкусные завтраки, чистый, удобный бассейн! Отдыхали 13 дней, жаль, что больше нет времени. Обязательно хотим вернуться ещё! Мы полюбили город Дананг, а время проведённое в отеле DLG, было райским!!! Спасибо всем, кто делает наш отдых незабываемым!!! До встречи!!!

The staff is amazing and attentive. Breakfast was good and had signs with vegetarian and meet food. Hotel is comfortable, despite it’s a bit Vietnamese style in a good way. High quality materials everywhere and 2 good sweeping pools. We will come back)

The whole property was great - but we chose it specifically for the pools and comfy sun beds. And the beach. None of these things disappointed. Especially the main pool.
The hotel is large so you don’t get the familiarity with staff that some smaller Vietnam hotels sliver. But the man on the right side of reception desk was fabulous - very kind. And a lovely young woman (Nha?) brought our coffee as soon as she saw us each morning. So nice!
There are lots of eateries and convenience stores within a block - but our favourite was Emos which had the advantage of being across the road out the back (go through the basement garage and turn right) - with temperatures in the mid 30s it was great to have a place so handy.

Everything. This place is a gem. The staff, each and everyone, is the nicest ever. 5 stars fully deserved. Wonderful location, view, room, facilities... I could not ask for more. And I never asked for anything twice.

Good location, only a few steps to the beach. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good. The saff was friendly and helpful.
Little things got broken/didn't work when I checked in the room, but they were quickly fixed after I let the hotel know. After using the bathtub, water would be pouring/splashing out a lot on the floor, I hope this can be improved/fixed.

L'emplacement, face à la mer, chambre familiale (4 personnes dont 2 enfants) très spacieuse presque comme un appartement avec 2 chambres, 1 salon, 1 coin cuisine, salle de bain dans une chambre et une douche dans l'autre chambre. Il suffit traverser la route et c'est la belle plage.
Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner (en buffet)

Очень хороший отель, чистые уютные номера. Пляж совсем рядом, удобное расположение. Очень хорошие завтраки, ужин в ресторане прекрасен видно, что готовит хороший шеф-повар. Сотрудники отеля отзывчивые, дружелюбные с радостью исполнят любую просьбу!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent with a great view of the beach and good proximity. The hotel pools looked clean but we didn’t use them, towels were provided which was nice. Bathrooms were clean.
One of the rooms was a bit dusty and small. Only hand soap provided in bathrooms, would have preferred liquid hand soap.

We loved the location and our stay! The hotel is quite nice in a perfect location just in front of the beach.
Inclusive I had a medical emergency and the hotel was so attentive that their nurse went with me to the hospital.
When we left the room until the elevator the AC was off so that was quite inconvenient. The rest everything was perfect.

The executive suite room was spacious and comfortable the beds were good and big enough
There is a huge language barrier they do not understand English. I had booked for a fortuner car for a tour and paid for the same but they sent me some small Hyundai car which was very uncomfortable. Also the staff is rude and do not want to listen to you or understand you if you know their local language then visit here or else skip this. Not worth of visiting just cant compare this place with thailand hospitality. This hotel really needs to improve themselves on hospitality front or at least keep a nice pro who understand English. Very annoying I feel cheated

The rooms are large and quiet. The buffet breakfast would be the most extensive I've seen in Vietnam.

Only location, however didn’t like the way we were treated. The day we landed we were treated as if we were unwanted guests.
I think, we were told that we would get Sea View rooms and that’s what we booked. However it was just a side view from window a little bit of sea view. Disappointed.

we loved everything about this property. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The room is large with a very comfortable bed. We love the bathtub and seating area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had with so many options. This is a great hotel right across from the beach with amazing facilities and views.
they let people smoke in the hallways and there must be some smoking rooms so you do get some smells of cigarettes occasionally. But we did not get it in our room only in the common areas. I prefer if there was no smoking inside the hotel

We stayed at many hotel in Danang but this is the best. It is located right in center within walking to many foods and shop. The beach is right across the street, with 2 beautiful swimming pools at front so you can swim from the beach then come back to swim again in the pool. Customer services is top notch. Breakfast is very good with alot of options. Room is clean, modern and comfy. We love this place, we will come again next year.

Undergoing refurbishment or major maintenance which meant that the spa and one of the restaurants were not operating. We were really impressed with the room. Jr suite ocean front is first class. The beach is across the streetwith shade umbrellas and loungers available to rent for a small fee. We loved using the bikes to stroll along the beach front. The two pools were great with shade and loungers. Many restaurants, shops, massage spas are all within easy walking. The staff were all very helpful

The beach is right in front of the house. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to call a car or Grab because of business. Staff warm and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

My family really enjoyed the hotel. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms, and pretty good breakfast buffet made the stay very enjoyable. Both pools were clean and had attendants ready with towels to offer after getting out of the pool.
My whole family really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The only issue we had was a karaoke bar next door to the resort. The singing and music did eventually stop around 11pm. Although not the worst thing in the world, it would have been nice to have known beforehand. Some of the pool staff were smoking cigarettes, which was a bit off-putting.

Сын был очень профессиональным, отзывчивым и дружелюбным. Он говорил по-английски и смог помочь нам с местными достопримечательностями в Нанге. В отеле проводился ремонт двух номеров рядом с нашим, стук и шум сверления были невыносимыми. Сын помог нам разрешить ситуацию, перевел нас в другой номер и повысил категорию номера. Нам с мужем посчастливилось найти кого-то приятного и отзывчивого.

The rooms were clean, furniture still in good condition. Very beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it.
Every time I took a shower the water would leak to the toilet floor. I did report it but the guy who came to check the room just wiped the floor and didn't switch on the tap to see what was really causing the problem. Отличный отдых в DLG the Nang. Это наша первая поездка во Вьетнам, и мы выбрали Нанг местом, чтобы отпраздновать 20-летие нашей свадьбы. Выбрать отель было сложно, поскольку большинство из них были похожи по расположению и удобствам, но нам повезло, потому что мы выбрали DLG Danang. Breakfast was amazing.
Lot of Variety with local and international selection.
1. Old and pre used dental kit was supplied in the toilet when we arrived. Raised a complaint but went on deaf ears with no compensation. (Limited english of staff) 2. Staff kept calling at 12am midnight because a 3rd party laundry personnel was asking to get some other customer's socks out of our clothese which they delivery that evening. I had a sick son who we put to sleep after hours and this woke him up. No courtesy or common sense used by staff that they should not call any customer at midnight. Again, complaint fell on deaf ears and no compensation.

2 great pools, one where the young kids could stand up in. Rooms were of good size, although instead of a desk, somewhere to put our bags on would be good
The staff dont understand enough English (apart from the front desk), which makes it hard to ask questions, especially about food. I am vegan and gluten free (gf) and gf is not catered well for at DLG, it would be good to have some gf cereal and vegan milk options

Loved the pools, the WIFI was excellent, the breakfast was a great mix of Asian and western. Ordered room service 3 times and it was fabulous and pricewise better than I would get in Australia. Had my laundry done. Ordinarily I wouldn't do this as it's too expensive, but Vietnam is cheap to eat, live and do laundry and the quality of all three was evident at this hotel.
I tried to book a tour to Bana Hills through the hotel but they wanted to send me to the train station or bus station to make my own way there. I went online and booked it and the tour company took care of the rest.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The location is perfect: directly across the street from a nice swimming beach and a short walk to find restaurants, shopping, massage, etc. The hotel is beautiful and deserves its 5 star status; great gym, 2 pools, afternoon tea and a fabulous breakfast. Our room was very large, clean, cool and quiet The employees were always smiling, helpful and polite. There were two employees who really were very helpful and deserve special recognition. They are Ngoc who is a hostess in the dining room and Henry who is the front desk manager. We extended our stay several times and Henry was always very helpful and kind in looking out for our comfort. Ngoc is a very special person indeed. She realized early on that we are vegetarians and made sure that we had special vegetarian options available on the breakfast buffet and she introduced us to local vegetarian specialties. She is a kind, thoughtful, generous person and we will always remember her. She is truly an asset to DLG Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel in Danang.

The staff had very limited english and it was pointless arguing with them. They ended up saying sorry but honestly, a 5 star hotel with this mistake is unacceptable. 2) My wife called me that reception staff kept calling her at around 12am at night to come down as our laundry had someone else’s socks and short mixed up (an external laundry that i got for that day). My son had throat infection and we barely managed to get him to sleep. We had a crying baby for rest of the night because someone from an external laundry service that i paid $12 had mixed up some other customer’s socks!!! Are you kidding me? Again!! All we got was a Sorry!

Замечательный персонал сделал этот превосходный отель идеальным местом для отдыха. Отличное расположение. Разнообразный завтрак "шведский стол" с блюдами многих культур. Просторный номер. Тихий бассейн. Послеобеденный чай был приятным бонусом. Но отзывчивость и гостеприимство всего персонала, особенно официантов в зале для завтраков, сделали этот отпуск превосходным.

Two pools , beach front location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Hugh breakfast selection with a lot of vegetarian options clearly marked.Spacious lobby area, very clean and well kept garden plants and surroundings. Our room had a seating area and bedroom with large bathroom with bath and separate shower area. The room was spacious and good views of the front beach area. All staff are approachable and friendly.Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Value for money

Friendly staff capable of communicating well in english, location near the beach and easy to walk around, hotel and room clean and very beautiful and comfortable. Food is good and variable type.. sea restaurant and sonata fine dining very nice and comfortable.. very security place to stay.

Моя семья и я много путешествовали за последние пятьдесят лет, и что отличает хороший опыт от плохого, так это привлечение подходящего персонала для работы с владельцами/менеджментом над созданием среды, которая способствует комфорту, безопасности, здоровью и счастью, когда путешественник отсутствует. из своих домов и таким образом достигли впечатляющего уровня. Особая благодарность выражается г-же Джой, которая вышла за рамки своих обычных обязанностей и позаботилась о том, чтобы каждая деталь была учтена профессионально и эффективно даже во время ее выходных.
Комнаты были исключительными, а постельное белье было просто фантастическим, что давало нам всем возможность прекрасно выспаться, когда это необходимо. Обслуживание номеров было очень эффективным и всегда с улыбкой.
Все рестораны и лаундж-услуги соответствовали всем ожиданиям от пятизвездочного отеля, и опять же, персонал был исключительным и всегда с улыбкой.
Были некоторые очень мелкие проблемы, но не стоящие подробно останавливаться на них, поскольку они были исправлены чрезвычайно умело, что совершенно не помешало нам.
Мы еще раз благодарим команду DLG, «особенно г-жу Джой», за все их невероятные усилия и помощь в том, чтобы сделать поездку в Дананг незабываемой.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. The room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety.

I didn't think the room would be this much good before check in..but it was wrong after checked in. It was WOW.... ... The welcoming treatment for the honeymoon couples was excellence .Room service was also a perfect .

Очень хороший отель для знакомства с Данангом и другими достопримечательностями вокруг него (Сон Тра, холмы Бана, Хойан...)
Завтрак был вкусным и менялся изо дня в день.
Персонал был очень добрым и всегда готов помочь.
Комната была великолепна, с потрясающей ванной.
Единственный отрицательный момент: спа-центр находился на ремонте, поэтому нам он не понравился.

Das Hotel ist bequem, in perfekter Lage am sehr nahen Sandstrand mit vielen guten Fischrestaurants. Fr+hstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Zu loben ist der Freundlichkeit sowie der persönliche Einsatz von Hang (Hong?) Auch das kostenlose Nachmittagsbuffet war nicht schlecht. Das Hotel organisierte auch - nach etwas Nachdruck - ein Blumehbouquet zum Weltfrauentag für meine Partnerin.
Das Hotel sollte sich Gedanken über einen sicheren Übergang über die Strasse zum sehr nahen Strand zu machen. Die Überquerung der Strasse war, um es überspitzt zu formulieren, fast lebensgefährlich. Warum nicht eine Überführung? Wäre keine schlechte Idee. Oder?

The location was fantastic. I enjoyed the gym and swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was extensive.

Этот отель великолепен во многих категориях, персонал великолепен с того момента, как нас встретили на улице, и до дня нашего отъезда. Наш номер был большим и чистым, а открытые бассейны были освежающими. Пляж через дорогу, длинный и чистый. В отеле есть место снаружи, где можно ополоснуться перед возвращением внутрь. Поблизости также много хороших ресторанов, наш любимый ресторан Emo, расположенный за отелем. Мы определенно рекомендуем остановиться здесь.

Fabulous location to explore Da Nang. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Showers had good water pressure and quality toiletries. Best feature was the wonderful breakfast buffet. Both western and Vietnamese options to choose from. Great way to sample foods that are new to you. Both an egg station and a Pho soup station. We also enjoyed afternoon tea and the two swimming pools.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Man ist in einer Minute am Strand. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, die Lobby sehr schick mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal spricht sehr gutes Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit, Anfragen werden in windeseile umgesetzt.
Es war nahezu perfekt. Das Personal war extrem professionell, mit mehr Herzlichkeit und Wärme hätte ich mich noch wohler gefühlt.

The hotel is in the Heart of the City within walking distance of everything from Ho Chi Min Musoleum, the West Lake, Hoan Kiem, the Train Street, numerous cafes and shopping areas and everything else. There is even a super market, hair dresser and restaurants in the same building just behind the reception.

The fact that a four bedroom family room has two separate individual rooms with a living room, a small kitchen area, and two full bathrooms. It's like an apartment style room, we loved it! The afternoon tea were available everyday and our kids were very happy with that as well.
Minor issue since I know this is quite an old hotel but seems like it has been reinnovated. The floors creaked a bit when we walked but not to an extend it effected our overall stay.

They have two options of swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is the best part, right in the heart of Son Tra district. Dragon Bridge, SonTra night market and other shopping / food areas are a short walk away.
They have a breath taking view of the beach which is amazing. The food at the cafeteria is good too, lots of options at the buffet to choose from.

Um zu starten, die Angestellten waren super freundlich und hilfreich.
Das Hotel liegt 1min vom Strand entfernt, der kilometerweit ist mit feinen Sand, einfach grossartig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und haben alles, was man/ Frau braucht.
Und um es abzurunden, das Frühstück ist unglaublich. Ich kann mich kaum erinnern, in einem Hotel gewesen zu sein, das so viel Essen hatte.
Wir hatten die beste Zeit und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

To nie serwis na 5*. Fatalne wysokie poduszki, nawet w 3* hotelach są dwie - niska i wysoka - do wyboru. Tutaj nie dało się spać. Okna przepuszczają dźwięki ulicy. Hotel pomimo braku gości nie oferuje późnego wymeldowania i dolicza za to dodatkową opłatę. Fatalna obsługa na śniadaniu, kręci się dookoła siebie; gadają, rozmawiają, jakby byli na pokerze - a w ogóle nie zwracają uwagi na gości. Z brudnymi talerzami siedziałam ponad 40min, nikt ich nie wziął aż sama odniosłam - a na sali było więcej kelnerów niż gości. Bufet słodki bardzo słabej jakości, same gotowe marketowe ciasta; najgorsza kawa jaką piłam, brak wyciskanych soków. Wszystko zdecydowanie poniżej 5*. A najgorzej zachowuje się obsługa na śniadaniu. Nawet nie wymagam żeby ktoś podszedł i zaproponował kawę (jak to robią w hotelach 5*), ale sama musiałam odnosić brudne talerze bo liczni kelnerzy zupełnie ignorowali gości i jedynie sobą byli zajęci.

Water was not hot, whenever you want to take a shower, you have to leave water ruining for 10 minutes. Such a waste of water. Breakfast was okay but not great, they have an espresso machine but you have to pay for a lotte if you want a lotte, that is not the same compare with the same hotels near by.

Perfect Location, very peaceful nights sleep comfortable beds. Absolutely loved the sea view and the sounds of the ocean. So relaxing.
Didn't get to try the pools due to the weather during our stay but they both looked amazing.
Great selections available at breakfast.
This was a perfect place to base ourselves during our visit to DaNang

The hotel was one of the best I've had the privilege of staying at. From my first contact with customer liaison, I requested rooms near each other, to arrival, greeting drink, a blessing when you have been travelling. A birthday cake organised by the staff for my niece, the hotel and all the staff are amazing. The accommodation was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The breakfast catered for all tastes, I have to mention the pancakes as we ate copious amounts. Particular shout out to Joy the liason officer, Thank you for all your help. To the ladies in the bar we ate there a couple of evenings, always friendly and helpful. Last shout out to the young front of house team, whose recommendations for eating out and "must sees" were thoughtful and on point. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Номера в DLG очень просторные и красивые, есть тренажерный зал со всеми удобствами, услуги прачечной. Вьетнамский кофе в ресторане очень хороший. Персонал всегда улыбается и дружелюбен. Спасибо отелю DLg, я вернусь с другом и семьей.

Der Service im Hotel war einzigartig gut. Auch deutsche Gäste bekommen zum Frühstück eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wurst und Käse sind in reicher Auswahl auf dem Buffet. Unser Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen in der Exekutivsuit war ein tolles Erlebnis. Vom Grandmenager bis zum Zimmermädchen alles topp.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest znakomita jedyne czego brakuje to bezpiecznego przejścia na plażę. Pokoje przestronne, czyste z widokiem na morze. Baseny ze słodką bez chloru. Śniadania obfite ale raczej dedykowane Brytyjczykom i Azjatom. Лучший опыт в первый раз в Дананге. Нам достался вид на океан на 9 этаже. Я очень доволен услугами этого отеля. Комната была чистой и просторной. Персонал был дружелюбным и услужливым. Они поддержали меня при раннем заселении, особенно Сару, Люси и Дуйен. Мы прекрасно проводим время здесь

What a fabulous Hotel, we extended our stay here, and it felt like home to us. Every request met with kindness and friendly attitude, a happy manner by all. Every need was met. Outstanding service. A very safe hotel to stay. Close to everything. Assistance with cars and tours is very easy and helpful. Prices are fair and reasonable. Staff predicted our needs and knew who we were in every moment and catered accordingly. Thank you. we will definitely return with our extended family in the future. By far, our best stay in Vietnam. Stay at this hotel you won't regret it!

The view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast spread was good as well.
Part of the children swimming pool is under maintenance and I find the edges of the steps in the pool rather sharp. The light switches are sensor and can be sensitive to touch.

Cama grande e confortável. Quartos limpos. Café da manhã com opções ocidentais muito boas (difícil encontrar um hotel na Asia que tenha variedade ocidental também). Comida do restaurante muito boa também.

Brilliant location looking out over the beach, with so much to do in close proximity. They have a great book inside the room that gives you options to visit with the distance and time it would take to get there which was incredibly helpful. Hoi An was also only a 30 minute taxi ride away which was a great visit for a day (it’s much more touristy where Da Nang is more peaceful).

Отображаемый 5-звездочный рейтинг устарел. Вероятно, это был 5-звездочный отель, когда на этой дороге больше ничего не было, но многочисленные объекты недвижимости, появляющиеся вверх и вниз по пляжу, приятнее. Я останавливался в одном из новых, но думал, что этот будет лучше, но ошибся.
За стойкой стоит много сотрудников, которые ничего не делают, и очень мало сотрудников помогают гостям возле двери.
Кондиционер в лифте и коридоре, похоже, не работает должным образом, поэтому в этих помещениях неприятно жарко. У нас были забронированы два люкса на 5 взрослых, и персонал решил предоставить нам номера в противоположных концах отеля. Один со стороны пляжа, другой со стороны города. В первую ночь в комнате на городской стороне отключился кондиционер, поэтому постепенно стало теплее до такой степени, что стало некомфортно. В другой комнате не работал свет. Они включались на несколько секунд, а затем выключались. Весь свет в обеих спальнях, обеих ванных комнатах, гостиной и кухне. Мы не заметили этого, пока не вернулись с ужина, поэтому нам пришлось принять душ и подготовиться ко сну с включенным мобильным телефоном и / или пойти в другую комнату на другой стороне отеля.
На следующий день прислали инженера починить освещение. Он никогда полностью не чинил свет. Завтрак был худшим за нашу двухнедельную поездку. Супы были пресными, фруктовый сок разбавлен водой, хлеб и выпечка выглядели и имели вкус вчерашних остатков, горячая еда выглядела старой, «местные» продукты не выглядели настоящими, а кофе было невозможно пить.
Плюсы: Расположение отличное. прямо напротив пляжа, рядом рестораны и магазины, до других туристических мест легко добраться на такси или такси.
Я попросил частичный возврат средств. Одна ночь в одном номере, что, по моему мнению, было справедливым (мы забронировали два люкса на две ночи каждый). Они отклонили эту просьбу. Они предложили трансфер до аэропорта после того, как я уже заплатил за него, и обед в их ресторане, зная, что у нас ранний рейс. Отличный опыт, красивый вид. Должен остаться. Очень близко к местному рынку. Я останавливался здесь на 2 дня, лучше всего подходит для тех, кто путешествует в одиночку или с группой. Персонал очень отзывчивый, рекомендую всем, кто посещает Нанг.

Гостиница недалеко от центра города, что удобно для моей работы. Номер имеет красивый вид на море. Спальня украшена деревом и желтым светом, поэтому в ней довольно тепло и уютно. Отель DLG удобно расположен на берегу моря. У меня был прекрасный вид из моей комнаты, и я мог каждый день выбирать между двумя бассейнами или плавать в море. Большой!
Персонал очень дружелюбный и сделает все возможное, чтобы помочь. Ожидайте забавных недоразумений, если вы говорите по-английски и не говорите по-вьетнамски, но ничего, что нельзя было бы решить с помощью жестов, Google Translate, улыбок и терпения :)
Еще одним важным моментом был завтрак "шведский стол". Богатый выбор и красиво приготовленный.

Именно то, что я ожидал от отеля. Очень хороший завтрак с азиатскими и европейскими блюдами, десертами, все блюда пополняют до самого конца завтрака. Лучше приходить ближе к концу завтрака, за час-полтора до конца, так как в самый разгар в ресторане полная посадка туристов, которые потом едут на экскурсии. Кстати, несмотря на большую загруженность отеля, с другими постояльцами мы почти не пересекались, в отеле было тихо, и мы были удивлены, когда увидели сколько народу на завтраке. Несмотря на то, что отель находится на первой линии перед морем и дорогой, в отеле очень тихо, так как перед отелем есть парковая зона. В отеле 2 бассейна. Отель идеально подходит для романтического путешествия. Вид на море просто отличный! Рядом в пешей доступности находятся очень хорошие рестораны и бары. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Это, конечно, не 5*, но и стоимость в 3-4 раза ниже, чем у «настоящих пятёрок» в городе. Персонал приветливый, говорит по-английски. Особенно хочется поблагодарить M Hieu, Duong Giam, Anh и Ha за их помощь и содействие во время проживания.

Отель расположен прямо напротив пляжа. Вид из всех номеров феноменальный.
Размер комнаты также был приличным.
Не хватает -
1 . Почти нет англоговорящего персонала в отеле
2 . Персонал не приветливый, мы запросили ранний заезд. Хотя номера были свободны, в заселении отказали.
3 . Отель не подходит для детей
4 . Распространение завтрака чисто вьетнамское. Даже варианты английского завтрака были почти незначительными.

Мы посетили в межсезонье, я думаю, так как в отеле не было слишком много людей.
Персонал вежливый и приятный, номер чистый, кровать более чем удобная. Большой выбор на завтрак, хотя для европейских гостей не было сыра.
Мы жили в представительском люксе. Довольно просторный, с большой ванной комнатой и видом на прекрасный пляж.
Вы можете видеть, что окруженная территория все еще восстанавливается после ковида. Много залежей и недостроенных отелей или пустующих.

Очень дружелюбный услужливый сервис; хорошие удобства и очень близко к пляжу. Бассейн на крыше отличный с видом на океан. Старомодный роскошный отель. Завтрак "шведский стол" немного ограничен, но расположение отличное, а цены очень разумные. Персонал невероятно услужливый и добрый.

Мы останавливались в DLG Resort на одну неделю 22 июля 2022 года. Номер был повышен до представительского люкса, из которого открывался потрясающий вид на весь пляж. Мы прекрасно провели время в DLG. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Они позаботились обо всех наших проблемах, особенно о еде, поскольку мы вегетарианцы. HOtel переполнен, но мы получили номер с хорошим видом во время регистрации от офис-менеджера.

Номер был аккуратным и очень чистым, с полным оснащением пятизвездочного отеля.
Вид на море и горы для каждой отдельной комнаты очень приятен для восхода и заката солнца.
Весь персонал был очень любезен и любезен, чтобы держать наши вещи конвенции (много больших коробок). Мы провели здесь 6 дней со своей семьей, мы были в семейном трехместном номере с видом на море, из которого открывался потрясающий вид. Открытый бассейн очень большой и имеет потрясающий вид. Обслуживание клиентов исключительное, и персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда ищет помощи (г-н Трунг, менеджер фронт-офиса был дружелюбным и дал нам отличные советы о том, что нужно сделать). Я останавливался здесь на несколько ночей и встретился с менеджером Трунгом Хоангом (мистером Т), который очень помог мне и был очень приветлив с отличным владением английским языком.
Я использовал тренажерный зал и был рад видеть все современное оборудование в чистом окружении с потрясающим видом и хорошей звуковой системой для моих тренировок.
Бассейн - отличное место, чтобы расслабиться и поплавать.
У завтрака "шведский стол" был действительно хороший выбор блюд, и они подают действительно хороший кофе.
Расположение отеля очень близко к пляжу и множеству ресторанов / баров с легким доступом к другим местам.
Я определенно вернусь сюда.

Останавливались на две недели назад на ночь. Внешний дизайн не особенно выделялся и не был таким красивым, как окружающие отели, но просторный дизайн и гостеприимство внутри определенно восполняли его. А у «секретного пула» наверху нереальный вид. По моему мнению, по соотношению цена / качество это, пожалуй, лучший пляжный отель на полосе! С нетерпением жду, чтобы вернуться в мой следующий визит. Отель DLG расположен в непосредственной близости от пляжа с великолепным видом. Персонал там очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Особенно мистер Т Хоанг. Отличный отель в отличном месте. Прямо на пляже и в нескольких минутах ходьбы от многих ресторанов. За всем местом очень хорошо заботятся, и есть много персонала, если у вас есть какие-либо пожелания. Это определенно стоит остановиться, когда в Нанг. 4-звездочный отель DLG расположен рядом с пляжем, большинство номеров имеют вид на море. Wi-Fi был медленным и регулярно отключался. в коридоре не было кондиционера, что было удивительно. Вариантов Brerakfast много, но они ограничены для индийского путешественника.

Отличный отель в отличном месте. Прямо на пляже и в нескольких минутах ходьбы от многих ресторанов. Бассейн прекрасный и есть хороший тренажерный зал. Кровати очень удобные, в номерах есть все необходимые удобства. Они могут организовать автомобиль для Ba Na Hills по хорошей цене по сравнению с частными автомобильными компаниями, и наш водитель г-н Хунг был исключительным. Персонал - милые Чу, Мистер Хиеу и Мистер Ле на стойке регистрации, а также все сотрудники портье / консьержа были невероятно вежливы и предупредительны. Завтрак был хорошим, если вы вегетарианец. 3 вида салата - креветки, курица и говядина! Все блюда из лапши имели мясо. Даже в овощном жареном рисе было яйцо. Отличное место для отдыха, и мы вернемся, если когда-нибудь в Нанг.

Этот новый отель в самом центре Нанга был доволен! Номер был удобен, роскошный и имел все удобства, которые вы ожидаете от отеля 5 *. Использование бассейнов было отличным также с очень дружелюбным, внимательным персоналом на борту, чтобы помочь вам со всеми вашими потребностями. Ничего не было слишком много неприятностей! Один из менеджеров Trung был исключительным хозяином, рекомендующим местные рестораны и бары для нас посетить!
Ну стоит дополнительных денег за немного роскоши!

Я остался здесь только 1 ночь. Но персонал меня удивляет их служением.
Быстрая регистрация на стойке регистрации, а также хорошая рекомендация в лобби, особенно благодаря Tue, он дал мне много хорошего в отеле.
