Staff was very attentive and nice.
The refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough. But that was the case in all of the hotels I stayed in in Vietnam.

The variety of breakfast is exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect and central.

It’s not the Four Seasons, but comfortable, clean, convenient and breakfast was the bomb.
Replaced towels, hangers. Fix the floor in the shower, water does not drain as it should. It drains out of the shower.

Location, room size and staff were excellent.
We were on the street side and at night could hear what was going on outside. Wasn’t the most sound proof. Also the curtains don’t fully block out the light so the room is never completely dark. The breakfast quality can be improved. It seems that the food sits out for a long time, fruit wasn’t always replenished timely, and the bread was stale.

It was extremely beautiful and an upscale vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful as well. I loved that they had a welcome drink. This is located very close to the beach and around a lot of food options within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Cicilia Hotels & Spa Danang from 5 to 9 September 2026. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were kind and friendly, and many aspects of our stay were satisfactory. However, several issues with communication, room maintenance and the handling of our departure significantly affected our experience.
Communication and booking process Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel by email, through the contact form on its website and via Booking.com messages. Unfortunately, I received no response through any of these channels. There was also an issue concerning the credit card used for the reservation. The hotel indicated that it intended to cancel my room because the card was in my wife’s name rather than mine. In my experience, this is not a reason to cancel a reservation, particularly when the outstanding balance can be settled directly at the hotel. Booking.com also considered the handling of this matter unusual and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend reviewing this process and offering guests a reasonable opportunity to resolve payment or cardholder discrepancies before considering cancellation. Room 507 and bathroom maintenance Room 507 had an unpleasant smell on the right-hand side of the bed, although I could not identify its source. There was also an unusual smell in the bathroom. The shower drainage was another concern. Water did not drain properly, resulting in standing water after showering. The drain should be inspected and cleaned regularly to prevent this issue. In addition, there was no shower curtain or other adequate protection to prevent water from spreading into the bathroom. I would recommend reviewing both the drainage and the shower design. Check-out and departure At approximately 9:30 a.m., I wanted to begin the check-out process for rooms 507 and 512. I was informed that this could only be done once everyone had left the rooms. My wife and daughter were still packing, but I offered to allow staff to enter and inspect the rooms and minibar in the meantime. This would have allowed the necessary checks to be completed without delaying our departure. Instead, the process was not started until all guests were in the lobby. This resulted in unnecessary waiting and further delays with minibar charges and payment processing.

Mainly is close to the beach and staff are super friendly
Maybe the room is a little too small for 2 guests as we chose the twin single and there was barely any room to move around or store luggages if you have more than 1 suit case

The hotel itself was great, beautiful design from the outside and rooms were great. The pools were also wonderful. The staff were exceptional.
The location was unreal, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, everything you need is nearby.
The breakfast was a great selection, however the keeping of things like sausage and bacon wasn't always the best. Also the cool drink tower was filled first and iced up after filled, which meant the drink was hot or warm at the bottom. You should always place ice in the drink tower before filling.

sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, top Lage nicht weit weg vom Strand. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Top Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen 👍

Great location and staff were very friendly and nice. Facilities were great, pool and gym were good.
We were on the 12th floor and could hear the banh bao guy on the street. But it was alright. Just can be a bit noisy on weekends from bars downstairs but they usually stop at 10pm/10.30pm.

We hadden 2 kamers, de junior suite was prima maar de tweepersoonskamer was krap. Dus eigenlijk is een junior suite het minimum om niet gergerd te raken van je kamer.
De matrassen zijn toe aan een update. De kamers waarin je in een badkuip moet staan zonder douchegordijn zijn absoluut geen aanrader. Geen haakjes om wat dan ook ergens even op te hangen( ook niet in de junior suite). Na aangeven aan Cindy werden klachten wel serieus opgepakt.

The lifts are very slow. The condition of the property doesn’t feel safe. You can hear things shaking in the wind and it feels like the building moves as well. Cindy the manager would message everyday asking how things were and when we replied that we were woken to a fire in the building next door as we could see the fire from our window and heard people screaming etc. there was no reply. We evacuated because we were 18 stories high and it Seems pointless if you’re going to message us everyday but not actually acknowledge what we say, what’s the point on checking in with us.

The service from the staff was absolutely excellent. If we required any fresh towels or any needs in our room, they were there in a few minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I ABSOLUTELY loved EVERYTHING about this hotel/property the location was great, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and just made us feel like family home away from home. I have to say a VERY SPECIAL Thank You to Mia for making my birthday arrival so special with a happy cake also Lucy at the front desk she is such a warm and friendly young lady. I DEFINITELY WILL be back year after year.

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo letto comodissimo extra large bagno con vasca e ampia doccia più set cortesia. Colazione top.
Le camere con sea view sono sulla strada e fino alle 2 di notte si sente venditore di bao veramente insoportabile e fastidioso poi inizia musica . Diciamo non sono ben insonorizzate.

The staff, especially Cindy, made us feel very welcomed. They even surprised me with a birthday cake during the stay. The hotel was very well located and the room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Tolles, grosses Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Nette Pools. Das Frühstück war OK.
Das Zimmer war um 14.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsbereit und beim Chevk-in war es sehr hektisch, weil sehr viel los war. Das Personal hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und uns einen Früchteteller spendiert.

This hotel is amazing value for money. Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beachfront. The hotel itself is beautiful and my room was gorgeous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great, room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable, staff did just enough to tick the ‘I was polite’ box. Breakfast was reasonably good.
The street noise! Such a noisy place and the sound came straight into the room and kept us awake for hours, hardly slept for two nights.

Great location right next to beach and all food and amenities
They left us notes for a missing hand towel and asked us about a missing teaspoon (1 tiny spoon!) during checkout. This is after paying around 1000 usd for 4 nights. It was really odd that the manager would ask about it when we aren’t counting the number of spoons and towels in the room when checking in. Breakfast was good spread but most items and cutlery wasn’t replcaced quickly and things often ran out.

The location is close to the beach and restaurants.
We stayed in a twin room with a nice view of the city and glimpse of the beach.
The room was well appointed if a little compact and the bathroom and shower was very small. We had everything we needed but it would have been nice to have more space. We stayed in high season and the hotel was very busy mainly with families. The breakfast buffet was good but also very busy and chaotic. The 2 swimming pools were always busy and there are only a couple of sunbeds whch are always occupied. We enjoyed our stay at the Cicilia and its a good hotel in a good location. However as mature age travellers we found it to be too busy and noisy for our liking.

Location was superb, excellent size rooms, very clean hotel, excellent staff, especially Hong Nhung, she was very welcoming and her service was excellent as was Tina’s too.
Cindy reception supervisor was also very pleasant, who we met on checkout, she was very kind and organised us transport to the airport, which was very much appreciated
Sky Bar isn’t equipped as a bar, when ordering drinks they came from the bar down stairs and you had to wait and they started to melt by the time they were delivered to the pool area. It would also be good to able to enjoy the view and order a drink upstairs so it would be cold. When the property had lots of people staying the breakfast area got a bit congested and there was no plates, bowls or glasses we had to ask for them.

Zwischen Hotel und Meer befindet sich eine Baustelle. Nicht nur, dass es dadurch keinen Meerblick mehr gibt, es herrscht auch von früh bis spät Baulärm. Uns wurde dann angeboten nach einer Nacht vom 8. in den 16. Stock zu wechseln, um wenigstens den gebuchten Meerblick zu haben. In wenigen Wochen wird es den auch nicht mehr geben. Trotzdem werden weiterhin Zimmer mit Meerblick verkauft. Selbst im 16. Stock hört man noch den Straßenlärm. Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt. Guten Kaffee gab es beim Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis von der Bar.

Außergewöhnlichr Service, super freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir sind rundherum zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und perfekt! Mein besonderer Dank auch an das super freundliche Personal beim Frühstück. Es war außergewöhnlich: jeden Tag wurden wir befragt, ob es Wünsche gibt und wie wir zufrieden sind. Wir haben Nhung und Tina in unser Herz geschlossen und sogar ein Abschiedsfoto gemacht. Auch das Personal am Desk war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Nel settore della colazione si presentava con un vasto assortimento di cibo. Personale molto disponibile ed anche veloci nel pulire i tavoli.

The location is perfect, the facilities are nice (we had a deluxe room though), which was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly since the start. They have a very nice spa, with reasonable prices. The breakfast was varied enough.

Loved Cecila Hotel - the staff were super friendly, room was large and spacious, breakfast was great. Location is also great as it's a 1min walk to the beach! Definitely recommend if you're visiting Da Nang.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! They are welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is fantastic too. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We loved the location. It is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach.
Unfortunately our rooms had a constant damp smell and the shower leaked all through the bathroom floor area.

Fantastic hotel, loved the rooftop pool & views! So nice having a drinking looking over the city & beach. Our son had his birthday while we were there & we were surprised by room service with a birthday cake slice. Extremely thoughtful. Great variety for breakfast! Would definitely stay again

Bardzo duży wybór jedzenia, od kuchni europejskiej po miejscowe dania i owoce. Pokoje duże, przestronne. Blisko plaży, kilka minut piechotą. Dodatkowo dwa baseny w hotelu, jeden na dachu.

Fantastic hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very friendly the coffee shop did one of the best coconut coffees I had in Danang. The rooftop pool was also very nice to spend the morning relaxing. The room was amazing, the views and the comfy bed, also fantastic location right by the beach.

Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Morning buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Location is only 3 minutes walk to the beach.
The interior is a bit outdated and weird shower setup with wood floor. They were renovating the first floor bar so it’s a bit noisy too. But I think they are upgrading their facilities so hopefully it will be better next time!

In the perfect location, one street back from the beach and right in the middle of all the action. The staff were amazing. Soooo friendly and accomodating.

We stayed in the penthouse, which was a great size, with a balcony. The buffet breakfast had excellent options, and staff were always friendly and helpful. The two pools were great and never busy.

Can't fault anything. Staff were genuinely welcoming and caring. Cindy at the front desk was very helpful. Food was great. Location right across from the beach and so many restaurants and food options within easy walking distance. We stayed 6 nights in a Penthouse room which was huge. Highly recommend.

Staff were absolutely amazing - special shout out to Tina in the breakfast restaurant, she was so friendly, and our kids loved her.
Penthouse is stunning - definitely a nicer option than the 2-bed apartments.

Sehr nettes Personal, besonders Lily von der Rezeption hat unser Zimmertausch möglich gemacht. Frühstücksbüffet mit frischer Obstauswahl.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs especially Tina and Cynthia (or Cindy, I can’t quite recall her name). The location was also excellent, being close to the beach, nail salons, restaurants, shops and everything you might need.
1. The soundproofing inside the room could be improved. We were able to hear conversations and even the slightest noises from the hallway, which made it difficult to fully relax. It also explains the signage in the hallway requesting guests to keep quiet. 2. When we walked in to the room (after coming back from our all day tour), there was a noticeable cigarette smell. As non-smokers, we found this quite unpleasant and are unsure how the smell lingered in the room. 3. The shower setup could be improved. As shown in the photo, water tends to splash outside the tub during use, which leaves the bathroom floor quite wet. As a result, we had to request extra towels and bath mats to manage the water, which was a bit inconvenient.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Far exceeded our expectations, given it was relatively cheap. Close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and anything else you need, we walked everywhere. Breakfast had good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent for the beach access and local eateries. The breakfast has a huge selection and all very tasty. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and clean. There are good views of the ocean from the rooftop and you can get a drink up there, however it has to come from the ground floor, there is no working bar up at the rooftop. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our twin room had very limited space, only one person could get through at a time. You can smoke at the rooftop or out at the front of the hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly.
The staff seemed to be counting how many alcoholic drinks we had at the rooftop bar since I was approached the following morning by a staff member (not the bar service member) finding it amusing that I had consumed 12 beers .... untrue, we had 6 beers each. I don't enjoy being micro-managed at age 62 ! Needless to say, we found somewhere else to go to have our holiday beverages.

I like their customer service 100%.. Special thanks to Tina who always greeted us there every morning at the buffet area and make sure we had a great time staying at Cicilia.. Though we only had limited time staying in their hotel, they make sure they meet our expectations.. And also, I really appreciate the surprise cake they made for my husband.. A classic city hotel in the seaside part of Da Nang. High-standard hotel services. Close to all attractions, restaurants, and a wonderful beach. We had a room on the 17th floor. Good views despite the construction site. Very good breakfast.

Our stay at Cicilia was absolutely amazing. It’s such a greatly managed hotel in all aspects. It’s a beautiful hotel,the pools are incredible and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The gym has what you need for a hotel stay. Breakfast is amazing,there is so much to choose from and it’s always fresh and nicely presented. The taste is also really good. Tuy from the egg station makes the best eggs ever and he was always so friendly.The cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10 the premises and the room were spotless. Its location is perfect,close to everything and 2 minutes away from the beach. But the most outstanding was the great staff of this hotel. They made us feel at home from the beginning and even upgraded our room because we stayed there for 3 weeks. Receptionists are great and breakfast staff was always there to welcome us with a smile. We felt right at home and we already miss everyone from there. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Central location within walking distance to beach, cafe and food. Stone bowl pho is a must try at their Restaurant, my teens loved it. Staff are nice, house keeping is attentive.
We had the family room, spacious for family of four. Breakfast tasty.
Our room face the beach, great views for the meantime as there is construction in front(they started at 7am which is presume that’s the permitted time)we were fine with it, sunrise approx 6am.. sun is beaming in.. Block out curtains would be GREAT!

On a pris la chambre familiale: on était deux couples d’amis et c’était parfait car une entrée commune mais deux chambres séparées l’une devant l’autre avec portes donc top.

Piscine intérieure pas chauffée .. dommage car le temps était mauvais. On a pas su profiter de l’infrastructure

I have stopped there before and on this occasion i only stopped one night so i can only comment on the brief stay, i am sure had i stayed longer and opted for a bigger room my scores would be higher

Tilava huone ja siisti huone. Molemmat altaat kivoja joskin aika viileä vesi :D virkisti ainakin. Auringonottotuoleja oli vain muutamat per allas. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Yhdenteentoista kerrokseen kuuluu kadun äänet, joten korvatulpat kannattaa mikäli olet herkkä uninen.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal! Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, für jeden was dabei. Gute Musik und Drinks an der Rooftopbar, tolle Aussicht. Wir durften die Hotelstrandtücher mit an den Strand nehmen, was echt toll war!

Our room was wonderful, although some spots were not as clean as expected. But we still had a wonderful time at the cicilia hotel. We had a daytrip to Hue, which we booked at the hotel as well. They have a rooftop bar with pool - the view to the beach is amazing.
Breakfast was big and had a broad variety. All staff members are friendly respectful and extremely welcoming, probably the reason why i would come back to this hotel again in future. Thank you so much!

A szállás elhelyezkedése nem is lehetne jobb,ha azt nézem,hogy a tengerpart egy lépésre.de minden más amire szükséged lehet a közelben megtalálható.Nagyon segítőkészek lényegében a programokat is velük szerveztük,de bármiben a segítségünkre voltak.A szállás a legjobb ár érték arányban van a környéken és a reggeli is megfelelő volt.

Hôtel à deux minutes à pied, de la plage, bien placé et personnel agréable. Chambre moderne bien que plus petite, sur notre réservation, elle était censée faire 28 m², et au final elle faisait à peine 20 m².
La piscine est ridiculement petite par rapport au nombre de chambres de l’hôtel, il n’y avait que quatre transats pour 200 chambres. Même constat pour la salle de sport toute petite. Il y a un bar Rooftop qui ne donne pas envie pas d’ambiance, pas de personnel…

It was central, near the beach
Our room was on 12th Floor we could see the ocean too and a good view
The bed was big and comfortable and the cleaners were good.
Communication from reception staff was the best we had in Vietnam nothing was too much trouble at all, we wanted extra pillows and coat hangers all arrived minutes after request
There was no decline in hotel standards due to Tet
The gym amd pool on floor 3 was generally quiet, 3 sun-beds there as well
The roof top pool was good, and great views over DaNang, but only 5 sun-beds and plenty of towels
Breakfast was very busy every day And the queue for the toaster was always manic, probably needs 3 toasters and definitely relocate it caused a bottle neck The choice of foods for all was good, egg station, bread, the normal selection

Lokalita perfektná. Raňajky boli chutné a dosť veľký výber.Izba s balkónom bola super. Veľmi pohodlné postele.Kúpeľňa tiež fajn,mali sme vaňu aj sprchový kút. A čo je hlavné, každý jeden zamestnanec hotela bol strašne milí a nápomocný.

Adjoining room/Family suite was excellent arrangement, recommended.
Window tint obscures view, takes away from the enjoyment of having a view room. Gym is in a bad state of repair. Buffet breakfast is very busy and congested, including tight seating. Construction opposite is noisy around 7am- 8pm, out of Cicilia's control, just noting. Lobby bathrooms poor condition, leaking.

The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic they cannot do enough to help you and make sure your staff is the best. Room was fabulous cleaned daily. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Breakfast was just beautiful everything was freshed and replenished frequently.

Die Lage ist einfach genial. Mitten in der für Touristen und Expats beliebten Gegend und nur 150 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt. Direkt an der berühmten Maia Beach Bar. Direkt gegenüber über ein Einkaufsmarkt und in der Umgebung unzählige, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Massagen Etc. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr aufmerksam und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es haben ausnahmslos alle ein großes Lob verdient. Und die Angestellten Frauen im Frühstücks Service habe ein großes Extrs Lob verdient. Auch am Eingang beim verlassen oder kommen wurde mir stets die Tür geöffnet wenn sie zu war.
Es gab auf dem Zimmer keine Ablagefläche. Also ich mit einer Dame vom Hotel per WhatsApp kontskt Aufnahme um vielleicht einen Tisch oder ähnliches zu bekommen den ich hätte unter den Fernseher hätte stellen können, bekam ich nicht mal eine Antwort. Obwohl ich extra kontaktiert wurde von der Dame dass sie mir helfen wolle, meinen 3 Wochen langen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wenn ich nur 3 Tage geblieben wäre, hätte ich die Dame gar nicht kontaktiert. Beim Frühstück Buffet hat mich gestört dass es nur Aufguss Café oder ähnliches gab, den ich als Café Trinker nicht trinken kann....Bei uns sagt man dazu Fusel. Um einen echten Café zu bekommen musste ich extra bezahlen. Und dann gab es einen Orangesaft, der nun gar nichts mitteilen Orangensaft zu tun hat. Das war reines Zuckerwasser mit ein wenig Aroma....einfach ungenießbar wenn man weis wie Orangensaft schmeckt. Ausserdem hat mir Speck gefehlt den ich gern zu den Eierspeisen gehabt hätte. Das Buffet ist auf asiatische Gäste zugeschnitten. Das habe auch vorher so erwartet, aber ich hätte niemals das Zimmer mit Frühstück bestellt, wenn ich den Café extra bezahlen muss. Das kam mir vor wie Abzocke. Für den Begriff möchtecich schon mal entschuldigen aber so kam ich mir vor. Anfangs habe noch jeden Tag zwei Tassen oder ein Tasse Café extra bestellt aber leider hatvder Café jeden Tag anders geschmeckt. Manchmal war im der ytasse nur die Menge eines Espressos und und manchmal war die Tasse fast ganz voll...ich habe dann keinen Café mehr extra bestellt. Trevlig personal alltid välkomnar med leende. Fin rum med balkong. Bra frukost. Parkering för scootrar i källaren. Nära till allt. Fin utsikt från pool högst upp.

Staff was efficient even though the number of customer in the hotel was packed, any issue or trouble to the room was immediately taken care of.
There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and the quality of food was pretty good.
The room has a lot of faulty such as "do not disturb" light not lit up, windows light did not light up, TV box being wonky and there was a power trip.

Great location and walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the beach.
The two pools were great.
Our room was perfect size for a travelling family.
The onsite spa was amazing.
Did have some issues with water pressure and hot water. The staff were only too happy to assist

Excellent property, walkable distance to beach. Rooms are neat and clean and very spacious. Staffs are very supportive and cooperative
WiFi is not that good. The signal strength is weak most of the time. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, may be they don’t have pressure pump.

W tym hotelu wszystko było na 5 gwiazdek! Zaczynając od dużego, przestronnego pokoju z ogromnym łóżkiem, dużą łazienką z wanną z przeszkleniem na pokój, czuliśmy się w nim na prawdę komfortowo.
Sam hotel jest bardzo ekskluzywny i bardzo czysty.
Na 19 piętrze znajduje się basen infinity, który jednak nie jest do końca infinity, i woda w nim niestety nie jest podgrzewana. Na 3 piętrze również znajduje się basen więc są 2 do wyboru.
Hotelowa restauracja serwuje bardzo dobre jedzenie a w szczególności ogromne wrażenie robi zupa pho podawana w kamiennej misce, którą przyrządza się samemu, coś wspaniałego.
No i śniadania- rewelacja! Jest tak ogromny wybór że nie wiadomo na co się zdecydować. Codziennie jest inna zupa, stacja z jajkami, mnóstwo dań azjatyckich i owoców. Takie śniadania moglibyśmy jeść codziennie.
No i obsługa- od recepcji, przez panie z housekeepingu po restauracje, wszyscy są niesamowicie mili, pomocni i życzliwi.
Z hotelowej restauracji można wykupić sobie transport oraz bilety do Bana Hills.
Warto też wspomnieć o lokalizacji- hotel znajduje się tuż przy niesamowitej plaży, a wokół hotelu jest mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji i salonów z masażem.
Gdy tylko będziemy mieli możliwość to na pewno wrócimy do tego właśnie hotelu.

Great view, such nice staff. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Rooftop was awesome, drinks were good and views incredible.
Room had a weird smell some of the times. Maybe a drainage thing ? Just needed to open a window.

The hotel was excellent. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We were given an upgrade and I am very grateful for that The hotel is very comfortable. Very clean! Vietnam is always loud there will always be construction going on. But, the rooms shut out the noise well. I used the spa which was really nice. Great location. Good breakfast. And I got a partial sea view which I did not expect. Get a massage here.

Really hearty breakfast & plenty of choices. Great location, lots of eateries, bars, supermarkets on the doorstep & only 100m to the beach + 2 swimming pools!
Our deluxe room was very large with a very comfy bed, the room was cleaned daily, always fresh towels & robes. It was spotless.
The hotel itself is also very clean. Lots of areas to sit & chill. It has a good coffee shop too.
The staff are fantastic & service excellent, always wanting to make your stay enjoyable, always with smiles. A special shout out to Nhung, Trieu & Tam who were super helpful to us
The rooftop bar & seating areas were lovely with great views of the ocean, the hotel needs to make more of this especially at night time when the city is all lit up.
We definitely recommend this hotel & we will be back again next year!
We had drinks at the rootop bar but they had to phone downstairs for them to be made which took a while for them to arrive. We stayed in low season so not too busy, but if the drinks were served like this in the high season I can't imagine the wait. However not a problem for us.

Great location , one block from beach. Good size rooms with comfortable bed. Lovely staff who arranged transport for us as leaving very early for airport.

Brilliant staff, All of them!! Great location. Central but just 100 metres from the beach. Great breakfast, large room with a large balcony.
A bit strange service on the rooftop swimming area. If you ordered something, they had to pick it up from downstairs. Service took too long time due to this. Either dont have service there, or have product up there. No shoehorn

We had a wonderful stay at the CICILIA Hotel in Da Nang. The rooms are very tidy and the hotel is very well maintained.
The entire hotel staff is always courteous and extremely friendly and helpful.
Special mention goes to Cindy and Ti, who always took care of our guests' needs.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel.
Sehr ausgestattet und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles was man braucht. Der Pool im obersten Stock war traumhaft. Es befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Allgemein liegt das Hotel in einer Toplage. Rundum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten an Essen, Shopping, Bars, etc.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und reichhaltig.
Das Hotel wurde stets äusserst sauber gehalten.
Ich war sehr gerne im Cicilia Hotel untergebracht und hoffe bald wieder hier zu sein.
Das Personal war durchgehend höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein, irgendwas verkaufen zu wollen wie Touren oder Ausflüge.

Place was worth every penny. Clean, elegant, and easy to navigate around. There are 2 pools. What made this hotel great, though, was the staff, especially Loucy. Check it out.

Amazing stay. Loucy helped us plan our travel to Bana hills, Hoi An and other places. Nice to be at Cicilia.

這次住15樓，景觀很美房間很大！早餐會有一些小變化但吃四天還是會有點小膩，走路五分鐘就可以到海邊很讚，飯店網路沒有密碼感覺不太安全所以我們沒有連過
3樓跟19樓都有泳池去泡泡水游泳蠻好的，cp值很高之後還會想入住
晚上會有賣東西的在那邊叫賣到凌晨有點吵，15樓還聽得一清二楚，建議睡眠的人要帶耳塞

Great staff. We stayed here because we knew Tiffany from her previous place of work and how she and all staff were very professional.
She was always there to advise and help us. What an asset she is to this hotel.
Great location and easy access to beach.

Whenever I complained about something, the management did the best way possible to correct the issue. And this is a virtue that I value the most. There was some mold smell in my first 2 rooms but they didn’t stop to offer me a room without this issue until I say “okay”. I want to thank dear Ivy for all of her support. She made my whole stay a lot better on her own. Her existence absolutely is an added value to the hotel. Also dear Nhung was amazing to make my breakfasts better. ❤️
I have asthma and they use chemical scents excessively, in my opinion. I told my opinion to them and I’m sure that they will consider it.

Great location in De Nang, block from the beach and plenty of restaurants/pubs/cafes/massage places within walking distance. Room was good size and good shower.
Did not like breakfast - lots of food, but not much you’d want to eat. Very busy at breakfast time and most people seemed to love breakfast with people eating huge amounts of food. As in most of Asia, they don’t let you into room till 2pm - I find this frustrating and know often the room is actually ready to be occupied before then. When you’ve had a tiring trip this can be very annoying.

Mình vừa kết thúc ngày nghỉ tại cicilia, chuyến đi dù có 2 mẹ con đến khá sớm và rất mệt nhưng có sự giúp đỡ nhiệt tình và rất dễ thương của hai bạn lễ tân Hà Và Tâm nên mẹ con mình được hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm hơn. Phòng rất sạch và thơm . Rất chuyên nghiệp! Mình se quay lại lần sau

Beautiful modern hotel that Is impeccably clean, great location and close to everything. Buffet Breakfast and smoothies are delightful. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Special mention to Lily who was an amazing help to my daughter when she accidentally left her iPad in the taxi and Lily went above and beyond in helping us get it back. Thank you so much for your compassion and understanding and cheering my daughter up, we will never forget your generosity!
Glass is not double glazed, so can be a little noisy to get to sleep at night but nothing some ear plugs can't fix.

Location was good, pool and gym facilities not bad. Room looked good. Staff were very nice and tried their best to help with issues.
The room shower was one of the worst I've ever experienced, it was broken and taped up when we arrived and we had to leave our room for hours to have it get fixed, the shower then smelt for the next few days. It had no door and water would splash all over the bathroom since the shower was so tiny and became a big slipping hazard, I would never recommend this room to anyone older or fragile. The bar fridge also didn't work, and neither did the bath. I also had to wait for both to be fixed or replaced and at this point can't believe they didn't just move me to another similar room. The new fridge was much older and smelt awful, and by the time my stay was finished it hadn't even cooled down the drinks inside of it. I won't be returning to this hotel in the future and can't recommend other people do based on my experience. The rooftop pool also needs it's windows cleaned desperately, can't see any of the views since they are so dirty.

Beach and fantastic cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fantastic staff, especially Nhung who went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay (thanks Nhung!).
The gym air conditioning was on ineffective and we found the door wedged open on most occasions in an attempt to cool the room. The exercise equipment did not match the photos on their website (a complete fabrication) or on Booking.Com.

At the time of final bill staff was asked me to pay for soap and bath tub shower gel. This was what I feel is cheating. In very small letter they mentioned the item is for sale and not explained me during check in time. It was first time in my travel somebody charged me for bath soap and tub shower gel. I feels it is cheating to get the money from foreign people. Second we were nine family members and luggage taking members are very rude. Not even taking the luggage from Vehicle to rooms and vis versa. Infact asking for money So overall very bad experience with Cicilia Hotel .

The staff at Cicilia are so warm and welcoming specific staff that are amazing - thaum thaum, nhong and Tiffany.
The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and it was great to be able to get some fresh air.
The breakfast had great options and was delicious.
I like that there are 2x pools so you have the option of which one to use. Sometimes the rooftop pool was very busy.
Excellent location close to so many great cafe, restaurants, massage etc.

The place is amazing value! It’s a beautiful building with comfortable spacious rooms. The 2 pools are great and I was able to use the gym each day with comfort as well.
Tiffany, nhung, thanh sec were all amazing and so helpful! Made it feel like a home.

Tôi ở 4 đêm tại Novotel, mọi thứ cũng tốt nhưng quá xa mọi thứ, hàng phải phải đi taxi và giá 9.200 ngàn, sau đo tôi book đi Hội An 3 ngày tại khách sạn Royal hotel với giá 8.200 ngàn cho 3 đêm, tôi vô cùng thất vọng về hotel này, phòng tối, ăn sáng dở, mọi thứ không sáng sủa mà giá quá cao, tôi thấy Hội An làm ăn không bằng Đà Nẵng, từ con người đến dịch vụ ăn uống, tôi đã quyết định bỏ 1 ngày ở Hội An để quay về ĐÀ NẮNG và vào ở hotel này, tôi rất rất bằng lòng với hotel vì vị trí trung tâm ngay bờ biển và mọi thứ xung quanh, giá phòng hotel chỉ bằng 40% của hai hotel trên nhưng phục vụ không hề thua kém Novotel, phòng ốc cũng sáng sủa và chủ yếu là vui vì vị trí tốt. Có dịp tôi sẽ trở lại ĐÀ NẴNG và sẽ chọ hotel này để ủng hộ. Chúc các bạn nhân viên luôn vui vẻ với công việc của mình, vui lòng khách đến vừa lòng khách đi, khách sẽ quay trở lại và luôn có thiện cảm với người ĐÀ NẮNG.

I got the duplex suite, which a massive let down, maybe.i should havee bone a bit more research but the condo/hotel room that was shown in the photos didn't feel like it matched the expectation especially considering it was more expensive then the other options, It didnt have any view just of the massage shops net door and building, the Frame work was quite poorly done and it wouldn't ever get dark enough in the room. cracks, holes, expose grouting and the contrast smelly of raid(cockroach spray) gave me a headache pretty much whenever I would enter the room. The breakfast is abundant but just not good.

It was in the middle of everything; 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and store all conveniently around us. The best location.
The “Penthouse Suite” was far below our expectations. Everything was half way done. Everything was staged for the pictures, but, it was not functional. First, the master suite didn’t have any dresser for clothes. We had to leave everything in the suitcase. Secondly, the “luxury” bathroom tub did not work…just running water. The ocean view from the suite was amazing. But the non functional room took away from that. Though Vivian was exceptionally helpful. Some of the staff members were just average .

Our room was amazing and the staff are so attentive. We loved our stay. The hotel is close to the beach and right in the heart of the action.
If you don't like noise at night you might want to choose a hotel out of the heart of the city. We were on 15th floor and still heard car horns and other noises all night. It didn't bother us thankfully.

Location perfect a few minutes to the beach, close to everything with restaurants, bars etc.
Duplex room is perfect when you are 3 family members together.
good space - but missing a closet - no room and space for clothes when you are 3 person in the room.
Prepare to live in a suitcase with your clothes.
Staff super friendly and with extraordinary good service - always with a smile - just amazing :-)
Breakfast buffet also very good with a lot of different food to choose - very good quality food!
We read other reviews where people said they could hear a lot of noise from the streets - we did not feel this noise from the streets - and we were on the 1st floor close to the streets. No problem for us.
POOL AREAS: When the hotel has 2 separate pool areas (On 3rd floor and 19th floor) - we would suggest that Cecilia hotel should change the top pool area which also has a roof top bar - to be a pool and roof top bar area for adults only!! To be honest, we only used the pool twice on our 12 days stay because of screaming children with extreme loud noise every day! So, we couldn`t use the pool area at all because of this unbearable noise from children! That was the most annoying subject for us - felt like a kindergarten at the pool areas...and we love to relax by a pool. If you are seeking some relax time by the pool at Cecilia - it is just NOT possible! BREAKFAST AREA: When having breakfast - the exact same problem: Extremely loud noise from screaming children running around in the hotel area where we had breakfast...maybe separate the dining areas with children area - and adults? PS...We love children - but this was really a huge chock for us - the DB levels were almost illegal! We all took a deep breath before entering the breakfast dining area - getting ready for the crazy decibel levels... For these 2 very annoying loud noise pollution - we will never come back to this hotel - which is a shame - because the rest of the hotel experience is almost perfect!

The service is really really pathetic. When you call the reception (phone number 0) from your room they never answer the call. You have to go down physically to talk to them which becomes a challenge when you are traveling with kids. House keeping (phone number 3456) also never answer the call. So if you want an extra towel you will have to leave your kids alone in the room go all the way down to the reception and then rush back up. If you’re staying on high floors such as the 12th floor, this is even more painful. House keeping also did a very poor job. During our entire stay they never changed the bed sheets and they didn’t even lay the bed. They just folded the top cover and kept it on the bed. Even the floors were not cleaned properly and it was full of dust. I’ve never seen such a poor level of house keeping. When we checked into room 1203 one king size bed didn’t even have a blanket and after my wife went all the way down to the reception physically late at night (as they never answer the call when you dial 0) and told them to give us a blanket the house keeping boy brought a single blanket for a king size bed and to repeat the whole process of going down to the reception all over again was too much of a hassle. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. You will be better off choosing some other hotel and don’t make the same mistake we did.

Location, room and facilities. The staff were excellent, with special mention of Tiffany, who was particularly helpful.
Not criticism, but suggestions. Rooms should have refrigerators, rather than coolers in the rooms as they are not cold enough. This is common in most hotels, but better lighting in the bathroom, particularly near the vanity mirror

The staff was kind and accommodating especially the supervisor named Nguyen Ha. Her service was exceptional and went above and beyond. Truly a nice place to stay here. There was laundry service just across the hotel. Supermarket and souvenir shops nearby. Great place. The view in our room was magnificent. Food and coffee was great too. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Cicilia Hotels & Spa Danang, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel offers a great view of the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. The suite I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and truly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully laid out for a premium experience. The location is also fantastic, with lots of amenities nearby and easy access to the city—just a quick Grab ride and you’re in the heart of Danang in no time. Definitely a top choice for both relaxation and convenience!
One small area for improvement was the breakfast area, which tends to get quite busy and crowded. It could benefit from a little more space or perhaps a rearrangement to make it easier to move around and find a seat. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the hotel still offers great value for its price. Highly recommended!

To sum up our whole experience with Cicilia, everything was perfect, from amenities, the location of the hotel is just few meters from MY KHE beach, ambience was great, breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices, hotel was also in the center of absolutely everything restaurants, supermarket, laundry shops etc. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Also, me & my partner would like to commend TINA, one of the hotels staff that was very charming, welcoming, polite, & friendly. She was truly a Gem/asset to the company, staff like her makes the stay even much better. We would love to come back again soon. Thank you!

Pobyt w Cicilia Hotels & Spa Da Nang był prawdziwą przyjemnością! Hotel ma rewelacyjne położenie – tuż przy plaży My Khe – i oferuje stylowe pokoje oraz szeroki wachlarz udogodnień. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje basen na 19. piętrze – przestronny, wygodny, z zapierającym dech widokiem na okolicę.
Tym, co jednak najbardziej zapadło mi w pamięć, była znakomita obsługa. Chciałbym wyróżnić Nhung i Minh Thu – dzięki nim mój pobyt nabrał wyjątkowego charakteru. Ich serdeczność, zaangażowanie i dbałość o detale były naprawdę imponujące. Zawsze uśmiechnięte i gotowe pomóc w każdej sytuacji, sprawiały, że czuliśmy się wyjątkowo i naprawdę mile widziani.

Excellent location..Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is very good indeed with plenty options to choose from. Polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Amenities and facilities are quite good and satisfactory.

Location was great..close to beach and food places.
The rooms were perfect, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of dishes to choose from.
Staff were wonderful, specially the dinning room staff. Friendly, welcoming and always helpful.

Location was great with shop across the road, restaurants and spas right on the street.
Great spread of breakfast buffet items.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is great value for money. Great location, very close to the beach, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room is just like the picture, bright and spacious, and you can see the sunrise from the terrace. The breakfast varies every day and tastes good. All the staff are warm and welcoming, with friendly smiles, making you feel at home.
The only problem is the shower area, which is not well designed and will make the floor full of water when taking a shower.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect location near the beach, spas and places to eat. Clean and well decorated hotel. Amazing and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was so amazing there was something for everyone. We also ordered food and drinks by the pool a few times and it was so yummy as well. I will be back! Thanks to all the staff 🙏

A really good choice for Da Nang. 3 minute walk to the beach, shops right across the road, tons of restaurants.. staff were really good and breakfast had a huge selection. The room was spotless and the bed super comfy.
Was a bit noisy from the busy street and the hallway, even on the 9th floor, plus there is no iron available at all (only pricey laundry service options), but these wouldn't stop us from booking again, it was great!! Really glad we chose it, thank you

Great location near to the beech, and a short taxi ride from the restaurants downtown by the river. Staff very friendly, and good range of options for breakfast. Our room was a Junior Suite, which had a lovely seating area to take a drink and watch the ocean waves.
Nothing significant. Rooftop pool and bar was closed for maintenance during our visit, but didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the hotel.

Big thanks to the staff at Cicilia for making our trip a pleasant stay. From the moment we booked to the morning we checked out, everything is smooth. Thanks Tina for checking on us every morning.
Room is clean and nice love the stone bath we got.
Location is nice with lots of shops/marts/cafes close by. 1 min to the beach. Plenty of food and beverages choices.

The hotel is walking distance to the beach and close to many convenience stores. The price included a buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The spa was conveniently located inside the hotel. Vivian looked after us during our stay - thank you for being a friendly face.

Nice room and great, big pools, probably some of the better and larger pools in the city. Good location although noisy. But that’s hard to escape in this area of Da Nang. Breakfast staff was lovely!
Hotel caters mostly to groups of indian tourists who are on those kinds of bus tours, nothing wrong with that per se but it creates a bit of a grouptour vibe. Having to wait like 30 minutes at check out for the staff to check the room was a bit unusual.

Nous avions réserver une grande chambre vue mer, qui était vraiment grande et très confortable, au 6è étage. Literie au top.
Hotel très bien situé : à 100 mètres de la plage, à 45min de Hoi An (ville magnifique, à visiter), à 10min des montagnes de marbre, à 10min du pont du dragon, en voiture.
Plein de restaurants autour de l'hôtel, qui est dans un quartier vraiment sympa.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend and honestly it exceeded my expectations. Really amazing service and super affordable price! We stayed for 3 nights, had free lovely breakfast, variety of food and drinks. We also got access to the gym as well as two swimming poools. It's huge, there are different spots where you can sit and enjoy the views with your family and friends.

The concierge at the front door, always smiling and saying hello
This is genuinely my first bad review on booking.com, never usually one to complain but this place chipped away at me one bit at a time. Firstly booking.com said there were 4x double rooms left, we arrived and were given the last twin room putting the beds together, never usually an issue. Room was supposed to be city view, was cornered in by 2x large buildings (next to a relentless rooftop karaoke bar would love to show you the video we took). The manager at reception shouted at her staff and you saw the young staff member crumble inside. Grim first impression. The floors and lifts were always wet with no warning signs, I even slipped in the gym. Lots of kids, never usually an issue but when they're splashing in the pools and parents do nothing its not ideal - not the hotels fault but was an everyday occurrence. There are 5x lifts in this building, to go to the spa, gym, pool or rooftop from our 7th floor room we had to get to reception to hop in another lift, again, not usually an issue but our room was opposite this lift and it bells twice whenever used and me and my partner are checked into our new hotel now and can still hear it haha. It rang all through the night and is only in this random 5th lift which we needed for our room at the back of the building. Wifi was so inconsistent. Location is good but even on 7th floor can hear nearby flats, street noise etc. Was told water in the room was free but they charged us 107,000 dong for 4x bottles which when I challenged to pay the facial expression of the male staff member on reception was such a strange one, made me feel like I was a school kid or something haha! Super broken English which isn't typical for Da Nang and the female staff member next to him gave off energy that they love catching people out on this one. Feel like a cry baby writing this lol but its a rundown 3-star at best. Room was decent but everything around it sucks.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale. La posizione è perfetta: centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Da Nang con Grab, oltre ad essere sul mare. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno il mare era mosso e freddo, ma la vista e la vicinanza alla spiaggia sono comunque un grande punto a favore. La colazione è stata molto variegata e ricca, con tante opzioni per tutti i gusti. Un’attenzione davvero apprezzata è stata la colazione a sacco preparata per il giorno della nostra partenza.
L’hotel dispone di due piscine carine, anche se un po’ fredde, e di una piccola palestra, utile per chi vuole mantenersi in forma durante il soggiorno. Un altro grande punto di forza è il personale: sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per ogni esigenza.

Bra frukost, väldigt varierad, dock mindre variaton av bröd och pålägg än i Europa.Bra läge, nära till allt. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Väldigt trevlig personal, Vicki i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam.
Gymet behöver uppdateras. Resturangmaten var ok, men räkna inte med samma standard på kött och fisk som i Europa,bäst att hålla sig till Vietnamesisk mat!

The receptionists Loucy, Vivian, Hien are wonderful. They make our stay very comfortable. We booked the junior suite, here the views are great.

Super good location giving the luxury vibe!
Loved the hotel supervisor Loucy, she helped us get in touch with the Car operator at much affordable.
The room was as spacious as shown in the picture, if you plan to stay on the ocean view suite then ask them for a higher elevation this

Great location and great ocean view room, thanks to miss Vivian for her help and the rest of the lovely staff.
As it was such a lovely view from our room it was unfortunate the windows were quite grubby impacting our view a little. Would be great if these were to be cleaned.

Stort rum med badkar och fint utsikt.

Poloho a čistota hotelu je naprosto perfektní. Střešní bazén je krásný, ale není orientován směrem na moře. Hotel je přímo v turistické části, obchody a restaurace jsou všude kolem. Pláž je cca 200m. Rozhodně doporučujeme, poměr cena kvalita je bezkonkurenční.
Ke snídani byl sice velký výběr, ale jednalo se převážně o asijskou kuchyni. Bohužel obsluha nestíhala doplňovat některé pokrmy. Drinky u bazénu byly dražší na místní poměry.

It was wonderful time to stay at this hotel., we had nice welcoming form the receptionist Mrs.Vivian she was so kind .. all house keeping all the staffs there are so kind too , the location of the hotel is pretty much good as there is many markets shops and resting and for sure near to the beach around 5 min walking only .. it was amazing

ビーチの近くの立地で、徒歩で行ける範囲に飲食店やカフェも多く便利だった。
部屋も比較的綺麗で快適に過ごせました。
3階？のプールが工事中で使えなかったのが残念だった。 あと少し排水管の匂いがあがってくる時があった。

I liked the view of the skybar and that there were two pools. It was very close to the beach and other amenities. And close to the airport.

我喜歡飯店頂樓的景色，尤其是晚上更是漂亮！
我不喜歡的是晚上要去頂樓酒吧電梯只能坐到17樓，然後必須走樓梯上到19樓，這樣如果在酒吧喝了酒，下樓時走樓梯可能會有危險！

Location- near the beach front, convenience stores, food, coffee shop, foot massages and even laundry
Staff- very accommodating esp Vivian and Quoc :)
Food- foods great! And has breakfast buffet too!

Понравилась большая ванна в комнате, вид из окна(если не смотреть прямо вниз под окнами) был хороший, на океан. Бассейны неплохие.
Надеялись отдохнуть тут в тишине и спокойствии, но во-первых, постоянно и со всех стороны были какие-то шумные ремонты: то в соседних комнатах что-то сверлят, то через пару дней уже дрель слышно со стороны бассейна. Ремонт не прекращается нигде и никогда в этом отеле. И да, мимо постоянно ездит или сидит прям под отелем этот невменяемый мужик, который продает бань Бао. Просто мрак. Никакого отдыха, за стеной в коридоре постоянно слышно разговоры, шаги, чихание, крики других посетителей. Убираются плохо, полы грязные постоянно с отпечатками, на раковине герметик весь в плесени, волосы черные встречаются. Завтраки однообразные, невкусные, заточены под гостей из Индии(такое ощущение, ведь их большинство в отеле), потому что много острого, много карри и Тп. Мы на третий день уже просто ходили в другие места завтракать. Не разрешают взять на пляж полотенца. Много ли людей берут с собой летя через пол-мира свои полотенца для моря, отдавая немалые деньги за отдых. В лифте душно, нет кондиционеров. В общем, берут немалые деньги за проживание, а в итоге уезжаешь от них в полном разочаровании, лишь бы быстрее сбежать оттуда. Жалко потраченного времени. Рекомендую рассмотреть другие отели в этом районе, но не Сицилию.

Our room was exceptional. My boyfriend and I loved the space and the views we got from our sitting area and balcony. To one side, we got gorgeous views of the city and to the other, peaceful views of the ocean's waves. My Khe beach was walking distance as well as several seafood restaurants. Staff were extremely kind and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.
The pool was a bit small but we didn't need a lot of space as there were only 5 of us up there. They closed the pool and lounge at 10 PM but continued to let us swim for as long as we want.

Personal nicht bemüht, das Zimmer war beim Check-In um 14:00 noch nicht fertig, die Bar ist bis 10 p.m. geöffnet um halb 10 konnte man bereits nichts mehr bestellen, bei den Bars an der Pool war so gut wie nie Personal. Zudem wurden die Spiegel in den Zimmern nicht geputzt.

My room was great with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. I didn't take advantage of it, but there was a very large breakfast buffet every morning. A nice short walk to the beach and the pool was always quiet when I used it in the afternoons.
Really friendly staff!
My only complaint was that even though the hotel was completely smoke free, my room still sometimes smelled like cigarettes because someone was smoking in a nearby room. Of course, that's not the fault of the hotel, and the staff was really apologetic when I complained.

Mình đã ở tại khách sạn này 1 ngày để công tác, thật sự rất không hài lòng về toàn bộ nhân viên tại đây. Mình tính không muốn review nhưng sau khi nghe 1 chú an ninh nói 1 câu rất không vừa tai: "Mấy đứa kia là ai mà vào đây quay phim chụp ảnh?" Mình rất không hài lòng về ngôn từ của chú này. Mình bỏ tiền ra sử dụng dịch vụ chứ không phải đi xin mà thái độ đó với mình được.
Xong về việc yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn mình trả phòng từ rất sớm nhưng phải gọi tận 10 cuộc điện thoại để hỗ trợ mà đẩy qua đẩy lại từng bộ phận với nhau không chịu xuất cho mình.
Khách sạn này mình khuyên khách lẻ không nên đến ở vì sẽ nhận được cách phục vụ rất tệ.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day on business and was really dissatisfied with the entire staff here. I didn't want to review, but after hearing a security guard say a very unpleasant sentence: "Who are those people, coming here to film and take pictures?" I am very dissatisfied with this employee's language. I spend money to use the service, not to beg, but that attitude is fine with me.
When I finished asking for an invoice, I checked out very early but had to make 10 phone calls for support and pushed each department back and forth and refused to issue it to me.
I advise solo travelers not to stay at this hotel because they will receive very bad service.

나는 개인 여행자에게 매우 나쁜 서비스를 제공할 것이기 때문에 이 호텔에 묵지 말라고 조언합니다.

lovely hotel, central location. suitable for those who like to be in the center of active life: 300m to the beach, around there are a variety of bars, shops, salons, etc. The room is clean, comfortable, no noise from the neighbors, cleaning every day. Beautiful view of the sea. The hotel had both swimming pools, a very beautiful place! I would especially like to note the responsive staff. We were provided with 2 cots for our babies upon request, and the restaurant prepared 2 high chairs. The staff helped with the kids, entertained them and even offered to babysit them)) Dearest people, special thanks for this! I recommend the hotel, it was a wonderful stay!

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Frühstücksbuffet war abwechselnd. Besonders gut hat mir der Pool auf dem Dach gefallen 👍🏻
Wir hatten Zimmer mit teilweise Meerblick. Man sieht aber wirklich wenig vom Meer. Lohnt sich nicht wirklich dafür mehr zu zahlen.

The restaurant service for dinner was diabolical .The main meal took ages , the starters came out after main meal … we were the only people in the restaurant… Pool bar up on the roof drinks 15/20mins to arrive .. Floor 3 pool hard to glassware and ice . Just give you a not so cold can . NO SUGER FREE or DIET drinks except of cause water again not very cold ..

Unser Zimmer hatte keine Dusche, und keine Trennwand für die Badewanne, was Duschen unmöglich gemacht hat. Beim Einchecken wurde ein Reisepass als Pfand verlangt. Da das das wichtigste Dokument im Ausland ist finde ich das unmöglich. Personal wirkte etwas demotiviert und hat einen immer weggeschickt, wenn gearbeitet wurde (bspw. Check in oder Check out, Anfragen etc.)

The location is walking distance from the beach,night market and lots of restaurants. The bufet breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and treated us like celebrities. We love this place and I highly recommend this place.

Tolle Lage zum schönsten Strand von Da Nang, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in direktem Umfeld. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (Buffett). Schöner Rooftop-Pool mit Aussicht.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Zimmertüren ließ sich nur mühsam und sehr laut schließen. Die Badewanne mit Duschschlauch war wenig hygienisch.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel unweit vom Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich höflich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Aussicht sehr schön.

Location and the view were amazing.
Large spacious room with really comfortable bed and pillows and nice shower room.
The breakfast was a really good mix of Asian, vegetarian and continental with an egg station. Staff didn’t quite understand gluten free so we had to use Google translate a bit to ask questions for one in the party.
Good location to the beach and some beach bars and with a grab taxi very convenient for the dragon bridge.
Opposite is a scooter rental place which was good value and many mini marts in close proximity.
Has a roof top bar.
Staff were friendly when you approached them. Only 4 sun beds on the roof top bar area and it’s tiny. So don’t expect to get a bed in a hotel that size. Cosmetically looks ok but needs a bit more attention to detail. Walls are cracked in the bathroom for example. But clean and pleasant enough.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable.
The staff on the reception desk was super slow and not very welcoming. The check in and check out was way too long. We didn't sleep well because of noise from the streets and in one night hotel guests made party in the pool area and we have to call the reception to tell them to be quiet at 2am !!! The fitness studio is a joke.

Great location near beach and restaurants, good sized rooms and breakfast. Fantastic roof top pool. Staff very friendly
Breakfast although good quality and variety was very busy and dishes weren’t being filled up as quickly as they should be when finished

Tolle Lage (ein Motoverleih vor dem Hotel, ein größere Supermarkt an der nächsten Kreuzung sowie der Strand in 100m),
umfangreiches Frühstück, das Personal zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war hell und hatte alles was man braucht.

Location and room.
I had mentioned while booking that there are two kids with me. All searches were with that option however when I reached hotel I was informed that kids are not mentioned in pax details. This is surprising and at 1am I had to make payment for one of kid who is 11 years old. That’s a serious miscommunication between booking.com and hotel.

Die Lage ist super.
Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer war sehr sehr schön.
Frühstücks Buffett hatte traditionelle Gerichte & auch internationale Gerichte

Everything. The room was fantastic. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere and location were fabulous. Will be staying here again!!!

Nice, modern with nice decorations for the lunar new year. Staffs are nice and helpful, also dressed up nicely in their traditional dresses. Breakfast was very good for value.
The rooms and beds are small, not enough for a family of 3 with twins beds. We should of ask staffs to put those 2 beds together to have better sleep but we didn’t. We didn’t sleep well at all . We supposed to have 3 upgraded rooms with partial ocean view but only one was and the other 2 were just city view.

The room after upgrading was good.
It's very noisy outside and the glas is do thin that you can hear everything.. I mentioned to them in advance that we were celebrating wedding anniversary and a milestone birthday....shh 70 but there was no acknowledgement of this as other hotels would do. Staff were just not as friendly as Haian hotel around the corner.

Vackert hotell, central, nära till allt. 100m till My Khe stranden. Väldigt rent och vacker rum, fantastiskt frukost och super trevliga personal. Vi är absolut helt nöjda med vår vistelse. Rekommenderar hotellet till alla och vi kommer definitivt att besöka hotellet när vi besöker Da Nang nästa gång.

The location is near the beach.
The building is a bit old and the room. Some room design is a bit weird, once you open the door, the bath is right in front of you and next to the bed. The common area like restaurant didn't have enough air conditioner. Can be quite busy during the breakfast time and hot in the seating area. The drain of the shower area can't drain the water and the maintenance ppl didn't check it. Same as the sink area, the design of the sink, water can easily sit at the back of the sink. The top level bar area is not open which is a miss.

The beds were super comfortable and a welcome treat after a long day of travelling. The location is perfect for strolling the beach front and just a simple cheap 5 minute taxi to most things. Staff are great too especially Huang Nuang. Breakfast was good too with a egg ordering station and slight variance each day to keep things fresh. We spent an entire day by the pool too which was a great way to recover from jet lag!

The room was extremely clean and fresh! Bed is amazing, pillows are fluffy. Breakfast was tasty and everyone working there is so nice and friendly. Will definitely return. Also great location!

This hotel is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. It's a great place to explore Da Nang and the area around it. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, although, as it could be expected, probably better for guests who would prefer a hearty Asian buffet than a mere Continental. The pool and spa seem great, but we did not have time to spend there, too much to do outside.

Очень понравились завтраки! Фо бо, Бун бо, Фо Гя... Каждый день что-то новое. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день. Близко к морю. +100500 ресторанов рядом на любой вкус и цвет. Для 4ки, очень даже хороший вариант!
Бар и бассейн на крыше не работали. Туалет 2 раза ломался. Вай фай не быстрый

The room was great with great views and bath at window, and the staff very friendly.
False advertising. The roof top bar was closed during the entirety of our stay. We moved our booking to this hotel for the skybar specifically. No one informed us in advance that it was under repair. Photos and description on bookings.com were not updated. Pool and bar located on the 3rd floor was disappointing and run-down.

入住時找不到入住名單，反覆的問訂單編號及查看護照，辦理時要求抵押護照或現金，職員甚至說沒現金也可以押信用卡?但覺得都不合理，所以拒絕了職員的要求，在職員請示主管拿到了房卡後，沒有說明任何住宿相關的注意事項包括入住哪個樓層，是在詢問後才說資訊都在房卡套裡，且照房卡上的資訊唸一遍，實際入住時房間與網站照片有些落差，也沒有skybar，是到了當樓層才知道skybar整層都在施工(廣告不實)，浴室裡的簾子也是故障的，整間飯店專業度堪憂，是此趟旅程中入住感受最差的一間。
