We travelled around Spain and stayed in hotels in Barcelona, Begur and Lloret de Mar, all within approximately the same price range. Unfortunately, this hotel was by far the worst experience of our entire trip. The most serious issue was that €500 went missing from my room. The safe in the room was not working, so I had to keep my cash in my backpack, which was stored inside the wardrobe. I later found out that using the safe apparently required an additional payment, which was particularly surprising, as in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, a working safe was included in the room price. What makes the situation especially concerning is that only part of the cash disappeared, rather than the entire amount, which meant I did not notice it immediately. During my stay, my room was cleaned only once, and naturally this raised serious concerns for me about what might have happened during that time. I contacted the hotel and asked them to investigate the situation. Initially, I received no response to my written message. I then had to call the hotel myself to draw their attention to the issue. During the phone call, they asked me for additional details, but shortly afterwards I received a very brief and formal response stating that they had conducted an internal investigation and found nothing unusual. Given how quickly the investigation was apparently completed, I was left with the impression that my complaint was treated as a formality rather than being seriously investigated. I received no meaningful explanation of what had actually been checked or what steps had been taken. Unfortunately, the other aspects of the stay were also disappointing. The soundproofing is very poor, and the hotel attracts quite a lot of young and noisy guests, so you can easily hear what is happening around your room. The room itself was extremely small.

очень хорошее расположение, и это главный плюс, пляж Феналс под боком и был виден из окна - это отлично

очень маленькие комнаты, номер для троих такой тесный, что негде пройти, шкаф работает плохо, тяжело открывать дверцы, обещанного столика в комнате не было - был столик на балконе, в номере нет зубной пасты и щеток, но спасибо что каждый день меняли новые полотенца и аккуратно перестилали постель
